[SPEAKER_08]: Local Chinese restaurant is at the center of a viral social media post, making ways across the state.
[SPEAKER_08]: After police found evidence of roadkill being stored in the restaurant's freezer.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, Rob LePero has been looking into this, Rob.
[SPEAKER_08]: What have you found so far?
[SPEAKER_08]: The anchors arms are moving less than the wax figures.
[SPEAKER_11]: Roadkill?
[SPEAKER_11]: Roadkill.
[SPEAKER_11]: Now this guy, this guy that we're about to talk to, he's a little too cool about it.
[SPEAKER_11]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, Jay, one thing is for sure, both the state apartments of health and while life and fisheries are looking into this matter.
[SPEAKER_06]: Now I stop by the restaurant, the China Queen buffet, and speak with the owner, but they couldn't go on cam with me.
[SPEAKER_06]: However, I was able to get a sweep of the dining room, and it was largely empty.
[SPEAKER_06]: It was a busy lunch shower at the business plaza over in Pineville.
[SPEAKER_06]: As people had inside their local stores for groceries, but the China Queen buffet next to them had a polar opposite experience.
[SPEAKER_06]: And it all started with this social media post calling out a worker at the buffet for reportedly skinning roadkill in the back alley of the restaurant.
[SPEAKER_06]: Pineville police caught wind of that incident and began investigating.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, my god, it was found inside the restaurant's freezer, but that's not all this guy Officials more than just deer meat may have made it into this restaurant These are the dangers involved in meat found on in roadcills Well, the main thing is yeah, okay.
[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_11]: My the next time you're in pineville Just make sure you try the deer and go my
