As you may remember, Dr. Lottie was once a committed atheist until two near death experiences cracked the world wide open. She went to medical school at 54, trained as an evidential medium in England, is the founder of Kindraya Ancestral Healing, and is the bridge between science and soul walking and talking. Please welcome back Dr. Lottie Valentin. Welcome back. Thank you. Yeah, thank you. I'm so glad to be back. I'm glad we were able to make this happen because with your schedule, I was, it was amazing that you actually had a day off that we could do this. So I appreciate you making the time. And to catch everybody up, I'll just go through it a little bit because Dr. Valentin has an incredible background, Swedish born, raised Lutheran. But the interesting thing that she mentioned yesterday, which I found fascinating that when you're born in Sweden, you're automatically Lutheran, correct? It was like that when I grew up, right, and then they separated the state and the church, I think in the 1970s. And then so now it's not like that. I think you just have to, you know, join whatever you want. But I don't believe it's still like that, because they separated that. And back in the back in the 70s. That's interesting. That's interesting. And you were a committed atheist with no belief in the afterlife before everything changed. And those near death experiences, and I would highly, highly recommend everybody listen to the first recording and the first episode with Dr. Valentin. Excuse me, I'll start referring to her as Dr. Lottie because that's her preference. Those were amazing. I mean, just amazing. Because she was talking about, which I totally understand, by the way, that Because I actually thought about, so my mother was born in the 1940s. And if you had gifts back then, it wasn't something you could say much about, really, right? So when you were growing up, you said that you've always been a medium and you mentioned having some of the spirit interaction and things like that. Would you mind sharing a little bit more about that? Because I know you mentioned it, but just more in passing. Yeah. So when I was little, I would see Ura sometimes around people, and then I would see energy fields around the flowers, around the trees. And then I would tell my best friend, I said, can you see the energy field around the flowers? And she's like, looking at what are you talking about? That white field is like a field around the flowers. You can see it. And she's like, no, there's nothing around the flowers. And so you get shot down. And then as a kid, you're thinking, okay, well, I don't know where that came from, right? Because you can't see it. So it must not be there. Right. So you're very easily convinced that what you're seeing is not the truth. And I would see, I remember really well, we were sitting at my grandmother's house on this island without electricity or running water, and no pay phone. And so we had to rely on candles in the evening to get any kind of light. So we were sitting in my grandmother's little stuga, as we say in Swedish, a little wooden tree house, like a log cabin, kind of like a little wooden house. And I was looking in the candle, and there was a man in the candle. And I was probably, I'm going to say six, seven years old at the time. And I told my brother, and I said, look, there is a man in the candle flame. And so my brother is looking, he's like, I don't know where. He's looking really hard. And I'm like, no, he belongs to grandma. That man in the candle belongs to grandma. And he was like, I don't know, what are you talking about? But now I realised that my maternal grandfather passed away when I was three. So this was only about three or four years later, we're in her cabin, right on the island. And I'm seeing this man. So I mean, now, I'm pretty sure that that was my grandfather, I saw it because I didn't have any memories of what he looked like, or, you know, who he was, I just saw this man in the candle, I knew he belonged, he belonged to grandma. So, but again, you know, so my brother can't see it. And so after a while, you know, you stop, you stop telling people you stop, and you don't share that anymore, because nobody else can see it. And then it all came back when I had my near death experience. But I know from astrologers, they say, yeah, that near death experience had to happen on that day, July 10 1992. Because that's when all the planets were lined up in a very specific way. And it was to serve as a reminder for you what you came to do in this life. So you know, it's like that little movie script running in the background all the time, right? Like reincarnated to have certain experiences. That's so cool, though. I mean, so let's talk about your gifts. For just a moment. You know, there are the different clairs that are associated with the gifts oftentimes. What what are the clairs that you possess? So I'm going to say I'm 80% clairvoyant. So most of the time, when I work as a medium, if I do mediumship readings, I work with the spirit guides, I work as a medical intuitive, the information comes slightly different. So when I tune in, so most of the information comes as like slides or like images. And, you know, they come very quickly. So you have to grab that image very quickly. It's like a split second image. And sometimes you have to ask again, you say, please show me that image again. Let me say, OK, OK, I get it. Right. But then there is certain information. Sometimes I hear it. Sometimes I feel it. Sometimes you just you just have this knowing you're saying, you know, should I do this? Or you just get this kind of, no, don't take that freeway. And you're and you're saying, well, why is it? I mean, your your mental mind says that's going to be a lot quicker. I'm going to save 10 minutes if I take that route versus if I go the other route. But you just keep getting this like, no. And you don't get you don't understand why you just get that feeling of it's like a knowing, no, it's not the right one. And then, you know, you take the different route because you listen to your intuition. And then you realise that, oh, that, you know, now there is an accident. You literally sometimes you start driving, you hear the sirens, right? You're like, OK, there is an accident that I would have gotten, you know, behind. I could have been in the accident or just stuck in the accident. And now I'm going to be an hour late. So, you know, it's like learning to trust those different things. Many times when if I work as a medical intuitive and things like that, sometimes I feel it, even when I do mediumship reading, if it has to do with something in the body, then sometimes I just feel it. She had breast cancer. Yes, that's correct. It started in the left breast. Yes, that's correct. And then it spread to the right because I would get pain in that area. It's like like a shooting pain. I'm like, oh, that that's where it is. Or I've had one when I was when I said, oh, your mom had ovarian cancer because I could feel my ovaries were hurting. Right. So it's really interesting. But does that happen all the time? No, it doesn't. So every reading is different, right? So you just I was telling it so it can be like that, but it doesn't have to be like that. It's not like you get on a medical intuitive and you automatically know what's wrong with them. But could that happen? Absolutely. So when I got out of med school, when I was in med school, that's when it started. And I was I got through med school by meditating a lot. It didn't matter if it was one o'clock in the morning and I had been up 18 hours or 20 hours already. I would always meditate and sometimes I would just fall asleep. But it's what kept my sanity. Because med school med school is extremely stressful. But I started seeing patients before I was assigned the patient on shift. We don't get to see who has signed up for a consultation. Right. A student, you know, when you're going through on student shifts, you have typically, you know, one physician, the head physician. And then under him, there's two resident physicians. So they've already graduated. They're in residency. And then you got, you know, 10 to 15 students in under them on that shift. So there is, you know, a whole clinic with there's all these classrooms in the clinic and all the exam rooms. Right. So a student physician goes in and they say, OK, you have this patient today and they're coming in. They said they're coming in for this. And now you go, you're the head student. And now you got two students following you. So there is this whole hierarchy of of learning. Right. So then you're the head student physician. Now you go in, you take all the, you know, ask all the questions that you need to know, and then you have to go back. You present it to the resident physicians and the physicians on that are in charge of that shift. And then they'll say, all right. And what are you going to do about it? And then you better come But this was not a good idea. Do you know why that's not a good idea? And then, you know, trail it down from there and then they'll say, OK, this is what we're going to do. We're also going to do this. And sometimes it's you. You wouldn't know this yet because you haven't taken this course. It's coming next quarter. Right. So we're going to help you out here because you don't have full knowledge of this yet. And so they're always approving what you are going to go back and tell. Right. To tell that patient. Right. So you have no idea who is going to be your patient or anything. So you go on a shift and I would get, you know, a patient that I had seen in a meditation. And there's one that really stands out because I saw this patient as a young child, as a five or six year old. And she she had like more dark coloured skin and very dark hair, big brown eyes. So I said, OK. So I kind of knew what she looked like as a child. And she took my hand and we walked. She showed me this is the house where I live. And my father is sexually abusing me. Oh, wow. In that house. And yeah, it's like it gives you goosebumps. So then I get on shift. I get assigned this woman. And sure enough, that's the woman that I saw in the meditation. Oh, my God. Right. She came in for something completely different. But at the second or third appointment, all the truth came out. What I had seen in that meditation. So it's really interesting, you know, because we're all so connected. And all the time I've had other patients. One comes to mind right after I graduated. Right. So I'm practising up in the mountains. I'm doing my residency up there. And everybody has allergies. OK, so it was about half an hour south of Sedona. Everybody has allergies up there because there's so many different trees. It's like I didn't know that when I moved there. I was up there for almost three years. And allergies are very, very common. So this man comes in. And you're like tickle cough. We are up here in the mountains. You know, it's going to be allergies. But as he walks through into the room, as he comes into the exam room, the spirit world says lung cancer. Oh, my goodness. And I'm like, OK, lung cancer. I don't even know what's wrong with him. It just says tickle cough on the on the chart where he's coming in. So I got the warning. Right. So I've been listening to this for 25 years now. So I know better. So when I when I hear something or get a warning, I'm going to do I'm going to be way more diligent. Right. Because it's very easy to say, OK, well, you know, have you tried these allergy medication? Right. But instead, I hear lung cancer. So I'm like, OK, this man that looks like the picture of health. Why am I hearing this? So I go through his whole history. Well, it turned out he had had cancer in his youth when he was like in his 20s or early 30s. Oh, wow. And he had had metastases on his lungs and he had gotten radiation for those literally, you know, 40 years ago. So I said, well, with your history, I know it's just a tickle cough. And I'm listening to his lungs and I'm like lung cancer. He's not even coughing. Like, why am I why did I hear that? And I can't even hear anything. Listening and listening. And I'm really good. I had a really good stethoscope and one of my kids had asthma. I have asthma. So I like really used to listening to any little tiny sounds in the lungs. Because I did that. My dad taught me how to listen in the stethoscope to to my child that had asthma. So I would know like if it was pneumonia, do I need to bring it to the doctor? What is what is his breathing at? And anyway, couldn't hear anything. So I said, you know, let's how do you feel about doing an X-ray? Because you had cancer before you did have, you know, those spots on the line. So it was a long time ago. But and he was he was saying, yeah, you know, I think we should because better be safe than sorry. Well, it came back, right? It came back and it said possibly lung cancer on the X-ray. So at that point, you know, I'm a general practitioner. You hand it off to the oncologist in the clinic and say Right. Right. If you got to see a specialist now and sure enough, it was cancer. It was lung cancer. And he literally didn't have much time left. It was, you know, I don't know. He passed away like three or six months later. And but he was the sole caretaker of his wife. Oh, dementia. And by him finding out that it was cancer, it gave him time to put all the paperwork in order to find care for his wife. And when he had done all that, he checked himself into hospice and then he passed away. So I was it was so upset about this because I had just graduated from med school. Why did I become a doctor? Why are they telling me that somebody is sick when I can't save them? Right. What was the point of all of this? You know, I was going to ask you that with your intuitive skills. Were you able to tell that? OK. Yeah. And then I went to Arthur Fiendy College and I talked to my teachers and I told them this is what happened. But I'm so upset about it because why did I become a doctor if I'm not here to save them? Why am I finding out what they have? And they said, well, you did because he he got the time he needed to set up the care for his wife. He got the time to put the paperwork together. And it will also serve the purpose for you because you now know to always, always, always listen to your messages. And it doesn't matter because it didn't. Sometimes the messages aren't going to make sense. Right. Right. Yeah. And that's just what that is. And and so sometimes when people get on my screen, I already know I get the instant instant transfer. And other times you don't. And you're like, OK. And sometimes they come halfway through the session. I'm like, I know we're talking about allergies. But did you ever have this issue? Because I keep hearing this. Right. Right. And then there and sometimes they say, yeah, I had surgery for that. I'm like, that's still an issue. It's still there. You it's it's you need another surgery. Right. And then I've had people I've sent people to surgery and they come back and they're like, thank you so much. You have saved my life. Keep falling through the cracks for years. And it's really interesting because, you know, again, I always feel like we do have that soul contract running in the background of, you know, are we supposed to find a diagnosis and a treatment right now or are we just supposed to get the carrot right now? And then we go right. And then this person has to see three other practitioners. And the next year they're ready to get the diagnosis because they're not supposed to heal until October 2027. And but they're feeling they can they can taste it. Right. It's coming. And I don't know what it is. And I'm going to say, you know, it's not our life is not black and white. And we were talking before. It's like we're going through life with our blinders on. Right. Yes. We can't see the future. But we know sometimes that this is right. This is wrong. And I can't explain it. But it's that gut feeling, right? You've got there's more there's more signals from your gut to your brain and from your brain to your gut. Right. It's the little brain in the gut. So just, you know, trust trust those instincts because sometimes we're just supposed to get a message and be pointed in the right direction. Right. Mm hmm. So sometimes, you know, sometimes it's like that. Yeah, I work with people in a medical intuitive. And I said, that's not it. That's not it. That's not it. Go in this direction. It's something over here. They're not telling me exactly what it is, but I know it's in this direction. Right. Or sometimes it's just. Yeah, it's just, you know, frustrating for you ever. When that I mean, it was in the beginning. And now I'm just OK, I'm just a messenger. I'm here to give you the message that I get. Right. I will tune in. And, you know, sometimes the diagnosis and the treatment and the surgeon are all the information is just sitting there waiting to be downloaded. And sometimes it's not that clear cut. Sometimes it's no, you're on this road. This is part of your incarnation. You have to kind of take the steps. It might take two or three years until you're going to get well. And it's just, you know, sometimes you get the download and sometimes you don't. I worked with someone. Another story comes to mind. I worked with a woman who lives here in the United States, and she was from India originally, her and her husband. And she said, you know, he was like the picture of health. He's he's, you know, has perfect weight. He's exercising. He's eating well. He's there. There was nothing wrong with him. And all of a sudden he got really sick and nobody knows what's wrong with him. And he's in and out of the hospital. He can barely walk. He needs a walker. And, you know, we we work. We did some ancestral healing or trans healing. I can't remember. And she said, we're going to go over there and visit him, you know, like two or three weeks from now. And I would like to do a trans healing when we're there. So they resume. She's in the hospital room in India with her father in law, with the mother in law. And, you know, everybody's in this hospital room. And we do a trans healing because I trained in trans healing, too, in England. And basically, you know, you I'm just a channel in this life, right? I'm a born channel. I'm a born medium. I'm the channel that sort of connects the energies. I'm not the healer. The spirit world is the healer. I'm the channel. It's just like I'm the connector. I'm the extension cord here. Right. So when we did this healing and this is unusual because this usually does not happen, the spirit world will never tell you what the future holds. Right. They're not going to tell you. Yes, you're going to win a lot of next week. You'll get a lot of ticket. Right. That would be nice. Right. That would be nice. That's why it doesn't work that way. I wish it did, but it doesn't. And we so we can't we can't tell the the the future. But anyway, during this healing, I kept hearing so this was in January. I think it was January twenty twenty four, if I remember correctly. Twenty three or twenty four. And I kept hearing you're going to be well by July. You're going to be well by. And so I'm like, I'm just the messenger. So again, I said, you know, I kept hearing this during this this healing. But, you know, take it with a grain of salt kind of thing, because usually they never tell you about the future. So by July, it's like the end of July or beginning of August. She writes me an email and she says, you won't believe it. But my father in law is back to work and he is in complete health. Nobody understands what. Oh, my goodness. So as quickly as it came on, it. Yeah. Well, and then basically a year later, he was well and nobody really could understand what it was. But it's like the spirit world kept saying, don't give up, don't give up. Like this is just I don't know. You know, what is that? You're you incarnated to be sick for a year to what? To learn something right on his path, whatever it may be, make him more humble, maybe make him more understanding for people because maybe his wife is going to get sick ten years from now and he will know what that feeling is like. Right. We don't we don't know what the purpose is behind all of it. But it is interesting because like that, you know, you know, of the having my near death experience and understanding that there is no time on the other side, you know, that past, present and future sometimes just blends together as one. I'm sure that helps you with your acceptance of that, of what you're you're downloading or being told or experiencing. I think that that's got to help a couple of things when you were talking. I'm going to go back to the intuition. Don't take that road. Take this one. Have you ever? And I'll just I'll speak from my personal experience. So there's sometimes I'll just be driving along and I'll go a different way. I won't hear anything. I won't. Well, I should go this way. I just do it. Have you ever had something like that? And then you later found that the way you normally take there's a terrible accident. Yes. Yeah. You don't even know. Sometimes you just don't even know. Yes. And I'm going to say that's your guardian angels. That's your spirit guides. Your answer. Thank you. I was going to ask you what that is. Yeah. They're kind of tapping you on the shoulder going. No, get off here. Like, do this. Right. Cool. You know, so we talked about the truck. I know in the last episode, seeing the truck, there was another time I was in Phoenix and I'm visiting my daughter. I was going back up to the mountains. And, you know, I had to be in clinic by like nine. And it's a two hour drive. So it was literally, you So I use the restroom. I wash my hands and I'm washing my hands. The message is watch out for the accident. What accident? Right, right. So I'm like, OK, thank you. All right. Get in the car. So now I'm really alert again, right? You get a message, you're going to be alert. So it's early in the morning. So I'm down in Phoenix. So, you know, that part of the freeway has, you know, five lanes, you know, another seven lanes with the on and off ramps and all of that. So I'm in the second to the left lane. Right. So carpool lane is all the way in the left. So I'm in the in the left lane next to the carpool. And it's not that many cars yet. But I'm very alert because I got that message. So I'm driving and I'm watching, you know, my rearview mirrors. Who's behind me? Who's coming up? Who's merging around you like you're scanning? Yes. Yeah, I do that all the time. I understand. So this car passes me and catches my eyes passing me on the right. And it's an old it's like an old BMW or something. And you can tell that it's probably owned. You know, somebody is like, you know, working on it and making it look nice. Right. It's got a little paint and things aren't quite matching. So as he's passing me, he's just, you know, kind of not that far in front of me, but he loses his left rear tyre. Oh, my goodness. It comes off the car. And so I can see it's shooting across. Right. It's his left rear. So shooting towards me because I'm in the I'm the lane to the left of him. Sure. So it's crossing over, right? Crossing over the lanes. So I'm, you know, slamming on my brakes, you know, not hard enough to start skidding, but as much as I can to slow down. And literally the again, it's like an inch. It passes right in front of my car and then it hits the curb in the carpool lane and there was no car there either. And the guy who drove the car and I was a guy because I could see him manages to steer his car. I see it, you know, skidding. And I mean, it was, you know, you're just like, thank you, spirit world. He managed to steer it off and he lands in the off ramp and his left tyre landed in the off ramp to the left of the carpool lane. I was just like, OK, thank you. Now I can breathe for the rest of the, you know, trip back up to the mountain. But, you know, so when you hear those things, always, always listen, because you don't know. No, that's amazing. That's very cool. I I you've got wonderful stories. You really do. So many. They're very, very cool. I like that. You know, I had mentioned. In the part one of this, that there were so many questions that I didn't get to. And I was thinking a lot about them yesterday because, well, your your kids are involved in professional. They're performers, professional performers in music. And so and we have a mutual admiration of music. And I know that you build your ancestral work on engineered sound frequencies designed to sink the brain's two hemispheres. Right. So. I'm curious to know, as a physician, what convinced you sound could do clinical work and not just for relaxation? I think that's going to be, you know, we're heading in that direction and it's going to take time to get there. But right around the time in the early 2000s, I'm right around the time when right before I got the message that I had to go to medical school. Did we talk about that? Oh, you know, you did. I was just going to say what? All right. So remind me to go back to the frequency. So anyway, I love the frequency first. So I was, you know, doing a lot of reading. I knew I had to go back to it. And I was just outside our house in East Bay, San Francisco. And I get this download saying, you know, it's about the frequencies. It's the frequencies. If we know the frequency of the disease, we can heal it. And it's all frequencies. And I'm like, and then the next message was, but you're not the one who's going to discover that somebody else is working on that. Oh, and then and then it got left there. So it wasn't for me to to work on it, but to understand that that is how we heal. And then, you know, my kids were teenagers. So it's in the early 2000s. It's 2004, actually. So I just declared that this is it. I'm healed. My watch ticked for an entire year, for 12 months. And I'm doing great. And I'm finally healed from his bone marrow suppression. It took six years of being really, really sick. And then it took another six years of I don't know. And then finally, 12 years physically, right? Yeah, physically. Yeah, we're never going to be normal. True. So I was just teasing. I look on my computer and I said, well, I can't go back to tech work. Right.
