<v Speaker 1>Jarney Katy and Josh one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>I'm still trying to puzzle out this story that Josh
<v Speaker 2>was talking about off of you are regarding sunglasses and
<v Speaker 2>how you got away with theft. How did this happen?
<v Speaker 2>What did you do? Tell everybody what you did.
<v Speaker 3>So my girlfriend was looking at some sunglasses online and
<v Speaker 3>she was like, I really like these, and I was like, well,
<v Speaker 3>those are pretty expensive, so think about it for a
<v Speaker 3>little bit and if you really like them in a
<v Speaker 3>few days, then let's get them. And so, uh, the
<v Speaker 3>other day, we were in near Park Meadows Mall and
<v Speaker 3>she was like, hey, I really want these sunglasses still.
<v Speaker 3>So we looked around the stores that they have there
<v Speaker 3>and she found the ones that she liked, and that
<v Speaker 3>store specifically was having a buy one, get one half
<v Speaker 3>off okay, and so I was like, hey, you know what,
<v Speaker 3>we're looking around. I kind of fell victim to putting
<v Speaker 3>some sunglass on my face and really liking them too.
<v Speaker 4>Mm hmmm.
<v Speaker 3>And I was like, hey, you know what, I'll just
<v Speaker 3>do you a solid if I'll buy these and then
<v Speaker 3>you can get the you're the ones you like for
<v Speaker 3>fifty percent off. She's like, yeah, absolutely, it sounds great,
<v Speaker 3>and so we did it. I bought them whatever. She
<v Speaker 3>loves them. They look so good on her. I love
<v Speaker 3>the way she looks at them, so they look so
<v Speaker 3>good on her. I'm so happy she was able to
<v Speaker 3>get them. But a few hours later I was like,
<v Speaker 3>I'm not feeling these, and I kind of had buyer's
<v Speaker 3>remorse a little bit. They were mine were pretty expensive too,
<v Speaker 3>and I was like whatever, So I went by myself
<v Speaker 3>after we were done hanging out, back to said store
<v Speaker 3>and I just returned mine. So she got hers the
<v Speaker 3>fifty percent off and I kept mine and they returned
<v Speaker 3>my money.
<v Speaker 2>Happy to me, and you got the full price back
<v Speaker 2>because that's what I paid for him. That is sneaky
<v Speaker 2>af and I love it. It was fantastic. It is
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, how are they doing that, lady? They fund
<v Speaker 2>you up to the other half of her thanks for him.
<v Speaker 2>I paid full for my eyes, but then she got
<v Speaker 2>hers half off because of the deal.
<v Speaker 3>And I get what you're saying. But regardless, the lady
<v Speaker 3>that helped me was no older than twenty two, so.
<v Speaker 5>I was had no idea what she was. She probably
<v Speaker 5>gave you extra money. I think I got paid more
<v Speaker 5>to give them back. She was like, do you want
<v Speaker 5>it on the master card? I went ahead and put
<v Speaker 5>an extra twenty five back on.
<v Speaker 6>Your they didn't fit your face.
<v Speaker 3>It worked out perfectly for me because hey, girlfriends still
<v Speaker 3>got the fifty and yes, so good on them.
<v Speaker 2>So you probably slept with her this weekend too, So congratulations.
<v Speaker 2>That had nothing to do with the story from Sports Report. Wow,
<v Speaker 2>big news coming out of Beattown this weekend. We're the
<v Speaker 2>only ones not at the Savannah Bananas game. It felt like, man,
<v Speaker 2>I tried to get tickets and then I was looking
<v Speaker 2>at uh numerous Instagrammy pages of people in the media,
<v Speaker 2>specifically radio people. It's like every radio person I knew was.
<v Speaker 3>At this stupid game this week first night, though they
<v Speaker 3>had a two and a half hour to lay you.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, so out I would have been ps. Yeah, so anyway,
<v Speaker 2>I guess we didn't get invited. So anyway, on Saturday night,
<v Speaker 2>Kristen Bell suddenly emerged from the crowd at the game
<v Speaker 2>and started singing for the first time in forever. You know,
<v Speaker 2>if the rain didn't kick me out that way?
<v Speaker 4>Is this a really random pop up, right, like who's here?
<v Speaker 2>One of that quests One of the bananas players. Derek
<v Speaker 2>something or other joined her for a musical theater mash
<v Speaker 2>up involving wicked and dirty dancing, and they did attempt
<v Speaker 2>the famous dirty dancing lift, did they? We should do
<v Speaker 2>that with you later. Katie might need both of those shops.
<v Speaker 2>That comment, we should probably get a couple other people.
<v Speaker 2>You maybe have four of us.
<v Speaker 4>You know you should wear your back brace.
<v Speaker 2>I'm just saying, you know what. Honestly, give us about
<v Speaker 2>six months and then we got to go lift. Just
<v Speaker 2>got forklifts. Yes, I'll get a forklift in here too far?
<v Speaker 2>Uh had the top of my love. We're not even joking.
<v Speaker 2>Wait until we tell you about the the ice cream
<v Speaker 2>that Katie shoved into bread this week. You're going, I'm not, Oh,
<v Speaker 2>I know. Here's a little taste from the game.
<v Speaker 7>Okay again, now tell you something.
<v Speaker 2>She's not a very good singer. She's not good.
<v Speaker 7>Oh god, I would have been halfway to my car, princess.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, it's great. She gets to do that in the
<v Speaker 2>studio with multiple takes. It's fine. Whatever. I would have
<v Speaker 2>been so to my car though. All right. The final
<v Speaker 2>thing I have for you, this is kind of neat.
<v Speaker 2>Dick's sporting Goods has a large concept store in Colorado
<v Speaker 2>that's opened up. It's called The House of Sport in
<v Speaker 2>Larkridge and Thornton. It's one hundred thousand square feet and
<v Speaker 2>they say it's not designed like a normal sporting goods store.
<v Speaker 2>It includes interactive experiences. A couple examples. They got a
<v Speaker 2>giant climbing wall in there so you can, you know,
<v Speaker 2>test out your ropes. There's a track Man golf simulator
<v Speaker 2>to let you to try some equipment, you know, before
<v Speaker 2>you buy it. I don't know. There might be a
<v Speaker 2>basketball court in there, in a swimming pool. Nobody knows. Anyway,
<v Speaker 2>they say it's a it's a shift in retail where
<v Speaker 2>physical stores are trying to give people a reason to
<v Speaker 2>leave the couch and not order things on the couch
<v Speaker 2>and get into the store and buy the same product
<v Speaker 2>in the store, which I think is kind of a
<v Speaker 2>neat idea totally get you out in the world in
<v Speaker 2>the public, a touch and stuff before you buy it.
<v Speaker 6>And clearly retailers saw that that was an issue that
<v Speaker 6>people are just buying things online, so this is a
<v Speaker 6>way that they can kind of combat that.
<v Speaker 2>So gial Tea, right, yeah, all right, what else you
<v Speaker 2>got Josh.
<v Speaker 3>Well Broncos they did play a game over the weekend
<v Speaker 3>as well, and I think it's time to already crown
<v Speaker 3>him Super Bowl champions. It was an unbelievable game. They
<v Speaker 3>outgained the Atlanta Falcons three hundred and fifty nine total
<v Speaker 3>yards just one hundred and ninety two. Jarreed Sidham looked unbelievable.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, where was that in the AFC Championship.
<v Speaker 3>He went nine for fifteen, one hundred and thirty one
<v Speaker 3>total yards and a touchdown. Sam Ellinger, the other backup
<v Speaker 3>for the Broncos, crushed it as well, two interceptions.
<v Speaker 2>Riley Moss as well as john Ay Baron.
<v Speaker 3>Was there ninety seven yard touchdown return the pig six,
<v Speaker 3>Johnny Baron, Joseph Munchak, Come on, all right, what else
<v Speaker 3>you got? The Broncos just look like they're picking up
<v Speaker 3>where they left off last year. I understand we have
<v Speaker 3>that bad taste in our mouth from the AFC Championship,
<v Speaker 3>but with Bonix.
<v Speaker 2>At the helm, I was from singing, Oh she sings
<v Speaker 2>the next game.
<v Speaker 4>We get excited about it.
<v Speaker 2>I forgot it his arm. Oh you didn't watch it?
<v Speaker 2>We really should. They are looking really good. You have
<v Speaker 2>a lot to look forward to this season.
<v Speaker 1>It's blowing up. We've got receives, We've got drummer.
<v Speaker 4>We've got Denver talking.
<v Speaker 2>It's the Mile High Hype.

<v Speaker 2>do is go to Mile High Appliance dot Com. All right,
<v Speaker 2>did we figure out how to say your last name?
<v Speaker 4>Hayden Pantier?
<v Speaker 2>I think it's Panetier, Panetier, Panetier. Yeah, I've heard about
<v Speaker 2>nine different ways in the world. Hayden Panetaria is the
<v Speaker 2>last one I heard. Oh, I don't know. Sadly, she
<v Speaker 2>passed away yesterday, only thirty six years old. No word
<v Speaker 2>yet on the cause of her death. They say that
<v Speaker 2>she did travel to la from somewhere in the South
<v Speaker 2>on Saturday. Police had responded to an incident involving Hayden
<v Speaker 2>and they're actively investigating her death. Friends say that she's
<v Speaker 2>been complaining a back pain. Over the past year, she's
<v Speaker 2>had a lot of struggles. She wrote a memoir called
<v Speaker 2>This is Me, A Reckoning where she talked about her
<v Speaker 2>personal struggle struggles, including massive amounts of depression, addiction, domestic abuse,
<v Speaker 2>and then the death of her brother about three years ago. So, man,
<v Speaker 2>poor girl had a lot of weight on her shoulders. Again,
<v Speaker 2>no word yet, but you kind of think, you know,
<v Speaker 2>signs are pointing towards maybe suicide. Well, and you don't.
<v Speaker 2>Like That's the thing is, you don't know.
<v Speaker 4>She just I know she struggled with, like you said, addiction.
<v Speaker 2>And post partum and a lot of it.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, she just had so many things that she
<v Speaker 6>was dealing with. And I mean, what an absolute just
<v Speaker 6>gem though. I mean she knew what she's saying, she acted,
<v Speaker 6>I mean from a very young age.
<v Speaker 4>She just showed us all the talents that she has.
<v Speaker 6>So it's like Josh and I were talking about how
<v Speaker 6>it was shocking that we thought she was old because
<v Speaker 6>she's been around.
<v Speaker 4>For so long.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, thirty six, so we thought that she would be older.
<v Speaker 2>But she was in Heroes, a Bugs Life, Nashville, some
<v Speaker 2>of the screen movies she was.
<v Speaker 6>She was the little Princess and a home good shock,
<v Speaker 6>absolutely shocking.
<v Speaker 2>Wild celebrity news this morning, here's a weird transition. Nate
<v Speaker 2>Burghersie has shattered the Guinness World Record for the most
<v Speaker 2>tickets sold on a stand up comedy tour. It's his
<v Speaker 2>Big Dumb Eyes World Tour. Just over two million tickets
<v Speaker 2>were sold, broke eighty four venue records and is the
<v Speaker 2>highest grossing stand up comic. He earned about seventy eight
<v Speaker 2>million dollars last year. He's also developing a Tennessee theme
<v Speaker 2>park called Nateland. Good for him. I love this guy.
<v Speaker 2>I like his podcast. I love his stand up because
<v Speaker 2>it's incredibly relatable to me. I mean, because it's a
<v Speaker 2>dad my age and it just there's multiple moments of
<v Speaker 2>that stand up tour. I just lol. It's because it
<v Speaker 2>just I mean, it was two hours of ninety minutes.
<v Speaker 3>My cheek's hurting from laughing so hard, which cheeks smiling ones.
<v Speaker 2>All right, here's an even weirder segue. I guess I'm
<v Speaker 2>gonna do this. There's a website called Lovehoney dot com
<v Speaker 2>and they put out a list of the top ten
<v Speaker 2>best states for swingers. Oh. They analyzed data across nine
<v Speaker 2>factors tied to indicators of an active swingers lifestyle. Now,
<v Speaker 2>the problem is this story that I have in front
<v Speaker 2>of me didn't give me the nine factors tied to
<v Speaker 2>the indicators of an active swinging lifestyle. So I went
<v Speaker 2>to the website. Here at work, it won't let me
<v Speaker 2>go to lovehoney dot com. And right before we went
<v Speaker 2>on the air, I hopped on my phone and searched
<v Speaker 2>top ten best States for Swingers at lovehoney dot com
<v Speaker 2>and it pulled up the link and I didn't have
<v Speaker 2>time to find the nine factors. And I just want
<v Speaker 2>to publicly tell my wife that this was for the show.
<v Speaker 2>If you happen to hop on my phone later and
<v Speaker 2>you see, I was at love honey dot com looking
<v Speaker 2>at swinger lifestyles. It was for the show. For the
<v Speaker 2>show off Florida rank the best state. So if you're
<v Speaker 2>looking to get you some swinger action, the fucked well,
<v Speaker 2>yeah it is. You can't get to it here at work.
<v Speaker 2>They don't want you to do it that at work anyway.
<v Speaker 2>They want to want you to head down to Florida.
<v Speaker 2>Colorado landed like smack dab in the middle of all
<v Speaker 2>fifty states. The top ten were Florida, Texas, Georgia, Nevada,
<v Speaker 2>Tennessee's your top ten they do it, and then Colorado's
<v Speaker 2>kind of in the middle. So if anyone is a
<v Speaker 2>swinger and you want to let us know what the
<v Speaker 2>top nine factors are for the best swingers lifestyle, I'd
<v Speaker 2>love to talk to you. Yeah, three oho, three, six
<v Speaker 2>nine one, sixteen forty nine. But you got Katie, Okay.
<v Speaker 6>So, wild weather over the weekend, right man, those storms
<v Speaker 6>early rolled through on Saturday.
<v Speaker 4>Lots of video of a winter like weather.
<v Speaker 6>We're gonna hear from a guy named Kevin in just
<v Speaker 6>a little bit in Douglas County because me and this
<v Speaker 6>guy Kevin trying to make his way to his apartment
<v Speaker 6>complex and tried driving through some pretty gnarly stuff.
<v Speaker 4>He was not successful, but he didn't panic.
<v Speaker 8>I'm a bull rider.
<v Speaker 2>I ride bull so dangerous my forte Yeah he knows bulls.
<v Speaker 2>Just wanted to say that. So the rain was coming
<v Speaker 2>down so hard at my house and so fast and heavy,
<v Speaker 2>just blasting the back of the house that one of
<v Speaker 2>my windows started leaking. It was pushing water through the window,
<v Speaker 2>and it made me discover that I've got a little
<v Speaker 2>bit of loose sighting up there, so I know what
<v Speaker 2>I'll be doing this week. But yeah, it was like, ah,
<v Speaker 2>it's coming through the window and we're having a pile
<v Speaker 2>towels up on the floor. And yeah, I was like,
<v Speaker 2>oh that's fun. Now I've got water.
<v Speaker 4>In the walls and it is funny.
<v Speaker 2>It was hurricane like it was.
<v Speaker 6>It absolutely was, because like I only in my little apartment,
<v Speaker 6>I hear it hit the chimney, so I hear it
<v Speaker 6>go ting tinking, pinking, pink, you know, like.
<v Speaker 4>That's the sound I get.
<v Speaker 6>And so when it really started coming down, think they
<v Speaker 6>think they think I was like, what happening down there?
<v Speaker 6>So I went and looked out my window and it
<v Speaker 6>was just white. You couldn't see anything. And then after that,
<v Speaker 6>lastly what for about ten minutes, but it did.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, I mean it was pouring over the ease of
<v Speaker 2>the house.
<v Speaker 6>It was intense. And when I went outside it was
<v Speaker 6>like that. I mean you looked on the sidewalk.
<v Speaker 4>And it looked like you were standing on a glacier.
<v Speaker 4>It was that high ice like Yep. It is just intense.
<v Speaker 2>It's one of those ones where you just you stop
<v Speaker 2>everything you're doing and you just stand there and you're like,
<v Speaker 2>oh God, what is going to happen here?
<v Speaker 6>Yeah?
<v Speaker 2>What more can you do? I also enjoy going outside
<v Speaker 2>and putting the garage up and standing in the garage
<v Speaker 2>and just watching it all, you know. And then you
<v Speaker 2>look across and it's like all the other dads in
<v Speaker 2>the neighborhood doing the same thing. Garages come up and
<v Speaker 2>they're like standing there, you know, arms cross having a
<v Speaker 2>Mickey Ultra right, well, is gonna damage the grass?
<v Speaker 4>Yeah?
<v Speaker 2>Watching the people run up through blankets on their car.
<v Speaker 6>I was sitting on my patty on my hammock, just like, well,
<v Speaker 6>this is crazy.
<v Speaker 2>It's uh, when you're in a safe spot like that, Like,
<v Speaker 2>it's kind of fun. It's almost refreshing the smell of
<v Speaker 2>it all.
<v Speaker 4>But it's not freaking havoc on your whole life.
<v Speaker 2>It's fun, it's really yeah, when it's not coming through
<v Speaker 2>your windows.
<v Speaker 6>And authorities reminding people like don't be like Kevin, don't
<v Speaker 6>drive through that standing water. You're not gonna make it.
<v Speaker 6>Oh you know, baby, Nona, do you hear that? Do
<v Speaker 6>not drive through see any water? Just in case she's
<v Speaker 6>out there listening. But more car stuff here, did you
<v Speaker 6>see the seven high end sports cars that were stopped
<v Speaker 6>out in Clear Creek County.
<v Speaker 4>I guess it's not true.
<v Speaker 6>Then they really can pull us all over, just in
<v Speaker 6>case you're wondering Highway one oh three near Idaho Spring.
<v Speaker 4>So this was on Thursday.
<v Speaker 6>Seven super cars were stopped forty miles an hour over
<v Speaker 6>the post.
<v Speaker 2>All that's it.
<v Speaker 4>And this was no This was truly like.
<v Speaker 6>A scene out of Fast and the Furious. And they
<v Speaker 6>only caught them going the forty miles over. So cops
<v Speaker 6>pulled over a Maserati, two McLaren's, two Lamborghinis.
<v Speaker 4>A Porsche, and a Nissan.
<v Speaker 2>That last one, and he had had to be like,
<v Speaker 2>there was like a gr it was a pathfinder because
<v Speaker 2>that is a supercar. That's what my car.
<v Speaker 4>So I was like, but which one does not?
<v Speaker 2>Kind of funny, it's a Nissan Rogue that was doing
<v Speaker 2>two hundred and thirteen miles funny.
<v Speaker 4>But yeah, they pulled them all over and it looked
<v Speaker 4>like what it was. It was one of those tours.
<v Speaker 6>So somebody like rented out those cars and then there
<v Speaker 6>was like a tour guide and he was guiding them
<v Speaker 6>through the mountains.
<v Speaker 4>But they were racing on these highways.
<v Speaker 2>Well, they can handle it. No they can't.
<v Speaker 4>But you know who can't.
<v Speaker 2>Usually there's a blocker up front, a guy like way
<v Speaker 2>ahead like what?
<v Speaker 6>But you still it's still illegal, Jeremy, because here's the
<v Speaker 6>thing they can hug.
<v Speaker 2>Maybe they can, but they can't.
<v Speaker 4>Oh yeah, But when a biker.
<v Speaker 2>Comes out of nowhere, what's a biker doing on the
<v Speaker 2>highway and a moose.
<v Speaker 6>Tries to cross them away? That's where things happen. That's
<v Speaker 6>where things happened and.
<v Speaker 2>Probably came all right, moll.
<v Speaker 6>You know when I was up in Idaho Springs not
<v Speaker 6>long ago, old I was coming around the corner.
<v Speaker 4>I was, but there were big.
<v Speaker 2>Horn You just told us you had through the mountains
<v Speaker 2>with that guy in your car.
<v Speaker 4>That's different. Have you ever heard of the interstate?
<v Speaker 2>I have been on the highway going to an event
<v Speaker 2>and you fly by doing a buck twenty five. I
<v Speaker 2>don't want to hear.
<v Speaker 4>I am humbled.
<v Speaker 2>Done, Chicago guy.
<v Speaker 4>I was still going to speed limit.
<v Speaker 2>I just got to it very quickly.
<v Speaker 3>I was.
<v Speaker 2>Only doing twenty five open. You got no room to talk.
<v Speaker 1>Jarreny Katy and Josh six one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>The mom is strong today with this one across from me.
<v Speaker 2>Yell a lot of people about speeding, and now she's
<v Speaker 2>in here off the air yelling about people walking their dogs. Yeah,
<v Speaker 2>the mom is strong in this one today.
<v Speaker 6>Well, because we were talking, I was on my walk
<v Speaker 6>and I saw this guy who would not let his
<v Speaker 6>dog smell of flowers. Like he was just pulling that
<v Speaker 6>dog the entire time. I mean I was following this
<v Speaker 6>guy for a good yeah, probably roughly a mile. Right,
<v Speaker 6>it's along a stretch along the golf course, and he
<v Speaker 6>he was just in front of me, but his dog
<v Speaker 6>kept wanting to stop and smell, sniff and do its thing,
<v Speaker 6>and he just kept pulling it. Yeah, I mean to
<v Speaker 6>the point where this dog is like trying to, you know,
<v Speaker 6>put its brakes on, like wait a second, I'm not ready.
<v Speaker 4>But it's like, I mean the collar almost came off.
<v Speaker 4>He was pulling them.
<v Speaker 2>I do that. It's a little Goldie fun. But that's
<v Speaker 2>after like seventy five times squatting to pee, and it's
<v Speaker 2>like there comes a point where you're like, come on,
<v Speaker 2>I'm not here to get exercise you don't need, and
<v Speaker 2>she's on empty. She's blowing it.
<v Speaker 9>There.
<v Speaker 4>Here's the thing, like you can make them sick, like
<v Speaker 4>if they don't.
<v Speaker 6>Yes, they can get bladder infections if they try and
<v Speaker 6>pee and then they can't and then they have to
<v Speaker 6>stop mid whatever in their mind do that all the time,
<v Speaker 6>I know, but you have control over that. If somebody
<v Speaker 6>was pulling your collar it, yeah, nice and strong.
<v Speaker 2>I've never heard that though, that the dog can get
<v Speaker 2>a bladder.
<v Speaker 4>Infect Yeah, no, it can definitely be bad for them.
<v Speaker 6>And so that's the thing is I feel because this
<v Speaker 6>guy who was pulling his dog, I also didn't know,
<v Speaker 6>like maybe it was the eightieth time and this was
<v Speaker 6>their walk, like because I know that there's difference, like
<v Speaker 6>there's your long distance walk, but then there's the time
<v Speaker 6>you just bring your dog out to do its business, right,
<v Speaker 6>so maybe they had already.
<v Speaker 4>Done that about it if business. I don't know their story.
<v Speaker 2>But all the problem is to with the girl dogs,
<v Speaker 2>like because I'll walk with nick Knack and Goldiefun and
<v Speaker 2>Nikki's like, you're gonna make people think you're like not
<v Speaker 2>letting the dog poop because you got the girl dog.
<v Speaker 2>You know, they squat and then they it also looks
<v Speaker 2>the same when they poop, so it looks like she's
<v Speaker 2>trying to poop and I'm like, come on, I generally
<v Speaker 2>have to announce she's not.
<v Speaker 10>She's on empty.
<v Speaker 2>For God's sakes, we're just trying to walk. I'm reading
<v Speaker 2>this story here this morning. According to a new report,
<v Speaker 2>most Americans now are more likely to take cooking advice
<v Speaker 2>from a so called influencer online than their own mother.
<v Speaker 2>Your own mother who's been cooking meal since the seventies.
<v Speaker 2>They say, yeah, they'd rather hop onto the socials see
<v Speaker 2>what the influencers are making, versus try and mom's recipes
<v Speaker 2>that have been passed down from generation to generations.
<v Speaker 4>Sad statement.
<v Speaker 6>I agree, they like have asked my mom so much
<v Speaker 6>when it comes to cooking, and I just hate that
<v Speaker 6>this next generation is not going.
<v Speaker 1>To have that.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that's kind of sad. I think we're hitting a
<v Speaker 2>point too where a lot a lot of people have
<v Speaker 2>like those recipes and stuff that have been passed down,
<v Speaker 2>so like, future generations aren't gonna have any sort of
<v Speaker 2>recipe that mema had, you know, no more recipe boxes.
<v Speaker 2>Knick Knacks got a recipe box. We go to it
<v Speaker 2>from time to time. My mom, for sure does. She
<v Speaker 2>had this dish called broccoli corn bake that she makes
<v Speaker 2>every holiday and we absolutely love it. It's one of
<v Speaker 2>the best. And for years and years and years she
<v Speaker 2>said you would give it to Nicole, and then it
<v Speaker 2>was like, well, after you get married to Jeremyer, you
<v Speaker 2>can have it. Here we are twenty some.
<v Speaker 4>Years later, still still she doesn't have it.
<v Speaker 2>So oh yeah, yeah, so she's like, when I'm gonna
<v Speaker 2>give me that, I don't know. You're not in the
<v Speaker 2>the You gotta have thirty years. I guess you need
<v Speaker 2>to do more, Nick Knack. Yeah. So, anyway, people would
<v Speaker 2>rather hop online and watch food influencers than talk to
<v Speaker 2>their own mother.
<v Speaker 6>And that's sad, see, because like I feel like I
<v Speaker 6>got my love of cooking and food from my mom.
<v Speaker 6>Like I still collect cookbooks. I'd like, I'll grab one
<v Speaker 6>of my cookbooks and sit on the couch and read it.
<v Speaker 6>Still like it's really yeah, that doesn't surprise you about me,
<v Speaker 6>I know, but I got my love of food from
<v Speaker 6>my mom, and so I hate that this is kind
<v Speaker 6>of stopping.
<v Speaker 2>Uh, yeah, it is definitely sad. God. Well, there's one
<v Speaker 2>phone phone book food book that I should let you borrow.
<v Speaker 2>It's one that we got from Nick Knack's grandma out
<v Speaker 2>in Iowa. And it was like years and years of
<v Speaker 2>old lady compiling this little cookbook. Kid you not, there's
<v Speaker 2>recipes and stuff in there for squirrels. Yeah, no, squirrels
<v Speaker 2>and possum. There's all sorts of wild things.
<v Speaker 6>I wouldn't doubt that. I have a cookbook that comes
<v Speaker 6>from the hometown that I lived in back when it
<v Speaker 6>was Mercy Hospital, and all of the nurses got together
<v Speaker 6>and put their favorite recipe into this book, and so
<v Speaker 6>I have the Mercy Hospital Cookbook of all their favorites.
<v Speaker 6>And it's kind of like that, like you know, just
<v Speaker 6>the old school recipes where you worked with what you had,
<v Speaker 6>and sometimes.
<v Speaker 2>All you had was a squirrel. Yeah, there's like some
<v Speaker 2>squirrel crockpot recipes in this book. Funny enough.
<v Speaker 4>It also has a few of those in the cookbook
<v Speaker 4>You Got Me The Thug Kitchen.
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, that is a funny cookbook.
<v Speaker 4>It is my favorite. Guess is that that I sit
<v Speaker 4>on the couch and I.
<v Speaker 2>Read, because that one is like make some m I wish.
<v Speaker 2>There's a lot of it's like so good.
<v Speaker 4>But it is so funny.
<v Speaker 2>The entire night.
<v Speaker 4>Like once I bust that baby, yeah, I know it's
<v Speaker 4>gonna be a good time.
<v Speaker 2>You know what I've noticed too, because I actually just
<v Speaker 2>did this last night because I made some tilapia and
<v Speaker 2>I was looking for some different recipes and I was guilty.
<v Speaker 2>I went online to Instagram, I helped on my Instagram
<v Speaker 2>app and and just search tilapia recipes on there. And
<v Speaker 2>I've noticed now that they'll have stock footage of tilapia
<v Speaker 2>being made, and then there's an AI voice over it. Now,
<v Speaker 2>so I'm like, screw this mask, and it's like and
<v Speaker 2>it repeats over and over. M this looks delicious. I
<v Speaker 2>can't believe this only took fifteen minutes to make. Mmm,
<v Speaker 2>this looks delicious. It's over and over and over. This
<v Speaker 2>is your sign. Call your mother, Yeah, call your mom
<v Speaker 2>your get all over recipes, immediately steal the recipe box.
<v Speaker 8>Five.
<v Speaker 4>The fun starts now with Fast five.

<v Speaker 6>dew flavors.
<v Speaker 11>Uh.
<v Speaker 4>The one that won it on Friday was Terry, who
<v Speaker 4>named five foods that are sliced.
<v Speaker 1>No problem.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, a slice like a triangle, slice like a tri
<v Speaker 2>like a triangle? What it was pie? And yes, you
<v Speaker 2>choose crystal.
<v Speaker 4>You never know what it is you're gonna ask here.
<v Speaker 4>It's part of the charm of the game.

<v Speaker 2>everybody else. Apparently, boom, these phone lines have absolutely exploded.

<v Speaker 6>to come hang out with us for a wine time
<v Speaker 6>at Elage Gardens and that's going down on Friday, August
<v Speaker 6>twenty eighth, So double prize.
<v Speaker 4>You're gonna have a heck of time at both of
<v Speaker 4>those things. So yeah, Fast five lit this week.
<v Speaker 2>It is lit. Much like Katie Well, you got to
<v Speaker 2>stop drinking the shooters out in the parking lot three
<v Speaker 2>oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine. I'll get
<v Speaker 2>you in studios to play Fast five like Amelia who
<v Speaker 2>made it in Hi Amelia, Good morning. It says you're
<v Speaker 2>getting over the flu on my screen. Oh oh my gosh,
<v Speaker 2>cod really pretty nasty.
<v Speaker 11>Huh it was, Yeah, I'm barely feeling better.
<v Speaker 2>Well you sound okay?
<v Speaker 11>You never know.
<v Speaker 12>It was so bad I couldn't even listen to your show.
<v Speaker 2>Oh really, well, I can barely listen to us sometimes.
<v Speaker 9>I know I couldn't.
<v Speaker 13>I mean, I couldn't even get up to nothing.
<v Speaker 2>Do you know you're supposed to just take like poor
<v Speaker 2>little shot of you know, like liquid lightsol. You're supposed
<v Speaker 2>to just take a couple of shots of that.
<v Speaker 6>I know.
<v Speaker 2>No, you take shots of lives of all the children
<v Speaker 2>listening right now. Don't take shots of lives.
<v Speaker 13>It's justequila, just sequila.
<v Speaker 2>Instead, start early with alcohol. Don't drink lizo, all right,
<v Speaker 2>sweet Amelia, Well let's get to it before you start
<v Speaker 2>coughing and hacking here and no coffee.
<v Speaker 11>No, it was just eager and chilled, and my brain
<v Speaker 11>is kind of foggy. So give me, give me.
<v Speaker 2>Give me some easy fine colors of the rainbow. Well
<v Speaker 2>this one is I don't know if it's very easy,
<v Speaker 2>But in ten seconds, I need any five fictional characters
<v Speaker 2>that live underground? Go, did we lose her?
<v Speaker 9>I can't think.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, Amelia, you could have started reeling off all the

<v Speaker 2>have never played before, so thank you for calling in.
<v Speaker 9>I'm going to do better than the last girl, but

<v Speaker 9>Yeah. I think it was totally her old the symptoms.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, yeah, so would you do that over the weekend?
<v Speaker 2>Anything good?
<v Speaker 9>It was my daughter's tenth birthday and my forty something birthday.
<v Speaker 2>Oh lord, you're getting old, Ashley.
<v Speaker 9>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>You know what was the theme of the ten year
<v Speaker 2>old's birthday?
<v Speaker 9>And eight oysters galore? So as much oysters as we
<v Speaker 9>could eat.
<v Speaker 2>The theme was an oyster birthday.
<v Speaker 9>She ate nine oysters.
<v Speaker 6>WHOA, that's so funny, like she loved oysters too, and
<v Speaker 6>it's so funny, like a child who likes the oysters
<v Speaker 6>on the shells, but a whole party around it.
<v Speaker 2>They're so slamy.
<v Speaker 9>She has a boogie. Little princess.
<v Speaker 4>What's her name? Give her a shout out.

<v Speaker 8>Give me one that I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>That's all right. I'm trying to look at what I
<v Speaker 2>got up here on deck because some of these came
<v Speaker 2>in from listeners and they're truly impossible. Like the listeners
<v Speaker 2>are cutthroat, very cut throat. All right, I got a
<v Speaker 2>celebrity one for you. Are you ready?
<v Speaker 9>Oh no.
<v Speaker 2>I'm also listening to the way you talk because I
<v Speaker 2>feel like, as a speech pathologist you should have perfect
<v Speaker 2>uh perfect speech.
<v Speaker 9>Sometimes.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah, I guess where we talk for a living, so
<v Speaker 6>everything we say is perfect, Jeremy.
<v Speaker 1>Never.
<v Speaker 12>Professional yappers here.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, but you are very clear. You enunciate everything.

<v Speaker 12>Nothing much?
<v Speaker 14>I just went back to school shop with my sister.
<v Speaker 2>Oh that's fun.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah. How much money did she drop?
<v Speaker 11>Ooh A good three hundred for sure?
<v Speaker 2>Oh yeah, easy, easy for just one kid.
<v Speaker 9>Yeah, just sir, Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 2>Oh kids are so expensively.
<v Speaker 11>Well she's in high school, so they take everything they need, all.
<v Speaker 4>The expensive stuff at that age too.
<v Speaker 2>Right, yeah, maybe a little later on the show, I'll
<v Speaker 2>tell you how I dropped over three hundred dollars on
<v Speaker 2>a pair of one pair of shoes for my son.
<v Speaker 9>This WEEKO woh, and there you go.
<v Speaker 2>All right, Katie came up with this one, Shaley, are
<v Speaker 2>you ready? Shaley?
<v Speaker 11>I'm so there.
<v Speaker 14>I am.
<v Speaker 9>I lost your first that's okay.
<v Speaker 2>I want to make sure you're there all right. Katie
<v Speaker 2>came up with this one. Here we go in ten seconds.
<v Speaker 2>I need five things sold by the bunch.
<v Speaker 7>Go.
<v Speaker 14>Cilantro, oranges, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli.
<v Speaker 2>What do you mean you go buy a bunch of broccoli.
<v Speaker 2>It's ahead of cauliflower?
<v Speaker 12>Is it a bunch?
<v Speaker 2>A bunch? Well, cauliflowers ahead of cauliflowers. A bunch would
<v Speaker 2>be like bananas. You can have a bunch of broccoli.
<v Speaker 2>I hateoli. This is why I don't like Katie come
<v Speaker 2>up with the topics.
<v Speaker 11>I feel like those were all bunch of nobody.
<v Speaker 2>Walks in and say, I need a bunch of broccoli today.
<v Speaker 14>If you really need unless you do, yeah, sometimes you
<v Speaker 14>really need it.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, connect bunch of broccoli.
<v Speaker 2>Need a bunch of oranges, like you'd buy a bunch
<v Speaker 2>of grapes, a bunch of radishes, bunch of the lantro, like.
<v Speaker 9>You buying a bunch of radishes.
<v Speaker 2>That would be a bunch of them because they come
<v Speaker 2>like bundled together together. It's a bunchy. Broccoli is sold
<v Speaker 2>as individual heads of broccoli.
<v Speaker 11>They have they have connecting pieces.
<v Speaker 2>Scoutons may be like a bunch of Scout, a bunch
<v Speaker 2>of flowers, a bunch of firewood. I'm with it. I
<v Speaker 2>think I think would even be in a bunch.
<v Speaker 12>I think I did great.
<v Speaker 4>I think you did great.
<v Speaker 2>Ship This is I don't was did she even get five?
<v Speaker 2>Now I've bought tracks.
<v Speaker 14>She got five five.
<v Speaker 9>Everybody else did like two or three.
<v Speaker 8>I at least got five.
<v Speaker 11>I think I should win just my participation. I really do.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>You're starting to annoy me because you're so persistent.
<v Speaker 11>I know, because I really want to win these five
<v Speaker 11>seconds of summer tickets.
<v Speaker 12>Let me heal my inner child.
<v Speaker 2>On a bunch of broccoli. You know, I'm going to
<v Speaker 2>hear about this and jail and call aflower, which is
<v Speaker 2>ahead of call flower.
<v Speaker 12>I really think you should let me win on this.
<v Speaker 12>Have a heart, let me heal my inn I.
<v Speaker 2>Have at heart. This is I'm just irritated because I
<v Speaker 2>like Katie come up with one of them one topic
<v Speaker 2>today for fast Fire, I know, and this is what
<v Speaker 2>we get. How old are you?
<v Speaker 14>I'm twenty five.
<v Speaker 2>You seem like a twenty five year old, very entitled.
<v Speaker 4>You know, okay?
<v Speaker 2>I like you a lot well, of course, because you
<v Speaker 2>came up with this crappy.
<v Speaker 14>The question that's going to help me win?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, the text line right now, no win, no win.
<v Speaker 2>Do not give it to her, No way, Peter hater.
<v Speaker 14>They don't want to see your girl win.
<v Speaker 2>No, they're logical.
<v Speaker 14>They're just mad that they didn't get in on the line.
<v Speaker 2>I did. I towered through.
<v Speaker 12>I was I was sitting on busy for like fifteen
<v Speaker 12>minutes driving a word.
<v Speaker 2>Amber says. Everyone else wanted to win too. She didn't
<v Speaker 2>get it. I don't gotten through the call log happen again.
<v Speaker 2>You got in, that's fine, But there's no such thing
<v Speaker 2>as a bunch of cauliflower and a bunch.
<v Speaker 11>Of if you think about it, if you don't think
<v Speaker 11>too hard about it.
<v Speaker 6>It is.
<v Speaker 2>Now the only way see so many people caulflowers, not
<v Speaker 2>a bunch. The only way I could let this fly
<v Speaker 2>is if you're like making some stirfr or something. Okay,
<v Speaker 2>now you're making things up and your wife or somebody's
<v Speaker 2>going to the store and you're like, honey, I need
<v Speaker 2>a bunch of broccoli for sturfry tonight. I feel like
<v Speaker 2>that's the only way that you can win this.
<v Speaker 6>I have.
<v Speaker 12>I've literally texted my co leader for cooking Club saying
<v Speaker 12>I need bunches of broccoli for surfry.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, listen, hold up, everybody just calmed down on the
<v Speaker 2>text line back and few people. There's not there's not.
<v Speaker 2>There's people, there's not. There is ninety nine percent of
<v Speaker 2>the people saying no, no way, I'm gonna post screenshot
<v Speaker 2>of this.
<v Speaker 9>They just and that's okay, then love, And this.
<v Speaker 2>Game isn't it Florette's Florett's. How do you say? It's
<v Speaker 2>a broccoli florette Florette and it's ahead of cauliflyer, there's
<v Speaker 2>no hell you won this today, No way in hell
<v Speaker 2>you won this. But but, but, but but I'm in
<v Speaker 2>a really good mood today. And the only loophole in
<v Speaker 2>this is when you tell your significant other I need
<v Speaker 2>a bunch of cauliflower tonight for this recipe. I need
<v Speaker 2>a bunch of broccoli for our broccoli stirfry tonight. So, Shalley,
<v Speaker 2>do you know what you're supposed to say when you
<v Speaker 2>win fast five?
<v Speaker 6>No?
<v Speaker 11>Because I've never played before, so you can't get me
<v Speaker 11>on that one.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, first time player, Okay, this is fine. I'm gonna
<v Speaker 2>walk you through this. So everybody knows. I need you
<v Speaker 2>to say out loud to the entire Denver Metro who
<v Speaker 2>is pissed at you right now, I need you to say, Jeremy,
<v Speaker 2>play the winni Win sound.
<v Speaker 9>Jeremy, my love, please play the winny Win sound.
<v Speaker 2>I'm giving it to you today because I'm in a
<v Speaker 2>good mood.
<v Speaker 4>I love you, seriously, Adore Katie, I love you.
<v Speaker 2>Girls. What a bunch of nonsenses.
<v Speaker 4>Justin's text No, this girl needs to go to law school.
<v Speaker 2>That's all he said.
<v Speaker 11>Oh my god, my sister's so excited with me.
<v Speaker 9>We're gonna go to five seconds Summer.
<v Speaker 2>For everyone that's pissed on the text line, go get
<v Speaker 2>your own damn radio show and play these games all.
<v Speaker 9>Right, exactly like I said, He's gonna hate, lover's gonna love,
<v Speaker 9>and we love because we're up right now.
<v Speaker 2>Lovers be loving today. Jayleie, we're gonna put you on
<v Speaker 2>hold and give you this bogus R surprise.
<v Speaker 1>That you just won ya jar, Katy and Josh one hundred.
<v Speaker 2>All right, So Katie, you got a story. You got
<v Speaker 2>a dilemma going on in your life. I have many,
<v Speaker 2>That's why I'm like so many.
<v Speaker 4>Specify what you mean.
<v Speaker 2>The one we talked about thirty seconds before we went
<v Speaker 2>on the air. Do you remember what it is? Yeah?
<v Speaker 4>How I started up my new app?
<v Speaker 2>Nope, not that one.
<v Speaker 4>Okay again, so many dilemmas.
<v Speaker 2>Going on in the world. We literally talked about it
<v Speaker 2>thirty seconds before we went on the air. My short
<v Speaker 2>term memory, that's not it. I'm going to make it uncomfortable.
<v Speaker 2>I'm gonna make you care you remember what we were
<v Speaker 2>talking About'm not gonna say it.
<v Speaker 4>What are we talking about? You guys, don't do this
<v Speaker 4>to me.
<v Speaker 2>It's a moment. What were you looking at on your
<v Speaker 2>phone before we went on the air. That okay, that
<v Speaker 2>was kind of funny. I'm not gonna lie the things
<v Speaker 2>that come out of her mouth. O. You know those
<v Speaker 2>little bags like when you go to comedy shows that
<v Speaker 2>they put your phones in. Yeah, yeah, we need those
<v Speaker 2>for the studio, so you guys can put your phones
<v Speaker 2>in them.
<v Speaker 13>All right.
<v Speaker 2>So we are talking about your airbnb dilemma.
<v Speaker 4>Oh there's that one too, Any dilemma's chair.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know why you're coming heavy. Ever believe this
<v Speaker 2>thing's going down faster than the Titanic? Hey job security man?
<v Speaker 14>Yeah?
<v Speaker 2>If I ever leave the show contracts up in February.
<v Speaker 4>You got to rain us in. That's your job.
<v Speaker 2>You try this, you be at the bottom of the
<v Speaker 2>ocean with the Titanic. All right, tell everybody about your
<v Speaker 2>airbnb dilemma, heating if you even remember. I do remember.
<v Speaker 6>I'm actually going somewhere this upcoming weekend with a group
<v Speaker 6>of friends, right, And there's five of us, and the
<v Speaker 6>airbnb that we're getting the total is seven hundred dollars.
<v Speaker 6>So in my little mind, I'm like, well, boop boop,
<v Speaker 6>deep hop, we're gonna divide that seven hundred dollars by
<v Speaker 6>five since there's five of us, right.
<v Speaker 2>Wouldn't you think that's the way we're going.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah, well apparently since I'm going with two couples, right,
<v Speaker 6>So it's a couple and another cup and me, and
<v Speaker 6>they're like, well, we're just gonna divide it by rooms.
<v Speaker 4>Since there's three rooms in this airbnb. You pay for
<v Speaker 4>one room, then the other couples pay for.
<v Speaker 2>The other rooms.
<v Speaker 6>So now it is this air wheel that's being divided
<v Speaker 6>by three, and I have to pay twice essentially because
<v Speaker 6>there's only one of me, And I just don't like this.
<v Speaker 6>I'm like, but I'm only only taking up the same
<v Speaker 6>amount of space. I get that I need a bed
<v Speaker 6>by myself, but.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, I'm okay, I'll shack up with one of you.
<v Speaker 2>Let's make it fun, right if it's gonna save me money.
<v Speaker 2>And you're saying and it should be per person versus
<v Speaker 2>two thirty three, yes, exactly. Don't you over the three rooms?
<v Speaker 4>Isn't that the way you would break it down? And
<v Speaker 4>so that is my argument with them, and they're like, well,
<v Speaker 4>I mean you're taking the whole room.
<v Speaker 6>I'm like, well yeah, but to this, I just the
<v Speaker 6>way I thought about it in my brain when we
<v Speaker 6>were talking about all of this, I'm like, absolutely, I
<v Speaker 6>will split an Airbnb for seven hundred dollars between people.
<v Speaker 4>And that's where it was justified to me trying to.
<v Speaker 2>Change my thoughts on this, because when you originally told me,
<v Speaker 2>I was like, oh, yeah, five people spread across couple.
<v Speaker 2>But now we're talking I didn't know, Well.
<v Speaker 3>It kind of makes sense to if it's a couple,
<v Speaker 3>they're going one joint joint, but.
<v Speaker 4>It's still five people, it's still five of them.
<v Speaker 2>That's like your girl math.
<v Speaker 4>Right now, I don't know Airbnb, Why do I have
<v Speaker 4>to pay twice. I'm so not on board with it
<v Speaker 4>at all.
<v Speaker 2>And maybe it's well, just think, are these married couples, No,
<v Speaker 2>they're all just dating.
<v Speaker 4>I think one of them is engaged actually, but the
<v Speaker 4>other one is just dating. And then there's me and
<v Speaker 4>this is my life a lot.
<v Speaker 2>But it's kind of I mean, it's like it's not
<v Speaker 2>their fault. You don't have somebody I know special, it's
<v Speaker 2>not the way.
<v Speaker 4>No, it's not anybody's fall.
<v Speaker 6>But I just thought, when you think about an airbnb,
<v Speaker 6>the total price, you would split it between five people
<v Speaker 6>that are going because you're all gonna enjoy the kitchen,
<v Speaker 6>you're all gonna enjoy the living room, just the outdoor setting,
<v Speaker 6>you know what I mean, all of those things you're
<v Speaker 6>enjoying as an individual person. The only thing that they're
<v Speaker 6>sharing you for the room, Like we still have to
<v Speaker 6>use the same bathroom, we still have to use all
<v Speaker 6>the same amenities.
<v Speaker 2>It is just you are just paying for a three
<v Speaker 2>bedroom place. So the cost, now that I'm thinking about
<v Speaker 2>it should just be across the three bedrooms you're paying.
<v Speaker 2>That's essentially like your little hotel room for the night
<v Speaker 2>is the bedroom. But it's so we're to go out
<v Speaker 2>and get a hotel, it would be probably two hundred bucks.
<v Speaker 6>But that's the difference between an airbnb is you split
<v Speaker 6>the cost of the whole house.
<v Speaker 4>You're not just breaking it down by bedroom. I get
<v Speaker 4>this is my thought process.
<v Speaker 2>No, I can see both sides of this. Tell me now,
<v Speaker 2>so I don't go into this weekend like all pissed.
<v Speaker 4>A minute, hold the phone.
<v Speaker 2>So what's the difference we're looking at it. Two. Someone
<v Speaker 2>wants to come with me and then we can split
<v Speaker 2>the room. So you're gonna be out like ninety three bucks.
<v Speaker 2>So the only thing you can do is make it
<v Speaker 2>worth your while, like set up chop out on the
<v Speaker 2>couch somewhere, like really spread out in the house and
<v Speaker 2>blame it as yours. Take advantage the extra ninety three bucks.
<v Speaker 4>Isn't that rude though?
<v Speaker 2>Or just get a boyfriend for the weekend, like you're
<v Speaker 2>on the tinders and they're on the hinges, the hinges
<v Speaker 2>and the Katie Well, I mean, don't you have a friend?
<v Speaker 2>It would go with take Josh, well, we didn't share bad.
<v Speaker 2>Oh he'll sleep with anybody.
<v Speaker 4>Check with the Well, wait a minute, I don't know
<v Speaker 4>if that's a dick or.
<v Speaker 5>Actually actually actually definitely longer I thought about that.
<v Speaker 2>It was me first, and then Katie. Josh will sleep
<v Speaker 2>with anybody. Katie, your chances are pretty good, dog or something.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know, a little quick get away to where
<v Speaker 2>are you going? Yeah, some peaches, peach fest. She's got
<v Speaker 2>a little airbnb dilemma though, do a quick recap before everybody.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, Katy, sorry, sorry, I'm sorry. No, So I'm going
<v Speaker 4>to an airbnb this weekend.
<v Speaker 2>Did you were you? Quick question? Were you? Did you
<v Speaker 2>happen to sit in the parking lot this morning before
<v Speaker 2>we started working? Like can spy pe days with you today?
<v Speaker 2>Before the show? Stop model glue?
<v Speaker 9>No?
<v Speaker 2>Maybe this weekend your show? Geezy, Katie give us her
<v Speaker 2>recab dilemma.
<v Speaker 6>So myself and four of my friends are going to
<v Speaker 6>get an airbnb, so five total, and it's gonna cost
<v Speaker 6>us seven hundred bucks. And I thought we were gonna
<v Speaker 6>split that five ways, but now it's come to my
<v Speaker 6>attention that they want to split it per couple. So
<v Speaker 6>since there's two couples involved and then myself, they're like, well,
<v Speaker 6>one couple will pay a third, the other couple will
<v Speaker 6>pay a third, And then I'm stuck with a third
<v Speaker 6>of the cost because I don't have another person with.
<v Speaker 4>Me, and I think that that's really unfair.
<v Speaker 2>So she's looking at my bedroom two hundred and thirty
<v Speaker 2>three bucks versus one hundred and forty bucks. Yeah, it's
<v Speaker 2>a big difference. It's a big difference. What do you
<v Speaker 2>think she should do about this? Or how should she pay?
<v Speaker 2>Phone lines are open three oh three six' nine one
<v Speaker 2>sixteen forty. NINE i definitely want to talk To, jordan
<v Speaker 2>deb And justin on the. Line let's, see let's go
<v Speaker 2>To jordan. First, Hi, Jordan hi, There hey, girl all,
<v Speaker 2>right so what Should katie do about this airbnb? Dilemma
<v Speaker 2>it should totally be be per.
<v Speaker 9>PERSON i agree With.
<v Speaker 2>Katie why why should it be per?
<v Speaker 12>Person here's my thought is that if everybody was coupled,
<v Speaker 12>up then that's really it makes. Sense but why would
<v Speaker 12>you make your friend feel like a fifth wheel and
<v Speaker 12>make them pay more for your?
<v Speaker 15>Stay?
<v Speaker 12>Right but the nice you have someone in your group
<v Speaker 12>who's not. Attached, yeah whatever, Reason there.
<v Speaker 2>Are so many. Reasons there are so many, reasons my, Friend.
<v Speaker 4>But listen to.
<v Speaker 2>This katie should be paying the full amount because she
<v Speaker 2>is getting an entire bedroom to. Herself she doesn't even
<v Speaker 2>have to share it with, anybody so she's actually getting
<v Speaker 2>the better. Deal she has an entire. BEDROOM i, MEAN
<v Speaker 2>i don't.
<v Speaker 12>Disagree but they're her, friends, right.
<v Speaker 6>Yes well and not only, that but when you think about, It,
<v Speaker 6>george when you're thinking about like the extra THAT i actually,
<v Speaker 6>GET i get an extra half of the bed and
<v Speaker 6>then the room they get the same size, room they're
<v Speaker 6>just having to share.
<v Speaker 4>It so it's just like that's the. Difference do you
<v Speaker 4>get your own? BATHROOM i don't think. SO i think
<v Speaker 4>there's this one bathroom to.
<v Speaker 2>Share so THEN i was are you.
<v Speaker 12>Going to do about the food? SITUATION i think everyone's
<v Speaker 12>buying food for the, house but yet you get to
<v Speaker 12>eat for.
<v Speaker 9>Two and that's the.
<v Speaker 2>THING i think we're going out to.
<v Speaker 4>Eat you don't know that you don't.
<v Speaker 2>Know maybe they'll spit you some, appetizers they'll buy you.
<v Speaker 2>Something may are you all writing up? Together well that's
<v Speaker 2>the thing.
<v Speaker 6>IS i am helping out with gas because we're kind
<v Speaker 6>of car pooling in a sent so maybe maybe they could.
<v Speaker 2>Help me with, That like there's Ways if that's the,
<v Speaker 2>case they should be good friends and, Say, katie don't
<v Speaker 2>worry about. Gas we got gas since you're paying double
<v Speaker 2>for the, room and.
<v Speaker 4>Maybe that would.
<v Speaker 6>Happen we don't, know maybe like when we start rolling up,
<v Speaker 6>there they'll be, like, oh it's, fine you, know But i'm.
<v Speaker 4>Just stuck on the but a, Minute i'm paying for
<v Speaker 4>the whole.
<v Speaker 2>Room, Jordan thank you so much for your. Call we
<v Speaker 2>really really appreciate. You the phone lines are lighting up like.
<v Speaker 2>Crazy people are passionate about. This, hi deb. Show, well
<v Speaker 2>we love you for. Calling come, here give me a tongue.
<v Speaker 2>Kiss maybe you two should get the. Room you're all,
<v Speaker 2>over hold, on let me give it a towel, here, Dad,
<v Speaker 2>right all, right, FINE i know it Was, Yeah katie's
<v Speaker 2>got some, ROOM i.
<v Speaker 15>DO i was calling him to say you should take,
<v Speaker 15>Me but Now i'm. Kidding I'M i am, single, obviously
<v Speaker 15>AND i, LIKE i think that you should take a
<v Speaker 15>friend and then split. DOWN i, mean you call lots of, friends, girl,
<v Speaker 15>right you would have a really good time with your.
<v Speaker 15>Friends AND i know this, jerk this jerk In. Chicago
<v Speaker 15>forget about.
<v Speaker 4>HIM i forgot that.
<v Speaker 2>Guy's long gone.
<v Speaker 13>DEAD i, know but still, You i'm afraid.
<v Speaker 2>You're i'm Afraid i'm gonna put you on whole. Depth
<v Speaker 2>thank you for calling you the. BEST i feel like
<v Speaker 2>an f bom is gonna slip out of. Her, well
<v Speaker 2>have a Good. Monday. Depth you could take your, Daughter
<v Speaker 2>take your daughter with.
<v Speaker 4>YOU i was thinking about.
<v Speaker 2>That she's always trying to move. Off why would you
<v Speaker 2>Take Here's, Justin, Hi?
<v Speaker 9>Justin what's up?
<v Speaker 8>Buddy all?
<v Speaker 2>Right What's katie gonna do about this? Airbnb is she's
<v Speaker 2>just gonna shut up and pay the cost or make
<v Speaker 2>a stink about.
<v Speaker 11>It, WELL i mean she could take. Me i'll pay
<v Speaker 11>some of it. Too i'll pay half of it And
<v Speaker 11>i'll sleep on the. Couch BUT i have to be
<v Speaker 11>able to bring my motorcycle Case i'll be riding the
<v Speaker 11>motorcycle most of the.
<v Speaker 2>Time you're going to bring your?
<v Speaker 11>Hog, no, no, NO i don't Ride. HARLEY'S i Ride
<v Speaker 11>Street BAKES x seven fifty and the Six.
<v Speaker 2>Hours, Oh katie Loves.
<v Speaker 1>NO i wear high.
<v Speaker 11>SOCKS i went to the.
<v Speaker 2>Knees, oh, well you like an ankle, socks especially on a.
<v Speaker 4>MOTORCYCLE i don't know, why but all adjusting.
<v Speaker 11>Out, well that's, Fine, well see you.
<v Speaker 2>Later, NO i do you kind of feel like you're
<v Speaker 2>getting screwed because you got to pony up more cash
<v Speaker 2>for your.
<v Speaker 10>Room SO i mean it's kind of on you a
<v Speaker 10>little bit Because i'm. Picky, Sure, Hi, Kendra, hello.
<v Speaker 1>How are you?
<v Speaker 2>Today i'm?
<v Speaker 9>Great her are?
<v Speaker 1>You?
<v Speaker 2>Guys we're super, Dupes we're really. Good So katie's all
<v Speaker 2>fired up about this palisade peach. Getaway what do you
<v Speaker 2>think she should do about the cost of this? Airbnb
<v Speaker 2>she should absolutely.
<v Speaker 14>Make us think because the WAY i see it is
<v Speaker 14>she said that one was just dating and one was,
<v Speaker 14>engaged so they're not, married her finances are not. Tied
<v Speaker 14>is one hundred price per?
<v Speaker 4>Person, Okay AND i see a lot of.
<v Speaker 6>THAT i see people saying if they're not, married if
<v Speaker 6>it's just a dating.
<v Speaker 4>SITUATION i didn't realize that was a. Qualifier But i'm
<v Speaker 4>digging it because it's in my. Favor but is that
<v Speaker 4>is it.
<v Speaker 2>A commits.
<v Speaker 14>Percent you, know not have to have to pay more
<v Speaker 14>just because they are a.
<v Speaker 11>Couple.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah, WELL i know a lot of people are saying
<v Speaker 6>this on the text line because they're not, married because
<v Speaker 6>it is just them dating or even just engage at this,
<v Speaker 6>point that that is a REASON i should be.
<v Speaker 2>Able, yeah BUT i feel have they been all been
<v Speaker 2>together for a long. Time it's like they're. MARRIED i,
<v Speaker 2>mean if you're, ENGAGED i.
<v Speaker 14>Mean you're oh, no not legally because they could easily
<v Speaker 14>break up and then their finances are.
<v Speaker 9>Separate people are saying that.
<v Speaker 2>The find there's so many caveats, here there's so Many
<v Speaker 2>you had no.
<v Speaker 4>IDEA i had absolutely no idea That airbnb's.
<v Speaker 14>Rely because you, Know i've seen that. Happen AND i
<v Speaker 14>think if they're, married, sing, yes it should be prices
<v Speaker 14>one because then they're kind of are the safe because,
<v Speaker 14>legally if they're not even legally, married it should be
<v Speaker 14>priced per.
<v Speaker 2>Person All, Right, kendrad we appreciate. You thank you so.
<v Speaker 2>Much have a Great. Monday all, right There's. Kindred let's
<v Speaker 2>talk To. Brandon what's Up?
<v Speaker 13>Brandon, hey good morning, Guys good morning.
<v Speaker 2>Buddy well should make a fuss about the, cost.
<v Speaker 13>MAN i gotta start by, Saying, Brandon avid ankle sock were,
<v Speaker 13>HERE i. GOT i gotta get on your good, side
<v Speaker 13>Because i'm about to get on your bad. Side, uh straight,
<v Speaker 13>up straight up, girl three three, rooms three, ways without a. Doubt,
<v Speaker 13>however like Since i'm you, know a, gentleman or since,
<v Speaker 13>Like i'm real AND i could see how that would
<v Speaker 13>hurt you as my, friend to take the hit and
<v Speaker 13>have to pay a little more for your portion of
<v Speaker 13>your private. Room by the, way WHAT i would do,
<v Speaker 13>is as part of the two, COUPLES i would go
<v Speaker 13>out to dinner one night and have the two couples
<v Speaker 13>pick up the check for.
<v Speaker 2>Dinner there you go and See katie order yourself a steak. Tonight, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>yeah you.
<v Speaker 13>Know like let's go out to eat, whatever you know
<v Speaker 13>WHAT i, Mean and the two couples will do, This
<v Speaker 13>but you KNOW i mean likes faris friends.
<v Speaker 2>Or do you like the Scenario brandon where apparently they're
<v Speaker 2>all split in gas? Too LIKE i would be, Like,
<v Speaker 2>katie don't worry about the, Gas, like don't don't worry
<v Speaker 2>about chipping in for?
<v Speaker 13>Gas, well is the gas three ways for the couples
<v Speaker 13>or is the gas? Five right?
<v Speaker 11>Now HOW.
<v Speaker 13>I WOULD i would actually take that argument back to
<v Speaker 13>the table IF i Was katie doing the room. Thing
<v Speaker 13>if they're, like wait a, minute that we're splitting gas five,
<v Speaker 13>ways but we're splitting the.
<v Speaker 2>Room three that's, oh there's some ammunition for. You, yeah
<v Speaker 2>you gotta be, Consistent. Brandon we appreciate, You. Betty that's very.
<v Speaker 2>Logical and keep rocking those songs.
<v Speaker 4>And send me a picture of your.
<v Speaker 2>ANGLES i know she's in the. Ankles oh, Yeah i'll.
<v Speaker 2>Personal if it was, me i'd take my own vehicle
<v Speaker 2>SO i wouldn't have to sit with all these.
<v Speaker 4>PEOPLE i get, that BUT i don't want to take
<v Speaker 4>my car out.
<v Speaker 2>There you know you're on my Cla. Angelo, yes, yes it's, you.
<v Speaker 2>Buddy you're on the. Air how are.
<v Speaker 8>You, Oh i'm doing. Great that's A. Monday the fun
<v Speaker 8>signed him and it's not gonna.
<v Speaker 2>Rain life is, good, Buddy life is. Good and now
<v Speaker 2>you're a radio. Superstar everybody's gonna. Know oh, yeah all,
<v Speaker 2>right what are your?
<v Speaker 8>Thoughts, well uh, so the more bedrooms that you get
<v Speaker 8>with the, airbnb the higher the.
<v Speaker 13>Costs And.
<v Speaker 8>Jamie Or katie, decides, well you know, what maybe it
<v Speaker 8>should be split between five people as opposed to you know.
<v Speaker 8>Three there's also the possibility if you get three two
<v Speaker 8>bedrooms as opposed to, three it's going to be. Less
<v Speaker 8>there's always a couch in every. Place the two people
<v Speaker 8>who are dating can have their own, bedroom, yep they
<v Speaker 8>could have their privacy and if they're, dating they're legally not.
<v Speaker 8>Married most likely they're going to need a little bit
<v Speaker 8>of a. Privacy, okay they're still in that. Stages you're
<v Speaker 8>with somebody for twenty. Years, yeah you could, probably it
<v Speaker 8>doesn't matter if you were all in the same, bedroom
<v Speaker 8>sleep in the, couch get a two. Bedroom how the
<v Speaker 8>costs you, know split so that at, least you, know
<v Speaker 8>she could pay a lower cost for that because she
<v Speaker 8>doesn't have the privacy and she's sleeping on the.
<v Speaker 2>Couch there you, go you just want to couch. It
<v Speaker 2>it would be Tru that's not a bad, idea not
<v Speaker 2>a bad. Idea, yeah AND i Love. Angela how you
<v Speaker 2>totally insinuated the married people for a lot of years
<v Speaker 2>don't have romantic. Relations they probably, don't you know, what,
<v Speaker 2>Buddy he's, Like i'm just speaking the. Truth. Correct you
<v Speaker 2>are so, Correct, Angelo thank you so, much very wise.
<v Speaker 14>Man.
<v Speaker 4>THERE i wonder IF i can suggest that if we can,
<v Speaker 4>GO i think.
<v Speaker 2>You could throw a monkey wrench in the entire situation and, say,
<v Speaker 2>hey we need a New, airbnb two, bedroom one couch
<v Speaker 2>And i'm not paying over one hundred and it was
<v Speaker 2>one hundred and forty. Bucks, yeah if you guys should
<v Speaker 2>get me in at ninety six bus even, better.
<v Speaker 6>If word really, think IF i have to pay that,
<v Speaker 6>MUCH i might as well just get my own hotel.
<v Speaker 2>Room right, absolutely then you've got the entire hotel. Room
<v Speaker 2>it's on. Me caught, now, breakfast watch. Out they need
<v Speaker 2>to see me. COMING i only hope that some of
<v Speaker 2>them were listening today and they're gonna be crazy irritated
<v Speaker 2>with you for this entire. Trip life right here so,
<v Speaker 2>awkward never invited. Again Leave katie at. Home oh, yeah

<v Speaker 6>Jump you saw a video of her making her way
<v Speaker 6>down the, stands and there were people who are really,
<v Speaker 6>excited and then there were.
<v Speaker 4>People who were, like don't touch.

<v Speaker 6>you see her because they, Didn't they're, like, WHO i
<v Speaker 6>don't know if people she was she.

<v Speaker 2>So many different. Ways, yeah, sadly she passed away. Yesterday
<v Speaker 2>she was only thirty six years. Old do we know
<v Speaker 2>now that it was an? Overdose that's what.
<v Speaker 4>Reports are saying.
<v Speaker 6>Now you had said that cops had responded to something
<v Speaker 6>that happened involving, her and it looks like there may
<v Speaker 6>be something within that. Story but, yeah the reports are
<v Speaker 6>coming out saying it may have been an, overdose and
