<v Speaker 1>What's going on, guys? It's another Monday Night, the Raw
<v Speaker 1>after Backlash. You know. Raw tonight was in Knoxville, Tennessee,
<v Speaker 1>and they were down about five thousand from what they
<v Speaker 1>did in that very same building a year ago for SmackDown.
<v Speaker 1>Now even five thousand down, they still had like nine
<v Speaker 1>thousand people in the building, healthy crowd, but still five
<v Speaker 1>thousand down from where they were a year ago. They
<v Speaker 1>may as well have had nobody in the building for
<v Speaker 1>much of the show, because it sounded like they were
<v Speaker 1>wrestling in an empty warehouse for most of it. But
<v Speaker 1>you know, one thing I noticed tonight there was one
<v Speaker 1>person in particular missing from this show, and it didn't
<v Speaker 1>really hit me until tonight how much of a nosedive
<v Speaker 1>this show has taken since he has disappeared, and that
<v Speaker 1>is Cmpunk. There's been no cm Punk over the last
<v Speaker 1>at least two weeks, maybe three, I think two weeks,
<v Speaker 1>and his presence is missed on this show. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if we're gonna see him on Raw again. I
<v Speaker 1>still feel like when we do see him again, he'll
<v Speaker 1>end up on SmackDown. But man, this what a slog
<v Speaker 1>this show was to sit through, especially the first half.
<v Speaker 1>There was more that I liked in the second half
<v Speaker 1>than the first half, But like the first ninety minutes
<v Speaker 1>or so of this show, men so boring, just so boring,
<v Speaker 1>And look, the quiet crowd didn't help. But at the
<v Speaker 1>same time, there were a number of things on this
<v Speaker 1>show I don't necessarily fault them for. And then there
<v Speaker 1>were a few other things where I wish they were
<v Speaker 1>more excitable than they were and they weren't, and it
<v Speaker 1>just sounded like we were watching ron A Library, And
<v Speaker 1>you know, that doesn't help, but I can't blame them
<v Speaker 1>too much. I'll tell you what also doesn't help. We
<v Speaker 1>did not have a single women's championship match of Backlafe,
<v Speaker 1>one of those titles being the Women's World Heavyweight Championship.
<v Speaker 1>Now Stephanie viccres out with the legitimate injury, and we
<v Speaker 1>don't know when she's going to be back. It's going
<v Speaker 1>to be at least six weeks, and so I'm sure
<v Speaker 1>we would have ended up with a rematch between Stephanie
<v Speaker 1>and Live. So we didn't get that. I am looking
<v Speaker 1>at the show, and I am looking at the roster
<v Speaker 1>right now where everybody seems to be slotted, and I
<v Speaker 1>don't see there being any challenger on deck for the
<v Speaker 1>women's world title. Liv Morgan has no challenger. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>think about it. Osca is gone for how long is
<v Speaker 1>it permanent? We don't know. They said on Raw tonight
<v Speaker 1>that her status is up in the air. We'll talk
<v Speaker 1>about her because she was on the show tonight, but
<v Speaker 1>for the time being, Osca is gone. She's out of
<v Speaker 1>the picture. EO. Sky was on the show. She didn't
<v Speaker 1>seem terribly uh, you know, bothered by the fact that hey,
<v Speaker 1>maybe I should go after the Women's World championship. They
<v Speaker 1>had her in a random match tonight with soul Ruka,
<v Speaker 1>who is clearly going to be going after Becky Lynch
<v Speaker 1>and the Intercontinental title. So they're going to go off
<v Speaker 1>and do that. And then Raquel and rock San and
<v Speaker 1>Bailey and Live were and all the other women of
<v Speaker 1>Raw are basically obsessed over the tag team titles, which
<v Speaker 1>don't mean anything. And so I'm looking at this and
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, they have nobody. Live Morgan is without a challenger,
<v Speaker 1>and that's not very exciting either. I don't know what happened.
<v Speaker 1>I felt like the Raw women's division was kind of
<v Speaker 1>in a pretty strong position there and not to say
<v Speaker 1>the entire division isn't, but as far as the top
<v Speaker 1>of the card, it just seems very barren right now,
<v Speaker 1>and they're gonna have to work on that. They're gonna
<v Speaker 1>have to do something to fix that, because I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what they're gonna do. They certainly didn't hint at
<v Speaker 1>anything tonight as far as Live Morgan is concerned. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>it will be EO only because by process of elimination,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure where EO goes from here. Rhea is
<v Speaker 1>over on SmackDown, Kyrie is gone, Oscar's gone. What's left
<v Speaker 1>for EO to do other than challenge Live Morgan for
<v Speaker 1>the World Championship. But the show tonight was built around
<v Speaker 1>an acknowledgment ceremony. Roman Reigns wanted Jacob Fatu to acknowledge him.
<v Speaker 1>Adam Pierce wanted to fire him. Romantag can't fire him,
<v Speaker 1>can do anything like that until this man acknowledges me.
<v Speaker 1>It was in the contract. It was stipulated in the
<v Speaker 1>contract that he sung, and he must acknowledge me if
<v Speaker 1>I beat him. So the entire show was built around this.
<v Speaker 1>As it turned out, Jacob Fatu did not acknowledge Roman reigns.
<v Speaker 1>In fact, he just beat the shit out of him
<v Speaker 1>and the USOS, which was the best part of the
<v Speaker 1>entire show, and I was happy to see it, and
<v Speaker 1>that puts to bed for now. Anyway, any idea that
<v Speaker 1>the USOS in jacob fa Tu, maybe they're in cahoots, right,
<v Speaker 1>maybe they're like this, That doesn't appear to be the case,
<v Speaker 1>and we are no doubt going to see Roman reigns
<v Speaker 1>in jacob fa Tu yet again for the World Heavyweight
<v Speaker 1>title in Italy. In fact, we may not see Roman
<v Speaker 1>reigns again until we get to Italy at the end
<v Speaker 1>of the month. I mentioned Eoski and Saul Ruka. They
<v Speaker 1>had a match tonight. I enjoyed it. Nothing blow away,
<v Speaker 1>but I thought they had a good match. We have
<v Speaker 1>the first ever Tripa a Mega Championship defense on Raw,
<v Speaker 1>which ended the way that every other Judgment Day match
<v Speaker 1>always ends. But it was a historic night because it
<v Speaker 1>was the first time that that title was being defended
<v Speaker 1>on this show. We had week two of the Oba
<v Speaker 1>Femi Open Challenge. I feel like I was one of
<v Speaker 1>maybe a few the few people defending this idea when
<v Speaker 1>it was first mentioned on the show. A couple weeks ago,
<v Speaker 1>and even the match with Otis last week I thought
<v Speaker 1>was fun for the two minutes it lasted. And now
<v Speaker 1>we get to this week and it already feels like
<v Speaker 1>this thing is just completely running out of steam. And
<v Speaker 1>we're only two weeks in. Even just to get tonight
<v Speaker 1>of Champion, if they were to do a King of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring tournament again, if just to get to the
<v Speaker 1>end of June, continuing to do these open challenges at
<v Speaker 1>least for another six weeks or so, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>how they do it. I don't know how they get there.
<v Speaker 1>We're already at the point two weeks in where nobody
<v Speaker 1>wants to accept the open challenge, So we put Angel
<v Speaker 1>and Birdo on the show in the back, just so
<v Speaker 1>they could be the sacrificial lambs, the lambs being led
<v Speaker 1>to slaughter and Opa Femi can toss around los Garza.
<v Speaker 1>Very exciting. I kind of feel like a dope for
<v Speaker 1>defending this idea, if this is what they had up
<v Speaker 1>their sleeve. We made a couple of matches made for
<v Speaker 1>Saturday Nights Made event which is coming up a week
<v Speaker 1>from Saturday. Two title matches. I will tell you what
<v Speaker 1>those matches are. Boy, you know I post one sarcastic tweet,
<v Speaker 1>and it was early in the show, because again, the
<v Speaker 1>first hour was fucking I don't give a shit what
<v Speaker 1>anybody says. Man that was this show was fucking boring.
<v Speaker 1>I post one sarcastic tweet, and you should see some
<v Speaker 1>of the comments I got. Most were in agreement, but
<v Speaker 1>you should see you would think I committed a felony
<v Speaker 1>by hinting at the fact that Raw was a boring
<v Speaker 1>show tonight. It's unbelievable. It is unbelievable. The cultists online.
<v Speaker 1>It's scary, very scary, not a scary at SmackDown, but
<v Speaker 1>still very scary. This is your Raw review. It is
<v Speaker 1>Monday night, May eleven, twenty twenty six. I am the
<v Speaker 1>Sola Monster. Thank you for hanging out with me here
<v Speaker 1>on a Monday night, never boring, never boring with you. Guys.
<v Speaker 1>Hit that subscribe button, Hit that like button. Super chats
<v Speaker 1>are open. I will be reading all of your message
<v Speaker 1>if they come in, as they come in later on
<v Speaker 1>here in the stream. Let's spin for it right now.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna find out how many likes we need to
<v Speaker 1>do our be the Booker segment bots. Now you know
<v Speaker 1>what some of them. Some of them might be bots,
<v Speaker 1>but they're not bots. Some of them are not bots.
<v Speaker 1>They may have rocks for brains, but they're not bots.
<v Speaker 1>Five point fifteen. That is the goal here, five hundred
<v Speaker 1>and fifteen likes. We have a ways to go to
<v Speaker 1>get there, but if we hit five point fifteen, we
<v Speaker 1>will be doing be The booker just did it the
<v Speaker 1>other night, book some very interesting matches the other night.
<v Speaker 1>All right, let's get into this show here. This was large.
<v Speaker 1>We'll be a very boring show. I don't really want
<v Speaker 1>to waste too much of your time on it. WWE
<v Speaker 1>television not exactly the most exciting thing right now to
<v Speaker 1>sit through. But we had an suv show up outside
<v Speaker 1>the building to kick things off here at the very beginning,
<v Speaker 1>and the world heavyweight champion without his belt, Roman Reigns emerges.
<v Speaker 1>Adam Pierce was there to greet him, and he said that, look,
<v Speaker 1>he wasn't sure Jacob Fatu even deserved to be here tonight.
<v Speaker 1>He wasn't sure Jacob Fotu deserved to be here at
<v Speaker 1>all anymore. Jacob Fatu put his hands on Adam Pierce
<v Speaker 1>at backlash, threw him out of the ring. Roman said
<v Speaker 1>that you can't fire him because he hasn't acknowledged me yet.
<v Speaker 1>And then he demanded to know where is my World
<v Speaker 1>Heavyweight Championship And a stage hand came in and handed
<v Speaker 1>the belt over to him, and he said he's the
<v Speaker 1>one who cleared Fa Twu to come into this company
<v Speaker 1>and he'll be the one to take him out. So
<v Speaker 1>that set the stage for what would come later on
<v Speaker 1>tonight in the main event. This was the story thread.
<v Speaker 1>We had multiple segments on this show in the back
<v Speaker 1>with the usso in Roman, it was all building to
<v Speaker 1>Jacob's eventual arrival. Remember the way Backlash ended on Saturday,
<v Speaker 1>Jacob Fatu lost, but then he kept putting the tongue
<v Speaker 1>in death grip on Roman, and Jacob Fatu is the
<v Speaker 1>one who was left standing tall with the title at
<v Speaker 1>the end of Backlash. So they really took their time.
<v Speaker 1>They wanted you to just tune in to see, Okay,
<v Speaker 1>is this guy gonna show up? And if he does,
<v Speaker 1>what mood is he gonna be in? Is he going
<v Speaker 1>to be a wild man? That was the whole point
<v Speaker 1>of what they did on Saturday was to really establish
<v Speaker 1>him as this unstoppable, unpredictable beast and you don't know
<v Speaker 1>what this guy is gonna do. Yo. He should do.
<v Speaker 1>He should come out and accept the Obafemi Open Challenge.
<v Speaker 1>It'd be a hell of a lot better than los Garza.
<v Speaker 1>So we had the vision Logan, Paul Austin, Theory, bron Breaker,
<v Speaker 1>and Paul Hayman out to the ring. Hayman welcomed us
<v Speaker 1>to the show and he said that we were coming
<v Speaker 1>here tonight from the inbred capital of eastern Tennessee. Is
<v Speaker 1>that why it was so quiet? I guess that would
<v Speaker 1>explain it. And he crowed about bron Breaker beating Seth
<v Speaker 1>Rollins in backlash, and he said, there will never be
<v Speaker 1>another reason for us to even acknowledge Seth Rollins again.
<v Speaker 1>So we're not even going to talk about him. So
<v Speaker 1>he turned to focus on the World Tag Team Champions,
<v Speaker 1>gave the mic to Theory. Theory complained about the Street
<v Speaker 1>Profits and he said montes Ford and Angelo Dawkins they
<v Speaker 1>need the tag team titles because Bionca bell Air can't
<v Speaker 1>pay the bills anymore, cannot pay the bills, she's at
<v Speaker 1>home having a baby. So once the Street Profits, of
<v Speaker 1>course came out to rebut this, montes Ford said that
<v Speaker 1>Theory was right. Beyonca can't pay the bills right now.
<v Speaker 1>She's busy with the baby. Somebody had to come to
<v Speaker 1>RAW and kick their asses all over Tennessee. Actually, I
<v Speaker 1>want to say, Bianca is from Knoxville, so normally she
<v Speaker 1>would make it appearance on a show like this. I
<v Speaker 1>believe she is. I believe she is in Knoxville, and
<v Speaker 1>I know it's Tennessee, but I think specifically she's from Knoxville.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe she was there, maybe she was backstage. So Montes
<v Speaker 1>said that they came back to WWE to win the
<v Speaker 1>tag team titles. Logan said the only thing Ford has
<v Speaker 1>done in the last six months is organized a baby shower,
<v Speaker 1>and he asked if Ford's balls were in the Red
<v Speaker 1>Solo Cup. All of a sudden, Joe Hendry appears at ringside,
<v Speaker 1>just out of nowhere. He's got his guitar. They've already
<v Speaker 1>they've turned it into a punchline already. Every week he
<v Speaker 1>just he appears with his guitar and he's just singing songs.
<v Speaker 1>So he's singing the can we Fire Logan Paul's song
<v Speaker 1>over and over and over, getting the fans and then
<v Speaker 1>to do the same thing, and they start singing the song,
<v Speaker 1>and then all of a sudden, they go to commercial.
<v Speaker 1>They just cut to commercial, and when they came back,
<v Speaker 1>we had a six man tag team match already in progress.
<v Speaker 1>Not a lot going on here until after another commercial break,
<v Speaker 1>when Hendry made the tag to montese Ford. He ended
<v Speaker 1>up wiping out bron Breaker with a dive out of
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Dawkins tagged in Theory put him in the
<v Speaker 1>electric chair position, and uh Or Theory was put in
<v Speaker 1>the electric chair position. So Montes goes up top, Logan
<v Speaker 1>knocks him to the floor and Joe Hendry he's still there.
<v Speaker 1>He ends up getting sent into the steps by Logan.
<v Speaker 1>Theory distracts the referee so that Breaker can go for
<v Speaker 1>the running spear, but he's rounding the bend and as
<v Speaker 1>he comes around outside the ring there's Seth Rollins, and
<v Speaker 1>Rollins greets him with a clothesline, knocks him down. The
<v Speaker 1>referee saw this. There's no way the referee didn't see this,
<v Speaker 1>and I don't care if he's legal or not. Bron
<v Speaker 1>Breaker is a part of this match, Seth Rollins is not.
<v Speaker 1>Somehow this was not a discoaqualification. Not quite sure how,
<v Speaker 1>but it was not and in the ring, Dawkins roll
<v Speaker 1>Theory up for the win. So after the match was over,
<v Speaker 1>Theory attack Dawkins. Rollin's though dump Theory out of the ring.
<v Speaker 1>He helped Dawkins to his feet, and here comes bron Breaker,
<v Speaker 1>who's setting up for a spear. As Breaker comes in
<v Speaker 1>for the spear, Rollins moves out of the way and
<v Speaker 1>Dawkins eats the spear. Rolin super kicks Breaker out of
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Montes Ford looks over, he sees his partner
<v Speaker 1>is down. He is not very happy with Seth Rollins
<v Speaker 1>about this, and he gets up in Set's face. He's
<v Speaker 1>telling him, stay out of our way, stay out of
<v Speaker 1>our way. Honestly, if you watch that part back, it
<v Speaker 1>kind of looked like Rollin's put Dawkins in harm's way.
<v Speaker 1>And I know that's not what the intent was, and
<v Speaker 1>they didn't draw any attention to it, but if you
<v Speaker 1>go back and you look, it kind of looked like
<v Speaker 1>he put him in harm's way with the spear. So
<v Speaker 1>montes Ford had every reason to be upset with Seth
<v Speaker 1>Rollins about that. These two have been beefing for a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks now, really ever since the street profits came
<v Speaker 1>back I'm looking forward to the eventual singles match. I
<v Speaker 1>won a singles match between Montese Ford and Seth Rawlins.
<v Speaker 1>Hopefully we'll get that on TV one of these weeks.
<v Speaker 1>But they did make it official later in the show.
<v Speaker 1>At Saturday Night's main event on the twenty third, the
<v Speaker 1>Street Profits will challenge Logan Paul Austin Theory for the
<v Speaker 1>tag team titles. They will not win the tag team titles,
<v Speaker 1>but they will be challenging for the titles on that show.
<v Speaker 1>That is one of two championship matches that have been
<v Speaker 1>added to that show. Yes, we are still doing Seth
<v Speaker 1>and the Vision and will you will take it and
<v Speaker 1>you will like it? Hey, look, I mean we had
<v Speaker 1>to move on from La Night in the Vision, so
<v Speaker 1>now it's Seth's turn. The only thing that delayed it
<v Speaker 1>was Seth's injury. Now he's back. Now he gets the
<v Speaker 1>feud with the Vision for six months. We go backstage.
<v Speaker 1>Adam Pierce met with the og El Grande Americano along
<v Speaker 1>with Julio and Bruto Creed, who act like they don't
<v Speaker 1>know how to speak English. Live Morgan and Dominic Mysterio
<v Speaker 1>Interrupted Live said that Don was overdue for a title opportunity.
<v Speaker 1>Gable didn't appreciate being interrupted. Dom said that El Grande
<v Speaker 1>wasn't even a real lutrador, and Pierce decided, you know
<v Speaker 1>what I'm going to do. I'm gonna book a title
<v Speaker 1>match tonight, and he booked Dominic Mysterio to defend for
<v Speaker 1>the first time ever on Raw to defend the Triple
<v Speaker 1>A Mega Championship against El Grande Americano. And then as
<v Speaker 1>Pierce was walking away, Angel Mberto standing there. They want
<v Speaker 1>to talk to him. They want to talk to him
<v Speaker 1>about an opportunity. Oh, they would get their opportunity all right,
<v Speaker 1>later in the show, they would get their opportunity to
<v Speaker 1>get their asses handed to them. We had the interconfidential
<v Speaker 1>Champion Penta. He was out to the ring next for
<v Speaker 1>a promo last week. He heard somebody talking about his
<v Speaker 1>championship and he tells Ethan Page, I'm a fighting champion.
<v Speaker 1>He invited him to come out out to the ring
<v Speaker 1>say it to my face. So out to the ring
<v Speaker 1>comes all Ego and he questioned Penta painting up his chin,
<v Speaker 1>wearing a mask every single week to cover up his face.
<v Speaker 1>Ethan stands in the spotlight with no mask, says, I'm
<v Speaker 1>all ego. I'm a fighting, fighting superstar. I show my face,
<v Speaker 1>I let everybody know who I am. So Penta tells Ethan, look,
<v Speaker 1>I'm a fighting champion, and uh, basically, Penta will will
<v Speaker 1>defend his title and fight him, fight him tonight. We'll
<v Speaker 1>do it right here in Knoxville, Tennessee. Because pages going
<v Speaker 1>going on and on about how I'm the man who
<v Speaker 1>pinned the intercontinental champion and I'm from the greatest country
<v Speaker 1>on Earth, Canada. She's got booed here in Knoxville. So anyway,
<v Speaker 1>he's basically saying, I pined you. I should be the
<v Speaker 1>number one contender. Pentther was ready to fight him. Now.
<v Speaker 1>Ethan says, hold on a second, pump the brakes. That
<v Speaker 1>title is a token of excellence. Every megastar in the
<v Speaker 1>history of WWE has held it. He goes, he is
<v Speaker 1>the next megastar, and that title deserves to be defended
<v Speaker 1>on the biggest stage. Two weeks from from now, a
<v Speaker 1>week from Saturday, basically Saturday Night's main event. I didn't
<v Speaker 1>know that Saturday Night's main event on Peacock was the
<v Speaker 1>biggest stage, but evidently it is. Fuck everybody in Italy,
<v Speaker 1>I guess, And so we're gonna get a championship match
<v Speaker 1>on Saturday Night's main event with Ethan Page challenging Penta
<v Speaker 1>for the IC title. But we weren't done yet because
<v Speaker 1>Russev comes out and he says, Ethan, you amuse me,
<v Speaker 1>but you getting a title shot before me. That doesn't
<v Speaker 1>sit well with me because it was I who bounced
<v Speaker 1>pent his head off the steps which led to the
<v Speaker 1>pinfall in that match. Ethan says, you know what, I
<v Speaker 1>agree with everything that you're saying. That's exactly what I
<v Speaker 1>told Adam Pierce. I just came from his office earlier.
<v Speaker 1>We had a whole conversation and I had him this
<v Speaker 1>much I was it was almost convinced, but then Javon
<v Speaker 1>barged in and Javon was going off about Russev getting
<v Speaker 1>a title shot. I can beat that guy and going
<v Speaker 1>on and on and on about this. How are you
<v Speaker 1>gonna give Rusev a title match when he can't even
<v Speaker 1>beat me? Said Jevon. Evans comes out, and I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if this is going to be part of his
<v Speaker 1>gimmick every week going forward. I hope not. He comes
<v Speaker 1>out and he goes whoa, whoa, and dude, I'm not
<v Speaker 1>going to recreate it. I'm not gonna do it. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not gonna make your ears bleed. He probably said whoa
<v Speaker 1>about thirty eight times. I guess this was supposed to
<v Speaker 1>be funny. I maybe I missed the punchline. Here was
<v Speaker 1>fucking annoying? Is what a? What? Don't ever do that again? Please?
<v Speaker 1>So he comes down to the ring and Evans calls
<v Speaker 1>Ethan a liar. He didn't say anything to Ethan, he
<v Speaker 1>didn't say anything to Adam Pierce. All ego is making
<v Speaker 1>all of that shit up. He never said that Rusev
<v Speaker 1>couldn't beat him, even though it's true. So Page attacks
<v Speaker 1>Evans from behind. Things break down at this point. Penta
<v Speaker 1>ended up diving out onto Page, Javon dove out onto Russev.
<v Speaker 1>Then they got in the ring and Javon and Penta
<v Speaker 1>did the Penta strut. The one thing they got to
<v Speaker 1>pop here in this segment outside of the strut that
<v Speaker 1>was I mean, really, that was the only moment where
<v Speaker 1>the fans kind of came alive here. They were silent
<v Speaker 1>for all of this. I also thought this dragged on
<v Speaker 1>for way too long. Ethan Page is a very good promo,
<v Speaker 1>but this just it just dragged and it dragged and
<v Speaker 1>it dragged, and I'm like, come on, can we can
<v Speaker 1>we end this? But it led to Adam Pierce during
<v Speaker 1>the commercial break, coming out of making a match between
<v Speaker 1>Rusev and Javan Evans. Because Russev was on his way out,
<v Speaker 1>he told russef you better get back to the ring
<v Speaker 1>because you're wrestling Javon right now. So we came back
<v Speaker 1>from break, we joined this match already in progress. Russev
<v Speaker 1>got Evans on top for a superplex. Evans made a comeback,
<v Speaker 1>He landed a whisper in the wind. Russev went outside.
<v Speaker 1>Evans went for a dive. Russev cut him off, and
<v Speaker 1>he had a fallaway slam onto the announced desk. Heading
<v Speaker 1>into a commercial. Later on, Evans went for the og cutter. Russev, though,
<v Speaker 1>dropped him with a urinagi and then he hit the
<v Speaker 1>Machka kick for a two. Evans ended up getting the
<v Speaker 1>wind though in the end with the og cutter, which
<v Speaker 1>was always going to be the ending here. If Rusev
<v Speaker 1>is in a singles match, I was gonna say nine
<v Speaker 1>times out of ten, but realistically ten times out of
<v Speaker 1>ten to lose the match, and so this was no different.
<v Speaker 1>Now this only went seven minutes. I could have sworn
<v Speaker 1>this match went longer. It was one of those matches
<v Speaker 1>that felt longer than it really was. Wasn't very interesting.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, honestly, as Javon Evans matches go, I always
<v Speaker 1>have fun watching Javon as Javon Evans matches go, this
<v Speaker 1>was the most boring I've ever seen. I'm sorry this
<v Speaker 1>was a bore. We got a video package for the
<v Speaker 1>TRIPAA Mega Championship, the premier title in Luca Leebrace since
<v Speaker 1>two thousand and seven, with only fourteen men having held
<v Speaker 1>that title. Backstage Osca she lives, she approached Eo Sky.
<v Speaker 1>She gave her a big hug. She said she was
<v Speaker 1>looking for someone to take her position, and she found
<v Speaker 1>that person in Eo. And look, I understand that EO
<v Speaker 1>beat OSCA, but it's just hilarious to me. A week ago,
<v Speaker 1>a week ago, Eo Sky was Osca's biggest failure. A
<v Speaker 1>week later, she's hugging her, she's kissing her, she's excited,
<v Speaker 1>all smiles. I finally found the person to replace me,
<v Speaker 1>take my position. Boy, a lot can change in a week.
<v Speaker 1>It's an incredible turnaround. Eo said, we will always be family,
<v Speaker 1>even if we fight, and then she said goodbye, Oscar son,
<v Speaker 1>and the two of them hugged again. Oscar kissed her
<v Speaker 1>on the forehead and she rolled out of the arena
<v Speaker 1>with her luggage, and that was the last that we
<v Speaker 1>saw of Oscar. And then it was later on in
<v Speaker 1>the show that Michael Cole said that Oscar's future in
<v Speaker 1>WWE is up in the air. So the update on
<v Speaker 1>Oscar tonight that they promised to give us was no
<v Speaker 1>update at all. Even they don't know now. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what the situation with. There's a lot of people
<v Speaker 1>speculating that maybe she also got hit by these TKO
<v Speaker 1>restructuring offers and maybe she opted to leave. That's all conjectured.
<v Speaker 1>I've seen nothing reported about her being swept up and
<v Speaker 1>all that. I can't say it didn't happen. But until
<v Speaker 1>I hear that from a reputable source, I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>assume that's not the case. Is it a case where
<v Speaker 1>Osca is done? We're never going to see her in
<v Speaker 1>the ring again? Probably not. Meltzer the other day said
<v Speaker 1>he was told that she's semi retired, even he didn't
<v Speaker 1>know what that meant. I hear semi retired. I hear
<v Speaker 1>that as Okay, this person is not going to be
<v Speaker 1>full time anymore. Maybe she wants to go back to
<v Speaker 1>Japan apparently, I mean, people seem to think that's where
<v Speaker 1>she's headed. She may be headed back home to Japan,
<v Speaker 1>but that we haven't seen the last of her. We're
<v Speaker 1>just not going to see her as often. She's kind
<v Speaker 1>of winding down or scaling back her schedule, and that
<v Speaker 1>seems a little more realistic to me, But the reality is,
<v Speaker 1>we just don't know for sure. I hope we get
<v Speaker 1>to see more of her in the ring. I hope
<v Speaker 1>this isn't the end. If it was the end, I
<v Speaker 1>would certainly hope that she gets more fanfare than she
<v Speaker 1>was given. But for the time being, she got to
<v Speaker 1>go out with a really good match with EO Sky.
<v Speaker 1>It did not get the ending that a lot of
<v Speaker 1>us were hoping it would get, which sucks. We knew
<v Speaker 1>that going in it was not going to get a
<v Speaker 1>proper ending to the story. But Osca is fantastic. Oscar
<v Speaker 1>is great. Even in recent years, she's had some injuries,
<v Speaker 1>she's been phased down in many ways. She missed a
<v Speaker 1>lot of time actually due to I think it was
<v Speaker 1>a knee injury. I'm not even sure she's fully over
<v Speaker 1>the knee injury, to be honest with you. But the
<v Speaker 1>run that she's had in WWE, I'll tell you what
<v Speaker 1>the biggest sin is. The biggest sin about her run
<v Speaker 1>in WWE if it really is over, or at least
<v Speaker 1>her full time run is over. For all the championships
<v Speaker 1>and the accolades, right and the great matches that this
<v Speaker 1>woman has had. I think she's zero for six at WrestleMania.
<v Speaker 1>Has never won a match at WrestleMania. That's crazy. I
<v Speaker 1>think even even Sasha ended up winning at least one.
<v Speaker 1>Didn't Sasha and Naomi win a tag team match at WrestleMania,
<v Speaker 1>Because I know Sasha Banks for a while had like
<v Speaker 1>a reverse Undertaker street going at WrestleMania, But I'm pretty
<v Speaker 1>sure before she left she actually did win a match.
<v Speaker 1>Osca has never won a match at WrestleMania's and she's
<v Speaker 1>had at least what five or six matches. That's just
<v Speaker 1>wild to me. She should have won the first one
<v Speaker 1>against Charlotte. That's a whole other story. The women's tag
<v Speaker 1>team champions Bribella and Page were out to the Ring
<v Speaker 1>for a promo. Neither did Lawler. Actually, well I guess
<v Speaker 1>he lost to Michael Cole. Yeah, but so what who
<v Speaker 1>cares about that? He was mostly a commentator for Wrestlemanny anyway,
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, Bribella and Page they talked about Raquel Rodriguez
<v Speaker 1>and Roxanne Perez last week, calling them out for a fight,
<v Speaker 1>so here we are. That brought out Raquel and Roxanne.
<v Speaker 1>They were glad that they were able to take a
<v Speaker 1>break from their nostalgia tour, and Roxanne said that she
<v Speaker 1>used to watch them on TV when they were still
<v Speaker 1>young and relevant. So when Roxanne met Brie as a
<v Speaker 1>little girl, Brie told her that she was going to
<v Speaker 1>carry on the Bella legacy, and then she realized, how
<v Speaker 1>dare you set the bar so low? Brie said that
<v Speaker 1>she wanted her to start her own legacy, not to
<v Speaker 1>be a footnote for the judgment. Actually she called it
<v Speaker 1>the judgments stay Apparently there's multiple ones, and she said,
<v Speaker 1>there's only one person more disappointed in you, Roxanne, than
<v Speaker 1>I am, and that's your mom. So Raquel held Roxan
<v Speaker 1>back and she turned her attention to the Comeback Girl page.
<v Speaker 1>The girl who's been given a million chances and has
<v Speaker 1>managed to fumble every single one of them. She's just
<v Speaker 1>waiting for the next scandal, so why not just hand
<v Speaker 1>the belts over to us? So Page and Brie attacked
<v Speaker 1>them live. Morgan suddenly hit the ring and she dropped
<v Speaker 1>Page with a code breaker. Roxanne did the cartwheel knees
<v Speaker 1>into Bree's head, and then Paige got taken out with
<v Speaker 1>a leg sweet big boot combo and the judgment day
<v Speaker 1>posed with the gold. While Brie and Page were laid out,
<v Speaker 1>crowd was deathly silent for all of the They did
<v Speaker 1>not give a shit about this segment. And honestly just
<v Speaker 1>as like a promo segment again, very bad, very boring,
<v Speaker 1>very just paint by numbers bullshit, not good, not good.
<v Speaker 1>It's like, well, we don't have anything really better to do,
<v Speaker 1>so we'll just come up with the most basic segment
<v Speaker 1>that we could possibly think of, just to get them
<v Speaker 1>out there on TV and get that pose, get that
<v Speaker 1>shot at the end. Fucking terrible. Moving on, Jimmy Usso.
<v Speaker 1>He entered the locker room where Roman Reigns was sitting,
<v Speaker 1>told Roman that Jay Uso was outside waiting for fat
<v Speaker 1>Tu to try to talk him out. Of going to
<v Speaker 1>the ring tonight. Roman said why would you do that?
<v Speaker 1>And Jimmy thought that Roman should leave Fatu alone. Roman said,
<v Speaker 1>we made an agreement. Fat Tu put his name on
<v Speaker 1>the contract. We were men of our word. If fat
<v Speaker 1>Tou couldn't respect his own family, there would be no
<v Speaker 1>respect from those on the outside. So he said Fatu
<v Speaker 1>had to acknowledge him. Jimmy said he still didn't trust Fatu.
<v Speaker 1>Roman said, if Fatu didn't acknowledge him, then Fatu's ass
<v Speaker 1>was out of here. Jimmy said he was gonna go
<v Speaker 1>find Jay. You do that like a good little foot soldier.
<v Speaker 1>You go find Jay. Eo Sky against soul Ruka. When
<v Speaker 1>I saw that they were doing this match tonight, which
<v Speaker 1>was not announced in advance. When I put the raw
<v Speaker 1>preview together for the stream and everything, they had two
<v Speaker 1>things announced, the Opa Femi Open Challenge continuing and the
<v Speaker 1>Roman range Jacob fought to acknowledgment ceremony. Nothing else for
<v Speaker 1>this show was announced, So imagine throwing this match out
<v Speaker 1>there completely unannounced, like, oh yeah, by the way, we're
<v Speaker 1>having Eo Sky against soul Ruca tonight on the show. Sure,
<v Speaker 1>why not? First we flashed back to last week when
<v Speaker 1>Becky Lynch interrupted Soul's contract signing ceremony. They did some
<v Speaker 1>very slick editing on this to actually make the Soul
<v Speaker 1>snatcher that she went for and missed uh look like
<v Speaker 1>nothing ever happened. The magic of editing, the magic of
<v Speaker 1>post production actually made it look good. So after some
<v Speaker 1>back and forth here and after a commercial break, EO
<v Speaker 1>hit a top rope Spanish fly. A little while later,
<v Speaker 1>Soul put Sky down with a nasty blue thunderbomb. It's
<v Speaker 1>funny because she got you know, she had EO up
<v Speaker 1>in the air and then the way that she just
<v Speaker 1>kind of jerked her down to the mat. And it's
<v Speaker 1>funny because EO had her hands clasped behind her head
<v Speaker 1>just to protect herself. But she took a nasty fall
<v Speaker 1>on that blue thunderbomb. But then EO rallied with a
<v Speaker 1>missile dropkick. Soul avoided the bullet train knees hit EO
<v Speaker 1>with double knees of her own. There was a cool
<v Speaker 1>cartwheel into a DDT off the ropes by Ruka that
<v Speaker 1>got the biggest reaction of anything so far of this match.
<v Speaker 1>EO came back hit the bullet train attack and then
<v Speaker 1>EO Tho was selling her leg and so she took
<v Speaker 1>a little bit longer than usual get up to the
<v Speaker 1>top rope. But she got up to the top. She
<v Speaker 1>went for the over the moon Salt Soul got the
<v Speaker 1>knees up on the way down. Soul went for a
<v Speaker 1>soul snatcher for the finish, but Eo avoided it. At first,
<v Speaker 1>I was like, ah, fuck, she fucked it up again.
<v Speaker 1>She went for it too soon. Eo was not in position,
<v Speaker 1>but it was by design she went for it. She
<v Speaker 1>didn't get it because Eo was in perfect position to
<v Speaker 1>crucifix her over into a pin, and she pins Soul Ruka.
<v Speaker 1>So Eo Sky gets back to back winds first over
<v Speaker 1>Oscar on Saturday and tonight over Soul Ruka. And when
<v Speaker 1>the match was over, Eo pulled her up to her
<v Speaker 1>feet and the two of them shook hands and they hugged,
<v Speaker 1>so a show of respect from both women. I thought
<v Speaker 1>it was a solid match again the finish. At first
<v Speaker 1>I was like, But then when I saw what they did,
<v Speaker 1>I said, Okay, it's all right now. That would have
<v Speaker 1>been awful two weeks in a row to batch that move,
<v Speaker 1>that would have been terrible. Now in the back later,
<v Speaker 1>Eo bumped into Soul again and she told Soul, you
<v Speaker 1>are the future. And then immediately after EO walked away,
<v Speaker 1>Soul turned around and who was standing there Becky Lynch,
<v Speaker 1>and Becky was laughing at her for losing to Eo
<v Speaker 1>Janetti and then she walked off. Now, Soul Ruka is
<v Speaker 1>now winless in her first two matches. Here. On Monday
<v Speaker 1>Night Raw, she wrestled Live Morgan and lost, although it
<v Speaker 1>was because of Zaria, And then here she wrestled Eosky,
<v Speaker 1>a former Women's World Champion, WWE Women's Champion, truly one
<v Speaker 1>of the best in the company, and she lost again. Now,
<v Speaker 1>if you got to lose to somebody, losing to Eosky
<v Speaker 1>and losing to the women's World champion with some outside
<v Speaker 1>interference are not terrible ways to lose. My thing is
<v Speaker 1>she shouldn't be losing in the first place. You know,
<v Speaker 1>she's brand new to the show. I wish that they
<v Speaker 1>there were other people that she could work with to
<v Speaker 1>start racking up some wins and really build herself up
<v Speaker 1>into title contention for down the road. They've taken a
<v Speaker 1>different approach. It's not gonna kill her, it's just the
<v Speaker 1>personal preference. I just wish that you wouldn't debut somebody
<v Speaker 1>and beat them in their first two matches. But she's
<v Speaker 1>gonna go right into a feud now with Becky Lynch,
<v Speaker 1>and so this isn't gonna matter. They had EO in
<v Speaker 1>the back give the big endorsement like you're the futures,
<v Speaker 1>so like they're just taking a different approach with it.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not a huge fan of it, but clearly they
<v Speaker 1>do see her as the future, you know, and she
<v Speaker 1>will be a champion in this division. She'd probably be
<v Speaker 1>Intercontinental champion before she'll be the women's world champion. I
<v Speaker 1>think if she's gonna work with Becky, the end result
<v Speaker 1>should be her winning that belt from Becky because honestly,
<v Speaker 1>the IC title, it's the perfect title for her to
<v Speaker 1>work towards, and I think Becky is the perfect person
<v Speaker 1>for her to work with. They haven't hinted yet on
<v Speaker 1>which show that would be on. I would think they
<v Speaker 1>would do that in Italy. I'm gonna guess when they
<v Speaker 1>do the first match, they'll save it for Italy and
<v Speaker 1>not Saturday Night's main event because the shows were about
<v Speaker 1>a week apart. But I would save that for Clashing
<v Speaker 1>Italy is what I would do. Now we go backstage.
<v Speaker 1>Jay Usso is pacing back and forth in the parking area.
<v Speaker 1>Brother Jimmy shows up says that his talk with Roman
<v Speaker 1>didn't go so well. Jay doesn't think Jacob is going
<v Speaker 1>to acknowledge him, and Jimmy, you know, I gotta say this.
<v Speaker 1>I'm listening to all this dialogue. I'm like, this entire
<v Speaker 1>show is built around will this person acknowledge the other person? Like,
<v Speaker 1>it's so goofy, It's so fucking goofy. It ended up
<v Speaker 1>being the best part of the entire show, though it
<v Speaker 1>had nothing to do with any sort of acknowledgment ceremony.
<v Speaker 1>It's just two guys, you know, fighting in one guy
<v Speaker 1>kicking the other's ass. That will get over every time.
<v Speaker 1>But like I'm watching this back and forth and the
<v Speaker 1>usos are all nervous, Oh my god, is you're going
<v Speaker 1>to acknowledge it? I'm like, come on, like, what are
<v Speaker 1>we doing here? We're building the whole show around this
<v Speaker 1>who gives a shit? Who gives a shit? Who acknowledges who?
<v Speaker 1>Oh my god. Jay said he was gonna stay in
<v Speaker 1>the back of way for Jacob. Jimmy said he was
<v Speaker 1>going to go out to the ring later with the OTC. Fine.
<v Speaker 1>Jackie Redman was backstage. She was with the Street Profits
<v Speaker 1>who were all amped up to go after the tag
<v Speaker 1>team titles on Saturday night's main event. This is what
<v Speaker 1>they came back for, they said. But here comes seth
<v Speaker 1>Rawlins to interrupt. This guy just will not leave these
<v Speaker 1>two men alone. Why can't he just stay away from
<v Speaker 1>the Street Profits. They clearly don't like him. So montes
<v Speaker 1>Ford does not like this man. He told him in
<v Speaker 1>no uncertain terms, stay away, And everywhere they turned, seth
<v Speaker 1>Rawlins appears like like an apparition. So shows up. He says,
<v Speaker 1>if you're serious about taking those titles off the Vision,
<v Speaker 1>it's time we talked. Montes Ford was not interested in
<v Speaker 1>hearing what he had to say. Angela Dawkins was like, well,
<v Speaker 1>maybe we should hear him out, and Ford is like no.
<v Speaker 1>He says, Rollins is not to be trusted, and we
<v Speaker 1>don't need your ass to win the tag team championships.
<v Speaker 1>Bet on that off they went. So after this it
<v Speaker 1>was time for that's right, acknowledge me if you had
<v Speaker 1>to acknowledge anybody, let me see. Let me see the
<v Speaker 1>ones in the chat you acknowledge the Solemn Monster. Forget
<v Speaker 1>all this other nonsense. You acknowledge me. Seth is obsessed
<v Speaker 1>with helping, yeah, because he's got nothing else to do.
<v Speaker 1>He has no faction anymore, so he doesn't know what
<v Speaker 1>to do with himself. He's trying to like buddy up
<v Speaker 1>to other people and they don't want to have anything
<v Speaker 1>to do with him. It was time for the Oba
<v Speaker 1>Femi Open Challenge week number two, and he gets into
<v Speaker 1>the ring and he calls out his next challenger and
<v Speaker 1>there's no challenger. Instead, he gets Adam Pierce. I'm like, oh,
<v Speaker 1>maybe Adam Pierce has accepted the open challenge. That would
<v Speaker 1>at least be interesting. Adam Pierce walks out and he says,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry to inform him, but nobody in the back
<v Speaker 1>wanted to accept your challenge, and so therefore the open
<v Speaker 1>Challenge for this week is hereby canceled. And that did
<v Speaker 1>not make the fans in Knoxville very happy. So Oba
<v Speaker 1>was furious about this. He stormed out of the ring
<v Speaker 1>to the back through the gorilla position, and just beyond Gorilla,
<v Speaker 1>who does he find. He finds Angel and Berto. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I was shocked when we had the mass wave of
<v Speaker 1>releases recently and they were not on the list. I
<v Speaker 1>was happy for them, but I was, to be perfectly
<v Speaker 1>blunt stunned that they were not on the list. Santos
<v Speaker 1>Escobar was on there. I know his situation is a
<v Speaker 1>little bit different. He's in TRIPAA and he's out hurt
<v Speaker 1>right now, but still they were not on the list.
<v Speaker 1>And then I saw how WWE use them tonight, and
<v Speaker 1>I would not at all be surprised if they end
<v Speaker 1>up on some sort of list, because these are not
<v Speaker 1>two men that are going places in WWE. The only
<v Speaker 1>place these two men are going, whether it's now or
<v Speaker 1>six months from now or a year from now after
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania next year, is out of the company. And I'm
<v Speaker 1>sorry to say, because they're very talented, and I think
<v Speaker 1>surely you can find a way to use them in
<v Speaker 1>some capacity. You have two dead tag team divisions, and
<v Speaker 1>so I don't know why you wouldn't want to use
<v Speaker 1>them in some capacity to try to aid in those
<v Speaker 1>tag team divisions. But they're not going to do it.
<v Speaker 1>They're two dead men walking in this company. So whether
<v Speaker 1>it's now or then, their future is outside of WWE.
<v Speaker 1>And I think they know that and that was very
<v Speaker 1>evident from what they did and how they used them tonight,
<v Speaker 1>because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
<v Speaker 1>But hey, they wanted an opportunity for Madam Pierce. Well
<v Speaker 1>they got an opportunity because Oba Femi beat the fuck
<v Speaker 1>out of him and then he dragged Slash carried them
<v Speaker 1>out to the ring. If nobody wants to accept the
<v Speaker 1>open challenge, then he's going to accept the open challenge
<v Speaker 1>for him. So down to the ring they go. This
<v Speaker 1>ended up being a two on one handicap match. We
<v Speaker 1>got the running corner uppercuts by Oba. He tossed Angel
<v Speaker 1>over Berto, who ducked, and then Berto got picked up
<v Speaker 1>and he got thrown halfway across the ring and then
<v Speaker 1>Berto ate a fall from Grace and he took the pin.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I defended this shit when they first announced it,
<v Speaker 1>even though I'm as sick as anybody of all the
<v Speaker 1>open challenges. Right, the concept of an open challenge is fine,
<v Speaker 1>It could be exciting when you have constant open challenges,
<v Speaker 1>it just doesn't have the same luster it used to.
<v Speaker 1>But also is I think oftentimes used by the other
<v Speaker 1>writers is just a lazy crutch. In the case of Obafemi.
<v Speaker 1>I genuinely don't think they know what to do with him,
<v Speaker 1>other than they know they don't want to put him
<v Speaker 1>in there yet with Roman reigns, so they don't know
<v Speaker 1>what to do with the guys. We'll have an open challenge.
<v Speaker 1>It's a way to get him on the show every week.
<v Speaker 1>And the way I looked at it, I looked at
<v Speaker 1>it that way too, like if you don't have a
<v Speaker 1>really obvious place for him at the moment, and he's
<v Speaker 1>not going after the World Championship, which he really should
<v Speaker 1>be doing very soon, because why wouldn't he, it doesn't
<v Speaker 1>make any sense. You gotta do something with him in
<v Speaker 1>the meantime to keep the momentum going and not just
<v Speaker 1>take him off TV. So fine, you want to do
<v Speaker 1>an open challenge with Obafemi. Maybe they'll make it interesting,
<v Speaker 1>maybe you'll maybe we'll get a couple of banger matches
<v Speaker 1>out of it. Maybe we'll put him in there with
<v Speaker 1>some guys that are coming back, or somebody from SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>shows up one week and wants to accept the open challenge,
<v Speaker 1>and who knows, maybe maybe we'll still get that. This
<v Speaker 1>was only week two, but I'm watching this here in
<v Speaker 1>week two, and I'm like, we've already jumped the shark
<v Speaker 1>with this. Nobody wants to accept the open challenge that
<v Speaker 1>he goes backstage, grabs the two the first two jobbers
<v Speaker 1>he can find, drags him out to the ring and
<v Speaker 1>beats him in ninety seconds. And what exactly does this accomplish?
<v Speaker 1>How am I supposed to feel about this? I don't
<v Speaker 1>know how much more mileage they're going to be able
<v Speaker 1>to get out of this. If this is the sort
<v Speaker 1>of thing they have planned, can you see this going
<v Speaker 1>on for another six weeks with this company keeping it interesting?
<v Speaker 1>I don't really know what else to say about it.
<v Speaker 1>They're already advertising another open challenge next week. Why would
<v Speaker 1>I care nobody accepted it this week. I'm supposed to
<v Speaker 1>give a shit that he's doing another one next week.
<v Speaker 1>I don't give a fuck. I feel like an idiot
<v Speaker 1>for even defending this idea because I thought they had
<v Speaker 1>something interesting planned. Go to the back. JD McDonough and
<v Speaker 1>Dominic Mysterio. They were walking through the backstage area. Dom
<v Speaker 1>was on his way out for his Triple A Mega
<v Speaker 1>title defense when Finn Balor blindsided JD McDonough. He threw
<v Speaker 1>him into an equipment case. He beat the piss out
<v Speaker 1>of him, He left him laying and now he's looking
<v Speaker 1>at Dom. He tells Dom, looks like you're gonna have
<v Speaker 1>to go out there alone to defend your championship. And
<v Speaker 1>Dom said, well, I've got some goal to go defend
<v Speaker 1>something you would know nothing about. Hey, he turned, didn't
<v Speaker 1>He just very casually walked off and he left his
<v Speaker 1>judgment day brother laying dead on the ground. Then Dom
<v Speaker 1>seemed rather unbothered by the whole thing. So great, I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure that's gonna make JD McDonough feel fantastic. So we
<v Speaker 1>had Dominic Mysterio defending the Triple A Mega title. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, that's the only thing they flew Finn Balor
<v Speaker 1>out to Knoxville, Tennessee for. I don't know where Balor
<v Speaker 1>is living these days. I don't know if he's in Florida.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know where he is. But imagine getting on
<v Speaker 1>a plane and flying four hours, five hours to go
<v Speaker 1>to Knoxville, and you get there and you're told that
<v Speaker 1>your your job tonight is you're gonna just beat up
<v Speaker 1>JD McDonough for five seconds, and then you're gonna have
<v Speaker 1>about a sentence of dialogue and your night is done.
<v Speaker 1>Easy work. I guess El Grande Americano Gable, though, is
<v Speaker 1>challenging for the Triple A Mega title. El Grande Americano
<v Speaker 1>Gable got monkey flipped on the apron into the ring
<v Speaker 1>post early in this match, the head of a commercial
<v Speaker 1>break that was pretty nuts. Ryo and Bravo ran out
<v Speaker 1>a little bit later to distract the referee and Chad Gable.
<v Speaker 1>El Grande Kaiser then ran out. He hit Gable dom
<v Speaker 1>followed with a Tornado DDT, but only for a near fall.
<v Speaker 1>Julio m Bruto show. I can't believe I'm even talking
<v Speaker 1>about this show. Do you let me remind you of something? Okay,
<v Speaker 1>It's Monday. After some of the WWE stuff that I've
<v Speaker 1>seen over the past week, I feel like I've been
<v Speaker 1>through six weeks in the span of one. I sat
<v Speaker 1>here on Friday and I reviewed a show, a television
<v Speaker 1>show that hosted a funeral for the gingerbread Men. On
<v Speaker 1>the same show where Dan Hausen was doing a science
<v Speaker 1>experiment trying to create a cloning machine so that he
<v Speaker 1>could clone himself to be his tag team partner. His
<v Speaker 1>own tag team partner at the ple. The next night,
<v Speaker 1>upon tuning into said ple, Dan Hausen did indeed clone himself,
<v Speaker 1>and it ended up being a miniature version of himself.
<v Speaker 1>During the course of said match, Minnie Housen was popped
<v Speaker 1>back into the machine and when the machine opened there
<v Speaker 1>were multiple mini houses, so he had replicated himself. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>this is a real thing that happened. Now I'm watching
<v Speaker 1>Raw tonight and I've got the Creed Brothers, who are
<v Speaker 1>a pretty good tag team who are now running around
<v Speaker 1>wearing masks pretending to not speak English, calling themselves Julio
<v Speaker 1>and Bruto. Meanwhile, we have Pete Dunn and Tyler Bate,
<v Speaker 1>also pretty good wrestlers still after all these months, running
<v Speaker 1>around in masks calling themselves Ryo and Bravo. Chad Gable meanwhile,
<v Speaker 1>is also still running around under a mask. D wig
<v Speaker 1>Kaiser has been running around under a mass for many
<v Speaker 1>months and is having great success down in Mexico and
<v Speaker 1>Osca is no longer on television. Am I asking for logic? No,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not asking for anything. I just had this moment
<v Speaker 1>where I had to pause and just reflect upon the
<v Speaker 1>last few days, just to kind of put things in perspective.
<v Speaker 1>But I'll have to eat shit from certain people on
<v Speaker 1>social media for not loving this show. I had one
<v Speaker 1>person to tweet me tonight and go Raw has been
<v Speaker 1>fantastic lately. Let me ask you a question. Is there
<v Speaker 1>any single show at the moment, week to week in
<v Speaker 1>WWE that you can honestly sit there and tell me
<v Speaker 1>the word that you would use to describe it is fantastic.
<v Speaker 1>I think you are fantastically ill in the brain if
<v Speaker 1>that is a word that you would like to use now.
<v Speaker 1>Don't get me wrong. Raw is better than SmackDown. You
<v Speaker 1>get no argument out of me there. But fantastic is
<v Speaker 1>not a word I would use to describe anything going
<v Speaker 1>on in WWE right now. But if you don't say that,
<v Speaker 1>you're a hater. Got it? Gable put dominant ankle lock
<v Speaker 1>Kaiser jumped up on the apron. Gable went after him.
<v Speaker 1>He tried to rip his mask off. Stop me if
<v Speaker 1>you've heard that before. That distraction allowed Dominic to hit
<v Speaker 1>a six y one nine and then a frog splash
<v Speaker 1>for the win to retain the championship in this historic,
<v Speaker 1>first time ever title defense of the Triple A Mega
<v Speaker 1>Championship on Raw, which ended the same way that every
<v Speaker 1>fucking Dominic Mysterio match ends historic. You know Gable and Kaiser,
<v Speaker 1>they have their mask match on May thirtieth and Triple A.
<v Speaker 1>It cannot come soon enough. Please please end this already.
<v Speaker 1>I say it every week. Please end this already. This
<v Speaker 1>Americano shit has got to end. Jackie Redmond backstage interviewed Logan,
<v Speaker 1>Paul and Austin Theory as if they didn't get enough
<v Speaker 1>time earlier in the show. Logan was still very upset
<v Speaker 1>about the Joe Hendry song. He also referred to Jackie
<v Speaker 1>as wacky. Paul said that if he had to hear
<v Speaker 1>the song again, he would Vincent van go himself. He
<v Speaker 1>would cut his ears off. Theory told Logan to relax.
<v Speaker 1>We'll go get some dinner and then you'll notice in
<v Speaker 1>the suv that was parked there, sitting in the back
<v Speaker 1>seat on the passenger side of the suv, typing away
<v Speaker 1>on her phone was Maxine Dupree. Not the first time
<v Speaker 1>that we have seen Maxine do pre either with the
<v Speaker 1>members of the Vision or in the background of a segment.
<v Speaker 1>Interacting with Austin Theory and the members of the Vision
<v Speaker 1>seems to me like they may have completely given up
<v Speaker 1>on her in the ring and maybe they're gonna use
<v Speaker 1>her as a valet. Maybe that's the way to go.
<v Speaker 1>So now it was time for the closing segment. It
<v Speaker 1>was Americano was over in Mexico. So though yes, like,
<v Speaker 1>are you deaf? Did you not hear what I said?
<v Speaker 1>I acknowledge that. I acknowledge that every week I said
<v Speaker 1>Americano Kaiser is one of the biggest babyfaces in all
<v Speaker 1>of Mexico. But we're not in Mexico. Last I checked,
<v Speaker 1>ra aw was in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Americano stuff sucks
<v Speaker 1>on this show. Keep it in Triple A. It works
<v Speaker 1>in Triple A. The people in Triple A care about it.
<v Speaker 1>That pull apart brawl several weeks ago was one of
<v Speaker 1>the best pull apart brawls I've ever seen. Keep it
<v Speaker 1>in triple A. It does not work here. Roman reigns
<v Speaker 1>and Jimmy Usso we're out to the ring for the
<v Speaker 1>closing segment. This was the so called acknowledgment ceremony. And
<v Speaker 1>he gets in the ring and Roman tells Knoxville to
<v Speaker 1>acknowledge me. Cut to the back and Jacob fat Tou
<v Speaker 1>has arrived and Jay Usso is trying to get through
<v Speaker 1>to him, and fat Tu just has tunnel vision. He's
<v Speaker 1>ignoring him like he's not even there. And he's storming
<v Speaker 1>through the back and Jay is following along with him,
<v Speaker 1>and he's trying to get his attention and trying to
<v Speaker 1>tell him, Man, you gotta be smart. Don't do this,
<v Speaker 1>don't do this. So by the time they get to
<v Speaker 1>the gorilla position, Jay gets in front of fa Tu
<v Speaker 1>and he's trying to tell him be smart's be smart,
<v Speaker 1>and so Fatu gives him a head butt and beats
<v Speaker 1>him up and leaves him laying and then Fatu turns
<v Speaker 1>into the camera and he says, tells Roman. He goes,
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna have to beat that acknowledgment out of me,
<v Speaker 1>and out to the ring he comes. So Jimmy meets
<v Speaker 1>him in the aisle and Jimmy eats a thrust, a
<v Speaker 1>palm thrust. Fatu throws him into the barricade. So that
<v Speaker 1>clears the way now for Jacob Fought two to make
<v Speaker 1>his way down to the ring. Yes an acknowledgment ceremony, lol,
<v Speaker 1>says Pedro. Don't I don't write this shit, Okay, I
<v Speaker 1>just review it. I don't book it. I don't write it,
<v Speaker 1>I don't conceive it, I talk about it. Don't look
<v Speaker 1>at me, don't blame me. He gets into the ring
<v Speaker 1>and the fight is on. He takes down the champion,
<v Speaker 1>then he close lines him out to the floor, and
<v Speaker 1>Fatu goes for a dive through the ropes. He runs
<v Speaker 1>right into a superman punch. Roman grabs a chair from
<v Speaker 1>underneath the ring. He brings it inside. Chair shot to
<v Speaker 1>the back, another chair shot to the back, a third
<v Speaker 1>chair shot to the back, and Roman is yelling at
<v Speaker 1>him to acknowledge me. Acknowledge me, or your asses out
<v Speaker 1>of here. Acknowledge me. Probably wakes up in a cold
<v Speaker 1>sweat in the middle of the night. Acknowledge me. Acknowledge me,
<v Speaker 1>he tells his kids when his kids misbehave, acknowledge me.
<v Speaker 1>So he's continuing to pummel him with his chair. Roman
<v Speaker 1>sets up for a spear. He gets intercepted though with
<v Speaker 1>a superkick, and now Jacob applies the Tonguan death grip.
<v Speaker 1>The Tonguan death grip is applied and he shoves Roman
<v Speaker 1>backwards out over the top rope. Roman lands on his feet. Jacob, though,
<v Speaker 1>flies out of the ring with a suicide dive, so
<v Speaker 1>Jacob is yelling at him, acknowledged this. He throws him
<v Speaker 1>face first into the ring post and he's yelling at Roman, saying,
<v Speaker 1>you left me and my family broke. So now we're
<v Speaker 1>seeing some of that, some of that past rage boil
<v Speaker 1>over here with Jacob faught to so he gently and
<v Speaker 1>this was the funniest part to me, he takes Roman
<v Speaker 1>and he very gently throws him into the ring steps,
<v Speaker 1>like it was the most gentle throw into the steps
<v Speaker 1>that you will ever see. It's like they were moving
<v Speaker 1>in slow motion here and the crab breaks into it.
<v Speaker 1>We want tables chance, so Fa Tu clears off the
<v Speaker 1>announced desk, but in comes Roman with a superman punch
<v Speaker 1>and he tried for another one. Fatu catches him though
<v Speaker 1>in the Tongan death grip again and then he power
<v Speaker 1>bombs Roman through the announced desk, same spot. They did
<v Speaker 1>a backlash this time again the table broke. Roman goes through,
<v Speaker 1>so officials pour out Fa two though gets the Tonguan
<v Speaker 1>death grip applied. Boy, he loves using this move. He's
<v Speaker 1>gonna run this thing into the fucking ground. He must
<v Speaker 1>have used that. How many times did he use that
<v Speaker 1>move on Saturday six times, seven times. After a while,
<v Speaker 1>I lost count. He acknowledged the steps, solidn Monster. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he acknowledged that. He barely acknowledged the steps. But he
<v Speaker 1>puts the tongue in death grip back on this man.
<v Speaker 1>And Adam Pierce is out there and he's yelling at him,
<v Speaker 1>let go, let go, let go, and now Fano enough,
<v Speaker 1>so Fat two, let's go. But then he reapplies it again,
<v Speaker 1>and like, I'm watching all of this play out, and
<v Speaker 1>the officials are trying to pry this man off of
<v Speaker 1>Roman reigns, and several minutes have gone by now since
<v Speaker 1>Fat two hit the ring, and I'm like, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he didn't really do that much damage to the USOS.
<v Speaker 1>Where the fuck are the USOS? What did he do
<v Speaker 1>that was so terrible to the USOS that they wouldn't
<v Speaker 1>be back by now to help save Roman. So Fat
<v Speaker 1>two gets back in the ring and he picks up
<v Speaker 1>the World Heavyweight title and he licks it very unsanitary,
<v Speaker 1>and he holds the title up high and then he
<v Speaker 1>throws it down and he exits the ring and they
<v Speaker 1>put the copyright box up. They wanted you to think
<v Speaker 1>the show is going off the air and he's looking
<v Speaker 1>into the camera as he's leaving, and he's, you know,
<v Speaker 1>shouting into the camera, I'm all gased. No breaks with it.
<v Speaker 1>But then he turns and he sprints back down to
<v Speaker 1>ringside and he hits a running hip attack to Roman
<v Speaker 1>and the USOS who have magically reappeared. They're all standing
<v Speaker 1>in that same area by the Timekeeper's barricade, and he
<v Speaker 1>does the running hip attack and puts all three of
<v Speaker 1>them through the barricade. Now there's a spot that I've
<v Speaker 1>never seen before, somebody going through the timekeeper's barricade. I'm
<v Speaker 1>glad they did that again here on this show. It's
<v Speaker 1>been so long since I've seen that. But he left
<v Speaker 1>all three men laying on the ground, and that is
<v Speaker 1>how Raw went off the air. The whole concept of
<v Speaker 1>the acknowledgment ceremony is just it's so fucking goofy. It's
<v Speaker 1>just some of that corny bullshit that they love to
<v Speaker 1>come up with, and it's just it's stupid. But you
<v Speaker 1>know what worked here, What worked here is that Jacob
<v Speaker 1>Fatu at Backlash when that show was over the way
<v Speaker 1>they left it, he was portrayed as a madman. You
<v Speaker 1>could not control this man. He was a wild man
<v Speaker 1>and I loved it, and so they continued that here tonight.
<v Speaker 1>When he got to the building, he didn't give a
<v Speaker 1>shit with Jay, who was so had to say he
<v Speaker 1>had one mission, which was to go back out to
<v Speaker 1>that ring and beat the hell out of Roman Reigns.
<v Speaker 1>And when this show was over, it ended the way
<v Speaker 1>the Backlash did. It ended with Roman laying on his
<v Speaker 1>back and Jacob Fatu's standing tall. So they've done a
<v Speaker 1>very good job of keeping Jacob Fatu as strong as
<v Speaker 1>can possibly be. And you have to because they're clearly
<v Speaker 1>building to clash in Italy. They're going to run this
<v Speaker 1>back again, and so you want Jacob to be this
<v Speaker 1>unstoppable monster going into the show. I wish that they
<v Speaker 1>weren't leaning so heavily into the Tonguan death grip where
<v Speaker 1>he's applying it eight times every time we see him.
<v Speaker 1>I joked about this when I was talking about Backlash
<v Speaker 1>of the podcast yesterday, and I said, you know, as
<v Speaker 1>hard as they've been trying to get that hold over
<v Speaker 1>as this lethal maneuver, they did a whole thing a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks ago where Michael Cole was like, oh, the
<v Speaker 1>tongue in death grip. You know, you basically clamp down
<v Speaker 1>on the atoms apple, you cut off the oxygen supply.
<v Speaker 1>It's a deadly hold. You're not supposed to use it
<v Speaker 1>all the time. I'm like, for such a deadly hold,
<v Speaker 1>he used it like half a dozen times on Saturday,
<v Speaker 1>and he's still fucking lost. It can't be that deadly.
<v Speaker 1>If it was that deadly, you would use it once
<v Speaker 1>and it would be night nighty night right curtains night's out,
<v Speaker 1>nights out, lights out, And so it can't be that
<v Speaker 1>bad if he kicked out of it and he won
<v Speaker 1>the match. So maybe dial it back a little bit,
<v Speaker 1>maybe don't be using it so often. But they've kept
<v Speaker 1>Jacob Faught too strong, so that's a good thing. It's
<v Speaker 1>the best part of the entire show. I can't really
<v Speaker 1>say a whole lot of great things about the rest
<v Speaker 1>of this show. I really can't. I just thought the
<v Speaker 1>show was largely very boring. There wasn't a whole lot
<v Speaker 1>of life to it. This is the way the problem
<v Speaker 1>has felt now for some time. There's just there's no
<v Speaker 1>there's no life to it. There's just and some of
<v Speaker 1>these segments we're just going through the motions we're just
<v Speaker 1>doing the same shit that we always do, even the
<v Speaker 1>end of the show, even though it ended up being
<v Speaker 1>a good segment. Okay, somebody got power bomb through the
<v Speaker 1>announced desk, somebody got put through the timekeeper's bar. Okay, okay,
<v Speaker 1>we see this shit all the time, you know. It's
<v Speaker 1>like they're like one trick ponies here. It's like, well, okay,
<v Speaker 1>well we'll do this. It worked for us last time,
<v Speaker 1>so we'll just do it again, but we'll do it
<v Speaker 1>with a couple of different people, Like that segment when
<v Speaker 1>they had Page and Bribella out there and then rare
<v Speaker 1>Quellen Roxanne came out and then Lived did the attack,
<v Speaker 1>and it was like, what is this? What are we
<v Speaker 1>doing here? There's nothing. There's nothing interesting about that. They're
<v Speaker 1>not saying anything interesting, they're not doing anything interesting. You're
<v Speaker 1>not giving me a reason to give a shit about
<v Speaker 1>what about what any of these people are doing. You're
<v Speaker 1>not giving me your reason to care. That's why when
<v Speaker 1>I say they're just going through the motions, that's what
<v Speaker 1>it feels like, you know. But fuck me for not
<v Speaker 1>thinking that this was a fantastic television show. Boy, the
<v Speaker 1>standards have really dropped. I have to say, the standards
<v Speaker 1>have really really dropped over the years. If there are
<v Speaker 1>people out there who legitimately believe I'm not saying that
<v Speaker 1>you're an idiot if you thought were aw was good,
<v Speaker 1>but can we please not throw words around like fantastic.
<v Speaker 1>I can't take you seriously that way. There was nothing
<v Speaker 1>fantastic about this show. There has not been anything fantastic
<v Speaker 1>about most of these shows for quite some time now.
<v Speaker 1>Don't give them the impression that the shows are fantastic
<v Speaker 1>when they're not. They need to know that there is
<v Speaker 1>room for improvement here. The shows will not get better
<v Speaker 1>if they're convinced that they're that good. You're enabling them.
<v Speaker 1>Don't do that. Don't enable these people. Man, let's get
<v Speaker 1>to use super chats sounds. It sounds boring even listening
<v Speaker 1>to Yeah, well, I look, I try to doll it
<v Speaker 1>up as best I can, but sometimes it's like putting
<v Speaker 1>lipstick on a pig. At the end of the day,
<v Speaker 1>it's still a pig no matter how much lipstick you
<v Speaker 1>put on. I can put a lipstick on there, you
<v Speaker 1>can put a nice little red bow, it doesn't matter.
<v Speaker 1>It's still a fucking pig. I can only do what
<v Speaker 1>I can do all right. If you got any messages,
<v Speaker 1>get them on in. I will do my best to
<v Speaker 1>get through these here in a timely fashion. Or we
<v Speaker 1>six out of ten on the bonus goal, what was
<v Speaker 1>the main goal? Yeah, we're not there yet. It's like,
<v Speaker 1>be the Booker may have to wait for Wednesday. That's
<v Speaker 1>a dangerous proposition. Considering the way Wednesdays have been going.
<v Speaker 1>We may be waiting until Friday to get to be
<v Speaker 1>the booker. Death Sie still think there needs to be
<v Speaker 1>a Hannah Kimora dark side of the Ring. I agree.
<v Speaker 1>They may not want to go to it yet, though
<v Speaker 1>they may want to put some more distance between the
<v Speaker 1>actual end of her life and an eventual episode Electric feel.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't see Marty Jeannette becoming Becky's personal punching bag
<v Speaker 1>in the Big two six. Now, part of me thinks
<v Speaker 1>that one of these weeks she's gonna trop Marty Jeanette
<v Speaker 1>out there. They're gonna do some kind of angle, get
<v Speaker 1>Marty a pay day and get him on the show.
<v Speaker 1>But the way Marty is moving around these days, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know about that. That that ankle is pretty gnarly.
<v Speaker 1>You've ever seen pictures of his ankle yiesh big money.
<v Speaker 1>Oh it's Bossmo. Bossmo. Jackson says, Raw is so dead.
<v Speaker 1>Thumbs down show tonight. WWE needs to get Chad Gable
<v Speaker 1>away from this gimmick. I agree, and I believe they
<v Speaker 1>will in a few weeks. There's only one way that
<v Speaker 1>match can go, that is with a Gable loss. He says,
<v Speaker 1>this Americano feud needs to go. I can't take no
<v Speaker 1>more of this. It's old and tired. I swear both
<v Speaker 1>WWE and AW annoy me tremendously. He says, Trips needs
<v Speaker 1>to go away and replace him with who. Replace him
<v Speaker 1>with who? Bruce Michael Hayes Mark Shapiro of TKO becomes
<v Speaker 1>the acting chief content Officer. Oh, that'll be great. Randy Boban?
<v Speaker 1>Is that Randy Boban? I believe this Randy Bobandy. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>it is Randy Bobandy. This is just completely random. But
<v Speaker 1>I missed the legend killer version of the Orton Douche pose.
<v Speaker 1>That is pretty random. Aaron says, these shows all end
<v Speaker 1>the same way. Yes, it is very much like Groundhog
<v Speaker 1>Days sometimes watching these shows. Alexander says, a man can dream,
<v Speaker 1>but I would abandon the Keana Julia feud and put
<v Speaker 1>her on RAW. I feel like she would be better off,
<v Speaker 1>but Creative has failed us before talking about putting Julia
<v Speaker 1>on Raw, not Keana. Yeah, I think that'd be great.
<v Speaker 1>I don't disagree with that at all. Actually, Raw could
<v Speaker 1>use the help now more than It's funny how that works, right,
<v Speaker 1>even a few weeks ago, it would have been the
<v Speaker 1>other way around. It's funny how fast the things can change.
<v Speaker 1>Arabian Nights two thousand, his fightful his inquiring about La
<v Speaker 1>Knight's status. In the likelihood, he declined a pay cut
<v Speaker 1>could be departing. Yeah, I haven't heard anything about that.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know how legit that is, so I'll wait
<v Speaker 1>and see if anything gets reported. I know what happened
<v Speaker 1>is he was going to work with Gunther and they
<v Speaker 1>decided to pivot and go with gun Through against Cody Rhoades.
<v Speaker 1>So now all of a sudden, La Knight is left
<v Speaker 1>without a program. They have no ideas for him, which
<v Speaker 1>is not a good place to be in when they
<v Speaker 1>have nothing for you. But that's why we don't have
<v Speaker 1>him on TV. They were at least going to get
<v Speaker 1>a TV match out of it, and then they just
<v Speaker 1>went in a totally different direction, and he got left
<v Speaker 1>out in the cold. Phil the nine ninety nine and
<v Speaker 1>his solo. It's been a while. Just wanted to say
<v Speaker 1>that Bubble Pop scream eats corn the long way. Yes
<v Speaker 1>they do. Bubble has bubbles for brains, as I told
<v Speaker 1>Bubbles directly. MGM Ballin says wrestling is boring. Appreciate you solo.
<v Speaker 1>Let's go Nix. Yeah, the Knicks are on fire. The
<v Speaker 1>Knicks have been killing it. Nicks are a lot more
<v Speaker 1>exciting to watch than WWE. Right now, Aaron, what's going on? Aaron?
<v Speaker 1>Good to hear from you. Twenty dollars super Chat says
<v Speaker 1>this show is desperately missing punk La Night right now.
<v Speaker 1>I like how Jacob has been looking, but I cannot
<v Speaker 1>possibly care about the Ussos and Roman lore in twenty
<v Speaker 1>twenty six. It is so redundant for the Ussos as character.
<v Speaker 1>It's not even just redundant, dude, it's just fucking lazy.
<v Speaker 1>I said, I feel like we've regressed four years, three years. Also,
<v Speaker 1>why the hell are they giving Brie mic time over page?
<v Speaker 1>She's so insufferable that your mom comeback made me legit
<v Speaker 1>and grow instantly. Thought of what reaction you would have
<v Speaker 1>when I watched that segment. My reaction was one of indifference.
<v Speaker 1>I cared so much about what she had to say.
<v Speaker 1>I just recited it to you and I moved on
<v Speaker 1>with the review. Hey, Bribella should not be getting that
<v Speaker 1>much mic time on this show. Actually, Page is a
<v Speaker 1>better promo than Bribella was. You got a good point there.
<v Speaker 1>They should have put the mic in Page's hand, not
<v Speaker 1>in breezehand. You put the mic in breeze hand, you
<v Speaker 1>end up with the judgments day Media. I'm an ugly lad. Well,
<v Speaker 1>you could have a little more self confidence than that
<v Speaker 1>new drinking game drink whenever you hear tongue in death grip.
<v Speaker 1>Oh dude, are you kidding me? You won't make it.
<v Speaker 1>You won't make it to the end of the show.
<v Speaker 1>A nice guy, Thank you, Thank you for being a
<v Speaker 1>nice guy. Alex's brother solo with what Paul told Cody
<v Speaker 1>on SmackDown. Can you see Cody when he turns heel
<v Speaker 1>joining Paul as a Paul Hayman guy. No, because I
<v Speaker 1>think a Cody heel turned is still so far away
<v Speaker 1>that I don't even think it's a real thought in
<v Speaker 1>their head right now. I also just don't see the point,
<v Speaker 1>you know. I feel like Cody is one of those
<v Speaker 1>people he doesn't need. He doesn't does he really need Hayman?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I guess Punk didn't either. But look at
<v Speaker 1>that we shot up to nine out of ten in
<v Speaker 1>the bonus goal. How'd that happen? OMG wow? Who is that? Polaris?
<v Speaker 1>Are you telling me you have no idea who mother
<v Speaker 1>Wayne is? Chat? You have to educate our friend Polaris.
<v Speaker 1>He needs your help. Dried Chicken says, you know what's
<v Speaker 1>really sad if we boo these women in WWE, the
<v Speaker 1>fans get blamed and shamed for hurting their feelings. Dead
<v Speaker 1>silence is the only reaction. That's it. If you're watching
<v Speaker 1>the show and there's something on the show that just
<v Speaker 1>isn't exciting you, That's why people get on the crowds
<v Speaker 1>all the time. And like, I'm watching the EO Sky
<v Speaker 1>and Soul Ruka mash to that and I wish the
<v Speaker 1>crowd was louder for that. They kind of got them
<v Speaker 1>into it more as the match went on. But look,
<v Speaker 1>if just watch the shows, I can't I can't blame
<v Speaker 1>the crowds. You pay all this money, you pay all
<v Speaker 1>of this money to go to a WWE show to
<v Speaker 1>sit there and listen to a Bribella promo. I am
<v Speaker 1>I gonna sit here and blame the fans for not
<v Speaker 1>making noise. Z Ray with the fifteen. I'm so tired
<v Speaker 1>of the Grande Americano on WWE main show. They should
<v Speaker 1>just stay on Triple A because they are actually really
<v Speaker 1>good on there. It's a great gimmick for Kaiser. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it changed his whole career, you know, But Gab Gable
<v Speaker 1>doesn't need it anymore. Gable's been doing it long enough.
<v Speaker 1>Get him out from under that mask and let him
<v Speaker 1>move on to something else. Please. Dry Chicken, says Dave
<v Speaker 1>Chappelle is more smarter, more smarter than Triple H. I
<v Speaker 1>think he may be more smarter than the dry chicken
<v Speaker 1>without flavor. Come on, guy, the word more is redundant
<v Speaker 1>there in that sentence, so say a professor solo Monster. Also,
<v Speaker 1>Nick con needs to give Triple H a six month
<v Speaker 1>paid vacation and let Sewn Michaels, the Undertaker, and Bruce
<v Speaker 1>take turns being in charge. You lost me a Bruce
<v Speaker 1>uh Boss Toys with a fifteen Roman probably tells what
<v Speaker 1>he leaves behind in the toilet to acknowledge him. The
<v Speaker 1>wind outside, the spider on his ceiling. Acknowledge me. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>that's what he'll be telling all of the nurses in
<v Speaker 1>the old age home when he's eighty years old. Acknowledge me,
<v Speaker 1>and they'll be like, okay, Joe, and then they'll wheel
<v Speaker 1>him over to the window. See he get people. Watch
<v Speaker 1>as he looks at all the people outside, muttering to himself.
<v Speaker 1>Acknowledged me. Acknowledge me to refresh this list here? Oh,
<v Speaker 1>we hit the bonuskull. How about that? How about that?
<v Speaker 1>Very good? We may hit the regular goal too. A
<v Speaker 1>few more likes. I think we may have hit the
<v Speaker 1>likes goll diarrhea or die? Oh boy, Dr Low tells
<v Speaker 1>you what's on my mind. Dr Low. There, I said
<v Speaker 1>it right, See ten dollars super chat, Hello Solo. It's
<v Speaker 1>been a long time since I've attended a review. I've
<v Speaker 1>attended a live review. College has been a bitch. I'm
<v Speaker 1>really starting to crash out WWE product and my autism
<v Speaker 1>brain can't take it. Well, apparently I'm also dyslexic. I'm
<v Speaker 1>sorry for calling you, Sorry for calling you diarrhea. I
<v Speaker 1>just I looked at the name and the first place
<v Speaker 1>my mind went to. But I'm glad you could join
<v Speaker 1>for a live review and uh look college college can
<v Speaker 1>be a bitch, but you'll get through it. I believe
<v Speaker 1>in you. Yes, Raw Raw, I got you confused with
<v Speaker 1>Raw Raw was diarrhea tonight, not d Arlow. Alex says,
<v Speaker 1>can you see Mayu e Watani succeed in today's WWE? No,
<v Speaker 1>look at Julia. I'm gonna sit here and tell you
<v Speaker 1>that I have faith that Mayui Watani would do well
<v Speaker 1>in w W. Mayui Watani as far as her talent,
<v Speaker 1>she could do well anywhere in the world. In WWE.
<v Speaker 1>Do I have faith that she would be utilized in
<v Speaker 1>the way my Mayui Watani should be utilized. Absolutely? Not, No,
<v Speaker 1>I don't. Jared Edwards from Tampa Bay went to backlash.
<v Speaker 1>Raw tonight was midh Yes, it was justin g sorry
<v Speaker 1>half dead tonight. We love you, Solo, It's all good, brother.
<v Speaker 1>Were you there? Were you in Knoxville? Boots with a
<v Speaker 1>ten dollars super chat. I acknowledge you, Solo. I acknowledge you, Boots,
<v Speaker 1>Always acknowledge Boots. The King has spoken, is Julia Japanese?
<v Speaker 1>I believe she's half Japanese half Italian. I do believe
<v Speaker 1>e J. Slimp. I told you this four years ago,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm still waiting for a Crush Dark Side episode.
<v Speaker 1>Would Quackenbush Wentz Aries and low Key make good episodes
<v Speaker 1>two went Zach Wentz no, uh the other ones? Could?
<v Speaker 1>I feel like Crush will Problem get that treatment at
<v Speaker 1>some point? Yeah, they do. People like Earthquake and Doink.
<v Speaker 1>I would imagine Brian Adams would probably get an episode
<v Speaker 1>at some point down the road. Jeremy Rose. Nothing to
<v Speaker 1>do with Punk or La Knight. Here's the thought, Triple
<v Speaker 1>H Punk Knight feud. I still feel like Punk's going
<v Speaker 1>to SmackDown if he's on RAW the next time we
<v Speaker 1>see him. I don't feel like he's gonna be on
<v Speaker 1>RAW for too much longer. And Boots, I'm answering the
<v Speaker 1>double be the booker and hit that like button open Challenge.
<v Speaker 1>Look at that The open Challenge has been accepted thanks
<v Speaker 1>to brother Boots justin g though with thirty seven months
<v Speaker 1>of channel membership thirty seven months already, it says, damn now,
<v Speaker 1>I got to hit forty eight. Thanks Solem Monster, Thank
<v Speaker 1>you Chat you make these shows sufferable. Well, thank you
<v Speaker 1>for your patronage. Yeah, so on nights like this we
<v Speaker 1>could all commiserate together. That's why we have a little
<v Speaker 1>community here. Eric Newton Channel member here. I stick through
<v Speaker 1>the shows because I love pro wrestling, but AW and
<v Speaker 1>WWE are making me question my love for with their
<v Speaker 1>bad booking of late Yeah, I mean this is not
<v Speaker 1>the most exciting period of wrestling, to say the least.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah people, the other night on Wednesday, actually during Dynamite,
<v Speaker 1>which was not a terrible show by any means, but like,
<v Speaker 1>I got the review done. What was it? I think
<v Speaker 1>it was sixty minutes. It was like an hour. They're like,
<v Speaker 1>oh my god, it cads got to be the fastest
<v Speaker 1>review ever. I'm like, I don't know what you want
<v Speaker 1>me to say. When I have stuff to talk about,
<v Speaker 1>I'll talk about it, you know. When there's not a
<v Speaker 1>lot to talk about, I don't know what you want
<v Speaker 1>for me. It's kind of the way it goes sometimes. Uffman,
<v Speaker 1>Oh that's from the other day, wherever wherever he may be.
<v Speaker 1>Never mind Uffman, never mind Alexander calling for Giant Gonzales.
<v Speaker 1>Tonight's oh yeah, let's see here. The wheel was five
<v Speaker 1>point fifteen and we're currently at five point forty two.
<v Speaker 1>So we went from potentially doing nob the Booker to
<v Speaker 1>doing two rounds of be the Booker. Tonight. We may
<v Speaker 1>well land on the Giant Gonzales again, I hope not.
<v Speaker 1>Can you imagine we land on Giant Gonzales and Great
<v Speaker 1>Collie in the same match. Can you imagine Giant Gonzales
<v Speaker 1>and Great Collie in a Punjabi prison match. It could
<v Speaker 1>very well happen tonight. This week's episode is sponsored by Wicks.
<v Speaker 1>Up until recently, I I had no idea what vibe
<v Speaker 1>coding was, but if you stop and think about it,
<v Speaker 1>it's exactly what it sounds like. And now, thanks to
<v Speaker 1>wix Harmony, you can vibe code an entire website just
<v Speaker 1>by typing in what you want and through the power
<v Speaker 1>of AI, you'll get a website that mirrors what you've
<v Speaker 1>pictured in your head and is functional right out of
<v Speaker 1>the gate. But wix Harmony doesn't force you to use
<v Speaker 1>AI for everything. Oh no, no, no, no no. You
<v Speaker 1>have options. You can still click and change whatever you
<v Speaker 1>want all on your own, or you can click on
<v Speaker 1>something then ask Aria, your AI agent, to change it
<v Speaker 1>for you. It's actually a really smart tool. It also
<v Speaker 1>solves the very annoying problem of having to prompt AI
<v Speaker 1>over and over again, even for the smallest changes. This
<v Speaker 1>is a lot more efficient and saves you a lot
<v Speaker 1>of time and aggravation. Join the millions of businesses that
<v Speaker 1>already use Wix and try wix Harmony for free right
<v Speaker 1>now at wix dot com slash Harmony. That's wix dot
<v Speaker 1>com slash harmony. Arabian Night Garzes seem to be gone.
<v Speaker 1>Did you see angels tweet? I have not seen any tweets.
<v Speaker 1>I saw a lot of dumb shit tweets all on
<v Speaker 1>my own before I went live tonight. I have not
<v Speaker 1>looked at Twitter since. I don't think I need to
<v Speaker 1>see a tweet though. I could just watch the television
<v Speaker 1>show tonight, and as I said before, that tells me
<v Speaker 1>everything I need to know about the state of Los
<v Speaker 1>Garza in WWE, I would not at all be shocked
<v Speaker 1>if they were gone very soon. In retro Koah, why
<v Speaker 1>not have the Sena Classic be an annual NXT call
<v Speaker 1>up tournament. The actual winner gets called up and fans
<v Speaker 1>vote on whoever else does also sure, I mean does
<v Speaker 1>any number of ways you could do something like that.
<v Speaker 1>I like the idea of main roster talent though interacting
<v Speaker 1>with NXT talent. I think that is a great idea.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just not sold on the execution of this based
<v Speaker 1>on the way he described it, I don't think he
<v Speaker 1>is either, especially when the guy pitching the idea literally
<v Speaker 1>stands in the ring and goes, man, I hope this works.
<v Speaker 1>We have to flush the details out, we have to
<v Speaker 1>tweet things a little bit. We still don't even have
<v Speaker 1>a date. We don't even know when this is happening.
<v Speaker 1>And mentioned the other day there's a Saturday Night's Made
<v Speaker 1>event in July of Madison Square Garden. Maybe that's the
<v Speaker 1>night to do it, unless they just want to add
<v Speaker 1>another pl to the calendar. A mystic Jay, thank you
<v Speaker 1>for the five. I'm convinced now that it's probably better
<v Speaker 1>if no Joshi's signed to any company here in the States.
<v Speaker 1>WWE and AW have not done a great job with
<v Speaker 1>them lately. Well, I mean, at least Sheeta's in some
<v Speaker 1>sort of story now in AW, so I mean at
<v Speaker 1>least there's not But yeah, at the moment, I can't
<v Speaker 1>say that any of them are involved in anything terribly great,
<v Speaker 1>even that story with her and Statlander. I wouldn't exactly
<v Speaker 1>call that a great story, but at least it is
<v Speaker 1>a story. And the story of tonight is that we
<v Speaker 1>are getting two rounds to be the booker, and we're
<v Speaker 1>getting it right now. Ladies and gentlemen, it is now
<v Speaker 1>time to be the booker, so let's get into it.
<v Speaker 1>ReHO is a ghost. Yeah, Riho shows up and then
<v Speaker 1>Riho disappears, and then Riho shows up, and then Riho disappears.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know where rio is right now. Maybe she's
<v Speaker 1>babysitting Kenny Omega's cat. I don't know. Hey, Larry, thank
<v Speaker 1>you for the two bucks. I predicted Gonzales, then tonight
<v Speaker 1>I predict Doink. Well, it's a good thing he didn't
<v Speaker 1>predict Dink because he's not in here. We have the
<v Speaker 1>reigning Hog Tag Team champions, Matt and Jeff Hardy, who
<v Speaker 1>will be making an appearance and defending those titles on
<v Speaker 1>May twenty second at House of Glory back in New York,
<v Speaker 1>a week from Friday. That's where I'll be. I ain't
<v Speaker 1>watching SmackDown that night. I'll be at the NYC Arena
<v Speaker 1>and it will be the Hardy's defending those titles against
<v Speaker 1>the Butcher and the Blade. How do we feel about this?
<v Speaker 1>The Butcher and the What are the Butcher and the
<v Speaker 1>Blade even up to these days? The Butcher and the Blade?
<v Speaker 1>Women's be the Booker Willow Nightingale, the reigning TBS champion,
<v Speaker 1>and Willow Nightingale will be defending against Ole. By goodness,
<v Speaker 1>what a match? What a match? What a match that
<v Speaker 1>would have been? Huh, Bianca Belair against Willow Nightingale? Sign
<v Speaker 1>me up for that, and imagine all the women in
<v Speaker 1>aw that Bianca could work with a whole new roster
<v Speaker 1>of talent for her to work with. To be honest
<v Speaker 1>with you, when she comes back to WWE, she will
<v Speaker 1>have been gone for so long that she'll have a
<v Speaker 1>whole new roster of talent to work with. She'll be
<v Speaker 1>working with j C. Jane and soul Ruka, Keana, James, Stephanie.
<v Speaker 1>I just hope she could come back. Period. If that
<v Speaker 1>finger never heals properly, she may never be cleared and
<v Speaker 1>our main event Live Morgan gives you her room key.
<v Speaker 1>Now pick a stip, which we're going to be doing
<v Speaker 1>in round number two, but I guess we have to
<v Speaker 1>pick one. Now we're getting started early here on the steps. Everybody,
<v Speaker 1>just stay away from that Punjabi prison. Just stay away
<v Speaker 1>from that Punjabi prison. Okay, dog collar we're getting the
<v Speaker 1>dog collar match. Dog collar matches are generally very violent.
<v Speaker 1>This match here that you see a photo of Roddy
<v Speaker 1>Piper legitimately got his ear drum busted by Greg Ballentine.
<v Speaker 1>And then, of course, if you think back to CM
<v Speaker 1>Punk and MJF, that was a very bloody, very violent
<v Speaker 1>dog collar match. Who will do the stipulation? Proud this
<v Speaker 1>time the nature boy Rick Flair with the greatest championship
<v Speaker 1>belt ever made, the good old winged Eagle. This is
<v Speaker 1>an iconic image right here. It's the blue. The blue
<v Speaker 1>really brings it out. Rick Flair in a dog collar
<v Speaker 1>match against c V Punk, who I just mentioned was
<v Speaker 1>in an excellent classic dog collar match. He's going back
<v Speaker 1>to the pound, He's going back to the dog match.
<v Speaker 1>And actually, you know CM Punk against old school Rick
<v Speaker 1>Flair in a dog collar match would be a hell
<v Speaker 1>of a match. I have to say, Like I'm talking
<v Speaker 1>nineteen eighty nine, nineteen eighty seven, Rick Flair against CM Punk.
<v Speaker 1>That was a clean sweep. Yes it was. I almost forgot.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, I almost forgot the sweep sound. Can't miss
<v Speaker 1>the sweep sound. What a great match this would have
<v Speaker 1>been the promos alone. Yes, yes, indeed, eighty six Flare
<v Speaker 1>against twenty eleven Punk in a dog collar match. I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure Dave would give it four and three quarter stars, unless,
<v Speaker 1>of course, it is held in a certain location, then
<v Speaker 1>he might go the full Monty on it, give it
<v Speaker 1>the full five. Okay, bonus round. You guys unlocked it,
<v Speaker 1>So let's do it. We got stipulations for each of
<v Speaker 1>these three matches, and we're not wasting any time here.
<v Speaker 1>You know, usually you build to it, you peak with
<v Speaker 1>the main event. We are opening with an exploding barbed
<v Speaker 1>wire deathmatch, a tag team exploding barbed wire deathmatch, which
<v Speaker 1>is very difficult to envision because it has to be
<v Speaker 1>Tornado style. Nobody can stand on the apron. It's far
<v Speaker 1>too dangerous, so they all need to be in the
<v Speaker 1>same ring or in the ring at the same time.
<v Speaker 1>Public Enemy, Oh, I think they'll love this. I don't
<v Speaker 1>think they'll mind Public Enemy an exploding barbed wire deathmatch.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my god, Jesus Christ against Brizongo. There will be
<v Speaker 1>no double sweep tonight. There were a lot of viable
<v Speaker 1>teams that would have worked well with UH. I feel
<v Speaker 1>like it would have worked well with Public Enemy, and
<v Speaker 1>this is not one of them. I don't like this match.
<v Speaker 1>This doesn't work. This doesn't work for me. Brother, What
<v Speaker 1>are you acting? Said? People acting surprised in the chats,
<v Speaker 1>fucking Brizongo. I'm not belling Brazongo in Public Enemy in
<v Speaker 1>a fucking barbed wire death match. The fuck out of here,
<v Speaker 1>anybody of your mind? Last man standing? So we will
<v Speaker 1>put a little wo in there, and we'll make it
<v Speaker 1>a last woman standing because we're going with the ladies here.
<v Speaker 1>As a David, as David Schultz would say, it's a
<v Speaker 1>last one man. It's a one man last woman Julia Stardom, Julia,
<v Speaker 1>What belt is that? It's the red Belt? I thought
<v Speaker 1>I had a name. I guess we'll just call it
<v Speaker 1>the Stardom Red Belt. This is this is peek Julia
<v Speaker 1>right here, Last woman's standing match with Julia and Mariah
<v Speaker 1>May Wow, look at that. Yeah, hired gun podcasts like,
<v Speaker 1>it's just a very it's a very unintelligent comment because
<v Speaker 1>I don't like what you like. Therefore, people are haters
<v Speaker 1>because they don't like what you like. You accept mediocrity.
<v Speaker 1>I don't accept mediocrity. That's the difference between you and me.
<v Speaker 1>If you want to accept mediocrity, be my guest. That's fine.
<v Speaker 1>I have no problem with that. You do, you brother,
<v Speaker 1>but don't tell me what to like and what not
<v Speaker 1>to like. That's one podcast I will not be listening
<v Speaker 1>to is the Hired Gun podcast where everything is rainbows
<v Speaker 1>and unicorns. Fuck off with that. That sounds fucking boring.
<v Speaker 1>And now our main event, shit, yeah, well, Shill's got
<v Speaker 1>a shill. That's what they do. Our main event is
<v Speaker 1>going to be a strap match. Get the strap. We
<v Speaker 1>got a main event to book. Here we go. Let's
<v Speaker 1>see what we got. We got the world's strongest men,
<v Speaker 1>that is what we got. We got Mark Henry in
<v Speaker 1>a strap match. One yank of the strap, though, and
<v Speaker 1>you're gonna go flying across the ring. It's it's almost unfair. Hm. Wow,
<v Speaker 1>talk about talk about a hoss fight Mark Henry and
<v Speaker 1>Big Bronson Reid in a strap match. I like that.
<v Speaker 1>I'd watch that match. I don't even think you need
<v Speaker 1>the strap for that. Just put those two guys in
<v Speaker 1>the ring together and let them just beat the hell
<v Speaker 1>out of each other. That sounds good to me. It's
<v Speaker 1>right meat meet madness, as they say, is what that
<v Speaker 1>match is? Some good shit there, man. I think we
<v Speaker 1>booked some good ones there tonight, if I do say
<v Speaker 1>so myself. We didn't get the sweep there in round two,
<v Speaker 1>but I think we did pretty well. We got a
<v Speaker 1>bunch of messages here to get to you guys want
<v Speaker 1>to keep the party going. That's fine with me. Hey,
<v Speaker 1>Firepan to thank you for forty three months of membership.
<v Speaker 1>I think Bully Ray won for sad tweet of the Week. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I just saw. I saw some stuff. He was just
<v Speaker 1>saying something about CZW and I guess fans who misbehaved
<v Speaker 1>during a ten bell salute to Eddie Guerrero years ago?
<v Speaker 1>Is that? Is that what I was. I was trying to,
<v Speaker 1>like halfway pay attention to what was going on, but
<v Speaker 1>I gotta be honest, I really was not interested. I
<v Speaker 1>was busy preparing for Uncrowned tomorrow brand new episode. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, there you go, the Uncrowned Wrestling podcast dropping
<v Speaker 1>tomorrow Chicago for MBK, thank you for the two bucks.
<v Speaker 1>Clavy Man oh seven, who's in tonight's I for an eye,
<v Speaker 1>I wonder, and no eye for an eye matches tonight. Hey, Polaris,
<v Speaker 1>great meeting you too, brother. I met a lot of
<v Speaker 1>really cool people in La. Oh. I didn't meet the
<v Speaker 1>Learning Tree though, but I got to meet Polaris, and
<v Speaker 1>I got to meet Lucas, and I got to meet God.
<v Speaker 1>I met so many people. James, I told you eventually
<v Speaker 1>I would get out to la and I missed it
<v Speaker 1>in January, but I was not going to miss it
<v Speaker 1>this time, so I was happy to see everybody there. Well,
<v Speaker 1>we'll be out there again in a few months. Abystle
<v Speaker 1>Zones been watching full Raw episodes since the Netflix premiere,
<v Speaker 1>but tonight was so boring. I finally hit the point
<v Speaker 1>where I couldn't keep it up anymore. Yeah, it's just
<v Speaker 1>very dead. It's just very very dead. MGM ball and
<v Speaker 1>gonna make another case for Tony Soprano and be the booker.
<v Speaker 1>He did a wicked curb stomp in season six? Was
<v Speaker 1>that too, Coco? I believe probably the most satisfying scene
<v Speaker 1>in the season, if not the entire show, the sound
<v Speaker 1>of the teeth hitting the floor, though I WinCE even
<v Speaker 1>thinking about it, not to say he didn't have it coming. Though,
<v Speaker 1>fire Panda solo. Do you have a favorite awful match?
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, by the way, fire Panda for the fifty
<v Speaker 1>dollars Gundhar. Fire Panda always knows how to deliver in
<v Speaker 1>the clutch. Oh, do I have a favorite like kind
<v Speaker 1>of like a guilty pleasure awful match. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>There have been so many awful matches over the years,
<v Speaker 1>but usually they're just so awful I have no interest
<v Speaker 1>in going back to see them. For example, the Kennel
<v Speaker 1>from Hell at Unforgiven in ninety nine, So that's one
<v Speaker 1>of those disasters that I wouldn't say is a fun
<v Speaker 1>bad match that I often go back and watch. I
<v Speaker 1>don't go back and watch bad matches. I can't say
<v Speaker 1>that I have a favorite. I'm trying to think, though,
<v Speaker 1>favorite bad match HBK versus Hulk that but that was
<v Speaker 1>not a bad match, though he over sold for Hogan,
<v Speaker 1>but it was actually by especially by Hogan standards in
<v Speaker 1>five it was actually a pretty good match. Ah the
<v Speaker 1>hog Pen match. Yah, it's funny you mentioned that I
<v Speaker 1>just watched the hog Pen match. It was it was
<v Speaker 1>one of the things on the Vault. Actually the Vault
<v Speaker 1>uploaded the hog Pen match and sometime in the last
<v Speaker 1>few months. Yeah, I mean that that could be that
<v Speaker 1>could be a match. Maybe I throw on the list. No, no, no,
<v Speaker 1>the blindfold match is a great match. I will fight
<v Speaker 1>anybody who says that Jake Roberts and Rick Martell blindfold
<v Speaker 1>match or WRESTLEMANI it was a bad match. You don't
<v Speaker 1>know pro wrestling. If you thought that was a bad match,
<v Speaker 1>you don't know what pro wrestling is. I will I
<v Speaker 1>will shame you. I will throw you in the shame corner.
<v Speaker 1>That's a great match. It's a great match, and it's
<v Speaker 1>a great lesson in how to get the fans involved.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, Jake was a master at it was. It
<v Speaker 1>was a very entertaining match, served its purpose. I thought
<v Speaker 1>it was great for what it was supposed to be.
<v Speaker 1>Warm corn Toga loa super fan, I'm calling you out.
<v Speaker 1>This is for the Tonga. This is for the Tonga.
<v Speaker 1>Loa hater. You beat him in the barbed wire taco
<v Speaker 1>bell match. You and me Wendy's Inferno match. A Wendy's
<v Speaker 1>Inferno matchuh a, sendpai, have a good night, and Yuki
<v Speaker 1>oh rules. At least no one got hit in the
<v Speaker 1>face with any white stuff tonight. Well, if they would have,
<v Speaker 1>that would have been more exciting than almost anything else
<v Speaker 1>we saw on Monday Night, Bro. But alas, yes, there
<v Speaker 1>was no There was no white stuff being shot up
<v Speaker 1>into someone's face tonight. There's always next week. EJ Slam
<v Speaker 1>with the four ninety nine. I've been watching a lot
<v Speaker 1>of old school wrestling lately, and honestly I feel more
<v Speaker 1>connected to Race, Backwinkle, and Funk than Bruno or Backland.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah I don't. I mean, I don't know if I
<v Speaker 1>would say I feel more connected to them. But if
<v Speaker 1>you were to give me the option of watching Bruno
<v Speaker 1>and Backland matches or watching Race or Backwinkle matches, I
<v Speaker 1>would watch Raisin Backwin. Bockwinkle. Backwinkle and Heenan were a
<v Speaker 1>tremendous pairing in the AWA, which I never really fully
<v Speaker 1>appreciated because I didn't watch the AWA back then. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't have access to it, I didn't watch it. So
<v Speaker 1>my knowledge of Heenen really started with the Heenen family
<v Speaker 1>in WWF, you know, not knowing at the time that
<v Speaker 1>the heena and family was a thing even before the WWF.
<v Speaker 1>But you go back and watch old Bockwinkle title defenses,
<v Speaker 1>and you know him and Heenan together and they were
<v Speaker 1>a great pairing. Bockwinkle was a great champion, a great wrestler.
<v Speaker 1>Don Stony, thank you for the five shout out as
<v Speaker 1>always the DTKC Spitball Media Wrestling Soup, and as always
<v Speaker 1>keV Castle shout out to keV and Justin g theme
<v Speaker 1>theme with well, oh, a theme that had no right
<v Speaker 1>to go so hard the stud Stable. I'll tell you what, man,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if it ever made TV or not,
<v Speaker 1>because I do remember it being it might have been
<v Speaker 1>an off air thing that I saw, but in NXT
<v Speaker 1>when they were still at full sale and Eric Bugenhagen
<v Speaker 1>was still there right the or some people would know
<v Speaker 1>him later on Rick Boogs, he had an instrumental theme
<v Speaker 1>that he would come out to. That theme had no
<v Speaker 1>right going as hard as it did, and I really
<v Speaker 1>wish he would have brought that up to TV. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you can find examples of wrestlers who had a theme
<v Speaker 1>song that just I mean demolition of course, like the
<v Speaker 1>Rick Derringer theme that went hard. It's a great song
<v Speaker 1>to this day, it's a great song. It's timeless. Four Horsemen.
<v Speaker 1>Four Horsemen had a few different themes. My favorite Four
<v Speaker 1>Horsemen theme was not the one with the galloping the
<v Speaker 1>galloping horses. That was good, not saying it wasn't, but
<v Speaker 1>my favorite one was the one they used. It was
<v Speaker 1>sometime in the mid nineties, and it sounded. The best
<v Speaker 1>way I could describe it is it sounded like something
<v Speaker 1>out of like a porn movie. It was a great song, though.
<v Speaker 1>It was a great song. Clay v Man says Wendy's
<v Speaker 1>Inferno match bathroom bral bathroom brawl. Now you're thinking of
<v Speaker 1>Taco Bell Inferno match. I'm sure there have been many
<v Speaker 1>infernos in the Taco Bell bathroom over the years. Warm
<v Speaker 1>Corn also pinfalls will count to ten thousand in our match.
<v Speaker 1>That sounds terrible and lost dil with a nine ninety nine.
<v Speaker 1>Does TKO slash wwe refuse to play Joe Hendry's music
<v Speaker 1>or what? And if yes, why would that be his
<v Speaker 1>music would immediately introduce his character to new people. I
<v Speaker 1>don't disagree. I don't know if it's some sort of
<v Speaker 1>rights thing where they just don't really want to play
<v Speaker 1>it on their show. I don't have a good answer
<v Speaker 1>for you. Tonight, he just magically showed up at ringside
<v Speaker 1>and was playing guitar. That's how they introduced him tonight.
<v Speaker 1>He didn't get an entrance. Don't have a good answer
<v Speaker 1>for you. Do I remember Rob Conway? I do. He
<v Speaker 1>had a very memorable theme song himself. Sounded very Randy
<v Speaker 1>Newman esque. Definitely sounded like a Randy Newman song. Didn't
<v Speaker 1>Alias even get a CD. Yes, I believe Elias came
<v Speaker 1>out with his own album when he was in WWE.
<v Speaker 1>I believe the name of it was Universal Truth, and
<v Speaker 1>as I said at the time, universal being one of
<v Speaker 1>the many titles that he will never win. And I
<v Speaker 1>was right. See solo Monster is always right. The Winston
<v Speaker 1>slip your favorite last Man's Standing match Triple H and
<v Speaker 1>christ Jerica Fully Loaded two thousand is definitely one of
<v Speaker 1>my favorites. Like, when I think of last man's standing matches,
<v Speaker 1>that's usually the first one I'll come to. It's usually
<v Speaker 1>the first one I'll think of. For some reason, I
<v Speaker 1>thought Rock and Triple H had one, but no, they
<v Speaker 1>had a strap match, they had a ladder match, and
<v Speaker 1>they had an Iron Man match and a cage match.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think they ever had a last Man's standing though. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>Milmaerts and Luca Underground. He had a great theme. So yeah,
<v Speaker 1>super Pony, I think you're right. I think he thought
<v Speaker 1>Raw was was a fantastic show tonight. Yeah, good for him.
<v Speaker 1>Was it Midian and Viscera that came out to a
<v Speaker 1>generic version of Demolition? No, I don't think so. The
<v Speaker 1>Winston slips still mad that Jericho never beat Triple H officially,
<v Speaker 1>Well there's a reason for that, warm corn I almost
<v Speaker 1>forgot naked. Midian is our referee. Except no, I will not.
<v Speaker 1>I will never accept that. Yeah, Triple H and Y
<v Speaker 1>two J again that that that one of Full Loaded.
<v Speaker 1>I actually have a lot of fond memories of that
<v Speaker 1>Fully Loaded show. I remember what they were trying to
<v Speaker 1>do at that time, because that pay per view they
<v Speaker 1>were really trying to push. I mean, they weren't like
<v Speaker 1>new new like they had just gotten to the company
<v Speaker 1>or anything. But Jericho was less than a year in,
<v Speaker 1>Ben Wah was less than a year in, Kurt Angle
<v Speaker 1>was less than a year in, and they were all
<v Speaker 1>featured in big matches on that show. So they headlined
<v Speaker 1>with Rock and Benoo who had a very good match.
<v Speaker 1>They had Undertaker against Angle, and I don't remember too
<v Speaker 1>much about that match, and then they had Rock or
<v Speaker 1>Triple H in Jericho, which was excellent. It was an
<v Speaker 1>excellent match. Yeah, Rock and Benoa was great. If I remember.
<v Speaker 1>I think Rock and Benwa I think they did a
<v Speaker 1>false finish in that match where ben Wah won, but
<v Speaker 1>then the match got restarted. I'm remembering correct. Any update
<v Speaker 1>on the Lucha Underground news nothing nothing. I'm starting to
<v Speaker 1>think it probably is something like the old episodes being
<v Speaker 1>hosted in some new place, because if it was some
<v Speaker 1>sort of actual, you know, revival, people would know about it.
<v Speaker 1>You know, people would have to be higher, there would
<v Speaker 1>be some sort of project, and nobody knows what the
<v Speaker 1>hell it is, so it's probably tied into the old episodes,
<v Speaker 1>would be my guess. Yes, ben Watch cheated to win,
<v Speaker 1>and then fully that's right, Commissioner fully restarted the match
<v Speaker 1>and the Rock won. That's right. Don't forget the Broods theme.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think any of us who were watching back
<v Speaker 1>then will ever forget the Brud's theme, the Broods theme,
<v Speaker 1>and the whole press was great. Lucha above Ground coming
<v Speaker 1>in twenty twenty seven, I think we have enough Lucha
<v Speaker 1>above ground these days. We get a lot of lucha
<v Speaker 1>these days. Crash Crash Holly's theme so generic but went hard.
<v Speaker 1>They used a lot of generic production music back then.
<v Speaker 1>The Hardy's music, The Hardy Boys music is a production track.
<v Speaker 1>I still hear it in commercials from time to time. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>that's right. Yes, the Rakishi dive off the cage onto
<v Speaker 1>val dumb shit, that's right. That was also on that show,
<v Speaker 1>and nobody ever talks about it. Nobody ever talks about that.
<v Speaker 1>To me, that is one of the more impressive sites, spots, stunts,
<v Speaker 1>whatever you want to call it, that WWE has ever done.
<v Speaker 1>My palms were like I remember watching that, My palms
<v Speaker 1>were sweaty because you got the just the regular mesh
<v Speaker 1>cage and Rakeshi's a big guy, you know, he's up
<v Speaker 1>there and he's got the big ass and everything. He
<v Speaker 1>could very easily tip over and fall backwards. And he
<v Speaker 1>climbs to the top, like the tippy top of that cage,
<v Speaker 1>and he's in the corner and he's holding onto the beam,
<v Speaker 1>like the corner beam, and it would be scary enough
<v Speaker 1>if he did like a big splash from the top
<v Speaker 1>of the cage there, but man, he starts to inch
<v Speaker 1>his way over towards the center, and he's he has
<v Speaker 1>nothing to hold on to, and he's just inching over slowly, inching, inching,
<v Speaker 1>inching until he gets to the center and he does
<v Speaker 1>this dramatic like just look straight ahead, and the hardcam
<v Speaker 1>gets a zoom in like a close up shot of
<v Speaker 1>his face, and the building feels like it's shaking. I
<v Speaker 1>think you see the camera shaking, and I'm just like,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sweating bullets over here and I'm not even in
<v Speaker 1>the match. And then you also like, what must Valve
<v Speaker 1>be thinking as he's laying there on the mat down
<v Speaker 1>below taking this spot. You see this giant man jumping
<v Speaker 1>off the top of the cage and he's gonna land
<v Speaker 1>on top of you and knock all the wind out
<v Speaker 1>of you, and it's like, holy shit, that could have
<v Speaker 1>gone so wrong, but it was incredible. How that's not
<v Speaker 1>in all the like opening montages or highlight package when
<v Speaker 1>they have classic foo I have no idea that's more
<v Speaker 1>impressive than most. Yeah, Undertaker threw him off the hell
<v Speaker 1>in a cell, but to me, that's not as impressive.
<v Speaker 1>The Rakishi cage match bump with Valvenus is far more impressive.
<v Speaker 1>To me. Even though the Hell in a Cell is
<v Speaker 1>technically a little bit higher. All it wasn't even a
<v Speaker 1>choke slam. All Undertaker did was just shove. You just
<v Speaker 1>shoved them backwards. And there's this giant truck with all
<v Speaker 1>the hay that was his landing pad. That looked easy
<v Speaker 1>compared to what he did in the matter of vowel. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>It's why I always say Man WWE in two thousand
<v Speaker 1>to me, I think overall, top to bottom, that's their
<v Speaker 1>best year creatively talent. They had the killer matches that
<v Speaker 1>they put on. She's probably just the overall excitement of
<v Speaker 1>the product. Two thousand to me is like peak it is.
<v Speaker 1>Look at all the pay per views they did that year,
<v Speaker 1>so many great pay per views, Royal Rumble, Backlash, fully Loaded,
<v Speaker 1>Judgment Day. Yeah, a great year. Great video game too, huh.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't play too much of it, but they did
<v Speaker 1>have a Wrestle many a two thousand video game. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>And that's considering that that year they barely had any
<v Speaker 1>Steve Austin stone Cold was out for like nine months
<v Speaker 1>that year. Rock and Triple h men. I mean they
<v Speaker 1>had a great supporting cast of characters with the radicals
<v Speaker 1>and Kurt Angle and Rakishi and Shane McMahon was going
<v Speaker 1>out there having crazy. I mean, think about this. I
<v Speaker 1>mean that was the year where Shane had the match
<v Speaker 1>with Kurt Angle at the King of the Ring. And
<v Speaker 1>I think it was SummerSlam that year, right that he
<v Speaker 1>had that hardcore match with Steve Blackman where he took
<v Speaker 1>that just insane backwards bump off the beam, the scaffolding,
<v Speaker 1>whatever you want to call it, like fifty feet backwards.
<v Speaker 1>He just falls backwards. Who does that? Who does that?
<v Speaker 1>He does because he's out of his mind? Warm corn
<v Speaker 1>two thousand was a good year. But WrestleMania two thousand, no, well,
<v Speaker 1>I said the video, Yeah, I didn't mean wre Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania itself that year was yeah, no, absolutely not. Oh
<v Speaker 1>two thousand and one King of the Ring, right, right, right,
<v Speaker 1>But it was two thousand SummerSlam, I believe when he
<v Speaker 1>took that bump from Steve Blackman. There's James, The year
<v Speaker 1>two thousand is when I became a wrestling fan. He says, well,
<v Speaker 1>congrats twenty six years of you being a wrestling fan.
<v Speaker 1>Are you feeling old yet? The monster playing WrestleMania two
<v Speaker 1>thousand would be better than Raw. Yes, I think I
<v Speaker 1>think solo Monster watching WrestleMania two thousand times would be
<v Speaker 1>better than Raw. Harry says, I've been a wrestling fan
<v Speaker 1>for twenty seven years. Wow, and Joe, that Joe guy's
<v Speaker 1>got you all beat. It's like, wait until you get
<v Speaker 1>to forty one years of watching pro wrestling. Is he
<v Speaker 1>has spoken like a true grizzled vett. He's seen some shit,
<v Speaker 1>he's been in the trenches. You're like me, Well, thank
<v Speaker 1>you guys for hanging out with me on a Monday night.
<v Speaker 1>We always have to try to enter retain ourselves, especially
<v Speaker 1>at nights like this, where I just thought on the
<v Speaker 1>whole We're aw was pretty boring tonight. It had its moments,
<v Speaker 1>but yeah, not the most exciting show. Jeremy says, WrestleMania
<v Speaker 1>two thousand sucks, but the pay per view had a
<v Speaker 1>cool look. It had a cool song. That song California.
<v Speaker 1>Do you know? I was one of the schmucks who
<v Speaker 1>actually sat through WrestleMania all day long, the big, the
<v Speaker 1>big pre show thing, which was like six actually no,
<v Speaker 1>it was like it wasn't six hours. I think it
<v Speaker 1>was like ten hours. Yeah, I was one of the idiots.
<v Speaker 1>Who sat through it. That was before WrestleMania even started
<v Speaker 1>that night. That was actually better than WrestleMania that night.
<v Speaker 1>So tomorrow some programming notes here. Tomorrow, as I said before,
<v Speaker 1>is a brand new episode of The Uncrowned Wrestling Show
<v Speaker 1>dropping later in the afternoon. You know where to go
<v Speaker 1>for that. If not, check the description down below. I
<v Speaker 1>have a link to the feed for the Uncrowned Wrestling Show.
<v Speaker 1>There will be no Tuesday Night Titans tomorrow. One of
<v Speaker 1>the Titans will not be here, so we cannot do
<v Speaker 1>the show. However, we will be doing TNT but on
<v Speaker 1>Thursday Night for one week only, so we will be
<v Speaker 1>bumping the show back by two days. Wednesday night is
<v Speaker 1>the Dynamite post show. Friday Night is the SmackDown post show,
<v Speaker 1>and then we have a brand new SoundOff next Sunday
<v Speaker 1>and the cycle repeats all over again. So that is
<v Speaker 1>where you can find me. I hope you will join.
<v Speaker 1>I hope you will tune in. Yes, I was also
<v Speaker 1>one of the schmucks who paid eight dollars for a sock. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>mister Soco. I bought mister Soko from WWE shop. They
<v Speaker 1>only gave me one sock. I paid eight dollars plus shipping,
<v Speaker 1>so technically I pay twelve dollars for one sock. I
<v Speaker 1>still have that sock. By the way, maybe we'll bust
<v Speaker 1>out mister Soko one of these nights, and when we
<v Speaker 1>have another show like this, I can strangle myself with
<v Speaker 1>mister Soco, I will shove the sock down my own
<v Speaker 1>throat under my mandible and give myself the mandible claw.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe Friday, the way SmackDown's been going, that could happen
<v Speaker 1>this week. Be well, stay safe and I will see
<v Speaker 1>you guys back here Wednesday night for the Dynamite post show.
<v Speaker 1>Come on by. We'll try to do be the booker again.
<v Speaker 1>Until then, I want you to acknowledge me.
