<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie, and Josh.
<v Speaker 2>Fix 100.
<v Speaker 3>National Weather Service says the front range will see another
<v Speaker 3>round of afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Today's the best day
<v Speaker 3>to catch large hail, damaging wind, and heavy rain, and
<v Speaker 3>maybe some flooding. So that's a little later this afternoon
<v Speaker 3>after you're done eating your Lunchables there at work. Maybe
<v Speaker 3>if you park under a tree or something, get a
<v Speaker 3>little closer.
<v Speaker 4>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Because you could get dinged up today. So I don't
<v Speaker 3>like that at all.
<v Speaker 5>I don't either.
<v Speaker 3>I don't like hail at all.
<v Speaker 6>The reason I got a garage is because the hail
<v Speaker 6>around here is bananas.
<v Speaker 3>It's bananas.
<v Speaker 1>It is.
<v Speaker 3>Well, if we get a lot of hail today, I
<v Speaker 3>would imagine that you're going to see the social media posts,
<v Speaker 3>people holding their hands out with the hail in them,
<v Speaker 3>you know. The story here, though, says... People are not
<v Speaker 3>really posting on social much anymore. It's pretty much taken
<v Speaker 3>a nosedive. More than half of people say they are
<v Speaker 3>posting less than they did five years ago. And then
<v Speaker 3>many more people are being incredibly selective about what they share.
<v Speaker 3>I'm kind of in that camp right now. I am
<v Speaker 3>not on it at all. I'll hop on and do
<v Speaker 3>a couple things for work. And then, boom, I'm off.
<v Speaker 3>Once you start realizing how much time you're wasting on
<v Speaker 3>the socials, it really makes you reevaluate what you're looking at.
<v Speaker 5>And not only that, but how it makes you feel.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, when you post something on social media and
<v Speaker 6>it doesn't get any traction, why does that make you
<v Speaker 6>feel bad?
<v Speaker 5>Or if it does get traction, then you're like.
<v Speaker 7>looking constantly checking.
<v Speaker 6>It yeah it's just silly but um i've also noticed
<v Speaker 6>like as far as posting i am so selective as
<v Speaker 6>far as what i'm putting out there it it has
<v Speaker 6>changed a lot for me a lot so i would agree.
<v Speaker 3>With that uh like my long eyebrow hair yesterday that'll
<v Speaker 3>definitely give you the feels.
<v Speaker 5>I mean, that was just gross. That was just odd.
<v Speaker 5>And we were all like, what is happening to you?
<v Speaker 3>Very selective on what we post.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Now we'll get you fired up with the Big Shwet
<v Speaker 3>100 Sports Report. Story out this morning. Ranking the best
<v Speaker 3>sports nicknames of all time.
<v Speaker 7>It's got to be.
<v Speaker 3>I feel like I know who it is.
<v Speaker 4>Do you? Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Who is it?
<v Speaker 7>Is it The Great One? Wayne Gretzky?
<v Speaker 3>That's got to be the number one. No, actually, it's
<v Speaker 3>Happy Gilmore.
<v Speaker 6>Yes.
<v Speaker 5>Is it really? Are you messing with me?
<v Speaker 3>Dang it, Jeremy. It's Wayne Gretzky.
<v Speaker 6>I was really excited that it was going to be
<v Speaker 6>Happy Gilmore.
<v Speaker 7>This list sucks.
<v Speaker 3>The Great Bambino made the list.
<v Speaker 6>Mr.
<v Speaker 3>October, the big unit. Jokes with that one. Chocolate Thunder,
<v Speaker 3>the big hurt. The Minister of Defense. Diesel for Shaq. Megatron.
<v Speaker 3>Why isn't Air Jordan higher on the list? Air Jordan
<v Speaker 3>should be top three.
<v Speaker 7>I thought that would be top five, top three.
<v Speaker 3>Stone Cold? Give me some Steve Austin at the top
<v Speaker 3>of this list. All the Way May made the list.
<v Speaker 3>Benny the Jet Rodriguez.
<v Speaker 5>Yes.
<v Speaker 3>Smalls and Hamilton Ham Porter also made the list. Okay,
<v Speaker 3>those are good ones.
<v Speaker 5>I appreciate those ones making it. Okay.
<v Speaker 3>And happy Gilmore. Okay, so if you're out exercising, getting
<v Speaker 3>on your fitness today, maybe you're wearing one of those
<v Speaker 3>smart watches, you got a Fitbit on, they've got those
<v Speaker 3>ring now, those rings that you can put on that
<v Speaker 3>track all your activity and biometrics. What if you could
<v Speaker 3>just dump all that, leave it at home, and track
<v Speaker 3>your fitness through your skin? This is pretty neat. Scientists...
<v Speaker 3>have created a wearable paint that you can put directly
<v Speaker 3>onto your skin. It looks kind of like a temporary tattoo.
<v Speaker 3>So you could put something fun on there. Like, I'm
<v Speaker 3>into sharks. I'm going to have a shark tattoo with
<v Speaker 3>this special paint.
<v Speaker 7>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Anyway, the paint is embedded in the paint is polymer electrodes.
<v Speaker 3>So it tracks your fitness through your skin. They say
<v Speaker 3>it's excellent. at tracking muscle activity, heart rate, even brain waves.
<v Speaker 3>They tested it on people on treadmills and working out
<v Speaker 3>and all that crap, and boom, it shot all the
<v Speaker 3>information to their phones, and they didn't have to wear
<v Speaker 3>any sort of device while they were working out. How
<v Speaker 3>neat is that?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, I mean.
<v Speaker 3>It's kind of sketchy to me.
<v Speaker 5>Exactly.
<v Speaker 7>I'm a little concerned.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, you get tattoos. You got tattoos all over you.
<v Speaker 3>That's injected into you.
<v Speaker 5>That has been proven over and over and over again.
<v Speaker 6>The tale as old as time now with tattoos.
<v Speaker 3>What's the tale as old as time? Well, people have
<v Speaker 3>done it.
<v Speaker 5>And so we know that it's... Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>And you get hepatitis from it.
<v Speaker 5>So I'm going to let everybody else do this first.
<v Speaker 3>Hepatitis is a tale as old as time, too.
<v Speaker 7>I know, but that's the thing.
<v Speaker 5>That doesn't happen.
<v Speaker 3>This is on top.
<v Speaker 5>They've taken measures to prevent all that.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, but it soaks into the skin.
<v Speaker 6>The first couple people got hepatitis, maybe, but then they
<v Speaker 6>figured it out.
<v Speaker 5>Like, I'm going to let.
<v Speaker 7>These people figure out.
<v Speaker 3>No more hep.
<v Speaker 5>No more hep.
<v Speaker 3>We've got to wash the needles and then do it again.
<v Speaker 6>See?
<v Speaker 3>We figured it out.
<v Speaker 7>Don't reuse them.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe like the first couple shark tattoos. I'll let you
<v Speaker 5>guys get them.
<v Speaker 3>Listen, it's on top of your skin. You just wash
<v Speaker 3>it off. Your skin absorbs things that are on top
<v Speaker 3>of it. You've got a massive tattoo on your back.
<v Speaker 5>There's electro loads in there or something.
<v Speaker 3>I got your electro load.
<v Speaker 5>Okay. I don't know why you have mine, but okay.
<v Speaker 7>Okay. It just seems a little sketchy to me.
<v Speaker 3>That's all. A little sketchy. That would be my sports name, actually. Electroload?
<v Speaker 3>Jeremy the Electroload.
<v Speaker 7>His.
<v Speaker 3>Ew. What?
<v Speaker 6>El.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know.
<v Speaker 7>You do it first. Let us know how it goes.
<v Speaker 8>Yeah, exactly.
<v Speaker 1>All right.
<v Speaker 3>What else you got?
<v Speaker 6>All right.
<v Speaker 2>Well, the World Humanoid Robot Games happened a few days
<v Speaker 2>ago in Beijing, China. And I don't like this. These
<v Speaker 2>humanoid robots are becoming... so lifelike they actually did the
<v Speaker 2>100 meter dash and one of those robots beat Usain
<v Speaker 2>Bolt's record of 9.58 seconds like that is a smashed
<v Speaker 2>world record and this humanoid robot beat it in 9.39
<v Speaker 2>seconds so he crushed that one some things that are
<v Speaker 2>funny about this that kind of made the news as
<v Speaker 2>well is the robots aren't good at stopping yet they're
<v Speaker 2>really good at going and they get to where they're
<v Speaker 2>going fast but they don't stop very well and one
<v Speaker 2>of them smashed into a wall and And actually broke
<v Speaker 2>into like 100 pieces and sparks were flying everywhere.
<v Speaker 7>So they're working on that.
<v Speaker 2>But I think this is just going to lead to
<v Speaker 2>a future that we're just going to be watching robots
<v Speaker 2>do everything.
<v Speaker 7>Robot football.
<v Speaker 6>No.
<v Speaker 7>Robot boxing.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, why not? I'm not a fan of that. It'll
<v Speaker 3>help reduce brain damage in these athletes.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, but you know.
<v Speaker 7>Okay, that's another thing.
<v Speaker 2>You know if you are an athlete of a high caliber,
<v Speaker 2>you know what you're getting yourself into. Like you kind
<v Speaker 2>of sign up for that. We know enough now that
<v Speaker 2>there is possibilities of.
<v Speaker 3>It's like the tattoos. We know enough.
<v Speaker 5>Exactly.
<v Speaker 7>That's also true. But I don't like this. I don't
<v Speaker 7>want to watch robots in my future.
<v Speaker 5>I don't either.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, the thing is, is it takes such dedication
<v Speaker 6>to be an athlete at that level.
<v Speaker 5>You train your whole life. And if you just build
<v Speaker 5>a robot who's going to be a D1 athlete, the
<v Speaker 5>minute it comes out of the.
<v Speaker 3>Box, that's not.
<v Speaker 1>It's not fun. It's not interesting.
<v Speaker 3>From what I understand, you've got a D1 athlete in
<v Speaker 3>your nightstand, so... Why are you so mad at the robots?
<v Speaker 5>You know what? They've earned that right, too.
<v Speaker 3>Don't act like you're against robots. I've heard your stories.
<v Speaker 3>Shut up. That also sparks a lot. Shut up, Jeremy.
<v Speaker 3>What's blowing up?
<v Speaker 5>We've got receipts.
<v Speaker 3>We've got drama.
<v Speaker 5>We've got Denver talking.
<v Speaker 3>It's the Mile High Hype.
<v Speaker 1>With JKJ.
<v Speaker 7>Legends and icons.
<v Speaker 5>On Mix 100.
<v Speaker 3>Well, it is time to talk about everything that is
<v Speaker 3>trending this morning, all brought to you by Mountain High Appliance,
<v Speaker 3>where you can get amazing savings throughout all their showrooms,
<v Speaker 3>whether you're replacing one appliance or you're remodeling an entire kitchen.
<v Speaker 3>You can find top brands and expert advice. All you
<v Speaker 3>have to do is go to mountainhighappliance.com. Talk about the
<v Speaker 3>oversaturation of heaven today.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>May she rest.
<v Speaker 5>That was very sad news yesterday.
<v Speaker 3>Well, I am definitely heartbroken about it. Obviously, if you've
<v Speaker 3>listened to this show for many years, I've always had a...
<v Speaker 3>It's a very tongue-in-cheek segment regarding Dolly Parton and the
<v Speaker 3>oversaturation of Dolly Parton because she truly was everywhere. We
<v Speaker 3>just talked about her on Monday because she was coming
<v Speaker 3>out with her own line of dog treats.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>She had now expanded her brand into dog treats. So
<v Speaker 3>I had some fun with Dolly over the years, but
<v Speaker 3>truly one of my most favorite celebrities of all time.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, who doesn't love Dolly? She just did so
<v Speaker 6>many good things.
<v Speaker 3>An icon, right?
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>An icon, and I think that's why I brought her
<v Speaker 3>up on the show so much, because everybody loved her.
<v Speaker 3>You never heard anybody say a bad thing about Dolly Parton,
<v Speaker 3>and to get that news yesterday was kind of like
<v Speaker 3>a punch in the gut for a lot of people.
<v Speaker 3>Social media was flooded with stuff about Dolly. She did
<v Speaker 3>face a brief battle with cancer, it sounds like. Passed
<v Speaker 3>away in the hospital. Do I have, is this her nephew?
<v Speaker 4>No.
<v Speaker 3>Actually, I want to play you this really quick. I
<v Speaker 3>pulled this little clip of Dolly. Here you go.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait.
<v Speaker 6>Hold on.
<v Speaker 3>I swear I know what I'm doing.
<v Speaker 6>All right, here.
<v Speaker 3>Here's some dog.
<v Speaker 4>You are enough, and anyone who tells you otherwise isn't
<v Speaker 4>worth your time.
<v Speaker 6>You got this.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, I'm talking to you.
<v Speaker 4>Other people didn't always believe in me, and in those times,
<v Speaker 4>I had to believe in myself. Plus, nothing's better than
<v Speaker 4>proving people wrong. Make a list of the things you
<v Speaker 4>love about yourself. They can be big or small, like
<v Speaker 4>I cook a mean chicken pot pie, or I'm a
<v Speaker 4>great mom. And if you tell yourself enough nice things, eventually...
<v Speaker 4>you'll believe them too.
<v Speaker 3>She's like a total ray of sunshine, right? Did you
<v Speaker 3>see all of her quotes?
<v Speaker 5>I love it.
<v Speaker 6>Like, I love that she is remembered so kindly. And
<v Speaker 6>she did so many good things while she was here
<v Speaker 6>that that's how people are going to remember her.
<v Speaker 5>I saw Dr. Seuss, the page on Facebook, posted something.
<v Speaker 6>And they talked about her imagination library where she gifted
<v Speaker 6>over 300 million books to children around the world. And
<v Speaker 6>they were like, from one literary icon to another, we
<v Speaker 6>will always love you, Dolly. So everybody was showing the
<v Speaker 6>love for Dolly Parton and continues to do so today.
<v Speaker 3>I saw Denver got about three and a half million
<v Speaker 3>of those books, too. So we definitely got a piece
<v Speaker 3>of that. There was some stuff floating around yesterday. I
<v Speaker 3>was doing my research on it that says they were
<v Speaker 3>saying that Dolly Parton gave away more than $ 500 million
<v Speaker 3>over her lifetime. I'm sure. That is difficult to independently
<v Speaker 3>verify the total that she's given away. But, yes, the
<v Speaker 3>Imagination Library, the Dolly Parton Foundation for Education. She paid
<v Speaker 3>for a bunch of kids to stay in school and
<v Speaker 3>go to college. She helped Tennessee wildfire victims. She helped
<v Speaker 3>with the COVID vaccine research. children's medical research, women's health care,
<v Speaker 3>children's hospitals, wildlife conservation and The list goes on and
<v Speaker 3>on and on.
<v Speaker 5>It does.
<v Speaker 3>And they say she still had something like a $ 700 million,
<v Speaker 3>what do they call that, net worth when she passed.
<v Speaker 3>So what a true giver, though.
<v Speaker 6>Well, and she did so much of it anonymously, so
<v Speaker 6>we don't even know how much she actually gave. She
<v Speaker 6>was so humble about it. She didn't want people to
<v Speaker 6>know that she was doing that.
<v Speaker 3>That's the way you do it. That is the way
<v Speaker 3>you do it. CBS is airing an hour-long special tonight
<v Speaker 3>at 10 o'clock to pay tribute to Dolly. So that's
<v Speaker 3>probably 8 o'clock our time is what I'm guessing. Anyway,
<v Speaker 3>so if you want to watch that. If we have
<v Speaker 3>time here after... the hype. I'm going to play a
<v Speaker 3>little dolly too.
<v Speaker 5>Good.
<v Speaker 3>It's one of my personal favorites as we should. Yeah,
<v Speaker 3>I think so. Yeah, we need to do it. All right.
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to hold onto the weatherman stuff for later.
<v Speaker 3>It just doesn't feel right.
<v Speaker 6>Okay. All right.
<v Speaker 3>What else you got?
<v Speaker 6>All right. Well, we're going to talk about schools, uh,
<v Speaker 6>just because they've got, uh, some schools consolidating now, Boulder
<v Speaker 6>Valley school district. They're proposing this plan to close six schools,
<v Speaker 6>consolidate for school buildings and reduce the district's overall capacity. Now, Anna,
<v Speaker 6>she's a mom, she's got kids in Superior, and she says,
<v Speaker 6>you know, it's probably going to affect her kids.
<v Speaker 5>She's just hoping it's going to turn out okay.
<v Speaker 8>You know, I'm not thrilled, but I do appreciate the
<v Speaker 8>work that they've put into it. As long as they
<v Speaker 8>use the resources and the space well, and our classes
<v Speaker 8>don't get huge, and they take care of the teachers,
<v Speaker 8>then fine.
<v Speaker 6>Okay. And, you know, the district, they're trying to do
<v Speaker 6>the best they can as well. They're working on staffing
<v Speaker 6>and transportation plans. Because hundreds of students could change schools
<v Speaker 6>under this proposal as early as next year. So we're
<v Speaker 6>looking at a big shift in schools. And a lot
<v Speaker 6>of that reason, I mean, the kids are just not
<v Speaker 6>being born.
<v Speaker 3>People ain't doing it and doing it and doing it well.
<v Speaker 5>They don't have the kids to fill the schools.
<v Speaker 3>Get your freak on.
<v Speaker 6>And so it's like as much as people, because I
<v Speaker 6>hear people giving the schools a hard time.
<v Speaker 5>And it's like they're just trying to.
<v Speaker 6>Get ahead of this problem that we've been seeing for
<v Speaker 6>years in Colorado.
<v Speaker 5>So hopefully this does.
<v Speaker 6>Something to alleviate all of that. But another thing that
<v Speaker 6>they're looking at doing right now is Denver Water considering
<v Speaker 6>a full ban on watering because of the drought. So
<v Speaker 6>right now they're down to two times a week, and
<v Speaker 6>they are set to decide today whether to ban its 1.5
<v Speaker 6>million units.
<v Speaker 5>Customers from all lawn watering.
<v Speaker 6>Starting in October as drought conditions continue.
<v Speaker 5>Across the region.
<v Speaker 6>I did read a story that says El Nino is
<v Speaker 6>supposed to bring a lot more moisture this fall.
<v Speaker 5>We are supposed to get hit.
<v Speaker 6>Hopefully that helps us a little bit, but 90% of
<v Speaker 6>the state, I believe, is in a drought right now.
<v Speaker 3>Do you see pictures of Lake Dillon right now? You
<v Speaker 3>can walk out into the middle of it with your
<v Speaker 3>metal detector.
<v Speaker 5>It's shocking and it's sad.
<v Speaker 3>And yeah, I mean, again, they said the lake has
<v Speaker 3>looked like that before. It's like, you know, this is
<v Speaker 3>it goes up and down.
<v Speaker 6>But again, something they have to get ahead of, though,
<v Speaker 6>because if it's like that and they're just letting people
<v Speaker 6>water whenever they want, like then it's going.
<v Speaker 5>To get worse. So this is something, again, I just
<v Speaker 5>I feel like they have to get ahead of it.
<v Speaker 3>This is probably something where they're going to ban like
<v Speaker 3>washing your cars and stuff to outside, I would imagine.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>I imagine.
<v Speaker 4>Scary.
<v Speaker 2>All right.
<v Speaker 6>And then just one more, because this is happening today,
<v Speaker 6>coming up later, the world-famous Waffle Wednesday. So this is
<v Speaker 6>Battery 61 off Calamith Street. And so they've got a
<v Speaker 6>breakfast mixer and International Dog Day party on the roof deck.
<v Speaker 6>So the event is free and open to people and dogs.
<v Speaker 6>And they've got a local artist there that's going to
<v Speaker 6>be painting portraits of your dogs.
<v Speaker 5>And that money is going to go.
<v Speaker 6>Towards Foothills Animal Shelters Community Room in Golden. They're going
<v Speaker 6>to paint a mural there at the community room in Golden.
<v Speaker 5>So if you can go and.
<v Speaker 6>Support them at Battery 61 off Kalamath Street again in Denver,
<v Speaker 6>do so today.
<v Speaker 3>So there you go.
<v Speaker 5>There's your Mount High hype.
<v Speaker 3>All right. So Dolly is on record as saying that
<v Speaker 3>she was driving around with her husband, Carl Dean, in
<v Speaker 3>their car, their convertible, back in 1993. And this rock
<v Speaker 3>hit came on the radio. And she's like, I like
<v Speaker 3>this collective soul. So she did a bluegrass rendition of Shine,
<v Speaker 3>and she ended up winning a Grammy for it for
<v Speaker 3>Best Female Country Vocal Performance, and it is by far
<v Speaker 3>one of my most favorite Dolly songs. I'm a 90s
<v Speaker 3>alternative slut anyway.
<v Speaker 5>Well, collective soul, I mean, there it is.
<v Speaker 3>I mean, come on. So for the next three minutes
<v Speaker 3>and 41 seconds, we'll let Dolly wow you this morning
<v Speaker 3>with Jeremy, Katie, and Josh.
<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie, and Josh.
<v Speaker 2>Mix 100.
<v Speaker 3>Now, if you were listening yesterday, quick update. I got
<v Speaker 3>a new vehicle. I'm really excited about it.
<v Speaker 5>It looks nice.
<v Speaker 3>I'm back in the big truck, so that makes me
<v Speaker 3>so incredibly happy. But I took a page from Katie,
<v Speaker 3>of all people.
<v Speaker 6>Wait, what?
<v Speaker 3>Of all people.
<v Speaker 7>What?
<v Speaker 3>I was thinking about you last night. You were running
<v Speaker 3>through my mind.
<v Speaker 6>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>I was like, I wonder what Katie's doing. I wonder
<v Speaker 3>what her car's doing right now. because you know she's
<v Speaker 3>sitting on her couch eating I was like yeah she's
<v Speaker 3>down on her couch she's taking a nap in her hammock.
<v Speaker 5>For sure especially at night she's bloated.
<v Speaker 3>With her hand down in front of her pants scratching
<v Speaker 3>herself scratching herself I said.
<v Speaker 6>Lovely image so when you got your new car a
<v Speaker 6>couple months ago you went out and the very first
<v Speaker 6>thing you ordered was a club.
<v Speaker 5>Well, that's not completely true. It came with the club.
<v Speaker 3>Well, roll with me.
<v Speaker 7>It's okay.
<v Speaker 5>I'm sorry. It had a club.
<v Speaker 3>So it's got the club.
<v Speaker 6>But I use it every single day, religiously, wherever I go.
<v Speaker 3>Super paranoid.
<v Speaker 6>Wherever I go, I put this club on my car.
<v Speaker 6>I was putting it on the car after I parked
<v Speaker 6>it in my garage.
<v Speaker 4>Excessive.
<v Speaker 5>And I was like, well, that's a little much.
<v Speaker 6>So I stopped doing that, but I really do. I
<v Speaker 6>do it here, and people make fun of me because
<v Speaker 6>they think I'm not making fun of you ever again.
<v Speaker 6>This isn't a neighborhood for your car to get stolen.
<v Speaker 6>I know.
<v Speaker 5>I'm like, that's how people get their car stolen.
<v Speaker 3>It's Lone Tree, but there's still theft and stuff that
<v Speaker 3>goes down in Lone Tree. That's why they got mall
<v Speaker 3>security around Park Meadows. Exactly. Things go down. Things do.
<v Speaker 3>There's perps everywhere.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>So last night, I got onto the Zahn, and it's
<v Speaker 3>going to arrive this morning. I got a club.
<v Speaker 5>You got yourself a club.
<v Speaker 3>I don't care. We're going to be like little old
<v Speaker 3>70-year-old people putting the club on the Buick before we
<v Speaker 3>go in shopping.
<v Speaker 6>They say that the club, not only does it do
<v Speaker 6>its job and it prevents people from stealing your vehicle,
<v Speaker 6>the mere presence of it is enough.
<v Speaker 5>For people to be like, I ain't got time to
<v Speaker 5>deal with that today.
<v Speaker 3>This is going to be too much of a hassle.
<v Speaker 5>That's exactly what they think.
<v Speaker 6>So just seeing the club on your vehicle is enough
<v Speaker 6>for robbers to be like, Not today.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, we're clubbing for sure. So when people ask if like, hey,
<v Speaker 3>you guys club? We're like, yeah, we club all day long.
<v Speaker 3>Share the club. We've been clubbing for a long time.
<v Speaker 3>So I don't care. I don't care what people think
<v Speaker 3>of me. I don't care what my coworkers think of me.
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to be putting the club on.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, it feels good, too.
<v Speaker 6>And not only that, but now I've gotten into the
<v Speaker 6>process of putting that club on in like 10 seconds
<v Speaker 6>or less.
<v Speaker 7>Oh, yeah, you can quick it.
<v Speaker 3>It's like boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, done.
<v Speaker 5>Like changing tires. Like I am on it.
<v Speaker 3>I'm actually going to even step it up. I'm going
<v Speaker 3>to put two clubs on. Crisscross. I'm going to crisscross
<v Speaker 3>applesauce that on the steering wheel.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Try to take it. Come at me, bruh. Try to
<v Speaker 3>take it. Suck it.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 7>Club life.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, my God. The amount of anxiety in this studio
<v Speaker 3>is ridiculous.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Over the past couple days, my God. I know when
<v Speaker 3>I'm driving into work, I'm like, I want to hear
<v Speaker 3>about what outfit I'm going to wear to wine time.
<v Speaker 5>Have you guys picked out your clothes yet? What kind
<v Speaker 5>of shirt?
<v Speaker 3>What color socks.
<v Speaker 7>Are you going to wear?
<v Speaker 3>Oh, my God. Is this what it's like to be
<v Speaker 3>a woman?
<v Speaker 5>Yes, and that's what I want to say.
<v Speaker 6>It's so much more in-depth for me to pick out
<v Speaker 6>my outfit than it is for you.
<v Speaker 7>I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>Dress, heels, done. Out the door.
<v Speaker 6>I have tried on so many different dresses. Last night, again,
<v Speaker 6>I went to go shopping to try and find something.
<v Speaker 5>I already have the heels, so I'm trying to create
<v Speaker 5>the outfit around the heels.
<v Speaker 3>What do your heels look like?
<v Speaker 5>They're red and beautiful.
<v Speaker 6>They're so pretty, and I got my nails done to
<v Speaker 6>match the heels, so the dress.
<v Speaker 5>Has to go with everything.
<v Speaker 3>Now, I got to ask you something.
<v Speaker 1>Yes.
<v Speaker 3>I'm a little concerned about your nails. I'm going to
<v Speaker 3>give you something else to freak out about.
<v Speaker 2>Why?
<v Speaker 3>I feel like you got your nails. done too early.
<v Speaker 5>It's two days away.
<v Speaker 3>What do you mean? You got two days to chip
<v Speaker 3>them up. This is gel.
<v Speaker 7>And we ain't chipping.
<v Speaker 3>Ah, you got the gel.
<v Speaker 7>We ain't chipping.
<v Speaker 3>A little UV light on there.
<v Speaker 5>Paid extra for the gel.
<v Speaker 3>Hard as concrete.
<v Speaker 1>Yes.
<v Speaker 3>I'm familiar with the gel.
<v Speaker 6>You know.
<v Speaker 3>But you're kind of clumsy. No, it's gonna be fine.
<v Speaker 3>It's gonna be fine. If anything, I am just... Let
<v Speaker 3>me see your thumb.
<v Speaker 5>No, my thumbs.
<v Speaker 6>It's my little spatula thumb. I have two different thumbs.
<v Speaker 3>Remember? Oh, there it is.
<v Speaker 5>It's a mutant.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, it's my mutation. Well, I am concerned that they're
<v Speaker 3>going to get chipped up, but that's a nice color.
<v Speaker 6>It is.
<v Speaker 5>Thank you.
<v Speaker 6>And so I'm trying to, you know, create the outfit
<v Speaker 6>around the nails and the shoes. And so yesterday I
<v Speaker 6>was in a store and I was trying on six
<v Speaker 6>different dresses and Six dresses.
<v Speaker 3>You bougie.
<v Speaker 5>I picked out to try. I took pictures. I'm trying
<v Speaker 5>to get some feedback on it.
<v Speaker 6>And it's funny because my favorite dress, the favorite one,
<v Speaker 6>the one that fit me the best and everything, I
<v Speaker 6>totally look like.
<v Speaker 5>A little hoe.
<v Speaker 3>You're looking like a hoe.
<v Speaker 7>I do.
<v Speaker 3>Oh. Well, you got to go with the hoe dress.
<v Speaker 5>The girls are out. But it made me feel good. Like,
<v Speaker 5>I was like, ooh.
<v Speaker 1>Katie.
<v Speaker 3>Is that the one you're going to wear?
<v Speaker 5>So far, that's the winner.
<v Speaker 3>After all this anxiety.
<v Speaker 5>Here's the thing.
<v Speaker 3>Katie.
<v Speaker 5>I bought the hoe dress.
<v Speaker 2>Did you?
<v Speaker 5>I sure did.
<v Speaker 3>What color is the hoe?
<v Speaker 5>There's only one left.
<v Speaker 3>We've got to stop saying hoe.
<v Speaker 7>I know.
<v Speaker 3>What color is that dress?
<v Speaker 5>It's cream colored. You're a creamy hoe.
<v Speaker 1>It matches.
<v Speaker 5>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>I've got a new nickname for you all night at
<v Speaker 3>wine time. No, you don't. Where's that creamy hole at?
<v Speaker 5>No, you don't have a nickname for me.
<v Speaker 3>Can we get some pictures for that creamy hole?
<v Speaker 1>No.
<v Speaker 5>No, you can't. But I am excited.
<v Speaker 7>I love.
<v Speaker 5>When we get to get dressed up like this.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, it's fine.
<v Speaker 5>I really do.
<v Speaker 3>Listen, we've got clients and stuff that are going to
<v Speaker 3>be at this thing, too, on Friday night.
<v Speaker 1>I know.
<v Speaker 3>Mix 100's wine time. Buy your tickets now at mix100. com.
<v Speaker 3>So you've got to be careful you're not hoeing it
<v Speaker 3>up too much.
<v Speaker 5>Exactly. There's a level.
<v Speaker 6>There's a level that you can attain and you want
<v Speaker 6>to avoid at the same time.
<v Speaker 5>So I'm really trying to balance that out.
<v Speaker 3>How were the other dresses? Why weren't they.
<v Speaker 6>It's funny because I picked out some other ones, and
<v Speaker 6>there was one that was like a plaid-looking thing, and
<v Speaker 6>it looked like a librarian. There was a brown dress
<v Speaker 6>that was nice, but I just.
<v Speaker 3>Didn't like it.
<v Speaker 7>Brown with the red?
<v Speaker 5>No, exactly. And it had pockets on the front, and
<v Speaker 5>I didn't love that.
<v Speaker 6>And then there was a leather dress where I was like,
<v Speaker 6>are we wearing?
<v Speaker 3>It's going to be in the 90s. I will say
<v Speaker 3>it's going to be.
<v Speaker 7>In the 90s.
<v Speaker 5>But I was just, are we wearing leather again?
<v Speaker 6>It was in the normal dresses, not even on the
<v Speaker 6>clearance racks.
<v Speaker 7>Yeah, maybe.
<v Speaker 3>To the club.
<v Speaker 5>Wait a second.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, to the club maybe.
<v Speaker 6>So, yeah, it's just so much more in-depth than I'm
<v Speaker 6>going to wear this shirt and these pants and.
<v Speaker 3>These are my dress shoes. It's so funny because, like,
<v Speaker 3>for me, I haven't thought a second about what I'm
<v Speaker 3>going to wear. It's going to be a game-time decision.
<v Speaker 3>I'm like, oh, we've got to be there at 6?
<v Speaker 3>All right, 5 o'clock. What am I ironing really quick?
<v Speaker 3>I know, exactly. What do I need to throw on?
<v Speaker 5>There's so much more into it.
<v Speaker 3>I honestly have not thought about it. I guess I
<v Speaker 3>could go to the mall today and get me a
<v Speaker 3>ho shirt.
<v Speaker 7>Are we supposed to dress up for this? Oh, for
<v Speaker 7>God's sake.
<v Speaker 3>I haven't thought about it either. I haven't thought about
<v Speaker 3>it either.
<v Speaker 7>Look, I drink wine from a bag.
<v Speaker 3>I know. We're going to be classing.
<v Speaker 7>It up on Friday. Are we suiting up, Jer? Is
<v Speaker 7>this suiting up?
<v Speaker 3>No, it's only 90 degrees.
<v Speaker 7>I don't know what I'm wearing. It's a bad look?
<v Speaker 7>It's not.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know what I'm going to wear. I'll probably
<v Speaker 3>wear some skinny jeans and a nice shirt.
<v Speaker 5>No jeans.
<v Speaker 7>No jeans?
<v Speaker 5>No jeans.
<v Speaker 3>Well, there'll be, I've got like high end, different colored
<v Speaker 3>skinny jeans.
<v Speaker 5>I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>Like jeans that look like a dress pant, but they're
<v Speaker 3>jean material. See, it's so much easier. They're like jeggings.
<v Speaker 5>So much easier for you guys.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah. And then just some vans or something and we'll
<v Speaker 3>call it good. I'll be hip and trendy and. Ready
<v Speaker 3>to clown?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Down to clown. All right. Well, listen, I'm going to
<v Speaker 3>do something nice right now. If somebody wants to come
<v Speaker 3>out and hang out with us and see this creamy
<v Speaker 3>hoe across from me.

<v Speaker 2>You're going to be happy to hear Mom on the radio.
<v Speaker 5>How fast can you be?
<v Speaker 2>Fun to just play the game.
<v Speaker 1>We're at the end of the show.
<v Speaker 6>It's time.
<v Speaker 5>It's time to play Fast Five.
<v Speaker 3>303-691-1649 with Jeremy, Katie, and Josh.
<v Speaker 7>Fast Five.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, that's the number right there if you'd like to
<v Speaker 3>get in and play our fun, fun game of Fast Five. 303-691-1MIX. 303-691-1649.
<v Speaker 3>Especially if you've never played before. I know there's a
<v Speaker 3>lot of parents sitting in the carpool lanes this morning
<v Speaker 3>with their kiddos wondering if you should call in. Come on,
<v Speaker 3>let's have some fun. 303-691-1649 for Fast Five. Presented by
<v Speaker 3>our very dear partners, Bally's Casino Blackhawk. Hi, Bally's Casino.
<v Speaker 3>You get best value with $ 5 blackjack and $ 5 menu

<v Speaker 3>at Bally's Casino Blackhawk. We'll get you on the air,

<v Speaker 3>you a category. Start a 10-second timer. Within those 10 seconds,
<v Speaker 3>you've got to give me five things that have to
<v Speaker 3>do with that category. It sounds easy, but once you're
<v Speaker 3>on the spot, ooh, girl, he sees up a little bit.
<v Speaker 3>But come on, be brave. 303-691-1MIX.
<v Speaker 4>303-691-1649.
<v Speaker 3>Katie, examples. Yeah, because they're all over the place. You've
<v Speaker 3>asked for things before, like five trades.
<v Speaker 6>At a construction site. You've also said, quick, name five types.
<v Speaker 5>Of TV connections.
<v Speaker 6>Yesterday, the one that won it was five things that
<v Speaker 6>have propellers.
<v Speaker 5>It was Emily who was the big winner. So you
<v Speaker 5>never know what you're going to ask. It's part of
<v Speaker 5>the charm.
<v Speaker 3>That is absolutely right. Part of the charm for sure.
<v Speaker 6>303-691-1649.
<v Speaker 3>Listen, if you get placed on hold, don't hang up.
<v Speaker 3>I see a lot of you doing that. If you're
<v Speaker 3>on hold, that means you're in. Hang tight. Don't go anywhere.
<v Speaker 3>Get off your speaker phones and your Bluetooths. What are
<v Speaker 3>we playing for today? It's a biggie. Yeah, DMB at Fiddler's.
<v Speaker 6>That's Dave Matthews Band, and you're going to pick up
<v Speaker 6>a pair of tickets to see them at Fiddler's this
<v Speaker 6>weekend if you can win Fast Five.
<v Speaker 5>Good luck.
<v Speaker 1>Definitely.
<v Speaker 3>Big old good luck. I wonder if we're going to
<v Speaker 3>get somebody on the first try. It's been a minute
<v Speaker 3>since we had the first person boom get it. Today
<v Speaker 3>might be the day. Be brave. Kids, turn to your
<v Speaker 3>parents right now. Beg them to call 303-691-1649. And side note, parents,
<v Speaker 3>if you win this passes to go see Dave Matthews,
<v Speaker 3>that's a total date night.
<v Speaker 5>Absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>You're going to get away from your kids.
<v Speaker 4>Yay.
<v Speaker 3>Just saying.
<v Speaker 5>303-691-1649.
<v Speaker 3>All right. Don't tell your kids, though. Hi, Kelly. Hi.
<v Speaker 4>How are you?
<v Speaker 3>Well, we're super dupes. How are you today?
<v Speaker 1>Super dupes.
<v Speaker 4>Going to win.
<v Speaker 3>You're going to win, huh? Big talker. What are you
<v Speaker 3>doing today?
<v Speaker 5>Just working, running errands.
<v Speaker 3>What's your errands today?
<v Speaker 1>Taking kids to school, practices, you know, living the life.
<v Speaker 3>I was just reeling off to Katie off the air
<v Speaker 3>about my next two days of like events overlapping each other,
<v Speaker 3>like four or five things going on every night, but
<v Speaker 3>they're all overlapping on times, and we're trying to figure
<v Speaker 3>out how to make them all work.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah, it's crazy.
<v Speaker 3>Hashtag parent life, right?
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>I need a cocktail. All right, Kelly. Already? I already
<v Speaker 3>had three out in the parking lot this morning. All right, Kelly,
<v Speaker 3>in 10 seconds, no help and no cheating, okay?
<v Speaker 7>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Okay. Five fictional characters that ride horses.
<v Speaker 4>Go.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, my gosh. Paul Revere.
<v Speaker 2>No.
<v Speaker 3>No.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, this is not good. I'm not going to win.
<v Speaker 3>Paul Revere was real. Lone Ranger.
<v Speaker 6>Bummer. Okay.
<v Speaker 3>A couple more that I'm not going to give you.
<v Speaker 3>I might reuse that one. So, no, we did not
<v Speaker 3>get a winner on the first try today. Kelly, you
<v Speaker 3>have a super dupes day, though.
<v Speaker 6>You too.
<v Speaker 5>Bye.
<v Speaker 3>How do you pronounce your name? Sindel?
<v Speaker 1>Yes, correct.
<v Speaker 3>Hi, Sindel. Welcome to the show.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you.
<v Speaker 3>What are you doing today?
<v Speaker 1>Just headed to work.
<v Speaker 3>All right. What do you do?
<v Speaker 1>I work at a pharmacy.
<v Speaker 7>All right.
<v Speaker 3>Now, do you ever take any of the pills home
<v Speaker 3>with you?
<v Speaker 7>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe.
<v Speaker 6>Oh! kidding.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just kidding.
<v Speaker 5>Usually people adamantly deny that.
<v Speaker 3>No, no, no. Yeah, but you're like, hey. So if
<v Speaker 3>you were to take a couple pills home, which ones
<v Speaker 3>would you choose?
<v Speaker 1>The ones I buy over the counter.
<v Speaker 5>There you go.
<v Speaker 1>Yep.
<v Speaker 5>The legal ones.
<v Speaker 3>Look at her backpedaling.
<v Speaker 6>Exactly.
<v Speaker 1>Backpedaling.
<v Speaker 3>You're funny. Well, thank you for doing that work, and
<v Speaker 3>thank you for counting by twos each and every day.
<v Speaker 5>Thank you.
<v Speaker 3>Do you count by twos or threes or fours when
<v Speaker 3>you're putting the pills in?
<v Speaker 1>Fives.
<v Speaker 3>Fives!
<v Speaker 5>Holy crap.
<v Speaker 4>Epic, bro.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, I've got a fun fast five for you. Okay.
<v Speaker 3>This actually came in from a listener, but in 10 seconds...
<v Speaker 3>I need five fictional characters that live in the ocean.
<v Speaker 7>Go.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 5>Nemo.
<v Speaker 6>Yep.
<v Speaker 1>Ariel.
<v Speaker 4>Yep.
<v Speaker 1>Flounder.
<v Speaker 6>Yep.
<v Speaker 1>Sebastian.
<v Speaker 3>And Dory.
<v Speaker 6>Dory.
<v Speaker 3>And King Titan.
<v Speaker 1>Little Mermaid's dad, right?
<v Speaker 7>Ursula.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, man.
<v Speaker 3>You were so close.
<v Speaker 6>I know.
<v Speaker 1>That 10 seconds goes by fast.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, man. It was really nice meeting you and talking
<v Speaker 3>to you. Thank you for calling in today.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you. You too.
<v Speaker 4>Okay.
<v Speaker 6>Bye-bye.
<v Speaker 5>She was fun.
<v Speaker 3>Jenny. Hi. The note on my screen says Jenny is
<v Speaker 3>driving seven kids to school today. Oh, Jenny.
<v Speaker 1>Jenny.
<v Speaker 5>I know.
<v Speaker 2>I just need someone to get their license, like, so badly.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, my God. You need to win this so you
<v Speaker 3>can have a date night.
<v Speaker 1>I need to go see Dave.
<v Speaker 8>Yes, I do.
<v Speaker 3>You need this real bad. Oh, my goodness.
<v Speaker 5>Are all seven of those children yours, Jenny?
<v Speaker 2>They are all mine.
<v Speaker 7>Wow.
<v Speaker 5>That's a mom duty on duty.
<v Speaker 3>Is this blended family, or did you pop them all out?
<v Speaker 7>No, all mine.
<v Speaker 2>Got them the honest way.
<v Speaker 3>Good for you.
<v Speaker 5>Jenny.
<v Speaker 3>Maybe you don't need a date night, though. That might
<v Speaker 3>lead to number eight. And that'll just be too much.
<v Speaker 5>I think Jenny needs a date night.
<v Speaker 3>You totally need a date night. And kudos to you
<v Speaker 3>for juggling seven kids every morning. You're a rock star
<v Speaker 3>mom all day long.
<v Speaker 7>All right.
<v Speaker 3>No sequels. But I need you to give me five
<v Speaker 3>movies starring Mr. Dreamboat. Five movies starring Brad Pitt. Go.
<v Speaker 6>Mr.
<v Speaker 3>And Mrs.
<v Speaker 1>Smith, Ocean's Eleven. Oh, my gosh. Brad Pitt.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>That's so long ago.
<v Speaker 3>So long ago. He was just in F1 last year
<v Speaker 3>on Apple.
<v Speaker 1>Now, do you guys think I've seen a movie in
<v Speaker 1>the last year?
<v Speaker 3>Oh, that's right. Never mind. Yeah, never mind. Fight Club
<v Speaker 3>was another one of his biggies. Troy, Meet Joe Black.
<v Speaker 3>Bullet Train was in 2022. Jenny... Godspeed.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you.
<v Speaker 3>Have a good day.
<v Speaker 6>Bye. Bye.
<v Speaker 3>Have a good one. Oh, we got a knick-knack. Hi, Nicole.
<v Speaker 1>Hi, how are you?
<v Speaker 3>Well, we're super dupes. My note says you're doing laundry
<v Speaker 3>this morning. Congratulations.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, so refreshing.
<v Speaker 3>Getting it done. What is it right now? Socks and
<v Speaker 3>underwear or towels? Whites? What are we doing?
<v Speaker 5>Whites.
<v Speaker 1>Whites.
<v Speaker 7>Good guess.
<v Speaker 3>The whites?
<v Speaker 5>All right.
<v Speaker 3>A little bleach action going on. Good for you.
<v Speaker 8>Yep.
<v Speaker 3>Do you work? Do you have a job?
<v Speaker 7>I do.
<v Speaker 1>I work graveyards. 911 just got supervisor.
<v Speaker 3>Well, thank you for doing that. That's got to be
<v Speaker 3>pretty intense.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah, sometimes.
<v Speaker 3>All right. What do I have for you? Oh, this
<v Speaker 3>one's cute. In 10 seconds, knick-knack, I need five places
<v Speaker 3>that you might wear a robe.
<v Speaker 2>Go. The spa?
<v Speaker 3>Yep. At home? You bet. Hurry.
<v Speaker 1>I have a neighbor that checks his mail with the
<v Speaker 1>room on vacation.
<v Speaker 3>I have a neighbor that checks his mail. Yeah, hotel, motel,
<v Speaker 3>at the pool maybe. What was the one you said
<v Speaker 3>off the air, Katie? We can't say.
<v Speaker 5>I can't say that one.
<v Speaker 3>When you're visiting a lady of the night. Is that
<v Speaker 3>what you meant?
<v Speaker 6>Well.
<v Speaker 3>Well, you never know. Nicole, thank you for calling.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you.
<v Speaker 3>Okay, bye. A lady of the night. How do you
<v Speaker 3>pronounce your name? Malachi? Malachi? Malachi? Malachi? Malachi. There you go.
<v Speaker 7>Wow, I was way off.
<v Speaker 3>Can I still call you Malachi? Yeah, that works.
<v Speaker 1>I'm used to people mispronouncing it, so it's close enough.
<v Speaker 3>Well, I butchered that. Yeah, you did. Malachi? Well, it
<v Speaker 3>looks like Malachi. Hey, you never know anymore. We talked
<v Speaker 3>about kids yesterday being named after weapons.
<v Speaker 7>Yeah, okay.
<v Speaker 3>All right, Malachi, turn down your radio.
<v Speaker 4>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, we're getting some feedback. Oh, all righty.
<v Speaker 8>Oh, oh.
<v Speaker 3>All right, you want to play Fast Five? Absolutely. All right, Malachi.
<v Speaker 3>Your letter is R. R. R. Like robot.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Or ro-boat. Five companies that start with the letter R. Go.
<v Speaker 1>Redbox. Sorry, buddy.
<v Speaker 3>Have a good day.
<v Speaker 1>Everything just left my brain.
<v Speaker 7>I know.
<v Speaker 3>It's like me trying to read your name. I blanked.
<v Speaker 5>Out the window.
<v Speaker 2>I can't think about anything anymore.
<v Speaker 3>That's all right, Malachi. We'll see you later, bud.
<v Speaker 5>Thank you, Malachi.
<v Speaker 3>Thank you for listening. Bye, Malachichi.
<v Speaker 5>Malachi.
<v Speaker 3>Listen, sometimes I blank out for a minute like he did. Hi, Vanessa.
<v Speaker 8>Hey, how are you?
<v Speaker 3>We're fine, thank you. How are you today? I'm good.
<v Speaker 1>I'm pulling over, so I'm going to be safe.
<v Speaker 7>Okay, good.
<v Speaker 3>That's very wise. I would like to get a winner.
<v Speaker 3>Our phone lines are still just jammed. That's the funny
<v Speaker 3>thing about this game. It's just jam-packed. Will you make
<v Speaker 3>everybody on hold really pissed off by finally winning this?
<v Speaker 1>I would love that. Because we're planning to go see.
<v Speaker 3>Dave Matthews.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, my God.
<v Speaker 5>I would love it.
<v Speaker 1>Yes, let's do it.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, my God.
<v Speaker 7>Oh, my God.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, my God.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, my gosh. Let me pull up a list. I
<v Speaker 3>had a list here on my phone for this one,
<v Speaker 3>just so I have a few of these. What else
<v Speaker 3>are you doing today?
<v Speaker 1>I'm supposed to go see Dave Matthews.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, no way.
<v Speaker 1>I'm very excited.
<v Speaker 3>That's a great concert.
<v Speaker 1>It looks like it might storm, though, so.
<v Speaker 3>Ah, you'll be fine. Bring a poncho. All right, your
<v Speaker 3>letter is R like robot, Vanessa. I need five companies
<v Speaker 3>that start with that letter R.
<v Speaker 7>Go.
<v Speaker 1>Redbox, Roco, oh, shoot. Red Robin, Red Caravan.
<v Speaker 6>Ah!
<v Speaker 3>Well, Vanessa. Darn it, you didn't get it.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't mean to touch.
<v Speaker 3>It's all right. I dumped you. Don't worry about it.
<v Speaker 3>Nobody will ever know. You have a filthy, filthy mouth.
<v Speaker 3>You have a filthy mouth.
<v Speaker 5>I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to put you on hold before you say
<v Speaker 3>the F word. Thank you for playing, Vanessa. My God,
<v Speaker 3>this is going on forever, Jess.
<v Speaker 4>Jess.
<v Speaker 3>Hello.
<v Speaker 5>Hi.
<v Speaker 3>Hey, what's up?
<v Speaker 1>Sorry, I have really bad allergies today, so I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if today's the day.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, you sound like you kind of have a sexy
<v Speaker 3>voice right now. Ooh, a little gravelly. I like it
<v Speaker 3>when women talk like this, Jessica. You sound super sexy today.
<v Speaker 1>I disturbed someone in public by sneezing like 15 times.
<v Speaker 3>Did I get away from this creeper? All right, your
<v Speaker 3>letter is R, like robot. I need five companies that
<v Speaker 3>start with that letter R. Go.
<v Speaker 1>Rubbermaid, Reese's, Ronald McDonald House.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, for the love of God.
<v Speaker 2>Man.
<v Speaker 3>Did you say Reese's? We got to let you go, Jess. Jess,
<v Speaker 3>thank you for calling. I got to let you go.
<v Speaker 3>I hung up on her. Reese's. Reese's. Kristen.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>You ready?
<v Speaker 2>I am.
<v Speaker 3>R like robot. Five companies that start with the letter R. Go.
<v Speaker 1>Red Robin. Robert Haas. Red Bull. Ralph Lauren.
<v Speaker 4>RTD.
<v Speaker 3>What was the last one you said?
<v Speaker 5>RTD.
<v Speaker 3>That was RTD. Thanks for the break. Those guys?
<v Speaker 6>Yeah. Yeah.
<v Speaker 5>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Do you know what you are supposed to say to
<v Speaker 3>me when you win Fast Five?
<v Speaker 1>Jeremy, play the Winnie Wins. sound.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah!
<v Speaker 3>Finally got it! Woo!
<v Speaker 5>Awesome!
<v Speaker 3>You're awesome, Kristen. You finally put a bullet in this game.
<v Speaker 3>Thank you so very much. I'm going to put you
<v Speaker 3>on hold. We're going to come back and tell you
<v Speaker 3>how to get those tickets to Dave Matthews Band this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you so much.
<v Speaker 3>Well, thank you so much. Well, that's a nice lady
<v Speaker 3>right there.
<v Speaker 5>That was awesome. That's good stuff.
<v Speaker 1>Jerry, Katie, and Josh. Mix 100.
<v Speaker 3>All right, Katie, Katie, you are out in the world. Boy,
<v Speaker 3>we've heard all the stories about you out there.
<v Speaker 1>Sure have.
<v Speaker 3>I know a lot of ladies that listen to this
<v Speaker 3>morning show. They're out and about trying to find a man.
<v Speaker 3>There's this list out this morning where the ladies are
<v Speaker 3>listing guy flexes that can instantly make them incredibly attractive.
<v Speaker 6>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>I got to ask you before I get into some
<v Speaker 3>of these. Do you kind of have, like, maybe, like,
<v Speaker 3>a top five of, like, what you're looking for in
<v Speaker 3>a dude?
<v Speaker 5>I can tell you right now what gets me going.
<v Speaker 1>Perfect.
<v Speaker 5>What is it?
<v Speaker 7>Oh, hang on. Sorry.
<v Speaker 3>Take a minute.
<v Speaker 6>Shirt off, bandana on, in the backyard, chopping wood like
<v Speaker 6>it's your job.
<v Speaker 3>Too bad you live in an apartment. I know, but
<v Speaker 3>that is... But maybe he's got a place.
<v Speaker 6>If I came across a man doing that, I would just.
<v Speaker 5>Hi. I'm Katie. It would be over for that guy.
<v Speaker 5>And for me.
<v Speaker 3>You got it all laid out. Did he just get
<v Speaker 3>out of prison or something? I don't know.
<v Speaker 7>I don't know.
<v Speaker 6>But that's just like my image of like sexy, you know?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>So that'll do it for me. Let's see if I
<v Speaker 3>have shirtless wood chopping on the list.
<v Speaker 1>No.
<v Speaker 4>No?
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 5>Well, what do you got?
<v Speaker 3>These things are a little deeper than that.
<v Speaker 6>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>You know, deeper than the physical. Oh, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Forgot about that part, huh?
<v Speaker 3>Okay, so. No joke. This is going to be incredibly
<v Speaker 3>self-serving for me because I feel like I check a
<v Speaker 3>lot of these boxes.
<v Speaker 1>Anyway.
<v Speaker 3>Thoughtfulness is a guy flex that instantly makes him more attractive.
<v Speaker 3>Like little things like grabbing a snack or a drink
<v Speaker 3>for you as well when he's getting one for himself.
<v Speaker 3>So like if he's going to the kitchen and grabbing
<v Speaker 3>himself a bag of gummy bears, he'll bring you back
<v Speaker 3>a bag of gummy bears as well.
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>That's a flex.
<v Speaker 5>And you're like, oh, I like thoughtfulness is good.
<v Speaker 6>I like that.
<v Speaker 3>OK, let me put it.
<v Speaker 4>Check.
<v Speaker 2>OK.
<v Speaker 3>Katie likes thoughtfulness. And chopping wood. Bandana. This one is
<v Speaker 3>maybe a ding on me. I mean, I like animals.
<v Speaker 3>I got no beef. But, like, number two is loving animals.
<v Speaker 3>When your man loves animals and the animals love him
<v Speaker 3>back and he's gentle and nice to them, that's an
<v Speaker 3>enormous green flag. That's a huge flag.
<v Speaker 5>Two flags.
<v Speaker 2>Really?
<v Speaker 5>We'll give that one to you. Well, because animals are
<v Speaker 5>so vulnerable and they're so helpless at times. You know,
<v Speaker 5>it's our job to take care of them.
<v Speaker 6>And when a man sees that and a man wants
<v Speaker 6>to go above and beyond to make sure an animal
<v Speaker 6>is taken care of, it makes you think that they'll
<v Speaker 6>also do that for you, you know?
<v Speaker 5>And so that'll carry on to their love for you.
<v Speaker 3>Brush my hair.
<v Speaker 5>And bathe me.
<v Speaker 6>Exactly.
<v Speaker 5>Cuddle me, tell me I'm pretty.
<v Speaker 3>Pick up my poop from the backyard while you're chopping
<v Speaker 3>your what?
<v Speaker 5>Tell me I'm a good girl.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, I guess I can't wait till our hamster and
<v Speaker 3>dog are gone. No, Jeremy, that's not. I do love them.
<v Speaker 3>But it's going to be nice when we don't have
<v Speaker 3>animals and we don't have the responsibility and we don't
<v Speaker 3>have to have people watch them while we're going on vacation.
<v Speaker 5>Maybe not check that one.
<v Speaker 6>Maybe not check.
<v Speaker 3>Maybe go to the next one. No J on that one.
<v Speaker 7>All right.
<v Speaker 3>Humility. Oh, no.
<v Speaker 4>Oh, no.
<v Speaker 3>Being able to admit that they don't know certain things
<v Speaker 3>and they might not be the smartest or strongest person
<v Speaker 3>in the room when they have humility. That's a flex.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>And you're like, okay, you know, that's kind of sweet.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 7>Self-aware, right?
<v Speaker 6>I think also with that accountability, that all of those
<v Speaker 6>things kind of go into one. And yeah, when you
<v Speaker 6>have somebody who can admit when they're wrong and can
<v Speaker 6>also admit when they can't do something or they need
<v Speaker 6>to learn to do something. Um, yeah, all of those
<v Speaker 6>things are just being transparent and you're not feeling like you.
<v Speaker 5>Have to wire.
<v Speaker 3>No, I'm just thinking, cause honestly, I've never had to really,
<v Speaker 3>I've never experienced that. So I don't know anything about
<v Speaker 3>being wrong or not knowing how to do anything, but
<v Speaker 3>that's cool. Some guys are like that, I guess, whatever.
<v Speaker 3>I've never had that issue. Oh, this is me all over.
<v Speaker 3>Being prepared. Thinking ahead. Anticipating things correctly. Moving from disaster
<v Speaker 3>to disaster. Even like real life disasters. I'm Mr. Prepared
<v Speaker 3>at the house. I got extra batteries and flashlights for days.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Cans of soup.
<v Speaker 6>No, I 100% agree. You put a star next to
<v Speaker 6>that one for you. And like if you're in a
<v Speaker 6>situation where it's like you need to stay calm and collected.
<v Speaker 7>You also.
<v Speaker 3>I feel like I would be like that. You'd be
<v Speaker 3>good at that. I got jumper cables in the truck. Like,
<v Speaker 3>I'm good to go.
<v Speaker 5>I'd probably freak us all out, but you would calm
<v Speaker 5>everybody down.
<v Speaker 3>So you would find me incredibly attractive because that's a flex.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Would you agree? You'd like a guy like that. Yeah.
<v Speaker 7>Prepared. Absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>He's got cans of soup in his basement. Yeah. Kindness
<v Speaker 3>to randoms. It is noticed and bodes well for a
<v Speaker 3>future relationship. Yes. Kindness to randoms.
<v Speaker 6>Well, and like when you're eating out, how you treat
<v Speaker 6>the waitstaff.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, that's good. You know what I mean?
<v Speaker 6>Like the coffee, when you're going to get your coffee,
<v Speaker 6>how you treat the barista and the people behind you.
<v Speaker 3>That's good.
<v Speaker 6>You know, yeah, when you're out and about and you
<v Speaker 6>have to communicate with others the way you do.
<v Speaker 3>That, absolutely I'm watching. When I give random prizes to
<v Speaker 3>some of our good listeners because I like them or
<v Speaker 3>they're sweet.
<v Speaker 5>Mm-hmm.
<v Speaker 3>Is that sexy?
<v Speaker 5>That's absolutely. It's nice.
<v Speaker 3>It's kind.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. Yes.
<v Speaker 3>Call their chin right now. Get something.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Collar team gets a lock of my hair.
<v Speaker 5>Really? Sorry.
<v Speaker 3>We're talking the flexes, the guy flexes that instantly make
<v Speaker 3>them more attractive, according to the ladies. Anything else I
<v Speaker 3>want to easily builds things? I like a builder. He
<v Speaker 3>could build things after chopping that wood.
<v Speaker 5>Exactly.
<v Speaker 3>Finish my own basement.
<v Speaker 1>See?
<v Speaker 3>I'll tell you. I will tell you when I put
<v Speaker 3>my tool belt on. Game over.
<v Speaker 2>Is it?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Knickknack loves the tool belt.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Remembering things.
<v Speaker 1>Yes.
<v Speaker 3>Well, I mean, that's like little things. Absolutely.
<v Speaker 5>Absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>Pro tip.
<v Speaker 6>Go ahead.
<v Speaker 3>No, no, no.
<v Speaker 5>No, you have an ongoing list. I was going to
<v Speaker 5>brag about you.
<v Speaker 3>Pro tip to the dudes. Always keep a list in
<v Speaker 3>your phone. So when your lady friend says something, I'd
<v Speaker 3>like this. We should do this.
<v Speaker 7>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>You have a note in there labeled. My sexy, sexy lady.
<v Speaker 3>And then you put the little notes in there about
<v Speaker 3>things she says.
<v Speaker 5>Then you remember.
<v Speaker 3>Making people feel comfortable is on the list. Not being
<v Speaker 3>a complainer or a whiny baby.
<v Speaker 7>Uh-oh.
<v Speaker 3>Sometimes I'm a whiny baby.
<v Speaker 5>We're all a whiny baby sometimes. But for the most part,
<v Speaker 5>you know.
<v Speaker 3>Is there anything I missed? Anything I missed in your opinion?
<v Speaker 5>Big fat muscles. Where's that on there? Big B-F-M. Big
<v Speaker 5>fat muscles.
<v Speaker 3>The final two things on the list are kind of
<v Speaker 3>funny to me because I think these ladies were having fun.
<v Speaker 3>The last two things about the flexes that guys can
<v Speaker 3>have that make them attractive. One, becoming mayor.
<v Speaker 7>What?
<v Speaker 3>And then after that, being forklift certified.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah. Those are all sexy, so I agree.
<v Speaker 3>All the dudes in the Costco warehouses, the Amazon warehouses
<v Speaker 3>right now are like, hells yeah, I'm going to get
<v Speaker 3>me some tonight. Yeah. I think we've all got that
<v Speaker 3>one co-worker that kind of makes us smile, kind of
<v Speaker 3>makes our day every time you see him. Ours is Jordan.
<v Speaker 3>She's out in our promotions department, so she handles a
<v Speaker 3>lot of our events and scheduling. She's got a filthy...
<v Speaker 3>horrible mouth, which makes it even better. You never know
<v Speaker 3>what's going to come out of her mouth. And I
<v Speaker 3>like her a lot, too, because you can dish it
<v Speaker 3>out to her and she doesn't get offended.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>She'll fire back. And then she'll think of something like
<v Speaker 3>an hour later, like a cut down. And she'll text you.
<v Speaker 3>She will text you something highly inappropriate. And I love
<v Speaker 3>her for that.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>I posted a picture yesterday of a Dolly Parton mug
<v Speaker 3>that she actually gave me.
<v Speaker 5>That was her who gave that to you, yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Because she knows I was a Dolly Parton fan, and
<v Speaker 3>I always poked fun at Dolly on the air. And
<v Speaker 3>she gave me a cup that says, Cup of Ambition.
<v Speaker 3>It's a coffee cup. And I have it on my
<v Speaker 3>shelf in my office at home. And every time I
<v Speaker 3>look at it, I think of Potty Mouth Jordan.
<v Speaker 5>She is so sweet. She is so sweet.
<v Speaker 7>We love Jordan.
<v Speaker 6>So, yeah, when someone's taking advantage of her, we were
<v Speaker 6>all like, wait, what?
<v Speaker 3>What?
<v Speaker 5>So this story.
<v Speaker 6>So we were chatting the other day and she told
<v Speaker 6>me that she's got a really busy month because she
<v Speaker 6>was talking to one of her friends and there's a
<v Speaker 6>big mud run. Right. You know, those big events where
<v Speaker 6>you're like doing obstacle courses and it's all in a
<v Speaker 6>bunch of mud.
<v Speaker 3>Quick name one thing I'll never do. I've done these before.
<v Speaker 5>They're really fun.
<v Speaker 6>But, you know, it takes a lot to get involved
<v Speaker 6>with them. And when it's in a different state. I
<v Speaker 6>imagine there's a lot of planning and stuff that goes
<v Speaker 6>with that. So she was talking to one of her
<v Speaker 6>friends about a mud run.
<v Speaker 5>I think that was in like Kansas or something like that.
<v Speaker 1>Right.
<v Speaker 5>And they were talking about how much fun it would be.
<v Speaker 6>And that conversation blossomed into, well, we should do it.
<v Speaker 6>And then they started making plans. They're looking at this
<v Speaker 6>mud run online and they are this close to booking
<v Speaker 6>the tickets.
<v Speaker 1>Right.
<v Speaker 5>So they've got this whole plan in order to go
<v Speaker 5>to a mud run in a different state.
<v Speaker 3>Yes. Question.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Does Jordan ever run a day in her life? Of course, yeah.
<v Speaker 5>What do you mean?
<v Speaker 3>Question answered.
<v Speaker 5>Thank you. Jordan.
<v Speaker 3>Jordan just doesn't seem like a runner. because she's a.
<v Speaker 5>Well, and again, it's not necessarily a run.
<v Speaker 3>She just doesn't seem like a runner.
<v Speaker 5>It's an obstacle course. It's her, like, you know, getting.
<v Speaker 3>She doesn't seem like somebody who'd be on a.
<v Speaker 6>Crawling through mud and jumping over walls and stuff like that. So.
<v Speaker 5>It's a little different than just Ryan.
<v Speaker 3>Let's just say I wouldn't want her on my team.
<v Speaker 3>Please continue.
<v Speaker 5>I would.
<v Speaker 6>I'd want her on my team. But anyway, her friend
<v Speaker 6>was like bothering her about it. So they had the
<v Speaker 6>conversation about doing it. Jordan was like, oh, you know what?
<v Speaker 6>I think that's actually the same weekend as something else
<v Speaker 6>I have going on. Let me check with you and
<v Speaker 6>get back with you. That was where she left her friend. Gotcha. Well,
<v Speaker 6>I guess a couple days later, her friend messaged her
<v Speaker 6>and she.
<v Speaker 5>Was just like, hey, guess what? I got our tickets
<v Speaker 5>for the mud run, plane tickets, tickets to.
<v Speaker 3>The actual event.
<v Speaker 5>Everything's paid for.
<v Speaker 6>You can Venmo me whenever you get the money. And
<v Speaker 6>Jordan was just like, wait a second. I told you
<v Speaker 6>to hold off on that. I wasn't ready to actually,
<v Speaker 6>you know, do the dang thing.
<v Speaker 5>And so she was like, I kind of asked you
<v Speaker 5>to wait.
<v Speaker 6>And then it turns out she had something else on
<v Speaker 6>that same weekend, a wedding for one of her good
<v Speaker 6>friends in which he was a part of. So she
<v Speaker 6>can't miss that wedding. And so now she's trying to
<v Speaker 6>tell her friend. I kind of asked you to hang
<v Speaker 6>on because I wasn't.
<v Speaker 3>Sure if I could fully deal with it. Yeah, you
<v Speaker 3>didn't confirm anything.
<v Speaker 5>Her friend got mad.
<v Speaker 6>Her friend was like, you know, I didn't pay this
<v Speaker 6>bill or something so I could make sure we had
<v Speaker 6>the same flight.
<v Speaker 5>And I made sure we had the tickets. And you
<v Speaker 5>owe me.
<v Speaker 6>Now her friend is getting in her kitchen and saying,
<v Speaker 6>you owe me money. For half of this plane ticket,
<v Speaker 6>you owe me for this ticket to the event.
<v Speaker 3>What a nutty friend.
<v Speaker 6>And Jordan's like, wait, I mean, I didn't say I
<v Speaker 6>was going to 100% go, though.
<v Speaker 5>How do I owe you? Well, this friend is kind
<v Speaker 5>of harassing her. I mean, not only texting, but showing
<v Speaker 5>up at her house.
<v Speaker 6>Coming to see her at certain events that she's at
<v Speaker 6>to demand this money. So much so that Jordan has
<v Speaker 6>given her back a couple hundred bucks just to get
<v Speaker 6>her to shut up.
<v Speaker 5>And she's like, do I owe?
<v Speaker 3>She's given her money? She has.
<v Speaker 5>She's given her money because she's just so.
<v Speaker 6>you know, she's just really, really aggressive about it, this
<v Speaker 6>friend is.
<v Speaker 3>I don't like this friend at all.
<v Speaker 7>Exactly.
<v Speaker 5>And so Jordan came to me and she's like, am
<v Speaker 5>I missing something? Do I owe her some money?
<v Speaker 6>Because we talked about this and, you know, it was
<v Speaker 6>a thing and we talked about maybe doing it and
<v Speaker 6>then she bought it and now... I feel bad because
<v Speaker 6>her friend's out some cash and Jordan feels.
<v Speaker 3>Like she owes it to her. Jordan's being too nice.
<v Speaker 5>Jordan is being too nice.
<v Speaker 3>I would go to the friend right now and demand
<v Speaker 3>my $ 200 back.
<v Speaker 5>Yes, exactly. And how do you do that?
<v Speaker 6>What conversation can you have with that friend that's like, hey,
<v Speaker 6>that she hasn't already said?
<v Speaker 3>You put us on the phone with her is what
<v Speaker 3>you do.
<v Speaker 5>That's what I kind of told. I kind of told Jordan.
<v Speaker 7>You ghost her.
<v Speaker 3>That's a friend you don't want to.
<v Speaker 7>Be a friend with.
<v Speaker 5>That's a friend you don't want to be a friend with.
<v Speaker 5>And I kind of tried to tell her that, too.
<v Speaker 5>But she, I don't know.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know. If anyone has any advice for our
<v Speaker 3>dear friend Jordan, which, side note, she texted me.
<v Speaker 2>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>She says the only thing that runs is my mouth, dog. See,
<v Speaker 3>I knew it. I knew she doesn't run.
<v Speaker 5>There she goes.
<v Speaker 3>I participate in physical activities. That is a Jordan response.
<v Speaker 3>The only thing that runs is her mouth, dog.
<v Speaker 5>My fist all over your face.
<v Speaker 3>What should Jordan do? Feel free to sound off. I
<v Speaker 3>think we're pretty set in our ways here. That's dumb.
<v Speaker 5>That is dumb.
<v Speaker 3>All right, Katie, what's the consensus on the text line
<v Speaker 3>for our dear friend Jordan who's being scammed out of cash?
<v Speaker 6>Yeah, everyone thinks that the person who's doing that to
<v Speaker 6>Jordan sucks.
<v Speaker 5>Not a good friend.
<v Speaker 6>I mean, they say here, anybody who goes out of
<v Speaker 6>their way to make you feel bad about something you
<v Speaker 6>couldn't do, get them out of your life immediately. We
<v Speaker 6>also have this right here. Maybe that friend owes Jordan
<v Speaker 6>some money from all the harassment.
<v Speaker 5>This seems like something that could go to court. And
<v Speaker 5>then we got this one from Amy. I love this one.
<v Speaker 6>She said, I met Jordan at Mix 100's Diamond Dive.
<v Speaker 6>I would not want to mess with Jordan.
<v Speaker 3>Like all caps. I'll tell you right now that Jordan
<v Speaker 3>will get you in a headlock. You don't want that
<v Speaker 3>to happen. She will choke you out.
<v Speaker 5>She's the best. So we don't want people taking advantage
<v Speaker 5>of Jordan.
<v Speaker 3>Appreciate you guys sounding off. If you ever want to
<v Speaker 3>text in 303-691. 1649, that's your link to the Mix
<v Speaker 3>100 Studios.
<v Speaker 5>She's got the mic, the moxie, and a brain full
<v Speaker 5>of Dr.
<v Speaker 3>Phil reruns.
<v Speaker 7>She's on me like a duck on a dune bug.
<v Speaker 2>But can you take down Katie in Pop Culture Smackdown?
<v Speaker 5>This is Katie Crush.
<v Speaker 3>That is the name of the game, Katie Crush. And
<v Speaker 3>it looks like Rose made it through. Hi, Rosie.
<v Speaker 1>Hi, good morning.
<v Speaker 3>How are you today?
<v Speaker 1>I'm doing pretty good. How are you guys?
<v Speaker 3>Well, we're pretty super dupes, I guess. Tell us a
<v Speaker 3>little bit about yourself, Rose.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm a tattoo artist. I do tattoos, piercings. I
<v Speaker 1>don't have any kids. I just have my dog, yeah.
<v Speaker 3>That's all right.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Good for you, having fun, living life.
<v Speaker 5>What a fun job.
<v Speaker 3>How many tattoos do you have?
<v Speaker 1>I think like 30-something, 32 or something like that.
<v Speaker 2>Do you have a tattoo yourself?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I do.
<v Speaker 3>A few of them, yeah. Get drunk on a Friday
<v Speaker 3>night and start tatting yourself up?
<v Speaker 1>No, definitely wouldn't be drinking.
<v Speaker 3>I got to ask you, what's one tattoo you have
<v Speaker 3>on your body that you're like, nah, I don't think
<v Speaker 3>I like that one?
<v Speaker 1>Probably my early ones. I first got a tattoo when
<v Speaker 1>I was 16, so those ones are kind of rough.
<v Speaker 3>Yeah, they're kind of rough, huh? I don't have any tattoos.
<v Speaker 3>I thought about getting one. I want a full sleeve
<v Speaker 3>if I do it, though.
<v Speaker 1>What kind of sleeve would he get.
<v Speaker 3>Yep you bet probably like he-man and super mario brothers
<v Speaker 3>exactly yeah can you do he-man on my back yeah
<v Speaker 3>i can oh man rose we need to talk hey
<v Speaker 3>i gotta ask you like if i did a full
<v Speaker 3>sleeve from my wrist to my shoulder how what does
<v Speaker 3>that generally run how much money.
<v Speaker 1>It really just depends. Some people charge like $ 5, 000. Some
<v Speaker 1>people charge less, like $ 1, 500 or something.
<v Speaker 3>But you get what you pay for, is what I imagine.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, that too.
<v Speaker 3>I don't want the $ 1, 500.
<v Speaker 5>No, it's going on you forever.
<v Speaker 3>You paid the $ 5, 000.
<v Speaker 5>You paid that money.
<v Speaker 3>Never mind.
<v Speaker 1>Even people in Florida, they charge like $ 50, 000 is crazy.
<v Speaker 4>Oh, yeah.
<v Speaker 5>Nope.
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to pass on that sleeve tattoo, Rose. Maybe
<v Speaker 3>I'll get a little snowflake or something.
<v Speaker 7>On my wrist.
<v Speaker 3>I don't know. Something dorky.
<v Speaker 1>I can hook you guys up.
<v Speaker 3>All right. Well, we'll come see you sometime. Rose, I'm
<v Speaker 3>going to give you and Katie the same five questions.
<v Speaker 3>Best out of five wins. Ties go to Katie, unless
<v Speaker 3>I'm in a really good mood. Anything you'd like to
<v Speaker 3>say to our tattoo artist, Katie? I hope you ink
<v Speaker 3>up a big W, Rose. Let's go. Good luck.
<v Speaker 8>All right.
<v Speaker 1>I got to lock in.
<v Speaker 6>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Focus, girl. Focus. All right. So Katie's going to leave
<v Speaker 3>the studio. She goes into a room where she can't
<v Speaker 3>hear anything. I come up with a question so there's
<v Speaker 3>no cheating. And then we'll find out if you are
<v Speaker 3>right or wrong once we bring her back. Here is
<v Speaker 3>your first question. In the year 2023, what movie opened
<v Speaker 3>up the same weekend as Barbie and both of them
<v Speaker 3>dominated the global box office? There was even a cutesy
<v Speaker 3>name for these two movies.
<v Speaker 1>I have no idea. I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 3>Well, that's all right. It's very embarrassing for you. I'm fine.
<v Speaker 3>You just want to say pass?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Tell me, what famous song did Phoebe sing on Friends
<v Speaker 3>about an animal?
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to have to pass again.
<v Speaker 3>I'm sorry. Third question. Is this a true or false?
<v Speaker 3>You might be able to get this one. Baskin Robbins
<v Speaker 3>once made ketchup-flavored ice cream. True or false?
<v Speaker 1>I'll say true.
<v Speaker 3>All right, I'll put you down. What career path is
<v Speaker 3>Kim Kardashian pursuing?
<v Speaker 1>To be a lawyer.
<v Speaker 3>And your fifth and final question for Katie Crush Rose.
<v Speaker 3>What's the name of the toy store in Toy Story 2?
<v Speaker 3>There's a toy store in there. What's the name of it?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, I don't know. I thought I was going to
<v Speaker 1>do better.
<v Speaker 3>No, actually, you did really bad. All right, let's go
<v Speaker 3>ahead and bring Katie. I'm just goofing with you, Rose. Listen,
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to tell you right now, this is not
<v Speaker 3>going to define your life or, you know, who you are.
<v Speaker 3>This is just a silly game. You know what?
<v Speaker 5>One of those pep talks.
<v Speaker 1>Everyone will forget in five minutes.
<v Speaker 3>Pretty much. You're going to go on and live your
<v Speaker 3>life and have a great day today, so don't you
<v Speaker 3>worry about it. Hi, Katie.
<v Speaker 7>Hi.
<v Speaker 3>I was throwing you off because Rose got them all right.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, good job, Rose.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 3>Thank you. Katie, in 2023, what movie opened the same
<v Speaker 3>weekend as Barbie? And they both basically dominated the box office.
<v Speaker 3>There was even a cutesy name.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, what was that?
<v Speaker 6>Oh, I don't.
<v Speaker 5>Does it start with an O?
<v Speaker 3>It does start with an O. Hurry up.
<v Speaker 5>I can't. I don't even know.
<v Speaker 3>Rose said pass. It was Oppenheimer.
<v Speaker 1>Oppenheimer.
<v Speaker 3>What was it? Was it Barbenheimer or something like that?
<v Speaker 6>Barbenheimer.
<v Speaker 5>That's what it was.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>All right.
<v Speaker 3>You both stunk that one up.
<v Speaker 5>Dang it.
<v Speaker 3>Katie, what famous song did Phoebe sing on Friends and
<v Speaker 3>it was about an animal?
<v Speaker 6>Smelly cat.
<v Speaker 3>Smelly cat.
<v Speaker 1>Smelly cat.
<v Speaker 3>Rose passed. Oh, no, Rose.
<v Speaker 5>Oh, that's a good song.
<v Speaker 3>You have any cat tattoos on your rose?
<v Speaker 1>No.
<v Speaker 3>Okay. Katie True or False, Baskin Robbins once made ketchup
<v Speaker 3>flavored ice cream oh there's.
<v Speaker 5>No way that's true right.
<v Speaker 3>Uh rose you said true or it was true katie
<v Speaker 3>said false uh katie what career path is kim kardashian
<v Speaker 3>pursuing oh is it Lawyer. Rose, you got that one right.
<v Speaker 3>Good job, Rose. Katie, what was the name of the
<v Speaker 3>toy store in Toy Story 2? Oh, gosh.
<v Speaker 5>I have no idea. I don't know. Toys R Us?
<v Speaker 3>No. Rose passed. It was Al's Toy Barn. Thank you
<v Speaker 3>very much.
<v Speaker 5>I never would have got that.
<v Speaker 3>I know. It's a stumper. Today was hard. Okay, so
<v Speaker 3>I know. I came to play today. Oh, Ty.
<v Speaker 1>Is it?
<v Speaker 3>You both only got two today, it looks like.
<v Speaker 6>Oh.
<v Speaker 3>Is that right?
<v Speaker 5>Yeah.
<v Speaker 3>Well, Ty's go to Katie, though.
<v Speaker 4>Yay.
<v Speaker 5>Yay.
<v Speaker 1>I was confident in losing.
<v Speaker 5>I thought you were going to.
<v Speaker 3>Win, Rose. Rose, I like you, though, and you were
<v Speaker 3>so wound up and so nervous. I'm going to give
<v Speaker 3>you the prize anyway today. Is that okay? Rose gets
<v Speaker 3>the prize.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, thank you.
<v Speaker 3>You're welcome. You're so sweet, and you're so sad and down.
<v Speaker 3>I'm going to give it to you anyway. And we're
<v Speaker 3>going to bring Katie in and get her tatted up
<v Speaker 3>by you, okay?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 6>Okay.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
