<v Speaker 1>We are gathered here today to bid farewell to three
<v Speaker 1>hours of SmackDown, consistently the worst television show each and
<v Speaker 1>every single Friday night, formulaic promo segments, a show that
<v Speaker 1>gives us very few matches mixed in with very many commercials,
<v Speaker 1>very many, many many commercials, every single week. In fact,
<v Speaker 1>I hate it when a match interrupts these commercials here
<v Speaker 1>on this SmackDown show, segments that often feel like they
<v Speaker 1>exist simply for the purpose of killing as much time
<v Speaker 1>as humanly possible. On these shows. We have a tag
<v Speaker 1>team division here on SmackDown. The powers that be in
<v Speaker 1>this company should be brought up on manslaughter charges. That
<v Speaker 1>is how dead the tag team division is here on
<v Speaker 1>this program. A tag team division frankly deater than the
<v Speaker 1>Mets chances of making the playoffs this year. That's pretty
<v Speaker 1>fucking dead. You know, when I think about this journey
<v Speaker 1>that we've been on here over these past six months,
<v Speaker 1>three hours every single week, it makes me wonder the
<v Speaker 1>other there's a it's an old saying. It goes a
<v Speaker 1>little something like this, don't cry because it's over, Smile
<v Speaker 1>because it happened, which, of course, whoever said that clearly
<v Speaker 1>never watched three hours of SmackDown on a Friday night.
<v Speaker 1>Excuse me here, you use this, use this very good? Okay,
<v Speaker 1>that really wasn't necessary, And so tonight we wrap this
<v Speaker 1>up here with a heavy heart. We bid farewell at
<v Speaker 1>least until January. But putting that aside for a moment,
<v Speaker 1>we bid farewell to three hours of mediocre television. We
<v Speaker 1>bid farewell as we make our way towards what you
<v Speaker 1>and I both know will be two hours of mediocre
<v Speaker 1>television every single week. But two hours of mediocre television
<v Speaker 1>is always better than three hours of mediocre television. So
<v Speaker 1>we'll take it. But so as not to end on
<v Speaker 1>a sour note here, I don't want to sound like
<v Speaker 1>a negative Nancy, And because we all should be respectful
<v Speaker 1>of the dead, I shall end by saying something positive
<v Speaker 1>about this show. I will say something positive about Friday
<v Speaker 1>night SmackDown. Now. Who the fuck am I, kiddie? I
<v Speaker 1>can't say anything positive about three hours of smack now?
<v Speaker 1>What are you out of your fucking mind? There ain't
<v Speaker 1>nothing positive to say about three hours of SmackDown. What
<v Speaker 1>we are gonna do here is we are gonna party.
<v Speaker 1>That's what we're going to do. Because we have been
<v Speaker 1>waiting for this now for many, many months, and finally
<v Speaker 1>the day is here. We're gonna bust out the confetti.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna bust out the fucking ball. You see they're
<v Speaker 1>at the top of your screen, and we are going
<v Speaker 1>to celebrate. We are going to revel in the end
<v Speaker 1>of three hour smackdowns. That is what we are going
<v Speaker 1>to do here tonight, we celebrate. I'm gonna put our
<v Speaker 1>dancing shoes on. That is what we were going to do.
<v Speaker 1>Ye know how long I've waited for this? How many weeks?
<v Speaker 1>I thought this was gonna happen in May, and then
<v Speaker 1>I come to find out, oh no, no, no, it's
<v Speaker 1>going to be in June, and then June comes and goes,
<v Speaker 1>and now all of a sudden we're looking at the
<v Speaker 1>first two hours smacked un at the beginning of July.
<v Speaker 1>I've been waiting weeks and weeks for this moment, and
<v Speaker 1>finally we are here. Good Lord, like my disco ball.
<v Speaker 1>I think I may break that disco ball out every week.
<v Speaker 1>Wave goodbye to it. Oh my goodness, Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 1>Tonight it was the go home show tonight of Chasey.
<v Speaker 1>I try to be respectful. I just I felt like
<v Speaker 1>I had to at least come on here and just
<v Speaker 1>say a few words and just commemorate, you know, the
<v Speaker 1>three hour era of SmackDown, until of course, come back
<v Speaker 1>to it in January. We'll try to enjoy it until
<v Speaker 1>we get there. Oh my god, Night of Champions is
<v Speaker 1>actually less than twenty four hours away, and we have
<v Speaker 1>another stream. We have another show to do. It was
<v Speaker 1>also SmackDown was tonight taped in London on Tuesday because
<v Speaker 1>I guess they had to get everybody over to Riod
<v Speaker 1>for the show tomorrow, so they had to tape SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>in advance. SmackDown next week is also being taped. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, It's gonna be taped on Monday, which is
<v Speaker 1>why Raw on Monday starts at six pm Eastern, because
<v Speaker 1>they're taping two shows that night because they want to
<v Speaker 1>give the crew off I guess for Fourth of July weekend.
<v Speaker 1>But if you heard the story earlier today, this was
<v Speaker 1>apparently a big deal that WWE was very upset that
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown leaked early. Not the results. I mean, the results
<v Speaker 1>of course are gonna leap, but the actual episode video
<v Speaker 1>of the episode leaked early and they're very upset about this,
<v Speaker 1>and somebody sent me the video, so I had the
<v Speaker 1>chance to watch the show early. You know what, the
<v Speaker 1>only thing worse than sitting through three hours of SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>is sitting through three hours of SmackDown twice, which is
<v Speaker 1>what I did, because I watched the SmackDown feed on
<v Speaker 1>USA Network tonight. Although to be honest, it really wasn't
<v Speaker 1>three hours as far as the video that leaked. It
<v Speaker 1>was more like two hours and ten minutes because all
<v Speaker 1>the commercials were cut out. But still, that's over five
<v Speaker 1>hours of SmackDown of the same show that I watched
<v Speaker 1>this week. The things I do for you guys, and
<v Speaker 1>the key developments on the show were very slim because
<v Speaker 1>it was the go home show. So of course, the
<v Speaker 1>majority of what we got tonight was the promotion of
<v Speaker 1>all of the matches that are on the card for tomorrow.
<v Speaker 1>The closing segment, for example, the main event of SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>tonight was a promo segment involving the parties involved in
<v Speaker 1>the WWE Championship match and the King of the Ring match.
<v Speaker 1>We had Cody, we had gun Through, we had Sammy,
<v Speaker 1>but then Jay Uso showed up. Ye Jay Uso came
<v Speaker 1>out well, but Femi came out. He didn't say anything,
<v Speaker 1>but just his mere presence was felt. So of course
<v Speaker 1>that's how they closed the show. And actually, in terms
<v Speaker 1>of what they did there, I'm not saying what they
<v Speaker 1>did was anything out of the ordinary, but I thought
<v Speaker 1>that segment was fine as far as what they wanted
<v Speaker 1>to achieve. But the key developments on this show, the
<v Speaker 1>end of the MFTs is upon us. I mean it's
<v Speaker 1>been teased now for the longest time between Tomatonga and
<v Speaker 1>Solo Sokoa that there was friction there, right, there were
<v Speaker 1>issues between the two of them. And so now the MFTs,
<v Speaker 1>it would appear, are no more. And I will say this,
<v Speaker 1>I actually find myself at least semi interested more so
<v Speaker 1>now in what Solo Sokoa is doing or what Solo
<v Speaker 1>Sokoa is going to be doing now that he is
<v Speaker 1>no longer the head of this Timu bloodline faction and
<v Speaker 1>the MFTs have split up and Solo is on his own.
<v Speaker 1>He's got nobody, he's got no friends, he's got no family,
<v Speaker 1>he's got no partners, he's got no allies. He tried
<v Speaker 1>to link up with Roy's keys, he wants nothing to
<v Speaker 1>do with him. Tonight, he was trying to convince La
<v Speaker 1>Knight that the two of them should be simpotico, they
<v Speaker 1>should be on the same side. La Knight said, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I have no interest in that, And I find myself
<v Speaker 1>at least intrigued with where they are going to go
<v Speaker 1>with Solo Socoa in a way that I absolutely was
<v Speaker 1>not before when he was leading with or leading or
<v Speaker 1>affiliated with the MFTs. Could not give a single solitary shit.
<v Speaker 1>At least now I'm interested to see where they're going
<v Speaker 1>to go with him. But this was a long time coming.
<v Speaker 1>This has been a dead group for a very long time.
<v Speaker 1>The other development on this show was the arrival of
<v Speaker 1>Blake Monroe, who has been coming now for many, many weeks,
<v Speaker 1>and she actually came many weeks ago. She showed up
<v Speaker 1>for fifteen seconds on SmackDown backstage, and then all of
<v Speaker 1>a sudden, it was back to the vignettes again. It
<v Speaker 1>was very stress like they had second thoughts on when
<v Speaker 1>they wanted a debut her, and they opted to wait
<v Speaker 1>until they were in her hometown of London, and tonight
<v Speaker 1>we got the debut of Blake Monroe and we found
<v Speaker 1>out who her first opponent. I guess who her first
<v Speaker 1>feud is going to be with, and that will be Julia,
<v Speaker 1>because she came out after Julia's went over Keana James,
<v Speaker 1>and she attacked Julia, who actually is someone she has
<v Speaker 1>a little bit of history with. And so those really
<v Speaker 1>were the only big developments on SmackDown tonight. The rest
<v Speaker 1>of this was very pedestrian, very paint by number stuff.
<v Speaker 1>But that's SmackDown. I've seen worse. I've seen much worse.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna go through the entire thing here because this
<v Speaker 1>is your final three hour SmackDown review. It is Friday night,
<v Speaker 1>it is June twenty sixth, twenty twenty six I am
<v Speaker 1>your minister here or whatever. I don't know what I am,
<v Speaker 1>but I am the Solomon, So that's who I am,
<v Speaker 1>and I'm very happy that you were joining me here
<v Speaker 1>on a Friday night. So grab a drink or a
<v Speaker 1>snack or don't. I don't give a shit as long
<v Speaker 1>as you just hang out with us, that's all that matters.
<v Speaker 1>Like and subscribe. Super chats are open, so if you
<v Speaker 1>want to get them on in I will be reading
<v Speaker 1>all of your messages. If you would like to eulogize
<v Speaker 1>three hours of smack Then if you have thoughts on
<v Speaker 1>the death of three hours of SmackDown, feel free to
<v Speaker 1>share with the rest of the class and we'll be
<v Speaker 1>reading your messages a little bit later on. Now, let's
<v Speaker 1>bust out the wheel is what we do, and we're
<v Speaker 1>going to spin the wheel, and we're going to find
<v Speaker 1>out here exactly how many likes we need to do hopefully,
<v Speaker 1>hopefully be the booker tonight. See, I had to dress
<v Speaker 1>for the occasion. It's just how I do things. Four
<v Speaker 1>hundred and seventy five likes you like? Yes, yes, the
<v Speaker 1>Master of Ceremonies tonight can't simply the microphone is blocking
<v Speaker 1>my tie. But four hundred and seventy five likes is
<v Speaker 1>what we need. We are currently at two hundred and
<v Speaker 1>thirty six. So that is the goal for tonight. Now
<v Speaker 1>let's get into this here. I can't be I gotta
<v Speaker 1>I gotta go live again in like less than how
<v Speaker 1>many hours away one o'clock Eastern It starts probably four
<v Speaker 1>four point thirty probably, yeah, something like that, Preach Minister
<v Speaker 1>of Solo, thank you, my brother was the three hours
<v Speaker 1>of SmackDown cremated or buried? Oh? There have been a
<v Speaker 1>lot of people that have been buried over these last
<v Speaker 1>six months on these three hour smackdowns, but I would
<v Speaker 1>say it was cremated. Tonight, Michael Cole joined Corey Graves
<v Speaker 1>on commentary in place of Joe Tessitour, who they said
<v Speaker 1>was off to do Zoufa boxing. Yeah. Every time they
<v Speaker 1>mentioned Zufa box, I just I could not possibly give
<v Speaker 1>a shit, but they're hyping it so much because of
<v Speaker 1>course it falls under the TKO banner. Nick kN is involved.
<v Speaker 1>I don't give a shit every time they show a
<v Speaker 1>Zufa boxing fighter on screen and nobody reacts. Yeah, again,
<v Speaker 1>they're going to try to shovel that shit down your
<v Speaker 1>throat as much as possible because they're trying to create something.
<v Speaker 1>So he was off doing Zufa boxing or getting ready
<v Speaker 1>to anyway. Trick Williams was out to the ring to
<v Speaker 1>open the show with Lil Yati. They said last week
<v Speaker 1>he was in Jamaica with Lash Legend because the two
<v Speaker 1>of them got married, which is true. Congrats to the
<v Speaker 1>newly whed couple. The fans cheered. Lash Legend was not
<v Speaker 1>there tonight. He was not sure why, but he called
<v Speaker 1>it the best day of his life. Now back to business.
<v Speaker 1>He promised to what Ricky Saints has added at Knight
<v Speaker 1>of champions because he's gonna be defending the United States
<v Speaker 1>Championship against him on that show, and that brought out
<v Speaker 1>Ricky Saints says he doesn't give their marriage much time.
<v Speaker 1>Trick then threatened to smack him down to London Bridge
<v Speaker 1>if he keeps running his mouth. Trick must still be
<v Speaker 1>hungover from the wedding, says Ricky. Tomorrow he takes the
<v Speaker 1>US title. Ricky asked if his little friend came with
<v Speaker 1>the championship, referring to Lil Yachty, who objected to this.
<v Speaker 1>But as YACHTI began speaking, Ricky cheap shot at him
<v Speaker 1>right in the mouth and he ran out of the ring,
<v Speaker 1>and Trick turned his back to go check on YACHTI.
<v Speaker 1>So Ricky slipped back into the ring. He hit Trick
<v Speaker 1>in the head with the microphone and then again he
<v Speaker 1>ran off. So this was very very basic stuff far
<v Speaker 1>as go home segments are concerned, I don't think that
<v Speaker 1>Ricky has much chance of walking out of riad with
<v Speaker 1>the championship tomorrow. But this is his first singles man
<v Speaker 1>on a pl It's a big platform for him. It's
<v Speaker 1>a big opportunity for him. He needs to go out
<v Speaker 1>there and he needs to have a good match because
<v Speaker 1>the spotlight will be on him. I know it's an
<v Speaker 1>undercard match, maybe they'll get eight minutes, but still first
<v Speaker 1>singles match on a ple e. I don't know when
<v Speaker 1>the next time is. Ricky Saints is going to have
<v Speaker 1>a singles match on a ple so hopefully he'll be
<v Speaker 1>able to make the most of it. Now, we got
<v Speaker 1>highlights from Charlotte Flair being attacked backstage last week by
<v Speaker 1>Jade Cargill and the Baddies who injured her knee and
<v Speaker 1>that ultimately cost Charlotte her Queen of the Ring match
<v Speaker 1>against liv Morgan, who is going to the finals. Jackie
<v Speaker 1>Redman interviewed Alexa Bliss backstage, who said that Charlotte is
<v Speaker 1>home dealing with not only the physical pain, but the
<v Speaker 1>emotional toll, the emotional strain of what happened to her
<v Speaker 1>last week. Tonight, she gets revenge for her even if
<v Speaker 1>it means she has to team up with and then
<v Speaker 1>in walks Tiffany Stratton, who says that she only came
<v Speaker 1>about getting through her match tomorrow with Jade and beating Jade.
<v Speaker 1>Alexi says she knows Tiffany and Charlotte have history, but
<v Speaker 1>she happened to help them before, and so she's just
<v Speaker 1>here to return the favor. And so it was Tiffany
<v Speaker 1>Stratton and Alexa Bliss as tag team partners taking on
<v Speaker 1>Meechen and b Fab. Late in the match, Bliss got
<v Speaker 1>sent over the barricade into the timekeepers area by Meechen. Inside,
<v Speaker 1>Tiffany was setting up for the prettiest Moonsalt ever to
<v Speaker 1>be Fab. She got as high up as the middle
<v Speaker 1>rope before Jade appeared and she tripped her up and
<v Speaker 1>so Tiffany fell backwards. Referee did not see this because
<v Speaker 1>he was occupied with Meechen and b Fab pins Tiffany Stratton. Yes, indeed,
<v Speaker 1>b Fab just got a pinfall win here over the
<v Speaker 1>United States champion. With her finish, I don't know what
<v Speaker 1>she calls it, but she starts out in a neck
<v Speaker 1>breaker position and then basically twists into a facebuster, which
<v Speaker 1>seems like a lot of work. I don't know why
<v Speaker 1>you would not hit a facebuster. Whatever she calls it,
<v Speaker 1>it was effective and she picked up the wind here.
<v Speaker 1>By the way, I've been calling them the Batties. A
<v Speaker 1>lot of people have been calling them the Batties. That's
<v Speaker 1>what Jade's minions were called in aw but now WWE
<v Speaker 1>appears to officially be referring to them as the Batties
<v Speaker 1>because Corey Graves called them that multiple times here on
<v Speaker 1>this show, so apparently now that's officially a thing. After
<v Speaker 1>the match, Jade and her crew they were stalking Tiffany,
<v Speaker 1>who was in the corner. She was outnumbered when Chelsea
<v Speaker 1>Green ran out with a kendo stick and she made
<v Speaker 1>the save. She hit bfab in the aisleway. She gets
<v Speaker 1>up on the apron. She goes to climb into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>The kendo stick, though, was vertical, so as she tried
<v Speaker 1>to enter the ring, it basically bounced off the ropes
<v Speaker 1>and then flew out of her hands and landed on
<v Speaker 1>the ground outside. So she was stickless and this was
<v Speaker 1>not going to end well for Chelsea Green. But even
<v Speaker 1>without the stick though, she was able to hold her
<v Speaker 1>her own. She low bridged Jade out to the floor
<v Speaker 1>and Chelsea, Tiffany, and Alexa. They all pose together in
<v Speaker 1>the ring when it was over. Chelsea looks like she's
<v Speaker 1>finally growing on Tiffany. Stratton, She's winning her over now.
<v Speaker 1>Backstage later, Jade was very upset about this. She demanded
<v Speaker 1>that Nick All this book her in a match against
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea Green tonight she does. I'm not asking you, I'm
<v Speaker 1>telling you, and so he did. Now there was no
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte Flair on this show. She was out selling the injury.
<v Speaker 1>I have every expectation that we are going to see
<v Speaker 1>her tomorrow at Night of champions If there's one thing
<v Speaker 1>that will motivate somebody to fly halfway across the world
<v Speaker 1>as I believe Kevin Owens did or aj Styles did
<v Speaker 1>many years ago, it is revenge. And so Jade cost
<v Speaker 1>Charlotte the opportunity to go all the way to the
<v Speaker 1>finals of the Queen of the Ring. I think it
<v Speaker 1>only makes sense for Charlotte to show up and do
<v Speaker 1>something to screw Jade out of the crown or not
<v Speaker 1>the crown, but uh oh, I guess the US Championship
<v Speaker 1>would be her crown. But basically screw who out of
<v Speaker 1>the title tomorrow and then they can go off and
<v Speaker 1>they can start building to Charlotte and Jade, which I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure is going to be the Summer Slim match. They
<v Speaker 1>recapped solo Socoa coming out last week during Tomatonga and
<v Speaker 1>Taalatanga's Tag Team Championship match with Damian Priest in Our Truth,
<v Speaker 1>which Tomatonga in no uncertain terms had told him, do
<v Speaker 1>not do that. Stay in the back. We don't want
<v Speaker 1>you out there, We don't need you out there. You're preoccupied.
<v Speaker 1>You have other things going on with the family, you
<v Speaker 1>have other things going on with Roman. Let us go
<v Speaker 1>out there and do our thing. And of course he
<v Speaker 1>came out anyway, and they ended up losing. So backstage
<v Speaker 1>live Solo was with the two of them. He was
<v Speaker 1>laughing and bragging about what he did to Jimmy Usso
<v Speaker 1>on Monday, spiked him in the throat. Remember he cost
<v Speaker 1>him the match against La Night. And he laughed and
<v Speaker 1>he said Roman ain't gonna like that, and Thomas said,
<v Speaker 1>we saw. And that's the problem, because they're tired of
<v Speaker 1>getting dragged into his war. Solo's obsession with Roman is
<v Speaker 1>tearing this group apart. Last week they told him to
<v Speaker 1>stay in the back. He didn't listen, and now they're
<v Speaker 1>standing there and they don't have any Tag team championships
<v Speaker 1>and now he's helping La Knight. So Tala Tonga spoke
<v Speaker 1>He doesn't get the chance to do that very often.
<v Speaker 1>He spoke up and he said, Solo, we heard from
<v Speaker 1>the elders. Oh, they heard from the elders. Him and Toma,
<v Speaker 1>they're out. Solo says, you can't leave, and Toma told
<v Speaker 1>him we just did, and they walked away, all while
<v Speaker 1>Solo was just left by himself, screaming at them, you
<v Speaker 1>can't leave me. I brought you here. Nobody leaves me
<v Speaker 1>except everybody. So this was I guess we can officially
<v Speaker 1>call it the end of the MFTs. Idly, finally, long last,
<v Speaker 1>the nightmare is over. The mftes are no more. The
<v Speaker 1>family tree, my family tree has been cut down. Paul
<v Speaker 1>Bunyan chopped that shit down. Now Solo Socoa is all
<v Speaker 1>by himself. And it's interesting that if this is the
<v Speaker 1>end of the MFTs, which we have to assume it is,
<v Speaker 1>that it ends in the most anti climactic way possible,
<v Speaker 1>in just a simple walk off in a backstage segment.
<v Speaker 1>No big blow up in the middle of the ring
<v Speaker 1>or you know, brawl or Tomatonga gets the big baby
<v Speaker 1>face pot for you know, shoving Solo await, No, nothing
<v Speaker 1>like that. Just ends in the most anti climactic way possible,
<v Speaker 1>which honestly is very on brand, I think for the MFTs,
<v Speaker 1>because pretty much every thing they ever did in their
<v Speaker 1>time on SmackDown was anti climactic. So in a way
<v Speaker 1>it kind of fits, and now it kind of works
<v Speaker 1>that this is how it all comes to an end.
<v Speaker 1>And if this was anything that I was truly invested in,
<v Speaker 1>if this was a group, or if this was a
<v Speaker 1>storyline that I could really bring myself to care about
<v Speaker 1>or have some sort of emotional attachment to, I would
<v Speaker 1>say that it was a very lame way for this
<v Speaker 1>to end. But I'm just glad it's over. So I'm
<v Speaker 1>not going to sit here and complain about the fact
<v Speaker 1>that they ended the MFTs the way they did. It
<v Speaker 1>was long overdue, good, I'm glad to see it now.
<v Speaker 1>Coming off his winover Axiom, tonight, we had Ray Phoenix
<v Speaker 1>defending his Triple A Cruiserweight Championship against Axiom's partner Nathan Fraser.
<v Speaker 1>They got off to a hot star very different than
<v Speaker 1>what we are accustomed to seeing here on these shows
<v Speaker 1>on Friday nights, a little bit kind of like the
<v Speaker 1>Nitro formula. I guess you would say from thirty years
<v Speaker 1>ago in that if you watch those old Nitro shows,
<v Speaker 1>and there was a lot going on, a lot more
<v Speaker 1>exciting stuff going on on those shows. But in terms
<v Speaker 1>of the end ring, when you saw those cruiserweight matches, right,
<v Speaker 1>it was a very different style, a very different pace
<v Speaker 1>that they were working relative to all the other matches
<v Speaker 1>on the show. And so you would have that match
<v Speaker 1>maybe at the top of the hour beginning of the show,
<v Speaker 1>and then they would transition into whatever what it could
<v Speaker 1>be a TV title match or something else, and things
<v Speaker 1>would sort of come back down to earth. And so,
<v Speaker 1>like you watch an episode of Dynamite, right, I just
<v Speaker 1>review Dynamite on Wednesday. You watch an episode of Dynamite,
<v Speaker 1>it's basically one speed. It's like if you wanted to
<v Speaker 1>go beyond the speed limit. Typically, let's say the speed
<v Speaker 1>limit is fifteen miles an hour. That's SmackDown. SmackDown is
<v Speaker 1>fifteen miles an hour. And then here come Axiom or
<v Speaker 1>Nathan Frazier or Ray Phoenix and they go out there
<v Speaker 1>and all of a sudden, you're driving fucking sixty five
<v Speaker 1>seventy and then the match is over and then things
<v Speaker 1>slow back down to you. You see a cop off
<v Speaker 1>in the distance and so you slow back down to fifteen.
<v Speaker 1>That's SmackDown. Whereas if you watch Dynamite any given Wednesday,
<v Speaker 1>you're basically cruising fucking eighty five miles an hour down
<v Speaker 1>the road and you don't like all Like what does
<v Speaker 1>Jacob fought to say, all gas, no breaks with it. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that's basically the way it works on Dynamite. The breaks
<v Speaker 1>don't work. It's just one speed, and so everything sort
<v Speaker 1>of feels the same. It's really noticeable on this show
<v Speaker 1>when you get a match like this, because it just
<v Speaker 1>it stands out more because everything else is just so slow.
<v Speaker 1>Plotting not two words I would use to describe this
<v Speaker 1>match here as far as you know this guy and look.
<v Speaker 1>One other thing also I'll say about Ray Phoenix is
<v Speaker 1>I hope we get more matches like this, and I
<v Speaker 1>hope we get more matches like this with Ray Phoenix
<v Speaker 1>on this show, because the guy was a ghost on
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown for most of the year. You know, we had
<v Speaker 1>that match recently with Axiom, he had this one. I
<v Speaker 1>don't think they have enough people to really put with
<v Speaker 1>him for this to last much longer. Maybe they could
<v Speaker 1>put him in there with again Angel or Burdo or
<v Speaker 1>something after that, the well's gonna run dry. But like
<v Speaker 1>I said, he's been a ghost, you know, for most
<v Speaker 1>of the year, so it's nice to at least see
<v Speaker 1>him on television. And if having the Triple A Cruiserweight
<v Speaker 1>Championship is going to be the means for us to
<v Speaker 1>get more of that than great, so be it. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it's sad that it took that to get here, but
<v Speaker 1>here we are. There was a big high cross body
<v Speaker 1>off the top by Phoenix to Fraser out on the
<v Speaker 1>floor early in the match. Fraser came back with a
<v Speaker 1>flip dive of his own out onto the champion. Phoenix
<v Speaker 1>shoved Fraser off the ropes. Fraser, though he raced back up,
<v Speaker 1>he delivered a superplex. Fraser then set up for the
<v Speaker 1>final cut. Phoenix caught him inside cradle only for a
<v Speaker 1>two count. Both men they stood up. They threw kicks
<v Speaker 1>at the exact same time. It left both of them down.
<v Speaker 1>Later on, Fraser got a Spanish fly off the middle
<v Speaker 1>robe into a final cut, Phoenix got knocked outside. Fraser
<v Speaker 1>went for a suicide dive and Phoenix got out of
<v Speaker 1>the way and Nathan Fraser took a very scary bump
<v Speaker 1>not onto the announced desk. He took a scary bump
<v Speaker 1>into the announced desk and damn near killed himself, so
<v Speaker 1>he got him back in the ring. Phoenix went up
<v Speaker 1>for a frog splash and nailed it, only got a
<v Speaker 1>close near fall, after which he was able to get
<v Speaker 1>Fraser in position for the Mexican musclebuster. He hit it,
<v Speaker 1>he pinned him, and he retained the championship and Michael Cole.
<v Speaker 1>As soon as the match was over, Michael Cole referred
<v Speaker 1>to this as a classic. Now, well, I would not
<v Speaker 1>go that far. Okay, pump the brakes, I would not
<v Speaker 1>go that far. But they had an excellent sprint. And again,
<v Speaker 1>I hope we get to see more of this. I
<v Speaker 1>hope we get to see more of Phoenix specifically appearing
<v Speaker 1>on these shows. You know, having the Triple A title
<v Speaker 1>probably works to his advantage in that it gives him
<v Speaker 1>a reason to get him on the show. I think
<v Speaker 1>the only reason he's even on the show is because
<v Speaker 1>it gives them a reason to promote the Triple A brand. Right.
<v Speaker 1>They want to drive traffic to that show on YouTube
<v Speaker 1>every week. It's the Undertaker's baby. They want to get
<v Speaker 1>as many people as they can watching Triple A. So
<v Speaker 1>we'll have a Triple A champion on the show, right,
<v Speaker 1>same thing with the war Raiders. They have the Triple
<v Speaker 1>A tag team titles. This is not about pushing the
<v Speaker 1>war Raiders. It's about pushing the brand. They don't give
<v Speaker 1>a shit about Eric and Ibar. They don't give a
<v Speaker 1>shit about Ray Phoenix. They couldn't be They could not
<v Speaker 1>be bothered to give a shit about him for the
<v Speaker 1>first six months of this year. It's about pushing the brand.
<v Speaker 1>That's really what it's about. But you know what, if
<v Speaker 1>that's what it's about, at least he can benefit from it.
<v Speaker 1>So long as he has that championship, so long may
<v Speaker 1>he reign, because after that, I don't know if we'll
<v Speaker 1>see him again on this show. Backstage Byron Saxton, he
<v Speaker 1>was talking to Damian Priest and Our Truth about what's
<v Speaker 1>next after beating the MFTs last week to retain their
<v Speaker 1>tag team titles, and before they could answer, wouldn't you
<v Speaker 1>know the TRIPAA tag team champions show up? It's Eric
<v Speaker 1>and Ivar, It's the war Raiders who are Monday Night
<v Speaker 1>Ross stars. But nothing matters anymore, and so they show
<v Speaker 1>up and they ask for a match, they propose a
<v Speaker 1>match Champions versus Champions title for title. Our Truth, for
<v Speaker 1>whatever reason, started talking like Razor Ramone. Priest put his
<v Speaker 1>hand over Truth's mouth and he told the Vikings, we'll
<v Speaker 1>get back to you. We'll let you know when and where.
<v Speaker 1>I really hope we're not doing the double Champions deal
<v Speaker 1>and putting the Triple A belts on Priest and Truth.
<v Speaker 1>I really hope that's not what we're doing here. There
<v Speaker 1>has been talk of Damian Priest potentially doing stuff with
<v Speaker 1>Triple A and that's fine, but him in Truth holding
<v Speaker 1>the WWE Tag team titles and then simultaneously holding the
<v Speaker 1>Triple A Tag Team titles. No, no, we don't need that.
<v Speaker 1>Nobody asked for that. La Knight was out next, coming
<v Speaker 1>off his first singles win of the year on television
<v Speaker 1>on Monday Night over Jimmy USA. Yes, if you can
<v Speaker 1>believe it, that is pathetic, but hey, a win is
<v Speaker 1>a win. Comes out, he says. Monday Night, he and
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy had a battle. Unfortunately for Jimmy, he had to
<v Speaker 1>eat a blt. He caught himself staring up at the lights,
<v Speaker 1>the one guy from the bloodline that he kind of
<v Speaker 1>sort of likes or respects. But even so, he got
<v Speaker 1>what he deserved, but an unexpected assist happened and it's
<v Speaker 1>got him confused. So with that in mind, he wanted
<v Speaker 1>Solo Socoa to walk his keyster down to the ring.
<v Speaker 1>And so Solo Sokoa in the same spiffy red blazer
<v Speaker 1>that he was wearing on Monday when he interfered, and
<v Speaker 1>this time he's all by himself, comes walking down to
<v Speaker 1>the ring. The crowd was singing Solo's name. I can't
<v Speaker 1>say that I've heard that before. I've heard them sing
<v Speaker 1>Roman reigns his name, I've never heard them sing Solo
<v Speaker 1>Sokoa's name. But they were singing Solo's name. I look,
<v Speaker 1>dude's got a good babyface running him away from the
<v Speaker 1>MFT shit. He's got a good babyface running him. He's
<v Speaker 1>a likable guy. It's just a matter of when they
<v Speaker 1>want to When do they want to execute, When do
<v Speaker 1>they want to pull it out of him? When do
<v Speaker 1>they want to give him the chance to go out
<v Speaker 1>there and be a big babyface. So even l admitted
<v Speaker 1>that was kind of catchy. And when he heard the
<v Speaker 1>fans singing his name, so the two of them have
<v Speaker 1>had beef before. Considering what happened on Monday, He's trying
<v Speaker 1>to figure it all out, and Solo said he's not
<v Speaker 1>here to fight him. If he's looking for a fight.
<v Speaker 1>If La Night is looking for a fight, you're wasting
<v Speaker 1>your time. That's not why I'm here. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if you watched earlier, but everybody in my family has
<v Speaker 1>left me. Knight says he knows that's gotta hurt, but
<v Speaker 1>his heart doesn't pump purple piss for him losing his
<v Speaker 1>family purple piss? Really, hmm? Is that it's like it's
<v Speaker 1>like Grimace does Grimace's heart pump purple piss. Maybe that
<v Speaker 1>was the secret to the Met's success last season. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>if they bathed in purple piss, they would actually have
<v Speaker 1>a winning record. We're getting pretty desperate here in news.
<v Speaker 1>He says. All that does is leave Solo wide open
<v Speaker 1>to go right back to the blood line. That's what
<v Speaker 1>that tells La Night, And that got some otc chans
<v Speaker 1>from the crowd. Knight said, you want to stand around
<v Speaker 1>and listen to that crap. The fans were all wondering
<v Speaker 1>why Solo did what he did on Monday. He doesn't
<v Speaker 1>know if it was some kind of Roman Reigns initiation ritual.
<v Speaker 1>And as he's talking at this point, Solo snaps and
<v Speaker 1>starts screaming, and he says, he hates that family, he
<v Speaker 1>hates the bloodline, he hates Jacob, he hates the Ussos,
<v Speaker 1>and he hates the OTC Roman reigns. Now, let me
<v Speaker 1>stop here. What was interesting about this because if you
<v Speaker 1>saw the leaked episode, as I did a few days ago,
<v Speaker 1>in this promo Solo Socoa, he clearly misspoke and instead
<v Speaker 1>of saying the OTC, he called him the which you
<v Speaker 1>make up your own definition of what that means. So
<v Speaker 1>whatever he fucked up, he called him the the oct
<v Speaker 1>Here he clear his day said it correctly and called
<v Speaker 1>him the OTC. And there was no weird like jump cut.
<v Speaker 1>It wasn't like they sent him back out there when
<v Speaker 1>the show was over, tight shot, no fans in the
<v Speaker 1>back like the people were there. It was like he
<v Speaker 1>said it the right way, And I was like, huh,
<v Speaker 1>that's that's kind of interesting because if you watch the
<v Speaker 1>leaked episode after he fucked it up, it was like
<v Speaker 1>a couple of segments later they had him redo the
<v Speaker 1>line in the back not on camera. You couldn't see him,
<v Speaker 1>but you could hear his voice, and they just had
<v Speaker 1>him recut the line again and say it the right way.
<v Speaker 1>So I had just assumed, like I'm gonna watch the
<v Speaker 1>show and at that point they're probably gonna cut away.
<v Speaker 1>They'll cut to like La Night or something, but we'll
<v Speaker 1>hear the fixed audio. But they actually had him on camera,
<v Speaker 1>and so it was very impressive the way that they
<v Speaker 1>were able to clean that up. It was very seamless.
<v Speaker 1>I'll give them that. But he says he hates the
<v Speaker 1>whole blood line and the only way for him to
<v Speaker 1>feel better is if he finishes them. But he knows
<v Speaker 1>there's one thing they have in common. He in l
<v Speaker 1>A Knight. The two of them don't like the bloodline.
<v Speaker 1>So Knight says that Solo should hate Roman Reigns for
<v Speaker 1>everything that he has done to him. It was Ai.
<v Speaker 1>You know what, nothing would shock me at this point.
<v Speaker 1>If wwe AI the fix there, you may be right,
<v Speaker 1>You may very well be right. But if I'll tell
<v Speaker 1>you what if it was, you couldn't, you couldn't tell.
<v Speaker 1>So good on them, But he says, you know, Solo
<v Speaker 1>really should hate Roman Reigns. For every single thing he's
<v Speaker 1>done to him. But you know who else should hate Roman?
<v Speaker 1>Jimmy and Jay and Jacob, and you know what about them?
<v Speaker 1>Honestly like Roman did way more to them than he
<v Speaker 1>did to Solo, and look at them, they went right
<v Speaker 1>back into the fold. You had main event jay Uso.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's baggage handler jay Uso, and he's supposed to
<v Speaker 1>just trust Solo that he's not just going to go
<v Speaker 1>back and join them. Knight said, he's seen the movie.
<v Speaker 1>He knows how it ends. Why is this different? Solo said,
<v Speaker 1>it's different because I got nothing to lose. He has
<v Speaker 1>no family. It's just him now. And Knight said, boy,
<v Speaker 1>that sounds familiar. It's just it's just me Oose. I
<v Speaker 1>feel like I've heard this before. And Solo says, the
<v Speaker 1>enemy of my enemy can be my friend. We can
<v Speaker 1>be partners. We can take out the Bloodline. We can
<v Speaker 1>watch each other's back. So Knight said, friends, he's got
<v Speaker 1>some skepticism, but let him think about it, because does
<v Speaker 1>he hate the Bloodline? Yeah? Is he out numbered? Yeah?
<v Speaker 1>Does he probably need help? Yeah? Does he need Solo?
<v Speaker 1>So CoA standing next to him watching his back. And
<v Speaker 1>then Solo said yeah, and Knight said, na nah said
<v Speaker 1>he lives and dies doing things his way, and he'll
<v Speaker 1>live and die the only way that he can with
<v Speaker 1>everybody's saying. And then the crowd did their chant and
<v Speaker 1>then he told so thanks, but no thanks. Then he left.
<v Speaker 1>So that is the second person now that has turned
<v Speaker 1>down Solo Soca in recent weeks, recent months. Of course,
<v Speaker 1>Royce Keys, he was trying to recruit him for the MFTs.
<v Speaker 1>The MFTs aren't a thing anymore. Royce Keys basically said
<v Speaker 1>go fuck off, and l A Knight, in so many words,
<v Speaker 1>said the same thing here in this segment. In fact,
<v Speaker 1>if this was in the Attitude era, that's exactly what
<v Speaker 1>he would have said. He would have said fuck off
<v Speaker 1>and he would have walked away. And so I find myself,
<v Speaker 1>you know, again, watching what they're doing with Solo over
<v Speaker 1>the last i don't know, three three weeks maybe or so,
<v Speaker 1>and I find myself more intrigued with Solo Sokoa as
<v Speaker 1>a character and where this could potentially go with him
<v Speaker 1>than I have in six, eight, nine months whatever it's
<v Speaker 1>been of the MFTs and him leading the pack with
<v Speaker 1>that wish version of the bloodline. They never took the
<v Speaker 1>time and put the effort in. In my opinion, maybe
<v Speaker 1>there's some diehard MFT fan out there who was devastated tonight.
<v Speaker 1>It's bad enough they're losing three hours of Smackdow, but
<v Speaker 1>my god, they lost the MFTs too. Somebody talked this
<v Speaker 1>person off the fucking ledge, right. I don't know. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>there was somebody out there like that. Very weird. But
<v Speaker 1>what I can tell you, as someone who watches this
<v Speaker 1>show every single week, they did fuck all in terms
<v Speaker 1>of creative right. There was nothing creative about what they did.
<v Speaker 1>In terms of the MFTs, all the stories they did
<v Speaker 1>with them, Tomatanga and Shinsky, Nakamura, the MFTs and the
<v Speaker 1>YA like, all of this. It was such like surface level, boring, bullshit,
<v Speaker 1>low efforts. We never heard anything from the other members
<v Speaker 1>of this group. We never heard from J. C. Matteo,
<v Speaker 1>We never heard anything more than a grunt from Talatanga.
<v Speaker 1>We barely heard from Tamatanga. They took absolutely no efforts
<v Speaker 1>to get you invested in the characters, whether they wanted
<v Speaker 1>you to boo them, whether they wanted you to cheer them,
<v Speaker 1>fear them, whatever the case may be. Solo Socoa, of course,
<v Speaker 1>he was front and center. He was the ring leader
<v Speaker 1>of this circus. But they just never bothered to flesh
<v Speaker 1>out the rest of the group, and so they would wrestle, right,
<v Speaker 1>they were the ones who were out there. Solo most
<v Speaker 1>of the time was in their corner, and they would
<v Speaker 1>be out there and wrestling the crickets because nobody cared.
<v Speaker 1>We didn't know anything about them. That was the fun
<v Speaker 1>of the bloodline, right when the bloodline was rolling and
<v Speaker 1>the bloodline was cooking the first time out. And I
<v Speaker 1>will maintain that that is the biggest reason why the
<v Speaker 1>mft's failed. But I think it probably failed by design.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think they I don't think they wanted to
<v Speaker 1>because they knew, like the MFTs is not the blood line, right,
<v Speaker 1>the goal was never to create the second blood line
<v Speaker 1>un SmackDown. They wanted to have this offshoot to give
<v Speaker 1>Solo something to do, maybe to get to this point
<v Speaker 1>because maybe they have a longer term playing for Solo
<v Speaker 1>to co And it was never about the other guys.
<v Speaker 1>They just wasted our time. That's why I will not
<v Speaker 1>miss the MFTs. And for the sake of Tomatonga and Tallatanga,
<v Speaker 1>I hope they could find something else for them. To do.
<v Speaker 1>I would say for those two, yeah, they're not in
<v Speaker 1>a good spot right now. They're kind of on the bubble.
<v Speaker 1>You know, they could easily fall through the cracks or worse.
<v Speaker 1>If you want to keep them together as a tag team.
<v Speaker 1>You have no tag team division. You have, you have
<v Speaker 1>some teams, but you have no real division. Tag team
<v Speaker 1>wrestling is dead in WW So if they were to
<v Speaker 1>keep those two together, I'm not sure that that's honestly
<v Speaker 1>going to be much better for them. Frankly, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know where they go, but the focus is not on them.
<v Speaker 1>The focus is obviously on Solosco. Now we go to
<v Speaker 1>the back with Byron Saxton and he is with Sammy's
<v Speaker 1>ain who said last week he did what anybody else
<v Speaker 1>would have done, but nobody seems to get that, nobody
<v Speaker 1>except him, and the camera then panned over to the
<v Speaker 1>hymn that he was referring to, and it's Johnny Gargano,
<v Speaker 1>who is once again planking very good. They cut back
<v Speaker 1>to Sammy says his mother always told them good things
<v Speaker 1>happen to good people, and now he's about to wrestle
<v Speaker 1>for the WWE Championship. The last few months haven't been good.
<v Speaker 1>To him. And it all started when he had a
<v Speaker 1>chance to win the title in Saudi Arabia the Royal Rumble,
<v Speaker 1>and he lost. But because he stayed true to himself,
<v Speaker 1>he stayed good, and now the universe has given him
<v Speaker 1>the chance to redeem himself. And as soon as he
<v Speaker 1>said that, it's like he had this Eureka moment, he
<v Speaker 1>had this revelation. He said, I'm gonna become the WWE Champion.
<v Speaker 1>And I said, don't say that out loud. You're my
<v Speaker 1>pick to win tomorrow. You're my prediction. It's like when
<v Speaker 1>the announcer is before a pinfall, they go, oh, he's
<v Speaker 1>gonna win the title, and of course he never does.
<v Speaker 1>You can't just come right out and say that because
<v Speaker 1>now it's not gonna happen. But he's convinced he's gonna
<v Speaker 1>become the WWE Champion tomorrow. We had Page returning home
<v Speaker 1>out with Brie Bella for a singles match against j. C. Jane,
<v Speaker 1>who came out with Fallon Henley and Laney Reid. Paige
<v Speaker 1>hit a cannon ball dive off the apron that took
<v Speaker 1>out the other two members of Fatal Influence JC. They'll
<v Speaker 1>caught Page with a PK from the Apron that took
<v Speaker 1>us into a commercial. So late in the match, Jane
<v Speaker 1>caught Page in a backslide, used the ropes for leverage.
<v Speaker 1>Bribella pushed her legs off, and so here come Fatal Influence.
<v Speaker 1>They're coming over to They're gonna beat up Bribella and
<v Speaker 1>Bree dropped Fallon with a punch. Laney then ran Brie
<v Speaker 1>into the ring post Laney got up on the Apron.
<v Speaker 1>She ate a punch from Page, who got rolled up
<v Speaker 1>for a two count, and then Page returned the favor
<v Speaker 1>and did the same, but her roll up worked and
<v Speaker 1>she got a three count on j. C. Jane, and
<v Speaker 1>so Page picks up the win here in London. Now, look,
<v Speaker 1>I get wanting to give Page a win in England.
<v Speaker 1>I get it. I don't even have an issue with that.
<v Speaker 1>That's fine. My issue is with why did it have
<v Speaker 1>to be JC Jane? And I understand that they're working
<v Speaker 1>some sort of angle here where Fatal Influence may well
<v Speaker 1>end up winning the tag team titles from these two women,
<v Speaker 1>and so they're all kind of involved. But now we'll
<v Speaker 1>look at what we've seen with these four women over
<v Speaker 1>the or five I guess Over the last few weeks,
<v Speaker 1>Fatal Influence had a tag team match with Page and Bribella,
<v Speaker 1>non title and they lost. They could not beat the
<v Speaker 1>champions in a non title match, right, which doesn't typically
<v Speaker 1>earn you a championship match. So now the ring leader,
<v Speaker 1>jac Jane goes in their first singles match with Page
<v Speaker 1>and she gets beat. So now all the members of
<v Speaker 1>Fatal Influence have lost to Page and Bribella, and I
<v Speaker 1>failed to see. I mean again, it's not gonna kill
<v Speaker 1>them unless this continues. But I'm just looking at this.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going man, Fatal Influence, the way they debuted them
<v Speaker 1>was pretty good, and now they've taken a step back.
<v Speaker 1>That's what I really don't understand here. They've now defeated
<v Speaker 1>all three members of Fatal Influence. But you know, they're
<v Speaker 1>just going to keep this going until they eventually win.
<v Speaker 1>I would hope, I mean, with this administration, who the
<v Speaker 1>hell knows, but you would assume that eventually they'll pick
<v Speaker 1>up a win. To the back we go. We go
<v Speaker 1>to Dan Housen's science lab where Mis and Kit Wilson
<v Speaker 1>were still all fucked up from being electrocuted a few
<v Speaker 1>weeks ago. You know, missus hare is all poofed up
<v Speaker 1>up and he's got this silver streak going down it
<v Speaker 1>like a skunk, and it reminds me of that Vince
<v Speaker 1>McMahon looked from a year or two ago when he
<v Speaker 1>was you know, with the hair, he looked like Peppy leapew.
<v Speaker 1>I guess that's the look that miz was going for,
<v Speaker 1>because now he's got the same hairstyle. Here's what I
<v Speaker 1>want to know. How are these men in this condition
<v Speaker 1>able to travel from one place to the next by themselves?
<v Speaker 1>I mean they they're zombiefied basically. You know, mis was
<v Speaker 1>eaten by zombies many years ago. I remember it. I
<v Speaker 1>reviewed that show, got those pandemic error shows. It was
<v Speaker 1>something else. You know, at this point, as bad as
<v Speaker 1>things are generally weak to week on this show, I'm
<v Speaker 1>not so sure that that's actually worse than the shows
<v Speaker 1>are now. At least back then you got a lot
<v Speaker 1>of wild shit. It was kind of funny to talk about. Anyway.
<v Speaker 1>Matt Cardona walked in and he thanked Dan Hausen for
<v Speaker 1>helping the New York Knicks win the NBA Finals. But
<v Speaker 1>last week he got shocked in Dan Housen's lab and
<v Speaker 1>all of a sudden, his fist is twitching and he's
<v Speaker 1>got this sudden urge to move back to Long Island,
<v Speaker 1>and he keeps chanting, whoo, what's going on? So Dan
<v Speaker 1>Housen noticed miss and Wilson all of a sudden they
<v Speaker 1>were gone, so he went off to go look for them,
<v Speaker 1>and Cardona's in there by himself, and so los Garza
<v Speaker 1>walks in and they are looking for Freekousen, who still
<v Speaker 1>owes the money. He still ows los Garza the Paul
<v Speaker 1>Hayman of the Tag Team Division, so they want their money.
<v Speaker 1>Cardona tells them, I don't know where he is, so
<v Speaker 1>they leave, and then Cardona tried to peek under the
<v Speaker 1>sheet at Baron Corbin's rotting corpse, but before he could
<v Speaker 1>actually lift up the sheet, Dan house and we heard
<v Speaker 1>Dan Housen's voice and he told him, don't touch that.
<v Speaker 1>How much longer is this gag going to go on for?

<v Speaker 1>Tonga and to tangaloa Talatanga and God is a tongue twister?
<v Speaker 1>Is what this is? Tamatanga and Talatanga. There we go Fack.
<v Speaker 1>They were wheeling their suitcases out of the arena. They
<v Speaker 1>were on their way out when they ran into Finn Balor,
<v Speaker 1>who said that it was good to see them, especially
<v Speaker 1>Tama finally making your own decisions. He says it reminds
<v Speaker 1>him of the Tama that he used to run with.
<v Speaker 1>Thomas said, we did used to run together. That was
<v Speaker 1>a long time ago, said, you know, Shinskate's from my
<v Speaker 1>past too, and we all know how that went. And
<v Speaker 1>with that they rolled on out, leaving Ballord behind, which
<v Speaker 1>reminds me. We have not seen shins K Nakamura, I
<v Speaker 1>believe since he wrestled Tlatanga on SmackDown about a month ago.
<v Speaker 1>I don't believe we've seen him since. Maybe he's the
<v Speaker 1>one who's laying under the sheet in Dan Hausen's lab.
<v Speaker 1>He's going to try to resuscitate Nackamora's career Nakamora is
<v Speaker 1>going to pop out from under the sheet, thinking he's
<v Speaker 1>still wrestling for New Japan Pro Wrestling. So dan Hausen
<v Speaker 1>got an entrance and he made his way out to
<v Speaker 1>the ring, flanked by Miz and Kit Wilson. Miz was
<v Speaker 1>walking around like Frankenstein, bumping into shit. Dan Hausen was here,
<v Speaker 1>he said, to welcome us to the most musty show
<v Speaker 1>of all time, Dan Hausen TV. And his guests, he said,
<v Speaker 1>were the legion of Dan Hausen. He asked Mis, how
<v Speaker 1>do you feel about Dan Hausen replacing you on your
<v Speaker 1>own TV show? And Miss said awesome. He asked Kit Wilson,
<v Speaker 1>London's own Kit Wilson, how he feels about Los Garza
<v Speaker 1>destroying dan Hausen's experiments, and he said toxic, toxic, toxic.
<v Speaker 1>This is riveting television. So that brought out Los Garza
<v Speaker 1>and they immediately attacked Miss and Wilson. They knocked them
<v Speaker 1>out of the ring. That left dan Hausen all alone
<v Speaker 1>by himself until Matt Cardona ran out for the save.
<v Speaker 1>And now it was even and so Nick all this
<v Speaker 1>walks out. Man. He got a nice little pot for
<v Speaker 1>being back in the UK, and he booked the obligatory
<v Speaker 1>tag team match, which was Dan Hausen and Matt Cardona
<v Speaker 1>against Los Garza, Miss and Wilson. They just wandered around
<v Speaker 1>ringside aimlessly throughout the match. As the match was in
<v Speaker 1>progress again like zombies, Cardona hit a Brosky boot. He
<v Speaker 1>set it for a rough rider, but he got cut off.
<v Speaker 1>So Angel grabbed the chair at ringside and Miz He
<v Speaker 1>stood in front of him, blocking his path every time
<v Speaker 1>he tried to get back in the ring, and he
<v Speaker 1>wasn't doing it on purpose, It's just he's just he's
<v Speaker 1>in the way, and so Angel wound up he was
<v Speaker 1>going to hit him with the chair, the chair that
<v Speaker 1>he had in his hand. Wilson, who I believe had
<v Speaker 1>been knocked over the timekeeper's barricade, was standing in the
<v Speaker 1>timekeeper's area and he reaches over. He grabs the chair
<v Speaker 1>out of Angel's hand and snatches it away from him.
<v Speaker 1>Rider hit Angel with a rough rider on the floor. Meanwhile,
<v Speaker 1>in the ring, Burdo climbed to the top and Dan
<v Speaker 1>hous it on the mat below. He sat up like
<v Speaker 1>the Undertaker and he cursed him. And as he curses Burdo,
<v Speaker 1>Pyro shoots out from the ring post. We've seen this
<v Speaker 1>before and it blinds him. It distracts him. In Poor Burdo,
<v Speaker 1>he loses his balance and he crashes and burns on
<v Speaker 1>the mat and Dan Housen picks him up and hits
<v Speaker 1>a scorpion death drop and he pins him. You know,
<v Speaker 1>with the with the Dan Housen stuff, you kind of
<v Speaker 1>know what to expect, right. It's it's the lighthearted comedy
<v Speaker 1>on the show. He goes out there, he's over, Like,
<v Speaker 1>wait until they get to Madison Square Garden in a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks. He'll be the most over guy on that show.
<v Speaker 1>He's like a hero now in New York. So the
<v Speaker 1>fans love him and they know they're entertained by him.
<v Speaker 1>And it's very interesting because like the majority of the
<v Speaker 1>mid card on SmackDown are now linked in some way
<v Speaker 1>to Dan Housen, right, Ms, Kit Wilson, Cardona los Garza.
<v Speaker 1>They'll probably add more people to the list as well.
<v Speaker 1>And it gives these people in the mid card, who
<v Speaker 1>otherwise would have nothing to do at least, it gives
<v Speaker 1>them a reason to kind of be associated with someone
<v Speaker 1>who who is over, which is the best thing I
<v Speaker 1>could say about it. It gives them a reason to be
<v Speaker 1>out there and involved in something that the fans, at
<v Speaker 1>least in the arenas, appear to be entertained by. And
<v Speaker 1>if they want to consolidate all of that into like
<v Speaker 1>one match or one segment on the show every week,
<v Speaker 1>I don't see the harm in that. Is it silly?
<v Speaker 1>Is it stupid? Is it dumb? Fun? Yes, but you
<v Speaker 1>know you need a little bit of that on the show.
<v Speaker 1>And if this is what they want to use Dan
<v Speaker 1>Housen for, then that's probably the best way to use
<v Speaker 1>Dan Housen because you're not going to use Dan Housen
<v Speaker 1>as any sort of serious figure on the show. What
<v Speaker 1>are you gonna do? You and have Dan Housen out
<v Speaker 1>there challenging Trick Williams for the United States Championship? What
<v Speaker 1>are you gonna have him doing? Drew McIntyre is gonna
<v Speaker 1>come back, He's gonna feud with Dan Housen. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>give me a fucking break. He's doing exactly what he
<v Speaker 1>should be doing. Backstage Byron Saxton interviewed Gunther. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know why. I that's what a weird auto that is here,
<v Speaker 1>says Gumby. I don't know why in my notes did
<v Speaker 1>I write that am I that tired? That had to
<v Speaker 1>be autocorrect? Well anyway. Byron Sackson interviewed Gumby in the
<v Speaker 1>back and asked for his re asked for his reaction
<v Speaker 1>to Sammy Zain saying the WWE Championship, imagine that of
<v Speaker 1>champions was his shot at redemption, and Gunh said that
<v Speaker 1>if there's anyone who needs redemption, it's him after being
<v Speaker 1>screwed twice out of the WWE Championship. So Byron then
<v Speaker 1>brought up Gunther's win loss record against Cody Rhodes. It's
<v Speaker 1>not really that good. Yeah, he has yet to beat
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes. I would say so, I would say that's
<v Speaker 1>not a good win loss record. Gumby the new ww Hey,
<v Speaker 1>you know what, I think we could do a hell
<v Speaker 1>of a lot worse than Gumby. His name is jay
<v Speaker 1>Usso too bad Gumby isn't in the King of the Ring.
<v Speaker 1>I'll take Gumby. You imagine like Gumby in the King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring finals against the Obafemi and here comes
<v Speaker 1>Pokey from behind. You know, there's a bunch of like
<v Speaker 1>younger people listening and watching this right now, going what
<v Speaker 1>the fuck is he talking about? That makes me sad,
<v Speaker 1>but I know some of you will get the reference.
<v Speaker 1>So anyway, Gunther got upset about all this. He said, look,
<v Speaker 1>I was screwed twice and tomorrow it's gonna go down
<v Speaker 1>very different at night of Champions and how that's something
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to tell Cody later. So then after this
<v Speaker 1>we had we had Jade car There are people asking,
<v Speaker 1>who are just tuning in, like why is he in
<v Speaker 1>a suit? And to find out why. See, we had
<v Speaker 1>to eulogize three hours of SmackDown earlier in the stream,
<v Speaker 1>So you missed the funeral ceremony, you could always go
<v Speaker 1>back and watch it later. We had to memorialize the
<v Speaker 1>end of three hour smackdowns. That's why I had addressed
<v Speaker 1>for the occasion here For those wondering Jade against Chelsea Green,
<v Speaker 1>there was a spot in this match where Jade came
<v Speaker 1>charging into the corner very slowly and Chelsea barely got
<v Speaker 1>out of the way, and then Chelsea started throwing punches
<v Speaker 1>that were so weak even the announcers had no choice
<v Speaker 1>but to acknowledge how awful these punches looked, and they
<v Speaker 1>were questioning how effective they Were's that's the polite way
<v Speaker 1>of saying that these punches look like shit. So I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what the hell happened here. Maybe somebody got
<v Speaker 1>knocked a little loopy for a second. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>That's the feeling I generally get when I watched these
<v Speaker 1>television shows. Later on, Chelsea landed a missile dropkick. Jade
<v Speaker 1>was able to avoid an attempt at an unprettier and
<v Speaker 1>then she caught Chelsea with a pump kick, and then
<v Speaker 1>she hit Jaded for the win. That suit looks very hot. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>believe me, it is very hot in here right now.
<v Speaker 1>You know we're heading for a heat wave next week.
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna have three consecutive days where it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be ninety or above. We may hit one hundred degrees
<v Speaker 1>next week. Boy, those are going to be some fun.
<v Speaker 1>Streams can't wait. So after the match, Jade continued the
<v Speaker 1>attack on Chelsea, Tiffany Stratton, and Alexa Bliss. They ran out,
<v Speaker 1>causing Jay to powder out to the floor. But here
<v Speaker 1>comes Beefab and Mechen and they attacked Stratton and Bliss.
<v Speaker 1>Jade got back in the ring and she dropped Tiffany
<v Speaker 1>with Jaded. I would think that's good news for Tiffany Tomorrow,
<v Speaker 1>not so much for Jade Byron Sacks that attempted to
<v Speaker 1>interview not Gumby, but Solo Socoa not as cool as Gumby,
<v Speaker 1>but he tried to interview Solo in the back. He said,
<v Speaker 1>you know, Solo's family left him and it now truly
<v Speaker 1>feels like Solo is all alone. What are your thoughts?
<v Speaker 1>And Solo didn't get a word out before he turned
<v Speaker 1>and Royce Keys was standing there and he had a
<v Speaker 1>smile on his face, and he said, you know, Jacob
<v Speaker 1>is coming for you. And Solo said, so, are you
<v Speaker 1>gonna help me like I helped you? And Keys just
<v Speaker 1>smiled and he slapped his back and he wished him luck,
<v Speaker 1>and then he walked away, and Solo muttered to himself,
<v Speaker 1>I don't need luck, I need help. Backstage, Jackie Redmand
<v Speaker 1>interviewed Trick Williams and Lil Yachti. Lily Yati did the talking.
<v Speaker 1>At first. He said, we'll admit that we were looking
<v Speaker 1>past Ricky Saints, but now they're looking right at him,
<v Speaker 1>and Trick said that he's sick and tired of pretending
<v Speaker 1>like he and Ricky are on the same level. Trick
<v Speaker 1>said that he's bigger, he hits harder, he's smarter, he
<v Speaker 1>works harder, he's smoother than him. He's prettier than him too.
<v Speaker 1>Trix said Night Champions would be the night of trick Williams.
<v Speaker 1>Let's talk about it. We finally got the one on
<v Speaker 1>one match that they have been building towards now for
<v Speaker 1>many months. It's all built to this occasion here where
<v Speaker 1>we had Julia and Keana James going one on one.
<v Speaker 1>Julia went up top, James cut her off, slammed her down,
<v Speaker 1>then she hit a falcon arrow for a near fall.
<v Speaker 1>Keana was able to avoid the Rivederici knee strike and
<v Speaker 1>then delivered a power bomb for a near fall. Keana
<v Speaker 1>was setting Julia up for something on the ropes, I
<v Speaker 1>don't know what, and Julia was able to count her
<v Speaker 1>out into a sunset bomb. Julia finally connects with the
<v Speaker 1>rivader Ici Mee and then followed up with the Northern
<v Speaker 1>Lights bomb for the wind. Hey look at that, she
<v Speaker 1>got the wind. That's good. That's good. Now the bad news. See,
<v Speaker 1>I try to give you the good news first, just
<v Speaker 1>to soften the blow before I gave you the bad news.
<v Speaker 1>The bad news is nobody gave a shit. Nobody cared,
<v Speaker 1>and that's terrible, considering that these two have been paired
<v Speaker 1>up now for many months, and you would hope to
<v Speaker 1>have more crowd investment in this, considering this was the
<v Speaker 1>first time that they were button heads and going one
<v Speaker 1>on one, and for the vast majority of this match,
<v Speaker 1>nobody cared. They didn't even bother piping in crowd noise
<v Speaker 1>for this. It was just like it is, it is
<v Speaker 1>what it is. And unfortunately, and I say this as
<v Speaker 1>a fan of Julia's, well, I mean, I'm a fan
<v Speaker 1>of both these women. I actually think Keana has the
<v Speaker 1>higher ceiling in WW than Julia does. But that being said,
<v Speaker 1>you have to admit, right that when Julia goes out there,
<v Speaker 1>there's just this sense of apathy from the crowds, like
<v Speaker 1>this is not the same woman who we saw in
<v Speaker 1>NXT getting those reactions, having those matches. They're like two
<v Speaker 1>different people, you know. So it's it's sad. It's just
<v Speaker 1>said that they just cannot seem to get these people
<v Speaker 1>to invest in this woman in the way that I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure by now they would have hoped, you know, they
<v Speaker 1>would be invested. And then we weren't done yet. Because
<v Speaker 1>Blake Monroe ran out. She has arrived. She has finally come.
<v Speaker 1>She's been coming for weeks, but now she finally came.
<v Speaker 1>Blake Monroe attacks Julia from behind as she's getting her
<v Speaker 1>hand raised at the end of this match, and she
<v Speaker 1>puts the boots to her and then she gives her
<v Speaker 1>a Cesarow style neutralizer. I guess maybe that's going to
<v Speaker 1>be her finish, and then she pranced around the ring
<v Speaker 1>to I would say more of a positive reaction than
<v Speaker 1>a negative one, more of a positive reaction than Julia got.
<v Speaker 1>But again, she's from London. I would have expected her
<v Speaker 1>to get the hometown you know, love from the fans
<v Speaker 1>who knew that. I think Blake is a good opponent
<v Speaker 1>for Julia. They've already worked together. It was only one match,
<v Speaker 1>but they worked a match and stardom together about three
<v Speaker 1>years ago, so they have at least some familiarity with
<v Speaker 1>each other already. And obviously this is not going to
<v Speaker 1>end well for Julia. They are not debuting Blake Monroe.
<v Speaker 1>I don't believe in having her lose to Julia, so
<v Speaker 1>it's gonna be it's gonna be an l But I
<v Speaker 1>think that you know, I'm trying to be optimistic here.
<v Speaker 1>It's good that Julia is finally separated away from Keana,
<v Speaker 1>and that Keana is separated away from Julia, and they
<v Speaker 1>could be done with this. They could be done with
<v Speaker 1>each other, and they can move on to whatever the
<v Speaker 1>next phase is going to be for them. I've said before, like,
<v Speaker 1>if it were up to me, and honestly, maybe even
<v Speaker 1>more so now that Oscar is gone, Oscar and Kyrie
<v Speaker 1>are gone, I would move Julia a RAW. It would
<v Speaker 1>give her a whole new roster of women for her
<v Speaker 1>to work with, whether you want to use her as
<v Speaker 1>a heel or a babyface. I would move her to
<v Speaker 1>Raw because I believe that a change of scenery might
<v Speaker 1>just be what she needs. You know, you may run
<v Speaker 1>into the same issues where again you have to educate
<v Speaker 1>the fans about why they should care. You know, she
<v Speaker 1>has to go out there and have matches that people
<v Speaker 1>are going to want to see so that they'll react
<v Speaker 1>to her. You have to give her more promo time,
<v Speaker 1>because the only way she's going to get better at
<v Speaker 1>it is by being able to go out there in
<v Speaker 1>front of a live crowding cut promos. But I think
<v Speaker 1>doing that on Raw is probably you know the better option.
<v Speaker 1>It's weird how things flip so quickly, where a few
<v Speaker 1>months ago I would have said, man, look at this
<v Speaker 1>raw women's division compared to SmackDown. SmackDown's dying on the vine,
<v Speaker 1>and the SmackDown women's division now has been bolstered. It's
<v Speaker 1>stronger now than it was before. And the raw women's
<v Speaker 1>division is the one that could really use some help.
<v Speaker 1>And maybe sending Julia over there can be a mutually
<v Speaker 1>beneficial thing. Gets another woman and she gets a change
<v Speaker 1>of scenery and some new opponents to work with. She
<v Speaker 1>could work with the judgment day. As far as Kiana,
<v Speaker 1>I'll say this about Kiana, I believe that Keana's ceiling
<v Speaker 1>is going to be higher in this company than Julia's.
<v Speaker 1>I think that she will end up attaining more success.
<v Speaker 1>I feel like they are very high on her. I
<v Speaker 1>know they haven't done a whole lot with her yet,
<v Speaker 1>but Kiana is very good and she can talk. You know,
<v Speaker 1>she's got that confidence that she projects, very athletic. I
<v Speaker 1>think she'll do well. It comes down to creative. The creative. Man,
<v Speaker 1>the creative can destroy you if you don't have the
<v Speaker 1>right creative to back you up. It's sad, but I
<v Speaker 1>mean it's ruined careers before. So I just hope they can,
<v Speaker 1>you know, line up some good feuds for her and
<v Speaker 1>then let her go out there and show what she
<v Speaker 1>can do. But it's not like her losing here is
<v Speaker 1>a sign that they're giving up on her. I think
<v Speaker 1>they just honestly wanted to feed Julia a win to
<v Speaker 1>set up for blake debut. Honestly, I think that was like,
<v Speaker 1>in their mind, the most important thing, Let's get her
<v Speaker 1>a win, and so that way we'll have Blake work
<v Speaker 1>with her and then Blake can be Julie. And to
<v Speaker 1>close the show, we got the WWE Champion QB one
<v Speaker 1>as he loves to call himself, Cody Rhodes out to
<v Speaker 1>the ring. He didn't get to say a whole hell
<v Speaker 1>of a lot before he was interrupted by Sam Bey
<v Speaker 1>Zane and he as he was walking down to the ring,
<v Speaker 1>he had a mic. He thanked all of his rider
<v Speaker 1>die fans for their support, but that's not why he's here.
<v Speaker 1>He needed to say this face to face, man to
<v Speaker 1>man to Cody, even friend to friend, even if Cody
<v Speaker 1>doesn't see him that way. He had to tell him
<v Speaker 1>what happened last week when he was the guest referee.
<v Speaker 1>He regrets how some of that went down. He says, yes,
<v Speaker 1>he was provoked, but he's a good guy. He's the
<v Speaker 1>last real good guy, and he should have been better.
<v Speaker 1>So he regrets that the fast count was needed. He
<v Speaker 1>regrets hitting the official, and he regrets knocking Cody out
<v Speaker 1>with the WWE championship. He said that was a mistake.
<v Speaker 1>Cody cut him off. He goes, was it a mistake
<v Speaker 1>and Samby says, yes, it was. But now you know
<v Speaker 1>we're about to wrestle for the WWE Championship, and I
<v Speaker 1>just need you to know this is not how I
<v Speaker 1>wanted it, and Cody cuts him off with the enough
<v Speaker 1>he loves doing that. Sammy, this is exactly what you wanted.
<v Speaker 1>You're wrestling for the WWE title in a country that
<v Speaker 1>loves you, in a match where I don't even have
<v Speaker 1>to be pinned to lose my championship. So these things
<v Speaker 1>like seems like things are really going your way, right,
<v Speaker 1>The stars are really aligning here for Sammy zing He goes,
<v Speaker 1>You're no victim. You are exhausting. I guess that's something
<v Speaker 1>that Samby z Ain has in common with three hours
<v Speaker 1>of SmackDown. Something he can't wrap his head around though,
<v Speaker 1>is that Sammy is best friends with Kevin Owens because
<v Speaker 1>there's two main differences between them. Kevin Owens would say
<v Speaker 1>whatever he has to say to his face and then
<v Speaker 1>stab him in the front, not the back, and the
<v Speaker 1>other at least Kevin Owens has been WWE champion. I
<v Speaker 1>was a little taken aback by this comment, and I
<v Speaker 1>thought about this and I said, are they And it
<v Speaker 1>was probably just a comment that Cody made. But the
<v Speaker 1>title that Kevin Owens held was the Universal Champion. Kevin
<v Speaker 1>Owens has never been the WWE champion before. He has
<v Speaker 1>challenged numerous times against Roman Reigns and against Cody Rhodes,
<v Speaker 1>and he has failed every single time he has challenged
<v Speaker 1>to be the WWE Champion, to the point where he
<v Speaker 1>was walking around with the winged Eagle belt pretending to
<v Speaker 1>be the champion even though he never actually won it.
<v Speaker 1>But I guess, yes, the WWE title and the Universal
<v Speaker 1>title were merged, right, they were unified, So I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I mean maybe in their eyes that technically makes Kevin
<v Speaker 1>Owens now a former WWE champion because he was a
<v Speaker 1>Universal CHAMPI, which would be so stupid if that's honestly
<v Speaker 1>how they view things. Yeah, I did a double take
<v Speaker 1>on that. I said, really, I don't remember Kevin Owens
<v Speaker 1>ever winning the ww Championship. He should have been the
<v Speaker 1>WWE champion, but it was not meant to be, So
<v Speaker 1>Sammy taeld Cody, Look, you keep Kevin Owens name out
<v Speaker 1>of your mouth, and if you want to go low,
<v Speaker 1>let's go low. If it wasn't for me, Gunther would
<v Speaker 1>be the WWE champion right now. And instead of chastising me,
<v Speaker 1>you should be on your hands and knees thanking me.
<v Speaker 1>And after a night of champions the reason that you
<v Speaker 1>will not be WWE champion will also be because of
<v Speaker 1>me q Gunther's music. He's done listening to this. So
<v Speaker 1>he comes down to the ring and he says he
<v Speaker 1>basically he doesn't give a shit about all this drama.
<v Speaker 1>He just wants the title that's over Cody's shoulder. But
<v Speaker 1>Sammy's right about one thing. If Sammy didn't screw him,
<v Speaker 1>he would be the WWE champion right now, and Cody
<v Speaker 1>knows that. But he said Sammy's also very wrong about something,
<v Speaker 1>claiming that he's leaving Knight of Champions with the title
<v Speaker 1>because he's not and as a referee, he caused a
<v Speaker 1>lot of damage to him, but as a wrestler, he's
<v Speaker 1>a non factor to Gunther because let's face it, Sammy
<v Speaker 1>has never been WWE champion and he never will be.
<v Speaker 1>And for Cody, enjoy your last night as the Golden Boy,
<v Speaker 1>because I'm going into SummerSlam to wrestle the King of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring, not you. So that brought out Now, these
<v Speaker 1>are all three men that are in the championship match tomorrow,
<v Speaker 1>and you would think that, Okay, we're gonna end with
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna end with these men here because this was
<v Speaker 1>about their match, right, it's about their main event tomorrow.
<v Speaker 1>But he said the key word, he said the trigger word.
<v Speaker 1>There did gun through. He specifically mentioned I'm gonna be
<v Speaker 1>the one wrestling the King of the Ring. And the
<v Speaker 1>reason that was scripted that waste so that we can
<v Speaker 1>get the finalists in the King of the Ring to
<v Speaker 1>come out. And so that brought out jay Uso, who
<v Speaker 1>did not come through the crowd. He came down the aisle,
<v Speaker 1>everybody was yeating, comes down to the ring and he
<v Speaker 1>was about to run it back Gunther cut that off,
<v Speaker 1>which is more than Oba Femi did on Monday. Remember
<v Speaker 1>Obafemi on Monday. He's like, basically he was talking shit
<v Speaker 1>to Jay like we're not going to have that, and
<v Speaker 1>Jay just fucking ran it back anyway, and Oba didn't
<v Speaker 1>do anything. Gunther was like, yeah, we're not doing that shit,
<v Speaker 1>so he didn't run it back. Jay said that he
<v Speaker 1>was going to keep it short and sweet, which is
<v Speaker 1>the only way that he can cut promos because he's
<v Speaker 1>so blown up by the time he gets out there
<v Speaker 1>it can't be any other way. Tomorrow night, he's punching
<v Speaker 1>his ticket to SummerSlam when he becomes the King of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring and he looks at Cody. He says, Cody, look,
<v Speaker 1>you said you're easy to find. I'm gonna pull up
<v Speaker 1>on you as Summer Slim. That's your warning shop bam.
<v Speaker 1>He looks at Sammy's ain and he says, you my dog,
<v Speaker 1>but if you get it, that means I got to
<v Speaker 1>get you too. That's your warning shot bam. And then
<v Speaker 1>he looks at Gunther and he says, I almost want
<v Speaker 1>it to be you. You gets no warning shop, because
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna do you the way I did you at
<v Speaker 1>WrestleMania for the World Championship, and I tapped your ass
<v Speaker 1>out like a little bitch, which they censored on the
<v Speaker 1>USA network and I think Netflix feed, but in the
<v Speaker 1>linked video it wasn't bleeped, so that's what he said.
<v Speaker 1>Gunh heard enough. He went after him. Cody tried to
<v Speaker 1>pull Gunther off of Jay. Sammy, they'll pulls Cody off
<v Speaker 1>of Gunther, which earns Sammy a kick to the face
<v Speaker 1>from Gunther. Jay with a super kick to Gunther, and
<v Speaker 1>then a double superkick from cod Cody and j sent
<v Speaker 1>Gunther out to the floor. Then it came down to
<v Speaker 1>Cody and Jay and they were squaring up until the
<v Speaker 1>lights went out and out comes Obafemi. So Obafemi struts
<v Speaker 1>his way down to the ring, gets up on the apron.
<v Speaker 1>Cody's in the middle of the ring. Jay is in
<v Speaker 1>the ring too. Jay super kicks Cody, So now Jay
<v Speaker 1>is having a stare down here with Oba, the two
<v Speaker 1>finalists in the King of the Ring tomorrow until Gunther
<v Speaker 1>gets back inside and he flattens Jay with a lariat.
<v Speaker 1>Now he got Gunther and Oba in a stare down here,
<v Speaker 1>there's a match for you. Gunher picks up the WWE Championship.
<v Speaker 1>He walks towards Oba, who's still on the apron. Sammy's
<v Speaker 1>aing those sneaks up from behind Gunther. He rips the
<v Speaker 1>title out of his hand and he blasts him in
<v Speaker 1>the head with it. But now Cody is back, so
<v Speaker 1>he grabs Sammy from behind. He hits crossroads. Cody went
<v Speaker 1>to go pick up the WWE Championship. Oba now steps
<v Speaker 1>into the ring and Cody did the dramatic look up
<v Speaker 1>at the big guy as he got back to his feet,
<v Speaker 1>and Michael Cole pointed out that these two men have
<v Speaker 1>unfinished business. Cody held up the championship and they played
<v Speaker 1>his music and he and Oba refuse to take their
<v Speaker 1>eyes off one another as the showing off the air.
<v Speaker 1>I thought that it was a perfectly fine closing segment,
<v Speaker 1>perfectly fine, last little bit of hype for the two
<v Speaker 1>biggest matches really on the card tomorrow. Obviously, the WWE
<v Speaker 1>title match is going to close the show, as it should,
<v Speaker 1>because think about it, I mean, there's really only two
<v Speaker 1>things that people are talking about. Everybody is talking about.
<v Speaker 1>Everyone who's going to be watching this show, and who
<v Speaker 1>cares about any of this is either talking about who's
<v Speaker 1>going to win the triple threat match, or are they going
<v Speaker 1>to do a title change? Is Sammy going to get
<v Speaker 1>the belt? Is Cody going to keep the belt? Right?
<v Speaker 1>They're talking about that match, they're talking about the King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring. Is Brock gonna cost Oba? Is jay
<v Speaker 1>Uso gonna win the crown? Oh? My god? Anything but Jayu.
<v Speaker 1>So like they're all talking about one or the other,
<v Speaker 1>and so this was a way to shine a spotlight
<v Speaker 1>on that. It's not really about anything, even the cage match. Like,
<v Speaker 1>no one's talking about the cage match. No one's talking
<v Speaker 1>about Queen of the Ring, no one's talking about Tiffany
<v Speaker 1>and Jade. It's all about these two matches tomorrow. That's
<v Speaker 1>what the conversation is about. After this show, my sense
<v Speaker 1>might take away from this. I didn't get the sense
<v Speaker 1>that they have the balls to take the belt off
<v Speaker 1>Cody right now and put the belt on Sammy, which
<v Speaker 1>is what I would do. I got the opposite sense
<v Speaker 1>when this was over. I got the sense that they're
<v Speaker 1>probably not taking the belt off Cody, Oba and jay
<v Speaker 1>It really can go either way, you know, whatever you
<v Speaker 1>think about how we got here, and this is not
<v Speaker 1>the strongest final. It's not the final I would have booked,
<v Speaker 1>and the King of the Ring, I can tell you that.
<v Speaker 1>But here we are. This is the match that we've
<v Speaker 1>been dealt, and so I can't really sit here and
<v Speaker 1>tell you one way or the other. I feel strongly
<v Speaker 1>one hundred percent that Oba's gonna win or one hundred
<v Speaker 1>percent that Jay's going to win. I can tell you
<v Speaker 1>one hundred percent in my mind that we're going to
<v Speaker 1>get a brock Lesnar appearance. That does not necessarily mean though,
<v Speaker 1>that it's going to cost oh. But he may try
<v Speaker 1>to and maybe a backfires, maybe it fails, you know,
<v Speaker 1>and Oba wins anyway, and then they go with the
<v Speaker 1>you know, the rumored idea of the pitch to, you know,
<v Speaker 1>have Oba wrestle on both nights of Summerslim and he
<v Speaker 1>has two matches that weekend instead of one, which is
<v Speaker 1>a very real possibility right now because I just cannot
<v Speaker 1>see Brock having any other match on that show but Oba.
<v Speaker 1>But if Oba loses, that only leaves one outcome, and
<v Speaker 1>it's an outcome that I don't really want to think about,
<v Speaker 1>which is Jay Uso winning King of the Ring and
<v Speaker 1>challenging for one of the two top championships in the
<v Speaker 1>probably Night two, although you know, and I can't say
<v Speaker 1>that because when you know Roman is the champion, when
<v Speaker 1>Roman has that title, that is the top title. So
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what that Night two main event is
<v Speaker 1>going to be. It really does, I guess, come down
<v Speaker 1>to who Roman is going to work with. If Roman
<v Speaker 1>is working with let's say seth Rawlins, that's probably your
<v Speaker 1>Night one main event. If they were going to do
<v Speaker 1>Roman and Oba, then that has to be Night two
<v Speaker 1>because Oba would probably wrestle Bronck on Night one. So
<v Speaker 1>it really does come down to like who wins King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring and then whatever championship they fight for,
<v Speaker 1>who does the other champion get, And then we'll be
<v Speaker 1>able to get a better sense of like what that
<v Speaker 1>Night one main event is going to look like and
<v Speaker 1>who's going to get the Night two spot. So we'll see,
<v Speaker 1>but I will say this much, I'll pay this a
<v Speaker 1>compliment here. It does feel more unpredictable to call those
<v Speaker 1>two matches than the top two matches we have at
<v Speaker 1>Forbidden Door on Sunday. There's a busy wrestling weekend coming up,
<v Speaker 1>so you got Night of Champions tomorrow and then you
<v Speaker 1>got Slammiversary, you got Great American Bash, and you got
<v Speaker 1>Forbidden Door, all back to back to back. Basically, I
<v Speaker 1>mean this overlap between some of them, but one right
<v Speaker 1>after the other on Sunday and on that Forbidden Door show,
<v Speaker 1>the top two matches are this fucking twelve man six
<v Speaker 1>on six cage match and the finals of the Menzo
<v Speaker 1>and Hert tournament with will Osprey and Swerve Strickland. There's
<v Speaker 1>no way will Osprey is losing that match, and there's
<v Speaker 1>no way that MJF is going to beat Team Briscoe
<v Speaker 1>because we know Mark Briscoe is going to get a
<v Speaker 1>shot at mjf's belt. His team has to win the
<v Speaker 1>match to do that. Those two matches are highly predictable
<v Speaker 1>in that way. I can't say that about the Triple
<v Speaker 1>Threat tomorrow or the King of the Ring finally genuinely
<v Speaker 1>could go either way. So I at least like that.
<v Speaker 1>I like that they're not one hundred percent predict I
<v Speaker 1>know some people in the chat will be like, come on,
<v Speaker 1>solid Monster, you know jay Uso is winning. I don't,
<v Speaker 1>though maybe I'm just being optimistic. I don't. I cannot
<v Speaker 1>sit here and tell you for sure. Of course, jay
<v Speaker 1>Uso is gonna win the King of the Ring. He
<v Speaker 1>may not, so there is more, at least unpredictability to that.
<v Speaker 1>But with that, so ends the three hour era of
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown at least for the next six months. Rest and
<v Speaker 1>piss to three hours of SmackDown. You will not be missed. Now. Tomorrow,
<v Speaker 1>as I said, is Night of champions I will be
<v Speaker 1>live when the show is over. The show kicks off
<v Speaker 1>at one pm Eastern Time, and I'll be live on
<v Speaker 1>YouTube here immediately after the show. Let me run through
<v Speaker 1>the card real quick here and just give you my predictions.
<v Speaker 1>Tiffany Stratton is going to be defending her Women's United
<v Speaker 1>States Championship against Jade Cargill. I think we'll see Charlotte Flair.
<v Speaker 1>I do not expect that we are going to be
<v Speaker 1>getting a new champion, so there should be a retention
<v Speaker 1>for Tiffany. The men's US title not going anywhere. Trick
<v Speaker 1>Williams is going to pick up the win over Ricky Saints.
<v Speaker 1>Seth Rollins and bron Breaker are gonna do battle inside
<v Speaker 1>of his steel cage. I'm going with Rollins for the win.
<v Speaker 1>I still think there's a decent chance it's gonna be
<v Speaker 1>Rollins and Roman at Summerslim. So if it's gonna be,
<v Speaker 1>then Rolins really should win this match anyway. Queen of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring Final Live Morgan against Eo Sky. Queen Eo
<v Speaker 1>put the crown on her head. Just go ahead and
<v Speaker 1>do it already. Eo Sky is gonna win that King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring. I gotta have hope, right, you gotta
<v Speaker 1>have hope. I think we get King Oba Oba Femi
<v Speaker 1>will be your King of the Ring. And then the
<v Speaker 1>triple threat match for the w W Championship Cody Rhodes,
<v Speaker 1>Gunther and sammy's Ain. I didn't get this impression when
<v Speaker 1>this show was over tonight, but I'm gonna stick with
<v Speaker 1>my prediction. I'm gonna say sammy's Ain wins the WWE Championship.
<v Speaker 1>That's what I would like to see. Now. If Sammy
<v Speaker 1>z Ain does not win the WWE Championship and Cody retains,
<v Speaker 1>it may have to do with you King of the
<v Speaker 1>Ring and who wins that. Cody and j doesn't appeal
<v Speaker 1>to me in the slightest, but we know Sampunk is
<v Speaker 1>going to be coming back very soon, probably on that
<v Speaker 1>Chicago Rule which is coming up on July sixth, and
<v Speaker 1>I've been saying for a while now that he should
<v Speaker 1>be on SmackDown. All the reports recently indicate that he
<v Speaker 1>is supposed to be on SmackDown, which is good. If
<v Speaker 1>Sammy's Ain doesn't win the WWE Championship tomorrow, then that's
<v Speaker 1>probably his Summer Slam opponent. I would think unless they're
<v Speaker 1>going to put Punk in a title match. You know,
<v Speaker 1>if the king of the ring, let's say choose is
<v Speaker 1>Roman and then they got to figure out who's going
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle Cody. I mean, you still could do Cody
<v Speaker 1>and punkin Summer Slim, But if not, I would think
<v Speaker 1>punkin Sammy would be the match and that could be
<v Speaker 1>a fun program. But I'm still pulling for Sammy to
<v Speaker 1>win the championship tomorrow, and that is your night of
<v Speaker 1>champions Guard And so let us go ahead and dive
<v Speaker 1>into your super chats now, because I know you guys
<v Speaker 1>have a lot of questions, and again, if you have
<v Speaker 1>questions or comments comments about the end of three hour Smackdowns,
<v Speaker 1>let me hear him. Let me hear him. Oh on
<v Speaker 1>to night we go from the funeral service, he into
<v Speaker 1>a full review as we wind down here, very hot
<v Speaker 1>very hot in ear right now, Joseph Stewart's is having
<v Speaker 1>a good Friday night. I know that. And he apparently
<v Speaker 1>still have a new Supergirl movie and liked it. So
<v Speaker 1>you're the one. Yeah, I've heard that movie is not good.
<v Speaker 1>I have no interest in seeing it anyway. But I'm
<v Speaker 1>not into Superman let alone. Why would I see Supergirl.
<v Speaker 1>I don't give a shit about Superman. What the fuck
<v Speaker 1>am I going to see Supergirl for? But apparently it's
<v Speaker 1>getting terrible rouviews. But he says Toy Story five is
<v Speaker 1>his favorite movie of the year. I won't argue with you.
<v Speaker 1>It's not mine. It's not mine, But if it's yours,
<v Speaker 1>then that's a fine choice. Keep that suit, keep that
<v Speaker 1>suit warm for the King of the Ring funeral tomorrow. Well,
<v Speaker 1>you guys are just a bundle of joy, aren't you.
<v Speaker 1>Did I see Raven's recent interview where he talks about
<v Speaker 1>the reason why he was on the cover of the
<v Speaker 1>w CWNWO Revenge video game. I did not see that.
<v Speaker 1>Actually I did see that. Perry Saturn has a new
<v Speaker 1>YouTube channel and he's doing the Maven thing, you know,
<v Speaker 1>with the thumbnails and the topics he's covered. He did
<v Speaker 1>a whole video on why why he can no longer?
<v Speaker 1>I guess support Tommy Dreamer whatever, whatever the title is.
<v Speaker 1>They know the formula. They've got the formula down. I'll
<v Speaker 1>say this though, it's good to see Perry is healthy.
<v Speaker 1>I know he had a rough go of it a
<v Speaker 1>few years ago. I guess he seems to be doing
<v Speaker 1>okay these days. Joseph says, Raven said the guy who
<v Speaker 1>worked on the cover of the video game was a
<v Speaker 1>big fan of his and thought that he should be
<v Speaker 1>on the cover. Oh, it's as simple as that. I
<v Speaker 1>do remember him being on the cover of that game. Well, look,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, you never know where you may have a
<v Speaker 1>fan and that person's willing to pull strings and get
<v Speaker 1>you on the cover of a video game. I hope
<v Speaker 1>he got some residuals for it, he says. Do you
<v Speaker 1>think after appearing on the cover that is when they
<v Speaker 1>should have pushed Raven to the main event in WW
<v Speaker 1>because he was on the cover of the video game. No,
<v Speaker 1>I would say that if they wanted to push Raven
<v Speaker 1>as a main event or they should have had a
<v Speaker 1>good story for him. But yeah, again, up. He came
<v Speaker 1>along at a time when the nWo was basically hogging
<v Speaker 1>up all those top spots. And unless you were Sting
<v Speaker 1>or Goldberg who got white hot and Raven wasn't a
<v Speaker 1>baby face, there was no room for him at the top,
<v Speaker 1>Like he was not going to usurp Hogan and those
<v Speaker 1>guys in those top spots as the as the top heels,
<v Speaker 1>you know, the top villains in the company, Hogan and
<v Speaker 1>all in Nash and god who else what I guess
<v Speaker 1>the Giants as well, And yeah, that whole crew Savage
<v Speaker 1>just wasn't gonna happen. Oh do you think Sting should
<v Speaker 1>have been on the cover of the Sting? I'm sure
<v Speaker 1>Sting was un plenty of covers surfers Sting or Crowsting.
<v Speaker 1>I'm a big fan of surferst Thing, but the bigger
<v Speaker 1>star was Crowsting. I know people love wolf packs Thing.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, that was fine. He he never should have
<v Speaker 1>joined the nWo. Sting in the nWo was It was wrong.
<v Speaker 1>It was just wrong. It just never should have happened.
<v Speaker 1>Were you a fan of the Giant in the nWo.
<v Speaker 1>In the nWo, I was not. No Goldberg jackhammering him
<v Speaker 1>on Nitro. I do remember that because I was just like,
<v Speaker 1>holy shit, I was wowed at when I saw that
<v Speaker 1>he didn't just pick him up like he like held
<v Speaker 1>him up there too for a few seconds. It's amazing, freakish.
<v Speaker 1>Do you think Kevin Nash will be remembered more for
<v Speaker 1>his work in WCW or as Diesel in WWE? Depends
<v Speaker 1>when you say work. If you're talking in ring work.
<v Speaker 1>He'll be more remembered for the in ring stuff he
<v Speaker 1>did in WWE, for overall impact and character and everything else.
<v Speaker 1>He'll be more remembered for the nWo and his WW
<v Speaker 1>his second WCW run. I don't want to mistake that
<v Speaker 1>with his first run. YEAHU, she had a couple of runs.
<v Speaker 1>He was OZ, he was master blaster, right, master blaster
<v Speaker 1>Vinnie Vegas. I'm not talking about any of that stuff
<v Speaker 1>if it just depends on what you're referring to, though,
<v Speaker 1>he said, do you think Scott Hall will be more
<v Speaker 1>remembered for his work in WCW or his Razor ramone
<v Speaker 1>in WWE? Again, you know, same thing as far as
<v Speaker 1>his in ringwork, Razor ramone for sure. The thing about
<v Speaker 1>Hall in WCW that people will remember is he was
<v Speaker 1>the first guy to show up to kick off the
<v Speaker 1>nWo angle. That's what they'll remember about Scott Hall and WCW.
<v Speaker 1>By that point, his personal problems were just spiraling out
<v Speaker 1>of control, and so he was in and out. He
<v Speaker 1>was in rehab, he'd come back, he'd disappear again. It
<v Speaker 1>wasn't a great It wasn't a great run if you
<v Speaker 1>kind of look at the totality of it, especially the
<v Speaker 1>latter part of it. So I would give you a
<v Speaker 1>similar answer. Do you think Sean Michaels was the best
<v Speaker 1>wrestler in nineteen ninety six? I do. And what will
<v Speaker 1>Stone Cold's legacy be or be remembered for compared to
<v Speaker 1>the rocks legacy? I mean, I don't know. I mean
<v Speaker 1>they'll both be remembered as the top two stars of
<v Speaker 1>the Attitude era. Rock Now, his legacy is so much
<v Speaker 1>bigger than wrestling at this point, you know, with the
<v Speaker 1>stuff he's done in Hollywood, Austin will be remembered as
<v Speaker 1>the face of the most popular period. I think it's
<v Speaker 1>safe to say in the history of that company, you know,
<v Speaker 1>it was the rise of Austin and the rise of
<v Speaker 1>Hull Comania. Those are the two. Nothing else compares. Joseph.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, Leo says, I'm so frustrated right now with
<v Speaker 1>Keanu's booking as a fan of hers, that honestly feels
<v Speaker 1>like they're giving up on her. They put her in
<v Speaker 1>a useless tag team that did nothing for her, and
<v Speaker 1>they gave her no momentum going into the match with Juliet,
<v Speaker 1>and then she got beaten to top it all off,
<v Speaker 1>I honestly don't know where she would go from here.
<v Speaker 1>I don't look at it as a dea I could look.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not saying it's great booking. I'm just saying I
<v Speaker 1>don't look at it as a death sentence for her.
<v Speaker 1>I still feel like they have, you know, hopes for
<v Speaker 1>her to be a player in that division on that show.
<v Speaker 1>What they're gonna have her doing next, Like as far
<v Speaker 1>as who she's gonna feud with, I don't know. The
<v Speaker 1>key is to transition her into something as quickly as possible, though.
<v Speaker 1>What you don't want to do is just get into
<v Speaker 1>a situation where she just vanishes from TV. We don't
<v Speaker 1>see her at all for weeks on end. I think
<v Speaker 1>that would be a bad sign. Fast Eddie with the
<v Speaker 1>four ninety nine says solo TNA is having a week
<v Speaker 1>and it's not stopping yet because we're about to get
<v Speaker 1>a two hour premiere of Jeff Jarrett and TNA on
<v Speaker 1>Dark Side of the Ring. That is true, although it's
<v Speaker 1>not next week. It's the week after that Dark Side
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring is back, and that first night they
<v Speaker 1>are opening the season with a two parter on Jarrett
<v Speaker 1>and TNA. It's actually a three parter, but they're doing
<v Speaker 1>the first two episodes in week one. That's on the seventh,
<v Speaker 1>and then part three will be the following week. So
<v Speaker 1>I'm looking forward to it. You know, I cover all
<v Speaker 1>the episodes every season of Dark Side of the Ring.
<v Speaker 1>And I mean usually it's on a week delay. I
<v Speaker 1>don't even I don't have Vice TV. I don't even
<v Speaker 1>get to see the episodes until later in the week anyway.
<v Speaker 1>But I mean, these are you know, these are evergreen topics.
<v Speaker 1>It's not like, oh, they have to be covered the
<v Speaker 1>night of. It's like, no, I mean, they're talking about
<v Speaker 1>shit from twenty years ago, I think, twenty five years ago,
<v Speaker 1>thirty years ago. It's okay, But I do cover every episode,
<v Speaker 1>so I'll be covering those. Everyone always loved the Dark
<v Speaker 1>Side of the Ring episode of reviews, so we're gonna
<v Speaker 1>bring him back again. The Yatsugaratsu Missus Zombie act is
<v Speaker 1>literally Vince McMahon. The walk, the mannerisms, the expression everything
<v Speaker 1>you forgot to mention, the hair, the little white streak
<v Speaker 1>in the hair. I mean, he just I didn't see
<v Speaker 1>Vince per se. He just looked like a zombie. Are
<v Speaker 1>you saying Vince just walks like a zombie? Okay U,
<v Speaker 1>super Pony? Is Ko getting mentioned at tease or Am
<v Speaker 1>I reading too much into it? I think you're reading
<v Speaker 1>too much into it. I think you're reading too much
<v Speaker 1>into it. Now comes SummerSlam time, I don't know. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>we're getting a little bit closer at that point to
<v Speaker 1>him getting medically cleared. Maybe I believe he had surgery
<v Speaker 1>a year ago in July, so I'm not expecting realistically,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not expecting him like SummerSlam time would be the earliest. Possibly.
<v Speaker 1>I think there's a better chance we get Ko back
<v Speaker 1>at the end of the year, And at that point
<v Speaker 1>I would just save him for the Royal Rumble. If
<v Speaker 1>you're going to wait that long, just save him for
<v Speaker 1>like a rumble return. I just hope he's able to
<v Speaker 1>come back. Justin does solo rejoin Roman in your opinion,
<v Speaker 1>Is this a catalyst to The Rock coming back and
<v Speaker 1>reports of Zilla coming How does he factor into all
<v Speaker 1>of this? I mean, the Rock is not coming back
<v Speaker 1>this year. He's not coming back. Does he rejoin Roman?
<v Speaker 1>I still feel like at some point Solo, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he's protesting a lot about how much he hates Roman,
<v Speaker 1>But I still feel like he's gonna end up back
<v Speaker 1>with the family. It may take a little while, but
<v Speaker 1>I still feel like that's probably the end game here. Honestly. Also,
<v Speaker 1>no more MFTs. That is a celebration, you know. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>we certainly had a little bit of a celebration here tonight.
<v Speaker 1>It's about damn time. Chris Mike Sell rewatched King of
<v Speaker 1>the Ring ninety eight where Shamrock won and realized he
<v Speaker 1>never got a WWF title shot. Is it a recent
<v Speaker 1>thing where the winner now gets a title shot that
<v Speaker 1>could have been beneficial for Ken that year. It's something
<v Speaker 1>they brought back. It was something they did in ninety four,
<v Speaker 1>They did it in ninety five, and then they stopped,
<v Speaker 1>so they didn't do it in ninety six, ninety seven,
<v Speaker 1>ninety eight, ninety nine. I don't think they did it again.
<v Speaker 1>Honestly until two thousand and two with Brock. Yeah, because
<v Speaker 1>Billy Gunn won King of the Ring, he didn't get
<v Speaker 1>a title shot. I thank god kurd Angle. I think
<v Speaker 1>kurd Angle. Okay, maybe Kurt Angle was in the title
<v Speaker 1>match that year, but I don't know if it was
<v Speaker 1>because he won King of the Ring so I don't
<v Speaker 1>want a credit King of the Ring with that. That
<v Speaker 1>was a triple threat match, by the way, but they
<v Speaker 1>brought it back for Brock and oh two and then Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it was something relatively recent that they started doing again,
<v Speaker 1>and I think that's the way it always should have been. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you do King of the Ring in June, and the
<v Speaker 1>winner or winners gets a title shot at SummerSlam. I
<v Speaker 1>just think it makes sense. It's kind of like, you know,
<v Speaker 1>they build up Summer slim as like the WrestleMania of
<v Speaker 1>the summer, and we have the rumble leading into Mania.
<v Speaker 1>The winners get to pick the champion of their choosing,
<v Speaker 1>So why not have something similar for Summer slab Venom Kaitetsu,
<v Speaker 1>thank you for the five says. Could you see the
<v Speaker 1>Tongans being placed in an underwhelming mangan Barbarian tag team?
<v Speaker 1>Now that the MFTs are no more. Are you saying
<v Speaker 1>that the Faces of Fear were underwhelming? Are you slighting
<v Speaker 1>the name of the Faces of Fear? Yeah, I mean
<v Speaker 1>this is basically the It's like a new version of
<v Speaker 1>the Gorillas of Destiny. Basically, that's basically what they'll probably
<v Speaker 1>end up being. Instead of tong Lowa, we get Tallatanga.
<v Speaker 1>They're all brothers trading one brother for the other. GMB
<v Speaker 1>says Chelsea is bad in the rain to match was
<v Speaker 1>forty eight years ago. Of the Penta match with fed
<v Speaker 1>Chelsea feels like forty eight years ago. Yeah, but you
<v Speaker 1>know what, Chelsea was in there with Jade, so I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to judge it based on the fact that
<v Speaker 1>she was in the room with Jade. Cargill. Tonight, MGM
<v Speaker 1>Bollin of the nine ninety nine and joining late and
<v Speaker 1>trying to play catchup has been banned by YouTube. Apparently
<v Speaker 1>I tried to start from the beginning and it glitches
<v Speaker 1>like crazy. I don't know it should be unless it
<v Speaker 1>was just a weird glitch. Nothing's changed as far as
<v Speaker 1>I'm aware. Optimistic Quest says wwe Gunther versus Oba, Oh,
<v Speaker 1>Gunther is the champion versus Oba Cody Punk versus Sammy
<v Speaker 1>and Ko. Are you pitching that for SummerSlam or something
<v Speaker 1>in the future. Cody and Punk against Sammy and Ko
<v Speaker 1>would kind of cook. I'm not gonna lie, Joseph Brooks.
<v Speaker 1>There have been ten wrestlers to hold the WWE hold
<v Speaker 1>the WWE title, I assume for more than three hundred
<v Speaker 1>and sixty five days. Do you know who the ten are? Yeah?
<v Speaker 1>If I sat here and thought about it, I could
<v Speaker 1>tell you all ten. I mean, obviously Roman is one
<v Speaker 1>of them. Hogan is another, Bruno is another. Savage. Savage
<v Speaker 1>has to be right because Savage won the belt in
<v Speaker 1>March of eighty eight. He dropped it in April of
<v Speaker 1>eighty nine, so Savage would be. So that's like four
<v Speaker 1>or five right there that I just named. If I
<v Speaker 1>had time to think on the rest, I can come
<v Speaker 1>up with all of them. I'm sure. I'm trying to
<v Speaker 1>think from that period. Diesel would be one. I'm trying
<v Speaker 1>to think from that period post Hogan. I guess the
<v Speaker 1>rest might come from pre Hogan. Right backland, I just
<v Speaker 1>gave you seven or eight of them right there, near
<v Speaker 1>is with us four years cancer free, near three sixteen,
<v Speaker 1>near three sixteen says he just whipped cancer's ass. I
<v Speaker 1>love saying that near. I hope you're doing well. Thank you, brother.
<v Speaker 1>Happy to hear that. Asu Amy with the nineteen ninety nine,
<v Speaker 1>I'm gonna learn Mandarin with my extra hour on Friday nights.
<v Speaker 1>What are you gonna do? So though, I'm gonna try
<v Speaker 1>to get some fucking sleep is what I'm gonna do.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what I'm gonna do. It'd be nice
<v Speaker 1>to get some extra rest, though, Thank you, Amy. I'm
<v Speaker 1>so happy that SmackDown is back to two hours now.
<v Speaker 1>If only SmackDown wasn't such shit, that's still gonna be
<v Speaker 1>a problem going forward, but it's an hour less of shit,
<v Speaker 1>so I'm happy with that. Aaron says what would be
<v Speaker 1>worse booking jpins Oba after Brock hold on second here
<v Speaker 1>after Brock attacks him while the ref is down, or
<v Speaker 1>Brock attacks Oba in the ref's site and Oba wins
<v Speaker 1>King of the Ring but by disqualification. Wow, both of
<v Speaker 1>those are pretty terrible, But I'm going with the one
<v Speaker 1>that does not include Jay Usso winning King of the
<v Speaker 1>Ring and EJ. Slim. If Bischoff want to w CW
<v Speaker 1>you and the nWo as separate brands. Why wasn't Thunder
<v Speaker 1>the nWo show co brand? Did WCWNWO pay per views
<v Speaker 1>started around then anyway? Because well, I don't know, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I don't recall the sequence of events. I know they
<v Speaker 1>tried nWo Nitro and it was a failure. Maybe the
<v Speaker 1>idea was to try it with Nitro, see what the
<v Speaker 1>reaction was, and then if it got overwell, maybe they
<v Speaker 1>would have transitioned it over to Thunder and may Thunder
<v Speaker 1>the nWo Show. It was. It was about proof of
<v Speaker 1>concept and the concept was a bust. You know. They
<v Speaker 1>did nWo Nitro and as I recall it, just it
<v Speaker 1>did bad numbers and they never did it again. Misfit
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling Podcast, Rest in Peace, Joe Doring absolutely and super
<v Speaker 1>Pony with a four ninety nine. What does Sammy do
<v Speaker 1>at SummerSlam? He eats the pin tomorrow and doesn't win
<v Speaker 1>the title? I said before Punk, if it's not going
<v Speaker 1>to be Punk and Cody, you could do Sammy and
<v Speaker 1>Punk underneath. I think that'd be a fine introductory program
<v Speaker 1>for a month SmackDown. I just don't know what Cody
<v Speaker 1>would be doing at that point. Cody and guntherer By
<v Speaker 1>then Cody and Gunther is done, like it's exhausted. I
<v Speaker 1>don't want to see it. I would feel the same
<v Speaker 1>way about it that I felt about Cody and Drew, where,
<v Speaker 1>for the love of God, you can't do Cody and
<v Speaker 1>Drew again at WrestleMania. So I loves Gunther wins tomorrow
<v Speaker 1>and then Cody wrestles gun through to get the belt
<v Speaker 1>back and they do a stip. But it's like again
<v Speaker 1>Cody and Gunther at Clash in Italy and SmackDown and
<v Speaker 1>Night of Champions and Summer Slin, Like, at what point
<v Speaker 1>is enough enough? Randy Orton. I don't know what's going
<v Speaker 1>on with Randy Orton. He was supposed to be a
<v Speaker 1>Fanatics Fest next month. They just announced that he's had
<v Speaker 1>to pull out. They didn't say why. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>what's going on with him anyway. The goal per the
<v Speaker 1>Wheel tonight was four hundred and seventy five likes, and
<v Speaker 1>I do believe that we have smashed that. We are
<v Speaker 1>at five oh four. So it's good because I didn't
<v Speaker 1>want to end the week without doing be the Booker.
<v Speaker 1>We didn't do it on Wednesday, but we get to
<v Speaker 1>do it now, So let's go ahead and be the booker.
<v Speaker 1>Ladies and gentlemen, It is now time to be the booker.
<v Speaker 1>Always a fine way to close out the week. Although
<v Speaker 1>we do have another stream tomorrow. I feel like it's
<v Speaker 1>been a while. Did we do be the Booker on Monday?
<v Speaker 1>Or did we not do it on Monday? Everything's been
<v Speaker 1>so out of whack lately with all the time and everything,
<v Speaker 1>and some people have been able to join and all
<v Speaker 1>these sporting events and everything. I just feel like everything's
<v Speaker 1>been dead. It's depressing. This whole month has been depressing.
<v Speaker 1>All right, here we go be the booker. We got
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre. Oh my god, I can't
<v Speaker 1>get away from it. If we're not gonna get it
<v Speaker 1>one on one, damn it, you're gonna get them in
<v Speaker 1>a tag team. I cannot get away from it. Cody
<v Speaker 1>and Drew, a young Cody and Drew. We're going to
<v Speaker 1>be taking on the MIT note. Noe. We got swerved.
<v Speaker 1>Why did that happen? It was supposed to be the
<v Speaker 1>miz in our Truth and then it kept going and
<v Speaker 1>now we've landed on the powers of pain, which honestly,
<v Speaker 1>I think we landed on the better team here. At
<v Speaker 1>least this is a real tag team Two more streams,
<v Speaker 1>he says, Fade says forbidden Now, I am not doing
<v Speaker 1>a Forbidden Door stream. There will be no Forbidden Door
<v Speaker 1>stream on Sunday, but there will be a Night of
<v Speaker 1>Champions review tomorrow and then a podcast on Sunday. Double
<v Speaker 1>or Nothing was honestly the best pay per view so
<v Speaker 1>far of the entire year from any promotion. And I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure I will be live after Redemption. I will definitely
<v Speaker 1>be live after all in. I am not going live
<v Speaker 1>after Forbidden Door. I'm not doing that. All right, Here
<v Speaker 1>we go, Women's be the booker. We have Jamie Hater,
<v Speaker 1>Love Jamie Hater, and now Jamie Hater's opponent. She gets
<v Speaker 1>no opponent because we have to choose four women and
<v Speaker 1>book ourselves a tag team match. Okay, question is do
<v Speaker 1>we wipe the slate clean and start over again? I
<v Speaker 1>think we have to. So Jamie Hater disappears and now
<v Speaker 1>we get to pick four women make shift teams. Here
<v Speaker 1>we go. We have Ruby Soho. Is she retired? Is
<v Speaker 1>she basically retired? No? I wish her well whatever she's doing,
<v Speaker 1>Ruby Soho or Ruby Riot, whatever you want. To call
<v Speaker 1>her and Kyrie sane as a team. Okay, Ruby and Kyrie,
<v Speaker 1>they are going to be taking on Ivy Nile and
<v Speaker 1>Alexa Bliss. So who do we have on the other side?
<v Speaker 1>We had Ruby and Kyrie against Alexa and Ivy, all right, Okay, Well,
<v Speaker 1>because the stipulation came after the wrestler was chosen. So
<v Speaker 1>when that happens, you wipe the slate cleaning, you start over.
<v Speaker 1>That's why Jamie had to go. And our main event
<v Speaker 1>we get one more may hit. Bliss Fan's gonna have
<v Speaker 1>a field day. Bliss Fan's gonna be very happy with
<v Speaker 1>that match. Bliz Fan's not gonna be very happy unless
<v Speaker 1>Alexa goes over though. All right, our main event, we
<v Speaker 1>have the rain Maker bitch Kazuchka Okada where he belongs.
<v Speaker 1>Now the question is are we getting a w Okada?
<v Speaker 1>Are we getting new Japan Okada? I want new Japan Okada.
<v Speaker 1>I want him to have his working boot zone. My goodness,
<v Speaker 1>we have Okada in the main event against Yoshihiko. Oh
<v Speaker 1>my god, it is a Yoshi Hiko debut. Here in
<v Speaker 1>b the booker, I was, I was, I was stunned
<v Speaker 1>there for a moment, I was like, I was speechless.
<v Speaker 1>I was not expecting that. I can't There are people
<v Speaker 1>in the chat who have no idea who or what
<v Speaker 1>this is. This is Yoshihika. How do you not know?
<v Speaker 1>How do you not know the legend of Yoshihiko. Yoshihiko
<v Speaker 1>has had some classic bounce with kody Abushi in the past.
<v Speaker 1>Let me tell you something. I trust in Okata to
<v Speaker 1>go in there with Yoshahiko and actually pull off a
<v Speaker 1>great wrestling match. Well, how's that for a main event?
<v Speaker 1>Okata and Yoshihiko. I know some people aren't gonna like
<v Speaker 1>that match very much, and some people are going to
<v Speaker 1>love that match. I would love to hear a Cornett
<v Speaker 1>review of an Okada Yoshihiko match. So you never know
<v Speaker 1>what you're gonna get and be the booker. That's the
<v Speaker 1>beauty of it. Luis much love to Venezuela. After the wind,
<v Speaker 1>after the UH after the earthquakes that hit the country.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what that other word is that you
<v Speaker 1>threw in there. Yes, much love to Venezuela. That was
<v Speaker 1>very very sad to hear about all those earthquakes the
<v Speaker 1>other day. They had one in Japan too, So long
<v Speaker 1>to the Home Depot blood Line see you Never, and
<v Speaker 1>super Pony says, can we expect a Michael Jackson level
<v Speaker 1>rant when japins Oba tomorrow? Now? I mean, I'm half
<v Speaker 1>expecting it. It's it's like you could, you could see
<v Speaker 1>it coming. I'm hoping that they will have enough sense
<v Speaker 1>not to do it. But it's not like most of
<v Speaker 1>us don't already see off in the distance. It's it's
<v Speaker 1>kind of coming towards us. It's like being on the
<v Speaker 1>Titanic and you see the iceberg, but there's really nothing
<v Speaker 1>you can do about it. Just take the hit ej
<v Speaker 1>with the four ninety nine. Even though I don't think
<v Speaker 1>she'll ever come to the States, Which company would Mayui
<v Speaker 1>Watani do better in WWE or ae w AW? I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's not even a question. People like myself thought that
<v Speaker 1>Julia was going to come in and be this force
<v Speaker 1>to be reckoned with in the women's division in WWE,
<v Speaker 1>and look at the position she did. Now, Carlos Galvan
<v Speaker 1>with fifty five months of membership, Hey, solo King of
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling versus the bar who you got? I mean, Kings
<v Speaker 1>of Wrestling. That'd be a hell of a match, be
<v Speaker 1>kind of hard to do that match, though, considering Claudia
<v Speaker 1>would have to be in both of them on both teams,
<v Speaker 1>I would have to go with Seamous and Cisorrow. Any
<v Speaker 1>early Roh Claudio match is worth checking out. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>off the top of my head, I can't think of
<v Speaker 1>one that really stands out to me that I would say,
<v Speaker 1>you have to go out of your way to see.
<v Speaker 1>That was when I first got exposed to him. He
<v Speaker 1>still I think he still had hair at that point.
<v Speaker 1>It's very stringy. It's a good thing he got rid
<v Speaker 1>of the rest of it, but none that I could
<v Speaker 1>think of. I know he and Hero also had some
<v Speaker 1>matches in CZW that were pretty memorable, but I wasn't
<v Speaker 1>really watching CZW at the time. But if you go
<v Speaker 1>back and check out any of the Kings of Wrestling stuff,
<v Speaker 1>it's all great. I mean, you really can't go wrong
<v Speaker 1>with any of those tag team matches. Brandon Proctor from
<v Speaker 1>earlier forty nine months of channel membership says brother Solo
<v Speaker 1>forty nine months so fitting opening to this review, you
<v Speaker 1>won't be missed three hour SmackDown. Please don't come back.
<v Speaker 1>Unfortunately it will come back, but until next year. Misfit
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling podcast. Japan earthquake happened while Noah was having a
<v Speaker 1>show on Wrestle Universe. Yes, I talked about that at
<v Speaker 1>the beginning of the un Crown Wrestling show last week. Also,
<v Speaker 1>Yoshihiko is a legend. That's why we have Yoshihiko in there,
<v Speaker 1>because we need more legends in be the booker. Mayu
<v Speaker 1>will never wrestle for Tony Khan. She doesn't like AW
<v Speaker 1>and is super loyal to ROSSI. Yeah, I know, Tony
<v Speaker 1>Khan is no rossi Ogawa fan. Neither is Kenny Omega. Well,
<v Speaker 1>if she's that loyal, then I guess AW is off
<v Speaker 1>the table. But I think if all was all things equal,
<v Speaker 1>she would do better in A. If that wasn't the case,
<v Speaker 1>she would do better in AW, then she would in
<v Speaker 1>ww A. That's what I'm gonna say. EJ says, I'm
<v Speaker 1>the biggest Yoshihiko fans, so happy people say someone could
<v Speaker 1>wrestle a broom Ibushi basically did and it's better than
<v Speaker 1>most WWE matches. I can't argue with you. Toy ain't nice.
<v Speaker 1>How many interference will we see tomorrow night. I think
<v Speaker 1>we're going to get some in the King of the
<v Speaker 1>ring match. I think we will get it in the
<v Speaker 1>Women's US title match. I'll keep it to those two
<v Speaker 1>because you don't want to overload it, but I think
<v Speaker 1>in those two matches story wise, it would make the
<v Speaker 1>most sense. Boots with a five with the CMLL New
<v Speaker 1>Japan Lucha Kingdom show in November, I'm thinking Tony Kahan
<v Speaker 1>is feeling left out. There's still time. There could be
<v Speaker 1>AW talents that have dual contracts who work for one
<v Speaker 1>of those companies who like to like if Takesha wrestles there,
<v Speaker 1>technically that's an AW guy, right or hatcha Serow. Alexander
<v Speaker 1>with the four ninety nine Solo is channeling his inner
<v Speaker 1>Samuel L. Jackson in pulp fiction by reading Bible verses
<v Speaker 1>before shooting three hour Smackdowns Dead. I love it as
<v Speaker 1>I tell SmackDown English, motherfucker, do you speak it? And
<v Speaker 1>then I just emptied the clip into SmackDown. Very therapeutic.
<v Speaker 1>Venom says he predicts ninety percent fuckery at Night of Champions. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure there'll be There'll definitely be some fuckery on
<v Speaker 1>that show. Yeah, I mean, Judgment Day probably tries to help.
<v Speaker 1>Why don't we just have interference in every match. Why
<v Speaker 1>don't we just do that? Well, have Lil Yachti interfering
<v Speaker 1>in the trick match, could throw Carmelo Hayes out there too.
<v Speaker 1>We'll have Charlotte do a running in the Jade Cargill match.
<v Speaker 1>We'll have Brock run out in the King of the Ring,
<v Speaker 1>We'll have the Judgment Day run out in the Queen
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring. And then who interferes in the triple
<v Speaker 1>Threat match. Kevin Owens will show up. He'll help Samy
<v Speaker 1>Zain win. We'll have interference in every match on the show.
<v Speaker 1>Johnny Gargana will help Sammy's Ain win the WWE Championship
<v Speaker 1>Super Pony. Any chance Zach Saber Junior beats Kenny No? No,
<v Speaker 1>I mean not if Kenny is challenging for the title
<v Speaker 1>at Redemption, that would be very stupid. Why would he
<v Speaker 1>lose in a match that was slapped together in two weeks.
<v Speaker 1>That would be fucking dumb. So on the SoundOff on Sunday,
<v Speaker 1>I will well, there's more more TNA news, and then
<v Speaker 1>we'll run through that Slam Aversary card, and then got
<v Speaker 1>some thoughts on the NXT Great American Bash card as well.
<v Speaker 1>I saw the segment from last week to sit down
<v Speaker 1>with Tony DiAngelo and Naraku, who you know as he's
<v Speaker 1>as he's speaking in that segment, like literally it sounds
<v Speaker 1>like a cutscene out of a video game. We'll talk
<v Speaker 1>about that, we'll talk about all the fallout from Night
<v Speaker 1>of Champions and your questions. Got a big fat mail
<v Speaker 1>bag coming up this Sunday. But tomorrow we have Night
<v Speaker 1>of Champions. As I said before, I am going to
<v Speaker 1>be live. That will be I'm guessing probably four thirty
<v Speaker 1>five o'clock, you know you figured twenty or so minutes
<v Speaker 1>after the show ends, and we'll go live. We'll have
<v Speaker 1>the full recap here on the YouTube channel. They'll be
<v Speaker 1>a brand new podcast. And then we have the Raw
<v Speaker 1>post show on Monday, which remember Raw earlier start time
<v Speaker 1>on Monday, six pm Eastern, which means I'll be live
<v Speaker 1>around nine, so a little bit earlier than usual, about
<v Speaker 1>two hours or so, and then my Forbidden Door review.
<v Speaker 1>All my thoughts on Forbidden Door will be exclusive to
<v Speaker 1>the Uncrowned Wrestling show on Tuesday, and then all the
<v Speaker 1>usual shows to follow, So a lot of content coming up.
<v Speaker 1>We got Louise I hinted, I hinted, it on the
<v Speaker 1>Facebook group on June first, who gets screwed over? Obafemi
<v Speaker 1>gets screwed by brock Lesner. Well, there it is, so
<v Speaker 1>saith Louise. He was apparently the first person in the
<v Speaker 1>world to say that he even has the date. Have
<v Speaker 1>I seen the nineteen eighty five vampire movie Fright Night?
<v Speaker 1>Of course, it's a favorite of mine. The practical effects
<v Speaker 1>in there are pretty cool, pretty cool stuff. EJ says.
<v Speaker 1>I'm listening to Brett's book and Guy Evans Nitro on Audible.
<v Speaker 1>I also finished Mike Greenberg's last book, Got Your Legends.
<v Speaker 1>Thanks for the link. That's why it's there. If you
<v Speaker 1>want to get yourself a free audiobook, you gotta be
<v Speaker 1>like the dozens of people hundreds probably over the years
<v Speaker 1>now that have taken advantage of it. And it's even
<v Speaker 1>better if you're an Amazon Prime member, because then you
<v Speaker 1>can get two free books, two free audio books audibletrial
<v Speaker 1>dot Com slash Solo Monster. The link is always down
<v Speaker 1>below in the description. If you ever forget it, you
<v Speaker 1>can only use it once. And there's a lot of
<v Speaker 1>great wrestling audio books out there. He just named a few.
<v Speaker 1>Brett Brett's book is probably the best book. It's the
<v Speaker 1>longest one too, and he narrates it himself. The Guy
<v Speaker 1>Evans Nitro book is like the definitive book on that
<v Speaker 1>Nitro era. Like he literally like people say, like, okay,
<v Speaker 1>bring the receipts, he brings the receipts. So that's a
<v Speaker 1>great one, as is the Daniel Brian. I mean, there's
<v Speaker 1>so many great books. Navy says Solo is styling and
<v Speaker 1>profiling in limousine riding. I took my limousine here to
<v Speaker 1>the sound off castle, to the to the to the
<v Speaker 1>funeral home. For the opening segment Misfit Wrestling Podcast, Naraku
<v Speaker 1>told Eo his English sucks. Narraku's English is fantastic. I
<v Speaker 1>don't think his English is any worse than some of
<v Speaker 1>the other talents that have come over from Japan, where
<v Speaker 1>it's their second language and it's hard, you know, it's
<v Speaker 1>hard to be fluent in it. But they speak in soundbites,
<v Speaker 1>so it sounds again, it sounds like a video game cutscene.
<v Speaker 1>But with him, it's larious because especially like if you
<v Speaker 1>remember the way that segment ended to sit down with
<v Speaker 1>Tony d where it's like he has that evil laugh,
<v Speaker 1>like he's like a cartoon villain, like an anime villain
<v Speaker 1>or something super pony. Do you think a lot of
<v Speaker 1>people will boycott Cody versus Jay If that's the main
<v Speaker 1>event of night one, I'll probably turn off the show
<v Speaker 1>when that match starts. To be honest, are people going
<v Speaker 1>to boycott nobody to make any sort of meaningful impact? Now?
<v Speaker 1>Thank you guys for hanging out with me on a
<v Speaker 1>Friday night. Always fun. I'm glad you can join for
<v Speaker 1>the opening service. We pay our respects to three hours
<v Speaker 1>of SmackDown. I guess starting next Friday. It's a tape
<v Speaker 1>show again. Next week. I don't know if the episode
<v Speaker 1>will leak in advance the way it did this week,
<v Speaker 1>but is a tape show. I will go live in
<v Speaker 1>the normal time slid as we did tonight, and that
<v Speaker 1>will be the first two hour SmackDown. That'll be the
<v Speaker 1>July third episode. So we'll be back for SmackDown next week.
<v Speaker 1>Be well, stay safe, have yourselves a great rest of
<v Speaker 1>your night. I hope you'll come on back tomorrow late
<v Speaker 1>afternoon Night of Champions. We'll talk about who the King
<v Speaker 1>of the Ring is and maybe, just maybe we'll have
<v Speaker 1>a new WWE champion. You never know. We'll find out
<v Speaker 1>in less than twenty four hours. Until then, take care guys,
