<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katy and Josh six.
<v Speaker 2>One hundred now speaking of flights and getting on an airplane.
<v Speaker 2>Katie had a funny observation with one of our coworkers recently. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I was in the kitchen and somebody came up
<v Speaker 1>to me and they're like, Katie, what are you doing
<v Speaker 1>here at eleven thirty in the morning. All the other
<v Speaker 1>morning shows are drunk by know that's true, It really is.
<v Speaker 2>We immediately leave the radio station and get drunk.
<v Speaker 1>Well, we have a different schedule than most people, you know,
<v Speaker 1>and so like our noon is really nine o'clock. So
<v Speaker 1>we just got to thinking, and you know, we started
<v Speaker 1>talking about where it is completely acceptable to be drunk
<v Speaker 1>by nine ten o'clock in the morning. And one of
<v Speaker 1>the things that came up was a plane. Right, Like people,
<v Speaker 1>especially if you're afraid of flying. I know a lot
<v Speaker 1>of people who go to the bar tip a few
<v Speaker 1>back before they get on the plane. Then they just
<v Speaker 1>pass out in their seats so they don't have to
<v Speaker 1>experience any of it.
<v Speaker 2>I hate flying and not a fan, and yeah, like
<v Speaker 2>I would go straight to the bar probably, yeah, and
<v Speaker 2>get my drink on absolutely so that it is a
<v Speaker 2>funny observation. We are going to open up the phone lines.
<v Speaker 2>Would love your calls and comments. This is just silly.
<v Speaker 2>And our office is better than your office because this
<v Speaker 2>is what we talk about. It's what we get to do.
<v Speaker 2>When is it appropriate to be drunk at nine am?
<v Speaker 2>Ten am?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah?
<v Speaker 2>Where can you be drunk? And everyone's like, that's fine.
<v Speaker 1>Totally fine.
<v Speaker 2>Sound off three O three six nine one one mix
<v Speaker 2>three oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine. Phone
<v Speaker 2>lines are wide open. Huh, this isn't difficult, and it's
<v Speaker 2>just so silly. And why do I feel like you
<v Speaker 2>were consistently the drunk went on the plane? Yeah, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>it's so funny.
<v Speaker 1>Like when I did partake, That's one place I always
<v Speaker 1>had to before I got on the plane. I'm a
<v Speaker 1>nervous flyer, you know. I Yeah, I'm a nervous flyer.
<v Speaker 1>That's a way to put it. So I would go
<v Speaker 1>and hang out for a couple hours in a bar
<v Speaker 1>before I went and got on a plane, and you know,
<v Speaker 1>i'd eat something and stuff too, so there'd be you know,
<v Speaker 1>a little bit of lolly dagging. But I just I
<v Speaker 1>don't know, I think that the plane is a good
<v Speaker 1>place for you to tip a mom back.
<v Speaker 2>Typically that's like the start of a vacation or something too.
<v Speaker 2>Typically unless you're all I got on a business trip. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>even you gotta fly into Salt Lake get me some shots.
<v Speaker 1>Even if it's not you being afraid, like you just
<v Speaker 1>getting things going. That's also a really good reason.
<v Speaker 2>You just have to make sure you.
<v Speaker 1>Can walk on the plane.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah. So where can you be drunk at nine ten am?
<v Speaker 2>And it's perfectly fine? Three oh three, six nine one,
<v Speaker 2>sixteen forty nine. Mine is a simple one word answer. Iowa.
<v Speaker 2>I got a lot of family out in Iowa, and
<v Speaker 2>you know when we are out there, it's it's not
<v Speaker 2>unusual to walk down, you know, from your bedroom at
<v Speaker 2>the inn lass house and they're cracking open to butt
<v Speaker 2>light at nine am, getting ready to start the day
<v Speaker 2>in Iowa.
<v Speaker 1>And do they do it just well, you're there.
<v Speaker 2>That's just Iowa living. Well. It could be maybe her
<v Speaker 2>family has a drinking yeah, a little bit about No.
<v Speaker 2>I feel like that's a little bit of all of Iowa. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>you know, you're just out, you know, in the field
<v Speaker 2>all day, so you're like, well, might as well get drunk.
<v Speaker 2>The second location, I think we would be perfectly fine
<v Speaker 2>to be drunk at nine am? Is if you are
<v Speaker 2>throwing a like a yard sale, garage sale type of situation,
<v Speaker 2>when you're having to deal with the public for the
<v Speaker 2>entire day. You got all your stuff out, You're gonna
<v Speaker 2>be sitting there in your garage for eight hours. I
<v Speaker 2>think I'm gonna crack a cold one open.
<v Speaker 1>You probably want to hide it, though, so you know,
<v Speaker 1>you know what I.
<v Speaker 2>By just say. That's the thing that's the best part
<v Speaker 2>about it, because by eleven you're like, just make me
<v Speaker 2>an offer, and all your crap has gone by the
<v Speaker 2>end of the day, I'll pay you to take it
<v Speaker 2>at good Hi Amelia, welcome to the show.
<v Speaker 3>Hello, good morning, well, good morning to you.

<v Speaker 2>to be drunk at nine am?

<v Speaker 3>a brunch aholic. I feel like you're drunk right now, Mama.

<v Speaker 2>nine am.
<v Speaker 3>I'm not a big drinker, but my kids soccer tournaments
<v Speaker 3>and baseball tournaments, I'm done popman beer.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I've been to a lot of those, and yeah,
<v Speaker 2>there's typically a dad there with a cooler on wheels, definitely,
<v Speaker 2>and you know, by nine thirty he's handing out the
<v Speaker 2>natty lights.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, all the parents just getting down while we start with,
<v Speaker 3>you know, something easy, and then by the end of
<v Speaker 3>the day we're just all done.
<v Speaker 2>It's something easy, like a like a truly.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, like a white claw. You go, maybe you bring
<v Speaker 3>some emosas to start with.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, by the end of the day, it's moonshine, hot shots.
<v Speaker 3>In the coffee.
