<v Speaker 2>she prioritized fermented food. So not only the yogurt, the kimchi,
<v Speaker 2>all the things that help. The big thing they took
<v Speaker 2>away from the study is that gut health is closely
<v Speaker 2>tied to aging. So that's where they were like, hey,
<v Speaker 2>look at Maria eating yogurt every day. It's what helped
<v Speaker 2>her live so long. So researchers are saying, if you
<v Speaker 2>add it to your diet, it could help you out
<v Speaker 2>as well.
