<v Speaker 1>Wow, two and a half hours. This show went tonight,
<v Speaker 1>so we got a late start. Here was this show
<v Speaker 1>advertised to go to ten thirty. I don't believe it was.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, they have overruns on most weeks, but I
<v Speaker 1>can't even call this an overrun. They basically just tacked
<v Speaker 1>on a whole mini show to the end of it,
<v Speaker 1>to where I put the Twitter Paul up thinking the
<v Speaker 1>show was over after the main event, and then I
<v Speaker 1>see Tony Schavanni standing in the middle of the rink.
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, holy shit, we're still not done. We got
<v Speaker 1>a long show tonight. It's gonna be a long show
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday too. That's why I won't be live when
<v Speaker 1>it's over. But we are live tonight. Here for the
<v Speaker 1>Dynamite review, the final Dynamite before Dynasty coming up in
<v Speaker 1>Vancouver this weekend. On the whole, it was a mixed bag.
<v Speaker 1>It was a mixed bag. I thought there were parts
<v Speaker 1>of the show I didn't really care for. There were
<v Speaker 1>parts of the show that I liked. I thought what
<v Speaker 1>they did as far as the key matches, they did
<v Speaker 1>what you would expect him to do. They tried to
<v Speaker 1>put a little bit of heat on some of the
<v Speaker 1>stuff like they did with copin Christian. I wasn't really
<v Speaker 1>a big fan of what they did in that segment.
<v Speaker 1>And then you have the show closing segment with Kenny
<v Speaker 1>Omega and MJF. You know, one last promo from Kenny.
<v Speaker 1>MJF comes out, he gets his retort. I didn't think
<v Speaker 1>the Kenny Omega promo was, you know, any any great
<v Speaker 1>shakes or anything like that. You know, he came out there.
<v Speaker 1>It's weird. I wish I somebody said it. I don't
<v Speaker 1>remember who said it, but it's so true. When Kenny
<v Speaker 1>cuts a promo, and I know he's big into video
<v Speaker 1>games and that sort of thing, he sounds like a
<v Speaker 1>fucking anime character out there as he's cutting a promo,
<v Speaker 1>Like the way his cadence and everything as he's out
<v Speaker 1>there speaking, he really does. He sounds like some sort
<v Speaker 1>of anime not villain, which is like an anime character.
<v Speaker 1>But I thought it was just very paint by number
<v Speaker 1>of stuff there at the very end, you know, I
<v Speaker 1>thought that what we he got in the contract signing
<v Speaker 1>last week is very similar, although Kenny had you know,
<v Speaker 1>more to say tonight, but what we got in the
<v Speaker 1>contract signing segment last week. I thought was very similar
<v Speaker 1>and kind of served that purpose last week, and I
<v Speaker 1>guess they just didn't know what else to do tonight
<v Speaker 1>other than just send him out there for one last
<v Speaker 1>promo to repeat some of the same stuff, and then
<v Speaker 1>have MJF go out there and also repeat a lot
<v Speaker 1>of the same stuff you know that we've heard him
<v Speaker 1>say before. But the key is when the show is over. Tonight,
<v Speaker 1>MJF was left laying on his back and it was
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega's standing tall, which only reinforces my belief that
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega is not leaving Vancouver as the aw World
<v Speaker 1>Champion this weekend, which I don't believe he should. I
<v Speaker 1>think that would be a mistake. I would not be
<v Speaker 1>taking the title off of MJF. I don't believe they're
<v Speaker 1>going to. But that's how the show went off the air.
<v Speaker 1>As far as you know other things on the show tonight,
<v Speaker 1>I mentioned focusing on the key stuff Moxley and Ospra,
<v Speaker 1>Copeland and Christian and FTR for the tag team titles.
<v Speaker 1>Those are really the key matches on the show this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>We now have nine matches. For those of you wondering
<v Speaker 1>what is the final count? I don't think it is
<v Speaker 1>the final count. It's the current count. As of tonight,
<v Speaker 1>we are up to nine matches for Dynasty, one of
<v Speaker 1>which technically is on the pre show, so really it's
<v Speaker 1>eight matches, which sounds low for an AAW pay per view.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm expecting at least a couple more matches, one
<v Speaker 1>or two more matches to make its way onto the
<v Speaker 1>cart On Collision this weekend. I don't think they're done yet.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure we'll get at least one more on Zero Hour.
<v Speaker 1>We only have one match on the pre show. I
<v Speaker 1>don't think Tony Kahan is changing his ways. I think
<v Speaker 1>we'll get more Death Riders in the United Empire. This
<v Speaker 1>is how they opened the show tonight, and this is
<v Speaker 1>the main event that they gave us tonight, and I
<v Speaker 1>understand what they were going for, and it makes sense
<v Speaker 1>because if you remember last week, Will Osprey was outmanned
<v Speaker 1>by the Death Riders. He got his ass kicked, he
<v Speaker 1>almost had his neck rebroken were it not for John
<v Speaker 1>Moxley of all people, intervening and leaving him with a
<v Speaker 1>warning and saying you might lose your head next time.
<v Speaker 1>So what Will Ospray went ahead and did was he
<v Speaker 1>went out and got some friends, and those friends happened
<v Speaker 1>to be his United Empire mates, one of whom is
<v Speaker 1>the brand new and youngest ever IWGP Heavyweight champion of
<v Speaker 1>all time, Callum Newman. And I didn't get a chance
<v Speaker 1>to talk about that on the sound Duff. I did
<v Speaker 1>talk about it on the Young Crown Wrestling Show yesterday.
<v Speaker 1>He just won that championship this past weekend. This I
<v Speaker 1>believe was his first ever appearance on aw television, certainly
<v Speaker 1>on Dynamite. You had all of these United Empire members.
<v Speaker 1>Some of them may have been on Dynamite at some
<v Speaker 1>point in the past, but for all intents and purposes,
<v Speaker 1>this was basically their first time on the show tonight.
<v Speaker 1>And there they are, and they're the backup that Ospray
<v Speaker 1>needed to counteract the Death Riders, and it led into
<v Speaker 1>a main event that they signed for the show, which
<v Speaker 1>was just one big, you know, clusterfuck of a match
<v Speaker 1>where everybody is just killing each other all over the place,
<v Speaker 1>but the odds were evened up. That was the story
<v Speaker 1>they were going for. Osprey went and got some help
<v Speaker 1>and when the match was over, he stood tall over
<v Speaker 1>John Moxley was Will Osprey pinning John Moxley to win
<v Speaker 1>the match, and so that's fine. You know, this was
<v Speaker 1>his revenge and come up and Moxley's come up and
<v Speaker 1>for what happened last week and again it builds into
<v Speaker 1>their Continental title match this weekend in Dynasty, where it
<v Speaker 1>will be under Continental rules because the championship is on
<v Speaker 1>the line, which means everybody is banned from ringside. So
<v Speaker 1>for tonight, for one night only, Ospray needed people to
<v Speaker 1>watch his back. So who do you go to? You
<v Speaker 1>go to your friends. They just didn't do a very
<v Speaker 1>good job of establish pishing those friends on their own
<v Speaker 1>television show. But this is something that Tony, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he does a lot because he just assumes either a
<v Speaker 1>his fans know who these people are, and if they don't,
<v Speaker 1>well then they'll go online and they'll look them up.
<v Speaker 1>They'll look up who Callum Newman is. They'll look up
<v Speaker 1>who Francesco Akira is, they'll look up who Hanare is,
<v Speaker 1>and they'll do their research. The fans in the building tonight,
<v Speaker 1>you know, they were in Edmonton tonight, and the fans
<v Speaker 1>in the building tonight, you know, I mean they got
<v Speaker 1>behind them. They're like Will Osprey, they know that he's
<v Speaker 1>you know, they're friends of his, so they established that
<v Speaker 1>pretty quickly, but there was no introduction, you know, because
<v Speaker 1>it was meant to be a surprise, like, oh, you're
<v Speaker 1>gonna jump me. Okay, well I got a surprise for you,
<v Speaker 1>and then boom, there's United Empire and they were all
<v Speaker 1>over the show. Meanwhile, they're not established characters on the show,
<v Speaker 1>so that was a little bit weird. And they opened
<v Speaker 1>and they basically ended with that. But we had also
<v Speaker 1>on this show tonight we had Chris Jericho back in
<v Speaker 1>Canada yet again. Jericho made his turn to television last
<v Speaker 1>week and you know, coming out, he got a respectful reaction,
<v Speaker 1>and then it was very awkward when he was really
<v Speaker 1>milking it last week, it got very awkward. They weren't
<v Speaker 1>really responding in the way that I think he thought
<v Speaker 1>they would. And tonight he came out and again he
<v Speaker 1>got a respectful reaction. It was nothing overwhelming or anything
<v Speaker 1>like that. But what we did learn tonight is that
<v Speaker 1>he is, at least for now, he is a babyface.
<v Speaker 1>So we weren't sure last week. It wasn't made clear
<v Speaker 1>which side of the fence he was going to be on,
<v Speaker 1>so we learned that tonight, and we also learned who
<v Speaker 1>his first opponent is going to be. He's having a
<v Speaker 1>match at Dynasty this weekend and it will be against Ricochet.
<v Speaker 1>And I know there's going to be a lot of people,
<v Speaker 1>Oh my god, fucking Ricochet, Chris Jericho and Ricochet. What
<v Speaker 1>have I done to deserve this? Look? When I talked
<v Speaker 1>about Jericho this past weekend on the Sound of I
<v Speaker 1>specifically mentioned Ricochet. I mentioned I mentioned Ricochet, I mentioned
<v Speaker 1>Kyle Fletcher. I think I threw Kevin Knight's name in there,
<v Speaker 1>not knowing it again if he would be a healer
<v Speaker 1>or babyface. But if he was gonna be a babyface,
<v Speaker 1>Ricochet was a gimme. He was a layup because Jericho
<v Speaker 1>needs somebody in his first program to work with and
<v Speaker 1>to beat. I want to see Jericho and Swerve. Where
<v Speaker 1>the fuck did Swerve disappeared to? I could only assume
<v Speaker 1>they're saving Swerve for double or nothing. But again, like
<v Speaker 1>this is his first match back in a year, right,
<v Speaker 1>I can understand them not wanting to blow off the
<v Speaker 1>biggest match that they could do right now with Jericho
<v Speaker 1>on one week's notice. I mean, they just announced it,
<v Speaker 1>not even a week. The fucking pay per view was
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday. I want to see Jericho and Swerve, but
<v Speaker 1>not on fucking four or five days notice. So I
<v Speaker 1>get it. Ricochet is an easy opponent. Everybody fucking hates
<v Speaker 1>Ricochet on the show. You're supposed to hate Ricochet, but
<v Speaker 1>there are a lot of people who just do not
<v Speaker 1>like Rickoschet, and so I don't mind that. It was
<v Speaker 1>something that I figured he would be on the short
<v Speaker 1>list of people Jericho would be working with. Anyway, My
<v Speaker 1>thing is Ricochet came out to cut a promo on
<v Speaker 1>Jericho that wasn't very good. I didn't think the actual
<v Speaker 1>segment or the actual promo during the segment was very good.
<v Speaker 1>But as far as them making the match between Jericho
<v Speaker 1>and Ricochet, unless they're gonna drag this shit out and
<v Speaker 1>they're gonna get fucking three or four matches out of it,
<v Speaker 1>to me, it's not a big deal. They're gonna do it,
<v Speaker 1>they're gonna move beyond it, and then Jericho will be
<v Speaker 1>in the ring with someone higher up on the food
<v Speaker 1>chain and more important than Ricochet when they are ready
<v Speaker 1>to put him in there with somebody in a big match.
<v Speaker 1>This is not meant to be a big match. This
<v Speaker 1>is meant to be a match. It is a way
<v Speaker 1>to get him on the show. I wasn't sure if
<v Speaker 1>he would be on the pay per view, but it
<v Speaker 1>made sense. They're in Vancouver, he just came back. What
<v Speaker 1>the hell did you bring him back for before Dynasty
<v Speaker 1>if he's not going to wrestle on the pay per view.
<v Speaker 1>So we had that confirmed tonight. Two other things before
<v Speaker 1>we get into the review here. One of the things
<v Speaker 1>I liked on the show, and I always say that
<v Speaker 1>I like it when they remember that, oh yeah, we
<v Speaker 1>should probably do more with these two, and they come
<v Speaker 1>back around to it because they get away from it,
<v Speaker 1>and then they circle back to it, and then they
<v Speaker 1>get away from it, and then they circle back to it.
<v Speaker 1>Any interaction with Okata and Takeshta I love And I'm
<v Speaker 1>very much looking forward to the rematch, which we found
<v Speaker 1>out tonight is very likely going to happen a lot
<v Speaker 1>sooner than I feared we would have to wait, So
<v Speaker 1>that makes me very happy. Now that's not confirmed yet,
<v Speaker 1>but it looks like we're going to be getting that
<v Speaker 1>match as soon as next month instead of having to
<v Speaker 1>wait until the end of the summer and that's a
<v Speaker 1>very good thing. So the interactions between them tonight I
<v Speaker 1>thought were entertaining. I like that. Unfortunately, we also got
<v Speaker 1>some bad news on the show tonight which concerns Kyle Fletcher,
<v Speaker 1>another member of the Kallus family. The TNT Champion is
<v Speaker 1>TNT Champion no more now. He got hurt a few
<v Speaker 1>weeks ago, maybe two weeks ago on collision. Was in
<v Speaker 1>a tag team match. It was him and Mark Davis
<v Speaker 1>against the Rascals. He just fell backwards and when he
<v Speaker 1>fell backwards and it was nothing, It wasn't like a
<v Speaker 1>big move or anything, but he fell backwards and his
<v Speaker 1>leg got caught underneath him. And he finished the match,
<v Speaker 1>and it was very clear that something was wrong. He
<v Speaker 1>wasn't quite himself. He ended up in a walking boot.
<v Speaker 1>We were waiting on an update. The update was not good.
<v Speaker 1>The update was from Fightful during the week who said
<v Speaker 1>that he suffered a meniscous injury and additional injuries. That
<v Speaker 1>does not sound good. But it was confirmed tonight that
<v Speaker 1>he's hurt and he's gone and he is no longer
<v Speaker 1>the TNT Champion. So something else that they added to
<v Speaker 1>the card this Sunday. They're going to be doing a
<v Speaker 1>casino gauntlet match, and they're going to crown a new
<v Speaker 1>TNT champion. They loved Tony Kahn loves the casino gauntlet,
<v Speaker 1>so in this case, he wasn't planning on one, but
<v Speaker 1>I'm not shocked that he wants to do one because
<v Speaker 1>he fucking loves this match. He would be doing casino
<v Speaker 1>gauntlets every month if you kind of let him off
<v Speaker 1>his leash, and he was able to do whatever he wants.
<v Speaker 1>So we're gonna get another one this weekend. It sucks.
<v Speaker 1>It's a big loss in terms of not only someone
<v Speaker 1>who is very talented obviously, but he was being positioned
<v Speaker 1>in a major way. Not only was he TNT champion,
<v Speaker 1>but they were teasing him going after the aw World title.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know when that would have happened, but you know,
<v Speaker 1>he was making comments about that. He was in the
<v Speaker 1>middle of this Takeshan Okada stuff. He's one of the
<v Speaker 1>crown jewels of the Don Kallis family, which is the
<v Speaker 1>biggest heel faction in the company right The biggest names
<v Speaker 1>in that group Okada, Fletcher, Takeshta, and probably then Androte
<v Speaker 1>would be after that. So it's a big loss. And
<v Speaker 1>it sucks, and hopefully you know he won't be out
<v Speaker 1>for too long. But one thing I'm very happy about
<v Speaker 1>though Tony Kahn. Among all the things he loves to
<v Speaker 1>do besides casino gauntlets, he loves his interim titles. And
<v Speaker 1>I was worried that if he was going to be
<v Speaker 1>out for any real length of time, he would just
<v Speaker 1>have an interim TNT champion crown, which would be completely unnecessary.
<v Speaker 1>Just vacate the title and crown a new TNT champion.
<v Speaker 1>And that is what they are doing, So hallelujah, we
<v Speaker 1>don't need this interim title nonsense. We'll get into the
<v Speaker 1>whole show here. Aw Dynamite review. It is Wednesday, April eighth,
<v Speaker 1>twenty twenty six. I am the Solemn Monster, Almighty says
<v Speaker 1>bigger than the Death Riders, Almighty. I'm not even sure
<v Speaker 1>whether the Death Riders are supposed to be heels one week,
<v Speaker 1>tweeners the next week. I don't think they know. Now
<v Speaker 1>they're back to being heels. But yes, the don Kallis
<v Speaker 1>family is quite literally larger than the Death rid Like
<v Speaker 1>there's no debate about it. Like, if you want to
<v Speaker 1>talk just in terms of sheer man power, Yes, the
<v Speaker 1>don Kallis family is the biggest, the biggest faction, let
<v Speaker 1>alone heel faction in the entire company. Subscribe. We are
<v Speaker 1>climbing our way towards ninety two thousand subscribers, so thank
<v Speaker 1>you for that. Super chats are open. As you just
<v Speaker 1>saw a moment ago, I appreciate all the support. I
<v Speaker 1>will be reading all of your messages. You'll see them
<v Speaker 1>popping up on screen, so go ahead and get those in.
<v Speaker 1>And if you missed it, brand new episode of The
<v Speaker 1>Uncrowned Wrestling Show dropped yesterday, talking a lot of wweaw
<v Speaker 1>New Japan, among other miscellaneous news items. Go check it
<v Speaker 1>out Apple, Spotify. You can get it on the arial
<v Speaker 1>Helwani Show feed or the dedicated Uncrowned Wrestling Show feed.
<v Speaker 1>Trying to get people to subscribe over there as well.
<v Speaker 1>All right, let's spin the wheel find out how many
<v Speaker 1>likes we need here for be the book or it's
<v Speaker 1>always an adventure here on Wednesdays because sometimes we get
<v Speaker 1>it a lot of times. We don't never really have
<v Speaker 1>that issue on Mondays or Fridays, but Wednesdays it's hit
<v Speaker 1>or miss. So let's see six hundred, six hundred likes,
<v Speaker 1>which is literally not going to be possible at this moment.
<v Speaker 1>Perhaps as we go along here that may be doable.
<v Speaker 1>But anyway, yeah, so that is the goal tonight. We're
<v Speaker 1>at two fifty seven right now. If we get to
<v Speaker 1>six hundred or if we hit the bonus supercheck goal,
<v Speaker 1>then we will be the booker. A little bit later
<v Speaker 1>on this show opened, and actually I didn't mind the
<v Speaker 1>way that they opened the show. They opened the show
<v Speaker 1>with just mass chaos, and opening the show with mass
<v Speaker 1>chaos is not always a bad way to go. It's
<v Speaker 1>good to be outside the box a little bit, not
<v Speaker 1>start with a promo, or just not start with a
<v Speaker 1>cold match. If you remember, I mentioned last week the
<v Speaker 1>Death Riders tried to kill will Ospray. So when the
<v Speaker 1>show came on the air tonight, Osprey and John Moxley
<v Speaker 1>they're out in the parking lot and they're going at it.
<v Speaker 1>So all the Death Riders they enter the scene and
<v Speaker 1>they make the save for Max Lay. They're beating Osprey down.
<v Speaker 1>A car pulls up and out comes Alex Windsor, who
<v Speaker 1>of course is the fiance of will Ospray. Remember I
<v Speaker 1>mentioned her name last week. When Osprey was out there
<v Speaker 1>getting killed, he almost got his neck broken, and nobody
<v Speaker 1>came out to save this. I mean, I understand, like
<v Speaker 1>these are his boys, but you mean to tell me
<v Speaker 1>there is a single fucking person backstage, the Bucks or
<v Speaker 1>anybody who gives a single solitary shit about will Osprey
<v Speaker 1>to come out and try to rescue this man, let
<v Speaker 1>alone his fiance who was backstage and getting ready to
<v Speaker 1>come out for a match. At One person said, well,
<v Speaker 1>you know, they haven't really established on TV that they're
<v Speaker 1>an item. Meanwhile, she comes out on this show when
<v Speaker 1>she's coming to the rescue. That's what she should have
<v Speaker 1>done last week, and they mentioned on commentary that they
<v Speaker 1>are addon item. So she comes out of the car
<v Speaker 1>and I'm like, what the fuck is she gonna do?
<v Speaker 1>But then we see the rest of the United Empire,
<v Speaker 1>including the IWGP champion, Callum Newman, only twenty three years old,
<v Speaker 1>youngest IWGP champion of all time. So he comes out
<v Speaker 1>of the car, Hanare, who's a lot of fun to watch.
<v Speaker 1>He's a bit of a wild card. Francesco Akira. They
<v Speaker 1>all step out of the car. So now we have
<v Speaker 1>the Death Riders on one side, we have United Empire
<v Speaker 1>on the other, and it's funny. Now people are going
<v Speaker 1>to look at this and maybe go, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>who these guys are, right, and that's valid. But they
<v Speaker 1>were all dressed the same. They're all wearing black slacks,
<v Speaker 1>white dress shirts. They look like fucking Hitman Agent forty seven, okay,
<v Speaker 1>standing side by side by side, And so a giant
<v Speaker 1>brawl breaks out, and you've got Alex Windsor. She goes
<v Speaker 1>after Marina Shafir. They're having a match on the Zero
<v Speaker 1>Hour pre show this Sunday, So it's mass chaos and
<v Speaker 1>everybody who's going at it, and Akira leaps off the
<v Speaker 1>hood of a car onto Claudio Hanari then slammed wheeler
<v Speaker 1>wheeler Yuda onto the hood of that same car. Marina
<v Speaker 1>and Alex they fight out into the arenas. So now
<v Speaker 1>all of this is spilling out into the building in
<v Speaker 1>front of the fans. Moxley and Osprey. They end up
<v Speaker 1>in the ring. They're going at it, Moxley and Daniel Garcia.
<v Speaker 1>They put the boots to Osprey until Hanare sprints out
<v Speaker 1>from the back and he launches Moxley with a pounce pack.
<v Speaker 1>Try to larry it on Hanare, who no sold it?
<v Speaker 1>Callum Newman ran in with a big boot and he
<v Speaker 1>did a slingshot dive out onto pack. Claudia runs out
<v Speaker 1>and he's dishing at all the uppercuts, and this has
<v Speaker 1>no effect on Hanari, who just is no selling all
<v Speaker 1>of the uppercuts. And then finally Hanai close lines and
<v Speaker 1>they both go ass over tea kettle out over the
<v Speaker 1>top row. So Moxley locks Osprey in the choke. He
<v Speaker 1>falls backwards and he's lying flat on his back and
<v Speaker 1>Osprey rolls through. And when he rolls over and now
<v Speaker 1>Moxley is just laying on the mat, here comes Callum
<v Speaker 1>Newman flying off the top with a double stomp to
<v Speaker 1>John Moxley. So Moxley is able to escape a Tiger
<v Speaker 1>driver attempt by Moxley death ride or by Osprey rather,
<v Speaker 1>and the death Riders retreat into the crab. So Osprey
<v Speaker 1>takes the microphone and he says that he flew all
<v Speaker 1>the way to Japan to bring his boys back over
<v Speaker 1>with him here to Canada, and they didn't fly all
<v Speaker 1>this way just for that. So here's what's going to
<v Speaker 1>happen later tonight. It's going to be the Death Riders
<v Speaker 1>and it's going to be united Empire in the main event.
<v Speaker 1>It's going to be Canadian chaos in the main event
<v Speaker 1>of Dynamite tonight. So a chaotic start to the show. Again,
<v Speaker 1>I like it. It's not ideal when you introduce an entire
<v Speaker 1>faction like this that has not already been established on TV.
<v Speaker 1>For what they were trying to go for here, they
<v Speaker 1>couldn't run weeks of vignettes. It's not like they were
<v Speaker 1>building to a big debut of a new talent, right.
<v Speaker 1>They borrowed some stars from New Japan for at least
<v Speaker 1>one week, and it was meant to be a surprise.
<v Speaker 1>So if you know who United Empire is, great, If
<v Speaker 1>you don't know who United Empire is, well, tough luck,
<v Speaker 1>because not only did you get them in the opening segment,
<v Speaker 1>but you got them in the main event on this show.
<v Speaker 1>And none of these guys are even wrestling on the
<v Speaker 1>pay per view this Sunday except Moxley and Osbury, and
<v Speaker 1>that's the most important part. But none of these other
<v Speaker 1>guys are presently scheduled to be wrestling at Dynasty. So
<v Speaker 1>as far as Callum Newman, I just wanted to comment
<v Speaker 1>on this real quick. I talked about this on Uncrowned yesterday.
<v Speaker 1>I was shocked when I read that he had beaten
<v Speaker 1>Yotasuji to win the IWGP Championship. Suji had just won
<v Speaker 1>the title from Takeshta at the Tokyo Dome in January,
<v Speaker 1>and he's sort of the face of this new era
<v Speaker 1>now of New Japan. All the old guys, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, Nito is gone, Ocatta obviously left a few
<v Speaker 1>years ago, a lot of people left, Osprey left, David
<v Speaker 1>Finley left, Jay White left, Tanahashi retired. The old guard
<v Speaker 1>is gone. They've aged out, they've retired, they've signed somewhere else.
<v Speaker 1>And so Suji among and they have other young names too,
<v Speaker 1>and Suji isn't even the youngest. But this is sort
<v Speaker 1>of the face of this new era of New Japan.
<v Speaker 1>And they were very slow, frankly, in pushing a lot
<v Speaker 1>of these guys up into these prominent positions. But he
<v Speaker 1>had his crowning moment in January. And then I'm just
<v Speaker 1>looking at the results the other night, and I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>what the fuck? And they had Callum Newman, who just
<v Speaker 1>won the New Japan Cup a few weeks ago, go
<v Speaker 1>in there and beat Suji to win the championship and
<v Speaker 1>to me anyway, that just came out of nowhere. Now,
<v Speaker 1>maybe he's gonna have a short run, He's not gonna
<v Speaker 1>have it for very long. It just felt to me
<v Speaker 1>like they had to pull the rug out from under Suji,
<v Speaker 1>which I think was not the best thing to be doing.
<v Speaker 1>But again, from what I've seen of Callum Newman, very talented.
<v Speaker 1>Obviously he's a bit of a protege of will Ospray.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure New Japan would love for him to be
<v Speaker 1>the next well Ospray. I'm sure Tony Kah would love
<v Speaker 1>for him to be the next well Osprey so that
<v Speaker 1>he can sign him away from New Japan. I'm a
<v Speaker 1>little surprised, frankly, that they're still putting their main championship
<v Speaker 1>on a foreign talent, as if they haven't learned their lesson.
<v Speaker 1>We all know how this story ends. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if it's going to take a year, six months, two years,
<v Speaker 1>but we all know he ain't long for that company.
<v Speaker 1>You think they would learn their lesson by now, evidently not. Backstage,
<v Speaker 1>we go to Don Kallis and he says Kyle Fletcher
<v Speaker 1>unfortunately is injured and he is out of action, which
<v Speaker 1>throws a wrench into their plans for him to become
<v Speaker 1>the longest reigning TNT each champion of all time. So
<v Speaker 1>now the TNT title is going to be decided in
<v Speaker 1>a casino gauntlet match this Sunday at Dynasty, And he
<v Speaker 1>said he was also negotiating a big match for Dynasty
<v Speaker 1>with Proto Kata, so it would have been Kyle Fletcher
<v Speaker 1>and Kazusko O Kada against the Young Bucks. But now
<v Speaker 1>that's off. It's not possible now. But there's a reason
<v Speaker 1>why they call him the Invisible Hand. He's already pivoting
<v Speaker 1>in a way that's gonna blow our minds, he says,
<v Speaker 1>said Okata and Takashta all he keeps hearing from people.
<v Speaker 1>Are we gonna see them fight? When are we going
<v Speaker 1>to see them in the ring together? When are they
<v Speaker 1>gonna wrestle each other? He says, he runs this faction
<v Speaker 1>like a pro sports franchise. He actually likes the fact
<v Speaker 1>that people don't always like each other and that they
<v Speaker 1>don't always get along. And he brought up Phil Jackson
<v Speaker 1>on the Chicago Bulls keeping Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen together.
<v Speaker 1>But we're gonna have to wait, he said, to see
<v Speaker 1>the two of them fight because the callous family calls
<v Speaker 1>the shots. And so again it really sucks for Kyle.
<v Speaker 1>It's a big loss for Tony, you know, to lose
<v Speaker 1>somebody like Fletcher for an extended period of time. If
<v Speaker 1>it's a knee injury, then I mean depending on surgery
<v Speaker 1>and everything. Again, from what we heard, it was additional injuries,
<v Speaker 1>multiple injuries. That's what fightful was reporting. Is it an
<v Speaker 1>ACL tear? Is it something else? You know? I hear that,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm thinking this guy's gone for six months, so
<v Speaker 1>he's out of the picture for a while, and I
<v Speaker 1>gotta say no. Two things actually. Number One, they have
<v Speaker 1>plenty of other members in the don Kallis family that
<v Speaker 1>they can lean on. Now. Some of those members are
<v Speaker 1>Lance Archer and Rocky Romero and Trent Barretta who they
<v Speaker 1>really don't do anything with, but they have a lot
<v Speaker 1>of other names in the faction. So like as a group,
<v Speaker 1>they'll be fine. Now the TNT Championship is vacant, there
<v Speaker 1>are any number of people on this roster who would
<v Speaker 1>benefit from a TNT title run. Even though the TNT
<v Speaker 1>title does not mean what it used to, It just doesn't.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't and I've said this before for all of
<v Speaker 1>the new championships that have been introduced over the last
<v Speaker 1>few years in this company, the continental title. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>you can go down the line right, of all the
<v Speaker 1>different championship a national title, the one that I think
<v Speaker 1>has really suffered the most out of all of them
<v Speaker 1>is the TNT title. You can't tell me that the
<v Speaker 1>TNT title as it exists right now means what it
<v Speaker 1>meant in twenty twenty or twenty twenty one or twenty
<v Speaker 1>twenty two. It doesn't not even close. Maybe one day
<v Speaker 1>they could sort of restore that feeling when it comes
<v Speaker 1>to that championship, but right now it doesn't really have
<v Speaker 1>that same feeling anymore. But I look at the potential
<v Speaker 1>candidates to win the title next right, there's any number
<v Speaker 1>of names. I'm gonna throw a name in the hat,
<v Speaker 1>and you may disc you may think I'm crazy, you
<v Speaker 1>may think it's a reach. I don't think it's much
<v Speaker 1>of a reach. It's the man who is actually in
<v Speaker 1>the ring and partnered up with Kyle Fletcher in that
<v Speaker 1>match on Collision a few weeks ago when he got hurt,
<v Speaker 1>Mark Davis. I would love to see Mark Davis get
<v Speaker 1>a run as TNT champion. I've brought his name up
<v Speaker 1>a few times over the last several weeks. I've grown
<v Speaker 1>to appreciate what he brings to the table when he
<v Speaker 1>is out there. I think he makes the most of
<v Speaker 1>his minutes. He maximizes his minutes when he's out there.
<v Speaker 1>He's a brawler. You know, he's not out there to
<v Speaker 1>do anything flashy. But every now and then, you know,
<v Speaker 1>whether it's like sometime gut range, pile driver or something,
<v Speaker 1>it's very impactful. He'll bust out something that makes me
<v Speaker 1>go holy shit. But he's not a flashy guy. You know.
<v Speaker 1>He's a straight up brawler. But I do have a
<v Speaker 1>liking for Mark Davis when I see him on the show,
<v Speaker 1>and just again, even though I know he's gonna fucking
<v Speaker 1>lose every time he's out there, I would love to
<v Speaker 1>see him get a shot. And why not put the
<v Speaker 1>TNT title on him and let him get a run
<v Speaker 1>with it, and let him go around and just you know,
<v Speaker 1>slug it out with guys. It doesn't have to be
<v Speaker 1>any sort of long term thing. You could transition it
<v Speaker 1>from him to somebody else in a few months. But
<v Speaker 1>I just throw his name in there I'm sure people
<v Speaker 1>are going to be like, oh, Androte and put the
<v Speaker 1>belt back on Shampa put the belt on you know, God,
<v Speaker 1>pick a name, my God. I mean, there's so many
<v Speaker 1>people on this roster who you can put that belt on.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, I just I throw his name out there
<v Speaker 1>as a possibility. We don't even know if he's going
<v Speaker 1>to be in the Galt match. I would imagine he
<v Speaker 1>would be, but he may not even be in there.
<v Speaker 1>We had the national champion, Jack Perry, Darby, Allen, and
<v Speaker 1>Bandido taking on the don Kallis family. How about that?
<v Speaker 1>Androte Alitlo Kenoski Takeshta and the aforementioned Mark Davis. Brodie
<v Speaker 1>King was supposed to be in this match. It was
<v Speaker 1>supposed to be Brodie King, Jack Perry, and Arbi Allen.
<v Speaker 1>He was given time off to attend his friend's funeral.
<v Speaker 1>The guitarist for the band Harm's Way, so Bandido, his
<v Speaker 1>old tag team partner, filled in for him. Guy was
<v Speaker 1>only thirty eight years old, by the way, very sad,
<v Speaker 1>and the circumstances around his death was also very sad.
<v Speaker 1>So the bell sounded and Androde immediately exits up the ramp.
<v Speaker 1>Darby took the mic and he tells Andrade stopped being
<v Speaker 1>Don Callis's little bitch, Androte comes back out on stage
<v Speaker 1>Takeshta though sneaks up from behind. He dumps Darby with
<v Speaker 1>a rolling chaos theory on the floor. He sent him
<v Speaker 1>flying backwards right on the back of his neck, so
<v Speaker 1>Bandido got a hot tag. Later in the match, he
<v Speaker 1>was signaling for the twenty one plex, Takeshta, the rolled
<v Speaker 1>out into a beautiful blue thunderbomb for a two count.
<v Speaker 1>Darby he caught Androte with his crazy suicide dive outside
<v Speaker 1>and he was going after Don Callous who was on commentary.
<v Speaker 1>Mark Davis made the save and then Davis and Takeshta.
<v Speaker 1>They hold Darby by his arms and his legs and
<v Speaker 1>they begin to swing him back and forth, and they
<v Speaker 1>fling him through the air, over the timekeeper's barricade, over
<v Speaker 1>the timekeeper's table, and he just crashed and burned. So
<v Speaker 1>Jack Perry fell victim to a gut wrench pile driver
<v Speaker 1>by Mark Davis, and then Androde came in to hit
<v Speaker 1>the DM and win the match for the Callous family.
<v Speaker 1>After the match is over, there putting the boots to
<v Speaker 1>jungle Jack, Bandido and Darby. They get back in the
<v Speaker 1>ring Andrade kicks Darby and the Dick. A lot of
<v Speaker 1>dick kicking going on and wrestling lately. Young Bucks they
<v Speaker 1>run out, they work over Ocata and Davis or Takeshtan.
<v Speaker 1>Davis and the Bucks are setting up Davis for a melt.
<v Speaker 1>Here comes Kazuchka Okada. He runs down to ringside. He
<v Speaker 1>yanks Nick Jackson off the Apron, Takeshta, drops Matt with
<v Speaker 1>an elbow strike, and Okada rolls Matt back inside and
<v Speaker 1>Takeshta and Okada they start putting the boots to the Bucks.
<v Speaker 1>So a Kata then gets in, Takeshta's face and he
<v Speaker 1>gives Takeshta a shove, so Takeshta gives it right back
<v Speaker 1>to him. So it's like, oh, things are getting out
<v Speaker 1>of hand here, we're coming back around to this now.
<v Speaker 1>And so back and forth they go. They're throwing four
<v Speaker 1>arm shots and elbows and the fight is on and
<v Speaker 1>Don Kallas and the other members that were out there,
<v Speaker 1>they let them fight for I don't know of fifteen seconds.
<v Speaker 1>Let's say they let them fight for a little bit
<v Speaker 1>like hockey style, all right, let them get it out
<v Speaker 1>of their system, and then after like ten or fifteen seconds,
<v Speaker 1>they all went in to break it up, and everybody
<v Speaker 1>booed because they wanted to see these two go at it,
<v Speaker 1>and they pulled them apart. But we weren't done yet,
<v Speaker 1>because here come the Rascals, all three members. They run
<v Speaker 1>down to the the hit a triple dive out onto
<v Speaker 1>various members of the Callus family except Okada, who walks
<v Speaker 1>over to where Takeshta now is laying on the floor
<v Speaker 1>and Okada is laughing at him and flipping him off.
<v Speaker 1>Fucking love Okada, Oh I love troll Kata. But then
<v Speaker 1>Myron Reid ends up catching Okada on a dive of
<v Speaker 1>his own, and so he takes him down. And the
<v Speaker 1>announcers they were hyping up the fact those two were
<v Speaker 1>having a match on Collision this weekend for Ocada's international title.
<v Speaker 1>So the match itself, it was all action. They gave
<v Speaker 1>Androtte the win to give him some momentum going into
<v Speaker 1>a match with Darby Allen this weekend that I'm pretty
<v Speaker 1>sure Androti is not going to win, so for tonight
<v Speaker 1>they gave him a win. They tried to make him
<v Speaker 1>look strong, but I don't think he's getting the WU
<v Speaker 1>this weekend. I don't think it's going to work out
<v Speaker 1>too well for him. Now backstage, let's skip ahead here
<v Speaker 1>a little bit because we had another segment that ties
<v Speaker 1>into all this in the back. A little bit later
<v Speaker 1>on Lexi Nair was with Don Kallis and the various
<v Speaker 1>members of the Callus fan Callus said that while he
<v Speaker 1>wanted pro too Kata against the Young Bucks at Dynasty,
<v Speaker 1>he has something even bigger and better for the pay
<v Speaker 1>per view Takeshta and Okata as tag team partners against
<v Speaker 1>the Young Bucks. And Takeshta was not on board with
<v Speaker 1>this idea. He looked at Don he goes, no, no, well,
<v Speaker 1>what do you mean though, No, I'm not doing it,
<v Speaker 1>and Callus tried to explain to him. He goes, look,
<v Speaker 1>I'm the coach. I call the plays. And by the way,
<v Speaker 1>this is for Kyle. Kyle's laid up in a hospital
<v Speaker 1>bed somewhere. We got to do this for Kyle. So
<v Speaker 1>he ended up convincing Takeshta. He relented. He said, okay, fine,
<v Speaker 1>but I want that and he points at the international
<v Speaker 1>title which is over Okada's shoulder. I want to wrestle
<v Speaker 1>him for that championship, and Callus said, look, we need
<v Speaker 1>this match to happen. So you know what, I'll tell
<v Speaker 1>you what if you agree to do this, and you
<v Speaker 1>guys go in there and you wrestle the young Bucks,
<v Speaker 1>you'll get your title match, okay, and you'll get it
<v Speaker 1>at double or nothing, and then you guys can go
<v Speaker 1>out there and the two of you can just get
<v Speaker 1>it out of your system. And Okada had a look
<v Speaker 1>on his face like he wasn't really a big fan
<v Speaker 1>of that idea. So they're already teasing Okada and Takeshta
<v Speaker 1>for the International title at double or nothing. Poor Myron Reid,
<v Speaker 1>fucking guys getting a title match this weekend. He does
<v Speaker 1>stand the chance. They're already looking beyond him, they're looking
<v Speaker 1>to double or nothing. They're not taking Myron Reid seriously.
<v Speaker 1>Or Myron Reid could beat Okada to win the International
<v Speaker 1>title this weekend. Yes, yes, And I'll be making my
<v Speaker 1>in ring debut at Dynasty this weekend before that happens.
<v Speaker 1>And for those of you just coming in the goal,
<v Speaker 1>there's the wheel. Six hundred likes is the goal for tonight.
<v Speaker 1>We're climbing steadily. We're we're still only about halfway there,
<v Speaker 1>we got a ways to go. But again Callus here.
<v Speaker 1>Again he brought up the analogy with Michael Jordan and
<v Speaker 1>Scottie Pippen, and Callus wanted the two of them to
<v Speaker 1>shake hands. So they shake hands, and then Okada. He
<v Speaker 1>pulls to Keshta in the now they're face to face,
<v Speaker 1>and he tells him your Scottie Pippen, I'm Michael Jordan,
<v Speaker 1>and Takeshta is just furious with this, and he lunges
<v Speaker 1>at him and they have to pull him back. And again,
<v Speaker 1>any sort of interaction like this between these two, I'm
<v Speaker 1>all in on this. Even though they have dragged this
<v Speaker 1>out for far too long. You know, it seems like
<v Speaker 1>we're a lot closer than I thought we were going
<v Speaker 1>to be to getting a payoff to all this, which
<v Speaker 1>is great. So I enjoyed the the interaction here. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, as much as I love Okada, there was
<v Speaker 1>a period of or I would have said, Okay, the
<v Speaker 1>Michael Jordan comparison is very appropriate. I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>it necessarily applies to this Okada. Maybe in Okada from
<v Speaker 1>a few years ago. But look, if we get that
<v Speaker 1>match a double or nothing, we don't have to wait
<v Speaker 1>until all in for it. I think that's fucking fantastic,
<v Speaker 1>because I was convinced that we were gonna have to
<v Speaker 1>wait until the end of August. And I'm like, my God,
<v Speaker 1>and look, just because they might do the match at
<v Speaker 1>Double or Nothing next month doesn't mean that we're not
<v Speaker 1>also going to then get it at Wembley. It may
<v Speaker 1>not be over at Double or Nothing. It may just
<v Speaker 1>be the next chapter in a longer story. And I
<v Speaker 1>don't even necessarily mind that. I just got to get
<v Speaker 1>part two. I mean, you can't. You can only keep
<v Speaker 1>us waiting for so long. You know, they had their
<v Speaker 1>first match in December, you know, at World's End, and
<v Speaker 1>now we're heading into Double or Nothing next month. So
<v Speaker 1>at least give us match number two. And if you
<v Speaker 1>want to build to a third match, that's fine, But
<v Speaker 1>how long are we supposed to wait? And remember there
<v Speaker 1>was a period of time I'm earlier this year coming
<v Speaker 1>out of World's End, were they just got away from it.
<v Speaker 1>They weren't even I mean, we didn't even see those
<v Speaker 1>two on television together, so they just sort of made
<v Speaker 1>you forget about it, and then they circled back around
<v Speaker 1>to it. And I'm still enjoying it. But you run
<v Speaker 1>the risk when you do that of really cooling that
<v Speaker 1>story off. I think people are invested enough in it,
<v Speaker 1>they're still hot enough for you know, wanting to see
<v Speaker 1>these two kill each other that it's fine. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>if we get that match next month, I'm all for that.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to wait until the end of August.
<v Speaker 1>I think that's ridiculous. But that segment in the back
<v Speaker 1>came later in the show. Let's go back a little bit.
<v Speaker 1>Let's back up. Lexian Air was backstage with Doc Samson
<v Speaker 1>and he said last week MJF was trying to get
<v Speaker 1>into Kenny Omega's head with all of the things that
<v Speaker 1>he was saying about Omega's stomach being on the verge
<v Speaker 1>basically of exploding. He admitted that Omega did have issues
<v Speaker 1>with diverticulitis, but he's in the best shape of his life,
<v Speaker 1>and he's been cleared by his surgeons, and he's been
<v Speaker 1>cleared by him well, by golly, if he's been cleared
<v Speaker 1>by the aw medical staff in the way, I guess
<v Speaker 1>we have nothing to worry about. You know what. It
<v Speaker 1>came off to me as it came off to me
<v Speaker 1>as it was It was just preposterous having MJF go
<v Speaker 1>out there last week and say those things, and Tony
<v Speaker 1>Kahan and the rest of this company, including the you know,
<v Speaker 1>the doc over here is totally fine with Kenny Omega
<v Speaker 1>wrestling and going into a big pay per view match
<v Speaker 1>with MJF. If his stomach is really on the verge
<v Speaker 1>of just exploding out of his gut, right, his intestines, everything,
<v Speaker 1>everything's gonna spill out on the floor like a fucking
<v Speaker 1>scream movie or something, and it gout him like a fish.
<v Speaker 1>So this was their way of sort of walking it
<v Speaker 1>back and being like, okay, you know what. It was
<v Speaker 1>just a lot of hot air from MJF. Kenny's fine,
<v Speaker 1>he's in great shape, he's been cleared. Everything's cool because
<v Speaker 1>you watched that last week and it's like, okay, well
<v Speaker 1>they want you to think during the match that he
<v Speaker 1>might be on the verge of death, and then this
<v Speaker 1>week they had the doctor just walking back and go
<v Speaker 1>that's all bullshit. He's fine, don't worry about it. He's
<v Speaker 1>good to go one hundred percent. We had Willow Nightingale
<v Speaker 1>and Queen Ami Nada for the TBS Championship. This was
<v Speaker 1>Ami Nada's first match since October after a neck injury.
<v Speaker 1>If you remember, it took her out of what almost
<v Speaker 1>assuredly would have been a spot for her in that
<v Speaker 1>first women's Blood and Guts match. So what has it
<v Speaker 1>been five months she's been out ever since? This was
<v Speaker 1>her first match back. They showed Hikarushida watching from the crowd.
<v Speaker 1>This is after Shida lost to Willow on Collision this
<v Speaker 1>past weekend. It was a decent match that the two
<v Speaker 1>of them had. I didn't think it was that great.
<v Speaker 1>I thought the match we had tonight was a lot
<v Speaker 1>better than that one. And these ladies were out there,
<v Speaker 1>they were laying their shit in. This felt like a fight.
<v Speaker 1>That's how I used to feel when Ami Nada had
<v Speaker 1>that feud with Tekla, and I was like, man, these
<v Speaker 1>women are going out there and it's like, you can
<v Speaker 1>believe that these two women don't like each other, and
<v Speaker 1>they're going out there and they're beating the crap out
<v Speaker 1>of each other. It's not just an Ami Nada and
<v Speaker 1>Tekla thing. I think it's just the way that Ami
<v Speaker 1>Nada also works. But I like that. That's one of
<v Speaker 1>the things I liked about this match. Willow tried to
<v Speaker 1>moon Salt, she crashed and burned. Ami Nada went up top.
<v Speaker 1>She hit a double stomp. Both ladies. They were trading
<v Speaker 1>some stiff shots back and forth, and Willow is daring her, like,
<v Speaker 1>hit me, like you mean it hit me, like you
<v Speaker 1>actually want to be champion. I mean I was like, okay,
<v Speaker 1>So she gave it right back to her. Ami Nada
<v Speaker 1>avoided a doctor bomb. She countered into an air raid
<v Speaker 1>crash for a two count. Willow came back with a
<v Speaker 1>pounce and she launched this woman into the ropes, really
<v Speaker 1>into the bottom rope hard, and then followed with a
<v Speaker 1>doctor bomb for the wing. And when the match was over,
<v Speaker 1>the two of them shook hands and they cut to
<v Speaker 1>a shot of Hida watching on from the crowd, and
<v Speaker 1>she was shaking her head in disapproval. So it's good
<v Speaker 1>to see Ami not a back again. It felt like
<v Speaker 1>they were trying to maybe elevate her to that next level,
<v Speaker 1>whatever that next level would have been, and she just
<v Speaker 1>got hurt at the wrong time. And I take it
<v Speaker 1>that we're going to get a rematch very soon between
<v Speaker 1>Willow and She'd, hey, look, maybe they add that match
<v Speaker 1>to the pay per view on Sunday. They're definitely adding
<v Speaker 1>at least one more match, maybe they add a TBS
<v Speaker 1>title match, but they're definitely setting up for another match
<v Speaker 1>between those two. You know. I like the fact that
<v Speaker 1>we are getting consistent title defenses from her from willow
<v Speaker 1>On TV. And this goes back to last month. You know,
<v Speaker 1>she had that match with Persephone, she wrestled Lena Cross,
<v Speaker 1>she wrestled and Sheeta. The other night tonight, she wrestled
<v Speaker 1>on Me Nada. So we have a champion that's you know,
<v Speaker 1>and it's not open challenges. You know, these are assigned challengers.
<v Speaker 1>But I like the fact that we're getting you know,
<v Speaker 1>frequent title defenses here because they got away from it
<v Speaker 1>for a little bit when she was doing the tag
<v Speaker 1>team thing with Harley Cameron, and now they got away
<v Speaker 1>from that, and you know, we can get back to
<v Speaker 1>business here with the title that actually means something here,
<v Speaker 1>trying to make this title mean something. She's the one
<v Speaker 1>who beat Mercedes to win the championship. She's got to
<v Speaker 1>make it mean something. Still know Mercedes, by the way,
<v Speaker 1>still waiting on her return. But then it was time
<v Speaker 1>for Chris Jericho. Now, last week he came out looking
<v Speaker 1>like Barney the Dinosaur this week, no purple. He was
<v Speaker 1>actually in a gold jacket and he had a clipboard
<v Speaker 1>in his hand, if that sounds familiar, And he got
<v Speaker 1>another respectful but I would say pretty tame reaction from
<v Speaker 1>the crowd here in Edmonton. Nothing super loud. And last
<v Speaker 1>week he said that he was home, and tonight he
<v Speaker 1>said he proves it by signing his brand new AW
<v Speaker 1>contract not far from Panoka, where he wrestled his very
<v Speaker 1>first match. Said he took a lot of risks that
<v Speaker 1>night in nineteen ninety two start his career as he
<v Speaker 1>has his entire career, like when he joined AW and
<v Speaker 1>he helped start this company back in twenty nineteen. But
<v Speaker 1>it's a risk that paid off. He's very happy how
<v Speaker 1>big this company has become, and he's very excited to
<v Speaker 1>continue to help build this company that he helps start. A
<v Speaker 1>lot of risks that he's taken have paid off, some
<v Speaker 1>of them have not. He's had some stinkers. Yeah, I'll
<v Speaker 1>say that's why he took a year off. I think
<v Speaker 1>he realized it. The biggest stinker of all is that
<v Speaker 1>Big Bill. We never got that Big Bill match. We
<v Speaker 1>never got a resolution to the learning tree the learning
<v Speaker 1>tree never really got chopped down. The tree is still up.
<v Speaker 1>It's not growing any new branches, but we never did
<v Speaker 1>get a resolution to that. So anyway, he said, it's
<v Speaker 1>why he tried to get into the best shape that
<v Speaker 1>he's been in in years, because he loves this company
<v Speaker 1>and he loves pro wrestling, So he tried to get
<v Speaker 1>into the best shape he could for his return last week.
<v Speaker 1>And now that he's back, it doesn't matter if he's
<v Speaker 1>in the opening match, it doesn't matter if he's in
<v Speaker 1>the main event, it doesn't even matter if he's on
<v Speaker 1>the show at all, because he loves pro wrestling and
<v Speaker 1>he loves this company. He was really laying it on
<v Speaker 1>pretty thick here, so we got chance of Jericho. He
<v Speaker 1>said that it's the perfect time to sign this contract.
<v Speaker 1>You want me to sign it, and he went to
<v Speaker 1>go sign the contract. He was interrupted by rick O'Shea
<v Speaker 1>and the gates of agony, and they come down to
<v Speaker 1>the ring and they get inside and Ricochet said that
<v Speaker 1>Canada sucks, but he didn't come out here to talk
<v Speaker 1>about that. He came out to talk about Jericho if
<v Speaker 1>he wanted he wanted. He said, Jericho to do himself
<v Speaker 1>a favor. Just don't don't sign the contract, don't come back.
<v Speaker 1>You've been gone for a year with your band. You're
<v Speaker 1>off singing karaoke. He admitted that Jericho was one of
<v Speaker 1>the greatest champions of all time and aw may not
<v Speaker 1>have had the monumental rise that it has were it
<v Speaker 1>not for him. But Ricochet is kind of the man
<v Speaker 1>right now. I mean he said this with a straight face.
<v Speaker 1>He goes, attendance is up, ratings are up, and he
<v Speaker 1>was the inaugural national champion. You hear that the seats,
<v Speaker 1>the seats are being filled because Ricochet is on the card.
<v Speaker 1>You know, Doc Samson was there in the building tonight,
<v Speaker 1>and I understand that Doc Samson is the first person
<v Speaker 1>to come over to a match when somebody you know
<v Speaker 1>suffers an injury, like a physical injury of some kind.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if Doc Samson is the one who
<v Speaker 1>would tend to psychosis, you know, or mental health issues
<v Speaker 1>that some of the wrestlers have. But you know, if
<v Speaker 1>I were him when Rikoshet made that comment, I would
<v Speaker 1>have sprinted into the ring and I would have cut
<v Speaker 1>this promo short. I would have when Rikoshet made that
<v Speaker 1>comment in the middle of his promo, there should have
<v Speaker 1>been a referee outside the ring, throwing up the X.
<v Speaker 1>We we got a problem here. We gotta we gotta
<v Speaker 1>take this, we gotta take this off the air. But
<v Speaker 1>he said this was all because of the rise of Ricochet.
<v Speaker 1>But he really respects Jericho. He just he thinks he
<v Speaker 1>could speak for everyone when he says, then nobody wants
<v Speaker 1>him here. So he said, pack it all up, get
<v Speaker 1>out of my ring, get back on your little cruise ship,
<v Speaker 1>and never come back to AW before you get yourself hurt.
<v Speaker 1>So Jericho said, wow, you really are bald, And after
<v Speaker 1>what he just said, it made him realize he doesn't
<v Speaker 1>give a shit what he thinks. So at that point
<v Speaker 1>he signed the contract. As I'm sure many many hearts
<v Speaker 1>were broken and many heads were banging against the wall
<v Speaker 1>that Chris Jericho has officially signed whose new multi year
<v Speaker 1>contract with AW. And what Rikoshet doesn't know is that
<v Speaker 1>he has a clause in the contract that means he
<v Speaker 1>can choose any opponent he wants for Dynasty this Sunday
<v Speaker 1>in Vancouver. So it looks like he has a decision
<v Speaker 1>to make and he waited about two seconds and he said, okay,
<v Speaker 1>I'm done. I've made my decision, and at that point
<v Speaker 1>he said that he well, actually what he did was
<v Speaker 1>he was talking about the uh, fancy little sweatsuit that
<v Speaker 1>Rikoshet was wearing. Goes, when Chris Jericho needs an opponent
<v Speaker 1>for Vancouver and he doesn't have one. You could see
<v Speaker 1>where this was going. He peeled off. There was some
<v Speaker 1>sort of paper or something on the back of the
<v Speaker 1>clipboard and he peeled it off, and it just said
<v Speaker 1>Jericho on the back of the clipboard, and he holds
<v Speaker 1>the pen up in the air. He goes, when you're bald,
<v Speaker 1>when you come out here in your fancy sweatsuit, when
<v Speaker 1>Chris Jericho needs an opponent for Vancouver and doesn't have one,
<v Speaker 1>you just made the list and see you at Dynasty,
<v Speaker 1>and people popped. He wrote his name on the list.
<v Speaker 1>He brought back the list for one night. They had
<v Speaker 1>a fun little callback. I don't see this as Jericho
<v Speaker 1>resurrecting the list gimmick every week or anything like that.
<v Speaker 1>It was a fun little callback here. The people pop
<v Speaker 1>for it, and look, let's be honest here. It was
<v Speaker 1>one of the more over periods of this guy's career.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to say the most over. But when
<v Speaker 1>you look back on Chris Jericho's career, the stuff that
<v Speaker 1>he did with Kevin Owens and the list of Jericho
<v Speaker 1>and all that, that's got to be top three of
<v Speaker 1>like all of the phases of Jericho that he went through,
<v Speaker 1>in terms of his popularity and how over he was,
<v Speaker 1>it's got to be top three. Like me personally, I
<v Speaker 1>was a big fan of conspiracy theory Jericho in WCW
<v Speaker 1>when he was a heel. I was a big fan
<v Speaker 1>of him. His no Country for Old Men, serious suit
<v Speaker 1>and tie Jericho from two thousand and eight. I guess
<v Speaker 1>that would have been two thousand and nine, that would
<v Speaker 1>probably be number one, honestly, and then after that you
<v Speaker 1>probably put the list. So I don't blame him for
<v Speaker 1>going back to it for one night here. So anyway,
<v Speaker 1>that's another match that is confirmed for Dynasty. It's not
<v Speaker 1>the Ricochet match that I was expecting. I was expecting
<v Speaker 1>because they were building to it. It felt like that
<v Speaker 1>they were going to do a rematch with him and
<v Speaker 1>Jack Perry. By no means upset that we are not
<v Speaker 1>getting another Ricochet and Jack Perry match because I'm done
<v Speaker 1>with that. But it felt like that's what we were
<v Speaker 1>building to, and then not only did they not do it,
<v Speaker 1>and they gave Ricochet a totally different opponent, but they
<v Speaker 1>pined Jack Perry in the trios match earlier in the show.
<v Speaker 1>The National Champion just got pinned by Androtti, who he
<v Speaker 1>has no issue with of any kind. It was really
<v Speaker 1>just to make Androte look strong for his match with Darby.
<v Speaker 1>So they don't seem to be making Jack Perry very
<v Speaker 1>much of a priority here on this show. So I'm
<v Speaker 1>not going to complain that we're not getting another match
<v Speaker 1>between those two. But again, I floated Ricochet for a
<v Speaker 1>reason the other day. On the sound of it just
<v Speaker 1>seemed clear to me that if he was going to
<v Speaker 1>be a babyface, Ricochet would be on the short list
<v Speaker 1>of names that he would be working with. It's a
<v Speaker 1>guy that he can go in there and beat. I
<v Speaker 1>don't see him going in there and losing to Ricochet.
<v Speaker 1>It's a match that was made with less than a
<v Speaker 1>weak notice. Give him someone to go in there that
<v Speaker 1>the people nuinely do not like and let Jericho beat him,
<v Speaker 1>because Ricochet is not the one being built here. You know,
<v Speaker 1>if there's any value left in Chris Jericho and I'm
<v Speaker 1>just going to sort of give you the cliff notes
<v Speaker 1>version of what I said the other day. The key
<v Speaker 1>thing with Jericho and really maintaining his longevity and not
<v Speaker 1>burning people out on him or using him in a
<v Speaker 1>way that is counterproductive and actually damaging to other talents
<v Speaker 1>on the show. You don't want to use him too often.
<v Speaker 1>You want to be very selective with how many appearances
<v Speaker 1>he makes and how many matches he wrestles, and you
<v Speaker 1>have to be selective in terms of who you have
<v Speaker 1>him working with. The key feud right now, I think
<v Speaker 1>would be to do Jericho and Swerve because it's a
<v Speaker 1>match that we've never seen before. Swerve just when heal,
<v Speaker 1>Jericho just came back and went babyface, So it's a
<v Speaker 1>match that makes all the sense in the world. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if that's a double or nothing match. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if they save that for another pay per view,
<v Speaker 1>But to get there, you've got to give Jericho some
<v Speaker 1>wins to get him re established on the show. He's
<v Speaker 1>been gone for a year. And Ricochet, honestly, like how
<v Speaker 1>many people in this chat right now give a fuck
<v Speaker 1>if Ricochet goes in there and gets beat by Chris Jericho.
<v Speaker 1>I would be more offended if they were doing Jericho
<v Speaker 1>against again someone like a Kevin Knight, or if we
<v Speaker 1>went with Jericho and Kyle Fletcher. If Kyle Fletcher wasn't
<v Speaker 1>injured and Jericho went in there and he beats Kyle Fletcher,
<v Speaker 1>that would bother me. If he goes in there and
<v Speaker 1>beats somebody like that, that would bother me. If he
<v Speaker 1>goes in there and beats Ricochet, who gives a fuck?
<v Speaker 1>Who cares? It's building to something bigger. So it's not
<v Speaker 1>a big deal, you know. I mean, the Ricochet promo
<v Speaker 1>tonight was it was whatever. It was nothing special. Frankly,
<v Speaker 1>the Jericho stuff wasn't special. Leader, but they had to
<v Speaker 1>do something to establish this match on short notice, and
<v Speaker 1>so this was the most obvious thing to do. But
<v Speaker 1>it's not the end of the world. The thing with
<v Speaker 1>Jericho though no reinvention. Usually he comes and he will
<v Speaker 1>reinvent himself in some way. There's some new gimmick, or
<v Speaker 1>there's some sort of new catchphrase, or there's something new.
<v Speaker 1>Now we know he trademarked that name the Cornerstone. We
<v Speaker 1>haven't heard him use it yet on TV. We'll see
<v Speaker 1>if he does he could call himself that. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know how that's going to really change his personality or
<v Speaker 1>his character on the show, But so far, no reinvention.
<v Speaker 1>It's just Chris Jericho back as a babyface. Pretty pretty
<v Speaker 1>straightforward stuff. Nothing terribly interesting. Wait, Tamaso Champa one on
<v Speaker 1>one with Mascerriderrata. This was put together obviously on short
<v Speaker 1>notice once they got the news of Kyle Fletcher's injury.
<v Speaker 1>The winner of this match will enter the Casino Gauntlet
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday in the number one spot, which is important
<v Speaker 1>because the way these matches work, the Casino Gauntlet could
<v Speaker 1>end at any moment to one fall to a finish.
<v Speaker 1>So if Tamaso Champa is number one, and really, the
<v Speaker 1>same thing applies for the number two spot, and they're
<v Speaker 1>having a match on Collision this weekend to see who
<v Speaker 1>enters at number two. It's going to be Rouche against
<v Speaker 1>Anthony Bowens. So whoever wins that, that person and Tamaso
<v Speaker 1>Shampa who won this match are going to be kicking
<v Speaker 1>off the Gauntlet. Theoretically, the Gauntlet could end in the
<v Speaker 1>first sixty seconds. Somebody gets a pinfall or submission, that's it.
<v Speaker 1>The Gauntlet's over. So that's the importance of being in
<v Speaker 1>the number one spot. The match was fine. Dorado went
<v Speaker 1>up top for a moon salt. Champa, though, got the
<v Speaker 1>boots up and then he lowered the knee pad he
<v Speaker 1>charged in. He ended up eating a kick, and then
<v Speaker 1>Derada tried for another one. He got hung up in
<v Speaker 1>the ropes and that allowed Shampa to hit the widow's
<v Speaker 1>bell in a running knee strike for the win. Again.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I don't mind at all if they want
<v Speaker 1>to put the belt back on Shampa, that's fine, but
<v Speaker 1>I'm throwing out Mark Davis's name. The guy never wins anything.
<v Speaker 1>Throw a bone here. I think you'd do well. I
<v Speaker 1>really do that ass kick and brawler type. You just
<v Speaker 1>got to book him a little stronger because he doesn't
<v Speaker 1>fucking win. So like when he's out there, he can
<v Speaker 1>have good matches, but people look at him as a
<v Speaker 1>pushover because he has no credibility. So if you're gonna
<v Speaker 1>put the TNT championship on him, you can't put the
<v Speaker 1>TNT title on him if you're not going to actually
<v Speaker 1>have him start winning matches. If the idea is for
<v Speaker 1>Mark Davis to still go out there and lose, then
<v Speaker 1>don't bother putting the TNT title on him. You know
<v Speaker 1>what I'm saying is give him a little bit of
<v Speaker 1>a push. What do you have to lose? Two months
<v Speaker 1>from now, three months from now, you take the belt
<v Speaker 1>off him, you put you transition it over to whoever
<v Speaker 1>you know, babyface, you want to put the belt on.
<v Speaker 1>That's fine. I have no issue with that. Solo is
<v Speaker 1>a Mark Davis guy. I'm gonna make a T shirt.
<v Speaker 1>I'm a Mark Davis guy. I'm a Mark Davis Mark.
<v Speaker 1>There you go backstage, David Finley. This is one of
<v Speaker 1>the parts of the show I just didn't give a
<v Speaker 1>shit about. So David Finley is in the back and
<v Speaker 1>he's talking to the camera and you can see Clark
<v Speaker 1>Connors is throwing punches at Orange Cassidy and Roderick Strong.
<v Speaker 1>They're laid out on the ground. So Connors then spoke
<v Speaker 1>and he said, the Mystico and Kevin Knight, they were
<v Speaker 1>lucky that there were only two of them last week,
<v Speaker 1>but now the gang is back together. And Gabe Kid
<v Speaker 1>entered the picture and he said, the conglomeration, they have
<v Speaker 1>no one left. He questions how Mystico and Jet Speed
<v Speaker 1>think they can run the trio's division. When there's a
<v Speaker 1>three headed dog ready to bite their heads off? Isn't
<v Speaker 1>that called a cerberus? Is that three headed dog? Cerberus?
<v Speaker 1>Is that what they call it? So Finley said on Collision,
<v Speaker 1>They're coming for their bodies and their belts. I have
<v Speaker 1>zero interest in the Dogs right now, not at all.
<v Speaker 1>Reflection on their talent. David Finley very talented, Clark Connor's talented,
<v Speaker 1>gab Kid talented. The way that they have been utilized
<v Speaker 1>and positioned so far since they have joined together as
<v Speaker 1>a unit on AW television has been very poor. This
<v Speaker 1>is not how you introduce a new group. It's not
<v Speaker 1>even a team, it's a new group. This is not
<v Speaker 1>the way to introduce them in the strongest possible way
<v Speaker 1>that you can. They have become just a bunch of
<v Speaker 1>guys on the roster. It feels to me like they've
<v Speaker 1>lost more than they've won. Maybe they've won more than
<v Speaker 1>they've lost, but it doesn't feel that way to me.
<v Speaker 1>Get me to care about these guys. Give me a
<v Speaker 1>reason to actually give a shit about the fact that
<v Speaker 1>the Dogs are here in AW, especially when we have
<v Speaker 1>so many other trios and factions and teams and groups.
<v Speaker 1>Give me a reason to believe that these guys are
<v Speaker 1>going to be a force to be reckoned with on
<v Speaker 1>this show. And it pays that. As soon as I
<v Speaker 1>saw David Finley on my screen two things. Number One,
<v Speaker 1>when he started talking, I said, oh, he speaks, and
<v Speaker 1>number two like, I'm looking at David Finley and I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>why do I have this feeling of just complete and
<v Speaker 1>total apathy towards someone who just a couple months ago
<v Speaker 1>was considered one of the one of the biggest free
<v Speaker 1>agents in the world. Where is he gonna go? Is
<v Speaker 1>he gonna stay with New Japan? Is he gonna go
<v Speaker 1>to WWE to be with his family? Is he gonna
<v Speaker 1>go to AW? So he chose AW And it's like, okay, well,
<v Speaker 1>now look at where we are. What's so special about
<v Speaker 1>David Finley right now? Nothing. They haven't given you a
<v Speaker 1>reason to feel that way. That's the challenge now. But
<v Speaker 1>right now I feel nothing. I feel nothing when I
<v Speaker 1>see the dogs. Lexi Nair was interviewing the AW Women's
<v Speaker 1>World champion Techla This I liked. I see Tecla, I like,
<v Speaker 1>so she's backstage and she threatened to take Lexi out
<v Speaker 1>to dinner before bringing her to a strip club and
<v Speaker 1>then dragging her on stage and breaking all of her fingers.
<v Speaker 1>If she had to listen to her say that Jamie
<v Speaker 1>Hayter is a former aw women's World champion. Hey, let
<v Speaker 1>me tell you something. There are grown men out there
<v Speaker 1>right now who would pay very good money to have
<v Speaker 1>Techla do that to them, to take them to a
<v Speaker 1>strip club, to drag them up on stage, and to
<v Speaker 1>break each and every single one of their fingers. She
<v Speaker 1>should probably charge If she charged money for that online,
<v Speaker 1>she'd be a fucking millionaire. Okay, there's some freaky deep
<v Speaker 1>fans out there. I'm just saying so. Anyway, She then
<v Speaker 1>called the Jamie Hayter the dumbest bitch alive. Techla is great.
<v Speaker 1>I don't really need to say anything else. There's a
<v Speaker 1>reason why Tony Kahan just re signed Tekla to a
<v Speaker 1>brand new multi year contract when she was only in
<v Speaker 1>the middle of a two year deal, Like she still
<v Speaker 1>had a year left on her deal, and they're like,
<v Speaker 1>we got to give you more money and we got
<v Speaker 1>to sign you to a brand new contract because they
<v Speaker 1>see it. They see it she just brings something different
<v Speaker 1>to that women's division. I'm not even talking about the matches.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just talking about her. I'm talking about her persona.
<v Speaker 1>I'm talking about her personality, her charisma. She's different. Being
<v Speaker 1>different is good. Tekla is one of the shining stars
<v Speaker 1>of that women's division right now. Adam Copeland and Christian
<v Speaker 1>Cage they entered they are not the shining stars in
<v Speaker 1>this company right now, but they came out to talk
<v Speaker 1>about their match with FTR at Dynasty. Copeland said that
<v Speaker 1>jealousy and pettiness is what started all of this and
<v Speaker 1>it blew up rated FTR. They said that they were
<v Speaker 1>in Copeland's shadow and they were tired of being his henchmen.
<v Speaker 1>When it's not Copeland's fault that it was reality slapping
<v Speaker 1>them in their faces. So Copeland said, a Dynasty, they
<v Speaker 1>take their rightful place on top of the mountain as
<v Speaker 1>the aw tag team champions. So we handed the mic
<v Speaker 1>off to Christian. He said that as everyone's favorite father figure,
<v Speaker 1>FTR has been very naughty, so naughty that he paid
<v Speaker 1>a visit to both of their mothers, and just so
<v Speaker 1>that there's no confusion here, he said that he banged
<v Speaker 1>them both. How about that he banged both of their mothers.
<v Speaker 1>Christian was driving the bang Bus, apparently to North Carolina,
<v Speaker 1>but he doesn't want Stokely's mother to feel left out,
<v Speaker 1>so when he visits her, it'll be as one half
<v Speaker 1>of the aw Tag team champions. So FTR and Stokely
<v Speaker 1>they entered, but as they were coming out, Rocky Romero
<v Speaker 1>and Trent Boretta they ambushed Copeland and Christian from behind.
<v Speaker 1>If you remember, I think it was last week, Cope
<v Speaker 1>and Christian, they were roaming the backstage area with some
<v Speaker 1>steel chairs. They were looking for FTR. They went into
<v Speaker 1>what they thought was their locker room, and instead of
<v Speaker 1>finding Dax in Cash, they found Rocky Romero and Trumperetta.
<v Speaker 1>So they beat them up with chairs. If you're wondering
<v Speaker 1>why would they come out here in this segment, then
<v Speaker 1>that's why I wouldn't blame you. If you forgot it
<v Speaker 1>you weren't watching the show last week. I'm just trying
<v Speaker 1>to remind you why these two men would come out
<v Speaker 1>here and why they would attack Cope and Christian. So
<v Speaker 1>FTR joined in and they're working. Actually, Romero is working
<v Speaker 1>over Copeland with a chair. Christian fought back. He was
<v Speaker 1>setting up for a kill switch, but he got shoved
<v Speaker 1>towards Stokely, who blasted him with one of the tag belts.
<v Speaker 1>Out on the floor, Rocky Romero held a chair up
<v Speaker 1>in front of Copeland's face, and Trent Boretta came charging
<v Speaker 1>in with a running knee strike. Wheeler then plays the
<v Speaker 1>chair around Christian's arm in the ring. He was going
<v Speaker 1>to pilmonize the arm, and Stokely stopped him and said wait, wait,
<v Speaker 1>and he reached down and he removed Christian's watch. He
<v Speaker 1>stole his watch, and then he said, okay, now you
<v Speaker 1>can do it. And so then Wheeler jumped from the
<v Speaker 1>middle rope. He stomped on the chair and Christian sold
<v Speaker 1>the shit out of his arm. He was just riding
<v Speaker 1>around in pain like the arm was broken. And you know,
<v Speaker 1>that was the last bit of hype for this match
<v Speaker 1>at Dynasty. I think once these two teams go out
<v Speaker 1>there and again they're in Canada, you know, whatever that's
<v Speaker 1>worth at this point, I think they'll get you know,
<v Speaker 1>the crowd into it. I think that they could go
<v Speaker 1>out there, especially if they win the belts, which I
<v Speaker 1>think they will. I think it'll go over well. I
<v Speaker 1>cannot get myself really excited about this and again, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if it's just that it's just not a
<v Speaker 1>match that appeals to me as much as I thought
<v Speaker 1>it would, or that they've let a lot of time
<v Speaker 1>go by since the angle with Beth Phoenix, which got
<v Speaker 1>a lot of heat, you know, when they did the
<v Speaker 1>spike pile driver to Copeland's wife, And then months go
<v Speaker 1>by and you almost forget about it, and so now
<v Speaker 1>they're circling back around to it, And I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>at least with me, I don't know that it has
<v Speaker 1>For me. It doesn't have the level of heat. I
<v Speaker 1>think that they want people to feel that it does,
<v Speaker 1>and maybe with some people it does. It doesn't with me.
<v Speaker 1>When they go out there on Sunday, that may all
<v Speaker 1>wash away. They may have a hot crowd, They may
<v Speaker 1>go out there and have a great match. The first
<v Speaker 1>match they had I remember being good. I don't remember
<v Speaker 1>blowing me away or anything. Cope and Christian won that match,
<v Speaker 1>but they were left at a disadvantage here going into
<v Speaker 1>the rematch. Copeland got knocked out, Christian got his arm
<v Speaker 1>busted up, so they're at a disadvantage now going into Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>But I have no reason to believe that they aren't
<v Speaker 1>going to put the belt on these two unless they
<v Speaker 1>wanted to save it for another time. But I mean,
<v Speaker 1>if you were going to put the belt on Cop
<v Speaker 1>and Christian, why not Vancouver. It just seems to be
<v Speaker 1>the right place to do it. Darby Allen was in
<v Speaker 1>the back. He delivered a promo and he talked about
<v Speaker 1>facing Andrade this Sunday. He said, he puts up walls
<v Speaker 1>and he you know, pretends that he doesn't care about anything,
<v Speaker 1>but he said he's scared that he can't win the
<v Speaker 1>big one and be the face of the company. He
<v Speaker 1>said he needs to win at Dynasty more than anything.
<v Speaker 1>This was like his U, his Steve Austin moment. I
<v Speaker 1>guess going into wrestle Many is seventeen. I need to
<v Speaker 1>beat you, Rock. I need to beat you more than
<v Speaker 1>anything that you could ever imagine. Right, That's how Darby
<v Speaker 1>was talking here. I don't think Darby is Can you
<v Speaker 1>imagine if like they're building to a Darby and Androde
<v Speaker 1>double turn on Sunday where Darby just takes a chair
<v Speaker 1>and he's wearing them out with it like Austin did
<v Speaker 1>to the Rock. Fans end up sharing Andrade and booing
<v Speaker 1>Darby I don't know. I mean, they're doing the underdog
<v Speaker 1>story with him. They're doing the underdog story. Darby's gonna win,
<v Speaker 1>Darby's gonna win, and Darby is getting a world title
<v Speaker 1>match at double or nothing. We're getting Darby Allen against MJF.
<v Speaker 1>And as far as Andrade goes, they've dropped little hints
<v Speaker 1>and teases of him being, you know, unhappy with Callous.
<v Speaker 1>Why are we doing you know, mjf's dirty work for him.
<v Speaker 1>It feels like maybe they're building to him splitting away
<v Speaker 1>and going babyface, but they're kind of doing the same
<v Speaker 1>thing with Takeshta, so it'd be weirder they were doing
<v Speaker 1>the same angle with two members of the same group
<v Speaker 1>at the same time. But there have definitely been hints
<v Speaker 1>of you know, dissatisfaction between him and Callous, so we'll
<v Speaker 1>see if that actually leads to anything. Main event of
<v Speaker 1>the show, though, was Canadian Chaos with the Death Riders
<v Speaker 1>John Moxley, Claudio Pack, Daniel Garcia with Marina Shaffer in
<v Speaker 1>their corner taking on the United Empire, will Ospray, Callum Newman,
<v Speaker 1>Hanare and Francesco Here United Empire. They didn't wait for
<v Speaker 1>the Death Riders to enter through the crowd and they
<v Speaker 1>just start brawling, and so the match is underway. Alex
<v Speaker 1>Windsor came out at the beginning so she can get
<v Speaker 1>some Marina Shafir, Akira and Hanara. They're just clobbering various
<v Speaker 1>members of the Death Riders with the ladder. The ladder
<v Speaker 1>gets set up in the middle of the ring and
<v Speaker 1>Akira went up top wiped out all the Death Riders
<v Speaker 1>with a dive out to the floor, and that took
<v Speaker 1>us into a commercial break. So we got more chaos,
<v Speaker 1>and we got more tables and just you know, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it's we see matches like this every week on this show.
<v Speaker 1>So we got more of that, and then we got
<v Speaker 1>another commercial. I thought that first commercial was going to
<v Speaker 1>be the last one because we were getting close to
<v Speaker 1>the top of the hour. Then they come back and
<v Speaker 1>we have more brawling, and then it's nine point fifty
<v Speaker 1>seven pm Eastern and they go to another commercial. I'm like, Okay, well,
<v Speaker 1>I guess we're going overtime tonight, paying no attention to
<v Speaker 1>the fact that they had promoted that Kenny Omega was
<v Speaker 1>supposed to talk on this show, and I had totally
<v Speaker 1>forgotten about this because there was so much other shit
<v Speaker 1>going on on this show. But I'm like, Okay, well,
<v Speaker 1>I guess we'll go a few minutes overtime tonight. What
<v Speaker 1>else is new? So Moxley hit the Gotch style pile
<v Speaker 1>driver during the break to Ospray and the surgically repaired neck.
<v Speaker 1>Later on Garcia, he got Osprey and the Dragon Tamer
<v Speaker 1>at the same time that Moxley flew in with a
<v Speaker 1>stomp to Osprey, but Akira was able to make the save.
<v Speaker 1>Akira then came face to chest with John Moxley. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>he looked like a child in there. I'm sorry, John
<v Speaker 1>Moxley is not exactly He's not like a six foot
<v Speaker 1>five guy either. He looked like a fucking child. Just
<v Speaker 1>looking up at Moxley is the funniest thing. Moxley ends
<v Speaker 1>up dropping him with the lariat. There was a spot
<v Speaker 1>where Hanarre he was outside. He tackled Claudio off the
<v Speaker 1>steps that had been set up kind of in front
<v Speaker 1>of the announced desk, and there was a table there,
<v Speaker 1>so he tackled him off the steps and they did
<v Speaker 1>a table bump. They both crashed through the table. Akira
<v Speaker 1>he landed a double stomp to Garcia on another table.
<v Speaker 1>There a bunch of tables set up outside the ring,
<v Speaker 1>so he hit a double step to Garcia on another table,
<v Speaker 1>but the table did not break. The table did not cooperate,
<v Speaker 1>so Newman he put pack through another table. Meanwhile, Akira,
<v Speaker 1>he's gonna try again. So he tries again to put
<v Speaker 1>Garcia through that other table and the table says, that
<v Speaker 1>don't work for me. Brother, that table was not breaking
<v Speaker 1>for now. It was like one of those Japanese tables.
<v Speaker 1>So we end up with Will Ospray and John Moxley
<v Speaker 1>in the ring. Moxley connects with the paradigm shift and
<v Speaker 1>then a second and then a third. He's going to
<v Speaker 1>go for a fourth. Newman blast him with a lariat.
<v Speaker 1>Ospray comes back with a hidden blade now into a
<v Speaker 1>table that is set up in the corner by the
<v Speaker 1>way tables galore, So he hits a hidden blade. After
<v Speaker 1>all those paradigm shifts, he just comes back. It hits
<v Speaker 1>a hidden blade. He covers Moxley and he pins the
<v Speaker 1>continental champion it. Will Ospray wins it for the United Empire.
<v Speaker 1>After the match is over, Ospray he's all smiles. His
<v Speaker 1>teammates are all pumping him up and he grabbed Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>He was setting him up for something and Claudio pulls
<v Speaker 1>Moxley out to safety. So this was billed as was
<v Speaker 1>chaos in Canada or a Canadian chaos, and so they
<v Speaker 1>gave you Canadian chaos. It was just mass chaos and
<v Speaker 1>tables and you know, just no rules, brawling all over
<v Speaker 1>the place. We've seen the Death Riders do this before.
<v Speaker 1>This is not really a shock. And when it was over,
<v Speaker 1>the key here was the finish. It's like, none of
<v Speaker 1>this other stuff that we saw in this match even
<v Speaker 1>really mattered, because what mattered is we have a match
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday for the Continental Championship. So the only two
<v Speaker 1>people that really mattered in this match were John Moxley
<v Speaker 1>and will Ospray. And when the match was over, will
<v Speaker 1>Ospray pinned John Moxley just days before the pay per view.
<v Speaker 1>So there's a reason why when I did my predictions
<v Speaker 1>on the sound off, I said John Moxley is going
<v Speaker 1>to beat will Ospray. I said that the minute I
<v Speaker 1>found out on Collision that this was a championship match
<v Speaker 1>and they have will Ospray fighting for a title that
<v Speaker 1>he does not need. I don't want to see John
<v Speaker 1>Moxley losing the Continental title to Will Ospray because will
<v Speaker 1>Osprey does not need the Continental championship. The reason they're
<v Speaker 1>doing it makes sense. He wanted the title on the
<v Speaker 1>line because under Continental title rules, nobody is allowed at ringside.
<v Speaker 1>Everybody is banned. He doesn't want to go in there
<v Speaker 1>and fight a handicap match. He wants a fair fight.
<v Speaker 1>Him and John Moxley won on one because it's a
<v Speaker 1>title match. That is what he is going to get.
<v Speaker 1>The fact that John Moxley took the pin tonight tells
<v Speaker 1>you everything you need to know. I think about the
<v Speaker 1>way things are going to go on Sunday and good,
<v Speaker 1>that's the way it should go. John Moxley should win
<v Speaker 1>that match. And how I see it playing out is
<v Speaker 1>John Moxley beats Will Osprey on Sunday. However he does it,
<v Speaker 1>he beats John Moxley on Sunday, or again Ospray beats
<v Speaker 1>him on Sunday and at some point, and my thought
<v Speaker 1>process was, you wait until the Owen and they meet
<v Speaker 1>again in the finals of the Owen. I know some
<v Speaker 1>people might not want Moxley in the finals, but the
<v Speaker 1>way they built him up as like such a world beater.
<v Speaker 1>It's a very good chance he's gonna end up there anyway.
<v Speaker 1>But they meet in the finals of the tournament, so
<v Speaker 1>that way, when he finally does beat Moxley, it's not
<v Speaker 1>just him getting revenge and the guy that put him
<v Speaker 1>on the shelf. He beats him and in doing so,
<v Speaker 1>he earns the right to challenge for the World Championship
<v Speaker 1>at Wembley Stadium. The only question is when does the
<v Speaker 1>Owen kick off? Right, Probably not until sometime later in June.
<v Speaker 1>I suppose they could just do it as a match,
<v Speaker 1>a double or nothing. Probably would end up just doing
<v Speaker 1>it because otherwise what would the two of them even
<v Speaker 1>be doing if they weren't wrestling each other again. However,
<v Speaker 1>you do it that this is not going to be
<v Speaker 1>the only time we see these two in the ring.
<v Speaker 1>That's that's the key point. And the fact that will
<v Speaker 1>Osprey got the win tonight all that that just solidified
<v Speaker 1>that thought in my head. I don't see it going
<v Speaker 1>any other way. On Sunday, so I thought the show
<v Speaker 1>was over at that point, and I went on X
<v Speaker 1>and I posted the Twitter pol and I was like,
<v Speaker 1>all right, we'll get ready to go live and then
<v Speaker 1>I see Tony Shavani is in the ring. He's standing
<v Speaker 1>in the middle of the ring and he's bringing out
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega. I'm like, what were not done? No, we
<v Speaker 1>have a whole ass other segment left to go here
<v Speaker 1>on this show. I prematurely premature posting. I hear they
<v Speaker 1>have medications for this. Unfortunately, it's something I suffered from
<v Speaker 1>here tonight. Premature posting. I'll make fun of it. So, yes,
<v Speaker 1>the show was not over yet. We're in fucking overtime here,
<v Speaker 1>so I'm like, shit, we're gonna go another twenty minutes here.
<v Speaker 1>This is ridiculous. These people don't know what time management is.
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega comes out, He's all dressed up in a suit,
<v Speaker 1>and he says that it's been twenty five years since
<v Speaker 1>this show started tonight now, he said, it's been twenty
<v Speaker 1>five years since he's been here in Edmonton, and he
<v Speaker 1>remembered driving from Winnipeg to work on independent shows last week.
<v Speaker 1>He almost lost his cool were it not for Speedball.
<v Speaker 1>Speedball was there to kind of talk him off the ledge.
<v Speaker 1>He said. It wasn't the comment that MJF made about
<v Speaker 1>Kody of Boushi that kind of threw him off the
<v Speaker 1>deep end, or all the diverticulitist stuff that the announcers
<v Speaker 1>talk about on commentary every single time he's in a
<v Speaker 1>fucking match. He didn't say fucking. I don't even know
<v Speaker 1>if he has that word in his vocabulary. It seems
<v Speaker 1>beneath Kenny Ominga. But because it wasn't any of that
<v Speaker 1>stuff that really set him off, he said that while
<v Speaker 1>it hurt really bad, as one famous man said, cry
<v Speaker 1>me a river. Oh, don't give Phil any new material
<v Speaker 1>for next week. He was popping off the other night.
<v Speaker 1>Don't give him any new material. What set him off
<v Speaker 1>was thinking that all of his nicknames in his career
<v Speaker 1>that the fans have given him, other people have given
<v Speaker 1>him these nicknames that you know, they aren't just words.
<v Speaker 1>He's never said it about himself. It's what the fans
<v Speaker 1>have referred to him as and he appreciates hearing it.
<v Speaker 1>But aw used to just be a concept where maybe
<v Speaker 1>fans could see the best wrestle where at the end
<v Speaker 1>of the day, what made MJF famous is him flapping
<v Speaker 1>his gums. And he knows that anything MJF can do,
<v Speaker 1>he can do better. So now Omega realizes why he
<v Speaker 1>lost his cool, all this that you you see before you.
<v Speaker 1>He felt that it was his responsibility to go out
<v Speaker 1>there and save this place for where the best wrestle.
<v Speaker 1>But he was wrong. It's not just his legacy or
<v Speaker 1>his responsibility. It's all of theirs. And the fans deserve
<v Speaker 1>a champion who wears the belt with pride. So he
<v Speaker 1>will take that title from MJF. And he will start
<v Speaker 1>righting the wrongs that Max has committed in this company.
<v Speaker 1>So be it. So it shall come to pass at Dynasty.
<v Speaker 1>It will be mjf's last title defense. So we hear
<v Speaker 1>mjf's music, I'm like, oh my god, this is still
<v Speaker 1>not over. They roll out the red carpet down the ramp.
<v Speaker 1>Here comes the aw World Champion and he gets into
<v Speaker 1>the ring and he says, Omega, Hey, you're getting better
<v Speaker 1>at this talking thing. Eh, I don't know about that
<v Speaker 1>goes deep down. The fans want to believe in Omega
<v Speaker 1>because they're all scared shitless, and they realize that this
<v Speaker 1>could be his last shot. Said, the clock is ticking
<v Speaker 1>on his career. He mentions beating Omega the first time
<v Speaker 1>they wrestled, and Omega at the time, said that he
<v Speaker 1>was maybe seventy five percent back then. So what's your
<v Speaker 1>excuse going to be after Sunday When I beat you,
<v Speaker 1>supposedly at your best in front of everyone in Canada
<v Speaker 1>and the world, their god will fall and the devil
<v Speaker 1>will rise on the throne where he belongs. So Omega
<v Speaker 1>said that he's learned a little bit more about MJF
<v Speaker 1>each week they've come out here to talk to each other.
<v Speaker 1>He said he's learned that the aw world title means
<v Speaker 1>a lot to him, and he said MJF would even
<v Speaker 1>honor the tradition of shaking the challenger's hand before a
<v Speaker 1>big title defense. Omega asked MJF if they should let
<v Speaker 1>bygones be by guns right for the sake of a
<v Speaker 1>good photo op here, and he put his hand out
<v Speaker 1>for a handshake, and MJF he drops the mic and
<v Speaker 1>he teases that he's going to shake Omega's hand. Of
<v Speaker 1>course he doesn't, and he goes to take a shot.
<v Speaker 1>Omega he ducked it, and he laid out MJF with
<v Speaker 1>a single knee strike, laying him out with a v trigger.
<v Speaker 1>So Omega said that MJF is just laying there and
<v Speaker 1>Kenny is cutting a promo over his carcass. He said
<v Speaker 1>MJF was predictable. He knelt down, he removed the Dynamite
<v Speaker 1>diamond ring from mjf's finger, and he put it on
<v Speaker 1>his own pinky, and he said he knows MJF. He
<v Speaker 1>studied MJF. He said they wouldn't be talking about how
<v Speaker 1>much better MJF is and how everyone knows it. And
<v Speaker 1>then he removed the ring and he dropped it on
<v Speaker 1>mjf's body before waving to the crowd and then leaving.
<v Speaker 1>And that's how Dynamite ended, almost thirty minutes past the
<v Speaker 1>top of the hour for a segment, or really a
<v Speaker 1>show that did not need an extra thirty minutes. I'm
<v Speaker 1>sorry we did not need a two and a half
<v Speaker 1>hour Dynamite tonight. I thought that what they did in
<v Speaker 1>the segment was fine, But we basically heard this in
<v Speaker 1>the contract signing last week. We really didn't get anything
<v Speaker 1>new out of this. But it's Kenny Omega, you know,
<v Speaker 1>coming out there and just standing up for his or
<v Speaker 1>the best wrestle and representing the best of aw He
<v Speaker 1>represents the best of us, and it's up to him
<v Speaker 1>to save the company. From the the evil MJF. Where
<v Speaker 1>have we heard this before? We got to save the
<v Speaker 1>business on Friday, and on Wednesday, we got to save
<v Speaker 1>the company from MJF. A lot of saving going on here,
<v Speaker 1>So that's the message. I didn't give a shit about
<v Speaker 1>what is being said back and forth at this point
<v Speaker 1>between them. You know, oh, you know you're the diverticulitis
<v Speaker 1>in your guts. Who gives a shit? Like? Who fucking cares? Dude.
<v Speaker 1>We're getting Kenny Omega against MJF in the main event
<v Speaker 1>of Dynasty. It sells itself. You know. They have to
<v Speaker 1>send them out there to do something, so this is
<v Speaker 1>what they do. This didn't make me any more or
<v Speaker 1>less excited or interested to see their match. I'm looking
<v Speaker 1>forward to the MAC because I know it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be a kick ass match. I saw their first match.
<v Speaker 1>Their first match on Collision a few years ago was
<v Speaker 1>fucking fantastic, and I'm sure this match will be fantastic too.
<v Speaker 1>That's all you need. The match sells itself. You have
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega wrestling for the world title in the main event.
<v Speaker 1>You either want to see him win the championship or
<v Speaker 1>you don't. But you know exactly what you're gonna get, right,
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna get the best bout machine. You're gonna get
<v Speaker 1>two guys that are gonna go out there and they're
<v Speaker 1>gonna try to steal the show, and they probably will.
<v Speaker 1>But I don't think when the match is over, the
<v Speaker 1>things are gonna be any different than they are now
<v Speaker 1>because I think mj I think they have enough sense
<v Speaker 1>to know that MJF is truly one of the few
<v Speaker 1>real draws that they have in this company's very few
<v Speaker 1>when you look at certain people on the roster and
<v Speaker 1>you're like, hmm, I wonder if this person's really you know,
<v Speaker 1>selling selling tickets and moving numbers in a meaningful way,
<v Speaker 1>Like who are the real draws in AW? MJF is
<v Speaker 1>right there at the top of the list. You'd be
<v Speaker 1>a fool to take the belt off of him right
<v Speaker 1>now when there's still a lot of gas left in
<v Speaker 1>this rain. There's still people left for him to wrestle.
<v Speaker 1>I don't just mean Darby. It could be Darby, it
<v Speaker 1>could be Swerve, it could be Andrade, it could be Osprey.
<v Speaker 1>There's a whole fucking list of people that he hasn't
<v Speaker 1>worked with yet. But he's got beef with everybody, you
<v Speaker 1>gotta at least take that to Wembley. At least Wembley.
<v Speaker 1>It would be foolish to take that championship off of
<v Speaker 1>him this weekend. And like Osprey earlier with Moxley standing
<v Speaker 1>tall over the champion, we had the same thing in
<v Speaker 1>the closing segment with Kenny standing tall over the champion.
<v Speaker 1>I think that will prove to be their undoing this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>It seems to me like Tony realizes, you know that,
<v Speaker 1>I think we need to kind of stay the course
<v Speaker 1>with this, not shake things up too much, not rock
<v Speaker 1>the boat. So anyway, I thought with the key matches,
<v Speaker 1>what they did was fine the way some of the
<v Speaker 1>segments came off, Like I enjoyed the women's match with
<v Speaker 1>Willow and Tecla or not Willow in Techlo Willow and
<v Speaker 1>I'm thinking of the Tecla promo, Willow and Ami Nada.
<v Speaker 1>The matches we got, like the trios match, and in
<v Speaker 1>the main event, Honestly, like you know, the stuff with
<v Speaker 1>the Death Riders and United Empire, I'm like, eh, whatever,
<v Speaker 1>For me personally, it didn't really do a whole lot
<v Speaker 1>for me. Yeah, we got some decent action out of it.
<v Speaker 1>These guys are not established enough to me on this
<v Speaker 1>show for me to care that much about it. But
<v Speaker 1>I see what they were going for. You know, Osprey,
<v Speaker 1>he had to go out and find friends. Like what
<v Speaker 1>a loser he would have looked like if he just
<v Speaker 1>kept showing up and getting beaten up and out numbered
<v Speaker 1>four on one, five on one. So he found backup.
<v Speaker 1>I get it, Like I get what they were going for.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't need to see a fucking twenty minute United
<v Speaker 1>Empire Death Riders match tonight, which is part of the
<v Speaker 1>reason why they went twenty seven minutes over the top
<v Speaker 1>of the hour. So I say it was a mixed bag,
<v Speaker 1>but I do think there was a lot little bit
<v Speaker 1>more to like than not on the show. And before
<v Speaker 1>I get into the poll results and then we'll get
<v Speaker 1>into your messages, let me run down the card as
<v Speaker 1>it currently exists for Dynasty this Sunday, Marina Shaffir and
<v Speaker 1>Alex Windsor they are on the Zero Hour pre show.
<v Speaker 1>I got Alex Windsor for the win. We have the
<v Speaker 1>Casino Gauntlet match to crown a brand new TNT champion.
<v Speaker 1>We know Tamaso Champa is entering at number one. Number two,
<v Speaker 1>will either be Rusche or Anthony Bowens, and then beyond
<v Speaker 1>that it's anyone's guests who ends up being in the Gauntlet.
<v Speaker 1>I've given my thoughts on this Androti Alido takes on
<v Speaker 1>Darby Allen, trying to take him out for MJF. I
<v Speaker 1>think Darby wins. I think Darby goes to double or
<v Speaker 1>nothing and wrestles for the title. Tecla defends the Women's
<v Speaker 1>Championship against Jamie Hayter. Easy win for Techla here they're
<v Speaker 1>not putting the belt on Jamie had Chris Jericho returns
<v Speaker 1>to Action to take on Ricochet. Be a Jericho win,
<v Speaker 1>I suppose, ah Man, I mean, do you really have
<v Speaker 1>an appetite to see a multi match series between Jericho
<v Speaker 1>and Ricochet. I think once is fine for me. It's
<v Speaker 1>Jericho's first match back. I would think they would want
<v Speaker 1>to give him a win. I'm gonna go with Jericho
<v Speaker 1>for the win. Young Bucks against Okata and Takeshta. This
<v Speaker 1>one could go either way. I think for the purposes
<v Speaker 1>of the story with Okada and Takesha, they should lose.
<v Speaker 1>I mean there's no titles on the line, so I
<v Speaker 1>mean they could win, but I'm thinking the Bucks take
<v Speaker 1>the win here. I think it just works better for
<v Speaker 1>the story if things really break down between the two
<v Speaker 1>of them and they don't win. John Moxley defends the
<v Speaker 1>Continental title against Will Osprey. I've explained why I think
<v Speaker 1>Moxley is going to win and why I think Moxley
<v Speaker 1>should win, and then we'll run this back at double
<v Speaker 1>or Nothing or in the finals of the Owen. That's
<v Speaker 1>where I think this is headed. Adam Copeland and Christian
<v Speaker 1>Cage against FTR for the tag team titles. I think
<v Speaker 1>we are going to have new tag team champions. And
<v Speaker 1>in the main event, MJF defends the aw World title
<v Speaker 1>against Kenny o'meghan. I believe MJF will walk into Vancouver
<v Speaker 1>as the champion, and he will walk out of Vancouver
<v Speaker 1>as the champion. And that is the card as it
<v Speaker 1>currently stands. And they did announce Jet Speed and Mystico
<v Speaker 1>are going to put their trios titles on the line
<v Speaker 1>against the Dogs, but they announced it for Collision, which
<v Speaker 1>I'm fine with. I'm not looking to add more matches
<v Speaker 1>to this card on Sunday, but boy, what does that say?
<v Speaker 1>What does that say about the Dogs? We got a
<v Speaker 1>pay per view coming up on Sunday. Yeah, well we'll
<v Speaker 1>have this title match on Collision, So that's where if
<v Speaker 1>you if you're interested in that match, that's where that
<v Speaker 1>match is taking place. What did you think of the
<v Speaker 1>Dynamite before Dynasty? Fifty two percent thumbs up for tonight's
<v Speaker 1>show forty eight percent thumbs down. Very very close, very close.

<v Speaker 1>What'd you think? Let's find out. Let's get into your
<v Speaker 1>messages here and fyi, we are currently at four hundred
<v Speaker 1>and thirty seven likes, which normally would be enough, but
<v Speaker 1>tonight the goal is six hundred or be the bookers,
<v Speaker 1>so it's not looking too good. We'll start with death sithe.
<v Speaker 1>He says, what do you think of the possibility of
<v Speaker 1>will Osprey challenging Darby Allen for the aw World title?
<v Speaker 1>All in it can be a great Babyface Babyface match
<v Speaker 1>like Breton Bulldog and Will has never beaten Darby. He hasn't.
<v Speaker 1>I don't like it. That is not a Wembley Stadium
<v Speaker 1>main event. Kenny Omega and Will Ospray is a Wembley
<v Speaker 1>Stadium main event. MJF and Well Ospray is a Wembley
<v Speaker 1>Stadium main event. Will Ospray and Darby Allen is not
<v Speaker 1>a main event at all. In I don't like it,
<v Speaker 1>Doctor Scorpio. I hope the Edmonton crowd was at least
<v Speaker 1>decent at best, despite our team playing on the road tonight. Also,
<v Speaker 1>how do you feel about bow on the Mets so far?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, man, I'm not bow leaving yet. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not a bow leaver just yet. We're not there yet,
<v Speaker 1>asked me in two months, death Site says, is it
<v Speaker 1>just me or does Dominic Bisteria look like Lars Ulrich? Not?
<v Speaker 1>To me, he doesn't. I don't know where you got
<v Speaker 1>that from, But I also have I don't know what
<v Speaker 1>Lars Ulrich is looking like these days. Maybe maybe these
<v Speaker 1>days he does look like Dominique Bisteria. Whoever came up
<v Speaker 1>with this dry chicken? Whoever came up with the Michael
<v Speaker 1>Jordan and Scottie Pippen reference on Dynamite that was some
<v Speaker 1>good shit. Ae w Ocatta is a National Treasure death side.
<v Speaker 1>Once Cope and Cage win the tag team titles, they
<v Speaker 1>should drop them to Swerve and Hangman down the line.
<v Speaker 1>What are your thoughts, I don't want them holding it
<v Speaker 1>for that long. I feel like if we're gonna get
<v Speaker 1>Hangman and Swerve, it's probably many months from now. I
<v Speaker 1>feel like the young Bucks are gonna end up with
<v Speaker 1>those belts after Cope and Christian win them. I could
<v Speaker 1>see some sort of three way maybe ladder match or
<v Speaker 1>something like a big multi team match at Wembley probably,
<v Speaker 1>but I think the Bucks are probably gonna get them.
<v Speaker 1>I wouldn't mind seeing it, though. I think Swerve and
<v Speaker 1>Hangman will end up as a team, not like a
<v Speaker 1>permanent team, but they'll end up on the same side
<v Speaker 1>at some point. I just don't know that they're planning
<v Speaker 1>on doing that just yet. Dried Chicken says aw Dynamite
<v Speaker 1>was cooking tonight, Tony, serving up some good matches and segments,
<v Speaker 1>and look at these foods. You're gonna get me very hungry.
<v Speaker 1>Now start listing all these foods except the cheese part.
<v Speaker 1>That's just disgusting. You could keep the cheese. I don't
<v Speaker 1>need that, Death's I says, speaking of tag teams, Also
<v Speaker 1>if or what if? Also Cope and Jericho, Oh God,
<v Speaker 1>Cope and Jericho teamed up again in the future because
<v Speaker 1>their tag team back in two thousand and nine never
<v Speaker 1>got off the ground. It never did. That's right, because
<v Speaker 1>I remember that Edge blew out his achilles. They got
<v Speaker 1>a leap frog, right, wasn't that like a leap frog
<v Speaker 1>or something? The House show match. That's how we ended
<v Speaker 1>up with Jerishow. Honestly, dude, I have no interest in it.
<v Speaker 1>It's just I just don't. I can't bring myself to care.
<v Speaker 1>I have no interest in them as a pairing. I
<v Speaker 1>think if Copeland does any tag team stuff, it's exclusively
<v Speaker 1>Christian and that's it. I think he wants to team
<v Speaker 1>up with his best friend, and I think he's a
<v Speaker 1>lot closer now to the end than he is to
<v Speaker 1>the beginning. And we're not going to get it. Doctor
<v Speaker 1>Scorpio says. If there wasn't an Oilers game on right now,
<v Speaker 1>I'm fifty to fifty sure the fellow fans would care
<v Speaker 1>more about this Omega MJF segment. You know, I disagree.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think their reaction would be any different because
<v Speaker 1>what was there for them to be loud about, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, he's cutting a very kind of bland, basic promo.
<v Speaker 1>What would you expect they're could be jumping out of
<v Speaker 1>their seats. It wasn't it wasn't that great of a promo,
<v Speaker 1>So I don't think the reaction would have been any different.
<v Speaker 1>Dry Chicken says Pat McAfee's newest nickname is Little McAfee.
<v Speaker 1>Or I think we could do better than that, he says,
<v Speaker 1>give us oscar versus EO Sky Kyrie saying is the
<v Speaker 1>special referee. I mean that would be one way to
<v Speaker 1>get Kyrie involved. I'm not opposed to it. I don't
<v Speaker 1>think she needs to be the referee, though. I think
<v Speaker 1>she could be sort of out there at rings. She'd
<v Speaker 1>be like the Elizabeth thing it WrestleMania, when Hogan wrestles Savage,
<v Speaker 1>like which corner is she going to be in? And
<v Speaker 1>then she ended up being in like neither corner. She
<v Speaker 1>was neutral and then she left. But I mean you
<v Speaker 1>could do that. I'm look, I'm just hoping we get
<v Speaker 1>Oscar and Eo at all. Right now, it's not even official,
<v Speaker 1>it's not announced yet. They're waiting to find out if
<v Speaker 1>Nicki Bella is gonna be able to wrestle, and if not,
<v Speaker 1>they might slot Oscar and Kyrie into that stupid fucking
<v Speaker 1>tag match, Like yeah, because god forbid, if the Bella
<v Speaker 1>Twins can't go, we can't just make it a three
<v Speaker 1>way match instead of a four way. We have to
<v Speaker 1>go ahead and fuck up a totally different match for
<v Speaker 1>another match that nobody gives a shit about. And he says,
<v Speaker 1>I love it when Tekla is politically incorrect, boots a
<v Speaker 1>ten dollars super Jeb Bonus be the booker. Let's do it,
<v Speaker 1>Kyle Fly that's right, let's do it for Kyle. Everybody.
<v Speaker 1>We're only three out of ten. I don't think we're
<v Speaker 1>doing it, but let's do it for Kyle. I'm sure
<v Speaker 1>he's watching Bobert with that thirty dollars super chat from
<v Speaker 1>earlier buyer sell on what will happen first, the Mets
<v Speaker 1>winning the World Series or a solo Monster reaching one
<v Speaker 1>hundred thousand subscribers. Oh well, undoubtedly it will be a
<v Speaker 1>solemn monster reaching one hundred thousand subscribers. I mean put
<v Speaker 1>it this way, At the rate that things are going,
<v Speaker 1>if it stays consistent, it's probably looking like the fall
<v Speaker 1>of next year. The Mets ain't win in a World
<v Speaker 1>Series before then, so I think it's safe to say
<v Speaker 1>that we'll be hitting one hundred k first, we'll be
<v Speaker 1>celebrating km Truth says, Hey, Solo Monster, have you ever
<v Speaker 1>seen both Amazon Prime series The Boys and Invincible? It's
<v Speaker 1>so which one do you like more? Also, I'm more
<v Speaker 1>excited for the final season of the Boys than I
<v Speaker 1>am for WrestleMania. I know nothing about Invincible. I've heard
<v Speaker 1>about The Boys. It is something I would like to
<v Speaker 1>check out at some point, but I have not watched
<v Speaker 1>either one. I've had a lot of people tell me
<v Speaker 1>that I should have had people tell me that it's
<v Speaker 1>a really good show. Is it coming to an end?
<v Speaker 1>I thought I read somebody where it was coming to
<v Speaker 1>an end. I'm definitely gonna check it out at some point.
<v Speaker 1>It's a very interesting concept, but I have not watched it.
<v Speaker 1>Death Site says, what would a creative team consistent? I
<v Speaker 1>think he means consisting of Tony Kahan, Herb Abrams, Vince Russo,
<v Speaker 1>and Vince McMahon look like an insane asylum. Do you
<v Speaker 1>ever see one flu over the Cuckoo's nest? There you
<v Speaker 1>go Chicago for MBK. Is Jericho being punished for holding out?
<v Speaker 1>Why is he getting a feud with Ricochet who looks
<v Speaker 1>like a bad geek? Dude? That's his whole gimmick. His
<v Speaker 1>whole gimmick is that he's a bad geek. I've already
<v Speaker 1>explained why we're seeing this. I think people are making
<v Speaker 1>too much of this. It's his first feud since coming back.
<v Speaker 1>He needs somebody to beat. The feud to do is
<v Speaker 1>Jericho and Swerve. You can't give that away on fucking
<v Speaker 1>four days. Notice, who else would you put him in
<v Speaker 1>the ring with the best person to put him in
<v Speaker 1>the ring with to beat is a bad geek? Philip Bowman.
<v Speaker 1>What is the stupidest bump that you've ever seen? A
<v Speaker 1>choice for me is Samoa Joe from Bound for Glory
<v Speaker 1>two thousand and eight. If that's the bump that I'm
<v Speaker 1>thinking of, I think I picked the same one. That
<v Speaker 1>is that the staircase bump, because that's one of the
<v Speaker 1>stupidest fucking things I've ever seen, Like it pains me
<v Speaker 1>just thinking about it. But it would be either that
<v Speaker 1>or sid you know, coming off the middle rope when
<v Speaker 1>he had no business coming off the ropes at all,
<v Speaker 1>and then his leg snapping, I'd say that one was
<v Speaker 1>pretty stupid. Do you prefer Gilligan's Island or Green Acres?
<v Speaker 1>Never saw a single episode of Green Acres so easily
<v Speaker 1>Gilligan's Island. Devin from NJ. Why is HBK hopping on
<v Speaker 1>trendy Instagram reels and dancing with Sexy Red? Is he
<v Speaker 1>just trying to promote NXT or does he want to
<v Speaker 1>be hip with the kids? He's trying to recapture his youth.
<v Speaker 1>He looks like Michael from the Is that his name
<v Speaker 1>from the GTA Games? Is it? Michael? Michael? Trevor Michael.
<v Speaker 1>He's trying to recapture his youth. You know, whenever I
<v Speaker 1>see him out there dancing with Sexy Red, I just
<v Speaker 1>find it just it's so sad. It's just so sad,
<v Speaker 1>Like he's twerking and shaking his ass with her. I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>what the fuck? What would we doing here? Watch Green Acres?
<v Speaker 1>Why would I do that? What is so special about
<v Speaker 1>Green Acres? Trevor? Why did I call him Michael Okay, Trevor.
<v Speaker 1>He looks like Trevor from the GTA movies or the
<v Speaker 1>GTA Games. Uh Death. Si says, if they do a
<v Speaker 1>forbidden door, the fuck do we need a forbidden door
<v Speaker 1>for We had the we have the dogs tonight, we
<v Speaker 1>had the United Empire. We have dude, we have the
<v Speaker 1>forbidden door every week. Look at the talent that we
<v Speaker 1>have on these shows every week from CMLL and from
<v Speaker 1>New Japan. We don't need forbidden door. What is the
<v Speaker 1>purpose anymore forbidden door? The door is no longer forbidden,
<v Speaker 1>But he said that they do a forbidden door. What
<v Speaker 1>do you think of a possible match between Yotasuji and
<v Speaker 1>Kazuchka Okada. It can be billed as a battle of
<v Speaker 1>the aces. I mean, if you were gonna do it forbidden,
<v Speaker 1>a real forbidden door, tight like big match between an
<v Speaker 1>aw talent and the New Japan talent. I think that'd
<v Speaker 1>be great. But who goes over? I don't know, Like
<v Speaker 1>what good does it do? You're trying to You're trying
<v Speaker 1>to build Yotasuji up as let's say someone like the
<v Speaker 1>next Okada, right, you want him to be in that
<v Speaker 1>in that same rarefied air. That's what you're trying to
<v Speaker 1>build a new Japan right now. You have to. You
<v Speaker 1>have to. You've lost so many people. You need to
<v Speaker 1>be building someone like him to be the next Tanahashi
<v Speaker 1>or to be the next o Kada. So you're gonna
<v Speaker 1>have a forbidden door match. You're gonna send him in
<v Speaker 1>there against Okada to fucking lose because you know Okada
<v Speaker 1>ain't getting beat. I just don't see what the benefit
<v Speaker 1>isn't doing that match. I think it probably would be
<v Speaker 1>a great match, but then you got to look at
<v Speaker 1>the political reality of it, and I just don't see
<v Speaker 1>how even a great match that he loses. I just
<v Speaker 1>don't see how that benefits them. I really don't. Jake
<v Speaker 1>from the Windy City just a slight botch in Jericho
<v Speaker 1>shouting out Connor McGregor as he speaking the devil, oh wow,
<v Speaker 1>as he meant to say number ninety seven. Connor McDavid
<v Speaker 1>never disrespect Oiler Nation like that. He did say, Connor McGregor.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I didn't mention that, but like he did
<v Speaker 1>say that, and I was like, hmm, it's a little
<v Speaker 1>odd what a match that would be. Can you imagine that?
<v Speaker 1>Tony Kahn brings He didn't get Ronda Rousey for a match,
<v Speaker 1>but he brings in Connor McGregor to wrestle fifty five
<v Speaker 1>year old christ Jerica. How would that go? How do
<v Speaker 1>you think that match would go? Death side? Here's a
<v Speaker 1>name for a faction or a tag team, or even
<v Speaker 1>a finisher, The Devil's Battalion. Yeah, I mean that could work,
<v Speaker 1>or just the Battalion. You don't even need the Devils,
<v Speaker 1>just the Battalion. Dried Chicken saystoically stealing Christian Cage's Rolex,
<v Speaker 1>like Debo taking Red's gold chain from Friday. Christian, my
<v Speaker 1>grandmother gave me that rolex, Thank you, brother. And then
<v Speaker 1>we have what is that? I don't know is that
<v Speaker 1>an egg? What is Oh? We don't need that. We
<v Speaker 1>don't need this. We have had crates, We've had eggs.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you. I don't know what I'm looking at. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what that emoji is supposed to be. I
<v Speaker 1>see a star in the middle. Doctor Scorpio sucks about
<v Speaker 1>Kyle Fletcher. That TNT title is cursed, yes, but not
<v Speaker 1>as cursed as the vision e J Slamp the four
<v Speaker 1>ninety nine. I hope Kyle Fletcher is okay. Do you
<v Speaker 1>think we will ever see Tony Kahan buy the rights
<v Speaker 1>to down Under by Men at Work and make it
<v Speaker 1>Fletcher's theme? I mean, I think that would be kind
<v Speaker 1>of lame. I love the song, but why would you
<v Speaker 1>change Kyle Fletcher's theme to men at Work and his
<v Speaker 1>picture him as a bushwhacker, like coming down the aisle
<v Speaker 1>like this a fucking Wembley stadium. It doesn't It doesn't
<v Speaker 1>fit Kyle Fletcher. Look, I love those eighty songs as
<v Speaker 1>much as the next person, but we got a draw
<v Speaker 1>line at some point, like we gotta draw a line
<v Speaker 1>in the sand. So people are telling me that's a
<v Speaker 1>dragon ball? Does that look like a dragon ball? Doesn't
<v Speaker 1>dragon ball have like a stripe on it? Apparently that's
<v Speaker 1>supposed to be a dragon ball reference. It's like Luis
<v Speaker 1>whenever he sends in a super chat with some sort
<v Speaker 1>of Yu gi oh reference, It's like you're speaking a
<v Speaker 1>foreign language to me and bread Heart. Baseball is barely
<v Speaker 1>a thing here in Chile. My only exposure to it
<v Speaker 1>has been American and Japanese media. I barely get the rules. However,
<v Speaker 1>since I listened to you, I started caring and feeling
<v Speaker 1>bad about the Mets. Look at this. I have people
<v Speaker 1>in foreign countries who feel sorry for me as a
<v Speaker 1>Mets fan, and they have no idea what baseball even is. Well,
<v Speaker 1>thank you, I appreciate the sympathy. It's been a tough,
<v Speaker 1>tough road for the Mets. I was very young when
<v Speaker 1>they won their last championship. I love that clip, by
<v Speaker 1>the way. I saw that clip on well for actually
<v Speaker 1>two things. So I saw the bench clearing brawl at
<v Speaker 1>the Braves game, and what I did not notice is
<v Speaker 1>that the pitcher still had the ball in his hand
<v Speaker 1>when he took a swing at the I forgot who
<v Speaker 1>it was at the player who ran at him, the
<v Speaker 1>player from the Braves who ran at him. So that's
<v Speaker 1>gonna cost him some money. I didn't even know what
<v Speaker 1>caused the fight in the first place. It wasn't like
<v Speaker 1>there was anything that really happened where you would think, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>there's gonna be a big brawl coming up here. It
<v Speaker 1>just sort of happened. But I also saw where in
<v Speaker 1>the and there was another game where Otani got I
<v Speaker 1>guess nicked on the elbow or he got hit by
<v Speaker 1>a pitch, and the camera was not on him at
<v Speaker 1>the time. But you hear somebody go fuck, and I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>I thought it was somebody in the crowd and they're like, no,
<v Speaker 1>that was Otani because I never see him get angry.
<v Speaker 1>He's like he's always very like level headed, and I
<v Speaker 1>didn't expect that to come out of him, Like fuck. See,
<v Speaker 1>he is one of us now, he is truly one
<v Speaker 1>of us. Look up the Chicago White Sox. They're my team,
<v Speaker 1>and they are more painful to watch than the Mets.
<v Speaker 1>They're pretty pitiful. When did the When was the last
<v Speaker 1>time the White Sox actually won a championship? Was before
<v Speaker 1>or after eighty six? Because that was the last time
<v Speaker 1>the Mets won Death side by sell Rent Cherish in
<v Speaker 1>The Most Sinister Heel nineteen ninety one, Jake Roberts, two
<v Speaker 1>thousand and three, brock Lesner two thousand and eight, Chris
<v Speaker 1>Jericho or two thousand and nine Randy Orton. Well this
<v Speaker 1>is easy. I mean the answer is nineteen ninety one
<v Speaker 1>Jake Roberts. It just didn't last long enough, you know,
<v Speaker 1>I mean it was several months, but it should have
<v Speaker 1>gone on for longer, but easily easily, I mean, Jake
<v Speaker 1>the snake as a heel one of the greatest heels
<v Speaker 1>of all time. So ninety one Jake by far So
<v Speaker 1>what would that be? I guess that would be the
<v Speaker 1>cherish Is that what that would be? I guess after
<v Speaker 1>that most sinister heel. H Well, let's see here. Brock
<v Speaker 1>two thousand and three Brock Lesnar pushed a one legged
<v Speaker 1>man in a wheelchair down a flight of stairs and
<v Speaker 1>beat and bloodied him in front of his mother. Two
<v Speaker 1>thousand and eight, Chris Jericho punched Sean Michael's wife in
<v Speaker 1>the lip. Two thousand and nine, Randy Orton gave Stephanie
<v Speaker 1>McMahon an RKO and then sexually assaulted her basically by
<v Speaker 1>kissing her without consent, without consent, in the middle of
<v Speaker 1>the ring, right in front of her husband. So I mean,
<v Speaker 1>take your pick, I would say, if I had to
<v Speaker 1>pick a number two, I would go Brock and then
<v Speaker 1>Orton and then Jericho. I feel comfortable with that order.
<v Speaker 1>Someone mentioned Ozzie Gien. I saw the video of him
<v Speaker 1>being surprised the other day by the announcement that the
<v Speaker 1>team is going to be retiring his number, and how
<v Speaker 1>emotional he got, and the first person the first thing
<v Speaker 1>he asked the first person he called over, where's my wife?
<v Speaker 1>And I guess she was standing off to the side.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how long they've been married for, but
<v Speaker 1>you could tell that's a rock solid marriage there. First
<v Speaker 1>person he wanted to, where's my wife? Where's my wife?
<v Speaker 1>So that was very cool to see see. You get
<v Speaker 1>one positive White Sox story. At least they may not
<v Speaker 1>win a championship, but at least they had a cool moment.
<v Speaker 1>Alex says brother solo. Where do you rank Cody among
<v Speaker 1>Darby's best rivals? Which of their matches was your favorite?
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I mean, the one moment that honestly
<v Speaker 1>stands out to me is when Darby went for the
<v Speaker 1>coffin drop on the apron and Cody moved and Darby
<v Speaker 1>crashed and burned. Now these days we see him do
<v Speaker 1>bumps like that every week. Back then, I remember the
<v Speaker 1>first time I saw that, I was like, oh fuck,
<v Speaker 1>but he killed himself. Little did I know. I think
<v Speaker 1>that might have been their first match that I think
<v Speaker 1>went to a time limit draw. I can't really say
<v Speaker 1>that I remember much about their other matches. So as
<v Speaker 1>far as where Cody ranks among his rivals, he's not
<v Speaker 1>number one. I don't know where he ranks. He's not
<v Speaker 1>number one or two, though I feel like with Darby
<v Speaker 1>number one would be MJF. Number two, probably probably Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't think of Cody as one
<v Speaker 1>of his greatest rivals anyway, good stuff, good stuff. Well, Look,
<v Speaker 1>the goal betrayed us tonight, but we came close. We
<v Speaker 1>actually did come close. Look the wheel, the wheel tonight
<v Speaker 1>wanted more than we could give. The way it works
<v Speaker 1>on Wednesdays, sometimes the wheel w unted six hundred likes
<v Speaker 1>worth five oh seven I think five oh eight. We
<v Speaker 1>almost made it, but not quite. We will have to
<v Speaker 1>try again on Friday. We'll have to do better. That'll
<v Speaker 1>be the smack that review. Boy. I can't wait. Pat
<v Speaker 1>McAfee apparently has something to say to cm punk. So
<v Speaker 1>now we're just taking all the focus off of Cody
<v Speaker 1>Rhods and Randy Orton. At this point, we're putting it
<v Speaker 1>on Pat mcavee. Pat McAfee has truly become the face
<v Speaker 1>of WWA. He wasn't before, but now they're gonna will
<v Speaker 1>it into existence. So good, better or otherwise, we will
<v Speaker 1>have a lot to talk about. I'm sure on Friday night,
<v Speaker 1>again if you missed it. The latest episode, latest installment
<v Speaker 1>of the Uncrowned Wrestling Show, Me give it his fucking wheel.
<v Speaker 1>Here is currently up, went up yesterday. Got some good
<v Speaker 1>feedback already to it. I hope you enjoy and I
<v Speaker 1>hope you share it out spread the word. So go
<v Speaker 1>listen to that if you have not already done so,
<v Speaker 1>and check out all the other content here on the channel,
<v Speaker 1>because we've had a bunch of things and a lot
<v Speaker 1>of good numbers. I like what I've been seeing, which
<v Speaker 1>is good because we're heading into WrestleMania now this weekend,
<v Speaker 1>but next weekend we do have Let me just address
<v Speaker 1>this here. Dynasty is this Sunday. I am not going
<v Speaker 1>live after Dynasty. I went live after Revolution and I
<v Speaker 1>regretted it and I was like these shows, I can't
<v Speaker 1>I'm not going to do it. I'm gonna stick to
<v Speaker 1>my guns. On paper, this looks like a very good
<v Speaker 1>pay per view on Sunday, and so my plan would
<v Speaker 1>be to just likely hold off and talk about it
<v Speaker 1>on the Uncrowned Wrestling Show next Tuesday. You might get
<v Speaker 1>an exclusive first run review for Dynasty on Uncrowned next week,
<v Speaker 1>But right now, I am not planning on going live.
<v Speaker 1>I will watch the show live. I might be tweeting
<v Speaker 1>during the show and interacting with you guys, but right
<v Speaker 1>now planning on going live on Sunday night, so just
<v Speaker 1>be aware of that. But there will be a SoundOff
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday, so that'll be episode nine. So anyway, be well,
<v Speaker 1>stay safe, have yourselves a great night, and come on
<v Speaker 1>back on Friday. We'll do it all over again for SmackDown.
<v Speaker 1>Until then, take care, guys.
