<v Speaker 1>Jerry Kadi and Josh six one hundred. They've had a
<v Speaker 1>couple food observations for you. One.
<v Speaker 2>I made some turkey sandwiches last night and I kind
<v Speaker 2>of wanted to spice them up a little bit, you know,
<v Speaker 2>and I put pickles on there and some pepper jack
<v Speaker 2>and shredded lettuce, and then it's like these need some bacon,
<v Speaker 2>is what they Bacon would really kick these up a notch,
<v Speaker 2>like Emerald Bam, Yes, bacon on there. Someone and got
<v Speaker 2>turkey bacon. What a horrible mistake.
<v Speaker 1>I'm an idiot. I am an idiot? Is Jenny O?
<v Speaker 1>Turkey bacon?
<v Speaker 3>So had you everything?
<v Speaker 1>I know? I was like, I'll try to make these
<v Speaker 1>kind of healthier. No, there's something weird with turkey bacon.
<v Speaker 1>It is weird.
<v Speaker 4>There's a lot of ways that I try and save
<v Speaker 4>right calories. Yeah, that's a little bit healthy, Try and
<v Speaker 4>health it up a little bit.
<v Speaker 3>Turkey bacon, I just won't do.
<v Speaker 1>Never gonna happen again.
<v Speaker 3>Dog food.
<v Speaker 1>I threw it in the oven to bacon and it
<v Speaker 1>was so rubbery and weird.
<v Speaker 3>Why is this shape like that?
<v Speaker 1>It's it's slimy. Why is it like it's fake? Wavy?
<v Speaker 3>Fake.
<v Speaker 1>What is it? Buy turkey macon yeat.
<v Speaker 3>Don't do it.
<v Speaker 1>I ruined my life last night.
<v Speaker 4>Everything all your hard work, God, God.
<v Speaker 1>Note to self, don't ever buy turkey bacon ever again.
<v Speaker 2>Now. Second, I was telling these clowns off the air
<v Speaker 2>that you know what, vacation season popping up.
<v Speaker 1>The amount of people who have given me.
<v Speaker 2>Food recommendations for various places out of state is quite high, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>which is surprising. But what I'm starting to learn is
<v Speaker 2>a lot of them aren't recommending brick and mortar places.
<v Speaker 2>They're like, oh, when you get to such and such,
<v Speaker 2>you need to chog the pizza food truck.
<v Speaker 1>There there's a pizza food truck.
<v Speaker 2>I'm eating so many food truck recommendations now.
<v Speaker 4>And it makes total sense because with everything the restaurant
<v Speaker 4>industry is dealing with right now, rising food prices, I mean,
<v Speaker 4>pain your workers is so expensive, they're opting to buy
<v Speaker 4>these food trucks instead of the traditional brick and mortar
<v Speaker 4>because they're saving a lot of overhead costs, I would think,
<v Speaker 4>so still able to serve you their product and do
<v Speaker 4>it in a way that you're gonna remember. I mean,
<v Speaker 4>people are telling you about a specific food truck.
<v Speaker 3>That's what you want.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I was looking at some stuff.
<v Speaker 2>We're looking to maybe get away here in a few
<v Speaker 2>months too for our anniversary, and I was looking at
<v Speaker 2>a couple of spots and where we're thinking and for
<v Speaker 2>restaurant recommendations in the top three, We're like, you gotta
<v Speaker 2>go get burrito breakfast burritos from this food truck.
<v Speaker 1>If you don't, you're an idiot.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah yeah, so yeah, that's a that's a big.
<v Speaker 1>Thing right now.
<v Speaker 2>So it led us off the ear to talk about
<v Speaker 2>like what our food truck would be.
<v Speaker 1>And Katie's like, I want a food droke so bad.
<v Speaker 1>I do. And I was like, I would like a
<v Speaker 1>food truck so bad.
<v Speaker 4>I know.
<v Speaker 1>Should we join forces?
<v Speaker 4>And you have, we should, But you have to be
<v Speaker 4>smart about it cause you have to name it.
<v Speaker 3>You have to be able.
<v Speaker 4>Oh well, JKJ obviously it's jkj's food truck.
<v Speaker 1>I just want to eat it all.
<v Speaker 3>Josh will be there that you'll be our taste test.
<v Speaker 1>You want to eat it. What do you have to
<v Speaker 1>be smart about?
<v Speaker 4>You have to be smart about what you're preparing. Because
<v Speaker 4>it's small, enclosed space. A lot of things need to
<v Speaker 4>be made per order, right like you need to make
<v Speaker 4>them when they order it so it stays fresh. You
<v Speaker 4>have to have the capability to do that. So I'm
<v Speaker 4>just saying, like, there's some things that you need to
<v Speaker 4>think of. But I think a good old fashioned breakfast tacos. Away,
<v Speaker 4>we breakfast tacos breakfast.
<v Speaker 1>I wanted to go funnel cakes.
<v Speaker 3>Sorry, that's been done.
<v Speaker 1>Funnel cakes and breakfast tacos.
<v Speaker 2>Here's the thing that we make breakfast tacos out of
<v Speaker 2>funnel cakes.
<v Speaker 1>Oh you could you know what a dessert breakfast talking
<v Speaker 1>dessert taco? Wait no turkey bacon allowed?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah yeah, miss me with the turkey bach if.
<v Speaker 2>You had breakfast tacos though, Like your eyes rolled back
<v Speaker 2>into your head.
<v Speaker 3>Like, oh yeah, they don't have around here.
<v Speaker 4>Like that's like a Texas thing. Let me tell you
<v Speaker 4>something about breakfast tacos. I've never even been to Texas,
<v Speaker 4>but the tails and the lore I've heard of the
<v Speaker 4>breakfast taco.
<v Speaker 3>You don't need no, man, it's a legend.
<v Speaker 4>Your ecstasy it honestly, like, I think it's just the
<v Speaker 4>best way to start your day.
<v Speaker 3>Like I've seen videos.
<v Speaker 1>It's the only reason. No, it's like an omelet with
<v Speaker 1>a soft shell taco wrapped around it and the flavor.
<v Speaker 1>You can put a little green chili flavor, red sauce
<v Speaker 1>like the way that.
<v Speaker 4>They made the You know, you put cheese down on
<v Speaker 4>the grill first, and then you.
<v Speaker 1>Put and then you put that on to that. Can
<v Speaker 1>we do that in a food truck.
<v Speaker 3>We can do this in a food truck.
<v Speaker 1>Well, what we gotta name it something fun? Then taste
<v Speaker 1>my taco, my taco, my taco. It's all breakfast taco.
<v Speaker 2>Start your day with my taco, best taco, about nacho taco,
<v Speaker 2>and we'll do.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna work on this. We'll let you guys know.
<v Speaker 2>For off the air, I've been getting a little bit
<v Speaker 2>of crap for my coworkers because I just had an
<v Speaker 2>Amazon delivery and I was checking to see what was
<v Speaker 2>delivered and I was like, oh, yeah, it's all my
<v Speaker 2>cleaning stuff for vacation. So you know, there's a lot
<v Speaker 2>of people heading out of town and staying at hotels
<v Speaker 2>and stuff, and I'm a bit of a germaphobe, So
<v Speaker 2>I was quizzing these two about if they bring cleaning
<v Speaker 2>supplies to the hotel that they're staying at.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, because I do. If I clean the toilet.
<v Speaker 2>Do you clean get there the bathroom and the toilet
<v Speaker 2>just a little bit more, just to make sure.
<v Speaker 1>Everything's kind of really cleaned and sanitized.
<v Speaker 2>And then I started showing you the products that I
<v Speaker 2>order from the zon that was delivered.
<v Speaker 1>Big fan of the scrubbing bubbles, uh huh.
<v Speaker 2>So there's these pham packs that you can order and
<v Speaker 2>they're disposable, and there's like three or four in the
<v Speaker 2>box and you just zip them open and you dump
<v Speaker 2>the phone pack into the toilet and it goes. It's
<v Speaker 2>really fun to watch, and it's supposed to just completely
<v Speaker 2>sanitize the inside of the toilet. I also purchased these
<v Speaker 2>scrubbing Bubbles disposable toilet wands, uh huh, which you just
<v Speaker 2>clicked the little sponge thing onto the end of it,
<v Speaker 2>and you scrub the hell out of the inside of
<v Speaker 2>the toilet, and then you just go over the trash can.
<v Speaker 1>You go clicklick and.
<v Speaker 2>It clicks off and drops into the trash can. Some
<v Speaker 2>of them you can even flush. Yeah, but yeah, I
<v Speaker 2>scrub the heck out of the toilet and then I
<v Speaker 2>bring my lysol and my lysol wipes and I spray
<v Speaker 2>everything down and when we get to a hotel. It's
<v Speaker 2>a good twenty minute process once we get there. I
<v Speaker 2>don't get that of me going through sanitizing everything.
<v Speaker 1>This is why I've never heard that.
<v Speaker 4>I know part of the reason I love staying at
<v Speaker 4>the hotels. I'm like, oh, they cleaned it for me.
<v Speaker 2>I've seen too many prime Time specials on you know,
<v Speaker 2>how they're cleaning hotels and how they're not cleaning hotels.
<v Speaker 1>You stop watching those, No, I can't. This is important information.
<v Speaker 1>It's bliss.
<v Speaker 2>Don't ever touch that TV remote. I'm gonna tell you
<v Speaker 2>right now. The best hotels are the ones where they
<v Speaker 2>put the remote condom on it. You go in there
<v Speaker 2>and they've got a piece of plastic that is nice
<v Speaker 2>over the remote.
<v Speaker 1>You know you're staying in a nice place.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, you just take it off, and then the next
<v Speaker 2>people come in they put a new remote condom on.
<v Speaker 2>I spray, I take the lisol and I spray all
<v Speaker 2>the handles down in the room, so the front and
<v Speaker 2>the back of the door to the bathroom.
<v Speaker 1>I ain't nobody cleaning that. No, I am not cleaning
<v Speaker 1>any the door in and out of the room.
<v Speaker 2>Imagine how many thousands of people have touched that they're
<v Speaker 2>not cleaning that, and I.
<v Speaker 3>Am trusting the hotel staff like I am. I'm trusting
<v Speaker 3>that they're in cleaning each room for you.
<v Speaker 2>I understands some are probably better than others. But like
<v Speaker 2>any job, you've got good days and bad days, and
<v Speaker 2>I'm sure some of those people are just you know,
<v Speaker 2>they're just flying through, just getting it done, just you know,
<v Speaker 2>counting the hours till they're out of there.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe they're not doing a full clean. I never used
<v Speaker 1>the glasses in there either.
<v Speaker 2>The glasses that they leave, because those wipe down the
<v Speaker 2>toilet and then they'll take that same rag wipe down
<v Speaker 2>the glasses and just send them back next to the
<v Speaker 2>coffee maker.
<v Speaker 1>Water bottle.
<v Speaker 3>Your head, you have built this.
<v Speaker 1>This has been on sixty minutes. Do you take a
<v Speaker 1>black light to the room? Well, okay, have you ever?
<v Speaker 4>No?
<v Speaker 1>I don't want to do that. You never stay at
<v Speaker 1>a place again. I mean that, yeah, bring my own sheet, though.
<v Speaker 4>I am so like, is this a normal thing? Are
<v Speaker 4>people actually preparing for cleanliness at a hotel room?
<v Speaker 3>I go in there thinking it's clean.
<v Speaker 4>I mean, I've heard people talk about bringing sheets and stuff,
<v Speaker 4>and I'm like, that's extreme.
<v Speaker 1>I follow a couple fluencers on the grams.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that kind of document how you should be traveling
<v Speaker 2>and the things you should be bringing with you. Like
<v Speaker 2>they straight up a rubber gloves and they show everything
<v Speaker 2>that you need to be cleaning. A lot of them
<v Speaker 2>do bring their own little package of sheets that they
<v Speaker 2>then put on over the sheets that are already on
<v Speaker 2>the bed, so then you're like double protected.
<v Speaker 1>I haven't gotten that far yet, but I'm gonna scrub
<v Speaker 1>the hell out of the toilet once I get there,
<v Speaker 1>and like the handles on the scenk and all that,
<v Speaker 1>and yeah, see, I think.
<v Speaker 4>Can't be the only one kind of part of the fun,
<v Speaker 4>Like what kind of Germans? Maybe a little bit of MRSA.
<v Speaker 4>Is this the trip that I getitis?
<v Speaker 1>Fingers cross.
<v Speaker 3>Comes in handy because I just watched this movie song
<v Speaker 3>Sung Blue. It was the Neil Diamond one. It's the
<v Speaker 3>Neil Diamond one.
<v Speaker 4>Now it's not about Neil Diamond, but it's about a
<v Speaker 4>couple who are Neil Diamond interpreters.
<v Speaker 3>That's what they call themselves, not impersonators there, Neil Diamond interpreters.
<v Speaker 4>Wolver right, it is well, yeah, Hugh Jackman and Kate
<v Speaker 4>Hudson play the lead roles, and uh, it is a
<v Speaker 4>couple and they go by the names Thunder and Lightning.
<v Speaker 4>Wife's name is Thunder, the husband's name is Lightning. But
<v Speaker 4>how they met is like he was an old school
<v Speaker 4>like you know, rock and roller whatever, and they met
<v Speaker 4>doing impersonation. She was a Patsy Klein impersonator and he
<v Speaker 4>did Neil Diamond. And then they teamed up to do
<v Speaker 4>this you know, Thunder and Lightning Neil Diamond act and
<v Speaker 4>they became so famous across the St eight of Wisconsin
<v Speaker 4>and specifically in Milwaukee that they like became really like
<v Speaker 4>locally famous, and there's a whole documentary about him.
<v Speaker 3>There was this movie again that's done something.
<v Speaker 1>I've sung this and I'm a huge Neil Diamond fan.
<v Speaker 1>You cannot stress how good it's good.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I mean there's some heavy moments, but I think
<v Speaker 4>that they can probably wrap their mind around it.
<v Speaker 3>It's like, right, there's not a whole lot of nudity.
<v Speaker 3>There is any nudity, No.
<v Speaker 4>But it is such a fascinating movie and it like
<v Speaker 4>you know, follows the entire story of what they went through. Now,
<v Speaker 4>from what I understand, it's loosely bassed because there are
<v Speaker 4>some things that aren't completely true once and real people
<v Speaker 4>and everything, But the things that happened within the movie
<v Speaker 4>that has Kate Hudson and Hugh Jackman are all the
<v Speaker 4>things that happened, because that's.
<v Speaker 1>What like when the blades come out of his hand,
<v Speaker 1>that's something completely different.
<v Speaker 4>But once the movie was over, it's one of those
<v Speaker 4>that I just immediately got on the Google and I'm like,
<v Speaker 4>was this true?
<v Speaker 1>Was this true? Was this true?
<v Speaker 2>I gotta ask you, right, I gonna ask you a question.
<v Speaker 2>How is the casting? Did they look like the real
<v Speaker 2>life people?
<v Speaker 4>Here's the thing, Kate Hudson the face spot on like
<v Speaker 4>Claire is the name of the woman, and she looks
<v Speaker 4>so much like her. But again I did some digging
<v Speaker 4>after to see how much is true, and I found
<v Speaker 4>out there is a documentary of the same name called
<v Speaker 4>Song Sung Blue, and it follows them like for a
<v Speaker 4>year's long.
<v Speaker 3>Period, like over years period of time, but it is
<v Speaker 3>actually them. It's home video, home footage of them.
<v Speaker 4>So it shows Claire and what's his name, lightning Mike
<v Speaker 4>is I'm okay, his name is Mike in real life.
<v Speaker 4>But it shows them in their home setting, in their
<v Speaker 4>you know, Milwaukee.
<v Speaker 1>House and so no answer a little off.
<v Speaker 3>They chain smoke like they're lighting one cigarette off the other,
<v Speaker 3>like you know what I mean. There's just so much.
<v Speaker 2>It is funny when you watch documentaries or biopics or whatever,
<v Speaker 2>you know, and then you go back and look at
<v Speaker 2>the real life people and they look nothing like the
<v Speaker 2>hot actors that they're like there to play them, you
<v Speaker 2>know what.
<v Speaker 1>Wolverine and Kate Hudson something.
<v Speaker 3>That's really funny. Something that caught my attention because there's
<v Speaker 3>a scene in the movie.
<v Speaker 4>Where Mike takes Claire and hoists her up on a
<v Speaker 4>washer and it's pretty fun.
<v Speaker 3>Starts like and then shows Kate Hudson in her brawn
<v Speaker 3>underwear and.
<v Speaker 5>She looks kids are watching the No, she just looks
<v Speaker 5>because Kate Hudson is like an act like perfect body, right,
<v Speaker 5>but in this movie she's a little, as she says, soft,
<v Speaker 5>and so she said she gained fifteen pounds to.
<v Speaker 3>Play this role to make it more realistic. But then
<v Speaker 3>I went and saw Claire and I was.
<v Speaker 2>Like, oh, I know, like but again and nothing that
<v Speaker 2>it just it woh no, I don't want a body shape.
<v Speaker 3>It made me feel good that Kate huntson Gate fifteen pounds.
<v Speaker 3>I'm like, I'm a soft too. This is great, you know.
<v Speaker 4>So it just like but I watched the documentary. It
<v Speaker 4>was just very much like, huh, but you have to
<v Speaker 4>watch the movie. If you have time, watch the documentary.
<v Speaker 4>I do think you'll enjoy it. But there's a pearl
<v Speaker 4>jam part in it that really stuck out.
<v Speaker 1>For me and Eddie.
<v Speaker 4>Veteran General has like a theme throughout the movie and
<v Speaker 4>the documentary. So a favorite band wants you to watch
<v Speaker 4>this movie and tell me what you think, because you
<v Speaker 4>do seem to like the recommendations I give you.
<v Speaker 1>I generally you're two for two right now with your recommendations,
<v Speaker 1>then go for three. I go for three. Thank you,
<v Speaker 1>You're welcome.
