<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie and Josh six one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>Katie, give me.
<v Speaker 3>All the details about Mile High Flea Market.
<v Speaker 4>Oh, I love that all so much. First of all,
<v Speaker 4>just to go in there and shop. It's only two
<v Speaker 4>dollars a person. You can go spend the whole day
<v Speaker 4>there if it isn't one hundred and one degrees and
<v Speaker 4>you're melting the minute you hit the paved minute prices. Oh,
<v Speaker 4>and the prices are great. I mean you get a
<v Speaker 4>lot of really good deals. I go there specifically for
<v Speaker 4>my mangoes. Jeremy, they have the best mango telling you
<v Speaker 4>they've got the best mangoes in town. And I will
<v Speaker 4>make the trip up there weekly just to get the
<v Speaker 4>big box of mangos. I get wealth of them. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>twenty bucks. Twenty bucks for a bottle mangos.
<v Speaker 1>It is perfect.
<v Speaker 2>No, they're not.
<v Speaker 4>And they're way better out at the flea market. They're
<v Speaker 4>twenty dollars. Both spaces. I made mango salsa. But also
<v Speaker 4>I just like to eat a mango every day. I
<v Speaker 4>love mangoes. They are my favorite, especially in the summer
<v Speaker 4>when they're all ripe and juicy like there. Yeah, and
<v Speaker 4>now that I know, now that I know how to
<v Speaker 4>peel a mango.
<v Speaker 1>It's a game changer.
<v Speaker 4>Like I've always loved mangos, but I had a little
<v Speaker 4>bit of like insecurity when it came to that type
<v Speaker 4>of fruit because I didn't know how to peel it.
<v Speaker 1>I did not know how to open the mango.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't I didn't know.
<v Speaker 1>It is hard, guys.
<v Speaker 3>I can't go out this week and I'm thinking about
<v Speaker 3>peeling mangos and how I'm doing it wrong.
<v Speaker 1>Nobody loves me, and my mother never talked to You
<v Speaker 1>don't understand.
<v Speaker 4>It has been such a struggle for me to open mangos,
<v Speaker 4>and I get I trauma.
<v Speaker 1>No, I do get sad because.
<v Speaker 4>Like I've tried multiple times to open them and I
<v Speaker 4>just completely demolish the entire mango. There's pieces everywhere. None
<v Speaker 4>of them are going in my mouth because I don't.
<v Speaker 1>Peel it right.
<v Speaker 4>My friend Violet showed me how to peel a mango.
<v Speaker 4>I was just like, you don't even understand, Like my
<v Speaker 4>daily mango intake has changed so much.
<v Speaker 3>What was that giant meat you had?
<v Speaker 1>We're gonna talk about that too.
<v Speaker 2>Was that I just saw a picture.
<v Speaker 4>Of it again the high flea market. So it is
<v Speaker 4>sausage on a stick, that's what it's called. And as
<v Speaker 4>you walk in, when you walk into the Male High
<v Speaker 4>flea market, they have one of those little like fair
<v Speaker 4>food stands and they're like, I think it's Turkey's Last Stand.
<v Speaker 1>Is what it's called, Turkey's Last trot?
<v Speaker 4>I don't know, but they have turkey legs, right, they
<v Speaker 4>have turkey legs, sausage on a stick, nachos, waffle fries,
<v Speaker 4>and more.
<v Speaker 1>Did you see my picture?
<v Speaker 2>We saw it.
<v Speaker 3>It was like I just saw the meat.
<v Speaker 4>We literally got one of each, except the turkey leg
<v Speaker 4>because in my mind, I'm like the turkey legs, a
<v Speaker 4>little much will go.
<v Speaker 3>I need to ease up. So you had were dipping
<v Speaker 3>your meat in nacho cheese.
<v Speaker 4>I was dipping that sausage on a stick in nacho
<v Speaker 4>cheese and then putting a canned hall apino on top
<v Speaker 4>of that.
<v Speaker 1>Heaven, So get.
<v Speaker 3>The counter the massive amount of meat you were consuming
<v Speaker 3>dipped in nacho cheese.
<v Speaker 4>I've got the protein and I've got the fiber. I've
<v Speaker 4>got all the bases covered.
<v Speaker 3>But men, you got a stomach a steal kid?
<v Speaker 5>You not.
<v Speaker 1>I've been traking my cra for this moment.
<v Speaker 3>I can't imagine rolling in and, like on a hundred
<v Speaker 3>degree day, pounding down a pound of meat dipped in
<v Speaker 3>nacho cheese and then washing it down with nachos.
<v Speaker 4>It's brought to you by gas station burritos. I've built
<v Speaker 4>up this stomach it's at Can we make.
<v Speaker 3>It a bit where we go in and scope your
<v Speaker 3>stomach just to see what's going on in there? If
<v Speaker 3>I really want to know? Do you I'm dying to know?
<v Speaker 1>I think I like being naive about that in my life.
<v Speaker 3>It's just a lot of in there. When you get
<v Speaker 3>in there.
<v Speaker 1>There's just sausage floating around in there.
<v Speaker 3>I wanted them to shove a mic down there too,
<v Speaker 3>because I literally think that we could hear your stomach
<v Speaker 3>going help me.
<v Speaker 1>No, you hear it every morning.
<v Speaker 3>All right, it's time for some sports now. If you've
<v Speaker 3>been living under a rock, this is going to be
<v Speaker 3>new information to you. Lebron James shocked the entire sports
<v Speaker 3>community on Friday by picking the seventy six Ers over
<v Speaker 3>returning home to Cleveland or reuniting with Miami or going
<v Speaker 3>to the Golden State Warriors. Now, he did sign a
<v Speaker 3>two year contract for eight million dollars with the seventy
<v Speaker 3>six ers. Now, he did go out and say, you
<v Speaker 3>know what, this wasn't about the money. He says, this
<v Speaker 3>is my last decision. I'm not going for money. I'm
<v Speaker 3>not going for family. What I'm really playing for at
<v Speaker 3>this point, well, I still want the sacrifice, I still
<v Speaker 3>want the work, I still want to grind. And he
<v Speaker 3>wants another championship. He wants a ring, absolutely, and he's
<v Speaker 3>excited to energize the new fan base and start this
<v Speaker 3>incredible journey one last time, is what he said. And
<v Speaker 3>I will tell you right now, there's already a few
<v Speaker 3>Philly cheesesteak spots that are promising Lebron James the VIP
<v Speaker 3>treatments while he's out there now. In honor of him
<v Speaker 3>moving teams, this guy made a little video over the
<v Speaker 3>weekend with a goofy song and it is absolutely taken off.
<v Speaker 3>So I pulled the audio and I just want to
<v Speaker 3>play you a taste of it.
<v Speaker 2>Here you go.
<v Speaker 3>His name is Giants.
<v Speaker 6>Talking about the name, says, if you want to make the.
<v Speaker 5>Work of Bens a place, take a look in the sky.
<v Speaker 3>So good. I'm sorry, that was very well done. That
<v Speaker 3>is a creative mfor right there.
<v Speaker 1>No, that was good.
<v Speaker 3>That made me smile this morning when I heard that.
<v Speaker 1>So all of us, thank you for that. Jeremy, Well,
<v Speaker 1>you're welcome.
<v Speaker 3>I aim to please. We're here to bring smiles.
<v Speaker 2>Josh, what you got, Jared?
<v Speaker 7>I like to think of you as a very financially
<v Speaker 7>smart man. You're very fiscally savvy, right, I'd like to
<v Speaker 7>think two thirds of us actually on the show.
<v Speaker 2>Hey, hey, I'm not saying which two thirds.
<v Speaker 7>I just think that we are relatively financially smart on
<v Speaker 7>this show.
<v Speaker 2>While a new study has just come out of one.
<v Speaker 7>Hundred and eighty three thousand US households. Ever since America's
<v Speaker 7>betting has become legal all over the United States, okay,
<v Speaker 7>it has not been good. The finding show that after
<v Speaker 7>states legalized online sports betting, frequent betters, people who could
<v Speaker 7>be considered addicted to gambling, reduced their investment deposits by
<v Speaker 7>almost sixty percent.
<v Speaker 2>That is horrific.
<v Speaker 7>For every dollar place into a betting app, investments fell
<v Speaker 7>roughly twenty percent For every dollar that's it. Frequent betters,
<v Speaker 7>those wagering more than half of all those in the
<v Speaker 7>months of their first bet deposit an average of eleven
<v Speaker 7>hundred dollars per quarter, which is exceeding five percent of
<v Speaker 7>their income. In the worst part that this is the
<v Speaker 7>lowest savings household we hit the hardest. I don't like this.
<v Speaker 3>Bottom line is a people are betting their money away
<v Speaker 3>instead of saving it.
<v Speaker 7>Yes, and because they have that feeling of they were
<v Speaker 7>to hit it big. And it's the same with I
<v Speaker 7>got a buddy line types and I've been known to
<v Speaker 7>have a friend or two that loves to bet, and
<v Speaker 7>I've never actually done it.
<v Speaker 2>I don't like doing the wagers.
<v Speaker 3>We're not allowed to either because we work for KOC.
<v Speaker 2>But that's also a big part. But I've never really
<v Speaker 2>been into it.
<v Speaker 7>I don't like the fact that I have to gamble
<v Speaker 7>on something to enjoy a sporting event.
<v Speaker 2>I can just watch them and enjoy them.
<v Speaker 7>The weird thing about this is that of all those
<v Speaker 7>a comparison had been used for the Taylor swift eras
<v Speaker 7>tour ticket release and it found no drop in investing.
<v Speaker 7>So the people that love to save up and buy
<v Speaker 7>concert tickets, Okay, that's not something that is making them
<v Speaker 7>divert their savings, you know.
<v Speaker 2>For the era for touring.
<v Speaker 7>It suggests that there's something specific to just sports betting,
<v Speaker 7>not new spending.
<v Speaker 2>I don't like this at all.
<v Speaker 7>People need to enjoy sports just for the sport itself,
<v Speaker 7>not for the thrill of possibly winning money.
<v Speaker 2>They need to listen to Jeremy.
<v Speaker 4>It's taking away so much joy too. Like I hang
<v Speaker 4>out with a lot of sports minded individuals, and when
<v Speaker 4>they're so tuned into the app actual them gaining money,
<v Speaker 4>it'll not a sport. It is not fun. It's annoying.
<v Speaker 4>I'll go as far as to say that it's annoying
<v Speaker 4>to hang out with people who bet on everything.
<v Speaker 1>It's just like, you gotta watch more of.
<v Speaker 3>People that write songs are about Lebron's sports update jkj
<v Speaker 3>makes one hundred.
<v Speaker 1>You thought you'd heard it all.
<v Speaker 3>You've seen everything, not even close.
<v Speaker 1>Who's spiraling? Who's getting canceled?
<v Speaker 3>What's the local buzz?
<v Speaker 1>What can we expect? We're diving headfirst into the chaos.
<v Speaker 1>It's the mile high height.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, what's up? What's what's up with JKJX? Yeah, what's up?
<v Speaker 3>What's up? What's up? All right, here's all the big
<v Speaker 3>stories of the day. Here's just a quick stat that
<v Speaker 3>I thought was pretty shocking. This morning, AMC came out
<v Speaker 3>and said, all those Goofy popcorn buckets that are like
<v Speaker 3>themed to the movies that are coming out made them
<v Speaker 3>one hundred million dollars over the past year. So people
<v Speaker 3>be buying Goofy popcorn buckets like a hundred million dollars.
<v Speaker 1>They really do make all their money on concessions.
<v Speaker 2>Good for them.
<v Speaker 3>Good Yeah. Speaking of movies, if you're a fan of
<v Speaker 3>Meryl Streep, the Double Wears Prada two begins streaming on Wednesday.
<v Speaker 3>It's gonna be on Hulu and the Disney Plus uh
<v Speaker 3>made a roundup seven hundred million worldwide in theaters, So
<v Speaker 3>I guess that suggests that people still like their Goofy franchise.
<v Speaker 3>So there's that going on. How about this a maintenance worker.
<v Speaker 3>The video of this is wild. He was up trapped
<v Speaker 3>inside one hundred and thirty foot tall gas station sign
<v Speaker 3>in Illinois after his lift malfunctioned. It is it's wild
<v Speaker 3>because you don't really realize, like one hundred and thirty
<v Speaker 3>feet how tall that is. That is truly like one
<v Speaker 3>of those gigantic gas station signs on the side of
<v Speaker 3>the highway, oh that you can see from miles away. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>he had to go on his lift and went. He
<v Speaker 3>brought him all the way up there and he got
<v Speaker 3>inside the sign you can get in there to replace
<v Speaker 3>bulbs or do whatever in there. And then his lift
<v Speaker 3>looks like it went oo and like draw to the
<v Speaker 3>grunitate malfunction. He was stuck up there. So they had
<v Speaker 3>a news helicopter out there hovering and like zooming in
<v Speaker 3>and he's just sitting in there, waving like waiting for
<v Speaker 3>authorities to arrive. Anyway, they had to, like Jerry rig
<v Speaker 3>some sort of special attachment to a fire ladder because
<v Speaker 3>those macs outed about one hundred feet to get up
<v Speaker 3>there and get that guy out. But truly, like you
<v Speaker 3>had a bad day, right, that was scary. And here's
<v Speaker 3>another dude that had a bad day. So this doctor,
<v Speaker 3>oh no, it was a woman. Ooh ladies. Doctor Danielle
<v Speaker 3>saw a patient named Emily. Emily's forty three years old.
<v Speaker 3>She went in to have a cyst removed off one
<v Speaker 3>of her ovaries. Well, instead, doctor Danielle removed essentially all
<v Speaker 3>of her bladder. Wait, she went in for sister removal
<v Speaker 3>and the doctor took out her bladder.
<v Speaker 2>Massive mistake.
<v Speaker 3>So they had to go in and rebuild everything in there,
<v Speaker 3>including re routing, intestines and all sorts of stuff. Anyway,
<v Speaker 3>this woman, Emily was awarded seventeen million dollars. Well yeah,
<v Speaker 3>after the mistake. But I mean there's no going back.
<v Speaker 3>Your body's not going to be the same, that absolutely not.
<v Speaker 1>You're going to have a lifetime of problems. So that money.
<v Speaker 1>I wish she got more money there.
<v Speaker 3>I know, I think she needs more. Yeah, it's a
<v Speaker 3>lifetime of bladder problems. Now that frightens me. You know,
<v Speaker 3>you go in for surgery. I thought about that. It's
<v Speaker 3>one of my unnecessary like being strangled by a python.
<v Speaker 1>That is an isle. I do not want to go
<v Speaker 1>down in the grocery store. There's yeah, a lot of work.
<v Speaker 1>That's you would say it like the incontinents ale. It's
<v Speaker 1>so scary, it's so terrifying, Like I never want to
<v Speaker 1>have to walk down it.
<v Speaker 3>That's pretty good, all right. What's going on local?
<v Speaker 4>Okay, So this is a good story for folks, especially
<v Speaker 4>if you like potatoes.
<v Speaker 1>It's called Potato Baaloosa.
<v Speaker 4>There's forty two thousand pounds of taters come into the
<v Speaker 4>Mile High City and they don't know what to do
<v Speaker 4>with them. So here's what's going on. They're rolling in
<v Speaker 4>from the Midwest.
<v Speaker 1>Now.
<v Speaker 4>These potatoes were previously headed for the landfill because no
<v Speaker 4>one would buy them. So we have a nonprofit in
<v Speaker 4>town called We Don't Waste and they have the potatoes
<v Speaker 4>coming into town. Now they're going to be here and
<v Speaker 4>the event is from nine until noon today at park
<v Speaker 4>Hill Food Recovery Hub right there off thirty ninth Avenue.
<v Speaker 4>But you can come in and they're saying, bring bags,
<v Speaker 4>bring trucks, bring wagons, whatever you need. Take as many
<v Speaker 4>potatoes as you want, have a potato fiesta, whatever you
<v Speaker 4>want to do. Forty two thousand pounds of tatostotats come
<v Speaker 4>into the Mile High City. So again, that's down in
<v Speaker 4>park Hill. If you need that address again, just shoot
<v Speaker 4>us a text. I'd be more than happy to send
<v Speaker 4>it your way because they need to get rid of
<v Speaker 4>these taters.
<v Speaker 3>What's your favorite way to prepare a potato?
<v Speaker 1>Ooh, probably twice bakes away.
<v Speaker 4>I love mashed potatoes and gravy so much, but man,
<v Speaker 4>a good.
<v Speaker 3>Mash potatoes really good. Although I like the baked you know,
<v Speaker 3>on a side. If I'm having a steak, I like
<v Speaker 3>the side of the baked potatoes.
<v Speaker 1>I do too.
<v Speaker 4>Because especially if you load it up right, you're putting
<v Speaker 4>in the sour cream, the butter.
<v Speaker 3>You gotta cover how crappy the potato actually is and
<v Speaker 3>how bland and dried it is.
<v Speaker 1>Potatoes are so good for you too.
<v Speaker 4>I think that's a lot of the things that people
<v Speaker 4>forget with all these high protein, high fiber, low carb diets. Yeah,
<v Speaker 4>potatoes are full of carbs, but they come from Mother
<v Speaker 4>Earth and.
<v Speaker 1>They are good. They come from the dirt, good carbs.
<v Speaker 3>You make a baked potato, You eating a peel?
<v Speaker 4>Oh yeah, I never used to when I was a kid,
<v Speaker 4>But now when you're done eating that potato, you can
<v Speaker 4>take that potato skin and throw it back in the
<v Speaker 4>air fryer.
<v Speaker 3>Christina money slatter some butter. You know, he's got the
<v Speaker 3>best potatoes. It was always out back had the best
<v Speaker 3>ones because they like roll them in salt. Yes, in
<v Speaker 3>your you're dead. You're making that potato skin your beet,
<v Speaker 3>I know. Yeah, because it's so salty and good.
<v Speaker 4>You want to eat that one and then go one
<v Speaker 4>step further and put that butter they serve with their bread.
<v Speaker 3>One. You got your goodness. When you go home, you couch.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I'm a potato.
<v Speaker 3>Potato.
<v Speaker 1>Literally, here's another great story for us.
<v Speaker 4>After you eat those potatoes, you can go on a
<v Speaker 4>hike someplace new, a new place for us to go
<v Speaker 4>hiking here in the Metro area. It's actually down in
<v Speaker 4>Castle Rock called Lost Canyon Ranch open Space maybe a
<v Speaker 4>different name, maybe a different name than one that includes lost,
<v Speaker 4>because I don't like that when I'm hiking. It's a
<v Speaker 4>nearly seven exactly. It's Namesake Canyon. It's just west of
<v Speaker 4>Castlewood Canyon State Park. So if you're familiar with that place, and.
<v Speaker 3>I saw some videos of it, it's very pretty.
<v Speaker 4>And the Castlewood Canyon has the bread the dam that
<v Speaker 4>was broken back in the thirties and like flood Castle Rock.
<v Speaker 4>But you can still hike up to that and when
<v Speaker 4>you go to the top of it, you can see
<v Speaker 4>all these canyons and the way.
<v Speaker 1>The earth just is, Oh, it's fascinating. And that's what
<v Speaker 1>this is.
<v Speaker 4>It takes you throughout the canyon and it is just amazing.
<v Speaker 2>I do not wait.
<v Speaker 3>I'll throw a couple of potatoes in my backpack and
<v Speaker 3>hit that trail.
<v Speaker 1>See you know what's up.
<v Speaker 3>I saw there's some really nice stairs made out of rocks. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>on the trail.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely sure.
<v Speaker 4>There's lots of stairs, yeah, walls made of rock.
<v Speaker 1>Really yeah, maybe a rock made a rock the rock.
<v Speaker 3>Team out there because they got some good buildings.
<v Speaker 1>We really like your rocks.
<v Speaker 4>And right now you can explore ten miles of trails
<v Speaker 4>out there. So the opening of the property, it's kind
<v Speaker 4>of rolling out in phases. So this last weekend they
<v Speaker 4>opened up the first little part that you can go
<v Speaker 4>and explore. And there are still some trails and sites
<v Speaker 4>that improvements are being constructed, so it'll be a while
<v Speaker 4>before everything is open to the public.
<v Speaker 1>But right now, go check.
<v Speaker 4>It out those ten miles, as Martha, and then hopefully
<v Speaker 4>we can find the thieves who.
<v Speaker 1>Stole from a church. Can you believe low No, this
<v Speaker 1>lot San.
<v Speaker 4>Queetano Church, they're dealing with some unbelievable stuff. Thieves have
<v Speaker 4>stolen from the church twice in the last two months.
<v Speaker 4>It is a total of seventy five thousand dollars worth
<v Speaker 4>of stuff. And it's really just air conditioning, which makes
<v Speaker 4>it even worse because it is so dang hot out there,
<v Speaker 4>and if you can imagine, I mean, there's so many
<v Speaker 4>phrases about sweating in church, right and.
<v Speaker 1>So that's funny.
<v Speaker 4>It's really funny. And we have a local volunteer from
<v Speaker 4>the church.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we have a love Is this riveting?
<v Speaker 3>Are you ready? You're ready for everybody?
<v Speaker 1>You're ready?
<v Speaker 8>With this heat, it's been unbearable. We've had people plaiting
<v Speaker 8>from how hot it gets in there, because I believe
<v Speaker 8>as of right now, we're still waiting for twelve more
<v Speaker 8>weeks for them to even get here, so by the
<v Speaker 8>time they get here, it might be winter time already.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, that made the story.
<v Speaker 4>My goodness, Well, they're waiting for these AC units to
<v Speaker 4>come already.
<v Speaker 1>Can you imagine sitting and with just fans.
<v Speaker 4>I just feel so bad for this congregation. And again,
<v Speaker 4>these two AC units that have been stolen a total
<v Speaker 4>of seventy five thousand dollars. I mean for a church
<v Speaker 4>that is hard to come up with that kind of money.
<v Speaker 3>I'm gonna go to their services Sunday and I'm gonna
<v Speaker 3>put up potato in the offering pay for.
<v Speaker 4>Them at the very least, right, Like, my goodness, we
<v Speaker 4>hope that they find out who stole these because that is.
<v Speaker 1>Just not that's a badcard. Incredibly rude behavior, incredibly rude.
<v Speaker 3>You're going to hell good double hockey stakes. That's where
<v Speaker 3>you're going.
<v Speaker 4>Well, there you go, Jerry, there's your mom high hype Jerry,
<v Speaker 4>Katy and Josh six one hundred.
<v Speaker 3>I got something here that I saved over the weekend
<v Speaker 3>that I saw and I was like, you know what,
<v Speaker 3>we have a female heavy audience that listens to this
<v Speaker 3>morning show, and I feel like this is something that
<v Speaker 3>the ladies would like. I feel like you're gonna write
<v Speaker 3>this down, put it in your phone, maybe write it
<v Speaker 3>on your vision board today. Okay, your vision.
<v Speaker 1>Board, get to me. I'm so excited.
<v Speaker 3>It's a saying that I saw and I thought of
<v Speaker 3>you too. I was like, this is some crap, Katie
<v Speaker 3>for I've never seen this saying before. Okay, but it
<v Speaker 3>even made me smile. Are you ready? I'm ready stop
<v Speaker 3>letting people with zero abracadabra ruin your magic.
<v Speaker 1>I felt that.
<v Speaker 3>Did you feel that, I, dude?
<v Speaker 1>I did? I feel like that was meant for me.
<v Speaker 4>I feel like like in my situation right now, I
<v Speaker 4>could apply that.
<v Speaker 3>To a lot of this is this is spot on
<v Speaker 3>with every lady listening to this morning show right now.
<v Speaker 3>You got something going on in your life with somebody.
<v Speaker 3>I bet so here it is again. Put on your bag.
<v Speaker 3>I'm bored. Stop letting people with zero abracadabra ruin your magic.
<v Speaker 1>You know what I want to hear right now?
<v Speaker 4>It's like my theme song with that, Like that little
<v Speaker 4>bit of information is going to get me through.
<v Speaker 1>I'm Monday, Jeremy. I don't think you just know how
<v Speaker 1>many souls you touched with that.
<v Speaker 3>I told you I saw it.
<v Speaker 2>I was like failed it.
<v Speaker 3>I know you all have some issues with some Call
<v Speaker 3>now and tell us who is ruining your ebic cadabra.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you shoved them back in that hat. Shove them down,
<v Speaker 1>No rabbit, got time for that pigeon.
<v Speaker 3>Out of your sleeve and shove it right in there?
<v Speaker 3>Are all right?
<v Speaker 1>Quickly?
<v Speaker 3>Call now? Who's bugging you? Three or three things? Anyone? Anyway?
<v Speaker 3>I might post this. I don't want anyone to steal this,
<v Speaker 3>although if you're listening, you're probably gonna steal it anyway.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah you should make a fun graphic though.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, plaster our name on it so nob he steals it.
<v Speaker 3>I guess you still steal it somehow, you should. But
<v Speaker 3>that's for all the ladies listening this morning.
<v Speaker 1>I appreciate that. So much.
<v Speaker 3>I'm thinking about you. Thank you, Jeremy, You're welcome. Hey
<v Speaker 3>really quick. Speaking of Katie, I saw what is that
<v Speaker 3>over there on that? Why'd you bring that in today?
<v Speaker 3>I feel like that's dangerous because I running.
<v Speaker 4>Early in the morning and you guys have been super
<v Speaker 4>worried about me, and I've been trying to tell you no,
<v Speaker 4>I stay safe. Like I have pepper spray and a taser,
<v Speaker 4>and I just brought him in so I could show you.
<v Speaker 3>How did you bring him in to see him?
<v Speaker 4>Do you want to say, like the taser? Actually do
<v Speaker 4>you want to see Okay, I'm just gonna little box.
<v Speaker 4>It is shout out to Rose and Violet, my two
<v Speaker 4>Rose friend or Flower friends who got me my safety
<v Speaker 4>gear here. I know well because I think it's used,
<v Speaker 4>but it's gently.
<v Speaker 8>Don't point that.
<v Speaker 3>Stunt gun. Protect yourself. It's the Defender Extreme.
<v Speaker 1>Yes, oh it's up there.
<v Speaker 2>It goes only one shot available.
<v Speaker 3>It was like half a second shot.
<v Speaker 1>No, I need to charge it. Thanks for that.
<v Speaker 3>I know why she gave you.
<v Speaker 2>Hair too.
<v Speaker 3>Did she have to tase a wild animal.
<v Speaker 2>On this?
<v Speaker 1>I'm putting this back in the better you better?
<v Speaker 3>That's five hundred or five million vaults five thousand'll put
<v Speaker 3>somebody down five million.
<v Speaker 1>Volts, stop someone in their tracks.
<v Speaker 3>Right, bright red light, rechargeable cord, safety switch, a nylon sheath. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>and I love the last line comes in a gift box.
<v Speaker 1>So you can present it.
<v Speaker 4>Yes, So between that and the pepper spray here, these
<v Speaker 4>are the things.
<v Speaker 3>That Yeah, I rolled with spray maximum strength, so I
<v Speaker 3>had to get a bigger runners pack just so I
<v Speaker 3>could stay saferly. That's a decent size. This is good.
<v Speaker 3>This is good for you. Yes, it expired last year.
<v Speaker 1>But expire last year. No, and again, shout out to
<v Speaker 1>my friend Violet, keep me safe.
<v Speaker 3>I feel like I need to keep this over here
<v Speaker 3>because you're going to accidentally fire that off.
<v Speaker 1>No, I am extremely safe, And this is harder.
<v Speaker 4>See the pepper spray you have to like put your
<v Speaker 4>finger in it and press on it while you point
<v Speaker 4>it away.
<v Speaker 3>That's too much, like if you're in an intense situation,
<v Speaker 3>how are you gonna remember to do all that?
<v Speaker 5>Oh?
<v Speaker 4>I know, I can barely open the door when I
<v Speaker 4>get all worked up, like I'm believe me, it's year.
<v Speaker 1>And I have but I have it.
<v Speaker 3>I have it, and so you're not gonna be able
<v Speaker 3>to squeezeze because you're so nervous. And then the stun
<v Speaker 3>gun's already broken. It's not working.
<v Speaker 4>I just need to charge it. I just need to
<v Speaker 4>charge it. But I want you to know I'm staying safe.
<v Speaker 4>We're taking care of business out there. And I still
<v Speaker 4>got my run in today before it got super hot,
<v Speaker 4>you know, because that's a big thing right now. When
<v Speaker 4>it's one hundred degrees, it's really hard to run in that.
<v Speaker 3>So thanks for bringing those in three o'clock. I feel
<v Speaker 3>safer just half those in here. Actually, I feel though
<v Speaker 3>a stun gun is not charged, we could throw it
<v Speaker 3>at somebody. Well, there is definitely a lot of bad
<v Speaker 3>people out there, and uh, I guess apparently they all
<v Speaker 3>go to Walmart and steal things. Because Katie was still
<v Speaker 3>telling me off there a funny story about how you
<v Speaker 3>went to Walmart and you just couldn't get anything out
<v Speaker 3>of those shelves.
<v Speaker 4>They have everything locked up, like anything that I need,
<v Speaker 4>especially in the health and beauty realm of Walmart.
<v Speaker 1>It is behind lock and key. And not only that,
<v Speaker 1>but they.
<v Speaker 4>Have the little pagers so you can go press the
<v Speaker 4>button and someone will come help you. Except when you
<v Speaker 4>press that button, nobody comes and helps you, and not.
<v Speaker 1>Only that, people who work.
<v Speaker 4>There are still in the area and they look at
<v Speaker 4>you like, yeah, the button.
<v Speaker 1>Going, it's still not gonna help you. And you've it's ridiculous.
<v Speaker 3>You feel horrible going up and asking them for help
<v Speaker 3>because I've been there. You go over to you're probably
<v Speaker 3>looking to make it makeup and lotion instead. Exactly, I
<v Speaker 3>was in the automotive section and I needed a light
<v Speaker 3>bulb for like a in a one of my dash
<v Speaker 3>that I needed. Okay, they have the light bulbs blocked
<v Speaker 3>up in the automotive department.
<v Speaker 2>Again.
<v Speaker 3>I stood there for ten minutes and four or five
<v Speaker 3>guys walked by, and I was like, yeah.
<v Speaker 1>You don't want to bother them, even though they work there.
<v Speaker 3>You don't make icon contact or anything. It's horrible.
<v Speaker 1>It's crazy.
<v Speaker 4>And the minute you just like reach a point I
<v Speaker 4>feel at least I do where I'm like, I'm just
<v Speaker 4>gonna go buy this somewhere else where. It is locked up,
<v Speaker 4>and I can imagine a lot of people are doing that,
<v Speaker 4>but I understand why they have to do it, because
<v Speaker 4>they're experiencing a lot of theft right now, and people
<v Speaker 4>are just stealing without any kind of regard for anyone else.
<v Speaker 4>But I just want them to know I did not
<v Speaker 4>buy my thirty dollars product from your store because nobody
<v Speaker 4>would come help me. So I ended up going to
<v Speaker 4>a different store and brought bought that same products. I
<v Speaker 4>spent a little bit more money, but I didn't have
<v Speaker 4>to wait for it, And I think that they need
<v Speaker 4>to take that into consideration.
<v Speaker 3>I've left places because things are locked up, and if
<v Speaker 3>they want to.
<v Speaker 4>If you want to keep it under lock and key,
<v Speaker 4>that's fine, but maybe have some designated people to help.
<v Speaker 4>So second, imagine they were busy, but then you have
<v Speaker 4>that like someone actually asked me to move so they
<v Speaker 4>could get a product where I was standing, like this
<v Speaker 4>worked there asked me to move as I was waiting
<v Speaker 4>to see because I don't have the key.
<v Speaker 1>To unlock it either.
<v Speaker 4>That's the thing is where they and go do go
<v Speaker 4>tell their friend who's already not coming.
<v Speaker 1>It makes no sense.
<v Speaker 3>You think they're like behind the scenes, they're like, let's
<v Speaker 3>see how long we can make this lady wait.
<v Speaker 1>Watching the cameras right, They're like, look at it. And
<v Speaker 1>this is the point where she busts out the papers.
<v Speaker 3>Everybody. One of the funniest things that I've noticed there
<v Speaker 3>is like, if you go to get mascara or something,
<v Speaker 3>you can't slide it off the hook because there's that
<v Speaker 3>stopper there. It's ding ding ding. But you could literally
<v Speaker 3>just push the mass scara back on the slider, go
<v Speaker 3>up there and tear where it's hanging and just drop
<v Speaker 3>it down and walk off.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>I'm like, what is that stopping?
<v Speaker 1>I know absolutely not that.
<v Speaker 4>So the theft stuff they put in place is like
<v Speaker 4>that's not working.
<v Speaker 1>Like, yeah, it's it's a mess.
<v Speaker 4>They have to figure it out because they have to
<v Speaker 4>be losing a.
<v Speaker 1>Lot of money at this point.
<v Speaker 3>Not that I'm going in and buying myself a lot
<v Speaker 3>of mass scara, but it was just purely observational.
<v Speaker 1>No, your lashes are beautiful and luxurious. Let your light shine.
<v Speaker 9>Chair.
<v Speaker 3>We were driving back from for Collins yesterday and my
<v Speaker 3>wife said, Hey, you know what we should do is
<v Speaker 3>we should stop off at BUCkies on the way back.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, we were just there, but we were
<v Speaker 3>there really early in the morning when we were heading
<v Speaker 3>out for our road trip a few weeks ago. So
<v Speaker 3>they're like, okay. So it was like one in the afternoon.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, that place was probably popular.
<v Speaker 3>There was no parking Yeah, not a single parking spot,
<v Speaker 3>and there was probably nine hundred cars and RV's there,
<v Speaker 3>oh at least. And we got out of our car
<v Speaker 3>and on that parking lot in the middle of nowhere
<v Speaker 3>with all those vehicles, it felt like we were hiking
<v Speaker 3>Moab again.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, it felt like we.
<v Speaker 3>Were somewhere in like Death Valley or something. It was
<v Speaker 3>so damn hot.
<v Speaker 1>No, I think it's funny.
<v Speaker 3>Why are we here right now?
<v Speaker 4>They need to start rebranding weekends at BUCkies as a
<v Speaker 4>daylight party, like come party with the Beaver, because that
<v Speaker 4>is elbow to elbow, like you are like seriously, like
<v Speaker 4>no idea in there.
<v Speaker 3>I thought at this point it would have died down
<v Speaker 3>because it's been open for a minute now. I was
<v Speaker 3>shocked by how many people were there in the afternoon
<v Speaker 3>and at a million degrees.
<v Speaker 4>If it was closer, you couldn't keep me out of
<v Speaker 4>that place for real.
<v Speaker 1>Like they're a fudge.
<v Speaker 3>Counter everyone, that's funny. Nicole was looking at the fudge counter.
<v Speaker 3>They had a box of fudge and she's like, I
<v Speaker 3>just need half of this. Yeah, you don't need.
<v Speaker 2>All of this.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you can go to the counter and just tell
<v Speaker 1>them to get half of this. This is yeah, Like
<v Speaker 1>you can get as many or as little as you want.
<v Speaker 4>Well fudge and they have all those flavors and it's cheap.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, is to get a box of fudge.
<v Speaker 3>She looked at me and was like, I don't need this.
<v Speaker 3>I'm not gonna eat it. I'm gonna health journey right now.
<v Speaker 3>But I did get a bag of beef jerky. Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>I'm gonna say something incredibly controversial right now, are you
<v Speaker 3>gonna dan back everybody?
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna come for the beef?
<v Speaker 3>Incredibly controversial because when we were heading out of town,
<v Speaker 3>I didn't have a chance to grab a brisket sandwich
<v Speaker 3>because it was breakfast burrito. Yeah. So while we were there,
<v Speaker 3>I was like, why the hell not, I hope I'm
<v Speaker 3>never here again. I'm gonna get one of their brisket sandwiches.
<v Speaker 3>Huh for the road. So we all did. We hit
<v Speaker 3>the road and I was eating it on the road.
<v Speaker 3>It's not good.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, take it back right.
<v Speaker 3>The brisket sandwich it BUCkies. In my personal opinion, I
<v Speaker 3>did not enjoy. I did not think it was very good.
<v Speaker 1>Did they not stack it high enough for you.
<v Speaker 3>It was a big sandwich. I mean, I still ate
<v Speaker 3>the whole thing. I still ate it, but even the
<v Speaker 3>coal bit into it. And she's like, oh, it's a
<v Speaker 3>tough I was, no. The problem is it was very fatty.
<v Speaker 3>It was incredibly like a squash for both of us,
<v Speaker 3>and I just I don't know. Don't be mad at me. Buddies.
<v Speaker 3>I love your jerky, I love your coffee stations. We
<v Speaker 3>bought a stuffed animal. We bought stuffed beaver. I took
<v Speaker 3>a picture with the beef, the poor sob dressed as
<v Speaker 3>the beaver. I got a picture with you.
<v Speaker 1>Put it up on our social not even the gold statue.
<v Speaker 1>The actual mascot.
<v Speaker 3>The actual mascot was standing in there in that truck.
<v Speaker 3>And I was like, okay, I'll get might as well,
<v Speaker 3>but I'm sorry. The brisket sandwich that everybody raves about mediocre.
<v Speaker 3>And I guess.
<v Speaker 4>I didn't go up there and have the brisket sandwich.
<v Speaker 4>So as much as I'm coming for you right now,
<v Speaker 4>I can't.
<v Speaker 2>You haven't had it.
<v Speaker 1>But I had the burrito. I had the brisket right now.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't get the one. I just got their basic one,
<v Speaker 3>but it was that was tasty all day long. Their
<v Speaker 3>breakfast burritos were awesome, but you know, kind of what
<v Speaker 3>they're known for and everything I was like underwhelmed. Okay,
<v Speaker 3>very controversial. I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 1>You should write the Beaver.
<v Speaker 4>Don't don't come at me, write a strongly worded letter
<v Speaker 4>to the Beaver.
<v Speaker 1>Your mister bee. First of all, I do love your nuts,
<v Speaker 1>but your brisket not so much.
<v Speaker 3>Not so hot anyway, I still love you BUCkies. It's fine.
<v Speaker 3>It's times of like Fast five, Fast five. I'll fasking

<v Speaker 11>Oh my gosh, yes, I'm still suffering today.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.

<v Speaker 9>I did? I need to get a hoodie and wear
<v Speaker 9>that in this class. You can take a selfie.
<v Speaker 3>I will tell you that. Shelby texted me last week
<v Speaker 3>and said, hey, I'm in my gym class and somebody
<v Speaker 3>just said super Dupes. I was like, that's awesome. So
<v Speaker 3>somebody bought one of my super Dupes T shirts. I
<v Speaker 3>think his name was crap was a mic. I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>He's in a like a local bands, misfits, Yeah, resistful misfits,
<v Speaker 3>and he wore it as he was drumming in the
<v Speaker 3>band one night at one of their gigs. He had
<v Speaker 3>a big T shirt on it said super Dupes.
<v Speaker 9>I was like, that's awesome, that's amazing.

<v Speaker 3>letters in their last name.
<v Speaker 6>Go George W.
<v Speaker 9>Bush Wait the w.
<v Speaker 3>Oh No, you could have done two bushes. Actually there's
<v Speaker 3>double double bush. Yes, double bushes, and there was pulk
<v Speaker 3>FORDT and taft, but the double bush is how you
<v Speaker 3>get the W.
<v Speaker 10>Shelby.
<v Speaker 3>All right, remember that double bush for the win.
<v Speaker 8>All right, we'll do that.
<v Speaker 3>Hey, have a super dupes day.
<v Speaker 1>Yes you two? Okay, bye bye, shelby By.
<v Speaker 3>People dropped off? Why'd you get all scared? Let's play
<v Speaker 3>fast five. Here's the number again. Three oh three six
<v Speaker 3>nine one sixteen forty nine. Three O three six nine
<v Speaker 3>one sixteen forty nine. Hi Robert, good morning, Good morning buddy.
<v Speaker 3>What'd you do this weekend?
<v Speaker 5>Uh?
<v Speaker 4>Dyl golf?
<v Speaker 3>And then I had to work on my son's car. Oh,
<v Speaker 3>what's wrong with the car? A little overheating issue. Wrong
<v Speaker 3>time in the year for that, right, Yeah, Katie gets
<v Speaker 3>that actually, and she's outside just a little overheating.
<v Speaker 10>He gets overheated.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, triple digits, Robert. It can happen, Gregg.
<v Speaker 3>We try not to leave her in the car too long. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>you've got to crack the landows if she's in there. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>you know, it's sure. You know what's funny, Robert? The
<v Speaker 3>next one on my list, I kid you not coming
<v Speaker 3>up with five different types of golf clubs and I
<v Speaker 3>am not using that on you. Oh sorry, brother, Oh okay,
<v Speaker 3>this one's kind of funny though. This one came in
<v Speaker 3>from a listener. I think you're gonna get it in
<v Speaker 3>ten seconds. Give me five places that you'd find a
<v Speaker 3>really long bathroom line go concerts.
<v Speaker 11>Uh oh, really.
<v Speaker 3>You could have said course, field, ballerinaile, high, red rocks. Oh,
<v Speaker 3>actual place. Man, you really craped the bed, didn't you.
<v Speaker 3>And the Renaissance.
<v Speaker 2>I think more.
<v Speaker 9>Pacific location.
<v Speaker 3>Well, al right, it was nice talking to you. You
<v Speaker 3>have a super dup day.
<v Speaker 2>Have a great day, my Robert, so much.
<v Speaker 3>Leah, Leah, Hello, Hello, Why do you sound so irritated?
<v Speaker 9>I didn't No, I didn't hear what you said when
<v Speaker 9>you said my name all fast Leah. Yeah, and then
<v Speaker 9>see your words.
<v Speaker 3>Jeremy, Jeremie, how are you doing on today? Did you
<v Speaker 3>have a good weekend?
<v Speaker 9>I'm great? How are you doing?
<v Speaker 3>It's so weird, not that I care, but what'd you
<v Speaker 3>do this weekend.
<v Speaker 9>When picked off our big school supply drive for our
<v Speaker 9>nonprofit for teachers that we support.
<v Speaker 3>To Okay, all right, I take that back. You're a
<v Speaker 3>good human, Yes she is? Yeah, high five, high five
<v Speaker 3>to you with your school supplies. Did you get a
<v Speaker 3>lot of stuff?
<v Speaker 9>Yeah, so far, so good, and we're doing it till
<v Speaker 9>the end of the month. Well, I mean there's only
<v Speaker 9>this week at the end of the month, but hoping
<v Speaker 9>we have even more. We do a big like fill
<v Speaker 9>the Jeep event on the weekend, and we like to
<v Speaker 9>pack it full.
<v Speaker 3>So where are you going to be this? Are you
<v Speaker 3>going to do it this weekend?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah?
<v Speaker 9>On Saturday, the Saturday in downtown Parker, in front of Killin's,
<v Speaker 9>we pull up our our jeep, our nonprofit jeep, which
<v Speaker 9>is really just my vice president's cheap and we open
<v Speaker 9>up the trunk and we'll be part right in front
<v Speaker 9>of Killing's right there, and people just come and drop
<v Speaker 9>stuff off.
<v Speaker 3>Well, there you go. Go fill up the jeep this weekend.
<v Speaker 5>People.
<v Speaker 3>Hey Leah job, Leah's going to heaven. Well done.
<v Speaker 9>Yay, Hey you're.
<v Speaker 3>Going to heaven?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah?
<v Speaker 3>What do I have for you? And I'm not going
<v Speaker 3>to do the golf club wounds?
<v Speaker 5>All right?
<v Speaker 3>This one's subjective. It's kind of silly. Uh. In ten seconds,
<v Speaker 3>give me five sounds that might scare you at night.
<v Speaker 9>Go tapping on the window, somebody trying to get into
<v Speaker 9>my house, somebody walking around, a ghost walking around, my
<v Speaker 9>husband snoring, literally anything creeping in the floorboards.
<v Speaker 3>I love, is your husband a loud sleeper?
<v Speaker 1>Scary sleeper disease?
<v Speaker 3>Snore and fart all night long or what.
<v Speaker 9>I don't know. I'm a good heavy sleeper, but there
<v Speaker 9>are sometimes where I'm.
<v Speaker 1>Like, dude, I just can't.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, well that was a bunch of rambling, but I
<v Speaker 3>think you got it. What are you supposed to say
<v Speaker 3>when you win? Fast forward?
<v Speaker 9>Jeremy, play me the wind? You win?
<v Speaker 1>Sound?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah you got it?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I know?
<v Speaker 11>Right?
<v Speaker 2>Oh my god.
<v Speaker 3>Right, you're so sweet. Good job going to heaven, and
<v Speaker 3>thank you for calling in today. It was very nice
<v Speaker 3>of you.
<v Speaker 9>Of course, thanks bro letting me talk about the school
<v Speaker 9>supply drive too.
<v Speaker 2>Hey.
<v Speaker 3>Absolutely, those kiddos need school supplies, so seriously, thank you
<v Speaker 3>for doing that. I'm gonna put you on hold. We'll
<v Speaker 3>come back and tell you how to get those tickets
<v Speaker 3>out to Red Rocks and you have the time of
<v Speaker 3>your life. Girlfriend, Thank you, welcome hold on. She was nice. Jerey,
<v Speaker 3>Katie and Josh makes one of a whole stack of
<v Speaker 3>odds and ends are pretty solid. I might even try
<v Speaker 3>to sneak in a personal story at the end of
<v Speaker 3>these the stack I have here. My story is something
<v Speaker 3>only a guy would do, I feel like, so we'll
<v Speaker 3>tell you about that. So it's been so hot I
<v Speaker 3>wish we had these here. A Japanese company has created
<v Speaker 3>refrigerators for humans.
<v Speaker 1>I saw these.
<v Speaker 3>Do you see this? They're called personal cooling cabinets. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>metallic container with transparent glass doors designed as a personal
<v Speaker 3>cooling space for humans. You climb in, you sit on
<v Speaker 3>the little seat, and you enjoy cooled air that's approximately
<v Speaker 3>forty one degrees and it's directed towards your head and
<v Speaker 3>your neck, your shoulders, my neck, my back, all that,
<v Speaker 3>and it's kind of like jets on a hot tub,
<v Speaker 3>but it's cool air. Ten minutes helps you quickly reduce
<v Speaker 3>body timbriver in Japan.
<v Speaker 1>They did that right correct, Yes, like they think of everything.
<v Speaker 4>And I saw that they had like an influx in
<v Speaker 4>days of one hundred degrees or hotter, and so the
<v Speaker 4>people who made that were like, this isn't necessary, Like
<v Speaker 4>this is gonna be a necessity in the near future.
<v Speaker 3>So the only problem is is they're ninety two hundred dollars.
<v Speaker 1>Each, ridiculously expensive.
<v Speaker 3>I guess maybe they'd set them up like those creepy
<v Speaker 3>massage chairs in the mall you know that Rando's sit in.
<v Speaker 3>Maybe they'd have those like set up in the mall
<v Speaker 3>you can go in and put a quarter in.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, and also like the more we need them, Like
<v Speaker 4>remember the first microwave was a.
<v Speaker 3>Couple of times.
<v Speaker 1>You're right, everything costs a lot of first came out.
<v Speaker 3>So they say it can help with muscle issues as well.
<v Speaker 3>Not only can it cleutely downe in the summer, but
<v Speaker 3>it'll help like release muscle tension and stuff if you're like, oh,
<v Speaker 3>like that all the time. So that's kind of neat.
<v Speaker 3>Health experts are talking about an actual issue now that
<v Speaker 3>they are calling texting thumbs. It's because so much, so
<v Speaker 3>many people are texting, scrolling, swiping. People are literally getting
<v Speaker 3>texting thumb. It's a medical diagnosis now, stiffness, throbbing near
<v Speaker 3>the thumb joint pain when you push down or bend
<v Speaker 3>your thumb. Do you got it right now?
<v Speaker 1>You got the texting?
<v Speaker 3>I could see that you on your phone a lot. No,
<v Speaker 3>I'm not, but are you?
<v Speaker 4>I already have issues with my thumbs because I have
<v Speaker 4>mutant thumbs, and so this one's like my mom's and
<v Speaker 4>this one's like my dad, so.
<v Speaker 2>We get they are different.
<v Speaker 4>It's a little spatch, that's what I call it, a
<v Speaker 4>little which primarily the right one it gets a little sore.
<v Speaker 4>Sometimes it is the bigger one. It's the dad thumb.
<v Speaker 4>But yeah, like gets a little sore sometimes. I had
<v Speaker 4>no idea it was a medical cond It's actually.
<v Speaker 3>A medical thing. Now doctors are calling it texting thumb.
<v Speaker 3>So they say take breaks, change up how you're holding
<v Speaker 3>your phone, switch hands, use voice to text whenever possible.
<v Speaker 3>And they recommend now doing daily thumb and wrist stretches one, two, three, four,
<v Speaker 3>up and up and back up and pull it back,
<v Speaker 3>pull it back, and you see.
<v Speaker 2>Gym.
<v Speaker 3>They got like a spin class and a zoomba class,
<v Speaker 3>and a weight class and a thumb class.
<v Speaker 4>Are I'm gonna be little Spatch? Like that's gonna be
<v Speaker 4>my name when I have people work out.
<v Speaker 1>Let's little Spatch.
<v Speaker 3>Let's create an Instagram account dedicated to your thumb and
<v Speaker 3>we'll call it at little Spatch.
<v Speaker 1>Yes, can we do it? I would love this.
<v Speaker 3>We'll have your thumb in various locations and it'll be fun,
<v Speaker 3>like a little smiley on it. How about this. There's
<v Speaker 3>a denim trend popular with the gen zs right now,
<v Speaker 3>drawing sharp reactions from parents. Says this story. It's called
<v Speaker 3>fold over jeans pants deliberately designed with an undone open
<v Speaker 3>fly appearance, and I guess they are flying off the
<v Speaker 3>shelves right now. All the big names Fashion, Nova, Nordis, Hasm,
<v Speaker 3>Hollister whatever.
<v Speaker 2>It's like the early two thousands, we did the already.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, but they're in the front, so it looks like
<v Speaker 3>the front zipped open. I don't remember that wore the
<v Speaker 3>unbuttoned Yeah, and you don't.
<v Speaker 1>Have to butt way. You can just unbutton the jeans
<v Speaker 1>they drive, yes, do it? Do it and then walk
<v Speaker 1>around here.
<v Speaker 3>We have button our pants anyway, we were sitting in
<v Speaker 3>the movies. Do you do that when you're in the movies?
<v Speaker 4>You button your pants, not to show off so you
<v Speaker 4>can relax.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>All right.
<v Speaker 3>So the final odds and end story I have for
<v Speaker 3>you guys is something I heard this weekend which is
<v Speaker 3>absolutely fantastic and it truly is something only a guy
<v Speaker 3>would do. We made our way up to Fort Collins
<v Speaker 3>this weekend to see Nicole's sight of the family that
<v Speaker 3>came in from Iowa. They were staying in Fort Collins
<v Speaker 3>because then they were driving up into Cheyenne for Cheyenne
<v Speaker 3>Front Tier Days all weekend. Super to stay in Fort
<v Speaker 3>Collins so anyway, they had an airbnb, so we zipped
<v Speaker 3>up there on Sunday and hung out for quite a
<v Speaker 3>while with them before they had to get into Wyoming.
<v Speaker 3>But as we were sitting there talking, we found out
<v Speaker 3>Nicole's uncle had had a UTI a couple of weeks ago. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>dudes can actually get urine aer tract infections. He's like,
<v Speaker 3>it's rare, but he had one. Anyway, went into a
<v Speaker 3>bunch of jokes about his prostate for clinching and all
<v Speaker 3>this stuff. So anyway to get him to go because
<v Speaker 3>he was in so much pain and discomfort, they put
<v Speaker 3>a catheter in him. Oh you know, so you got
<v Speaker 3>to train him out. So he had the catheter in
<v Speaker 3>for about three days. He was feeling better. He tried
<v Speaker 3>to get a hold of his doctor, and there was
<v Speaker 3>an issue with the doctor's not getting back to him,
<v Speaker 3>directing him to different places to get the catheter removed.
<v Speaker 3>They said, we can get to you in seven to
<v Speaker 3>ten days. He's like, hold up, Like, I'm feeling better,
<v Speaker 3>I am empty now, everything's fine, And he started researching online.
<v Speaker 3>He's like, if you leave the catheter in too long,
<v Speaker 3>you can start running into other issues. Because it's been
<v Speaker 3>in too long.
<v Speaker 1>U huh.
<v Speaker 3>So he went onto the YouTube.
<v Speaker 1>No, he did it, and.
<v Speaker 3>You can truly learn anything on YouTube, and he learned
<v Speaker 3>how to take a catheter out on the YouTube's And
<v Speaker 3>before they made their way to the beautiful state of Colorado,
<v Speaker 3>Nicole's uncle removed his own cafeter. That just gave me
<v Speaker 3>the shivers. Yeah, cringey, But you know what, he got
<v Speaker 3>it out just fine. And really that should be something
<v Speaker 3>that you could probably do at home. It doesn't seem
<v Speaker 3>that difficult.
<v Speaker 4>Why every time a guy talks about this, I think
<v Speaker 4>of hot tub time machine every single time.
<v Speaker 1>And he does that too, oh himself.
<v Speaker 4>And it's like but it's very exaggerated in the hospital
<v Speaker 4>and he just.
<v Speaker 3>Like yanksy my main it's funny. Like my grandpa when
<v Speaker 3>he was in the hospital near the end, they kept
<v Speaker 3>having problems because he kept pulling his catheter out because
<v Speaker 3>he was just a spunky old guy, you know, and
<v Speaker 3>he didn't want that, and so there was issues with that.
<v Speaker 3>But the problem is is I don't think he was
<v Speaker 3>deflating the little balloon like you. They put it up
<v Speaker 3>and in and to keep it in, they like inflate
<v Speaker 3>the end of it. So it's like a balloon at
<v Speaker 3>the end, so it doesn't it stopped, it doesn't come out.
<v Speaker 3>I don't think my grandpa was deflating the balloon. But anyway,
<v Speaker 3>Nicole's uncle figured out how to deflate the little balloon
<v Speaker 3>up in there, and you just it's like starting an
<v Speaker 3>old lawnmore right. You just put your foot on the
<v Speaker 3>counter and it's started a lot more and you rip
<v Speaker 3>it out. Why are you looking at me like that?
<v Speaker 1>You guys are the one to have them.
<v Speaker 3>You just careful deflate that balloon.
<v Speaker 4>I think this sounds so painful, Like if I were you,
<v Speaker 4>it'd be hard to even talk about.
<v Speaker 3>But I believe me.
<v Speaker 2>No.
<v Speaker 3>We were all gathered around the table outside at this
<v Speaker 3>house before Collins going was he I didn't have to
<v Speaker 3>go the doctor. Suck it. I did ask him if
<v Speaker 3>he brought it with him, though, like, can I see it?
<v Speaker 3>Can I try it on? That's weird? So during that
<v Speaker 3>last song, Katie ran out to go tinkle, and one
<v Speaker 3>of our sales guys is here and she came back.
<v Speaker 3>What he said was weird, Like he commented on your shirt, and.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, he was like I really like your shirt, I
<v Speaker 1>like your arms, I like your arms.
<v Speaker 4>What what was Is he nervous or did you get
<v Speaker 4>not get to see my behind because that's where the actions.
<v Speaker 1>Really going.
<v Speaker 3>To day look at that crash.
<v Speaker 1>Was no one's ever said they like my.
<v Speaker 3>Arms because maybe he was caught off guard. Maybe have
<v Speaker 3>you seen those videos where they like come up on
<v Speaker 3>somebody and they're not ready for you, and you're like, hey,
<v Speaker 3>how's it going in there? Like shine? Maybe that was
<v Speaker 3>you know, maybe it was that it came around the
<v Speaker 3>car corner. He's like, arms are.
<v Speaker 4>Nice, funny, like instantly now I'm all insecure about my arms.
<v Speaker 3>I was just like, I like your arm placement in
<v Speaker 3>that shirt, Like what have a great this comes out
<v Speaker 3>in the morning.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I know.
<v Speaker 1>Harry Christmas. Oh yeah No.
<v Speaker 4>It was a little awkward, but also nice, like, you know,
<v Speaker 4>a compliment.
<v Speaker 1>It is a nice compliment, right, you.
<v Speaker 3>Know, to start your day with a compliment, that's very nice.
<v Speaker 3>Even though I don't know if you're your arms aren't
<v Speaker 3>that jacked or anything.
<v Speaker 1>No, they're pretty normal.
<v Speaker 3>He's an arm guy, Like, your elbows are very more.
<v Speaker 1>I was just gonna say it's the bows where.
<v Speaker 3>It's hotties, hatties, hotties everywhere.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Oh so many hotties. But is it naughties to have
<v Speaker 3>too many hotties?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it might be what you got for kids.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, So this is from Sierra in Green Valley Ranch.
<v Speaker 4>She hit us up on the socials and she said
<v Speaker 4>she recently started dating a guy who was a friend
<v Speaker 4>first right, They've known each other for ten years. He's
<v Speaker 4>moved in recently and asked.
<v Speaker 1>Her to marry him.
<v Speaker 4>Like things are going really well, right, but the relationship
<v Speaker 4>completely perfect except for anything.
<v Speaker 1>To have to do with social media.
<v Speaker 4>So she says he has an account on TikTok that
<v Speaker 4>makes her the most nervous. He's following five hundred women
<v Speaker 4>and has just as many women following him. Sierra says,
<v Speaker 4>I'm worried this is going to lead to other things,
<v Speaker 4>even though he has never met most of these women,
<v Speaker 4>if any. I'm sure other listeners deal with this issue,
<v Speaker 4>and I'm not sure how to handle the situation. Is
<v Speaker 4>it a form of cheating or because it's social media?
<v Speaker 1>Should I just not worry about it?
<v Speaker 4>To my knowledge, again, he doesn't chat with any of them,
<v Speaker 4>or maybe he has that hidden so I don't see
<v Speaker 4>it and we'll probably never know for sure. But it's
<v Speaker 4>always a source of contention. We fight over this almost daily.
<v Speaker 4>Do other couples fight over sexy socials? Should I end
<v Speaker 4>this relationship because of doubt, which I'm worried will turn
<v Speaker 4>into trust issues or do I just shrug it off?
<v Speaker 4>Is this the new just it's okay flirting? Or do
<v Speaker 4>I need to really look at this as a red flag?
<v Speaker 4>And again, this is from Sierra or Valley Branch. I
<v Speaker 4>completely sympathize with her.
<v Speaker 3>Here, hold on, what was the time that? Hold up?
<v Speaker 1>So they've known each other for ten years?
<v Speaker 4>They've been friend ten years fan Okay, they've been dating
<v Speaker 4>for a while to the point where he's moved in
<v Speaker 4>and now they're about to get married. So they've been
<v Speaker 4>dating for at least. She doesn't put a time frame
<v Speaker 4>on that. She just said she's known him for ten years.
<v Speaker 3>So he's got a decade worth of of beautiful women
<v Speaker 3>build up essentially where he was not dating, he was single,
<v Speaker 3>he was collecting him like trading cards.
<v Speaker 10>Right.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I mean he's got ten years of Instagram before her. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>and she's pissed about it.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>She wanted to just shut it, shut the whole thing.
<v Speaker 2>That's kind of.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, she's kind of asking is it okay for me
<v Speaker 4>to ask him to especially the TikTok, the ticbo, this.
<v Speaker 7>TikTok thing, Katie, is it like an account made? Like
<v Speaker 7>is he making sexy videos? Or you're just saying he's
<v Speaker 7>following sexy girls and they're following him back.
<v Speaker 4>She just said that this is the one that she
<v Speaker 4>notices the mostekais TikTok?
<v Speaker 1>Is that okay?
<v Speaker 3>Though, yes, it's okay. He's had ten years, he said,
<v Speaker 3>ten years of scoping out chicks.
<v Speaker 1>Why do you need to look at that anymore?
<v Speaker 3>But I will say at this point now that's probably
<v Speaker 3>something that you should maybe let go now, right, So
<v Speaker 3>there's nothing wrong with it. Ten years of just being
<v Speaker 3>a dude, you know, lady, But.
<v Speaker 4>Is it okay for her to ask him? I want
<v Speaker 4>you to shut this down. I don't feel comfortable they
<v Speaker 4>engage it. They are going to get married, yeah.
<v Speaker 3>I think so.
<v Speaker 4>But don't you follow a bunch of sexy ladies on
<v Speaker 4>your socials?
<v Speaker 1>I know Josh does.
<v Speaker 10>Well.
<v Speaker 3>There's a bit of an issue with Andrea Henderson. I
<v Speaker 3>think it's very cute. I think she's really cute, and
<v Speaker 3>she's on the Fox Morning Show and Nicole the other
<v Speaker 3>day mentioned She's like, I saw the video you made
<v Speaker 3>about Andrea.
<v Speaker 1>See the one where I was like more Andrea.
<v Speaker 3>Then we went yeah, she was on the screen, but
<v Speaker 3>again that was kind of cheeky for fun for the
<v Speaker 3>morning show. And what I do is I'd like to
<v Speaker 3>keep all the local media people on my Instagram feed.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, if you go on there, I've also got
<v Speaker 3>like Kathy Sabin and Kirk Yunkie. Did Sydney Sweety.
<v Speaker 1>Just start working for Channel seven?
<v Speaker 3>Maybe Sydney Sweety. There's a couple shut up.
<v Speaker 4>I'm just saying, like this seems to be like the
<v Speaker 4>new normal, but I don't think anybody's really talked about
<v Speaker 4>it or set rolls for it yet. Like so I
<v Speaker 4>just would like to hear from actual established couples, like
<v Speaker 4>are you following sexy people on Instagram?
<v Speaker 3>And here's the difference. I have a handful okay emphasis
<v Speaker 3>on a handvil. But yet like we watched he Man
<v Speaker 3>again this weekend, okay, and she was like, oh he
<v Speaker 3>Man please, I mean every you're gonna have that on
<v Speaker 3>sexy everywhere, sexy and sexy, and you get a knowledge
<v Speaker 3>sexy is sexy, and but I know that, you know,
<v Speaker 3>I know where my bread is buttered.
<v Speaker 4>It's one thing to see someone on TV, a celebrity
<v Speaker 4>that everybody you know sexualizes and sees and puts on
<v Speaker 4>a pedestal and wanting them in a way that is
<v Speaker 4>not attainable. But nowadays there's like people who are just
<v Speaker 4>in the metro community that you could follow that are
<v Speaker 4>sexy individuals, and I don't do that. I think that's
<v Speaker 4>the point here because they seem like they're young, and
<v Speaker 4>so the younger generation no offense to anybody, but everybody
<v Speaker 4>thinks they're an.
<v Speaker 1>Influencer, right, and so the pictures we see are.
<v Speaker 2>All that, they're all sexy.
<v Speaker 3>He's got maybe got ten, okay, And a lot of
<v Speaker 3>them are local media, which I like to tag and
<v Speaker 3>stuff occasionally because truly sometimes I feel like, oh maybe
<v Speaker 3>they'll repost that it will gain some numbers. You know,
<v Speaker 3>there is that aspect. So it's different for like me,
<v Speaker 3>who's got like five that I'm like, ah, yeah, she's
<v Speaker 3>pretty durn cute versus a dude who's got five hundred.
<v Speaker 3>That would make anyone insecure. If you were a guy
<v Speaker 3>starting to go out with a woman and she had
<v Speaker 3>five hundred, dudes, yeah, that would be like, ooh, I
<v Speaker 3>don't like this at all.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and I think we have.
<v Speaker 4>To think of in the terms of a young per
<v Speaker 4>where you know, they seem like they've known each other
<v Speaker 4>for ten years and they're just moving into that next
<v Speaker 4>stage of life. So I imagine they're like Josh's age,
<v Speaker 4>in their early thirties, right, So their whole young life,
<v Speaker 4>they've been, as you said, racking up these sexy follows.
<v Speaker 1>On on social media.
<v Speaker 4>And this is just what you did as a kid, right, Like,
<v Speaker 4>we didn't necessarily have that.
<v Speaker 1>Why would I mean, you know what.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, like you'd have like phone numbers.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, exactly.
<v Speaker 4>So this is kind of how y'all were trained just
<v Speaker 4>to keep connected, is to follow each other.
<v Speaker 3>Collect them all. Yeah, it's kind of here's the thing. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>the phone lines are open if any of our listeners
<v Speaker 3>want to sound off about this, We would love to
<v Speaker 3>talk to you guys, if you want to text in
<v Speaker 3>and sound off. Three oh three six nine one one
<v Speaker 3>MiGs three O three six nine one sixteen forty nine.
<v Speaker 3>Now that Sierra and lover Boy are getting married, is
<v Speaker 3>it okay for her to say, hey, you probably should
<v Speaker 3>shut down your accounts now, yeah, or really weed out
<v Speaker 3>a lot of people because I noticed you have five
<v Speaker 3>hundred ladies following you. I'm Mallory.
<v Speaker 10>Hi, good morning.
<v Speaker 3>Hey, So what's the deal with Sierra and this dude.
<v Speaker 3>What's your advice.
<v Speaker 10>I think my advice is to kind of wait it out.
<v Speaker 10>I mean, me and my fiance, we're getting married in September.
<v Speaker 10>We've been together for going on nine years, and we've
<v Speaker 10>had this issue in the past too, where he follows
<v Speaker 10>some interesting girls, not of.
<v Speaker 3>My choosing, but but sexy, sexy looking.
<v Speaker 10>Because it works both ways. I follow some gentlemen that
<v Speaker 10>you know have some great arms like heat, he says.
<v Speaker 3>And you know, well, thank you for following me on Instagram.
<v Speaker 10>Oh yes, yes, but no ill will or no bad intentions.
<v Speaker 10>But on the other hand, as long as you love
<v Speaker 10>each other and you're ready for marriage, I think it
<v Speaker 10>works both ways. But if he's reaching out to them,
<v Speaker 10>I mean, that's where we have a different story.
<v Speaker 3>So you almost need to sit in this. You almost
<v Speaker 3>need to sit him down and be like, hey, let
<v Speaker 3>me see the messages on there, Like I see your
<v Speaker 3>following him, Like if everything is uh, you know, kosher,
<v Speaker 3>and everything's fine, let me see your messages. And he
<v Speaker 3>should have no problem showing her secure.
<v Speaker 10>You don't want to come up in exactly.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 1>The minute you ask him to do that, it changes everything.
<v Speaker 3>And again, wouldn't you say that It is like at
<v Speaker 3>the extreme level, we're maybe like you're following two or
<v Speaker 3>three dudes and it's just kind of like ooh, baby, baby,
<v Speaker 3>and you move on with your life. It's an extreme
<v Speaker 3>with this guy. When it's five hundred windred, that's five ladies.
<v Speaker 10>A little excessive. It's a little excessive. But you know,
<v Speaker 10>like I said, if there's no ill will, if he's
<v Speaker 10>not gradually reaching out to the use women, I mean,
<v Speaker 10>it would be different if they're only posting inappropriate things.
<v Speaker 10>I think that would I would have a problem if
<v Speaker 10>he's just following them to look at their inappropriate place.
<v Speaker 3>They could all be women from church. We don't know,
<v Speaker 3>but you never know. Malory. It was so incredibly kind
<v Speaker 3>of you to call us this morning, and thank you
<v Speaker 3>so very very much for your advice. Here's Joe. It's
<v Speaker 3>a dude's perspective. Hi Joe, Hey, how we doing. We're
<v Speaker 3>super dupes. What's your advice for Sierra?
<v Speaker 11>My advice is drop the account or actually I've been
<v Speaker 11>married seventeen years. I think he should. She should have
<v Speaker 11>access to all his social media for accountability purposes. If
<v Speaker 11>he's going to keep that otherwise, drop it, just commit
<v Speaker 11>go all in. He's already passed the barrier, he's moved
<v Speaker 11>in with her, they're about to get married. What's the
<v Speaker 11>point of having all those extra accounts.
<v Speaker 3>If he's a good dude, he would just be like it. Honestly,
<v Speaker 3>shouldn't even be a conversation. If he's a good dude,
<v Speaker 3>he should just be dropping all of it anyway and
<v Speaker 3>canceling these account.
<v Speaker 11>I would agree with that.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, Joe, do you do you follow any sexy sexy
<v Speaker 3>ladies on your socials?
<v Speaker 11>I do not have social media. I'm done. I'm too
<v Speaker 11>busy running kids around your living life, Yeah, doing all
<v Speaker 11>the things.
<v Speaker 1>So and how long you've been married, Joe?
<v Speaker 11>I have a teen years and a boy, Joe.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, you're a funny guy. Joe. Thank you so very
<v Speaker 3>much for the call today, Grinding it Baby. Thank you
<v Speaker 3>for writing into the morning show. If you guys ever
<v Speaker 3>have a dilemma that you want us to talk about,
<v Speaker 3>we would love to chit chat about it on the
<v Speaker 3>air so you can find us on Facebook and Instagram.
<v Speaker 2>Believe it or not.
<v Speaker 1>Give us a follow. We sexy but.
<v Speaker 3>A lot of our pictures are bikini shots of us
<v Speaker 3>in bikinis.
<v Speaker 1>But find us see Josh.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, there you go. It's that time for a little
<v Speaker 3>links hundred sports update. Big news over the week, and
<v Speaker 3>of course Lebron James shocking the sports world on Friday
<v Speaker 3>by picking the seventy six ers for his next team
<v Speaker 3>to play on. Oh that's fun. Good for him. Signed
<v Speaker 3>a two year, eight million dollars contract with the seventy
<v Speaker 3>six Ers. He says he's not doing it for money
<v Speaker 3>or family. He just wants to meet new people and
<v Speaker 3>have a good time. Any you got to turn your
<v Speaker 3>mic on over there? There you go. I just said, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>I know, I couldn't hear you.
<v Speaker 7>Eight million bucks in the NBA is nothing, So he
<v Speaker 7>isn't doing it.
<v Speaker 3>He doesn't need the money.
<v Speaker 4>I'm excited it's three for him to play alongside Joel Embiid.
<v Speaker 1>That's the one thing.
<v Speaker 2>They got Jaylen Brown too.
<v Speaker 3>So many great.
<v Speaker 1>Those are the good things. But I really thought he
<v Speaker 1>was going back to Cleveland. Like he shocked me.
<v Speaker 3>You know what I mean I'm aware of is that
<v Speaker 3>there are a few Philly cheesteak spots that are promising
<v Speaker 3>Lebron the VIP treatment while he's out there. The other
<v Speaker 3>thing I noticed from this story is this song that
<v Speaker 3>went viral this weekend, and I got to play a
<v Speaker 3>little bit of it because man, it just made me smile.
<v Speaker 4>Here you go, just sat.
<v Speaker 6>Message could have been, if you want to.
<v Speaker 5>Make the work, I'm about to the place and take
<v Speaker 5>a look in the sky.
<v Speaker 3>I don't care who you are.
<v Speaker 1>I really can wow.
<v Speaker 3>Alright, what else you got, Josh?
<v Speaker 2>I love it?
<v Speaker 7>Well, Hey, I know football season is right around the corner. However,
<v Speaker 7>basketball season is as well. Preseason's gonna start. Yes, preseason
<v Speaker 7>is gonna be starting up in very early October. And Katie,
<v Speaker 7>this is exciting. Ks Kronkey Sports Entertainment.
<v Speaker 2>Hey, we know them.
<v Speaker 7>Mister Kronki himself are very big boss and owner decided
<v Speaker 7>that he is actually upgrading twenty four luxury suites ahead
<v Speaker 7>of the twenty six twenty seven season, including their practice facility, Katie,
<v Speaker 7>where they're gonna install an eleven hundred square foot observation
<v Speaker 7>deck so that people can watch practices.
<v Speaker 2>I think that's racticating.
<v Speaker 7>The Nuggets practice court inside Ballerina is getting a new
<v Speaker 7>mezzanine area, and they had to support or submit these
<v Speaker 7>plans to the city and it's gonna be costing four
<v Speaker 7>hundred and forty thousand dollars.
<v Speaker 4>I love a good mezzanine, Yeah, because you know, anytime
<v Speaker 4>you'd watch the Nuggets practice, it would be right there
<v Speaker 4>on the court. So I mean, balls would come flying
<v Speaker 4>towards you like you were. There was no separation between
<v Speaker 4>you and Jamal much.
<v Speaker 3>I just thought you could go in and get in
<v Speaker 3>and play with him. Now you get a ball and
<v Speaker 3>you just grab it and run in. And doesn't that
<v Speaker 3>you don't get frown upon that?
<v Speaker 4>Don't like, don't you practicing your sick moves you've known
<v Speaker 4>since high school?
<v Speaker 1>Apparently they don't appreciate that on the practice.
<v Speaker 3>Court, Katie, get back on the mezzanine.
<v Speaker 1>Big lesson. Learn Now they put in a mezzanine.
<v Speaker 2>Watch the sky.
<v Speaker 1>Like that down?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, Nuggets. All right, let's talk about the biggest trending
<v Speaker 3>stories of the day. I hate to harshen your mellow, bro,
<v Speaker 3>but rumor has it that Jimothy, the viral raccoon that
<v Speaker 3>has become an Internet sensation over the past couple of
<v Speaker 3>weeks was actually made with AI. Some guy hopped on
<v Speaker 3>to Reddit and he dropped the confession. He says he
<v Speaker 3>generated Jimothy on something called higgs Field AI. No, and
<v Speaker 3>he said he created it. It's fake, it's not real,
<v Speaker 3>and it has a lot of people pissed off right now.
<v Speaker 3>Whether or not that's true, I don't know. I'm just
<v Speaker 3>reporting what I saw this morning, that there is a
<v Speaker 3>dude out there, maybe looking for publicity, I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>But he says Jimothy's fake. It's not a real raccoon.
<v Speaker 3>It's not real. So sad, I told you, I didn't
<v Speaker 3>mean to harshen your mellow bro.
<v Speaker 1>I like love that little wreck.
<v Speaker 3>Everybody loves Jimothy.
<v Speaker 4>I like want a baby raccoon because of Jimothy, Like
<v Speaker 4>we were gonna name him Mitchell, Mitchell and everything, like sorry,
<v Speaker 4>might okay.
<v Speaker 1>It doesn't improved that he's AI. They're just staying out
<v Speaker 1>on the streets.
<v Speaker 3>You guysughing about it. He's like, oh my god, I
<v Speaker 3>didn't mean for this thing to take.
<v Speaker 4>Off, but can handle that on maybe wait wait till
<v Speaker 4>tomorrow to really figure that out.
<v Speaker 1>Break your heart on a Tuesday computer, I'm a little
<v Speaker 1>more prepared.
<v Speaker 3>This is a wild stat. AMC says that they have
<v Speaker 3>sold about one hundred million dollars in those goofy custom
<v Speaker 3>popcorn buckets that every movie releases. Now, yeah, Josh's all
<v Speaker 3>of them. I almost bought the he man, I'm not
<v Speaker 3>going to spend fifty dollars for a popcorn buck How.
<v Speaker 1>Many people go to the movie just for the buckets?
<v Speaker 3>One hundred million dollars in popcorn buckets. So that was
<v Speaker 3>a good move on their part, very good move. And
<v Speaker 3>let me give you one more story. This doctor had
<v Speaker 3>a bad day when so did the patient. A woman
<v Speaker 3>named Emily. She's forty three. She went into the doctor
<v Speaker 3>to have a couple ovarian cysts removed.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, they were.
<v Speaker 3>Benign, so they're just like, hey, we got to get
<v Speaker 3>these out of there. She went in for surgery and
<v Speaker 3>instead the surgeon, doctor Danielle something or other, removed her bladder.
<v Speaker 3>What how do you mess that up? Isn't there a chart?
<v Speaker 1>I mean those are two pretty different things real.
<v Speaker 3>But somebody say, hey, wait a minute, doctor Danielle, let's
<v Speaker 3>not take her bladder.
<v Speaker 1>Poor woman, that's gonna.
<v Speaker 3>Jact with everything. Go in there and rebuild everything and
<v Speaker 3>she's a mess now. So anyway, she was awarded seventeen
<v Speaker 3>million dollars after the botched surgery.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, she should have got way more than that.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know if that's enough. Now go the rest
<v Speaker 3>of your life with triple that bathroom issues. No, how
<v Speaker 3>does that happen? Those stories fascinate me.
<v Speaker 4>That really just makes you like, if you have to
<v Speaker 4>go in for any kind of surgical procedure, mark where
<v Speaker 4>it is.
<v Speaker 1>Let them know.
<v Speaker 3>This is it right on your chest?
<v Speaker 1>Yes, we're don't make my bladder.
<v Speaker 3>Go for my ovaries.
<v Speaker 1>That's are where they are.
<v Speaker 3>If I said, if I wrote on my chest, go
<v Speaker 3>for the ovaries.
<v Speaker 1>Where's the chart? I'm so sorry?
<v Speaker 3>Why is it?
<v Speaker 2>This is al.
<v Speaker 3>Katie? What you got?
<v Speaker 1>Okay?
<v Speaker 4>Well, hey it's tater time. Let's turn those frowns upside down.
<v Speaker 4>Huh Potato palooza. There's forty two thousand pounds of taters
<v Speaker 4>come into the Mile High City.
<v Speaker 1>How many dogs that we know, how many dunk It's
<v Speaker 1>gotta be a heck of.
<v Speaker 4>A picture to see all those taters in one place,
<v Speaker 4>but it is thanks to the nonprofit We Don't Waste.
<v Speaker 4>Now here's what's happening. All these potatoes are coming in
<v Speaker 4>from the Midwest. They were just gonna be thrown into
<v Speaker 4>the landfill because no one would buy them. But then
<v Speaker 4>the nonprofit We Don't Waste got ahold of them. So
<v Speaker 4>now there's forty two thousand pounds of taters coming into
<v Speaker 4>the Mile High City. So they are gonna be at
<v Speaker 4>park Hill Food Recovery Hub that's at sixty ninety East
<v Speaker 4>thirty ninth Avenue, And yeah, they're just gonna have it
<v Speaker 4>all set up there for people to roll in with
<v Speaker 4>sacks and you can fill them full of potatoes, wagons, trucks,
<v Speaker 4>whatever you got exactly fill it.
<v Speaker 3>Typical dump trucks, so says the Google box can hold
<v Speaker 3>about ten tons of material. So that's forty two hundred.
<v Speaker 4>It's twenty one tons, right, because a ton is two
<v Speaker 4>thousand pounds, So twenty.
<v Speaker 3>Forty two thousand divided by ten, Yeah, that's forty two
<v Speaker 3>hundred dump trucks four potatoes. Is that right?
<v Speaker 1>I'm so, I don't know. It's a little early. Forty
<v Speaker 1>two thousand pounds a little early to be math in.
<v Speaker 4>So you said, we have forty two thousand pounds of
<v Speaker 4>taters come into the Mile.
<v Speaker 3>High se do you say forty two thousand tons poundnds
<v Speaker 3>Forty two.
<v Speaker 4>Thousand pounds of taters come into the Mile High City
<v Speaker 4>seventy twenty one tons, so ten.
<v Speaker 3>Tons twenty one hundred can.
<v Speaker 1>Be in a dump truck.
<v Speaker 4>We're gonna need two dump trucks and some change to
<v Speaker 4>get these forty two thousand pounds of tats really showcased,
<v Speaker 4>you know what I mean?
<v Speaker 1>But I love it because again.
<v Speaker 2>Like you'll get many radio for a reason.
<v Speaker 4>Again, PARKI Food Recovery Hub, that's where you need to
<v Speaker 4>go for those taters.
<v Speaker 1>And we have a new place to hike. Can we
<v Speaker 1>do a quick.
<v Speaker 4>One called the Lost Canyon Ranch open Space. It's a
<v Speaker 4>seven hundred acres a property that is just west of
<v Speaker 4>Castlewood Canyon State Park. But they've had years of planning
<v Speaker 4>to get this hiking space open and now you can
<v Speaker 4>go explore these ten miles of trail.
<v Speaker 5>Uh.
<v Speaker 4>They're going to be rolling out this in phases though,
<v Speaker 4>so the entire trail is going to be opened at
<v Speaker 4>some point. Right now, it's just this little space that
<v Speaker 4>they've opened. But man, the pictures and all of the
<v Speaker 4>social media that have been covering it.
<v Speaker 1>It looks awesome. So happy hiking.
<v Speaker 3>There you go, Hi, there you go?
<v Speaker 1>Okay, right, I was just trying to you know, potato.
<v Speaker 1>There you're going to talk to me about it? So
<v Speaker 1>I was ready had fun fun. There's hive.
<v Speaker 4>She's got the mic, the moxie, and a brand full
<v Speaker 4>of Doctor Phil reruns.
<v Speaker 2>She's on me, lock the duft on a join bug.
<v Speaker 6>But can you takedown Katie?
<v Speaker 3>In pop culture SmackDown?
<v Speaker 1>This is Katie Crush.
<v Speaker 3>It is definitely time to play Katie Crush. All brought
<v Speaker 3>to you buy Bellco Credit Union. They know switching accounts
