<v Speaker 1>Jerey, Katie and Josh one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>I have just totally been doctor Jeremy this morning. A
<v Speaker 2>little bit ago. I was telling you that you need
<v Speaker 2>to lose some lbs and you can start by just
<v Speaker 2>doing eighty five hundred steps a day to start losing weight.
<v Speaker 2>And now another story right here, if you're waking up
<v Speaker 2>all groggy.
<v Speaker 3>Because you didn't sleep well last.
<v Speaker 2>Night, they're saying that all you need to do is
<v Speaker 2>start practicing yoga. Yoga can significantly improve sleep quality for
<v Speaker 2>individuals struggling with insomnia.
<v Speaker 3>It was a big, big deal.
<v Speaker 2>It was like twenty two different studies, almost fifteen hundred participants,
<v Speaker 2>and they all went out and did a little yoga
<v Speaker 2>or tai chi, you know, the body, just moving your
<v Speaker 2>body a little bit, and it enhanced their sleep. I
<v Speaker 2>don't know, I've never really done yoga, so I guess
<v Speaker 2>I could try this and see if it works for me.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, well, I guess does it have to be a
<v Speaker 1>certain time of day or it's.
<v Speaker 3>Just yoga overall?
<v Speaker 1>I'm wondering, right the fore bed that helps Swiss sleep.
<v Speaker 3>It doesn't say what time of day, so it must
<v Speaker 3>be just yoga in daily practice.
<v Speaker 2>We'll give you about an additional two hours of sleep
<v Speaker 2>per night, which is a big chunk. If you're having
<v Speaker 2>a hard time sleep in two hours ain't nothing to
<v Speaker 2>you know, fart at.
<v Speaker 3>So yeah, get out there and do somemoga.
<v Speaker 2>I take that back. I did do yoga once and
<v Speaker 2>it was the hot yoga pulled me into hot yoga.
<v Speaker 2>And I speaking of fart and I mean it smelled
<v Speaker 2>really bad.
<v Speaker 3>It was stinky in there. So I will never do
<v Speaker 3>hot goat yoga. I'll do it now. Speaking of sleep,
<v Speaker 3>I'm playing a page.
<v Speaker 2>I've done this a couple of times in the past
<v Speaker 2>month of I used to be cool, but now it's
<v Speaker 2>my wife.
<v Speaker 3>She used to be cool. Uh.
<v Speaker 2>The other day, the old doorbell rang and there was
<v Speaker 2>an Amazon package sitting out front and it was just
<v Speaker 2>like flat, completely flat package.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, what the heck is this? What did
<v Speaker 3>she ordered? She goes, oh, my wedge pillow is here,
<v Speaker 3>and I was like what. And she opened it up
<v Speaker 3>and it was like vacuum sealed, so it's like that
<v Speaker 3>memory foam. So she sliced it open and this thing went.
<v Speaker 2>Completely exploded and expanded like twelve inches right, been there, Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>and it's a giant triangle essentially because she's having issues
<v Speaker 2>with snoring. Still, my wife is a snoror. I love
<v Speaker 2>her to pieces, but all night long. So anyway, if
<v Speaker 2>you look at the pictures are ridiculous on Amazon. It's
<v Speaker 2>a giant like wedge of cheese looking thing like. It's
<v Speaker 2>like like a triangle and you sleep at an angle
<v Speaker 2>and it's supposed to help you not snore. They also
<v Speaker 2>list a bunch of other things back pain relief, acid reflux,
<v Speaker 2>sleep app in the blah blah blah.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and is this one of those things too that
<v Speaker 1>is like three feet long? Is it a really long?
<v Speaker 2>It's longer than that, Katie, I take it back it well,
<v Speaker 2>so it's seven inches thick in the back and it
<v Speaker 2>goes down to you know, nothing, but I would say
<v Speaker 2>it is probably three feet across, okay, by maybe three
<v Speaker 2>ft deep.
<v Speaker 3>It's it's big. It takes up a big slice of
<v Speaker 3>the bag. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
<v Speaker 2>She used to be cool on her side with back sleeper,
<v Speaker 2>and that's part of the problem.
<v Speaker 3>So this is elevating her on her back.
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, I pulled up here you go there? See that,
<v Speaker 2>doesn't she look beautiful? She looks like Cinderella.
<v Speaker 1>I was thinking it was a pillow that she snuggled
<v Speaker 1>up against night, Like it's just to keep her that way.
<v Speaker 2>Like if I had a motorcycle, I'd take it outside
<v Speaker 2>and put it on the ground and take a sweet
<v Speaker 2>jump off.
<v Speaker 1>Well, it's behind her. It's like it's behind her and
<v Speaker 1>she lays down on it on her head and that
<v Speaker 1>helps her.
<v Speaker 2>All I know is I looked over last night. Is
<v Speaker 2>it time to file papers?
<v Speaker 3>Is it time
