<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie and Josh six one hundred. I want to
<v Speaker 1>hear your stories too. Now, what are the stories about, Well,
<v Speaker 1>the funny things that you've had to say to the
<v Speaker 1>kids you never thought you'd never have to say stop
<v Speaker 1>it now. This is all based on something that I
<v Speaker 1>overheard yesterday, a couple of really good stories at the
<v Speaker 1>school when I went up to UH to pick up
<v Speaker 1>my kiddos and I was talking to one of the
<v Speaker 1>parents and we were in the halls and she had
<v Speaker 1>to yell at her kid to stop licking the walls.
<v Speaker 1>Stop licking the walls, please stop. And she turned to
<v Speaker 1>me and started laughing. She's like, we're going through a
<v Speaker 1>licking phase right now. We've just got a licking phase,
<v Speaker 1>just a phase. He's licking everything. She's like. We were
<v Speaker 1>at Target the other day and I leaned over and
<v Speaker 1>I saw the kid licking the carts. She's like, stop
<v Speaker 1>licking the car. He's like, he's licking everything. He was
<v Speaker 1>licking the handle to the refrigerator door in the kitchen.
<v Speaker 1>She said, stop doing that. He's like he's finding the
<v Speaker 1>germiest surfaces to lick build that immune system. And I
<v Speaker 1>was like, man, that what a weird kid.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, what attracts you to that?
<v Speaker 1>That is funny? Stop it, Stop licking things now. The
<v Speaker 1>second story I heard yesterday was from another mom who's
<v Speaker 1>got a kid at a different middle school than what
<v Speaker 1>we participated in, and she said there was something going
<v Speaker 1>on in the band room where the teacher had to
<v Speaker 1>yell at the boys because the boys kept going over
<v Speaker 1>to the symbols on the drum set and essentially laying
<v Speaker 1>their bits and pieces.
<v Speaker 2>No, not out and about, but over pieces, over the
<v Speaker 2>jeans what.
<v Speaker 1>On the symbols while other kids would hit the symbols
<v Speaker 1>and vibrate their bits and pieces in. The teacher was like,
<v Speaker 1>stop putting your junk on the cymbals and stop hitting
<v Speaker 1>the cymbals. Stop it. And I busted out on that one.
<v Speaker 1>I was like, that is damn funny.
<v Speaker 2>I'm a girl mom, like, I can't imagine dealing with
<v Speaker 2>this guy stuff.
<v Speaker 1>That is a total boy thing to do, putting your
<v Speaker 1>junk on the drum set. It's very much out of
<v Speaker 1>like a step brothers, that's what it is. This certainly
<v Speaker 1>is so if you've ever had a situation where you
<v Speaker 1>got to tell your kids to stop doing something ridiculous.
<v Speaker 1>We want to hear about it. Three O three six'
<v Speaker 1>nine to one one mix THREE o three six' nine
<v Speaker 1>one sixteen. Forty, Nine uh i'm sure you've got a
<v Speaker 1>situation With. BABY nana i know with, my kids we
<v Speaker 1>had to tell the kids to uh stop UH because
<v Speaker 1>i think it was my daughter stop throwing clothes in. The,
<v Speaker 1>trash yeah because she would change her clothes at the
<v Speaker 1>end of the night or take her, clothes off and
<v Speaker 1>she would wander into the kitchen and throw them in. The,
<v Speaker 1>TRASH why i. DON'T know, i mean she, was YOUNG
<v Speaker 1>so i think, she saw, you know us constantly throwing
<v Speaker 1>things in. The, trash yeah and so she wandered over
<v Speaker 1>and she would throw. Things away there was many cases
<v Speaker 1>where we, lost shoes like where are? Your shoes and
<v Speaker 1>we've pretty much summed it up to she shrew them in,
<v Speaker 1>THE track i. Trashed them many. Many circumstances did you
<v Speaker 1>ever have.
<v Speaker 2>To Tell baby i'm thinking of, one SPECIFICALLY because i
<v Speaker 2>remember screaming the words and then, BEING like i didn't
<v Speaker 2>ever think i'd have to, Say that but quit putting
<v Speaker 2>frosting in. Your backpack that is not where. It. Goes
<v Speaker 2>like she would steal complete containers of cake frosting and
<v Speaker 2>then put them in her backpack in, the closet and
<v Speaker 2>then go to that backpack and just take spools out and.
<v Speaker 2>Hide it that's. SO baby i didn't find it until she,
<v Speaker 2>got SICK and i, was, like well you've got a
<v Speaker 2>can of frosting and a backpack in.
<v Speaker 1>A closet that's not where. It goes you were. Talking
<v Speaker 1>about this is stop putting frosting in your. Back man
<v Speaker 1>here's what we're. Gonna do i'm gonna throw up the.
<v Speaker 1>PHONE lines i see calls. Coming in. Call now you'll
<v Speaker 1>Talk to josh in the. Next room he'll get you all.
<v Speaker 1>Lined up but we want to hear the stories of
<v Speaker 1>the things you've had to tell your kids to, stop
<v Speaker 1>doing or what your parents had to tell you to
<v Speaker 1>stop doing because you were a weird kid growing up.
<v Speaker 1>Really quick this one came in On my facebook last
<v Speaker 1>NIGHT because i posted. About, it uh they said, no
<v Speaker 1>NAME so. I won't i will give the. Name out
<v Speaker 1>but this PERSON said i was a huge germaphobe as,
<v Speaker 1>a KID and i was super paranoid that my saliva
<v Speaker 1>was going to get infected with germs and something bad
<v Speaker 1>would HAPPEN if i swallowed, my SALIVA so i would
<v Speaker 1>collect my saliva in my mouth and eventually just keep
<v Speaker 1>spitting it out into my jacket pockets without. Anyone noticing,
<v Speaker 1>oh no they said this was especially annoying during long
<v Speaker 1>car rides because my jacket would end up covered. In
<v Speaker 1>spit so.
<v Speaker 2>A germophobe isn't grossed out, by that but he was
<v Speaker 2>afraid that it was, inner saliva so she would spit.
<v Speaker 1>It out what a. Weird kid. That's weird that's the, thought,
<v Speaker 1>Process right it's, like spitty get my, jacket here get
<v Speaker 1>rid of.
<v Speaker 3>My shit.
<v Speaker 1>Later three three, six nine sixteen, forty nine if you
<v Speaker 1>want to, Get in I'm, Ii, hey so did you
<v Speaker 1>have to tell your kids to stop? Doing something or
<v Speaker 1>is this you? About, you well they didn't.
<v Speaker 4>HAVE to i didn't have to. TELL him i actually
<v Speaker 4>kind of liked it because it made.
<v Speaker 1>Me, laugh okay what? Is?
<v Speaker 4>It so my oldest when he was, a toddler he
<v Speaker 4>had this angry happy face that he came, up with
<v Speaker 4>so he would give super angry eyes and.
<v Speaker 5>Then.
<v Speaker 1>Smile yeah it's Very Like, JIM carrey, i think and.
<v Speaker 4>He'd say these are my this is my angry happy
<v Speaker 4>Face and, i'm like, what.
<v Speaker 1>Stop stop making the angry. Happy face we're all doing it, right.
<v Speaker 4>NOW right i know it's kind of but my daughter
<v Speaker 4>used to kind of do that too when she was,
<v Speaker 4>that age but she didn't do. Angry happy she just
<v Speaker 4>gave angry face every time she thrust, her teeth AND
<v Speaker 4>then i would. Start laughing and then YEARS later i
<v Speaker 4>found out she did it to make. Me LAUGH but
<v Speaker 4>i always, was like why is she?
<v Speaker 1>So mad why, SHE'S like i hate its. BABY teeth
<v Speaker 1>i hate him, So, funny melissa that's a. Good one
<v Speaker 1>thank you for the. Call Happy Here's, Sarah Hi, Sarah
<v Speaker 1>hi Hey you so what's the weird thing that your?
<v Speaker 1>Kiddo did?
<v Speaker 5>All right so you had, Me like i'm sitting here
<v Speaker 5>driving my husband, to Work and, i'm thinking what what
<v Speaker 5>did my? Kids do but then he brought up the
<v Speaker 5>symbol with the, you, know.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah the boys putting their bits and the drum symbols
<v Speaker 1>all the, other, pieces well the other boys hit. The symbols. Stop.
<v Speaker 5>It okay so so my son actually got suspended. FROM
<v Speaker 5>school i had to have an Entire conversation i'm a
<v Speaker 5>single mom about him slapping his bits and pieces telling
<v Speaker 5>people on the on recess on the playground that you
<v Speaker 5>can slap his bits and, Pieces FACE and i, was,
<v Speaker 5>like oh HOW do i go? About this but, you
<v Speaker 5>know and it was so hard BECAUSE like i had
<v Speaker 5>to go in and talk to the principal and to
<v Speaker 5>try not. To laugh that was probably the. Hardest part.
<v Speaker 1>That, Is fantastic, Like listen, i'm sorry my son keeps
<v Speaker 1>slapping himself. At resist i'll.
<v Speaker 2>Do it i'll.
<v Speaker 1>Do it.
<v Speaker 5>And it was and it was the week before the
<v Speaker 5>you know, What.
<v Speaker 1>Talk, Yeah okay i'm.
<v Speaker 5>At school so like then there was a whole nother
<v Speaker 5>piece to the mansion where, you know he couldn't even
<v Speaker 5>smirk or laugh, or anything otherwise he would have. BEEN
<v Speaker 5>expelled i, was like, all right we need to talk, About. This,
<v Speaker 5>SUN yeah i get.
<v Speaker 1>It together how old is? He now?
<v Speaker 5>He's, fifteen, now oh.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's really going To be, oh boy don't tell.
<v Speaker 1>Me that, Chere, me sarah.
<v Speaker 5>THANK you.
<v Speaker 1>I got a couple up and. Fall lines if you
<v Speaker 1>want to sound off about the weird things your kids
<v Speaker 1>used to do and you told them, to stop or
<v Speaker 1>the weird things that you did as. A kid jackie
<v Speaker 1>wrote in, and, said ACTUALLY when i was, a kid
<v Speaker 1>about seven, YEARS old i had. A turtle for. Some
<v Speaker 1>reason the smell of their food pellets, was amazing and
<v Speaker 1>ONE day i tasted IT and i loved it. SO
<v Speaker 1>much i kept eating the turtles food pellets until sadly my.
<v Speaker 1>Turtles died my parents still to, this day NEVER knew
<v Speaker 1>i ate the. Turtle pellets the poor turtle wasn't eating
<v Speaker 1>because this kids kept. Eating them that's.
<v Speaker 2>Like my strange addiction, type stuff, so said poor. Little
<v Speaker 2>turtle turtles live forever if you don't eat all.
<v Speaker 1>Their food and what's? Your story three, oh three six,
<v Speaker 1>nine one sixteen. Forty Nine, Here's, Amy, Hi, amy hi?
<v Speaker 1>Hey girl, all right so was you? YOUR kiddo.
<v Speaker 3>I had to stop tell my kids to stop throwing
<v Speaker 3>away all the silverware and all.
<v Speaker 1>The dishes it's like my kid with, the clothes stop Throwing, your.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah that's LITERALLY why. I called i, was, LIKE okay
<v Speaker 3>i thought it was bad with silverware, and dishes, BUT
<v Speaker 3>clothes i would probably my child would not.
<v Speaker 1>BE living i. Don't know you go to open that
<v Speaker 1>drawer and there's no forks, In it, you're like What.
<v Speaker 3>The, oh YEAH that's, i mean that's how we figured.
<v Speaker 3>It out, you know randomly were down to like two
<v Speaker 3>forks in the, entire House and, i'm like we had
<v Speaker 3>a pack. Of twenty what's? Going? On yeah, you know
<v Speaker 3>suddenly we started to see him in the, trash can and,
<v Speaker 3>you know teenage, boys, like yeah why do tours and,
<v Speaker 3>you know have to. Clean dishes let's just throw. Them
<v Speaker 3>away nobody'll.
<v Speaker 5>Ever know.
<v Speaker 1>It's funny we talked about this the other day and
<v Speaker 1>didn't your daughter?
<v Speaker 2>Do, that, YEAH kids i think go through that stage
<v Speaker 2>where also they bring it up to their room and
<v Speaker 2>then they leave it up there for a week and
<v Speaker 2>they don't want to get, in trouble so then it
<v Speaker 2>just goes immediately into The trash and, YOU'RE like.
<v Speaker 3>I don't KNOW why i didn't think of THIS when
<v Speaker 3>i was. A kid, i, mean yeah.
<v Speaker 6>So.

<v Speaker 6>Don't have, many kids but. IT'S myself i have this
<v Speaker 6>unusual talent of being able to make a perfect bubble
<v Speaker 6>out of my spit and put it on the end of,
<v Speaker 6>the tongue blow, it OFF and I and i blow
<v Speaker 6>it in my brother's ear.
<v Speaker 5>In.
<v Speaker 6>The car i'd be in the Backseat and i'd, be

<v Speaker 7>so there's like TWO that i can REMEMBER that i
<v Speaker 7>used to get told not. To do one was at the.
<v Speaker 7>DINNER table i used to sit across from like our
<v Speaker 7>china cabinet with a mirror, in IT and i would
<v Speaker 7>never eat, my food AND so i would just constantly
<v Speaker 7>just stare at myself in the mirror and play with.
<v Speaker 7>My HAIR and i can remember my mom just always
<v Speaker 7>being like stop staring, at yourself like eat, your food
<v Speaker 7>and eventually like she had to move me to the
<v Speaker 7>other side of the TABLE because i just wouldn't eat
<v Speaker 7>AND so i had to get moved to the.
<v Speaker 1>Other side that's, Super CREEPY like i feel like my
<v Speaker 1>kid is possessed or Something.
<v Speaker 7>Like yeah they're like just to eat, your food place
<v Speaker 7>your hair and. Uh yeah and so they's. A movement
<v Speaker 7>and apparently also. In preschool, IN kindergarten i USED to

<v Speaker 8>the blankets off the top bed, a BUNK and i
<v Speaker 8>never really look up there on. The wall and LAST
<v Speaker 8>year i decided to climb up there and see what's
<v Speaker 8>going on, up there and.
<v Speaker 5>Her entire wall was covered in.
<v Speaker 8>Dry, BOOGERS yeah i.
<v Speaker 3>Do.
