[SPEAKER_10]: Now, on with the show.
[SPEAKER_05]: Late night tonight.
[SPEAKER_05]: Where is she?
[SPEAKER_05]: A fellow cop leads pepper into a trap on police woman.
[SPEAKER_03]: My friend Mira, radioend routine.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can listen to the Michael Mero Show at tmos.com or anywhere find podcasts or fun.
[SPEAKER_03]: Welcome to our show.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to start the race.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's got to be... A perfume.
[SPEAKER_04]: Look at my phone!
[SPEAKER_03]: There's plenty for everyone.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's the Michael Mero Show with Michael Mero.
[SPEAKER_03]: Bye!
[SPEAKER_03]: Josh Roca!
[SPEAKER_03]: And Rob Speedway.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, Rob!
[SPEAKER_03]: It's only the beginning.
[SPEAKER_03]: And now, here's Mike.
[SPEAKER_04]: Pepper.
[SPEAKER_09]: Pepper.
[SPEAKER_09]: Pepper.
[SPEAKER_09]: Salt.
[SPEAKER_09]: Pepper.
[SPEAKER_09]: You know, I looked at an episode of Police Woman on Tobi.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's really a sucky show.
[SPEAKER_10]: It doesn't hold up.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, it's hard one.
[SPEAKER_10]: I like Angie Dickinson.
[SPEAKER_09]: But she was pretty old then.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, uh, fun for the track group right out of the gate.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
[SPEAKER_10]: I filter as everybody that does this for a living filters.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, that broadcast is not necessarily podcasters.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Guys that have just done digital media don't have to worry about it, but my broadcast background has always been.
[SPEAKER_10]: And living through the Janet Jackson Explos tie tie.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Little to the moment where we were all scolded and told to be be better.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm even more paranoid than most so I filter everything through, you know.
[SPEAKER_10]: is this correct and my behaving well.
[SPEAKER_10]: So this first tape I'm gonna play you from a business class.
[SPEAKER_10]: It involves a moment where...
[SPEAKER_10]: I want you to answer why I was amused at this, and maybe you will be too.
[SPEAKER_10]: If you are, that's great.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is not for audio consumption, because you have to be with us on the micro-marriage channel to enjoy this, because this is purely visual.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it amused me, and I immediately set it to St. Augustine, Florida to that man in the upper left hand corner, Mr. Jones.
[SPEAKER_08]: Did you send it down there?
[SPEAKER_08]: I did.
[SPEAKER_08]: I printed it out.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, printed it out.
[SPEAKER_10]: put it in the the the super a projector that we have so that we can share it with you and uh the question I would have was my amusement at this particular clip
[SPEAKER_10]: Which is just to obviously a manufactured video, a fake video that was done for comedy purposes.
[SPEAKER_10]: Does this make me just a guy that likes comedy?
[SPEAKER_10]: Does it make me a guy that is racist?
[SPEAKER_10]: Or does it make me a guy that is a homophobic?
[SPEAKER_10]: Because I don't think it does.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I think I just enjoyed a video.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is not quite a setup.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I have to set it up because those were the thoughts as I was debating whether to send this along, but I watched it a couple of times at maybe three or four times and it has no words and it's very simple.
[SPEAKER_10]: But I'm probably, yeah, there are no words.
[SPEAKER_10]: There are no words to describe this video.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it's simple and it's short and let's roll it and you be the judge of what kind of human being would laugh at this.
[SPEAKER_08]: okay roll it again from the top please take another look at all right you want to try to explain what's going on well it's a guy walking under
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know, it's fun.
[SPEAKER_09]: You know, Mike, I was not with a full plane.
[SPEAKER_09]: It is, yes.
[SPEAKER_09]: I was not with you for the first, say, four seconds of the video.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, the first four seconds, the first time you run it, when he runs those, they get kind of, they get clipped occasionally.
[SPEAKER_10]: So you really got the second playing of it was the better version of it.
[SPEAKER_09]: If you divide it into three acts, this video, the second act really pulled me in.
[SPEAKER_09]: One more time, if you don't mind, don't think your racist or homophobic for laughing at this.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, I don't.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know what's wrong with me, you know what?
[SPEAKER_10]: On the left or from the upper left.
[SPEAKER_08]: But that's really what I don't understand.
[SPEAKER_08]: On the third.
[SPEAKER_08]: On the third.
[SPEAKER_09]: All right.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's really.
[SPEAKER_09]: It doesn't.
[SPEAKER_09]: It doesn't.
[SPEAKER_09]: It doesn't.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, it doesn't because it would make more sense if it was an issue of whether or not they wanted to sit next to each other.
[SPEAKER_09]: But the row is full.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, he's just walking behind.
[SPEAKER_10]: Just reacting.
[SPEAKER_10]: We've all had.
[SPEAKER_10]: moments where you make eye contact with somebody and, you know, and, but by the way, one of the precursors to many, many a fist fight in the world has been, what are you looking at?
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, exactly.
[SPEAKER_10]: So, I mean, it's kind of that moment, but it's been gone.
[SPEAKER_09]: What is the movie where Al Pacino is blind?
[SPEAKER_09]: A sense of a woman.
[SPEAKER_09]: He actually someone says to him, what are you looking at?
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm looking at another.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Great movie.
[SPEAKER_09]: Can we see a one more time Josh for me?
[SPEAKER_10]: This one would be for me.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on, barrister Aides says, oh my god, Grandpa needs to be monitored on the internet.
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, then I think that's part of my problem.
[SPEAKER_08]: Is every time you bring a clip, I, as I'm watching it, I try to figure out how to just get into your algorithm.
[SPEAKER_09]: I love that.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's part of the program.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's great.
[SPEAKER_09]: That makes sense.
[SPEAKER_08]: That makes sense.
[SPEAKER_10]: I get everything.
[SPEAKER_10]: I watched earlier today, this Nazi spy that was executed by the resistance, this lady.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: And she got it in the end because she was a nasty woman who, you know, attacked her own people.
[SPEAKER_10]: She was supposed to remember the resistance.
[SPEAKER_09]: That was funny.
[SPEAKER_09]: Is this video though?
[SPEAKER_10]: You want to watch it again?
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I don't understand why you say this.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a speaker there.
[SPEAKER_10]: I know why you got it, Mike, because you're a frequent flyer.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's in your flying algorithm.
[SPEAKER_10]: So Jericho Jet says, I'm from the Bronx.
[SPEAKER_10]: Welcome to an every day.
[SPEAKER_04]: I love that too.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's pretty funny.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, man.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: What's the thing?
[SPEAKER_10]: Ellen D was a win.
[SPEAKER_10]: What's going on?
[SPEAKER_10]: What's that?
[SPEAKER_10]: What's Larry and David are now this?
[SPEAKER_10]: What was that?
[SPEAKER_08]: David.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: They enjoyed going here.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'd Larry and David on a couple days ago.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, but also they probably enjoy their pairs.
[SPEAKER_09]: David, Larry and David, isn't that?
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, no, I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_10]: I wouldn't, you know, if you didn't frame it, Larry and David, I'd understand what you're talking about.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, Pennington.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, Pennington, come on.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, Pennington.
[SPEAKER_10]: Pennington.
[SPEAKER_10]: I, but that wasn't lost on me either.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: That, that my love of alternative lifestyles might have played into it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I enjoyed that as well, you know?
[SPEAKER_08]: But you know, this clip you just showed could have easily been from a Larry David show.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yes it could have got a hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yes it could have.
[SPEAKER_10]: So let's forget the whole thing.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_10]: Put it out of your mind and let's play.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think this guy's life now.
[SPEAKER_09]: Can we watch it one more time before we forget it?
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, go ahead and play it again.
[SPEAKER_10]: I do.
[SPEAKER_10]: I love it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I watched it five times.
[UNKNOWN]: Good.
[SPEAKER_04]: The guy that's seen it is such a dick, he's a dick before the video isn't started.
[SPEAKER_08]: He's got a great dick face.
[SPEAKER_08]: He does.
[SPEAKER_08]: I like that they planned out this video and said, here's how it's going to go.
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, and they shot it with multiple angles and in different planes.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it is different planes.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, I didn't catch that.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, because the dick guy is sitting in an orange theme to plane and the guy that's looking for his seat is in a blue and white theme.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's what we call my bad continuity, but it doesn't take away from the product.
[SPEAKER_10]: I didn't notice that I was looking at the sassial expressions.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, so here's a palaclange.
[SPEAKER_10]: You're having another one for you right here.
[SPEAKER_10]: This I believe his last name is Hawkins.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think this is last name.
[SPEAKER_09]: Is he the guy in the wheelchair, the really smart guy, Steven?
[SPEAKER_10]: No, that's Paul's team.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, okay, never mind.
[SPEAKER_10]: I would like to send a dedication out and this the audio people can enjoy.
[SPEAKER_10]: Great.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is a song from a performer on stage live performance.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'd like to dedicate this to Mrs. O'Mara, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: So a role in this song.
[SPEAKER_07]: I've ever done.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_07]: So it's done a song in every time.
[SPEAKER_07]: We're trying to see the home schoolers.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, it's going to get done now.
[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_07]: I need to make a note with that.
[SPEAKER_07]: This is with my Quill Pan, I need to make chicken better.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: Of course, I know I'm sure she's.
[SPEAKER_07]: You have one?
[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_07]: This may be the dumbest song I've ever written.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's pretty new and it's just about real life.
[SPEAKER_07]: So, it's all right.
[UNKNOWN]: I like him.
[SPEAKER_06]: My wife was out for three days to visit her mom.
[SPEAKER_06]: I was supposed to cook and clean while she was gone.
[SPEAKER_06]: Somehow she never buckles under all the demands.
[SPEAKER_06]: I had to know her secret, I had to understand Well I thought it might be coffee but that gives her the shakes It might be soap operas but she says they're too fake It's not the car she drives or what she puts in her hair I realized it's got to be something that she wears Yoga pants
[SPEAKER_06]: She wears them all day, yoga pants, I grow up and work in it, play yoga pants.
[SPEAKER_06]: What's all the fuss?
[SPEAKER_06]: What makes them so special that they keep them from us yoga pants?
[SPEAKER_06]: I love his little d-duhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhdu
[SPEAKER_06]: My wife was out at town and the kids were outside I went into the bedroom and decided I would try Yoga pants So stretchy and thin Yoga pants Feels like my own skin Yoga pants Where you been on my life I've never done yoga But this makes me wanna try
[SPEAKER_07]: So soft and so sweet.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yo, good pants.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, god.
[SPEAKER_07]: This feels good on my cheeks.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yo, good pants.
[SPEAKER_07]: These are the best.
[SPEAKER_07]: If you're waiting for a video, don't hold your breath.
[SPEAKER_07]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
[SPEAKER_09]: beautiful that that you picked it Mike on that little run where he breaks meter that's what makes it especially funny when he does quite do it on rhythm but it's a great notion to Daniel Thurber 77 writes did Carly get backed by a casino you don't get backed back to
[SPEAKER_10]: because, you know, you are allowed to go into a casino.
[SPEAKER_10]: The answer is a hard no, locally.
[SPEAKER_10]: So we got a hard no.
[SPEAKER_10]: Does a rich benefactor take her away?
[SPEAKER_10]: No.
[SPEAKER_10]: And Mike didn't get a electrocuted working on his own electrocult.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, thank God we still have Mike.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you very much.
[SPEAKER_10]: I appreciate that.
[SPEAKER_09]: What did Daniel Thurbers say about like a week of Daniel's thoughts and just put them in one note there?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not sure, but did you say to Daniel Thurber save up his thoughts, is that what you were saying?
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, I just think it was kind of a related to everything we've been dealing with, but welcome to the show.
[SPEAKER_10]: We have not spent enough time talking about something very important to this program and something Joshua Roca has been putting a lot of time and effort into, and that is our brand new app.
[SPEAKER_10]: And with that said, I want to kick it over to Josh because you've been working on this a long time.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's got a lot.
[SPEAKER_10]: It seems like every time you bring it to us, even back behind the scenes, you will talk about new things that are what happened.
[SPEAKER_08]: I keep even though it's been submitted to Apple.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's only going to be on Apple.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's not going to be on Android.
[SPEAKER_09]: Right.
[SPEAKER_08]: That's maybe one day.
[SPEAKER_08]: But right now, you can keep ruling in chat groups with your bubbles.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, so we're going to stick with Apple.
[SPEAKER_09]: Do you like to color blue?
[SPEAKER_08]: Like the color blue pattern features and look, I brought it here to show off.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, because when you go in, it goes to the most recent episode.
[SPEAKER_08]: There it is.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can listen, you can watch, but if we're live when you open it, it goes straight to the live show.
[SPEAKER_08]: And says, hey, what are you going to do now?
[SPEAKER_10]: Go down to the video part now.
[SPEAKER_10]: So you can start watching.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, that's all.
[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, look at that.
[SPEAKER_08]: And you can jump right over to YouTube if you want to join the chat or you can just read the chat right here.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, my making them more famous.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not sure.
[SPEAKER_08]: I like, uh, especially.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, no, Mike, which is not making them famous is giving them access.
[SPEAKER_08]: But you can go to today's show.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can download them.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can go over to episodes and search.
[SPEAKER_10]: And you can get all the episodes on video as well.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can get all the episodes.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can get all the bonus shows.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can get, if you care about Hicks next, you can get that.

[SPEAKER_08]: You can download them.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can play them.
[SPEAKER_08]: You can search for, uh, whatever you want to search for.
[SPEAKER_09]: it's an amazing search and we had a very rudimentary search engine on the website man in the day that is someone who tried to prepare best of for years was useless okay absolutely useless but this search engine is all over the place there is so good right on the front shop Amazon and support team OS you click on that it opens up your Amazon app great given us credit real easy
[SPEAKER_08]: TMLS radio.
[SPEAKER_08]: You hit start radio.
[SPEAKER_08]: It plays random episode after random episode after random episode.
[SPEAKER_08]: So you can just listen to TMLS for all day.
[SPEAKER_08]: Perfect.
[SPEAKER_08]: Perfect for travel to touch it again.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: One of the things we we have no shortage of on this program is content.
[SPEAKER_10]: We have generated content for years and years and years and we're very excited about.
[SPEAKER_08]: This app because it's got everything at your fingertips, which is really here's where we're showcasing all that content with today in TMLS history Where it shows you an episode that came out on this day I love that I don't know if I'm setting a president by reading people giving me shit, but it is funny But Mr.
[SPEAKER_10]: Sticker Wisdom says can we get the Doug and do the interview on the app or is Mike still throwing a fit?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't think a fit was enough.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think a fit was enough.
[SPEAKER_09]: Doug is going on.
[SPEAKER_10]: You're wrong.
[SPEAKER_10]: Now see, don't try to placate me, Rob.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know I threw a fit about it.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, but you didn't throw a fit about the interview.
[SPEAKER_09]: You threw a fit about the way I handled the announcing.
[SPEAKER_10]: I just sometimes, I want to know what's going on.
[SPEAKER_10]: You can get everything.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, if you are then come in here, can we can we interrupt this program for a second to bring in my son?
[SPEAKER_10]: He's going to do an impression for you.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yes, you can do it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Just a second.
[SPEAKER_10]: Robble like it.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, just a second.
[SPEAKER_10]: Do like that.
[SPEAKER_10]: Play to Robble.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is his latest impression.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll say the two words.
[SPEAKER_10]: You say the start.
[SPEAKER_10]: I was going to hear the what I want you to do.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, no, he didn't.
[SPEAKER_09]: He didn't send him the gun.
[SPEAKER_09]: Which one, the lighter gun?
[SPEAKER_09]: The lighter gun.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think Elkids will not send that out.
[SPEAKER_08]: Let's get that out.
[SPEAKER_08]: Is that not that bad?
[SPEAKER_08]: He's perfect.
[SPEAKER_08]: Birthday gift.
[SPEAKER_10]: Have you ordered yours yet, Josh?
[SPEAKER_10]: Not yet.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: You got to talk about it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Don't forget to eat your dinner.
[SPEAKER_10]: Josh, I interrupted you.
[SPEAKER_10]: You're the middle of talking about something else.
[SPEAKER_09]: All kids need this.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_10]: The app did we get everything on the app that you wanted to give my favorite feature of the app.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, very good today in TMOS history.
[SPEAKER_08]: I love that.
[SPEAKER_08]: Where shows you an episode from the past.
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm addicted to I'm addicted to this day in Facebook history.
[SPEAKER_09]: So first thing I look at every morning.
[SPEAKER_09]: So this is a much more tangible media representation of that.
[SPEAKER_09]: It is so cool.
[SPEAKER_10]: And that has everybody that's been purged.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah, like here, 13 years ago.
[SPEAKER_08]: Very king, car seat fun, Zimmerman, wine, and rob swims in Lake Paul.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, yeah, I know exactly what that is because 13 years ago is when I saw him cartony.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I saw Paul at Nationals Park I had amazing seats and I had talked to Robert about it this week is a matter of fact It was like one beaver one of the greatest nights of our lives.
[SPEAKER_09]: It was so great.
[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm six years ago peacock starts today
[SPEAKER_08]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, it's really a time capsule.
[SPEAKER_08]: It would be in sex workers.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, wow.
[SPEAKER_10]: I wonder, I wonder who was on the show when we were talking about that?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_08]: That's interesting.
[SPEAKER_08]: It was years ago.
[SPEAKER_08]: Mike is having a full Canadian detox.
[SPEAKER_08]: Could that be in a detail?
[SPEAKER_09]: I would say you were in Maine because it was summertime.
[SPEAKER_09]: You probably want to be Canada and maybe overdid it.
[SPEAKER_08]: And came back.
[SPEAKER_08]: Details of his international travel,
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I think I might be right.
[SPEAKER_10]: You either saw or I think I went to Quebec City.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, no, you fought a moves.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think I saw dead moves on the side.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, no, that's not a lot of dead moves.
[SPEAKER_09]: And you said it on fire with your lighter gun.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's exactly.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's that's the way that goes.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hold on.
[SPEAKER_10]: I hear something.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_09]: That sounds like Janis Joplin.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think there's a, uh, there's a wacker outside.
[SPEAKER_10]: Is it a wacker?
[SPEAKER_10]: Is it a wacker?
[SPEAKER_10]: It's not a speedwacker.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a weed a wacker.
[SPEAKER_08]: Um, so it's available.
[SPEAKER_08]: to watch or listen.
[SPEAKER_08]: We've got fun things like the radio and the history so you can go all the time.
[SPEAKER_08]: There's content for you.
[SPEAKER_09]: And without spoiling it like there are literally Easter eggs in it that you can discover that are funny.
[SPEAKER_08]: App Store go to the app store and when will it be available for everybody in the you've already submitted it to app.
[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's available August 1st.
[SPEAKER_08]: It has been submitted to Apple.
[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
[SPEAKER_08]: If you are a bonus, remember send me an email and I'll give you a beta copy.
[SPEAKER_08]: OK, all right, very good, very, very exciting.
[SPEAKER_09]: Is it available on VHS?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, if yours is in the mail.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm excited about that.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm really congratulations on really putting forward a great effort on that.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's just the simplicity of it.
[SPEAKER_09]: And doesn't it drive you crazy in the past run of this show?
[SPEAKER_09]: How many people told us the thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars it would cost to build an app?
[SPEAKER_09]: And Josh did one for us.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's amazing.
[SPEAKER_09]: We were we were shut down so many times for people that like bright shiny things that said it's too expensive.
[SPEAKER_09]: We can't have a new app cost too much.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and it's it's, you know, it's really really good stuff.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm working on another app.
[SPEAKER_08]: That's specifically for you.
[SPEAKER_08]: For me, yeah, it's to replace your most painful app.
[SPEAKER_09]: It is an app that you complain about almost on the daily basis.
[SPEAKER_08]: All the time.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, really?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_08]: Really?
[SPEAKER_08]: I should rob a little demo yesterday.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's starting to come together.
[SPEAKER_09]: My mouth watered.
[SPEAKER_09]: It is so sharp and I take it raw will be able to use it as well.
[SPEAKER_10]: Correct.
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm not allowed.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't don't damn it.
[SPEAKER_08]: Come on.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just trying to figure stuff out here.
[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
[SPEAKER_08]: Rob will load everything.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's safe and it'll just automatically show up on yours.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_08]: Unreal.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: God, dang.
[SPEAKER_10]: Wow, good work.
[SPEAKER_10]: I sometimes I'm speechless because of the, you know, the support for this project and, you know, I'm really, really happy.
[SPEAKER_09]: You're always right, Mike, the app is a calculated.
[SPEAKER_08]: It just screws up the numbers.
[SPEAKER_08]: It does.
[SPEAKER_08]: You add them, and it just adds, it does horrible.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's like an office space and Superman thing.
[SPEAKER_08]: It just strips a penny in my way.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right, we have a reference team with a couple of times on the show.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's time for a show in tell.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know if we have any music for show in tell.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, but let's see if we do this.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll play this little clip here.
[SPEAKER_04]: Must have been the class clown.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, I wasn't.
[SPEAKER_10]: There it is.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right, remember I said that I bought my kid, my kid tears through shoes and by the way, he's out of here.
[SPEAKER_10]: The reason he stays so free, he's still growing.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_09]: What size are they now?
[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, 17.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, that's large.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's actually an extra large.
[SPEAKER_10]: He was out the door, and so he didn't stick around, but I will show you, I don't know there's gonna do it justice.
[SPEAKER_10]: I bought him footwear because he goes through it so quickly.
[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
[SPEAKER_10]: I bought him footwear that I would be a little less costly, though when you would get it, if you went into a sports box store.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think we've all been sucked into the bi-cheap.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, shoes.
[SPEAKER_08]: Now.
[SPEAKER_08]: When you look at this, oh, it doesn't look bad.
[SPEAKER_08]: It doesn't look normal.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, because you know why?
[SPEAKER_10]: Because you're not feeling it.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's not, it has no weight.
[SPEAKER_08]: It has no weight whatsoever.
[SPEAKER_08]: Tissue paper.
[SPEAKER_08]: And the like shoes that have no weight.
[SPEAKER_10]: If you look at this styrofoam up close.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, so it's not like a foam rubber.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's more like a styrofoam sole.
[SPEAKER_10]: That sole might appear to be what you would get.
[SPEAKER_10]: And then look at that.
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, that's a brand that's the Chinese character.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's the Chinese new balance.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and does it say on the side fashion or passion, but passion is mispelled?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think it's better.
[SPEAKER_10]: Let me see if I can look at them.
[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe they just need to be broken in.
[SPEAKER_10]: The D.C.L.
[SPEAKER_10]: Or just broken.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, they went on his foot and he said they felt weird.
[SPEAKER_10]: And the thing is they're not made with the real rubber.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you put on a shoe.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, you could take a chunk out of this.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is like the same material you would find.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a slightly spongier what you would find in a cheap cooler you would buy at a 711.
[SPEAKER_09]: I was going to say, like packing material when you buy a component, or like trying to component what's around it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Like seeing a similar to that.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it does.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's the problem.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm communicating something that is the worst team who product I've ever received.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I can't communicate it because look at the soul.
[SPEAKER_10]: The soul looks pretty cool.
[SPEAKER_10]: Doesn't that look pretty cool from my distance?
[SPEAKER_09]: It's great.
[SPEAKER_09]: And you don't have to wear it.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is the amount of rubber that's on here.
[SPEAKER_10]: See that that is a rubber soul.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_10]: And then you look at how much it's just this tiny little piece of it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Everything else is cheaper materials.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I'm just telling you the heft of it.
[SPEAKER_10]: As soon as I lifted it, I said, this is not a sneaker like you would think of as a sneaker.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I have purchased multiple.
[SPEAKER_10]: Multiple.
[SPEAKER_10]: I have.
[SPEAKER_10]: I have purchased multiple golf shoes from this company and been very obsessed with it.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think that it's not a team who issue as much as it is a manufacturing issue because I'm sure there are many manufacturers that feed team who machine.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_09]: So the golf shoes are obviously better, but do you know how our neighbors to the North Mike and Baltimore would describe the construction as star fun?
[SPEAKER_10]: star foam it's just and it and it's now here's a different painted same material same logo is that another pair of shoes or is another pair I bought them for I got four for like a little under 30 bucks I've been for seven for four pair for cheaper than the price of one I think you are in America I got to cost less than four dollars I got two pair of star foam
[SPEAKER_10]: They might be good for like, you can't do that with a real running shoe.
[SPEAKER_08]: No.
[SPEAKER_08]: Can you walk on water with the styrofoam?
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I don't know if it floats.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's like the old Dave Letten boats, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, doesn't float.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: So you would need a bro float if you wanted to wear those.
[SPEAKER_10]: And by the way, I've my golf shoes.
[SPEAKER_10]: I the the joy with my golf shoes are multi-fold.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: But Mike and he said the thing about when you buy something you're so happy with your golf shoes Does the ecstasy of the golf shoe spill over to soften the disappointment of the star The golf shoes is matched by the ecstasy of the sunglasses
[SPEAKER_10]: Are those the X to C of the sunglasses is matched by the X to C of the reading glasses.
[SPEAKER_09]: See, as a rule, you're batting high.
[SPEAKER_09]: You got a high batting average with Timo.
[SPEAKER_08]: There was something with the with the with this shoes and you're not going to be done with Timo.
[SPEAKER_08]: You also had the lights, the lights were a fail also.
[SPEAKER_10]: They were a fail, and not as big a fail as this.
[SPEAKER_10]: The lights went into my yard, lasted for about three days.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I will tell you that the next product coming, not from the Timo company, but from the Baba Ali company.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: The Baba Ali company is sending me, and if that is a win, and I'll know right away.
[SPEAKER_10]: I will know right away.
[SPEAKER_10]: If that is a win,
[SPEAKER_10]: that is a life changer for me because it will take one of my favorite hobbies buying moderately priced watches.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, and it will slash the price by by three quarters.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's going to come and be like one of those watches and like a kid's goody bag.
[SPEAKER_08]: I got a party.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't think it is.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think, you know, I'll give you an example.
[SPEAKER_10]: What I'm talking about here.
[SPEAKER_09]: Could you buy several to move watches moderately placed to low price to move watch?
[SPEAKER_10]: It's not a team of it's Baba Ali.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: If you were to buy the song but Pink Floyd.
[UNKNOWN]: Of course.
[SPEAKER_09]: I do, it's a matter of fact.
[SPEAKER_09]: If you were to buy several Baba watches, yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: Could you?
[SPEAKER_09]: Take them apart and reassemble them and make a super watch with all the parts.
[SPEAKER_09]: The, it's funny you bring that up because you, I don't know, I don't know if you're trying to be funny or not.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm curious.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm curious.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm curious.
[SPEAKER_10]: The, how do I describe this?
[SPEAKER_10]: I think they're called Frankenstein watches where you will get components.
[SPEAKER_10]: uh... out of legitimate watch companies right a Rolex a Rolex Frankenstein will be a Rolex that on the exterior resembles a certain Rolex but it is it is manufactured so that there are cheaper components from cheaper Rolexes
[SPEAKER_09]: In that watch, McCann are they always Rolex parts or could you put it to be any what they do that.
[SPEAKER_10]: They do that.
[SPEAKER_10]: They call them Frankenstein's and you know, the real watch purist will tell you that is something you don't do.
[SPEAKER_10]: Now right here, I hold in my hand, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: A, I would call this a moderately priced.
[SPEAKER_10]: Watch.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's one of your favorites, isn't it?
[SPEAKER_09]: You've shown that.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, this is that this is that I had a real one for a while.
[SPEAKER_10]: I sold it because I didn't like it.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is a brand called Orient.
[SPEAKER_10]: And this is what I would call it as the stock.
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm up with that name.
[SPEAKER_09]: The company in Asia where they're made Bob I did, Mike.
[SPEAKER_10]: Riley O'Bub, this I got from a common manufacturer online that sells this line.
[SPEAKER_10]: These watches are, I would guess anywhere from $300 to $400.
[SPEAKER_10]: Maybe from $250 to $400.
[SPEAKER_10]: When you're talking about these kind of watches, they have the good steel, the good quality steel.
[SPEAKER_10]: They're definitely, what are you showing?
[SPEAKER_10]: What is that?
[SPEAKER_08]: They look good on the Alibaba site.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's not good.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, no, no, no, no, don't take that down.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, how dare you, John?
[SPEAKER_09]: Take that down.
[SPEAKER_10]: Don't let your $6.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, no, no.
[SPEAKER_10]: This, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: No.
[SPEAKER_09]: God, take it the amount of shoes you could buy was $6.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is the brand I'm talking about.
[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_09]: Likewise, Mike, for a watch collector, Windows A low priced watch, at what price point does it become a moderately priced watch?
[SPEAKER_10]: A low price watch would be a let's say strictly automatic watches a low price watch automatic watch would be about 150 bucks.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: A moderate place the automatic watch would be a watch anywhere from $200 to $400 and then you get into the you know the the upscale brands and anywhere $500 in above and they go up to you know a million two million three million dollars on that but this.
[SPEAKER_10]: is the brand I'm talking about and so so here is that just let me hear me out here for a second what i'm saying about this now this is not uh yes i don't know how to express okay that's your watch right that's not though that that's i didn't get that from allie express but no that's the one you're holding in your hand and that would be not anywhere that would be i don't know if it's a knockoff
[SPEAKER_10]: That's the thing because it's got I, you know, I'm going to have to see it to find that out, okay?
[SPEAKER_10]: It looks like 50 $50 to $60 is the price right, 50 to $70 is the price right.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll let you know, I took a stab at one of them and, you know, the thing about these watches is that
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a cheap enough watch in and of itself that from that part of the world, I want to see, you know, what happens?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm pretty sure I'm about 80% sure that it'll be some sort of knockoff.
[SPEAKER_09]: And it works.
[SPEAKER_09]: And United States time zones?
[UNKNOWN]: Shut up.
[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't have the info in front of me.
[SPEAKER_10]: What?
[SPEAKER_10]: Huh?
[SPEAKER_10]: Shut up.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_09]: They still have 12 hours.
[SPEAKER_10]: But yeah, I assume here's the only thing all right, but what does this a bumper sticker says next segment Mike is going to show off Carlos Cubic's Reconi American collection beautiful, though you're in a far different quality area Cubic's Reconi can be expensive that can be that can be quality stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: Just plastic.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah You can also grow you're kind of in a lab.
[SPEAKER_10]: You can't grow a watch no those are lab grown diamonds
[SPEAKER_09]: You can't go on in a lab too.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't, I think Zürt Zirconia is a man-made.
[SPEAKER_09]: OK.
[SPEAKER_09]: But either way, you can't just...
[SPEAKER_09]: The whole thing is wrong.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's apparently as lab grown and natural, right?
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not a jeweler.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: Love to get one of those guys on.
[SPEAKER_10]: Try to reach out to that lady.
[SPEAKER_10]: Remember the godmother, the godmother.
[SPEAKER_10]: We did any response ever from the godmother when we reached out and tried to get a book or on the show, you know?
[SPEAKER_10]: She's no Larry Pennington.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll tell you that.
[SPEAKER_10]: Larry was on it.
[SPEAKER_10]: So my feeling is this, Josh and I would welcome your feedback.
[SPEAKER_10]: My feeling is these watches are so cheap to start with that I think that it would be very difficult to knock them off and have them be dramatically different.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, would that be right?
[SPEAKER_08]: If the street price is 50 to 60 bucks.
[SPEAKER_08]: Precisely, it's not worth knocking off.
[SPEAKER_10]: But I will also tell you, I've had this watch for a long time.
[SPEAKER_10]: Keeps great time.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's very solid.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's got some good weight to it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Some good have to enjoy the watch.
[SPEAKER_10]: And that's all there is to it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I like what I like.
[SPEAKER_10]: I like dry watches that aren't top of the line.
[SPEAKER_09]: Our Ronnie and Zed still with us or have they passed.
[SPEAKER_10]: Is it the services?
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, because they would be right.
[SPEAKER_09]: I could talk about it.
[SPEAKER_10]: We please explain to our world wide audience what you're Right, we have it.
[SPEAKER_09]: We have our large base your microscopic world will you please set Exactly, we've got a huge for what's in Washington, DC and nervous diamond is a big deal.
[SPEAKER_09]: I thought nervous diamonds was a national brand They may have gone national, but I know that they used to know it's not
[SPEAKER_09]: all over the all over the uh... dc area but their experts i mean i know that they would go in wouldn't they buy their own diamonds we would do so as we would do that that's what the ads would say yeah
[SPEAKER_10]: We had an apartheid era bit that we did behind the scenes about how Ronnie Purpose was this despicable, like diamond-mind owner that didn't care if his workers died and all of that.
[SPEAKER_09]: It was, as it was described in the mod.
[SPEAKER_09]: And they are still with us.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, both of them, that's great.
[SPEAKER_08]: And they like Darcio.
[SPEAKER_08]: They do like Darcio, where are you never really good people?
[SPEAKER_08]: They were raised and educated in the Diamond Center of South Africa.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, good for them.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_08]: They're South Africans.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Of course.
[SPEAKER_10]: They're good to of course.
[SPEAKER_10]: Like everybody knows that.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_09]: They are great.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's right.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's what our president would say.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, it's big of that.
[SPEAKER_10]: Speaking of that, we'll have some tidbits with our press coming up here in more fun.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'd like to read.
[SPEAKER_09]: He's up to no good.

[SPEAKER_10]: Hit the music.
[SPEAKER_10]: We're ready to go.
[SPEAKER_09]: This is a segment we like to call tidbits where you round up the talk of the town and national news.
[SPEAKER_09]: And you share it with the people so we can all be on the same bait water cooler talk.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thanks for the intro, Rob.
[SPEAKER_10]: I really appreciate it.
[SPEAKER_09]: You pick up with slow, but the information will be valid.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thanks so much.
[SPEAKER_10]: Let me just say what a great SAD intro that was.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_10]: Much appreciated.
[SPEAKER_10]: The Middle East remains on edge after another round of military action between the US and Iran, Iran has launched missiles toward US military facilities in the region following American strikes on Iranian missile and drone sites.
[SPEAKER_10]: World leaders are calling for restraint.
[SPEAKER_10]: as concerns grow that the conflict could disrupt shipping through the straight of hormones.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hormos!
[SPEAKER_10]: By the way, the straight of hormones, if you don't know, handles about 20% of the world's oil supplies.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Even the possibility of a prolonged conflict has already sent energy prices higher.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, great.
[SPEAKER_09]: We'll be paying more for gasoline, huh?
[SPEAKER_09]: It's really weird.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's almost like the people that sell us our gasoline are jumping on this and using it as an excuse to raise prices prematurely.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's just me.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, that's how they get you.
[SPEAKER_10]: you never know it's frustrating.
[SPEAKER_10]: I, you know, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_10]: I have something about it every day because I think it's a war.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think we're in a war and we should be all learning about it.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's not a war.
[SPEAKER_09]: The war is over and we want it.
[SPEAKER_09]: He said it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: Wall Street moved higher after a surprisingly encouraging inflation report showed that prices are continuing to cool.
[SPEAKER_10]: Core inflation posted its first monthly decline in more than six years, giving if there it goes down in giving investors hope that the federal reserve may hold off on additional interest rate hikes this year.
[SPEAKER_10]: Strong earnings from several major banks also helped lift the markets, although IBM shares fell sharply after disappointing investors with its latest results.
[SPEAKER_10]: So, look.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm all for it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yay Ra Ra.
[SPEAKER_10]: Congratulations.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not giving anybody credit or blaming anybody.
[SPEAKER_10]: I just, I'm glad when we get any good news whatsoever.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'll take it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Nice to have.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, fine, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: Speaking of, you know, release the pressure.
[SPEAKER_10]: The pressure to release more of the Jeffrey Epstein files continues to build in D.C. House Speaker Mike Johnson has joined lawmakers from both parties calling for more documents to be made public.
[SPEAKER_10]: The issue has been reignited again and it's been reigniting questions about who may have been associated with Epstein and whether the public has seen the complete record of the investigation
[SPEAKER_10]: of the White House do either one of you expect that we will ever see any more information until he's gone.
[SPEAKER_08]: No.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, I don't even think we'll see more when he's gone.
[SPEAKER_08]: You think it's done?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I think I don't think there is anything.
[SPEAKER_08]: I think that they cleaned up and hid whatever there was.
[SPEAKER_08]: You think it's been washed away and there's nothing to find.
[SPEAKER_08]: I think it was washed away 15 years ago.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think there's still stuff to be found.
[SPEAKER_09]: And I do think it will come to light, but it's going to be years.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: Look, I don't share my sources with this show very often, because I like to bring the information back to the island.
[SPEAKER_10]: No, there's no, I have not charged, but I do have a source that has.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I'll get right to it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I have two words for you.
[SPEAKER_10]: Mario Lopez.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Absolutely.
[SPEAKER_10]: There you go.
[SPEAKER_09]: And I believe one of the things that Michael doesn't hate.
[SPEAKER_09]: And Michael and one of the things Mike Johnson might be using your fake name.
[SPEAKER_09]: Sounds like a DJ named to me.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, we're staying under Mike Johnson.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, my name is Mike Johnson.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is Mrs. Johnson.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, there you go.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is my brother.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, Taylor.
[SPEAKER_09]: Just also named my Johnson Mike Johnson.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is it.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is, uh, it's Mike and Mel.
[SPEAKER_10]: This is Mel Johnson.
[SPEAKER_10]: Taylor Swift is getting praise.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, how about that?
[SPEAKER_10]: She needs more.
[SPEAKER_10]: Everybody.
[SPEAKER_10]: But this is cool.
[SPEAKER_10]: If she did it, you know, in the world, she travels in.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, this is fine.
[SPEAKER_10]: Look, I know because they're happy and they're rich.
[SPEAKER_10]: And they're successful.
[SPEAKER_10]: And she's a massive pop star.
[SPEAKER_10]: We Americans love to hate, hate, hate, hate.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's what we do best.
[SPEAKER_10]: Taylor Swift is getting praise for something that happened off camera.
[SPEAKER_10]: Graham Norton.
[SPEAKER_10]: great show in Britain, great show in the UK.
[SPEAKER_10]: He revealed that when Swift made a last minute appearance on his talk show, producers planned to remove other guests to make room for her, Swift refused to let that happen in insisting that everyone stay on the couch, which is really one of the great things about the Graham Norton show is that they have everybody.
[SPEAKER_10]: hang out out there, and I like it's like an old school talk show, Graham Norton said it's just one example of why she has a reputation for treating people with kindness despite being one of the biggest stars in the world.
[SPEAKER_10]: So that's true.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think it's my favorite talk show is Graham Johnson.
[SPEAKER_10]: And his brother, Melon, and the speaker, Mike.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and Ted Johnson, who runs the orchestra for that talk show.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, this is not in the news, but I will ask both of you.
[SPEAKER_10]: What's say, yeah, about Mitch McConnell?
[SPEAKER_10]: I heard that Mike, another Mike, I think it was, is it another?
[SPEAKER_10]: I think his, I don't know what his name is.
[SPEAKER_10]: A Republican Congressman who said,
[SPEAKER_10]: he believes that the photograph they showed of him with his wife in the, you know, sitting there with a button down.
[SPEAKER_10]: Sure.
[SPEAKER_10]: May have been an old picture.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: Who believes anything anymore?
[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, I saw a picture of Mitch McConnell with Elvis and Jim Morrison.
[SPEAKER_09]: That looked more realistic than the picture of him and is the photo he looks like a muppet.
[SPEAKER_08]: And then they conveniently slide the newspaper in so you can see the date.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, and it's just put this newspaper there.
[SPEAKER_10]: And they've speculated that if you look at the picture closely, his hand kind of blends into the newspaper, like it's been so totally Photoshopped with that.
[SPEAKER_09]: But you know, I've never seen him in person, but I always envisioned his actual skin color to be that of newsprint.
[SPEAKER_09]: Just sort of an awful light.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that newsprint with a layer of a melted wax candle over it.
[SPEAKER_10]: look at the answer at the end of rate is a long story there we go all right so see how the fingers kind of
[SPEAKER_10]: just go in the stop.
[SPEAKER_09]: And his wife hand is sort of disappearing.
[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
[SPEAKER_08]: The hand behind his back, the way he's sitting now, the way he's wearing a polo shirt in a hospital.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, button down in a hospital.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, so many weird things.
[SPEAKER_10]: And he's in a hospital chair and not a bed.
[SPEAKER_10]: Those chairs are great.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's a chair is a great.
[SPEAKER_10]: Two many pillows.
[SPEAKER_10]: I know, so, well, I just, you know, talk amongst yourselves and figure it out.
[SPEAKER_10]: I have no idea whether it's true or not true.
[SPEAKER_09]: I would love to see him, Josh, in the revamped carousel of progress.
[SPEAKER_09]: It doesn't even work.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, a Florida man is facing charges after Deputy say he was caught on video, firing fireworks out of a moving car on Interstate 95.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's not safe.
[SPEAKER_10]: By minute from my home.
[SPEAKER_10]: That was the greatest hitters.
[SPEAKER_10]: Say the fireworks shot across traffic.
[SPEAKER_10]: Landed in the median and came dangerously close to other vehicles.
[SPEAKER_10]: Sheriff's deputies Florida Sheriff's deputies That's I used helicopter video to help identify the car and now the driver is learning that the fourth of July celebration may last a lot longer in court
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, now we're having a competition, now we're really having some sort of competition.
[SPEAKER_09]: I always say Mike, if you're going to fire your firework out of your car park it, don't do it while it's driving.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's not safe, you're all over to the shoulder, and you're doing it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's enough for that.
[SPEAKER_09]: It is.
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm sorry about that guy out of hand.
[SPEAKER_09]: Two weeks after the fourth is the worst, you know, if I haven't taken the opportunity to say it happy birthday America 250 250 looks good on you.
[SPEAKER_10]: Is that a boy?
[SPEAKER_10]: Why are we gonna get there?
[SPEAKER_04]: This is stupid show
[SPEAKER_09]: that it's going to leave a scratch of my Hyundai Alantra.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, all right, let me get back to where I was, I lost my plate.
[SPEAKER_10]: That won't happen.
[SPEAKER_10]: I won't lose my place when Josh does the new one.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_10]: Finally, today, ladies and gentlemen, this is a final story that I have for you.
[SPEAKER_10]: An art museum has created one of the strangest exhibits of the year by spreading enough peanut
[SPEAKER_10]: Did you have a video of this?
[SPEAKER_10]: We had some video, but we didn't have the back story on it, so I'm curious.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I doubled up sometimes on this.
[SPEAKER_10]: The visitors that came to this were invited to walk through the installation.
[SPEAKER_08]: Is that mean the shoes got covered in peanut butter?
[SPEAKER_10]: Was there where they invited to walk through the peanut butter?
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, they were all provided with a pair of shoes from Timo.
[SPEAKER_10]: The artist says, Here we go.
[SPEAKER_09]: Here comes John.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: But the artist says it's designed to make people think about consumerism.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: Sure.
[SPEAKER_10]: Wase.
[SPEAKER_10]: And our relationship with food.
[SPEAKER_10]: So I guess you weren't trying to choose to walk through it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Most people, however, just asking the same question, where's the jelly?
[SPEAKER_04]: Would you please pass the jelly?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm asked the question, can AI find me better new to school?
[SPEAKER_10]: Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, we will take a picture of Peter Pahn, or might have been Jeff.
[SPEAKER_10]: I prefer, I think, Jeff is my peanut butter of choice.
[SPEAKER_10]: Jeff is pretty good.
[SPEAKER_09]: I grew up on Peter Pahn, though.
[SPEAKER_10]: Peter Pahn, paid luck on.
[SPEAKER_08]: I like skipie.
[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, she too.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, that's because it was Nick, man.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hopefully, crunchy.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, skipie.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, skipie, we'll take it.
[SPEAKER_10]: We'll step out.
[SPEAKER_10]: We're really not because I'm here.
[SPEAKER_10]: So when you're there right I promise that I will not mess up this spot today I promise that I will read it perfectly because I am a professional here.
[SPEAKER_10]: We go live because this is a new sponsor

[SPEAKER_10]: I wrote letters and letters and letters and letters.
[SPEAKER_10]: I said, don't make it great value, make it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I really wanted them to use a still-picture of demone.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I wanted the brand to be, isn't this great?
[SPEAKER_10]: That's what I wanted it to be.
[SPEAKER_09]: I mean, make sure of the guy from Fast Times.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, yeah, the guy that was, you know, D'Mone, yeah, many more times.
[SPEAKER_09]: Where in the scarf with the piano keys on it?
[SPEAKER_10]: This is great.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so Rob has been coming in for a couple of days now discussing a particular film.
[SPEAKER_10]: But he said, we all need to watch.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it's an interesting title.
[SPEAKER_09]: or something.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, it doesn't.
[SPEAKER_09]: As a matter of fact, I first saw the trailer, Monday, attached to something on Netflix.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's the first I'd seen of it.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think it has a running time yet.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think it has a rating yet.
[SPEAKER_09]: They put a trailer out.
[SPEAKER_09]: I looked at it on IMDB.
[SPEAKER_09]: The information is vague.
[SPEAKER_09]: You're going to love the cast.
[SPEAKER_09]: But here is the one sentence explanation of what this movie is.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's called digger, like someone with a shovel.
[SPEAKER_09]: Digger digger.
[SPEAKER_09]: The most powerful man in the world embarks on a frantic mission to prove he is humanity's savior.
[SPEAKER_09]: before the disaster he's unleashed destroys everything and it's a it's a Tom Cruise movie but Tom Cruise is not playing the typical Tom Cruise looking pretty does that periodically he departs from the action hero the trailer before this one
[SPEAKER_08]: that they put out was just Tom Cruise, like iconic scenes, from all of his movies.
[SPEAKER_08]: So they went and got the rights to every movie he was in and just showcased Tom Cruise to Tease Digger.
[SPEAKER_10]: So I sent Josh this morning, a trailer from Digger.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a scene that takes place on a plane.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I was the first video I think I sent you this morning Josh and let's let's take a quick peek at it I'm trying to get Josh hit on the bit here.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, yeah, let's roll up
[SPEAKER_04]: Sorry, I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_09]: When they're that, it's called a teaser trailer.
[SPEAKER_10]: The teaser trailer.
[SPEAKER_09]: And I just noticed upon my seventh viewing of it, had you noticed the shoes that the gentleman in the aisle was wearing?
[SPEAKER_09]: Nope.
[SPEAKER_09]: Josh, let's look at it one more time.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh no, not another one.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I want you to see the shoes on the guys that stand here.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, there we go.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, the shoes that the guy walking away is wearing.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, oh, I noticed that right away.
[SPEAKER_09]: I just noticed it.
[SPEAKER_10]: You just noticed the shoes that have to put the bed.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I was looking at the other house.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right, so what is the theme of Tigger?
[SPEAKER_10]: What is the theme of Tigger?
[SPEAKER_08]: Why don't we start with the trailer?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, let's look at the trailer, okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm game.
[SPEAKER_05]: Mm-hmm.
[SPEAKER_05]: Eerie, changes.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know, one day you're a cat, just take a little taste for daddy.
[SPEAKER_05]: Come on sweetheart.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, bro, King.
[SPEAKER_05]: Next day you just passes in the box.
[SPEAKER_05]: How long would you say she has between two weeks, five minutes?
[SPEAKER_05]: It's a rock well.
[SPEAKER_05]: My name is Sandy Clarkson.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, Sandy.
[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, everybody.
[SPEAKER_05]: You're the man with five foot crap.
[SPEAKER_05]: Now, Glacier over there in Greenland, it shifts by feet.
[SPEAKER_05]: Now, this desk in front of me is bigger than five feet.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm the Mr. Rockwell.
[SPEAKER_05]: My deck is a tenth of that, sir.
[SPEAKER_05]: So, you want me to shut down to billion dollar platform over some, it's ten times a size of my deck.
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't believe you understand what's happening, sir.
[SPEAKER_05]: What did you just say?
[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, sir.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I know perfectly well what's going on there.
[SPEAKER_05]: Because I'm paying for the whole thing.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm paying for your fucking 90% on Gary Goose Down winner, Jacket.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm paying your salary.
[SPEAKER_05]: You want to shut it down?
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, let's say it!
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr. President, quick, utterly unprotected against the disaster of this magnitude.
[SPEAKER_04]: What's our worst case scenario?
[SPEAKER_04]: 18 trillion dollars.
[SPEAKER_04]: Is that all the bad fucking news?
[SPEAKER_04]: There's the nuclear race, too.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, no!
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no!
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no!
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no!
[SPEAKER_04]: One, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two, three, two
[SPEAKER_05]: to get control, of course, the nature is we could control the nerve.
[SPEAKER_04]: But it happened.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mother Nature, she loved it!
[SPEAKER_04]: He's gonna save the world.
[SPEAKER_04]: Ah, fellas, mother nature wants to find it.
[SPEAKER_05]: Is he okay?
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr. President.
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr. President?
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr. President?
[SPEAKER_05]: Hmm.
[SPEAKER_04]: Fuck it's not a word.
[SPEAKER_04]: Look at that!
[SPEAKER_05]: They already know the story, they know the facts, the story, but yet to be told.
[SPEAKER_05]: We're all on the rails.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they're going to truth.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know the hard truth.
[SPEAKER_05]: Just bang, bang, bang, woo!
[SPEAKER_05]: Woo!
[UNKNOWN]: Falling down now!
[SPEAKER_05]: Big quets tomorrow.
[SPEAKER_05]: That feels good, Dennis.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's my girl.
[SPEAKER_09]: There's no doubt in my mind that Tom Cruise is a movie star.
[SPEAKER_09]: One of the biggest that's still working.
[SPEAKER_09]: But I'm not a tremendous fan.
[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe I love John Goodman.
[SPEAKER_09]: And I think for John Goodman's entire career, he's made great choices.
[SPEAKER_10]: He has, there is potential, would you hold up on the chances movie could be a ball of sock as well.
[SPEAKER_09]: Absolutely, but it does look different than anything I've seen on the screen in a while.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, and I will I will drop this name so get ready for the third.
[SPEAKER_09]: We were covering a Super Bowl and it was one of the ones where the half time show was The reunited blues brothers and they made John Goodman be a blues brother in it and he was ducking press like crazy.
[SPEAKER_09]: Right
[SPEAKER_09]: and I found him in the corner of the hotel and I sat next to him and politely introduced myself.
[SPEAKER_09]: He was so engaging and nice to me.
[SPEAKER_09]: He's a genuinely good guy.
[SPEAKER_09]: He had a real conversation with me and I then this is 20 years ago at least.
[SPEAKER_09]: I said, you make such great choices in what you do and he said, you know, I do my best to do that.
[SPEAKER_09]: So if he's involved in this
[SPEAKER_10]: he's doing great so many different things and he really has and successfully will we'll see
[SPEAKER_08]: for you to be intrigued but have no clue what's going on.
[SPEAKER_10]: And not I have no clue as to whether it'll be a good movie or not by looking at that trailer.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know why this popped into my head when we're talking about what obviously involves the president and politics and stuff like that.
[SPEAKER_10]: But you know, you know, my happy Valley crew, right?
[SPEAKER_10]: The red wave down
[SPEAKER_10]: there, the guys that bust my balls mercilessly, they've gotten used to me.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm used to them and it's how did they put it?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm sitting there with like three or four guys and and what am I saying?
[SPEAKER_10]: No, you want to bring it up for you?
[SPEAKER_10]: I said, what do you guys talking about?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know, the grand platinum thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh boy, which I think was funny, just the fact that, you know, I mean, you want to bring it up?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't want to bring it up.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: It was kind of funny, because they were chomping at the bit to talk about mine.
[SPEAKER_10]: I wish that my friend who was ceremoniously dropped is the candidate in Maine.
[SPEAKER_09]: I wish John Goodman hadn't lost all of the weight out of his face.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's a little scary looking.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, it's the, it's a, as someone who has this.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, but I mean, it's, it's a whole thing that happens when you're fat.
[SPEAKER_10]: And when you're fat, it stretches your skin.
[SPEAKER_10]: Period.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's better than pulling it back.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, like he would do, yeah, and pull it back.
[SPEAKER_08]: It never looks good.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hi.
[SPEAKER_10]: How you doing?
[SPEAKER_10]: Eh?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm an Omeris so that when I do this, I still have a double chin.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know it's great.
[SPEAKER_09]: Like you can pull back enough skin to actually make another Omeris.
[SPEAKER_09]: Just a little one.
[SPEAKER_10]: What are you going to do with your skin?
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm going to donate it to science and they're going to make a delicious toastata.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm going to get a coverage Jupiter with it.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's fascinating.
[SPEAKER_10]: We'll check out the video.
[SPEAKER_09]: You know what?
[SPEAKER_09]: I'll say this.
[SPEAKER_09]: I hope it's good.
[SPEAKER_08]: We need a reason to go to the theater and tomorrow is when Odyssey comes out.
[SPEAKER_08]: The big, uh, no, no, no, no, I look forward to that.
[SPEAKER_10]: I really do.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not a great.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm not a Greek mythology guy.
[SPEAKER_09]: Are you like everything good home or wrote?
[SPEAKER_09]: I am a big fan.
[SPEAKER_09]: It was, it was an academic exercise.
[SPEAKER_08]: But it's fun to have a huge movie like that.
[SPEAKER_08]: That everyone sees.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it's in some way maybe we'll stimulate people to study that, which is a fascinating thing to study.
[SPEAKER_10]: We will see.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm going to try to go see it with my kid and, you know, we'll check it out.
[SPEAKER_09]: Speaking of a reason to go to the theater.
[SPEAKER_09]: I don't know if you saw it in a theater, but did you ever watch even at home on a streamer?
[SPEAKER_09]: Did you watch Hail Mary?
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm curious if you want the the Ryan Gosling movie.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, no, but today who was talking about who did I talk to that was talking about God I forgot I would Was I watching television when the somebody recommended it said you read the book and you like the movie I love the movie the movie was great
[SPEAKER_09]: I watched the movie for an hour, gave up on it, gave it another try, and watched the whole movie.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, and I couldn't... My barber!
[SPEAKER_10]: My barber!
[SPEAKER_10]: Raved about it!
[SPEAKER_10]: Raved about it in the barber chair today.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_10]: Kevin.
[SPEAKER_09]: Hi, Kevin.
[SPEAKER_09]: I was so underwhelmed by it.
[SPEAKER_09]: I just didn't speak to me at all.
[SPEAKER_09]: Really?
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I'm curious to know what you think about it.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I'm on a sci-fi kick now with Plurabus late to the party on Plurabus and watching that because it's just, you know, it's Vince Gilligan anything he does is fantastic.
[SPEAKER_10]: So, uh, you know, the breaking bad guy is, you know, this is a, yeah, yeah, phenomenal.
[SPEAKER_10]: So, uh, I'll check it out, uh, Josh recommends it and you didn't, you didn't care for it.
[SPEAKER_09]: No, and I tried.
[SPEAKER_09]: I really didn't try.
[SPEAKER_09]: I just couldn't do it.
[SPEAKER_09]: And Carrie couldn't get out of her phone.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, we're watching.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
[SPEAKER_08]: Go ahead, Josh.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's well, it's space, maybe.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, Michael, probably like it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Debbie does Dallas from our friend, Mr. Thurber over here.

[SPEAKER_10]: First two movies I ever rented on beta max.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's how old this story is on Golden Pond and Debbie does Dallas.
[SPEAKER_09]: Now, did you, was it the on golden pond with Henry Fonda or the dirty version of on golden pond with John Leslie, where they played golden and quotation marks?

[SPEAKER_08]: There's a piece of chain, apparently it's across the nation, and they are going out of business, or they're at least shutting down like 70 stores, and trying not to completely go out of business.
[SPEAKER_08]: Not unusual, and I was celebrating yesterday, because when I first moved to Florida, I had never heard of this chain.
[SPEAKER_08]: And I decided, well, you know, when you move into a house, you don't have anything in your home, yet, so your order pizza.
[SPEAKER_08]: So I went locked and I said, well, I've never heard of this place.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's right down the street.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's called Papa Murphy's.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, you say that's a contradiction right there, you know, I mean, you're you're why the Irish name.
[SPEAKER_10]: What's going on for pizza?
[SPEAKER_08]: Come on.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, say my serve alcohol too.
[SPEAKER_08]: So I call them at this point, and I order two pizzas, and I tell them what I want on the pizza.
[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you for calling, mister.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, God.
[SPEAKER_08]: And no problem.
[SPEAKER_08]: Order was great.
[SPEAKER_08]: Papa, Papa, my purpose.
[SPEAKER_08]: wrong.
[SPEAKER_08]: But here's where Papa Murphy's falls apart for me.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, was it a delivery place or a pickup place?
[SPEAKER_09]: It was a pickup place.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: Which I don't mind.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't like delivery because they tack on delivery fee.
[SPEAKER_08]: Sure tip and gas charge and all this stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: Hello, Papa Murphy's breadsticks and pizza can we help you?
[SPEAKER_09]: Hi, is this Mr. Murphy?
[SPEAKER_10]: Hello there, yes it is.
[SPEAKER_09]: I was hoping I could get a large pizza with corn beef and potatoes on it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, now you're mocking me and that's fake in words.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll come to your house and I'll punch your Lloyds out.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's what I'll do.
[SPEAKER_10]: Goodbye.
[SPEAKER_09]: Find me first.
[SPEAKER_10]: Ah, yeah, fuel.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you and your family, Stu.
[SPEAKER_08]: So they tell me on the phone the pizza will be ready in five minutes, all right, and I say that's really fast That's impressive that they don't have it ready because they I told him top and some stuff was out like it was just Just cheese so anyway I go there.
[SPEAKER_08]: The birds The bag I go there They hand in to me and when they hand it to me after I pay is when I realize what's wrong with pop a Murphy's
[SPEAKER_08]: You call them.
[SPEAKER_08]: You order your pizza or you go online and order your pizza and they make it for you.
[SPEAKER_08]: They just don't cook it for you.
[SPEAKER_08]: They give it to you cold.
[SPEAKER_08]: Do you have to take it home and cook it?
[SPEAKER_08]: They give it to you uncooked.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_08]: Is the pizza dough like stretchy raw dough?
[SPEAKER_08]: It's like a pizza you would buy at the grocery store, like the ones that are not in the freezer section, like a deli pizza.
[SPEAKER_08]: The deli pizza?
[SPEAKER_10]: Like you would get a Costco.
[SPEAKER_10]: nailed it exactly.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the one where it's in a box, but it's raw.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, exactly.
[SPEAKER_08]: Completely raw.
[SPEAKER_08]: You have to go home and take it and then bake it.
[SPEAKER_08]: And they are they advertise against dominoes and everything.
[SPEAKER_08]: but they don't bake it and I never heard of such a thing.
[SPEAKER_10]: Did you find the pizza once you cooked it to be satisfactory?
[SPEAKER_10]: The... Public's pizza's better.
[SPEAKER_08]: If you want.
[SPEAKER_08]: The deli grocery store pizza's better.
[SPEAKER_09]: What's the price point?
[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody here says, taken bake, is that... Is that perhaps a slogan they have?
[SPEAKER_10]: That's their slogan, taken bake.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, that's a I knew a thief back in my hometown in the Connecticut that actually referred to that when he would steal weed off of I remember him.
[SPEAKER_08]: No, and they're expensive.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's like 15 16 bucks a pizza and they're not baking it for him Shit on them.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't call it for that.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's the worst pizza place ever and I'm so glad they're going out of business.
[SPEAKER_10]: Wow, that's really very uncrushed in a view though
[SPEAKER_08]: I think, but you're not a Christian, so you don't bake might be on Christian as well.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Go and do it and take it.
[SPEAKER_09]: Look, have you pie eating it without baking it?
[SPEAKER_10]: Can we establish this?
[SPEAKER_10]: Can we establish this?
[SPEAKER_10]: And this is for, uh, part of John's Domino's little Caesar's all of them.
[SPEAKER_10]: There's nothing that will compare.
[SPEAKER_10]: on any level of these change will never compare to the mom and pop pizzeria yeah correct that that that that that kicks ass and there are some and they're probably some of every town right are are just closed and where you are tated now because we have to find a new pizza place
[SPEAKER_10]: Really, and that's the thing, it's difficult in this day and age.
[SPEAKER_10]: I would imagine to run a mom and pop everything, right?
[SPEAKER_09]: We have one good one in Lee'sburg that is outstanding.
[SPEAKER_09]: And then if we have to go to a chain, we go to, we go to Boscag's favorite pizza place.
[SPEAKER_09]: Lito, Lito, that's a joke.
[SPEAKER_08]: It is a chain, local, they change, but pretty good.
[SPEAKER_08]: Lito's my favorite pizza.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, the good song.
[SPEAKER_10]: They never cut corners.
[SPEAKER_08]: Because it's where, right?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, they got good salads as well.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, though, I will say the most convenient pizza chain is also, I think, the least edible pizza.
[SPEAKER_10]: And that's a little Caesar's.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, it's just such.
[SPEAKER_08]: It is the way.
[SPEAKER_10]: So you might as well just get some wonderbred roll it up in your hands and then put tomato sauce in cheese.
[SPEAKER_09]: I'm not here to throw anybody under any yellow moving vehicle, but I will say this.
[SPEAKER_09]: We used to have a newsman on this program that once a week would get pizza at little Caesar's because it was a deal.
[SPEAKER_09]: and I think it was easy to.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: Why the hell would you do that?
[SPEAKER_09]: Why do you even I'd rather go hungry and eat that crap.
[SPEAKER_10]: Carl is a bit brick and mortar store.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Is probably three doors down in her shopping center from a this is a very unusual name.
[SPEAKER_10]: So I'll say it phonetically.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: So you're able to get it.
[SPEAKER_10]: The name of the pizza parlor that she goes to and it is a mom and pop.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's got a confusing name.
[SPEAKER_10]: Tony's That's the day and they here's their special are you ready for that?
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you want to know a great mom and pop deal.
[SPEAKER_10]: They came up with and they kill with it What is it on?
[SPEAKER_10]: Two days a week.
[SPEAKER_10]: I think Sundays and I don't know what the other day is Tony's offers their Pizza for half price if you pay cash
[SPEAKER_10]: That is one of the best deals you will ever get.
[SPEAKER_09]: They're having a check or something.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's definitely crooked.
[SPEAKER_09]: Why do they want cash?
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: They want cash because they don't want to pay the everybody pay some credit card.
[SPEAKER_10]: And they have to pay a service feed for the credit card.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, but they're not paying the price of the credit card.
[SPEAKER_08]: They're paying 2%.
[SPEAKER_08]: This is a crooked somehow.
[SPEAKER_10]: They're giving you a 3%.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'll tell you something when you get a PIZZA, you know, for like nine dollars, eight or nine dollars.
[SPEAKER_10]: That to me in this day and age in this day of inflation, even though it's cooled.
[SPEAKER_10]: We're, you know, it's a good deal.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's really, it really should be cash only all the time.
[SPEAKER_10]: Cash only all the time will be you.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, she's on the other side of town, so I don't think it would be relevant to her place three doors up.
[SPEAKER_10]: I, that is a great question.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's so close to her that she'll bring one home period.
[SPEAKER_09]: Maybe they could meet at the nail salon.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, and then one last little food note here.
[SPEAKER_10]: So, you know, look, I'm sure there's one now.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, I'm sure there's some good ones, but next to my barber, it's my barber, then it's a little, what are those parcel stores?
[SPEAKER_10]: You know, where you ship, you know, and hang that place, the UPS stores, that type of thing.
[SPEAKER_10]: And then to the right of that is the back door.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't know how it happened this week.
[SPEAKER_10]: of the Chinese buffet.
[SPEAKER_10]: And I said to the owner of the barbershop.
[SPEAKER_10]: I said to the owner of the barbershop.
[SPEAKER_10]: I said, let me tell you something.
[SPEAKER_10]: If you want, I will say this.
[SPEAKER_10]: I've never been into sample their food.
[SPEAKER_10]: Nor would I intend to based on that door.
[SPEAKER_10]: it is the grossest door.
[SPEAKER_10]: It is a screen door on the inside of like a regular glass door that's always open and occasionally, you know, you get to gentlemen that's squatting out fronts over the cigarette.
[SPEAKER_10]: And it looks like, and he said, you know what, you know what, there, you know what was grandfathered in for them all.
[SPEAKER_10]: And what he said, they're grease trap that's normally supposed to be on the outside is actually in the kitchen.
[SPEAKER_09]: That's terrific.
[SPEAKER_09]: You know, that's the great thing about buying on the establishments.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, there you go.
[SPEAKER_10]: Not a fire hazard.
[SPEAKER_10]: I know that.
[SPEAKER_10]: You get to keep your gnarling grease.
[SPEAKER_09]: They've got some Mike.
[SPEAKER_09]: They also have some grease from before the Great War.
[SPEAKER_10]: So nasty.
[SPEAKER_10]: So very nasty.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
[SPEAKER_10]: We're taking a break when we come back.
[SPEAKER_10]: Do you have some, uh, Buffalo video for us?
[SPEAKER_09]: Stuff to laugh at and some things to make you think.
[SPEAKER_10]: very, very exciting.
[SPEAKER_10]: We will do that with more right here on the Michael Marisho.
[SPEAKER_10]: But first I want to say about our friends at Omaha Stakes.
[SPEAKER_10]: Stake your claim also claim your stakes.

[SPEAKER_10]: No, it did not.
[SPEAKER_10]: Get moving.
[SPEAKER_10]: I also wrote that.

[SPEAKER_09]: I think is that a Netflix joint.
[SPEAKER_10]: I never watched a second of it.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_09]: He was one of the protagonists in that and he's living in Paris now and he had a bad running with the paparazzi.
[SPEAKER_09]: I wish he had a lighter gun.
[SPEAKER_09]: I like a gun that was a cigarette lighter because he tried to said something on fire and failed.
[SPEAKER_09]: But I don't know if this is the best way to deal with the paparazzi.
[SPEAKER_04]: I
[SPEAKER_04]: No, no sorry.
[SPEAKER_04]: You can't do this.
[SPEAKER_04]: This is really fucking weird.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, you can't fucking do this.
[SPEAKER_04]: This is fucking weird.
[SPEAKER_04]: You guys aren't fans.
[SPEAKER_04]: You're being really freaking, you just follow me.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay?
[SPEAKER_09]: I really don't think I'm as good as that, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
[SPEAKER_09]: He's giving them content.
[SPEAKER_09]: Do you think he's doing it to provide content to be that guy or I think he's legitimately pissed.
[SPEAKER_10]: He doesn't like it.
[SPEAKER_10]: He wants them to get the hell out of there.
[SPEAKER_10]: And like it doesn't, it comes with the territory.
[SPEAKER_10]: But just like when a celebrity will get into a DUI situation, it's like, don't it, is he big enough though?
[SPEAKER_10]: Is he big enough to have probably not?
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I think the lighter thing is a bit where he's trying to get attention.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think that he is big enough because his co-star, who is, you know, I put on equal footing, hosted Saturday night live.
[SPEAKER_10]: So they were that hot for a moment that, you know, I think that when you get to that level of start him where they are following you around, it's better what that he did that than it would be if he reacted like Alec Baldwin took a swing or something like that.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, we're shot a co-star or anything like that, it's just very sad.
[SPEAKER_09]: I normally try to keep this light and funny this video segment, but this spoke to me and I think that it's important that we think like this guy.
[SPEAKER_09]: We lost Sam Neal this week.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_09]: You're being sincere.
[SPEAKER_09]: I am being sincere.
[SPEAKER_09]: I know that sometimes I go the other way.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I know.
[SPEAKER_09]: Sam Neal, who I will always be important to me because he was in Jurassic Park, which was a huge movie for me.
[SPEAKER_09]: And he had a long sad decline because it was lymphoma that killed him.
[SPEAKER_09]: And he took time to do this interview.
[SPEAKER_09]: This is only about a minute long.
[SPEAKER_09]: And anyone who is facing death, I think this is about the healthiest attitude you could take.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not in any way frightened of dying.
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't matter.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's never worried me from the beginning.
[SPEAKER_01]: But I would be annoyed because there are things I still want to do.
[SPEAKER_01]: I was in really a fight for my life and yeah everything was everything was a new world.
[SPEAKER_01]: There were times in the last year where I had to look at myself in the mirror and I wasn't a pretty sight.
[SPEAKER_01]: I was stripped of any kind of dignity.
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know really how long I had to live.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I thought, yeah, I should probably write something down for my children, my grandchildren, because I may not be here in a couple of months.
[SPEAKER_01]: It would be good for them to have a sense of me, and some of the things that I've done.
[SPEAKER_01]: I would go to bed thinking, what are I right about tomorrow?
[SPEAKER_01]: And I go, oh, or remember that?
[SPEAKER_01]: There was a funny thing that happened.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll write about that tomorrow.
[SPEAKER_01]: So going to bed thinking,
[SPEAKER_01]: I've got something to look forward to tomorrow because I know what I'm going to write.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not interested in cancer, I've got other things on my mind and it's not cancer.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's very healthy, I think.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: It's amazing.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's a model of how to handle that and fuck cancer.
[SPEAKER_10]: May I say that first of all?
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't.
[SPEAKER_10]: I thought, you know, my friend, Milsie, who's been on this show, Mark Miller, you know, when he went through his battle and battle, he still continues to fight, but he's doing well.
[SPEAKER_10]: Thank God.
[SPEAKER_10]: I said, how, you know, how things changed.
[SPEAKER_10]: And he said, I don't sweat the little stuff.
[SPEAKER_10]: I don't pay attention to the little inconveniences and you know I was joking about it.
[SPEAKER_10]: I wrote down I need better meds, but you know we all sometimes need to take a breath and slow down and realize that the you know the little bullshit doesn't matter.
[SPEAKER_10]: You know I mean I really have found that
[SPEAKER_10]: As time goes by, I get a kick out of everything, especially around my work.
[SPEAKER_10]: It really, it really abuses me more than it used to, and that's a good way to look at it.
[SPEAKER_10]: When it's not involving the show, sometimes I tend to get freaked out of a car's driving too slow out of a parking lot, and I got to stop that, but I'm going to search for the right combination of the motion of having something to look forward to.
[SPEAKER_09]: I think is great.
[SPEAKER_09]: He was such a classy guy, he recently won the equivalent of the Oscars in Australia, New Zealand, is called The Actors, AACTAs, and they gave him a lifetime achievement award, and this, if this isn't pure class, I don't know what is.
[SPEAKER_01]: I prefer, if it was called the Longford Lyle halfway there award, because it sounds, you know,
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm not done, you know, I just would like to put a few more runs on the board.
[SPEAKER_01]: If this is terminal, it's been great to know you.
[SPEAKER_09]: I just, I think, 10 times more than I did last year.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, and they distributed on your part, and you've certainly lived it with your dad more recently, the most of us.
[SPEAKER_10]: So that's, that's fun.
[SPEAKER_09]: All right.
[SPEAKER_09]: Let's get back to the disrespect that this bit is known for.
[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_09]: Lauren Bacoll, the widow of Humphrey Bogart, and also someone who continued in show business as well.
[SPEAKER_09]: into when she was older.
[SPEAKER_09]: In the 1970s, she endorsed a coffee called High Point decaffinated coffee.
[SPEAKER_09]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_09]: And that's funny in its own way, but when a man lip sinks it, this destroyed me.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's take a break.
[SPEAKER_00]: Here a moment with Lauren Bacol.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm enjoying life today more than I ever have, and I live into the fullest.
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe because I finally learned how to pick my pleasures.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like coffee.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's going to be fine.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you why.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's flavor.
[SPEAKER_00]: Flavor that's full of life.
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now wonderful aroma tells you that high points no ordinary coffee.
[SPEAKER_00]: And the flavor proves it.
[SPEAKER_00]: This is good.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's more than good.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's life.
[SPEAKER_00]: Did you know that high points see caffeinated?
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll tell you a secret.
[SPEAKER_00]: Caffeine sometimes makes me tense.
[SPEAKER_00]: Intention can show on your face.
[SPEAKER_00]: In my profession, you have to look your best.
[SPEAKER_00]: Look, I said, I stand as for myself.
[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I stand as for my coffin.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I high points.
[SPEAKER_00]: Number one with me.
[SPEAKER_00]: I heard.
[SPEAKER_00]: Ready, Mr.
[SPEAKER_00]: Call?
[SPEAKER_00]: I think you'll like it too.
[SPEAKER_04]: I wouldn't be caffeinated coffee with flavor is full of life as you are.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's great.
[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's just if your magic video is funny, beautiful thing, whatever the hell we're calling.
[SPEAKER_10]: We are done for today.
[SPEAKER_10]: We've got a butter show we're taping to.
