Well, well, happy Thursday to everybody.
Boy, we got a lot to talk about.
This episode, as always,
brought to you by Nessus Hemp.
Ten percent off with promo code PERMA.
Also,
Sovereign Health Summit is going to be
coming up October twenty seven through the
thirty first.
Um, for the ones that were wondering,
I'm no longer affiliated with it, but, um,
yeah, if you want tickets,
go over there and check out sovereign
health summit.com.
All right, son, here we are.
Uh, man, it is, uh, man, it's a,
it's a crazy cup.
Well,
I'll get to all that in a minute.
Anyway, how's it going on your end?
Uh, good.
You want me to just go ahead and
get into it or fire away?
Okay,
now before we get into the obvious topic
of the rain,
I ran to the post office and then
the grocery store right before the
podcast.
Went to the post office first,
had to mail a bunch of stuff,
and then went to the grocery store real
quick just to grab a couple ingredients.
Since it's gloomy out and everything like
that, my wife wanted to make chili,
so grabbed a couple ingredients.
And as I'm walking out,
while I'm in Spring Market,
there's nobody there for the most part.
I'm thinking,
like the thought came into my head of...
I was thinking about homeschooling and
stuff like that.
And just the realization that there is not
a school on earth that exists that could
teach my daughter better than myself.
There's like the school just doesn't
exist.
It's not even a diss on the schooling.
I mean,
this comment isn't a diss on the schooling
system.
It's not a diss on any other types
of schooling systems.
It's just nobody.
And that's the kind of the way it
should be.
If you have the ability to apply yourself
to it and actually do it well,
like nobody should be able to teach your,
uh,
child better than yourself right as i'm on
this like weighty topic thinking i'm
walking out of the grocery store and my
vehicle is one of three vehicles in the
parking lot and there's one vehicle pulls
up right next to mine uh facing the
opposite direction so it's driver door to
driver door
in an empty parking lot,
completely empty parking lot.
And I'm walking over there and I'm
obviously caught my attention.
Cause it's like, man,
this is an empty parking lot.
And they, they whipped right in there.
They were going fast too.
And I'm looking at the driver and I'm
like, man, that is an odd situation.
know person and then i'm like what i've
never seen a haircut like that and i'm
like still kind of thinking about the
homeschool thing as i'm getting closer and
closer like find out a woman she walks
out of her driver's door and then i
realize like oh snap i'm staring i'm
staring and i'm kind of blocking her in
and i say out loud like oh hey
i'm sorry i wasn't trying to block you
in i'm just trying to get in the
car and wasn't thinking and then as she's
walking past me she's like i wasn't
worried about you a little behind but she
didn't say
little behind.
She's like,
I ain't worried about your little behind.
And then just kept on walking.
And I'm, I was like, what?
First of all,
I can look down at the top of
this lady's head.
So it wasn't like,
this was some giant woman,
but I just randomly was catching strays in
the,
in the spring market parking lot for no
reason.
But I think given the context,
given the driving habits, uh,
giving what she said,
we can all collectively picture the exact
person that I'm talking about that did
that.
So yeah, that happened not too long, uh,
before this podcast.
And then I got home, uh,
and then it started raining, which yeah,
all that rain is coming in, uh,
It's just hitting us like as like thirty
minutes before this podcast started,
it started hitting us.
But what was weird was that.
It took forever to get here like this
morning,
according to the radar this morning,
it was on this side of Dallas,
like it was east of Dallas at this
point.
And it took from six o'clock this morning
all the way till like.
just just now four o'clock for it to
travel that far when it usually storms i
mean they travel this direction pretty
often they don't usually take that long to
get over here and then another thing that
i thought was odd was that the the
radar is telling me you know it's close
to dallas but i can literally see the
same
cloud line off uh into the distance in
the exact same like it's not moving any
further away it's not moving any closer
apart or closer uh to me and it's
in the direction that the storm is
supposed to be coming from i can see
that cloud line and it's like it's staying
put all day until literally maybe thirty
minutes until an hour ago until maybe
thirty minutes before the rain actually
came in so that those are just odd
things that were going on like the radar
what they're showing me is not showing
what's actually happening or what I'm
observing.
And then another thing that's been funny
is that I've been I like like that
one YouTube that viral YouTube short says
I'm not retarded or nothing,
but I like maps that one kid says
he likes rocks.
I like maps.
I like looking at maps and I like
looking at the Weather Channel map
sometimes and just see what the weather is
going on.
It's a benign little hobby of mine.
And I do that fairly often on the
Weather Channel app.
This it won't let me look at the
weather in any other country.
It stops like the only thing that I
can see right now is Toronto.
Toronto is the only one.
And the only reason I know that is
because I was looking at the the bottom
of the storm to the top of the
storm.
It's all the way into Mexico and reaching
Toronto right now.
Like it's from Mexico to Toronto.
And I can't even see how far into
Mexico,
Mexico it is because I can't look into
Mexico.
And that was as of today.
I've noticed this.
Is this something you're aware of?
Yeah,
let me jump in just for a second
because you can ask your mom.
It wasn't fifteen minutes ago that I said
to her because I'm like,
I cannot find even on the weather channel
any updates, any radar,
any anything regarding this storm that was
supposed to be some big apocalypse.
You know, this going through there.
I told her a minute ago, I said,
is it just me?
But I can't find anything.
Yeah.
Back to you.
Yeah,
that that was that was kind of what
I was getting at was like,
I look at the weather in other countries
just out of curiosity.
And now on the same app and now
all of a sudden on this app,
I can't look at what's going on in
neighboring countries.
I can't see what I live in a
state that borders another country and I
can't see what's going on in that country.
Even when the same story that the storm
that's affecting them is affecting me at
the moment.
it's,
it seems odd that they just all of
a sudden shut off that capability.
And I've tried like,
I've tried resetting the app,
like not stop it from multitasking on the
phone, resetting the app,
all that type of stuff.
I've tried the same app, different device,
still doing the same exact thing.
And it's something that I know it has
allowed me to do before.
Like I've been able to look at weather
in other countries before,
and now it's not letting me do that.
So yeah,
there's some weird stuff going on with
this rain.
That's,
That's for sure.
I don't know what's going on.
I'm just like just from what I can
observe versus what the radar is showing
me is odd.
And then the fact that they're limiting
what I can look at on the app
is odd as well.
So, yeah, that's what's going on here.
What about you, Dad?
yeah uh before i get going hey uh
thanks everybody in the chat and like
nancy always says thank you nancy uh hit
that like button everybody and uh man sees
my man steve in the chat here um
yeah it's funny it's not funny i mean
michelle was just asking i think yesterday
or day before exactly how your wife was
doing michelle so uh we we're praying for
constantly and um
And for your whole family, man,
we're just praying that everything goes
exactly the way the Lord would have it.
So, yeah.
So everybody out there,
please give Steve and his wife,
especially Michelle,
some prayers for miraculous healing.
So, yeah.
And I want to thank everybody else in
the chat, too.
I know there's a whole lot of you
that could be doing other things.
But, hey, thanks for hanging out with us.
All right.
So, yeah,
that was actually on my notes here.
Nobody's talking about the weather.
Absolutely.
Nobody's talking about the damage path
that just hit the Northeast.
I got friends back there and family in
Massachusetts.
So I've reached out to them and they're
like, man,
this thing is apocalypse over here by the
coast and ain't nobody talking about it.
And that just came and went.
And of course,
if it's not on the radar,
nobody's talking about it.
But your mom made some observation and I
think both of us did.
It's, you know,
we get rain pretty regularly where I am
in Western North Carolina.
And your mom was saying this morning,
and it's funny because she,
I don't know that she heard Dane Wigington
talk about it,
but all this rain that falls for some
reason does not soak in.
And we've started observing that here.
For a while there,
we were getting rain every single day.
It was like we were living back near
Fort Carson again, because in the summer,
with rain,
you could set your watch to it.
Every single day,
the mountains would come over Cheyenne
Mountain,
and then it would drop some torrential
rains.
And then in thirty minutes,
it would dry up completely.
And that's exactly what was happening here
for a time.
but it didn't really amount to anything
like out in the woods over here, man,
this ground is hard as woodpecker lips,
man.
I never, we're trying to put in,
we're trying to put in these stakes, uh,
into a forest environment or a
silvopasture environment for the net.
And she's struggling just to get them in.
And it has not been that long since
we had rain.
So Dane Wigington has suggested or has
actually proven that they're actually
putting surfactants and stuff in here in
the rain, in the water,
and all the stuff they're cloud seeding.
And it's probably doing more harm than
good is drying out things more than it's
helping.
She even suspected that maybe they might
be even putting glyphosate or version of
it in this rain or in the chemtrails.
And then, of course,
it engages with the rain.
Yeah.
On that note,
Jeff Lawton and them just interviewed Dane
Wigington a couple of days ago.
I don't know if anybody.
Okay.
So if you're wanting to find out who
to listen to as far as permaculture goes
and who not to listen to,
just go to the comment section of that
video where they interviewed Dane
Wigington.
You'll see like a divided camps.
And then there's people who are aware of
what's actually going on.
And then there's other people who have
lost all respect for Jeff Lawton for
entertaining the argument.
So there's that.
And also...
be doing a consultation in new hampshire
here soon so if you're in between me
and new hampshire and you want a
consultation let me know because now is
going to be the cheapest time so there's
that i'll be able to see some of
what's going on up there firsthand maybe
yeah so uh yeah you'll be heading through
all that stuff or at least part of
it anyway while you're that way man you
might want to get a lobster roll um
anyway check this out y'all um
Other things we got going on around here.
So we got sheep eating silver grass up
in the,
I guess it took a couple of years
for them to kind of get accustomed to
it,
but they are eating it at least when
it's juvenile, which they will do.
And I'm kind of making them eat it.
So that's really good because the stuff
will be,
while it's juvenile like that and I'm
beating it up with the sheep,
it's going to want to not come back.
So that's one of the methods in trying
to get rid of that stuff.
As I said a moment ago,
the ground's really, really dry.
I'm going to kind of switch over a
little bit and talk about some of the
health things I've been doing and tell
people what, you know,
just throw some options out there.
Well, first of all,
let me tell you how not to break
a fast,
which I did a thirty six hour fast
and I came out of it yesterday at
seven in the morning.
So
In a perfect world,
the way you should do it, in fact,
I'm getting myself back to fasting at
least one day a week and preferably about
thirty six hours.
But that's another podcast altogether.
Instead of twenty four,
I'm going to do thirty six,
maybe even longer.
All the wonderful reasons for fasting in
the first place,
but there's some other ones in there too.
So I'm doing something of an experiment.
Well, here's how you don't do it.
In the ideal world,
you want to break your fast with bone
broth.
And if you have anything in it,
you want to strain that stuff out because
your stomach is not really ready for that
yet.
It's a very gentle state.
So you want to get bone broth.
You want to strain out anything in it.
Then about two hours later,
you want to try to eat something protein
wise, maybe eggs.
So you, you know,
maybe an egg or maybe two eggs,
maybe hard boiled eggs,
something like that.
Okay, and then maybe an hour later,
because you don't want to just jump out
of a fast and eat a ribeye,
you dig?
So you want to ease into it.
So you do a little bit of protein,
and then maybe an hour later,
maybe you can have a salad or something,
and then you're fat.
Or you can,
some people even incorporate fat right
off.
Don't do what I did yesterday.
Had a chiropractor appointment,
and I'd done the bone broth at seven
in the morning.
That's when I started it.
And then two hours later, nine o'clock,
I sat there and ate a couple of
hard-boiled eggs that I brought with me.
And it's not often that your mom and
I go to town.
So I'm thinking, man, you know what, dude?
I'm just going to... Hey, why not?
The Roo is down the road from us,
and Roo is like a really,
really awesome breakfast place around
here, down from the chiropractor's office.
Also, there's High Five Coffee,
which is right below.
And they make a coffee that I really,
really like.
So...
I'll tell your mom while I'm in the
chiropractor who is right above high five
coffee.
I said, hey,
can you get me the storm and have
them put extra cayenne in there?
And so she got that for me and
I'm kind of sipping on it as I'm
driving over to the room.
Tell you how you don't break a fast.
Do not eat biscuits,
a biscuit sandwich or anything else.
And definitely don't have coffee before
you, at least if you're me.
Folks, I ain't even going to lie.
it was it was not wonderful um having
to run to a bathroom multiple times
because of the coffee which you know it
has to be the right circumstances for me
to even have it in the first place
but i'm like hey why not out of
a a party you know so um yeah
there had to be a couple of extra
stops thrown in there so that's not how
you break a fast okay it could have
been worse you could you could have done
it before the chiropractor which is where
i thought that was going
Well,
it's funny because while I was in the
chiropractor,
he was in there asking me about –
and that's another thing I'm going to get
into.
He was asking me about deep breathing
while I was in there.
And he and I talk.
I mean, in fact,
I only go to this chiropractor because I
was told before that I had –
jumping out of planes and stuff i guess
you know i messed up my atlas bone
or had it misaligned and so i've been
seeing this guy maybe six months and uh
we talk from time to time and he's
just every time i go in there it's
kind of embarrassing because he's always
bragging about how great a shape i'm in
and i'm like dude try living in this
body man i might have something different
for you so he's asking hey man there's
this book y'all to check out it's called
breathe and
and so he was asking do i know
anything about deep breathing i'm like
well yeah i'm kind of an you know
i i kind of know my way around
wim hof i do it every day i
also know my way around erwin lacore's
method which is basically building your
co-two both of them are going to build
your co-two tolerance and all the
wonderful benefits that has for your body
so before it was all said and done
he realized yeah hey man i probably ought
to be taking notes from you um
And so anyway,
I get out of there and every morning,
just want to put this out there.
Every morning, I do Irwin LaCour's method.
And for me,
what that entails for anybody that's
interested in giving it a shot,
you will see the needle move in a
big way.
I started out maybe doing a minute and
a half.
And what you do in just in a
nutshell, take a deep breath,
hold it as long as you can.
And then you let it out.
Then you have a time segment,
which is like two and a half minutes.
Then you do it all over again.
You take another deep breath,
hold it for the same period of time.
Then it's two minutes, fifteen seconds.
And then you do it over and over
again.
So you get all the way down to
where you have one minute recovery.
And then you do this over and over.
And as you get better at it,
you should increase the amount of time.
So right now I'm at two minutes,
forty four seconds.
And I do this every morning.
And while I'm doing it,
I'm also memorizing in my head the latest
psalm that I'm memorizing.
As of today, I have
And so if I'm able to do that
under stress,
it increases my ability to memorize
things.
Also, when I'm doing it,
doing a physical activity,
it also increases.
So for all the people out there saying,
You know, I mean,
people always wondered how I'm able to
memorize certain things.
Well,
this is part of the way you do
that and you build that memory.
So that's one thing to think about, too.
So deep breathing.
Like I said, Irwin LaCour, Wim Hof.
There's another guy out there called
Breathe With Sandy.
I've tried them all.
And these are the two that I'm on
every day.
So in the morning, I do Irwin LaCour.
In the afternoon, I do Wim Hof.
Each guy says the other guy doesn't work,
and I'm here to tell you that both
of them work for different things.
If you find yourself stressed out,
Wim Hof is the way to go.
To start my day,
Erwin LaCour is the way to go,
and each guy can say whatever they want
about the other.
Both methods work.
The easiest to learn by far is Wim
Hof, and I highly recommend both.
On that note with Wim Hof,
another thing that I've noticed with Wim
Hof is that it helps with allergies.
If I have an allergy attack or if
I feel like an allergy attack is coming
on,
do the Wim Hof and then
like triggers that adrenaline.
And then it, at worst,
you have to do it again in like
an hour or so at worst.
So it works with that too.
Well,
apparently it works with a lot of other
things.
I mean, that thing has been so tested.
His method has been so tested.
And also with urban liqueur.
I mean,
he brought up other things that the,
did you know the animals that live the
longest in nature breathe the least take,
for example, that big tortoise.
thing lives about two hundred years and it
only breathes like two times or one time
a minute or two times a minute or
crocodiles
Yeah, there's other things.
Yeah,
everything that breathes the least lives
the longest,
and it applies also to people.
So that's another thing you learn from
Erwin LaCour is that even when you're
under stress,
like working out or whatever the case may
be,
you're still controlling your breath to
the point to where I'm doing a meditation
or something, or...
i'm just sitting there just praying
whatever the case may be at the same
time i'm almost to the point i'm not
quite there yet where i can i slow
my breathing down naturally every one of
us has what we call tidal breathing you
just breathe the way you breathe now
typically when i'm on a podcast i'm
breathing through my mouth in between you
know statements that's normal but every
other time during the day i'm really good
or I'm getting really, really good,
I think, at breathing in between, like,
for example, when I audibly say,
let's say it's Psalm ten,
or let's say it's Psalm nine,
it could be any Psalm, Psalm ninety-one,
it doesn't matter.
When I'm saying them audibly,
this is how I taught myself to do
it, is that when I'm going through it,
like, for example, Psalm ten,
why standest thou afar off, O Lord?
Why hidest thou thyself in times of
trouble?
The wicked in his pride doth persecute the
poor.
Okay, I think you get the point.
So instead of taking that breath through
my mouth, I take it through my nose.
And then you learn to translate that in
the conversation.
And it can seem a little disjointed out
there for other people out there,
but it also trains you to breathe slower.
to breathe slower it doesn't i i tried
halfway doing it in the podcast and people
were probably thinking man this guy's got
to be high or something so it doesn't
it works well when you're doing something
like when i pray with your mom um
you know i do it then there are
times of the day where i mean absolutely
it's even second nature at this point
where i when i
talk,
and then I take my breath through my
nose in between there because that's
another way to train yourself to breathe
slower.
So as I count it right now,
for example,
when I was waiting in the chiropractor's
office,
the average person breathes anywhere
between ten to sixteen breaths a minute.
Right now I'm doing two and a half.
when I'm sitting.
So just not saying any of this to
brag.
I know there's a lot of people out
there dealing with certain things and it's
things like this that will help move the
needle that nobody in the mainstream
medical,
prostitute medicine is ever gonna talk
about.
These are things I had to find out
for myself.
I heard maybe somebody talk about this
person in a podcast.
And being the eternal researcher,
I go out and say, well, okay,
I remember hearing Jack Cruz, Dr.
Jack Cruz,
talk about Erwin LaCour and how his
breathing method was superior.
I said, okay,
let me check this guy out.
I go check out, go to his website,
and then realize, oh,
he's got a training protocol.
Okay.
Let me go give this thing a shot.
So folks,
I'm just telling you for all those folks
out there that are thinking,
let's say you're stressed out.
Okay.
Bam.
What do you have in your toolbox that
can help?
Okay.
Wim Hof.
You can do that.
Okay.
I want to increase my CO two tolerance.
Okay.
Irwin LaCour.
I want to breathe less per minute because
it's also going to remove stress.
Irwin LaCour.
I mean,
there's so many things like William was
saying allergies,
or even if you're coming down with a
bug, uh,
They've actually tested the Wim Hof
breathing method to find out that in fact,
they intentionally hit a bunch of his
students with, I forget what it was,
but it was being done in the lab
and it should have made them sick.
one hundred percent of them by controlling
their breathing was able to beat whatever
it was they shot him up with and
i i can't remember what it was but
it wasn't something kill him but it was
definitely something go ahead son they hit
him some they hit him with uh some
snake venom at one point to see if
he could fight it off and he was
able to do that i want to say
it was columbia that did that like the
university of columbia or something like
that
um but i could be completely wrong on
that on the university that did it but
yeah they shot him up with snake venom
then he did his breathing and he was
able to fight it off which yeah so
yeah that's that on somebody else that
ain't something i'm signing up for hey no
way no how bro i mean i know
they hit i know they hit him and
a bunch of his students and they were
able to fight that stuff off so folks
i spent so much time talking about this
because everybody
There's a whole lot of weird,
crazy stuff going on in this world.
I don't even want to start thinking about
what they're dropping from the sky.
I've talked about it in the last podcast
where that lady at the farmer's market was
telling us that her husband was mixed up
in some of these toxins that are dropping
from the sky because that ain't illegal.
How about that?
and they're killing us thirty ways to
Sunday.
And then one last thing I was going
to say was rebounding.
That was how I got myself to get
rid of the sleep apnea.
I don't have sleep apnea anymore because I
rebound for an hour every single day.
I didn't learn all this from one place,
y'all.
I had to go and find out, okay,
I had the worst case of sleep apnea,
they said,
at that time when they tested me,
that they had ever seen in their lives.
Nearly got kicked out of the Army for
it.
And of course the VA wants to deny
that I ever had it,
but it's okay now.
Cause I don't have it.
So.
Well, to be fair on the,
on the sleep apnea debt,
it's been a couple of different things
that you've done to that have all helped
to some extent,
not just the rebounding by itself,
but like whenever you're,
you had really bad sleep apnea,
you were also overweight at the time too.
And then also being cleaner on your eating
and not having allergic reactions to
things.
And it's been a combination of things
with, with your sleep apnea for sure.
So don't think like if you're severely
overweight and you start rebounding and
you don't see a change in your sleep
apnea,
it's not just one thing you got to,
you got to do a lifestyle change.
I'm glad you pointed that out.
But son, the biggest,
the one thing that got me off the
machine completely was
was the rebounding and then making sure I
was taking in enough salt.
But yeah, you're right.
I still use that machine until I started
rebounding.
And then all of a sudden,
it got to the point where I kept
waking up with a headache on that machine.
And William was the one that suggested,
hey, man,
maybe you don't need that machine.
But I had been using it for so
many years, y'all.
It was like I was afraid to get
rid of it.
So I take this machine over to the
VA and the lady looks at the card
on it and she says,
Apparently you don't need this thing.
That's what she told me.
And she was very, very rude.
I do remember that.
She was very rude.
I guess if you're working nights all the
time,
I guess you're not going to have the
sweetest disposition anyway.
But yeah,
she told me and I was like, okay.
So I stopped rebounding for a while and
then all of a sudden it started coming
back.
So I heard Gary Brekka and a number
of others talk about the mouth tape.
Where I don't cover my whole mouth,
I just take a vertical strip and put
it down from my nose to my chin.
And that helps even better.
My sleep has improved even better because
of that.
Folks, I'm not telling you to do that.
I'm telling you what I've done and what
has moved the needle in a big way.
And I'm giving you a very short list.
There's a whole lot of other things that
I'm trying to do right now.
And, um,
You know, so, you know, there's,
I'll cover more as the time set,
but I thought I would go ahead and
cover.
I didn't expect to take so much of
the program talking about this,
but I did want to cover that because
I know there are so many people out
there dealing with ailments and injuries
and all kinds of things.
And they don't,
you're not getting answers from the MDs.
Remember, MD doesn't mean medical deity.
In anything,
in most cases that I can verify,
it stands for mighty dumb because they
won't look outside the realm of whatever
they were taught.
They learned nothing in med school.
Even Jack Cruz will tell you that,
that most of what they learned in medicine
is complete garbage.
In fact,
he went on to say ninety five or
ninety nine percent.
I can't remember that.
Ninety nine percent of it is complete
garbage that they learned in med school.
So you want to be taken.
And then let's not also forget who are
the biggest champions for that jab that's
killing everybody.
Yeah, those same MDs.
When the people in this audience and
myself and William and everybody else,
we could see through it,
but these hoopoe-headed doctors couldn't?
Yeah.
Ain't trusting none of them.
In fact, if you are an MD,
there are cases where there are
exceptions.
But by and large,
unless I have a bullet wound or a
broken leg,
I don't even want to see you.
Even then, even then it kind of depends,
depends on who's around me at the moment.
Like if,
if somebody from bears group is near me,
then I might go with them instead of
the hospital.
But, uh, Hey,
real quick on the CPAP machine though,
because you did bring up a good point
in bringing in your card to the VA
and showing them and then them telling you
that you might not need it anymore.
If you are on a CPAP machine or
BiPAP machine or whatever it is,
if you're on one of those machines and
you've started making these changes in
your life,
take your card in and have them check
it out.
If you can't read your pressures at night,
if your pressures are dropping,
if they're going down lower and lower,
which means you just need less pressure to
keep your airway open,
you're going in the right direction,
but you also might get to a point
where like dad was waking up with
headaches.
CPAP is not beneficial.
If you are not, I mean,
you could make the argument that it's not
beneficial period,
but it's not beneficial to,
if you don't have apneas bipap it's not
beneficial if you don't have like certain
very specific types of apneas um so yeah
bring it in and have them check it
out and uh yeah chances are you might
not need it anymore if you're doing some
of these things and trying to get off
that machine
Now,
there are some other hurdles I'm trying to
get over,
and I'm working on those right now.
Once I find a solution,
I'll be the first one shouting it from
the mountaintops.
Did see a major,
major improvement on something,
but I'm going to wait until I see
it.
I'm going to wait until I see it.
It's got to be replicated in science.
But yeah,
all these people that are telling you,
I've been on that machine for a decade
at least, maybe two.
I was using that machine forever in a
day.
In fact, if it weren't for William,
I would have never even considered getting
off of it.
Cause when you suggested it to me,
I can honestly say my first reaction was
fear and which is,
which is not the right reaction,
but I'm being honest.
It was like,
I'd been with that thing for so long
that I didn't even know how to use
it.
I traveled with it.
I did everything with it.
Now I don't need it.
And, um,
You know, I don't, in fact,
I don't need that thing at all.
Part of that is the fear tactics that
they use to try to get you to
like, to make you use it.
Part of it is the fear attack because
they will tell you if you take a
sleep study and you're,
if you're having apneas and stuff like
that, the doctor will tell you, Hey,
it's not a question.
You will a hundred percent die from this.
You will have a heart attack in your
sleep or a stroke or something like that.
You will a hundred percent die from this.
If you don't use your machine,
they use these fear tactics in order to
get people to use them.
Um, so yeah,
I understand not wanting to get off and
I understand a lot of people's hesitancy
and trying to get off those machines
because they use a bunch of fear tactics
like they do with everything else in
medicine.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The truth is, I mean, folks,
I am definitely one hundred percent trying
to rid myself.
That's why I spent so much time talking
about this.
I mean,
there are probably ought to change the
topic of the show because, you know,
the real truth of it is I kind
of hijacked everything.
Yeah, it's and then honestly,
I'll tell you what else helped as well.
Having a better relationship with
sunlight.
that was a big needle mover as well.
And that's where, I mean, folks,
I didn't get all this in one place.
I got one from over here.
That's why I told everybody in the past,
I'm trying to come up with what I
think is a unified field theory of health.
It's not what I'm known for,
but if I'm going to be walking through
these mountains that are very,
very rugged,
you ain't getting no utv up down parts
of these mountains you can only do it
on foot if i'm gonna do this stuff
in my latter years i gotta be in
really good health i gotta be in the
best health i can possibly be and i'm
not gonna be there looking you know taking
pills for high blood pressure or taking
this for that or you know using whatever
devices they have when honestly
It's the cult of Asclepius.
And I think that's kind of what Deborah
said in the chat here.
They're witch doctors.
Yeah, most of them are.
That's exactly what they are.
I mean, they've killed more people.
In fact,
look at the third leading cause of death
in the United States of amnesia.
It's from doctors.
And we sit here and believe these idiots.
That's what they are.
A lot of them.
In fact,
some of the dumbest people I've ever met
in my life were MDs.
I kid you not some.
Would you agree?
Yeah, but it's a unique thing.
It's a unique dumb.
It's an arrogant dumb.
Just because I'm a doctor,
I'm better than everybody else at whatever
field it may be,
including physical fields.
Because he's a doctor,
he might be a better boxer than everybody
out here.
He knows more about boxing than anybody
out here.
That might be a little specific.
The doctors are some of the worst when
it comes to...
I guess, arrogance or just hubris.
Yeah, definitely hubris.
And even some of the ones I've talked
about here and some I do have respect
for,
they have a massive blind spot in other
areas of their lives that they can't see.
I've seen that with other very intelligent
people.
You know, I'm...
I don't know what my IQ is,
but I guarantee it's higher than the
average American.
I am content to be an autodidact and
kind of learn these things for myself.
I'll tell you what,
based on some of the comments I'm seeing
in the chats,
I'd rather be treated by some of the
people out here.
Yeah, so urotherapy,
I think Debra's talking about there.
um is a good thing look into it
urine contains stem cells just saying
absolutely right and michelle and i have
experimented with that and i've talked
about it before if they tell you to
pee on the jellyfish sting why does nobody
ever tell you to do it for a
bee sting because i've done it why don't
they tell you um look into the work
of dr edward group
I went through his course.
Yeah, folks,
the number one expense that we have at
this farm is education.
I kid you not.
You want to know where we spend our
disposable money,
which like everybody else,
we don't have much of it.
I would say most of our disposable income
goes on education.
Michelle is in the middle of a course
from Jack Spierko on how to use chat
GPT for your business.
And I'm in the middle of a course
right now.
I've been studying it for weeks now
through Dr. Alfonso Monzo.
Yeah, quite a name there.
He's a naturopath, PhD,
and a number of other things.
Looking into his stuff.
I mean, also,
I'm glad you brought up uropathy because
looking in Dr. Ed Group's stuff, I'm like,
okay, well,
we've been told a bunch of lies about
this stuff.
In fact,
I used a portion of it today when
I did an enema.
Okay.
I mean, everybody can say, oh,
that's gross or whatever else.
Well,
examine the information before you say
these things.
Because I'm telling you, I use this stuff.
That's why I said urine is a massive
waste if all you're doing is putting it
down the toilet.
Um, well, yeah.
Oh, go ahead.
On the, on the urine thing.
Why does every like jujitsu gym you go
to?
I mean,
I would say established older jujitsu gym
or wrestling gym or boxing gym.
Why do they all tell you or any
kind of gym where you're in contact with
another human being?
Why do they always tell you, Hey,
to combat, you know, ringworm staff, uh,
athletes foot pee on it.
They tell you to pee on your feet
in the shower so you don't get athlete's
foot.
They tell you to pee on ringworm so
it goes away.
These things, they really do work.
And it sounds disgusting at first, but,
I mean, it's...
What is the term for it?
Is it cognitive dissonance?
Or it's just the way you've been grown
up.
You've been told it's disgusting by all
these different people,
so you automatically think it's
disgusting.
It's not like we're in India and we're
telling you a cow's holy and you got
to bathe in its poop or anything like
that.
No, it's pee.
Pee is sterile.
Pee is clean.
There are stem cells in it.
I did have a buddy who was battling
a very, very bad sinus infection.
And he was up all night and it
was right before we're going to process a
bunch of sheep and goats.
And he was up all night and then
he jumped in the hot shower to try
to break up his sinus issues.
And then he ended up trying.
He's like, you know what?
I've run out of things to try.
I'm trying the uretherapy.
And he like handcuffed it in the shower
and it went away.
He was able to, you know,
help process and stuff the next day.
So this stuff really does work.
It does work.
And I've used it extensively for a number
of things.
And you can increase the stem cells in
it just by aging it.
And so people are spending thousands and
thousands and thousands of bucks.
Jonathan Otto,
who we've had on the show a number
of times, he's talked about it as well.
People spending all this money to go to
Mexico or Costa Rica to go get stem
cell therapy when you can get something
that's better than anything they can offer
just from your own.
Yeah,
you can use this stuff and shoot it
up in certain parts.
I'll leave that for the experts.
But there are a number of things that
you can do and they don't want you
to know about it.
So and this is more in your wheelhouse
here.
Let me go ahead and kick this one
up from Nancy.
You want to go ahead and read that?
Yeah, this is from Nancy.
Off topic,
my eleven-year-old granddaughter is on
BiPAP.
Schedules for her second surgery to
reconstruct her jaw to help her airway.
I'm all too familiar with frequent apnea.
I mean, if it's a BiPAP machine,
typically with a BiPAP machine,
it's not just typically your obstructive
apnea, meaning her soft palate is closing.
And keep in mind,
I'm using the terms that they would say
I don't know if this is necessarily
correct.
This is what they taught us whenever I
was a sleep tech.
So hedge everything with this.
So if she's on a BiPAP,
then it's not a typical obstructive apnea.
That would suggest...
Potentially a central apnea or some of the
like Cheyenne Stokes, Shane Stokes.
There's a bunch of different other ones
that it could be,
but it would suggest that it's not just
a straight up obstructive apnea,
meaning like nothing's getting in the way
of her airway.
Central apnea is your brain not telling
you to breathe.
And if they're reconstructing her jaw,
that does seem...
intense and maybe experimental it was
experimental when i was a sleep tech of
having like surgeries surgeries that could
be done to you know fix apneas and
stuff like that that was experimental when
i was a sleep tech but that was
also quite a while ago um and then
she goes on to say oh um she's
a medical kid small airway nothing is
typical you are right william um man i
i really don't know but i would if
you have any control over the situation
I would definitely reach out before that
surgery is done.
I would also...
Do you have suggestions for who she should
reach out to?
Absolutely.
Dr.
Jack Cruz did a couple of podcasts with
this dentist talking about this very thing
about how they're using these surgeries.
I mean,
they're basically using people as an ATM
machine,
especially when it comes to these apnea
surgeries and a number of others,
these breathing disorders.
When there are simple...
non-invasive ways to correct a lot of this
stuff.
I wish I could tell you the name
of the episode,
but I know if you somehow do some
kind of search and say, Dr.
Jack Cruz and dentist,
maybe you'll come up with it.
But I listened to two different podcasts
that he did with this guy in the
dentist,
I think was located in Arizona or
something like that.
So he did two different podcasts with this
guy that I recall and them talking about
these extreme procedures that they're
doing that you can't undo because
Once they do this thing,
and how people can avoid them all together
with things like, you know,
putting your tongue in the roof of your
mouth, there's a way to do that.
There's also,
I would also check out the human garage.
There's, I do that.
That's another thing I do every day.
I'll come to that in a minute.
Doug Sandquist, Sandquist.
possibly i don't recall his name but he
was a dentist and um you know he
was trying to find ways in which not
to do some of these very very horrendous
surgeries that of course the uh insurance
companies are going to be all about
because that means they pad their pockets
but um yeah um i would also suggest
checking out the human garage now they're
going to talk about fascia work
And if you just do, here's another,
here's another gem I'm going to throw out
here that everybody should check out and
it's free and it doesn't require much and
doesn't even require a whole lot of
training.
Put in any search engine,
the human garage, a fifteen minute reset.
Put that in and find out what it
is.
I do it every single day and you
can do it multiple times a day.
And Gary Linem,
the guy who's like the top dog over
there,
They tested this thing thirty ways to
Sunday and they find out that no matter
who you are,
it decreases the stress on you by
What was it?
Eighty percent.
Whatever stress you have,
it will go down eighty percent just by
doing what they call totally twisted,
where you basically cross your arms.
There's a couple of points in there that
you can overlay.
I won't get into that because I was
going to say there's some olive top points
in there that you can add in addition
to doing the stretches.
But basically, you just cross your arm,
turn your head one way,
turn your body the other way.
You hold it, take some deep breaths.
And then you do this for fifteen minutes
and then you do another one where you
stretch your back out a little bit.
And yes, you will feel it.
In fact,
your mom was the one I really wanted
to do this with.
Um, to see, because she, she,
she gets really wrapped around the axle
about certain things and it's hard to
unwind her.
So I said, okay,
before we're going to do this together and
we did it for, I think,
she ended up stopping doing it,
but I kept on with it.
And there are things that you can do
through fascia training that might help
your, your granddaughter, um,
I know that's a long way to go
around to it, but yeah,
I would definitely check that out.
Looking at what Jack Cruz is saying about
that,
your granddaughter may not be getting
enough sun.
Hey, I found the podcast, by the way.
Nancy,
if you search into your podcast player,
Quantum Biology in Dentistry,
it should pop up.
It's between Doug Sanquist,
and the name of the podcast is called
the Doug Sanquist Podcast,
but it's Quantum Biology in Dentistry with
Dr. Jack Cruz Part Two.
I'm sure there aren't too many other
episodes competing with that title,
so it should be pretty easy to find.
Yeah.
Yeah,
you want to start with part one because
it kind of lays the groundwork for a
lot of stuff in there.
But it may open your – because I
don't know your exact situation.
It may – because what happens when I
listen to, let's say, a podcast like that,
the synapses in my brain are saying,
holy moly, okay,
that lines me up to something else.
I need to go research that.
And then I need to go research this.
So as a guy who's working as a
farmer,
my wife and I –
I'm doing at least twelve hours a day
every single day, just doing what we do.
And I still find time to research this
stuff.
So for all the people out there that
I don't have enough time.
Well, I bet you know what?
And this I get from like people,
my best friend out there in Oklahoma.
It's aggravating to me because he or his
wife or his family are dealing with a
certain thing.
He tells me about it,
and I give him a possible solution.
I'm like, hey, check this out.
Listen to this podcast.
Next time I talk to him,
he's talking about the same thing.
I'm like,
did you ever listen to that podcast?
Man, I ain't got time for that.
I'm like, okay,
what was the score in the football game
last night?
Bet you know that.
Yeah.
So people don't tell me.
I mean,
it's what you do in your spare time
that makes a difference.
It really is.
I mean,
I will say that there are things,
you know,
your mom and I might watch an hour
of... Well,
I'll come to that in a minute.
But I'm going to leave.
We'll come back to this topic if we
still have time here in a little bit.
But I want to cover some other stuff
here because our...
Doggone it.
We're just not going to get to the
main topic.
All right.
Before we do, Cultivated Mind Mushrooms,
off with promo code PERMA.
I use them every single day.
I use the immune function.
They got one for brain health.
They got one for...
you know, for energy, all that stuff.
But I use the one for immunity for
a whole variety of reasons.
But anyway, Cultivated Mind Mushroom,
ten percent off with promo code PERMA.
Also, Wellness Blanket.
I had to bring that one back up
because I got off the last podcast when
I told everybody your mom gave that one
to the dog.
And she said, see,
you could have actually sold some wellness
blankets because it does work on NALA.
And I'm like, woman,
you just sat here and ruined an expensive
blanket on this dog that you can't use
anymore on the couch.
It doesn't even register.
So anyway, yeah,
she told me it does work magnificently on
the dog.
That's money well spent, according to mom.
That's money well spent for her.
Yeah.
Well, a lot of money well spent because,
yeah, the thing works, but doggone it.
I ain't doing all this for no dogs,
man.
Anyway, wellness blanket,
ten percent off with promo code promo.
All right.
So let's go into some of this good
news because there's some of the other
stuff I want to tie into this.
Okay.
This is really like a self-help podcast.
I didn't really envision it that way.
We were going to talk about other things,
so Michelle,
we're going to have to rename this one.
All right, so this first one,
forget rereading.
Research says that these study methods
actually make information stick.
And what they're suggesting here is...
Things that people may be aware of,
but I'm going to throw in one that
you may not be.
A major review of the ten common study
techniques talked about that you want to
take breaks, obviously.
Practice recall of new information.
Handwriting notes.
Staying socially active,
like physically moving your body.
I've talked about all this before.
But I'm going to suggest another thing
when it comes to reading,
and that's going to be the tri-focus
reading method.
The fastest reader in the world,
I think his name was Steve...
Doggone it.
Schneider, I think his name,
I can't remember his name,
but I remember his method.
Try Focus Reading Method.
And folks,
remember how you were taught to read.
All of us basically were taught to read
the same way.
Eventually,
after sounding out words and all this
other stuff,
you start reading words one word at a
time.
Well,
Why do we stop there when there's a
better way to read?
And none of us are taught it.
And that's what I learned from Steve
Snyder.
I'm pretty sure that's his name.
Steve Snyder.
I think he was the second fastest speed
reader in the world.
And he wasn't born that way.
He trained himself to become so.
And he teaches you.
I got to go back and see if
he has a full-blown course,
but look up tri-focus reading method and
what you'll learn by doing that method.
When I taught myself,
I taught William when he was little.
What you will learn to do
And William,
I hope you go and teach my grandbaby
how to do this as well.
Because honestly,
you can learn things at a very accelerated
rate and your retention is light years
better.
So instead of reading each individual
word, like when you're reading a book,
you're probably saying,
if you're like most people,
you're saying the words in your mind as
you read.
What you'll learn through the tri-focus
reading method is that you will read
groups of words.
Like
Imagine a line of dialogue or whatever the
case or text,
and you're reading the first third,
middle third, and the last third.
First third, middle third, last third.
And you do this down the page.
Now, you don't do it overnight.
You train yourself to do it,
and the training's actually quite easy.
So you train yourself to do that.
And then once you become good at that,
maybe you want to do the bifocus reading
method where you read half a line at
a time.
You're thinking, well, how can I possibly,
it works.
Because you are not exploring,
just like John Taylor Gatto often talked
about,
we are not anywhere close to exploring
what the mind is capable of doing.
Because your retention goes way up just by
reading this way because you're reading at
the speed of thought.
And then you can do the bifocus,
and then you start reading a whole line
at a time.
You keep practicing it,
then you're reading three lines at a time.
And I can do that.
It's touch and go on a computer.
I can do it.
If I'm in the right state of mind,
I've got to be in the right beta
wave in order for me to do it
right.
If I'm in the right state of mind,
I can breeze through,
and your retention is exemplary.
That's a good point.
on the computer i've never noticed it
before but i don't do it on the
computer i've never i've never like
consciously thought about it but yeah i'm
always way slower on the computer versus
uh like an actual page with a piece
of paper but like you were saying earlier
you learn like you're reading words you're
not sounding out every single letter
you're doing the same thing with sentences
you're still reading the words you're just
not sounding out every single word you're
you're
digesting blocks of it at a time.
It's funny that you actually brought him
up.
Cause I was just,
I was thinking about him earlier today in
the try focus reading method.
And what I was thinking about was like,
man,
how on earth did he get up to
like a half a page,
a page at a time?
Um, but yeah, that's,
it's funny that you brought him up.
You can absolutely do it because your
brain is capable.
But we stop.
The powers that shouldn't be stopped our
reading comprehension and our ability to
read at one letter.
Like I said,
if you're saying words in your mind,
you're reading at the speed of...
Well,
it ain't thought at the speed of speech.
That's exactly what you're doing.
But when you read at the speed of
thought, it's totally different.
Your comprehension is different.
So that's what I wanted to add.
That was a little addendum.
I wanted to add to that good news
story is that if you can learn the
try focus reading method,
I don't know if he has a full
blown course or not,
because I found a little podcast that he
used to do.
And I'm going to have to dig way
back to go find that thing.
I found a podcast that he did and
he actually trained you in the podcast.
I said, okay, let me try this.
The younger you are,
the better it works and the better it
sticks.
Anybody can do it at any age.
It just takes longer because you have a
long list of bad habits and reading that
you got to break.
So anybody can do it, but yeah,
check it out.
I'll try to find dog on it.
I'll try to find it.
I can try to find it.
Yeah.
The try focus reading method.
So the next one here is a health
report list.
Ten foods linked to heart and gut health.
How about that?
I don't agree with all of them.
Like the first four oats, beans, lentils,
and berries oats.
I'm going to say that's a no go.
And the reason why,
even though I eat them occasionally, I,
In fact, I had some earlier today.
I mean,
if they don't have glyphosate on them,
but find me some oats that don't have
glyphosate on them.
Find me oats that they haven't
adulterated.
So that's the first category.
The next one is avocado, nuts, and seeds.
You better be thinking about where you're
getting those nuts and seeds,
and they've got to be from a good
place.
And the other one is going to be
apples, vegetables, and whole grains.
And once again,
I've got to put in the caveat,
where are you getting those vegetables and
whole grains?
Honestly, these days,
if I didn't get it from Azure,
I ain't trusting it.
Folks, I am not even playing here.
Now,
There is an exception.
I live thirty minutes away from Asheville,
okay?
And say what you want about, yeah,
there's lunatics running around
everywhere.
But I will say,
these same lunatics were the first ones,
which is still mind-boggling to me,
they were the first ones to line up
for a jab
But they are absolutely fastidious about
their diet compliance.
And so you can find good things in
a place like that because, yeah,
wouldn't touch a GMO to save their lives,
but the first ones in the lineup there
to go get a jab.
All right.
So real quick,
before you get into the next one I
got, I found his website.
It's called, if you go to Steve,
Steven Snyder seminars.com,
if you type in try focus reading method,
it should pop up,
but Steven Snyder seminars.com and you'll
get the P it.
It looks like all his information is free
too,
unless you want to go to a seminar
or unless you want to buy his book,
but yeah,
PDF will pop up with the exact learning
method on how to do it.
So there you go.
Awesome.
Well, thanks so much for doing that.
Michelle, if you're listening,
if you would,
please add that to the show notes.
Your mom's usually listening,
but she probably tuned out the second I
started talking about her dog.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then Debra added something else here.
I'm glad you pointed that out.
Fermented foods are also good for your gut
biome.
Absolutely.
Positively.
I'm right there with you.
In fact, the more local,
that's one of the cool things where you
can take that sunlight and put it in
a bottle in the form of, for example,
I'm still eating.
sauerkraut made last year.
And I, no matter every single meal,
I'll take some of it and put it
in my salad.
At least you need at least a fork
full every day.
So your mom fermented pickles.
I ate at least one or two of
them.
And then I put whatever fermented,
I think these are fermented beets,
which are good for so many different
things.
But anyway,
I put those fermented beets in there with
the salad as well.
That's a good way to kind of,
if you're not a big fan of the
flavor, that's a good way to disguise it.
And then finally,
The last good news article here might seem
a little tongue-in-cheek, but anyway,
Cockpit Brawl.
Yeah, that's a tongue twister.
Scrambled Israeli fighter jets.
The Dubai scare leaves questions
unanswered.
Okay.
Now, when I posted this,
as soon as that story hit the ground
yesterday, I posted it on Twitter.
I said...
I don't know what I said exactly,
but basically, if you're believing this,
you're probably a boomer that watches and
believes Fox News.
And then I was criticized,
strangely enough, by people.
Well, I wasn't really surprised,
but I was criticized saying not everything
is a conspiracy theory.
Well,
I've responded with I didn't say it was
a conspiracy theory.
I'm saying it's a what I'm saying is,
is it's a it's a psyop.
OK, here's the official story.
And then you got Trump talking about it
today.
First of all, this plane is flying along.
One pilot decides he's going to go Jason,
the serial killer,
on the pilot next to him.
And then somehow this little plumber
decides,
Busts in there, breaks it up,
and this thing's in a nosedive the way
Trump talked about it.
He pulls back on the stick,
by the way.
By the way,
these planes don't have sticks.
They got like steering wheels in there,
okay?
He pulls back on the stick the way
Trump describes it.
Blew off something off the back of the
plane, which, by the way,
if you see that plane land,
looks like it's still intact to me.
everybody's tripping in the plane they
were about to go into a nosedive he
pulls it up because he saw it in
a video game or something and then all
of a sudden the spare pilots in the
back decide to go up there and take
over the plane man let me ask just
a couple of questions do i look like
i just stepped out of the cotton fields
i mean come on go ahead let me
ask just a couple of questions
Okay.
Ninety percent of these times,
the times that the planes are even in
the air, it's like autopilot.
The pilots there, they're mainly,
from my understanding, they're there for,
and I'm sure Brian,
he'll have more to say about this,
the pilot we both know.
Man,
I would love to get his take on
it.
It might be worth calling him up.
Yeah, text me and give him a call.
I'd like to know.
It might be worth reaching out to him
real quick.
But, okay, a couple of questions.
It wasn't on autopilot.
Like this one pilot was like, yeah,
I'm going to take it off autopilot and
then attack this other.
How did anybody else outside of the
cockpit know about it?
Thank you.
How did anybody outside of the cockpit get
into the cockpit?
Like there's a couple of different
questions to ask.
Like just those questions right there have
to be answered before we can for sure
believe this story.
Like a basic application of the trivium.
melt just completely destroys this story
man yeah everybody yeah uh andrea said
there's so many things wrong with this
story i can't stop laughing yeah when
trump was talking about no okay well it
gets even better i'm the reason i'm saying
this is a good news story because oh
my goodness we're all just safe right now
well this thing lands in israel and this
plumber
This plumber decides he's going to go.
They bring him in to go check this
out.
BB Netanyahu still got blood on him and
hugs this dude.
And I said yesterday,
as soon as the story came out,
I mean, this thing with B.B.
Netanyahu didn't even come out.
I was heavily criticized by, wow,
by people I've actually had on this
program saying everything's not a
conspiracy theory.
Well,
then all of a sudden he's in there
meeting B.B.
Netanyahu.
Satan Yahoo is what I ought to call
him.
And then next day,
Trump's talking about it.
And I'm like.
If you believe this,
you should be wrapped in a head with
a flipping tack hammer because you are a
moron.
At this point,
there is no way on earth anybody,
like you just said there, son,
all the cockpits are locked these days.
So like you said,
how would they know who was the good
guy or the bad guy?
And it's tight.
I mean,
it is tight as a drum in those
cockpits.
It makes you wonder how they even get
in and out anyway.
That thing is locked in the first place.
He goes to stabbing this dude.
Now,
if his intent was to go ahead and
crash his plane, why not?
jig this guy in the neck,
aim this thing down.
But meanwhile, we got a plumber,
doesn't know anything that happens,
goes up there, saves the day,
and people are buying this crap hook,
line, and sinker.
I, for the life of me, can't,
I don't know where the bottom is for
these Trump-tards.
And folks,
for all you ones out there about to
say, oh, you're a bleeding-heart Democrat,
no, I ain't.
I am a political atheist.
I often say,
and I even got a shirt that says
it.
Eric made it.
It's not red state.
It's not blue state.
It's the state against you.
That's exactly what it is.
And so, no, when I was dogging Biden,
nobody gave me any criticism then.
Now that I'm dogging Trump and he deserves
every bit of it, this was,
Jack Sparrow said, well,
why would they do it?
First of all,
if you're asking that question,
you don't even understand the answer that
I'm going to give.
If you're asking why would they do it,
It tells me that you are asleep to
everything else that they have going on.
I mean, if you slept through COVID,
if you went through that whole thing,
that was a depopulation tactic.
That's exactly what it was.
And the awake MDs out there actually know
that.
So if you lived through all that and
you're asking,
why would they do that at this point?
And I said, obviously,
it's propaganda to get sympathy for
Israel.
And then sure enough, before the start,
I said all this before it even hit
the ground that this dude's meeting with
BB net and Yahoo bloodstains right on him.
I mean,
this is like a Julius Caesar assassination
plot all over, but done by retards where.
Okay, dad.
Do you remember where the blood was on
him?
On his waist?
On his shirt.
He happened to have a white shirt on,
by the way.
Yeah, he's flying with this white t-shirt.
And yeah,
he didn't even think to change before
you're going to go meet the Satan Yahoo.
The first thing that came to my mind
was...
just i didn't know about him meeting uh
netanyahu or the blood on him or anything
like that but when you said that the
first thing that came to my mind was
another another ritual of some sort yep i
i don't know what it could have been
like the first thing that came to my
mind was another ritual of some sort
similar to what trump did whenever he got
shot in the ear that whole fake priesthood
ritual and everything with the blood on
the ear and the blood on the toe
why were his shoes off things like that
it's the same thing that came to my
mind whenever you said that this guy was
still covered in blood
And then he couldn't change.
He had to have had luggage if he
was on a plane.
He didn't have any spare shirts or
anything like that.
He couldn't have changed before meeting.
I would change before meeting...
Well, no, I wouldn't show up.
I was about to say any of these
leaders,
I'd show up in exactly what I'm wearing.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, I got zero respect for him.
But the reason why I said this is
like a Julius Caesar kind of thing.
If you, you know,
if you check out the play Julius Caesar
by Shakespeare, you know,
you have
Who were the assassins of Julius Caesar?
If memory serves, it was Marcus Brutus,
Caius Cassius, Decius Brutus, Cassia.
Yeah, I mean,
I'm not going to name them all,
but ten, twelve senators, okay?
And then they go out there to the
crowd, and they got the bloody glove.
You know, of course,
I'm mixing metaphors here,
but they got the bloody glove here,
and they got the bloody knife out there.
And then, of course,
I'm waiting for Mark Antony to come out
of the woodwork and say,
I think you get the point.
Bottom line is I'm like this, son,
I'm sure there was a ritual.
I'm sure we're going to see thirty threes
pop up all over the place.
But the thing that blows my mind,
I think what is actually happening with
these things,
I think the powers that shouldn't be are
demonstrating just how stupid the people
are to see how many people will actually
believe this nonsense at this point.
Your default position ought to be,
they're lying to me,
no matter what the story is.
It is guilty until proven innocent when it
comes to the media,
when it comes to these politicians.
I mean,
I had to bring this one up.
I mean, man,
this whole show went sideways, man.
It ain't exactly.
We'll see if Eric can go ahead and
bring us back to center.
Hey,
Eric Sider here with your PimpCast tip of
the day.
Today's tip, money makes people mental.
We've all heard the phrase,
don't go into business with friends and
family,
which sounds like the complete opposite of
what we should do.
Well, you can't choose your family,
so that one may be valid.
But why is it more advisable to go
into business with strangers than people
you know and trust?
Is it our approach to business?
Or I should say our American approach to
business because other cultures have no
problem filling their businesses with as
many family members as possible.
Or is it to do with money?
Once money is involved,
people lose their minds.
I think it's because we primarily see
money as security.
As long as I have money,
I'll be fine.
Until that money has no value, of course.
Relying on money is a scarcity mentality
and a fundamental disconnect from the
natural world.
Money is simply a convenient means of
exchange.
Money represents energy.
Money is not the goal.
The often misquoted saying,
the love of money is the root of
all evil,
which is really the love of power and
control,
because that is what money primarily
represents in our world.
I have never been busier in my life
than I am right now and have never
had less money at the same time.
I think a large part of that is
prioritizing volunteer work over paid
work,
but I just can't be bothered chasing after
money.
I've been fortunate to realize money is a
false sense of security.
As permaculture teaches us, stability,
which is just another way of saying
safety,
is all about functional connections.
Knowledge and relationships will serve you
far better than numbers on a bank screen.
It is sad and frustrating how money can
ruin relationships,
but I'd say if that's the case,
it wasn't a worthwhile relationship to
begin with.
You can find me on YouTube and Instagram
at Eric Sider.
I do a bi-weekly podcast with Jeff Lawton.
You can search for the Discover
Permaculture podcast on YouTube and your
audio platforms.
If you're in need of permaculture
t-shirts,
the official pimp gear of this pimp cast,
or remote permaculture consultation and
design, head over to ericsider.com.
And for those of you in the Sacramento
area,
or if you just want to support what
we're doing,
head over to permaculturefairoaks.org.
That's my dog right there.
But man,
there's so much to unpack in that because
I came up with this statement a while
ago.
There's a reason why the Asian cultures
and Hispanic cultures are able to do this
because you can't have a culture of greed.
There can't be any greed or you can't
be in a business with a family member.
or they show up when the harvest is
ready.
Or, hey,
I got cousins over here that are really
in a bad way.
You think we can give them some pigs
or whatever the case?
Yeah, been there, done that.
Blood's thicker than water,
but money's thicker than blood to a lot
of people out there.
I'm dead serious.
I came up with that one a long
time ago.
And that is so true depending, you know,
if people are Americanized culture,
but man, the Asians, the Indians,
a whole lot of other,
other cultures out there make a really
good go of it.
And they all progress because the rising
tide lifts all ships.
But, uh,
we have this American con in fact, no,
there's a number of other, you know,
the Amish to a certain extent do this.
Um,
There are some other religious folks that
are able to make a really good go
of it because they have a culture that
doesn't surround itself around greed.
It's mostly an American thing.
Most other countries,
even European countries,
there was this one foreign exchange
student that my in-laws were hosting,
and it was...
not unusual for families to all like
multiple generations to all live in the
same area like he uh he was just
explaining some of the dynamics back at
home where he will go and live with
different family members throughout france
and it's seemed it deems it's deemed
completely normal and everybody else he
knows does a similar thing too so it's
yeah it's really everywhere but the united
states united states is the only country
that like the the status quo is for
the
eighteen-year-old to immediately leave the
house and then start from scratch and and
things like that like that doesn't really
build generational anything going that
route no it doesn't and also you know
we it's within our culture also where you
know the whole notion of adolescence is a
relatively new concept in for example
during the civil war
you were a child until you were a
man and you became a man at relatively
young ages.
In fact, there's some,
I remember doing some civil war study and
I remember this kid had his arm blown
off at nine.
I mean, he was,
he was nine holding a flag out here
in war.
I mean, is he a man?
Obviously not.
But there was this,
the reason I'm bringing this up and John
Taylor Gatto,
if you want to know the real history
of adolescence and where it came from is
now the
where we call that adolescence, let's say,
for a boy or girl, you know, through,
let's say,
middle school all the way through high
school.
Now,
because of how we constructed everything
in the United States of amnesia,
we have lifelong adolescence.
You doubt me?
Ask yourself,
how many men out there can tell you
the score,
can tell you chapter and verse of
everything about their favorite football
team right now,
but can't tell you how little Jimmy's
doing in school?
How many of them out there,
like I was saying a moment ago,
could tell you everything that's going on
with OU football,
but you got a son that's threatening
suicide and you won't read a book to
figure out, hey,
how do I get past this?
But you'll read every book possible to
figure out what next truck to buy.
no our priorities are screwed up you want
something done give it to a busy person
that's how it gets done and uh honestly
our we need a reset in a big
big way and sadly i'm not going to
go down that rabbit hole but sadly i
think we need it and i think we're
going to get it here before too long
in the united states of amnesia that's the
only way the only known antidote for a
decadent society is the crucible of really
hard times you know when we have
Like Sam Tripoli often says, you know,
we got bums on the street with Netflix
subscriptions and brand new sneakers.
Until that changes, forget about it.
All right, Sam,
what else do you have to add to
all this?
This is something of a potpourri episode,
if ever there was one.
We'll see.
That's what I say.
We name,
we start every podcast with is we'll see.
And that's perfectly fine.
But Hey,
a couple of things that people keep
bugging me about you doing that history
aspect of the podcast, the,
either the separate, I mean,
they're not bugging me.
I agree with them and stuff, but yeah.
think we should start getting into the
either the a second podcast talking about
you know actual history or maybe doing
like a scheduled segment on this podcast
talking about history
I was hit up by a number of
people after that one front porch talk.
I knew that it wouldn't be very popular,
and that's not why I do them.
I did it because I thought the parallels
are unmistakable.
But also I can draw similar parallels to
things like the fall of Rome.
I think one thing that I really,
really want to talk about,
but I got to make sure all my
ducks are in a row because I got
my books downstairs.
I want to talk about the destruction of
Jerusalem.
Because nobody really knows... Now,
I've studied this,
and I don't think people know the full
extent of what actually happened there and
how it was...
I better not go into too much of
it right now because I'm going to go
completely sideways.
I really think...
I really think that we probably ought to
consider doing another podcast.
Got to figure out how to get the
bandwidth, though, doing another podcast.
Maybe we can do it through the winter
or something.
But I got to figure out how we're
going to weigh all this out.
And then what guests can we get on
here?
Because I'm not trying to have anybody in
here that's just going to give me the
cut and paste official story of whatever
happened.
I don't want you on here if you're
going to tell me that JFK was killed
by Oswald.
You know, I don't want you on here.
If you're going to tell me RFK was
killed by Sirhan Sirhan,
we know different.
And it also means that I got to
study up on these topics too,
because I can't go in flat footed.
It's not like, you know,
I can sit here.
If somebody says, okay,
talk to me about the first battle of
bull run.
Okay.
Yeah.
From the top of my head,
I can probably cover the whole hour,
but when we get into more obscure topics,
I'm going to have to study up on
those things.
So I can't go in there flat footed
and I can't just rely on what I
already know.
I have a test.
Send them that plane jacking article and
ask them what their opinion is.
There's a universal litmus test on any of
the people on the podcast.
Yeah, that'll be it right there.
I'm going to actually give it some serious
thought because I think the occulted,
if nothing else, man,
we need to get that
We need to seriously think about it
because I think part of the problem of
why we're in the place we're in right
now is because we don't know our history.
They made it so uncomfortable to even
learn it in high school because you're
learning a bunch of lies for the most
part.
And I thought, you know,
maybe if we did a podcast that talked
about the things, an alternative,
you know,
alternative side to what you've been
officially told.
And they're also telling you in a way
that couldn't be more boring.
They're telling you in the most boring
possible way by somebody who doesn't even
want to be there.
And one thing that always irritated me
about history was not knowing what else is
going on in other parts of the world.
So you have all these different islands of
information and not really understanding
how they're connected or anything like
that.
I think that is one of the most
annoying things about history is not
knowing what else is going on.
That's why I had you read The Walking
Drum.
By the way, folks, if you haven't,
I mean,
that's why I had you read The Walking
Drum by Louis L'Amour.
Oh,
don't know that he wrote historical
fiction?
Yeah.
Of all you ever read with cowboy books,
you don't know about The Walking Drum.
It is an entertaining book,
and it's also talking about the time.
It's happening at a time where Europe was
supposedly in a dark age.
But there were other areas like the middle
East that were absolutely flourishing.
It is a fantastic book.
If there was ever a book that needed
to be made into a mini series,
I thought it was it.
Um, it was cool.
Yeah.
But there's a whole lot of historical
stuff in there.
And son, I'm right there with you.
I mean, I remember thinking like, man,
you know, um,
all this was going on in Europe.
Well, what was happening in Africa?
What was happening in Asia?
What was happening in Australia?
I mean,
what was happening in other places?
But we only get told this
cut and pasted version of the official
story over and over and over again.
When now I think, you know,
I want to talk about, and this might,
this might, you know, if we do this,
I think we got to do it because
honestly,
one of the things that I definitely want
to talk about is the alternative version
to the Holocaust.
I want to talk about the Holodomor.
I want to talk about what Mao did
and why you were never taught about it,
how he killed probably a hundred million
Chinese.
Yeah, I said it right.
A hundred million,
anywhere between seventy to a hundred.
But nobody talks about that.
I want to talk about what really happened
with Pol Pot in Cambodia.
I want to talk about how the United
States was behind nearly all of that.
And we can slow it down too.
We can slow down the schedule.
Like we don't have to do what we
do with the pimp cast where it's two
episodes, sometimes three episodes a week.
It could be like, you know,
longer spacing between the episodes and
everything.
So you, you know,
Time for research, time to get guests on,
time to plan it out and lay it
out.
Real quick, there's a question from Amy B.
She says,
have either of you ever listened to C.J.
Kilmer, the Dangerous History podcast?
It gets into amazing detail,
but I can't deal with his personality.
Yeah, I've heard it once or twice.
I need to go back and check it
out.
It's been some time, but yeah,
I did check out that before.
I like what Regenerative Orchard said
here.
I like the Eddie Bravo test.
Tower seven.
If you don't know what happened to Tower
seven, I don't want to hear it.
Yeah, I think you're right on right there.
I think if you believe the official story
there.
What do you got there, son?
Then this one from Deborah saying,
Makia or Makia Freeman knows all about the
secret societies and the powers that run
the world.
um i guess i don't know the name
of her podcast well freeman wait say that
again micaiah freeman or mickey freeman oh
okay i thought you were talking about
freeman fly yeah he's kind of gone off
the radar i'm not really surprised about
that but yeah he's he's gone off the
radar i don't know where he is right
now um yeah there's a lot of good
stuff out there but um i want to
hit this i i i think i want
to hit this because i think it's important
um you know podcasts
got to also justify it i mean there's
something else you got to think about too
you know we don't make a lot of
money if any from doing these podcasts we
do them we do them because um
Really, I think it ought to be done.
I mean,
it started as a result of what was
happening during COVID and they were
shutting down everything we were saying on
YouTube.
So I was like, okay, well,
I got a background in radio.
Maybe we'll go ahead and kick this on
over to a podcast.
And that's exactly what we did.
But I'm thinking that we probably ought to
spread our wings and do a little something
else too.
because there's a whole lot of stuff that
I would love to talk about.
It has to do with history, even some,
well, anyway, I won't,
I won't be the dead horse because I
think that horse is very dead.
All right.
I want to thank everybody for checking us
out today.
I know we went a little sideways.
This wasn't the show we planned, but Hey,
it's the show you got.
All right, y'all.
Thank you so much for your support until
next time.
Stay alert.
Stay alive.
