<v Speaker 1>Welcome to Monday Night Bloodline. It's just renam the show.
<v Speaker 1>I think the opening theme song for Monday Night Raw
<v Speaker 1>should be Roman Ragins' theme song, and they should just
<v Speaker 1>call it Monday Night blood Line. Because if you were
<v Speaker 1>wondering if the Bloodline story was going to be taking
<v Speaker 1>over Raw for the foreseeable future, you kind of got
<v Speaker 1>a glimpse into what you can expect, probably for the
<v Speaker 1>next six to twelve months. If you are a fan
<v Speaker 1>of the Bloodline stuff, if you are a fan of
<v Speaker 1>the Bloodline Reformation, then you will love tonight's episode of
<v Speaker 1>Monday Night Raw. If you are not a fan of
<v Speaker 1>the Bloodline stuff, well I got some bad news for you.
<v Speaker 1>But we'll start with what happened at the end of
<v Speaker 1>the show, Because the big match tonight was the King
<v Speaker 1>of the Rings semi final match between Obafemi and Dominic Mysterio,
<v Speaker 1>the winner of which would be going on to the
<v Speaker 1>finals in riod at Night of Champions. So who would
<v Speaker 1>punch their ticket to the finals? Oba or dom It
<v Speaker 1>seemed like a mismatch coming into it. It seemed like
<v Speaker 1>this was going to be a glorified squash, and so
<v Speaker 1>you start thinking, well, it's almost too obvious that Oba
<v Speaker 1>is going to go in there and just destroy this guy.
<v Speaker 1>There must be something up their sleeve. Perhaps it's a
<v Speaker 1>large man from Saskatchewan who's going to be making an
<v Speaker 1>appearance here on this show, or maybe there's some other
<v Speaker 1>twist or turn or swerve or something that they have
<v Speaker 1>planned here. Not that I wanted to see dom go
<v Speaker 1>to the finals, and I'm not advocating for that, but
<v Speaker 1>they played it straight. We got exactly the match that
<v Speaker 1>we would have expected. We got a match where Dominic
<v Speaker 1>Mysterio was dodging and ducking and doing everything he could
<v Speaker 1>to try to avoid this man JD McDonald was in
<v Speaker 1>his corner trying to help him out. Didn't matter. Didn't matter.
<v Speaker 1>Oba just destroyed them both and one fall from grace later,
<v Speaker 1>and Oba Femi is going to the finals of the
<v Speaker 1>King of the Ring. It played at exis exactly the
<v Speaker 1>way that we all expected it to. And when the
<v Speaker 1>match was over, Oba got on the mic and again unprovoked,
<v Speaker 1>he brought up brock Lesner. He said he always talking
<v Speaker 1>about how in the finals it doesn't matter if it's
<v Speaker 1>jay usso it doesn't matter if it's Javon Evans or
<v Speaker 1>maybe brock Lesner. All of a sudden, his name was
<v Speaker 1>invoked again and he flat out said he acknowledged the
<v Speaker 1>fact that he was expecting brock to show up tonight,
<v Speaker 1>which I kind of liked because here we have an
<v Speaker 1>example of a smart babyface. He saw it coming, he
<v Speaker 1>was waiting for it, he had a plan for it.
<v Speaker 1>But brock Lesner never did show up tonight, which can
<v Speaker 1>only mean one thing. He's going to be boarding the
<v Speaker 1>private jet to read in a few weeks and making
<v Speaker 1>a surprise appearance on that show. I don't see how
<v Speaker 1>he can't. I don't see how he doesn't. At this point,
<v Speaker 1>he's being called out weekly by this man. He got
<v Speaker 1>called a bitch last week by Obafemi, so it makes
<v Speaker 1>it that much more likely that we will be seeing
<v Speaker 1>him at the pl But we did not see him tonight.
<v Speaker 1>So Obafemi is it. And my takeaway from this, if
<v Speaker 1>you just look at it for what it is, Opa
<v Speaker 1>Femi should win this tournament, like this tournament should be over.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't matter who's on the other side. It could
<v Speaker 1>be Jovon Evans, it could be Jay Uso. This tournament,
<v Speaker 1>for all intents and purposes, should be over. It should
<v Speaker 1>be Opa Femi challenging the champion of his choice at SummerSlam.
<v Speaker 1>But it doesn't feel that way, does it. It doesn't
<v Speaker 1>feel like that's going to be the end result. It
<v Speaker 1>feels to me like jay Uso just won the King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring tonight, barring some big last minute surprise twist.
<v Speaker 1>I've talked about the replacement theory. We're talking about it
<v Speaker 1>in wrestling terms here. I've talked about the great replacement
<v Speaker 1>theory and the King of the Ring finals, which is
<v Speaker 1>still a possibility that somebody could be taken out like Oba,
<v Speaker 1>barring something like that. I just felt to me like,
<v Speaker 1>holy shit, jay Uso just won the crown tonight. The
<v Speaker 1>only thing left to do is to make it official
<v Speaker 1>and put the crown on his head in Rio. That
<v Speaker 1>was my takeaway from this. When this show was over,
<v Speaker 1>Oba's looking awfully confident, maybe a little too confident, and
<v Speaker 1>I think we just got one step closer to King
<v Speaker 1>Yeat with what we saw at the end of the show. Tonight.
<v Speaker 1>We have a Queen of the Ring tournament as well.
<v Speaker 1>We had a semi final match Eo Sky and Raquel Rodriguez.
<v Speaker 1>I am very happy to report that we will not
<v Speaker 1>be getting an all Judgment Day final. It will be
<v Speaker 1>Eo Sky going to the finals, and with any luck,
<v Speaker 1>it will be Queen Eo at the end of all
<v Speaker 1>of this. That is my hope. She was my pick
<v Speaker 1>to win. I'm sticking with that. I am hoping for it.
<v Speaker 1>I am trying to will it into existence. But anyway,
<v Speaker 1>so we now know who is going to the finals,
<v Speaker 1>at least on one side of the tournament. He again,
<v Speaker 1>this is the Queen of the Ring bracket. So after
<v Speaker 1>tonight Eo is in the final, she will be meeting
<v Speaker 1>the winner of the match coming up on SmackDown this
<v Speaker 1>Friday between Charlotte Flair who was in action tonight, and
<v Speaker 1>the women's world champion Live Morgan or Liver Liver Morgan.
<v Speaker 1>Get Liver Morgan here in the Queen of the Ring tournament,
<v Speaker 1>So that's the Queen of the Ring now and the
<v Speaker 1>King of the rings side again, this are the way
<v Speaker 1>things we're looking coming into tonight. We know Oba is
<v Speaker 1>on the left side. Who will fill that spot on
<v Speaker 1>the right side We will find out on Friday because
<v Speaker 1>they were doing the match on SmackDown between Javon Evans
<v Speaker 1>and jay Usso Jay Usa by the way. Who was
<v Speaker 1>all over this show, including during the commercial There was
<v Speaker 1>a segment later in the show. It was during one
<v Speaker 1>of the commercial breaks Byron Saxston interviewed jay Uso and
<v Speaker 1>so jay Usso. I think jay Usso had a total
<v Speaker 1>of what five or six segments I believe on the
<v Speaker 1>show tonight. He was all over the place. He was
<v Speaker 1>in the opening segment, he was in backstage segments, he
<v Speaker 1>was in commercial break segments. King Yeat, I'm telling you,
<v Speaker 1>King Yeat is on the way. You know who else
<v Speaker 1>was on the show tonight. Although it was only a
<v Speaker 1>one segment, well technically too, it bled over into a
<v Speaker 1>match Logan Paul the same Logan Paul who Torus tricep
<v Speaker 1>on Saturday Night's main event. Not even a month ago.
<v Speaker 1>He was back. He had a brace on his arm,
<v Speaker 1>So I guess they're going to get their money's worth
<v Speaker 1>out of him. He's going to be making appearances while
<v Speaker 1>he recovers and heals up from his injury. But at
<v Speaker 1>least the vision got somebody back tonight. Paul Hayman is
<v Speaker 1>still mia. I don't know when we're going to see
<v Speaker 1>him next. We did get the official announcement though, of
<v Speaker 1>a new match for Night of Champions. It will be
<v Speaker 1>inside of a steel cage. Seth Rollins and bron Breaker
<v Speaker 1>will be going one on one. I look at that
<v Speaker 1>match as a de facto Number one contenders match, because
<v Speaker 1>I really do. I believe. I believe, And let me
<v Speaker 1>see how things shake out with the King of the Ring.
<v Speaker 1>You know, for all we know, the person who wins
<v Speaker 1>may pick Roman Reigns. But I'm looking at that. I'm
<v Speaker 1>going the winner of that match, which should be seth Rawlins,
<v Speaker 1>is probably going to end up challenging for the World
<v Speaker 1>Heavyweight Championship at Summer SLIM. That's just my read on it.
<v Speaker 1>There was an interesting little segment in the back later
<v Speaker 1>on towards the end of the show with Roman Reigns
<v Speaker 1>and Jacob Fatu though, where he leaned in and he
<v Speaker 1>said something very interesting to Jacob and it wasn't too audible,
<v Speaker 1>but I think it was just audible enough. Maybe I'm
<v Speaker 1>out of my mind. I'll let you know what I
<v Speaker 1>think that was that he told him. When we get
<v Speaker 1>to that point here in the review, we got to
<v Speaker 1>go through the rest of the show first. This is
<v Speaker 1>your Monday Night Raw Review, Monday Night Bloodline for June fifteenth,
<v Speaker 1>twenty twenty sixty. You realize that we are just about
<v Speaker 1>at the midway point of this year. By the time
<v Speaker 1>we get to the end of this month, we are
<v Speaker 1>already halfway done with twenty twenty six. Half the year
<v Speaker 1>is already gone. Where has the time gone? We gotta
<v Speaker 1>start planning for WrestleMania forty three. We're gonna be talking
<v Speaker 1>about WrestleMania in riods soon enough, and we'll still be
<v Speaker 1>talking about the Bloodline anyway. Hit that subscribe button, hit
<v Speaker 1>that like button. Super chats are open. We have a
<v Speaker 1>bonus goll going in the chat as well. I'm not
<v Speaker 1>gonna spin the wheel tonight because I think it's so
<v Speaker 1>a little wonky again. We're gonna go with four hundred.
<v Speaker 1>Four hundred likes minimum is the likes goal tonight. If
<v Speaker 1>we hit four hundred, we will do be the booker.
<v Speaker 1>I want to give a shout out to Noah I
<v Speaker 1>believe is his name. He was in the crowd tonight
<v Speaker 1>in the first few rows and he was representing the
<v Speaker 1>sound of He had a SoundOff sign, just the giant
<v Speaker 1>sound Off logo Noah. I did see it a few times.
<v Speaker 1>The first time I note it was actually during the
<v Speaker 1>commercial break during the chat Gable russev match and they
<v Speaker 1>were brawling outside the ring, and I see the sign
<v Speaker 1>go up. I'm like, oh, I just happened to look
<v Speaker 1>up at that moment because I'm taking notes, and I
<v Speaker 1>looked up at just the right moment and I see
<v Speaker 1>the SoundOff sign. So I'm like, ah, always get to
<v Speaker 1>see some sound of representation here on these shows. And
<v Speaker 1>then I noticed the sign a couple more times. Anyway, No,
<v Speaker 1>if you are with us in the chat, he was
<v Speaker 1>there tonight Live. I thank you, sir. I appreciate that.
<v Speaker 1>So let's start from the top here. Joe Testitur. You
<v Speaker 1>may have noticed Joe Testitour was doing commentary tonight. Normally
<v Speaker 1>it's Michael Cole. I don't know where he was. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if they mentioned it, but Joe tests sat
<v Speaker 1>in for Michael Cole with Corey Grapes, Roman Reigns and
<v Speaker 1>the usso's. They arrived backstage in separate SUVs. They can't
<v Speaker 1>travel together apparently, I don't know why. I don't know why,
<v Speaker 1>but they travel in separate cars. So they arrived here
<v Speaker 1>at the beginning of this to kick things off the
<v Speaker 1>way the WWE the only way WWE knows how with
<v Speaker 1>the bloodline. Jacob Fottu was already there, so all four
<v Speaker 1>of them met up and they headed into the arena.
<v Speaker 1>So they're making their way down to the ring and
<v Speaker 1>Roman is smiling and he goes over and in the
<v Speaker 1>front row in the aisleway is actor Eric Andre. So
<v Speaker 1>he and Roman are dapping it up. They're in the
<v Speaker 1>Street Fighter movie together. Street Fighter is coming out in October.
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhoades is in the movie, Roman Reins is in
<v Speaker 1>the movie. Eric Andre is in the movie. Jason Momoa
<v Speaker 1>is in the movie. A Roki Goto is in the movie.
<v Speaker 1>He's playing I Honda a bunch of people in the movie. Apparently,
<v Speaker 1>Eric Andre in the movie is a like an MC.
<v Speaker 1>I think he plays like a hype man. I guess
<v Speaker 1>that's his role in the movie. Roman is a Kuma.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, he was there tonight, and this will play
<v Speaker 1>a role here in this segment later on, so we'll
<v Speaker 1>come back to Eric Andre a little bit later on.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, they get all in the ring and you
<v Speaker 1>know how this goes. I mean, I could I feel
<v Speaker 1>like I could just sort of record myself doing a
<v Speaker 1>review of a Bloodline segment with Roman Reigns and just
<v Speaker 1>push a button here on my audio interface and just
<v Speaker 1>play it for you without even having to talk about it.
<v Speaker 1>Every single week, Roman Reigns comes out, He Aura farms
<v Speaker 1>for a while, the crowd sings his name. He waits
<v Speaker 1>a little longer, and then he says, acknowledge me with
<v Speaker 1>whatever the city is that he is in. It was
<v Speaker 1>Baltimore tonight, by the way. So he asked everybody to
<v Speaker 1>acknowledge him. Says they have a lot to be grateful
<v Speaker 1>for the right hand man advancing in the King of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring tournament, trying to take it to the next level.
<v Speaker 1>He will take the crown, he says, So Baltimore should
<v Speaker 1>acknowledge him as well, and the crowd in Baltimore or yeats.
<v Speaker 1>So a lot of people try to piss Roman off,
<v Speaker 1>saying he never has anything good to say about Big Jim,
<v Speaker 1>which is true, by the way. Big Jim he's kind
<v Speaker 1>of an afterthought in this group. You know, he's got
<v Speaker 1>some of that sibling envy. I feel bad for the guy.
<v Speaker 1>You know, Jay has his role, Jacob has his role.
<v Speaker 1>Roman is the guy. Jimmy is just sort of you know,
<v Speaker 1>he's there, he's in the background. He doesn't really play
<v Speaker 1>a terribly significant role. Usually it's him trying to play
<v Speaker 1>peacekeeper among the other members. So he gave some love
<v Speaker 1>here to Jimmy says, if it wasn't for Big Jim,
<v Speaker 1>there would be no right hand man, there would be
<v Speaker 1>no tribal chief, there would be no bloodline. So you
<v Speaker 1>can all acknowledge him too. Jay chimes in. He says,
<v Speaker 1>there's one person here who needs to be acknowledged, who
<v Speaker 1>doesn't listen. It needs to acknowledge the two of them,
<v Speaker 1>and so he's staring a hole right through Jake fat too,
<v Speaker 1>who's just looking straight ahead. Roman says, we have a
<v Speaker 1>problem here, and he turns towards Jacob says he asked
<v Speaker 1>Jacob if he doesn't want to listen to or acknowledge
<v Speaker 1>the USOS. So Jacob swipes the microphone out of Roman's hand.
<v Speaker 1>Everybody cheers. I think they thought he was about to
<v Speaker 1>man up to Roman reigns, but we're very early in
<v Speaker 1>his angle, so that's not happening yet. But he takes
<v Speaker 1>the microphone and he says that when it comes to
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy and Jay, he doesn't listen to them. He so
<v Speaker 1>the only person he acknowledges is his OTC Roman reigns.
<v Speaker 1>Roman says, good, we don't need any yes men around here.
<v Speaker 1>Roman calls someone over a ringside, Now help me out, guys.
<v Speaker 1>I could have sworn like he looked over at somebody outside,
<v Speaker 1>and I thought maybe it was the timekeeper. I think
<v Speaker 1>the timekeeper is Berkeley. Berkeley is Typhoon's son. It didn't
<v Speaker 1>look like him, though. It was some random white dude
<v Speaker 1>that I've never seen before. But he called him over.
<v Speaker 1>Now what did he call him? He shouted this name out,
<v Speaker 1>and I like, at first, I had no idea what
<v Speaker 1>Roman was saying, but I guess it must have. It
<v Speaker 1>must have been this person's name. Did did you pick
<v Speaker 1>up on what Roman actually said here? I didn't write
<v Speaker 1>the name down, but it was very weird. But this person, uh,
<v Speaker 1>he walks over and he's got a little wooden box
<v Speaker 1>and they opened the box. He said, Lord, Is that
<v Speaker 1>what he said? He said? Did he say? Okay? One
<v Speaker 1>person says Mark, Well, he probably wasn't Mark that. One
<v Speaker 1>person said Lord. Did he call him a lord? I
<v Speaker 1>don't think he called him lord? Mark? Okay? Maybe Mark
<v Speaker 1>Electrical says I think he called him Marv. Is he
<v Speaker 1>from the Wet Bandits? All right, well we'll we'll call
<v Speaker 1>him Mark. That's funnier tho. So he called over Mark,
<v Speaker 1>who had a box. Roman reached in. He pulled out
<v Speaker 1>an ulafalla, not the usual red one. It's a different color.
<v Speaker 1>It's kind of like a I don't know, brownish. But
<v Speaker 1>he pulls out an ulafalla from the box and Roman
<v Speaker 1>says that people backstage, they're terrified that we got the
<v Speaker 1>bloodline back together. They're worried that the family is back together.
<v Speaker 1>But here's the thing. The bloodline has always been here.
<v Speaker 1>And he brought up the wilds samoans, Lord Lord Lord Mark.
<v Speaker 1>See that's even funnier, he said, Lord Lord Farqua, this
<v Speaker 1>is more entertaining than this whole episode of Raw. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, just this one discussion that we're having here,
<v Speaker 1>all right, I gotta be honest with you. I think
<v Speaker 1>Lord Mark is fucking hilarious. So that's what we're gonna
<v Speaker 1>call him from now on. So anyway, Lord Mark with
<v Speaker 1>the box, he's got the falling now. But Roman is saying, look,
<v Speaker 1>you know, as far as the family goes, the family
<v Speaker 1>has always been here. He mentions the wild Samoans. He
<v Speaker 1>mentions Yoko Zuna right when he was the world champion
<v Speaker 1>Rakishi when he was entertaining the world and dancing around
<v Speaker 1>in the ring. He said Umaga when he headlined WrestleMania. Now,
<v Speaker 1>Umaga did participate in the I will say, the most
<v Speaker 1>promoted match on that WrestleMania twenty three card, and you
<v Speaker 1>might argue that it was one of the main events
<v Speaker 1>of that night. It was not technically the main event
<v Speaker 1>of that show, but we can rewrite history. That's fine.
<v Speaker 1>So apparently Umaga main event of WrestleMania in two thousand
<v Speaker 1>and seven. So he mentioned Umaga, and he mentioned the
<v Speaker 1>USO's the greatest tag team to ever do it. Sure,
<v Speaker 1>and he mentioned himself. He goes, we're all part of
<v Speaker 1>the bloodline. And when the kids are tagging in twenty years,
<v Speaker 1>Romans kids and Jacob's kids, they will be bloodlined too.
<v Speaker 1>Jacob has always said that he's on the outside, but
<v Speaker 1>no more. And he welcomes Jacob to the family business.
<v Speaker 1>He places the Ula Faulla around Jacob's neck. In the background,
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy and Jay, they seem they seem a little jealous
<v Speaker 1>with everything that's going on here. And as Roman and
<v Speaker 1>Fa Tou put the ones up, Jimmy has to convince
<v Speaker 1>Jay to come over and join them. They all pose,
<v Speaker 1>they put their fingers in the air, and that's the segment.
<v Speaker 1>Now they're leaving. Roman walks back over to Eric Andre,
<v Speaker 1>he's all smiles again. They're dapping it up. Jay comes over,
<v Speaker 1>He just looks at Andre and just keeps walking. Jimmy
<v Speaker 1>DAPs it up with Eric and so now here comes
<v Speaker 1>Jacob and Eric. Andre he's getting a little too comfortable
<v Speaker 1>with himself, kind of pats Jacob on the shoulder and
<v Speaker 1>he starts playing with the ula falla around Jacob's neck,
<v Speaker 1>which is something you don't do. You don't put your
<v Speaker 1>hands on the yule of falla. He stays like bouncing
<v Speaker 1>it up and down with his hands and he's laughing,
<v Speaker 1>and Fa too grabs him and he pulls him over
<v Speaker 1>the barricade. Remember many years ago they didn't angle on raw.
<v Speaker 1>This is when they brought Crush back to the company
<v Speaker 1>in like ninety six, because he actually did go to
<v Speaker 1>jail or in prison. I think he went to prison
<v Speaker 1>on a weapons charge in the years that he had
<v Speaker 1>left the company. Remember he was KNA Crush in like
<v Speaker 1>ninety two ninety three, and then he went heel in
<v Speaker 1>ninety four, and then he disappeared at some point in
<v Speaker 1>nineteen ninety four, a crush just vanished and he came
<v Speaker 1>back two years later. Apparently he went to prison during
<v Speaker 1>that time, so they tried to play off of that
<v Speaker 1>with his new gimmick, and not long after he re debuted,
<v Speaker 1>they did this thing where he had reached over the
<v Speaker 1>barricade and he grabbed a fan in the crowd. He
<v Speaker 1>pulled the fan over the barricade and he starts beating
<v Speaker 1>the shit out of him again, which was something that
<v Speaker 1>you didn't really see back then. So that's basically what
<v Speaker 1>Jacob did here to Eric Andre. He grabbed him, he
<v Speaker 1>pulled him over the barricade, he threw him into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>He started beating the hell out of him, and so
<v Speaker 1>here comes security, Here comes Adam Pierce. They get in
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Jacob is climbing to the top. Okay, he's notine.
<v Speaker 1>They're lucky he didn't go for the Mighty Moon Salt.
<v Speaker 1>Here he was climbing to the top. He was going
<v Speaker 1>to do a splash. All the security geeks and Adam
<v Speaker 1>Pearce is in there. They're trying to get him to stop.
<v Speaker 1>Adam Pearce is looking at Roman Reigns, who now jumped
<v Speaker 1>up on the apron. He's trying to tell him, you
<v Speaker 1>got to get him to stop, and it looks like
<v Speaker 1>Roman is going to do that. It looks like he's
<v Speaker 1>telling him no. So Jacob starts climbing down, and then
<v Speaker 1>Roman has a change of heart and he says, get
<v Speaker 1>up there. So as the fans cheer all of this,
<v Speaker 1>Jacob goes up to the top rope and he delivers
<v Speaker 1>a big splash off the top squashes eric Andre like
<v Speaker 1>a pancake in the middle of the ring. What eric
<v Speaker 1>Andre did to deserve this apparently, like I said, he
<v Speaker 1>put his hands on pool to follow, which you just
<v Speaker 1>don't do. And then as they were going to leave,
<v Speaker 1>Roman said, give him another one, so he went back up,
<v Speaker 1>he gave him a second splash, and then the Bloodline
<v Speaker 1>left twenty five minutes for this. The first twenty five
<v Speaker 1>minutes of the show were gone. The last five minutes
<v Speaker 1>were the best part of this entire thing, but it
<v Speaker 1>took twenty five minutes to get there. And so the
<v Speaker 1>big takeaway from this now is that I've a few
<v Speaker 1>things here. So obviously the way that Jacob is being
<v Speaker 1>treated has made at least Jay, if not Jimmy and
<v Speaker 1>Jay start to feel a little a little jealous, right,
<v Speaker 1>they're feeling a little jelly about this. That's number one.
<v Speaker 1>Number two, Apparently Roman reigns now controls Jacob Fantu. It's
<v Speaker 1>not enough that Jacob Fatu had to get down on
<v Speaker 1>bended knee and acknowledge this man, but now apparently he
<v Speaker 1>just does whatever he's told, right, Go fetch me a sandwich,
<v Speaker 1>Go grab me a newspaper, go get my slippers like
<v Speaker 1>he's a dog. Whatever Roman wants him to do, right,
<v Speaker 1>This is his tribal chief, So I guess it's like
<v Speaker 1>he has his own little monster, his own little robot
<v Speaker 1>that he can control. Honestly, you know what it felt
<v Speaker 1>like to me. This is in a way, this is
<v Speaker 1>kind of like the Bloodlin's version of the Daniel Brian
<v Speaker 1>Wyatt story, which didn't last very long. I mean, they
<v Speaker 1>abandoned that angle pretty quick, but yeah, Daniel Brian joined
<v Speaker 1>the Wyatts handful of weeks. It really wasn't that long.
<v Speaker 1>And then until we had that cage match, which funny enough,
<v Speaker 1>I think was actually against the Ussos now that I
<v Speaker 1>think about it, where Daniel Brian he kind of, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he had enough, but he lured him into this situation
<v Speaker 1>where Bray was in the cage with him, and then
<v Speaker 1>all of a sudden, Daniel Brian is no longer doing
<v Speaker 1>his bidding and he fights back, and it was this
<v Speaker 1>just great angle the way it came off, one of
<v Speaker 1>the best angles on Raw in the history of the show. Honestly,
<v Speaker 1>this is sort of that. This is not exactly that.
<v Speaker 1>I think it's sort of that, or at some point
<v Speaker 1>we will have the break between Jacob and Roman, but
<v Speaker 1>it is so far down the road. I mean, look,
<v Speaker 1>I suppose it could always happen at SummerSlam. If Roman's
<v Speaker 1>gonna go away, maybe maybe Jacob only does this for
<v Speaker 1>a couple more months. It would kind of be nice
<v Speaker 1>if we didn't have to wait much longer than that,
<v Speaker 1>and Jacob could you know, sort of snap out of it,
<v Speaker 1>lay out Roman, fuck them up. Roman disappears, Jacob takes
<v Speaker 1>the reins, no pun intended. But that's where we are
<v Speaker 1>right now. With the bloodline stuff. Again, if you're not
<v Speaker 1>into the bloodline stuff, and look for me, there's stuff
<v Speaker 1>I like there's stuff I don't like. Does it feel
<v Speaker 1>like a rerun in many ways? Yes? I mean there's
<v Speaker 1>little things that are a little bit different. But does
<v Speaker 1>it feel like a rerun? Yes? It does. And I
<v Speaker 1>talked about the usos and how it feels like they've
<v Speaker 1>regressed from where they were. All of that is true.
<v Speaker 1>If you sat through the bloodline stuff three, four, five
<v Speaker 1>years ago, a lot of this feels very familiar. And
<v Speaker 1>maybe you're excited about that because the bloodline stuff back
<v Speaker 1>then for a period of time was great, so hey,
<v Speaker 1>why not run it back again? Right? There's that school
<v Speaker 1>of thought. The other school of thought is that we've
<v Speaker 1>been there, done that, and I can't believe that we're
<v Speaker 1>sitting here again four or five years later with a
<v Speaker 1>couple of different faces. But largely it just feels the same.
<v Speaker 1>But when they come out there, you know, everyone's singing
<v Speaker 1>Roman's name and they're putting their hands up in the air,
<v Speaker 1>their fingers up in the air, and they're cheering for
<v Speaker 1>a guy who's really not a babyface. Roman Reigns is
<v Speaker 1>a heel, Make no mistake about it. Roman Reigns is
<v Speaker 1>a heel. He's not a tweeter, he's not a baby face.
<v Speaker 1>He's a fucking heel. People cheer for him anyway. This
<v Speaker 1>all feels very familiar now. We had our first semi
<v Speaker 1>final round match in the Queen of the Ring tournament.
<v Speaker 1>Up there's Armed Anderson, hands up, get all armed? Hey,
<v Speaker 1>tones C. Five months of membership. What's going on? Tones C?
<v Speaker 1>I'm so sick of the bloodline. Hey, I feel your brother,
<v Speaker 1>I feel you to get better, get used to it.
<v Speaker 1>It's not going away. We had Eo Sky against Raquel
<v Speaker 1>Rodriguez in the semi finals. Uh. There was a point
<v Speaker 1>in the match here where EO she uh dodged a
<v Speaker 1>charge from Raquel. Raquel ended up out on the floor.
<v Speaker 1>They were fighting over by the Actually EO tried to
<v Speaker 1>do a dive out to the floor, Raquel caught her
<v Speaker 1>ended up lawn darting her into the ring post. I
<v Speaker 1>didn't see where it happened. Raquel got her nose busted
<v Speaker 1>at one point. You can really notice it when they
<v Speaker 1>came back from the commercial break, so she was bleeding
<v Speaker 1>from the nose. There was the bullet train attack from
<v Speaker 1>EO in the corner. She goes up top hits a
<v Speaker 1>missile dropkick. Raquel was able to avoid another bullet train
<v Speaker 1>in the corner and she picked up EO. EO though
<v Speaker 1>kicked her to break free. She went for a sunset
<v Speaker 1>flip power bomb out on the floor. Raquel, though, stomped
<v Speaker 1>her way out and she tried to deliver a power
<v Speaker 1>slam to EO. She was able to escape, so Raquel
<v Speaker 1>ends up running right into the announced desk and EO,
<v Speaker 1>from the barricade behind the announcers, was going to do
<v Speaker 1>I guess a leaping stomp to Raquel, who was kind
<v Speaker 1>of laid across the announced desk. Raquel was able to
<v Speaker 1>avoid that. She tripped the EO face planted right down
<v Speaker 1>on the top of the announced desk, so back inside,
<v Speaker 1>Raquel missed the twisting Vader bomb, that Vader bomb elbow
<v Speaker 1>that she goes for. EO though, hit a sunset flip
<v Speaker 1>power bomb out of the corner inside the ring. Then
<v Speaker 1>she went up top. She hit the over the Moon
<v Speaker 1>salt one two, three, no four, funny business, no cheating,
<v Speaker 1>no bullshit, no live Morgan, no Roxane Perez. Straight up
<v Speaker 1>win for EO Sky and she is going to the
<v Speaker 1>finals at Night of Champion, she will meet the winner
<v Speaker 1>of the Charlotte Flair Live Morgan match that is coming
<v Speaker 1>up on SmackDown this Friday. Very very happy to see
<v Speaker 1>EO going to the finals. They have one job. All
<v Speaker 1>you need to do is give her one more win
<v Speaker 1>and then EO can pick the champion she wants to
<v Speaker 1>wrestle at Summer Slim. And to me, it doesn't matter
<v Speaker 1>which one it is. It could be Live, it could
<v Speaker 1>be Rhea. Right, We're still waiting to find out the
<v Speaker 1>severity of Rhea's knee injury. Hopefully she'll be able to
<v Speaker 1>go at Summer Slim and they won't have to strip
<v Speaker 1>her of the belt. But I was very happy to
<v Speaker 1>see EO go over here and have a straight wrestling match.
<v Speaker 1>You know, I thought the match they had was solid.
<v Speaker 1>You know, it wasn't anything terribly special, but we have
<v Speaker 1>the right outcome, so that's really what matters most. Hey
<v Speaker 1>shout out to Lola in the chat. Lola Bentley, she
<v Speaker 1>is new here, loving the show. I'm glad you're loving
<v Speaker 1>the show. I assume you're talking about this show, not
<v Speaker 1>Monday Night Raw. There's more to love here, I think
<v Speaker 1>than there is Unraw. And so the other thing. Also,
<v Speaker 1>I wanted to mention here before I forget I was
<v Speaker 1>very concerned that we were heading for an all Judgment
<v Speaker 1>Day final. You can do whatever you want to do
<v Speaker 1>between Live and Raquel. At some point, right things are
<v Speaker 1>going to blow up between them. We all know it.
<v Speaker 1>I'm surprised it hasn't happened by now. When it happens,
<v Speaker 1>it doesn't need to be in the finals. So it's
<v Speaker 1>not that I'm against that being a match at some point,
<v Speaker 1>but not in this tournament. It's been the Judgment Day
<v Speaker 1>show up until this point. Dom made it to the
<v Speaker 1>semi finals. Live is going to the semi finals. Raquel
<v Speaker 1>is in the semi finals. Enough enough, The Judgment Day
<v Speaker 1>isn't even that great anymore. Okay enough, we don't need
<v Speaker 1>total Judgment Day dominance. Here we go backstage, speaking of which,
<v Speaker 1>Roxanne Perez is talking to Live Morgan and she says
<v Speaker 1>that Charlotte Flair will not be one hundred percent after
<v Speaker 1>tonight because you see Live is wrestling Charlotte in the
<v Speaker 1>tournament on Friday to soften her up. Roxanne had a
<v Speaker 1>match tonight with Charlotte, so she was letting Live know
<v Speaker 1>everything is under control. Charlotte's not going to be going
<v Speaker 1>in to smack that at one hundred percent. So they
<v Speaker 1>part ways and Live walks into It was weird because
<v Speaker 1>you could kind of see it was reflecting. There were
<v Speaker 1>some weird lights going on, like behind the camera, I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>is there like a rave party going on backstage here
<v Speaker 1>in Baltimore? Like I'm seeing all these flashing lights. But
<v Speaker 1>it was Dan Hausen's science lab. Live found the science
<v Speaker 1>lab or the lair that Dan Housen has been hanging
<v Speaker 1>out in, and so she walks in dan Housen's typing
<v Speaker 1>or you know, fake typing on the computer, and she
<v Speaker 1>takes her jacket off and she reveals that she's wearing
<v Speaker 1>a Dan Housen t shirt right, which makes him very happy,
<v Speaker 1>and she says that you're a very powerful person. She
<v Speaker 1>clearly wants something from him, and what she wants is
<v Speaker 1>she wants him to curse Obafemi ahead of his match
<v Speaker 1>with Dom in the main event tonight. So dan Housen said, well,
<v Speaker 1>you know, it's going to take a lot of human
<v Speaker 1>money ease, and he wants a spot in her next
<v Speaker 1>music video. When he's going on and on about all
<v Speaker 1>these things that he wants, and then eventually Live just
<v Speaker 1>gets sick of it and she leaves. So the one
<v Speaker 1>thing that we learned here from this segment, and by
<v Speaker 1>the way, the undead Baron Corbin is still lying under
<v Speaker 1>a white sheet in the background. I don't know when
<v Speaker 1>they're going to do the big reveal. It's going to
<v Speaker 1>happen one of these weeks. The only question I have
<v Speaker 1>is when we see Baron Corbin rise from the gurney,
<v Speaker 1>is he going to have the little things in his
<v Speaker 1>neck like Frankenstein. That's the only thing I'm wearing, one
<v Speaker 1>of those things called by the way, I always wondered
<v Speaker 1>that those things that are in Frankenstein's neck do they
<v Speaker 1>have a name? They're not buttons? What are those things? So? Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>we can still see the sheet in the background. But
<v Speaker 1>the one thing we learned here in this segment is
<v Speaker 1>that Dan Hausen is immune to the female charm. It
<v Speaker 1>has no effect on him. We come back from commercial
<v Speaker 1>and we got more Dan Hausen. We had a I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if it's a clip from a longer documentary.
<v Speaker 1>They are working on a YouTube documentary for Dan Hausen.
<v Speaker 1>Oh bolts, thank you, that's what it was, Yes, bolts,
<v Speaker 1>neck bolts. What did I say? They were buttons? What
<v Speaker 1>am I fucking idiot, thank you. Maybe Baron Corbin will
<v Speaker 1>have bolts in the side of his neck. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know why I called them buttons. Oh man, I gotta
<v Speaker 1>go back and watch the old Frankenstein movies. Man, it's
<v Speaker 1>been too long. I forgot everything. Of course, for the electricity.
<v Speaker 1>So Baron Corbin will be PCO. Sure. They probably got
<v Speaker 1>Corbin for cheaper than they'll get PCO for. I can
<v Speaker 1>only imagine what PCO would want. He's old school, he
<v Speaker 1>wants to be paid. But yes, we had footage here
<v Speaker 1>from a Dan Housen documentary showing all of his interactions
<v Speaker 1>over the last really few months with Stephen A Smith,
<v Speaker 1>and he cursed the Knicks, and then he uncursed the Knicks,
<v Speaker 1>and the Knicks went on to beat the Brakes off
<v Speaker 1>the Spurs and the finals, and they're the NBA champions
<v Speaker 1>for the first time in fifty three years. Big parade
<v Speaker 1>coming on Thursday through the Canyon of Heroes in New
<v Speaker 1>York City. I mean, look, Dan Housen needs to be there.
<v Speaker 1>Dan Housen has been invited by w to be there,
<v Speaker 1>so'd be very interesting to see if he ends up
<v Speaker 1>on one of the parade floats. He should be. They
<v Speaker 1>should be building a statue for that man. We got
<v Speaker 1>a video promo from seth Rawlins who talked about bron
<v Speaker 1>Breaker and said he brought Braun into the Vision. He
<v Speaker 1>tried to give him the world, and in return, Breaker
<v Speaker 1>took his world from him six months of his career
<v Speaker 1>that he'll never be able to get back. So he's
<v Speaker 1>here to right his wrongs. No Vision, no Hayman, no hiding,
<v Speaker 1>and he challenges Breaker to a match at Night of
<v Speaker 1>Champions inside of a steel cage. We knew we were
<v Speaker 1>getting the match. The only question was Night of Champions
<v Speaker 1>or Saturday Night's main event next month. So now we
<v Speaker 1>know the date, we know the stipulation. The only thing
<v Speaker 1>that we needed was the response from bron Breaker, which
<v Speaker 1>we will get to because we got that later on
<v Speaker 1>in the show. Elsewhere in the back, Lyra Valkyria was
<v Speaker 1>talking to Adam Pierce and she was very happy. She said,
<v Speaker 1>I can't wait to go tell Bailey, and we were
<v Speaker 1>left to wonder what she was talking about. We can
<v Speaker 1>kind of surmise what she was talking about. Her and
<v Speaker 1>Bailey are going to be challenging Page and Bribella for
<v Speaker 1>the women's tag team titles in London next week, just
<v Speaker 1>so you know, spoiler sorry. So La Night arrived after
<v Speaker 1>Lyra left and he talked about what happened on Friday,
<v Speaker 1>and Adam Pearce was like, yeah, I saw what happened,
<v Speaker 1>and he goes, no, it doesn't bother me. You know
<v Speaker 1>that everything that I said was going to happen exactly
<v Speaker 1>played out the way that I told you it would.
<v Speaker 1>And he was looking up at the lights and he
<v Speaker 1>was on the losing end of his King of the
<v Speaker 1>Ring match on Friday. J Usso wins, jay Usso goes on,
<v Speaker 1>La Night goes home. So Pierce talked about Solo Sokoa
<v Speaker 1>being back with the Bloodline, which is something that Night alleged,
<v Speaker 1>and because he brought up up Solo Socoa getting involved,
<v Speaker 1>and he did, actually he spiked him. He gave him
<v Speaker 1>the Simone spike and Pierce, you know, he kind of
<v Speaker 1>disagreed with that and said, he's not even on raw.
<v Speaker 1>That's a SmackDown guy anyway, and I don't know that
<v Speaker 1>he's back with the Bloodline. And Knight said, I'm gonna
<v Speaker 1>go handle things my way and he walked off. Then
<v Speaker 1>we got more footage last Monday, Penta beat Raymysteria to
<v Speaker 1>retain his Intercontinental Championship. We saw what happened when the
<v Speaker 1>match was over with Ethan Page and Russev. They ripped
<v Speaker 1>the mask off Ray's head. Dragon Lee came out and
<v Speaker 1>Chad Gable came out. He kicked Ass he gave the
<v Speaker 1>mask back. So we come back live and Chad Gable
<v Speaker 1>is in the back with Jackie Redmond and she wants
<v Speaker 1>to know about the next chapter. What's next for Chad Gable.
<v Speaker 1>So Gable says that he's been wrong a lot over
<v Speaker 1>the last couple of years, but he's been making amends
<v Speaker 1>and after he handles Russev tonight, he has other people
<v Speaker 1>that he needs to make amends with. So he starts
<v Speaker 1>to make his way towards the ring for his match,
<v Speaker 1>and he happens upon Maxine Dupree having a conversation with
<v Speaker 1>Austin Theory right behind him, so he stops. He looks
<v Speaker 1>at her, she looks at him. Theory kind of looks
<v Speaker 1>over at Gable and very dismissive and no words are exchanged.
<v Speaker 1>But Gable keeps walking right because we know who he
<v Speaker 1>still has to make amends with. He's going to have
<v Speaker 1>to make amends with Alpha Academy and they're kind of
<v Speaker 1>dragging this out. So he makes his way out to
<v Speaker 1>the ring for the next match, and I will point
<v Speaker 1>out to you that we had one match. We had
<v Speaker 1>one match in one hour. The entire first hour of
<v Speaker 1>the show. He had only one wrestling match. Very impressive.
<v Speaker 1>So now we're at the top of the hour. For
<v Speaker 1>hour two, maybe hour two will be more action packed.
<v Speaker 1>Let's find out Chad Gable one on one against Ruscevu
<v Speaker 1>had Ethan Page. I guess Ethan Page is kind of
<v Speaker 1>like his manager. Now, he had Ethan Page in his corner.
<v Speaker 1>Gable has new music now. When Gable did the run
<v Speaker 1>in last week, I was all super excited because I said, Oh,
<v Speaker 1>it's his old Alpha Academy music. That's pretty badass. I
<v Speaker 1>haven't heard that theme in over a decade and it's
<v Speaker 1>a pretty badass tune. But I think I may have
<v Speaker 1>also made the comment that you know, we've been down
<v Speaker 1>this road before where somebody will make their return. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>they'll even get their old NXT theme music for one
<v Speaker 1>week and then they change it. Well, they changed it.
<v Speaker 1>The NXT music is no more. They gave him new music.
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna have to listen to this again. I'm gonna
<v Speaker 1>have to listen to this separate and apart from the
<v Speaker 1>show if they uploaded online. I'll have to listen to
<v Speaker 1>the song to fully judge it. What I will tell
<v Speaker 1>you is that upon first listen, it really does not
<v Speaker 1>fit Chad Gable. It really it does not. You know
<v Speaker 1>what it sounds like. It sounds like it. Honestly, it
<v Speaker 1>sounds AI generated. I would not at all be shocked
<v Speaker 1>if it is. It sounds like an AI generated generic
<v Speaker 1>rock theme. It sounds like the kind of theme that
<v Speaker 1>you would expect Rick Boogs to come out to, not
<v Speaker 1>Chad Gable. I don't think it really fits him. So
<v Speaker 1>in the long term, I don't know if this is
<v Speaker 1>gonna stick, But I just I have to hear it more.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know why they would give him back. Here's
<v Speaker 1>the thing I don't understand, Like, what is the difference
<v Speaker 1>from one week to the next, Like you're going to
<v Speaker 1>debut this guy on the show last week and have
<v Speaker 1>him do a run in as a babyface. If you've
<v Speaker 1>got new music that you're working on for him, then
<v Speaker 1>why is that new music not being used on week one?
<v Speaker 1>When he shows up. Why would you even go back
<v Speaker 1>and use old music from ten or eleven years ago
<v Speaker 1>for one week and then the next week debut new
<v Speaker 1>music for the guy. That's the part I don't understand.
<v Speaker 1>Either the music is ready or it's not, But like,
<v Speaker 1>why is that so hard? I don't really understand. That
<v Speaker 1>sounds like jelly roll. No, that's not jelly roll. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>jelly roll was in a hair band in the eighties,
<v Speaker 1>maybe jelly roll. My biggest issue with it is that
<v Speaker 1>it just doesn't really fit him. It just seems like
<v Speaker 1>it would be better suited for somebody else. But anyway,
<v Speaker 1>that's not important. What's important is that Chad Gable is back.
<v Speaker 1>He's a babyface now and this is really his first
<v Speaker 1>match back for all intents and purposes. So let's see
<v Speaker 1>what happens here against Russev. I was not convinced he
<v Speaker 1>was winning this match. In fact, having him lose sounds
<v Speaker 1>like exactly the sort of thing that they would do.
<v Speaker 1>They would want to build sympathy for him, right, he's
<v Speaker 1>making amends, he's trying to climb his way back from
<v Speaker 1>the from the bottom all the way back up. Let's
<v Speaker 1>beat him, right, Surely they won't do that, but I
<v Speaker 1>put nothing past these people. So the fight spilled out
<v Speaker 1>to the floor. Russev sent Gable into the steel steps
<v Speaker 1>and he was ramming Gable headfirst into the announced desk.
<v Speaker 1>Gable backsup plexed him onto the desk, though, and then
<v Speaker 1>Ethan Page distracted Gable. Russev ended up tossing Gable overhead
<v Speaker 1>over the announced desk. He took this rough bump to
<v Speaker 1>the floor and that took us into the commercial break.
<v Speaker 1>So coming out of it, Gable he hit some rolling Germans.
<v Speaker 1>Gable met him up on the ropes. When Russev climbed
<v Speaker 1>to the top, he hit a superplex. Now the straps
<v Speaker 1>come down. We got an ankle lock here by Gable.
<v Speaker 1>Russev was able to kick his way free and he
<v Speaker 1>went for the accolade. After this, that led Dough to
<v Speaker 1>Gable escaping, and he tried to go for a chaos
<v Speaker 1>theory rolling German didn't get it, though. Rusev went for
<v Speaker 1>a Machka kick Gable stuff that he got. The ankle
<v Speaker 1>lock applied, and so Ethan is cheerleading Russev. He's worried
<v Speaker 1>that this guy is about to tap out, and so
<v Speaker 1>he runs into the ring Gable chases him out and
<v Speaker 1>then as soon as he turns around, he turns right
<v Speaker 1>into a Machka kick, just eats a foot right to
<v Speaker 1>the face, only for a near fall. Russev goes for
<v Speaker 1>the accolade and he gets it locked on and Gable
<v Speaker 1>is trying to kind of inch his way closer to
<v Speaker 1>the ropes, but he gets dragged back to the center
<v Speaker 1>of the ring. And this is the point where I
<v Speaker 1>was like, okay, this, They're gonna end this right here.
<v Speaker 1>He's gonna fucking lose this map. I'm gonna lose my
<v Speaker 1>mind if they beat this fucking guy this first time
<v Speaker 1>back in the ring here on this show. And if
<v Speaker 1>this was Chad Gable when he was playing Babyface whatever
<v Speaker 1>it was two three years ago, when he was feeding
<v Speaker 1>with gun thro like that version Alpha Academy Chad Gable,
<v Speaker 1>he would have lost right there at that moment. That's it.
<v Speaker 1>Like when he got dragged back to the center of
<v Speaker 1>the ring, he would have been tapping out, but he
<v Speaker 1>holds on. He grabs the leg, he manages to fight
<v Speaker 1>out of it. He gets an angle slam, and then
<v Speaker 1>he gets the ankle lock applied again. And wouldn't you
<v Speaker 1>know Russev taps out and Chad Gable picks up the wind,
<v Speaker 1>which is the finish that made sense. But again, I
<v Speaker 1>have no trust in these people. I have no trust
<v Speaker 1>in these people to do the right thing anymore when
<v Speaker 1>it comes to this stuff. So I was very happy
<v Speaker 1>to see that. When the match was over, Ethan attacked.
<v Speaker 1>After the bell, Rusev joins in. Here comes Raymisterio and
<v Speaker 1>Dragon Lee. They run out for the save and the
<v Speaker 1>two of them pull Chad back up to his feet
<v Speaker 1>and they raise his arms. So, first of all, this
<v Speaker 1>is a great win for Gable number one. I love
<v Speaker 1>the fact that he was super over. I'm not saying
<v Speaker 1>oba femei in France or Italy over, but he was
<v Speaker 1>super over with the crowd behind him. You know, when
<v Speaker 1>he made his comeback, they were rallying behind him. There
<v Speaker 1>were Gable chants, and this was only night one, you know,
<v Speaker 1>his first night back in the ring. Very encouraging. They
<v Speaker 1>just keep building on it. That's all you got to do,
<v Speaker 1>just keep building on it. We're in mid June right now.
<v Speaker 1>Summer Slim is less than two months away, so you
<v Speaker 1>have some time to build him up for that Intercontinental
<v Speaker 1>title match, which is what I would like to see
<v Speaker 1>him in in Minneapolis. I would like to see him
<v Speaker 1>in Penta, go in there and tear it up, and
<v Speaker 1>I would like to see Gable come out of it
<v Speaker 1>with some gold. He challenged for that championship years ago.
<v Speaker 1>He failed every single time, every single time against Gunther
<v Speaker 1>that he went in there and he challenged for that title.
<v Speaker 1>He could not get the job done. Here we are now,
<v Speaker 1>a few years later, Gable is getting this renewed baby
<v Speaker 1>face push. If he's going to go in there and
<v Speaker 1>challenge for that title, failure cannot be an option this time.
<v Speaker 1>We cannot go back to that. He gets the shot,
<v Speaker 1>he wins. It's as simple as that. Just build to it, slowly,
<v Speaker 1>right baby steps. Backstage, Roman Reigns was barking orders at
<v Speaker 1>lord Mark. You know what I'm wondering here? I see
<v Speaker 1>lord Mark on his phone. He's taking orders here from
<v Speaker 1>Roman backstage, and I'm like, is he supposed to be
<v Speaker 1>the new wise Man? Like? Is he the new Paul Hayman?
<v Speaker 1>Is he going to be there next week too? Or
<v Speaker 1>is this like a one week thing? I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>You know, lord Mark, They're going to be in the
<v Speaker 1>UK next week and not just anybody could walk around
<v Speaker 1>and call themselves Lord. Yeah, they may take offense if
<v Speaker 1>this guy shows up and they're calling him Lord. But anyway,
<v Speaker 1>so he's barking orders at this guy and the USO's
<v Speaker 1>walking and Lord Mark disappears. He goes back to the
<v Speaker 1>castle and Roman tells Jimmy and Jay, look, we can't
<v Speaker 1>have any infighting in the family. Everybody on the outside
<v Speaker 1>they hate us. They hate us because they ain't us.
<v Speaker 1>So he says, why hasn't someone handled La Knight yet? Oh,
<v Speaker 1>I think the creative team did that a long time ago.
<v Speaker 1>He says, well, maybe we should send the werewolf and
<v Speaker 1>Jay said, no, I'll take care of that. I'll go,
<v Speaker 1>I'll go take care of this guy. And Jimmy said, no,
<v Speaker 1>he volunteered, let me go handle this. Let me go
<v Speaker 1>take care of this. So off he went. La Knight
<v Speaker 1>came out to the ring after this, and the fans
<v Speaker 1>were chanting his name, speaking of being over. La Knight
<v Speaker 1>was over. Do you know why he was over? Because
<v Speaker 1>they were in Baltimore tonight and he is from Hagerstown.
<v Speaker 1>He's a Maryland boy. This was a homecoming for La Night.
<v Speaker 1>So the fans were into him a little bit more
<v Speaker 1>than usual. On SmackDown Friday night, he ended his and
<v Speaker 1>he laid down to illustrate for us the position he assumed.
<v Speaker 1>The position. We'll start calling this the La Night position
<v Speaker 1>on his back. He laid down in the ring to
<v Speaker 1>illustrate the position that we all saw him into the
<v Speaker 1>end of the main event on SmackDown on Friday night.
<v Speaker 1>Looking up at the lights, it thought to himself, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he could lay there all weekend, but he realized he
<v Speaker 1>needed to get to Baltimore. Then he got a phone
<v Speaker 1>call from a friend suggesting that he come home for
<v Speaker 1>a couple of days. He said he couldn't. I need
<v Speaker 1>to get to Baltimore. Someone else called and told him
<v Speaker 1>the King of the Ring is over, he should take
<v Speaker 1>the week off, and La said that I gotta get
<v Speaker 1>to Baltimore. He says he's home. He didn't return home
<v Speaker 1>a king or a champion, but with or without it,
<v Speaker 1>he's still La Knight. He says he's always fought the
<v Speaker 1>odds he doesn't have. He doesn't give up because he
<v Speaker 1>doesn't know how. He didn't have a famous father, he
<v Speaker 1>didn't have tribal chief to help him out. He sees
<v Speaker 1>Roman manipulating Jacob. Pretty soon he'll have his own meme coin.
<v Speaker 1>He'll have the Bloodline meme coin. He's not here to
<v Speaker 1>complain or whine, he told I mean, that's what he's
<v Speaker 1>been doing every week. What's what the fuck is he
<v Speaker 1>talking about? Every week we see him on the show,
<v Speaker 1>He's complaining about the Bloodline. What do you say? It's
<v Speaker 1>his new gimmick. It's all he does. He said every
<v Speaker 1>single member of the Bloodline would be there every single
<v Speaker 1>time he's out there. Solo Socoa spiked him, so he's
<v Speaker 1>out of the tournament. Jay Uso moves on. So Jimmy
<v Speaker 1>Usso comes down to the ring and Jimmy says he
<v Speaker 1>knows that Knight has legit beef with his family, but
<v Speaker 1>that was a few years ago, and that's where it
<v Speaker 1>really hit me. It's like, now we're actually talking about
<v Speaker 1>this and promos. We're talking in terms of years now
<v Speaker 1>as we refer back to all all of the people
<v Speaker 1>that the Bloodline feuded with and all of the people
<v Speaker 1>like whose lives they made miserable, and we're no longer
<v Speaker 1>talking in terms of like weeks or months. We are
<v Speaker 1>now talking about years. Man, all that stuff that happened.
<v Speaker 1>That was years ago. I'm like, man, this has been
<v Speaker 1>going on for a long time. But he said, Solo
<v Speaker 1>doesn't work with us anymore. And Night reminded Jimmy that
<v Speaker 1>Solo helped Jay win on Friday, so he's supposed to
<v Speaker 1>just believe that if he goes after Solo, the rest
<v Speaker 1>of the bloodline won't come after him. And Jimmy said,
<v Speaker 1>that's exactly what I'm saying, said that may the best
<v Speaker 1>man win. If you go on you want to go
<v Speaker 1>after Solo, may the best man win. So Jay Uso entered.
<v Speaker 1>He takes the microphone from Jimmy. Jay says that Jimmy
<v Speaker 1>is right. They've told him over and over again that
<v Speaker 1>Solo is on his own and he just needs to
<v Speaker 1>accept that what Jay is out here for, though, is
<v Speaker 1>one thing. And so Night cuts him off, and Jay says,
<v Speaker 1>it's not to acknowledge the OTC. He goes, I'm better
<v Speaker 1>than you. I'm better than La. He beat La fair
<v Speaker 1>and square, so La should acknowledge him. And I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>oh my fucking god, enough with the fucking acknowledge me stuff.
<v Speaker 1>Now we got little Roman coming out. It's bad enough.
<v Speaker 1>We have to hear Roman go through this shit every
<v Speaker 1>single week. Acknowledge me. Acknowledge me. It's in the fucking supermarket.
<v Speaker 1>Acknowledged me to the cashier. Now we got Jay Huso
<v Speaker 1>coming out here, and Jay Uso wants people on this
<v Speaker 1>show to acknowledge him. Enough enough, we get it. We
<v Speaker 1>have acknowledgment ceremonies now on the show. Like enough enough
<v Speaker 1>with the acknowledgment, La says, you know, with everything that
<v Speaker 1>I have to deal with, it is a compelling offer
<v Speaker 1>that you make. So he says, you know what, Jay,
<v Speaker 1>I acknowledge you can kiss my ass. And then at
<v Speaker 1>that point things broke down. I will tell you, as
<v Speaker 1>I listened to La night say this, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if it was just the way in which he said it.
<v Speaker 1>When he told Jay, you know, I acknowledge you can
<v Speaker 1>kiss my ass. The first thing I thought of, okay,
<v Speaker 1>the first thing that it just popped up into my head.
<v Speaker 1>It sounded to me in my brain it reminded me
<v Speaker 1>of Austin at Madison Square Garden in ninety seven, that
<v Speaker 1>night first night that he stunned Vince and the promo
<v Speaker 1>that led up to it, where he says, I appreciate the.
<v Speaker 2>Fact that you and the World Wrestling Federation care and
<v Speaker 2>I also appreciate the fact that hell, you can kiss
<v Speaker 2>my ass and that he kicked him and he stunned him,
<v Speaker 2>but just the way he said it.
<v Speaker 1>And look, there have been comparisons before to La Knight,
<v Speaker 1>his delivery, the inflections in his voice. He sound like
<v Speaker 1>stone cold when he cuts a promo, like you could
<v Speaker 1>tell his where the influence comes from. People say Rock.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not saying that there isn't rock influence in some
<v Speaker 1>of his stuff. The main influence is Steve Austin. So
<v Speaker 1>for whatever reason, when he said those words, like the
<v Speaker 1>way he said it, I'm like, if I close my eyes,
<v Speaker 1>like it's fucking Austin. I don't know if I'm the
<v Speaker 1>only one who felt that way watching this, but I
<v Speaker 1>was like, man, there's something about the way he said that.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, Jimmy tried to separate Knight and Jay because
<v Speaker 1>they started going at it like cats and dogs, and
<v Speaker 1>so as there, Jimmy, you know, he was trying to
<v Speaker 1>be peacemaker here, but Knight has mounted his brother and
<v Speaker 1>he's punching him, so he's got no choice. So he
<v Speaker 1>delivers a superkick to get Knight off of ja So
<v Speaker 1>Jay goes outside. He grabs a chair and he brings
<v Speaker 1>it in. Jimmy gets in between them. La and Night
<v Speaker 1>gets possession of the chair and he hits both Usso's.
<v Speaker 1>Jacob runs down. He locks into Tongan death grip on
<v Speaker 1>La Night and he puts him down with the Tonguan
<v Speaker 1>death grip. So Hey finally worked. I guess he has
<v Speaker 1>yet to win a match with him, but at least
<v Speaker 1>he put down La Night with it. So that was
<v Speaker 1>the segment. Hey, skip, what is the opinion that you
<v Speaker 1>disagree with here? You can't be nebulous like that. I'm
<v Speaker 1>right in everything I say. You know why, because it's
<v Speaker 1>my opinion. It can't be wrong. It has to be right.
<v Speaker 1>That's what you don't understand. I don't blame some people, though,
<v Speaker 1>because we have some newer fans here who probably weren't
<v Speaker 1>watching back then, so they don't know. They don't know
<v Speaker 1>what they don't know. I'm telling you, when Heed his
<v Speaker 1>delivery of that line that was Austin in ninety seven,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not saying it like, oh, this is a modern
<v Speaker 1>day stone Cold. I'm saying like he's copying stone Cold,
<v Speaker 1>Like that's what I hear when that line comes through. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not the only one who felt that way. I
<v Speaker 1>can't possibly be the only one who heard that. So
<v Speaker 1>we go to commercial and we come back and it's
<v Speaker 1>more bloodline. The USOS are in the back and they're
<v Speaker 1>arguing with each other. Jacob fought too enters. He says,
<v Speaker 1>we tried it your way, we tried it your way,
<v Speaker 1>but we're got to do things the OTC's way, and
<v Speaker 1>he walked off. Now, for those keeping score, at this
<v Speaker 1>point in the show, we were ninety minutes into this show.
<v Speaker 1>Two matches, two matches in ninety minutes. We had Charlotte
<v Speaker 1>Flair with Alexa Bliss in her corner against Roxane Perez
<v Speaker 1>with Live Morgan. Crowd was dead silent for most of this.
<v Speaker 1>This is weird because there were parts of the show
<v Speaker 1>where the crowd was very loud. This was not one
<v Speaker 1>of those times. They were just completely uninterested in what
<v Speaker 1>they were seeing. Roxanne, she's got an arm bar on Charlotte.
<v Speaker 1>When we come back from break now she doesn't have
<v Speaker 1>it all the way locked on. Charlotte power bombs her
<v Speaker 1>way out of it for a two count. Roxanne takes
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte down with a la Mystica goes back to work
<v Speaker 1>on the arm. She was really focusing heavily on the
<v Speaker 1>arm here, So Charlotte she boots Roxanne. She gets distracted
<v Speaker 1>the Live Morgan is out there in her corner. She
<v Speaker 1>notices that Live has knocked Alexa into the ring post,
<v Speaker 1>so this distracts her. Roxanne tries to take advantage Charlotte
<v Speaker 1>hits a fallaway slam. Live distracts Charlotte though before going
<v Speaker 1>up for the moon salt, but Roxanne is able to
<v Speaker 1>yank Charlotte off the ropes and then Roxanne hits a
<v Speaker 1>springboard moon salt for a two count. So Charlotte boots
<v Speaker 1>down Roxanne okay, and she goes for a figure four
<v Speaker 1>leg lock. And as she's going for this figure for
<v Speaker 1>Live distracts the referee, Alexa, though, trips her on the apron.
<v Speaker 1>So while the referee is tending to Live, Alexa reverses
<v Speaker 1>the small package. Now there's a small package in the
<v Speaker 1>ring where Roxanne is covering Charlotte. It's not the best
<v Speaker 1>small package. Alexa gets in the ring, and the idea
<v Speaker 1>is that she's gonna grab Charlotte and she's gonna kind
<v Speaker 1>of roll her over and reverse the small package. This
<v Speaker 1>completely fell apart. This was no longer a small package.
<v Speaker 1>It just basically what ended up happening is Charlotte was
<v Speaker 1>laying on top of Roxanne Perez, and so Roxanne is
<v Speaker 1>laying there with Charlotte on top of her flat and
<v Speaker 1>she's kind of flailing her legs around, like a turtle
<v Speaker 1>that's on its shell and it needs somebody to like
<v Speaker 1>flip it over. She's kind of like flailing her legs around.
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, please, please, please kick out of this, because
<v Speaker 1>if this is the end of the match and she
<v Speaker 1>gets pinned, this is going to look horrible. This is
<v Speaker 1>going to look absolutely terrible. Thankfully she kicked out. I
<v Speaker 1>will say this was I thought this was fucking hilarious.
<v Speaker 1>I know it wasn't supposed to be, but this whatever
<v Speaker 1>happened here, this just fell apart, and I just thought,
<v Speaker 1>this is the most hilarious thing I've seen all night.
<v Speaker 1>So Roxanne went for pop rocks. Charlotte reversed into a
<v Speaker 1>figure four, then it became a figure eight, and Roxanne
<v Speaker 1>had no choice but to tap. The drought continues for
<v Speaker 1>Roxanne Perez because I looked it up. Roxanne has yet
<v Speaker 1>to win a match here on Monday Night Raw. Since December,
<v Speaker 1>she's got like a you know that run the Knicks
<v Speaker 1>went on where they won like thirteen in a row.
<v Speaker 1>This is the opposite of that. Roxanne has to turn
<v Speaker 1>things around here. At some point. Roxanne needs to start
<v Speaker 1>winning matches, is what Roxanne needs to do. Actually, you know,
<v Speaker 1>it doesn't surprise me that she seems to be plotting
<v Speaker 1>against the Judgment Day. I think she would be very
<v Speaker 1>well advised to leave the Judgment Day as soon as possible,
<v Speaker 1>because it doesn't seem to be working out too well
<v Speaker 1>for her being a part of this group. Jackie Redman
<v Speaker 1>was in the ring to interview Javon Evans, perhaps the
<v Speaker 1>next King of the Ring. Well, look, he still technically
<v Speaker 1>has a shot, but he ain't winning shit. But Javon
<v Speaker 1>Evans is in the King of the Ring semi finals,
<v Speaker 1>so she's going to interview the potential future king here
<v Speaker 1>of the WWE. So Evan said that he would yeat
<v Speaker 1>Jay Usa right out of the tournament. Logan Paul and
<v Speaker 1>Austin Theory come out because Logan's music hits and out
<v Speaker 1>he comes. His arm is all braced up because he
<v Speaker 1>just had surgery on his torn triceps literally a few
<v Speaker 1>weeks ago. So he and Theory come out and they
<v Speaker 1>get in the ring and Logan tells Jevon, you know
<v Speaker 1>you have untapped potential which can't be on your own,
<v Speaker 1>and he offered him a spot in the Vision. This
<v Speaker 1>it's very much like what the New Day? Did you
<v Speaker 1>remember those segments in the back where and this was
<v Speaker 1>like two weeks in a row and then they I
<v Speaker 1>mean it was a very short story, but they were
<v Speaker 1>trying to recruit him, right, you need friends around here,
<v Speaker 1>and he ended up not joining. So now the Vision
<v Speaker 1>is trying to recruit Javon Evans and Javon's he made
<v Speaker 1>like he was gonna shake hands and accept the offer,
<v Speaker 1>and he's like, hell no. And Logan said, you know,
<v Speaker 1>maybe I wasn't being clear enough. It wasn't an invitation
<v Speaker 1>for you to join the Vision. It was a mandate.
<v Speaker 1>He goes, you are part of the Vision. Don't don't
<v Speaker 1>put that don't put that black voodoo magic on this
<v Speaker 1>poor guy. Okay, he didn't do nothing wrong. Nobody needs
<v Speaker 1>to be part of the Vision, okay, because we know
<v Speaker 1>what happens when people join the Vision. They start dropping
<v Speaker 1>like flies. The last thing Javon Evans needs is to
<v Speaker 1>join the vision. So Evans told Paul, why don't you
<v Speaker 1>get out of the ring or I'm gonna make sure
<v Speaker 1>you leave here with Noah Arms. He took off his sweatpants.
<v Speaker 1>He said, I know where this is headed. He called
<v Speaker 1>for a referee. Referee comes charging down to the ring
<v Speaker 1>and so we're gonna have ourselves an impromptu match here.
<v Speaker 1>Right after the commercial break between Javan Evans and Austin Theory.
<v Speaker 1>Now late in that match, Evans he ram Theory into
<v Speaker 1>the ring post. He sent him into the timekeeper's area,
<v Speaker 1>and then Javon very casually, It's not like he was
<v Speaker 1>sprinting like bron Breaker, but he goes outside and he
<v Speaker 1>kind of does a lap around the ring, and then
<v Speaker 1>he builds up speed. As he comes in. He does
<v Speaker 1>this huge running dive over the timekeeper's barricade. He kind
<v Speaker 1>of launched himself into the other barricade, but he took
<v Speaker 1>out Theory on the landing back inside, Evans went for
<v Speaker 1>the og cutter, and this right here was the highlight
<v Speaker 1>of the night, of the entire show. Javan Evans. You
<v Speaker 1>know the height he gets on this, he comes off
<v Speaker 1>the top rope for the og Cutter. He's turning in
<v Speaker 1>mid air. He doesn't realize that on the way down.
<v Speaker 1>We have bron Breaker in the ring and he spears
<v Speaker 1>the shit out of his kid, just damn near cuts
<v Speaker 1>him in half with just this fantastic spear, and the
<v Speaker 1>referee calls for the disqualification. Before anything else can go
<v Speaker 1>down here and they can beat this man down anymore,
<v Speaker 1>Street Profits music plays out comes Montese for it. He
<v Speaker 1>stops and he's motioning for somebody to join him, and
<v Speaker 1>it's the returning Angelo Dawkins. And the last time we
<v Speaker 1>saw Dawkins was many weeks ago and he was taken
<v Speaker 1>out by Autoin Theory. So the Street Profits now were
<v Speaker 1>at full strength. They come down to the ring, they
<v Speaker 1>send the Tag Team champions out of the ring and
<v Speaker 1>we got the announcement after that the Tag Team Championships
<v Speaker 1>will be on the line in London next Monday. It
<v Speaker 1>will be bron Breaker and Austin Theory defending their titles
<v Speaker 1>against the Street Profits. So that will be taking place
<v Speaker 1>next week. And you gotta imagine that if bron Breaker
<v Speaker 1>cost Seth Rollins the King of the Ring crown, Seth
<v Speaker 1>Rollins is going to want to cost bron Breaker in
<v Speaker 1>some way. He's going to want to take something away
<v Speaker 1>from bron Breaker. Bron Breaker took six months of his
<v Speaker 1>career away from him. Well, actually he didn't, but technically
<v Speaker 1>I guess in Kfabe did. It was Seth who took
<v Speaker 1>six months away from his own career with some boneheaded
<v Speaker 1>coast to coast move. But this man took six months
<v Speaker 1>of his career away from him and the crown and
<v Speaker 1>the potential to go to the main event of SummerSlam
<v Speaker 1>to challenge for the World Championship. At the very least,
<v Speaker 1>Seth Rollins can cost him the tag team titles? Is
<v Speaker 1>that what we're looking at next week in London? I mean, look,
<v Speaker 1>if the Street Profits just go in there again and lose,
<v Speaker 1>I don't really know what to say here. Where do
<v Speaker 1>they go from here? Where do they go? If they
<v Speaker 1>just go in there next week and they lose. Angelo
<v Speaker 1>Dawkins was put out for weeks with an injury. He
<v Speaker 1>just made this big return tonight. They're going to have
<v Speaker 1>this match next week. If they don't win the titles,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know where they go. That's it, Like, what
<v Speaker 1>do you do? What do you do? They have to
<v Speaker 1>win the titles next week. Bron Breaker does not need
<v Speaker 1>to be tag team champion. The hell does he need that?
<v Speaker 1>For Get the belts off these two. Now we saw
<v Speaker 1>clips of all of the things that Jacob thought to
<v Speaker 1>has done here so far. Tonight on this show, Roman
<v Speaker 1>exits his locker room. Now we're back live and Jacob
<v Speaker 1>shows up, and Jacob says, I got LA's ass, but
<v Speaker 1>the Twins aren't too happy about it. Roman says they
<v Speaker 1>don't understand Jacob, but he does understand Jacob, and as
<v Speaker 1>long as Jacob understands him, there won't be any problems.
<v Speaker 1>So they embrace. But Roman says, I have one more
<v Speaker 1>thing I need you to take care of, and he
<v Speaker 1>leans in and he whispers something into Jacob's ear. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I'm no lip reader, but if you listen closely to
<v Speaker 1>what Roman Reigns was saying to him, I could have
<v Speaker 1>sworn that I heard Roman tell him to kill seth Rawlins.
<v Speaker 1>I'm almost positive I heard him say the word seth Rawlins.
<v Speaker 1>I know I saw him mouth the words kill him.
<v Speaker 1>He was clearly telling him to go out and take
<v Speaker 1>somebody out right. That much we know. But I could
<v Speaker 1>swear to you that he said Seth Rawlins. So unless
<v Speaker 1>they're just putting that out there to throw us off,
<v Speaker 1>it's kind of random. I mean, obviously the two of
<v Speaker 1>them have a lot of history together, but still feels
<v Speaker 1>kind of random though, especially given that Seth is currently
<v Speaker 1>engaged with bron Breaker and they have their own thing
<v Speaker 1>going on until Night of Champions. But that's what it
<v Speaker 1>sounded like to me. We'll see. I guess we'll have
<v Speaker 1>to wait and see. Yeah, my first thought was he's
<v Speaker 1>telling him to go out there later on in the
<v Speaker 1>show and go after Obafemi because a he's trying to
<v Speaker 1>help Jay, who would have to face Oba in the
<v Speaker 1>finals of Oba wins tonight, but also he's kind of
<v Speaker 1>looking out for himself self preservation. Roman Rains doesn't want
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle Obafemi at Summer Slime, so he's telling him
<v Speaker 1>go kill this guy, right, But I could swear I
<v Speaker 1>heard him say the word seth rawlins. I don't think
<v Speaker 1>I'm crazy. I think I am crazy for watching some
<v Speaker 1>of these shows, especially on Fridays, but it's kind of
<v Speaker 1>just what I do. They closed the show with the
<v Speaker 1>King of the Rings semi final match between Obafemi and
<v Speaker 1>Dominic mysterio who had JD McDonough in his corner right,
<v Speaker 1>he was smart enough to know that this is probably
<v Speaker 1>going to get very violent. Let's leave, live, leave, Let's
<v Speaker 1>leave the lady in the back. We don't want her
<v Speaker 1>to be in the middle of all this. The opening
<v Speaker 1>minutes of this or Dom just running scared, doing everything
<v Speaker 1>he could to avoid contact with this man. Oba reached
<v Speaker 1>up for a test of strength. At one point Dom
<v Speaker 1>just shoved him and then he immediately bailed out of
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Oba went out after him. He ended up
<v Speaker 1>getting drop kicked off the apron did Oba. When he
<v Speaker 1>tried to make it back inside. Dom did a springboard
<v Speaker 1>to the floor, but Oba blocked it and then tossed
<v Speaker 1>him over the announced desk. JD tried to sneak up
<v Speaker 1>from behind. Oba saw him coming, and then McDonough literally
<v Speaker 1>just jumped over the barricade and just ran for his
<v Speaker 1>life and just fled into the crowd. So Dom he
<v Speaker 1>grabs the bell hammer, the ring bell hammer, and he
<v Speaker 1>stuffs it into his boot. Oba sends him back into
<v Speaker 1>the ring. He's oblivious to this. McDonough is back, gets
<v Speaker 1>up on the apron. Oba just knocks him off the apron.
<v Speaker 1>But then Dom comes up from behind with a low
<v Speaker 1>blow and he delivers a six one nine to the
<v Speaker 1>mid section, right to the nuts. He gives him another
<v Speaker 1>proper six one nine with the boot or the hammer
<v Speaker 1>rather in the boot, so he gives him a sixty
<v Speaker 1>one nine right to the face. He goes up top,
<v Speaker 1>he hits a top rope splash, He covers Oba, Oba
<v Speaker 1>kicks out of one. Dom has the hammer now in
<v Speaker 1>his hand. Oba, though goozles him by the throat. McDonough
<v Speaker 1>comes in. He gets goozled double choke slam. So now
<v Speaker 1>you got JD. McDonagh in one corner, you get Dominic
<v Speaker 1>Masterio in the other corner. And Oba is doing the
<v Speaker 1>running uppercuts, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth,
<v Speaker 1>uppercut after uppercut, and he wipes out McDonough. He grabs Dom,
<v Speaker 1>he tosses him, and then he waits and he stalks,
<v Speaker 1>and Dom comes in and he pops him up into
<v Speaker 1>the air fall from grace one two three, just like that,
<v Speaker 1>And so Oba Femei has advanced to the finals now
<v Speaker 1>of the King of the Ring tournament. Pretty cut and dry.
<v Speaker 1>Here he took the mic. When it was over, he
<v Speaker 1>looked dead into the hard cam head. He makes it
<v Speaker 1>to the King of the Ring Final. The picture is
<v Speaker 1>starting to come in now. Crystal Clear says that he's
<v Speaker 1>one match away and the Ruler will have his crown.
<v Speaker 1>He'll beat whoever he needs to be, Jay Usso, Javon Evans,
<v Speaker 1>even brock Lesner, or, as he says it, Brocklesna. I
<v Speaker 1>love the way. He says that brock Lesna very intimidating
<v Speaker 1>when he says it a lot more intimidating than I do.
<v Speaker 1>But he thought that this would be the night that
<v Speaker 1>Brock would show up, say he shows he's he's a
<v Speaker 1>smart baby face. He's not like some of these dumb ass,
<v Speaker 1>dipshit babyfaces. He was expecting brock Lesner. He was ready
<v Speaker 1>for brock Lesnar if he showed up tonight, but then
<v Speaker 1>he never showed up. He used to look up to
<v Speaker 1>Brock as a man. Now he questions if he's a
<v Speaker 1>man at all. Man. Last week he called him a bitch.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's questioning his manhood. Says what will Brock's legacy be?
<v Speaker 1>Says Oba says He'll be the ruler the mountain that
<v Speaker 1>Brock cannot climb or conquer. I mean he just did
<v Speaker 1>in Italy. He will be king and Brock will be
<v Speaker 1>the man who ran from Obafemi and the fans chants
<v Speaker 1>his name. He hits his trademark pose and that's how
<v Speaker 1>the show went off the air, you know, when he
<v Speaker 1>struck that pose and the lights in the arena dimmed.
<v Speaker 1>I thought that Jacob Fatu is going to show up
<v Speaker 1>behind him and put the tongue in death grip on
<v Speaker 1>this guy. But that was it. They put the copyright
<v Speaker 1>box on it and they went off the air and that
<v Speaker 1>was it, very straightforward ending to the show. They played
<v Speaker 1>it straight, no surprises, no swerves, no Jacob Fatu again.
<v Speaker 1>I think I heard seth rollins in that segment backstage,
<v Speaker 1>So maybe that's what we're headed for. You know, it
<v Speaker 1>could be that he told him to kill Jevon Evans
<v Speaker 1>and he'll show up on Friday and, you know, do
<v Speaker 1>something to help elevate j to the finals of the tournament.
<v Speaker 1>We won't have to wait very long to find out.
<v Speaker 1>We'll know by the end of the week. But when
<v Speaker 1>this was all over, you would think a normal person
<v Speaker 1>would watch this and would say, oh, okay, well, Oba
<v Speaker 1>Femi is going to the finals, Obafemi is gonna win.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't matter who if he wrestles jay Uso, if
<v Speaker 1>he wrestles Javon Evans, and they've had some really good
<v Speaker 1>matches before, by the way, in NXT, I would not
<v Speaker 1>mind that as a final provided Oba Oba's winning. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>at this point, again, barring some like fantasy booking that
<v Speaker 1>I've been floating out there about taking Oba, al Brock
<v Speaker 1>takes Oba out before he even gets to the match,
<v Speaker 1>and they have to plug in some other big name
<v Speaker 1>and maybe that's how they reintroduce CM Punk or Randy
<v Speaker 1>Orton to TV, which is still possible. I'm just saying
<v Speaker 1>still possible barring something like that. Obafemi has to win
<v Speaker 1>this tournament. And I did not get the sense when
<v Speaker 1>this show was over that he's going to be the
<v Speaker 1>King of the Ring, which means it's only going to
<v Speaker 1>go one way. If it's not Obafemi, We're if we're
<v Speaker 1>focusing on the people who are in the tournament, okay,
<v Speaker 1>and there's not gonna be some big swerve here. If
<v Speaker 1>it's not Oba Femi, it will be jay Uso. And
<v Speaker 1>I think tonight it really felt like we crowned jay Uso.
<v Speaker 1>As the King of the ring. It almost just feels
<v Speaker 1>too obvious. Now, is he just gonna steamroll everybody and
<v Speaker 1>just win? He should? He should, and he should go
<v Speaker 1>to Summer Slim and he should wrestle fucking Roman Reigns.
<v Speaker 1>But that's not gonna happen. I would be shocked if
<v Speaker 1>if we get that match at Summer Slim and he's
<v Speaker 1>out there every single week and he's basically he's pulling
<v Speaker 1>Brock Lesnar's punk card every single week, and he's insulting
<v Speaker 1>him and he's kind of poking the bear. He is
<v Speaker 1>just tempting fate every single week. And if Brock doesn't
<v Speaker 1>show up right, it begs the question of what's he
<v Speaker 1>waiting for. He almost has to show up now in Saudi.
<v Speaker 1>And if he does, I mean, could he try to
<v Speaker 1>cost Oba and it doesn't work and Oba wins? Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, we're gonna get Oba and Brock. We know
<v Speaker 1>this already. Brock is not. Brock's not gonna do a
<v Speaker 1>run in at Summer Slim. He's gonna wrestle in Minneapolis
<v Speaker 1>and the only person that makes sense for him to
<v Speaker 1>wrestle is Obafemi. It's as simple as that, now, if
<v Speaker 1>they want to really get sort of in the weeds
<v Speaker 1>here and a little complicated, they could always do something where,
<v Speaker 1>you know, there's got two nights Summer Slim this year.
<v Speaker 1>You could always do something where he wrestles on night
<v Speaker 1>one and then he comes back and wrestles on Night two.
<v Speaker 1>And I think that would be a bit much, right,
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna have two championship matches. See that. It worked
<v Speaker 1>at WrestleMania forty. It worked at WrestleMania. It's different this
<v Speaker 1>time though, because you got two title matches, and so
<v Speaker 1>you know you're gonna close Night one with a title match,
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna want to close Night two with a title match.
<v Speaker 1>So I really don't think it's gonna work in this scenario.
<v Speaker 1>I can't imagine them doing that. I'm just saying it's
<v Speaker 1>a possibility, but it just feels to me like it's
<v Speaker 1>too obvious and they're gonna want to go a different
<v Speaker 1>way with it because Oba and Brock is the play,
<v Speaker 1>and if that's the play, then he's not in a
<v Speaker 1>title match. Javon Evans wrestling for the World Championship at SummerSlam.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry. I know they think the world of him,
<v Speaker 1>and maybe one day. Today is not that day that
<v Speaker 1>means king yet just became a very very real possibility.
<v Speaker 1>He moves to the front of the pack. Now is
<v Speaker 1>the favorite, and he again he would challenge Cody Roads
<v Speaker 1>for the w W Championship. And I'm like Cody Rhodes
<v Speaker 1>and Jay Usso for the WWE Championship, Like, is there
<v Speaker 1>anybody honestly clamoring for that? Like even if you're not,
<v Speaker 1>like you don't hate the Bloodline stuff, maybe we even
<v Speaker 1>enjoy some of like the drama between the members and everything,
<v Speaker 1>and you're kind of digging it. You mean to tell
<v Speaker 1>me that you're honestly okay if we have just Bloodline
<v Speaker 1>Main Event Night one, Bloodline Main Event Night two, Like,
<v Speaker 1>why why do we need that? Who's asking for that?
<v Speaker 1>So I'm pulling for some sort of big swore at
<v Speaker 1>this point, Opa Femi winning of the ring as obvious
<v Speaker 1>as it seems, I would count that as a swerve.
<v Speaker 1>Like to me, that would be a shocking finish at
<v Speaker 1>this point because all sides point to him doing something
<v Speaker 1>else at SummerSlam. But boy, you know you want to
<v Speaker 1>play it straight. That's the only way this could go
<v Speaker 1>is an Oba fem you win anything else to me
<v Speaker 1>would be ridiculous. But that was Raw. Raw is Bloodline
<v Speaker 1>now and forever. Now. Next week Raw is in London.
<v Speaker 1>I think they're at the two, I believe, and they
<v Speaker 1>mentioned it on the show here tonight, two pm Eastern
<v Speaker 1>start next week on Netflix. So I think next week,
<v Speaker 1>and I'll keep you guys posted, but I think next
<v Speaker 1>week we'll do what we did last time for a
<v Speaker 1>two o'clock start, go live right after so probably like
<v Speaker 1>a five o'clock stream, instead of waiting even until like
<v Speaker 1>eight or something. I think I'll just go live right
<v Speaker 1>after so and then after that, I think the tour
<v Speaker 1>is over. I believe. No, actually, you know what, I
<v Speaker 1>take that back. After that, Raw on the twenty ninth
<v Speaker 1>they're in the States, but that is an early start
<v Speaker 1>as well. I think Raw on the twenty ninth is
<v Speaker 1>in Atlantic City. That's a six pm Eastern start because
<v Speaker 1>they're taping SmackDown that night. They want to give people
<v Speaker 1>off for July fourth, So because they're taping SmackDown, they're
<v Speaker 1>starting Raw earlier. So that's going to be a six
<v Speaker 1>pm start. So the next couple of weeks are going
<v Speaker 1>to be a little wonky. But then after that things
<v Speaker 1>go back to normal. So just something to be aware of,
<v Speaker 1>just something to keep in mind. Then we get back
<v Speaker 1>to a regular schedule. Not a fan of Cody and Jay.
<v Speaker 1>I'm telling you, man, like, do we really need Roman
<v Speaker 1>reigns in the Night two main event and Jay husso
<v Speaker 1>when the night went, Like, enough of this shit. Keep
<v Speaker 1>it contained to one of the main events. We don't
<v Speaker 1>need it to tke over both main events of Summer Slid.
<v Speaker 1>It's too much. Oba beats Brock and then loses to
<v Speaker 1>Roman on Night two. I don't know, man, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know you could do that. I guess the only question is, like,
<v Speaker 1>if you did that, then the match between Oba and Brock,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it wouldn't make sense for it to be
<v Speaker 1>any other way, but to make it a number one
<v Speaker 1>contenders number one contenders in that if I'm Brock and
<v Speaker 1>Oba wants a piece of me that I'm forcing him
<v Speaker 1>to put Like let's say he wins King of the Ring,
<v Speaker 1>I'm forcing him to put that title shot on the line.
<v Speaker 1>I'm effectively forcing him to put the crown on the line.
<v Speaker 1>So the winner of their match on that I won,
<v Speaker 1>even if it's Brock. What a horrifying thought this is
<v Speaker 1>Brock and Roman again again, but the winner would then
<v Speaker 1>get a title shot at night too. But see, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know. And now I feel like we're just making
<v Speaker 1>things very convoluted. I just don't think that's necessary. I
<v Speaker 1>just don't think it's needed. Shout out to Joseph. Appreciate
<v Speaker 1>the support as always, my friend. I know he's probably
<v Speaker 1>in shambles now. He's a big dominic mysterio guy. See,
<v Speaker 1>he's probably not very happy the way that the main
<v Speaker 1>event ended tonight. He's also a very big Masters of
<v Speaker 1>the Universe fan. I know he's seen it now a
<v Speaker 1>whole bunch of times. Joseph, I think you're the only
<v Speaker 1>one who's really bankrolling this movie at this point. I
<v Speaker 1>really liked it too. But the movie is a colossal flop,
<v Speaker 1>like it will go down as maybe the biggest flop
<v Speaker 1>of twenty twenty six at the box office. It dropped
<v Speaker 1>over seventy percent in its second week. That's not good.
<v Speaker 1>That is not good. Two hundred million dollars to make,
<v Speaker 1>and in it's second week now worldwide, I think it's
<v Speaker 1>made like eighty million, Joseph. If it's up to Joseph,
<v Speaker 1>Joseph is single handedly going to try to prop this
<v Speaker 1>movie up so that they make a sequel. I don't
<v Speaker 1>think it's gonna work anyway, Joseph. Thank you for the
<v Speaker 1>other super chat as well. How would you make a
<v Speaker 1>movie about the Cain and Undertaker and Mankind characters? What
<v Speaker 1>would be their origin story? I think we already got
<v Speaker 1>an origin story with Undertaker and Cain. I think a
<v Speaker 1>Mankind origin story could be interesting, but I think we
<v Speaker 1>already have them with the other two. Thank you, Joseph.
<v Speaker 1>It's an interesting one. I did a Masters of the
<v Speaker 1>Universe in nineties. Fancats fan cat. What's what the hell
<v Speaker 1>is that? A fan cast? I mean fan cast. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what that means. I don't know what you're
<v Speaker 1>trying to say there, Al Paccino is skeletor that nasty?
<v Speaker 1>That that would be interesting? That to me, that wouldn't work,
<v Speaker 1>but that would be interesting. Not bad ideas, not bad
<v Speaker 1>ideas though, for casting here, Joseph, thank you as always.
<v Speaker 1>The Sheltered Kid says one way for l. A. Knight
<v Speaker 1>to reach the top is to be an honorary member. Surprise,
<v Speaker 1>no one thought an honorary block. I said, if L A.
<v Speaker 1>Knight goes out and gets one of the tribal sleeves
<v Speaker 1>on his arm, Guaranteed World Champion by WrestleMania next year.
<v Speaker 1>If I'm La Night, I getting, I'm starting to get
<v Speaker 1>that work done right now. I'm gonna get the whole
<v Speaker 1>tribal sleeve, maybe something on the chest, Guaranteed World Champion
<v Speaker 1>by Saudi Mania next year. He said. Instead of La Night,
<v Speaker 1>he'll become ufful offa Night. Every time he says ufflaf
<v Speaker 1>I just I can't not laugh. Dry Chickens says, I
<v Speaker 1>wanted to stop by and say congrats to all the
<v Speaker 1>New York Knicks fans in the chat for winning the
<v Speaker 1>NBA Finals well deserved, because I listened to your recent
<v Speaker 1>review about the updated Vince McMahon lawsuit, the idea of
<v Speaker 1>Vince coming back or people wanting him back. They would
<v Speaker 1>rather go with the devil they know than the devil
<v Speaker 1>they don't. Well, what does that even mean? The other
<v Speaker 1>devil is triple H and I think people are He's
<v Speaker 1>been around long enough for people to know what they're
<v Speaker 1>getting with him is good night, Solo. Loved your reviews
<v Speaker 1>and stay hydrated, Yes, stay hydrated in this summer heat.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, brother. Aaron says the j La Jacob stuff
<v Speaker 1>gives me hope that Jay is losing. J needs to lose.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think anybody wants to see him win this.
<v Speaker 1>But that's just not the vibe that I got. When
<v Speaker 1>the show is over tonight, says Hope the Queen of

<v Speaker 1>now in yo citee. We have void Mayweather. I feel
<v Speaker 1>terrible for Bailey. They were teasing the voices in her
<v Speaker 1>head gimmick almost a year ago and nothing came of it.
<v Speaker 1>I kind of liked where it was leading. Well, you
<v Speaker 1>should be happy for Bailey because that must mean that
<v Speaker 1>she's no longer hearing the voices. See what you're advocating
<v Speaker 1>for is for her to continue to be psychologically disturbed.
<v Speaker 1>We should all be very happy that she's no longer
<v Speaker 1>hearing the voices in her head thoughts and prayers for
<v Speaker 1>dirty Dom. You know he wasn't Thank you Ron Talks Tabletop.
<v Speaker 1>He was not obliterated as badly as I thought he
<v Speaker 1>might be. I actually think he got off very easy tonight,
<v Speaker 1>Alexander obernice to say Brock's name for a third time,
<v Speaker 1>for him to appear like Joe Hendry or Beetlejuice. I
<v Speaker 1>actually think we have a better chance of seeing Beatlejuice
<v Speaker 1>on this show before we ever see Hendry again. What
<v Speaker 1>a bust he turned out to be. Bace Bears twenty
<v Speaker 1>twenty eight will be Jimmy's chapter in the seventh inning.
<v Speaker 1>You're being very generous. It's more like middle of the
<v Speaker 1>fifth CMJ World. Scary Movie six two out of five,
<v Speaker 1>Disclosure Day one out of five, The Furious four out
<v Speaker 1>of the Furious, What is the Furious? Masters of the
<v Speaker 1>Universe three out of five, Back Rooms two and a
<v Speaker 1>half out of five, and Obsession five. You're mostly right,
<v Speaker 1>you're a little off. Scary Movie six. I have no
<v Speaker 1>interest in seeing. I don't know what the Furious is.
<v Speaker 1>Masters of the Universe for me gets four out of five.
<v Speaker 1>Back Rooms gets four out of five, Disclosure Day gets
<v Speaker 1>two and a half, maybe three out of five that
<v Speaker 1>wasn't great, and Obsession gets the full five. This best
<v Speaker 1>movie of the year. Bace bears give Gable Hogan's theme
<v Speaker 1>real American, not a bad idea. I love that's my
<v Speaker 1>favorite song. MGM Bollin with a nineteen ninety nine says,
<v Speaker 1>fell asleep during this rule though I can attribute that
<v Speaker 1>to losing sleep over the Knicks. I never thought this
<v Speaker 1>would happen in my lifetime, but Brunson and crew made
<v Speaker 1>it possible. Debating, if I go to the parade, Fomo
<v Speaker 1>is kicking in. You should. This may be the only
<v Speaker 1>chance you have to do it. It could be another
<v Speaker 1>fifty three years for all you know. You never know,
<v Speaker 1>You can never be sure. You may not get another chance.
<v Speaker 1>You may meet Dan Housen. If you go g Barry
<v Speaker 1>Free hope you're ready to start yeating comes Saudi also
<v Speaker 1>got to see Obsession finally after you brought it to
<v Speaker 1>my attention four weeks out of the theater was still packed,
<v Speaker 1>so happy for everyone involved. Yeah, I was curious, and
<v Speaker 1>so I went and looked up one of the showings
<v Speaker 1>at my local theater. Because it'll show you the seating map.
<v Speaker 1>And it wasn't sold out because I think I just
<v Speaker 1>randomly picked like a six o'clock Thursday showing or something.
<v Speaker 1>But it was mostly full. And this movie's been out
<v Speaker 1>for like five weeks. It made another twenty one million
<v Speaker 1>this past week, and it went up. It went up.
<v Speaker 1>That just doesn't happen. Donovan says in football, Florida, Texas,
<v Speaker 1>and California produces the best talent. What top three cities
<v Speaker 1>and states produced the best wrestling talent on the top
<v Speaker 1>of your head. First, first thing off the top of
<v Speaker 1>my head, honestly was, uh, Canada. There's been some great
<v Speaker 1>wrestlers out of Canada, whether it be Calgary or Montreal,
<v Speaker 1>does Toronto? Uh, Florida? I think Florida. Well, I mean
<v Speaker 1>you got the PC down in Florida as well. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know that I necessarily associate any other specific state
<v Speaker 1>like in the modern day, so looking outside, looking abroad,
<v Speaker 1>I might look at Japan. Yeah, maybe out of the
<v Speaker 1>dojo's over there. I don't know. I don't know, but
<v Speaker 1>I always think of Canada first. You know, back in
<v Speaker 1>the day when you had like the AWA was around
<v Speaker 1>that everything you look at the Twin Cities. A lot
<v Speaker 1>of wrestlers came out of the Twin Cities. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if it's like that anymore. It's been it's been
<v Speaker 1>a long time since those days. Alexander says, Roxanne may
<v Speaker 1>become the next Barry Horowitz. Yeah, they'll have to call
<v Speaker 1>her Barry Horowitz and spell it b A R. I
<v Speaker 1>that's the female female version of Barry Barry Horowitz. Josh
<v Speaker 1>Herman solo. I was live there tonight. The energy in
<v Speaker 1>the building was great. Had a blast for my second
<v Speaker 1>ever live show. Yeah, it's always more fun when you've
<v Speaker 1>really not been to them before. It's just the commercial
<v Speaker 1>breaks or a killer for the TVs super Pony Boy,
<v Speaker 1>that belt shot and punk kick at the end of
<v Speaker 1>night one went nowhere. Huh sweet contract for Randy getting
<v Speaker 1>to take six months off whenever he wants. I remember
<v Speaker 1>he's uh, he's got a bad back, So could be
<v Speaker 1>could be what's going on here and let's see rounding
<v Speaker 1>out the list. Be Man the champ. So there's no
<v Speaker 1>way Oba's not getting taken out by Lesnar in the finals. Again.
<v Speaker 1>I thought maybe it would happen in the semi finals before,
<v Speaker 1>Like before the match tonight. But this is what I've
<v Speaker 1>been talking about for about two weeks now, and part
<v Speaker 1>of it is just me not being happy with how
<v Speaker 1>they put this tournament together and just trying to fantasy
<v Speaker 1>book my way out of it. But yeah, that's why
<v Speaker 1>I said, you got Orton. I thought, maybe, you know,
<v Speaker 1>McIntyre could have been a possibility, and it's not gonna
<v Speaker 1>be Drew. Drew's out of the running now, but uh,
<v Speaker 1>you know, you got Randy and you got Punk. We
<v Speaker 1>know Punk is coming back. We know Punk is coming back,
<v Speaker 1>and the belief is that if it's not on that
<v Speaker 1>July sixth raw, which is in Chicago, it'll be by then,
<v Speaker 1>by or before then. But think about it, like, if
<v Speaker 1>Punk is gonna come back, and Punk is gonna be
<v Speaker 1>wrestling at SummerSlam, you know, like who would he be wrestling,
<v Speaker 1>who would he be working with at SummerSlam if he
<v Speaker 1>was not to let's say, be a surprise entry in
<v Speaker 1>the tournament, if Oba got taken out or something, right,
<v Speaker 1>you got to replace him with some big name if
<v Speaker 1>that were to happen, And at least then if he
<v Speaker 1>actually was the replacement and he won, now he's got
<v Speaker 1>a coveted spot. He's got a spot that you know
<v Speaker 1>makes sense for SummerSlam if he just comes back. I'm
<v Speaker 1>just wondering who they put him with, Who does he
<v Speaker 1>work with, what's the match for him at Summer Slim
<v Speaker 1>if he's not wrestling for the title against Cody, you
<v Speaker 1>know what I mean? Like, I don't know, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know who that would be with. Also, he says,
<v Speaker 1>Sammy versus Cody at Night of Champions, I'm thinking, I'm
<v Speaker 1>thinking triple threat. I'm thinking we get all three of
<v Speaker 1>them in there. I wouldn't even mind a short run
<v Speaker 1>for Sammy right now as the WWE champion. But I
<v Speaker 1>just can't imagine that we're this close to SummerSlam they're
<v Speaker 1>not gonna want Cody in that main event, or that
<v Speaker 1>the winner of the King of the Ring would probably
<v Speaker 1>end up challenging Cody if Sammy has the belt, them
<v Speaker 1>challenging Sammy, I don't really see that. And Top five
<v Speaker 1>regular moves that used to be finishers. Top five regular
<v Speaker 1>moves that used to be finishers The pile driver. The
<v Speaker 1>pile driver used to be be a finisher at the
<v Speaker 1>same time, though even back in the Territory days. There
<v Speaker 1>were people using it as just another move. It was
<v Speaker 1>not exclusively a finish. Jerry Lawler in Memphis. You use
<v Speaker 1>it as a finish, Paul orndor if you use it
<v Speaker 1>as a fim. You can find different wrestlers that use
<v Speaker 1>it as a finish. But you would see pile drivers
<v Speaker 1>pretty routinely even back then. So that's one God regular
<v Speaker 1>moves that used to be finishers. I feel like the
<v Speaker 1>airplane spin at one time used to be a finish
<v Speaker 1>that some people would use. Uh DDT obviously, Jake, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>come on right, so the DDT would be one. I mean, dude, honestly,
<v Speaker 1>Like I feel like that, like every move, Like there
<v Speaker 1>were people that would do like a rising knee lift
<v Speaker 1>off the ropes and that would be a finish. So
<v Speaker 1>as far as I'm like, what the top ones would
<v Speaker 1>be sleeper hold. I think Gunther has brought the sleeper
<v Speaker 1>hold back as an actual finish. But like Brutus, Beefcake
<v Speaker 1>used to use it, Like when I was a kid
<v Speaker 1>watching WWF back then, you know, Beefcake, that was his finish.
<v Speaker 1>Piper used it as a finish. God even a Lariat
<v Speaker 1>Hogan used the axe Bomber when he was in Japan.
<v Speaker 1>It was just a clothesline. You know, we don't get anymore.
<v Speaker 1>We don't get any atomic drops anymore. Whatever happened to
<v Speaker 1>the atomic drop. Let's bring back the atomic drop. We're
<v Speaker 1>gonna start a campaign hashtag atomic Drop. Brian Finelli Raw
<v Speaker 1>truly is the Bloodline show. The rest of the roster
<v Speaker 1>gets TV time, appearing in all of the ads. It
<v Speaker 1>feels that way. It feels like the other wrestler. It's like,
<v Speaker 1>this is the Bloodline show starring the Bloodline, featuring cameos
<v Speaker 1>by and then you could just list the other wrestlers
<v Speaker 1>in the roster. H Steve Mellow is with us. Totally random,
<v Speaker 1>but I finally attended the Classic Tetris World Championships recently
<v Speaker 1>in California, and I placed one hundred and twenty first.
<v Speaker 1>Not good, but a dream come true. Hey, you placed
<v Speaker 1>better than anybody else in this chat, because I don't
<v Speaker 1>think anybody else here participated in the Tetris World Championship.
<v Speaker 1>It actually sounds like fun. Well, congrats, brother, that sounds
<v Speaker 1>like one of those experiences that you kind of want
<v Speaker 1>to do at least once in life. Nobody really ever
<v Speaker 1>gets the chance to I wonder how I would do.
<v Speaker 1>See but you said you ranked one hundred and twenty first,
<v Speaker 1>though you didn't tell me how many people were in
<v Speaker 1>the competition. Though one hundred and twenty first. If it's
<v Speaker 1>one hundred and twenty first, but there were one hundred
<v Speaker 1>and twe twenty two people, then that's fucking terrible. But
<v Speaker 1>if you came in one hundred and twenty one and
<v Speaker 1>there were like five hundred people, right, it's not bad,
<v Speaker 1>Super Pony. Maybe Punk Wrestles are returning Kevin Owens at SummerSlam.
<v Speaker 1>I'm delusional. We can't have nice things like that. That's
<v Speaker 1>the one feud I want for Punk outside of the
<v Speaker 1>Cody stuff, Tim and Ko. We haven't heard anything about
<v Speaker 1>him in a while. I don't get the sense he's
<v Speaker 1>gonna suddenly make a magical return, but I'm here for it.
<v Speaker 1>I can't wait to get that mat. That's another reason
<v Speaker 1>why I want him on SmackDown and Edward. Happy Birthday
<v Speaker 1>to Bailey. I think next week is do or die
<v Speaker 1>for her and Lyra. Then they feud and Bailey leaves,
<v Speaker 1>putting Lyra over at the end of the year. I
<v Speaker 1>think that was one of my predictions when I did
<v Speaker 1>them early in the year, is that Bailey would end
<v Speaker 1>up going to AEW. I do think there's a very
<v Speaker 1>good chance. I don't know exactly when her deal is up.
<v Speaker 1>I think it was said to be maybe next year,
<v Speaker 1>but I do think there's a I think there's a
<v Speaker 1>decent chance that she will end up leaving and going
<v Speaker 1>to AW. She would have a whole new roster to
<v Speaker 1>work with. She's been there for so long in WW
<v Speaker 1>she's just she's stagnated, and I just feel like her
<v Speaker 1>being able to work with a whole new roster of
<v Speaker 1>people probably would really freshen things up for her. Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>the goalten night was four hundred likes, so we are
<v Speaker 1>currently sitting at five fifteen, which is awesome. And so
<v Speaker 1>with that being said, let's be the booker, ladies or gentlemen,
<v Speaker 1>it is now time to be the booker. So Steve says,
<v Speaker 1>there there were almost two hundred people in the Tetris competition.
<v Speaker 1>He came in one hundred and twenty four. Hey, you
<v Speaker 1>know what, that's still that's still not too bad. It's
<v Speaker 1>not great, but it's not too bad. And I remember
<v Speaker 1>I used to play Tetris and then there was doctor
<v Speaker 1>Mario or doctor Mario. Sorry, here we go, tag team,
<v Speaker 1>be the booker. We have Hog and Pig. We have
<v Speaker 1>Shanghai Pierce and Tex Slazenger. See how many of you
<v Speaker 1>get that reference? The godwins Henry and Phineas they're going
<v Speaker 1>to be taking on braun Stroman and Ricochet. Braun Stroman
<v Speaker 1>and Ricochet against the godwins. Not in my promotion. A
<v Speaker 1>Zombifide guitarist has fifty four months of Channel membership, says,
<v Speaker 1>I think the arm drag could be a cool signature move.
<v Speaker 1>Ricky Steamboat still had the best arm drag to this day. Ah,
<v Speaker 1>Maxine Duprie is injured. Spin for a second chance. Oh man,
<v Speaker 1>look at that she's got a broken ankle. Guys, we'll
<v Speaker 1>have to spin against the occasionally injuries do happen here
<v Speaker 1>and be the booker and we just have to go on.
<v Speaker 1>We have to move on with things. We have Dana
<v Speaker 1>Brooke ash By Elegance is with us here and be
<v Speaker 1>the booker. All right? So we have of Dana Brook
<v Speaker 1>against Tiffany Stratton. How are we feeling about this? This
<v Speaker 1>is gonna be one of those where I'm gonna need
<v Speaker 1>some feedback from you. Guys, is this a yeah? You're
<v Speaker 1>in nam kind of leaning down on this one. Wow, Maddie.
<v Speaker 1>Maddie says she broke her ankle. I guess we gotta
<v Speaker 1>put her down. Boy, Mattie. Is he's gone really dark here?
<v Speaker 1>He's gone very dark. All right, that's a buzz for me.
<v Speaker 1>We are zero for two so far, like the Spurs
<v Speaker 1>at the beginning of the finals. See what we can
<v Speaker 1>do here in our main event? Here we go we
<v Speaker 1>have Oh my god, look who it is. Everybody he appears.
<v Speaker 1>Somebody said his name before. Look at this. We got
<v Speaker 1>him here in Be the Booker before we ever got him.
<v Speaker 1>On Monday Night Raw, the former TNA World Heavyweight Champion,
<v Speaker 1>Joe Hendry has appeared. Yes, he lives. Everybody he lives.
<v Speaker 1>Joe Hendry is here and he is going to be
<v Speaker 1>taking on Claudio Castidinol, the former the Ring of Honor
<v Speaker 1>World champ. We got the Ring of Honor World champion
<v Speaker 1>against the TNA World Champion. I mean, Claudio is gonna
<v Speaker 1>wreck his ass. But finally we got one. We got one.
<v Speaker 1>One for three is not a good night. In be
<v Speaker 1>the Booker. That is the only world title he will
<v Speaker 1>No he was the NXT champion as well. But yes,
<v Speaker 1>you are correct. From this point forward, that will be
<v Speaker 1>the final world title that Joe Hendry holds. You're not
<v Speaker 1>wrong about that. B Man. The Chant Punk goes to
<v Speaker 1>smack down WWE sends Kevin Owens to Raw to troll us. Actually,
<v Speaker 1>that would be very on brand for them. Owens has
<v Speaker 1>bounced back and forth so many times between the two brands.
<v Speaker 1>It was like every time they would have a draft.
<v Speaker 1>He even talked about this. He goes every single time
<v Speaker 1>he would change brands, they would bounce him back and
<v Speaker 1>forth so many times. You can never figure out where
<v Speaker 1>he fits and what to do with him. We need
<v Speaker 1>him in Punk on the same brand so we can
<v Speaker 1>get that match they're not getting any younger. Time is
<v Speaker 1>of the essence with some of these matches. You wait
<v Speaker 1>too long, you may not be able to do. Look,
<v Speaker 1>it's Stinging the Undertaker. They waited too long. They could
<v Speaker 1>have done it, but they waited too long. Then Sting
<v Speaker 1>got hurt. Tomorrow, there's gonna be a brand new episode
<v Speaker 1>of The Uncrowned Wrestling Show. You're gonna have a brand
<v Speaker 1>new pod to listen to. As if the sound off
<v Speaker 1>wasn't enough, you got a brand new SoundOff up. If
<v Speaker 1>you missed it, I don't know what you're waiting for.
<v Speaker 1>Tomorrow you got Uncrowned, and then Tomorrow night, brand new
<v Speaker 1>Tuesday Night Titans over on JD's channel. That'll be live
<v Speaker 1>on YouTube at eight thirty Eastern. Thankfully, we have no
<v Speaker 1>Game six to compete with. I was so worried there
<v Speaker 1>was gonna be a Game six tomorrow, but Nicks took
<v Speaker 1>care of that. They took care of that, and then
<v Speaker 1>Wednesday we got the Dynamite post show. There's no SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>review this week. I will be in Chicago for House
<v Speaker 1>of Glory Live on Triller, so I will talk about
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown and review SmackDown on the podcast on Sunday. It's
<v Speaker 1>kind of a big show too, because not only do
<v Speaker 1>we have some King and Queen of the Ring matches,
<v Speaker 1>but we have a WWE Championship match. Naturally, of course
<v Speaker 1>we do. So that's how the rest of the week
<v Speaker 1>is shaping up. Just so you know, Joe Hendry could
<v Speaker 1>be a cult leader heel where he forces people to
<v Speaker 1>believe in him. Well, it's like the dark version of
<v Speaker 1>Joe Hendry. I don't think he's got it. In him.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I just it's hard for me to
<v Speaker 1>imagine him doing that. He does have a new album
<v Speaker 1>coming out at some point in these next couple of months,
<v Speaker 1>he said this summer, he has a new album that
<v Speaker 1>he and WWE put together, a whole bunch of new songs.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if that's why they're holding him out.
<v Speaker 1>That's a pretty stupid reason, I think, to hold him out.
<v Speaker 1>But apparently, keep your ears peeled. Usually you say keep
<v Speaker 1>your eyes peeled. Can you keep your ears? I guess
<v Speaker 1>maybe you can. I don't know, but keep your ears peeled,
<v Speaker 1>because apparently there's a new album coming out, maybe forty
<v Speaker 1>one eighty one. Bring back the Gavin's the Gavin Stomp?
<v Speaker 1>Give it to you mean the Garvin stomp? The Gavin?
<v Speaker 1>Is that Gavin? News of Gavin? Are we talking about here?
<v Speaker 1>Gavin McLeod. It's the Garvin stomp? And you can't do
<v Speaker 1>that because Randy Orton took it. Randy Orton stole the
<v Speaker 1>Garvin stomp. It belongs to him now. Luis is with Us, says.
<v Speaker 1>The Knicks winning the NBA Championship may have pissed Debbie
<v Speaker 1>Ryan Off. She was rooting for the Spurs. Yeah, you
<v Speaker 1>always mentioned Debbie Ryan and you never explain to me
<v Speaker 1>who she is. Who is Debbie Ryan? For some reason,
<v Speaker 1>every time you mentioned w Ryan, it makes me think
<v Speaker 1>of Jerry Ryan from Deep Space nine, which is a
<v Speaker 1>very different person. So I don't know who that is.
<v Speaker 1>But I don't know what else to say, Luis. I
<v Speaker 1>appreciate the uh super chat though. Why are people mentioning
<v Speaker 1>jelly Roll? There's some sort of jelly Roll story here?
<v Speaker 1>Let's see, Oh we do I have a jelly Roll
<v Speaker 1>story here from TMZ. Everybody, You're gonna get breaking news
<v Speaker 1>here on the sound off jelly Rol. This is so sad.
<v Speaker 1>Oh man, this is just horrible. This is terrible. Jelly
<v Speaker 1>Roll has filed for divorce from his wife, Bunny xo.
<v Speaker 1>Now does it say that on her birth certificate? Is
<v Speaker 1>what I would like to know, Bunny xo, that's her name?
<v Speaker 1>What's her real name, Bunny xo? Let's find out. Alyssa
<v Speaker 1>Alyssa de Ford. She's the founder of Dumb Blonde Productions
<v Speaker 1>and host of the dumb Blonde podcast. You know, I
<v Speaker 1>never revealed this before, but that was going to be
<v Speaker 1>the original name of the sound off before I changed it.
<v Speaker 1>I'm glad somebody picked it up. According to court records
<v Speaker 1>obtained by TMZ, Jelly Roll filed for divorce from his
<v Speaker 1>wife in May in Tennessee. Well there you go, So
<v Speaker 1>all you ladies out there, Jelly is single. Now he's
<v Speaker 1>single and ready to mingle. The world no longer makes sense.
<v Speaker 1>What is going on?
<v Speaker 2>Man?
<v Speaker 1>Every year everything's falling apart. Be well, stay safe. I
<v Speaker 1>wish I had more positive news to leave you with here.
<v Speaker 1>That's kind of a downer, but hey, that's that's the
<v Speaker 1>way it goes sometimes. Be well, stay safe. I will
<v Speaker 1>see you back here live on Wednesday for the Dynamite
<v Speaker 1>post show. Hey, but on the on the flip side, though,
<v Speaker 1>I guess that means Bunny XO now is is also
<v Speaker 1>single and ready to mingle. For those of you who
<v Speaker 1>wanted to have a shot, I have a shot. Let's
<v Speaker 1>pray for Kit Wilson's mother since Jelly is single. Oh man,
<v Speaker 1>don't remind me of that. We go from bad to
<v Speaker 1>worse here because Spanish Gottish says thoughts on the Oliver
<v Speaker 1>Tree passing. Yeah, I mentioned that on X the other day.
<v Speaker 1>I was very surprised to hear that I know he's
<v Speaker 1>only thirty two, died in a helicopter crash, and I
<v Speaker 1>liked his music. I mean I still have at least
<v Speaker 1>one of his songs heard is probably his favorite song
<v Speaker 1>of mine. I have that in my Spotify playlist. Hit.
<v Speaker 1>A very unique sound, so very sad. I'll let you
<v Speaker 1>guys go and see you back here on Wednesday for
<v Speaker 1>more sound Off, of course tomorrow for Uncrowned. Until then,
<v Speaker 1>take care, guys,
