<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katy and Josh one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>Katie had a funny line off the air and I
<v Speaker 2>was like, we need to explore this more.
<v Speaker 1>What was your line? Oh, I said, I'm a sucker
<v Speaker 1>for a good bench, and I was.
<v Speaker 2>Like, bingch please, I.
<v Speaker 1>Really am, though, Like when I'm out about walking or
<v Speaker 1>doing not necessarily when i'm running because I don't stop,
<v Speaker 1>but when I'm walking and I come across a really
<v Speaker 1>pretty place to sit, I take advantage. I like it
<v Speaker 1>to take a picture. Yes you have to. But I
<v Speaker 1>came across one yesterday that was in the shape of
<v Speaker 1>a butterfly and I sat down and it looked like
<v Speaker 1>I had.
<v Speaker 2>Way tell me where that's out. I gotta go a
<v Speaker 2>media ever you're gate keeping the bench bench absolutely definitely
<v Speaker 2>when I'm out for runs or walks whatever, and there's
<v Speaker 2>just like a Rando bench set up, you know, with
<v Speaker 2>a view, You're like, damn, I wish I had time
<v Speaker 2>to just sit and take in that view. That's a
<v Speaker 2>good bench. That's proper bench placement.
<v Speaker 1>Right exactly. And it's not even about the view. I
<v Speaker 1>mean it is, but it's also about the bench. And
<v Speaker 1>it's always like dedicated to somebody and I'm like, what's
<v Speaker 1>your story here?
<v Speaker 2>Where I'm gonna expand on this? I have told my
<v Speaker 2>wife I want a memorial bench.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I also would like a memorial bench.
<v Speaker 2>But here's the deal. I want it before I die.
<v Speaker 2>So I want my memorial bench now so I can
<v Speaker 2>enjoy my bench while I'm alive and taking the view
<v Speaker 2>wherever I decide to place it.
<v Speaker 1>I like that.
<v Speaker 2>So who do we need to talk to to get
<v Speaker 2>memorial benches made? We do before we eat it, because.
<v Speaker 1>Who would appreciate that bench more than the person who
<v Speaker 1>it's dedicated. My name is on this bench, Like I said, bench, Please,
<v Speaker 1>can mine be in the shape of a butterfly?
<v Speaker 2>You can do whatever you want. You can do it
<v Speaker 2>in the shape of a tragger, and it's gonna be
<v Speaker 2>like the lid open. So it's like I'm sitting in
<v Speaker 2>the trager in memorial of Jpiz. All right, Oh it's time, Rubbi.
<v Speaker 2>What wreck A side note, I just watched the trailer
<v Speaker 2>for the new Madden movie coming out on Amazon Prime.
<v Speaker 1>Oh yeah, Cholas Cage.
<v Speaker 2>Nicholas Cage is John Madden, and I don't think I.
<v Speaker 1>Can watch it.
<v Speaker 2>And it's so weird. It almost is like a comedy
<v Speaker 2>to me, because it's just fat Nicholas Cage. I don't
<v Speaker 2>think I can watch it and suspend reality and you know,
<v Speaker 2>think that that is John Madden.
<v Speaker 3>Yea.
<v Speaker 2>To me, it's Nicholas Cage and he's trying to steal
<v Speaker 2>the Declaration of Independence. I So, anyway, you watched the
<v Speaker 2>trailer for yourself and see if you can watch it,
<v Speaker 2>it's good. Okay, So how about this. This is a
<v Speaker 2>kid out at Manumel High School in Arkansas, wherever the
<v Speaker 2>hell that is. During a football practice, this player noticed
<v Speaker 2>some unusual movement inside his helmet. He's like, what the
<v Speaker 2>frick is going on here? So he took his helmet
<v Speaker 2>off showed it to one of his coaches. They pulled
<v Speaker 2>back the padding in the helmet and discovered a roughly
<v Speaker 2>two foot long snake hiding inside.
<v Speaker 1>Of his helmet.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it was a copperhead to a venomous cotton mouth.
<v Speaker 2>I know. Somehow the snake never bit him, though, so
<v Speaker 2>I'm wondering if the snake was all curled up in there.
<v Speaker 2>This kid put on his helmet and just the compression
<v Speaker 2>of his head against the padding kept the snake in place,
<v Speaker 2>you know. So he wasn't able to bite him, but
<v Speaker 2>coaches managed to contain the snake and a little tote.
<v Speaker 2>Animal services arrived and then they released him into a
<v Speaker 2>wooded area.
<v Speaker 4>He didn't just try the helmet on either, He had
<v Speaker 4>it on for more than an hour of Yah, shut up, yeah,
<v Speaker 4>scary anyway.
<v Speaker 2>Animal Services are out there warning people to check their helmets,
<v Speaker 2>their shoes, their gloves, their bags, all their gear if
<v Speaker 2>it's been sitting outside, sitting on a field somewhere, because easy, peasy,
<v Speaker 2>mac and cheesy, the little snake can slither up in
<v Speaker 2>there and cause a really bad day for you. Fear. Huh,
<v Speaker 2>that's so scary. There's a snake in my helmet. And
<v Speaker 2>then one more thing I have. I found this kind
<v Speaker 2>of funny, this new dude in this nude This dude
<v Speaker 2>named Stephen. Oh, here we go by Biblehausen. Stephen Biblehausen,
<v Speaker 2>former Miami University of Ohio track athlete, maybe headed to
<v Speaker 2>the record books. This guy ran a mile in four
<v Speaker 2>minutes and seventeen seconds while pushing his daughter Blake in
<v Speaker 2>a stroller.
<v Speaker 1>Wait you wait, he ran a four to fifteen mile.
<v Speaker 2>While pushing a stroller. This doesn't seem safe. What if
<v Speaker 2>what if he tripped? What if there was a pebble
<v Speaker 2>that stroller's flipping.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't even think about that.
<v Speaker 2>That baby could have gone down in a hard way,
<v Speaker 2>and believe it or not, there was a venomous copper
<v Speaker 2>mouth in the stroller. Letters over, Josh, what else you got?
<v Speaker 5>All right?
<v Speaker 4>Well, we wanted to talk about this because the video
<v Speaker 4>is just insanely viral. But a golfer from Ohio is
<v Speaker 4>considering himself ext seemly lucky after a horrifying moment being
<v Speaker 4>struck by lightning on a golf course. And the crazy
<v Speaker 4>thing about this is that he actually got it on film.
<v Speaker 4>So I look this up because I wanted to see
<v Speaker 4>the chances of getting a hole in one versus getting
<v Speaker 4>struck by lightning. Uh, there are higher chances of getting
<v Speaker 4>a hole in one than getting hit by lightning on
<v Speaker 4>the golf course, so you are safe out there most
<v Speaker 4>of the time. But to capture that on video, oh yeah, wow.
<v Speaker 4>He was in torrential rains essentially, and his buddy's cart
<v Speaker 4>got stuck and he was cracking up at this. So
<v Speaker 4>he was like, I'm gonna pull out my phone and
<v Speaker 4>take a video with his phone in his left hand.
<v Speaker 4>After about ten seconds into the video, he captures the
<v Speaker 4>lightning struck and it hit him in the left side
<v Speaker 4>of the arm. It actually made contact with him. He
<v Speaker 4>goes down. The video cuts out right away, probably because
<v Speaker 4>the phone like exploded.
<v Speaker 2>On assuming this is why I don't golf, that's the.
<v Speaker 1>Reason, and because you're really at it.
<v Speaker 2>And what else happened when he fell to the ground.
<v Speaker 2>What happened? He landed on a venomous copper mouthed snake.
<v Speaker 1>You'd heard it all, Just.
<v Speaker 2>When you think you've seen everything, not even close.
<v Speaker 1>Who's spiraling, who's getting canceled?
<v Speaker 2>What's the local buzz?
<v Speaker 1>What can we expect? We're diving headfirst into the chaos.
<v Speaker 5>It's the mile high hypo?
<v Speaker 1>What's up?
<v Speaker 2>What's what's up with jkj on? Well, here we go
<v Speaker 2>all the big stories of the day, I think, Katie.
<v Speaker 2>The biggest one for me is I'm looking at this
<v Speaker 2>press release this morning and I'm shocked by this number.
<v Speaker 2>I had to look at it twice. Okay, Powerball jackpod
<v Speaker 2>is at one billion dollars right now.
<v Speaker 1>I love when it hits that number.
<v Speaker 2>Jeremy can get all Twitter, Paiden, I do you got goosebumps.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that's a lot of money.
<v Speaker 2>To close your eyes. Think about it, Katie, just want
<v Speaker 2>one billion dollars? What are you doing with it?
<v Speaker 1>I'm buying the Colorado Rockies, like the baseball Yeah, you
<v Speaker 1>can probably buy them, and I'm gonna turn everything around
<v Speaker 1>and we'll have another championship. It's right here in Colorado.
<v Speaker 1>So I'll be doing every one a favor with that money.
<v Speaker 2>Hmmm, that's pretty good. What are you gonna do with
<v Speaker 2>the extra nine hundred million?
<v Speaker 5>Though?
<v Speaker 1>It is fair? You know, I'll maybe take a couple
<v Speaker 1>of vacations. That's pretty good, the actual Colorado Rockies.
<v Speaker 2>How about that? There you go, Why not? You'll have
<v Speaker 2>money for days. I think for me, I would probably
<v Speaker 2>treat my wife because she is such a massive sports fan.
<v Speaker 2>I'd probably get her tickets to every Broncos game, you know,
<v Speaker 2>fifty yard line front row.
<v Speaker 1>Shoot here me, you'll buy the Broncos fully catered.
<v Speaker 2>Well, you need to win it a few more times
<v Speaker 2>than they think for that. But anyway, you gotta get
<v Speaker 2>out there and play the power Ball because the jackpot
<v Speaker 2>is one billion dollars right now. Drawings are every Monday, Wednesday,
<v Speaker 2>Tonight and Saturday. All you do is pick those six numbers.
<v Speaker 2>It's two bucks a ticket. You can choose your lucky
<v Speaker 2>numbers or do one of those quick picks. And don't
<v Speaker 2>forget to add on the double play feature for just
<v Speaker 2>a buck, where you are entered for a second drawing
<v Speaker 2>at a shot at ten million dollars. But of course
<v Speaker 2>you can find all the information at Colorado Lottery dot com.
<v Speaker 2>Good luck, everybody. So I've got this story about the
<v Speaker 2>Rock this morning. The Rock d Wayne the Rock Johnson
<v Speaker 2>is ready to explore a music career, and he just
<v Speaker 2>released a ballad called Your Dad, dedicated to his three daughters.
<v Speaker 1>And do I have a little snippe out of ballad?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I know.
<v Speaker 6>Here you go, you go move those mountains, sail across
<v Speaker 6>the she It's not bad for sure the world.
<v Speaker 2>There's nothing you can want some more this you just pictures, understand,
<v Speaker 2>it's not bad.
<v Speaker 7>I'm not mad at it.
<v Speaker 2>He's singing Mawana, just doesn't need.
<v Speaker 1>To exactly why. And that's the thing. If he wasn't
<v Speaker 1>already famous saturation, it's not okay, Yeah Johnson, that's not
<v Speaker 1>good enough. Yeah he was try nice, try there.
<v Speaker 2>He says he wants to make old school music with
<v Speaker 2>a country flares kind of what he's going for. I
<v Speaker 2>heard more Hawaii there, yeah, too little Hawaiian twang. Anything else.
<v Speaker 2>I want to tell you, movie theaters are thanking gen
<v Speaker 2>Zers because Zeers are going to the movies this summer
<v Speaker 2>and they're bringing some revenue back in to movie theaters.
<v Speaker 2>Spider Man, Toy Story, The Odyssey, Super Mario Galaxy, even
<v Speaker 2>though that was a few months ago. But Zeer's are
<v Speaker 2>just basically saying they're tired of staring at their small screen,
<v Speaker 2>so they're going to the movie theater.
<v Speaker 1>To look at the big screen.
<v Speaker 2>Where people my age. I was talking about this with
<v Speaker 2>my wife the other night because He Man was such
<v Speaker 2>a good movie. I hate to bring up he Man again.
<v Speaker 2>It was so good okay, and it didn't make as
<v Speaker 2>much money as they wanted to in the theaters. But
<v Speaker 2>now that it's been on Amazon Prime, like, the numbers
<v Speaker 2>for this movie are through the roof, and now the
<v Speaker 2>toy line is like thro the roof. And we were
<v Speaker 2>talking about this and we're like, well, people that you
<v Speaker 2>know that movie was directed towards like me, my age,
<v Speaker 2>okay and.
<v Speaker 1>Your age, Katie.
<v Speaker 2>We don't want to go to sit in the theater.
<v Speaker 2>We want to sit on our comfy couch and look
<v Speaker 2>at our nice TV and have a bathroom available. So
<v Speaker 2>it is no surprise that it is popping now on
<v Speaker 2>Amazon right because we don't want to go to a theater.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, and now that you have the option to do either,
<v Speaker 1>and it doesn't take you months either. I mean now
<v Speaker 1>we're looking at films being flipped on Amazon in weeks.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, so it's you know, so much better to watch
<v Speaker 2>a movie at home to wait. All right, I got
<v Speaker 2>one final thing for you. The biggest celebrity feud going
<v Speaker 2>on right now. This is making all the news headlines
<v Speaker 2>on TMZ. It's everywhere. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey have
<v Speaker 2>only been married for a little over a month now,
<v Speaker 2>but their pets are not getting along. Oh, her cats
<v Speaker 2>are not getting along with Travis's dog. Oh, no feud
<v Speaker 2>in the world of Hollywood right now. Olivia Benson, Meredith Gray,
<v Speaker 2>and Benjamin Button are not getting along with a white,
<v Speaker 2>unnamed dog.
<v Speaker 1>Together. Oh that's a cute hoppy. I've seen pictures.
<v Speaker 2>The dog is disrupting their peaceful routines. The dog wants
<v Speaker 2>to play every minute of the day. While the cats
<v Speaker 2>want just some peace and quiet and personal space. Sounds
<v Speaker 2>like me. The quote from us some insider, Yeah you are.
<v Speaker 2>The quote from some insider says, it's like watching three
<v Speaker 2>tiny divas negotiate a peace treaty pole Tatie Cat.
<v Speaker 1>I know they're gonna have to figure it out. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>So you do have to have a pretty thick skin
<v Speaker 1>to live in Greeley, right, we've learned about that. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's well nostrils, so many jokes, mucus membranes there.
<v Speaker 5>Well.
<v Speaker 1>A country star, Ashley McBride. Now she's not like an
<v Speaker 1>Alas star or anything, so I don't take it too personal.
<v Speaker 1>But she was on a podcast recently, the Four Decisions podcasts,
<v Speaker 1>and she was asked what city had the worst fans,
<v Speaker 1>Good Old Greeley, Colorado. It is Greeley, Colorado.
<v Speaker 2>Greeley, Greeley, Colorado.
<v Speaker 1>What makes the worst fans?
<v Speaker 5>It was one.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it was like a really weird like maybe they
<v Speaker 1>don't go to music here. It was a really strange time.
<v Speaker 4>See what I think you just did there is you
<v Speaker 4>were like, you know what, there's probably.
<v Speaker 1>No shot I ever go back.
<v Speaker 2>To Greeley, Colorado.
<v Speaker 1>It's almost say Greeley, Colorado. I was just trying to
<v Speaker 1>remember when did I feel the worst? Yeah, age and
<v Speaker 1>it was Greeley, Colorado.
<v Speaker 2>What's wrong with Greeley?
<v Speaker 1>And she said, okay, So she went into it a
<v Speaker 1>little more and she's, I know that's the thing for
<v Speaker 1>her to take shots at Greeley. It's like probably she
<v Speaker 1>was at let's see, the Union Colony Civic Center in Greeley,
<v Speaker 1>so she wasn't at a huge venue, but the big
<v Speaker 1>deal was like everyone was seated, so was it like
<v Speaker 1>you know, where people can stand. It's not like she
<v Speaker 1>had a mosh pit in front of her. And so
<v Speaker 1>she talked about that, how when you are an artist
<v Speaker 1>and you're performing to a seat of heated fans, it
<v Speaker 1>is a death sentence. So already the energy is turned
<v Speaker 1>all the way down. So she did go on to
<v Speaker 1>say that, but yeah, she didn't have to say all that.
<v Speaker 1>Greeley's used to it, right, Like you gotta have.
<v Speaker 2>Is the butt of a lot of jokes in this state.
<v Speaker 1>It really is. It really is.
<v Speaker 2>You go to college up there, they're like, oh that stinks.
<v Speaker 2>I know you got accepted.
<v Speaker 1>You know what, there are worse places to live than Greeley. Colorado.
<v Speaker 1>I'll tell you that right now.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, you bet you can re off North Dakota exactly.
<v Speaker 1>Anybody who's lived in a flat state will tell you
<v Speaker 1>Greeley's fabulous, like the Mecca.
<v Speaker 2>The smell of money, they say, right, the.
<v Speaker 1>Smell of money, money, go with Okay, and then now
<v Speaker 1>bearon Breckenridge can tell you it melts in your mouth,
<v Speaker 1>not in your paw. Okay. This bear was challenging. There was, Yes,
<v Speaker 1>there was a bear up in wreck and riche saw
<v Speaker 1>this video, wandered into a hotel one of the lodgers
<v Speaker 1>up there in the lobby go into town on the
<v Speaker 1>jar candy there at the front. Yes, exactly. And it's
<v Speaker 1>funny because they have body cam footage of this, like
<v Speaker 1>you said, and you see the cop kind.
<v Speaker 2>Of he's got his taser out. He's gonna taser the bear.
<v Speaker 1>The doors open and he sees the bear and he's like,
<v Speaker 1>not today.
<v Speaker 2>Not like how great this bear has awesome tasting candy. Absolutely,
<v Speaker 2>And for him to like know where the emin ms are,
<v Speaker 2>it's so like Colorado Mountaintown, isn't it. This fat bear
<v Speaker 2>goes wandering into the lobby, he gets them and then
<v Speaker 2>he just.
<v Speaker 1>Leaves he does exactly.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I just ate a deer and I had a
<v Speaker 2>hankering for something.
<v Speaker 1>Sweet, sweet tree. I got a sweet tooth, sweet tree.
<v Speaker 1>He ran out of honey. But so cute, absolutely cute
<v Speaker 1>video that police officer probably not a little different in
<v Speaker 1>the moment, I know, you.
<v Speaker 2>Know, you know, after I was like, oh damn, that's cute.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, I wonder what would happen if he
<v Speaker 2>actually had tasered the bear? Like, how would that have
<v Speaker 2>gone down? I know, you know, would you would the
<v Speaker 2>bear run off scared? Would a collapse or or would
<v Speaker 2>it turn an attack? Now, just piss the bear off?
<v Speaker 1>Would you make it mad? Because he drop his M
<v Speaker 1>and ms, Yeah, right in the middle of his snacktop
<v Speaker 1>Like that'd make me mad. I was curious taste while
<v Speaker 1>I was eating eminem's take all the joy out of it.
<v Speaker 1>So I get it or pair? Now I feel bad
<v Speaker 1>for the bear. Okay, let's turn it around. Really sweet
<v Speaker 1>new is because the thrift store outlet. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if you've seen this, but it's the first of it's
<v Speaker 1>kind in the nation opening right here in Colorado for
<v Speaker 1>arc at Yeah, so it's arc thrift outlet opening it's
<v Speaker 1>called ARC bins, the outlet bins, but the company's converting
<v Speaker 1>the existing retail location, so the one on a Hooker
<v Speaker 1>Street in Denver. So what they're doing, they're turning it
<v Speaker 1>into a point I knew you were going to hang
<v Speaker 1>on to that.
<v Speaker 2>Were you guys located? Oh, I don't want to say,
<v Speaker 2>you know Denver the.
<v Speaker 1>Center.
<v Speaker 2>We're on the corner of Hooker and Sweat.
<v Speaker 3>I know.
<v Speaker 2>The corner Hooker and prostitute. Prostitute way no, sorry, no,
<v Speaker 2>no anyway? So are there prices already cheap enough?
<v Speaker 1>Well, and that's kind of the thing is this is
<v Speaker 1>one of those paid by the pound outlet centers, so
<v Speaker 1>instead of items that have individual price tags like that too,
<v Speaker 1>So everything's in large bins and then it's sold by
<v Speaker 1>the total weight. And I don't know how to do that. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>good Will already does something like that, right, and now
<v Speaker 1>ARC say they do it too.
<v Speaker 2>Good for them. That's great. Hey, how much do you
<v Speaker 2>get something else about it? RRII store.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it's it's actually a first of its kind library
<v Speaker 1>that's opened. It's in Thortant Library and it's called Anythink Libraries.
<v Speaker 1>Adams County Public Library System is doing it. But it
<v Speaker 1>is the nation's first public nature library and the library
<v Speaker 1>and they opened it on Saturday, so it's already opened.
<v Speaker 1>Check it out. So it's thirty three thousand square feet
<v Speaker 1>and it's an indoor, outdoor, outdoor library, so visitors can
<v Speaker 1>check out books and then they can also check out snowshoes,
<v Speaker 1>wildlife cameras, and camping gear. And the library also has yeah,
<v Speaker 1>fifteen acres of gardens, trails and immersive nature experiences that
<v Speaker 1>you can check out, So you can go there and
<v Speaker 1>check out gear for your camping and outdoor experiences, but
<v Speaker 1>you can also check out the outdoor stuff that they
<v Speaker 1>have right there on location. So really neat, perfect for
<v Speaker 1>our area because we love to be outside.
<v Speaker 2>This is such a Colorado library right erect this is us.
<v Speaker 1>That's what they're saying is think of it as a
<v Speaker 1>REI meets a library.
<v Speaker 2>That's pretty neat.
<v Speaker 8>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>So that is open up in Thornton right now and
<v Speaker 1>you can go check it out.
<v Speaker 2>And I just think something that would make it better
<v Speaker 2>is if they actually had wildlife wandering through. I know,
<v Speaker 2>well and I'm you know, like a mooseco's walking by.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure like deer probably go up there because it's
<v Speaker 1>fifteen acres. I'm sure they can get on the property.
<v Speaker 1>But it's right up there off one hundred and thirty
<v Speaker 1>six in Quebec.
<v Speaker 2>I like it. It's a good idea.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, even a nature lab, a bright sun room, a
<v Speaker 1>calm room and quiet learning.
<v Speaker 2>I'm gonna put on a camouflage head to toe and
<v Speaker 2>go check out a book and then I'm gonna run
<v Speaker 2>out in the field and down and you gotta find me.
<v Speaker 2>It'll be a good time. Yes, this is great. I'll
<v Speaker 2>bring my whole family down there, and then I'll run
<v Speaker 2>off into a field and hide and be alone and
<v Speaker 2>enjoy the peace and quiet.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, r e I.
<v Speaker 2>You guys are the best. This is for Dad's everywhere, Jarre, you,
<v Speaker 2>Katie and Josh one hundred all right, So yet another
<v Speaker 2>reason that my wife is going to be going to
<v Speaker 2>heaven and I'm going to have a harder time.
<v Speaker 1>You're gonna have to write somebody up there.
<v Speaker 2>I'm gonna, yeah, have to submit a resume, really really polishing.
<v Speaker 2>We were leaving I don't want to say what story.
<v Speaker 2>We were leaving a store the other day and we
<v Speaker 2>were coming out in the cart. You know, we're pushing
<v Speaker 2>the cart out, and we realized that the case of
<v Speaker 2>water underneath had not been wrung up. It was like
<v Speaker 2>a three dollar case of water. And she's like, oh,
<v Speaker 2>they forgot our water. I was like, well, too bad
<v Speaker 2>for them. Yeah, he's like, we just got some free water.
<v Speaker 2>And uh, you know, I was in the mindset of, oh,
<v Speaker 2>we'll spend more money next time. Yeah, you know, it's
<v Speaker 2>no big deal. No, we got to the car, unloaded everything.
<v Speaker 2>She goes all the right back and she went back
<v Speaker 2>into the store and paid for the water.
<v Speaker 4>He did.
<v Speaker 2>And I don't know if I would have done that
<v Speaker 2>or not. If I probably would have just been a
<v Speaker 2>couple more bucks that I didn't need to the next
<v Speaker 2>time I'm in there.
<v Speaker 1>No, for sure. I think once you're out of the store,
<v Speaker 1>it kind of relieves you of any you know, at.
<v Speaker 2>Least it's on them, you think.
<v Speaker 1>I think once you leave the store, it's like, it's
<v Speaker 1>going to take too much of my energy to go
<v Speaker 1>back in there and pay.
<v Speaker 2>For it for three dollars yeh, like on.
<v Speaker 1>My way out, or if like they don't scan it
<v Speaker 1>and I'm like paying and I'm like, wait a second,
<v Speaker 1>you didn't scan this. I will call attention to.
<v Speaker 2>It, right, yeah if I if I remember that the
<v Speaker 2>case is under there, that I wasn't even thinking about it.
<v Speaker 2>The kids were jacking around, you know, trying to control them.
<v Speaker 2>Nobody remembered that the case of water was there until
<v Speaker 2>we were like halfway to the car, like ah crap. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>But I was also in the mindset, well, that cashier
<v Speaker 2>needs to walk around, just do it once over on
<v Speaker 2>the cart and go back to the cashier machine. That's
<v Speaker 2>on them to look leave. But sweetnack Neck is not
<v Speaker 2>that human at all.
<v Speaker 1>Than all of us.
<v Speaker 2>She's a freaking saint.
<v Speaker 1>We agree.
<v Speaker 2>That's one of the nice things about my wife. She
<v Speaker 2>is a saint. Like if we had gotten home, she
<v Speaker 2>probably also would have called the store and said, hey,
<v Speaker 2>how can I how can I get this money to you?
<v Speaker 1>Like, ma'am, it is three dollars, I know.
<v Speaker 2>Like I can imagine the person on the other line going,
<v Speaker 2>what some teenager? I'm sorry what exactly? But real quick,
<v Speaker 2>there is a story out this morning talking about roughly
<v Speaker 2>thirty three percent of people that go out and do
<v Speaker 2>some shop and admit that they have remained silent when
<v Speaker 2>a cashier failed to wring something up during checkout. Now
<v Speaker 2>that is just like she'soo, yeah, this is something I
<v Speaker 2>don't think I would do that. I'd be like, hey,
<v Speaker 2>you forgot one thing.
<v Speaker 1>It's all about the intent. Like I'm not gonna like
<v Speaker 1>that's bad karma.
<v Speaker 2>I think that's really bad karma.
<v Speaker 1>If we're out to the car and I notice it
<v Speaker 1>at that point, I'm like, well.
<v Speaker 2>I'm glad we're the same like that not my monkeys,
<v Speaker 2>And damn I'm thirsty right now. I'm a crack open
<v Speaker 2>a warm one. Katie said something funny off the air
<v Speaker 2>a little bit ago, and it really piqued my interest.
<v Speaker 2>And it kind of has to do with relaxing a
<v Speaker 2>little bit. Right.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. I'm a sucker for a good bench, you know.
<v Speaker 1>I am like bench please seriously. If I see one
<v Speaker 1>while i'm ount about, I will sit on it and
<v Speaker 1>probably take a picture. So wicked.
<v Speaker 2>But when you see a good bench, you're like, damn,
<v Speaker 2>that is good bench placement right there.
<v Speaker 1>Then I want to know more about the bench. Why
<v Speaker 1>is it here?
<v Speaker 2>How did he get there?
<v Speaker 1>It's probably got a plaque on it.
<v Speaker 2>So my thing with the bench is my wife and
<v Speaker 2>I like to go on our little walks and runs
<v Speaker 2>and stuff, and we'll come up cross various benches, as
<v Speaker 2>you probably do as you're exploring nature. And I have
<v Speaker 2>told my wife that I would like a memorial bench,
<v Speaker 2>but I want that now.
<v Speaker 1>Well you can enjoy it?
<v Speaker 2>Can I somehow get a memorial bench? Yeah? And I
<v Speaker 2>want to. I want it. I want it to be nice.
<v Speaker 2>And I wanted to put in memory of Jeremy on it.
<v Speaker 1>Well, wouldn't you say, in celebration of Jeremy?
<v Speaker 4>Then celebration still?
<v Speaker 2>Memory?
<v Speaker 4>Are you still you can do on your birthdate to present?
<v Speaker 7>Now?
<v Speaker 2>I don't even want that on there. I just want
<v Speaker 2>to memory of Jeremy because if I have a memorial bench,
<v Speaker 2>I want to enjoy it now. Yeah. So if anyone
<v Speaker 2>is a bench expert three oh three six' nine one
<v Speaker 2>sixteen forty, nine how do we get memorial benches when we're? Alive?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah because it does mean no good When i'm, DEAD
<v Speaker 2>i know.
<v Speaker 1>Exactly you can't sit on. It well you, could but
<v Speaker 1>it'd be, freaky thank.
<v Speaker 2>You, NO i want to sit on it, like Oh i'm,
<v Speaker 2>DEAD i just prop my corpse up there.
<v Speaker 1>That?
<v Speaker 9>Hi, HI.
<v Speaker 2>I want a memorial bench While i'm. Alive is this
<v Speaker 2>something that are you a bench. Expert what do you
<v Speaker 2>know about?
<v Speaker 7>Benches, absolutely we can do all types of benches for.
<v Speaker 7>You we can do heark, benches we can do park.
<v Speaker 7>Benches we could do benches with the backs on. Them
<v Speaker 7>you can custom make. Them we we actually do stone,
<v Speaker 7>countertops so we use like the remnants to create custom
<v Speaker 7>benches for you. Guys, please, YEAH.
<v Speaker 1>I had no.
<v Speaker 2>Idea can we Get katie a big booty.
<v Speaker 1>Bench with the curves in?
<v Speaker 2>IT i would love a big bench.
<v Speaker 1>Bench like you can tell somebody can?
<v Speaker 2>You can you take your stone and make it look
<v Speaker 2>like somebody said in?
<v Speaker 7>It then we could actually do that. Too that'd be. Great, yes, yes.
<v Speaker 2>Hold on we you keep saying we who are? You?
<v Speaker 7>Oh so Where Jerry Creekstone works AND i have a
<v Speaker 7>team of. Experts care they're more of the experts THAN i.
<v Speaker 7>Am but, yeah so we create. Them you can come
<v Speaker 7>in and design. Them it takes about two weeks to
<v Speaker 7>create and fabricate a custom bench for.
<v Speaker 2>You get a memorial? Bench, OKAY i got to ask,
<v Speaker 2>you do you know about bench? Placement? Then can we
<v Speaker 2>have a bench made and then just go set it
<v Speaker 2>up where we want to set?
<v Speaker 7>Up, well it depends BECAUSE i actually reached out to
<v Speaker 7>the county to actually donate a bench for along the,
<v Speaker 7>path you, know where you guys go walking and, running
<v Speaker 7>AND i, thought you, know sometimes you need to rest
<v Speaker 7>and take a. Break So i'm willing to donate a.
<v Speaker 7>Bench just put that out. There no you're. Not, Yeah
<v Speaker 7>SO i would love to get them out there taking
<v Speaker 7>that WHEN i. Die so there are some restrictions, though
<v Speaker 7>so like if it's for like a, cemetery or we.
<v Speaker 2>Don't want it in a. Cemetery, yeah they have their.
<v Speaker 7>Restrictions so but in other places like your, backyard in your,
<v Speaker 7>GARDEN i.
<v Speaker 2>Don't want it in my. BACKYARD i want it somewhere
<v Speaker 2>where people can see it. Field, yeah, like AND i
<v Speaker 2>just want to set up the bench. Somewhere so we'll
<v Speaker 2>have to look into that a little. Further.
<v Speaker 7>Yeah, yeah there regulating upon where you can put the. Benches,
<v Speaker 7>yeah but we're more than willing to donate one if
<v Speaker 7>you can find a good place to donate it or
<v Speaker 7>set it up. Out, yeah we'll do that for our.
<v Speaker 2>Community, yeah it would be for the community. Exactly doing
<v Speaker 2>good for the, Community, yeah in honor of our future dead.
<v Speaker 2>Bodies AND i.
<v Speaker 7>Love giving, back so, yeah keep me posted Because i'll
<v Speaker 7>definitely do. That, yeah but, there if YOU i think
<v Speaker 7>there'd be one you should put in your garden or your,
<v Speaker 7>backyard your front of your.
<v Speaker 1>Yard you love.
<v Speaker 2>IT i want this in a public setting with a
<v Speaker 2>view like a lake or a mountain or a bird
<v Speaker 2>house or.
<v Speaker 7>Something, okay, yeah well we work together to set that up.
<v Speaker 2>Like an in and out Or.
<v Speaker 7>I'm NOT i like the in and out, idea but.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah we'll just go set it up outside the front
<v Speaker 2>of an in and out memorial.
<v Speaker 7>JERSEY i bet it would get a lot of use.
<v Speaker 2>There, Absolutely, shelle you are an absolute. Sweetheart we really
<v Speaker 2>appreciate you listening to us in the morning and all
<v Speaker 2>of our nonsense and. Hygiinks you're the.
<v Speaker 7>BEST i love you. Guys you guys are so full
<v Speaker 7>of excitement and it's fun to just listen to. You
<v Speaker 7>so thank.
<v Speaker 2>You you're the. Best we will hold on to your
<v Speaker 2>information and thank you again for being our bench please expert.
<v Speaker 7>Today, well keep me. POSTED i love to set that up.
<v Speaker 2>Somewhere, Absolutely, yes, ma'am you have a great. Day thanks for. Calling,
<v Speaker 2>well that's awfully nice of.
<v Speaker 1>HER i did not expect that out all me. Either
<v Speaker 1>now we got to find a.
<v Speaker 2>Location that's the big. Deal thank, You, shell AND i
<v Speaker 2>love that we were Playing locked out Of. Heaven, next
<v Speaker 2>you had a really interesting story about slang words and.
<v Speaker 1>Stuff, well and just like our, slang because each generation has, slang,
<v Speaker 1>RIGHT i, mean from the boomers to the millennial you're.
<v Speaker 1>Exactly and here's the thing, is like back in the
<v Speaker 1>millennial boomer, days it was a little bit more, isolated,
<v Speaker 1>Right like each school might have had its regional. Slang so,
<v Speaker 1>somebody you, know In North dakota wasn't saying the same
<v Speaker 1>thing as someone In colorado because we didn't have the,
<v Speaker 1>internet different travel like, that, Right so we had things
<v Speaker 1>that were.
<v Speaker 2>Slangation it took a while.
<v Speaker 1>For things to catch, on and you, know things stuck
<v Speaker 1>if they really made a, point like if they were
<v Speaker 1>in movies and movies you, remember Like Polly shore had
<v Speaker 1>so many you, know one liners, exactly and any of
<v Speaker 1>those movies Like that's where we got a lot of
<v Speaker 1>our slang was from things like. That, well the new
<v Speaker 1>generations jen elfha gen. Z they have The. Internet so
<v Speaker 1>now somebody In New mexico could be speaking the same
<v Speaker 1>slang as somebody In ireland because they all watch the same.
<v Speaker 2>Influencers that's while to think about.
<v Speaker 1>It and they called jen. Elpha so that's the even
<v Speaker 1>younger generation than the z there maybe true digital, natives
<v Speaker 1>and that changes. Everything so they say the slang can
<v Speaker 1>grow faster and it can die even. Faster and we
<v Speaker 1>think of things like six Seven cuba, right like.
<v Speaker 2>Like even six seven gibbety six seven. GIBBY i still
<v Speaker 2>say just BECAUSE i think it's, ridiculous but it's.
<v Speaker 1>Ironic and that's why that's what it's came. To, now
<v Speaker 1>that's what it's come to because it blew up, instantly
<v Speaker 1>but within a few weeks it was it was.
<v Speaker 2>IRONIC i was in An Ace hardware before one of
<v Speaker 2>our pizza drops BECAUSE i was early, yeah and this
<v Speaker 2>guy this he had to have been, sixteen.
<v Speaker 7>You.
<v Speaker 2>KNOW i was buying pellets from my. Trigger. Yeah he's,
<v Speaker 2>like while you're, here CAN i interest you in these
<v Speaker 2>punch cards for such and such school or. Whatever he's, like,
<v Speaker 2>well what are? There he, GOES i don't even. Know he's,
<v Speaker 2>LIKE i think you can punch him like six or
<v Speaker 2>seven times and you get something for free that was
<v Speaker 2>Your and THEN i, GO i go six seven six,
<v Speaker 2>seven AND i did the thing to him and he
<v Speaker 2>just Got they kind of looked at. ME i guess
<v Speaker 2>you're not doing that anymore and he goes.
<v Speaker 1>Ccared but you, KNOW i think. Something you just made
<v Speaker 1>a really good. Point once adults catch on, done that's.
<v Speaker 1>It oh, yeah no, More AND i love it when that.
<v Speaker 2>HAPPENS i just make it.
<v Speaker 1>Weird that's what we, do and that kills it faster
<v Speaker 1>than anything you can kill it. Is adults think it's
<v Speaker 1>fun and you, know.
<v Speaker 2>Needles like a fart in. Church yeah it is. Good
<v Speaker 2>that will be.
<v Speaker 1>Done but, yeah they say. That so in, short the
<v Speaker 1>Jen elphis slang is, fast global and meme. Driven that's
<v Speaker 1>the big. Thing it's all memes and the minute an
<v Speaker 1>adult knows what they're talking about.
<v Speaker 2>It and usually the adults, SAYING i saw That mimi
<v Speaker 2>the other day On? Instagram do you guys see that

<v Speaker 1>With, Us jaredy Katie and josh six.
<v Speaker 2>One, hundred listen if you're in the world of weddings,
<v Speaker 2>right now maybe you're going to, a wedding maybe you're planning,
<v Speaker 2>a wedding this might sound a little bit familiar. TO
<v Speaker 2>you i saw this story this MORNING and i, was,
<v Speaker 2>Like what so a growing number of couples are telling
<v Speaker 2>their wedding guests, no gifts and then they put dot dot,
<v Speaker 2>dot seriously no gifts so, as, money no not. Even. Monies.
<v Speaker 2>What uh there's all these wedding planning platforms that brides
<v Speaker 2>can go, on to, you know and, you know book
<v Speaker 2>all their crap whatever. It is it's been a long
<v Speaker 2>Time since i've had to do. All this, But, anyway
<v Speaker 2>uh they're saying that the number of couples choosing gift
<v Speaker 2>free weddings has roughly doubled in the. Past year and
<v Speaker 2>the big reason is is these couples planning the weddings,
<v Speaker 2>are like you, know what going to a wedding has
<v Speaker 2>actually gotten. Incredibly expensive so the gift to us is
<v Speaker 2>just you being here and all of us enjoying time
<v Speaker 2>together because we know that you're maybe having to do,
<v Speaker 2>a flight, a hotel an uber full on, rental car
<v Speaker 2>and we don't want you putting out any. More money
<v Speaker 2>you have made the trip and you're celebrating. With us
<v Speaker 2>that is. Gift ENOUGH and i can tell by you face, Right,
<v Speaker 2>now katie this is not good. For you if you
<v Speaker 2>get married for the, fifth time you're gonna. Want gifts
<v Speaker 2>i've never.
<v Speaker 1>BEEN married i FEEL like i should. Get, gifts no,
<v Speaker 1>you know like when you have, a baby you have
<v Speaker 1>the baby shower for the, first baby but then the
<v Speaker 1>second baby in. The thoor baby don't need a. Baby
<v Speaker 1>shower i've never. BEEN married i FEEL like. I, Should,
<v Speaker 1>still yeah you.
<v Speaker 2>Have stuff another big note in this story is these couples, are,
<v Speaker 2>saying listen we already. Lived together we've been living in
<v Speaker 2>sin for a. Long time there's nothing else that. We
<v Speaker 2>need we don't need another toaster or a mixer or a.
<v Speaker 2>Charcuterie board we don't need any. Of that so save.
<v Speaker 1>Your money what about like to the honeymoon or A
<v Speaker 1>truth they're not asking.
<v Speaker 2>For, it okay so HERE'S what i did with. My,
<v Speaker 2>wedding okay we did have an account set up where
<v Speaker 2>people could go and just donate money to a fund
<v Speaker 2>that would get us new furniture because we wanted a
<v Speaker 2>whole new bedroom. Sets nice we wanted to destroy it
<v Speaker 2>because we were newly wet, less nice but we wanted
<v Speaker 2>a whole new bedroom. Set up so that's, not, cheap,
<v Speaker 2>right no, you know if you're one and OVER to i, don't,
<v Speaker 2>know ok express at, the time and, you know so
<v Speaker 2>a lot of people. Did that they donated to that
<v Speaker 2>fund and it put a massive chunk into that new
<v Speaker 2>bed and we really appreciated that other couples are actually
<v Speaker 2>flipping the whole tradition around and they are giving their
<v Speaker 2>guests gifts roll into the wedding which has already costed
<v Speaker 2>you thirty, thousand dollars and they're getting their guests sweatshirts
<v Speaker 2>and hats and concert.
<v Speaker 1>Style.
<v Speaker 2>Posters, yeah wait THAT'S what i WANT when i go to,
<v Speaker 2>your wedding a concert concert style poster. Of you so
<v Speaker 2>are they going to set.
<v Speaker 1>Up a merch tent outside? Their nuptials is it's?
<v Speaker 2>Gonna do you know how quick that poster would end
<v Speaker 2>up in the trash on my walk out from. That
<v Speaker 2>wedding why in, the WORLD but i would be rolling
<v Speaker 2>that thing up and shoving in. The trash can im
<v Speaker 2>into the.
<v Speaker 1>Wedding mins with? Your initials.
<v Speaker 2>So according To, the knot which is a massive, wedding
<v Speaker 2>website they say that the average cost of simply attending
<v Speaker 2>a wedding right now and be thinking, of this if
<v Speaker 2>you are attending a wedding is six hundred and ten dollars. Per,
<v Speaker 2>person now that's obviously got to be you're going out,
<v Speaker 2>of state right it has. To Be if i'm rolling
<v Speaker 2>Down to parker for, A wedding i'm not spending six
<v Speaker 2>hundred and.
<v Speaker 4>Ten.
<v Speaker 2>Bars oh there was One gen z wedding guest On
<v Speaker 2>the not and she had a post that said just
<v Speaker 2>going to a wedding for her friend is costing her
<v Speaker 2>two thousand dollars between the dress and airfare. And hotel and,
<v Speaker 2>she said there's no Way that i'm at a gift
<v Speaker 2>on top. Of that it feels. Extremely EXCESSIVE so i
<v Speaker 2>don't KNOW how i feel. ABOUT this i GUESS if i,
<v Speaker 2>DON'T know i don't KNOW how i feel. About THIS
<v Speaker 2>if i were to get, remarried now, FINGERS crossed i
<v Speaker 2>wouldn't want GIFTS because i got. Enough junk, well again.
<v Speaker 1>You're at a stage in your life where you don't.
<v Speaker 1>Want things but.
<v Speaker 2>What do you need if you were to get? Married
<v Speaker 2>tomorrow what do? YOU need i need a, man first,
<v Speaker 2>here registry Go to ikea and get you one and
<v Speaker 2>you can put him. Together, myself yeah but you probably.
<v Speaker 2>Could be technology is Fascinated und, but like what would
<v Speaker 2>you put on?
<v Speaker 1>YOUR registry i would want the honeymoon? PAID for i
<v Speaker 1>WOULD like i think THAT if i was going to
<v Speaker 1>get somebody to pay, for anything that would. Be it
<v Speaker 1>maybe the down payment on.
<v Speaker 2>The house there is a site note of the body
<v Speaker 2>of this where a lot of couples, and brides mostly
<v Speaker 2>probably some bridezillas are saying that showing up without a
<v Speaker 2>gift is rude and you should follow the cover your
<v Speaker 2>plate rule if you're going to, a wedding and that
<v Speaker 2>means the gift should roughly cover the cost of what
<v Speaker 2>the couple spent on your. Entire dinner so think of
<v Speaker 2>your chicken platter sitting in front, of you maybe a,
<v Speaker 2>couple drinks and, you're, like eh what was that? Fifty
<v Speaker 2>bucks so that gift should equal what your plate Costs
<v Speaker 2>you at.
<v Speaker 1>The wedding but now they're saying all of this extra
<v Speaker 1>stuff with the you know.
<v Speaker 2>Who complicated it's way, too. Complicated complicated just DO what.
<v Speaker 2>I do i did this just the other day to
<v Speaker 2>one of. Our, Listeners, hi robert just make up something
<v Speaker 2>that you have going on that day so you can't
<v Speaker 2>make yeah rsvp, Ah man, I'm. Busy, robert Sorry, Sorry
<v Speaker 2>robert JOSH and i will be there to do if
<v Speaker 2>it's your sister. OR something i was pretty fired up
<v Speaker 2>the other DAY when i came into. The, studio yeah
<v Speaker 2>it was. Early too it was like at. Six am,
<v Speaker 2>case like what did you? Do yesterday that was like
<v Speaker 2>an hour before.
<v Speaker 1>The show it, was like fine day and you started, firing.
<v Speaker 2>Off, and MAN did i? GO off i, was like
<v Speaker 2>let me tell YOU what i. Did YESTERDAY so i
<v Speaker 2>had to run some errands on this into town the
<v Speaker 2>other day after, the SHOW and i had some time
<v Speaker 2>to KILL before i made, those ERRANDS so i wandered
<v Speaker 2>Over to i'm gonna keep EVERYTHING very i wandered over
<v Speaker 2>to a MALL and i went into. This Mall and
<v Speaker 2>i'm not going to mention any, stores EITHER but i
<v Speaker 2>went into. This mall so that's a high. END mall
<v Speaker 2>i wandered AROUND and i started going into a few of,
<v Speaker 2>the shops well known shops that are, pretty hit. Pretty,
<v Speaker 2>trendy yeah you'll know them if you. Saw Him and
<v Speaker 2>i'm walking around these Stores and, i'm like that's a.
<v Speaker 2>NICE shirt i flip over the price tag and it's
<v Speaker 2>like one hundred and. Fifty bucks fired you.
<v Speaker 1>RIGHT up.
<v Speaker 2>I walked over to. THE table i, was, LIKE oh
<v Speaker 2>i like these. Little joggers these joggers look. PRETTY good
<v Speaker 2>i probably rocked these a. Little bit one hundred and
<v Speaker 2>eighty dollars for a pair, of joggers and you.
<v Speaker 5>Were.
<v Speaker 2>Mad bruh the words in my INTERNAL monologue i cannot
<v Speaker 2>repeat on, the air my. Internal MONOLOGUE so i, was,
<v Speaker 2>like okay, al, Right whatever i'm not buying. Anything HERE so.
<v Speaker 2>I left AND then i walked down to. A hall
<v Speaker 2>the hall to another very well known store that is
<v Speaker 2>incredibly hip, in TRENDY and i grabbed a baseball cap
<v Speaker 2>to see how much, it was and it was eighty
<v Speaker 2>dollars for. Baseball CAB and i wasn't in that store
<v Speaker 2>for more than, thirty SECONDS and, I said i'm out.
<v Speaker 2>Of here you. Screamed, IT well i came in the
<v Speaker 2>STUDIO and, i, screamed YEAH because i went in about
<v Speaker 2>four or five other stores and looked at the price
<v Speaker 2>tags of shirts that were over one hundred, dollars, yea, joggers, shorts,
<v Speaker 2>whatever oh approaching two, hundred DOLLARS and i in the studio, was,
<v Speaker 2>going blank, you blank you blank every store in. This
<v Speaker 2>mall AND then i, was like who are these people
<v Speaker 2>buying these products at?
<v Speaker 1>That?
<v Speaker 2>Price insane that, Is stupid that is stupid to buy
<v Speaker 2>a pair of joggers for two. HUNDRED dollars i bought
<v Speaker 2>a pair of Joggers At sam's club the. Other day
<v Speaker 2>they that were. Fifteen, bucks yeah they looked exactly and
<v Speaker 2>feel exactly like the joggers in one of. These stores
<v Speaker 2>mine were. Fifteen dollars these were, two hundreds and.
<v Speaker 1>You probably couldn't tell a difference if you were given.
<v Speaker 2>The two if it was a blind pants, TRYON test
<v Speaker 2>i would not. Have known and it instantly got me
<v Speaker 2>pissed off that there are so many people out, there
<v Speaker 2>struggling and there's these millennials and ZEERS who i don't have,
<v Speaker 2>any money they.
<v Speaker 1>Can't afford, any means.
<v Speaker 2>And go crillying. About it but you know who these
<v Speaker 2>who were shopping in, these stores people that had no
<v Speaker 2>reason to be shopping in. These stores they were young
<v Speaker 2>millennials and zers, In There and, i'm like this is
<v Speaker 2>why you guys can't. Afford anything, oh yeah you're buying
<v Speaker 2>this crap for. The, gram yeah that's the only reason you're.
<v Speaker 2>Doing that and that's exactly.
<v Speaker 1>It is it's so it's totally, Social presence like that
<v Speaker 1>is absolutely what. IT is i was just talking to
<v Speaker 1>The baby nana about this because she gets into the
<v Speaker 1>habit of she has like a concert, coming up or,
<v Speaker 1>you know she has an event coming up and she
<v Speaker 1>needs a new outfit, for it and she does that
<v Speaker 1>where she thinks she needs to buy the high, end
<v Speaker 1>purse the high end shoes to go, with it blah.
<v Speaker 1>Blah blah and her, justification, Is well i'm only doing
<v Speaker 1>IT when i have, an EVENT when i. Have this,
<v Speaker 1>you know she added up the things that she would
<v Speaker 1>spent on just this. SUMMER alone i asked her to
<v Speaker 1>add up the things that she bought this, summer alone eleven.
<v Speaker 1>Hundred dollars that is, dumb clothes dumb that she. Wore
<v Speaker 1>once these are, For concerts these are for you know.
<v Speaker 4>She will hear. Them, again well.
<v Speaker 1>She, probably WILL but i mean they're really. Fancy outfits
<v Speaker 1>there's only so many.
<v Speaker 4>Places you pick care something, like that, you.
<v Speaker 1>Know so it's like it. Really takes so it's stung
<v Speaker 1>her and now she's on a she can't buy. Anything
<v Speaker 1>face so for the from now until the end of,
<v Speaker 1>the year she has grounded herself from coming anything marked
<v Speaker 1>because she spent so much money. This, summer already.
<v Speaker 2>Story after story about how the saving you can't even
<v Speaker 2>cover a thousand. Dollars expense there's So many americans that
<v Speaker 2>can't cover one thousand dollars expense if something were to
<v Speaker 2>pop up with. Your car but yet all of you
<v Speaker 2>are in there buying these baseball caps for, eighty dollars.
<v Speaker 1>And that is just. So stupid it is. Pretty insane
<v Speaker 1>and save.
<v Speaker 2>Your money you can get a ball cap that does
<v Speaker 2>this it blocks, the sun just the Same off amazon for.
<v Speaker 2>Fifteen dollars put the rest of it in an investment
<v Speaker 2>count and watch your. Money Grow for. God's, sakes, YEAH
<v Speaker 2>no i mean.
<v Speaker 1>It is it is kind of frustrating to.
<v Speaker 2>SEE that i called my wife as SOON as i left.
<v Speaker 2>THAT bit i went.
<v Speaker 1>Off on my, wife FIRED eh.
<v Speaker 2>I did, i, was yes please stop yelling. AT me i,
<v Speaker 2>was like this is so dumb that we are all
<v Speaker 2>being so pressured into buying all. This crap you're paying
<v Speaker 2>for a logo so you look good on your. Social
<v Speaker 2>media the flex is having cash in the bank and
<v Speaker 2>shutting up about it and not telling, any buddy not showing,
<v Speaker 2>your wealth not. Flaunting it that should be your flex. Right,
<v Speaker 2>now well but it's instead of an eighty Dollars. Hat
<v Speaker 2>josh we wanted.
<v Speaker 1>Kind of To point josh out on the part of,
<v Speaker 1>the problems, you.
<v Speaker 4>Know like you're only part of the problem if you can't.
<v Speaker 4>Afford it, That's, okay yeah you're only part of the
<v Speaker 4>problem you can't, afford it. That's all.
<v Speaker 1>I'll.
<v Speaker 2>Be quiet no.
<v Speaker 1>We did that was an awkward silence. Right there it
<v Speaker 1>is part of the keeping up With the joneses. Very
<v Speaker 1>much so it's very much like your neighbor gets, a
<v Speaker 1>pool so you need to put in a pool because if,
<v Speaker 1>you don't your. Life's over there's no point living if
<v Speaker 1>you don't have, a pool just like. Your, neighbor right
<v Speaker 1>It's the.
<v Speaker 4>Instagram effect you always people are always looking, at you
<v Speaker 4>always judging you always just said you're.
<v Speaker 2>Buying these stupid logos for. Social media, stop it.
<v Speaker 7>NO one i.
<v Speaker 4>Will stop like The older i've, GOTTEN too i realize,
<v Speaker 4>That Too like i'm not going to. THOSE stores i
<v Speaker 4>know exactly what you're. Talking about i'm going to those.
<v Speaker 2>Every day you come in and say you Went to nordy's,
<v Speaker 2>this WEEK and.
<v Speaker 11>I was WITH.
<v Speaker 1>The gf HERE'S.
<v Speaker 4>The gf but that, being said you don't need the
<v Speaker 4>name brand stuff as MUCH as I thought i.
<v Speaker 2>USED to i Have on amazon, Pants today amazon's basics,
<v Speaker 2>on Today The, target POLO and i look pretty. GOOD
<v Speaker 2>today i look really well, Put, together katie where did?
<v Speaker 1>You buy you think my entire outfit COSTS thirty BUCKSAU That's.
<v Speaker 1>Tj max and you know.
<v Speaker 2>That presses me way more than somebody walking around in
<v Speaker 2>two hundred dollars. Softy, pants WELL and i.
<v Speaker 1>Think again you go back to just the way you
<v Speaker 1>were raised, and STUFF because, I know i, you know
<v Speaker 1>coming from a HOUSEHOLD that i didn't have a lot
<v Speaker 1>of money. Growing up and, you know when we went
<v Speaker 1>back to school, clothes shopping my parents directed us towards the.
<v Speaker 1>Clearance track so that's kind OF where i, Go now
<v Speaker 1>LIKE when i. Go SHOPPING if i go into a,
<v Speaker 1>fancy store immediately back of, the store where are the?
<v Speaker 1>Red tags That's what i'm, looking for, you know each and.
<v Speaker 2>Every time so that's just you can look good by,
<v Speaker 2>shopping frugal not worrying about what your, tag says and
<v Speaker 2>just clean. Yourself up you can look put together. Without
<v Speaker 2>spending oh, my GOD if i had bought like, two
<v Speaker 2>shirts it would have been three hundred dollars for two
<v Speaker 2>SHIRTS that i liked at, them all which is not
<v Speaker 2>ask not.
<v Speaker 1>What are your kids asking for the expensive? Stuff for
<v Speaker 1>they're not ask.
<v Speaker 2>For, that, No NO and i almost have to push
<v Speaker 2>them to, be, like hey it's. It's no i'm not
<v Speaker 2>going to GO to i don't want TO go i
<v Speaker 2>don't want to talk, about kids, but no let's just,
<v Speaker 2>say no. Okay no but they're frugal like, me TOO
<v Speaker 2>because i.
<v Speaker 1>Remember there were certain THINGS that, i NEEDED like i
<v Speaker 1>needed one hundred and twenty dollars SHOES when i was.
<v Speaker 1>Growing UP but i played back TO do i, played
<v Speaker 1>BASKETBALL so i had. The.
<v Speaker 2>Flex right there is scenarios if you are in a
<v Speaker 2>sport in high school, or something there are some products
<v Speaker 2>you are going to have to spend some cash on.
<v Speaker 2>For Sure but i'm telling you, right now if you're at,
<v Speaker 2>a job things are tight and you're having trouble making,
<v Speaker 2>car payments you're, not saving but yet you're running to
<v Speaker 2>the mall and buying. This stuff it's that whole saying
<v Speaker 2>that you're buying crap that you don't need to impress
<v Speaker 2>people you don't. Even LIKE and i love, that, saying,
<v Speaker 2>well absolutely.
<v Speaker 1>It's truly like the younger generation a lot. Of it
<v Speaker 1>they are influenced on social media and what they watch, because,
<v Speaker 1>well now if you see any of like The like Love,
<v Speaker 1>is blind, for example you'll see a pretty outfit that
<v Speaker 1>a girl, is wearing and immediately you'll see a little prompt,
<v Speaker 1>that says do you want? This outfit buy?
<v Speaker 4>It now crazy that you can.
<v Speaker 1>Do that you can just buy it right from.
<v Speaker 2>The screen shout Out to steph who just, Texted instead
<v Speaker 2>i'm wearing a three DOLLARS shit i picked up at a. Garage,
<v Speaker 2>sale yeah you're doing, it Right, step yeah save the
<v Speaker 2>rest of, your money put it in an interest. BEARING
<v Speaker 2>account a lot of people writing in about how their
<v Speaker 2>flex is Shopping. At costco hell's to the. Y, s
<v Speaker 2>yeah get you some big jars and mayonnaise. AND pants i.
<v Speaker 1>Love getting a good deal on SOMETHING like i have
<v Speaker 1>a bathrobe that's Uh. The ugs IT'S an. Uggs bathroom
<v Speaker 1>it is three sizes, too SMALL but i paid twenty dollars.
<v Speaker 2>FOR it i wear it almost. EVERY day i don't
<v Speaker 2>know about that that one you might have to. Throw away,
<v Speaker 2>So anyway. I'M sorry i should have played, a Song
<v Speaker 2>but i'm. Pretty fired you, Are fine you've been.
<v Speaker 1>FIRED up i.
<v Speaker 2>Need to do this for, your majesty your. Majesty Proclamation
<v Speaker 2>all i'm asking you guys to do is think logically about.
<v Speaker 2>This stuff if you see pants that are almost two
<v Speaker 2>hundred dollars and the shirt is two hundred and a
<v Speaker 2>baseball cap that's eighty dollars for, a hat just, ask
<v Speaker 2>YOURSELF should i buy this OR should i save a? Little,
<v Speaker 2>money okay That's all.
<v Speaker 1>I'm asking give yourself a day to think, about, it, right, yes, Yes.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, and honestly nobody on social media. Even cares they
<v Speaker 2>don't care what. You're, wearing Okay In amazon basics pants,
<v Speaker 2>they rock, All right THAT'S all i have. To say are?
<v Speaker 2>We done? We done? ALL right a couple of quick
<v Speaker 2>sports stories. For you this happened at a high School.
<v Speaker 2>In arkansas during. Football practice a player noticed some un
<v Speaker 2>you usual movement inside, his helmet and he took the,
<v Speaker 2>helmet off showed it to one of his coaches to
<v Speaker 2>see what the heck was, going on and they pulled
<v Speaker 2>back the padding in the helmet to discover a roughly
<v Speaker 2>two foot, long snake a venomous. Copper mouth, story says
<v Speaker 2>he's been wearing. The helmet he had been wearing a
<v Speaker 2>helmet for about an hour and the snake was up
<v Speaker 2>in there and actually never. Bit him how did he?
<v Speaker 2>Walk out it's a. Good snake that snake. Loves football
<v Speaker 2>THAT'S why. I guess they managed to contain the snake
<v Speaker 2>and a little tote and then they beat it. To death,
<v Speaker 2>no correction they released it into a.
<v Speaker 4>Wooded area is this, gonna say how cute a little
<v Speaker 4>snake with.
<v Speaker 2>A Hard hat till they bite your face? You die
<v Speaker 2>isn't that a? Wild? Story though he was playing footballs
<v Speaker 2>for about an hour's and the snakes was up in there's, You,
<v Speaker 2>guys okay well this.

<v Speaker 2>Of taylor Swift And. Travis kelsey they haven't been married for,
<v Speaker 2>very LONG but i guess there's already trouble in paradise
<v Speaker 2>because their pets are not. Getting along taylor's big. Three
<v Speaker 2>cats they're not getting Along with travis's. Dog apparently so
<v Speaker 2>who is At The It's, Olivia Benson, meredith Gray And. Benjamin,

<v Speaker 1>Last, one yeah be. A, hit, okay, well hey how.
<v Speaker 1>About this you have to have pretty thick skin to
<v Speaker 1>Live In, Old. Greeley colorado huh do you hear the
<v Speaker 1>story about Country star. Ashley McBride so she was on
<v Speaker 1>a podcast Recently Called, poor decisions and she was talking
<v Speaker 1>about how what city had the? Worst Fans Good, Old.
<v Speaker 1>Greeley colorado It, Is. Greeley, Colorado, Greeley. Greeley colorado what
<v Speaker 1>makes the worst fans.
<v Speaker 2>Was, one yeah it was like.
<v Speaker 11>A really weird like maybe they don't go to.
<v Speaker 1>Music here it was a really. Strange time SEE what
<v Speaker 1>i think you?
<v Speaker 11>Just did you, were like you, know what there's probably
<v Speaker 11>NO shot i ever go Back, To.
<v Speaker 2>Greeley colorado it's Almost, Say.
<v Speaker 1>GREELEY colorado i was just trying to remember WHEN did i
<v Speaker 1>feel the?
<v Speaker 2>Worst age and It, Was.
<v Speaker 1>Greeley colorado she needs to take A shot coloradkay to,
<v Speaker 1>be fair, she said. She panicked it was kind of top.
<v Speaker 1>Of mind back in twenty, twenty four she Performed At
<v Speaker 1>Union Colony civic Center, in GREELEY and i guess people were.
<v Speaker 1>Sitting down so Quote from ashley is anytime you're with a,
<v Speaker 1>seated crowd that's a death sentence for whoever's. On stage
<v Speaker 1>so that's what she remembers, about that as she was
<v Speaker 1>trying to get the energy from. The crowd apparently they
<v Speaker 1>were all. Sat down, you.
<v Speaker 2>Know who would be a concert there, you go.
<v Speaker 6>Those mong sail across.
<v Speaker 1>The folks just wake sure the.
<v Speaker 9>Cow.
<v Speaker 1>Mean, nicely now, come on, it's stinky, it is there's
<v Speaker 1>way worse Places, than greeley and a bear And. Record
<v Speaker 1>ridge We let Breckinridge to they can tell you it
<v Speaker 1>melts in, your mouth not in. Your paw then they
<v Speaker 1>found a bear just chowing down at the candy jar
<v Speaker 1>at a lodge There. In breckinridge so a bear broke
<v Speaker 1>into this lodge and then wandered right up to the
<v Speaker 1>candy jar and just, helped himself and they caught him
<v Speaker 1>Actually eating eminem's. From it so there's bodycam footage and
<v Speaker 1>you can see. It's awesome the officer like tries to
<v Speaker 1>walk into the hotel and the, doors open and then
<v Speaker 1>he sees the, bear there turns around and walks. Right
<v Speaker 1>out he looked like he, was ready but then he
<v Speaker 1>saw the size of, that bear and, He's like i'm.
<v Speaker 1>Not ready i'm just.
<v Speaker 2>Not ready i'm slightly curious as to how the bear
<v Speaker 2>would react. Getting taste i'm not really what wouldn't you
<v Speaker 2>want to know if it was just like really, pissed
<v Speaker 2>off or if it, were like, you know make him
<v Speaker 2>spill his him. AND ms i, DON'T know, i DON'T
<v Speaker 2>but i am, just curious, like you if there was
<v Speaker 2>a situation and the bear, charged him what would happen
<v Speaker 2>if the.
<v Speaker 1>Bear the taser would? ACTUALLY work i know that's what
<v Speaker 1>tas a bear?
<v Speaker 2>For fun make him MAD because i had a. Sweet tooth,
<v Speaker 2>yeah exactly he. Teased me he needed a.
