<v Speaker 1>Dynamite was back from Arena Mexico. Last week. They were
<v Speaker 1>back in the States. This time they were in Las Vegas.
<v Speaker 1>They were at the Palms Casino Resort, a very nice
<v Speaker 1>intimate venue that we were in for House of Glory
<v Speaker 1>back in April. Very cool building. Unfortunately, they had a
<v Speaker 1>decent show at best. This was not my favorite Dynamite
<v Speaker 1>that they've done recently. It was all right, you know,
<v Speaker 1>nothing terribly exciting. We did have some development though on
<v Speaker 1>this show. Unlike last week we had Kenny Omegas showing
<v Speaker 1>up on the show. Kenny Omega was not in Mexico
<v Speaker 1>last week. He was in the opening segment with Will Ostbury.
<v Speaker 1>They got that out of the way early. MJF wrestled
<v Speaker 1>for the first time since Beach Break when he lost
<v Speaker 1>a championship. Even though he's still walking around with his belt.
<v Speaker 1>He was challenging for the right to enter number two
<v Speaker 1>in the Casino Gauntlet match coming up at all In.
<v Speaker 1>He was in the ring to night would Speedball and
<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne and wouldn't you know, MJF is going to
<v Speaker 1>be entering at number two in the Gauntlet. This is
<v Speaker 1>my shockface Andrete was not on the show. By the way,
<v Speaker 1>there's another man who's been missing, a former world champion
<v Speaker 1>and made a venture. We haven't seen him since Forbidden Door.
<v Speaker 1>I was starting to wonder if we were going to
<v Speaker 1>see him on the Wembley card at all, but he
<v Speaker 1>popped up tonight. Swerve Strickland is back. And not only
<v Speaker 1>is Swerve Strickland back, but they I think they sort
<v Speaker 1>of teased that he may have some friends very soon
<v Speaker 1>in going after the trios titles. The segment that he
<v Speaker 1>was involved in was a trios title segment that involved
<v Speaker 1>the new champions and the old champions, the demand and
<v Speaker 1>there was certainly nothing too overt, but there was certainly
<v Speaker 1>a tease that Swerve may be going out to get
<v Speaker 1>himself some friends. Who might these friends be, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>We'll talk about John Moxley, J White. They are moving
<v Speaker 1>on in the Continental Cup. They each had matches in
<v Speaker 1>the first round tonight, and we now know what the
<v Speaker 1>International title match is going to be at all in
<v Speaker 1>it was made official. It's the match I've been telling
<v Speaker 1>you now for weeks and weeks. Tonight they made it official.
<v Speaker 1>So we're going to talk about everything that happened here
<v Speaker 1>on a very pedestrian episode of Dynamite tonight. It is
<v Speaker 1>indeed number number one Jason the Chat. It is a
<v Speaker 1>new day, Yes it is. This is your aw Dynamite review.
<v Speaker 1>It is Wednesday, August twelfth, twenty twenty six. I am
<v Speaker 1>the solid Monster like and subscribe. I thank you for
<v Speaker 1>getting me recently to ninety three thousand subs. Now, let's
<v Speaker 1>aim for ninety four. Let's get this out of the
<v Speaker 1>way first, and then we'll get into all of the
<v Speaker 1>fun we have people we got in here so far,
<v Speaker 1>people still filtering in. Alright, sixty five likes is the
<v Speaker 1>goal for be the booker later on, So you guys
<v Speaker 1>know what the goal is. I don't want to be
<v Speaker 1>peppered with what's the goal? What's the goal? There's the goal.
<v Speaker 1>Let's get into this aw Dynamite show, shall we. The
<v Speaker 1>announced team tonight we had a little bit of a
<v Speaker 1>different team because they were out on the West coast.
<v Speaker 1>Taz does not typically travel out west because of his neck.
<v Speaker 1>It's kind of a similar thing with Brian Danielson, where
<v Speaker 1>typically when they're out West, we would see Danielson doing
<v Speaker 1>commentary on these shows. He wasn't on the show tonight.
<v Speaker 1>Taz I wasn't expecting to be there, so we had
<v Speaker 1>ex Caliber, we had Tony Shavanni, who's on all the shows,
<v Speaker 1>and we had Paul White, who's been doing commentary on Collision.
<v Speaker 1>They had him doing commentary on Dynamite tonight. I like
<v Speaker 1>Paul White's commentary. I wouldn't mind if they subbed him
<v Speaker 1>in there a little bit more often. I think that
<v Speaker 1>he is good in the role and the way that
<v Speaker 1>he sort of analyzes and breaks certain things down. I
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't mind seeing him on the shows more often in
<v Speaker 1>that role. I don't know if this was just a
<v Speaker 1>one time thing or not, but they did kick off
<v Speaker 1>the show with will Ospray, the number one contender for
<v Speaker 1>the AW World Championship, making his way out to the ring.
<v Speaker 1>Row Row Roman reigns gently down the street. Row them
<v Speaker 1>roam down there, Row Row Roman reigns gently down the street.
<v Speaker 1>Row them down there, and get him out of here.
<v Speaker 1>He don't even go here. It's Wednesday. Row his ass
<v Speaker 1>on out. Thank you, Bobby's World. We get enough of
<v Speaker 1>him on Mondays. He'll be back next Monday. Don't worry.
<v Speaker 1>The tribal chief is on his way back. He's going
<v Speaker 1>to initiate Solo Sikoma back into the bloodline. Osprey said
<v Speaker 1>last week he had the honor of being in Arena
<v Speaker 1>Mexico again and the fans knew just how to lift
<v Speaker 1>his spirits. Last year, he was nervous before the Grand
<v Speaker 1>Slam show because he got a text message from his
<v Speaker 1>mom that his grandfather had passed away that day, and
<v Speaker 1>it crushed him, knowing that he would never get to
<v Speaker 1>see him wrestle again or see him marry his wife,
<v Speaker 1>which he did this year. He knows deep down that
<v Speaker 1>if he was still here, he would tell him to
<v Speaker 1>stop crying and go do a flip. Yeah, go do
<v Speaker 1>that flippy stuff that you do. Last week, twenty five
<v Speaker 1>days out from the biggest match of his life, he
<v Speaker 1>was in a Mexican street fight and it sucked to
<v Speaker 1>go through that Mexican street fight. But one person who
<v Speaker 1>was at home on his sofa watching all of it
<v Speaker 1>was the world champion because he was not there in person.
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega was not there last week, and he hopes
<v Speaker 1>that Omega realizes that Osprey will be able to pull
<v Speaker 1>the trigger after what he saw him do to Mark
<v Speaker 1>Davis last week, because that was the question, can you
<v Speaker 1>pull the trigger? He says, I hope he realizes now
<v Speaker 1>that I can tonight, He's gonna show now he knows
<v Speaker 1>Kenny is backstage. So he confirmed that Omega was there.
<v Speaker 1>He was there to earn his paycheck, as he said,
<v Speaker 1>So if Michael Knakazawa is not trimming his testicles, maybe
<v Speaker 1>you can come out and join. Is that what Knakazawa's
<v Speaker 1>job is? I always wondered what his job is. He's
<v Speaker 1>always hanging around Kenny. Is that part of the job description.
<v Speaker 1>Is he trimming his balls and his pubes? We didn't
<v Speaker 1>get Kenny Omega. We had Don Kallus's noise. When you
<v Speaker 1>hear the noise, I don't know if you can call
<v Speaker 1>it music. When you hear the noise out comes Don Kallas.
<v Speaker 1>He said. While Osbury couldn't wait to compete in AW,
<v Speaker 1>Callous couldn't wait to exploit it. Back in twenty twenty,
<v Speaker 1>Callous and Kenny they screwed John Moxley won the AW
<v Speaker 1>World Championship and they went on a run that was
<v Speaker 1>unmatched in the history of this company. And then Kenny
<v Speaker 1>made a very critical error. He thought that he could
<v Speaker 1>do it all on his own without Don Kallis so
<v Speaker 1>fast forward to twenty twenty three. He reminded Omega who
<v Speaker 1>his real daddy is. He stabbed him in the face.
<v Speaker 1>He put him in the hospital. Callus has done more
<v Speaker 1>damage to Omega's life than diverticulitis ever did. And it
<v Speaker 1>was around the same time the Callus brought will Osprey
<v Speaker 1>into aw when he wrestled Kenny at Forbidden Door that year,
<v Speaker 1>and Callous reminded Osprey when Omega beat him in New
<v Speaker 1>Japan who was in Kenny's corner right? It was him,
<v Speaker 1>So they both owe everything that they have to Callous. Anyway,
<v Speaker 1>at this point, RPG Wece runs in. They attack o
<v Speaker 1>Osprey rather from behind. He fights back. Here comes Mark
<v Speaker 1>Davis and Jake Doyle to join in the attack. Now
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega comes out, and Kenny Omega has a pipe,
<v Speaker 1>not a crack pipe, he has some sort of lead pipe.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know where he got it from, but he
<v Speaker 1>brings it down to the ring and he uses it
<v Speaker 1>to take out the various members of the Callous family.
<v Speaker 1>So Omega took the microphone and he was teasing that
<v Speaker 1>he was going to hit Osprey with it, and Osprey's
<v Speaker 1>in the corner and he's kind of shielding himself, and
<v Speaker 1>he's stops short and Kenny tells him he felt what
<v Speaker 1>he was just talking about. He felt what he said,
<v Speaker 1>and he asked Osbrey, what did you think was going
<v Speaker 1>to happen? He said that he warned him about callous
<v Speaker 1>and John Moxley. He said, the guy running around calling
<v Speaker 1>himself the real world champion, that guy's a problem for
<v Speaker 1>both of us. He stood over Osprey, who again was
<v Speaker 1>down in the corner. He told him that this isn't
<v Speaker 1>the man that he wants to fight at Wembley Stadium,
<v Speaker 1>and he drops the pipe and he extends a hand
<v Speaker 1>and he pulls Osprey back to his feet, and Omega says,
<v Speaker 1>he hopes Osprey understands that I can't help you again
<v Speaker 1>after this, and Osbury said, I appreciate the help, but
<v Speaker 1>I didn't ask for it and I'm not going to
<v Speaker 1>need it again, but thank you, and he left. That
<v Speaker 1>was what we got this week from Omega and Osprey,
<v Speaker 1>which I will say a little disappointing considering that Omega
<v Speaker 1>wasn't even on the show last week. He's back this
<v Speaker 1>week and this is what we got. But this is
<v Speaker 1>what we got. Omega came off a lot more helish
<v Speaker 1>the last time we saw him, this time less, so
<v Speaker 1>I thought him cutting his Like as Kenny was talking,
<v Speaker 1>it was like the worst of Kenny Omega. Like just
<v Speaker 1>the way he was delivering that promo, it just it
<v Speaker 1>just annoyed me. It just annoyed me, Like he's trying
<v Speaker 1>to be so overly dramatic that it just comes off
<v Speaker 1>as cheesy to me. I don't get that sense from
<v Speaker 1>Osprey when he's out there cutting a promo. He's talking
<v Speaker 1>about his grandfather, he's talking about how much this means
<v Speaker 1>to him, or his broken neck or whatever it is
<v Speaker 1>that he's talking about. He you know, he's very intense.
<v Speaker 1>He does so in a serious way. Kenny. You know,
<v Speaker 1>he's kneeling down, he's looking at Omega again. If it
<v Speaker 1>feels to me, it sounds to me like he thinks
<v Speaker 1>he's in some fucking anime, you know, like he's acting
<v Speaker 1>in some sort of anime. And I just can't I
<v Speaker 1>can't get it out of my head. So I wasn't
<v Speaker 1>a fan of that. But that's what we got from
<v Speaker 1>those two in the opening segment. Look, if you're looking
<v Speaker 1>forward to a Kenny Omega well Ospared match at all in,
<v Speaker 1>there ain't nothing that they're going to be doing on
<v Speaker 1>TV between now and then that's going to get you
<v Speaker 1>any less or any more excited to see that match.
<v Speaker 1>At this point, it's just a waiting game to get
<v Speaker 1>to Wembley and see how many kickouts do we have.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to keep a counter. I should actually during
<v Speaker 1>the main event of that show, how many kickouts do
<v Speaker 1>we have from major moves in that match. I'm not
<v Speaker 1>sure what else they can do at this point outside
<v Speaker 1>of teaming them up, you know, like reluctant partners, you
<v Speaker 1>want to have a contract. It's not like we don't
<v Speaker 1>have contract signings in aw kind of stupid. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it's a formality at this point. Hopefully we'll at least
<v Speaker 1>get Kenny on the shows and he won't miss any
<v Speaker 1>between now and then. Now, after this, we had MJF,
<v Speaker 1>we had Nick Wayne, and we had Speedball Mike Bailey.
<v Speaker 1>Kenny wants to be in anime. I wouldn't be surprised
<v Speaker 1>if he does. This is his audition tape. Every time
<v Speaker 1>he goes out there, he's auditioning to be in one.
<v Speaker 1>It just doesn't come across to me as is authentic,
<v Speaker 1>you know, I want to believe that he believes the
<v Speaker 1>things that he's saying. I can buy that with ospray.
<v Speaker 1>I can't buy that with Kenny MJF, Nick Wayne's speedball.
<v Speaker 1>Mike Bailey. The winner of this three way match will
<v Speaker 1>be the number two entrant in the Casino Gauntlet Match
<v Speaker 1>at all In we already know who number one is.
<v Speaker 1>That person is going to be androtte Gee. I wonder
<v Speaker 1>who number two is going to be. Mjf's leg, by
<v Speaker 1>the way, still heavily wrapped. Last time we saw him
<v Speaker 1>a month ago in the ring, it was wrapped still heavily.
<v Speaker 1>It's the hyper extended leg that he suffered back in
<v Speaker 1>June against Rusche, and he still has his AW World
<v Speaker 1>title belt with him. You know the trip will be.
<v Speaker 1>He demanded to be introduced as the one True Champion,
<v Speaker 1>so he immediately fled the ring as soon as the
<v Speaker 1>bell rang, and he goes over where the announcers are seated,
<v Speaker 1>and he takes Tony Schavanni's head set and he says
<v Speaker 1>he's going to let these two twinks battle it out
<v Speaker 1>before showing why he is the one True Champion. And
<v Speaker 1>then he thanked them and he called Shavanni a fat
<v Speaker 1>old prick. So MJF and Nick Wayne they did a
<v Speaker 1>few spots here where Wayne was he was delivering shot
<v Speaker 1>like body shots to Speedball while MJF held him like
<v Speaker 1>they were cooperating, and MJF was like, good job, kid,
<v Speaker 1>like they were working together here for a little bit.
<v Speaker 1>And then he noticed that MJF went to go steal
<v Speaker 1>the pin and Nick Wayne pulled them off and said,
<v Speaker 1>what are you doing. You're complimenting me here and you're
<v Speaker 1>trying to steal the win from me, and MJF tells him,
<v Speaker 1>he goes, yeah, you should just be happy that you're
<v Speaker 1>able to even be in the ring with me, And
<v Speaker 1>it was one of those moments. Now again, it's an
<v Speaker 1>intimate venue. I mean, it's a venue that can fit
<v Speaker 1>in the range of I have a thousand to fifteen
<v Speaker 1>hundred people, but it's a smaller venue. But even still,
<v Speaker 1>the crowd on this show, for a lot of this
<v Speaker 1>show very subdued, very quiet, and at this moment, MJF
<v Speaker 1>he didn't need a microphone, and you're hearing everything he
<v Speaker 1>is saying as if he may as well be on
<v Speaker 1>the microphone because it's so quiet. They quieted down so
<v Speaker 1>much it actually sounded like he was miked up, but
<v Speaker 1>he really was, and he was just that quiet at
<v Speaker 1>that moment in the building. So anyway, he Nick Wayne
<v Speaker 1>clears MJF from the ring speedball. He hit a springboard
<v Speaker 1>moon salt onto both men out on the floor. That
<v Speaker 1>took us into the picture and picture break. Later on,
<v Speaker 1>MJF swatted Wayne out of mid air on a Wayne's
<v Speaker 1>world attempt, and then he power bombed him across his knee. Bailey, though,
<v Speaker 1>flew in with a shooting star to break up the
<v Speaker 1>pen attempt. Bailey hit the Ultimate Weapon on Nick. MJF though,
<v Speaker 1>just threw him through the ropes out to the floor
<v Speaker 1>and then quickly applied the salt of the Earth on
<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne and Wayne tapped out, so MJF picks up
<v Speaker 1>the wind. When the match was over, he took the
<v Speaker 1>mic and he said, he's walking into Wembley as the champion.
<v Speaker 1>There's nothing anybody could do to stop him. So we
<v Speaker 1>hear Androtti's music. We get a shot of mjf's face
<v Speaker 1>and he looks all shocked, and then all of a sudden,
<v Speaker 1>a smirk appears on his face and he says, how
<v Speaker 1>you know that Androtte isn't here because he whooped his
<v Speaker 1>ass last week. That's how he knows. And he's a
<v Speaker 1>gutlass worm, says Kenny. Omega and will Osbury are both
<v Speaker 1>terrified of him, and they need to get down on
<v Speaker 1>their hands and knees and pray that they don't have
<v Speaker 1>to face MJF. The One True Champion match was fine.
<v Speaker 1>The outcome was pretty obvious, you know, once they announced
<v Speaker 1>who was going to be in this match, and once
<v Speaker 1>Androde qualified as being number one in the Gauntlet, it
<v Speaker 1>became pretty clear who number two was going to be.
<v Speaker 1>So they're going to open that match. As I sit
<v Speaker 1>here now, you will do predictions in a couple of weeks.
<v Speaker 1>But as I sit here now, I don't want to
<v Speaker 1>see MJF win this again. We already saw him do
<v Speaker 1>that last year, you know, I said, I said last week.
<v Speaker 1>Two years in a row with the same owen Hart
<v Speaker 1>winner on the women's side, two years in a row
<v Speaker 1>with the same Casino Gauntlet winner on the men's side.
<v Speaker 1>I don't want that. But I also don't see Androte
<v Speaker 1>winning it. So I kind of feel like they're gonna
<v Speaker 1>cancel each other out. Somebody else may end up getting
<v Speaker 1>the contract. Then these two can go on and they
<v Speaker 1>can just have their singles match. They can have their
<v Speaker 1>singles match, it all out. You know, that could be
<v Speaker 1>the big all out match in Chicago. At the end
<v Speaker 1>of next month, we had Switchblade Jay White and David Finley.
<v Speaker 1>Finally we get these two one on one and this
<v Speaker 1>was a first round match in the Continental Cup tournament.
<v Speaker 1>They put a big graphic on the screen with all
<v Speaker 1>the rules. Look no interference and I don't think there
<v Speaker 1>are any time limits. As far as the rest of
<v Speaker 1>the rules, I don't give a shit. It was like
<v Speaker 1>a whole fucking graphic with a raw too many rules.
<v Speaker 1>It's a fucking tournament. It's the first round. Okay, it's
<v Speaker 1>one fault to a finished you lose, you're out. That's
<v Speaker 1>all you need to know now. But there was a
<v Speaker 1>spot here in this match where Jay White hit a
<v Speaker 1>deadlift German suplex and he had David Finley pinned, and
<v Speaker 1>the referee counts one and he goes to count two
<v Speaker 1>and Jay White, who executed the move and had the pin,
<v Speaker 1>let it go. See he lets the pin go. He
<v Speaker 1>immediately begins clutching his own neck and in a way
<v Speaker 1>where the crowd went silent, not the only time they
<v Speaker 1>went silent on this show, but they went like silent,
<v Speaker 1>like they were concerned that this might be a real injury,
<v Speaker 1>and the referee, I think it was Rick Knox, checks
<v Speaker 1>on him and they want you to think he may
<v Speaker 1>be injured legit, And I assumed they were just playing
<v Speaker 1>off the dominator spot from the double Chain match at
<v Speaker 1>Redemption where David Finley almost tripped over himself and almost
<v Speaker 1>broke this man's fucking neck. So I figured that's what
<v Speaker 1>they were playing off. Of the announcers never brought it up.
<v Speaker 1>They let like a minute go by, and none of
<v Speaker 1>them brought it up until finally Tony Shavanni. Again, it
<v Speaker 1>was baffling to me that they weren't saying anything about
<v Speaker 1>the spot from the pay per view until finally Shavanni
<v Speaker 1>mentioned the double Chain match, and again it was like
<v Speaker 1>a minute later and it was only in passing, and
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, that's kind of an important thing to really
<v Speaker 1>drill home, I would think for the viewer and for
<v Speaker 1>the audience, especially if you were someone who didn't watch
<v Speaker 1>the pay per view and maybe you didn't see that
<v Speaker 1>spot and so you're not as familiar with why there
<v Speaker 1>would be significance right to the whole neck thing with
<v Speaker 1>Jay White. But Paul White, the other White on commentary,
<v Speaker 1>said that maybe you know, Jay White suffered a stinger,
<v Speaker 1>but he was okay. He wanted to continue. So Finley
<v Speaker 1>was looking for the dominator. White, though slid out. Both
<v Speaker 1>men traded some big move attempts until White hit a
<v Speaker 1>dominator of his own for a two count. Finley he
<v Speaker 1>escaped a blade runner, He hit a brain buster for
<v Speaker 1>a near fall, and then Finley was looking for the finish.
<v Speaker 1>White avoided it. He hit a flash blade runner out
<v Speaker 1>of nowhere and he got the pin. So Jay White
<v Speaker 1>is moving on here in the Continental Cup. He joins
<v Speaker 1>Claudio Orange Cassidy and Eddie Kingston in the next round,
<v Speaker 1>which is going to be a blind draw, so there's
<v Speaker 1>no bracket to show because we have no idea what
<v Speaker 1>the matches are going to be, and in theory, neither
<v Speaker 1>do they, because it's just going to be totally Randomized's
<v Speaker 1>going to be their version of Be the Booker. Basically,
<v Speaker 1>they're going to take all the names that qualify, They're
<v Speaker 1>going to put them in our little Be the Booker
<v Speaker 1>generator push a button and we'll see what it spits out.
<v Speaker 1>That's how this tournament is going to work. I still
<v Speaker 1>have Jay White against John Moxley as the final. I
<v Speaker 1>think that's going to be the final match. I think
<v Speaker 1>that's going to be for the cup and for the belt.
<v Speaker 1>That's my prediction. This was probably the best match that
<v Speaker 1>I've seen Jay White have since he came back from
<v Speaker 1>the injury. He had a match with Clark Connors many
<v Speaker 1>weeks ago on Dynamite that I just thought was very
<v Speaker 1>boring and very slow and just not interesting. The chain
<v Speaker 1>match at Redemption, I fuck and hated that match. This
<v Speaker 1>this was good. They had a good match. Hopefully he
<v Speaker 1>can continue to work his way through the tournament until
<v Speaker 1>he gets to the finals. After this, we had the
<v Speaker 1>new Trios Champions. They won the belt from the Demand
<v Speaker 1>last week, who only had them for a week. Hangman,
<v Speaker 1>Adam Page, Brody King, and Bandido out to the ring
<v Speaker 1>to celebrate their big win. Tony Shavani was in the
<v Speaker 1>ring with them and Hangman said, do you mind if
<v Speaker 1>I speak a little Espanol? But before now I don't
<v Speaker 1>know why he was doing that now and not last week?
<v Speaker 1>Does he realize we were at Arita Mexico last week.
<v Speaker 1>He should have come out to cut the promo. Then
<v Speaker 1>ospray what ospray? Omega is Yugi versus Kaiba? Should I
<v Speaker 1>know what that is? That sounds like something. I feel
<v Speaker 1>like I should know what that is. It sounds very epic.
<v Speaker 1>Whatever it is, I don't know what it is. But
<v Speaker 1>Yugi versus Kaiba. He was gonna speak Spanish. He didn't
<v Speaker 1>get a chance to speak Spanish though, because he was
<v Speaker 1>interrupted by Swerve Strickland's music. We haven't heard that music
<v Speaker 1>in over a month, probably closer to a month and
<v Speaker 1>a half at this point. Oh yu gi Oh, of course,
<v Speaker 1>of course it's Yu gi Oh. I should have known.
<v Speaker 1>I'm surprised it wasn't Luis who was making that comment.
<v Speaker 1>He's always talking about Yu gi Oh. Prince Nana comes
<v Speaker 1>out first. He brings out Swerve to the ring with him.
<v Speaker 1>Swerve says, this is it's like trauma bonding. He sees
<v Speaker 1>three guys that he has had bad blood with in
<v Speaker 1>the past. Now all of a sudden, their buddies in there,
<v Speaker 1>the new Trios champions. What the hell happen into this place?
<v Speaker 1>I haven't been gone for that long because what do
<v Speaker 1>you guys have in common from your history outside of
<v Speaker 1>your history with me? And he goes down the line says,
<v Speaker 1>he tore the house down with Bandido a double or nothing,
<v Speaker 1>and Bandido failed. And I realized at that moment when
<v Speaker 1>he mentioned that, I was like, you know what, Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he's been doing a lot of that lately, too much.
<v Speaker 1>Bandido is too good to be doing all of this losing.
<v Speaker 1>He lost to Swerve, he lost to John Moxley, right,
<v Speaker 1>and then he lost to Kyle Fletcher. It's like every
<v Speaker 1>big match that he's had and he's the Ring of
<v Speaker 1>Honor World Champion. Mind you, he's lost. So it's fun
<v Speaker 1>to watch him. And he goes out there and has
<v Speaker 1>these great matches, but he never fucking wins. But now
<v Speaker 1>he's the Trios champion, like that's supposed to mean something.
<v Speaker 1>All that did was when I heard that, I was
<v Speaker 1>just like, man, he's lost a lot of big match
<v Speaker 1>I didn't even count the MJF match from the beginning
<v Speaker 1>of the year that he lost, right, but that of
<v Speaker 1>course he was gonna lose that. Then Swerve turned to
<v Speaker 1>Brody King. He said the last time that he saw
<v Speaker 1>Brody he was faced down in a pool of his
<v Speaker 1>own blood. But this all seemingly comes back to you,
<v Speaker 1>and he looks at Hangmen. Earlier this year, they were
<v Speaker 1>on the same page, no pun intended, but he takes
<v Speaker 1>his eye off page for one second and he loses
<v Speaker 1>any chance at ever again challenging for the aw World Championship.
<v Speaker 1>And he asked him, so, now, what what are you
<v Speaker 1>gonna do now? Like, what's your legacy? Now? What are
<v Speaker 1>you fighting for? You just hanging around with these two
<v Speaker 1>for the rest of your career. Hangman says, unlike you,
<v Speaker 1>I never took my eyes off you. I've been watching
<v Speaker 1>everything that you've been doing, and you don't have any
<v Speaker 1>room to talk because you've done some Hainus shit and
<v Speaker 1>you have nothing to show for it. So they get
<v Speaker 1>interrupted by the demand and out on stage comes Ricochet
<v Speaker 1>in the Gates of Agony and the Lethal Twist is
<v Speaker 1>with them. Ricochet said that this was Trio's business. He questioned,
<v Speaker 1>why are you here looking at Swerve and he complained
<v Speaker 1>about the Trio's belts being stolen from them last week.
<v Speaker 1>He said, you're lucky this is in the NFL, because
<v Speaker 1>the replay would show that total Leona's shoulders were not down,
<v Speaker 1>and so he demanded a rematch. Ricochet said that Swerve
<v Speaker 1>has nine guys out here on stage right now who
<v Speaker 1>hate his ass, so get the hell out of my arena.
<v Speaker 1>And Swerve goes to leave with Nana, but he turns
<v Speaker 1>and he says, you know, Brody king Brody may do
<v Speaker 1>all the barking, but Ricochet is the bitch. So then
<v Speaker 1>Hangman said that Swerve had a point. Page said that
<v Speaker 1>if you think that you're going to take the trio's
<v Speaker 1>titles back, well then come to the ring and take them.
<v Speaker 1>And you know, Ricochet and the Gates, they kind of
<v Speaker 1>made their way as if they were going to do it,
<v Speaker 1>and then he said, we'll do it on our time.
<v Speaker 1>So first of all, it's good they have Swerve back.
<v Speaker 1>Obviously we now know he'll have some kind of role
<v Speaker 1>at least on the Wembley card. The reason that I
<v Speaker 1>mentioned like at the beginning of the stream and in
<v Speaker 1>the title of the stream like new day tees right
<v Speaker 1>Kofe and Creed, because he's now back to being Austin Creed,
<v Speaker 1>and it looks like Kofe may actually be going by
<v Speaker 1>the name just Kofe based on there's some sort of
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if it's a comic con or some kind
<v Speaker 1>of autograph signing that they have coming up, but they're
<v Speaker 1>being advertised as Kofe and Austin Creed. They are now
<v Speaker 1>free agents. They are no longer bound by their ninety
<v Speaker 1>days with WWE. They are free and clear, and if
<v Speaker 1>they're not already signed to AW, they will be shortly.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure they've probably already got the contract signed. I
<v Speaker 1>would be blown away if they don't end up in
<v Speaker 1>AW within a matter of weeks. So you're looking at
<v Speaker 1>Swerve here in this segment and you're wondering, as I was,
<v Speaker 1>what is his role going to be at all? In?
<v Speaker 1>What do they have in store for him? Right, Well,
<v Speaker 1>let's see how they bring them back. They brought them
<v Speaker 1>back in a trios segment. It is a segment based
<v Speaker 1>around the trio's titles, which means that Swerve is likely
<v Speaker 1>going to reappear next week or the week after. It's
<v Speaker 1>gonna have to be sometime in the next couple of
<v Speaker 1>weeks with two partners, and we're probably heading towards a
<v Speaker 1>three way trios match, which kind of makes sense you
<v Speaker 1>talking about trios belts or they have three teams that's
<v Speaker 1>probably what we're looking at in London. Are we looking
<v Speaker 1>at a debuting KOFEE and Creed being linked up with Swerve?
<v Speaker 1>Maybe we're not, because we could also very well be
<v Speaker 1>looking potentially at Swerve and the Hurt Syndicate, And I
<v Speaker 1>wouldn't mind that either. I know the Hurt Syndicate. I
<v Speaker 1>think they've popped up on Collision recently, but they haven't
<v Speaker 1>done much of anything. I've been waiting for them to
<v Speaker 1>get back in the mix, you know, Shelton, Benjamin and
<v Speaker 1>lashel and get them back on Dynamite. Maybe it's the
<v Speaker 1>Hurt Syndicate, but this feels like this is probably going
<v Speaker 1>to be their way of introducing the New Day under
<v Speaker 1>whatever name they're going to be you using. And I
<v Speaker 1>think that's fine. I mean, it's not the spot I
<v Speaker 1>would debut them in as far as like the trios titles,
<v Speaker 1>because again, who cares. I mean, the real money if
<v Speaker 1>you're going to bring them in, the real money isn't
<v Speaker 1>doing matches with them and the Young Bucks and some
<v Speaker 1>of the other teams they have, you know, on the roster,
<v Speaker 1>even Cope and Christian, And they could still do that
<v Speaker 1>even if they are wrestling for the trios belts, you
<v Speaker 1>could still do those matches. They also may not want
<v Speaker 1>to blow through all the big matches right away, right
<v Speaker 1>if the money matches for them are going to be
<v Speaker 1>tag team matches, right, not singles matches. The biggest match
<v Speaker 1>they could do because it's been teased for so many years,
<v Speaker 1>and obviously they're very friendly with each other with the
<v Speaker 1>video game stuff. It's the new day in the Young Bucks,
<v Speaker 1>so they probably don't want to go to that right away.
<v Speaker 1>And the Young Bucks have their own thing going on.
<v Speaker 1>They're challenging for the tag team titles at all. In
<v Speaker 1>you don't need to add anybody else to that match.
<v Speaker 1>That's the first time ever Cope and Christian against you know,
<v Speaker 1>Matt and Nick Jackson keep that as is, so they
<v Speaker 1>have their business going on. This could be something to
<v Speaker 1>occupy them in the meantime until they were ready to
<v Speaker 1>eventually do that match. I don't know that I would
<v Speaker 1>even do that match until next year because there's really
<v Speaker 1>no reason to rush into it. So I'm thinking that
<v Speaker 1>we now have our direction for Swerve, and this is
<v Speaker 1>how they're going to introduce Koffee and Creed, and I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's that's fine. Gives them something to do in the meantime,
<v Speaker 1>saved the bigger matches for you know, down the road.
<v Speaker 1>But it's got to be either them or the Hurt Syndicate,
<v Speaker 1>and the Hurt Syndicate seem like they're exclusive to collision
<v Speaker 1>these days. Daybreak, Yeah, we don't know what their name
<v Speaker 1>is going to be. I've seen that name being mentioned daybreak.
<v Speaker 1>Was it the Jericho Cruse that they were being advertised for?
<v Speaker 1>Maybe that's what they were being advertised for. You know
<v Speaker 1>who else is being advertised? I saw for the Jericho
<v Speaker 1>Cruse the busted opened crew, unless that was a swerve.
<v Speaker 1>I thought I saw something about the bus that opened.
<v Speaker 1>Guys being advertised with the Jericho Cruse. Can somebody confirm that?
<v Speaker 1>Can somebody look that up and confirm that I saw
<v Speaker 1>something about that. This morning they aired footage of Renee
<v Speaker 1>Piquette conducting a sit down interview earlier in the day
<v Speaker 1>with the women's world champion Mercedes Monette, and I had
<v Speaker 1>saw before Danamite went on the air, Mercedes had posted
<v Speaker 1>a video on her social media and it looked like
<v Speaker 1>she had just attacked willow Right, but it was like
<v Speaker 1>the tail end of the attack or after the attack
<v Speaker 1>had happened, so they showed what happened. It was to
<v Speaker 1>sit down interview with Willow and then in the middle
<v Speaker 1>of this interview, Mercedes hit her from behind with the
<v Speaker 1>owen Hart Foundation belt, so she put a beat down
<v Speaker 1>on her and she was asking, you know, you want
<v Speaker 1>to embarrass me because she was very upset, right she
<v Speaker 1>got pinned by Willow. So and I said, like everyone
<v Speaker 1>who was like, oh, it's you know, your prediction that
<v Speaker 1>Mercedes may not win the she may not win the
<v Speaker 1>championship because or she is going to win the championship
<v Speaker 1>because she's been taking too many l's here. She's been
<v Speaker 1>made to look bad too many times by Willow. I said,
<v Speaker 1>you know, we have a few weeks left to go
<v Speaker 1>before we get to London, and she'll be able to
<v Speaker 1>get get one over on Willow probably next week. And
<v Speaker 1>so she did here today. And I thought this was
<v Speaker 1>very interesting here because I don't know if you could
<v Speaker 1>hear I'm sure you could, because again it was quiet
<v Speaker 1>in the arena, but as they're showing this attack, you
<v Speaker 1>can hear somebody. The live crowd is still audible in
<v Speaker 1>the background, and you could hear somebody in the background
<v Speaker 1>just screaming, Sasha, come home, Sasha. We love you, Come home, Sasha. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>Sasha is not going anywhere. Don't hold your breath, Sasha.
<v Speaker 1>If anything, Sasha is waiting for her friend to come
<v Speaker 1>join her. I don't know how soon that she'll be
<v Speaker 1>able to do that contractually, but Sasha is not anywhere,
<v Speaker 1>all right. So yes, Isaac said, Dave Loo, Greca Nicknameath
<v Speaker 1>and Bully Ray have been announced for the Jericho Cruise
<v Speaker 1>in November. So there you go, Sasha, Sasha come home. Meanwhile,
<v Speaker 1>this was Willow's response. She posted this on Twitter. She said,
<v Speaker 1>fuck this bitch, which you know for Willow Nightingale's that's
<v Speaker 1>a harsh language there. Usually she's so peppy and so happy,
<v Speaker 1>full of smiles and rainbows, and now she's saying, fuck
<v Speaker 1>this bitch. It's like Mercedes has pissed off Willow. We
<v Speaker 1>had Kevin Knight and Chris Jericho for the TNT Championship,
<v Speaker 1>a title that Jericho has never held. Night tried to
<v Speaker 1>attack him early, he got spiked by a brainbuster, and
<v Speaker 1>Paul White's on commentary and he's putting over a j Jericho,
<v Speaker 1>is you know the best tag team partner? I ever
<v Speaker 1>had in my career, and he's had a lot of them.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, think of all the tag team partners he's had, right,
<v Speaker 1>Undertaker and Cain and Billy Gunn. Remember Showgun, one of
<v Speaker 1>the greatest tag teams of all time. You can't forget Showgun,
<v Speaker 1>show Miz or mis Show, whatever the fuck their name was. Jericho,
<v Speaker 1>Oh guy, I know I'm missing some. He had a
<v Speaker 1>bunch of tag team partners, but he said Jericho was
<v Speaker 1>his favorite tag team partner. Night got clothes lined out
<v Speaker 1>over the top to the floor. Jericho did a dive
<v Speaker 1>out onto him on the floor and he looks over
<v Speaker 1>because they're right in front of the announcers, and Paul
<v Speaker 1>White is sitting there. Thank you, thank you, Jersey Authentic,
<v Speaker 1>I forgot that good. That's their official name. Now it's
<v Speaker 1>not show Miz, it's not miss Show. It's shit Show.
<v Speaker 1>The perfect name. But he sees Paul White is sitting there,
<v Speaker 1>and he goes over and he gives him a big hug,
<v Speaker 1>and he's like, you know, they're like posing together. We
<v Speaker 1>got a little Jerishow reunion and then we had Jerishow
<v Speaker 1>Chance from the crowd Man. We go from Come Home,
<v Speaker 1>Sasha Chance to jerishow chance. I'm surprised we didn't get
<v Speaker 1>let's go see a Sea sucks chance from the crowd tonight.
<v Speaker 1>So later on, Jericho countered a top rope hurrican Rana
<v Speaker 1>attempt into an avalanche power bomb, and then he transitioned
<v Speaker 1>into the walls of Jericho. And this is one of
<v Speaker 1>the dumbest spots that I have seen on any professional
<v Speaker 1>wrestling show all year. This will be in the conversation
<v Speaker 1>when this year is over. He's got him in the
<v Speaker 1>walls of Jericho and he's got the hold locked on
<v Speaker 1>in the middle of the ring. Don Kallis is on commentary.
<v Speaker 1>Now Jericho's back is to Callous and the commentators. So
<v Speaker 1>Callous gets up. He scurries around to the other side
<v Speaker 1>of the ring so that he could be face to
<v Speaker 1>face with Jericho, but there's great distance between them. They're
<v Speaker 1>not near the ropes. Callous begins to climb into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>Now they're showing Jericho, and Jericho is telling him no
<v Speaker 1>no no no, no no no no no. Right, He's
<v Speaker 1>like fucking Nikki from Obsession. No no no no no.
<v Speaker 1>He's telling him no no no, and Callous, you know,
<v Speaker 1>he retreats back out to the floor, and Jericho at
<v Speaker 1>this point, who already has the move applied in the
<v Speaker 1>middle of the ring, he moves towards the ropes. He
<v Speaker 1>intentionally ships all the way to the ropes so that
<v Speaker 1>Don Callous can reach up behind the referees back and
<v Speaker 1>hit him in the head with the fucking screwdriver. He
<v Speaker 1>fed himself to Don Callous, but in the worst possible
<v Speaker 1>because he was so far away and the camera just
<v Speaker 1>stayed on them the whole time that he literally had
<v Speaker 1>to crawl to the ropes to allow Don Kallis to
<v Speaker 1>hit him in the head with this screwdriver. Absolutely, just
<v Speaker 1>like amateur hour here is what this was. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I just like, come on, dude, Like really, I'm sorry,
<v Speaker 1>you got to think of something else on the fly,
<v Speaker 1>maybe let go of the hold and then like do
<v Speaker 1>something and then reapply it, and you happen to be
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. All I'm saying is I'm watching this
<v Speaker 1>and I'm going why is he moving to the ropes?
<v Speaker 1>Why is he feeding his head for the screwdriver? This
<v Speaker 1>was the stupidest fucking thing I've seen in ages. So
<v Speaker 1>of course the hold now is broken because he's been
<v Speaker 1>hitting the head with the screwdriver. Night's free and Jericho
<v Speaker 1>is sitting in the corner. So Night goes to the
<v Speaker 1>opposite corner and he hits the coast to coast dropkick,
<v Speaker 1>Whichericho then kicked out of. Then he positions Jericho for
<v Speaker 1>the UFO splash, and as Knight jumps off the top rope,
<v Speaker 1>Jericho catches him into the worst code breaker that you
<v Speaker 1>will ever see. This was not good. He sold it anyway,
<v Speaker 1>He sold it big time. He bounced up into the air,
<v Speaker 1>did Kevin Knight before he landed on the mat, but
<v Speaker 1>there was in fact, there was no contact on this
<v Speaker 1>code breaker. Still got a close two count out of it, though,
<v Speaker 1>So then Jericho went for the Judas effect and he
<v Speaker 1>whiffed on it. He almost hit Aubrey Edwards with it,
<v Speaker 1>and so she was temporarily distracted. And when Jericho turned around,
<v Speaker 1>Night kicked him low and then hit his crash landing
<v Speaker 1>You're like spinning Urinagi finish, and he picked up the
<v Speaker 1>win and he retained the championship. So yeah, that was
<v Speaker 1>It's too bad, really because the match wasn't bad up
<v Speaker 1>until that point, and the crowd was was kind of
<v Speaker 1>with it and there. Jericho looked fine. It wasn't like
<v Speaker 1>Jericho looked bad out there or anything until the Walls
<v Speaker 1>of Jericho, and then that just ruined the whole thing.
<v Speaker 1>It was. It was so ridiculous, like it was. It
<v Speaker 1>was bad enough that I can't believe that he didn't
<v Speaker 1>just figure out a different way to improvise there. And
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if that was a case where callous,
<v Speaker 1>you know, was just kind of off the mark or
<v Speaker 1>missed time something or I don't know, something, something went
<v Speaker 1>a foul here, but holy shit, was that bad. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not sure this leads to anything more, even though Jericho,
<v Speaker 1>you know, he had a cheat to beat Jericho. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not really sure that this leads to anything more with
<v Speaker 1>Jericho and Night, you know, Jericho and the TNT title.
<v Speaker 1>I hope not. It shouldn't because the direction clearly for Wembley,
<v Speaker 1>and it's official now the match has been made. It's
<v Speaker 1>going to be Darby Allen Challenge for the TNT Championship,
<v Speaker 1>and it's going to be in a false count anywhere match,
<v Speaker 1>false count anywhere in Wembley Stadium, So they could get
<v Speaker 1>really creative with that. Hopefully they do. Hopefully they don't
<v Speaker 1>just brawl into the crowd anytime there's a false count
<v Speaker 1>anywhere match, Like, I'm like, okay, cool, get creative with it.
<v Speaker 1>Go backstage, Go into the fucking loading dock, leave the
<v Speaker 1>leave the fucking perimeter of the venue. Go into the
<v Speaker 1>bowels of the building, Go into the basement, go into
<v Speaker 1>the sewer, try something different. It's Darby, So Darby, I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure is already coming up with ideas. Oh where can
<v Speaker 1>we go? You know, I'm looking forward to seeing what
<v Speaker 1>he comes up with. But there was a backstage promo
<v Speaker 1>with Darby later in the show where he said that
<v Speaker 1>if Knight can beat him at all in he'll have
<v Speaker 1>proved to him that he was right about the potential
<v Speaker 1>that Kevin Knight had years ago when he first saw him.
<v Speaker 1>So that match is now official. Pin him in the toilet,
<v Speaker 1>says Pseudo. Yeah, I don't know about that, although it
<v Speaker 1>does take me back to the task Master Benwa match
<v Speaker 1>from Great American Bash, where Dusty Rhoads was on commentary,
<v Speaker 1>and never again will we have a commentary performance for
<v Speaker 1>a false count anywhere match quite like the one that
<v Speaker 1>we got from Dusty Rhodes that night where he was
<v Speaker 1>so excited he could not believe that these men had
<v Speaker 1>brawled into the men's bathroom and there was a lady
<v Speaker 1>in the men's bath There's a lady in the men's bathroom.
<v Speaker 1>He was beside himself. He couldn't believe it. With that
<v Speaker 1>Southern drawl that is peak sports entertainment. Where Chris Statlander
<v Speaker 1>against Viva Van, Viva Van got a lot of offense
<v Speaker 1>here for the three minutes that they got. Stat Lander
<v Speaker 1>gave her a lot here. Van hit a missile drop kick,
<v Speaker 1>and Van she was celebrating instead of going for the wind.
<v Speaker 1>She's busy celebrating. Then she covered at Statlander, who kicked
<v Speaker 1>out a one. Statlander put her down with the Wednesday
<v Speaker 1>Night Fever for the win. After the match is over,
<v Speaker 1>Nick Foley comes out to the ring. He points out
<v Speaker 1>his daughter Noel is in the front row tonight and
<v Speaker 1>he informed Statlander that per Tony Kahan, she's going to
<v Speaker 1>be part of a four way match on Dynamite next
<v Speaker 1>week for the TBS Championship. It will be Statlander the champion,
<v Speaker 1>Maya World, and it will be Persephone and it will
<v Speaker 1>be Hikarushita. And speaking of which, after Statlander cut a
<v Speaker 1>little promo on them. Persephanie made her way out onto
<v Speaker 1>the stage, followed by Shida. Reason being they were in
<v Speaker 1>a tag team match coming up next against the TBS champion,
<v Speaker 1>Maya World and her partner who I believe is she
<v Speaker 1>the CMLL national Champion? I believe is the title that
<v Speaker 1>she ha thunder Rose. Pretty standard stuff here, But the
<v Speaker 1>more TV time that Maya gets on these shows, the
<v Speaker 1>better for her and the better for me. The more
<v Speaker 1>often we get to see Persephone because I like Persephone,
<v Speaker 1>I'm a fan of hers. I just wish she would
<v Speaker 1>pick up more wins. On this show, Persephone was holding
<v Speaker 1>Maya for Sheida, who charged in and hit her partner
<v Speaker 1>by accident. Sheida stumbled backwards and Maya hit the bridging
<v Speaker 1>fallaway Slam for the win. After the match, stat Lander
<v Speaker 1>came back out to the ring and she celebrated with
<v Speaker 1>Rosa and Maya. I'm not really sure why we're doing
<v Speaker 1>this four way match next week and why they're not
<v Speaker 1>saving that for Wembley. Maybe it'll make more sense coming
<v Speaker 1>out of it next week. Maybe she loses it next
<v Speaker 1>week and has to challenge to get it back. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that would be awfully fucking stupid, given that They just
<v Speaker 1>put the belt on Sheida on July first, before the
<v Speaker 1>month was even over. They put the belt on Maya
<v Speaker 1>World And now you're going to change the belt three
<v Speaker 1>times in less than two months. I can't imagine they
<v Speaker 1>do that. So what I'm thinking is Maya wins, and
<v Speaker 1>maybe it's none of these women. Maybe a new challenger emerges,
<v Speaker 1>maybe somebody who is not even on the roster yet.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe it's somebody that we're not even thinking of. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>it's a new face, and that person emerges and gets
<v Speaker 1>a shot at Wembley. Could be could be any number
<v Speaker 1>of people. Or they could just put the belt on Persephone.
<v Speaker 1>That would make me very happy. Why don't we do that?
<v Speaker 1>Why don't we get the belt on Persephone? I know
<v Speaker 1>she already has one, She's got the CMLL Women's Championship.
<v Speaker 1>I'd be okay with that move too. I kind of
<v Speaker 1>feel like they may be introducing somebody new though, Ruby
<v Speaker 1>Soho coming back that I had completely forgotten about her.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't even know she was coming back to wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>You know, a few weeks ago everybody was talking about
<v Speaker 1>Kyrie Saan. Who's to say that she doesn't show up
<v Speaker 1>in debut next week, Renee was backstage with Kyle Fletcher,
<v Speaker 1>the international champion, and Don Kallis congratulating Kyle on his
<v Speaker 1>TNT his successful TNT title defense on the show last
<v Speaker 1>week against Speedball Mike Bailey. Fletcher says that Speedball always
<v Speaker 1>brings out the best in him and now he can
<v Speaker 1>defend his international title in another country at all in
<v Speaker 1>and on that note, Don Kallis was all excited and
<v Speaker 1>he said, look, I spoke to Tony Kahn about you
<v Speaker 1>defending your championship on that show against a former international
<v Speaker 1>champion who never got his rematch, and Fletcher says, please,
<v Speaker 1>please do not tell me that it is Takeshna and
<v Speaker 1>he said, well yes, but he also added another former
<v Speaker 1>champion who never got his rematch, and in walks Kazuchka Okada,
<v Speaker 1>and Callus says that this guarantees that the title is
<v Speaker 1>going to stay in the family. And Okada said, as
<v Speaker 1>long as the title stays in the family, that is
<v Speaker 1>the most important thing. And he says this with a
<v Speaker 1>big cheesy smile on his face, and then Callus and
<v Speaker 1>Okada they fist bump each other like dweebs, and then
<v Speaker 1>off goes Kyle. He just he doesn't want to have
<v Speaker 1>anything to do with this, and he just walks away.
<v Speaker 1>So there it is. I mean, I've been talking about
<v Speaker 1>this for weeks. It's pretty clear this is the direction
<v Speaker 1>that we were headed in. That's going to be an
<v Speaker 1>incredible match. You have a match with Takeshta, Okada and
<v Speaker 1>Fletcher all in the ring at the same time. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>how does that not steal the show? How do you
<v Speaker 1>have a I think they're incapable of having a bad match.
<v Speaker 1>At worst, it would be an excellent match. At best,
<v Speaker 1>it would be an outstanding match. Either way, it's going
<v Speaker 1>to be great. If it could be as great as
<v Speaker 1>the match was between Kata and Takashda double or nothing,
<v Speaker 1>that could be match of the year right there. So
<v Speaker 1>that's gonna be great. And speaking of Kyle Fletcher, the
<v Speaker 1>International Champion just announced actually as soon as Dynamite went
<v Speaker 1>off the air. Nope, that's not it. There. It is
<v Speaker 1>the House of Glory show covered up in Los Angeles.
<v Speaker 1>Our next show September fourth, fallout at the Globe Theater.
<v Speaker 1>We have the International Champion himself, Kyle Fletcher, and he's
<v Speaker 1>going to be getting in the ring in a special
<v Speaker 1>attraction to take on the amazing Red. I guess the
<v Speaker 1>question is, though, by the time we get to fallout
<v Speaker 1>on September fourth, will Kyle Fletcher even be the International Champion?
<v Speaker 1>Now this is not a title match, so it doesn't
<v Speaker 1>matter necessarily, but you see the title over his shoulder
<v Speaker 1>here on the poster. Will he even still be the
<v Speaker 1>champion come September fourth? That is the question. It's gonna
<v Speaker 1>be a hell of a match though, I'm looking forward
<v Speaker 1>to being on the call for that one. They closed
<v Speaker 1>the show with John Moxley, the Continental Champion, taking on
<v Speaker 1>Jack Perry. This was a first round match here in
<v Speaker 1>the Continental Cup tournament. They sent this main event out
<v Speaker 1>to the ring and the bell rang at ten oh
<v Speaker 1>four pm. So this is now a regular thing where
<v Speaker 1>we're getting overruns every single week. Tonight it wasn't a
<v Speaker 1>thirty five minute overrun. I think it was a twenty
<v Speaker 1>one minute. It was like twenty plus minutes, was the
<v Speaker 1>overrun tonight. Renee said that this is the first singles
<v Speaker 1>meeting between these two men, and these are two men
<v Speaker 1>who between them have held every men's championship that there
<v Speaker 1>is to hold here in aw and it's do or
<v Speaker 1>die for John Moxley because really every match he has
<v Speaker 1>in this tournament, if he loses, then we are guaranteed
<v Speaker 1>a new continental champion. His title is effectively on the
<v Speaker 1>line every single time he goes out there. Gee, what
<v Speaker 1>do you think the chances are that he was not
<v Speaker 1>going to make it out of this match here with
<v Speaker 1>Jack Perry in the first round of the tournament. Doesn't
<v Speaker 1>seem too likely to me. Moxley smashed Perry's head off
<v Speaker 1>the ring post, and Jack Perry comes up bleeding, because
<v Speaker 1>of course he does. So we are required to have
<v Speaker 1>blood on this show at least once every single week,
<v Speaker 1>and so this was the obligatory blood that we have
<v Speaker 1>on the show. So Moxley is kicking his ass. They
<v Speaker 1>come back from break and Moxley is telling him, do
<v Speaker 1>you want to be a big boy, you want to
<v Speaker 1>be a main inventor. Perry fights back, He has a
<v Speaker 1>dropkick that sends Moxley out to the floor. Then he
<v Speaker 1>hits a low toe pay back in, another one through
<v Speaker 1>the ropes back in. Finally big summrsault out onto him,
<v Speaker 1>then a moon salt back inside. Moxley turned Perry inside
<v Speaker 1>out with a lariat and he hit a gotch style
<v Speaker 1>pile driver for a near so another Larryt drops Perry
<v Speaker 1>and this, I guess take your pick between this and
<v Speaker 1>the Jericho spot. The Jericho thing was worse. I thought
<v Speaker 1>I thought the Jericho thing was much worse. But he's
<v Speaker 1>got Perry down on the mat and Moxley is you know,
<v Speaker 1>they're trying to show that this kid has more heart
<v Speaker 1>and guts than brains, and he's bloody and he's being
<v Speaker 1>beaten and battered and he just won't give up, right,
<v Speaker 1>he won't quit. Moxley's got him down, and he's The
<v Speaker 1>spot is that he's raining down these elbows, but he's
<v Speaker 1>raining down these terrible elbows, and he's pulling his elbows
<v Speaker 1>because obviously he does want to really elbow him, but
<v Speaker 1>he's pulling him in such a way where he's throwing
<v Speaker 1>these these elbows are so weak and they're not connecting.
<v Speaker 1>And then I'm just I'm begging them to please switch
<v Speaker 1>the camera angle, just please, for the love of God,
<v Speaker 1>just switch to like a view from behind with a
<v Speaker 1>side or something anything, And I'm like, God, this looks
<v Speaker 1>this is so bad. This just looks so bad. So
<v Speaker 1>finally Paul Turner gets in between them, he pulls Moxley
<v Speaker 1>off of him, and it looks like he might end
<v Speaker 1>the match, he might call the match off. It's like
<v Speaker 1>a mercy killing Perry, though refuses. He won't allow him
<v Speaker 1>to do so. Perry gets up, he slaps Moxley across
<v Speaker 1>the face and then he flips him the double bird
<v Speaker 1>and the last act of defiance. Basically, Perry tries for
<v Speaker 1>a pile driver, and it's like a stalling pile driver.
<v Speaker 1>He's taking forever and forever and forever. And finally Moxley
<v Speaker 1>back drops out of it because he took too fucking long.
<v Speaker 1>But then he rolls through, does Perry into the snare trap. Moxley, though,
<v Speaker 1>fights out of it, into the bulldog choke. They both
<v Speaker 1>got to their feet. Perry started to fade Moxley, though
<v Speaker 1>he ended up hooking both legs. He took him back
<v Speaker 1>down and at that point there was nowhere to go,
<v Speaker 1>there was nothing for him to do, and Perry went
<v Speaker 1>out cold. And after the match was over, Moxley extended
<v Speaker 1>a hand to a matter of respect, Perry shook his hand,
<v Speaker 1>and that is how they closed the show. So they
<v Speaker 1>were adhering to the code of honor. Here I guess
<v Speaker 1>at the end of this show, there's a good match.
<v Speaker 1>Here's the best match of the night. I thought this
<v Speaker 1>was better than the MJF three. Way they tried to
<v Speaker 1>make it, you know, as dramatic as they could. That
<v Speaker 1>was the story they were telling again, this kid won't quit.
<v Speaker 1>Is he going to pull off this huge upset? The
<v Speaker 1>answer is now, And it went exactly the way that
<v Speaker 1>we all knew it would. The outcome here was never
<v Speaker 1>in doubt. But they tried pretty predictable stuff. I would say,
<v Speaker 1>so far through the first round. The first round's not
<v Speaker 1>over yet, but so far pretty predictable stuff in this tournament.
<v Speaker 1>We'll see if that changes in the next round. I'm
<v Speaker 1>going to stick with my prediction though, of mind Oxley
<v Speaker 1>and White in the final. I just feel like, predictable,
<v Speaker 1>as it may be to some people, it's the match
<v Speaker 1>that makes the most sense. You know, the Dogs and
<v Speaker 1>the Bang Bang Gang have been going at it now
<v Speaker 1>for a while, but so have you know, Jay White's
<v Speaker 1>group and the Death Riders, and so for this tournament
<v Speaker 1>to culminate him Moxley and Jay White. Jay White came back,
<v Speaker 1>he missed fifteen months, and for him to go to
<v Speaker 1>the finals of this tournament and be the one to
<v Speaker 1>uncrown John Moxley and take that championship from him, I
<v Speaker 1>think would be appropriate, you know, and get some gold
<v Speaker 1>on Jay White got plenty of gold to go around.
<v Speaker 1>This is the title that would make the most sense
<v Speaker 1>I think to put on him right now. So that
<v Speaker 1>was dynamite. I said, this is not the end of
<v Speaker 1>the first round Collision this Saturday, which I think is
<v Speaker 1>being did they tape tonight? I think they were taping
<v Speaker 1>Collision tonight, But the remaining first round matches are going
<v Speaker 1>to be airing on Saturday. It's Brian Cage against Hatchesero,
<v Speaker 1>Roderick Strong against Kyle O'Reilly and Nigel McGuinness against Katiori
<v Speaker 1>Sabada talking about random so that will finish out the
<v Speaker 1>first round. They also said Mercedes Monet is gonna be
<v Speaker 1>wrestling Zeta Steele. I like Zeta. I think she's someone
<v Speaker 1>who could be a star in that division. And Hangman
<v Speaker 1>and Brodido are going to be defending their trios titles
<v Speaker 1>against the Lethal Twist. I don't know, guys, they may
<v Speaker 1>not make it to London. Swerve and his partners and
<v Speaker 1>the demand, you know, they're hoping to wrestle Hangman and
<v Speaker 1>Brodido for those belts at Wembley Stadium. It may not happen.
<v Speaker 1>If the lethal Twist walk out of Collision is the
<v Speaker 1>new Trios champions. What do you think you put some
<v Speaker 1>money down on this? Do they have Do they have
<v Speaker 1>those bets on Cals right now? Can you place your
<v Speaker 1>bets on who's going to win? I would not be
<v Speaker 1>putting any money on that. But that was dynamite. Not
<v Speaker 1>the best episode, not the most exciting show, but again
<v Speaker 1>it was newsworthy and I think we covered pretty much
<v Speaker 1>all the key things that happened here. And it does
<v Speaker 1>feel like the New Day are on their way in.
<v Speaker 1>If they are debuting, I almost feel like it has
<v Speaker 1>to be next week, all right, you don't want to wait?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, you could always save it, I suppose as
<v Speaker 1>a surprise, But that's the sort of thing you would
<v Speaker 1>want to know, you know what I mean? You would
<v Speaker 1>want to be able to promote that and advertise that
<v Speaker 1>going into that pay per view. And we're only a
<v Speaker 1>couple of weeks away, I think, so maybe we'll see
<v Speaker 1>him next week. Let's check out your super chats here,
<v Speaker 1>check them on out. Get those questions in we'll hang
<v Speaker 1>out here for a little bit. And for those who
<v Speaker 1>joined late, the likes goal per the week was a
<v Speaker 1>four to sixty five. We were currently at three thirty four.
<v Speaker 1>So right now, no be the booker. This does happen
<v Speaker 1>on Wednesdays every now and then we'll get lucky on
<v Speaker 1>a Wednesday and we'll hit it, but right now it's
<v Speaker 1>not looking like we're gonna hit it. Well, we'll start
<v Speaker 1>with death Side here on the super Chats. Who says,
<v Speaker 1>I remember reading years ago on a wrestling article and
<v Speaker 1>I wish I could find it again. But apparently it
<v Speaker 1>was going to be Rock Austin taker at Vengeance, which
<v Speaker 1>would make sense because Rock Austin were tied for the
<v Speaker 1>most WWE title reigns and Rock could have pinned Austin
<v Speaker 1>to become the sole record holder. So you're talking about
<v Speaker 1>Vengeance O two, Austin had walked out at that point. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know where you read that. I would love
<v Speaker 1>to know the source on that. I never heard that Austin,
<v Speaker 1>as I recall, was involved in stuff with Ben Wah
<v Speaker 1>and Eddie Guerrero at that time, so I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if that's true. Today's episode is sponsored by HYMNS. I

<v Speaker 1>got death sithe again with a super chat, says and
<v Speaker 1>also heading into WrestleMania nineteen, Rock could have said to Austin,
<v Speaker 1>I pinned you in the tag team WWF versus Team
<v Speaker 1>Alliance match at Survivor Series, and then I pined you
<v Speaker 1>in the triple Threat match to win the title at Vengeance.
<v Speaker 1>Sure if he was originally going to be in the match,
<v Speaker 1>I just don't know if that's accurate. Awesome Assassin says,
<v Speaker 1>I've been meaning to ask this question for a while.
<v Speaker 1>When all is said and done, do you think the
<v Speaker 1>Young Bucks will go down as one of the all
<v Speaker 1>time great tag teams? Yeah, I mean they have to.
<v Speaker 1>They have to if you just based on nothing else
<v Speaker 1>other than just influence and impact and their role in
<v Speaker 1>the creation of aw I mean they have staked their
<v Speaker 1>place of importance in history. Now where you want to
<v Speaker 1>rank them personally on your top five or Mount Rushmore
<v Speaker 1>or whatever you want to do, that's a very subjective thing,
<v Speaker 1>but I don't see how they're not in the conversation,
<v Speaker 1>The answer is yes, does Buyer sell on the better
<v Speaker 1>theme song for Orange Cassidy Where is My Mind? Or
<v Speaker 1>Jane Jane Jane? Of course, I don't like the other song.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not a fan of the other song. Death Side says.
<v Speaker 1>I also think it's funny how Cody Rhads called Randy
<v Speaker 1>Orton the last legend left in WWE says Yeah, Raymysterio
<v Speaker 1>would like a word with you, Cody Rhodes. Yeah, I
<v Speaker 1>had somebody yell at me in the comments section on
<v Speaker 1>my SmackDown review like I scripted the fucking line in
<v Speaker 1>the promo, but basically like, oh, y'all are forgetting our truth.
<v Speaker 1>It's very convenient. You're forgetting our truth. Who was there
<v Speaker 1>through all the different eras, the attitude era, the ruthless
<v Speaker 1>Aggression era, the PG era. I'm like, I don't write
<v Speaker 1>the fucking promos, dude, What it was this, y'all? I
<v Speaker 1>know you're not lumping me in that, y'all. Noah says,
<v Speaker 1>how do you feel about Jericho's run since returning feels lackluster?
<v Speaker 1>Give me Jericho and swerve. I think Jericho is exactly
<v Speaker 1>where he needs to be, out of a main event program,
<v Speaker 1>out of anything at the top of the card. Does
<v Speaker 1>it feel lackluster? Yeah, it does. But I'd rather have
<v Speaker 1>him doing what he's doing now than A doing the
<v Speaker 1>learning tree stuff, B leading another faction of people that
<v Speaker 1>are left to die in the background, or ce wrestling
<v Speaker 1>for any kind of major championship, which I know is
<v Speaker 1>funny to say that, given that he wrestled for the
<v Speaker 1>TNT title tonight, but it's not like he was ever
<v Speaker 1>gonna win. Jericho is where Jericho needs to be right now.
<v Speaker 1>Those spots above him are occupied or should be occupied
<v Speaker 1>by other people, younger people, newer people that they should
<v Speaker 1>be working to get over dry Chicken says, if you
<v Speaker 1>fuse Britt Baker, Jade Cargill Charlotte Flair together, you get
<v Speaker 1>Megan Bain, okay, and then coming in with the twelve says.
<v Speaker 1>Last Friday, I watched High Intensity on YouTube, an awesome show.
<v Speaker 1>That Commissioner guy wearing that salmon suit looks so good.
<v Speaker 1>Steve Harvey would love to borrow that suit. I think
<v Speaker 1>Steve Harvey probably spends more money on one suit than
<v Speaker 1>I have spent on my entire collection. Then again, maybe
<v Speaker 1>he doesn't spend any money at all. You know, on
<v Speaker 1>a lot of those game shows, they usually have that message,
<v Speaker 1>you know, wardrobe provided by. He may not spend anything
<v Speaker 1>on those suits. You may get them all for free.
<v Speaker 1>But yeah, that commissioner guy is pretty cool. I like
<v Speaker 1>how he lays down the law when decisions have to
<v Speaker 1>be made. Also, I bet the Commissioner will give anyone
<v Speaker 1>a World's Strongest Slam backstage with that seven suit. It's
<v Speaker 1>actually chral a choral suit. Now I sound like Rick
<v Speaker 1>from The Walking Dead chral chorl Daniels his thoughts on
<v Speaker 1>Big Show on the mic Well I already answered that earlier.
<v Speaker 1>I like him on commentary. I think he's good. I'd
<v Speaker 1>like to hear more of him on Dynamite where they
<v Speaker 1>have an opening for him to do. So he's not
<v Speaker 1>better than Taz obviously. When Taz is able to be
<v Speaker 1>on the show, probably you know, more on the East Coast,
<v Speaker 1>I'd rather he be there. I don't think we needed
<v Speaker 1>a Shavanni on commentary though. You know, Shavanne's on commentary
<v Speaker 1>for Collision and then so many times like tonight on Dynamite,
<v Speaker 1>two different times they had him in the ring to
<v Speaker 1>do an inn ring interview. Let that be his role
<v Speaker 1>on Dynamite, you know. And you can have a team
<v Speaker 1>of ex Caliber and Taz, who were fucking hilarious together
<v Speaker 1>when it was just the two of them in the
<v Speaker 1>old aw Dark days. So I would be fine with
<v Speaker 1>the two man team of Taz and ex Caliber on Wednesdays.
<v Speaker 1>But if they want to get Paul White some reps
<v Speaker 1>on there, I think that's fine. Death Sith says what
<v Speaker 1>wrestling story has made you laugh the most? I don't
<v Speaker 1>know that there's anyone that comes to mind before the
<v Speaker 1>Jim Cornett dairy Queen story. That's a classic, And the
<v Speaker 1>best part is that the video is actually on YouTube,
<v Speaker 1>So yeah, I gotta go. The Jim Cornet dairy queen story,
<v Speaker 1>I think, as I recall, it was a late night
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember everybody who was in the car. It
<v Speaker 1>was during the Smoking Mountain days. It was very late
<v Speaker 1>and they were hungry, and they came upon a dairy
<v Speaker 1>queen and placed an order and it was taking forever,
<v Speaker 1>and come to find out that the workers I think
<v Speaker 1>didn't make the order because they thought it was like
<v Speaker 1>a They ordered so much food. I think they thought
<v Speaker 1>it was like a prank, like a rib and so
<v Speaker 1>when Cornet, after waiting twenty minutes, realized that the food
<v Speaker 1>was not being prepared, I think he just had a
<v Speaker 1>fucking meltdown and went to go confront these people, I
<v Speaker 1>think at the drive for it. So that's a classic.
<v Speaker 1>There's a story that Samoa Joe told him many many
<v Speaker 1>years ago. I think it was in an RF video
<v Speaker 1>shoot about AJ Styles. AJ Styles is you know, a
<v Speaker 1>hardcore gamer. He's also a sore loser. He doesn't take
<v Speaker 1>and I remember this from the days of Up, Up,
<v Speaker 1>Down Down, when they would play Madden or whatever they
<v Speaker 1>would be playing, an AJ like whenever he would lose
<v Speaker 1>AJ's the kind of guy who would like smash the
<v Speaker 1>controller in a fit of rage. It's basically me. But
<v Speaker 1>but Joe told this story. They were at an arc
<v Speaker 1>I think they were at an arcade somewhere years ago
<v Speaker 1>in the the ro Oh days, and he was just
<v Speaker 1>whooping his ass at like teching for he was beating
<v Speaker 1>them over and over and over again in techan and
<v Speaker 1>AJ's wife was there and all she wanted to do
<v Speaker 1>was leave. AJ would not leave, He would not allow
<v Speaker 1>them to leave on until he beat Joe. But he
<v Speaker 1>just kept losing, and Joe is like, AJ's wife is crying.
<v Speaker 1>All she wants to do is leave. So he finally
<v Speaker 1>just let Aj beat him, just so that you know,
<v Speaker 1>they have mercy on his on the poor guy's wife,
<v Speaker 1>so that he would finally leave.
<v Speaker 2>He's like, We're not leaving here until I beat him.
<v Speaker 2>There's been a lot of funny stories though over the
<v Speaker 2>Yes it was Wendy, the early days of Joe, Joe
<v Speaker 2>and Wendy.
<v Speaker 1>There have been a lot of funny stories over the years.
<v Speaker 1>Undertaker told the story of Paul Bair had I think
<v Speaker 1>he put cucumbers in Undertaker's hat one night. An Undertaker
<v Speaker 1>does not like cucumbers, so I can only imagine his
<v Speaker 1>reaction when he realized that the the cucumbers were in
<v Speaker 1>the hat so to get back at him. As they
<v Speaker 1>were on the road, he Paul had to go to
<v Speaker 1>the bathroom. He had he had a pee, and he
<v Speaker 1>kept telling Undertaker, turn off, turn off here, turn off
<v Speaker 1>at this exit or rest stop or whatever. And Undertaker
<v Speaker 1>would always pretend like he just missed it, like, oh,
<v Speaker 1>I'm so sorry, we'll get off of the next one, right,
<v Speaker 1>But he kept doing it, and you know, Paul just
<v Speaker 1>got to a point where I think he I think
<v Speaker 1>he pissed himself because he couldn't hold it in anymore.
<v Speaker 1>I think he said. Paul didn't talk to him for
<v Speaker 1>a while after that, but I'm pretty sure that was
<v Speaker 1>revenge for him putting the cucumbers in his hat. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>he does not like He does not like cucumbers. They're
<v Speaker 1>like his kryptonite. Death site, says mine is his favorite
<v Speaker 1>wrestling story is ken Suke Sasaki and Akira Hokuto having
<v Speaker 1>you know what so loud that it woke everybody up
<v Speaker 1>and the cop had to be called. Yeah, they talked
<v Speaker 1>about that on the Dark Side of the Ring episode
<v Speaker 1>many seasons ago, when they covered collision in Korea. They
<v Speaker 1>were banging each other so loud and so hard that
<v Speaker 1>the authorities were called think about that. I mean, that's
<v Speaker 1>got to be loud. That's gonna be sending like reverberations
<v Speaker 1>throughout the entire building. Good for them, Lakers. Pat says
<v Speaker 1>that the triple H EDP memes have been funny on Twitter. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>so I got an education in this last night on TNT.
<v Speaker 1>I did not know who this EDP person was, and
<v Speaker 1>so I had to look him up and then I
<v Speaker 1>saw his name, which I mean told me everything I
<v Speaker 1>needed to know about him. But then I started going
<v Speaker 1>down the rabbit hole, like who is this guy? Who
<v Speaker 1>is this guy in? Why is he popular? And all
<v Speaker 1>I knew was that he's like an Eagles fan. And
<v Speaker 1>then I kind of went down the rabbit hole and
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, Wow, Yeah, that's that's pretty fucked up. I
<v Speaker 1>actually saw the interview that he did. He sat down
<v Speaker 1>with Chris Hansen, and Chris is calling him out for
<v Speaker 1>all of these things and he's not even disputing any
<v Speaker 1>of it. Like the guy's a fucking pedophile and he's
<v Speaker 1>like proud of it. It's like, Yeah, how is this
<v Speaker 1>guy still walking and breathing? Aaron says, my biggest takeaway
<v Speaker 1>from this show is the tease of Swerve with a
<v Speaker 1>New Day. There's money in that. If that's the team,
<v Speaker 1>I think there's probably Trio's titles in their future.
<v Speaker 2>Uh.
<v Speaker 1>Dry Chicken says, I'm making a bold prediction for All
<v Speaker 1>in Awls. Surprisingly signed both Leon Slater and Mila Grace. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>so that's his prediction there, Barry, if you had to
<v Speaker 1>watch every one on one match that's ever happened of
<v Speaker 1>the same two wrestlers, who would you pick of the
<v Speaker 1>same two wrestlers? Huh? I mean take your pick, man.
<v Speaker 1>I mean you got Kurt Angle and Brock Lesner, and
<v Speaker 1>you got Sean Michaels and The Undertaker. You got Stone
<v Speaker 1>Cold in the Rock, you got bretton Owen, you got
<v Speaker 1>you got so many to choose from, Hogan and Savage
<v Speaker 1>Flare and Steamboat. You know what I would pick, honestly,
<v Speaker 1>out of everything I just mentioned, you know the one?
<v Speaker 1>I think I would go with Sting and Big Van Vader.
<v Speaker 1>I never saw a bad Sting Invader match. I fucking
<v Speaker 1>love those matches. I don't think I would ever get
<v Speaker 1>tired of it. Bobby's World with the twenty one What
<v Speaker 1>Up solo and Chat Miss you guys. Finally saw Obsession
<v Speaker 1>a couple of weeks back. Amazing movies. Some of the
<v Speaker 1>shots in it just brilliant, says a great suggestion. Well,
<v Speaker 1>I'm glad you enjoyed it. I love the use of
<v Speaker 1>the lighting, like in so many scenes where she's so
<v Speaker 1>dark you can barely see her face. It's just so.
<v Speaker 1>It just adds to the creepiness of it. Luis says
<v Speaker 1>John Cena versus Randy Orton. Okay, we're gonna we gotta
<v Speaker 1>get him out of here. That should be a perma band,
<v Speaker 1>right there. Arabian Night two thousand says Ah, Yes, my
<v Speaker 1>swerve and New Day Trio idea is happening. I think
<v Speaker 1>it is. I think you're right. Darryl Strawberry says, sing
<v Speaker 1>us a song, You're the piano man, sing us a
<v Speaker 1>song tonight. Well, we're all in the mood for a melody,
<v Speaker 1>and you've got us feeling just right. Griga says I'm
<v Speaker 1>having or I'm craving. I'm craving French toast Love the
<v Speaker 1>Lord says Hi Solo, good show we have nine matches
<v Speaker 1>for all In. Was Mercedes mone live on a Twitch
<v Speaker 1>stream when she attacked Willow prior to Dynamite. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know you're asking the wrong person. I'm not sub to
<v Speaker 1>her on Twitch, so I just saw the clip on
<v Speaker 1>x so I don't know if that was actually live
<v Speaker 1>streaming anywhere. Says I want to see one more match
<v Speaker 1>added to all in MotorCity Machine Guns versus FTR. Who
<v Speaker 1>do you think faces off of the TBS title? I
<v Speaker 1>said earlier, I could see coming out of the four
<v Speaker 1>way next week Meyer retaining and then a new person
<v Speaker 1>like a Kyrie saying or somebody showing up in that
<v Speaker 1>being the match for all In. I could see that
<v Speaker 1>that'll be my bold prediction for next week. Pseudo Swerve
<v Speaker 1>plus New Day equals dangerous Consequences and Kofei and Isaac says,
<v Speaker 1>even though his second run didn't last past all In,
<v Speaker 1>are you disappointed we never got the eventual Punk versus
<v Speaker 1>MJF feud this time for the world title. Yes, there
<v Speaker 1>was more meat on the bone there and they absolutely
<v Speaker 1>would have circled back around to it and it would
<v Speaker 1>have been great, and we never got it. And the
<v Speaker 1>only way we're ever going to get it is if
<v Speaker 1>MJF eventually goes to WWA, I'm not sure he will
<v Speaker 1>end up in WWE at a time when Punk is
<v Speaker 1>still active. It may be that long, it may be
<v Speaker 1>a while, but I do hope one day we get
<v Speaker 1>to see them mixing it up again on the mic
<v Speaker 1>and in the ring, because their feud, even now, after
<v Speaker 1>all these years, they're programmed together. Their feud, their promos,
<v Speaker 1>their matches are some of the best the company's ever
<v Speaker 1>had in the seven years of its existence. Thank you, Isaac. So,
<v Speaker 1>four sixty five was the goal, and unfortunately we are
<v Speaker 1>currently at three was it three sixteen, three eight nine?
<v Speaker 1>So we are gonna have to try our luck again
<v Speaker 1>on Friday during the SmackDown stream, So bring your thumbs
<v Speaker 1>and we'll try again. Then, a brand new episode of
<v Speaker 1>The Uncrowned Wrestling Show just went up yesterday. I finally
<v Speaker 1>had a chance to talk about the Roman Reigns controversy
<v Speaker 1>from the Conrad Thompson comments last week. That's it ignited
<v Speaker 1>his whole debate on social media about whether or not
<v Speaker 1>he is the most overrated main eventor in WWE history.
<v Speaker 1>I did a whole segment on it that is exclusive
<v Speaker 1>to Uncrowned. It will not hit the YouTube channel, so
<v Speaker 1>you got to go check it out there if you
<v Speaker 1>want to listen to that. I would love to get
<v Speaker 1>your feedback. We got a couple of late super chats here.
<v Speaker 1>We have EJ. Slimp coming in. What wrestling matches are
<v Speaker 1>too intense or emotional for you to rewatch? Think Shindler's List,
<v Speaker 1>but obviously not a literal compactive Why would you even
<v Speaker 1>mention that? What? Why was that the first thing that
<v Speaker 1>came to your vine as an analogy to use in
<v Speaker 1>this situation.
<v Speaker 2>There?
<v Speaker 1>There's nothing on that level. There's nothing on that level.
<v Speaker 1>But I know what you're saying though, but that's yeah,
<v Speaker 1>let's not let's not mention that the ship my God,
<v Speaker 1>the Schindler's List of w w A. As far as
<v Speaker 1>a match that is too emotional, I don't know. I
<v Speaker 1>was just a little kind of floored by that by
<v Speaker 1>that mention there. I mean you could say, if there's
<v Speaker 1>a match out there that I don't know that where
<v Speaker 1>someone got seriously injured, you know I probably would. I
<v Speaker 1>just like you get over that. Do they show the
<v Speaker 1>match in black and white? Maybe? Are we gonna go
<v Speaker 1>the full Monty with it. Yeah, I don't know off
<v Speaker 1>the top of my head. Is there a match that
<v Speaker 1>I avoid because it's too intense or too uh emotional
<v Speaker 1>to watch? Not really, I mean nothing that I could
<v Speaker 1>think of. I mean, there are matches that I don't
<v Speaker 1>want to watch because they might depress the shit out
<v Speaker 1>of me because they're just fucking terrible, or it's someone
<v Speaker 1>who is past their prime, they're washed, you know, maybe
<v Speaker 1>I don't have any interest in wanting to remember them
<v Speaker 1>that way. So maybe something like that, yeah, or as
<v Speaker 1>Isaac mentions in the chat, you got jennam Erasca and
<v Speaker 1>Charmel and TNA that that that gets me a little emotional.
<v Speaker 1>I think if I was to go back and watch that,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, the closest thing I maybe in terms of
<v Speaker 1>a match, maybe that made me uncomfortable. There have been
<v Speaker 1>like hardcore matches, like super violent matches. I mean, that's
<v Speaker 1>not really anything I care for. I guess the one
<v Speaker 1>that comes to mind in MS in terms of WWE
<v Speaker 1>that I would say makes me uncomfortable enough that I
<v Speaker 1>don't have any interest in going back and rewatching it,
<v Speaker 1>and I haven't for many years, would be the e
<v Speaker 1>Quip match from the Rumble in ninety nine with Rock
<v Speaker 1>and Mankind. You know, just all the chair shots to
<v Speaker 1>the head is just as fucking brutal as they were,
<v Speaker 1>and his hands are cuffed behind his back. You know,
<v Speaker 1>like it's a fucking work, dude, And it should never
<v Speaker 1>ever get to that point. That's not what wrestling is
<v Speaker 1>supposed to be. It's like a At that point, you've
<v Speaker 1>crossed over into a snuff film. And I don't see
<v Speaker 1>how anybody can derive any pleasure from that, just knowing
<v Speaker 1>that this guy is taking all of these unprotected, hard,
<v Speaker 1>fucking chair shots to the head and his fucking wife
<v Speaker 1>and kids are in the crowd watching this and crying.
<v Speaker 1>We didn't know that at the time, but we do now, Like,
<v Speaker 1>I have no interest in going back and rewatching that,
<v Speaker 1>So that's probably the one I would I would think of.
<v Speaker 1>Robert Peterson says, WWE still has an old video of
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Omega cutting a promo in his new Japan days.
<v Speaker 1>WWE has an old video. Where do they have that video?
<v Speaker 1>He did? He did wrestle in Deep South, which was
<v Speaker 1>a developmental promotion from them many years ago. EJ says,
<v Speaker 1>I mentioned it like a movie that you acknowledge it's
<v Speaker 1>great but emotional and gut wrenching. A better example is
<v Speaker 1>Requiem for Oh. I never saw Requiem for a Dream.
<v Speaker 1>So the wrestler I did see, Yes, I saw the wrestler. Now,
<v Speaker 1>I think Rock and Mankind would be my answer to me.
<v Speaker 1>That would be the most the most obvious one. Love
<v Speaker 1>loves Cats says seeing Bray Wyatt matches are emotional. I
<v Speaker 1>miss him, you know what. To that point, I might
<v Speaker 1>throw Ben Wah matches in there, not because I get
<v Speaker 1>sentimental about them. I really don't give a shit about
<v Speaker 1>going back to watch great Chris ben Wah matches Like
<v Speaker 1>I don't mind if let's say I'm watching something on
<v Speaker 1>like when when they had the WWE network, and if
<v Speaker 1>they were going to be showing something on on like
<v Speaker 1>the main feed or channel and it was a ben
<v Speaker 1>wall match, right. Some people avoid anything ben Wah related.
<v Speaker 1>They can't look at him, they can't stomach the thought
<v Speaker 1>of watching his matches anymore. I'm fine with watching a match,
<v Speaker 1>a ben Wa match, if something gets uploaded and it
<v Speaker 1>looks interesting to me, or if it comes on, I
<v Speaker 1>don't you know, run away or you know, immediately reach
<v Speaker 1>for the remote to change it and turn it off.
<v Speaker 1>But I don't derive any real pleasure out of it.
<v Speaker 1>I mean maybe except for the false kind of anywhere
<v Speaker 1>match with the Sullivan, and that's strictly because of Dusty Rhods.
<v Speaker 1>It's not something I really have an appetite to go
<v Speaker 1>out of my way to watch anymore, you know. And
<v Speaker 1>he obviously had a lot of great matches. The matches
<v Speaker 1>ocurred angle and I don't find myself seeking that out
<v Speaker 1>because I just I can't watch it without being reminded
<v Speaker 1>of something just absolutely horrible. Death Site says, I have
<v Speaker 1>another song recommendation for everyone. It's called Dance in Hell
<v Speaker 1>by Ceiling Zorn. It's their only song in English and
<v Speaker 1>it's such a badass song. Well there it is. Everybody
<v Speaker 1>needs to go check that out. Ceiling Zorn. What is
<v Speaker 1>the I haven't checked wrestle tics recently. What is the
<v Speaker 1>current count on the attendance for all in I have
<v Speaker 1>a bet going with someone. They were predicting fifty thousand.
<v Speaker 1>I was predicting in the range of like low forties.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what the latest number is though, as
<v Speaker 1>far as where they're at, because we still have three
<v Speaker 1>weeks to go. So depending on where they're at now,
<v Speaker 1>it may cause me to start sweating a little bit.
<v Speaker 1>For my prediction, I was saying like forty to maybe
<v Speaker 1>forty three thousand, like somewhere in that range. They're at
<v Speaker 1>thirty nine. Wow, So they're already at forty thousand with
<v Speaker 1>three weeks to go. Shit. Oh man, Well, maybe it'll
<v Speaker 1>fall somewhere in the middle of then. Maybe we'll both
<v Speaker 1>be wrong, maybe it'll be like forty five. The fact
<v Speaker 1>that they're at forty, though, is good for them. That's
<v Speaker 1>a good sign. I didn't think they were going to
<v Speaker 1>hit fIF They hit fifty. I think it was fifty
<v Speaker 1>or fifty three two years ago the last time they
<v Speaker 1>were at Wembley. I figured it will be less this time.
<v Speaker 1>Forty ish sounded realistic. If they could hit fifty again,
<v Speaker 1>that's a great sign for them. They should be very
<v Speaker 1>happy with that. I still don't know that they'll do
<v Speaker 1>that though, And EJ says would fill a buster be
<v Speaker 1>a great manager name His whole gimmick is rambling NonStop
<v Speaker 1>about his wrestler and never shutting up. It could be entertaining.
<v Speaker 1>That actually sounds the opposite of entertaining. I like the
<v Speaker 1>name though the name is very creative filibuster, but him
<v Speaker 1>actually rambling NonStop about his red whil and never shutting up.
<v Speaker 1>We basically have that already. His name is Don Kallas.
<v Speaker 1>Do we need another one? I don't think we do,
<v Speaker 1>all right, So, as I said, I will be back
<v Speaker 1>with you on Friday. I missed last Friday because I
<v Speaker 1>wasn't here, but I'll be here on Friday. We'll cover SmackDown.
<v Speaker 1>The title match is not this week now, it's next
<v Speaker 1>week between Owens and Punk, So we'll cover SmackDown on Friday,
<v Speaker 1>and then this weekend coming up, we have a brand
<v Speaker 1>new SoundOff that'll be episode nine seventy six. I watched
<v Speaker 1>the latest Dark Side of the Ring episode earlier today
<v Speaker 1>on Mister Wonderful Paul Orndorff. I thought it was a
<v Speaker 1>very good episode. I have a lot to say about that,
<v Speaker 1>including stuff that was not covered in the episode. So
<v Speaker 1>there'll be a brand new Dark Side of the Ring
<v Speaker 1>review as well, So a lot of content coming up.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you guys for a fun stream. Until next time,
<v Speaker 1>be well, stay safe, have yourselves a great rest of
<v Speaker 1>your night. Hit that like button on your way out
<v Speaker 1>if you have not already done so and check out
<v Speaker 1>all the other content here on the channel. I will
<v Speaker 1>see you back here on Friday for SmackDown post show.
<v Speaker 1>Until then, take care, guys.
