<v Speaker 1>It's Wednesday. You know what that means. Nobody gives a
<v Speaker 1>shit about Dynamite. I think even the mods fell asleep.
<v Speaker 1>I don't even see the mods here. Yes, this was
<v Speaker 1>the go-home show to Dynamite. Actually, it was a three-hour
<v Speaker 1>block tonight, which is still in progress. I'm sure everybody
<v Speaker 1>is watching Collision right now. I had to pull myself
<v Speaker 1>away to prepare here for the stream. But yes, it's
<v Speaker 1>a three-hour block of Dynamite and Collision. Collision is still
<v Speaker 1>in progress. And we have our card for Saturday. It
<v Speaker 1>is all out in Chicago. They are sold out over 9,000
<v Speaker 1>people at the now arena on paper. It looks like
<v Speaker 1>a very good car, very strong card. And I am
<v Speaker 1>very excited about some of the matches that are on
<v Speaker 1>that show on Saturday. I wish I could tell you
<v Speaker 1>that I was as excited about this show here tonight,
<v Speaker 1>but I wasn't, I was largely very bored. Tony, you know,
<v Speaker 1>Tony Khan said that there were going to be reps
<v Speaker 1>from Warner brothers, discovery executives from WBD, their media rights partner,
<v Speaker 1>In attendance tonight. Not the most exciting show for them
<v Speaker 1>to be in attendance for. However, we do have the
<v Speaker 1>first member of Will Ospreay's, I guess you would say
<v Speaker 1>the AEW branch of United Empire that he said a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks ago he was going to be forming. We
<v Speaker 1>have the, I guess, the Japanese syndicate. And now we're
<v Speaker 1>going to have the North American syndicate. And the first
<v Speaker 1>member has been anointed. It is Speedball Mike Bailey. is
<v Speaker 1>the first official member of this new United Empire. It
<v Speaker 1>was him and Ospreay in the main event against the
<v Speaker 1>Death Riders tonight. And Ospreay had one final message for
<v Speaker 1>Jon Moxley as they went off the air. The Trios
<v Speaker 1>title match has also been set. We had one more
<v Speaker 1>Trios title match left to go before we found out
<v Speaker 1>who would be challenging Hangman and Brodito this Saturday. And
<v Speaker 1>we now know who that will be, so we'll get
<v Speaker 1>into that. And there was a fun exchange here on
<v Speaker 1>the show between Tommaso Ciampa and Kazuchika Okada, who are
<v Speaker 1>going to be having an international title match on Saturday.
<v Speaker 1>That is one of the two matches I am most
<v Speaker 1>looking forward to on that card. Other than that, not
<v Speaker 1>a whole lot to sink your teeth into here on
<v Speaker 1>this show. You got some decent wrestling, and look, I
<v Speaker 1>wish we could go chapter and verse into everything and
<v Speaker 1>really dig deep in the analysis here, but there's just
<v Speaker 1>not a whole lot to say. I'm going to try
<v Speaker 1>to get you out of here as quickly as I can.
<v Speaker 1>This is the AW Dynamite Review, the go-home edition. It
<v Speaker 1>is Wednesday. It is September 23rd, 2026. I am the
<v Speaker 1>solid monster. Paul says, Speedball is a channel channel. Speedball
<v Speaker 1>is a very good wrestler. He may not be the
<v Speaker 1>most exciting television personality, but he is a great wrestler.
<v Speaker 1>He's had some great matches this year. Actually, I think
<v Speaker 1>he is a good fit as far as the United
<v Speaker 1>Empire stuff goes. And there's another reason why, at least
<v Speaker 1>for him, I think it's a good idea for him
<v Speaker 1>to be a part of it, which we'll get to
<v Speaker 1>here in a little bit. I am knee deep in
<v Speaker 1>all kinds of work this week and prep for Friday.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to be going to Chicago. I'm not going
<v Speaker 1>to Chicago for All Out. I'm not going to Chicago
<v Speaker 1>for Worlds Collide. There's a lot of wrestling going on
<v Speaker 1>in Chicago this weekend. It starts with House of Glory
<v Speaker 1>on Friday, which will be streaming live on YouTube. So
<v Speaker 1>a lot of preparation for that show. And apparently some
<v Speaker 1>big storm is coming here to the Northeast. Oh, joy.
<v Speaker 1>Just in time for me to fly this weekend. I
<v Speaker 1>can't wait. But anyway, like and subscribe. Thank you everybody
<v Speaker 1>who joined. We had a fun stream on Monday night
<v Speaker 1>for the post show. And I will not be here
<v Speaker 1>for SmackDown, so this will be the last live stream
<v Speaker 1>until Saturday night. I will be live after all out,
<v Speaker 1>so just be aware of that. But yes, like and subscribe.
<v Speaker 1>Do we even need to spin the wheel? Should we
<v Speaker 1>even bother? We'll spin the wheel. I know people love
<v Speaker 1>it when we spin the wheel for the likes, so
<v Speaker 1>we'll spin the wheel. But, uh, I mean, it's dynamite,
<v Speaker 1>so we all know how this is going to go.
<v Speaker 1>We all know how this is going to go as
<v Speaker 1>far as Be The Booker tonight. Oh, oh, oh!
<v Speaker 2>We were close.
<v Speaker 1>We were close. We almost landed on automatic Be The Booker.
<v Speaker 1>We were this close. Unfortunately, we landed on 515 likes.
<v Speaker 1>Which is a little bit hard to do when you have...
<v Speaker 1>Not 515 here so far. So anyway, but that is
<v Speaker 1>the goal, right? There you go. That might be the
<v Speaker 1>most exciting thing that we talk about or do here tonight.
<v Speaker 1>Let's start from the very beginning of all of this.
<v Speaker 1>I know, Jersey, so close, right? So close. That was
<v Speaker 1>almost my gift to you. There's Uffman. Okay, so we
<v Speaker 1>got some mod power here. I thought the mods were
<v Speaker 1>asleep at the wheel. I thought they fell asleep in
<v Speaker 1>the middle of Dynamite tonight. Quiz, Quizzical might have, but
<v Speaker 1>at least Uffman is here with us. You need a
<v Speaker 1>Brawlout breaking... Dude, I tell you what, man. We didn't
<v Speaker 1>know how good we had it when Brawlout went down.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, I'm sorry it happened and it fucked up
<v Speaker 1>a lot of things. There were a lot of great
<v Speaker 1>CM Punk matches that we could have gotten in AEW
<v Speaker 1>with a bunch of people that we never got to see.
<v Speaker 1>CM Punk and Kenny Omega, among others. But man, if
<v Speaker 1>you were someone who was talking about wrestling or covering
<v Speaker 1>the news, if you're a content creator, podcaster, YouTuber, whatever,
<v Speaker 1>holy shit, the... The mound of gold that you had
<v Speaker 1>coming out. Just the weeks and months worth of content
<v Speaker 1>that you had coming out of Brawlout. I think you're right.
<v Speaker 1>I think we need somebody to punch somebody in the
<v Speaker 1>face backstage. The Green Pianist says it's raining here. Solo
<v Speaker 1>stream plus rainstorm is a great combo. It's a goaded combo,
<v Speaker 1>he says. Well, I'd rather you have the rainstorm tonight
<v Speaker 1>and not when I'm I'm going to be flying this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>They're predicting a nor'easter here in New York. Usually when
<v Speaker 1>I hear nor'easter, I'm thinking snow, I'm thinking winter, some
<v Speaker 1>winter blizzard or something. Apparently this is a rain and
<v Speaker 1>wind nor'easter, which I'm hoping maybe it'll drift out into
<v Speaker 1>the ocean, but I don't know. It's not looking too good.
<v Speaker 1>The Dynamite comes on the air tonight. We got a
<v Speaker 1>couple of promos here to lead into the opening match.
<v Speaker 1>We got one from Ricochet and the Gates of Agony,
<v Speaker 1>who are going up against Swerve Strickland and The New
<v Speaker 1>Level for the AEW Trios Championships. The winner of this match,
<v Speaker 1>or at least whoever would come out of this match
<v Speaker 1>with the titles, would be defending those belts against Hangman,
<v Speaker 1>Brody King, and Bandito this Saturday. So we had some
<v Speaker 1>actual stakes. I'm not talking Omaha stakes. We had some
<v Speaker 1>actual stakes, something tangible. Something important on the line here
<v Speaker 1>in this match. Prince Nana, after Ricochet and the Gates
<v Speaker 1>of Agony, or at least Ricochet cut that promo, they
<v Speaker 1>cut to the gates, or rather to Prince Nana, Swerve, Kofi,
<v Speaker 1>and Creed backstage walking through the hallway. And Prince Nana
<v Speaker 1>told the Gates of Agony, hey, don't forget who brought
<v Speaker 1>you to the dance. And it wasn't Ricochet who brought
<v Speaker 1>you here. So Kofi then talked about potentially defending those
<v Speaker 1>titles against Hangman and Brodito this weekend. And he asked
<v Speaker 1>about Swerve. He's talking about Swerve's past issues. He's had
<v Speaker 1>a lot of issues in the past with all three
<v Speaker 1>of those men. They were wondering if Swerve had any
<v Speaker 1>friends at all in AEW before they came along. And
<v Speaker 1>Swerve didn't really have a good response to this. And
<v Speaker 1>he was saved by the music because they started playing
<v Speaker 1>his music and he said, you know what, I'm going
<v Speaker 1>to head out there. So he never did answer the question.
<v Speaker 1>The answer is no. The answer is no. He never
<v Speaker 1>had any friends. So we had the Trios title match here.
<v Speaker 1>There was a spot where Toa Leona was built up
<v Speaker 1>as the big monster here of this match. And he
<v Speaker 1>pounced Creed clear over the announce desk at one point.
<v Speaker 1>Almost into Taz. So he got wiped out there for
<v Speaker 1>a little bit. Then he went to go charge at
<v Speaker 1>Kofi who was outside. He was over by the barricade
<v Speaker 1>trying to get his bearings. His back was turned and
<v Speaker 1>he charges towards Kofi. But before he could do whatever
<v Speaker 1>it was he was going to do. Swerve, from off-camera,
<v Speaker 1>out of nowhere, came with a house call kick and
<v Speaker 1>took down Toa Leona. Then Ricochet did a huge dive,
<v Speaker 1>flip dive out over the ring post onto Swerve. So anyway,
<v Speaker 1>the Gates of Agony, they picked up Swerve. Ricochet hit
<v Speaker 1>a doomsday device off the barricade. Back inside Ricochet, he
<v Speaker 1>was gloating and he was doing Ricochet things took too
<v Speaker 1>long here he ended up running right into a kick
<v Speaker 1>by Creed Kofi made the hot tag and there was
<v Speaker 1>this awkward Hurricanrana spot in the corner where Kofi I
<v Speaker 1>mean he kind of got Bishop Khan but not really
<v Speaker 1>but there's Toleone again he was right there to send
<v Speaker 1>Kofi flying with a pounce so Ricochet nailed a 630
<v Speaker 1>senton to Kofi Swerve barely broke up the cover Toa
<v Speaker 1>Leona later on, he no-sold a rolling flatliner by Swerve.
<v Speaker 1>Creed hit one of his own. Same result. Kofi came
<v Speaker 1>in with a hook kick. Creed then landed a tornado DDT.
<v Speaker 1>And finally, Swerve hit the 450 splash. Ricochet was able
<v Speaker 1>to break up that cover with a springboard 450. To
<v Speaker 1>Toa Leona, he missed a corner splash on Creed. He
<v Speaker 1>posted himself in the process. And that allowed Cree to
<v Speaker 1>slowly hoist the big guy up on his shoulders and
<v Speaker 1>he took him over with an attitude adjustment. Ricochet ate
<v Speaker 1>a trouble in paradise from Kofi. And then he was,
<v Speaker 1>Kofi was trying mightily here to, he was trying to
<v Speaker 1>hit the, well, he should have gone back to consequences. Creed.
<v Speaker 1>I'm looking at the chat here. I'm distracted. So Blitzfan
<v Speaker 1>says that he should have gone back to Consequences Creed.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. Austin Creed is a pretty cool name.
<v Speaker 1>There's nothing wrong with that. You want him to come
<v Speaker 1>out there looking like something out of a Rocky movie.
<v Speaker 1>That's what he was doing in TNA 20 years ago.
<v Speaker 1>Austin Creed is fine. That's what people know him as.
<v Speaker 1>I think that's what he is on the UpUpDownDown stuff,
<v Speaker 1>or whatever his gamer name is, I guess, would be
<v Speaker 1>on there. I have no issue whatsoever with the new
<v Speaker 1>level name. I have no issue with him going back
<v Speaker 1>to Austin Creed. I think more power to him. One
<v Speaker 1>thing you could tell watching these guys over the last
<v Speaker 1>several weeks is that they're like free spirits on this show.
<v Speaker 1>You know, they just, they look happy. They're genuinely happy
<v Speaker 1>to be there. I think Kofi said it when they
<v Speaker 1>sat down with Renee and they did that interview where
<v Speaker 1>they showed up for work. They want to be there
<v Speaker 1>every week. They want to be wrestling every single week.
<v Speaker 1>They want to do Dynamite. They want to do Collision.
<v Speaker 1>They want to do it all, right? It's like kids
<v Speaker 1>that have transferred to a new school and they're trying
<v Speaker 1>to assimilate. You know what I mean? They want to
<v Speaker 1>feel welcome. They want to feel like they're, you know,
<v Speaker 1>contributing in some way. I mean, you can see it.
<v Speaker 1>They just look extra motivated. Anyway, Kofi was trying for
<v Speaker 1>the SOS. He couldn't, you know, get the SOS on
<v Speaker 1>Toa Leona. Strickland launched off of Creed's back with a
<v Speaker 1>house call kick, and then Kofi finally hit the SOS,
<v Speaker 1>and all three of them piled on top of Toa Leona.
<v Speaker 1>They got the pin to retain the trio's titles. So
<v Speaker 1>the new level. They continue to look very impressive here.
<v Speaker 1>They're wrestling weekly on these shows. They gave Toa Leona
<v Speaker 1>the monster spot here in this match. It took everything
<v Speaker 1>they had, everything they could possibly do to take this
<v Speaker 1>man down. But this was the only outcome, because the
<v Speaker 1>only match that should have been considered for Saturday is
<v Speaker 1>the one that we're getting. And it's going to be
<v Speaker 1>Swerve in the new day or the new level. Still
<v Speaker 1>getting used to that. Defending their titles against Hangman, Brody King,
<v Speaker 1>and Bandito. And that is going to be a fucking
<v Speaker 1>great match. You don't need to oversaturate this with multiple teams.
<v Speaker 1>We already had, you know, all of the teams in
<v Speaker 1>the casino thing at, you know, at Wembley. Just keep
<v Speaker 1>it very simple. Three on three. First time ever. Three
<v Speaker 1>on three. So, speaking of which, Hangman, Brody King, and Bandito.
<v Speaker 1>They all came out to the ring and Hangman, he
<v Speaker 1>congratulated them and said the trio's titles felt as important
<v Speaker 1>in their hands as as it felt when they had them.
<v Speaker 1>He's glad that Kofi and Creed are here, but they
<v Speaker 1>don't realize who they've gotten themselves involved with. He asks Swerve,
<v Speaker 1>what are you doing? He goes, I was gone for
<v Speaker 1>five months, and I come back and all of a
<v Speaker 1>sudden Swerve is going for the Trios titles. So Creed
<v Speaker 1>piped up, but he said, you know, what Swerve is doing,
<v Speaker 1>he's teaming with the best team in all of wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>He said that Strickland is a changed man. Kofi said,
<v Speaker 1>you know, ever since we came here, Swerve's been nothing
<v Speaker 1>but cool with us. Yeah, until you lose the belts.
<v Speaker 1>Then he won't be so cool with you. So Brody said,
<v Speaker 1>it's been three weeks. And everybody laughed. Hangman said, give
<v Speaker 1>it time. Swerve will show you who he truly is.
<v Speaker 1>So Swerve said that Hangman's got some nerve. How many
<v Speaker 1>trios teams have you abandoned? Said the Young Bucks, Jet Speed.
<v Speaker 1>It's only a matter of time before you leave Brodito
<v Speaker 1>hanging like you did me. Two years ago in Chicago,
<v Speaker 1>everyone saw who Hangman really is. Hangman is no better
<v Speaker 1>or no different than him. And then Bandito took the
<v Speaker 1>microphone and shoved it under his mask. And he said
<v Speaker 1>the titles are going back to the good, the bad,
<v Speaker 1>and El Guapo, which is what they call themselves. So yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that's the match. I'm looking forward to one of the
<v Speaker 1>two matches I'm most looking forward to on the card
<v Speaker 1>on Saturday. But again, just to go back to the
<v Speaker 1>new level here, I don't want to make it sound
<v Speaker 1>like You know, they didn't want to work when they
<v Speaker 1>were in WWE. I mean, of course they did. They
<v Speaker 1>just weren't getting the same opportunities that they used to
<v Speaker 1>because they were there for so fucking long and they
<v Speaker 1>weren't a priority anymore. But here it just seems like, okay,
<v Speaker 1>now we can finally get out there. We're not sitting
<v Speaker 1>on the bench. We're not, you know, during the commercial breaks.
<v Speaker 1>We're able to go out there and actually work with
<v Speaker 1>these guys and work with some of the younger talents
<v Speaker 1>and people that we haven't had the chance to work
<v Speaker 1>with in years.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>And it's just extra motivating. They're going out there, and
<v Speaker 1>they're just having probably more fun than they've had in
<v Speaker 1>10 years, if I had to venture a guess. So
<v Speaker 1>it's cool to see, and I'm really looking forward to
<v Speaker 1>that match on Saturday. Rene was backstage with Will Ospreay,
<v Speaker 1>Francesco Akira, and Speedball Mike Bailey. Ospreay said that not
<v Speaker 1>many men would throw themselves into the line of fire
<v Speaker 1>right in front of the Death Riders. He said that
<v Speaker 1>he has Bailey... after having his back last Saturday, if
<v Speaker 1>he would join the United Empire. He was waiting for
<v Speaker 1>an answer. Bailey said, yeah, you know, it didn't work
<v Speaker 1>out so well the last time I was part of
<v Speaker 1>a team, but he accepted, maybe against his better judgment here,
<v Speaker 1>he accepted Ospreay's invitation, and so Speedball Mike Bailey is
<v Speaker 1>now officially a member of this new satellite branch of
<v Speaker 1>the United Empire. And As far as that goes, like
<v Speaker 1>I said before, I think that he's a good fit
<v Speaker 1>for it. It's good for speedball. And it's good for speedball,
<v Speaker 1>not just because now he's going to be rubbing shoulders
<v Speaker 1>with the world champion every single week, and he's guaranteed
<v Speaker 1>to get television time in some prominent position. It gives
<v Speaker 1>him something to do. Instead of him just wandering around
<v Speaker 1>aimlessly with random matches and not really having a mission,
<v Speaker 1>we've seen him challenge for certain championships, whether it's the
<v Speaker 1>international title or whatever. I think that was the most
<v Speaker 1>recent one he challenged for and he lost and it's like, okay,
<v Speaker 1>he lost those matches. He's not with Kevin Knight anymore.
<v Speaker 1>Kind of did the thing with the Don Callis family.
<v Speaker 1>What do you do with him? Like, where do you
<v Speaker 1>go with him? At least this will give him something
<v Speaker 1>to do. This will give him some sort of purpose
<v Speaker 1>now on these shows and he'll just go out there
<v Speaker 1>and what does he do? He goes out there and
<v Speaker 1>he has really good wrestling matches. Again, his whole thing
<v Speaker 1>is like he's kind of the, I don't know, the
<v Speaker 1>geeky guy on the show. Some of the things he
<v Speaker 1>says on the show, it's like, oh, God. You know,
<v Speaker 1>he's not the most overly charismatic guy. He's not going
<v Speaker 1>to be cracking jokes or anything like that. His forte
<v Speaker 1>is bell to bell in the ring having really good
<v Speaker 1>wrestling matches. And you need a little bit more than that.
<v Speaker 1>This gives him a purpose beyond just having great wrestling
<v Speaker 1>matches on the show. He can be part of something now.
<v Speaker 1>I'm personally hoping that when we see Ilya Dragunov, or
<v Speaker 1>whatever they call him, when he makes his debut in
<v Speaker 1>this company, which he will in the next few weeks,
<v Speaker 1>I would say, they have a Dynamite coming up in France,
<v Speaker 1>not next week, but the week after. It might be
<v Speaker 1>on a Tuesday that week. They haven't said yet. I
<v Speaker 1>think that would be a fine place for Dragunov to debut,
<v Speaker 1>and maybe even that night he debuts as a member
<v Speaker 1>of the United Empire. I would love to see. I
<v Speaker 1>think that would be a great way to debut him.
<v Speaker 1>And then I assume there's going to be a war
<v Speaker 1>brewing in 2027 with Callum Newman and the other members
<v Speaker 1>of the United Empire from the Japanese end. So I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure they're slowly building towards that. After a commercial, we
<v Speaker 1>go backstage to Tekla, who said that inside of everyone,
<v Speaker 1>there are two types of bitches. One is a dumb
<v Speaker 1>bitch who is all about love, happiness, kindness, and mocks, right?
<v Speaker 1>Shooting confetti out of her tits. Then there's the real bitch.
<v Speaker 1>The one who will sink her teeth into your neck
<v Speaker 1>and never let go. Does Tekla truly have to tell
<v Speaker 1>Willow Nightingale which bitch she is? Tonight, Tekla will go
<v Speaker 1>out there with her friends and have fun because Tekla
<v Speaker 1>is for the children. She is. They ought to do
<v Speaker 1>some segments on these shows. You want to have some
<v Speaker 1>fun with it, why don't you shoot some segments or vignettes, whatever,
<v Speaker 1>where Tekla goes around doing meet and greets with little kids.
<v Speaker 1>AEW sponsored meet and greets, and the camera follows Tecla around,
<v Speaker 1>and she's meeting these little kids. They're so eager and
<v Speaker 1>excited to get her autograph and take a picture, and
<v Speaker 1>she's calling them all. Look at all these little dumb
<v Speaker 1>bitches around here. Just Tecla being Tecla. She's got a
<v Speaker 1>fucking drink in her hand, walking around, cussing up a storm.
<v Speaker 1>I think that that would be very entertaining. Tecla is
<v Speaker 1>very entertaining. Let's get some segments like that on the show,
<v Speaker 1>other than just her cutting promos. Her cutting promos is great,
<v Speaker 1>but there's a lot of untapped comedy potential here that
<v Speaker 1>I'm hoping that maybe they could tap into. Would I
<v Speaker 1>put Speedball under a mask? Which is a very appropriate
<v Speaker 1>question to come from Luchador. Luchador Mewtwo in the chat.
<v Speaker 1>Why would you put him under a mask? What would
<v Speaker 1>be the purpose of that? As soon as you look
<v Speaker 1>down at his feet, you're going to know exactly who
<v Speaker 1>it is. There's no point. Now, if he ever loses
<v Speaker 1>a Loser Leaves Town match, for example, he could reemerge
<v Speaker 1>under a mask and a different name. Jon Moxley against
<v Speaker 1>Desmond Xavier in a Continental title eliminator match. You know,
<v Speaker 1>on Collision last week, I didn't really talk about this
<v Speaker 1>on the sound of, but Myron Reed had a really
<v Speaker 1>good TNT title match with Darby Allin. He took this
<v Speaker 1>ridiculously stupid bump, this flip bump out of the ring
<v Speaker 1>onto a chair outside. That was dumb. But they had
<v Speaker 1>a really good match, and then in the main event
<v Speaker 1>on Saturday, Zachary Wentz he had he had a match
<v Speaker 1>I will not say it was a great match but
<v Speaker 1>he had a match with Jon Moxley it wasn't as
<v Speaker 1>good but now it was Dez's turn Desmond Xavier here
<v Speaker 1>in singles action so nice to see the members of
<v Speaker 1>the Rascals branching out and getting singles opportunities they're losing
<v Speaker 1>all of them they've lost all of the matches I
<v Speaker 1>just mentioned, but at least they're getting singles opportunities. Uh,
<v Speaker 1>this wasn't a bad match. I mean, it was solid,
<v Speaker 1>but I mean, every one of these eliminators with Jon
<v Speaker 1>Moxley is basically the same. And every single time we
<v Speaker 1>have seen one of them this year, Jon Moxley wins
<v Speaker 1>because everything is building to all out and everything is
<v Speaker 1>building to him and Will Ospreay and Ospreay being the
<v Speaker 1>one to get that first win, I believe over Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>So everybody else, they keep throwing these people at Jon Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>And I mean, You kind of already know before the
<v Speaker 1>bell even rings how it's going to go. And this
<v Speaker 1>was no different. Moxley won with the rear naked choke.
<v Speaker 1>Anything else would have been shocking, especially with him being
<v Speaker 1>in the main event of the pay-per-view coming up this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>Rene was backstage again, this time with Darby Allin and
<v Speaker 1>Steve Borden, or Steven Borden. I got to make sure
<v Speaker 1>I get the right Borden here. There's Garrett Borden, who
<v Speaker 1>also just made his debut. So Sting is going to
<v Speaker 1>have both of his sons wrestling. And very likely wrestling
<v Speaker 1>in AEW. I don't know that Garrett has a contract
<v Speaker 1>with AEW yet, but he's going to have both of
<v Speaker 1>his sons now following in his footsteps. A shout out
<v Speaker 1>to Fuzzy Dunlop from Scotland. Love your work. Well, thank you.
<v Speaker 1>I appreciate that. You are truly one of the diehards.
<v Speaker 1>Because as I said, people just don't give a shit
<v Speaker 1>on Wednesdays. They just don't care. They're just so bored
<v Speaker 1>by these Dynamite episodes. So if you are here with me,
<v Speaker 1>you are truly one of the diehards, and I appreciate you.
<v Speaker 1>But anyway, she's in the back with Darby and Borden,
<v Speaker 1>and Adam Copeland walks in. And he says that he
<v Speaker 1>puts Borden over and says that he's going to be
<v Speaker 1>a monster in this industry. Big things in that man's future.
<v Speaker 1>But he heard that they issued a challenge to where
<v Speaker 1>if they win over Kevin Knight and Fletcher, Kyle Fletcher,
<v Speaker 1>this weekend, that they're coming for the AEW Tag Team Championships.
<v Speaker 1>And as much as he appreciates reaching for the stars,
<v Speaker 1>he says they're reaching for the legends. And Copeland told Darby,
<v Speaker 1>coming after him and Christian is like climbing to Mount Everest.
<v Speaker 1>So Darby says, there's so much I could say right now,
<v Speaker 1>but with all due respect, challenge accepted. And Copeland, he
<v Speaker 1>laughed and he said, be careful what you wish for.
<v Speaker 1>Which led into a segment with Adam Copeland and Christian Cage,
<v Speaker 1>the Young Bucks and FTR. all coming out to the
<v Speaker 1>ring for one last collective face-off before their ladder match
<v Speaker 1>this weekend. Stokely Hathaway said, look, we have nothing left
<v Speaker 1>to say. The only reason that we're here is so
<v Speaker 1>we don't get fined by the greatest boss in the world,
<v Speaker 1>Tony Khan. So let's wrap this shit up. Matt Jackson
<v Speaker 1>said that when it comes to Saturday, FTR are the
<v Speaker 1>Dudley boys. Nick said that they've had multiple chances now
<v Speaker 1>to get their belts back and they have failed. And
<v Speaker 1>he goes, we may be called the young bucks, but
<v Speaker 1>we're not getting any younger here. This may well be
<v Speaker 1>our last opportunity. If it is, we're going to fight
<v Speaker 1>like hell to become the first ever four-time AEW Tag
<v Speaker 1>Team Champions. So Christian Cage then said, let me put
<v Speaker 1>your mind at ease. This will be your last opportunity.
<v Speaker 1>And it pisses him off to hear about them and
<v Speaker 1>FTR talking about who's going to become the first four-time
<v Speaker 1>Tag Team Champions ever. when he and Copeland are one-time
<v Speaker 1>tag team champions, and that's how it's going to stay.
<v Speaker 1>The Bucks and FTR, you're great teams, but the two
<v Speaker 1>of us, we are generational. And he said that since
<v Speaker 1>he's already done FTR's mother, he's looking forward to meeting
<v Speaker 1>the young Bucks mom in Chicago this Saturday for the
<v Speaker 1>first time. So Copeland took the mic away from his
<v Speaker 1>boy at that point, said he's sick and tired of
<v Speaker 1>them disrespecting the legends standing before them. Between him and Christian,
<v Speaker 1>they've been in 40 ladder matches. And they're still moving
<v Speaker 1>around pretty good for two guys that have been in
<v Speaker 1>40 ladder matches. So what could FTR and the Bucks
<v Speaker 1>possibly do to them that has not already been done?
<v Speaker 1>They've made a damn good career of jumping off ladders.
<v Speaker 1>And then Matt said, well, everything you said was true
<v Speaker 1>if it was 1999. The last time we saw you
<v Speaker 1>jump off something high, you nearly crippled yourself for a year.
<v Speaker 1>And Copeland didn't like that. So they started shoving the Bucs.
<v Speaker 1>Dax came over. He tried to calm things down and
<v Speaker 1>said as much as we would like for this to continue.
<v Speaker 1>But before he could go any further, Cope and Christian,
<v Speaker 1>they started swinging on them. And then everything just broke
<v Speaker 1>down into chaos. You know, the Bucs, they caught the
<v Speaker 1>champs with some super kicks. They went after FTR outside
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Nick, there was a fucking ladder there. So
<v Speaker 1>Nick starts climbing a ladder. Matt on the floor, he
<v Speaker 1>picks Harwood up. He's going to go for a tombstone
<v Speaker 1>or he's holding him for a tombstone waiting for Nick.
<v Speaker 1>Here come the brigade of security guards. So they rush
<v Speaker 1>out and they put a stop to this and they
<v Speaker 1>end up getting super kicked for their troubles. And then
<v Speaker 1>Nick jumps off the ladder onto the pile of security FTR.
<v Speaker 1>They put another security geek through a table outside on
<v Speaker 1>the other side of the ring. And then in the ring,
<v Speaker 1>Stokely was all by himself. with Cope and Christian, who
<v Speaker 1>had chairs. But here comes more security to make the save.
<v Speaker 1>And then something very odd happened here. At least I
<v Speaker 1>think it's odd. Copeland gives one of the security geeks
<v Speaker 1>a concerto. This was probably, like, this entire segment was
<v Speaker 1>the first time where I really looked at Copeland and
<v Speaker 1>I said, this guy's a fucking heel. He's out here
<v Speaker 1>talking about we're not going to be disrespected. We're legends.
<v Speaker 1>We're this. We're that. He's telling Borden earlier, we're like
<v Speaker 1>two Mount Everest's. And now this poor security guy is
<v Speaker 1>just doing his job. And he gets a concerto. He
<v Speaker 1>gets his brains bashed in. And then they played the
<v Speaker 1>music and that was the end of the segment. And
<v Speaker 1>it was like, not even a big deal. And then
<v Speaker 1>they just sort of moved on from it. And I'm like,
<v Speaker 1>this guy should be stripped. He should be fined. He
<v Speaker 1>should be suspended for what he did. He's an asshole.
<v Speaker 1>Total heel move on his part. I mean, it's one
<v Speaker 1>thing if you want to hit the guy with a spear.
<v Speaker 1>To give him a concerto, I think, is a little much. So,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I'm not saying he's going heel. I'm
<v Speaker 1>just saying he came off very heelish to me in
<v Speaker 1>this segment. So, I just thought that was very strange.
<v Speaker 1>But this was just the final chaotic segment here to
<v Speaker 1>build interest in the three-way match coming up on Saturday.
<v Speaker 1>Don't call it TLC, though. We had Tommaso Ciampa one-on-one
<v Speaker 1>with Jake Doyle. Now, initially I saw this and I thought, man,
<v Speaker 1>they're using Jake Doyle here as, you know, like a
<v Speaker 1>punching bag, like a warm-up for Ciampa. Because Ciampa's got
<v Speaker 1>that title match coming up with Okada on Saturday. but
<v Speaker 1>they're putting Doyle in this spot just to be the
<v Speaker 1>warm-up guy for a few minutes. I mean, I guess
<v Speaker 1>you could say he was, but he ended up getting
<v Speaker 1>more offense than I thought they were going to give him.
<v Speaker 1>They went 10 minutes. Ciampa won it with a running
<v Speaker 1>knee strike. After the match, Ciampa took the mic, and
<v Speaker 1>he looked down at Don Callis, who was on commentary,
<v Speaker 1>and he told him, he said, this is as much
<v Speaker 1>for you as it is for Okada. And then he
<v Speaker 1>looked dead into the camera, and he said, in 2018,
<v Speaker 1>me and Okada, we lived on different islands. But the
<v Speaker 1>entire wrestling world asked, what if? Were there people asking
<v Speaker 1>for that match in 2018? Was that a thing? That
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember? That people were clamoring for Tommaso Ciampa
<v Speaker 1>and Kazuchika Okada? It would have been a great fucking match.
<v Speaker 1>Don't get me wrong. I just don't remember them interacting
<v Speaker 1>on social media. I don't remember people thinking, man, this
<v Speaker 1>is going to be some big dream match. We would
<v Speaker 1>love to see it. But anyway, he says 2018, they
<v Speaker 1>were on different islands. Now it's 2026, and they no
<v Speaker 1>longer have to ask because now they live on the
<v Speaker 1>same damn island. We don't have to wait for Chicago,
<v Speaker 1>so bring your ass out here right now. I got
<v Speaker 1>people in the chat telling me that... Did they have
<v Speaker 1>an overrun? Don't tell me they had an overrun on Collision.
<v Speaker 1>So they went three hours, and they still have a...
<v Speaker 1>But they did that last time, too. I think the
<v Speaker 1>show last time went like three hours and 20 minutes. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>my God. Anyway, now you know why I didn't stick
<v Speaker 1>with Collision. Okada's music hits, we hear the coin drop,
<v Speaker 1>and out he comes onto the stage, tells Champa, you
<v Speaker 1>asked for the Rainmaker, but I've got some bad news.
<v Speaker 1>You won't get him tonight. He goes, I'm so sorry.
<v Speaker 1>And all out, Champa is going to get what he wants,
<v Speaker 1>and so will Okada, who will show Champa that he
<v Speaker 1>is not on his level, bitch. Champa said, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know if maybe I'm losing my hearing, but I don't
<v Speaker 1>understand you saying that you're sorry. In three more sleeps,
<v Speaker 1>he's getting the best of the psycho killer, and he
<v Speaker 1>will kick Okada's ass and take that international title, bitch.
<v Speaker 1>And then it ended with a shot of Okada with
<v Speaker 1>just the cheesiest smile on his face that you'll ever see. Champa, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I was talking about the new level a little while ago.
<v Speaker 1>Champa is putting on or putting out his best work
<v Speaker 1>in years he is inspired now in a way that
<v Speaker 1>he hasn't been in a very long time and maybe
<v Speaker 1>that's not even fair i mean maybe he always was
<v Speaker 1>inspired and he always was motivated but he just wasn't
<v Speaker 1>getting the opportunities to show it uh But that is
<v Speaker 1>one of the two matches. This and the Trios match
<v Speaker 1>are the two matches I am most looking forward to
<v Speaker 1>on that pay-per-view this weekend. And I just love the
<v Speaker 1>idea of it, too. The Rainmaker and the Psycho Killer.
<v Speaker 1>And it is a match that is fresh and that
<v Speaker 1>we've never seen before. So, thumbs up on that. Ciampa
<v Speaker 1>right now, he's firing on all cylinders. He's doing good work.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think he's winning the international title on Saturday,
<v Speaker 1>but he's putting out some great work.
<v Speaker 2>It's the amazing Gunthar.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 2>Could it be? All hail Gunthar.
<v Speaker 1>On a Wednesday? Is Gunthar making an appearance on a Wednesday?
<v Speaker 1>You know how rare that is? That's like finding a unicorn.
<v Speaker 1>It's like finding Bigfoot in the wilderness. Randy Bobandy. is
<v Speaker 1>dropping a $ 50 Gunther bomb. I better give that a
<v Speaker 1>little heart in the chat. So I figured out the
<v Speaker 1>biggest fumble that the Mets ever made. Back in 96,
<v Speaker 1>they never signed George Costanza as the assistant to the traveling...
<v Speaker 1>I think you mean traveling secretary, not traveling security. Yankees
<v Speaker 1>got George that year and won the World Series. Mets
<v Speaker 1>would have won if they had George. It could have
<v Speaker 1>been the summer of George. I think you may have
<v Speaker 1>found the missing ingredient. I think they could still use him.
<v Speaker 1>George is a lot older these days, but I think
<v Speaker 1>they could still use him. Randy, though, I very much
<v Speaker 1>appreciate that. I appreciate Randy was here the other night
<v Speaker 1>dropping bombs. I think Randy and some of the other
<v Speaker 1>folks here, Death Scythe, they would like to see be
<v Speaker 1>the booker. The only way to do it is the
<v Speaker 1>bonus goal, because we're not hitting that likes goal. Not tonight.
<v Speaker 1>But we just took one more step in that direction. So, Randy,
<v Speaker 1>thank you. I appreciate that. We had Persephone, the reigning
<v Speaker 1>AEW TBS champion, with Dr. Britt Baker, DDS, taking on
<v Speaker 1>Haiyan for the TBS title. Britt sat in on commentary.
<v Speaker 1>She was trying to figure out how to pronounce Haiyan's name.
<v Speaker 1>Is it Haiyan? Is it Haiyan? And then she said,
<v Speaker 1>it sounds like a pharmaceutical drug. Ask your doctor if
<v Speaker 1>Haiyan is right for you, Shivani. And they all had
<v Speaker 1>a good laugh at that. Actually, Taz had a good
<v Speaker 1>laugh at Shivani's expense and said he actually does have
<v Speaker 1>a lot of doctors. Now Randy finally got his green skull. Congratulations, Randy.
<v Speaker 1>It looks good. It's a good look for you. He's
<v Speaker 1>got the green skull in the chat. So Haiyan, she
<v Speaker 1>slipped out of a razor's edge late in the match
<v Speaker 1>and took Persephone down with a spear for a close
<v Speaker 1>near fall. Then she missed a charging boot in the corner,
<v Speaker 1>and that allowed Persephone to roll her up, and in
<v Speaker 1>the process of rolling her up, she had a hold,
<v Speaker 1>a grip on the bottom rope, but it was shielded,
<v Speaker 1>so the referee didn't see it, and she got the
<v Speaker 1>three count. Britt Baker was not good on commentary here.
<v Speaker 1>Britt Baker was not good on commentary. She sounded like
<v Speaker 1>she didn't even want to be there. She sounded like
<v Speaker 1>she was reviewing Dynamite is what she sounded like. Now
<v Speaker 1>compare that to Jon Moxley. I have to give Moxley
<v Speaker 1>credit here. Anytime I hear Jon Moxley on, he's like
<v Speaker 1>a savant for this stuff. He gets so intensely into
<v Speaker 1>it and so like analytical about it. And they'll cut
<v Speaker 1>to him every now and then. And like, he'll be
<v Speaker 1>like hunched over looking at the monitor and like just
<v Speaker 1>analyzing every move and talking about it. Even as the
<v Speaker 1>other announcers are talking, he just continues talking. Like a train,
<v Speaker 1>he doesn't stop. And everybody else just has to talk
<v Speaker 1>over him. He's so into it. Because he did commentary
<v Speaker 1>in the very next match here. The polar opposite of
<v Speaker 1>what we got here with Britt Baker on commentary. So,
<v Speaker 1>speaking of the main event that was coming up next,
<v Speaker 1>it was Will Ospreay and the newest member of United
<v Speaker 1>Empire U.S. or North America. I mean, technically, Speedball is Canadian.
<v Speaker 1>Not really an American, though. fuck that tree fuck that
<v Speaker 1>tree indeed i agree with you death scythe no tree
<v Speaker 1>on this show no jericho on this show i was
<v Speaker 1>wondering if they were going to add something with jericho
<v Speaker 1>and nick wayne at the last minute but they did
<v Speaker 1>at least i now i don't know people who stuck
<v Speaker 1>around for collision bless your heart uh maybe you can
<v Speaker 1>tell me if they added a new match but nothing
<v Speaker 1>was mentioned on dynamite to my knowledge about any new
<v Speaker 1>matches being added to the card Which is fine. We
<v Speaker 1>have enough matches already as it is. But nothing with Jericho. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>they have the countdown. That's right. They have the countdown
<v Speaker 1>to All Out. Because we don't have enough AEW today.
<v Speaker 1>Now we have to have the countdown.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, man.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, me, me, me, me, me. Anyway, the main event.
<v Speaker 1>Will Ospreay and Speedball against Claudio Castagnoli and Gabe Kidd.
<v Speaker 1>I have to say. And look, the people... They like Osprey.
<v Speaker 1>They were behind him. But man, that music and that
<v Speaker 1>Osprey entrance, it just does not hit the same way
<v Speaker 1>in front of 3,000 people as it does in front
<v Speaker 1>of 50. It's quite the comedown. So as I said,
<v Speaker 1>Jon Moxley sat in on commentary for this. Speedball, late
<v Speaker 1>in the match, he blasted Kidd with a roundhouse kick.
<v Speaker 1>Claudio tried for a giant swing on Ospreay. Champion, though,
<v Speaker 1>pulled himself up in mid-spin, in mid-revolution, and turned it
<v Speaker 1>into a DDT, and then immediately got back to his
<v Speaker 1>feet and got Claudio in position to hit him with
<v Speaker 1>the Styles Clash. And he rolled him over and pinned
<v Speaker 1>him to win it for his team. Lucky Dog, that...
<v Speaker 1>That is one of the funniest moments in the history
<v Speaker 1>of Seinfeld. Is that voicemail. From Jerry Stiller. From George's father. Jerry,
<v Speaker 1>it's Frank Costanza. Mr. Steinbrenner's here. George is dead. Call
<v Speaker 1>me back. And just the look of confusion on Jerry's face.
<v Speaker 1>After the match, Ospreay took the mic. He said he
<v Speaker 1>can't help but feel grateful. He's grateful for the fans because...
<v Speaker 1>Once upon a time, this place did not exist. And
<v Speaker 1>everybody in WWE management rejoiced. Until 2019. He said, it's
<v Speaker 1>because of the fans and everyone in the back that
<v Speaker 1>we're here today. And he can't tell us how honored
<v Speaker 1>he is to be our world champion. But as long
<v Speaker 1>as AEW has been alive, so too has Jon Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>And Ospreay wants to say something to Jon. Thank you.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you for your guidance. Thank you for being the ace.
<v Speaker 1>And thank you for breaking me. Because of that, I
<v Speaker 1>am the man I am today. Our history is well
<v Speaker 1>documented in the good, the bad, everything in between, the warfare.
<v Speaker 1>The one thing that he learned, he said, that will
<v Speaker 1>stick with him is that this title is what it's
<v Speaker 1>all about. Osprey risked his life for this. What did
<v Speaker 1>he say? He said golden leather, right? Or tin. I
<v Speaker 1>think he said gold. Golden leather. But it's not about
<v Speaker 1>the physical belt. It's about what it represents. He's here
<v Speaker 1>for the next generation of AEW and Moxley has just
<v Speaker 1>been dumped into the ocean with a great white shark.
<v Speaker 1>This time Moxley is the challenger and Ospreay is the champion.
<v Speaker 1>So Moxley got up from the announce desk and he
<v Speaker 1>slowly made his way into the ring. And he tells Ospreay,
<v Speaker 1>you know, standing there looking across the ring at me,
<v Speaker 1>do you feel like a champion? So Gabe Kidd tried
<v Speaker 1>to attack from behind. Ospreay ducked. Kidd had to put
<v Speaker 1>the brakes on because he almost hit Moxley. And then
<v Speaker 1>when he turned around, he turned into a hidden blade.
<v Speaker 1>He got wrecked. Down goes Gabe Kidd. And then Ospreay says,
<v Speaker 1>to answer your question, do I feel like a world champion?
<v Speaker 1>He goes, you're damn fucking right. Which they censored. But
<v Speaker 1>he said, you're damn fucking right. I feel like a
<v Speaker 1>world champion. Well, it's another one into the swear jar
<v Speaker 1>for Will Ospreay. And Moxley slowly bailed out with Marina Shafir,
<v Speaker 1>and that is how the dynamite portion of tonight's three-hour-plus
<v Speaker 1>block went off the air, and that is where I
<v Speaker 1>turned the TV off. So the first title defense of
<v Speaker 1>Will Ospreay's career as a world champion in this company
<v Speaker 1>is coming up in less than a week. It is
<v Speaker 1>coming up on Saturday, and it is against the man
<v Speaker 1>who I think we always knew it was likely to
<v Speaker 1>be against. the man that he has been feuding with
<v Speaker 1>now for the better part of a year, the man
<v Speaker 1>who was responsible for putting him on the shelf and storyline,
<v Speaker 1>five months, neck fusion surgery, facing an uncertain future. Would
<v Speaker 1>he even be able to come back? And if he did,
<v Speaker 1>would he be able to be the same kind of
<v Speaker 1>wrestler he was before? And everything we've seen this year,
<v Speaker 1>and Moxley being undefeated, everything has been building to this
<v Speaker 1>rematch and a Will Ospreay win. Because they want right
<v Speaker 1>out of the gate in that first title defense to
<v Speaker 1>establish that this guy is the real deal and he
<v Speaker 1>will do what nobody else has done this year so far.
<v Speaker 1>Which is pin or in some way beat Jon Moxley
<v Speaker 1>and get that first win in 2026 over him. Pretty
<v Speaker 1>simple stuff. I mean the promo here was good. It
<v Speaker 1>wasn't on the level of some of those really fiery
<v Speaker 1>babyface promos he was delivering in the lead up to
<v Speaker 1>the Kenny Omega match. it was what it needed to be.
<v Speaker 1>So as I said at the beginning, we got some
<v Speaker 1>good wrestling on the show, but I was bored by
<v Speaker 1>parts of it. I'm just like, yeah, all right. You know,
<v Speaker 1>it's a show. Nothing terribly exciting here tonight. The all-out card, though.
<v Speaker 1>We'll run through the card here and some quick predictions.
<v Speaker 1>They're doing the tailgate brawl, which I believe is also
<v Speaker 1>airing on, is it TBS? Probably TBS. Jack Perry. He's
<v Speaker 1>going to go one-on-one with Katsuyori Shibata. This has to
<v Speaker 1>be a Jack Perry win because this is all about
<v Speaker 1>him finding his way to Samoa Joe. If he loses
<v Speaker 1>to Shibata, that's it. It's over. The story is over
<v Speaker 1>before it even begins. Fuzzy says, did the WB bigwigs
<v Speaker 1>last the entire show? Do we know? I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's entirely possible they were slumped over in
<v Speaker 1>their chairs. Unless Tony really got them like liquored up
<v Speaker 1>real good during the show. Maybe they were feeling pretty
<v Speaker 1>good at that point. But did they last the entire show?
<v Speaker 1>Probably not. I would guess that they probably left at
<v Speaker 1>the end of Dynamite. Or at least they went elsewhere.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe to go have meetings and make phone calls. The
<v Speaker 1>Bang Bang Gang. Jay White, Austin Gunn, Colton Gunn, and
<v Speaker 1>Ace Austin take on the Dogs and the Death Riders,
<v Speaker 1>Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia. If Jay White cannot win
<v Speaker 1>a pre-show match over the Death Riders B-Team, then Jay
<v Speaker 1>White shouldn't be in AEW anymore. I don't know what
<v Speaker 1>else to say. This has to be a win for
<v Speaker 1>the Bang Bang Gang. We have Adam Copeland and Christian
<v Speaker 1>Cage defending their tag team titles against the Young Bucks, FTR.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I mean, watching what was going on tonight,
<v Speaker 1>it does make me think that maybe we're looking at
<v Speaker 1>Copeland and Christian retaining here and holding onto them for
<v Speaker 1>a little while longer. I'm going to stick with my prediction, though.
<v Speaker 1>I think the Bucks get it. The Bucks are definitely
<v Speaker 1>getting it soon. I thought it would be last month.
<v Speaker 1>So I was wrong on that. Maybe I'm wrong about
<v Speaker 1>it now, too, but I'm going to stick with the
<v Speaker 1>Young Bucks as my pick to win the belt. First
<v Speaker 1>ever four-time AEW Tag Team Champions. So, Sports and Things says,
<v Speaker 1>TBS title open challenge this Saturday. So, okay, so was
<v Speaker 1>that added to the show? Now, did they say, is
<v Speaker 1>that the tailgate brawl, or is that on the pay-per-view itself?
<v Speaker 1>That sounds like the tailgate brawl to me. Let me know.
<v Speaker 1>Tekla and Willow Nightingale, number one contenders match because Mercedes Monet,
<v Speaker 1>who apparently has a mask now of her own because
<v Speaker 1>of the broken nose, was not medically cleared to wrestle
<v Speaker 1>this weekend. She will, however, defend her title against the
<v Speaker 1>winner of this match between Tekla and Willow at WrestleDream
<v Speaker 1>coming up on October 17th. I don't think we're going
<v Speaker 1>to get a clear winner here. I think that we're
<v Speaker 1>going to end up getting a three-way, and so it's
<v Speaker 1>not going to be a Tekla win or a Willow win.
<v Speaker 1>You force me to make a choice, I think Tecla wins.
<v Speaker 1>But I'm going to say we get no winner. Andrade
<v Speaker 1>El Idolo defends his AEW National Championship, the match that
<v Speaker 1>we never got five years ago on this very pay-per-view
<v Speaker 1>we were supposed to. There were travel issues, and Pac
<v Speaker 1>couldn't make it, but Pac, he'll be there this time.
<v Speaker 1>And Pac is going to be challenging Andrade for the
<v Speaker 1>national title. This should be a win for Andrade. I
<v Speaker 1>would not be shocked. I guess if they did a
<v Speaker 1>title change, if only because he's got that contract for
<v Speaker 1>a world title match. Maybe they want to unload this belt. See,
<v Speaker 1>I don't get the sense he's cashing in his opportunity immediately.
<v Speaker 1>I still think he's going to wait a little while.
<v Speaker 1>So if that's the case, there's no need to rush
<v Speaker 1>the belt off of him. So I'll say Andrade wins. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>we got J-Man. Now we're cooking. Look at this. 8
<v Speaker 1>out of 10. 8 out of 10 on that bonus goal.
<v Speaker 1>I love it when I see some magenta. Magenta is
<v Speaker 1>my second favorite color after red. Jman with the 50.
<v Speaker 1>I don't have to watch anymore. Blue Jays highlights. They
<v Speaker 1>were eliminated today. Well, join the club, brother. We were
<v Speaker 1>mathematically eliminated ourselves recently, so. We can commiserate together. I'm
<v Speaker 1>sorry about your Blue Jays, but I'm very happy that
<v Speaker 1>you are here with us tonight, and I thank you
<v Speaker 1>for the support. Because when AEW doesn't put a smile
<v Speaker 1>on my face on Wednesdays, I gotta find some joy
<v Speaker 1>from somewhere. We got Kyle Fletcher and Kevin Knight taking
<v Speaker 1>on Darby Allin and Stephen Borden. This is essentially a
<v Speaker 1>number one contenders match for a future shot at the
<v Speaker 1>tag team titles. I think Darby and Borden are going
<v Speaker 1>to pick up the win. We saw that tease in
<v Speaker 1>the backstage segment tonight with Copeland. They're already teasing something.
<v Speaker 1>And things are going to fall apart soon anyway when
<v Speaker 1>it comes to Fletcher and Knight. This will not last.
<v Speaker 1>So I think they're going to take the L, and
<v Speaker 1>I think Darby and Borden pick up the win on Saturday. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>we have an update here. Dodger Blue, go Dodger Blue,
<v Speaker 1>says collision is finally done. It is 11.23 p.m. Eastern time.
<v Speaker 1>and Collision is finally done. And I know there is
<v Speaker 1>a Countdown to All Out special that is starting now,
<v Speaker 1>but Dynamite and Collision combine tonight for three hours and
<v Speaker 1>23 minutes. This was the go-home show, by the way. Man. Oh, wait,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. We have conflicting messages here. Ufman says
<v Speaker 1>Collision is still going. He says Collision is still going.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what's going on now. You guys work
<v Speaker 1>that out here. I'm working my way through this card.
<v Speaker 1>International championship on the line. Kazuchika Okada defends against Tommaso Ciampa.
<v Speaker 1>This is going to be fucking great. Okada's going to win,
<v Speaker 1>but this is going to be awesome. Brawling Birds and
<v Speaker 1>Divine Dominion, women's tag team titles. This will be a
<v Speaker 1>Chicago street fight, and I think this one will get
<v Speaker 1>fairly violent. I think there may be some blood here
<v Speaker 1>in this match. Would not be the first time we
<v Speaker 1>got a violent street fight involving the women here on
<v Speaker 1>an all-out pay-per-view. If you recall the match between Willow
<v Speaker 1>and Chris Statlander a few years ago, that was great.
<v Speaker 1>I think the Brawling Birds are going to retain. Prove
<v Speaker 1>that their win at Wembley was no fluke. The trio's
<v Speaker 1>titles on the line. The new level and Swerve Strickland
<v Speaker 1>defend against Brodito and Hangman Adam Page. This also will
<v Speaker 1>be a great match. there will not be a new champion,
<v Speaker 1>new champions rather crowned here in this match because why? Why?
<v Speaker 1>No need for it. Let's swerve in the new level.
<v Speaker 1>Keep rolling, man. Although I will say, I don't think
<v Speaker 1>that there's any other trios challenger that is as interesting
<v Speaker 1>to me for them as these three. Like, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know where you go from here, where it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be as interesting. Anytime you get swerve and hangman in
<v Speaker 1>the ring together, it's always, it's always fun. I do.
<v Speaker 1>I do. I do worry though about what they're going
<v Speaker 1>to do. I do worry about what they may do
<v Speaker 1>to each other. Tuxedo T-Servo just got us to the goal. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>now Pseudo says now Collision is finished. It is 1125 p.m.
<v Speaker 1>It is 1125 and Collision is finally over. Now, can
<v Speaker 1>you imagine if I would have waited until the end
<v Speaker 1>of Collision and I would be fucking starting in 10 minutes?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's just, it's, for what? For what? What happened?
<v Speaker 1>Tell me what happened at the end of Collision. What
<v Speaker 1>was so important that they had a 25 minutes overtime
<v Speaker 1>for collision? Austin says, I'm going to SmackDown on Friday.
<v Speaker 1>I hope to see Tiffany Stratton and CM Punk. Well,
<v Speaker 1>you're definitely going to see CM Punk because he's in
<v Speaker 1>a Money in the Bank qualifying match against Gunther and
<v Speaker 1>Finn Balor. Tiffany Stratton is going to be in a
<v Speaker 1>Money in the Bank qualifying match, but they did not
<v Speaker 1>announce her qualifier for Friday. So if she's there, maybe
<v Speaker 1>it's a backstage segment. But have fun, brother. I wish
<v Speaker 1>you could be in Chicago for HOG. We got the
<v Speaker 1>Motor City Machine Guns coming in. And Killer Cross, among others.
<v Speaker 1>Where we leave off here? Oh, we left off with
<v Speaker 1>the main event. We left off with... Now, somebody did
<v Speaker 1>say there's going to be a TBS title open challenge.
<v Speaker 1>It's an open challenge. So I don't fucking know who's
<v Speaker 1>going to be in it. I just hope Persephone doesn't
<v Speaker 1>lose the belt this quickly. I think that would be stupid.
<v Speaker 1>The main event, I know who's not losing his belt.
<v Speaker 1>This guy, Will Ospreay, is not losing his championship. He's
<v Speaker 1>going to be defending it against Jon Moxley. Their second
<v Speaker 1>meeting on pay-per-view this year. Their first since April at Dynasty.
<v Speaker 1>That one, Moxley won. This time it will go differently.
<v Speaker 1>I've been saying it. There's nothing left to say. This
<v Speaker 1>will be a Will Ospreay win. I guess the only
<v Speaker 1>question is, do they end the show and go off
<v Speaker 1>the air with Moxley showing respect to Will Ospreay and
<v Speaker 1>finally putting this to bed once and for all, burying
<v Speaker 1>the hatchet, shaking hands and acknowledgements. You know, my job
<v Speaker 1>is done. You, you've done well, young Padawan. And that's
<v Speaker 1>how the show goes off the air. Or are they
<v Speaker 1>going to shoot some kind of angle? Is someone going
<v Speaker 1>to show up or attack Ospreay? That's the only, like,
<v Speaker 1>I don't think we're looking at all out 2021 here
<v Speaker 1>where we had Adam Cole debuts and Brian Danielson debuts
<v Speaker 1>and all of this stuff is going on at the
<v Speaker 1>end of the show. It could just be as simple
<v Speaker 1>as Osprey finally got that big win and now he
<v Speaker 1>can be free of the Death Riders and he can
<v Speaker 1>move on to new horizons and new challenges for himself.
<v Speaker 1>That's your all out card. I am planning on going
<v Speaker 1>live on Saturday night, especially if some of you guys
<v Speaker 1>are going to be hanging out with me again. Uh,
<v Speaker 1>Lord only knows what time that show is going to
<v Speaker 1>go off the air, but I am planning on going live.
<v Speaker 1>I hope fingers crossed because as I said, I'm not
<v Speaker 1>liking what I'm seeing with some of these weather forecasts. Uh, this,
<v Speaker 1>this nor'easter they're saying is going to be hitting the
<v Speaker 1>area here in New York really late Friday. I should,
<v Speaker 1>I should not have any issues getting to Chicago. It's
<v Speaker 1>getting home from Chicago that I'm starting to get a
<v Speaker 1>little worried about. So as long as I get home
<v Speaker 1>when I'm supposed to get home, shouldn't be any issues.
<v Speaker 1>If I'm delayed or I get stranded, that's a different story. So,
<v Speaker 1>think positive thoughts for me. Hopefully I'll be here and
<v Speaker 1>we'll talk about the pay-per-view when it goes off the air.
<v Speaker 1>Somebody wanted to know what the likes goal was. The
<v Speaker 1>likes goal doesn't seem like it's going to be possible,
<v Speaker 1>but it was 515. But because you guys hit the
<v Speaker 1>bonus goal, that guarantees us one round tonight of Be
<v Speaker 1>The Booker. I could throw a set. You know what?
<v Speaker 1>I'll throw a very modest second goal up in the
<v Speaker 1>event that, uh, maybe, maybe we, maybe we actually, uh,
<v Speaker 1>possibly get to, uh, a second round. Let me set
<v Speaker 1>this here. There we go. Why not just throw it up?
<v Speaker 1>Just throw it up.
<v Speaker 2>All right.
<v Speaker 1>Let me get to your questions here. Let's get to your, well,
<v Speaker 1>that's not your question. That's, that's, That's an empty screen.
<v Speaker 1>There we go. There we go. Fuzzy says Mox takes
<v Speaker 1>his plastic bag with him for Osprey. You think we'll
<v Speaker 1>see the plastic bag? Here's the thing I always wonder
<v Speaker 1>with these thin little plastic bags that he's always busting out.
<v Speaker 1>Why don't you just rip a hole in it? It's
<v Speaker 1>not like the strongest material here. Just rip a fucking
<v Speaker 1>hole in it so you can breathe. Noah is kicking
<v Speaker 1>us off here. Noah Kirby. If you could pick all
<v Speaker 1>six participants in the men's and women's Money in the
<v Speaker 1>Bank matches, along with the winners, who would it be? Well,
<v Speaker 1>it's a loaded question there. I think I'm liking the
<v Speaker 1>lineups we have so far. So what I would do
<v Speaker 1>is I would add Balor on the men's side and
<v Speaker 1>I would add Carmelo Hayes, which I know is very
<v Speaker 1>pie in the sky. It's like he's in the witness
<v Speaker 1>protection program these days. I would add Balor and I
<v Speaker 1>would add Melo to round out the field. And then
<v Speaker 1>as far as who wins, it makes the most sense
<v Speaker 1>to have Bron Breaker. The favorites right now have to
<v Speaker 1>be Breaker and Penta, but we still don't know who
<v Speaker 1>the other two are going to be. For all we know,
<v Speaker 1>they throw CM Punk in there, which I think is
<v Speaker 1>completely unnecessary. I'm going to say Bron Breaker should be
<v Speaker 1>the one. He should be the one to win that briefcase.
<v Speaker 1>On the women's side, again, I like the field that
<v Speaker 1>we've had so far. I would add Julia and Blake Monroe.
<v Speaker 1>I would get them both in there. And if Blake
<v Speaker 1>Monroe is in there, have Blake win. Perfect world scenario.
<v Speaker 1>Have Blake win. Let her walk around with that briefcase
<v Speaker 1>and tease cashing it in. That's what I would do.
<v Speaker 1>Death Scythe with his first of many messages here. I
<v Speaker 1>may be in the minority here, but I think CM
<v Speaker 1>Punk needs to turn heel more than Cody Rhodes because
<v Speaker 1>he hasn't been a heel since WrestleMania 29 and his
<v Speaker 1>baby face schtick is starting to get stale. That's what
<v Speaker 1>people are saying about Cody. You're saying Punk's schtick is
<v Speaker 1>starting to get stale? Punk has had weeks where he
<v Speaker 1>comes off as a heel. I don't think CM Punk
<v Speaker 1>needs to go heel. Not right now. Not more than
<v Speaker 1>Cody Rhodes. I gotta disagree on that. It says, if
<v Speaker 1>they're going to run Punk and Cody back, then I
<v Speaker 1>hope we get the same heel Punk that feuded with
<v Speaker 1>Jeff Hardy in 2009 and the same heel Punk that
<v Speaker 1>feuded with The Undertaker in 2013. Well, we're not going
<v Speaker 1>to get that CM Punk. I don't know that we're
<v Speaker 1>ever going to get that CM Punk again, to be
<v Speaker 1>honest with you. That was a long time ago We
<v Speaker 1>got Sox Nation with us. You sound so much like
<v Speaker 1>Joe Buck. Okay, so I don't know if I should
<v Speaker 1>be insulted by that or if I should take that
<v Speaker 1>as a compliment. Joe Buck is a very polarizing figure.
<v Speaker 1>I think Joe Buck is, he's a total pro. I
<v Speaker 1>think Joe Buck is, he's like the voice of a generation.
<v Speaker 1>He's very good at what he does. I would hope
<v Speaker 1>that you are intending that to be a compliment. But
<v Speaker 1>these days, I don't know. I know some people are
<v Speaker 1>sick of hearing Joe Buck's voice. Z-Ray. Oh, my boy
<v Speaker 1>Z-Ray is here. Z-Ray had quite the big night on Monday.
<v Speaker 1>Z-Ray was the MVP on Monday. Is what he was.
<v Speaker 1>I wish AEW was good at doing go-home shows because
<v Speaker 1>their pay-per-views are amazing. This show didn't do anything to
<v Speaker 1>want me to watch All Out. Yeah, I kind of
<v Speaker 1>feel like coming into this show, if you were excited
<v Speaker 1>for Saturday, you're still excited for Saturday. And if you weren't,
<v Speaker 1>this show didn't do anything to change your mind on that.
<v Speaker 1>Randy Bobandy with the $ 50 bomb that I read earlier. Randy,
<v Speaker 1>you are the man. Although, who was that in your avatar?
<v Speaker 1>Looks like Tony Soprano. Death Sight says, they say funny
<v Speaker 1>doesn't equal money. I think The Rock would disagree because
<v Speaker 1>he was a funny guy in WWE and became a megastar. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>but that's different though because Rock was not a comedy guy.
<v Speaker 1>What I mean by that is he was not a
<v Speaker 1>comedy character. So when people say funny doesn't equal money,
<v Speaker 1>usually that's what it's in reference to. Are you someone
<v Speaker 1>whose sole purpose and role and function on the show
<v Speaker 1>is to always be funny or to be involved in
<v Speaker 1>comedy segments and skits and jokes. That's not The Rock.
<v Speaker 1>The Rock was a megastar who happened to be a
<v Speaker 1>funny guy, who happened to be very entertaining. That's different.
<v Speaker 1>The Ufman with five. Persephone made an open challenge for
<v Speaker 1>the TBS title at All Out to anyone but not
<v Speaker 1>Thunder Rosa or Hyon. And then he said, what about Kyrie? Well,
<v Speaker 1>supposedly they have had conversations with Kyrie. I think that
<v Speaker 1>would be great. Hey Mojo, I appreciate it. Mojo Dojo,
<v Speaker 1>I love your name. Thank you for that comment. That's
<v Speaker 1>very nice of you. He says, love your podcast. You
<v Speaker 1>have a perfect WWE AEW podcast voice. I have a
<v Speaker 1>perfect WWE AEW podcast voice. I appreciate that. I'm just
<v Speaker 1>wondering what is an AEW podcast voice? It's the first
<v Speaker 1>time I've had somebody say that to me. Deathside. There's
<v Speaker 1>a film called Onslaught. It came out recently. I recommend it.
<v Speaker 1>It's what if the government built slashers like Leatherface, Michael Myers,
<v Speaker 1>and Jason Voorhees and gave them military training? Well, that
<v Speaker 1>actually is an interesting premise. That sounds almost as ridiculous
<v Speaker 1>as Jason X, Jason in Space, which I happen to
<v Speaker 1>think is much better than some of the other Jason sequels.
<v Speaker 1>I think if you just accept how preposterous that movie is,
<v Speaker 1>it's actually not a bad movie. It's actually very entertaining.
<v Speaker 1>Death Scythe, and it heavily channels the minimalist style, gritty tone,
<v Speaker 1>and synthesizer-driven scores of John Carpenter. Oh, well, then I'm in.
<v Speaker 1>I love those synthesizer sounds. Sign me up. Cam says,
<v Speaker 1>your voice is not good enough for a TNA podcast.
<v Speaker 1>I guess not. I don't have the TNA podcast voice.
<v Speaker 1>I have the WWE podcast voice, and I have the AW...
<v Speaker 1>podcast voice, but I don't have the TNA podcast voice.
<v Speaker 1>Does that mean that I'm going to get a phone
<v Speaker 1>call or a DM soon asking me to be on
<v Speaker 1>WWE radio with my WWE podcast voice? Is that what
<v Speaker 1>that means? No, I didn't say that Jason X is
<v Speaker 1>better than part six. Part 6 is one of my
<v Speaker 1>favorites of the sequels. Actually, part?
<v Speaker 2>Hmm.
<v Speaker 1>Part 3 is my overall favorite. Part 6 might be
<v Speaker 1>my number 2. I don't know where Jason X would fall,
<v Speaker 1>but I just feel like it's one of those movies
<v Speaker 1>that gets shit on and.
<v Speaker 1>It's ridiculous, but it's actually not bad. There's some good
<v Speaker 1>kills in that movie, too. Oh, J-Man is back. J-Man
<v Speaker 1>is back. Going to get to you, J-Man, here in
<v Speaker 1>a minute. How far are you in the Marvel watch
<v Speaker 1>list so far? Says Z-Ray. Z-Ray, you have no idea.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, Z-Ray.
<v Speaker 1>Well, look, I'm going to Chicago on Friday. I'm planning
<v Speaker 1>on watching the first Avengers. But you want to know
<v Speaker 1>how far I am? I've watched the first two X-Men movies.
<v Speaker 1>I've watched the first two Iron Man movies. I've watched
<v Speaker 1>the first Thor and the first Captain America. And I
<v Speaker 1>did see the Fantastic Four movie when it came out
<v Speaker 1>last year. And that's it. That's it. So the reason
<v Speaker 1>I wanted to watch Iron Man and all that, even
<v Speaker 1>though I know Iron Man, I don't think is in this. Well,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, technically he is in this new movie, but
<v Speaker 1>because I wanted to make sure I watched those before
<v Speaker 1>I watched the first Avengers. So my hope is that
<v Speaker 1>I'll watch the first one. And I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>I'll have time for any coming home with the tailwinds
<v Speaker 1>and everything. It's not that long of a flight, but
<v Speaker 1>we'll see. I'm slowly making progress. Jason Tarr with a $ 50.
<v Speaker 2>How did I?
<v Speaker 1>Hold on a second here. Did I read a different
<v Speaker 1>name for you when that came in before? Was your
<v Speaker 1>name listed differently on a different list? It might have been.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. Anyway, Jason Tarr with that super chat
<v Speaker 1>before about his poor Blue Jays who were eliminated today. Jason,
<v Speaker 1>thank you very much for the 50. You and our
<v Speaker 1>boy Randy. Coming in with that hot tag. I love it.
<v Speaker 1>Randy again. Randy Bobandi says, I know your watch list
<v Speaker 1>is huge, but I recommend the Harley Quinn series on Max. Oh, no.
<v Speaker 1>the list gets longer Bane steals the show with his
<v Speaker 1>comedic lines so I would like to see that but
<v Speaker 1>that will not be a priority until I get through
<v Speaker 1>all this other stuff first there's so much I know
<v Speaker 1>people said I have to watch like the first two
<v Speaker 1>seasons or maybe there were only two seasons of that
<v Speaker 1>Loki TV series That's one of the reasons why I
<v Speaker 1>wanted to watch that first Thor movie is because I
<v Speaker 1>know Loki is introduced in that movie. If I'm going
<v Speaker 1>to watch the TV series, I need to at least
<v Speaker 1>see the first Thor movie. Tuxedo, T-Servo, enough. We're getting
<v Speaker 1>Be the Booker.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, we are.
<v Speaker 1>Will we get a second round, though? We have that
<v Speaker 1>second goal going. Robotoaster. I got to get me one
<v Speaker 1>of those. Shout out to Solo and Be the Booker.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you, Robotoaster. Randy again. Be the booker. Here we go.
<v Speaker 1>Here we go, indeed. Thank you.
<v Speaker 2>The Oofman.
<v Speaker 1>Persephone and her promo said all out. Did not specify
<v Speaker 1>if tailgate or pay-per-view. If I had to venture a guess,
<v Speaker 1>especially if they're airing the tailgate. Well, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Did they say how long the tailgate is? Is it
<v Speaker 1>an hour or is it 90 minutes? If it's only
<v Speaker 1>an hour. Yeah, I still feel like it's going to
<v Speaker 1>end up on the tailgate, though. Death Scythe. There's a
<v Speaker 1>film called... Is that a repeat? That is a repeat. Wait,
<v Speaker 1>did I... Okay, I think I went down the list here.
<v Speaker 2>I did.
<v Speaker 1>I went back down the list for some reason. Alex Richmond. Solo,
<v Speaker 1>I remember you saying literally a year ago that Roman
<v Speaker 1>doesn't need to hold a championship. No time soon. I agreed.
<v Speaker 1>But here we are now. LOL. Well, yeah, evidently, uh, evidently,
<v Speaker 1>Paul Levesque and Nick Khan felt differently. They felt very well. Look,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, the goal here is probably to have Roman
<v Speaker 1>do the honors for Oba. And they felt like, well,
<v Speaker 1>Roman's our guy. And then we'll also use him to
<v Speaker 1>eventually give the rub to the guy who we want
<v Speaker 1>to be the guy. So we'll put the belt back
<v Speaker 1>on Roman. Does Roman need a belt? Of course not.
<v Speaker 1>It's one of the reasons why he should lose to
<v Speaker 1>LA Knight at Money in the Bank. But I still
<v Speaker 1>don't believe that he will. But he absolutely should. Love
<v Speaker 1>the Lord with a $ 5 super check. Chris Jericho versus
<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne at Grand Slam France. Is that official? No kidding. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it doesn't have to be on the pay-per-view. Got to
<v Speaker 1>start setting up some big matches for that show. Dynamite
<v Speaker 1>was a 9 out of 10. 40 more minutes to
<v Speaker 1>collision to watch. 20 plus minute over. I see now
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if he's being facetious or if he's
<v Speaker 1>being serious. This was not a 9 out of 10 Dynamite.
<v Speaker 1>I think it was a 25-minute overrun for Collision. Jason
<v Speaker 1>Tarr with a $ 20 super chat. Can I get a
<v Speaker 1>birthday shout-out, please? I turned 48 today. You absolutely can.
<v Speaker 1>And I think all of us will wish Jason a
<v Speaker 1>very happy birthday. 48. Man, you're getting close. You're getting close, brother.
<v Speaker 1>You got to enjoy the 40s while you're still in them.
<v Speaker 1>Enjoy it. Make the most of it. Every year, it
<v Speaker 1>just seems like these years are passing by quicker, right?
<v Speaker 1>Unless you're watching certain segments on some of these wrestling shows.
<v Speaker 1>Then it feels like it's not going fast enough. But
<v Speaker 1>I wish you a very happy birthday. And I hope
<v Speaker 1>that you get everything you're looking for this year. 48
<v Speaker 1>years young. So that was J-Man, Jason Tarr. Death Scythe. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>it is weird because... That's what's going on. I have
<v Speaker 1>one column here that has them listed and it's going
<v Speaker 1>by the handles. And then the column that you guys
<v Speaker 1>are seeing are showing the usernames. I don't know why
<v Speaker 1>it's like that. Deathside says, I will take Jason Goes
<v Speaker 1>to Hell over whatever the fuck Halloween Ends was. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>I will too. And I don't even like Jason Goes
<v Speaker 1>to Hell. I think that's the worst of all the
<v Speaker 1>Jason movies. We got a $ 5 super chat here from Kiyoi102.
<v Speaker 1>I wonder whose name that is. If Okada retains, could
<v Speaker 1>you possibly see him dropping it to Omega so he
<v Speaker 1>can move on to the main title? The main title picture.
<v Speaker 1>And Ilya can come in and feud with Omega.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>If Okada retains, could you see him drop it to Omega?
<v Speaker 1>But we already saw that, didn't we? We already saw
<v Speaker 1>them wrestling for that championship. You want to go back
<v Speaker 1>to that again? I don't think you need to do
<v Speaker 1>Okada and Omega to get to where you want to
<v Speaker 1>go here with Ilya. I don't think it's necessary. And
<v Speaker 1>Ufman says the tailgate is only one hour. All right,
<v Speaker 1>but they've only announced two matches, so you can fit
<v Speaker 1>a third match on there if you want to. But
<v Speaker 1>it's on TV, so there'll be commercials, and they also
<v Speaker 1>want to hype up the pay-per-view matches, so I could
<v Speaker 1>see where maybe they feel like there's not enough time.
<v Speaker 1>Until they specify, I guess we'll have to assume it's
<v Speaker 1>on the pay-per-view with Persephone. But I think we're all
<v Speaker 1>caught up now on your messages. Yeah, Jason takes Manhattan.
<v Speaker 1>That was part eight. That wasn't the best one, but
<v Speaker 1>it wasn't the worst. There were some memorable kills in
<v Speaker 1>that movie as well. I mean, by that point, it
<v Speaker 1>was kind of going off the rails. He goes to Manhattan,
<v Speaker 1>part nine. It's not even him. It's his heart. People
<v Speaker 1>would take a bite. I guess the heart was like,
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember. God, it's so long since I've even
<v Speaker 1>seen the movie. I don't even know what the premise
<v Speaker 1>was beyond that people were like, entranced by Jason's heart
<v Speaker 1>and they would bite into it and then they would
<v Speaker 1>become Jason and it's like it didn't even feel like
<v Speaker 1>it was him for most of the movie. I will
<v Speaker 1>say that movie does have a very memorable final 10 seconds.
<v Speaker 1>The last 10 seconds of that movie was the best
<v Speaker 1>part of the movie. We have Amari Johnson with a
<v Speaker 1>$ 5 Super Chat. Thoughts on Braun winning Money in the
<v Speaker 1>Bank and inserting himself into the WrestleMania main event, announcing
<v Speaker 1>it after Oba wins the Rumble, allowing them both to
<v Speaker 1>main event. Not a fan. Don't like it. Give me
<v Speaker 1>Roman and Oba. That's the match. You don't need to
<v Speaker 1>crowd it up by putting more people in there. Braun
<v Speaker 1>Breaker will get a WrestleMania main event one day. He
<v Speaker 1>might even get a WrestleMania main event or two against
<v Speaker 1>Oba Femi. It doesn't have to be next year. The
<v Speaker 1>match to do is Roman and Oba. You don't have
<v Speaker 1>to start throwing other people into it. I just think
<v Speaker 1>it muddies the waters in a way that is not necessary.
<v Speaker 1>The money match would be Roman and Oba as a single.
<v Speaker 1>So I don't like that idea. I would not do that.
<v Speaker 1>Who the hell was biting hearts?
<v Speaker 2>There were people.
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember who the people were. It's been very,
<v Speaker 1>very long time since I've seen that movie. I remember
<v Speaker 1>one of the actors, though. God, he was in Rocky V.
<v Speaker 1>He was in Rocky V. He played the.
<v Speaker 2>It's the amazing Goon Thaw. Jerry Lawler loves Goon Thaw.
<v Speaker 1>Just talking about Z-Ray. All hail Gunther. We're just talking
<v Speaker 1>about Z-Ray. You know, we had our first Money in
<v Speaker 1>the Bank Be the Booker cash in on Monday, which
<v Speaker 1>is totally at random. You never know. It might pop
<v Speaker 1>out the side of the screen and then it's like
<v Speaker 1>an instant. If there's like one magenta bomb or one
<v Speaker 1>red bomb, like it could be something different each time.
<v Speaker 1>But if we get it, you cash in and then
<v Speaker 1>we get an automatic round to be the booker.
<v Speaker 2>So.
<v Speaker 1>That that's going to be like a random thing. You
<v Speaker 1>never know when that's going to pop up. You got
<v Speaker 1>to you got to watch for it. You got to
<v Speaker 1>listen for the the ka-ching. So we had that on Monday.
<v Speaker 1>And I think Z-Ray might have been the one to
<v Speaker 1>get us over the top. But Z-Ray just dropped a
<v Speaker 1>$ 50 Gunther bomb. Can you imagine this was five messages
<v Speaker 1>so I can get to a second be the second
<v Speaker 1>be the booker? Well, you did get us one step closer.
<v Speaker 1>We're two out of five now. I'm going to give
<v Speaker 1>that a little heart right there. Well, while you guys
<v Speaker 1>work on that, and Z-Ray is pumping out his chest
<v Speaker 1>and doing a victory lap here, because that's what he does.
<v Speaker 1>That's how he rolls. We're going to roll on into
<v Speaker 1>round number one. Maybe the only round, but we're going
<v Speaker 1>to roll into round number one of Be the Booker.
<v Speaker 1>Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time to be the booker. Ah, yes,
<v Speaker 1>that's what it is. The coroner. Was it the coroner
<v Speaker 1>who was played by the actor who was Tommy's manager
<v Speaker 1>in Rocky V? I don't remember the guy's name. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>the coroner stares at the heart, Jason's heart, gets hypnotized
<v Speaker 1>and eats it. Eating the heart lets Jason's snake-like demon
<v Speaker 1>spirit jump inside the coroner's body. Jason then hops from
<v Speaker 1>host to host. Yes, so you could, I mean, come on. Like,
<v Speaker 1>just listening to that, it sounds ridiculous. I want to
<v Speaker 1>see Jason in the mask killing people. I don't want
<v Speaker 1>to see the coroner going around cosplaying as Jason. That
<v Speaker 1>is not my idea of a Friday the 13th movie.
<v Speaker 1>This round has bonus immunity? What does that mean? What
<v Speaker 1>does that mean? Is that like when Test had immunity
<v Speaker 1>after he won his match? I think it's Survivor Series
<v Speaker 1>in 2001 and then he was fired. How many months later?
<v Speaker 1>So much for that. All right, Tag Team Be The
<v Speaker 1>Booker is starting out with black and white. So when
<v Speaker 1>you see black and white, you know we're going back
<v Speaker 1>a ways. But this was the East-West connection. This was
<v Speaker 1>the team of Jesse Ventura and that man right there.
<v Speaker 1>It's almost unrecognizable compared to what he looked like years
<v Speaker 1>later in WWE, Adrian Adonis. A much slimmer Adrian Adonis.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't see too much of them because that was
<v Speaker 1>more from the Twin Cities, AWA, but what little bit
<v Speaker 1>I've seen of them, they were a pretty good team.
<v Speaker 1>The East-West connection against Axe and Smash. Demolition. This is
<v Speaker 1>80s wrestling right here. 80s tag team wrestling is what
<v Speaker 1>this is. Look at these two guys. We don't have
<v Speaker 1>any teams like this anymore. Now, granted, they may look
<v Speaker 1>like they just walked out of a bondage shop, but still.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't know that when I was a little kid
<v Speaker 1>watching Demolition. My mind wasn't in the gutter the way
<v Speaker 1>it is today. This right here is Tag Team Wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>And that right there is the second goal that was
<v Speaker 1>just achieved. And of course it had to be, because
<v Speaker 1>he's just showing off now. It had to be Z-Ray.
<v Speaker 1>It had to be Z-Ray getting us to a second
<v Speaker 1>round of Be The Book. I'm so happy because I
<v Speaker 1>spent so much time making updates in the last couple
<v Speaker 1>of weeks. And I'm hoping we'll land on some new
<v Speaker 1>ones here. And also shout out to our boy Tuxedo T-Serve.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to give you a good cheer, my friend.
<v Speaker 1>Tuxedo is just running up the score. He is just
<v Speaker 1>running up the score. Here's to another round. We are,
<v Speaker 1>in fact, getting another round. There's Tuxedo and his blue skull. See,
<v Speaker 1>blue is my favorite color. So I see, like, Mays
<v Speaker 1>and people in the chat with the blue skull. I
<v Speaker 1>love the blue skulls, but the red skulls and the
<v Speaker 1>gold ones are pretty cool, too. All right, we got
<v Speaker 1>Rowdy Ronda Rousey. is going to be in our women's match.
<v Speaker 1>How are we feeling about this? How are we feeling
<v Speaker 1>about Ronda being in the match? Ronda Rousey is going
<v Speaker 1>to go one-on-one with Camille. Holy shit, I forgot all
<v Speaker 1>about her. What the fuck ever happened to Camille? I
<v Speaker 1>totally forgot that she even was employed in AEW. She
<v Speaker 1>came back. She actually did return, and then she just
<v Speaker 1>disappeared again. And no one has said anything about her.
<v Speaker 1>No one has mentioned where she's been. Nothing. Nothing. She's
<v Speaker 1>basically done. Camille is done. Wardlow, same thing. Whatever happened
<v Speaker 1>to Wardlow? He should be cleared by now. Where the
<v Speaker 1>hell's he? Nobody knows.
<v Speaker 2>Well, anyway.
<v Speaker 1>This is getting a.
<v Speaker 2>Buzz for me.
<v Speaker 1>I was so wrapped up in wondering what happened to Camille,
<v Speaker 1>I forgot to give it the buzz. Yeah, the Camille
<v Speaker 1>stuff will always be a mystery to me. I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what the hell happened there. NAFTA. Gaming says her
<v Speaker 1>last words on TV looking at the camera were, I'm back, baby.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe Tony Khan looked at that and said, oh, really now?
<v Speaker 1>Is that so? Back to the bench. Grand opening, grand
<v Speaker 1>closing for Camille. All right, our first main event. We
<v Speaker 1>have another round coming up, which is very exciting. Our
<v Speaker 1>first main event here. What is our first main event
<v Speaker 1>going to be? Our first main event is going to be... Motherfucker! Why? Why?
<v Speaker 2>Why?
<v Speaker 1>We just booked the other... Was it Monday or was
<v Speaker 1>it last week? It might have been last Monday.
<v Speaker 2>We booked.
<v Speaker 1>We booked Tyrus against Diesel. And there are a few
<v Speaker 1>matches I could think of that I would want to
<v Speaker 1>see less than Tyrus and Diesel. But here he is again.
<v Speaker 1>Here he is. Do you realize how many names or
<v Speaker 1>how many items there are in this? And we have
<v Speaker 1>landed on him yet again. The NWA. Former NWA. World's
<v Speaker 1>Heavyweight Champion. I will never forget. Because people were sharing
<v Speaker 1>the clip on social media. I want to say maybe
<v Speaker 1>he was wrestling EC3. Whoever it was that he was wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>I will never forget.
<v Speaker 2>Him.
<v Speaker 1>Going to do a standing, was it a standing splash?
<v Speaker 1>He might've come off the middle rope, but he went
<v Speaker 1>to go do a split. Dude, I think it was
<v Speaker 1>a standing splash. Like words cannot describe what I saw.
<v Speaker 1>He basically just like fell over. Like he could barely move.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, Andre was moving around better in 89.
<v Speaker 2>Okay.
<v Speaker 1>Like what are we doing here? I'm not going to
<v Speaker 1>give it the instant buzz. I want to see who
<v Speaker 1>the opponent's going to be. I want to see who
<v Speaker 1>the opponent's going to be. The Jet. Kevin Knight. And
<v Speaker 1>as talented as the Jet Kevin Knight is, Kevin Knight
<v Speaker 1>cannot work miracles. So therefore, it will be a buzz.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know who it could have landed on where
<v Speaker 1>I would have given it. Even Bret Hart, I would have.
<v Speaker 1>I would have had to think long and hard before
<v Speaker 1>I hit that buzzer, but I don't know that there's
<v Speaker 1>any saving that. I don't know that there's any saving that. Oh, man. Unbelievable.
<v Speaker 1>We just saw him. We just saw his face the
<v Speaker 1>other day. Yeah, no clean sweep. Let me run through
<v Speaker 1>some more of these Super Chats, and then we'll go
<v Speaker 1>to round number two. Take a quick break here. Chris
<v Speaker 1>Mikesell with a 999 Super Chat. WWE Vault posted Eddie
<v Speaker 1>Guerrero versus Edge feud with that great match on SmackDown.
<v Speaker 1>My dad took me to that SmackDown live in San Diego.
<v Speaker 1>Much love, Salamonster. Yeah, I mean, what was that? September...
<v Speaker 1>september of 02 is that enough enough oh boy scared
<v Speaker 1>the hell out of me uh i think it was
<v Speaker 1>september of 02 i'd smack that that was that was
<v Speaker 1>an excellent match wow you got to be there live
<v Speaker 1>that's pretty cool that is pretty cool uh-oh uh-oh uh-oh
<v Speaker 1>oh boy look at that as quickly as he appeared
<v Speaker 1>he disappeared You heard the chime. You heard the ka-ching.
<v Speaker 1>You heard the sound. And that means one thing. That
<v Speaker 1>means that we are one $ 50 magenta bomb away from
<v Speaker 1>a bonus round. Another bonus round of Be The Booker. Man, Rollins,
<v Speaker 1>as soon as he just pops up, man, he just
<v Speaker 1>gets the hell out of there. Man. Randy Bobandi with
<v Speaker 1>a $ 9. 99. I have a strong feeling I know the answer,
<v Speaker 1>but there's never no harm in asking. Is my boy
<v Speaker 1>Billy Kidman in your revamped roster of Be The Booker? Well,
<v Speaker 1>I hate to disappoint you. Billy Kidman is not in
<v Speaker 1>Be The Booker. Maybe I should swap out Tyrus for
<v Speaker 1>Billy Kidman. Maybe that's what I need to do. Billy
<v Speaker 1>Kidman was never an NWA World's Heavyweight Champion, though. Tyrus was.
<v Speaker 1>And then we had Z-Ray, and then we had Tuxedo
<v Speaker 1>T-Servo with their 10 and 15 respectively. Thank you, guys.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you very much. Now we get to go back.
<v Speaker 2>Ladies and gentlemen.
<v Speaker 1>You get to hear the intro. No, we're not doing
<v Speaker 1>that again. We're not running back Noah's voice again. We
<v Speaker 1>are going, however, to round number two. Round number two.
<v Speaker 1>We got some stipulations. Clint says, I will repeat, Speedball
<v Speaker 1>Mike Bailey in the North American version of United Empire
<v Speaker 1>is ignorant. Why is it ignorant? What does that mean?
<v Speaker 1>Why would it be ignorant? He's a Canadian guy. He's
<v Speaker 1>part of the United Empire. Kind of makes sense to me.
<v Speaker 2>It's the amazing Goon Thor.
<v Speaker 1>There it is.
<v Speaker 2>Jerry Lawler loves Gunthar the Magnificent.
<v Speaker 1>There it is.
<v Speaker 2>All hail Gunthar.
<v Speaker 1>Randy Bobandy says this is for Kidman.
<v Speaker 2>Wow.
<v Speaker 1>Justice for Kidman, huh? Kidman had some great entrance music.
<v Speaker 1>Until you listen to the lyrics. And then you realize
<v Speaker 1>how fucked up that song really is. It sounds great, though.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's got a great beat. but the lyrics
<v Speaker 1>are pretty fucked up to that song. But we may
<v Speaker 1>have to, now the question is, do we insert the,
<v Speaker 1>you know, Billy Kidman from WWE? Do we insert the
<v Speaker 1>Billy Kidman scratching himself from the flock era in WCW?
<v Speaker 1>There were a few different versions of Billy Kidman. Randy
<v Speaker 1>Bobandi just earned us Another round, a third round of
<v Speaker 1>Be the Booker is coming up after this. You could
<v Speaker 1>all thank Randy for that. Randy is on a tear
<v Speaker 1>right now. Randy is like, I'm the captain now. Off
<v Speaker 1>with Tyrus, bring on Kidman. Yes, it was a DMX
<v Speaker 1>knockoff song. All right, our first match here is going
<v Speaker 1>to be an Inferno match. It's going to get awfully
<v Speaker 1>hot in here, guys. The Flames. Okay, so, well, we
<v Speaker 1>can't do a tag team match. We can't do a
<v Speaker 1>tag team match. That would be very bad. I would
<v Speaker 1>not want to be on the apron when those Flames
<v Speaker 1>shoot up, so we'll have to do a men's match here.
<v Speaker 1>There will be no tag team match in this round.
<v Speaker 1>In this Inferno match, we have Booker T, who was
<v Speaker 1>just in our main event on Monday. Remind me again,
<v Speaker 1>who was it that Booker T wrestled in the main
<v Speaker 1>event on Monday? In Be the Booker? He's back again.
<v Speaker 1>Only this time he's going to be in an Inferno match. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>it was Booker in a Loser Leaves Town match, right?
<v Speaker 1>But who was it against? I don't remember. Booker T
<v Speaker 1>in an Inferno match. Against Switchblade, Jay White.
<v Speaker 2>May as well.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's not like he's doing a whole lot
<v Speaker 1>in AEW right now. Booker T and Jay White back
<v Speaker 1>in the day would have been a great match even
<v Speaker 1>without that stipulation. Actually, without that stipulation. Preferably. Darby. That's right, yes.
<v Speaker 1>Booker and Darby was our main event for Monday. Okay.
<v Speaker 1>And I believe we were all in agreement. Goodbye, Darby,
<v Speaker 1>in the Loser Leaves Town match. Our second match is
<v Speaker 1>going to be an intergender match. This is where it
<v Speaker 1>gets very interesting. Lots of possibilities here. Participant number one
<v Speaker 1>in the intergender match. Oh, boy. Okay, so there have
<v Speaker 1>been some new additions to Be The Booker, so allow
<v Speaker 1>me to explain. In all of the rounds, or at
<v Speaker 1>least actually in the men's and the women's round, I
<v Speaker 1>don't think I've added them yet to the tag team round,
<v Speaker 1>but in the men's round and the women's round, championships
<v Speaker 1>have been added. So this match that we are about
<v Speaker 1>to book is going to be for the Divas Championship.
<v Speaker 1>The Butterfly Belt Championship. is on the line in this intergender,
<v Speaker 1>which is hilarious depending on which guy we land on.
<v Speaker 1>Whichever man we land on could very well walk out
<v Speaker 1>with the butterfly belt, and I want you to visualize this.
<v Speaker 1>I can't believe, this was the title, but this was
<v Speaker 1>the title for years that they used on that show.
<v Speaker 1>Look at this monstrosity. And the sad thing is that
<v Speaker 1>there are women in WWE right now who were not
<v Speaker 1>even active during that era who are now longing for
<v Speaker 1>the days of the Divas title. To them, it's like nostalgic.
<v Speaker 1>Look at this thing. All right. Divas Championship is on
<v Speaker 1>the line. Kendall Gray, the former NXT Women's Champion, is
<v Speaker 1>going to be competing for the... She ain't no diva.
<v Speaker 1>Kendall ain't no diva. But Kendall is going to have
<v Speaker 1>A very, very different opponent than she is used to having.
<v Speaker 1>Which man is competing for the butterfly belt? Let's find out.
<v Speaker 1>Brett the Hitman Hart and Kendall Gray. I have to
<v Speaker 1>tell you, as a fucking match, if you're going to
<v Speaker 1>do an intergender match, wow. Not bad. The idea of
<v Speaker 1>Bret Hart, though, wrestling for the butterfly belt is sickening
<v Speaker 1>to me. However, the butterfly belt is pink. It kind
<v Speaker 1>of fits. I hate to say it. I hate to
<v Speaker 1>say it. It kind of fits. Can't hold a candle
<v Speaker 1>to the belt around his waist in this picture, though.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, Bret Hart holding that butterfly belt would be
<v Speaker 1>a crime against humanity, but with the color, it kind
<v Speaker 1>of fits perfectly. And by the way, Bret Hart wins
<v Speaker 1>that match. As if you needed me to tell you that.
<v Speaker 1>But how about that? How's that for an intergender match?
<v Speaker 1>Bret Hart and Kendall Gray. It'd be the best match
<v Speaker 1>Kendall has in her career, I'll tell you that. This
<v Speaker 1>match is a fever dream. Be the Booker is a
<v Speaker 1>fever dream. The belt is pink and black. It is
<v Speaker 1>pink and black. I hate how well it fits. Daddy Ugarte.
<v Speaker 1>I think he has the comments of the night. He says,
<v Speaker 1>Brett is a diva. As a Bret Hart fan, I
<v Speaker 1>hate how much I laughed at that comment. That might
<v Speaker 1>be the most appropriate belt for Brett to win. It's
<v Speaker 1>the divas title. Okay, I don't know that we're going
<v Speaker 1>to top that, but we got one more match in
<v Speaker 1>this round, and then we have one more round. We
<v Speaker 1>have a strap match. A strap match is going to
<v Speaker 1>be the main event here of this round. That is
<v Speaker 1>what we are looking at here. Brett carrying the Divas
<v Speaker 1>belt is a perfect fit. The Nature Boy. There's that
<v Speaker 1>belt again. The Nature Boy, Ric Flair, is going to
<v Speaker 1>be in a strap match. I seem to recall a
<v Speaker 1>strap match in WCW once upon a time with Hulk
<v Speaker 1>Hogan and Vader that somehow ended with Hulk Hogan beating
<v Speaker 1>Ric Flair. Because when you had two guys and nobody
<v Speaker 1>can do the job... Ric Flair will step up and
<v Speaker 1>he'll do the job for Hogan. I can't remember a
<v Speaker 1>single time that Flair ever beat Hogan where the decision
<v Speaker 1>wasn't reversed. But it will be Ric Flair in a
<v Speaker 1>strap match. Ready for some strappation, dudes. That's right. Against
<v Speaker 1>Vince Russo. He's going to take that belt. He's going
<v Speaker 1>to whip the shit out of him. He's going to
<v Speaker 1>take out a mound of frustration on Vince Russo. And
<v Speaker 1>I'm here for it. By the way, as absurd as
<v Speaker 1>this is for me to say, both men, both former
<v Speaker 1>WCW world champions. Think about that. You think about that.
<v Speaker 1>But just for the opportunity to see Flair just go
<v Speaker 1>crazy with that strap and just whip the shit out
<v Speaker 1>of him, you know, I mean, come on, that's got
<v Speaker 1>to be a bell. That's got to be a bell.
<v Speaker 1>2000 Russo versus 2026 Flair. Well, I don't know that
<v Speaker 1>that would really be much of a fair fight. Although,
<v Speaker 1>you know, hey, Flair posts videos from the gym of
<v Speaker 1>him working out. He probably is in better shape. The
<v Speaker 1>way he stays in the gym? Was that a clean sweep? Oh,
<v Speaker 1>it was a clean sweep. Yes, it was. Yes, it was.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you for reminding me that was a clean sweep.
<v Speaker 1>That was a clean sweep. And we're not done yet.
<v Speaker 1>We are not done yet. No, sir. We get another round. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>we do. Eric Newton. Celebrating five months of channel membership. Five.
<v Speaker 1>I have been having more fun watching old classic matches
<v Speaker 1>such as Rick Rude versus Sting in WCW than what
<v Speaker 1>I see in WWE or AEW today. Eric, you are
<v Speaker 1>not the only one who feels that way. That's all
<v Speaker 1>I will say. As great as some of the matches
<v Speaker 1>are and some of the wrestling is that we get today,
<v Speaker 1>and we're coming off one of the best AEW pay-per-views
<v Speaker 1>that they've ever done, There's just something about the way
<v Speaker 1>that wrestling was in that era. There's nothing today that
<v Speaker 1>can beat it. It's just different. It's not the same.
<v Speaker 1>And you can say it's better. You can say it's
<v Speaker 1>worse today than it was back then. It's just different.
<v Speaker 1>It's actually quite incredible to go back and watch some
<v Speaker 1>of that stuff, whether it was WWF or WCW. And
<v Speaker 1>just see how different it really is. It's like a
<v Speaker 1>completely different form of entertainment. Alright, we're going to start
<v Speaker 1>off with some tribal combat. Are you ready for the
<v Speaker 1>Battle of the Ula Fala, everybody? Are you ready for
<v Speaker 1>the Battle of the Ufala? Because here we go. We
<v Speaker 1>have got to decide and find out who is going
<v Speaker 1>to get the Ula Fala placed upon their neck. El
<v Speaker 1>Hijo del Vikingo, who's currently out recovering from a knee injury.
<v Speaker 1>He's going to be fighting for the Ula Fala here.
<v Speaker 1>Some tribal combat with Vikingo. Maybe I should put mini Vikingo.
<v Speaker 2>You know what?
<v Speaker 1>I think maybe I'll replace Tyrus. We'll just go the
<v Speaker 1>complete opposite way. And I will replace Tyrus with mini Vikingo.
<v Speaker 1>How does that sound? Should we get some AAA guys
<v Speaker 1>and be the booker? Should we get Psycho Clown and
<v Speaker 1>be the booker? Should we get Omos in Be the Booker?
<v Speaker 1>Vikingo against Andrade El Idolo in Tribal Combat. That's a
<v Speaker 1>hell of a match. What a fucking match that would be.
<v Speaker 1>That is a match right there. Andrade is going to
<v Speaker 1>have the Ula Fala placed upon his neck. Our next
<v Speaker 1>match is going to be a first blood match. First
<v Speaker 1>person to draw blood wins the match. And we're going
<v Speaker 1>to go with the ladies this time. We got some
<v Speaker 1>women in here who like to get hardcore. I know
<v Speaker 1>Sky Blue is one of them. Nikki Bella the fearless
<v Speaker 1>one is going to be in a first blood match
<v Speaker 1>that is not what I had in mind when I
<v Speaker 1>was just talking about women who like to get hardcore
<v Speaker 1>and like to bleed and then we land on Nikki
<v Speaker 1>Bella oh man Nikki Bella the Bella army is going
<v Speaker 1>to attack me if I keep making these comments Nikki
<v Speaker 1>Bella and Becky Lynch Nikki In a first blood match,
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to leave it to you guys. I'm on
<v Speaker 1>the fence. I'm actually leaning towards a bell. I'm actually
<v Speaker 1>going to give it a bell. I am going to
<v Speaker 1>give it a bell. I am going to give it
<v Speaker 1>a bell. I think the stipulation helps. I think the
<v Speaker 1>stipulation puts it over the top. It's going to be
<v Speaker 1>more of a hardcore type match, which I think will benefit.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, we all know it's going to be kendo sticks,
<v Speaker 1>but I will give that one the bell. I think
<v Speaker 1>most of you agree with me. All right, good. I
<v Speaker 1>made a good decision then. I made a good call.
<v Speaker 1>And this, this is it. This is it. It all
<v Speaker 1>comes down to our main event here of the evening.
<v Speaker 1>Becky can make it work. Becky can make anything work.
<v Speaker 1>Our main event is going to, well, she might not
<v Speaker 1>be able to make this work. It's going to be
<v Speaker 1>a Molotov cocktail match. So you will be allowed to
<v Speaker 1>throw Molotov cocktails at your opponent. Pretty straightforward stuff. Molotov
<v Speaker 1>cocktail match with.
<v Speaker 1>Shinsuke or Pinsuke Nakamura. One half of Bokusai. As they
<v Speaker 1>are currently. I don't know why that makes me laugh.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. Bokusai, it sounds like the section on
<v Speaker 1>Pornhub that you just stay away from. That's too far
<v Speaker 1>even for you.
<v Speaker 2>Anyway.
<v Speaker 1>Shinsuke Nakamura in our main event here. I don't know, man.
<v Speaker 1>This is not looking good. Well, Shinsuke Nakamura against Brodie King.
<v Speaker 1>You know what? I'm going to give that the bell.
<v Speaker 1>And that is a double. A double sweep. A double sweep.
<v Speaker 1>When was the last time we had a double sweep
<v Speaker 1>on a Wednesday? I don't think that's ever happened. A
<v Speaker 1>double sweep on a Wednesday night. We may have just
<v Speaker 1>made history here. History has been made. I feel like
<v Speaker 1>Vince on commentary in the main event of Wrestlemania. EJ's.
<v Speaker 1>with a 499 tyrus being and be the booker while
<v Speaker 1>templario el desperado ron garvin and shad gaspard aren't just
<v Speaker 1>doesn't sit right despi alone belongs best junior alive well
<v Speaker 1>i'll tell you what um You guys have to tweet
<v Speaker 1>me or email me some more suggestions, because I'm sure
<v Speaker 1>there are people... I know there are people I've left out.
<v Speaker 1>And I can't literally have everybody in there, but... I'm
<v Speaker 1>trying to think of names that are missing. Like, real names.
<v Speaker 1>Fuck that tree. Death Scythe really hates that tree. So,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, yeah, I mean... El Desperado and Be the Booker?
<v Speaker 1>We could. Possibly. I know. On a Wednesday, no less.
<v Speaker 1>It's amazing. EJ also says, I said Monday I was
<v Speaker 1>seeing Buddy, and I loved it more than Solid Monster
<v Speaker 1>Love's Obsession. Just needed former Barney stars Selena Gomez and
<v Speaker 1>Demi Lovato. Once it's out on streaming, I do plan
<v Speaker 1>on watching it. I just didn't have it. playing anywhere
<v Speaker 1>near me where I could go in person and see it.
<v Speaker 1>I heard there's a lot of comedy in it. Deathside,
<v Speaker 1>Bret Shawn for the Divas title. Yes, Bret Hart against
<v Speaker 1>Shawn Michaels for the Divas championship. Actually makes a lot
<v Speaker 1>of sense. After all, they did have their infamous pull-apart
<v Speaker 1>fight in the bathroom where they pulled their hair out.
<v Speaker 1>How about it? How about it? If that doesn't scream Diva,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what does. Mark says, Solo, it's backside.
<v Speaker 1>Is that what it is? Is that what it is?
<v Speaker 1>We have backside on SmackDown, though. DeathScythe says, there's a
<v Speaker 1>short fan film on YouTube called Michael vs. Jason Evil Emerges.
<v Speaker 1>It's really good, and after seeing it now, I want
<v Speaker 1>a proper full-length Michael vs. Jason film. Is that new
<v Speaker 1>or is that something that's been around for a while?
<v Speaker 1>I've seen some fan films over the years on YouTube.
<v Speaker 1>I don't remember that one, though. If it's newer, then
<v Speaker 1>I haven't seen it. There are some really good fan-made films, though.
<v Speaker 1>There was a fan-made... I'm pretty sure it was... Was
<v Speaker 1>it Halloween or Friday the 3rd? No, I'm pretty sure
<v Speaker 1>it was a Jason movie. And I wish I could
<v Speaker 1>remember the name of it. Dude, it's legit. I watched it.
<v Speaker 1>I was engrossed in it. I was entertained by it. Production-wise,
<v Speaker 1>it was well done. Some really talented people putting together
<v Speaker 1>some fan-made stuff on there. Did you see Von Wagner
<v Speaker 1>going to All Japan? Maybe he can do better as
<v Speaker 1>the scary Gaijin monster than another big vanilla dude in WWE.
<v Speaker 1>I did not see that. Well, good for him. I
<v Speaker 1>haven't heard his name mentioned in a few years. I
<v Speaker 1>thought he was out of wrestling altogether. And Boss Toys
<v Speaker 1>Double Sweep. How about it? How about it? Bill Buckner.
<v Speaker 1>How about it? Robert says, I want to see that
<v Speaker 1>crazy whale movie. Dude gets eaten. It's terrifying. I think
<v Speaker 1>that movie comes out the same day as Street Fighter.
<v Speaker 1>It's called Whale Fall. I think it's October 16th. I
<v Speaker 1>think it's actually the day before WrestleDream. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Of the two, I'll probably end up seeing Street Fighter,
<v Speaker 1>but I'm intrigued. I'm intrigued. I mentioned this on TNT
<v Speaker 1>the other day, though. Judging from some of the scenes
<v Speaker 1>in the trailer, if you are someone who is claustrophobic,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if that's going to be the movie
<v Speaker 1>for you. Being stuck inside the whale, it was very tight.
<v Speaker 1>The premise of the movie is that I think his father,
<v Speaker 1>I don't know what job his father had. Something with
<v Speaker 1>the ocean, obviously. And his father, I think, is played
<v Speaker 1>by Josh Brolin. His father may have been killed at
<v Speaker 1>sea or whatever. And anyway, he ends up being swallowed
<v Speaker 1>up by this whale. Maybe he was hunting for the whale.
<v Speaker 1>He's got one hour. He's got an hour of oxygen
<v Speaker 1>in his tank. To find his way out of this whale.
<v Speaker 1>That's my understanding of the premise of the movie. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if it's based on a book. It might be.
<v Speaker 1>But that's the basic premise of the movie. It'd be
<v Speaker 1>kind of fucked up if he gets swallowed up by
<v Speaker 1>the whale and he's in there and then he looks
<v Speaker 1>over and there's a... It's terrible. There's his father. His
<v Speaker 1>decomposing body. Like right next to him in the gullet
<v Speaker 1>here of this whale. And he's trapped. That would be awful.
<v Speaker 1>That's the movie that I would do. Whale Fall in
<v Speaker 1>4DX is going to be fun. I did 4DX for
<v Speaker 1>the first time this year. I saw Send Help, that
<v Speaker 1>Sam Raimi movie that came out at the beginning of
<v Speaker 1>the year. I'm not bothering with it again. First of all,
<v Speaker 1>the 4DX ticket is like twice the cost of a
<v Speaker 1>regular ticket. To do what? To blow air in my
<v Speaker 1>face and spray me with water? Why don't you kick
<v Speaker 1>me in the fucking nuts too while you're at it?
<v Speaker 1>I'm not paying $ 35 for that. I think I'm okay
<v Speaker 1>with my regular ticket. EJ with a $ 4. 99. This is
<v Speaker 1>another possible Be The Booker team. Ricky Steamboat and Jay Youngblood.
<v Speaker 1>Youngblood is one of wrestling's biggest what-ifs and deserves a
<v Speaker 1>dark side episode. Yeah, he was very young when he died, too.
<v Speaker 1>They were a very popular team. That was so long ago.
<v Speaker 2>Shut the fuck up.
<v Speaker 1>Fuck that tree. Wake up. It's another death scythe message here.
<v Speaker 1>$ 13 learning tree. Michael vs. Jason Evil Emerges came out
<v Speaker 1>in 2019. But yes, check it out. And I say
<v Speaker 1>it again. Is a Michael vs. Jason full-length feature film
<v Speaker 1>at the cinema too much to ask? Well, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>it is when seemingly the rights to the Jason IP
<v Speaker 1>is still very... up in the air. We haven't had
<v Speaker 1>a Friday the 13th proper movie since 2009. Okay, so
<v Speaker 1>the idea of getting a Jason and Michael movie, it's
<v Speaker 1>just impossible. It's just not going to happen. I know
<v Speaker 1>people who would pay more than $ 35 for that kick. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure.
<v Speaker 2>I'm sure. Hey, look.
<v Speaker 1>There's a big business out there. T-Mobile lets you use
<v Speaker 1>that $ 5 deal for it. I watch Resident Evil in 4DX.
<v Speaker 1>The movie does need to be short. If not, I
<v Speaker 1>can see that it can be annoying. Yeah, like, to
<v Speaker 1>see The Odyssey. Two hours and 40 minutes or whatever
<v Speaker 1>in 4DX. Especially some of those scenes on the seas. Like,
<v Speaker 1>oh my god. I would have drowned in the theater
<v Speaker 1>watching that fucking movie in 4DX. Anyway, thank you guys
<v Speaker 1>for making this a much more lively and entertaining and fun,
<v Speaker 1>enjoyable stream than I was expecting it to be. I
<v Speaker 1>legit like I watched this episode of Dynamite and I
<v Speaker 1>was like, OK. And then I was like, I couldn't
<v Speaker 1>even find our mods weren't even here. I'm like, all right,
<v Speaker 1>this is going to be fucking 35 minutes in and out.
<v Speaker 1>Very simple. You know, easy night. But you guys showed
<v Speaker 1>up in full force, man. Which is good because I
<v Speaker 1>won't be here on Friday. We kind of made up
<v Speaker 1>for me not being here on Friday for the SmackDown review.
<v Speaker 1>My brother mentioned to me that the Crypt Keeper will
<v Speaker 1>be hosting the Halloween movies on AMC this year. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>the Crypt Keeper is the official host for AMC Fear
<v Speaker 1>Fest this year. Every October, all month long, it's basically
<v Speaker 1>all horror movies and TV shows on AMC Network. And
<v Speaker 1>I guess they got the Crypt Keeper to... reemerge from
<v Speaker 1>his crypt and he will be the official host, which
<v Speaker 1>is very cool. Very cool. I did hear that. Actually,
<v Speaker 1>one of the cool things over the years of doing
<v Speaker 1>the sound off is, uh, someone had paid for a
<v Speaker 1>cameo for my birthday. The voice of the crypt keeper,
<v Speaker 1>the man behind the voice, they got him to do a, uh,
<v Speaker 1>you know, a cameo, but basically like a shout out
<v Speaker 1>to me in the voice. So I got the official
<v Speaker 1>Crypt Keeper to do a cameo for me for my birthday,
<v Speaker 1>which was a very cool thing. And I opened the
<v Speaker 1>sound off with it, and I opened one of the
<v Speaker 1>streams with a video of it. Maybe I'll do it
<v Speaker 1>again for one of the streams. Maybe I'll dig up
<v Speaker 1>the video. But yeah, I mean, the Crypt Keeper is iconic.
<v Speaker 1>A really shitty looking Crypt Keeper. Well, I mean, he's
<v Speaker 1>the Crypt Keeper. He's like a thousand years old. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I wouldn't expect him to look good. Dude can't get
<v Speaker 1>a facelift. He can't get Botox. He's supposed to look bad.
<v Speaker 1>Did I play the new Halloween game? Dude, I have
<v Speaker 1>been so busy. I have not even thought about the
<v Speaker 1>new Halloween game. So no, unfortunately, I have not had time.
<v Speaker 1>Been a lot going on. And then I'll be away
<v Speaker 1>this weekend. And then there's a pay-per-view. And it's like, oh,
<v Speaker 1>it never ends. Never ends. Anyway, thank you guys very,
<v Speaker 1>very much for all of the support. I appreciate it.
<v Speaker 1>Go look it up. They ruined him. Okay, well, I
<v Speaker 1>have to look this up then. He says that the
<v Speaker 1>Crypt Keeper looks horrible. Let me see what the Crypt
<v Speaker 1>Keeper looks like. What did they do to the Crypt Keeper?
<v Speaker 1>Is this going to be like the Michael Myers mask
<v Speaker 1>in part five? I hope not. Why is he wearing
<v Speaker 1>a track jacket? This looks like Ric Flair in 10 years.
<v Speaker 1>This legitimately is this. This can't be what he looks
<v Speaker 1>like now. What is he wearing? Then there's another picture here.
<v Speaker 1>He's wearing a dinner jacket. I'm looking at an image
<v Speaker 1>of him. He's wearing an orange track suit.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, man.
<v Speaker 1>What have they done to him? And Greg Nicotero designed it. Well,
<v Speaker 1>that's very disappointing because Greg Nicotero is.
<v Speaker 1>Dude's iconic. Yeah, this ain't it. I don't know why.
<v Speaker 1>This does remind me of Ric Flair. West Coast James,
<v Speaker 1>63 months of membership. Can't wait for Halloween season. Me too.
<v Speaker 1>Me too. We got to bring out the Sound of
<v Speaker 1>Halloween logo for all the streams. Always enjoy Halloween month.
<v Speaker 1>The Crypt Keeper retired to Florida. Is that the idea
<v Speaker 1>behind it? He went where everybody goes. He went to Florida.
<v Speaker 1>We'll have to bring out Goulberg. Maybe we'll get some
<v Speaker 1>Goulberg superchats in October. That's still on the superchats list.
<v Speaker 1>Good old Goulberg is going to be waking up from
<v Speaker 1>his crypt here in just a few weeks. We haven't
<v Speaker 1>heard from him in a while. What do you think
<v Speaker 1>of Stu Grayson's transformation in Maple Leaf Pro? Dude got
<v Speaker 1>himself in the best shape I have ever seen him in.
<v Speaker 1>Good for him. Now, being in that spot that he's in,
<v Speaker 1>he wanted to look his very best, and he does.
<v Speaker 1>It's quite the physical transformation that he's gone through. There
<v Speaker 1>we go. There are the Gullberg emojis for the channel members.
<v Speaker 1>Good old Gullberg. Oh, look, our boy Don Stoney is
<v Speaker 1>with us with the $ 5 Super Chats. Shout out to
<v Speaker 1>Don Tony, Wrestling Soup and Spitball Media, and as always,
<v Speaker 1>RIP Kev Castle. Amen to that. Shout out to Kevin Castle.
<v Speaker 1>Don Stoney, thank you very much. I appreciate that. Cheers,
<v Speaker 1>my friend. No Halloween-type characters left in wrestling anymore? Well,
<v Speaker 1>they had the Wyatt Six, until they didn't. They don't
<v Speaker 1>know what to... I mean, you got Danhausen, right? Does
<v Speaker 1>Danhausen not count? The guy literally puts curses on people.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, if that's not a Halloween character, I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what is. And then you got that guy, L... Now,
<v Speaker 1>I want to make sure I say it right. Apparently,
<v Speaker 1>I was saying it wrong. I was saying El Carnicero.
<v Speaker 1>I guess it's El... No, I was saying El Carcinero. Like,
<v Speaker 1>he's a carcinogen. It's El Carnicero. He looks like a
<v Speaker 1>Halloween character, right?
<v Speaker 2>I mean, he looks.
<v Speaker 1>It looks like Luchasaurus is what he looks like. There
<v Speaker 1>are a few, but there aren't very many. Problem is,
<v Speaker 1>WWE doesn't know how to book those types of characters.
<v Speaker 1>There's Abaddon. Whatever happened to Abaddon? Abaddon is not working
<v Speaker 1>with AEW anymore. Leo Rush. Yes, Leo Rush has found
<v Speaker 1>great success, especially on the indies. It's fine. He's fine.
<v Speaker 1>He's doing great. He's killing it. He'll be there on Friday.
<v Speaker 1>He'll be at House of Glory on Friday. He'll be
<v Speaker 1>wrestling Gringo Loco. Darby should count. He looks like a
<v Speaker 1>crow costume from Hot Topic. He just looks like an
<v Speaker 1>emo kid. He looks like an emo skateboarder. That's what
<v Speaker 1>he is. Wendy Chu. Oh, that reminds me. So, I
<v Speaker 1>didn't realize how much television WWE tapes would evolve. I
<v Speaker 1>saw it on social media before. They said, Wendy Chu
<v Speaker 1>has returned. I'm like, Wendy Chu has returned? She just
<v Speaker 1>got fired. They brought her back already? And then somebody said, no,
<v Speaker 1>they taped so far ahead that they only now got
<v Speaker 1>to the episode where Wendy Chu returned, even though she
<v Speaker 1>was released by WWE. I'm like, man. Rubbing salt in
<v Speaker 1>the wound. Anyway, thank you guys again. I will see you.
<v Speaker 1>I will actually see you on YouTube on Friday night.
<v Speaker 1>But I will see you over on the House of
<v Speaker 1>Glory YouTube channel. We should be streaming on YouTube as
<v Speaker 1>far as I know. I don't believe the page is
<v Speaker 1>up yet. But I'm not the one getting the page up.
<v Speaker 1>So I should be on YouTube over there doing commentary
<v Speaker 1>on Friday night. And then hopefully back home in time
<v Speaker 1>to cover All Out on Saturday night. And then we'll
<v Speaker 1>have a podcast episode 982 coming up on Sunday. If
<v Speaker 1>you missed it, the brand new installment of the Uncrowned
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling Show is up for your listening pleasure. In addition
<v Speaker 1>to all the big news of the week, also talking
<v Speaker 1>Gable Steveson, what happened to him in his very embarrassing
<v Speaker 1>night the other night, Jake Hager, and what has actually
<v Speaker 1>turned into a pretty serious injury for him. Talk about that.
<v Speaker 1>Talk about the WWE and WCW and ECW legend who
<v Speaker 1>is currently incarcerated and why and what led to that.
<v Speaker 1>So all that, and I answer your questions. If you
<v Speaker 1>ever email me any questions, you got to listen to
<v Speaker 1>both because if I don't answer it on the sound of,
<v Speaker 1>I might just answer it on Uncrowned. So go check
<v Speaker 1>that episode out. Much love to all of you.
<v Speaker 2>Be well.
<v Speaker 1>Stay safe. Do I do the H-O-G-I-G? I do not.
<v Speaker 1>I do not have any control over that.
<v Speaker 2>Be well.
<v Speaker 1>Stay safe. And I will see you back here real
<v Speaker 1>soon for more sound up. Please hit that like button
<v Speaker 1>on your way out and leave a comment. And that's it.
<v Speaker 1>That's all I got for you. You guys are awesome.
<v Speaker 1>I'll see you back here real soon. Take care.
