<v Speaker 1>Jared Katy and Josh one hundred. My weekend just zipped
<v Speaker 1>on by. It was ridiculous. We had people come in
<v Speaker 1>from out of town. Nickknacks out of the family on Friday,
<v Speaker 1>like after the show, and it was just non stop
<v Speaker 1>the rest of the weekend, and a lot of it
<v Speaker 1>fell on us for hosting and grilling and doing a
<v Speaker 1>brunch and thank god, it's done really good. Though, to
<v Speaker 1>catch up with all the family that came in that
<v Speaker 1>we have not seen in a long time, it got
<v Speaker 1>a little weird because a lot of them are aging okay,
<v Speaker 1>so there was a lot of like, wow, I haven't
<v Speaker 1>seen you in like fifteen years. In man, you're you're
<v Speaker 1>up there? Yeah, and Nicole's dead, bless his heart. I
<v Speaker 1>was talking about his siblings because all the siblings were
<v Speaker 1>together and he's like, well, this is probably be the
<v Speaker 1>last time we're all together where we're all alive. I
<v Speaker 1>was like, no, and he said it multiple times.
<v Speaker 2>Oh goodness, dude, harsh. Is that what you do? You
<v Speaker 2>just get to a point where you accept it, you
<v Speaker 2>start talking about it openly, making people uncomfortable. Is that
<v Speaker 2>pretty much what happened?
<v Speaker 1>And it was brought up like three or four times.
<v Speaker 2>I hate that.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, like that, I know. I was a little I
<v Speaker 1>was like, I can't know.
<v Speaker 2>Be a little quieter about your demise because I don't
<v Speaker 2>want to hear it.
<v Speaker 1>Like you start thinking about it, and you know, siblings
<v Speaker 1>will go off to different parts of the country and
<v Speaker 1>then you' all are you know, starting to be mid
<v Speaker 1>seventies and all that, and you get together in one
<v Speaker 1>spot and then you're probably thinking, well, one of us
<v Speaker 1>is going to eat it. Yeah, you know, and this
<v Speaker 1>could be the last time.
<v Speaker 2>No.
<v Speaker 1>I kept bringing it up though, when.
<v Speaker 2>You start like breaking it down into reality terms, like
<v Speaker 2>my mom did that the last Christmas I went home
<v Speaker 2>because she was just like, you've only came home for
<v Speaker 2>three Christmases since you left, like twenty five years ago.
<v Speaker 2>And I was just.
<v Speaker 1>Like, I did you, I know.
<v Speaker 2>And like when they break it down like that, like
<v Speaker 2>by Christmases, by summers, by meetings, when you're all going
<v Speaker 2>to see each other, like it really kind of I
<v Speaker 2>think they do it. Also, you just want to hang
<v Speaker 2>on to him longer, right, You're like, don't never leave.
<v Speaker 2>I don't want to miss you ever again. No, You're like,
<v Speaker 2>leave right now, Well afternoon, Well, yeah, you're ready. Well
<v Speaker 2>it was a good last visit. See yeah.
<v Speaker 1>I mean like I was standing there with nik next
<v Speaker 1>dad as his sister was walking away at the end
<v Speaker 1>and they were loading up and it was just me
<v Speaker 1>and him, and he dropped it again. Well that's the
<v Speaker 1>probably the last time I'll see her alive.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, Cander with that guy, what I go?
<v Speaker 1>It sucks getting old, man?
<v Speaker 2>What do you say to me?
<v Speaker 1>What do you say to that? And he's like, well,
<v Speaker 1>we're all going to be there.
<v Speaker 2>How do you respond? I mean, what do you turn? So?
<v Speaker 2>Have you picked out your casket?
<v Speaker 1>Well? Matter of fact, you know what Elsie did while
<v Speaker 1>we were there. They showed us pictures of God, what
<v Speaker 1>were they calling it? Wherever the hole that you put
<v Speaker 1>your cremains the plot? It's it's not a plot. They
<v Speaker 1>were calling it something else. No, it's you that's the
<v Speaker 1>hole in the wall.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, on the muzzle.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, they had a funny name for it. I don't
<v Speaker 1>remember what it was. Anyway, they started showing us pictures
<v Speaker 1>that they picked it out. So they've got their names
<v Speaker 1>on it, and they've got their born date and they're
<v Speaker 1>just waiting for the expiration. They're like they're doing selfies
<v Speaker 1>in front of this.
<v Speaker 2>They're forever resting this.
<v Speaker 1>This is our next home in front of your grave site.
<v Speaker 1>What I know, I don't like it.
<v Speaker 2>I don't like it one like a requirement, Like.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. But I was like, well that's different.
<v Speaker 2>And they learned this in a classes.
<v Speaker 1>Then it got me thinking, like maybe I want to
<v Speaker 1>do that.
<v Speaker 2>Like I guess it's good planning.
<v Speaker 1>But grump says crypt on our text niche. Maybe it
<v Speaker 1>was the niche. Somebody's just said niche. Maybe it was
<v Speaker 1>the niche. I don't remember what they like any of
<v Speaker 1>it though, but yeah, But so I was like, well,
<v Speaker 1>did you like take the front off and like put
<v Speaker 1>your head in there you can kind of see, you know,
<v Speaker 1>because that's about the size of it, right.
<v Speaker 2>Thinking of all the people I go to visit in
<v Speaker 2>the graveyard when I go home, I don't think any
<v Speaker 2>of them saw their spot before they went there.
<v Speaker 1>Doesn't it get you thinking, though? Do you wouldn't you
<v Speaker 1>like to see your spot? Don't you got ready to rock?
<v Speaker 1>Not really especially I think it would be awesome to
<v Speaker 1>have the spot if you're getting buried, and then go
<v Speaker 1>and lay there and then look up at the sky
<v Speaker 1>be like this is gonna be my view. This is
<v Speaker 1>I could you know that? Why not? That's kind of fun.
<v Speaker 2>I don't like that tree right there?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, their spot like these would be nice. There's birds
<v Speaker 1>chirping and there's a beautiful evergreen and you just lay
<v Speaker 1>there in your spot. You wouldn't do that? Or is
<v Speaker 1>that like bad mojo? Like I would be here sooner
<v Speaker 1>than you want to.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, yeah, I don't think you're supposed to take put
<v Speaker 2>that on.
<v Speaker 1>But anyway, they had selfies in front of their hole,
<v Speaker 1>and I think that was the line her dad used.
<v Speaker 1>He's like, well, we just need an expiration date on there.
<v Speaker 1>You know, we're all gonna be dead the next time
<v Speaker 1>you see us, Like, yeah, stop it now. Who wants
<v Speaker 1>to Danish
