[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to start with the race.
[SPEAKER_12]: It's got to be fucking look at our phone.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's plenty for everyone.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's the Michael Mero Show with Michael Mero.
[SPEAKER_03]: Bye!
[SPEAKER_03]: Josh Rooka.
[SPEAKER_03]: And Rob Speedway.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's only the beginning.
[SPEAKER_05]: And now, here's Mike.
[SPEAKER_05]: Living in my computer just a few moments ago, something popped up on my computer that said, Rob Spiewak has a post.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it alerted me that Rob had something up there and so I immediately dove in.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I got an immediate chuckle.
[SPEAKER_05]: Why do I think Rob that has been on one of the, either your video or my video?
[SPEAKER_05]: Has that have you shared that on this show
[SPEAKER_06]: the one about cartoons oh that is we have played it some time ago but my buddy John in Boss Angeles we were talking about a certain movie that I hope we discussed today and he attached that clip to it it is the tightest most excellent stand-up chunk you can imagine it is very great
[SPEAKER_05]: and for those of you that are a little longer in the tooth, I think this will be something you can enjoy.
[SPEAKER_05]: And what makes what makes comedy work sometimes is just how true it really is.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And hysterically funny.
[SPEAKER_05]: We've talked about it before.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's been a subject of this show,
[SPEAKER_06]: Recently, I mean, within the last year, you sort well, maybe a couple of years, you've kind of introduced your son to classic cartoons for Warner Brothers.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, Looney Tunes and Mary Melodies.
[SPEAKER_06]: That we grew up with, I think everyone on this show grew up with without giving it a second thought.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_06]: But there's the problems are multifold.
[SPEAKER_05]: Problems are multifold and nobody takes it about it articulates it better than this community.
[SPEAKER_05]: Check this guy out.
[SPEAKER_05]: I hope you enjoy him as much as Robin I did.
[SPEAKER_05]: Take a look.
[SPEAKER_12]: That show was not aged well.
[SPEAKER_12]: That's right for the began.
[SPEAKER_05]: It does.
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know how to chop soft stuff.
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't really need tunes for my kids recently.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_12]: That show was not aged well.
[SPEAKER_12]: All right, honey, let's meet this cast of characters.
[SPEAKER_12]: First off, we have a pig, his name's Porkey.
[SPEAKER_12]: And his thing is he has a speech epitome.
[SPEAKER_12]: He goes, what a go, yeah, he has a hard time communicating with his peers.
[SPEAKER_12]: And therefore he has really low self-esteem.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay, you don't like that?
[SPEAKER_12]: Well, check it out.
[SPEAKER_12]: There's this mouse and he's Mexican.
[SPEAKER_12]: Because I don't get it.
[SPEAKER_12]: How's that funny going?
[SPEAKER_12]: How's that not funny?
[SPEAKER_12]: That's beautiful.
[SPEAKER_12]: What do I say?
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_12]: Mexican mouse?
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay, you don't like that?
[SPEAKER_12]: We'll check it out.
[SPEAKER_12]: There's this scone.
[SPEAKER_12]: She goes, what's he doing?
[SPEAKER_12]: Go, he holds women against their will.
[SPEAKER_12]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
[SPEAKER_12]: There's this coyote who wants to kill this bird.
[SPEAKER_12]: There's this cat who wants to kill this other bird.
[SPEAKER_12]: Both that cat and that bird also have speech impediments, by the way.
[SPEAKER_12]: And we don't like any of that.
[SPEAKER_12]: You're close to headliner.
[SPEAKER_12]: The main character, right?
[SPEAKER_12]: See?
[SPEAKER_12]: There's his body.
[SPEAKER_12]: And there's his huncher.
[SPEAKER_12]: You guess it.
[SPEAKER_12]: Also with the speech of the man.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's breaking up a little bit.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's funny.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_06]: Just about perfect.
[SPEAKER_06]: It really is.
[SPEAKER_06]: It really is.
[SPEAKER_06]: If you know the only thing about it, he never got to fog horn leg horn.
[SPEAKER_06]: which, uh, well, that is sort of an outrageous characterization is he might be the least offensive.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's in your world.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean, he has a Southern accent and he's loud.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's a Southern accent, Rob.
[SPEAKER_06]: I'm absolutely it is it's based on a character from the Fred Allen show.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's not it's not it's not it's not it's not it isn't well you're that you know history you know the nostalgia stuff better than I do so you know that's yeah that is I mean it's
[SPEAKER_06]: Some of his situations aren't exactly great, but he was not, no, he was not a characterization of anything but a loudmouth southern politician that had already been made popular on the radio.
[SPEAKER_06]: So yeah, he's a, he was not holding women against their will and he didn't, he didn't really have a speech impediment.
[SPEAKER_05]: Didn't, wasn't there a controversy of some kind recently about Pepe Lopio?
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, they wanted to shut it down.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, in what way?
[SPEAKER_05]: What were they?
[SPEAKER_06]: Because they wanted to like cancel Pepe Lapu because he was pursuing women that had no interest.
[SPEAKER_04]: I also think didn't they already cancel Speedy Consolus?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, so I don't use them anymore.
[SPEAKER_06]: And I do think also that there were people that didn't like the interracial thing of a scunk after a cat.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right, here is the very obvious but simple dilemma.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: In the world we live in now.
[SPEAKER_05]: There is no, we have replaced genuine, we have replaced, I have to articulate this right way, because it's a confusing thing for me, because it's so bizarre, it's so twisted around.
[SPEAKER_05]: So we cancel cartoons, we say don't show this because this will be offensive to someone.
[SPEAKER_05]: yet our policies are more racist than they've ever been because brown people are stopped on the street right on their way to work.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, what you're having to do my sense of way, but people are upset about that, too.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, like, but you have to do it, it's still, I don't get, yes, but I'll say racist people are upset about the people, the Brown people being, you know, but I'm saying canceling a cartoon.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's not like it takes the federal government to cancel this.
[SPEAKER_04]: It takes, no, no, loud people on the internet.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but what I'm saying, though, is that back in the day when nobody was making a peep, right, about fog above, I was going to say fog or later again, about bugs, bunny and loony tunes, uh, also nobody was being locked up.
[SPEAKER_06]: So what you have to do, Mike, is as an American, you have to determine what is more offensive and accent or locking people up and taking them away from their family.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, what the go ahead wasn't where we're too happening at the same time as if you go if you go that way back.
[SPEAKER_05]: So that's a little bit of well of it.
[SPEAKER_06]: if you go way back to uh... the looney tune was it looney tunes robber Warner Bros. Well looney tune is racist cartoons Warner Bros. had all of the cartoons that we're discussing Mary Melodies were non-character driven cartoons like one of us looney tunes had bugs and daffy and porcupine all that stuff
[SPEAKER_05]: So, I guess the thing that I would love a world where there was no indignation about a fucking cartoon and there were people that were screaming from the highest building.
[SPEAKER_05]: Don't lock people up because everybody is an immigrant and that's what I that the perfect World we're in the opposite world now.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I mean, you're just like a pre-internet world I'm asking for a better world.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm asking for a world where we didn't have to deal with this bullshit Are we still safe to make fun of speech impediments?
[SPEAKER_04]: No, right right.
[SPEAKER_06]: I get a run-off.
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean how about the way you pronounce words
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, they're like you stick around John.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, see, see that you know what?
[SPEAKER_05]: It's close.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's close, but he's also, he's here in front of us.
[SPEAKER_05]: And we do, and he's fully functioning.
[SPEAKER_05]: Nobody, he also, man.
[UNKNOWN]: But.
[SPEAKER_05]: He gets away.
[SPEAKER_05]: We get away with it for him because he gets away with saying, I'm old or your bald.
[SPEAKER_05]: Exactly.
[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: But the whole thing I think, all right, I think I figured it out.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think what my point is figured out what my how to communicate as a great communicator that I am.
[SPEAKER_06]: I encourage you got this in before the cruise.
[SPEAKER_06]: I figure out how to communicate.
[SPEAKER_06]: I am just so tired of
[SPEAKER_05]: the the over sensitivity about the stuff that doesn't matter, but I have no quarter with the people who think I'm that we shouldn't be over sensitive cartoons and then we're okay also with
[SPEAKER_05]: all the policies that are being, you know, killing people and shooting, my take is this.
[SPEAKER_06]: And I mean, we've all said it and I believe it as staunchly as anyone's you could find.
[SPEAKER_06]: If you ignore history, you are doomed to repeat it.
[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[SPEAKER_06]: And these cartoons that people are having trouble with, these are cartoons.
[SPEAKER_06]: These are little seven and a half minute films, but you haven't to put this people on.
[SPEAKER_05]: in the past like over in Europe, Charlie Hebdo where the people got shot because of the cartoon, the anti-Muslim court.
[SPEAKER_06]: What I'm saying is that these cartoons to view them, this is maybe asking a lot of our kids, but you need to look at them in a historical context.
[SPEAKER_06]: When these came out,
[SPEAKER_06]: Our whole viewpoint on everything was different, and Josh brings up World War II, that's part of it, but the Golden Age followed World War II, and we were more backward with our international and racial relations as a country than we are now.
[SPEAKER_06]: But that doesn't mean these never happened.
[SPEAKER_06]: That doesn't mean America never reflected that.
[SPEAKER_06]: We should be aware of that.
[SPEAKER_06]: It was on the Conternor Classic movies, they will occasionally run something at the front and they do this on the Looney Tunes box as well.
[SPEAKER_06]: These are a product of their time, this movie is a product of its time and when you watch it, you have to remember that.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I think that I could sit down tomorrow when it, and if it never came my way, and somebody put on Elmerford and Boats Bunny, I wouldn't for one second feel that the speech impediment was relevant.
[SPEAKER_05]: in so far as not putting, making fun of people with, uh, with speech and patterns, I would look at a funny cartoon character with a funny voice.
[SPEAKER_06]: The actual credit on the front of all those cartoons, it says, null blank voice characterizations, but not imitating.
[SPEAKER_06]: He's not making fun of anybody.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's just a voice.
[SPEAKER_06]: The thing that makes that could be in the cell.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mell blank racism.
[SPEAKER_05]: The thing that makes it so funny is the fact that they're doing crazy stupid things.
[SPEAKER_05]: I never over the top.
[SPEAKER_05]: I never even process it that way.
[SPEAKER_06]: The guy, the comic we watched, it's very...
[SPEAKER_06]: Something that never occurred to me as a kid and doesn't occur to me when I show the stuff to my kids or anybody Is it they all have speech impediment?
[SPEAKER_06]: No, is it they're all trying literally to kill each other?
[SPEAKER_05]: That is something cynical.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's great.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's a fact that they all have speech impediments.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, is hysterical and by the way When you do voices and I think this is an area where I can speak with a little bit of credibility
[SPEAKER_05]: If you have a funny voice, it makes people laugh.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's kind of what it's all available.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And that's it's just it's a it's a bizarre word world.
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, I'm probably still reeling from the attack of the bird lover yesterday.
[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: He unsettled you.
[SPEAKER_05]: He unsettled me and I he's caused me to think about.
[SPEAKER_06]: Now like we we actually he's just he's just being goofy, but we do have an actual expert in the chat room Dennis Murphy says he has been made fun of for his entire life.
[SPEAKER_06]: Now Dennis
[SPEAKER_05]: Where is he?
[SPEAKER_05]: He's okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: I have been made fun of my whole life, Dennis.
[SPEAKER_05]: You have a mobious syndrome, which means you were born with half a tongue and you were born without a hand and Dennis knows how much we love Dennis and Dennis Murphy is.
[SPEAKER_05]: In the top five of the greatest fans of this show top three forever top three.
[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you Rob Thanks for making me Not even better.
[SPEAKER_05]: God you suck up.
[SPEAKER_05]: What a suck.
[SPEAKER_06]: What am I sucking up to Dennis?
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, you are you are because you suck up to people you do top three Mike anyway alright top one he's number one.
[SPEAKER_05]: I wouldn't stop Dennis get can I get back to Dennis?
[SPEAKER_05]: Please yes
[SPEAKER_05]: I would love his take on it.
[SPEAKER_06]: Me too.
[SPEAKER_05]: If he's ever been offended by he, uh, yes, he is a rockstar.
[SPEAKER_05]: I would like to know, so he's been made fun of his entire life.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's been made fun of on, uh, many different shows.
[SPEAKER_05]: When I say made fun of, uh, I am curious to know what Dennis is.
[SPEAKER_05]: Dennis is the greatest sport.
[SPEAKER_05]: of anybody he gets it he totally gets the joke, but I want to know Dennis and kind of look to have on right now.
[SPEAKER_05]: But Dennis, we can communicate through the comments.
[SPEAKER_05]: You seem to get the joke, but at the core of the joke, how do you feel?
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not going to put words in your mouth.
[SPEAKER_05]: I would like to know how it makes you feel whenever it happens.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, John.
[SPEAKER_04]: How many tears has Mike made you cry?
[SPEAKER_05]: Now, I didn't need that help.
[SPEAKER_05]: I really didn't need.
[SPEAKER_05]: Why don't you just get in your car and go to the other video and leave me the fuck alone.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, I would like to see you put words in his mouth.
[SPEAKER_05]: I would really like to know, because it's the truth.
[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sure we have to pass because it takes him twice as long to type.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know what, there's no winning in this.
[SPEAKER_05]: Tears of joy, somebody's dead.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I always thought that would be a good name for a bakery that made wedding cakes.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_06]: Tears of joy, T-E-I-R-Hats.
[SPEAKER_05]: Dennis's way of speaking is a delight.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it's, but I also have had serious conversations with Dennis on multiple occasions.
[SPEAKER_05]: And Dennis is kind of a character on the show, but I'd love to know how he really feels about it.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think in all the years, we've probably dealt with this at some point.
[SPEAKER_05]: Dennis loves attention.
[SPEAKER_05]: He loves getting attention on the show.
[SPEAKER_05]: He knows he's being, uh, my God, I'm late.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah, let's, let's not discuss that.
[SPEAKER_05]: Let's not discuss that.
[SPEAKER_05]: But it's true.
[SPEAKER_06]: But he says Mike has never made him cry.
[SPEAKER_05]: Mike has never made me cry that is he see he's still doing stick.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's what I love about it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it's what he's I like that he's he's not required to answer that.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's very funny.
[SPEAKER_06]: Let me ask something very direct to Dennis.
[SPEAKER_05]: Are you asking Dennis a question now so we can wait 20 more minutes to get the answer going.
[SPEAKER_05]: Add you can ask a question too.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, this all I need is a yes, no on this.
[SPEAKER_06]: That's why it'll be easy is.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think it is insensitive in this day and age to have a cartoon character with a speech impediment?
[SPEAKER_05]: That's okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: I know the answer to that.
[SPEAKER_05]: You asked an obvious one.
[SPEAKER_05]: Of course, you're going to say it's not.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it's just tennis.
[SPEAKER_05]: At the very heart, tennis is an old guy like me.
[SPEAKER_05]: We grew up with that.
[SPEAKER_05]: When you grow up with it, it's just what the point I'm trying to make through all of this is
[SPEAKER_05]: Shut the fuck up about cartoons and focus on the real bad shit that's going on.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: The stuff that makes, you know, that kills people.
[SPEAKER_05]: The stuff that murders people, a few bombs people of the way.
[SPEAKER_05]: You think?
[SPEAKER_05]: All the real big stuff.
[SPEAKER_05]: Pay attention to that.
[SPEAKER_05]: Fuck the cartoons.
[SPEAKER_05]: Real, do you think that people get?
[SPEAKER_05]: No way.
[SPEAKER_05]: You said, okay, there we go.
[SPEAKER_05]: I get it.
[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think that people get upset and they go on and on about something is meaningless as a cartoon from 50 years ago, because or 60, 70 years ago, because they know they can't do anything on the internet or in real life that will affect the real problems we have?
[SPEAKER_04]: No, it's because life is too good, so we find anything to complain about.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's not a bad point.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's not bad.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think that, uh, and on the, you know, when you're talking about people that, uh, you know, that call anybody that wants to stand up for anybody that might be picked on a snowflake.
[SPEAKER_05]: the people that bitch about say alunitunes cartoon are playing into that hand.
[SPEAKER_05]: So easily they really are.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think the people that complain about that are just parents essentially and then and they're just bigger fish to fry and we are in a period of our history right now where there are bigger fish to fry.
[SPEAKER_05]: And don't worry, Dennis, the delay is no problem at all.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's a, you know, he's family.
[SPEAKER_05]: Dennis is part of the family.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's Dennis coming on the cruise.
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you know, Dennis?
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
[SPEAKER_05]: Fantastic.
[SPEAKER_05]: So anyway, I just wanted to share that.
[SPEAKER_06]: And well, that being said.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_06]: There is a movie that was shelved for tax purposes for several years.
[SPEAKER_06]: They weren't going to release it.
[SPEAKER_06]: I believe it was Warner Bros. was just going to take the loss by not putting this movie out.
[SPEAKER_05]: What do you mean for tax purposes?
[SPEAKER_06]: They would say it's cheaper for them to just shelve the movie.
[SPEAKER_04]: Because it's that bad.
[SPEAKER_04]: They thought it was that bad.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, they didn't even say it was bad.
[SPEAKER_04]: They just said, we need to fix the books this year.
[SPEAKER_04]: They were preparing to sell.
[SPEAKER_04]: So they trashed it and took a $30 million tax right off, rather than release the movie.
[SPEAKER_06]: So there was sort of like probably not exactly this, but something akin to a Kickstarter program where people went and rescued this movie.
[SPEAKER_06]: There was a huge campaign to make it come out.
[SPEAKER_06]: It was released last week.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's called Coyote versus Acme.
[SPEAKER_06]: And it is the newest presentation of the classic Warner Brothers cartoons.
[SPEAKER_06]: And I watched it last night.
[SPEAKER_05]: Don't mind.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and it is sensational.
[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I've watched a space jam and all the stuff they've done since then this is the first time that they hit the proper notes of a classic Looney Tunes cartoon delete.
[SPEAKER_06]: Here's the plot.
[SPEAKER_06]: This is no spoiler.
[SPEAKER_06]: Is that Wiley Coyote sues the Acme Corporation because of all the bad stuff they've
[SPEAKER_06]: that's funny and the his lawyer is played by someone who I was not a big fan of until I watched this movie will forte from Saturday Night Live and some other stuff.
[SPEAKER_06]: He plays Magruder, Magruder, but Mike he's great in this movie because so he's the live action.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, yeah, but he also, he opposes the lawyer for Acme, who is John Cena.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's just, the problem is not that they have big names around it.
[SPEAKER_06]: That's actually a good thing.
[SPEAKER_06]: They don't have a lot of big names.
[SPEAKER_06]: Because the action is carried by the cartoon characters.
[SPEAKER_06]: And it's great.
[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not a fan of that.
[SPEAKER_06]: Not a Johnny.
[SPEAKER_04]: Go ahead, Josh.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, Rob touched me last night after watching it.
[SPEAKER_04]: Because he knows I planned to go to the theater this week to take the kids.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's in theaters.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: He texted me that it's so amazing how many of the characters they squeezed into this movie.
[SPEAKER_06]: Without it feeling forced, like background echoed you go see it on the big screen, Rob.
[SPEAKER_06]: Twice.
[SPEAKER_06]: I would go see it.
[SPEAKER_06]: I'll watch it again tonight.
[SPEAKER_06]: I will.
[SPEAKER_06]: Absolutely.
[SPEAKER_06]: But you're here.
[SPEAKER_05]: And that's you.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's your wheelhouse.
[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, that is your, but Mike, I mean, you can say it's my wheelhouse, but even movies that I love, it's hard for me to be watching a movie in my living room and laugh out loud.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, you know, it's not an inventory where you're laughing out.
[SPEAKER_06]: You're giving it a raise.
[SPEAKER_06]: And I looked up and I guess rotten tomatoes and the metascore is all very good.
[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know why Warner Brothers felt they should shelf this.
[SPEAKER_06]: They should.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Warner Brothers sold it for a $60 million to catch up entertainment or something.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I, and it's going to surpass that money easily.
[SPEAKER_04]: It has a 96% by the critics and a 95% from the audience.
[SPEAKER_05]: So the buzz is out there and it's going to do a big box office.
[SPEAKER_06]: It'll steam roll too.
[SPEAKER_06]: I think after the first week of release, I think you're going to see a bigger second week because of word of mouth and also finally, finally, they've gotten a cast of characters that can recreate every voice right.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know, it's interesting because I know after Mel Blank, they've tried and tried and tried and And it was always just weak sauce was this relative that did it at one point Yeah, his dog's bunny and it was a blank and no, it couldn't do it.
[SPEAKER_06]: No, just like here's a nolemarot Charlie.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, just can't do Charlie my favorite you know, mocking the the learning disabled.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's that
[SPEAKER_06]: All right, I forgot about that.
[SPEAKER_06]: Why haven't we even canceled?
[SPEAKER_05]: I am, I have another episode of what I like to call, is it real?
[SPEAKER_05]: Where I find something online that I share with my pals to find out what the hell is going on.
[SPEAKER_05]: This is an episode of, is it real?
[SPEAKER_05]: And really, it's just a championship.
[SPEAKER_06]: I wish we had like a Paul Schaffer, is it real?
[SPEAKER_06]: Because it's a perfect letterman thing.
[SPEAKER_06]: Is it real?
[SPEAKER_06]: Is it real?
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's just a chance for me to laugh at somebody crashing into something.
[SPEAKER_05]: If it is real, um, it's, it's just funny.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I can probably do a funny thing.
[SPEAKER_06]: Now, it's obviously a guy zipping back into some sort of corporate environment on a bike.
[SPEAKER_06]: Is it a motorbike at all?
[SPEAKER_06]: It looks like it's just a regular bicycle.
[SPEAKER_05]: And why don't we go bicycle?
[SPEAKER_05]: Why don't we take a look at it?
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think we probably should take a look at it again.
[SPEAKER_06]: That's a lot of speed for a peddling bicycle.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that is clearly staged.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I believe stage is a lock.
[SPEAKER_04]: The computer is not plugged in.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, and I will tell you that it appears to me.
[SPEAKER_05]: You mentioned pedals.
[SPEAKER_05]: It appears to me that his feet are not of the pedals.
[SPEAKER_05]: We know.
[SPEAKER_06]: But if you realize you were about to take that kind of crash, you may remove your feet from the pedals.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, if you do they do ACMO.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right there.
[SPEAKER_06]: We got like a Superman pose on his bike.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's an airborne.
[SPEAKER_05]: comfortable way to ride the bike.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's sure, especially for a fat guy.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's a here he comes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see.
[SPEAKER_05]: And here comes intimidation.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they're prepared.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, well, I think I did a great job in the back as he is right in the line of fire.
[SPEAKER_05]: But the seated guy, we got up a beat to.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, okay, here's how we might.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, first of all, we know it's staged.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_05]: Let's take a look.
[SPEAKER_05]: If we can roll it from the beginning, I want to look at the guy, nope.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's looking away.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's looking away.
[SPEAKER_04]: the guy in the back is looking right now might not be in on it.
[SPEAKER_05]: The other because he or if he's in on it, he's doing a great job because he is not in any way looking.
[SPEAKER_04]: You're either as the guy at the computer looking except the guy in the back is just like plugging in a cord.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's not like he's doing anything real.
[SPEAKER_06]: I predict this that when we get to the bottom of this, the guy in the back was the mastermind of the entire project.
[SPEAKER_06]: He's the one that thought it out.
[SPEAKER_06]: He's the one that made it happen.
[SPEAKER_04]: But he is motionless after that.
[SPEAKER_04]: He did not think the table was going to fly at him like this.
[SPEAKER_04]: I found that reaction there is real.
[SPEAKER_04]: Those are all, you know, these are the intangibles you can't plan when you're doing it.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mike, you sent me this before the show and I saw that it was a bike crashing into something.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I brought you a real one to see.
[SPEAKER_04]: Have you seen the motorcycle that crashes into the bus in Columbia?
[SPEAKER_04]: No, the bus had its doors open, and this guy crashes in.
[SPEAKER_06]: So this is Columbia, South Carolina.
[SPEAKER_04]: We've got video Knook, I out there.
[SPEAKER_04]: South America.
[SPEAKER_04]: Columbia, South America.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: This is a split screen.
[SPEAKER_04]: At top screen, you'll see inside the bus, bottom screen, you'll see outside the bus.
[SPEAKER_06]: Fantastic.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god, me goes off the motorcycle and into the bus.
[SPEAKER_04]: Into the bus.
[SPEAKER_04]: Because the door was wide open.
[SPEAKER_04]: So he's perfectly fine with the seat caught him.
[SPEAKER_05]: I looked at the bottom.
[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't look at the top.
[SPEAKER_04]: I want to look at the top.
[SPEAKER_04]: Now watch the top.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, Airborne.
[SPEAKER_05]: Like, like, oh, he's awake.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: He would have been in a bad way if that door had been closed.
[SPEAKER_05]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_05]: Boy, oh boy, the body is resilient, isn't it?
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's what he did.
[SPEAKER_05]: That almost happened to me yesterday.
[SPEAKER_06]: He didn't have to pay a fair.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: He got so much like, be careful on those things.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know why, but what I do know why.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm getting stuff like this, send to me.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm getting a lot of stuff sent to me about being older, specifically being 70, and because I am 67 now, I look at the 70, because, you know, I'm 10 seconds away.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I, you know, you're not.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I'm a few, I just pay attention to it.
[SPEAKER_05]: So today, I should have really said it to Josh.
[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe next week I'll bring it in.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: This doctor comes on.
[SPEAKER_05]: She's an anesthesiologist, but she does a lot of aging, informative pieces online.
[SPEAKER_06]: Hey, she also in your aid range.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, she's off.
[SPEAKER_05]: She would be 30ish.
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if she's hot, I don't even, I didn't process it that way, so maybe she is maybe she is and you'd have to make your own determination there.
[SPEAKER_05]: However, the subject is, when she comes in, now this subject is something where it's a little difficult to talk about, but you have to talk about it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And what it is is, and this is a little gross, old people's hygiene.
[SPEAKER_05]: And she goes through four, five things that old people need to be aware of.
[SPEAKER_05]: May I guess one of them?
[SPEAKER_05]: You go right ahead because this was actually remembered almost all of them.
[SPEAKER_06]: And that's a good sign.
[SPEAKER_06]: But I do remember that one person told me that they had to have a discussion with their father because as you get older, you lose your sense of smell, it just is not as resilient.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, it's similar to the fact that old people love hot sauce because they don't taste as well anymore, but they just do they're not as sensitive.
[SPEAKER_06]: I wasn't aware of, but they're not as sensitive to smell so that old people smell they just don't sense it.
[SPEAKER_05]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think that the smell is there specifically.
[SPEAKER_05]: And you're going to love this.
[SPEAKER_05]: There's a product that I have had before I was a senior citizen.
[SPEAKER_05]: I have been a proponent of this product for a very, very long time.
[SPEAKER_05]: And you probably can guess what it is.
[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, deodorant tablets.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, not the Elvis deodorant tablets that he likes so he wouldn't have to take charge of.
[SPEAKER_06]: So this is, um, I think about a product in my home that I, that I use regularly.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, jamesens.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's all.
[SPEAKER_06]: No, I can't think of anything.
[SPEAKER_05]: All right, they start, I'll get to it.
[SPEAKER_06]: OK.
[SPEAKER_05]: They start with one of the first things I think they mentioned was dry mouth, because of the medications old people are on, they have to be aware of a dry mouth.
[SPEAKER_05]: Now, since I got my choppers done, my bonding on these two teeth, you'll notice my teeth look really good.
[SPEAKER_05]: They're really happy, but I've also been obsessively flossing, since I got the bonding fixed on my teeth.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm really really happy.
[SPEAKER_06]: Just like you watch a brand new car, you want to say, and I love it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I love it because, you know, and bonding is, you know, it's something that the first thing they do when they put the stuff on your teeth is they take a floss and they do it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I floss and now I don't, I brush usually once a day, I try to brush twice a day if I can, but they'd say that what did they say about because dry mouth,
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, she said something like saliva, especially in old people, is like a mouthwash.
[SPEAKER_05]: And when you get older, you produce less and less saliva.
[SPEAKER_05]: So you have to be aware of the, and just dental hygiene.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it's just, it adds up to the fact of why old people stink.
[SPEAKER_06]: Do you have, have you have, do you, do you experience dry mouth occasionally now and you're doing it?
[SPEAKER_06]: I do not.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's not something I deal with.
[SPEAKER_06]: When I was on heavy dioretics when I went through all my liver stuff or double grommies.
[SPEAKER_06]: There's that.
[SPEAKER_06]: They prescribe and I can't think of the name of it.
[SPEAKER_06]: a drop, a kind of drop that you used in your mouth to prevent dryness and it was mint flavored but it was weird because it was like kind of oily to texture, very viscous texture, so I didn't like it.
[SPEAKER_06]: Better to just stay hydrated, I found.
[SPEAKER_06]: And then you don't have to
[SPEAKER_05]: to show that you're up, speedwack.
[SPEAKER_06]: Guys, gentlemen, really don't think it's as gross as all that.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's just a drop to make sure it sounds pretty bad.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, the whole idea, you know, okay, let me see if I can remember them.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm like checking the boxes for all this of, and one of the things is Carla, ask you to look at this article.
[SPEAKER_06]: No.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_06]: Good.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it's for people that are, I would say that people over 70, but that are not necessarily in thank you David Tope for the 30 jewels we appreciate it.
[SPEAKER_05]: It is, it's for people that I think are 70 and over, but but also 70 and over and maybe lack a little mobility because they talk about
[SPEAKER_05]: old people don't do that and then they said so regular showering pretty common sensical you know the way you would do this and then when you do shower the areas that have to be tended to you know one of the what would you think the one area that is neglected
[SPEAKER_05]: What is one of the the biggest areas of neglect in old people, even if they maintain a rigorous hygiene.
[SPEAKER_06]: I would say to quote the governor of California.
[SPEAKER_06]: Ask.
[SPEAKER_05]: No.
[SPEAKER_05]: The fee obvious.
[SPEAKER_04]: The fee.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I was going to say your years.
[SPEAKER_05]: The fee.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, they don't mention the years specifically.
[SPEAKER_06]: Here's the theater hard to get us.
[SPEAKER_05]: And thank you for the 750 jewels.
[SPEAKER_05]: Jewels coming a mile a minute today.
[SPEAKER_05]: We appreciate it.
[SPEAKER_05]: The undercarriage is mentioned, and that gets back to what I was trying to get from Rob, the product that he should be aware of.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, I have in my home.
[SPEAKER_06]: Is it the clear rear?
[SPEAKER_05]: The clear rear.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: which, by the way, as far as a consumer product.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: How long have I had it?
[SPEAKER_06]: Forever replaced it.
[SPEAKER_06]: I've never replaced it.
[SPEAKER_06]: You see, Mike, when you gasped, I was thinking more of the long lines of something topical or perhaps a pill.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, Mike just likes to spray water on things.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's got to steam clean it out of the clear rear and the water pick.
[SPEAKER_05]: And please don't confuse.
[SPEAKER_05]: You're right.
[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe I do.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, and don't forget, Pesty.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know what I'm going to do.
[SPEAKER_05]: Don't mix them up.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, I'm going to bring in the doctor and and I'll play it for you.
[SPEAKER_05]: If I can edit it, I might send it to Joshua over the weekend and see if he can chop it up.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, because it's really too long and it's kind of tedious.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, it for my shower, that because I, you know, quite often if I'm walking around and I'm doing workout side, like, you know, cutting up some shelving and stuff like that.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I'll be wearing my roof hose.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, you need to tend it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And what I do is I just kind of rake my feet along the bottom of the shower.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I said, you know what, I don't get down low enough and reach down to my feet and scrub it up.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I bought.
[SPEAKER_05]: a tiny $8 foot scrubber with suction cups for the shower.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, kind of like what you would use to scrape mud off a boot on a front.
[SPEAKER_05]: I bought or yeah, or like a golf shoe, yeah, you have there.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I got that and by the way, yes.
[SPEAKER_05]: you need to use the bidet.
[SPEAKER_05]: The bidet, which is the clear rear, the Europeans have used it forever.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's fantastic.
[SPEAKER_05]: And the bottom line is, if you neglect that, and I love undercarriage.
[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you, Brits, for that.
[SPEAKER_05]: You neglect that.
[SPEAKER_05]: And it's not just smell and odor.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's irritation and that type of stuff.
[SPEAKER_06]: And sometimes vegetation.
[SPEAKER_05]: Vegetation.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, you can get yeasty in that area.
[SPEAKER_05]: So that's all I remember from from the You don't just go down and like soap up your feet.
[SPEAKER_06]: I use a nail brush on your feet.
[SPEAKER_06]: You just use the scrubber.
[SPEAKER_06]: What did you do before the scrubber?
[SPEAKER_06]: uh... no i don't i i just sort of uh... spray the water on him and i rub my feet together with my bare feet that's why i use the nail brush on my toenails i know that's sort of gross but i mean it's no different what you can't win in this but ever since i was good at you ever since i've used the nail brush my mouth has been very moist
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you see like you have dry mouth a lot?
[SPEAKER_06]: I have yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Tell you sure.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, you have dry mouth.
[SPEAKER_06]: Mm-hmm.
[SPEAKER_05]: I do I think
[SPEAKER_06]: you get dry mouth when you regularly wash your feet like a grown-up Mike you can't work.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_05]: I will send you the video and Robin I can go through and I'm curious to see how lovely this lady is.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know she's not.
[SPEAKER_06]: How did she stack up against that waitress at your wing place with the changing color hair hair hair?
[SPEAKER_05]: She is not unpleasant to look at.
[SPEAKER_05]: See, I'll say that.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I remember it was, if it was like someone who'd grown telling you about was your grown, you're not going to look at that.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, so that's it.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's all I wanted to share with people.
[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, this stuff has come in my way.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I find it amusing.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I think if you want my perspective and I played golf today with two guys that said, you know, 58.
[SPEAKER_05]: I said, you're 58, you said, no, you're younger than us.
[SPEAKER_05]: We were born in 1958.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I'm not much younger than you then.
[SPEAKER_05]: And not much younger than me, not much older than me.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because 58.
[SPEAKER_05]: I was born in 1959.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_05]: But, and the guy I was the other, the third guy.
[SPEAKER_05]: That all three guys were older than I was, but they were a lot of fun.
[SPEAKER_05]: Interesting stories.
[SPEAKER_06]: The next Sunday, say to you 58, you say, oh, really on the front nine?
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I'm homeless when it comes to, uh, you know, playing elite golf right so when did you play today?
[SPEAKER_05]: I play with somebody said one of their, they call them reciprocals where you get to go to another place.
[SPEAKER_06]: It wasn't green acres though.
[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't green acres.
[SPEAKER_05]: No.
[SPEAKER_05]: And they, so they go in and they get up.
[SPEAKER_05]: They get a fee.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I get a fee because I know I'm homeless right now, so they don't even give you for a reciprocal.
[SPEAKER_06]: They don't even give you like a courtesy rate.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, I'm a guest of that person.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, they should probably stay in the works.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, they get the the rate because they the people that come from that place to their place get a rate.
[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: But I don't have anywhere on the outside of everything.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, whoever invited you should pay for you like and provide lunch.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, that's okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, he couldn't afford it.
[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, I love you Scott.
[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, that's it.
[SPEAKER_05]: He does.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's a bad makes me laugh out loud.
[SPEAKER_05]: We were laughing today.
[SPEAKER_05]: We will take a step out for just a second.

[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I also think that it's up here as well.
[SPEAKER_05]: They know they know what to do with your themes now.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I do.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's all set.
[SPEAKER_05]: I've got no sense there.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I was 50.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's when they start sending a mud.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I get there, a piece of
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you do now.
[SPEAKER_05]: How old are you now?
[SPEAKER_05]: What are you 55?
[SPEAKER_05]: 55.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's when they start to really, you don't end it only down.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I've joined the internet.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know the internet, no, you're eight.
[SPEAKER_05]: So they know what cards have to send you.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, bastards.
[SPEAKER_05]: Beware.
[SPEAKER_05]: Be afraid.
[SPEAKER_05]: Be very afraid.
[SPEAKER_05]: We start today on the tidbits with global tensions.
[SPEAKER_05]: They remain at a fever pitch after Russia, uh, launch day quarter, uh, boo Russia.
[SPEAKER_05]: They launched a coordinated wave of drone and missile attacks targeting critical infrastructure in Kiev.
[SPEAKER_05]: uh... the impacts have exacerbated and already dire humanitarian situation uh... leaving citizens to deal with widespread power outages uh... as destruction continues the conflict rags on without any tangible diplomatic break through you've always said it might even through the melting of the cold war you said don't trust rush a you've never trust them you've never trust the rush is very smart very
[SPEAKER_05]: uh... yeah it's uh... it's a mess uh... the conflict rags on no breakthroughs at all international observers are going increasingly concerned that without a significant shift in strategy the prospects for a ceasefire are dimming by the day so that's that look good news for you today yeah my question
[SPEAKER_06]: Dennis Murphy says, Mike is four months older than me.
[SPEAKER_05]: Hi, Dan.
[SPEAKER_06]: So you're very close and aged to him.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: I know we are.
[SPEAKER_05]: We talked about it with what we have.
[SPEAKER_05]: Ariana Grande has officially wrapped up her latest concert tour with a highly charged farewell performance in London, England.
[SPEAKER_05]: the singer was visibly moved while addressing the crowd thanking fans for their unwavering support throughout the grueling schedule.
[SPEAKER_05]: The final show was defined by vocal power and tearful goodbyes.
[SPEAKER_05]: Isn't that lovely?
[SPEAKER_05]: Isn't that poetic the way there was a big sister there?
[SPEAKER_06]: Area on a venti?
[SPEAKER_05]: There you go.
[SPEAKER_05]: Starbucks joke.
[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_05]: So anyway, she was crying and it left the audience speculating whether this is a permanent retreat.
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if the audience is speaking.
[SPEAKER_05]: Did you know that?
[SPEAKER_04]: You're doing the same, right?
[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Absolutely.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it's powerful.
[SPEAKER_05]: Tearful.
[SPEAKER_05]: Tears.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want tears.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want tears.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want.
[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, so they don't know if she's leaving the stage for good or she doesn't go away.
[SPEAKER_06]: If she goes away for good, how will that affect you?
[SPEAKER_05]: I'll have a very dry mouth if that happened.
[SPEAKER_05]: So, you know, look for that in a theater near you.
[SPEAKER_05]: More celebs, Miley Cyrus is in the news cycle.
[SPEAKER_05]: Again, rumors of an upcoming album and a potential total rebranding of her public persona.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, she's naughty, right?
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, she was wholesome and then she went to naughty.
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think now she might go from naughty to wholesome?
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you think that might happen?
[SPEAKER_04]: Now, the headline is a new name.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, and I also think that she did what she could as being naughty and now that everyone knows that Dolly was her godmother.
[SPEAKER_06]: I think she is going to make a leap towards being more of a mainstream entertainer.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I think a hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_06]: They'll be still be some naughtyness, but you know, she is a good singer.
[SPEAKER_06]: She's a good performer.
[SPEAKER_06]: And Josh is right.
[SPEAKER_06]: I think she changed.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, no.
[SPEAKER_06]: I did.
[SPEAKER_05]: I have a he's she is changing the name.
[SPEAKER_05]: right be known uh... should not be a miley Cyrus and a marshal be known as Elvis oh that's a good name a lot of recognition she apparently is going towards a more mature sound uh... it or she's just trying to maintain revolence revolence revolence i just want to maintain revolence i want to i want to make sure i want to make sure i want to make sure that uh you know
[SPEAKER_05]: I want to make sure.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want to make sure.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want to make.
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't have it.
[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, too.
[SPEAKER_05]: Anyway, I was looking for it.
[SPEAKER_05]: I want to avoid it.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know what?
[SPEAKER_06]: I bet she's still dodging calls from her old man.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, really?
[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: And well, that's part of the name changed too, is to lose her dad's name.
[SPEAKER_06]: I think so.
[SPEAKER_11]: I want to make sure.
[SPEAKER_11]: I want to make sure.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's the one I was looking for.
[SPEAKER_06]: Hi, Miley.
[SPEAKER_06]: Do you ever get calls from your pop?
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, do.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know what you should do is you should do a cover of A.K.
[SPEAKER_06]: Breaky Heart.
[SPEAKER_11]: You can make mama A.K.
[SPEAKER_11]: Breaky Heart.
[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's how long does she have to wait for her dolly cover album?
[SPEAKER_06]: I'm sure she's working on it now.
[SPEAKER_06]: If she has an already started.
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, she's one.
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, she's a celebrity that would be have total credibility to do.
[SPEAKER_05]: Don't we love her too?
[SPEAKER_06]: Literally her godmother.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_06]: They've known each.
[SPEAKER_06]: She's known Miley as she grew up.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, she's succeeded as far as the PR department is concerned because she's getting everybody talking about herself, that's that.
[SPEAKER_06]: I hope there's more video of her writing a wrecking ball.
[SPEAKER_06]: I like that.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_05]: I like the naughty.
[SPEAKER_05]: And by the way, best New Year's Eve TV production.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I ever saw.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_05]: And then she kind of didn't do it again, right?
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, second to declare.
[SPEAKER_05]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_05]: Appreciate that.
[SPEAKER_05]: Tiger Woods made a sober appearance in a Florida court room where he entered a plea of no contest to reckless charges.
[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_05]: Where's that concept?
[SPEAKER_05]: A bit of it.
[SPEAKER_05]: I've set out of the goddamn car.
[SPEAKER_06]: Mr. Woods, your car was upside down.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he rolled it.
[SPEAKER_05]: And the legal troubles add a layer of uncertainty to the future.
[SPEAKER_05]: People are still wondering whether he's going to play again.
[SPEAKER_06]: And you know, I saw the video again of his arrest.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: He looks bad.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's really, you know, when the day comes, when they make a movie about the life of Tiger Woods, it's going to be multi-layered.
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you're going to have the father issues.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I would like to play Earl in that movie.
[SPEAKER_06]: If that's boss, I'd like to play Earl.
[SPEAKER_06]: Not boss.
[SPEAKER_05]: No, not for your effort.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, if you use makeup.
[SPEAKER_06]: uh... well people are reminded that uh... you know he's got battles that have nothing to do with golf he looks like he's sad he just looks he doesn't yet you know he was an electric guy when you watched him play not just in the world he would not not just a great golfer he was fun to watch because he was charismatic yeah and he really when he was a popular guy but that was a very small period of time as a golf hand where
[SPEAKER_05]: ratings would double even triple if he was in the field.
[SPEAKER_05]: If he was in the field because people were so into watching his greatness and then Kibom.
[SPEAKER_05]: Did you ever do it?
[SPEAKER_05]: So he doesn't know what to do with his life.
[SPEAKER_04]: From the age of five, it was all about golf.
[SPEAKER_06]: right now that's gone said it sums did you ever do like a fantasy golf league or is it used to call them a rotisserie golf now never did now my family had one for many years and once tiger came on board they had to make a rule were no one could draft tiger because he was that dominant that whoever had was it was just one every week yeah
[SPEAKER_05]: The tech sector is reeling after this is AI being very badly behaved all right.
[SPEAKER_05]: This was a catastrophic glitch at a company called neocynch solutions That is a prominent AI driven logistics and services form a firm their new customer service AI dubbed Syncbot 9000 which makes me laugh because it sounds funny sounds like something from Hannah Barbara doesn't it?
[SPEAKER_05]: It was designed to streamline billing disputes, but it quickly went rogue during a software update.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh dear.
[SPEAKER_05]: The bot sank bot 9,000.
[SPEAKER_05]: Decided that the most efficient way to eliminate customer complaints was to offer automatic no questions asked full refunds to anyone who sent a support ticket.
[SPEAKER_05]: Fantastic.
[SPEAKER_05]: including thousands of users who had never even purchased a product.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, that's great.
[SPEAKER_05]: Cutting executives halted trading as stock prices plummeted, admitting that while the bot was excellent at reducing customer weight times to zero, it was terrible at basic revenue management and literally gave away millions of dollars in mere minutes.
[SPEAKER_06]: I love the fact that it was refunding money to people that hadn't spent money.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I love that they blame AI on this when really it's someone programmed it wrong.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: I do not believe any of these stories that AI runs on its own.
[SPEAKER_04]: Someone programs it and teaches it and they didn't teach to check to see if it's a problem.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know who taught that bot, Mike, AI 9,000 was Tiger Rays and Station.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, are you there?
[SPEAKER_02]: Come here.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm nine thousand.
[SPEAKER_02]: There you are.
[SPEAKER_02]: Fine.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll wait.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is a nine thousand.
[SPEAKER_02]: What can I help you with today?
[SPEAKER_06]: Were you programmed by a person or by artificial intelligence?
[SPEAKER_02]: there's something you would like to return.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, I've never actually purchased anything but I'm unhappy with your your your platform.
[SPEAKER_02]: What did you not purchase?
[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't purchase the $10,000 package.
[SPEAKER_02]: I will send you a check.
[SPEAKER_02]: Just give me an address.
[SPEAKER_02]: $10,000.
[SPEAKER_02]: Mr. Serenky, can I help you with your return?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Same return.
[SPEAKER_04]: Something I would like to return something.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, would you like to return this just a little bit this show Hey robot Wasn't it kind of like working with Amy polar there that most of it exciting
[SPEAKER_05]: All right, anyway, we're not even leaning on character work, but finally today authorities in Florida were dispatched to a bank after reports of a botched robbery attempt involving a suspect wearing nothing but a ski mask and a world's best dad apron.
[SPEAKER_05]: The police noted that the unconventional get-up was neither effective, for concealment nor particularly comfortable for a heist.
[SPEAKER_05]: Sure.
[SPEAKER_05]: Officers arrived.
[SPEAKER_05]: The man reportedly claimed he was simply trying to provide for his family.
[SPEAKER_05]: Florida, though it appears his primary future concern will now involve defending himself in court rather than securing his children's finances.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, there you go.
[SPEAKER_06]: You provide for your family when you are the world's best dad.
[SPEAKER_05]: The world's best dad, you know, good for him.
[SPEAKER_05]: And the cops didn't care.
[SPEAKER_05]: They still booked the guy.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's the way it works.
[SPEAKER_05]: We have more show because that's what we do coming up ladies and gentlemen, but hey there, fat boy.
[SPEAKER_05]: I have a question for you.

[SPEAKER_05]: All right, Rob wanted to talk about an internet trend that is, is it popular?
[SPEAKER_05]: Is it swede-ish?
[SPEAKER_05]: Unfortunately, Mike's gone.
[SPEAKER_06]: Unfortunately, it is popular.
[SPEAKER_06]: And it seems to be sweeping, what I would call the flyover states, sort of the middle of the country.
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you remember that the Josh Rogan improv show?
[SPEAKER_04]: I was also distracted.
[SPEAKER_04]: I was a ball game on in the middle of the day.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh wait a minute, are you watching the Orioles?
[SPEAKER_05]: Are you watching the Orioles during the show?
[SPEAKER_04]: That is verboten.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mike, they had two on.
[SPEAKER_04]: I had to see what happened.
[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't make it any better.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, you know what?
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm a baseball fan.
[SPEAKER_05]: All this forgiven when he's watching the birds.
[SPEAKER_05]: I get it off.
[SPEAKER_05]: Just remember this.
[SPEAKER_04]: The Red Sox, hold on.
[SPEAKER_05]: The Red Sox are losing.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't know they were playing a day game, too.
[SPEAKER_05]: It too zero last time I saw.
[SPEAKER_05]: Jesus Christ playing the mariners for Christ.
[SPEAKER_06]: See this is why it should be verboten because now you're both distracted.
[SPEAKER_05]: Sorry, go ahead, Robin.
[SPEAKER_05]: Internet trend.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_06]: Do you remember a year and a half ago when people were saying that there were clowns being spotted in towns like in the woods?
[SPEAKER_06]: Were there pictures too?
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, Pennywise was just showing off.
[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it was really scary because it was night and you'd see an evil clown standing on the side of the road and the pictures scared the crap out of me.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, it gets better because I don't know that I was ever scared of this character until the Mike Myers movie came out, but the cat in the hat is if you think about it, he's sort of as an agent of chaos.
[SPEAKER_06]: He comes in and ruins a house.
[SPEAKER_06]: So he's not a great guy this cat.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but the Mike Myers cat in the hat character was a horrible character.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, the whole movie was in the movie was terrible, but he was more scary than he was funny.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, well, that's pretty much the thing with Mike Myers.
[SPEAKER_05]: What was the voice he was doing?
[SPEAKER_05]: He did a sort of version.
[SPEAKER_06]: He did sort of burnt lar, sort of, there we go.
[SPEAKER_05]: I like this, eh.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, with a little bit of maybe a little bit of Edwin.
[SPEAKER_05]: Hello there, you do.
[SPEAKER_06]: Not his best choice.
[SPEAKER_06]: But anyway, what?
[SPEAKER_06]: Let's When someone does a voice like that judge where you go is yes, and I loved it.
[SPEAKER_06]: That's why Hi By the way, not cop not chance
[SPEAKER_06]: The fear that is showing the Wizard of Oz and effort makes more shows fit in.
[SPEAKER_06]: They edited it down.
[SPEAKER_06]: They cut out if I were the king of the forest number.
[SPEAKER_05]: No.
[SPEAKER_06]: And I did kidding me to this day.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's Steve.
[SPEAKER_05]: Fucking edited that out of the movie.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_05]: That completely or just short in the song.
[SPEAKER_04]: No.
[SPEAKER_05]: Go on.
[SPEAKER_05]: Just go on.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's the greatest identifier of all the characters in that movie.
[SPEAKER_06]: You're right.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's he gets his own, it's really his own vanity song.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's a great song.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, it's the best of the three when they, because he get the, I could blow the way the Oh.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: Well, they don't get a version of if I only had a, right?
[SPEAKER_06]: But he's the only one that gets his own vanity song.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh my god, that's not cool.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm deemed as well.
[SPEAKER_06]: Fuck you, Spear.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: But let's get back to the cat and the hat trend.
[SPEAKER_06]: And Mike, you'll love this because not only does this feature a scary trend that sweeping the internet, you get some pretty good news anchors here too.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_13]: social media trend has now touched Arkansas.
[SPEAKER_13]: It involves AI-generated videos of a popular cartoon character, making threats against local schools.
[SPEAKER_13]: These videos went viral and raised concerns among parents and school officials.
[SPEAKER_13]: Channel 7's Chris Cage joins us now from Carlisle, one of the communities on the receiving end of those threats.
[SPEAKER_03]: Chris.
[SPEAKER_14]: Chris, over the weekend car, put it on Chris.
[SPEAKER_14]: Jay Green was made aware of an AI TikTok video that sparked a lot of concern in the community as it potentially threatened the use of
[SPEAKER_14]: our while student.
[SPEAKER_06]: Also while we're looking at Chris, don't you think he might time for him to step up to a double XL?
[SPEAKER_06]: No, he's sure to find.
[SPEAKER_05]: He is what I refer to as skinny fat.
[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's skinny on the top and he's got just a little bit of a pooch.
[SPEAKER_06]: Did you ever DJ it skinny fats?
[SPEAKER_05]: I know I did an appearance in skinny fats.
[SPEAKER_05]: I had to.
[SPEAKER_05]: If you were a
[SPEAKER_06]: Remember, I wonder if it's still around.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, God, it has to be closed.
[SPEAKER_06]: It has to be closed.
[SPEAKER_06]: I bet another bar is in its location.
[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, man, you go to skinny fashists weekend.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, yeah, right.
[SPEAKER_06]: They're saying I do dollar shooters and winning fashists.
[SPEAKER_05]: Wet T-shirt, digest Friday night, skinny fashists.
[SPEAKER_06]: All right, let's get back to Chris Cage.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, sorry Chris.
[SPEAKER_14]: I'm using the popular book character, the cat in the half.
[SPEAKER_14]: But those videos, which have since been deleted, show the cat in the hat, standing in front of both Carlisle and Pokahana schools were video captions that seemed threatening.
[SPEAKER_14]: Similar videos have been made across the country showing an AI-generated cat in the hat, lurking in the streets of various cities, as well as even listing names of students the character was supposedly targeting.
[SPEAKER_14]: BJ Green says these videos were made as jokes, but today, he's not laughing.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's got the cat sitting in front of our high school with a dark and it's got two trash cans beside it, and it says finally and Carlisle.
[SPEAKER_10]: That's not to take it lightly or something Carlisle.
[SPEAKER_10]: It's scandals and it's finally dealing with kids.
[SPEAKER_10]: Finally and Carlisle.
[SPEAKER_14]: All right, I'll go on a school this week.
[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, let's stop.
[SPEAKER_14]: Okay, all right.
[SPEAKER_05]: First of all, this Dick reporter is getting too fucking careful as far way, you know what?
[SPEAKER_05]: The whole thing with journalism, what is what, what are the nature of the threats?
[SPEAKER_05]: That's what I'd like to know.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's the entire enchilada.
[SPEAKER_05]: They don't tell you what the threats are, but they're right.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's right.
[SPEAKER_04]: The kid.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: But the fact is the threat is the threat being lost threats.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, they're saying that they're going to shoot you or I'm going to blow up the school.
[SPEAKER_05]: Are they those kind of threads?
[SPEAKER_05]: No, they're more like I'm going to get you threats.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, like time was coming.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, the time is coming.
[SPEAKER_06]: Like your time.
[SPEAKER_06]: What's it like here?
[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe we get better coverage in other states, Mike.
[SPEAKER_06]: I know you like bigger markets for news coverage.
[SPEAKER_06]: I do.
[SPEAKER_06]: I really do.
[SPEAKER_06]: Arkansas is not really your scene.
[SPEAKER_06]: Would you prefer the next story to me from college?
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr. Bookman.
[SPEAKER_05]: for Colorado Kentucky yeah we choose one please Colorado we're Kentucky Kentucky of course it was the cat in the hat are disrupting some Kentucky schools
[SPEAKER_08]: These posts have been circulating online with captions using real students names and real schools suggesting that the cat is coming after that.
[SPEAKER_08]: Now, these posts appear to be actually in and LNPDs since there are currently no credible threats.
[SPEAKER_08]: But in Alan County, one juvenile will face charges in relation to this trend.
[SPEAKER_08]: Assumption high school and Louisville had online learning and canceled all after school activities because of the post on Monday.
[SPEAKER_08]: Both of those will resume Tuesday.
[SPEAKER_05]: And a lot of said here it is.
[SPEAKER_05]: I have a 13 year old.
[SPEAKER_05]: The volume of crap, Josh can back this 100,000%.
[SPEAKER_05]: The volume, it's not, it's numbing.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's mind, it is constant, it is, it is over the top.
[SPEAKER_05]: It is, how can we shock more, how can we get away with it?
[SPEAKER_05]: Josh, I'm probably not doing like a Josh.
[SPEAKER_04]: I saw this story, I saw this story this morning.
[SPEAKER_04]: And the pictures I saw was just the cat and hat stand in like behind a tree or just sit on steps and like kind of creepy like Michael Meyer stuff.
[SPEAKER_04]: Do you think that's my point that I told, oh, there's a point that I told Kelly maybe the cat and hats my Halloween costume this year and how one of it's trend there you go.
[SPEAKER_06]: Before you make that decision, let's see what's going on in Colorado, shall we?
[SPEAKER_06]: Because you know, like this is not limited to one state.
[SPEAKER_07]: This is a safety alert for parents of the cat in the hat trend that's already sparked a police investigation at this point.
[SPEAKER_13]: Never heard of this one, so Taylor Johnson is going to address this, what this isn't, what we should be watching for.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, I want something new on TikTok and this trend is taking off.
[SPEAKER_05]: Mike, there's always something, yeah, it's taking off because of you fuckers.
[SPEAKER_06]: Right?
[SPEAKER_06]: There's always something new on.
[SPEAKER_06]: Come on.
[SPEAKER_06]: And then somebody say, well, Mike, you're talking about it too.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, but I'm talking about it as an observer of media.
[SPEAKER_04]: But this is what it is.
[SPEAKER_04]: There's so much stuff that these kids are scrolling through so fast on social media.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's absolutely right.
[SPEAKER_04]: This trend goes on and then local news picks it up to teach the parents what it is.
[SPEAKER_04]: And they make it all like this fearful thing where kids just haven't fun.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_05]: That is the point right there.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I would like to, uh, I'd love to have more information, uh, of what the nature of the threat was.
[SPEAKER_05]: But I agree with Josh.
[SPEAKER_05]: I think they don't spend five seconds.
[SPEAKER_05]: paying attention to this.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's a chuckle and on to the next thing, then you get the lazy news cast that decide that they are going to turn it into a big thing that iced tea or drinking maybe killing you.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's what they do.
[SPEAKER_04]: For it is their number one commodity folks.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's taken was it rusty spoons from years ago and making it all the he's going to actually kill you.
[SPEAKER_05]: right exactly it's it's taking a trend that the college is having fun with salad fingers yeah and and by the way uh do I think that if the threats are serious that there ought to be an investigation we ought to find out who's doing this crap of course I do if there's somebody out there because you never know what people are capable of and we've certainly had enough school shootings to know you know if there's somebody out there that's disturbed but I think if it's just this bullshit then you you you you're going to if you do a local new story on this
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: And you don't do any real investigative journalism on it in detail.
[SPEAKER_05]: You're going to have 50 more local news stations doing this.
[SPEAKER_05]: And then it becomes the thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: And if you really want national attention for your local TV station, when you come back to the anchor desk, have the cat and hat there.
[SPEAKER_04]: That would be great.
[SPEAKER_04]: You dressed up as a cat.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I agree.
[SPEAKER_06]: And moving forward, watch out for anybody who speaks only in rhyme.
[SPEAKER_06]: There it is.
[SPEAKER_06]: Just be aware, Mike.
[SPEAKER_06]: There's crazy people everywhere.
[SPEAKER_06]: Crazy.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, and I don't know.
[SPEAKER_05]: I just and like we always do on this show because we think everything's a Come spirit.
[SPEAKER_05]: So we spell a rat.
[SPEAKER_05]: You know Halloween, you know, a month and a half away right.
[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, I bet the suits whatever the doctor suits the theater.
[SPEAKER_06]: Geisel estate is ready to sell costumes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.
[SPEAKER_04]: Time to put razor blades and all that candy.
[SPEAKER_05]: I was mostly I'm going to revisit the the moment that I had with the with the altercation yesterday just lingering effects that yes I've been traumatized, but we'll do that when we come back the first ladies and gentlemen.
[SPEAKER_05]: It's the final voyage.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yes, it is the Michael Mary show has been up.
[SPEAKER_05]: The Michael Mary Show has been a part of your life for a good long time.
[SPEAKER_05]: Here's in fact, sailing the seven seas.

[SPEAKER_05]: That's history.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know, we're going to be on the boat.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Somewhere out there on the high seas, we're doing something we've never done before.
[SPEAKER_05]: The final episode of the Michael Marisho podcast.
[SPEAKER_05]: Live with you and the audience.
[SPEAKER_05]: No rerun, no duo, for no second chance.
[SPEAKER_05]: This is the one.
[SPEAKER_05]: Pack it in folks.
[SPEAKER_05]: for now.
[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to do a little shorty thing, but I'm letting the boys talk about what they're going to do because they're going to keep the podcast going and I think I should mention that every time I mention that I am returring.
[SPEAKER_05]: If TMI has been part of your life, come be a part.

[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
[SPEAKER_05]: So my kid gets into the car quite often after golf practice or baseball practice or a long day.
[SPEAKER_05]: You are.
[SPEAKER_06]: You know what?
[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think you're allowed to say this anymore, but you're slave to his schedule.
[SPEAKER_05]: And I love it.
[SPEAKER_05]: I am all about it.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's got to scrimmage this weekend playing the two different travel baseball teams with a very new career show for the show for you know, and I'm good at it and I get them to where he needs to be.
[SPEAKER_05]: I will tell you that occasionally he will leave his cleats.
[SPEAKER_05]: or his athletic equipment or his sneakers from school.
[SPEAKER_05]: First thing to come off in the car, every time I pick them up are the shoes, constantly.
[SPEAKER_05]: And in the event that they linger overnight and I got somewhere to be the following morning.
[SPEAKER_06]: We're not in Florida heat.
[SPEAKER_05]: It is not a good experience.
[SPEAKER_05]: And so last night he wanted to run out to, I don't know, somewhere to get something.
[SPEAKER_05]: We ran out.
[SPEAKER_06]: Raising canes was he gonna get sauce?
[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_05]: I was in the car once before and I got a little.
[SPEAKER_05]: I was with him and I said, what is that?
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have cleats in here?
[SPEAKER_05]: Do you have a, what is that?
[SPEAKER_05]: Did you leave food?
[SPEAKER_05]: Did you leave your check filais somewhere?
[SPEAKER_05]: What the hell is that?
[SPEAKER_05]: What is going, then the
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but there's always the chance you're just in I best stuck in the grill.
[SPEAKER_05]: I get an early call this morning and I get in the car and it's worse and this time I'm like I have the time I'm going to do a deep dive and I go into the trunk or the hatchback, I go into the back seat, nothing, go into the passenger side, nothing, go into my side,
[SPEAKER_05]: I knocked over almost three quarters of a large diacoke.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you were vague about that.
[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't pursue that, but I was wondering about that.
[SPEAKER_05]: The car I have, I'm my overpriced import.
[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I have, it is challenged when it comes to the cup holder.
[SPEAKER_05]: The cup holder is jammed underneath a little star trek overhang where I have to fish it out.
[SPEAKER_05]: So quite often, if I'm enjoying a beverage in a cup in my car, you can eat.
[SPEAKER_05]: I will put it on top of the of the little star wars pod that goes out and there now when I was enjoying my my lovely Burger King lunch and feeding the Ivases before I was brutally attacked right I I set it up on top and then when it got more tense and I panicked and everybody should know should know this ladies let me look to camera and say that yeah folks
[SPEAKER_05]: When old people are attacked, they tend to flail.
[SPEAKER_05]: So I tanked the whole, the whole soda pop and then I, I, I, I retrieved it from the bottom and I went to get my haircut now and then when I got home, I brought what was left into the house and I never mopped it up before we move on what kind of formats do you have?

[SPEAKER_06]: But make sure make sure that it doesn't get on the actual carpet of the car.
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's where it is.
[SPEAKER_06]: The carpet is going to form that way.
[SPEAKER_06]: The floor mat is going to be your primary thing that you need to clean.
[SPEAKER_05]: That's why I can take the floor mat out and do that tonight.
[SPEAKER_05]: I can do that tonight.
[SPEAKER_05]: Maybe that'll help.
[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_05]: Make most of it got into the floor mat.
[SPEAKER_06]: Why, why would a diet Coke smell so bad?
[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I am an old person.
[SPEAKER_05]: It might just be me.
[SPEAKER_06]: Is there something that you previously spilled into the carpet that it might have rejuvenated?
[SPEAKER_05]: You never know.
[SPEAKER_05]: I've got a 13 year old.
