<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katy and Josh one hundred. All right, so it's
<v Speaker 1>about this time yesterday morning that I was complaining about
<v Speaker 1>how I haven't been sleeping on the air, and I
<v Speaker 1>was like, wow, if I die on the air, our
<v Speaker 1>ratings with Skyrocket, you know, just because it's it's this
<v Speaker 1>schedule that I've had for many, many years, and just
<v Speaker 1>you know, sometimes you just can't turn your mind off,
<v Speaker 1>you know, private life, personal life, work life, whatever. So
<v Speaker 1>I haven't been sleeping. And the messages came through like
<v Speaker 1>crazy yesterday with recommendations on what I should be doing
<v Speaker 1>to sleep, and somebody said I need to quit this job.
<v Speaker 1>So I just wi't let you guys know. I'm putting
<v Speaker 1>in my two weeks.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, Well, at least he gave us notice, okay.
<v Speaker 1>But there was a lot of messages that came in
<v Speaker 1>about lemon balm, which I'm already taking. I do the
<v Speaker 1>limon balm, but quite a few people wrote in and
<v Speaker 1>said magnesium, you gotta take your magnesiums. And of all days,
<v Speaker 1>Nick Nack had to go to natural groceries yesterday and
<v Speaker 1>she sent me a message that said, hey, I'm a
<v Speaker 1>natural grocery you need anything, And I said, honey, baby, sugar, sweetheart.
<v Speaker 1>As a matter of fact, now, do pick me up
<v Speaker 1>some of them magnesiums. So she talked to somebody there
<v Speaker 1>at the store and got the ones that I should
<v Speaker 1>be taking. I took to last night. I slept like
<v Speaker 1>a rock. I don't know if it was a placebo
<v Speaker 1>effect or not. I don't care. It worked, but the
<v Speaker 1>couple of magnesium capsules game changers so far in the
<v Speaker 1>world of sleepy time.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, yeah, you know what else I heard that that
<v Speaker 2>helps with is to give you a solid number two
<v Speaker 2>that you can Okay.
<v Speaker 3>So it was funny.
<v Speaker 1>It was funny because on the phone with Nick Knack,
<v Speaker 1>I said, gets me the magnesiums babies, and she said, okay,
<v Speaker 1>but all I know about magnesium is it supposed to
<v Speaker 1>give you diarrhea exactly like it won't make you go.
<v Speaker 1>And I said, hey, added benefit. Yeah, so I won't
<v Speaker 1>give you an update on that, but yeah, I mean
<v Speaker 1>it's good stuff.
<v Speaker 3>It's definitely good.
<v Speaker 1>It reminds me of the old joke where the doctor's
<v Speaker 1>talking to the old guy, you know, in the in
<v Speaker 1>the doctor's office and he's like, hey, ron, hey, do
<v Speaker 1>you have regular bowel movements at your age. He's like,
<v Speaker 1>oh yeah, every day six am, I clockwork, regular bowel movement.
<v Speaker 1>The Doctor's like that's awesome. He's like, the only problem, Doc,
<v Speaker 1>is I wake up at eight am. You know, multiple
<v Speaker 1>messages yesterday also telling me that I am going through
<v Speaker 1>manopause right now, the big change, you know, because of
<v Speaker 1>my hot flashes and mood swings and I can't sleep.
<v Speaker 3>Oh I know.
<v Speaker 1>You know, Katie knows about my ed issues, so you
<v Speaker 1>know in another case in point that I might be
<v Speaker 1>going through mano pause, little low t action. My elliptical show. Yesterday,
<v Speaker 1>I threw on Netflix while I was on the elliptical
<v Speaker 1>and I wrapped up the Hulk Hogan documentary that's on there.
<v Speaker 1>It's a four part doc and well, first of all,
<v Speaker 1>absolutely loved it.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, so you finished it.
<v Speaker 1>Fantastic show. Yes, he did some things in his life
<v Speaker 1>that I don't agree with and a lot of people
<v Speaker 1>don't agree with. But the backstory and how he was
<v Speaker 1>just such a massive star, fascinating, absolutely fascinating, no denying it.
<v Speaker 1>And I was on the elliptical yesterday putting in my time,
<v Speaker 1>crying like a baby as I'm watching a Hulk Hogan documentary,
<v Speaker 1>tears running down my face, brother, Brother.
<v Speaker 3>Crying, Brother, you wipe your tear away. Oh yeah, I
<v Speaker 3>was crying. I get that though. That's a part of
<v Speaker 3>your childhood.
<v Speaker 2>It brings tracked a lot of memories. And it was
<v Speaker 2>you remember how torn up you were.
<v Speaker 3>About it when he passed, Like I was sad. That
<v Speaker 3>hits you pretty hard. I cried when he passed. I
<v Speaker 3>say that, like, not like, but like I cried. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>I welled up a little bit, like damn.
<v Speaker 1>That's an icon of many, many years, so to kind
<v Speaker 1>of relive all that, you know. And it's the thing
<v Speaker 1>about this documentary too, is they do the interview with him,
<v Speaker 1>and then they end it and it's his last interview
<v Speaker 1>and they go, hey, we're gonna check back in with
<v Speaker 1>you in three months, and they actually say that towards
<v Speaker 1>the end of this episode four, We're gonna check back
<v Speaker 1>in with you in three months and see if there's
<v Speaker 1>anything else we need to cover, any holes we need
<v Speaker 1>to fill, And he's like, okay, let's do it, brother,
<v Speaker 1>And then they go to a thing that just says
<v Speaker 1>three months later and they're planning its funeral, and I
<v Speaker 1>was like, oh man, And for some reason, it hit me.
<v Speaker 1>It hit me pretty darn hard. So there I was
<v Speaker 1>in the basement.
<v Speaker 2>Were chair.
<v Speaker 1>I came upstairs and Nick Nack was like, hey, how
<v Speaker 1>was your little work out? I was like, well, I
<v Speaker 1>cried like a little baby while I was down there.
<v Speaker 2>It's been that long, has it? Anyway?
<v Speaker 1>Do you guys ever cry like that? Ridiculous things?
<v Speaker 2>I cry so much, Like I'm trying to think of things.
<v Speaker 2>I don't cry out, but I cry when like four
<v Speaker 2>chairs turn around on the voice. Super emotional about like
<v Speaker 2>music shows. Oh, like like what is the the acapella
<v Speaker 2>movie that I love?
<v Speaker 3>Oh? It's perfect?
<v Speaker 2>Also makes me cry sometimes because of how moving that
<v Speaker 2>music is.
<v Speaker 1>I cry when I hear cups just because I wanted
<v Speaker 1>to stop.
<v Speaker 3>Stop.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, so I definitely shed a tear, probably more than
<v Speaker 2>I should.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, well, maybe you're going you got the change going
<v Speaker 1>to You're you're roughly my age. So we'll go through
<v Speaker 1>this together.
<v Speaker 3>Is it hot in here today?
<v Speaker 2>Too?
<v Speaker 3>Something I want to partner for.
<v Speaker 1>It's like a thousand degrees in this room?
<v Speaker 3>Are you feeling it was hot? But then I was cold?
<v Speaker 3>Shut up? We're going through it together now, We're not
<v Speaker 3>stop it. Don't look at those.
<v Speaker 1>Is that part of it? Because mine are incredibly tender
<v Speaker 1>today on the manopause. There you go, Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 1>All right, when we come back, we got to talk
<v Speaker 1>about actually what were we at? I might sneak in
<v Speaker 1>our first play of our Boring Banger here in a
<v Speaker 1>few minutes. I might do that. We'll see how we
<v Speaker 1>are on time. But I do know when we come back,
<v Speaker 1>Katie's going to be at an airport today and you
<v Speaker 1>want to talk about some nasty stuff on an airplane?
<v Speaker 3>Is that what it was? There's some stuff there, nast
<v Speaker 3>stuff on there.
