<v Speaker 1>Jerry Katie and Josh one hundred and my poor daughter
<v Speaker 1>went to the pool with a bunch of her friends
<v Speaker 1>last week and they were at the pool for like
<v Speaker 1>four hours, and bless her heart, she didn't reapply the sunscreen.
<v Speaker 2>To her face. So she is a little ratish right now.
<v Speaker 3>And is it just on her face too? So the
<v Speaker 3>rest of you, that's what that happened to me last week.
<v Speaker 3>And it was just my chest which was completely sunburned,
<v Speaker 3>and the rest of me was not.
<v Speaker 4>And it started to like peel you know, it's bad.
<v Speaker 2>Well, it's funny because her face is just completely fried.
<v Speaker 1>And we were out to lunch yesterday for Father's Day
<v Speaker 1>and her little cousins were there and stuff, and they
<v Speaker 1>were coloring and playing with stickers. So she thought it
<v Speaker 1>would be funny to take a bunch of their stickers
<v Speaker 1>and put them all over her face.
<v Speaker 2>Oh No, one of which was on the very tip
<v Speaker 2>of her nose, which was like the worst part.
<v Speaker 1>And then she peeled the sticker off, which peeled all
<v Speaker 1>the skin right off of her nose, like shiny, glistening underskin,
<v Speaker 1>you know, the javange. She immediately just started crying her
<v Speaker 1>eyes out, and I felt so bad for her, and
<v Speaker 1>Nicole's like digging through her purse trying to find vasiline
<v Speaker 1>or chapstick or something to put on it, you know,
<v Speaker 1>to kind.
<v Speaker 2>Of soothe it, keep the air off of it.
<v Speaker 1>That we had to have a talk about, Well, maybe
<v Speaker 1>when you have a sunburn, you don't put stickers all
<v Speaker 1>over your face.
<v Speaker 3>Exactly, and make sure you're real applying that sunscreen. Like,
<v Speaker 3>they get to a certain age where they have to
<v Speaker 3>do it themselves because the mom does it the first time. Right,
<v Speaker 3>you're going out to play, you're venturing out. Here's your
<v Speaker 3>first layer. It's your job to keep up on that.
<v Speaker 2>So yeah, you have to. That's a tough lesson, which
<v Speaker 2>is also some good advice.
<v Speaker 1>Right now, if you've got kiddos and they're on the TikTok,
<v Speaker 1>I guess there's all these TikTok influencers right now that
<v Speaker 1>are out promoting dangerous anti sunscreen messaging on TikTok right now,
<v Speaker 1>they're saying that you should eat certain foods instead to
<v Speaker 1>help the UV rays bounce off your skin in and
<v Speaker 1>not absorb them. And then they are talking about how
<v Speaker 1>sunscreens here containing harmful chemicals and you have they want
<v Speaker 1>you to promote like more natural alternatives, like putting beef
<v Speaker 1>tallow all over your body.
<v Speaker 4>So then all the neighborhood dogs they're just gonna.
<v Speaker 2>Do that, and all the old men who have smoking meats.
<v Speaker 4>Smell get the wrong kind of attention if you put beef.
<v Speaker 2>Tallow on you.
<v Speaker 1>Don't put beef tallow all over your body and go
<v Speaker 1>to the pool and get gen z.
<v Speaker 3>I strongly encourage you to google tan mom. See where
<v Speaker 3>your efforts are going to get you in twenty years,
<v Speaker 3>Like see where you going out into the sun and
<v Speaker 3>begging for that tana is gonna get you.
<v Speaker 4>Spray tans are your friend.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, be careful, just don't don't believe TikTok.
<v Speaker 4>Don't believe TikTok ever your skin.
<v Speaker 1>Can you imagine getting in the pool too, If you
<v Speaker 1>have beef tallow all over you, you look like an oil.
<v Speaker 2>So you will the ex valdiz there.
<v Speaker 4>The rule exactly, Baby dunckle swim by.
<v Speaker 2>Shout out to all the dads out there.
<v Speaker 1>Hopefully you had a killer Father's Day weekend?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, what did you do?
<v Speaker 1>We went out to lazy Dog out in I guess
<v Speaker 1>that would be Highland's Rancheria. Yeah, restaurant really good, had
<v Speaker 1>a decent club sandwich and hung out with the fam
<v Speaker 1>and uh, you know I collect those well collect I
<v Speaker 1>picked up with that Cassio vintage watch that was silver,
<v Speaker 1>the digital one from a dork.
<v Speaker 2>My wife got me the gold one for Father's You
<v Speaker 2>gotta have both.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, let's tell you right now, it's hilarious rocking that
<v Speaker 1>gold Cassio digital watch.
<v Speaker 2>Because I wore it to lunch. I felt like, yea,
<v Speaker 2>you need a gold chain to go with you.
<v Speaker 1>I need a gold change chain and I need to
<v Speaker 1>sell used cars or something like, Hey, I'm gonna get
<v Speaker 1>you into this catilec today, babes.
<v Speaker 3>I just want to know all the other dads who
<v Speaker 3>noticed the watch and gave you props.
<v Speaker 2>There was a lot to be Is that new? Yeah?
<v Speaker 3>Come on, like, I know that watch game is a thing.
<v Speaker 3>And we're talking like thousand dollars watches the hundreds at
<v Speaker 3>that million dollars.
<v Speaker 2>Man, I got a Cascio.
<v Speaker 4>That's how you know. That's how you know you are
<v Speaker 4>secure in your watch.
<v Speaker 2>You know what I'm just I'm just having fun.
<v Speaker 1>I just want to have fun and I want to
<v Speaker 1>be silly and every time I look at that watch,
<v Speaker 1>either one of them, I just smile a little bit and.
<v Speaker 4>Other people smile.
<v Speaker 1>It's so cheese and it's so eighties dad that I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>this makes me so damn happy.
<v Speaker 3>Immediately, I know, people walk up to you, even men
<v Speaker 3>and women alike, and they have to say, my dad
<v Speaker 3>had a watch.
<v Speaker 2>Just like you know how many times somebody has said
<v Speaker 2>that to me.
<v Speaker 1>We went to comedy works the other night, you know,
<v Speaker 1>and they make you put the phone in the bag
<v Speaker 1>and they make you take your watch off. And the
<v Speaker 1>guy looked at me and goes, hey, you need to
<v Speaker 1>take your watch off. He goes, oh, whoa, never mind.
<v Speaker 1>He's like, sorry, you got a nice fancy watch on,
<v Speaker 1>and I help it. I go, no, sir, it's a cassio,
<v Speaker 1>but I'll keep it on, thank you very much.
<v Speaker 2>And Nicoles just sugar head, it is so good.
<v Speaker 4>Is there a calculator on that thing?
<v Speaker 1>No, but it's got the little you push the button,
<v Speaker 1>the little light comes on and I gotta stop watch
<v Speaker 1>on it cause you want to, you know, run track
<v Speaker 1>or something.
<v Speaker 2>What you got a race? Yeah, I gotta stop now.
<v Speaker 2>Did you know I'm a.
<v Speaker 1>Pretty classy dude, pretty classy dude. So anyway, I picked
<v Speaker 1>up a new watch this weekend. You picked up something
<v Speaker 1>a little bit better better, And I'm so happy and
<v Speaker 1>so excited for you.
<v Speaker 3>Now I want to tell you right now. I could
<v Speaker 3>not wait to tell both of you about my new
<v Speaker 3>ride because I was so excited about it. One I
<v Speaker 3>got a good deal. Two it's a heck of a ride.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, this thing is pretty great.
<v Speaker 2>You want to do a quick backstory.
<v Speaker 4>Pretty great.
<v Speaker 2>You had your car, you paid it off.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, here's the thing. I paid off my car.
<v Speaker 3>After seven years of paying this car, I finally paid
<v Speaker 3>it off, and I was so excited about it. And then,
<v Speaker 3>as cars do when you pay them off, six weeks later,
<v Speaker 3>it took a total crap and.
<v Speaker 4>Was absolutely worthless. And oh, it like broke my heart.
<v Speaker 3>I know.
<v Speaker 4>I told you guys, I'm been in like a low
<v Speaker 4>key depression.
<v Speaker 2>You were devastated, y like no other.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, well, because again, like you take your car away
<v Speaker 3>and it just is immediately like just you're aware of
<v Speaker 3>how like a step back you are.
<v Speaker 1>You can't go anywhere, you can't do anything. She was
<v Speaker 1>hopping in with Josh on you. It was so annoying,
<v Speaker 1>my friend.
<v Speaker 4>Was letting me use her vehicle for a minute. It
<v Speaker 4>was annoying.
<v Speaker 3>No, I can say like, I completely agree, like when
<v Speaker 3>you are at the mercy of other people when it
<v Speaker 3>comes to.
<v Speaker 4>A vehicle, like, it's tough. It's tough on everyone evolved.
<v Speaker 1>The best part of my week is we're going to
<v Speaker 1>go do one of our pizza drops. Yeah, listeners, and
<v Speaker 1>Katie's like, I'm writing with you, Jar and I just
<v Speaker 1>to go no.
<v Speaker 4>No, you're not.
<v Speaker 2>I'll see you there.
<v Speaker 4>Not only that, You're like, no, I don't want to hear.
<v Speaker 2>You talk the whole Time's exactly what I said.
<v Speaker 1>It's like, you will not shut up for forty five
<v Speaker 1>minutes store location.
<v Speaker 2>I'm not writing.
<v Speaker 4>You said. All you're gonna do is and you did
<v Speaker 4>the hand.
<v Speaker 2>I can't do it.
<v Speaker 4>That's all you're going to do. And I was like,
<v Speaker 4>that's fair.
<v Speaker 2>Immediately I go off up to me Jos.
<v Speaker 4>Josh is so much nicer. Josh was like, yeah, we'll talk, Josh.
<v Speaker 1>It's well documented on this show that Josh cannot say
<v Speaker 1>no anything.
<v Speaker 2>He cannot say no.
<v Speaker 4>So I appreciate that about you.
<v Speaker 2>Well, of course you do. And Jeremy guess what she
<v Speaker 2>talked the whole time time. I don't want to run
<v Speaker 2>into oncoming traffics.
<v Speaker 1>I did this for everybody, Okay, but you got a
<v Speaker 1>call I did, and again it's just such.
<v Speaker 3>A nice for you day experience and just the whole
<v Speaker 3>process of it.
<v Speaker 4>Because I was looking around.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't I didn't want to put myself in something
<v Speaker 3>that in a couple months and I'm having to deal
<v Speaker 3>with the same thing.
<v Speaker 4>Right, So I got a heck of a deal.
<v Speaker 3>It's an older ride, which I'm fine with because here's
<v Speaker 3>the thing is, I got it from a guy who
<v Speaker 3>lived up in the mountains. Actually his daughter was when
<v Speaker 3>he gave it to me. He has passed away. But
<v Speaker 3>so that's kind of how Noana haunted. But that's kind
<v Speaker 3>of how I got the vehicle, right. It was an
<v Speaker 3>old man who lived in the mountains and all he
<v Speaker 3>did was drive.
<v Speaker 2>To church the way did do it?
<v Speaker 5>This car, which is seen the nineteen hundred's mind nineteen hundred,
<v Speaker 5>it's a nineteen hundreds ride, is completely pristine. Yeah, watch
<v Speaker 5>out here, she comes all four cylinders.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, what could go wrong? What could go wrong?
<v Speaker 1>No, but it hasn't had an oil change since ninety four.
<v Speaker 3>It has been kept up the entire Like this man
<v Speaker 3>has a log of every oil change he's gotten.
<v Speaker 4>I love what I do entire he's ever rotated.
<v Speaker 3>This man has kept a log of everything he's done with.
<v Speaker 2>That's a good car.
<v Speaker 4>It is a fabulous.
<v Speaker 2>That's a good that's a good sign.
<v Speaker 3>It only has thirty eight thousand miles from the nineteen hundreds.
<v Speaker 4>Did I even manage.
<v Speaker 2>What I know? Tell me it's a pet cruiser.
<v Speaker 4>No, it's not a b easy cruiser.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, you don't have to say what.
<v Speaker 4>No, I'm not going to say what it is, but
<v Speaker 4>I am just like it has.
<v Speaker 2>The crank win corvette actually, and it does not.
<v Speaker 4>Even have cruise control.
<v Speaker 2>It's that old Oh my god.
<v Speaker 4>Doesn't even tell me.
<v Speaker 3>You know, when you look at the gas meter and
<v Speaker 3>it tells you what side the gas tanks on with
<v Speaker 3>that little arrow, I didn't even have that.
<v Speaker 2>You don't need that.
<v Speaker 4>I love it. I love everything about it. It's my
<v Speaker 4>favorite thing. It is so minimal, and.
<v Speaker 1>I tell you what there is now the government can
<v Speaker 1>track you as easily.
<v Speaker 3>There's just some pressure being take off when not everything's
<v Speaker 3>digital when you get into it, like I'm not kidding.
<v Speaker 4>Everywhere I look, it's digital at work on my phone
<v Speaker 4>at home. So like the fact that this is just
<v Speaker 4>back down to the base the basics that I am
<v Speaker 4>loving it.
<v Speaker 2>So your left arm is going to be so you.
<v Speaker 4>Have no idea.
<v Speaker 1>You just see yourself rolling up to a taco bell
<v Speaker 1>and being like, hold on, let me roll down my window.
<v Speaker 4>You have a cup holder, no cup holders. It's amazing.
<v Speaker 4>I love it.
<v Speaker 1>I thought for sure the video I saw on our Instagram, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>Jeremy Katy Josh on Instagram of somebody out at coors
<v Speaker 1>Field over the weekend, I was like, oh, Josh is
<v Speaker 1>out there?
<v Speaker 2>How it was you?
<v Speaker 3>You?
<v Speaker 4>The Rockies? I love the Rockies course field. You know,
<v Speaker 4>it's funny.
<v Speaker 3>It was Father's Day, so it was an absolutely packed field,
<v Speaker 3>Like corse Field was so busy yesterday, and it was
<v Speaker 3>nice to see cors.
<v Speaker 4>Field like that.
<v Speaker 3>You know.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was your video, it really was.
<v Speaker 4>And so I had such a good time.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, the Rockies did lose, but they had a
<v Speaker 3>nice little rally at the end where you know, they
<v Speaker 3>got people excited, looked like they might have a little
<v Speaker 3>bit of a comeback.
<v Speaker 4>So it was a great day out at the ballpark.
<v Speaker 4>It was perfect weather.
<v Speaker 3>I wanted to tell you a nice little fun win
<v Speaker 3>I found out at Corsefield was the popcorn bucket. There
<v Speaker 3>is a popcorn bucket that you can buy for fourteen
<v Speaker 3>dollars out there, and you can bring it back in
<v Speaker 3>for every game and get it refilled for free.
<v Speaker 2>Nu huh.
<v Speaker 4>Yes. And not only do you get it refilled for free,
<v Speaker 4>they give you a big long bag of popcorn. It's
<v Speaker 4>like this big uh huh, and they just hand it
<v Speaker 4>to you.
<v Speaker 3>So the bucket, you can fill it like three times
<v Speaker 3>while you're sitting out at the game.
<v Speaker 2>So my friend idea.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, she actually has this bucket and she's like, let's
<v Speaker 3>go get my free refill And I was like, what
<v Speaker 3>do you mean free refill? Like you just get to
<v Speaker 3>bring it. She's like, yeah, there's a certain stand you
<v Speaker 3>have to go to once you buy this bucket. She's like,
<v Speaker 3>I bought this bucket four seasons ago and it has
<v Speaker 3>saved me so much money. So you can go get
<v Speaker 3>this refillable bucket at cours Field and you can save
<v Speaker 3>a whole lot of money.
<v Speaker 2>Is the line a mile long thoseporns? No, it's not.
<v Speaker 3>It's really comparable. And here's the thing I did some
<v Speaker 3>digging about Corsfield. You can do a lot of things
<v Speaker 3>to save some money.
<v Speaker 4>Out there at the ballpark.
<v Speaker 3>Did you know you can bring in an entire spaghetti
<v Speaker 3>dinner for you and your family and they'll be.
<v Speaker 2>Okay with it in a hip pack or something you can.
<v Speaker 3>Bring provided the food is packed in individual portions and
<v Speaker 3>carried in soft sided containers or bags measuring sixteen inches
<v Speaker 3>or sixteen by eight inches or smaller. You can bring
<v Speaker 3>pretty much whatever you want into that ballpark.
<v Speaker 1>Are you imagine how crazy the zipy?
<v Speaker 3>I have seen people post videos of eating spaghetti in
<v Speaker 3>the ballpark and I didn't realize what it was until I.
<v Speaker 4>Saw this story.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, now this is our how funny? We
<v Speaker 3>were like, what else can we bring? Should we bring
<v Speaker 3>some ramen up in here?
<v Speaker 2>Like?
<v Speaker 3>What could we bring that would make a lot? You know,
<v Speaker 3>like people would get to looking at you like a
<v Speaker 3>chicken and mashed me exactly.
<v Speaker 2>Just of asparagus.
<v Speaker 4>An entire spread right there.
<v Speaker 3>Corrs Field with it, They're absolutely fine.
<v Speaker 2>Had no idea, but it.
<v Speaker 4>Was definitely a fabulous time out at the ballpark.
<v Speaker 3>Weather great weather, and again Father's Day. You know, it
<v Speaker 3>was hard for me yesterday Father's Day being my dad
<v Speaker 3>passed quite a few years back here, but yesterday I
<v Speaker 3>saw a lot of signs from him, and that made
<v Speaker 3>me feel so good, like signs because my dad was
<v Speaker 3>a huge Spider Man fan, like a huge Spider Man fan,
<v Speaker 3>like he thought he was Spider Man for a minute there.
<v Speaker 4>But he There was a little kid sitting in front
<v Speaker 4>of me.
<v Speaker 2>What I keep talking.
<v Speaker 3>There was a little boy sitting in front of me,
<v Speaker 3>completely decked out in Rockies gear except for his hat
<v Speaker 3>was a Spider Man and he like turned around and
<v Speaker 3>smiled at me, and I was.
<v Speaker 2>Like, oh, you know, did you call him dad? The
<v Speaker 2>rest I did make it weird?
<v Speaker 4>Did not make it weird, Dad.
<v Speaker 3>Then next to me, across the aisle, there was a
<v Speaker 3>little girl and she was so dressed in pink, I
<v Speaker 3>mean the most pink I've ever seen on a kid,
<v Speaker 3>but her shoes, everything but her shoes, and she was
<v Speaker 3>rocking red Spider Man shoes and I did I know,
<v Speaker 3>And so those to me, I was like, oh, happy Fathers.
<v Speaker 4>So it was a nice little smile I put on
<v Speaker 4>my face as well.
<v Speaker 2>That's sweet.
<v Speaker 3>Really, you brought it yesterday. It was a great time
<v Speaker 3>at the ballpark. And I hope everybody had fun go wrong,
<v Speaker 3>Go rockies.
<v Speaker 2>Me. I wish you'd called the little girl dad, Daddy, Daddy.
<v Speaker 4>Dad.
<v Speaker 2>Don't turn around, kids, don't turn around. Crazy lady behind us,
<v Speaker 2>don't un
