<v Speaker 1>Jarney, Katie and Josh makes one hundred Dave Matthews Band
<v Speaker 1>tickets up for grabs.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>I think I'm gonna go to that concert on Saturday too,
<v Speaker 1>so you might see me there.
<v Speaker 2>That's gonna be a high. Hi.
<v Speaker 1>I'll be like, leave me alone, I'm join some d
<v Speaker 1>MB who's cheer. My wife and I. We have a song.
<v Speaker 1>You know everybody's got a song. Yeah, ours is a
<v Speaker 1>Dave Matthews song. You know, you guys, every time we
<v Speaker 1>hear it, we cried, Oh, never mind it is. It's
<v Speaker 1>the dumbest thing.
<v Speaker 2>It's a ballad though, right it has that's a little.
<v Speaker 1>Bit of a ballad. No, it's this one. He's our song. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it's a ballad. So yeah, we're excited. And last time
<v Speaker 1>we saw him, uh and the band and the boys
<v Speaker 1>in the band, they did a two night thing, which
<v Speaker 1>they're doing again at Fiddlers. But the first night we
<v Speaker 1>went to the concert, we didn't hear our song, and
<v Speaker 1>it turns out they played it on the second night.
<v Speaker 1>Oh man, we almost got divorced over there.
<v Speaker 3>Gotta go both nights.
<v Speaker 1>What else is going on? Some big baseball news over
<v Speaker 1>the weekend. The rock He's unveiled a fifteen foot tall,
<v Speaker 1>eight hundred pounds statue of Hall of Famer where.
<v Speaker 2>Walker.
<v Speaker 1>I guess it's outside the main entrance to Corsfield, twentieth
<v Speaker 1>and Blake. It's a pretty solid looking statue. Good. I
<v Speaker 1>saw the unveiling. They pulled that big sheet off of it,
<v Speaker 1>and I was like, yeah, not bad? Is he pretty good?
<v Speaker 1>It was of famine, like, yeahy walk from part of
<v Speaker 1>the Blake Street bomber. That's right.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah the statue for sure.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, he's such a cool dude. I remember when he
<v Speaker 3>got the call. They always film when the guy gets
<v Speaker 3>the call for the Hall of Fame. He was rocking
<v Speaker 3>a SpongeBob shirt. It's just such a relaxed, cool dude,
<v Speaker 3>typical Canadian, like, oh wait, I meet the Hall of Fame,
<v Speaker 3>all right?
<v Speaker 2>Cool?
<v Speaker 3>Like I just love so much.
<v Speaker 1>He's such like a nice guy. He was out there
<v Speaker 1>hugging fans and yeah, kissing babies and all that.
<v Speaker 3>So he talked about his dad and got choked up,
<v Speaker 3>and it made me choke up.
<v Speaker 1>It's like me with a Dave Matthews Manson. Uh.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>The other day we talked about how I want a
<v Speaker 1>memorial bench. I wonder if I can get a memorial statue.
<v Speaker 3>Where would you put it?
<v Speaker 2>It'd be a little harder.
<v Speaker 1>We just figure out we can put it out in
<v Speaker 1>front of the radio station, put it in your front
<v Speaker 1>yard of your c.
<v Speaker 4>What would your pose be, because you're not an app
<v Speaker 4>Oh yeah, I'd.
<v Speaker 1>Be holding a mic a okay, or given them fingershooters
<v Speaker 1>you go, or just me holding like a man character.
<v Speaker 3>You couldn't be he man put a little.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, all right, we'll flush this up.
<v Speaker 3>Okay.
<v Speaker 1>Were you at some sort of a Star Wars night
<v Speaker 1>with the baseballs?
<v Speaker 3>Oh my gosh, Okay, the Rockies are so bad. So
<v Speaker 3>they do so many theme nights. Look, no, this is
<v Speaker 3>the thing I'm it's I'm sorry they are. They do
<v Speaker 3>so many theme nights. But that is the thing. The
<v Speaker 3>Rockies do so well, whether it's CSU c U night,
<v Speaker 3>they do everything for the colleges well over the weekend.
<v Speaker 3>On Saturday they did Star Wars Night. This is my
<v Speaker 3>time to shine like I love it so much. So
<v Speaker 3>many people were dressed up. I maybe stayed in my
<v Speaker 3>seats for fifteen minutes of the entire game because I
<v Speaker 3>was like, oh, dude, everything. First of all, they were
<v Speaker 3>selling inflatable lightsabers, which was awesome. Then I was chasing
<v Speaker 3>down Stormtroopers and Darth Vader to try to get pictures
<v Speaker 3>with them. I couldn't find Darth Vader day ruined. That sucked,
<v Speaker 3>but everything else was so cool. They had Star Wars
<v Speaker 3>themed food, they had Star Wars theme drinks. I had
<v Speaker 3>a blast meeting all the other nerds. First of all,
<v Speaker 3>the person I was sitting next to him and his
<v Speaker 3>girlfriend were like R two D two and some other droid.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't even know it was sick. They had those guys.
<v Speaker 3>They had so many of those little guys and sad people,
<v Speaker 3>and it was just so much fun. Like the Rockies lost.
<v Speaker 3>I didn't even care. I was like, it does. I
<v Speaker 3>met Chewbaca first of all, so you making that sound
<v Speaker 3>was awesome. I had so much fun. I seriously stayed
<v Speaker 3>in my seats for ten minutes.
<v Speaker 1>It was like me at comic comes.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, the nerd in meat just came out. I had
<v Speaker 3>such a blast.
<v Speaker 1>Your girlfriend with you, yeah, and it was awesome. She
<v Speaker 1>stayed with you.
<v Speaker 4>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>All she did was stand behind me the whole time
<v Speaker 3>and just film me, because I was like, take a
<v Speaker 3>picture of this, take a picture of this, Take a
<v Speaker 3>picture of this, and it was it was I had
<v Speaker 3>so much fun.
<v Speaker 2>It was I saw you your picture with your Darth
<v Speaker 2>Maul T shirt.
<v Speaker 3>Yes, of course I was decked. I was trying to say,
<v Speaker 3>this is so funny, and I think I'm gonna do
<v Speaker 3>it next year. I was trying to decide of whether
<v Speaker 3>I should actually dress up or not, and I totally
<v Speaker 3>got shy and I didn't because that earlier that day,
<v Speaker 3>I had lunch with my mom and she was like, Hey,
<v Speaker 3>are you going to the Star Wars And I was
<v Speaker 3>like yes. She goes, are you gonna dress up? And
<v Speaker 3>I was like yeah, absolutely, and she's like, I wouldn't
<v Speaker 3>do that.
<v Speaker 1>I got talked out of it. She's like.
<v Speaker 3>My old mother. It's quite the trek. It's an eighty
<v Speaker 3>one hundred foot mountain. And the sun started to get
<v Speaker 3>too tired, and instead of turning around and taking his
<v Speaker 3>son back home, the father completely abandoned him, completely left
<v Speaker 3>him on a mountain park bench and said, hey, you
<v Speaker 3>wait here, I'm gonna go climb the top this mountain.
<v Speaker 3>He really wanted to climb this mountain. So that was
<v Speaker 3>at four point thirty in the morning when the boy
<v Speaker 3>got too tired at seven forty, so three hours later
<v Speaker 3>the police were notified and they found this man at
<v Speaker 3>the eighth station. There's different stations here as you go
<v Speaker 3>up the mountain. They found him at the eighth station
<v Speaker 3>and said you need to return to your son right now,
<v Speaker 3>and they're charging him with abandonment. First of all, yeah,
<v Speaker 3>son was found uninjured. He was totally fine other than
<v Speaker 3>just being tired. But yeah, this father is in a
<v Speaker 3>heap of trouble.
<v Speaker 1>That's ridiculous. List a feel good story of the morning
<v Speaker 1>right here like this. You know what, Sometimes dad just
<v Speaker 1>wants some peace and.
<v Speaker 2>Compy, right exactly.
<v Speaker 1>It's like if we went hiking with Katie, we would
<v Speaker 1>leave her at a bench and just finish.
<v Speaker 5>We've got receipts, We've got drummer, We've got Denver talking
<v Speaker 5>gets the Mile High Hike with the JKJ Legends and
<v Speaker 5>icon On makes one hundred.
<v Speaker 1>It is time for the hype. It's all the big
<v Speaker 1>stories of the day. We're pretty darn tapped in and
<v Speaker 1>I should let you know that it is all brought
<v Speaker 1>to you by Mountain High Appliance. Or you can get
<v Speaker 1>amazing savings throughout all of their showrooms whether you're replacing,
<v Speaker 1>what appliants are remodeling an entire kitchen, find top brands
<v Speaker 1>and expert device. All you have to do is go
<v Speaker 1>to mile high appliance dot Com. One of my most
<v Speaker 1>favorite days today because I got a jingle for it.
<v Speaker 1>It's National Waffle Day. Waffle We like waffle.
<v Speaker 3>Do you like pancakes? We like pancakes. Do you like
<v Speaker 3>Prince Doe?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we like Prince Those.
<v Speaker 3>Can't wait together.
<v Speaker 1>It's just so stupid. It is national. I know where
<v Speaker 1>do I find this crap? It is National Waffle Day.
<v Speaker 1>I think the waffle might be superior to the pancake.
<v Speaker 1>It depends. I'm not talking like Lego, my ago, that's crap. Belgian, Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>like Belgian.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>The thick ones.
<v Speaker 3>Hold the syrup.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, hold the syrup like somebody holds me on my honeymoon.
<v Speaker 4>Not just you know, limit ourselves to the sweet waffles,
<v Speaker 4>because waffles can go so many I mean not waffle.
<v Speaker 1>Maker waffles both ways.
<v Speaker 2>You could put.
<v Speaker 4>Stuffing in a waffle maker to mashed potatoes, like.
<v Speaker 2>You really can.
<v Speaker 4>These are things you can do. So I'm just saying
<v Speaker 4>there's a lot of ways clean toilet with them.
<v Speaker 2>There's a lot of ways. You can scrub the tile
<v Speaker 2>and shower with them, just about anything in that waffle.
<v Speaker 2>Man can wash your car with them. It has been done.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, the little grooves make perfect for holding SuDS
<v Speaker 2>because your car.
<v Speaker 1>What is the weirdest thing you could put in those
<v Speaker 1>little grooves vix vapor rube. That's always my go to.
<v Speaker 2>All kinds of stuff you can put in those groups.
<v Speaker 1>Jerry toilet bowl cleaner. Then you get in there, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>and you just scrub.
<v Speaker 2>It with scrub a dubber.
<v Speaker 1>Anyway, have a have a big old fat waffle today,
<v Speaker 1>all right? So this is another one of those anyone
<v Speaker 1>can make money on only fans. People will watch anyone
<v Speaker 1>take their clothes off for money. Lauren e Fred her middle.
<v Speaker 1>She goes by Pumpkin. She's from Honey Boo boo boo.
<v Speaker 1>It's daughter of Mama June's sister of Honey Boo boo. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>Pumpkin has officially joined only fans. She's making fifteen thousand
<v Speaker 1>dollars per day.
<v Speaker 2>No, that's no it per day?
<v Speaker 1>What is I should look her up? What is Pumpkin
<v Speaker 1>look like?
<v Speaker 4>No?
<v Speaker 1>No, no, no, my mind.
<v Speaker 2>Can't compute that. Oh no, yeah, but.
<v Speaker 1>It's the whole thing that's like, it's somebody out there's
<v Speaker 1>you know, well she has.
<v Speaker 4>A little bit of a famous name tied to her. Well, no,
<v Speaker 4>but honey, boo boo, I mean that whole family, Like
<v Speaker 4>there is that kind of notoriety tied to her name.
<v Speaker 4>So automatically people are gonna search her OnlyFans content. But
<v Speaker 4>you're right, this is along those lines of everybody's doing
<v Speaker 4>it now.
<v Speaker 1>Her favorite foods are scady and butter. She says she's
<v Speaker 1>doing it for her children. She's doing it to provide
<v Speaker 1>her kids a better lifestyle. She has kids. Yeah, I'm
<v Speaker 1>only six and I've already had three heart attacks all
<v Speaker 1>moreover saturation of Dolly Parton. I guess a Dolly Parton
<v Speaker 1>avatar is in our future. She's working with the team
<v Speaker 1>UH to create avatar performances in its early stages because
<v Speaker 1>you know, it's been in the news that her health
<v Speaker 1>I think is kind of declining a little bit. She's
<v Speaker 1>been having to cancel a bunch of events and stuff.
<v Speaker 1>But Dolly is going to keep on rocking in the future.
<v Speaker 1>This would be good at dolly Land, Dolly Park, dolly Wood, Dollywood, Dollyland.
<v Speaker 1>It would be nice to have a Dolly Parton avatar there,
<v Speaker 1>I would think. She's also opening a new hotel next
<v Speaker 1>month in downtown Nashville. It's called the Song Tailor Hotel.
<v Speaker 1>She's opening a museum called the Life of Many Colors.
<v Speaker 1>And then she's also working on a line of dog
<v Speaker 1>treats with Purina as well, Dolly Parton Dog Treats. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>the oversaturation continues. And then by far my most favorite
<v Speaker 1>story of the day, Screw all this Spider Man stuff
<v Speaker 1>that's going on right now, biggest movie of all time.
<v Speaker 1>Nicholas Cage is returning for National Treasure three. This is
<v Speaker 1>the news we need to be talking about, right, This
<v Speaker 1>is it?
<v Speaker 3>Love that series, me too, so excited for the third.
<v Speaker 3>We've waited what like twenty years.
<v Speaker 1>When was the last one? Two thousand and seven, The
<v Speaker 1>Book of Secrets. It earned about five hundred million globally,
<v Speaker 1>so it did.
<v Speaker 3>All right, So good, Nick, it's so good.
<v Speaker 1>All right, So National Treasure three it'll probably go straight
<v Speaker 1>to Disney Plus, I guess, but but you got yeah, right,
<v Speaker 1>you're awake.
<v Speaker 2>I'm so awake, all right, Katie's.
<v Speaker 1>Going on two hours of sleep, you guys.
<v Speaker 2>Well, you know what it's.
<v Speaker 1>You year?
<v Speaker 3>Why shut?
<v Speaker 2>Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 4>Okay, soppropriately, can we move on.
<v Speaker 2>To the bear.
<v Speaker 3>Bull?
<v Speaker 2>It gives you wings? Sorry? Okay?
<v Speaker 4>Anyway, Colorado Parks and Wildlife they responded to the Platte
<v Speaker 4>Park neighborhood in Denver. We're talking Pennsylvania and Louisiana after
<v Speaker 4>reports came in of a bear in a tree in Denver.
<v Speaker 2>This is just wild to me, uh there.
<v Speaker 4>So there were four bear attacks in Colorado made such
<v Speaker 4>national news because in Aspen, snow Masks, Steamboat Springs, and
<v Speaker 4>Eagle all had some bear reports because this severe drought
<v Speaker 4>forcing animals to hunt harder for food. But four winters,
<v Speaker 4>so that is why we're seeing all of these bears
<v Speaker 4>just out and about. But yeah, there were four attacks
<v Speaker 4>in one week across Colorado, and so that's what they're
<v Speaker 4>really talking about, is how it's just ramped up in
<v Speaker 4>one week across Colorado with this activity.
<v Speaker 1>So there was one in my neighborhoods. It was on
<v Speaker 1>next door. People were sharing pictures of it. So now
<v Speaker 1>when I go outside, I've got to be careful with
<v Speaker 1>my little dog.
<v Speaker 4>Well, yes, absolutely, children be a lot more mindful because
<v Speaker 4>they are out out again in record numbers.
<v Speaker 1>I gave my daughter a hatchet to carry around.
<v Speaker 2>That's smarter, you, you know, teaching me young y.
<v Speaker 1>And she got a machete thing in her back, so
<v Speaker 1>she pull it out, you know, like looks she's like,
<v Speaker 1>bring it.
<v Speaker 2>Bears, you kid.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, But honestly, it's really they're saying that. Like as
<v Speaker 4>far as seeing them, it is everywhere.
<v Speaker 1>It's not just we know that's all you talk about.
<v Speaker 2>But Jeremy and a tree in Denver, a bear.
<v Speaker 4>If you look at the video of them capturing it,
<v Speaker 4>like the bear falls out of.
<v Speaker 1>The tree, Well they tranquilized it.
<v Speaker 2>Down goes the bear.
<v Speaker 1>Anyway, what else gets crazy?
<v Speaker 4>Okay, how about the Denver Museum of Nature and Science,
<v Speaker 4>because this is big. They officially opened the newly renovated
<v Speaker 4>Storm Family wing. Yeah, so yeah, the massive east wing transformation.
<v Speaker 4>Twenty million dollar donation came in from the Storm Family Foundation.
<v Speaker 4>So it was a really big deal that that big
<v Speaker 4>of a you know, donation was put up for the
<v Speaker 4>Denver Museum of Nature and Science. It was the largest
<v Speaker 4>private gift in the museum's history.
<v Speaker 2>So they're looking to open that new wing on.
<v Speaker 4>Tuesday, September first, So they're going to have a big
<v Speaker 4>old deal.
<v Speaker 2>But have you ever been to that the Museum of
<v Speaker 2>Nature and Science?
<v Speaker 1>Oh? Absolutely, yeah, hundreds of times. So I love the
<v Speaker 1>Hall of Life there is my favorite.
<v Speaker 2>Okay. Yeah.
<v Speaker 4>So, like what's new in the wing is again the
<v Speaker 4>Storm Family Wing. They're gonna have a curiosity lab in there.
<v Speaker 4>There's going to be a classroom, community hub. Yeah, you
<v Speaker 4>can ask all kinds of questions by sky Blue so much.
<v Speaker 1>There's a cloud.
<v Speaker 4>Way you already have questions.
<v Speaker 1>Ready, Why does my dog keep look at his boy?
<v Speaker 2>So smart of you, Jeremy, to have them wind up?
<v Speaker 2>They also why does Katie keep talking about bear? Because
<v Speaker 2>they're everywhere? I mean my Denver Jeremy. Okay.
<v Speaker 4>So they also have this Infinity Theater there at the
<v Speaker 4>Denver Museum of Nature and Science. So uh, it's uh,
<v Speaker 4>it's got the advanced visual and sound upgrades in the
<v Speaker 4>Infinity Theater.
<v Speaker 2>So I believe that's just like all the way around, right.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah, So they've got that in there as well as
<v Speaker 4>an Infinity Lobby, so right when you come in, you're
<v Speaker 4>gonna see all kinds of new stuff there in the
<v Speaker 4>Storm Family Ring. And then they also have the Plaza
<v Speaker 4>that they've added to the Storm Family Wing. So that's
<v Speaker 4>a community gathering area. It connects seamlessly with City Park,
<v Speaker 4>so it is kind of neat all the stuff that
<v Speaker 4>they've added to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
<v Speaker 4>If you get a chance to check out all of
<v Speaker 4>the upgrades.
<v Speaker 2>And then one more story.
<v Speaker 4>So now you're gonna love this. It is the third
<v Speaker 4>annual park Hill Cat Tour. Schedule for this Sunday. Okay,
<v Speaker 4>so they have sessions.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, one at nine, one at one, and one. It is.
<v Speaker 2>I just love this so much. It's a free, whimsical
<v Speaker 2>community event. One two. It brings cat lovers together.
<v Speaker 4>And what you do is you walk around park Hill
<v Speaker 4>and you admire the local felines that lounge and windows,
<v Speaker 4>hang out on your porches, and ride along in pet strollers.
<v Speaker 1>You would love it.
<v Speaker 4>So you're just walking around park Hill looking in people's windows,
<v Speaker 4>checking out their cats.
<v Speaker 2>That is the Parkill Cat Tour.
<v Speaker 5>Good.
<v Speaker 2>I knew you would like it.
<v Speaker 4>And if they're hanging out on the porch, they're just
<v Speaker 4>riding along in the ped stroll around.
<v Speaker 2>One is your prime cat.
<v Speaker 4>Peep in time, all right, just saying yeah, there there's
<v Speaker 4>your Maha.
<v Speaker 5>Hype.
<v Speaker 2>I liked it.
<v Speaker 1>That's pretty good.
