<v Speaker 1>Welcome to But I'm a Lesbian, the podcast where we
<v Speaker 1>serve all batty SaaS, queer film reviews, and everything in between.
<v Speaker 2>Whether you were a baby, gay.
<v Speaker 3>Or a queer elder, we're here, We're queer, and we're
<v Speaker 3>diving deep into all things lesbian. We're your hosts, Caitlin
<v Speaker 3>and Angelina. Get ready for some sappag serotonin. Okay, today
<v Speaker 3>is a very exciting day. Yes, but we are discussing
<v Speaker 3>a relatively new movie. But it became a favorite really fast.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I wonder why.
<v Speaker 4>I wonder why it. Well, we'll talk about it. I'll
<v Speaker 4>tell you exactly exactly why.
<v Speaker 3>I'm pretty sure it has to do with all of
<v Speaker 3>the sex scenes or yeah, mainly one that I really liked.
<v Speaker 3>That's why everyone else likes it. Because I like it,
<v Speaker 3>I'm pretty sure everybody else likes it too. Anyway, So
<v Speaker 3>today we are discussing the twenty twenty four a twenty
<v Speaker 3>four film, Love Lies Bleeding, which stars christ And Stewart
<v Speaker 3>and Katie O'Brien. I had not really heard of Katie
<v Speaker 3>O'Brien before, but I love her.
<v Speaker 4>She's very good looking, she's really beautiful eyes.
<v Speaker 1>And also, apparently because I had not heard of her either.
<v Speaker 1>She starred in a lot of other like action movies
<v Speaker 1>where like she's naturally like you.
<v Speaker 3>Know, well yeah, because I think she got extra buff
<v Speaker 3>for this movie, but she already she already bodybuilding before,
<v Speaker 3>and I feel like she's like pretty tall, and so
<v Speaker 3>she's just she seems like a good fit for an
<v Speaker 3>action any type of movie.
<v Speaker 4>I think so.
<v Speaker 3>So this movie is a bit of a thriller. It's
<v Speaker 3>been described as having a dash of sci fi and.
<v Speaker 4>Body horror as well.
<v Speaker 3>I really like this movie because, as I said, I
<v Speaker 3>like that sex scene, but also I like all of.
<v Speaker 4>The lady muscles.
<v Speaker 3>So I was wondering, Uh, what is your type? Can
<v Speaker 3>you describe to me your type?
<v Speaker 4>Do you have a type? Are you like that is
<v Speaker 4>equal opportunity?
<v Speaker 1>I think I want to say I'm ego opportunity. But
<v Speaker 1>muscles don't hurt. I mean, who doesn't like muscles?
<v Speaker 3>I think I used to think I didn't, but I do.
<v Speaker 2>You know what You're right?
<v Speaker 1>I think when you think of muscles, you're like, oh,
<v Speaker 1>muscular men, and we're both like no, obviously, But when
<v Speaker 1>it's muscular women, we're like, oh my god.
<v Speaker 2>It's like, I don't know that movie. I think we
<v Speaker 2>discovered something for sure. Yeah, what is your type?
<v Speaker 4>Oh you're like equal opportunity.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah yeah, basically, like I mean, the muscles is a plus,
<v Speaker 1>but like I think I kind of like.
<v Speaker 3>Is there anything that you're like I am and not
<v Speaker 3>attracted to blondes or.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I think, yeah, you know what we're gonna get specific.
<v Speaker 2>I don't really like white girls.
<v Speaker 4>I understand me better, but.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I think, yeah, I think other than that.
<v Speaker 1>But I mean, you're still beautiful. It's just you know,
<v Speaker 1>everybody has a type.
<v Speaker 3>Right, it can't be everyone exactly, Okay, I asked you.
<v Speaker 3>It's also it's just funny because I asked this question
<v Speaker 3>on TikTok. So if you follow us on TikTok, you
<v Speaker 3>would see this, But if you don't, I'm going to
<v Speaker 3>talk about it here.
<v Speaker 4>I had a friend.
<v Speaker 3>Who asked me if I happened upon myself and I
<v Speaker 3>was single, would I hook up with myself? And I
<v Speaker 3>was like no, because I'm not my type. And she
<v Speaker 3>thought that that was like kind of like sad, like, oh,
<v Speaker 3>you don't think that you're like attractive, And I'm like, no,
<v Speaker 3>I do think I'm attractive, but like I am not
<v Speaker 3>my own type. Like I see beautiful women all the time,
<v Speaker 3>but I am not. Well, first of all, I'm married,
<v Speaker 3>so I'm not attracted to anybody except celebrities. But I'm
<v Speaker 3>not like attracted to them.
<v Speaker 4>Especially if they were to look like me.
<v Speaker 3>And I do see couples like that that like look similar,
<v Speaker 3>like maybe they're.
<v Speaker 4>Like both white, tattooed.
<v Speaker 3>All girls like and I'm like, oh, that's cute, but
<v Speaker 3>like me, like, I want somebody that looks really different
<v Speaker 3>than me. Also, I no, I'm not attracted to fems,
<v Speaker 3>so they have to be more like mask presenting. But
<v Speaker 3>also I've never I've never dated a white girl either,
<v Speaker 3>so I guess I'm also not attracted to white Stewart
<v Speaker 3>and she's white.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and she's she's more mass so maybe that's yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Also, I just feel like I should say this. I
<v Speaker 3>do like muscles, but I also I I love a
<v Speaker 3>curvy woman, Like we talked about, one of my very
<v Speaker 3>like biggest celebrity crushes is Queen Latifa. Yes, I feel
<v Speaker 3>like she seems like she is strong, but she's also
<v Speaker 3>like very curbby, and I like boobs and butts and
<v Speaker 3>she has bold yes, And my wife and I love
<v Speaker 3>those things, and also her beautiful personality and her eyes
<v Speaker 3>and her perfect teeth that she got.
<v Speaker 4>Her muscles and muscle Yeah, yeah, so I love all
<v Speaker 4>of those things.
<v Speaker 3>But anyway, I just think it's so interesting because some
<v Speaker 3>people have like such a strict type and some people don't.
<v Speaker 3>So I like to know, But do you have a
<v Speaker 3>hot take or burning desire you want to talk about
<v Speaker 3>with this movie?
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think I have a hot take for this movie.
<v Speaker 1>Burning desire to be in this movie and be like
<v Speaker 1>a fly on the wall, not even in there, because
<v Speaker 1>obviously I like their little love story, but like just
<v Speaker 1>to be like a character in this movie. Yeah, like
<v Speaker 1>one that doesn't get I was like, not Daisy, because
<v Speaker 1>that's what I was gonna say, Yeah, Daisy, not not her?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, what about you?
<v Speaker 3>Okay, I think this is a hot take and it
<v Speaker 3>sounds a little hater ish, but I don't mean it.
<v Speaker 4>I just I'm looking into this in depth, you know.
<v Speaker 4>And so what I wanted to mention.
<v Speaker 3>Is that lou seems to think that she is so
<v Speaker 3>much better than her sister because her sister chose an
<v Speaker 3>abusive man.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, but Jackie is also abusive.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Jackie Lou Drada hit her.
<v Speaker 4>It's so broke her. No, her nose was bleeding.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, and also I feel that Jackie is emotionally abusive.
<v Speaker 3>She like manipulates her into doing things, and I just
<v Speaker 3>think that, yeah, she is obviously not as bad as
<v Speaker 3>the guy that Lo's sister chose because she's not a man,
<v Speaker 3>and she only hurt her that one time, not hurting
<v Speaker 3>her all the time. But you know what, who knows
<v Speaker 3>if she's going to hurt her again if they stay together,
<v Speaker 3>because like that was crazy, and so yeah, I think
<v Speaker 3>maybe I understand Lou's frustration with her sister like being
<v Speaker 3>so stupid, but I just feel like she also needs
<v Speaker 3>to look inward because she is also making bad choices.
<v Speaker 4>And it's probably.
<v Speaker 3>Because they grew up with a very unhealthy dynamic and
<v Speaker 3>they didn't learn like a healthy attachment style.
<v Speaker 2>I think.
<v Speaker 1>So I just think like she definitely does. I can
<v Speaker 1>see what you mean. She thinks that she's so much
<v Speaker 1>better because she's like, it's so easy just leave him,
<v Speaker 1>you know, but literally the relationship is kind of toxic.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, Yeah, she loves she wants to do anything she
<v Speaker 3>can to stay with Jackie, So it's like yeah, I'm
<v Speaker 3>like okay, yeah. Anyhow, so we're going to take a
<v Speaker 3>quick break yet, and when we get back, we're going
<v Speaker 3>to go into the rec So.
<v Speaker 4>A couple.
<v Speaker 3>Do a couple pull ups and crunches while you wait
<v Speaker 3>for us to get back.
<v Speaker 4>Welcome back to but I'm a Lesbian.
<v Speaker 3>This week we are discussing love Lies Bleeding, and I
<v Speaker 3>am leading the recap, So you're gonna get a lot
<v Speaker 3>of extra information probably that is not exactly pertinent, but
<v Speaker 3>it'll be fun.
<v Speaker 4>Okay. Exactly, it's like we're watching the movie, just listening
<v Speaker 4>to it. Okay, Okay. Also, I don't know, I'm gonna
<v Speaker 4>ask you this.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, when you watch a movie with people, do you
<v Speaker 3>talk or are you quiet?
<v Speaker 1>I think it depends on the people that I'm with,
<v Speaker 1>because my family they love to talk and they'll ask me,
<v Speaker 1>especially if I've seen the movie what happens?
<v Speaker 2>And sometimes I'm like yeah, and they're like what are
<v Speaker 2>they doing? What are they doing with that?
<v Speaker 1>And so we're sometimes they're not paying attention, but they're
<v Speaker 1>interested and they're like looking at me for like the
<v Speaker 1>recap with while the movie's going. So I'm like, well,
<v Speaker 1>you missed it. But here's what happened. But then other
<v Speaker 1>people look at me and like they're like, don't talk
<v Speaker 1>during the movie, So I don't.
<v Speaker 2>I can take a hint I wouldn't.
<v Speaker 4>Okay.
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, unless you ask for it, then I won't
<v Speaker 2>tell you. But I do like talking.
<v Speaker 1>I know so hard the movie theater when I go
<v Speaker 1>with Yami and I'm like, oh my god, she's trying
<v Speaker 1>to eat her bopcorn.
<v Speaker 2>And watch the movie attention.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, but she does appreciate because she also misses something
<v Speaker 1>sometimes and so she's like, oh, I wouldn't have got
<v Speaker 1>that if you didn't tell me.
<v Speaker 3>Well, yeah, because in Fifth Street you were saying something
<v Speaker 3>at the end and she's like wait what.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my girl, and she was like fully watching it,
<v Speaker 1>like not even on her phone, but just like what
<v Speaker 1>about you.
<v Speaker 3>I do like to talk. I think I feel like
<v Speaker 3>Well and I both talk. O God, so that's fine,
<v Speaker 3>like we'll be like, oh my god, look at this
<v Speaker 3>bitch like.
<v Speaker 4>Saying things.
<v Speaker 3>I think, Well likes to do that too, but then
<v Speaker 3>it can be hard more so with like I guess
<v Speaker 3>with movies, but I'm thinking of like with shows, because
<v Speaker 3>we're watching I think I told you about this show pluribus.
<v Speaker 2>Yes you did.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, I really like it.
<v Speaker 3>I wouldn't have watched it unless I heard that the
<v Speaker 3>main character is a lesbian.
<v Speaker 4>But you know what, it's really good and I'm glad
<v Speaker 4>I'm watching it.
<v Speaker 3>But I am glad she's a lesbian because basically she's
<v Speaker 3>like trying to save the world, and it's like, if
<v Speaker 3>you want anyone to save the world, that should be
<v Speaker 3>a middle aged lesbian, Like she is self assured, she
<v Speaker 3>gets shit done exactly.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I'm into it.
<v Speaker 3>But anyway, we were like talking a little bit in it,
<v Speaker 3>and then I was like, oh my god, wait, we
<v Speaker 3>missed something really important because I'm.
<v Speaker 2>Like, what the hell do you guys?
<v Speaker 1>Ever pause it sometimes because sometimes we know it's going
<v Speaker 1>to get into it. Yeah, He's like hold on, pause it,
<v Speaker 1>and then I keep talking and then she's like waiting,
<v Speaker 1>waiting for me finished, and then she's like, oh, okay,
<v Speaker 1>are we ready.
<v Speaker 2>I'm like yes, we are.
<v Speaker 4>Yes, yes.
<v Speaker 3>Or also like you have to choose like a specific
<v Speaker 3>time to watch a show like that, because it's like
<v Speaker 3>if she is like editing or like I'm like, oh,
<v Speaker 3>I'm gonna be posting on TikTok, like we can put
<v Speaker 3>something silly on in the background that like not the
<v Speaker 3>like Abbot Elementary, Like it's so funny, but it's not
<v Speaker 3>like you have to look for twists, like it's like
<v Speaker 3>a comedy. But if we're gonna watch Pluribus or we're
<v Speaker 3>gonna watch like Palm Role, which is another Apple TV show,
<v Speaker 3>it sounds like I'm obsessed with Apple TV.
<v Speaker 4>But they're just both out right now.
<v Speaker 3>Then we're like, oh, we have to wait like until
<v Speaker 3>we're both ready to be like in it anyway, Okay, I'm.
<v Speaker 4>Gonna talk about the movie now, Okay.
<v Speaker 3>So okay, this movie is set in nineteen eighty nine, which,
<v Speaker 3>believe it or not, is before I was born, because
<v Speaker 3>I was born in February of nineteen ninety, so I'm
<v Speaker 3>a nineties baby barely. And so we open with loud,
<v Speaker 3>unsettling music. I'm pretty sure that because I always watch
<v Speaker 3>everything with the subtitles and it's like unsettling music, do
<v Speaker 3>I know. Okay, So loud, unsettling music and stars, and
<v Speaker 3>then we panned down from the sky with the stars
<v Speaker 3>to the outside of a gym called Creater Gym. And
<v Speaker 3>I don't know that they specifically say this, but this
<v Speaker 3>takes place in New Mexico, and I have just felt
<v Speaker 3>like New Mexico is really popular right now because Pluribus
<v Speaker 3>is in it and Honey Don't was filmed in New
<v Speaker 3>Mexico even though it was supposed to be Bakersfield. And
<v Speaker 3>I mean this was years ago, but the first time
<v Speaker 3>I heard a lot of talk about New Mexico was
<v Speaker 3>when Breaking Bad was out, because it's in New Mexico.
<v Speaker 4>I don't know, it's just a new cool place right now.
<v Speaker 2>It's really hot. I've never been there.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, but you know, I posted something one time on
<v Speaker 3>TikTok that was like the like where states I would
<v Speaker 3>live in, you know, and I said I wouldn't live
<v Speaker 3>in New Mexico and a lot of people were like,
<v Speaker 3>you're crazy, Like it's really actually liberal and cool here.
<v Speaker 4>Oh. I was like, okay, but I just think of
<v Speaker 4>it as like a desert, and so it.
<v Speaker 1>Is that I saw it is, and I'm like, I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to be in a desert.
<v Speaker 3>I can't deal with the Yeah, I'm glad people would
<v Speaker 3>accept me.
<v Speaker 2>That's great. I come to New Mexico right now, because I.
<v Speaker 3>Also said no to like the most liberal states on
<v Speaker 3>the East Coast. Like Massachusetts, because yeah, that's okay. I
<v Speaker 3>would live there in the summer. I would be rich
<v Speaker 3>and I would go to a provincetown and I would
<v Speaker 3>be hang out with other rich lesbians. But like, I'm
<v Speaker 3>not going to live there in the winter, Like, no,
<v Speaker 3>I want you.
<v Speaker 2>To have to come back here. Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I think we're spoiled because California. I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>I love California and California forever goodbye. It's the best state.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, I'll actually talk about the movie before so forgot,
<v Speaker 4>I'm like, let's talk more about.
<v Speaker 3>So we go inside of the gym and we see
<v Speaker 3>a lot of people working out. We see like close
<v Speaker 3>ups of nipples and sweaty biceps, and then we see
<v Speaker 3>Lou who is Christian Stewart's character, and she's in the
<v Speaker 3>bathroom unclogging in toilets, like, which is.
<v Speaker 2>So fucking nasty. I was eating when I watched that part,
<v Speaker 2>and I was like done bars. I literally had to stop.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, oh my god, hold on, have you
<v Speaker 3>ever had a unclogged a toilet that someone else clogged?
<v Speaker 2>Yes?
<v Speaker 1>I used to do that work and it literally looked
<v Speaker 1>like that, and it made me think of that I
<v Speaker 1>think that's why I got more grossed out because I
<v Speaker 1>felt like I was like back in that scene, and
<v Speaker 1>I was like, no.
<v Speaker 3>When I was seventeen to eighteen, I worked at a
<v Speaker 3>grocery store and so I was a courtesy clerk, so
<v Speaker 3>a bagger, and one of the things that baggers had
<v Speaker 3>to do was clean the bathroom. There were multiple times
<v Speaker 3>where somebody like probably someone that is mentally ill, like
<v Speaker 3>spread shit on the walls and stuff, like, there was
<v Speaker 3>shit everywhere.
<v Speaker 4>It was gross. I didn't clean it. I was like,
<v Speaker 4>you didn't get somebody else to do it. I'm not fucking.
<v Speaker 3>I'm getting paid eight dollars an hour, Like no, anyway,
<v Speaker 3>I've always been that way.
<v Speaker 4>I'm like, I'm not doing it.
<v Speaker 2>No good for you because you know what, you're not missy.
<v Speaker 3>Now. Yeah, it's gross, but you know, I think you
<v Speaker 3>also have been a caregiver before. So I've definitely clean
<v Speaker 3>poop off of people. But I don't mind because I
<v Speaker 3>want the people to be clean, right, Like yeah, but AnyWho.
<v Speaker 4>A girl with rotten teeth, that's so mean.
<v Speaker 3>A girl with rotten teeth named Daisy starts calling for Lou.
<v Speaker 3>She's like Lou and then she comes in and she's
<v Speaker 3>like hitting on her, and I'm like, this is really gross.
<v Speaker 4>It probably smells really gross in there.
<v Speaker 2>She does not care though, she was like all up
<v Speaker 2>on her and.
<v Speaker 3>I feel bad, but I don't think she has the
<v Speaker 3>best hygiene I know, so she probably is like this
<v Speaker 3>is fine. She's like, oh my god, hey, but also
<v Speaker 3>like Lou is hot, so I understand. She's like, I
<v Speaker 3>don't care about the surrounding scend into her. And then
<v Speaker 3>Lou is like, I can't. I have to go help
<v Speaker 3>my sister. Her sister is named Beth.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, and then Lou gives.
<v Speaker 3>Daisy a little bit of money, and Daisy looks sad,
<v Speaker 3>but she leaves, and then we see like time went by,
<v Speaker 3>it's after closing time, and we see Lou lock up
<v Speaker 3>and drive home in her truck, and then we see
<v Speaker 3>that she went home and she has cat.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, it's so lesbians, so cute.
<v Speaker 3>And then she's listening to a tape that is like
<v Speaker 3>I feel like these were popular in like the eighties
<v Speaker 3>and nineties, like to like not necessarily hypnotize you, but
<v Speaker 3>those were also different tapes, but like to be like
<v Speaker 3>you don't need to smoke.
<v Speaker 1>Like literally all the like bad, the side effects of it,
<v Speaker 1>like to try to get.
<v Speaker 3>You to like because I think my grandma did that
<v Speaker 3>for like weight loss, Like you don't need to eat donuts,
<v Speaker 3>you know, Like it's like to convince.
<v Speaker 2>You to be like you don't need to do this.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, and so never work.
<v Speaker 1>I mean maybe it works for some people, but I'm
<v Speaker 1>like that wouldn't Yeah, brol, I have a donut downstairs
<v Speaker 1>in the kitchen.
<v Speaker 4>I'm gonna eat later.
<v Speaker 3>I've been thinking about it all day, but I've been
<v Speaker 3>too busy to eat a donut.
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, you're better than me. I would have multitask
<v Speaker 2>with the donuts take in my hand. I've been like,
<v Speaker 2>I got a treat for this.
<v Speaker 4>I'm gonna do this training, but I'm gonna eat my doughnut.
<v Speaker 2>Wow. We love the socall.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, Okay, So then she is probably not going to
<v Speaker 3>stop smoking. And then she's masturbating on her couch. So
<v Speaker 3>I think that's important to know that. She was like,
<v Speaker 3>I can't hang out with you because I have to
<v Speaker 3>help my sister. But really it's because she's obviously not
<v Speaker 3>that into that girl. Because said she's going to like
<v Speaker 3>touch herself instead of letting that girl touch her.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, all I could think about, even though I mean, yes,
<v Speaker 1>it's Kristin Stewart.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, you didn't wear gloves when.
<v Speaker 1>You do, so I just thought about her hands in
<v Speaker 1>the toilet and then like touching herself, so to.
<v Speaker 4>Me, I was gonna get an infection, I know.
<v Speaker 1>And then the cat comes up to like eat her
<v Speaker 1>like food on the sofa, and I was just like,
<v Speaker 1>this is a mess.
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, you can't go to your bed. You can't.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know, that's just me.
<v Speaker 3>Well, she lives, she can masturbate wherever she that's true,
<v Speaker 3>but I'm like.
<v Speaker 2>Move the food. I don't know. Maybe you know I continue.
<v Speaker 4>Have you seen the movie this is the end?
<v Speaker 3>Yes, I remember when Danny McBride is like, I can.
<v Speaker 4>Come wherever I want. I'm gonna come on this. I
<v Speaker 4>can come on this.
<v Speaker 2>That's her.
<v Speaker 4>Yes, in my house, I could do this.
<v Speaker 2>When I'm like, you see where she needs to go?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, you're like okay. So then we switched to seeing
<v Speaker 4>Dave Franco.
<v Speaker 3>His name is JAJ in this and he is fucking
<v Speaker 3>Katie O'Brien who plays Jackie. So JJ is fucking Jackie
<v Speaker 3>in a truck and we find out that basically he
<v Speaker 3>offered her a job before the sex, and then he
<v Speaker 3>asked her to come by tomorrow. So I feel like
<v Speaker 3>she felt that she needed to have sex attempt to
<v Speaker 3>get the job, which he seems like a creepy weirdo.
<v Speaker 3>And then we see she goes to sleep under and
<v Speaker 3>overpass and so we're like, Okay, she is not housed,
<v Speaker 3>and she probably does not have a lot of money
<v Speaker 3>because she's sleeping with this guy so she can get
<v Speaker 3>a job. So things are not going the best for
<v Speaker 3>her right now, but she's still working out. She works
<v Speaker 3>out in the morning, like under the overpassing. Yeah, like
<v Speaker 3>working out, and she's really buff. I wrote that she
<v Speaker 3>is very buff. She very she is very buff.
<v Speaker 4>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>And then the same morning, Lou goes to her sister's house, Beth,
<v Speaker 3>and we see that Dave Franco slash JJ is her
<v Speaker 3>sister's husband slash baby daddy, So we're like, oh, okay.
<v Speaker 4>So he's a cheater.
<v Speaker 3>And then also we see that the sister has a
<v Speaker 3>broken arm, so we're like, oh, he's also abusive. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>and I think they kind of hinto like what happened,
<v Speaker 3>and she's like, oh, I ran into something or that my.
<v Speaker 2>Face Lader, No, she does it.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, her face is like fucked up, and she's just
<v Speaker 1>like looking at her and she's like, oh, it's nothing.
<v Speaker 2>Like I did something whatever.
<v Speaker 3>And but yeah, Lou knows. Yeah, she's like stopplying. He's
<v Speaker 3>a piece of shit.
<v Speaker 4>Then we see Dave.
<v Speaker 3>Oh I was telling him Dave Franco. Okay, did we
<v Speaker 3>see JJ and Jackie at the gun range that he
<v Speaker 3>apparently like manages. And he takes her into the boss's
<v Speaker 3>office and the boss is Lou Senior. So this is
<v Speaker 3>Lou's dad and he looks like such a weirdo because
<v Speaker 3>he's like he's giving tales from the crypt because he
<v Speaker 3>has like his head is.
<v Speaker 4>And then he has long gray hair.
<v Speaker 3>And I also, I actually like looked up facts about
<v Speaker 3>this movie and I found out that he put that
<v Speaker 3>wigg as a joke.
<v Speaker 4>But then they really liked it.
<v Speaker 2>They're like, oh, you look so creepy. This is business.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Also Ed Harris is the actor that plays Lou the dad.
<v Speaker 4>He is from West World, which did you watch West World?
<v Speaker 1>No?
<v Speaker 2>But I know you're talking about.
<v Speaker 3>It was only good the first season and like a half.
<v Speaker 3>Mainly we watched it because I might have mentioned this before,
<v Speaker 3>but my wife's like soleb crush. One of them is
<v Speaker 3>Evan rachel Wood. She thinks she's like the most beautiful
<v Speaker 3>girl ever besides me and the Leah celebrity crush. Anyway,
<v Speaker 3>she was like, we have to watch this because Evan
<v Speaker 3>rachel Wood is in it, and it was. It was
<v Speaker 3>good at first, but anyway he plays I don't know,
<v Speaker 3>I can't give anything away.
<v Speaker 4>It's whatever West World got canceled.
<v Speaker 3>But he plays kind of like the bad guy anyway,
<v Speaker 3>So that's what I know him from, but I guess
<v Speaker 3>he's from other stuff too, And so Jackie doesn't seem
<v Speaker 3>to do that well in the interview, but I like
<v Speaker 3>that because she doesn't lie. I think he's like, what
<v Speaker 3>do you know about guns or whatever? And she's like yeah.
<v Speaker 2>He's like do you like them?
<v Speaker 1>She's like no, I think that's I think I'd prefer
<v Speaker 1>to use my own like strength, yes, a piece of metal.
<v Speaker 2>And he's like, then what the fuck are you doing here?
<v Speaker 3>Like dude, I need a job, right, Like it's always
<v Speaker 3>that stupid thing, like if you are interviewing somewhere silly
<v Speaker 3>like McDonald's or like Target and they're like, why do
<v Speaker 3>you want to work here?
<v Speaker 4>It's like, because job. It's not my dream to work here.
<v Speaker 3>I mean it might be if you before Target fucked
<v Speaker 3>up their DEI stuff. I feel like it would have
<v Speaker 3>been a cool place to work. But it's like, you know.
<v Speaker 2>I need the money. I need a job.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, what the hell, just give me the job.
<v Speaker 3>I remember I interviewed at Kmart one time and they
<v Speaker 3>didn't pick me, and they asked that type of question.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, why do you want to work at kmart?
<v Speaker 4>Because I need a job? Okay.
<v Speaker 3>So then we switched to seeing Lou at work at
<v Speaker 3>the gym again, and then she sees Jackie come in
<v Speaker 3>and she's like mesmerized.
<v Speaker 2>She's like she's like, oh my god.
<v Speaker 4>She's like wow, she's so hot.
<v Speaker 3>And then a guy comes in and asks Lou about
<v Speaker 3>where to find her mom and where to find her dad,
<v Speaker 3>and she's like, my dad's a piece of shit, and
<v Speaker 3>she doesn't answer anything. So we're like, okay, So even
<v Speaker 3>though she works at this gym, which we find out
<v Speaker 3>her dad owns, he owns a lot of stuff, she
<v Speaker 3>doesn't talk to her dad. And then the guy gives
<v Speaker 3>her a card like call me if you find anything out.
<v Speaker 3>And we find out he's from the FBI. So we're like, okay,
<v Speaker 3>so not only does the dad own a lot of stuff,
<v Speaker 3>but he is probably into something like kind of shady
<v Speaker 3>because the FBI's after him. I don't know. Then we
<v Speaker 3>see some dudes trying to talk to Jackie and I'm like,
<v Speaker 3>oh man, and then Lou closes the gym. I think
<v Speaker 3>Lou is like, okay, we're close. She's like, get the
<v Speaker 3>fuck out, that's my girl. And then she and Jackie
<v Speaker 3>are like outside smoking after she closes it, and they're
<v Speaker 3>talking and Lou is like, you got some pretty serious
<v Speaker 3>lines going, like she's.
<v Speaker 4>Like totally like hey, you know her.
<v Speaker 3>And then these gross men come up and invite Jackie
<v Speaker 3>to go to drinks and then Jackie's like no thanks,
<v Speaker 3>and she they're like, what.
<v Speaker 4>You want to hang out with Lou?
<v Speaker 3>Lou's a grade A dyke or whatever, and she's like yeah, She's.
<v Speaker 2>Like going into it.
<v Speaker 4>She's like yeah yeah.
<v Speaker 3>And so then one of the guys touches her and
<v Speaker 3>she punches him and then he hits her back and
<v Speaker 3>calls her a bitch. And it's like just an example
<v Speaker 3>of why, Yeah, I hate so many men because they
<v Speaker 3>were being really nice to her because they wanted to
<v Speaker 3>fuck her, and.
<v Speaker 4>When they found out she's not going to do it,
<v Speaker 4>then she's just a bitch.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, at least the other guy. I mean, he stills
<v Speaker 1>friends with him, but he was like, whoa, what are
<v Speaker 1>you doing?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, and that's a girl. She's like, that's a girl.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>He's like, what are you doing?
<v Speaker 3>Yes, okay, and then Lou and Jackie go back into
<v Speaker 3>the gym and Lou brings Jackie some ice, and then
<v Speaker 3>Jackie's like, yeah, I want to go to this bodybuilding
<v Speaker 3>contest in Vegas. That's like I'm like traveling, like to
<v Speaker 3>get to Vegas. And Lou's like, okay, that's cool. And
<v Speaker 3>I don't know exactly why they're talking about it. I
<v Speaker 3>think they're just getting to know each other. Jackie's like,
<v Speaker 3>I'm from Oklahoma and I got really into working out
<v Speaker 3>because I used to be fat and like people made
<v Speaker 3>fun of me. And also she says that she's adopted,
<v Speaker 3>and then I wrote this, I love Jackie's teeth.
<v Speaker 4>And I love lose teeth, and I hope that neither
<v Speaker 4>of them ever get veneers.
<v Speaker 2>I hope they don't.
<v Speaker 3>I don't even remember what the don's teeth look like now.
<v Speaker 3>I just feel like they were slightly imperfect. But also
<v Speaker 3>Jackie slash Katie O'Brien. There's a scene later where she's
<v Speaker 3>like outside in the sun and she has these oh
<v Speaker 3>my god, Like Kristin Stewart has really pretty eyes, like
<v Speaker 3>they're like green, and they also look really pretty in
<v Speaker 3>the sun, but like, uh, Katie O'Brien's eyes are like
<v Speaker 3>this hazel color and in the sun they like almost
<v Speaker 3>look like green brown and they're really pretty. And I
<v Speaker 3>don't want this to sound weird, but they remind me
<v Speaker 3>of my dog, Sailor's eyes because she has these hazel
<v Speaker 3>eyes and they're so pretty.
<v Speaker 4>And I'm like, oh my god, her eyes are so beautiful.
<v Speaker 3>It looks Sailor anyway, So I got distracted talking about
<v Speaker 3>them being pretty, okay, and then lou brings Jackie some
<v Speaker 3>steroids and yeah, it's like look how cool.
<v Speaker 4>Look what I have.
<v Speaker 3>And Jackie's like, oh no, I'm like all natural, and
<v Speaker 3>she's like, don't you want to try it. I'll let
<v Speaker 3>you try some for free, and I'm like, okay, she's
<v Speaker 3>just trying to impress her, but like this is weird.
<v Speaker 3>Why are you trying to tempt her to do something
<v Speaker 3>literally the first time?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah?
<v Speaker 4>Weird.
<v Speaker 3>So then she's like okay, and then she shoots. She's like,
<v Speaker 3>where do you want it? And she's like, in my butt,
<v Speaker 3>and so she like turns around and she shoots the
<v Speaker 3>steroids and Jackie's butt, and then they like make out
<v Speaker 3>and then Lou is like, you're not some straight girl, right,
<v Speaker 3>and she doesn't really answer, and then we see them
<v Speaker 3>go to Lou's house and they're making out and then
<v Speaker 3>they do sex stuff and it's very muscle worship be
<v Speaker 3>like they're doing these like close ups on the muscles,
<v Speaker 3>and then they do this weird thing that they do
<v Speaker 3>kind of a lot where they show Jackie's veins like
<v Speaker 3>moving around, and that's like, that was my first hint
<v Speaker 3>because I didn't know there was anything like sci fi
<v Speaker 3>ish supernaturally about it.
<v Speaker 4>So I was like, what are they doing with the rain?
<v Speaker 4>What the that's that's what they're like, Oh my god, okay, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>I was like okay, you get it.
<v Speaker 3>And so in the morning, Lou makes breakfast and Jackie
<v Speaker 3>tells her where she's working, and Lou's like, my dad
<v Speaker 3>owns that place.
<v Speaker 4>You shouldn't work.
<v Speaker 3>There, and then Jackie asked if she can crash at
<v Speaker 3>her place for a while, and Lou was like yeah, obviously,
<v Speaker 3>like I'm obsessed with you. I was like, yeah, hopefully
<v Speaker 3>we can have more sex.
<v Speaker 4>And then we moved to a montage of.
<v Speaker 3>The next few days and we see their relationship grow
<v Speaker 3>and Lou is so obsessed and loves to watch Jackie pose,
<v Speaker 3>so she's doing like the poses for like the bodybuilding
<v Speaker 3>contest because.
<v Speaker 4>She's pashious, you know. Yeah, yes, I am attracted to
<v Speaker 4>both of.
<v Speaker 3>Them, and they have a lot of sex, and also
<v Speaker 3>they look at each other a lot, and I'm into
<v Speaker 3>it and absolutely.
<v Speaker 2>There's nothing I would change about, Like.
<v Speaker 4>I love it.
<v Speaker 3>And then we see that this bitch, this bitch Daisy
<v Speaker 3>is jealous, so I think they kind of show her
<v Speaker 3>like seeing them together something. And also we see their
<v Speaker 3>continuing to use steroids. There's more of the intense vein
<v Speaker 3>movement and close ups, and we see Lou buying like
<v Speaker 3>a lot more steroids. And then Jackie asked why Lou
<v Speaker 3>and her dad don't get along, and she's like he's
<v Speaker 3>just a fucking psycho, So like, okay, bad stuff happened.
<v Speaker 3>We see some illegal gun stuff going on with the
<v Speaker 3>dad and that he has like a lot of money
<v Speaker 3>and his house is really fancy, so we're like, okay,
<v Speaker 3>like some he's into.
<v Speaker 4>Some shady things.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, Jackie asked about Lou's mom and Lou's like, oh,
<v Speaker 3>she's gone, and she's like she's dead and she's like no,
<v Speaker 3>she's just gone.
<v Speaker 4>So it's like, okay, that's kind of weird, like what
<v Speaker 4>happened to the mom?
<v Speaker 3>And then I said there's a lot of foot stuff
<v Speaker 3>that happens, which is fine. Oh yeah, I forgot because
<v Speaker 3>I think at some point Lou sucks on Jackie's yeah,
<v Speaker 3>and I'm like, that's what I thought was gonna happen
<v Speaker 3>in hotel referee.
<v Speaker 4>So I guess I'm glad it happened at some point.
<v Speaker 3>So yeah, at work, Lou Senior sees Jackie practicing poses
<v Speaker 3>and he shoots right next to her and he's like,
<v Speaker 3>that's not what I'm paying you for and she's like,
<v Speaker 3>I'm on my break. So he is a fucking psycho
<v Speaker 3>and then he decides to teach her to shoot. Oh
<v Speaker 3>that's when I was like, her eyes look so pretty
<v Speaker 3>in the side outside learning and then we see a
<v Speaker 3>flash like a flashback thing of the Dad Lou Senior
<v Speaker 3>shooting someone and then the person falling into a canyon
<v Speaker 3>or a crater, which I feel like is why it's
<v Speaker 3>called crater gym because it's like a weird like hole,
<v Speaker 3>you know, like a crevice.
<v Speaker 4>Anyway, So then later Lou and.
<v Speaker 3>Jackie are talking on the bed and Jackie invites her
<v Speaker 3>to come to Vegas to see her win, and she's
<v Speaker 3>like afterwards, let's just keep driving and go to California
<v Speaker 3>and like I'll be a personal trainer and we can
<v Speaker 3>live at the beach and Lou is like, okay, I've
<v Speaker 3>never been anywhere but here, and I'm like, oh, that's
<v Speaker 3>what's sad. And then we switched to seeing Beth and JJ,
<v Speaker 3>and then Lou and Jackie at dinner, so they're like
<v Speaker 3>double date and JJ has obviously beaten the ship out
<v Speaker 3>of Beth because her face is all missed up, and
<v Speaker 3>of course she's saying that like that's not what happened whatever,
<v Speaker 3>And JJ doesn't know how to use chopsticks because hes
<v Speaker 3>a fucking loser, and ye he is, and then she's
<v Speaker 3>like trying to help him, and then he spills his
<v Speaker 3>food or whatever, and then she tries to clean it
<v Speaker 3>up and he yelled at her and he's like, you
<v Speaker 3>can't touch my dick in the restaurant. It's like, oh
<v Speaker 3>my god, he's making more of a scene. He's I know,
<v Speaker 3>I hate him. And also I like to Lou was like,
<v Speaker 3>do you need a fork? Yeah?
<v Speaker 4>He's like no, Like, oh, yeah, you do. Obviously.
<v Speaker 3>When I worked at a sushi place, I used to
<v Speaker 3>make these, like we call them cheater chopsticks. Where you
<v Speaker 3>have you seen them?
<v Speaker 1>Are they like the ones that it's almost like like
<v Speaker 1>a stand and you put them on and it like
<v Speaker 1>kind of helps you.
<v Speaker 3>Like yeah, Like we would make them with like the
<v Speaker 3>rapper and a rubber band, so you would pull the
<v Speaker 3>wrapper up really small and then you put there of
<v Speaker 3>her band around it so that it's like closed at
<v Speaker 3>the top and so like kids or people that haven't
<v Speaker 3>used top sick can learn how to use them. I
<v Speaker 3>probably could still make them. Yeah, it's been like.
<v Speaker 4>Like fifteen years. I'm like, I'm pretty sure it's like
<v Speaker 4>muscle memory. I was gonna say, yeah.
<v Speaker 3>So anyway, Lou, So he goes to the bathroom to
<v Speaker 3>clean up because he's spilled on himself, and then Lou
<v Speaker 3>goes and follows him to the bathroom area and says,
<v Speaker 3>if you touch her again, it'll be the last thing
<v Speaker 3>you do. And he's like, well, just so you know,
<v Speaker 3>I fucked your girlfriend.
<v Speaker 4>I know. Yeah, and he's like, she will do whatever.
<v Speaker 3>She'll fuck anybody for something like apparently she fucked me
<v Speaker 3>for a job, and she's fucking you for a free
<v Speaker 3>gym membership. Yeah, and then Lou looks sad, and then
<v Speaker 3>on the drive home, Lou is like so passive aggressive,
<v Speaker 3>I know, do you want.
<v Speaker 4>Me to drop you off at JJ's Like yeah, and
<v Speaker 4>she's like what the fuck?
<v Speaker 3>And she confronts her about having sex with him, and
<v Speaker 3>she's really grossed out. She fucks guys, and she's like,
<v Speaker 3>I like both because they never she never really answered
<v Speaker 3>when you were doing stuff, So I think she just
<v Speaker 3>like assumed that she's a lesbian and she's like no,
<v Speaker 3>And also she didn't know that he was like such
<v Speaker 3>a terrible person when.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that was before her.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah anyway, So and then louis mean and is like,
<v Speaker 3>you'll fuck anybody as long as you get something out
<v Speaker 3>of it. So I'm like, okay, bitch, she's slushaming her
<v Speaker 3>and made me mad, and.
<v Speaker 4>Then I was like, you know, okay, it was so bad.
<v Speaker 3>And so then Jackie gets out and they're having like
<v Speaker 3>this weird argument while she's outside walking and louis driving
<v Speaker 3>super slow yelling out the window, and I'm like, wow,
<v Speaker 3>wait to make a scene. And it's like nighttime and
<v Speaker 3>there's not really anybody out, but it's still weird. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>And then she tells Jackie about how her sister Beth
<v Speaker 3>is brainwashed and she won't do anything and the cops
<v Speaker 3>won't either, and she's like I want to kill him,
<v Speaker 3>like I want to kill JJ. And then we see
<v Speaker 3>the FBI guy pull up and Jackie gets back in
<v Speaker 3>the car because louis like, you're walk in the car.
<v Speaker 3>So then they drive back home and then oh my god, okay,
<v Speaker 3>this is this is the scene.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, so then this is what I wrote. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>like blushing. Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Then we get to this really hot scene where Lou
<v Speaker 3>is like in the living room and she sees like
<v Speaker 3>Jackie walking into the bathroom and then she like gets
<v Speaker 3>up all aggressively to go follow her in the bathroom,
<v Speaker 3>which I already thought was hot because I was like oh,
<v Speaker 3>she like wants to fuck.
<v Speaker 4>Her, like she's like going in there. And then she's like.
<v Speaker 3>She's like, I want to stretch you, like I want
<v Speaker 3>to see how far you can go. And I was like,
<v Speaker 3>I was like, did she mean she wants to like
<v Speaker 3>stretch out her muscles?
<v Speaker 4>Yes, she doesn't get cramps.
<v Speaker 3>But I think that was like like a double entundra
<v Speaker 3>thing because obviously she wants to do something else. She
<v Speaker 3>wants to see how far she can go with something else.
<v Speaker 3>And then she's like show me. She's like, I could
<v Speaker 3>never be an actress because I'm like feeling uncomfortable saying it.
<v Speaker 3>And Kristin Stewart did such a good job like being
<v Speaker 3>serious and being like show me how you fuck yourself.
<v Speaker 3>And she's like all like kind of timid about it,
<v Speaker 3>and she's like it's not really how you do it.
<v Speaker 3>Show me how you really do it. She's like, oh okay,
<v Speaker 3>Like oh my god.
<v Speaker 4>And then like she's like so close up to her
<v Speaker 4>like private area watching her. She's like so fascinated because
<v Speaker 4>I just feel like she's like she's so hot. I'm
<v Speaker 4>so in love with her.
<v Speaker 3>Anyway, It's so intimate and sexy, and I liked it,
<v Speaker 3>and then they tell each other they.
<v Speaker 4>Love each other that night, and that's so lesbian because
<v Speaker 4>they're like, we had this.
<v Speaker 3>They literally met like three days ago, but it was
<v Speaker 3>like they had I don't know, A lot has happened
<v Speaker 3>in those futures, and I believe that they love you,
<v Speaker 3>Joy Doo.
<v Speaker 4>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>So then in the morning, the phone rings and it's
<v Speaker 3>the hospital and they're telling Lou that her sister Beth
<v Speaker 3>is in the hospital. Yeah, and she got beat up
<v Speaker 3>really bad and JJ is a fucking piece of shit
<v Speaker 3>and he deserves to die.
<v Speaker 4>That's what I said.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I think that is the point of this, but
<v Speaker 3>I don't think anyone specifically says that.
<v Speaker 4>But we know that it was him.
<v Speaker 3>The cops are like, we don't know what happened, and
<v Speaker 3>it's like everybody knows that it was her husband.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. He's like, we have to wait wait for her
<v Speaker 1>to wake up so we can hear she's in a coma. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>because she's like, we need to hear both sides of
<v Speaker 1>the story.
<v Speaker 2>Oh okay.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, And even when she wakes up, she wouldn't tell
<v Speaker 3>on him. She hasn't been telling on him this whole time,
<v Speaker 3>and so Lu Senior comes in and says he'll make
<v Speaker 3>sure she gets everything she needs and that they can
<v Speaker 3>take care of JJ on their own. And he says
<v Speaker 3>Beth wouldn't want him in jail or dead, and I wrote,
<v Speaker 3>I don't give a fuck it.
<v Speaker 4>Neither does Lou. I don't care. I don't care what
<v Speaker 4>she wants.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, eventually she'll learn to live without.
<v Speaker 3>Also, they have kids together, and the kids see this happening,
<v Speaker 3>like yes, is also about the kids in the situation,
<v Speaker 3>her niece and nephew or whatever. And then the dad
<v Speaker 3>leaves and louis crying and kicking things, and Jackie is upset,
<v Speaker 3>and then the veins thing starts like going crazy again,
<v Speaker 3>and then she grabs louse keys and she leaves by herself.
<v Speaker 3>And then we see JJ at home by himself, drinking
<v Speaker 3>and nursing his fucked up knuckles because he beat the
<v Speaker 3>fucking ship out of his wife. She's like, oh, my knuckles,
<v Speaker 3>and he's like yeah, and he does not give up.
<v Speaker 1>I think he's more nervous obviously, because he knows yeah
<v Speaker 1>with Lou sor.
<v Speaker 4>So I hate him.
<v Speaker 3>And so then he hears something and then Jackie comes
<v Speaker 3>out of hiding in the house and she beats him
<v Speaker 3>to death and favor Yeah the sex scenes, like I
<v Speaker 3>did enjoy this, And she looks a lot bigger than before,
<v Speaker 3>and I think that is like also part of like
<v Speaker 3>how maybe she is viewing herself slash the like sci
<v Speaker 3>fi ish part of it, like the veins are moving
<v Speaker 3>and she like keeps getting bigger, like she's like taller
<v Speaker 3>and bigger, you know.
<v Speaker 4>And then Lou takes a cab home. She's probably like
<v Speaker 4>I don't know why.
<v Speaker 2>She literally is.
<v Speaker 4>I know she's at the hospital.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know why.
<v Speaker 4>She didn't say anything to her as she loved She
<v Speaker 4>just loves her and I know you can do whatever.
<v Speaker 2>She woke up and was like, oh, okay.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm stranded here and I'm like, oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>y And then obviously she couldn't call her yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Oh yeah, because also it is the eighties and people
<v Speaker 3>don't have cell phones, like.
<v Speaker 2>What the hell?
<v Speaker 3>So then Lou is taking a cab home, but then
<v Speaker 3>she sees her truck in front of Beth and JJ's house,
<v Speaker 3>so she's like, what the hell is She's like, please stop,
<v Speaker 3>and she gets out and she goes into the house
<v Speaker 3>and she sees JJ's face smashed in and it's pretty graphic,
<v Speaker 3>and she's like, oh, what the fuck? And then she
<v Speaker 3>finds Jackie in the tub in like a catatonic state.
<v Speaker 3>Jackie is in the tub and she's like, I made
<v Speaker 3>it right, Like she's not, like she's definitely out of
<v Speaker 3>it right, and she's just saying I made it right.
<v Speaker 3>And Lou is like, they are gonna fry you for this, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>And then she helps her get dressed and they move
<v Speaker 3>the body and are like disposing of evidence. So they
<v Speaker 3>put him in the trunk of his own car, and
<v Speaker 3>Lou is like, we're going to go for a drive.
<v Speaker 3>I know a place. And then lu drives JJ's car
<v Speaker 3>and Jackie drives behind her and lose truck.
<v Speaker 4>And then that bitch Daisy.
<v Speaker 3>Sees yeah, sees Lou and it's like, oh my god,
<v Speaker 3>new ride and I literally wrote the same thing you
<v Speaker 3>just said.
<v Speaker 4>I was like, she's so annoying.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, like the worst moment ever.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, And then she sees her truck behind her and
<v Speaker 3>sees Jackie in it, and so she's like, why is
<v Speaker 3>that girl riding in your truck?
<v Speaker 4>But I don't think she said it.
<v Speaker 3>She's just like, yeah, you look yeah, yeah, and then
<v Speaker 3>as they're driving, we see Lou like seeing red. They
<v Speaker 3>park at this crater area, so it's the same area
<v Speaker 3>we saw the flashback of the person falling in the
<v Speaker 3>crater and we see that. Yeah, basically it confirms this
<v Speaker 3>is probably where that flashback was. They pour gas in
<v Speaker 3>the car and they push it into the canyon and
<v Speaker 3>then they throw fire in there, and then Jackie asked
<v Speaker 3>what this place is and Lou kisses her and says,
<v Speaker 3>don't worry, just do what I say. But Jackie can't
<v Speaker 3>fucking just do what Lou says, because I she's kind.
<v Speaker 2>Of a bitch.
<v Speaker 4>She doesn't listen.
<v Speaker 1>She doesn't but I feel like the steroids are obviously
<v Speaker 1>they play a huge she's on steroids.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>So they go back to the apartment and Jackie is
<v Speaker 3>like so so.
<v Speaker 4>Excited for going to Vegas.
<v Speaker 3>She's like, whoa, that's that yeah, And I was like,
<v Speaker 3>we can't still go to Vegas, Like what are you
<v Speaker 3>talking about? And she's like mad, right, she's like obsessed
<v Speaker 3>with going to the competition, stuffy, and Lou says something
<v Speaker 3>about how there's other stuff down there, like in the
<v Speaker 3>crevice whatever that would lead to someone else. So like Okay,
<v Speaker 3>Lou goes to Beth and JJ's on her own and cleans.
<v Speaker 2>All the blood. Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>And at Lou's apartment, Jackie realizes that Lou locked her
<v Speaker 3>in and she's really upset, and then she does more
<v Speaker 3>steroids and poses in front of the mirror, but she
<v Speaker 3>seems increasingly mentally unstable.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah. And then back at.
<v Speaker 3>JJ's place, Lou Senior shows up and lets himself in
<v Speaker 3>and Lou to hide it in the closet. Yeah, because
<v Speaker 3>she's still there trying to like clean up or finishing up.
<v Speaker 3>And then he and his cronies end up leaving so
<v Speaker 3>they didn't see her. And then the cops show up
<v Speaker 3>to the crevice the crater area, and then we see
<v Speaker 3>Lou get home and realize that Jackie has broken out.
<v Speaker 3>And this is when I really started to hate Jackie.
<v Speaker 3>She's at the fucking gym. She's like, oh, I just
<v Speaker 3>killed somebody, and like, my girlfriend's trying to help me,
<v Speaker 3>but I need to like break out and go to
<v Speaker 3>the gym.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, and then the Veins thing is happening again, so yeah,
<v Speaker 4>just keep seeing the Veins movie.
<v Speaker 2>She's so happy.
<v Speaker 3>Working out and she's just like yes, And then we
<v Speaker 3>switched to the gun range. We see a cop talking
<v Speaker 3>to Lucior about a body being found, and the cop
<v Speaker 3>is obviously a crookeet cop and it's confirmed because Lou
<v Speaker 3>is paying him, and so the crooked cop probably knows
<v Speaker 3>about the other bodies or whatever that are down there
<v Speaker 3>that Lou has probably killed and he's been hiding it.
<v Speaker 3>And so at Lou's Jackie shows up and is all pumped,
<v Speaker 3>and Lou is obviously pissed, and then Jackie headbuts Lou
<v Speaker 3>and she's like her nose is bleeding, and she literally
<v Speaker 3>knocks her around, knocks because like Jackie's like on the
<v Speaker 3>couch and Lou is like standing and is like, what
<v Speaker 3>the fuck did you do? And she's just like damn,
<v Speaker 3>And this is why I'm like, Jackie is also abusive,
<v Speaker 3>and so Jackie then grabs her stuff to go to
<v Speaker 3>Vegas and then she hitchhikes in a weird van and
<v Speaker 3>she's still all high and weird when she gets in
<v Speaker 3>the competition, but.
<v Speaker 4>She does get to Vegas.
<v Speaker 3>Surprise, right, Yeah, And then we switched scenes back to
<v Speaker 3>the hospital. It's one of best kids birthdays and the
<v Speaker 3>family is all there and she is out of the
<v Speaker 3>coma and she's upset and she's like, why hasn't JJ called,
<v Speaker 3>Like I'm worried about him, like that type of thing,
<v Speaker 3>and it's like, oh my god. She's like he literally
<v Speaker 3>could have killed her. And so then Lou Senior confront
<v Speaker 3>Lou about JJ being found, and Lou's like, I don't
<v Speaker 3>know anything. And the cops go to tell Beth that
<v Speaker 3>JJ is dead, and she's like crying so much because
<v Speaker 3>she loves him even though he's a terrible person. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>and then we see the cops discover more bodies down there,
<v Speaker 3>so they like send somebody down there into the crack
<v Speaker 3>and the crowd and they discover more bodies, and then
<v Speaker 3>then we flash to the bodybuilding competition and Jackie is
<v Speaker 3>still not okay and she's like crying, and then she
<v Speaker 3>takes more steroids and then she's all amped up and
<v Speaker 3>she goes on stage and she like imagines seeing Lou there,
<v Speaker 3>and then when she goes to her individual stage time
<v Speaker 3>and she's supposed to be doing her posy, she looks
<v Speaker 3>like super crazy and she starts having flashbacks and the
<v Speaker 3>veins are like going crazy crazy, and she imagines throwing
<v Speaker 3>up Lou like she's like I threw up. And then
<v Speaker 3>Lou is there like covered in like bile, but really
<v Speaker 3>she just barfed all over the stage, regular barf, not
<v Speaker 3>like threw up. Ann Yeah, and then all the other
<v Speaker 3>girls laugh at her and she beats one of the
<v Speaker 3>girls up. Yeah, and then Lou we see we're back
<v Speaker 3>to New Mexico. We see Lou get to her apartment
<v Speaker 3>and Daisy is waiting for her.
<v Speaker 4>I know, like, oh my god.
<v Speaker 3>She does not get the hint, and Daisy brought her
<v Speaker 3>a joint and she's like, oh, I'm not like smoking anymore.
<v Speaker 4>And she's like, we'll just.
<v Speaker 3>Keep it like for next time or when you decide
<v Speaker 3>to start smoking, which I think is really rude. Like
<v Speaker 3>if somebody says that they're not smoking pot, why would
<v Speaker 3>you be like, you're gonna start doing it again eventually.
<v Speaker 3>It's like if someone's not drinking anymore and you're like, well,
<v Speaker 3>I'm still going to give you this.
<v Speaker 2>Bottle, yeah, so just in case you ever wanted it again.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah. So I'm like, I don't like that.
<v Speaker 3>So then she asks about the night that she saw
<v Speaker 3>Lou in JJ's car and saw Jackie driving the truck,
<v Speaker 3>and she's like, I know it was JJ's car, and
<v Speaker 3>we see that Jackie got.
<v Speaker 4>Arrested in Vegas. So a lot is happening and it's
<v Speaker 4>like boo boom, boom boom. We're going back and forth.
<v Speaker 4>So we see that.
<v Speaker 3>She got arrested, Jackie got arrested. She tries to call Lou,
<v Speaker 3>but Daisy answers naked, not that she can see that
<v Speaker 3>she's naked, but now we know that Daisy and Lou
<v Speaker 3>did have sex because or she's just randomly naked, but
<v Speaker 3>I'm pretty sure they. Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>She answers the phone at Lou's.
<v Speaker 3>House and has like leave her lunch, she doesn't want
<v Speaker 3>to talk to you anymore or whatever. Obviously Lou did
<v Speaker 3>not hear that or know that that was happening, because
<v Speaker 3>she wouldn't have said that.
<v Speaker 4>And so then we see that Lou's dad, Lou.
<v Speaker 3>Senior, bails Jackie out of jail instead, and Lou Senior
<v Speaker 3>confronts her about killing JJ, and she asks to get
<v Speaker 3>out of the car, but they're literally in the middle
<v Speaker 3>of nowhere, so she ends up not getting out, and
<v Speaker 3>then he takes her to his desert mansion and he
<v Speaker 3>gives her a gun and says, call me when it's done,
<v Speaker 3>and then we switch to a diner and we see
<v Speaker 3>Lou and Daisy at the diner, and Lou is trying
<v Speaker 3>to make sure Daisy doesn't didn't tell anyone and won't
<v Speaker 3>tell anyone about seeing her in JJ's truck, and then
<v Speaker 3>she convinces Daisy not to tell anyone about seeing Jackie
<v Speaker 3>that night either, and so they kiss in the diner
<v Speaker 3>and I was like, this seems crazy to me because
<v Speaker 3>they're gonna get hate crime.
<v Speaker 4>This is the eighties. I feel like maybe they know frude.
<v Speaker 1>No, I feel like maybe they know her, but like
<v Speaker 1>that's you know, yeah, they don't mess with her.
<v Speaker 2>That's what I felt like, Yeah, at.
<v Speaker 4>Least that's what I say.
<v Speaker 3>You know, maybe I am weird, But like I think
<v Speaker 3>I've said this before, like I don't feel like when
<v Speaker 3>I like kiss in public, unless like when we were
<v Speaker 3>when I was drinking a lot, I would be like
<v Speaker 3>trying to be all upon her in public and like
<v Speaker 3>drubber boobs and stuff.
<v Speaker 4>I should be like stop.
<v Speaker 3>And I was like Caitlin, but like no, not normally,
<v Speaker 3>and that would be like at a bar anyway. Being
<v Speaker 3>then we see them getting home from the diner to
<v Speaker 3>lose apartment and Daisy throws up because.
<v Speaker 1>I think she was like drinking, yeah, she yeah, they
<v Speaker 1>had like Margarita's yeah, and she was also like this
<v Speaker 1>is like the next day.
<v Speaker 2>She was also drinking like the day before.
<v Speaker 3>And then she threw up and then like I don't
<v Speaker 3>know exactly how basically, then she like falls to the
<v Speaker 3>ground because Jackie fucking shot.
<v Speaker 2>Her, yeah everywhere?
<v Speaker 4>What And Lou's like what the fuck?
<v Speaker 3>And then jack of like runs off and calls the
<v Speaker 3>dad and tells him like, so, I guess the dad
<v Speaker 3>sent her to kill Daisy because he knew that was
<v Speaker 3>the loose end. So he's like trying to help sort
<v Speaker 3>of not really well whatever. Then she calls her actual family.
<v Speaker 4>Jack calls her.
<v Speaker 3>Jackie calls her actual family in Oklahoma, and her brother
<v Speaker 3>answers her little brother and she tells him never to
<v Speaker 3>fall in love. And then her mom is like who
<v Speaker 3>is that and then talks to her and calls her
<v Speaker 3>monster and says never to.
<v Speaker 2>Call there again.
<v Speaker 3>So I'm like, okay, so that's really sad. And then
<v Speaker 3>Lou is stuck cleaning up after another murder that she didn't.
<v Speaker 4>Commit, Oh, like what the hell?
<v Speaker 3>And then the fucking FBI shows up and demands to
<v Speaker 3>be like into the apartment. So she has a literal
<v Speaker 3>body in there, and she's like, oh, I guess okay.
<v Speaker 3>So then she lets them in and the body is
<v Speaker 3>hidden behind the couch and they come in and talk
<v Speaker 3>and literally the cat is drinking the blood like in
<v Speaker 3>the corner. But the FBI doesn't notice the body, thankfully,
<v Speaker 3>And the FBI is like, we want to talk to
<v Speaker 3>you about your dad and the other bodies, and they're like,
<v Speaker 3>we just lost our best informant. So JJ was an
<v Speaker 3>informant about the dad, and I was still fuck him
<v Speaker 3>because yeah, I was like, I'm not surprised he would
<v Speaker 3>be a fucking snitch. Yeah, and then snitch gets yeah
<v Speaker 3>like I don't care, okay. And then back at the
<v Speaker 3>desert mansion, Jackie shows up and gets knocked out.
<v Speaker 4>So I don't know if they show who knocked her out.
<v Speaker 4>I don't really remember.
<v Speaker 3>It's just one of the guys, one of the friends,
<v Speaker 3>one of the security guys that is always with the dad.
<v Speaker 3>Then we see Lou having flashbacks of herself shooting a guy.
<v Speaker 3>She's having those flashbacks when they is talking to her,
<v Speaker 3>and then her dad calls and says, I remove the witness.
<v Speaker 3>You're welcome, and he's like it's fine. I'm just gonna
<v Speaker 3>have Jackie take the blame for everything, yeah, and you'll
<v Speaker 3>be safe. But she doesn't want that because she loves her.
<v Speaker 3>She's like, yeah, everything that above and beyond cleaning up
<v Speaker 3>after murders for her.
<v Speaker 1>She literally had sex with Daisy for that, the very
<v Speaker 1>reason he.
<v Speaker 3>Had sex with Daisy, so that Daisy would be like,
<v Speaker 3>oh my god, I love her, like.
<v Speaker 4>She wouldn't do Anything's like oh yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 3>And so then she says, I'm going to call the
<v Speaker 3>FEDS and tell them everything if you don't let Jackie go.
<v Speaker 3>And he's like, wow, that was dumb, and he hangs
<v Speaker 3>up on her. And then we see that his dirty
<v Speaker 3>cop friend is with him, and then he eats a
<v Speaker 3>bug and it's like a cute bug and that made
<v Speaker 3>me sad.
<v Speaker 2>He like throws a fit and then he's just like,
<v Speaker 2>let me eat a bug.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah. He's a weird guy.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I mean, and he those were his pets, and
<v Speaker 1>like in the beginning he was taking care of him,
<v Speaker 1>but then he just snapped and was like, let me
<v Speaker 1>fucking eat this bug.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, but maybe he was raising them to eat like
<v Speaker 3>people do that with like farm animals.
<v Speaker 4>But you're like, I'm raised, and then I'm gonna yeah,
<v Speaker 4>that's true. I don't know, maybe I.
<v Speaker 2>Thought that heat Okay, you know what, you may be right.
<v Speaker 3>Also, there was this show that I watched called Your Honor.
<v Speaker 3>It's a pretty good show if you're looking for a
<v Speaker 3>show to watch. I don't think there's anything gay in it,
<v Speaker 3>but it was good. Speaking of Breaking Bad, it's the
<v Speaker 3>Brian Cranston from Breaking Back because like he plays a
<v Speaker 3>judge in it, and then his son does something bad
<v Speaker 3>and he's trying to cover it up and blah blah blah.
<v Speaker 3>But anyway, there's this like mob guy and he like
<v Speaker 3>loves his birds and he's always talking about his bird
<v Speaker 3>and blah blah blah.
<v Speaker 4>At some point he gets really mad and he fucking
<v Speaker 4>kills the bird.
<v Speaker 3>So I think also, maybe they're just trying to show
<v Speaker 3>like he's crazy, like he's unhinged and can't yeah, yeah, can't.
<v Speaker 4>Handle his anchor, Okay.
<v Speaker 3>And so then uh, let's see the evil cop. The
<v Speaker 3>dirty cop guy comes to lose apartment to shoot her,
<v Speaker 3>but she shoots him first, so it's like, oh, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>the dad really does not care like he was his
<v Speaker 3>friend to shoot his own daughter because she threatened to
<v Speaker 3>tell on him.
<v Speaker 4>And then oh, I wrote a cab.
<v Speaker 3>I wrote a cab, but it autocorrected it, and I
<v Speaker 3>was like, she took.
<v Speaker 4>A cat Okay, now I don't remember that. I was like,
<v Speaker 4>whoa Okay.
<v Speaker 3>So then Lou drives over to her dad's house and
<v Speaker 3>we see that he has Jackie tied up and Beth
<v Speaker 3>is there and she has the audacity to be mad
<v Speaker 3>about JJ being dead and whatever, and I was like,
<v Speaker 3>I hate her too. Then Lou finds Jackie and unties her,
<v Speaker 3>and then she runs away from her and holds the
<v Speaker 3>gun at her and shoots near her, and I was.
<v Speaker 4>Like, why is Jackie such a fucking bitch?
<v Speaker 3>Like I get it, she's probably like confused, but it's
<v Speaker 3>like Lou has done so much for her and she's
<v Speaker 3>like pointing a gun at her. And then they have
<v Speaker 3>a heart to heart and they love each other and
<v Speaker 3>then they kiss, and then Lou tells her that she
<v Speaker 3>has a plan. She says, Jackie, you need to go
<v Speaker 3>run down this back road and wait for me.
<v Speaker 4>But then.
<v Speaker 3>Lou's dad shoots Lou in the leg, and Jackie hears
<v Speaker 3>it happening as she's running, and she can't like let
<v Speaker 3>her woman get her, so she gets really giant, like
<v Speaker 3>so giant, like I don't know, she gets like yeah,
<v Speaker 3>like yeah, more than that because when at some point
<v Speaker 3>she picks up the dat and he's like this anyway,
<v Speaker 3>So she becomes a.
<v Speaker 4>Giant and then she grabs him.
<v Speaker 3>She holds him down, and then Lou almost kills him,
<v Speaker 3>like she's holding him down for Lou to kill him,
<v Speaker 3>Lou puts the gun in his mouth and then she's like, no,
<v Speaker 3>I'm leaving him alive for the Feds. And then we
<v Speaker 3>see them running away to go live their best lives.
<v Speaker 3>And then they're driving in the middle of nowhere and
<v Speaker 3>they have the cat and they're like, we're gonna go
<v Speaker 3>live in whatever.
<v Speaker 1>She took her cat, yeah, because most people just like
<v Speaker 1>leave with her, you know, they're just like, oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>it's my life. I'm not thinking about my pet. But
<v Speaker 1>when I saw her in the car and she had
<v Speaker 1>her little cat with.
<v Speaker 3>Her, and I was like, yeah, that made me really
<v Speaker 3>happy that they included her taking the cat and not
<v Speaker 3>being a bad person and leaving it. And so then
<v Speaker 3>we see them driving in the middle of nowhere. Jackie
<v Speaker 3>is like sleeping, she needs to rest, and Lou sees that, okay,
<v Speaker 3>Daisy's in the back of the truck just like her body.
<v Speaker 3>But then she sees her moving while she's driving, so
<v Speaker 3>she's like, oh shit, Daisy is not dead. So she
<v Speaker 3>pulls over and she like mercy kills her because she
<v Speaker 3>was like not doing well anyway, and I feel like she's.
<v Speaker 4>Like, I have to kill her to protect kill me.
<v Speaker 3>And so then we see her drag the body into
<v Speaker 3>the desert by herself. And I said they love each
<v Speaker 3>other the end.
<v Speaker 2>I'd like, how you threw that in? Yeah, they love
<v Speaker 2>each other.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, well, because it's like she's doing they will do
<v Speaker 4>each other.
<v Speaker 3>She's like, man, now I have to rekill this girl
<v Speaker 3>because we thought we killed her.
<v Speaker 4>So yeah that was a wild okay.
<v Speaker 3>Switching gears sort of but not really. Let's do much
<v Speaker 3>merech murder. The options are Lou, Jackie and Daisy.
<v Speaker 4>Do you want me to go first? Or do you
<v Speaker 4>want to go first?
<v Speaker 1>I feel like I kind of know we're both gonna
<v Speaker 1>say honestly, especially with Daisy in here, I'm gonna kill
<v Speaker 1>Daisy for sure.
<v Speaker 4>You wouldn't kill Daisy. I hate Jackie. I hate her.
<v Speaker 4>You would kill Jackie over Daisy?
<v Speaker 1>Yes?
<v Speaker 4>Really, I'm genuinely shocked. Oh my god.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, Okay, Well then, okay, I guess I guess. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know, you ki, I guess not.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, tell me you did.
<v Speaker 2>So I would kill Daisy. I would munch Jackie, and
<v Speaker 2>I would merge with Lou.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, well, I would merge with Lou.
<v Speaker 3>I would munch Daisy, but there's no kissing because her
<v Speaker 3>teeth look rotten and I bet her breath is bad.
<v Speaker 4>I'm sorry, I was like, how do you got kill?
<v Speaker 1>Okay, I'm like, she's so fucking annoyed. She's I know
<v Speaker 1>she didn't hit I can see.
<v Speaker 3>That, but she also didn't kill multiple people and cause
<v Speaker 3>Lou to have to clean it up and put Lou
<v Speaker 3>in this whole predicament. So I would murder Jackie Okay,
<v Speaker 3>even though she's really hot, I don't murder her. Even
<v Speaker 3>though she has those beautiful hazelies, I don't like it.
<v Speaker 1>Or maybe you could munch her pre like steroids because
<v Speaker 1>she wasn't crazy pre steroids.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, me and Lou got her into the steroids.
<v Speaker 4>But anyway, okay, whatever, I stand by my decision. So
<v Speaker 4>what would you rate this movie?
<v Speaker 2>I really love this movie.
<v Speaker 4>I liked it.
<v Speaker 1>I thought everything was really well done. So I give
<v Speaker 1>this a five out of five cherries. Oh my god,
<v Speaker 1>what about you?
<v Speaker 2>Okay?
<v Speaker 4>I think me too.
<v Speaker 3>The first time I watched it, I didn't like it
<v Speaker 3>as much, and I would have said like a three
<v Speaker 3>or of four. But that's because I didn't like the
<v Speaker 3>that she got all giant. I thought that it was
<v Speaker 3>weird and I didn't exp But then when I rewatched
<v Speaker 3>it and I already knew that was going to happen,
<v Speaker 3>I was like, Okay, I get it. Like I think
<v Speaker 3>it's also like a lot of it is like internally,
<v Speaker 3>like she feels like so huge because she's on these
<v Speaker 3>drugs and blah.
<v Speaker 4>Blah blah blah.
<v Speaker 3>And also I think part of it is that like
<v Speaker 3>she's always like felt like she's always felt big, and
<v Speaker 3>she's always felt like an outsider anyway, because they made
<v Speaker 3>a point of her saying that she used to be
<v Speaker 3>a fat kid. And then also when she throws up
<v Speaker 3>on the stage, the girl that she beats up said
<v Speaker 3>something like or she thinks that in her mind that
<v Speaker 3>she said like, oh, Fatty did you eat too much
<v Speaker 3>before this, so it's like she has a lot of
<v Speaker 3>internalized stuff with her body anyway, So I give it
<v Speaker 3>a five. Also, yeah, I love it, big fan. So

<v Speaker 2>Welcome back.
<v Speaker 1>This week, we are doing a WLW history segment. We
<v Speaker 1>are going to discuss the elephant in any saphic room, scissoring.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, Okay, I really felt like we needed to talk
<v Speaker 3>about this because I just see and have for literal
<v Speaker 3>years and years, I've seen so much discussion, so much
<v Speaker 3>discourse about is scissoring real or is it not? And
<v Speaker 3>then people getting mad at people for saying it's not,
<v Speaker 3>and people getting mad at people for saying it is. Yeah, So,
<v Speaker 3>as someone who has been out and only dated women
<v Speaker 3>for years and years and years.
<v Speaker 4>I will tell you that it is real.
<v Speaker 2>You heard it here.
<v Speaker 3>There used to be a podcast. I don't think it
<v Speaker 3>exists anymore, and it was called scissoring isn't a thing?
<v Speaker 4>And I was like, you guys, this.
<v Speaker 2>Is like, you guys, what are you talking about?
<v Speaker 3>But I also think that part of it is like
<v Speaker 3>a gatekeeping thing of like we don't need men to
<v Speaker 3>straight men to know that we really do these things.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know, because I do kind of sometimes miss
<v Speaker 3>the days before you could look up on the internet
<v Speaker 3>what lesbians do because it was like a lot more mysterious. Yeah, anyway,
<v Speaker 3>so I'm going to talk about it.
<v Speaker 4>So it's a thing.
<v Speaker 3>Do lesbians do it every time they have sex? Probably not?
<v Speaker 3>Probably not most of us. That brings us to another
<v Speaker 3>conversation that I feel like we've sort of talked about
<v Speaker 3>as some people consider different things sex and different things
<v Speaker 3>not sex. I know that my wife had a friend
<v Speaker 3>that we had sex in that friend's car one time,
<v Speaker 3>and she told her and she's like, oh my god,
<v Speaker 3>but like, were you like naked? And she's like, well no,
<v Speaker 3>because like I just went down on her. And she's
<v Speaker 3>like oh, then that's not full sex, like you have
<v Speaker 3>to have scissored to have full sex.
<v Speaker 4>And this is a lesbian and so this is crazy.
<v Speaker 3>And then I had posted I had said something, and
<v Speaker 3>one of our mutuals said that they had talked to
<v Speaker 3>an older lesbian that said, it's not sex unless there's
<v Speaker 3>a strap.
<v Speaker 4>Involved, which is also crazy. That's crazy. So anyway, lots
<v Speaker 4>of things can be considered lesbian sex, and I.
<v Speaker 3>Don't understand why some people are so weird about it.
<v Speaker 3>But okay, let's go back to the beginning. So to
<v Speaker 3>talk about scissoring, we need to first talk about tribadism,
<v Speaker 3>which is also called tribbing. So tribadism derives from an
<v Speaker 3>ancient Greek way word for WLW sex called tree bus.
<v Speaker 3>It involved penetration at that time, but has evolved to
<v Speaker 3>mean external rubbing only. So basically the word tribade means
<v Speaker 3>like two rub, so tribbing is any rubbing of genitalia
<v Speaker 3>against someone else's external genitalia, but it could also mean
<v Speaker 3>rubbing genitalia against other body parts, such as the partner's
<v Speaker 3>thigh or knee, which I hear this all the time
<v Speaker 3>on TikTok the knee thing. So the knee thing is
<v Speaker 3>you're basically just doing some form of tribbing. You're humping
<v Speaker 3>each other like you could be dry humping if you
<v Speaker 3>still have things on.
<v Speaker 4>All of these things qualify.
<v Speaker 3>As tribbing, and scissoring is a specific position of tribbing
<v Speaker 3>where the legs look like can you do it?
<v Speaker 4>Okay?
<v Speaker 3>See this is if you're watching, if you're making the
<v Speaker 3>movement of that's what you look like.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, like they can see it. Yes, yeah, you can't
<v Speaker 2>see it if you're watching.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, And if you're not, then you probably already know
<v Speaker 3>what the emotion.
<v Speaker 4>Is or you can look it up and you can
<v Speaker 4>you don't have to look up.
<v Speaker 1>Like two women's scissoring. You can just look up like
<v Speaker 1>what is what is scissoring?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah? But anyway, point being, scissoring is a specific position
<v Speaker 3>within the sexual act of tripping, but people often use
<v Speaker 3>scissoring to describe any form of tripping, so it's often
<v Speaker 3>not used.
<v Speaker 4>To only describe that one position.
<v Speaker 3>But I think that that is where the confusion comes
<v Speaker 3>from when people say that sisoring is not a thing,
<v Speaker 3>because they are talking about that specific position, and some
<v Speaker 3>people do that position and some people don't.
<v Speaker 4>It can be really awkward to.
<v Speaker 3>Do that specific position for different people, especially if people
<v Speaker 3>have like different body sizes, like one person has really
<v Speaker 3>like long legs or whatever and another person doesn't, or
<v Speaker 3>like if both people are like more plus size, it's
<v Speaker 3>hard to.
<v Speaker 4>Get into different positions. That's life.
<v Speaker 3>Also to me personally, I think that the position of
<v Speaker 3>cisorin is kind of like, I don't know, I like
<v Speaker 3>to be able to like kiss my partner's face, right,
<v Speaker 3>and then if you're in that position you can't, so anyway,
<v Speaker 3>So it's just different strokes for different folks. And so
<v Speaker 3>many Saffix would call tribbing. I've heard it referred to
<v Speaker 3>as hunching, humping. You could be like bumping persons. Things
<v Speaker 3>are all terms for the same things. And I also
<v Speaker 3>learned I thought this was interesting that in some countries
<v Speaker 3>it's called making tortillas.
<v Speaker 4>So I'd be like, babe, do you want to go
<v Speaker 4>make some tortillas?
<v Speaker 2>They're like, yes, yeah, it could be a code word
<v Speaker 2>and they just don't know.
<v Speaker 3>Or polishing mirrors, and so these are just different terms.
<v Speaker 3>In popular culture, the specific position of scissoring has been
<v Speaker 3>very popularized by porn for men, likely due to the
<v Speaker 3>viewer getting to see so many lady parts at once, right,
<v Speaker 3>because they're like both facing the camera.
<v Speaker 4>You see boobs, you see the JoJo's and.
<v Speaker 3>So this, I think is also a part of why
<v Speaker 3>a lot of lesbians are like, no, that's not a thing,
<v Speaker 3>because it's become so popularized to the male gaze watching
<v Speaker 3>porn that it's like, ill, I don't want you to
<v Speaker 3>even think about that, and especially I don't know, men
<v Speaker 3>are gross they'll ask things like that. I remember when
<v Speaker 3>I first came out my friend's boyfriend when I was
<v Speaker 3>like nineteen, like, so do you scissor? I'm like, literally,
<v Speaker 3>I like hadn't even done anything. But I was like,
<v Speaker 3>this is so inappropriate, Like why we have to ask that,
<v Speaker 3>But it's become so popular in like porn that men watch.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, so.
<v Speaker 4>Anyway, that's what I said. I said.
<v Speaker 3>This led to many suffix saying it's not really a thing.
<v Speaker 3>Many people may not have ever done that specifics, but
<v Speaker 3>just because you haven't done it doesn't make it not real.
<v Speaker 3>And something that is so beautiful about lesbian sex to
<v Speaker 3>me and probably to other people is that there are
<v Speaker 3>so many things that we can do, and sex doesn't
<v Speaker 3>need to involve penetration, and tribbing is a great example
<v Speaker 3>tripping or scissoring of something that doesn't involve penetration. You
<v Speaker 3>could involve penetration if you wanted, you could have like
<v Speaker 3>some type of you know, toy involved as well, but
<v Speaker 3>like it doesn't need to and it feels really nice
<v Speaker 3>to hunt something that doesn't have to be something penetrative.
<v Speaker 3>And if you are a saphig person, you are free
<v Speaker 3>to decide what qualifies to sex, what qualifies as sex
<v Speaker 3>for you. So, like I was saying, some people will
<v Speaker 3>say these weird things like, oh, it's not fingering, isn't sex.
<v Speaker 3>It is going down on someone isn't sex. It's not sex.
<v Speaker 3>If there's not a strap, it's not sex. If you
<v Speaker 3>haven't scissored. These are crazy things. All of those are
<v Speaker 3>sex to me, but you can make that decision yourself.
<v Speaker 3>I'm not having sex with you, so it doesn't matter
<v Speaker 3>to me what do you think, But I'm just gonna
<v Speaker 3>leave us with this.
<v Speaker 4>Scissoring is real, af and if.
<v Speaker 3>You are interested, you should probably try some version of
<v Speaker 3>it because you only live once and you might not
<v Speaker 3>like it, but if you.
<v Speaker 4>Do, you can keep doing it.
