<v Speaker 1>This Sunday is double or nothing. Tonight was the final
<v Speaker 1>Dynamite before the pay per view. Finally we are here.
<v Speaker 1>We've had title defense after title defense after title defense
<v Speaker 1>by Darby Allen. Somehow he keeps finding ways to win.
<v Speaker 1>Tonight was more of the same. We had another Darby
<v Speaker 1>Allen title defense. We had a very bloody, hardcore match.
<v Speaker 1>We had some really good wrestling, basically your typical Dynamite.
<v Speaker 1>You get some good wrestling matches, you get your garbage bloodbath,
<v Speaker 1>which we got tonight with Tamaso Champa and Mark Brisco,
<v Speaker 1>and we had Darby in the main event defending the
<v Speaker 1>aw World Championship against Speedball Mike Bailey. And this was
<v Speaker 1>his seventh title defense in a month. He's been defending
<v Speaker 1>this title NonStop, not only every week, but in some
<v Speaker 1>cases multiple times in the span of a week. Tonight
<v Speaker 1>was the last of the bunch and now on Sunday
<v Speaker 1>it's him in MJF title versus Hair. Tonight was also,
<v Speaker 1>by the way, a three hour block that is still
<v Speaker 1>not over yet. But I don't do collision. We talk
<v Speaker 1>about dynamite here we did. We will talk a little
<v Speaker 1>bit about what happened at the very beginning of Collision
<v Speaker 1>because the end of Dynamite bled over into it. But yeah,
<v Speaker 1>they've been doing this a few times recently where we
<v Speaker 1>have these three hour blocks and hopefully it's not And
<v Speaker 1>again the sports schedule has a lot to do with it.
<v Speaker 1>But I always hope, like Warner Brothers Discovery better not
<v Speaker 1>get any ideas with this to where this becomes an
<v Speaker 1>every week thing at some point. I don't know that
<v Speaker 1>Warner Brothers Discovery is going to be making very many
<v Speaker 1>decisions at all when it comes to aw programming going
<v Speaker 1>forward as far as making any sort of major changes.
<v Speaker 1>But in addition to Darby and Speedball in the main event,
<v Speaker 1>we also had a new match added to the Double
<v Speaker 1>or Nothing card this Sunday, where it will be John
<v Speaker 1>Boxley defending the Continental Championship. He was very conspicuous, you know,
<v Speaker 1>from his absence on the list of matches this Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>you knew he was gonna find his way on there
<v Speaker 1>in some way, and so now we know it's gonna
<v Speaker 1>be him and O'Reilly in a rematch now tonight. Look
<v Speaker 1>was not the most exciting match. It was a very
<v Speaker 1>good professional wrestling match. It went the distance they went
<v Speaker 1>twenty minutes. By virtue of a draw, Kyle O'Reilly earns
<v Speaker 1>himself the right to now challenge for the continental title tonight.
<v Speaker 1>It was an eliminator and so we know that the
<v Speaker 1>rematch will happen with no time limit on Sunday, so
<v Speaker 1>we will have a decisive winner on that show. So
<v Speaker 1>that's their way of getting John Moxley onto the card. Unfortunately, though,
<v Speaker 1>we also had some bad news coming out of the
<v Speaker 1>show tonight, the Shoulder Demon. He had been gone for
<v Speaker 1>a while. He took a little bit of a break,
<v Speaker 1>but now he's back and the Shoulder Demon has claimed
<v Speaker 1>another victim in the form of the TBS champion, Willow Nightingale.
<v Speaker 1>He got her. Unfortunately, Willow Nightingale not only is out
<v Speaker 1>of the Owen Heart Tournament, she would the one women's
<v Speaker 1>match in the Owen that was actually gonna happen on
<v Speaker 1>the pay per view this Sunday was going to be
<v Speaker 1>her match. It was going to be her against Alex Windsor.
<v Speaker 1>That match will no longer be taking place. She is
<v Speaker 1>out of the tournament and she is no longer the
<v Speaker 1>TBS champion. She has been forced to relinquish her title
<v Speaker 1>now after one hundred and forty days. She was the
<v Speaker 1>woman who ended the five hundred something day reign of
<v Speaker 1>Mercedes Monet back on New Year's Eve, and so her
<v Speaker 1>TBS title rank comes to an end. Now there will
<v Speaker 1>be a wildcard entrant against Alex Windsor, although that will
<v Speaker 1>not be taking place at the pay per view instead,
<v Speaker 1>now the match between Athena and Mina Shirakawa that will
<v Speaker 1>take place at Double or Nothing instead. So you know,
<v Speaker 1>your first thought when you hear, oh, this is gonna
<v Speaker 1>be a wildcard now in the tournament, first instinct is
<v Speaker 1>to say, there's the door for Mercedes to walk through.
<v Speaker 1>But the bottom line is this, though you would think
<v Speaker 1>that if that was the case, they would still do
<v Speaker 1>that match on the pay per view. The fact that
<v Speaker 1>they're not tells me that maybe it's not her, because
<v Speaker 1>if it was, that would be the stage to do
<v Speaker 1>it right, you would have her return to Devil or Nothing. Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>they're not doing that match on Sunday. It sucks. I
<v Speaker 1>hate hearing this. I'm a fan of Willows. She's one
<v Speaker 1>of the I mean not to say that they don't
<v Speaker 1>have a lot of other very talented, capable women in
<v Speaker 1>the division, but She is among the best of what
<v Speaker 1>they have in that women's division, and so losing her
<v Speaker 1>for any length of time is going to suck. The
<v Speaker 1>other thing also is keep this in mind, this tournament
<v Speaker 1>on the women's side is already kind of in a
<v Speaker 1>way snake bitten, because they made the brackets with the
<v Speaker 1>knowledge that two of the people in the tournament were
<v Speaker 1>already going into it injured. Persephone is injured, Sorie is injured.
<v Speaker 1>That Tony Kahan feels pretty confident that within a few
<v Speaker 1>weeks they'll be able to come back, and he's going
<v Speaker 1>to hold off on their matches until we get a
<v Speaker 1>little bit deeper into June. That's the hope. But we
<v Speaker 1>don't know for sure. Right they could have a setback,
<v Speaker 1>It could take a little bit longer for them to
<v Speaker 1>get to where they need to be. So already we
<v Speaker 1>have three women injured in this tournament. One's already been
<v Speaker 1>bounced and the others are TBD. We don't know. So
<v Speaker 1>that's not very good. But you know what is very good?
<v Speaker 1>They say Foley is good. It wasn't there a book.
<v Speaker 1>Wasn't that the name of his book? Second book? Maybe
<v Speaker 1>McK foley. There was a lot of discourse around him
<v Speaker 1>over the past week. It was Sports Illustrated John Alba
<v Speaker 1>last week who had the report that there was interest
<v Speaker 1>from the AW side and bringing Mick Foley into the company,
<v Speaker 1>and they didn't know whether or not that would even
<v Speaker 1>be possible for Double or Nothing, just because he was
<v Speaker 1>still under a WWE Legends contract as far as anybody knew,
<v Speaker 1>at least until June, he was allowing his Legends deal
<v Speaker 1>to expire. He has had issues with the company and
<v Speaker 1>did not want to do business with him anymore, so
<v Speaker 1>he was going to allow the Legends deal to expire
<v Speaker 1>and effectively he would be a total free agent, but
<v Speaker 1>it didn't sound as if he would even be available. Well,
<v Speaker 1>they made it official earlier today. Tony Khan did with
<v Speaker 1>a tweet that the new pre show team starting this Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>A Double or Nothing, will be Rene Piquett and Mick Foley.
<v Speaker 1>So there was no mention of RJ City or Paul
<v Speaker 1>Whites or Jeff Jarrett or any of the other people
<v Speaker 1>that normally you would see on these pre shows. But
<v Speaker 1>it will be mix at least for this Sunday. It'll
<v Speaker 1>be Mick Foley and Renee Piquett and Tony Kahn and
<v Speaker 1>his tweet was talking about you know, Cactus Jack is back,
<v Speaker 1>you know, and on TBS and all this talking about
<v Speaker 1>it like this is and I think he said this
<v Speaker 1>is his first appearance, so he didn't get the graphic yet.
<v Speaker 1>But I think it's safe to say that Mick Foley
<v Speaker 1>is now officially all Elite. Maybe not, maybe unofficially, but
<v Speaker 1>he is. He is all elite. I am positive that
<v Speaker 1>this will be the first of many appearances that he
<v Speaker 1>will be making in AW, and I think he'll be
<v Speaker 1>making history in the process because what this means is
<v Speaker 1>that he will have been a member of WCW ecw WWE,
<v Speaker 1>TNA Ring of Honor and now AW. I'm not going
<v Speaker 1>to count GCW although he has made cameos there. That's
<v Speaker 1>a lot of companies over the years that Mick Foley
<v Speaker 1>has been a part of in some way, shape or form,
<v Speaker 1>and so now you can add AW to that list.
<v Speaker 1>If all he's going to be doing and coming in
<v Speaker 1>is doing some hosting on the pre show, I think
<v Speaker 1>that's fine, but you know that it's going to end
<v Speaker 1>up morphing into something else at some point. And I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure if you put a mic in his hand, and
<v Speaker 1>you wanted fully to be part of an angle in
<v Speaker 1>some way. You know he's still you know, he's still
<v Speaker 1>well spoken. I'm sure he still has it in him
<v Speaker 1>to bring out the old Cactus jack fire and cut
<v Speaker 1>a good promo. You've got Folly and MJF now in
<v Speaker 1>the same company, assuming Folly sticks around, that could be
<v Speaker 1>fun at some point to see some sort of interaction
<v Speaker 1>between the two of them. But I do not want
<v Speaker 1>to see him in the ring, I really like. I
<v Speaker 1>I know it's sort of the the natural progression of
<v Speaker 1>these things. Is he going to do more? Right? For now,
<v Speaker 1>he's just a host, But is he going to do more?
<v Speaker 1>And I told the story on the sound of where
<v Speaker 1>Foley wanted to work one last death match for a
<v Speaker 1>sixtieth birthday and he lost I think one hundred pounds.
<v Speaker 1>He lost a bunch of weight, and in doing some
<v Speaker 1>light training, he concussed himself and had no idea that
<v Speaker 1>he was even concussed. And that's when reality said in like,
<v Speaker 1>you know what, I shouldn't be bumping. I shouldn't be
<v Speaker 1>doing this anymore. And he gave up on the idea
<v Speaker 1>of having that one last death match. But I'm sure,
<v Speaker 1>it's going to be very tempting, you know, if he
<v Speaker 1>sticks around in aw Here for any length of time.
<v Speaker 1>I just remember when Sting came in during the pandemic
<v Speaker 1>and the talk was Tony Khan is going to protect
<v Speaker 1>Sting by only having him in cinematic matches or it's
<v Speaker 1>just going to exclusively be tag matches with Darby Allen,
<v Speaker 1>which I believe is what it was. But it went
<v Speaker 1>from that, you know, old man Sting is coming in
<v Speaker 1>off of an injury the wwe wouldn't clear him from,
<v Speaker 1>and so we're gonna protect him by putting him with
<v Speaker 1>somebody else and let the other guy do all the work.
<v Speaker 1>And somehow it went from that to Sting doing fucking
<v Speaker 1>balcony dives, which was incredible to see. But should he
<v Speaker 1>have been doing it, probably not, and thankfully he didn't
<v Speaker 1>kill himself doing it. But I look at Foley and
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, Okay, yeah, for now he's hosting. What does
<v Speaker 1>this look like in the future. I really hope that
<v Speaker 1>he can not get the bug the way that Sting
<v Speaker 1>did and can stay out of the ring because there
<v Speaker 1>is no need to see mc foley back in the
<v Speaker 1>ring doing anything physical outside of maybe getting shoved. Foley
<v Speaker 1>can contribute I think in so many other ways, you know,
<v Speaker 1>with his knowledge and his experience, and again, even if
<v Speaker 1>it's just in a hosting capacity, I think he could
<v Speaker 1>bring something to the product. It doesn't mean it has
<v Speaker 1>to be anything physical. That's my only concern about Foley
<v Speaker 1>if he's going to be in AW. But anyway, so
<v Speaker 1>that is now official and we will see him make
<v Speaker 1>his debut on Sunday. This is your AW Dynamite review.
<v Speaker 1>It is Wednesday night, May twentieth, a very hot day
<v Speaker 1>in New York. Ridiculous, ridiculous. We finally had some rain
<v Speaker 1>a few hours ago, so it broke thing. Now we're
<v Speaker 1>down to like seventy We were over ninety degrees again today.
<v Speaker 1>It's like we skipped spring. We went from fall to
<v Speaker 1>fucking summer. I don't know what's going on here. Well, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>spin the wheel. Actually, before we spin the wheel, I
<v Speaker 1>gotta remind you guys, because there is a pay per
<v Speaker 1>view on Sunday, I will be live for Double or Nothing. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>early Monday morning, Memorial Day morning, I'll be live on
<v Speaker 1>YouTube reviewing Double or Nothing from Louis Armstrong Stadium this Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>right here nearby in Queens, So hopefully you will join
<v Speaker 1>me for that hair today gone tomorrow we could be
<v Speaker 1>looking at Bald MJF. I'm going to assume not. We
<v Speaker 1>could potentially see Bald MJF on Sunday night. So hopefully
<v Speaker 1>you guys will join me for the double or Nothing
<v Speaker 1>review and now we can spin. Let's find out how
<v Speaker 1>many likes we need Mento skates. Ain't nothing illegal about
<v Speaker 1>amenttos four hundred and seventy five likes where you're two
<v Speaker 1>twelve right now, four to seventy five is the goal
<v Speaker 1>for be the booker. Tonight, my friend was sick to
<v Speaker 1>his stomach and those boys powered back up. Well, I
<v Speaker 1>thought you were going to tell me that your friend
<v Speaker 1>was a Cleveland fan and he was sick to his stomach.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure there were a lot of those last night. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>You know, it just feels like wrestling in general right now,
<v Speaker 1>especially WWE. I notice it where when you're in the
<v Speaker 1>middle of all these playoff games and you know, right
<v Speaker 1>now you got the NBA stuff going on, Wrestling just
<v Speaker 1>sort of takes the backseats all that and just the
<v Speaker 1>overall interest level just doesn't eh, doesn't really feel like
<v Speaker 1>it's there, and I can see why you have some
<v Speaker 1>more games like that last night. I'd rather be watching
<v Speaker 1>that than a lot of the wrestling over the course
<v Speaker 1>of a week. Anyway, let's jump into this show here.
<v Speaker 1>We opened with a shot of Chris Jericho and the
<v Speaker 1>Young Bucks earlier today. They were standing outside by a
<v Speaker 1>lighthouse for some reason, and they're talking about the history
<v Speaker 1>of Stadium Stampede and remember years ago when Jericho beat
<v Speaker 1>their father's ass put his hands on pop a Buck.
<v Speaker 1>So Jericho put over the Bucks as the best tag
<v Speaker 1>team of all time, and Nick said that it's water
<v Speaker 1>under the bridge now as far as all the bad
<v Speaker 1>blood from the past with them, it's washed away. So
<v Speaker 1>then they debated whether to call their team the Bucks
<v Speaker 1>of Jericho or Why to Jackson, which is a call
<v Speaker 1>back to an old episode of being the Elite that
<v Speaker 1>I'm pretty sure predates even the birth of Dynamite, that's
<v Speaker 1>how far back that goes. But anyway, they're all going
<v Speaker 1>to be involved in Stadium Stampede on Sunday. Before that, though,
<v Speaker 1>we had this match, we had Nate Man tag to
<v Speaker 1>open the show. It was Chris Jericho. Now she was
<v Speaker 1>a six man tag it was Chris Jericho and the
<v Speaker 1>Young Bucks. So I guess the Bucks of Jericho against
<v Speaker 1>Ricochet Andrade and the national champion Mark Davis. So basically
<v Speaker 1>what we got here was a preview of Stadium Stampede.
<v Speaker 1>We got a miniaturized version of Stadium Stampede with six
<v Speaker 1>guys instead of the fourteen that we're going to have
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday. And Jericho was out there dressed like one
<v Speaker 1>of the Bucks. He had like the Bucks jacket on
<v Speaker 1>and the tassels and all that. And basically we had
<v Speaker 1>Matt Buck, we had Nick Buck, and we had Old
<v Speaker 1>Buck in this map. Basically, Matt Nick Jackson could see
<v Speaker 1>their future fifteen years from now by looking at Jericho
<v Speaker 1>out there dressed in the outfit that he was wearing.
<v Speaker 1>So Ricochet he cut off a lion salt. At one point,
<v Speaker 1>Jericho missed a Judas effect on Androde, who ducked into
<v Speaker 1>a double superkick from the Bucks. Then we got a
<v Speaker 1>super kick party. Androde stopped that with the three Amigos
<v Speaker 1>went up top for a moon salt. Matt, though got
<v Speaker 1>the knees up Jericho and Ricochet. They fought outside onto
<v Speaker 1>the table in the timekeepers area and Ricochet wanted a
<v Speaker 1>sup plex, Jericho countered into a back suplex and both
<v Speaker 1>men went crashing through the table androte ate A BTE
<v Speaker 1>trigger kicked out though, and the buck signaled for a
<v Speaker 1>melter driver. Aubrey Edwards was distracted by Mark Davis. He
<v Speaker 1>was attempting to bring a chair into the ring, so
<v Speaker 1>that allowed the dogs, David Finley and Clark Connors to
<v Speaker 1>run out, with Finley blasting Matt Jackson with a schalale shot.
<v Speaker 1>Androde stole the pin to win it for the Heels.
<v Speaker 1>After the match, the Gates of Agony they ran out to.
<v Speaker 1>Now they're just pouring it on the baby faces and
<v Speaker 1>here comes Jack Perry and he hits the ring. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I have seen people run out to the ring before
<v Speaker 1>or even in the course of a match. I've seen
<v Speaker 1>a lot lot of wrestlers use various objects as weapons.
<v Speaker 1>So we've seen, of course, you've got your tables in
<v Speaker 1>your chairs and your kendo sticks, the ring bell, right,
<v Speaker 1>we've seen the ring bell used as a weapon, garbage
<v Speaker 1>cans on this show alone. Tonight, we had staple guns,
<v Speaker 1>and we had barbed wire, and we've had all kinds
<v Speaker 1>of cinder blocks and weird shit. I can honestly say
<v Speaker 1>that this is the first time I can remember somebody
<v Speaker 1>running down to the ring with a bag of onions.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what the significance of this is. I
<v Speaker 1>would think that there would have been some Cleveland fans
<v Speaker 1>at the garden last night, given the Dan Housen put
<v Speaker 1>a curse on the Calves, that there would have been
<v Speaker 1>some Calves fans who probably would have shown up, maybe
<v Speaker 1>with some some garlic, right, maybe to kind of ward
<v Speaker 1>off Dan House and ward off the curse. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I can understand like cloves of garlic and stuff like that.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what the significance is of a bag
<v Speaker 1>of onions, though I'm not I don't know is that
<v Speaker 1>what it is? Jack Perry wants other wrestlers to cry
<v Speaker 1>him a river. That's you know what. That's the closest
<v Speaker 1>explanation I can think of. Sure, Okay, we'll go with that.
<v Speaker 1>He whacked Total Leona with the bag of onions, and
<v Speaker 1>then the Hurt Syndicate came out, Bobby Lashley shelting Benjamin
<v Speaker 1>MVP MVP. I couldn't tell, but I thought maybe MVP was,
<v Speaker 1>you know, on the mic talking about how much he
<v Speaker 1>hates Triple h but he was off camera doing whatever
<v Speaker 1>he was doing. Lashly and Benjamin they're out there getting
<v Speaker 1>big brawl with the Heels and the baby Faces, and
<v Speaker 1>Lashly hit a big spear on Total Leona to close
<v Speaker 1>out this brawl. Look, I think the finish here of
<v Speaker 1>the match bodes very well for my prediction since I'm
<v Speaker 1>going with Team Jericho for the win on Sunday in
<v Speaker 1>Stadium Stampede. So if nothing else, I think it bodes
<v Speaker 1>well for or for their chances in that match. I
<v Speaker 1>said this one I did my preview and predictions for
<v Speaker 1>the pay per view. I am looking forward to Stadium Stampede.
<v Speaker 1>You basically got a sense of what we're in for
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday. It's just, you know, this was all action Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>It's gonna be all over the place, and you're gonna
<v Speaker 1>have even more people involved, and it's gonna be even crazier,
<v Speaker 1>and you'll have music playing, and it's just gonna be
<v Speaker 1>mass chaos. But I had a lot of fun with
<v Speaker 1>that anarchy in the arena match last year, and this
<v Speaker 1>is basically what that is going to be, but in
<v Speaker 1>a larger setting. So I am looking forward That's one
<v Speaker 1>of the matches I'm looking forward to on Sunday, just
<v Speaker 1>because I had truly a lot of fun with that
<v Speaker 1>match last year, and I'm curious now with some new
<v Speaker 1>faces in there to see what they can come up
<v Speaker 1>with for this year now. Renee was backstage with the
<v Speaker 1>aw World Champion Darby Allen, and she was of course,
<v Speaker 1>he's getting ready to defend his title against Speedball in
<v Speaker 1>the main event tonight, and she just wants to know,
<v Speaker 1>why are you doing this? Why are you defending your
<v Speaker 1>championship so frequently? And Darby says he feels it. He's
<v Speaker 1>certainly feeling it. He said when he finally won the title,
<v Speaker 1>he said he was going to go all out. So
<v Speaker 1>she wants to know, why do you want Mjf's hair,
<v Speaker 1>And he said that it's very simple. MJF is the
<v Speaker 1>most vain person in the entire world. And so every
<v Speaker 1>interview that he does, every red carpet that he walks,
<v Speaker 1>he wants him to walk out there bald, because he
<v Speaker 1>knows the deep down inside, it's just gonna rip his
<v Speaker 1>guts out. It's just going to bother this guy. It's
<v Speaker 1>gonna drive him absolutely nuts. It's gonna eat him alive.
<v Speaker 1>But he goes, whatever happens tonight, I'm gonna do whatever
<v Speaker 1>it takes. He's running out of steam. You saw it
<v Speaker 1>in the match that he had with Sammy Gavar. Guy
<v Speaker 1>could barely stand up. It's the Orange Cassidy story all
<v Speaker 1>over again with the international title. He's defending it constantly
<v Speaker 1>and he's just like his body is starting to break
<v Speaker 1>down on him. He's exhausted. It's the same basic story.
<v Speaker 1>At some point, your luck is going to run out.
<v Speaker 1>The tank is going to end up on e. I
<v Speaker 1>happen to think and hope that that is what happens.
<v Speaker 1>On Sunday, now, we had Tomaso Champa going one on
<v Speaker 1>one with Mark Briscoe, and Mark Briscoe was out there
<v Speaker 1>wearing white. This is an anything goes match, so you
<v Speaker 1>know that that white tank top he was wearing is
<v Speaker 1>going to be a very different color very soon. Briscoe
<v Speaker 1>brought out a trash can filled with various toys and plunder.
<v Speaker 1>So right out of the gate, I mean, you could
<v Speaker 1>just see where we were heading with this match. Champa
<v Speaker 1>at one point pulled the trash can of his own,
<v Speaker 1>or tried to pull the trash can of his zone
<v Speaker 1>out from underneath the ring, and he got his hand
<v Speaker 1>caught in a mouse trap. Champa later on got a
<v Speaker 1>cheese grater. He was raking it across the face of
<v Speaker 1>Mark Briscoe, who was bleeding buckets. The crimson mask is
<v Speaker 1>blood everywhere. What do we get in this match? We
<v Speaker 1>got crowbars, we got kendo sticks, we got ladders, we
<v Speaker 1>got chains, we got chairs, we got tables, you name it,
<v Speaker 1>we got it. It's basically one big home depot in
<v Speaker 1>the ring during a commercial break. Honestly, this was probably
<v Speaker 1>this was the most entertaining part of the entire match.
<v Speaker 1>So it was during a commercial break. Champa actually pulled
<v Speaker 1>out a plush chicken, I believe, from underneath the ring,
<v Speaker 1>stuffed animal, and he pulls this thing out and he
<v Speaker 1>murders it. He murders the chicken with chair shots. He
<v Speaker 1>took a cheese grater to the chicken. Yes, I told
<v Speaker 1>you he was relentless with this thing. Took a cheese
<v Speaker 1>grater to it. He gave it a lung blower. He
<v Speaker 1>tried to pin the chicken. Mark Briscoe broke up the
<v Speaker 1>pin and saved the chicken. Yes, this is a real
<v Speaker 1>thing that these are real words that are coming out
<v Speaker 1>of my mouth. This is what really happened here on
<v Speaker 1>the show tonight. I can't believe I just said those words.
<v Speaker 1>I can't believe I said those words. In the span
<v Speaker 1>of the same week where we had Dan Hausen after
<v Speaker 1>I guess, cursing the cavaliers in his science lab, trying
<v Speaker 1>to raise the dead, trying to once again clone himself.
<v Speaker 1>But he was trying to raise the dead. I'm still
<v Speaker 1>in mourning from the funeral of the gingerbread man. What
<v Speaker 1>is happening with wrestling lately? I don't know. Brisco, he
<v Speaker 1>sprayed Shampo with a fire X thing was sure and
<v Speaker 1>uh Hitnick's bloater. Brisco set up a table out at ringside.
<v Speaker 1>Then out came the staple gun. Out came the staple gun.
<v Speaker 1>Stapled the stapling some barbed wire to the table. So
<v Speaker 1>he was taken too long. Champa was able to recover.
<v Speaker 1>He came over. He's raking the barbed wire into the flesh,
<v Speaker 1>into the face. Champa took some of the papers from
<v Speaker 1>the announced desk, the rundown, the run sheet whatever. He's
<v Speaker 1>stapling the rundown to Mark Brisco's head. They end up
<v Speaker 1>back in the ring. Champa put on a thumbtack covered
<v Speaker 1>knee pad. They're trying to get creative with this. We've
<v Speaker 1>had thumbtack covered boots. Now we have a thumbtack covered
<v Speaker 1>knee pad. He went for a knee charge. He went
<v Speaker 1>and he charged in for a knee strike with the
<v Speaker 1>knee pad, and unfortunately for him, he got caught in
<v Speaker 1>a drop toll hold. He went face first into a
<v Speaker 1>ladder that was standing in the corner of the ring.
<v Speaker 1>Brisco got a screwdriver. Now he's using it on Champa.
<v Speaker 1>Now Champa is bleeding, bleeding all over the place. So
<v Speaker 1>Champa hit a running knee strike anyway a little later
<v Speaker 1>with the thumbtack covered kneepad. And then he took two
<v Speaker 1>chairs and placed them next to each other, and he
<v Speaker 1>was going to go for an avalanche, air raid crash.
<v Speaker 1>I believe Briscoe is able to escape. And he placed
<v Speaker 1>the chairs back to back, and he hit an iconoclasm
<v Speaker 1>onto the chairs and that looked like it sucked. That
<v Speaker 1>looked like it was not fun to take. So they
<v Speaker 1>ended up on the apron. We got a jade driller
<v Speaker 1>through the barbed wire table outside. Quickly puts him back
<v Speaker 1>in the ring. Briscoe comes off with Froggy Bow, and
<v Speaker 1>Mark Briscoe wins the war. As hardcore wars go, this
<v Speaker 1>was certainly one of them. I can't say that this
<v Speaker 1>one was any better or any worse than any of
<v Speaker 1>the ones we always see on these television shows, because
<v Speaker 1>we see them quite often. It was another and a
<v Speaker 1>long line of blood bats that at least in this case,
<v Speaker 1>kind of made sense because these guys were feuding a
<v Speaker 1>few months ago. Brisco ended up on the shelf. This
<v Speaker 1>was sort of his revenge, so at least they had
<v Speaker 1>a story at least coming into it. This was sort
<v Speaker 1>of a proper blowoff to it me personally, Like I
<v Speaker 1>don't care for a lot of this stuff, I can
<v Speaker 1>recognize that these guys went out there and in terms
<v Speaker 1>of a hardcore match, they didn't hold anything back. Like
<v Speaker 1>if you took this match, if you were to tell
<v Speaker 1>me that this was a last minute addition to the
<v Speaker 1>double or nothing card, it would fit right in on
<v Speaker 1>that pay per view. So they had a aw pay
<v Speaker 1>per view quality match here on this television show. And
<v Speaker 1>I presume blew off the feud, and so that's the
<v Speaker 1>end of it. And there you go. If you're into
<v Speaker 1>the really bloody, violent bullshit that they do on these shows,
<v Speaker 1>then you'll enjoy this. That's what I would say about Tony.
<v Speaker 1>Stavanni was in the ring after the break and he
<v Speaker 1>was about to talk about the owen Hart Foundation Tournament
<v Speaker 1>matches coming up at double or nothing when he was
<v Speaker 1>interrupted by Prince Nana, who mocked him for dressing like
<v Speaker 1>a substitute teacher. Then he introduced Swerve Strickland. Swerve's taking
<v Speaker 1>his sweet ass time coming out to the ring and
<v Speaker 1>he gets jumped by Bandido. The two of them are
<v Speaker 1>going to be wrestling in the I guess technically the
<v Speaker 1>quarterfinal round on the pay per view on Sunday. So
<v Speaker 1>he gets jumped and he's throwing Swerve into the barricade
<v Speaker 1>and he ended up going in the ring and he
<v Speaker 1>does this huge somersault dive out over the top rope
<v Speaker 1>bond to Swerve throws him into the steps. Prince Nana
<v Speaker 1>tries to get involved with a chair but he got caught,
<v Speaker 1>but that was enough of a distraction for Swerve to
<v Speaker 1>take out Bandido's leg and now he's got the advantage,
<v Speaker 1>so he was going to go for a vertebreaker onto
<v Speaker 1>a chair, Bandido escaped, hit a one arm press lamb,
<v Speaker 1>and then he was gonna set up for the twenty
<v Speaker 1>one plex. Swerve grabbed the chair and it was a
<v Speaker 1>very awkward ending here. He just sort of chucked it
<v Speaker 1>at Bandido and they were staring at each other, and
<v Speaker 1>then Swerve just left. So the ending was awkward, and
<v Speaker 1>the crowd was church silent for most of this. It
<v Speaker 1>was actually alarmingly for a crowd that I thought was
<v Speaker 1>actually very loud and lively for most of the night,
<v Speaker 1>and it wasn't a very big crowd. I know, they
<v Speaker 1>were really struggling to sell tickets tonight as compared to
<v Speaker 1>the last time they were in the building, and it
<v Speaker 1>was a really good crowd for most of the show,
<v Speaker 1>but for this segment they were alarmingly quiet. But I
<v Speaker 1>am still looking forward to the match on Sunday it
<v Speaker 1>Swerved against Bandido. What is not to like about that match?
<v Speaker 1>I said it when they first when they when Swerve
<v Speaker 1>first came back and he was teasing a match with Bandido,
<v Speaker 1>I said, sign me up. So I am looking forward
<v Speaker 1>to the match. What they did here, I mean, it
<v Speaker 1>was fine, but it just didn't get much of a reaction,
<v Speaker 1>and then we got the bad news. We went to
<v Speaker 1>the back the TBS champion, Willow Nightingale is in the
<v Speaker 1>locker room by herself and she's cutting a promo and
<v Speaker 1>she says that winning the TBS championship was one of
<v Speaker 1>the best moments of her career. She's had no shortage
<v Speaker 1>of them in aw because she won the Owen before.
<v Speaker 1>She was one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions,
<v Speaker 1>the first women's tag team champions, and she won the
<v Speaker 1>TBS title from Mercedes Monet. She was the one who
<v Speaker 1>knocked off Mercedes back on New Year's Eve to finally
<v Speaker 1>win that title away from her, and she told herself that,
<v Speaker 1>you know, night in and night out, she would defend
<v Speaker 1>that championship against all comers. Well. Unfortunately, in her most
<v Speaker 1>recent title defense against Red Velvet, which was on collision,
<v Speaker 1>she hurt her right shoulder and that also means that
<v Speaker 1>she will not be able to go to New York,
<v Speaker 1>her backyard because I believe she's from Long Island, which
<v Speaker 1>is not very far from Queens and her family was
<v Speaker 1>going to be there and she was looking forward to
<v Speaker 1>trying to repeat in the Owen Heart Tournament. This year,
<v Speaker 1>she will not be cleared to be in the tournament.
<v Speaker 1>So she is not only pulled from the Owen, but
<v Speaker 1>the double whammy, she also is forced to relinquish her
<v Speaker 1>TBS championship, which tells you right there that they're not
<v Speaker 1>expecting her back for a while. I mean, that tells
<v Speaker 1>me surgery, is what that tells me. She didn't say that,
<v Speaker 1>but if it was a case where maybe they were
<v Speaker 1>going to give her a little bit of time off
<v Speaker 1>and let her rehab for a little bit, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know that they would have taken She would have been
<v Speaker 1>bound from the Owen either way, but I don't know
<v Speaker 1>that they would have taken the title off of her
<v Speaker 1>in that case, or they would have had an interim champion,
<v Speaker 1>because Tony loves doing interim titles. So it sounds pretty
<v Speaker 1>serious and it's a double whammy. It sucks she's out
<v Speaker 1>of the tournament and one hundred and forty days is
<v Speaker 1>the TBS champion and it ends like this. You know,
<v Speaker 1>she doesn't get beaten for it. She has to surrender it.
<v Speaker 1>She doesn't know when she's going to be back, but
<v Speaker 1>when she does come back, she will head right back
<v Speaker 1>to the top. And so because she is no longer
<v Speaker 1>going to be in the Owen. Alex Windsor will now
<v Speaker 1>wrestle a wildcard entrant. That match will not be taking
<v Speaker 1>place at double or nothing, and instead it will be
<v Speaker 1>Athena on the other side of the bracket wrestling Mina Shirakawa.
<v Speaker 1>That match will take place at double or nothing. And
<v Speaker 1>it's a blow to the division. You know, it is
<v Speaker 1>not just because she was a champion, but because she
<v Speaker 1>was a very big part of that women's division. She
<v Speaker 1>was one of the better wrestlers that they had featured
<v Speaker 1>in the women's division in this company. Who is now
<v Speaker 1>going to be gone. She's going to be absent for
<v Speaker 1>quite some time. It does open up opportunities now for
<v Speaker 1>other people, though, Who's going to be the next TBS champion?
<v Speaker 1>I have no idea, but it opens it up now
<v Speaker 1>to any number of people. The bigger question, the more mean,
<v Speaker 1>the pressing issue, is who replaces her as the wild
<v Speaker 1>card in the owen. Mercedes would certainly be the favorite.
<v Speaker 1>I would imagine that most people are gonna be like, well,
<v Speaker 1>this is how Mercedes, you know, comes back. I'm not
<v Speaker 1>so sure about that, because again, if it was going
<v Speaker 1>to be her, then they would do that and save
<v Speaker 1>the surprise for the pay per view. The fact that
<v Speaker 1>they're not doing that tells me that it probably is
<v Speaker 1>not her. You know, it may just be a case
<v Speaker 1>where Tony is just going to look at who he
<v Speaker 1>as available and just pluck someone out, and it's not
<v Speaker 1>going to be some sort of a big deal. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. I don't know. Now I didn't have will
<v Speaker 1>O winning. I'm still I'm sticking with Persephone. Persephone is
<v Speaker 1>still my pick to win, assuming, of course, that she's
<v Speaker 1>healed up enough to even wrestle in the fucking tournament, because,
<v Speaker 1>as I mentioned earlier, her and SuRie are injured. Tony
<v Speaker 1>is hoping they'll be okay by June. If they're not,
<v Speaker 1>then I guess my pick goes out the window. But
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna stick with Persephone. Lucky Dog. I know, Lucky
<v Speaker 1>Dog's a big Meana fan. Mina is not winning anything.
<v Speaker 1>Mina is not winning anything. We had John Moxley against
<v Speaker 1>Kyle O'Reilly Continental Championship eliminator match. Renee was at ringside,
<v Speaker 1>as she usually is when her husband is making his entrance.
<v Speaker 1>She's standing right there at ringside, and she was talking
<v Speaker 1>about how This is Kyle's first true test in singles
<v Speaker 1>actions since he came back from injury very slow pace
<v Speaker 1>to this match. It was very very apparent from really
<v Speaker 1>to get go here they were either going the distance,
<v Speaker 1>going to the time limit, or they were going to
<v Speaker 1>come within the closing minute of the timeline, because these
<v Speaker 1>matches have twenty minute time limits. Fifteen minutes in, Moxley
<v Speaker 1>hit a superplex, O'Reilly escaped a bulldog choke into an
<v Speaker 1>ankle lock. Moxley is now frantic because there is a
<v Speaker 1>lot of history between these two, going even back to
<v Speaker 1>Blooding Uts, where Moxley has submitted to the ankle lock,
<v Speaker 1>and so I like that he's still playing up the panic,
<v Speaker 1>you know, in the fear when O'Reilly locks the hold
<v Speaker 1>on and even was able to grapevine the leg was
<v Speaker 1>O'Reilly and the crowd was fairly quiet, I would say
<v Speaker 1>for a good chunk of the match. By the time
<v Speaker 1>they got to the closing like minute or two and
<v Speaker 1>it looked like O'Reilly had a shot, they started to
<v Speaker 1>get more into it. They started to get excited, and
<v Speaker 1>the idea that John Moxley might actually tap out here
<v Speaker 1>that they were buying into it. So before he has
<v Speaker 1>a chance to tap out though in this hold, the
<v Speaker 1>bell rings, because of course it does. O'Reilly immediately goes
<v Speaker 1>over to the timekeeper's area and he gets the microphone
<v Speaker 1>and he says, he didn't survive a damn thing. John
<v Speaker 1>Moxley survived him, but now he has legitimate claim to
<v Speaker 1>the continental title, and he says the rematch will now
<v Speaker 1>be no time limit, and John Moxley, you're out of luck.
<v Speaker 1>He dropped the mic and he left. Now. The match
<v Speaker 1>itself very good pro wrestling match, not the most exciting
<v Speaker 1>match in the world, but technically it was well worked,
<v Speaker 1>and we had some drama down the stretch, you know,
<v Speaker 1>the fans bought into some of those near falls, and
<v Speaker 1>it ties into, i think the job that they did
<v Speaker 1>many months ago when Moxley was more of a well
<v Speaker 1>defined heel, and the job they did of having him
<v Speaker 1>tap out to Kyle O'Reilly and give him some rub
<v Speaker 1>which gave O'Reilly a credibility that frankly, he has not
<v Speaker 1>had on this roster at a very long time. People
<v Speaker 1>know he's a really good wrestler, but they don't really
<v Speaker 1>take him seriously beyond a certain level. Him going in there,
<v Speaker 1>even it was for just a couple of months, but
<v Speaker 1>him going in there and having you know, the ability
<v Speaker 1>to say, hey, I tapped out John Moxley, who's largely
<v Speaker 1>still protected. I would say, after all these years in
<v Speaker 1>aw for him, that was a big deal. Fans still
<v Speaker 1>remember that. So I like how that played into the
<v Speaker 1>finish of the match here, but later on in the
<v Speaker 1>back because this seemed like, Okay, this is probably going
<v Speaker 1>to get added to the pay per view, and then
<v Speaker 1>they didn't say anything. But later on in the show,
<v Speaker 1>Moxley was in the back of the rest of the
<v Speaker 1>Death Riders and Renee was interviewing him, and he basically said, okay,
<v Speaker 1>double or nothing, you and me, no time limit. He
<v Speaker 1>mentioned Game seven was an analogy he used, game seven
<v Speaker 1>is the only game that matters. Put the championship on
<v Speaker 1>the line, no time limit. Let's see what you got.
<v Speaker 1>So that is now official double or nothing. John Moxley
<v Speaker 1>defends the Continental title against Kyle o'reiley. Renee was backstage
<v Speaker 1>after this with Chris Statlander and Hikarashida asking for their
<v Speaker 1>thoughts on Willow Nightingale having to vacate the TBS title.
<v Speaker 1>So Statlander started to talk she immediately got cut off.
<v Speaker 1>She immediately got cut off by Shida, who said that
<v Speaker 1>they're gonna fight together on Sunday and they're gonna be
<v Speaker 1>watching the ladies very closely in the owen Hart Tournament.
<v Speaker 1>And Statlander, who did mention that she would be cleared
<v Speaker 1>in time because she's part of that women's title foreway
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday, and she said she'll be cleared by Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>She got up in Sheeta's face and basically told her
<v Speaker 1>to you better watch it, and then she stormed off.
<v Speaker 1>Here's what I'll say about this. We need this Sheeta
<v Speaker 1>turn on Sunday. This Sheeta turn has to happen on Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>They have dragged this out long enough, and it's just
<v Speaker 1>awkward at this point, Like, I'm not even sure why
<v Speaker 1>Chris Statlander is still associating with this woman. She always
<v Speaker 1>has this very disgusted look on her face. She's annoyed
<v Speaker 1>by her. What is continuing to compel her to even
<v Speaker 1>associate with Hikarashida. She doesn't seem less. She likes her
<v Speaker 1>very much. I don't get it, but Tashida thing. They've
<v Speaker 1>been dragging this out for a while now, and it's
<v Speaker 1>not really, it's not really hitting, if anything, is just
<v Speaker 1>making Statlander look really dumb. We have the Ring of Honor,
<v Speaker 1>Women's World Champion, Athena and the Triangle of Madness. So Tecla,
<v Speaker 1>Julia Hart and Skyblue taking a Mina, sheerracaw A, thunder
<v Speaker 1>Rosa and the brawling Birds Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor.
<v Speaker 1>Mina cut off inn Athena dive with a high kick.
<v Speaker 1>She had tried to cross body off the apron, Athena
<v Speaker 1>caught her. This was later in the match and Mina
<v Speaker 1>was able to spin her into a DDT I love
<v Speaker 1>to sell job by Athena. RVD would be proud right
<v Speaker 1>on top of her head DDT on the floor. So
<v Speaker 1>there was a blind tag in here from Tecla and
<v Speaker 1>she ended up eating a shotgun drop kick from thunder Rosa.
<v Speaker 1>Sky Blue blindsided her with a running knee strike and
<v Speaker 1>she went for Code Blue, but she got tripped up
<v Speaker 1>outside by the brawling Birds. Tecla went to go use
<v Speaker 1>her aw Women's World title as a weapon, but the
<v Speaker 1>referee took it away from her. That distraction, though, allowed
<v Speaker 1>Julia Hart to spit the Black Mist in thunder Rose's face.
<v Speaker 1>She's been misted. Tecla quickly got back into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>She stole the pin to win the match for the heels.
<v Speaker 1>You know, pretty basic, fair honestly from these eight women.
<v Speaker 1>Not a whole lot to say about the match itself.
<v Speaker 1>We do have that four way coming up on Sunday.
<v Speaker 1>Techl's not losing the championship. It doesn't make any sense.
<v Speaker 1>Why would you do that? Why would you take the
<v Speaker 1>title away from Techlan now and put it on who?
<v Speaker 1>Chris Statlander is as cold as she's been in forever,
<v Speaker 1>and she's already got this story going with Shiita She.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I suppose there's a chance Sheeta could win
<v Speaker 1>the belt. I think that would be terrible compared to Tecla.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not taking the belt off Tekla to put it
<v Speaker 1>on fucking shitah. And then you have Jamie Hayter, who's
<v Speaker 1>part of a tag team clearly being built to win
<v Speaker 1>the tag Belt. I think at Wembley now is not
<v Speaker 1>the right time for her to be winning the championship,
<v Speaker 1>and it would be the same thing that happened when
<v Speaker 1>Tony Storm lost the title. Didn't Tony Storm lose the
<v Speaker 1>title in a four way? You know we're not going
<v Speaker 1>to do that again. We're not running that shit back again.
<v Speaker 1>Tecla should be the defending champion going into All In.
<v Speaker 1>If there's a better story that they want to take
<v Speaker 1>the belt off of her, forbidden Door, I'm all ears right,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't know what that story would be,
<v Speaker 1>who would be involved. I've had people say, well, Athena
<v Speaker 1>could win the Owen and Mercedes could come back and
<v Speaker 1>win the belt before All In. I'm not sure Mercedes
<v Speaker 1>is coming back and winning the world title. And if
<v Speaker 1>she was, then it would be a big enough thing
<v Speaker 1>for that to happen on a show like All In.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think you bring her back to win the
<v Speaker 1>belt to fucking forbidden Door, you know, I mean that
<v Speaker 1>doesn't make any sense to me. We're close enough now
<v Speaker 1>to that All In show where and Teckler has done
<v Speaker 1>some really good work. Just keep the belt on her.
<v Speaker 1>I don't really see any reason to take the championship
<v Speaker 1>away from her. I really don't. Kevin Knight was backstage
<v Speaker 1>with Speedball Mike Bailey, hyping him up before his big
<v Speaker 1>world title match coming up next with Darby Allen. He said,
<v Speaker 1>you and I could be the faces of AW together.
<v Speaker 1>Because he's got the TNT title, you go win the
<v Speaker 1>AW World title. Knight said that when Bailey wins the belt,
<v Speaker 1>don't forget about the little people. And he wants another
<v Speaker 1>shot at that belt, and Bailey says, are you serious,
<v Speaker 1>He goes, you got it already, guaranteeing him a shot
<v Speaker 1>at the championship that he does not have. By the way,
<v Speaker 1>I will mention Kevin Knight wrestling the Amazing Red in
<v Speaker 1>House of Glory this sun that is going to be
<v Speaker 1>a banger of a match first time ever. Red had
<v Speaker 1>a really good match with Speedball actually in Los Angeles
<v Speaker 1>earlier this month, and so he's going from Speedball to
<v Speaker 1>now wrestling the other member of Jet Speed, And if
<v Speaker 1>this match is as good as that one, then we're
<v Speaker 1>in for a treat. But tonight was not about Kevin Knight.
<v Speaker 1>Tonight was about Speedball. He was the challenger, the champion,
<v Speaker 1>Darby Allen one more title defense before Sunday of the
<v Speaker 1>AW World Championship MJF came out. He sat in on commentary.
<v Speaker 1>Bailey dropped Darby with a kick right from the bell
<v Speaker 1>and Speedball set up for Ultimate Weapon. Alan, though moved
<v Speaker 1>out of position to avoid it, and a little while
<v Speaker 1>later they were outside the ring and Bailey had Darby
<v Speaker 1>up against the barricade. It was up against it or
<v Speaker 1>draped over it. Bailey climbs on top of the barricade.
<v Speaker 1>He's got his back turn like he's going to do
<v Speaker 1>the moonsaltnees like the Moonsalt knee drop. But as he's
<v Speaker 1>setting up, Darby crotched him on the barricade and then
<v Speaker 1>he did a scorpion death drop on top of the barricade.
<v Speaker 1>That took us into the final break before the top
<v Speaker 1>of the hour. After that break, Bailey went for Ultimate Weapon.
<v Speaker 1>Alan moved and Darby went up top. He hit a
<v Speaker 1>coffin drop and he had the match one. MJF, though,
<v Speaker 1>got up off commentary and he placed Bailey's leg on
<v Speaker 1>the rope. Kevin Knight ran out right que the jet.
<v Speaker 1>He comes down to the ring. MJF goes over, puts
<v Speaker 1>the headset back on. Knight's getting up in his face.
<v Speaker 1>He goes, oh, easy there, easy there, relax. So Darby
<v Speaker 1>hits a scorpion death drop. Bailey it's put in a
<v Speaker 1>scorpion deathlock and Knights outside playing cheerleader. He's trying to
<v Speaker 1>encourage Speedball, you know, don't quit and don't give up.
<v Speaker 1>He was able to get to the bottom roupe to
<v Speaker 1>break the hole. Darby, though, quickly scurries up to the
<v Speaker 1>top rope, hits a coffin drop across the back and
<v Speaker 1>then reapplied the scorpion deathlog. Bailey reached out, but he
<v Speaker 1>was not close enough to the ropes and so Speedball
<v Speaker 1>at the ten minute mark. This was not a very
<v Speaker 1>long match. Right around ten minutes, between ten to eleven
<v Speaker 1>minutes forced to surrender and Darby Allen retains the AW
<v Speaker 1>World Championship. Yet again. He keeps doing it. So they
<v Speaker 1>quickly went off the air and we had I had
<v Speaker 1>a back out of it in the HBO Max app
<v Speaker 1>and then start the new Collision stream. So I opened
<v Speaker 1>Collision and it picks up right where Dynamite left off.
<v Speaker 1>Kevin Knight gets in the ring and he's got a mic. Now,
<v Speaker 1>mind you, the match just ended. Darby is just he's
<v Speaker 1>destroyed on the ground. Speedball still face down on the mat.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't even look like he's conscious. And Kevin Knight's
<v Speaker 1>already cutting the promo on the mic. Here he's telling
<v Speaker 1>Speedball how proud of him. He is, and you gave
<v Speaker 1>Darby the toughest match that he's had his champion, which
<v Speaker 1>is not true. By the way. Knight says that now
<v Speaker 1>it's all on Darby. It's now up to you. You
<v Speaker 1>have to go out there double or nothing and humble MJF.
<v Speaker 1>Because I know, because he's talking about it, like I
<v Speaker 1>know you can beat him, and I'm like, yeah, he
<v Speaker 1>already has he already beat him. We know he could
<v Speaker 1>beat him. Of course we know he could beat him.
<v Speaker 1>He literally beat him to win the championship. But he
<v Speaker 1>knows he could beat him, and he knows also that
<v Speaker 1>when you beat MJF, you shave his head bald and
<v Speaker 1>you send him back to Turkey. The jet will be waiting.
<v Speaker 1>So don't let me down, don't let the fans down,
<v Speaker 1>because we're all counting on you. And he ended up
<v Speaker 1>helping Speedball to his feet, and he helped Darby to
<v Speaker 1>his feet JF. So we see him stalking around. He's
<v Speaker 1>in the crowd because he ran off into the crowd,
<v Speaker 1>and once Jet speed are basically almost to the back MJF,
<v Speaker 1>he runs back down to the ring and he attacks
<v Speaker 1>Darby from behind and he grabs a pair of not clippers,
<v Speaker 1>the shears. Thank you, there you go, fucking the clipper
<v Speaker 1>like he's a fucking brutus beefcake out there with the
<v Speaker 1>giant garden shears. Anyway, he is going to shave Darby's head.
<v Speaker 1>We're going to get a preview here of double or nothing.
<v Speaker 1>So instead Darby grabs it and he traps the arm
<v Speaker 1>and he's going to give us a preview of the
<v Speaker 1>pay per view with the shears. And he's gonna cut
<v Speaker 1>some of mjf's hair. Oh, he may cut it all
<v Speaker 1>off right now. MJF manages to escape and he runs
<v Speaker 1>for his life. Let me go back to the Kevin
<v Speaker 1>Knight promo for a second. The Kevin Knight promo was
<v Speaker 1>giving me very serious heel vibes. Right. There was nothing
<v Speaker 1>overtly heel about what he was doing. He was putting
<v Speaker 1>his partner over and helped them both up to their feet,
<v Speaker 1>and he was given the raw Ross speech for Darby.
<v Speaker 1>It's all on you. It's all on you, oose. It's
<v Speaker 1>up to you to go out there on Sunday and
<v Speaker 1>beat this beat this guy and shave him bald. And
<v Speaker 1>he's saying all the right things. It's the way in
<v Speaker 1>which he said it, and the fact that these men
<v Speaker 1>were still down after this match, and he's already out
<v Speaker 1>there cutting the promo and you know, flapping his gums,
<v Speaker 1>making it all about him. He completely took the spotlight
<v Speaker 1>away from Darby Allen, and he took the spotlight away
<v Speaker 1>from his own tag team partner. It just it gave
<v Speaker 1>me very heelish vibes because it's definitely felt like one
<v Speaker 1>of the two will be turning heel very soon. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know that Speedball is going to make a very
<v Speaker 1>good heel. I really don't think it should be. If
<v Speaker 1>either of these two men were gonna go heel, it's
<v Speaker 1>got to be Kevin Knight, because I think he'd be
<v Speaker 1>a very good heel. You know, he's got this just
<v Speaker 1>a certain arrogance to some of the some of the
<v Speaker 1>things he's saying here, and just the way he's cutting
<v Speaker 1>this promo where I think he can make that work
<v Speaker 1>for him, where he just thinks he's full of himself, right,
<v Speaker 1>the jet is too fly, and just the way he
<v Speaker 1>talks about himself, I don't think it would be very
<v Speaker 1>difficult for the people to buy into him as a heel.
<v Speaker 1>I think it would be a lot tougher with Speedball.
<v Speaker 1>Speedball he's very likable, but he's also a very cornball
<v Speaker 1>and I don't think that's gonna make for a very
<v Speaker 1>good heel. I just don't think it's gonna work. The
<v Speaker 1>biggest surprise to me may have been the fact that
<v Speaker 1>we didn't have Kevin Knight offer Speedball a shot at
<v Speaker 1>the TNT title on Sunday. As of this moment, neither
<v Speaker 1>one of them have a match of double or nothing,
<v Speaker 1>which is actually very very surprising to me, considering not
<v Speaker 1>just that he's the TNT champion, but just considering how
<v Speaker 1>heavily both of them have been featured on this show,
<v Speaker 1>especially Kevin Knight. There's still time, right they could still
<v Speaker 1>add Speedball against Kevin Knight to the show, unless they
<v Speaker 1>did on Collision after I turned it off. I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>but I thought for sure they were going to throw
<v Speaker 1>that in there at the last minute on the pay
<v Speaker 1>per view. Maybe they still will, but as of right
<v Speaker 1>now that has not happened. But the main event, look,
<v Speaker 1>I thought it was a solid main event. It was
<v Speaker 1>the weakest of all the Darby title defenses so far,
<v Speaker 1>which is not to say that it was a bad match.
<v Speaker 1>It was solid, it was fine. But of all the
<v Speaker 1>matches Darby has had, he's had some real good ones,
<v Speaker 1>and this was the least good one of the bunch.
<v Speaker 1>The biggest surprise to me was that it only went
<v Speaker 1>ten minutes. He had three hours. They could have had
<v Speaker 1>this match go another five minutes if they wanted to
<v Speaker 1>world title match. That was probably the biggest surprise to me,
<v Speaker 1>But anyway, it was the final one. We finally arrived
<v Speaker 1>at long last, no more of these title defenses where
<v Speaker 1>we all know Darby's gonna win. Now we get down
<v Speaker 1>to the only title defense that matters Darby. Allen MJF
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday sold out. They've sold over fourteen thousand tickets
<v Speaker 1>for this show. It's going to be a packed house.
<v Speaker 1>It's be hopefully a hot New York crowd, right New York.
<v Speaker 1>You know how these New York crowds can be. And
<v Speaker 1>so I've given my preview and predictions already. I'm not
<v Speaker 1>going to go through the entire card, but as I
<v Speaker 1>said at the beginning of the stream, I will be
<v Speaker 1>live on Sunday night. I'm actually looking forward to this card.
<v Speaker 1>I think it's a really strong card on paper. I'm
<v Speaker 1>assuming MJF is going to win. I mean, if Tony
<v Speaker 1>Kahn wanted to shock the world, it could go the
<v Speaker 1>other way. But I just I can't see it happening.
<v Speaker 1>I think it would be very dumb. I mean, you
<v Speaker 1>already had him lose once to this guy, and then
<v Speaker 1>he went on to lose I think a couple more times,
<v Speaker 1>including to Kevin Knight. So he's putting these people over
<v Speaker 1>and now you're adding the hair stipulation. So now you're
<v Speaker 1>gonna do what You're gonna send them back in the
<v Speaker 1>ring together in the main event of this pay per
<v Speaker 1>view and just have Darby beat him again second time
<v Speaker 1>in a row. And then where does MJF go from there?
<v Speaker 1>If anybody can make the bald gimmick work as something
<v Speaker 1>where like he doesn't want people to see him bald,
<v Speaker 1>he shows up every week, he's got like some kind
<v Speaker 1>of Burberry hat that he's wearing over his head or something.
<v Speaker 1>I have no doubt in my mind that MJF would
<v Speaker 1>would be very entertaining in that role. But I just
<v Speaker 1>think him going in there and losing again to a
<v Speaker 1>Darby Allen who has been going balls to the wall
<v Speaker 1>for four weeks now, seven title defense is soon to
<v Speaker 1>be eight and MJF still can't beat this fucking guy.
<v Speaker 1>There's something seriously wrong with that picture. The whole point
<v Speaker 1>is that he's been running himself into the ground. He's
<v Speaker 1>not one hundred percent. That's the whole point. MJF has
<v Speaker 1>to win this match on Sunday. I'm sorry, got to
<v Speaker 1>win this match. This week's episode is sponsored by Wicks.
<v Speaker 1>If you run a business like I do, although it
<v Speaker 1>may be a little unorthodox, but there's lots of small
<v Speaker 1>businesses out there, you know all too well the struggle
<v Speaker 1>of having a million things to get done at any
<v Speaker 1>given moment and wanting to do all of it yourself.
<v Speaker 1>It's the fatal flaw of being a perfectionist. But let
<v Speaker 1>me tell you something. Creating your own website is something
<v Speaker 1>you can absolutely do on your own, and it's easier
<v Speaker 1>now than it's ever been thanks to Wicks's new Harmony editor.
<v Speaker 1>It's an AI website builder that lets you create a
<v Speaker 1>website super fast without compromising your vision of what you
<v Speaker 1>want it to be. If you can picture it in
<v Speaker 1>your head, Wicks Harmony can make it a reality all
<v Speaker 1>by just describing your idea. Then you can flow freely
<v Speaker 1>between chatting with AI and editing things yourself to get
<v Speaker 1>your site looking exactly the way you want it to look.
<v Speaker 1>And you've got Aria, your own AI agent who can
<v Speaker 1>answer any questions you may have or just flat out
<v Speaker 1>help you get stuff done. And Aria doesn't just live
<v Speaker 1>in a chat box. You can click anywhere on your
<v Speaker 1>site and ask her to change something instead of entering
<v Speaker 1>prompt after prompt after prompt. Then if you wish, you
<v Speaker 1>can go in there by hand and tweak whatever you want.
<v Speaker 1>If only it was this easy to make a website
<v Speaker 1>twenty years ago, it would have made my life a
<v Speaker 1>lot easier. Now it can for you and me both
<v Speaker 1>Join the millions of businesses that already use Wix and
<v Speaker 1>try wix Harmony for free right now at wix dot
<v Speaker 1>com slash Harmony. That's wix dot com slash harmony. Now.
<v Speaker 1>I have some breaking news here because I see people
<v Speaker 1>in the chat trying to do I'm trying to do
<v Speaker 1>a review here and I got people talking about something
<v Speaker 1>completely unrelated which is just ridiculous here, So let me
<v Speaker 1>see what this is about. Here. We have some breaking
<v Speaker 1>news here on the stream and it is not good.
<v Speaker 1>It is not good. This is from Mike Johnson on
<v Speaker 1>PW Insider. I'm gonna just read to you what he
<v Speaker 1>wrote here. Marcel Bartel, AKAWWE star Ludwig Kaiser, who currently
<v Speaker 1>performs under a mask as El Grande Americano, was arrested
<v Speaker 1>earlier today. Bartel was arrested for battery. We are still
<v Speaker 1>working on the details of the incident. PW Insider can
<v Speaker 1>confirm that he was bonded out of Orange County Corrections
<v Speaker 1>on one thousand dollars bail at eleven twenty pm Eastern
<v Speaker 1>this evening, so that was literally twenty five minutes ago.
<v Speaker 1>And he says we have reached out to WWE for comment,
<v Speaker 1>so that is the only information that we have so far.
<v Speaker 1>Not good. Not good. And the timing is absolutely not
<v Speaker 1>good because in ten days he is supposed to have
<v Speaker 1>this epic blowoff battle with El Grande Americano gable, the
<v Speaker 1>hottest feud in Triple A, maybe the hottest feud in
<v Speaker 1>Mexico right now, and we've been subjected to countless segments
<v Speaker 1>on television week after week here with the Americano bullshit,
<v Speaker 1>all building to this mask versus mask match. And that
<v Speaker 1>doesn't sound like. It doesn't sound like there's maybe a
<v Speaker 1>good chance that it might even happen at this point,
<v Speaker 1>although again we only have very limited information, so we
<v Speaker 1>will have to see what happens with that battery for
<v Speaker 1>what on who? We don't know. We don't know. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>he got into a bar fight. He got into a
<v Speaker 1>bar fight with somebody, but without any additional information, it's
<v Speaker 1>impossible to know. Sean Rossapp confirmed it was not a
<v Speaker 1>domestic situation. The altercation was against another male. Well, that's
<v Speaker 1>why I said. I mean, we don't know. It could
<v Speaker 1>be battery against another wrestler, it could be battery against
<v Speaker 1>somebody who picked a fight with him. We don't know.
<v Speaker 1>When you're being arrested. Regardless of the circumstances, it's not good.
<v Speaker 1>So we'll wait to see what other information comes out
<v Speaker 1>on this. But at least it's good to know that
<v Speaker 1>it doesn't sound like a domestic violence type situation. Is
<v Speaker 1>it what you all were freaking out about? I like,
<v Speaker 1>I look over, I see everyone's talking about El Grande Americano.
<v Speaker 1>I go, when you're fucking kidding me? As if I
<v Speaker 1>don't talk about this shit enough. On Mondays, I'm trying
<v Speaker 1>to talk about Dynamite and everyone's talking about Algrande Americano
<v Speaker 1>and I have no idea why, like, why are you
<v Speaker 1>talking about Elgrande Americano on the Dynamite stream. But yeah, well,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure we'll have more information on this come time
<v Speaker 1>for the SoundOff on Sunday. All right, let's get into
<v Speaker 1>your super chats here, and we're gonna start with our boy,
<v Speaker 1>Joseph Stewart, always always, always showing the love. I appreciate.
<v Speaker 1>It'd be kind of funny if they really wanted to
<v Speaker 1>turn this into a like a work shoot and it
<v Speaker 1>turns out the battery was on Chad Chad Gable, we're
<v Speaker 1>gonna work the legal system. That would actually be very
<v Speaker 1>very dumb. He found Rick Flair. Okay, that's fucking hilarious.
<v Speaker 1>He found Rick Flair and they decided to throw hands
<v Speaker 1>after what Flair said on Ariel Helwani show all those
<v Speaker 1>weeks ago. That would be fucking hilarious. If we see
<v Speaker 1>mugshots one for Kaiser and then another one for Flair.
<v Speaker 1>Oh Man, Joseph Stewart says, I just found out that
<v Speaker 1>there was a plan with Stone Cold getting run over
<v Speaker 1>by the Car at Survivor Series ninety nine, the car
<v Speaker 1>would have kept going and red balloons would come out
<v Speaker 1>of the trunk, teasing the debut of Taz at Royal
<v Speaker 1>Rumble two thousand. What are your thoughts on this, Joseph.
<v Speaker 1>That sounds like something that you'd remmed about when you
<v Speaker 1>went to bed last night. This never happened. This was
<v Speaker 1>never just I'm telling you right now, this was never discussed.
<v Speaker 1>Nothing like this ever happened. That legitimately sounds like something
<v Speaker 1>that like the Angle would have happened. And then as
<v Speaker 1>a wrestling fan, you would sort of fall asleep that
<v Speaker 1>night and you would have visions of that, but then
<v Speaker 1>all these other weird things that you would add to it, balloons, leprechauns.
<v Speaker 1>But look at Joseph Man back to back, he went
<v Speaker 1>back to back with the magenta bombs. You can have
<v Speaker 1>all the balloons you want. Actually, you know what we have.
<v Speaker 1>You know what I do have for this very occasion.
<v Speaker 1>I've busted this out in a while, and if I
<v Speaker 1>still have it, I may not. Well, I don't have balloons,
<v Speaker 1>but I thought I had some confetti here, but I
<v Speaker 1>guess not. H Now I do. There we go. This
<v Speaker 1>is for Joseph. No, I guess not. I guess not
<v Speaker 1>parties over Grandpa. Joseph had a second one though, second bomb. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>you know what I'll give Joseph. I always give Joseph
<v Speaker 1>the airhorn. Russo had a plan in WCW on Austin
<v Speaker 1>getting run over. The plan was a black car would
<v Speaker 1>come out on Nitro and Steve Mango McMichael would get
<v Speaker 1>out of the car and say he ran over stone
<v Speaker 1>cold Steve Austin, Oh, because he married Deborah Yey. But
<v Speaker 1>Austin wasn't married to Deborah in ninety nine. Joseph, the
<v Speaker 1>drugs that you've been dabbling in are very very strong.
<v Speaker 1>They're very potent. I'm concerned. You have to read the
<v Speaker 1>dosage on the bottle. You're not supposed to take more
<v Speaker 1>than two. These are some very vivid dreams here that
<v Speaker 1>you've been having. Why would Russo be booking a WWE
<v Speaker 1>angle when he was in WCW always entertaining Joseph. He says,
<v Speaker 1>happy eightieth birthday to Chure, Oh, share share, She's eighty man,
<v Speaker 1>Happy eightieth birthday to share. Yes, microdosing is the key,
<v Speaker 1>he said. The reviews for the Masters of the Universe
<v Speaker 1>movie have been positive already. Yeah, I heard that the
<v Speaker 1>reviews have been largely very positive, which is good to hear.
<v Speaker 1>The movie isn't out yet, only early previews comes out
<v Speaker 1>on June fifth, but a lot of the like the
<v Speaker 1>critics and the reviewers who have seen it, have said
<v Speaker 1>make sure you stay until the very end of the credits,
<v Speaker 1>so at least I know that. So. There are leaked
<v Speaker 1>pictures of the filming of The Batman Part two online
<v Speaker 1>right now. Interesting leaked photos of Scarlett Johanson. You say,
<v Speaker 1>la la uh did you know? Oh wait, I skipped one?
<v Speaker 1>Have you seen the new Masters of the Universe trailer
<v Speaker 1>that was released online to I did? I did? They
<v Speaker 1>should have had that one first. Did you know the
<v Speaker 1>cartoon show Gargoyles was about the Gargoyles coming to life
<v Speaker 1>at night? I didn't know that that. I did know.
<v Speaker 1>Happy anniversary to the Godzilla nineteen ninety eight movie, which
<v Speaker 1>was released on this day in ninety eight. That was
<v Speaker 1>with Matthew Broderick right in Hanka's area. Have you seen
<v Speaker 1>the Steven Sigal movies Under Siege and Under Siege two? Yes?
<v Speaker 1>I have. I actually quote under Siege too to this
<v Speaker 1>very day. The bad guy, the antagonist, the evil villain
<v Speaker 1>from under Siege too was at one time. I'm trying
<v Speaker 1>to remember which one it was, but I think it
<v Speaker 1>was one of the versions of Law and Order. He
<v Speaker 1>was the captain. Which one one? There's been so many
<v Speaker 1>of them. I've seen most of them. Lown order was
<v Speaker 1>a criminal intent. It might have been criminal intent, Yes,
<v Speaker 1>Eric something, I think his name is also in your opinion,
<v Speaker 1>do you think al Pacino, Robert de Niro, and Marlon
<v Speaker 1>Brando are three of the greatest actors of all time? Yes,
<v Speaker 1>I do. I don't think that's a hot take. I
<v Speaker 1>met sensational Sherriot at convention back in the early two thousands.
<v Speaker 1>That's very cool. I met Luna Vashan at the first
<v Speaker 1>ever WrestleMania Weekend FanFest in ninety four and got her autograph,
<v Speaker 1>and I met her again and got an autograph in
<v Speaker 1>a photo in ninety eight. Same night I met Owen Hart.
<v Speaker 1>She was a sweetheart. Happy belated heavenly birthday to Andre
<v Speaker 1>the Giant. Yeah, I believe his birthday was yesterday, Eric,
<v Speaker 1>He says, Also, I want to take time out and
<v Speaker 1>remember macho man. Randy Savage said, I believe he passed
<v Speaker 1>away today. Back in twenty eleven. I think this is
<v Speaker 1>the death anniversary of them, of the greatest wrestler that
<v Speaker 1>ever lived, the perfect wrestler, macho man, Randy Savage. He
<v Speaker 1>had it all, charisma, great promos, great wrestler, colorful outfits,
<v Speaker 1>always intense, just he checked every single box. The only
<v Speaker 1>thing you can really say is that he wasn't the
<v Speaker 1>biggest guy. You know, he wasn't the smallest, but he
<v Speaker 1>wasn't the biggest. And when, unfortunately, when he did get
<v Speaker 1>very big, he was a lot older and he was
<v Speaker 1>immobile because he got all routed up in the later
<v Speaker 1>years of WCW. That's my least favorite version of my mine,
<v Speaker 1>Man says, was Shawn Michaels against Mantcho Man, one of
<v Speaker 1>the original matches that was supposed to happen to wrestle
<v Speaker 1>Mania ten No No. Although his brother Lanny has talked
<v Speaker 1>about and claimed Savage had this whole two year plan
<v Speaker 1>mapped out for a storyline, an angle with him and
<v Speaker 1>Shawn Michaels where they would have at least one, if
<v Speaker 1>not two wrestle media matches and it would end with
<v Speaker 1>him putting Sewan over but was it ever planned? No,
<v Speaker 1>was never planned. Do you think that Talia will ever
<v Speaker 1>go to a w I think if they ever asked
<v Speaker 1>her to take a fifty percent pay cut, that is
<v Speaker 1>a pretty good chance. Buy or sell Marcellus Wallace or
<v Speaker 1>Tony Soprano? Tony Soprano? Who are your favorite characters on
<v Speaker 1>the Sopranos? Tony Soprano? I mean, Paulie was an asshole,
<v Speaker 1>but at least he was an entertaining asshole. Ralphie was
<v Speaker 1>just a fucking dick, got exactly what he deserved. Uncle June.
<v Speaker 1>That's got to be a favorite. Was the Rock always
<v Speaker 1>the plan to win the title at Survivor Series in
<v Speaker 1>ninety eight? As far as I know, the answer is yes.
<v Speaker 1>When do you think Adam Cole and Jay White will
<v Speaker 1>return to AW television? I've given up on trying to
<v Speaker 1>figure out when Jay White is coming back. He's always
<v Speaker 1>trolling people too, Like on the day of a big show,
<v Speaker 1>like a pay per view, He'll always tweet out something
<v Speaker 1>like get ready and everybody's like, Oh, Jay White's going
<v Speaker 1>to be there, and then he doesn't show up. So
<v Speaker 1>I have no idea. Adam Cole may never wrestle again.
<v Speaker 1>So trying to figure out when he's going to come
<v Speaker 1>back is completely fruitless because he may not even be
<v Speaker 1>able to come back. Last time I heard about Adam Cole,
<v Speaker 1>he still couldn't travel, couldn't travel, couldn't fly. But Joseph,
<v Speaker 1>thank you for all the love tonight. I appreciate it,
<v Speaker 1>and especially those magenta bombs. Dried Chicken says, we need
<v Speaker 1>to see Hikarashet a full blown heel turn. I do
<v Speaker 1>not want AW to drag this whole thing out. The
<v Speaker 1>Unholy Shida wants to get out of the kit. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>they got they gotta end this shit. They gotta end
<v Speaker 1>this shit this weekend. They gotta. They gotta pull the
<v Speaker 1>trigger and just do something because this is just fucking
<v Speaker 1>lame at this point. He says, one of these days,
<v Speaker 1>somebody in WWE needs to throw a bucket of sharp
<v Speaker 1>juice at lived Morgan rock sand what And he's also
<v Speaker 1>a big fan of the AW ladies. I got some
<v Speaker 1>very talented women, thank you, Dried Chicken. Hoffman says, will
<v Speaker 1>the wild Card be monet or timeless? I mean, the
<v Speaker 1>way that Tony Storm disappeared, I would not expect her
<v Speaker 1>back anytime soon. The thought of that position being occupied
<v Speaker 1>by Tony Storm. Not one time tonight did it even
<v Speaker 1>cross my mind. Mercedes would be a lot more likely
<v Speaker 1>than Tony I would think to come back in that spot.
<v Speaker 1>But maybe they're keeping it under wrap. We don't know
<v Speaker 1>the reason why Tony Storm just vanished. Everybody just assumed
<v Speaker 1>she was pregnant, but there's never been any confirmation of this.
<v Speaker 1>And Moore says big fan of how MJF and Darby
<v Speaker 1>feels unpredictable. Now, yeah, I mean it's that's kind of
<v Speaker 1>their job is to try to convince you that Darby
<v Speaker 1>has a chance, and he does. He has a chance.
<v Speaker 1>To me, though, I don't find the finish to be
<v Speaker 1>that much more unpredictable. I'm still pretty confident MJF is
<v Speaker 1>gonna win, but look I've been wrong before. Bobart, thank
<v Speaker 1>you again for the thirty bucks Love It and Misfit
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling podcast with a ten Frightful said battery charge was
<v Speaker 1>against a mail after an altercation, not a domestic situation
<v Speaker 1>as some are speculating. Yes, that is on as on Kaiser,
<v Speaker 1>and that's at the moment all we know about that situation,
<v Speaker 1>so we will have to monitor that see where that goes.
<v Speaker 1>We did fall short tonight of the likes goal, so
<v Speaker 1>there will be no be the Booker tonight. There will
<v Speaker 1>be no be the Booker. Do I have a If
<v Speaker 1>I have a sound I'm gonna have to come up
<v Speaker 1>with a sound effect every time we miss the goal
<v Speaker 1>on a Wednesday. I'm gonna have to play this, uh
<v Speaker 1>this sound effect. Go fuck yourself that. Yes, you all
<v Speaker 1>should feel very badly about yourselves. That's what I'm gonna do.
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna have Cody tell all of you to go
<v Speaker 1>fuck yourself for not hitting the like skull. Maybe we'll
<v Speaker 1>use that. That could be the sound effect. Oh man,
<v Speaker 1>you suck anyway, Uh, we are going to We're gonna
<v Speaker 1>try again, though, We're gonna be able to try again
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday night, because that is the next time you
<v Speaker 1>will not see me again here on stream. Until Sunday night,
<v Speaker 1>you will not be able to have another opportunity on
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown because I will not be here for SmackDown. I
<v Speaker 1>will be in the NYC Arena calling some pretty damn
<v Speaker 1>badass matches on the House of Glory show, which you
<v Speaker 1>should all take the time to tune into or come
<v Speaker 1>to the show live. It's gonna be a lot of fun.
<v Speaker 1>It's gonna be a packed house where damn near sold out.
<v Speaker 1>So that's on Friday night. Saturday Night's main event. I
<v Speaker 1>will be reviewing on the podcast on Sunday, so I'm
<v Speaker 1>live with you on Sunday night. That's it. You get
<v Speaker 1>two podcasts on Sunday to sound off and then the
<v Speaker 1>double Nothing review, and that is when we will try again.
<v Speaker 1>We will try again to be the booker. Kaiser was
<v Speaker 1>losing to Gable? And what makes you think Kaiser was
<v Speaker 1>losing to Gable? It should be the other way around.
<v Speaker 1>Why would Kaiser lose to Gable? I mean, now who knows,
<v Speaker 1>But like before, why would you think he was losing
<v Speaker 1>to Gable? We got to get the mask off of
<v Speaker 1>Gable asap. Kaiser is over as fuck as El Grande
<v Speaker 1>Americana in Mexico. Why would you take the mask off
<v Speaker 1>of him? It's got to be Gable who gets unmasked.
<v Speaker 1>We need Chad Gable back, No more of this Americano bs.
<v Speaker 1>How can you watch the Hog show? Triller TV Plus?
<v Speaker 1>We are still on Triller at least for now. Triller
<v Speaker 1>TV Plus. All the shows are archived there as well.
<v Speaker 1>But we'll be streaming live as usual on Friday night. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>we got the Hearty's in Action against the Super Smash Brothers.
<v Speaker 1>We have Kevin Knight, as I mentioned, coming in to
<v Speaker 1>wrestle the Amazing Red just a few weeks after Red
<v Speaker 1>wrestled Speedball. Charles Mason is going to be defending his title.
<v Speaker 1>Zillafa two is going to be defending his title. We
<v Speaker 1>get a couple of title defenses in those two cases
<v Speaker 1>against homegrown Hog talents, which is nice to see. We
<v Speaker 1>got him defending the world title Mason that is against
<v Speaker 1>Sweet Cheeks, Joey Silver, truly one of the big fan
<v Speaker 1>favorites in House of Glory, and Zilla putting the Crown
<v Speaker 1>Jewel Championship on the line against cash Flow Ken Broadway.
<v Speaker 1>Poomy Nakuda will be there as well. I talked if
<v Speaker 1>you listen to the Uncrowned Wrestling show yesterday, at the
<v Speaker 1>very beginning, I talked about Poomy. He's not only an
<v Speaker 1>MMA fighter one of the best flyweights in the entire world,
<v Speaker 1>but he had started pro wrestling a couple of years ago,
<v Speaker 1>signed his contract in the ring on my back, signed
<v Speaker 1>to be with Hog and he's had a few matches
<v Speaker 1>under his belt. He got called in on short notice
<v Speaker 1>to be on the Netflix MMA show on Saturday, and
<v Speaker 1>it wasn't on the Netflix portion. It was on the prelimbs,
<v Speaker 1>which aired on YouTube. But he just fought at the
<v Speaker 1>End to It Dome on Saturday, a very very controversial finish.
<v Speaker 1>Lost his undefeated streak, but really should not have. But
<v Speaker 1>Herb Dean saw it a different way, and he's he's
<v Speaker 1>coming in now. He's got a ship on his shoulder
<v Speaker 1>and he's looking to smash somebody. So less than a
<v Speaker 1>week after rest Or fighting rather at the End to
<v Speaker 1>It Dome, Pumi is going to be wrestling at the
<v Speaker 1>NYC Arena on Friday night. We just we just got
<v Speaker 1>to wait and find out who that is going to
<v Speaker 1>be against. And the Shatzi Lena Cross for the Women's Championship.
<v Speaker 1>We got Lena Cross coming back in one half of
<v Speaker 1>the aw Women's Tag Team champions It's gonna be a
<v Speaker 1>good show. Winston, what'd you think of it? He says?
<v Speaker 1>I saw Obsession yesterday. I fucking loved it. I thought
<v Speaker 1>it was great. Maybe forty one eighty one. If liv
<v Speaker 1>loses domb, will it end up like Obsession, Now, that
<v Speaker 1>would be a storyline. That would be a storyline. I
<v Speaker 1>don't I don't believe WWE's creative team has the capacity
<v Speaker 1>to come up with a story as compelling as that one.
<v Speaker 1>It's not in their DNA. I think they're just completely
<v Speaker 1>incapable of it. It would be like, in the middle
<v Speaker 1>of watching Obsession if they broke the tension with a
<v Speaker 1>door dash ad and like the fucking DoorDash guy or
<v Speaker 1>not DoorDash guy, the the Whata Burger guy comes walking
<v Speaker 1>into the house, it'll just ruin the entire scene. The
<v Speaker 1>doorbell rings, you answer the door, It's what a guy.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't have the same vibe. All right, Be well,
<v Speaker 1>stay safe and I'll see you guys this weekend.
