<v Speaker 3>good for you and you a little bit of fiber.

<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's I don't know, there's you put it in

<v Speaker 1>the oven for like fifteen minutes. It probably should go

<v Speaker 1>for about twenty five because it's a little squish still.
