Well, hello, hello, guys. You're listening to beauty bites with Dr Kay secrets of a plastic surgeon, and today we're spilling all the secrets with my good friend, Alessandra torasani. She is an actress, she's a mother, she's a superstar, and she has her own podcast, emotionale support, and this podcast today is a playback of what we recorded together. Yes, Sandra, thank you for having me on the podcast. We talked about so many things. We talked about so much, so much. We talked about the trends of 2026 we talked about celebrities and what they are secretly really doing. We talked about thermova and pelvic floor, because I had issues with incontinence after giving birth, and I just wanted to be open and intimate about my emotions and my mental health and my mental wellness and why I'm such a firm believer in coming into your office and doing little tweaks here and there to really make me a happier person. I love it. I love how you're teaching women everywhere, starting with three year old women, yes, starting with my daughter, lady, we have to get right to it. Well, yeah, we have to teach women the importance of self care maintenance and like not being critical of people doing things to increase their happiness. 100% 100% love you guys. Stay tuned and listen in, and don't forget to check out Alessandra on getter your channels. You can find me at Alessandra torasani, which is a total mouthful, but it's 2s and two R's. That's what I like to say my husband, I was watching, watching Battlestar Galactica, yes, and you watch Africa, yes, you were in one of the scenes. And then, and I was like, Oh, that's my patient. Yep, her, you were such a boss girl in that movie. That was my whole series. Yeah, I played five characters on that show, and you were slightly like evil and villainous, you know? And I was 22 playing 15. Well, you guys, check it. That's called good work by you, right? I love it. You're gonna enjoy this podcast. Tune in. Oh, yay. Welcome to emotional support. This is such a special episode for me, because I have never done someone's office or someone else's home. So this is because I just love you so much, and I am so excited, and I wanted to immerse myself in your world. So I literally can talk all things beauty. We can talk about social media and what it's doing for body dysmorphia, and what we can do. A example of me like to enhance myself, what it's like for moms, all sorts of things. And I have lots of questions that I can't wait to get to you, but everyone I feel like already knows who you are, because you are just the doctor to all the stars, the influencers. Every time I check your Instagram, it's someone that I'm a super fan of. What is that like? I mean, your office is constantly just a revolving door of incredible human beings. It must be so awesome working here. It's so gratifying. You know, they say it takes 20 years to be an overnight success. So I definitely have worked really hard to earn this reputation where even the most fabulous and famous people want to come see us and oh my gosh, take that close to my heart. Sure, like I really respect what actresses do, sure, models or everyone who's in the limelight, they've got to present their best selfs and show up. And you show up best when you fine tuned and dealt with minor insecurities, and then you feel amazing. It's so true. And honestly, like, this is not a plug of why you're so amazing. But I just want to, like, say this is so many doctors will you'll go in there and say, hey, look, I have fine lines, I have wrinkles. I need to still be able to be an actor. I need to move my face. And they're like, oh yeah, we got you. And you see these girls and guys, and they become frozen, and everyone notices it, and everyone sees it, and then they can't do their best work. And I think that that's why I love coming to you, is because I trust you're not going to push me to do something, a, that maybe I don't feel comfortable doing, or B, that you don't push on me, you know, maybe I'll come in and be like, I want this done. And you're like, you want to be an actress. It's not going to be. I'm like, You're pulling back. I'm the one who's going to tell you when, no, you don't need that. You're already beautiful. And, like, I will tell people with so much honesty what they do and don't need. Well, I'm going to get right into it and ask some of my questions that I have for you, since we are ending the year right now and we are going into 2026 What do you find to be the it procedure of 2026 maybe it could be something that these celebrities are already doing, and they're not talking about what they're doing, but we know suddenly everyone. One is looking just extra snatch, extra young, but in a beautiful way, not in a fake plastic way, if you will. Well, I love that question, and I feel like we've been slowly building the crescendo all summer. Young blepharoplasty is the upper eyelid. Bleff has been the transformational thing. Of course, you're seeing Kris, Jenner and people get deep, lean facelifts, but I'm going I'm going to tell you the number one thing in 2026 is going to be refresh your eyes, because you literally look 10 years younger. And it's a one hour procedure, and it just transforms you, just look brighter, more refreshed, and like you, that heaviness, tiredness goes away. Do you find that people come in and want some of these hot procedures at too young of an age. I know that way too young, if I can say it loud and clear, yes, early surgery is not better. It's only better when you have loose lacked skin, okay, say you lost a ton of weight, and sure, a whole inch of skin you can bench when you can mention that she needs surgery, right? Even a centimeter, right? So can we do early surgery? Yes, for those patients as works, sure, have a specific right, and your rights are too big. You got to take them, right? But for everyone else, please don't do early surgeries. What would be your recommendation for someone who maybe wanted an upper bluff or or or a lower bluff. I mean, is there one that you I think eyelids is different, okay, eyelids, yes, when you have little axity, same concept when you're loose or heavy and there's too much skin there, we can do a tighten and trim that at an early age is great, because tissues are springy, bouncy. They heal. Well, sure you'll get a really great, like, 10 years of looking fabulous with that. And then I think for facelifts, you really want to wait till face and neck lift is when you're older and you have more laxity. The average best age for facelift is 55 okay, so if we're talking 55 is the age we know that there's a lot of celebrities that are out there right now that are much younger. I maybe won't name them, but they are very popular. We all knew them as kids, and now they are back being famous. You know, these young girls are getting what essentially looks like their face when they were 17 or 18 years old? Well, let me tell you the secret. What is the secret? You're doing a combination bra lift. Okay, it's done through the scalp and the hairline, so all the incisions are invisible, okay, so we go in and do an endoscopic lift. Okay, so we're lifting the brow, the temple, the upper cheek, and everything just vectors right up. Okay, that, in combination with the quick eyelid tightening, is all you really need to look 10 years younger. So that's kind of been the big secret as to why everyone's looking amazing. Hands hidden, and it's totally natural, very natural. I'm telling you, these girls, there are so many huge name actors that I am looking at their faces and I'm like, they're flawless. They're literally looking and they're looking better than they did when they were 18 even. It's crazy. Can I tell you one more secret? Yes, the other secret to why people are looking so great is they are anti inflammatory. They're doing the weight loss shots, and they're doing micro dosing of the glps. And this removing inflammation from someone's face and body is huge, and also taking off 10 pounds slims the face so it looks more youthful. Well, a lot of people are talking about the the, you know, the effects of ozempic. I've done so many episodes with scientists, with doctors, talking about the benefits of ozempic, of all the GLP ones, talking about how it's helped, not only just with weight loss and the esthetics of if you will, but it helps actually with addiction, and it's been something that a lot of the fancy rehabs, if you will, are day one of you going in there, they're actually giving the shots to these these clients and to their patients in A very low microdose. Because what they're finding is it's helping stopping craving, the addiction to the sugar, which is essentially alcohol, and it's just been doing wonders. So this is not a podcast that talks badly about GLP ones. It's something I've never tried, but I am a firm believer, and it works for you. It works for you. But something that I've noticed people have been talking about, even in a small friend group of mine, you know, we've been discussing how there's the ozempic face, right? That's been happening, yes, is people are losing so much weight, and it's drastically making them so skinny in the face, or maybe they want just the body, or maybe this, and obviously you can't control that. We're not at that stage of it yet. But what is something that someone could do if they have lost lots of weight through these GLP ones, but their faces? Yeah, because, you know it's hard. You want to be metabolically healthy, and you want to show. Ones, because you can add yours to your life. And literally, the risk reduction for heart disease, stroke and major mortality and death is 15 to 20% improvement. Wow. So it's huge. So you want metabolically healthy, but you don't want ozempic face. And I have developed this new technique where we do using collagen stimulators in the face. Okay, your own natural collagen is a high filler face thing. And we start these treatments right when you start your weight loss drugs. Wow. So what does it look like? Like? How would you syringe? Okay, and it's a very dilute solution of a product that washes through, I wash it through all the planes of the face, and I'm supporting the facial fat pad, wow. So one syringe, when you lose your first 10 pounds, does your cold face? And it's, I like, call it my mid face miracle, because it honestly is good for every face the way I place it. It's deep, it's underground support. It's like we're putting on the Spanx. So it's like an injectable though it is. Yeah, wow. So okay, so is it like a filler, but because it's collagen filler, so it's totally collagen stimulator has the consistency of water. Wow, we're infusing this highly nourishing product that restimulates your fat cells so that they stay healthy in the face, while fat everywhere else is melting away. Do you use this syringe and this product on people who maybe are afraid of fillers, like I know time really, this has been the year of filler, fear filler, right? Tea, people dissolving their faces. So I'm so grateful that all my all my life, I've been a collagen stimulator girl, and when you come to our office, we don't use a ton of filler. I use filler judiciously. Sure. Still love filler. There's no bad filler. It's like, there's no bad cars. There's only bad drives, sure, sure, yeah. Like, we use filler when we need it. But the collagen stimulators are life changing because you get tighter, toned, firm, good foundation for your skin, like this. What everyone wants to have, like, firm, nice skin, 100% we want that baby skin like they want that back. Is that something that you've been doing for the under eyes as well? I know that. I mean, it has been probably 10 years since we did the under eye filler, but we did it, I think twice, but we use filler. Is this something that now maybe you would use the collagen and do that instead? Or is that different because of the eye, different because the INF sure shapes are so, so thin and gentle around the eyes. So we will use things like PRP, your platelet rich plasma, platelet rich fibrin. And now we have salmon sperm treatments, right? Which we did. We've done one of those for the micro needling on me. How'd you like it? I, I love it. I mean, I, I can't wait. I'm I'm doing it after this for for round two. But I have to tell you, it's funny. You talk about how this has been the year of fill, filler fear, and how people have been dissolving. I think that there's also been maybe it's because I'm a I'm not a new mom, but I have a three year old in the sense of being a new mom, I'm so fearful of toxins and everything, and I've just been so cautious about what I put in my body and because I was breastfeeding, and what I put in to my baby, because I want her to be healthy. And, you know, hearing about dyes and all this stuff, so I think that there's been a total fear instilled in me with Botox and fillers and so forth. They're like, what would you say to the moms maybe out there who are like me? Who are, you know, crunchy granola moms that don't want that but still want to look beautiful? You know, yes, Botox has been around forever. There's rarely any issue with it. But what if you know you're scared to do it? What do you say to your patients like that are scared? Like not for everyone. I think you have to have a comfort with wanting to do there's a spectrum of things you can sure. Botox is 100% the month. Very efficacious. It works on everyone. 100 million doses have been given with great single P profile. So you can try it and be confident that it's going to be a home run. However, if you're a person who really is looking at every ingredient, but in yourself, I always start with Xeomin, which is ultra purified. It has no junk proteins in it. Think back to maybe even doing a treatment that doesn't involve any toxins. So we'll do micro needling, because it experiences fine lines. We use peptides now that we can needle into the skin, and a peptide is a, you know, a chain of amino acid, sure, body is totally comfortable with, sure. So there's little different things that we can needle into the skin surface, like myobloc, I have a really awesome peptide skin line, and some of which I've been using. And I think I, first of all, I love the smell of the the one, because it's the rose. Oh yeah. Oh my gosh, my face smells so good, and people compliment me. What are you wearing? I'm like, Oh, it's just my face. Um, my face, but it but I have been using that because I am such a firm believer in the peptides working, yeah. So these facial peptides can relax facial lines and like, they're very natural and organic and things that you don't have to worry about using. So I love that. I love people to do frequent like peels appeal every season. At this end of summer, do a light peel to get rid of summer sun damage like these etched lines are going to happen with life. And we don't need to get rid of every line, but we like to soften them, sadly, just the way that we're built. Women, you know, men get lines and they look like George Clooney, and women get lines and women get lines and 100% George Clooney doesn't look good on us. George Clooney, well, George Clooney would look good on on all of us. But that's in a different story, in a different podcast. I love George Clooney, yeah. Well, just like I like the idea of prevention, the main thing I like when you see a problem line or something like it doesn't you don't like how you're looking in the mirror, do something like micronious, short a peptide, get a Peptide Serum, and look, I am not someone that's saying, Oh, I don't want this. I don't want that. It's all in moderation, right? Like last time I was in here, I was feeling super insecure with my lips, so we did like, a little bit of a lip filler. And let me tell you, it's changed so much for me, where I feel like I'm still overlining my lips like a crazy person, but I but I feel like it brings a sense of confidence to me that I was lacking. I'm Ha, I have the lips that I had when I was 1819, 20 years old. You know? Because as we get older, News Flash, I'm 38 that's 18 years of thinning out your lips 10 years they thin by 10% so like, if you do nothing, which is fine, you you know, you can do nothing, but they're really going to atrophy. And then that's just the human body. It's the human body. And so it's not about going overboard. I feel like there's so much, you know, so much pressure on young children these days, as it was, you know, for all of us growing up, for women and for men, you know, but I noticed now more than ever, because I have a I have a daughter that's three, but I also have, you know, cousins who are in high school or in middle school, and now even younger, the beauty trends that they are using. I'm like, You do not need retinol. You are 12 years old, you know what? What do you what could you say to maybe parents who are listening right now, who have, you know, daughters at a younger age, or even boys at a younger age that are wanting to do the beauty mask, to be like their parents and want to, you know, that want to mimic. I mean, did you see that mask for three year olds? I did see that mask, but three year olds now I have, I'm kind of like, I have more. No, no, I'm in the, I know, like, I'm in the middle of both. It's, there's a part of painting on the three year old like, yeah, we've all done that, and the three year olds love it. But dude, how much do you want to teach of that? How much do you want to teach of that? Exactly? And I think that that's where I'm at, where I see my daughter, you know, Lady has a little vanity in the bathroom, so, like, we get ready together, you know? And she loves to put mom's makeup on, and she has her fake makeup and, you know, but am I gonna have her leave the house in a full face? No, you know what I mean, on Halloween. Sure, that's fine. She can have a little blush. She can have a little, a little, a little pink lip, if she wants, but we're not doing a full beat phase. And I think that, you know, she sees me do my skincare, and she loves it, and she, you know, look, oh, here, mom, put a little eye under you. You know, she wants her little the little diamond eye refine. You know, we do that. You know, we do that, but, but not on her. And so I think that there's a difference. I want her to be able to take care of herself, and want to know that there are certain routines that mom does to make herself feel better. But I'm also very, very, very cautious. And I say this almost every podcast episode, I never let her know I'm feeling fat in jeans today. I never let her know I'm not beautiful without makeup. You know, I don't or I don't feel beautiful without makeup. I always let her know she is beautiful no matter what she does. She is stunning. She is gorgeous. Like I give her that confidence. She doesn't need anything, and I don't want her to hear because children mimic what we do. So it I understand the idea of, oh, it's a face mask, because they want to be like mom and they want to play. But when there's actual stuff in there, and it's not just a fake paper thing that you put on, I don't know. It's, it's, it's like children like play. You know, we buy them kitchens, or they fish kitchens, right? Pots and cup for 10 vegetables. So yes, they're going to mimic you. But I think this is our moment to teach a child that self care is important, stopping to put moisturizer on when you feel dry, listening to your skin, wearing suns, listening to your body. What a teachable moment. Yes, to teach like yes, you do need to take care of yourself. So it's self care and maintenance, and your maintenance and at the child level is soap, moisturizer and sunscreen. Yes, that is all they need. Yes, but if you teach that early, like, what a good lifelong habit to always put your sunscreen on before you go out. It's so funny because, speaking of which, I just dropped my daughter off from preschool before I came here, and in her little cubby, she has a little think. SPF, you know, 50. The stick, you know. And she puts it on every day when she gets to school, you know. And for me, it's because we have fair skin, and so I'm, you know, so cautious of her burning and all this stuff, but, but you're right, it's a little routine to be like, This is what you can do for your face. This is, this is tailored just for you, and that's also important. And then the things that we say subconsciously, to ourselves, our children are listening. I have three daughters, so I have one daughter. No, my daughter, she was, like, five years old, and you know how you're stepping on the scale saying things to yourself. So I one day, she went to the bathroom, she stepped on the scale herself, and she was like, I'm so fat. She said that to herself. Because guess who's guess what mom. She's saying, like, oh my god, I'm so bad. Yeah, right. And they think they slip into their subconscious, sure, they have no idea what it even means. That's, you know, that's the problem. But then when they're older, and they say it over and over, or someone says unto them, you know? And I think we have to be so careful of through social media, you know, kids are seeing these Get Ready With Me is and seeing these beauty routines. And they think that they need that, but it's they don't need that, right? Like they're okay. It's, it's fine, you're okay. What is something that you have performed, procedure wise, on a client that maybe has changed not only their life, but your life, and maybe the way that you looked at your work, of what you do, can actually really improve and help people and their self worth? That's such a great question. I think honestly, like when we do facelift and neck lift, patients have such a big improvement in their motivation and wow, it's like a rebirth, sure. Yeah, gotten who they are, yeah, haven't taken care of themselves. And they get this opportunity to turn back time and reset who they are, and you will see them start to go after new goals, big life changes. Yeah, and so I love that idea of reinvigorating and helping a woman reinvent herself. Oh, I love that so much. I mean, I can't tell you when I leave this office, I my confidence probably goes through the roof, probably way too much, but it's but it's true, because I feel good, and I feel like myself again. And I think that that's just, it's so encouraging and so wonderful. Something else that I wanted to touch on, that you also did here is we worked with thermova When I was having my pelvic floor issues. And I think a lot of people think, Oh, you go to the plastic surgeon just to get, you know, oh, you're getting Botox, you're getting a facelift, or you're getting your boobs done. People don't know all the aspects that that you can change someone's life. And with the thermova, I had seen on your social media that you had posted that you were doing this, and you were working it for the pelvic floor and, you know, for tightening and, you know, rejuvenating the vagina. And I wrote your office, and I was like, Can I come in and try and see if this works? Because I've literally tried everything and and it helped me so much. Now, am I 100% better? No, but that's what was expected, you know, but I was 90% better, and I think that that 90% helped me so much with my confidence, because I had such bad incontinence, I couldn't walk without peeing down my pants or having a little dribble, and being able to now get back and getting back into ballet, and I'm having the confidence where I know if I do a leap, maybe there's a chance something will happen, but odds are, It's not what it's what it ever was before. So can you talk about that, how you have helped not just people's, you know, phases, but you've truly helped their whole bodies. I think it's so important to start looking at our plastic surgery offices as a resource, because yeah, and we do so much more than that. I'm really good. I've got a huge longevity focus on my practice right now, where we're teaching people the interventions they need to do to live longer, better lives. And that means, like, performance, things that you can do, taking certain peptides, getting IV drips, doing NAD Yes, and I think thermoblast, just one of those things, like, you will change. Your body will change. Once you've had a baby, your body will change once you get to Perryman, your body's changing does or what you do? Yeah, you around for 80 years Sure, to take care of that body. That's this is your Ferrari, yeah, and you can't not put maintenance into it. So I think thermivas Awesome, because we all get pelvic floor issues, including men. Wow. For women, this is non invasive. It's right. It's like a tiny, little tampon was placed internally, and it feels like a hot stone kind of a treatment. It doesn't hurt at all. There's no downtime. It literally is, you say, a hot stone treatment. It feels like a hot stone massage. Like, I know that sounds crazy to say that out loud, but it does. It is so relaxing. And people are like, Is it painful? I'm like, not at all. This is so nice and relaxed. All of that internal vaginal tightening that happens is so beneficial for increasing your lubrication, increasing your sex drive, all the blood flow down there, and then we also sometimes treat externally to get the labia to look a little tighter. Yes, formed. So there's so many things we could do, but I see a lot of women who live. Weights who say that they pee a little and they got to go empty their bladder before they do a heavy lift, because otherwise they'll leak. And it's such a common thing, and women don't talk about it. And I want us to talk about I want you to come ask about it so well, I think people are embarrassed, right? It is embarrassing. Do another session. I know I feel like I need to do another session, but it is an it's it is embarrassing, right? Like to be like, Yeah, I can't walk down the street because I'm going to pee my pants. There's no woman that, there's no woman that has an experience when you cough or sneeze, yes, you pee a little Yes. And this happened to me even pre baby. So it got worse, obviously, after baby, but it happened to me pre baby. It was just something that I was maybe naturally born with. I was born with a weak pelvic floor. I don't know what it was, but something, and you can do a million Kay goals, but you know, it does, oh, we don't do it. Second of all, like, sometimes we need efficiency and technology. That's right. Well, one question that I have for you is everyone seems to like, through every generation have that hot celebrity item that they want. Back in the day, it was Angelina Jolie's lips. Everyone wanted, and they still wanted, everyone who wouldn't want those lips. You know, was J Lo's face, her skin, her glow, her her, what I love to say, what she would say, Oh, just olive oil. Okay, ma'am, it was just olive oil. Okay. Thank you so much. We know that that's not true. So So for 2026 What do you think is going to be the most celeb item that someone is going to come in and want? Well, I think two things. Number one, I think it's going to be this combination hidden brow bleff combo, because that whole upper face rejuvenation is amazing. Anyone who's under 50, that's where you start, okay? And then I think ozempic face maintenance, because there is no one in LA who's not taking the form of a GLP shot right now. I'm not yet, but I think I'm gonna have a start, because it's sounding like I need it or micro dosing. But that that concept of using a collagen stimulator applies to everyone. So let 2026, be the year of your collagen. Oh, I love that. I need to start doing this. Collagen sounds their own. Collagen sounds weird, incredible, right? Like last year's bathing suit loses its stretch, take it out, and you're like, what's happening with this last No, this happens to the face, but not when you get on a good collagen stimulator plan. Okay, I'm getting on that plan right after this. Yeah, my final question, I think, for my listeners, is for those who are out there, look, let's be honest, the economy is awful. People are losing their jobs. They can't afford. Forget, even the procedures, right, of being expensive, but high end beauty products, even, you know, I went to target the other day, and I just wanted a basic brush and a basic concealer. And even Elf Cosmetics, which used to be the cheapest, most affordable, it was like $10 for a brush. And I was like, what these used to be? Like, $2 yeah. What would you say is your number one maybe tip for someone who is being very budget conscious for 2026 something that they should do, whether it be a product to buy or something to invest in, or something they do at the gym, what would be your number one tip? I think you have to do interventions that next level your skin performance, so not a regular facial, because then you just get it two days of glow. Sure do a micro needling. I think micro needling we your entire face gets more than a million tiny little needle sticks. You don't even feel it because you're numb, and we're able to infuse really potent growth factors. We can use salmon sperm. These treatments can cost anywhere from 350 to 500 I think that's okay to spend. This is a tough economy, but that's something that's gonna it's an investment. Yeah, you're gonna change your skin, sure, because you are actually going to induce collagen to grow. So I think that's a great step, baby. Botox cost around $250 very useful. It will change your your outlook on life, like you just will feel less heavy, less depressed, more open. There's studies that show Botox can elevate and lift depression. Yeah, I believe that, yeah. And then for skin care, like, let's say you're in the skin care zone, get on a Retin A product. That's right, the one, okay, that's still the number one thing that's proven to change skin aging, and that's the same as retinol, retina. Okay, any of those products, even if you start with over the counter, like oilable, a type of thing that's retinol, you're going to get great benefit. And then if you're ready for next level, physician strength ones, like our diamond liner, sure is great. So I think Retin A next step might be like a chemical Pilipino brown spots, that's like in the 200 $300 range, and then micro needling is another great interface. So basically, what you're saying is, don't spend your money on a million different products that you know, Korean beauty routine stuff. But I'm sorry. First of all, who has the time? Who has time? You're a busy mom. You have time I can do like, four steps, yeah. And so like. Simplify. I think 2026, should also be about simplicity. Yes, recession, economy, everything drives you to, like, just do what's absolutely necessary, right? And so a simple routine where you have great hydration with a hyaluronic, something to turn over dead skin and lighter skin, that's your retinol, something to remove pigment and refresh that would be appeal. And something to grow foundation and collagen, that would be my credit. I love that. And I'm going to ask you my final question that I ask everyone on the podcast, what is your emotional support? Oh, my dog buddy. Oh, he's my, he's my he's my heart. He's like, he just, you know, when you interact with a child or an animal, I know you just stop and life doesn't matter. You're in the moment, and you live through their eyes, and like you, all they have is joy, love and happiness. And you know it reminds you the simple things in life. Well, you know what it reminds you of? Because I could cry thinking of this because I lost my my dog Pee Wee two years ago, who was my emotional support, why I started this podcast. And he was, I think, 15 or 16. He was a Shih Tzu Brussels Griffon, same sort a little, little face, you know, so sweet. But you know, whenever I would have a panic attack, or I'd have anxiety, or I was having a sad day or a bad breakup, or whatever it was I would hold him, and it was like that, heartbeat to heartbeat, connection of being like, Oh, they remind you to be present. They do same with children. You have to be reminded to be present and in the moment, because the only thing that matters is them. And you right then, looking at each other's eyes, breathing air, you know, just being an existing. And so I love that that's animals. They bring get you a higher level of oxytocin when you stroke them. And like children too, they just remind you that we're so worried about all this inconsequential, stressful adult things and this look around you, the sky, the trees, the universe. We're small little things that need to just be looking for happiness, right? And like, joy and listen, Happiness may come in a syringe. That's what I'm going to say. For Botox, okay? It may come in a in a facelift. It may come in a tummy tuck, whatever it does for you, like, find that happiness. And I think I just why I am so excited for this episode to come out, and why I love sharing all my stuff with you is because I want people to know you should not be afraid to be open and share about what you're getting done. I think that we see so many celebrities who come with different faces and they're like, oh, for example, J Lo, you know, I just use olive oil. And you're like, but that's not fair to people who have been following you, who have been you know, maybe you don't want to share that. That's fine, but I think that it's only right that we just be open and honest with the world. And you know, I will give kudos and credit to the Kardashians, because they do share all the procedures that they get done on their TV show, we don't love them any less. And in fact, I love them more. It seems like people love them more because of it. So I think that that's something so beautiful. And so I just want to share with everyone how much you have changed my life, people who are very close to me their lives, no, but it's true. It's very honest. You have changed so many women's lives because you are open and transparent with what you do. And I think the celebrities that don't talk about it, they're doing disservice and a discredit to women, because it's like putting a filter on you're when you do something and say you're naturally gifted like that and you're not. You're just discouraging everyday, regular women out there. So I think that the way you talk about being a mom and thermo, very intimate and personal things to bring it out to reality, where we can talk about it as friends. Yeah, it's huge. It's changed. It's life changing for women to hear from a beautiful, accomplish person like you're saying, we're with me, those little tweaks that we do, like humans. Human nature is funny. Nature, you have a good hair day, and you can perform the best. And that sounds so superficial, but little things make a difference in your performance. 100% 100% How can everyone find you?
