<v Speaker 3>Thing we're going to do is go mess it up

<v Speaker 1>didn't go on my run yesterday, And you know how
<v Speaker 1>you know how determined I am to keep my runs
<v Speaker 1>on this schedule, so that sounds.
<v Speaker 3>You're all about your run to say that instantly.
<v Speaker 1>Monday, Wednesday and Friday I go out on my two
<v Speaker 1>mile run. And yesterday I was not going to do
<v Speaker 1>it because I wasn't going to mess up my hair.
<v Speaker 1>So instead I got on the indoor exercise bike. So
<v Speaker 1>you know, you make sacrifices for your hair how far
<v Speaker 1>as you go on the bike. I just went for
<v Speaker 1>thirty minutes. Yeah, I just go thirty minutes. And you
<v Speaker 1>know you actually gave me that bike. And so there's
<v Speaker 1>eight settings on it. One is the least strenuous, and
<v Speaker 1>then it goes all the way up to eight and
<v Speaker 1>it gets harder and harder.
<v Speaker 3>So I go all the way.
<v Speaker 1>I go two minutes on each setting, all the way
<v Speaker 1>up to eight, and then I hold it and then
<v Speaker 1>I come all the way back down. Good guys day.
<v Speaker 2>I also heard something very funny when Katie said she
<v Speaker 2>doesn't have hand weights, but you want to tell everybody
<v Speaker 2>what you're using for like hand weights and resistance, because.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I've got like my own little gym. I don't
<v Speaker 1>like to work out at my apartments gym, so I
<v Speaker 1>have my exercise bike. I have my little stepper that
<v Speaker 1>I you know, get my steps in right there in
<v Speaker 1>my living room. But then so instead of weight, I
<v Speaker 1>have just a laundry soap jug.
<v Speaker 3>Filled with water fantastic.
<v Speaker 1>Attell handle, and I know that it's heavy, you know,
<v Speaker 1>So yeah, I know what the.
<v Speaker 3>Weight of that is. No idea going to be at
<v Speaker 3>least five pounds, That's.
<v Speaker 1>What I'm thinking, five to ten pounds.
<v Speaker 2>So you're getting jacked with some old fabric saft, I am, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>some cre x, very nice.
<v Speaker 3>Why not?
<v Speaker 2>Why don't you go down and use your gym at
<v Speaker 2>the place you're paying for it.
<v Speaker 1>I have never liked working out in front of people.
<v Speaker 1>It's just something that I can't get over. I've tried
<v Speaker 1>multiple times in my life, and I just I can't focus.
<v Speaker 1>Not only do I look at everybody else, but I'm
<v Speaker 1>just convinced they're all looking at me and I'm doing
<v Speaker 1>everything wrong, you know. And so I get in my
<v Speaker 1>head and then my workout's no longer enjoyable. I've got
<v Speaker 1>all these thoughts running around, like are my leggings see
<v Speaker 1>through people?
<v Speaker 3>See my underwear hump?
<v Speaker 1>Like everyone is staring at my butt, my full on underwear,
<v Speaker 1>grainy pan and he's galore look. I just like all
<v Speaker 1>of those things are running through my mind when I
<v Speaker 1>work out around people.
<v Speaker 3>So Katy missed it.
<v Speaker 2>One of the great stories about Katie working out as
<v Speaker 2>she was doing an incline bench or something and your
<v Speaker 2>boob fell out, So.
<v Speaker 3>I can see where there'd be a little trauma.
<v Speaker 1>Actually nothing good, And I work out in front of people,
<v Speaker 1>so I just have completely you know, I've I've realized
<v Speaker 1>that I've accepted it, and I've created my own little
<v Speaker 1>home good for you with my laundry soap bottles.
<v Speaker 3>Laundry soap bottles and tighter sports bra.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah nor no bra, it's just me them fly speaking
<v Speaker 1>of that.

<v Speaker 3>Yeah she looks great, good god. Yeah, what is her secret?
<v Speaker 1>Well, she's been a dancer her whole dem so there's that.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, she has kept her body in tip top
<v Speaker 1>shape the entire time she's been in the public eye
<v Speaker 1>and probably even before. Like she that is dedication right there,
<v Speaker 1>That's what that is. Jlo spends a lot of time
<v Speaker 1>keeping her body looking like that.
<v Speaker 2>She looks like she's twenty five years old, so looks amazing, jacked,
<v Speaker 2>solid abs, great skin. People are commenting, you look stunning.
<v Speaker 2>You're my inspiration forever. You are a perfect goddess. Wow,
<v Speaker 2>that abs is all I want for summer.

<v Speaker 1>Let's also point out the fact that Jlo is Puerto Rican.

<v Speaker 1>just absolutely adore them. And she is also I think
<v Speaker 1>people forget not only a mom, but Jlo had twins.
<v Speaker 3>You remember Jlo had twins.
<v Speaker 2>And she's also a bazillion dollars and a chef and
<v Speaker 2>a trainer, and.
<v Speaker 1>I know she does, but she also what's in the work.
<v Speaker 1>Like you look at Jlo and it's like there are
<v Speaker 1>people who go to the doctor to look like that,
<v Speaker 1>and and there are people who spend hours in the gym
<v Speaker 1>and eat nothing but green things. And that is what
<v Speaker 1>Jlo does.
<v Speaker 3>So she's got rocking good for you. Mmm. I gotta
