in the dark i play my dreams i'm
the daddy bring a change making less
Welcome to episode four ninety six of the
permaculture pimp cast,
where pimp stands for permaculture is my
passion.
The only pimp cast on this earth that
discusses permaculture, preparedness,
practical living and sometimes
prostitutes.
Well, good to be here, y'all,
on this Thursday.
My goodness, man,
where is this whole year gone?
And where is this week gone?
I mean, I'm getting,
I'm just completely blown away by it.
Anyway, how you doing, son?
Yeah,
I was just thinking the same doggone
thing.
This week just flew by.
It's like anytime you're about to leave
for somewhere,
it's like the time is quickened.
It's like halftime or something like that.
Yeah, I mean,
Jack Cruz has talked a lot about this
over the last couple of years and why
the older you get,
the more it feels like time is speeding
up.
But I remember the slowest time ever
worked for me,
or at least I ever perceived it,
was
was back in the army,
but I'll come to that in a minute.
This episode brought to you by wave watch.
Yeah.
A hundred bucks off with Billy one
hundred.
And I'll be I'll tell you, folks,
I've been using it.
Williams holding his up right now.
And I was out there doing a rebounding
earlier today and
And I had it on lymphatic thing,
you know,
but I am finding out that every single
time I have that watch on when I'm
doing my rebounding,
things come out of me.
Okay,
I'll just leave that one right there.
But anyway,
it's got a bunch of other it's got
a thousand settings over there.
And you want to check it out.
Billy,
one hundred will get you a hundred bucks
off.
Also,
Sovereign Health Summit is going to be
coming up October twenty seven through the
thirty first.
And if you want to go check it
out and knock yourself out,
I am no longer affiliated with it.
So just kind of put that out there.
But yeah,
they you'll have to go to the website
and purchase tickets over there.
All right, son, back to it.
All right, man.
So, yeah,
what were we even talking about from the
very beginning?
I got somebody's close mind.
You said things come out of you, Dad.
Like, are these...
You got to explain a little bit more.
Are these coming out of exits of the
body,
or are they just coming out of your
skin?
Well,
I'm not going to go into too much
detail, but anyway,
it's not coming out of my skin,
but it's being excreted through the back
end.
I wasn't really going to go through there,
but yeah,
I guess that does require a little bit
of...
It does require something of an
explanation.
Yeah.
I mean,
it's not like I got aliens popping out
of the middle of my chest or something
like that.
But yeah.
Well, let's see here.
Right off the bat, people are saying,
what's going on with you in the summit?
Folks,
the only thing I'm willing to tell you
right now is I'm just not involved.
Me and Michelle both.
And I'll just leave that one right there.
I know people want to know more and,
you know,
people sending emails and the whole nine
yards.
I'm just telling you,
I'm no longer affiliated with it.
And that's going to have to be the
best I can do, y'all.
And on that note,
you're not going to find any more
information out from me either.
So emailing me and asking me isn't going
to give you any more information either.
It's yeah.
So just keep that in mind.
Yeah, I have reasons,
and I'm just going to have to leave
that one right there.
All right, so farm news.
Nala all of a sudden has a swollen
ear,
and your mom was tripping about it last
night.
I guess it's filled up with blood.
so we don't she thinks that maybe she
was scratching and she's been doing a
whole lot of scratching as of late which
she didn't start doing until we brought
her to the vet for a while um
a while back and then all of a
sudden here she is look y'all they're not
just hitting you and your family up with
these drugs they're hitting up your pets
and we didn't have any problems with her
or the other dog i will never ever
ever give another animal
Anything that comes from these vets,
not unless it's a naturopathic solution,
because they do exist out there.
And there's a lot of people out there.
Well, not a lot,
but there are some people talking about
them.
But anyway,
we were able to get her over on
the Tesla machine today,
and we'll see how that does.
I mean,
usually the sound of it is enough to
frighten her a little bit.
So I was in there.
I helped her mom out.
And your mom was a complete mess, man.
She didn't sleep last night up here
playing nursemaid to this dog.
And then today I catch her like doing
the very same thing.
And she's just built that way when it
comes to animals.
Yeah.
But anyway,
hopefully her puppies on the men.
And yeah,
so that's it is what it is.
All right.
So some other things here.
Extract.
I'm putting that on every two weeks right
now.
And I recommend anybody else out there,
if you have some biocomplete compost,
you might want to consider it.
You can do it as often as you
want, but I'm doing it every two weeks.
And I'm also trying something of an
experiment that hopefully I'll reveal
later.
But yeah, two weeks,
we put it in the high tunnel.
We put it up here.
And I got to be honest, man.
Yeah, we've done that.
We put the DMSO on it.
And in fact,
I think she's got some on there now,
along with some castor oil.
But yeah, good idea, Andy.
Yeah, so the castor oil, by the way,
the DMSO will drive the castor oil in
there deeper.
So, you know,
DMSO can be a really good delivery
mechanism to make something go deeper.
So, yeah,
I'm glad you brought that up for those.
And honestly, it works.
Baseball players were using it for years,
long before the medical establishment ever
even wanted to talk about it.
In fact, they still don't talk about it.
Most of your MDs out there stands for
mighty dumb, in my view,
because they won't even examine stuff like
this.
I have a little rollerball applicator of
it just outside of arm's reach of me.
Otherwise, I'd show you guys.
But yeah,
you can get it in little rollerball
applicators as well.
It's pretty handy.
Baseball players, for pitchers especially,
they were using this long before anybody
ever thought of doing it.
I can't remember the one pitcher that made
it more well-known.
But yeah, Andrea says,
meet Michelle's sister.
So I know there's a number of you
out there that have a high affinity for
these animals.
So yeah, we pray for the dog.
And we pray for all of you out
there, y'all.
So we hope you're doing the same for
us.
Anyway, back to this extract.
We're putting it on basically every two
weeks now.
And I'm also trying something of an
experiment,
which hopefully I'll reveal before long.
But anyway,
that's exactly what we're doing.
And folks,
you can't do too much of it because
it seems like that might be one of
the antidotes for whatever they're
dropping from the sky.
Things are so freaking dry here.
It is mind boggling.
And then the food forest.
And that's an area where there is so
much carbon on the ground there.
I mean,
when we put that stuff in y'all,
we were putting it in a foot deep.
So the idea is when you have that
much carbon down there and it's been
cycled and it's been aged and it's doing
all the things you see,
all the mycelial things you should see
down there.
The beauty about having a system like that
is when you don't have enough rain,
it supplies it to your,
to whatever you have growing there.
And when you have too much rain,
it acts as a sponge.
So it works both ways.
It's the best of both worlds.
Kind of like the Lord knew how to
put all this stuff together.
That's why we try to copy it.
Anyway, even right now,
it's everything is dry at a level that
we have never seen before in fact your
mom was saying this morning when we were
doing the chores that the weather we
experienced and i'm wondering if all of
you out there especially in the chat are
realizing or having the same experience
that the weather we experienced when we
first moved here eight years ago
Is one hundred and eighty degrees
different from what we are experiencing
now.
It used to be a temperate rainforest.
Now it is not.
It's something else.
And I don't know what to call it
at this point.
So, yeah, holler if you hear me.
All right.
So we got the honey harvest yesterday or
day before, I want to say.
And we got more honey than we've ever
had before.
So I wonder if that DPE has got
something to do with it.
Um,
I am going to have to go to
town and go buy some food grade buckets
because I'm having, I got, I, well,
I've given away some buckets, uh,
one of them to William and another one
to someone else.
But, um,
We've given away a whole lot of honey
this year.
I'll be honest with you, man.
These Bressies that I got in the incubator
down there,
I'm trading those guys for honey.
Well, I gave them money,
but I don't think it was enough.
Either way,
they're going to trade me some bear meat
for a little bit of honey.
I'll hook them up.
Do they have any bear bones?
No, I don't.
Oh, shoot.
I didn't even think about asking for that.
But yeah,
I need to hit them up about.
But yeah,
they got bear meat and they say it's
the best thing they've ever had.
So I've never eaten bear outside of bear
jerky.
So I'm looking to find out, you know,
what bear tastes like.
Maybe I'll put it on some pancakes or
we'll do a Forrest Gump popcorn bear.
Bears, bear a la mode.
I mean, all of it.
Is there a chance with you guys getting
honey?
Is there a chance Nala got stung?
Well, that's what I thought too.
That's exactly what your mom thought for a
while there,
but she said her ears filled with blood.
So it makes her think that it might
be something else, but I, yeah,
it could be a combination of a number
of things.
But anyway, um,
Went out there,
got some apples at the orchard.
I don't know if I talked about that
the last time or not, but yeah,
got some of these.
Okay,
I had gone on and on about these
ever crisp apples, but man,
I'm telling you what,
these ludicrous apples I think are even
better.
I am telling you, I really,
really believe it is even better.
Problem is they don't keep as long as
an ever crisp.
So you got to zero some game on
some of these stuff, some of these things.
Anyhow,
every time I'm looking at myself and this
dog on screen,
I'm looking at this stupid hairline I got
up here that don't make any sense at
all.
I'm like, okay, man,
I look absolutely ridiculous if you're me.
I'm like,
my hair is like I got a receding
hairline.
It's better than Monday for sure.
The first thing I noticed Monday was a
haircut.
Today I didn't notice it,
so it's getting better at least.
Well, hopefully it keeps getting better.
All right, so yeah,
that Apple Harvest video that I did out
there,
Yeah, all of a sudden,
it seems like the videos that I put
out that are really going to help folks
are the ones that are massively
suppressed.
And that video would help out a whole
lot of people if they knew they could
go to apple orchards and get a bunch
of what they need to feed their ruminants.
But of course,
YouTube put the brakes on that.
And like I said,
anytime it's any video that is of great
import to a lot of people,
those are the ones they seem to want
to suppress most.
So if anybody hasn't seen it,
go check it out.
Other things going on here,
got to get hot on this silvergrass weed
eating it.
And for anybody that hasn't used it yet,
I highly recommend John Kemp's
uh, field Lark AI.
It is the best AI for farming bar.
None.
There ain't even a close second.
Um, that like it,
it told me some things about silver grass
that I didn't know before.
Now, when I asked John Kemp personally,
he had never heard of it, but man,
they really got their stuff together with
this, with this app.
And, uh, in addition to what we're doing,
I'm also realizing that you want to scalp
it when it's most, I mean, this,
I knew that,
What I didn't know is the consequences of
doing it in the winter,
which is not a good idea.
You got to do this stuff when it's
vegetative.
Otherwise, it acts like a tree.
When you scalp it when it's
non-vegetative,
it's got all of its energy down in
the roots,
and it's going to come back twice as
hard in the spring.
So you got to stay on top of
that stuff.
And it gets about a foot long and
you want to take it down.
So hat tip to John Kemp,
maybe you get him on here one of
these days.
I'm not sure an Amish guy would want
to come on a podcast called The Pimp
Cast because I can't even tell you how
many people have declined because they
were like, what on earth?
I remember Dr. Merritt said,
she told her husband,
Well,
I guess I should have looked better
because I guess I'm being interviewed by a
pimp.
Anyway, that was funny.
Gathering Wood,
that's another thing we're doing.
With all the things that we were doing,
man,
we were just so Shanghai'd and are way
behind on Gathering Wood.
So we're trying to get in a full
court press of doing that.
And we don't have an ATV or anything
like that to get up these mountains.
So it goes slow.
So that's exactly what we're in full
crisis mode for right now.
But it is unseasonably warm right now.
So I'm using that to my best advantage.
And while I'm doing it, folks,
I don't have any clothes.
Well, I got shorts on.
But that's about it.
I mean,
I'm doing this stuff with as little
clothes as possible and wearing grounding
flip flops.
So, you know,
as often as you can try to think
about those things.
And then finally,
I know everybody seems to be up in
arm,
at least the mainstream prostitute media
about this thing in Russia.
Well, Victor Boot,
he was on with Alex Jones the other
day,
and he basically said this whole thing is
one giant hoax over there.
He's a Russian dude,
and he's got a big claim to fame.
I mean, the guy was really something else.
Anyway, he said, look, man,
this whole thing,
I've called people that live there.
This whole thing is one giant hoax.
So I don't know what to do with
that,
but it wouldn't shock me none if the
powers that shouldn't be go spraying
something over some cities like they
probably did in New York and a few
other places.
There is nothing.
That's why I'm saying, you know,
who poses the greater threat to me?
Is it Iran thousands of miles away or
is it my own government?
I think you know that that was a
rhetorical question.
And with that, son,
I'm going to kick it on over to
you.
Yeah, I would.
I would agree that it's the.
The government is the number one killer of
anything on Earth.
Ever.
It has a hundred percent been government.
Democide, son,
is the number one killer of humankind.
Yep.
Yeah.
So as far as like when you said
prostitutes at the beginning of the show,
it reminded me of these ridiculous ads
that I'm getting in Texas right now
between James Tallarico and was it James?
Yeah.
And Paxton, Ken Paxton.
They're going at each other.
With the with their ads on like YouTube.
And I mean,
you get text ads and everything like that.
So can pack or Tallarico is arguing that
Ken Paxton's, you know,
a part of the whole Epstein list and
stuff like that.
He's, you know,
God is I think we have to be
careful about how we say this on YouTube.
but PDF files instead of the,
if everybody's kind of catching my drift,
drift on that one,
he's claiming that he's like getting them
out of prison and, and things like that.
And then Ken Paxton's responses,
James Tallarico is a liberal.
I think it's working.
The sad part is I think it's working.
I think that's all he had to say
in most parts of Texas, uh,
in order to get the vote.
But his whole argument, beginning and end,
is James Tallarico is a liberal.
Which is sad...
it's sad at first,
but then it becomes a little bit,
you have to laugh at it.
Otherwise you're just get far too
frustrated.
Indicative of our times.
I really think it is.
I mean,
I think you don't even have to,
I mean, that is an appeal to ridicule.
You know that I know that.
And that is a logical fallacy.
If ever there was one,
a hundred and fifty years ago, uh,
I'm not doggone it.
What was this?
I had something crawling on me.
A hundred and fifty years ago,
you would have never got away with that
in the American public.
And the reason why everybody all the way.
I mean,
fifth graders understood the use of
grammar, logic and rhetoric.
If you were to attack now,
I don't know this Federico dude and Ken
Paxton.
I know quite a bit about him.
I think they're all pole cats.
The bottom line is,
it tells you the mental status of our
population when you can use an obvious
appeal to ridicule and get away with it.
But go ahead.
Yeah, it's just ridiculous.
And when I say all this stuff,
by no means am I supporting either one.
Like I said before I started the farm
news, democide, like Dad said,
is the number one killer on earth.
So for us to keep participating in it
is...
I think insane.
Um, but yeah, so that, that,
that keeps going on it.
I'm laughing at the ad.
So I don't get mad at him because
it's, it's like,
can he ain't addressing none of it?
He's just like, whatever.
He's a liberal.
Yeah.
So that, that's funny.
But, uh, outside of that,
over at the demonstration site,
I finished up the broad forking over
there.
Had a nice little surprise over there.
I found a potato patch that I forgot
about with some Kennebec potatoes,
so I was able to get some of
those out.
And yeah, not a single... Granted,
there's been a massive soil transformation
over there.
It's really hard to find any heavy
compacted clay within the beds,
even though you can find it just a
few inches away in the footpaths.
It's hard to find any hard compacted clay
in the footbeds,
but none of that moisture has...
like traveled into the soil at all.
Like all the soil is still fairly dry
until you get like,
I would say about elbow deep into the
soil before you find any kind of moisture
or anything like that,
which goes to show that, I mean,
the fact that I can even get elbow
deep in this type of clay is impressive.
So the,
the soil remediation techniques definitely
do work.
It just, you know,
whatever they're doing to the rain is kind
of,
kind of getting into the way of that,
which I,
Given lately like what they've been doing
to the rain,
I've been thinking more and more about,
you know,
the advantages of going to a well system
or at least having a well system backup.
Because in classic permaculture,
most people would argue like don't use
well water, use only rainwater catchment,
avoid well water if at all possible.
We need to be putting water back into
the well as opposed to, you know,
drawing water up out of the well.
net we still got to live like we
still got to grow food we still got
to live and things like that and there's
other techniques that you can use like
such as earthworks or just even increasing
organic matter in the soil all that can
return water back into the soil so i
i'm just been mulling over the ideas of
like well water versus rain water and well
water might be now the cleaner option as
far as water to use on your gardens
for your animals and things like that um
But yeah,
finished broad forking out there,
found the potatoes.
Oh,
and then this hurricane that's about to
come through,
that's about to come through in the Gulf.
I think it's the first hurricane of the
year.
It's like the last time this happened was
like early nineteen hundreds,
according to them or something.
But this hurricane that.
Tell me if this makes any sense to
you.
Right now, it's curving from Mexico.
It's curving west from east to west from
Mexico,
and it's about to make landfall in Alabama
and Mississippi.
And then from that,
the curve stops and travels straight north
to Illinois.
What about that statement?
Does it make sense?
Well, all of it.
I mean, I'll be honest with you, son.
I haven't really kept up with a whole
lot of it as of late,
and I got a reason for that,
but go ahead.
The part that stands out to me is
that it hits landfall and then
automatically starts going in a straight
line north.
Wind fluids do not travel in a straight
line.
There's all kind of vertices.
There's torsion patterns and things like
that.
They don't travel.
It doesn't travel in a straight line.
If it was going to travel in a
straight line,
it would have done that whenever it was
over the water with less resistance.
But now it's hitting landfall.
It's going to slow down.
And then now all of a sudden it's
going to travel in a straight line north.
And this is one of three storms that
I think are going on right now.
There's another one on the west side of
the United States.
west side of mexico and then there's
another one uh that just dropped down from
alaska going through i don't know if it
hit alaska or not but it's heading south
from alaska down and hitting vancouver
right now and these are all three kind
of major storms right now but what's not
making any sense to me is that it's
hitting the ground and then it's all of
a sudden traveling in a straight line
fluids do not travel in a straight line
not not unless they're outside of a vacuum
Uh, or in a pipe, I mean,
even technically within a pipe,
it's still not traveling in a perfectly
straight line or anything like that.
There's still these, uh, you know,
there's still friction,
there's still vortices, there's still, uh,
torsion patterns and stuff like that still
going on within the pipe.
But yeah, that stuck out.
I saw that map with the prediction of
where it's going to go and everything,
and it hits land, straight line north,
and then they're doing the same thing that
they did with this last hurricane that hit
on the west side,
or this last tropical storm,
whatever they wanted to call it,
over here on the west side of the
United States that was traveling east,
saying that there's a bunch of floods that
are going to happen.
I've checked the forecast,
and it's path of travel,
and it doesn't seem like anybody...
Typically, floods happen...
over two to three inches like usually the
rainfall accumulation is higher than two
to three inches whenever they're you know
advertising these catastrophic floods so
it makes me i'm just wondering what
they're trying to orchestrate are they
trying to cry wolf enough so whenever like
there's an actual you know legitimate
dangerous storm when i say legitimate i
mean it is actually destructive not
something i'm not saying that it uh
wasn't tampered with or anything it's just
actually destructive are they crying wolf
enough times so we don't pay attention to
that one storm because they've done it a
couple of times so far uh just in
the past couple of weeks and months um
or i i just don't know what their
what their plot right now and it's not
making any sense but looking at the radar
looking at the prediction of travel that
is not a natural event for it to
travel in a straight line is not a
natural event
Well,
it'd be really interesting to look at the
NEXRAD radar tower like they did during
Hurricane Helene, where all the towers,
it was the craziest thing.
You can still find it at Dane Wigington's
website at geoengineeringwatch.org.
or on his YouTube channel.
You can go over there and see it
right now.
I tried to use it at one of
these conferences local to here,
and then all of a sudden they tried
to tell me they had tech difficulties,
explaining that these NEXRAD radar towers,
along with the chemtrails or the
geoengineering that they're doing to be
more accurate,
that they can absolutely steer these
things.
They've been doing it forever and a day.
And like Jack Cruz, where everybody says,
oh, that's a conspiracy theory,
Jack Cruz always says, well,
you can't really call it that when there's
patents for everything that we're talking
about.
There's patents for every bit of this,
and you can find it.
And Dane Wigington does a really good job
of talking about it.
So, yeah, I mean,
hold on to your hat, son,
because – and then plus also consider the
fact –
that the AMOC current in the oceans is
gone.
It ain't moving no more.
So, I mean,
is mankind responsible for that?
I guess nobody really knows.
But that AMOC current isn't moving
anymore,
and now we're going to start seeing.
And then if, you know,
Jack Cruz is right,
the magnetism is moving from one place to
the next.
I mean,
there's a lot of apocalyptic predictions
out there.
But, folks,
the bottom line to all this is why
we say stay alert, stay alive,
because the powers that shouldn't be want
everybody in the sound of mind.
Look, this is not hyperbolic,
but when I say it,
they want everybody dead except their
tribe.
So, yeah, just keep all that in mind.
All right.
Wellness blanket,
ten percent off with promo code perma.
Yeah,
Michelle is even taking that extra one and
giving it to the dog, which, man,
I cringe every time I think about it.
But, yeah,
ten percent off with promo code perma.
Also, Ness's hemp.
Use that stuff every single night.
CBDA, not that gas station stuff.
So Nessus hemp is the best you can
buy out there.
Ten percent off with promo code PERMA.
And then remember, soil savers.
We got a link for that down below.
So I'm going to jump into some of
this good news here.
All right.
First one.
Check this out.
Number of teens who identify themselves as
gay or bisexual or trans testicle is
dropping precipitously.
okay, yeah,
in this Wall Street Journal article,
they want to act as if they can't
figure out the reasons why.
Like it's a bad thing that these kids
are not wanting to chop off their cock
and balls.
I'm like, are you kidding me?
I ain't never seen nothing like this in
my life.
Like this is totally, completely normal.
And then in this article,
they're almost making excuses.
Well, we can't fit.
We have no idea why it's dropping.
It's because it ain't normal.
There is nothing normal about that.
There is nothing normal about that
lifestyle.
And I don't care who I offend by
it, but look,
I'm not going to keep going on about
it, but the bottom line is,
is that if you get down to brass
tacks on this,
The teachers are not allowed to promote it
like they were under the previous
administration.
And trust me,
ain't no love over here for Trump.
You better believe that.
I know they're all pole cats.
They're all in it together,
the whole nine yards.
But all of a sudden,
now that it's not front page center in
all these different schools every single
day,
now all of a sudden the kids aren't
getting – it was amazing how many of
them were doing it, especially girls,
to get attention.
They were sitting here doing things that
mutilated their body.
They grow out of it.
And then all of a sudden they're like,
what did I do?
You ain't old enough to buy beer,
but you can go ahead and chop off
body parts.
Are you kidding me?
I mean, the Lord is long suffering.
you can't even get tattoos or piercings
without parental consent if you're under
eighteen,
but you can somehow circumvent the
permission to... And when that...
What you were saying earlier with this
isn't normal, it's more than that.
It's not natural or healthy.
There's no benefit...
There's no benefit to doing it at all
other than the perceived mental health
that they argue about.
But then you look at testimonies of people
who did it and realize like, oh,
my mental health isn't any better after
doing this.
In fact, it's worse.
And the suicide rate skyrockets after that
transition surgery and everything.
So you can't make an argument that, oh,
it's better for them or it's healthier for
them or anything like that because it just
flat out isn't.
It isn't.
And if you would afterwards,
you're on lifelong hormone replacement
therapy.
That's not natural.
That's not good.
You have to you are stuck on pharmakia
for the rest of your life after that.
Yeah, and you do that kind of thing,
man.
There ain't no coming back.
So, yeah,
so I'm calling that good news because kids
are starting to wake up a little bit
and realize, okay,
maybe this ain't something I ought to do.
Yeah, like I said,
Lord must be long-suffering because I
don't know how fire and brimstone isn't
just wiping over this country right now.
With all the evil that, you know,
we –
I won't even go into it, but, um,
all right, next good news story.
Real quick on that note,
I started writing the Bible again.
I'm in Genesis.
And, uh, you know, after April, whenever,
uh,
like Sodom and Gomorrah is about to be
destroyed.
And Abraham is like, Hey,
if there's ten righteous people,
will you save the city?
If there's twenty righteous people,
will you save the city?
And every single time he agrees, like,
yeah, I'll save the city.
And to save ten righteous people,
there might be a situation that's going on
right now.
It's like there's just a handful of
righteous people that's saving the rest of
the United States right now.
Absolutely could be.
I mean, at the end of the day,
I'm just,
it's just mind-boggling when you hear
so-called preachers in a pulpit saying,
endorsing genocide.
I never thought I'd ever see the day.
And, you know, this is...
Oh, my goodness.
Yeah, I won't even get started on that.
I'll jump to the next one right now
because I could totally derail this show
at this point.
All right, here's one that popped up.
It was on the front of Drudge.
I saw it today when I was looking
for good news articles.
I typically don't go to Drudge,
but they're talking about the very thing I
talked about in the very last thing.
And I also heard it this morning on
NPR.
Folks, don't hold it against me.
I listen to some of these alternative
sources, NPR, Fix News, MSNBC,
whenever I can.
I listen to them in very short pockets
because I want to know what the propaganda
is.
I want to know what they're lying to
me about so I can tell everybody else
about it.
Because all of a sudden,
NPR was talking about this very story.
So it's DNA from the world's oldest
tortoise may hold key to human aging.
This tortoise, his name is Jonathan,
and he's one hundred ninety four years old
and he's still going strong.
I talked about it last week,
and they say they really don't know.
They're trying to get into all the
scientific stuff.
But I told you about what Erwin LaCour
said about this tortoise.
I just talked about this on Monday.
And bottom line is that tortoise breathes
four times a minute.
That's when he's really exerting himself.
The average human breathes anywhere
between twelve to twenty times per minute.
With training,
when I'm sitting still or just relaxing or
whatever the case may be,
I breathe about two and a half times
per minute.
And what Erwin LaCour,
who's a flipping genius, by the way,
and a number of others have realized that
if you can slow down your respiration,
it's going to help in so many different
things.
Now, the problem is,
how do you maintain it while you're doing
everything else?
Well,
part of his training is that you do
it even while working out,
even while doing aerobic activity.
There's times where you're doing,
you know, you're doing like,
let's just say standing squats,
holding your breath.
All of this stuff,
the training I do every single morning is
all part of this.
So I wanted to point that out that
in this article,
they don't even talk about the breathing.
But Erwin LeCour does,
and he also equates it to a number
of other animals that have varied.
The longest-lived animals on this earth
are the ones that have the lowest
respiratory rate per minute.
And you can control that, yes.
As I was talking about before,
every single day,
I'm trying to remember all of Psalms,
every single day,
while I'm multitasking at the same time,
let's say I'm standing in the sun and
I'm doing something else at the same time,
I'm standing in the sun,
Every time I talk,
I make sure that I do it and
I breathe in through my nose between
breaths,
unlike what I'm doing right here behind
the microphone.
It's difficult to do when you're speaking
extemporaneous like this.
It can be done,
but it's going to be annoying for
everybody listening to me.
I can absolutely do it,
but it would be absolutely annoying for
you to listen to everything I'm saying
because it's going to be like...
yeah once upon a time there was billy
and he had a podcast you see i
mean it's it's it's a rhythmic thing and
it doesn't work when you're when you're in
the speech business so anyway think about
that and think about it during the day
that even when you have let's say some
anxiety or whatever the case may be you
do it as often as you can think
about it and it does make a difference
so yeah i'm still in the middle of
the training and i'll let everybody know
how that's going so last one here
Walnuts in the morning,
the breakfast addition that sharpens
memory and reaction time.
All right,
these days I eat for performance.
I really do.
Not to say that I'm some performance
athlete or anything like that.
It's just with all the junk in our
environment,
I eat cleaner than probably anybody I
know.
And one day a week or several,
it may be on a Saturday or some
other time, you know,
me and your mom might twist off a
little bit, but it's like a meal or,
you know,
I could even do it the whole day.
But usually I don't feel I usually don't
feel like it.
I'll eat one meal that's out of whack
and rest of the time I'm pretty much
on points.
But not saying that to brag,
I'm saying that.
I'm doing it more as a result of
with all the junk they're spraying in this
environment,
all the water and our food and everything
else,
I feel like I got to overdo it
just to compensate for the garbage they're
doing.
So there's a reason why I jump in
the sauna, Michelle and I both,
every single night is because sweating is
one of the chief ways to get this
stuff out of you.
Well, anyway, walnuts in the morning,
I eat some every single day,
but I put them in a salad.
They're talking about it in terms of
breakfast,
but I'm also using things like chia seeds,
walnuts.
My daughter-in-law brought out some
pecans.
I'm still working on those.
It doesn't have to be a whole lot.
And then three Brazil nuts every single
day gives you all the selenium you need.
So I eat about five of them.
And then, of course,
there are other things out there that are
going to protect you possibly from the big
C, things like – oh, shoot,
what are those –
There's these seeds I eat every single
day,
and I can't think of what they are
right now.
Well, they come from a fruit.
Are you intentionally not saying it?
Okay.
No, go ahead and say it.
Apricot seeds.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah,
because of the amygdalin that's in there
helps a great deal with that big C.
And that's something we all got to worry
about these days.
But anyway, walnuts in the morning, yeah,
it's talking about sharpen memory,
reaction time.
That's kind of important.
And then if you look at a walnut,
it kind of looks like hemispheres of a
brain.
If you really look at it,
that's exactly what it looks like.
And like kidney beans, you know,
when you eat those,
what do they look like?
A kidney, you know,
there's a whole lot of things like that.
out there that really really help in a
big big way all right with that said
we're going to go to my man eric
cider hey eric cider here with your pimp
cast tip of the day today's tip what
if it was illegal to sell food on
our most recent episode of the discover
permaculture podcast we discussed if
regenerative agriculture is enough to
change our food system our main point
which was clearly missed by some of the
commentators
The scale of operation is the main issue,
not the method of farming.
Industrial scale creates a whole number of
connected issues.
We must prioritize local food systems
first.
Jeff made a comment that it should be
illegal to sell food.
That really got people upset.
It, of course,
was intentionally provocative to force you
to examine your own food system.
Again, it went over many people's heads.
I wonder if a lot of the negative
comments are really directed at the
reality that we all must participate in
our food system.
No, we don't all need to be farmers,
but we all have skills and resources.
We should be directing to these systems as
a priority.
Sitting on your ass all day and ordering
delivery, even from a regenerative farm,
isn't going to solve the problem.
The point isn't to destroy farmers markets
and stick everyone in the fields.
The point is to evaluate our lives in
context of buying food,
largely buying food in the supermarkets.
Again,
the supermarket is the hidden evil in the
industrial food chain.
Exploitation wrapped in convenience.
Think about it.
If starting tomorrow,
supermarkets didn't exist and you couldn't
buy food, what would you do?
How much food are you producing in your
yard?
How much is being produced in your
neighborhood, in your town?
in your bioregion.
It's partly a preparedness exercise,
but it's also a design challenge we all
must solve to have a future on this
planet.
You can find me on YouTube and Instagram

And for anyone in the Sacramento area,
Head over to permaculturefairoaks.org.
That's my dog right there, man.
Yeah,
he hit it out of the park once
again.
And, man, I mean,
I can honestly say from our standpoint,
by and large, we get, I would say,
Michelle would probably be a better...
There's very little that we get at a
supermarket, I think, these days.
Number one,
we got all the meat we could eat
and then some.
Anything that we buy,
like staples and stuff like that,
we get from Azure.
Why wouldn't you?
With all the lies and all the garbage
that we see going.
In fact,
we picked up our Azure delivery on,
I think your mom did on Wednesday or
something like that.
And I was happy to see the avocado
oil in there because I know it's legit.
And I was happy to see that coconut
oil in there, which is oil pulling.
You want to use good coconut oil if
you can get it.
And I know that this is why I
buy certain things from Mike Adams,
because there is zero trust for me at
most of these grocery stores,
no matter what they call themselves,
whether it's Whole Foods,
I don't care what they call them.
I know that by and large,
what they have in there is complete
garbage.
So trying to source everything as locally
as I can.
at a farmer's market, you know,
find these places.
But even there,
You got to be really careful about a
lot of these farmers markets because
there's a whole lot of people lying about
what it is they do.
And I just had, in fact,
the lady that I got the eggs from
that I'm incubating right now,
she was telling me this story about this
lady where she was buying the milk from
and how all of a sudden her kids
started having a problem with it.
And then she goes back to the lady,
hey, I'm not trying to be mean here,
but have you changed something?
Well, I started giving them corn.
okay, cows ain't supposed to,
you told me this was grass raised.
Well, they blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Well, you didn't disclose that.
So there's a lot of people not even
doing what they say.
So make sure you trust the source.
Do the best you can.
Son, anything to add to that?
That's common with eggs too.
People will buy eggs from a specific farm.
They'll use like soy-free feeds and stuff
like that.
And then
they change up their feed because the,
you know,
other feed became more expensive and then
they sell it to the customers and the
customers start eating and they're like
having reactions and whatnot because of
the soy based feed.
I don't know that I've ever had a
reaction to it,
but also my chickens don't eat a whole
lot of soy based stuff.
They eat mostly what we eat.
If it ain't chicken, then they're,
they're eating it.
Um, but also with what Eric was saying,
I wonder if there's a correlation between
those, you know, those blue zones, um,
Where people seem to like live longer.
I wonder if there's a correlation between
those blue zones and them going to the
market daily, not supermarket,
not grocery store,
but like an open air market daily to
get the food for that day or a
couple of days and stuff like that.
I wonder if there's any correlation there.
Well,
there was a documentary on that very same
thing on, oh shoot,
your mom and I watched it a while
ago on Netflix,
maybe a year or two ago.
And apparently the guy that came up with
that documentary,
he used a lot of fraudulent sources or
whatever.
But in these blue zones,
a lot of it,
some people will say that the mineral
content in their water
is so much higher they actually have a
little the amounts of lithium that you
should have in water i heard that case
made um others were saying that you know
it was more mineral rich in the soil
more volcanic or whatever the case may be
um other people like um you know there's
a numbers nobody really knows for sure i
think but apparently being active
Getting their, you know,
having a good solid food source and also
good community was a big help to them
as well.
So, yeah,
there's a whole lot to consider there.
All right.
Nessa's Hemp,
ten percent off with promo code perma.
I think I already talked about them.
I didn't mean to do that twice.
But anyway, they got a second ad.
There you go.
All right.
So let's just jump into it.
Ten things I'd buy before the dollar loses
its purchasing power.
Folks,
I'm just going to be straight with you
here.
Everybody's worried about how many dollars
they got in the bank.
But how many people are really concerning
how much those dollars will buy six months
from now, much less a year from now?
I was listening to Peter Schiff talk on
a podcast.
I don't recall exactly which one it was,
but he was making the case that I
made a while back.
First of all,
you better get hot on all your
preparedness stuff.
And number two,
if you need tires on your car,
you might want to get them now.
If you need anything that you've been
putting off right now,
it might be a better purchase to do
it now while you have, you know,
because that stuff in the Middle East is
going to affect tire production here
before too long.
Among a bunch of other things.
And it's all being done on purpose.
In fact, the more I consider it,
the more I think your mom's right.
I think the powers that shouldn't be are
all working together here.
There's none of this that makes any sense.
I think, yeah,
Iran could probably have a handshake deal.
In fact,
I know I'm convinced that there are
puppeteers above all these so-called
nation state leaders that are really
calling the shot.
And if you look all the way back,
I'm sure it's going straight to the dark
one.
So, yeah,
there's a Voldemort behind all this,
but nobody is really looking at that.
Not when every when the whole sham of
COVID was taken.
You know,
people like the people listening to this
podcast could see right through it.
But you're telling me no world leaders,
okay, Iran's not in cahoots,
but they had all their people take it,
even though anybody with any sense would
have said, hold on,
why would I take a vaccine for something
that has a ninety nine point nine percent
recovery rate?
Why would I do that?
And an experimental experimental one at
that.
Yet every nation was on board,
except for the ones that got murdered
because they spoke up against it.
And there was a couple of them.
One of them was a leader of Haiti.
Anyway.
This thing, this ship is going down.
Is it going to go down like the
Titanic, or is it going to be quick,
or is it going to be a slow
leak with a bunch of pinholes?
I tend to think it's going to be
the latter,
but I think we're going to start seeing
things come to a head here before long.
So right off the bat,
I'm going to bring up the first thing.
Well,
I'm not going to go with the first
thing on my list.
I'm going to tell you the first thing.
Think about some quality hand tools,
because...
The reason I'm saying this,
most of what I bought over the last
couple of years has been junk.
So if you can get some secondhand stuff
or go to an estate sale or whatever,
you're going to be needing,
you're going to be seriously needing to
work possibly without the aid of
electricity with what they plan on doing.
Shovels, axes, hose,
and I ain't talking about the one in
D.C.,
Pruning saws, hand saws,
battery equipment, replacement blades,
all those things.
A quality tool can last generations,
y'all.
In fact,
you can see them at any antique store
around here,
and they got a lot of them.
But cheap tools,
I was talking about these shovels in one
of my front porch talks.
Man, these things quit.
And, son,
there was that time where we bought that
pitchfork right out of, what was it,
tractor supply and broke or bent a tine.
What was it, turning compost?
Yeah.
Yeah, flipping compost.
It wasn't even heavy.
It was doing a very normal task with
the pitchfork, and it broke.
Yeah,
so this is called planned obsolescence,
y'all.
They bake it in everything.
This is why we used to have light
bulbs that would last a hundred years,
and they got rid of them.
It's planned obsolescence,
and it's baked into every single thing you
have.
They engineer it to fail,
and they've been doing it a long time,
but that's my first one, son.
My first one would be if you have
the land or if you have the money
and you've been like,
let's say you got to get rid of
like a large chunk of money.
I would say land land is not a
bad purchase.
Like while you still can buy land with
the U S dollar,
I would say it's probably not a bad
purchase to make, you know, right now.
And even if you don't like do anything
with the land,
there's inherent whatever piece of
property for the most part,
there's inherent yields that you can,
you can get from the property.
So even if it's just a,
an adjacent piece of property or maybe
even a piece of property on the other
side of town and you do nothing with
it,
go there and identify what the natural
yields are or the intrinsic yields are of
that particular piece of property.
Maybe it attracts a bunch of deer.
And you can go over there and hunt
deer if you want to.
Maybe it has a bunch of black walnuts
or maybe acorns or chestnuts or maybe
there's some fruit trees or something like
that.
Or, I mean,
there's any number of things that could be
on this particular piece of property.
But land also is never really a bad
idea to possess, in my opinion.
So that's my first one is land.
If you're trying to get rid of a
large chunk of money.
Yeah.
Remember,
these dollars are going to be worthless,
y'all.
I mean,
that's why every disposable chance I can,
man, I'm buying silver.
I'm buying things that are tangible.
I'm buying things I could trade with.
I'm buying things that have intrinsic
value.
This dollar is worthless.
Why does nobody ever ask?
If every country is in debt,
show me the balance sheet.
To whom is it owed?
To whom is all this?
Okay.
So we owe,
if we're on all this debt,
which by the way, folks, it's all fake.
Every single bit of it's fake.
If we're in all this debt,
tell me who do we owe it to?
Because if everybody's in debt,
then that means it's all fake.
There has to be a zero sum game.
Look,
if I owe you money and it should
be on a balance sheet,
It should be okay.
You owe me a thousand bucks.
Okay, so show me the balance sheet.
Nobody ever talks about that because all
of this money is absolutely fake.
And we pay,
this Federal Reserve is not federal.
So folks,
they are going to bring this thing down.
They're going to bring it down in a
big way.
That's why I'm saying you need things.
Next one I'm going to say is some
kind of water filtration and storage.
There's a whole lot of people out there.
You're expecting everything to come out of
that tap.
Well, what if it doesn't?
You can't drink a dollar bill.
And for all you built Bitcoin maxis out
there, you can't drink that either.
In fact,
I have yet to come across any Bitcoin
maxi.
Sure, I have.
I don't know a whole lot of them
that actually I do know one.
And his name is Lance.
Outside of that,
I don't know of any other person that's
in a Bitcoin that has even the slightest
bit of preparedness sense about him.
at least to the extent that I've seen.
Anyway,
invest in some gravity-fed water filters.
It's going to be worth more than your
bucks in no time.
How about some food-grade storage
containers,
which I need to go out and get
myself?
Need more of them.
Rainwater collection equipment.
I mean,
they even sell these things that you can
fill up your bathtub with, folks.
If you find yourself,
if you live in the city or a
suburb or something like that,
there are these bladders that you can
stick in your tub.
May not be a bad idea,
especially if you're one of these
hurricane prone places.
Who even knows what that's going to be?
But water is more important than any other
stockpile that you may have.
I mean, if you ain't got water,
you don't have anything.
Yeah.
And that I had a point similar to
that.
This isn't my point for right now,
but I put in passive water infrastructure.
So things that like would passively
harvest water as it rains and things like
that.
My next one would be education or
consultation.
So if there's something that you're like,
you know,
lacking or if there's a weak part in
your preparedness in terms of education or
needing like a second set of eyes on
something like that,
then now's the time to do that.
I would go ahead and like take whatever
classes is like if emergency medical or
something like that is what you're
lacking, go do those classes.
Or if learning how to do earthworks is
something you're lacking,
go take those classes.
Even a vehicle repair class,
that would be or small engine mechanic
type class.
Those were all be beneficial classes to
learn.
while you still can use the U S
dollar and everything.
So yeah, education consultations,
whatever it may be,
go ahead and get those done, you know,
sooner than later.
That's what I would say.
I'm going to,
I'm going to jump over to the chat
right quick because man,
we got some great comments over there.
Ken and Amy say,
if you know their names,
they're not in charge.
Excellent point.
Excellent point.
We know about the Rothschilds.
We know about the Rockefellers,
but nobody knows about the Orsini's or the
Aldo Brandini's nobody.
There's a whole,
hierarchy of names that dwarf the wealth
of the ones you know about and uh
these are ancient bloodlines a lot of them
the medici everybody's heard about them
but no people think they don't exist
anymore like i said there's a lot deeper
work i'm glad you brought that up because
like you said if you know their name
they are definitely taking orders um let's
say hey alabama says jack spirko has been
talking about what to keep on hand yeah
that's that's very smart i mean there's
Um,
I probably see things a little more
apocalyptic than Jack does,
but I'm here to tell you, I'm,
I'm glad anybody's talking about it these
days because we are getting to a point
where we've taken a whole lot for granted.
And I think we are about to,
and I'll borrow it in the beginning of
Richard the third,
the line is now is the winner of
our discontent.
And I'm starting to wonder if we aren't
fast approaching that and if maybe this
winter might be the beginning of that.
And I'm not saying this without evidence.
Uh, yeah.
Uh, let's see.
Silver Dave from New Hampshire.
Check him out.
Yeah.
Ten.
Yeah.
I would love to have him on the
podcast.
Okay.
I'll have to check him out and see
what's up because, uh, yeah,
there are definitely other things out
there and not a whole lot of people.
Look,
when I say I spend my disposable income,
folks,
I ain't got any disposable income these
days, just like a lot of you don't.
So I ain't buying silver right now.
I am pleased about the fact that I
did buy it when it was twenty three
bucks an ounce.
But outside of that,
I don't have that kind of disposable
income these days.
I mean, there are things I need,
just like a lot of you out there.
So yeah,
we may have a podcast and YouTube channels
and stuff,
but the powers that shouldn't be
definitely don't want to send people this
way.
All right,
so my next one here is going to
be
Livestock infrastructure in a big,
big way.
I mean,
invest in the ability to produce protein
in a big way.
Do you need fencing or some of it
worn out?
You might want to think about if you're
using that netting like I do, man,
you might want to think about those repair
kits because I promise you,
no matter how good a net you have,
it will get holes in it and you
won't even know how it happened half the
time.
So you want to think about that basic
butchering equipment.
A lot of people say, well,
I was thinking about knives, man.
Go out there, get that stuff right now.
The poultry netting itself, waterers,
brooders, incubators.
Okay, so that incubator I got right now,
I'm having to turn the eggs by hand
because the one I bought,
it worked last time,
and now that little motor in there quit
on me.
So I had to buy another little motor
or buy a whole new thing.
The motor cost,
the shipping on it was more expensive than
the actual motor.
So this tiny motor on there,
this little motor that moves the eggs back
and forth, this bad boy was...
And I think the shipping was twenty.
So, yeah, forty bucks out for that motor.
But you want to make sure all that
stuff and you want to have two is
one, one is none.
But at the end of the day,
an incubator,
I can still do it the old fashioned
way of moving around with my hand.
You're just going to have to do it
three or four times a day.
So think about some of that
infrastructure.
I hear my little grandbaby in the
background.
Yeah.
Right by the door.
Yeah.
Think about that infrastructure.
If you need netting, if you need fencing,
if you need all that stuff,
and you know you're going to have a
project, not now,
but maybe on down the road,
now's going to be a pretty good time
to get it.
Yeah.
My next one is...
surprised dad hasn't said this one just
yet but fruit trees fruit trees fruit
trees are fruit trees are awesome because
they just keep on producing food and they
don't require a whole lot on your end
especially if you do the like the stun
method uh the mark shepherd stun method of
like giving everything giving it
everything it needs to begin with setting
it up with like the perfect life
And then completely neglecting it after
that.
Also,
one key component of that is planting it
in the dormant season,
which we're getting into.
Some of us are getting into.
Some of us are going through a dormancy
because of dry conditions.
Some of us are going to a dormancy
because of cold weather.
But
Fruit trees.
Fruit trees are awesome because they just
produce more and more each year typically.
I mean,
I guess that's a bit of an overstatement.
They produce on cycles.
So get a diversity of fruit trees.
Typically, wherever you live,
there's some fruit trees that are going to
do very, very well there.
Focus on those trees first and then expand
outwards into some more diverse fruit
trees or ones that might be a little
bit experimental and stuff like that.
But yeah,
get a good solid like three to four
varieties of fruit trees.
get a bunch of those,
as many as you can afford,
get them planted, do the cardboard,
do the mulch, all that around the trees,
water them in thoroughly,
and then hands off after that,
unless you want to do some sort of
pruning or something like that.
But yeah, fruit trees,
once they're in the ground,
once they're established,
they're going to just keep producing food
for you.
And I'm glad I did have actually that
on my list,
but you snatched it away from me.
But I'll just kind of riff on it
and add to it because, in other words,
folks, buy things that multiply.
without a whole lot of effort from you.
Things that the good Lord put out here
for us to all have and multiply.
And seeds.
I mean,
think about some of those things and make
sure they're ones that are adaptive.
Don't buy these stupid seed kits or
whatever if you can.
I mean, you want things,
you want to be putting them in the
ground right now and you want to keep
the best back so you can have it
for the next year.
Fruit trees, berry bushes,
things like asparagus, perennial crops.
It is the thing that most homesteaders
forget most.
They all worry about annuals,
and nobody ever talks about perennials.
I mean, very,
very few people on these YouTube channels,
they talk about the annuals they do,
but almost never do they talk about
perennials,
and that's exactly where we specialize.
It's like, good night, man.
I don't understand why this has to be
said, but, I mean, your nut trees,
if you live in the northern hemisphere,
that may be your only source of fat.
Because finding fat on wild game up here
is not, you don't look,
we're not in Costa Rica.
You don't have fat falling from trees in
the form of avocados and coconuts.
You get all the fat in the world
you need down there.
But here,
you're going to have to work a little
bit, a lot harder for it.
Now,
there are things that they don't have that
we have.
I mean,
it's a zero-sum game all the way around.
But fat comes very,
very easy in a place like that,
meaning your survivability is a whole lot
better in a place like that.
That's why the mentality down there is a
lot different than what it is here because
you've got to work twice as hard in
a climate where you've got to get colder.
So that's going to bring me to my
last one.
Think about alternative energy and heating
and do that now.
The reason why I'm talking about that,
I was just on the phone yesterday,
as a matter of fact,
with a friend I have up in North
Dakota.
And it gets very,
very cold in North Dakota.
Anyway, I was talking to her and, uh,
we were, she was telling me about how,
you know,
one of the things she wants to do
is try to put a,
a wood burning stove in her place.
And I'm like, good night, man.
Y'all ain't already got it.
And she's like, no, man,
what we got right now is basically heating
oil.
And I cried practically when I, when I,
what it costs for me to fill that
thing up,
it was double what it was last year.
And it was high last year.
So be thinking about that alternative
energy and heating, because by the way,
Trump,
a lot of people ain't talking about this.
Mike Adams did.
He talked about how if you're waiting to
buy solar panels, if you wait next year,
you're going to have a problem because
Trump put a massive tariff on all that
alternative energy stuff that's going to
be coming in.
So if you want it,
you might want to think this is what
I'm saying.
You're better off having items than money
if you got it.
I know we got less of it all
of us these days than we ever had.
But reduce your dependence on the grid if
you possibly can because it may not even
be there.
A wood stove, firewood producing tools,
you know, solar equipment,
battery storage.
And the reason why I'm talking about this
wood,
way more people die because of the cold
than they do to the heat.
Despite what they tell you out there,
way more people die because of cold than
And if you don't have an alternative way,
like in my house,
William and I put in this insert,
this fireplace that we had here was
largely useless.
I mean, it couldn't be used for anything.
Definitely couldn't put a real fire in it.
We put a buck stove insert in there
and that thing heats the whole entire
house.
In fact, if you ain't careful, man, it'll,
if you're upstairs,
it will burn you to the ground.
So yeah, that thing,
I remember when Stefan Subkoviak and his
son came down from Canada, man,
they were dying up here,
but they're Canadians and they were too
polite to tell me, Hey dude,
what's up with this heat?
Because I didn't, well,
they shut the door and opened up the
windows and that helped a little bit, but.
Yeah, think about, I mean,
even if it is making your own out
of a rocket,
they got a whole house rocket stove.
Probably only one of the few worthwhile
things you can get from Paul Wheaton out
there.
Yeah.
No, I'm serious.
I mean,
he did more work on that than anything,
but find me a video of that guy
actually doing anything himself.
I mean,
he's arrogant and he talks all this junk,
but I have yet to see a video
of this guy actually doing something.
So anyway, that's one thing out there,
but yeah,
don't buy the cheap stuff if you can
afford it,
but definitely be thinking about all that
stuff.
Yeah.
My, uh,
next one is something that a lot of
people focus too much on.
And then you get the other side of
the spectrum of people not paying any
attention to it at all.
And it's defending your property and what
you have.
And that could be in a bunch of
different ways.
It could be in the form of fence.
It could be in the form of electric
netting.
Like dad was saying earlier with animal
infrastructure, uh,
and then defending your livestock from,
uh,
predators and stuff like that could be in
the form of like, uh,
weapons.
If you don't have any,
you should at least have something.
You should at least have something.
If for no other reason,
let's say you find the instance that we
had not too long ago.
We find a possum in the chicken coop.
Now we have some somewhat humane way to
take care of that possum in the chicken
coop outside of beating it with a
broomstick or something like that.
It's something I think too many people are
very...
They focus too much on it and they
don't do anything else.
They just focus on the guns part of
preparedness and stuff.
And they don't focus on anything else.
And then you get other people who focus
on just...
everything other than the defensive side
because it can be uncomfortable to them.
So if you're avoiding it,
if you're not paying attention to it,
then it's definitely something you should
think about.
Probably a good idea to take a couple
of classes on how to use some firearms
and stuff,
especially if you don't know what you're
doing.
And I'm talking to the guys right now.
The women out there already know that they
should probably take a class if they're
not proficient with a firearm.
The guys are the ones in there that
have the ego thinking, oh, I'm a guy.
I inherently know how to use a firearm
and stuff.
You probably don't,
especially when you see some people who
actually know how to use a firearm.
It makes you realize like, oh,
I don't even kind of know what I'm
doing over here.
So...
Yeah.
If you're going to do all this stuff,
you're going to put all this stuff back.
If you can't defend it,
then you're just kind of doing it for
somebody else.
So, yeah,
that's something you definitely got to
look into is defending your property,
what you have, your animals,
your your land, all that type of stuff.
Yeah, to that point, you know,
I've talked about it numerous times.
Everybody's thinking they got to go out
here and buy.
Oh, man, I got to go get a,
you know, I need this.
I need a .
.
.
I need a .
.
.
I need all these other things.
Look, I'm telling you,
in a grid-down scenario or Mad Max,
the most valuable rifle out there will be
a .
.
.
And you can do so much with it.
So many different ways.
I'll tell you another thing.
And it even has a higher muzzle velocity
than a .
.
.
Just not enough oomph.
Or some of these pellet rifles out there
where I got two of them right now.
Good night, man.
I would have never believed.
It's a pellet air rifle.
You know,
it'll last you forever in a day.
And it's a good way to train.
And it's also a good way to take
out some small varmints and whatnot.
on that note there's a video from if
you look out but if you look on
youtube banana ballistics he stands out
but he did a video talking about uh
the benefits of using air rifles and stuff
like that and there's no ffl involved
there's no none of the stuff that you
have to fill out for like typical guns
you don't have to worry about with air
rifles and some of these like they have
like .
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
. .
I got a couple of them that are
three hundred feet per second faster than
a twenty two.
Now,
it doesn't have the same oomph as a
twenty two,
but I'm also to the people that are
putting back.
Think about that stuff, man.
You could get a whole lot of vermin.
In fact,
I wonder with some of these things,
if you couldn't take down a deer,
I mean,
I didn't know they made them any bigger
than point one seven seven.
Well, if they do,
I'd like to know about it.
I might want to think about getting one
of those.
But it's something that, you know,
there's so many things that wreak havoc on
a on a regular weapon.
Um, is it clean enough?
Are you in an environment where you can
clean it?
You know, you got something, you know,
you're,
you could have something that's subsonic.
There's so many different ways you can go
about this thing,
but I think people overlook,
they're looking at these giant calibers,
not,
they're not thinking about the benefit of
having something other than that.
I mean,
just a freaking BB gun will make somebody
run.
If you believe me, if you can,
you can definitely pierce skin with a,
with the right BB gun.
Um,
I'm not saying that ought to be your
number one thing, but honestly,
you could be taking out birds with it.
You could be taking out anything that you
need to eat.
But seriously,
I would think about some of those air
rifles out there.
I've become a big fan of them,
and I'm blown away at what those things
can actually do.
Those air rifles.
Yeah.
There's some of them that come in like
way larger calibers,
but also if you have like a way
to melt lead in like a form,
you have an endless supply of ammo.
And if you have a bicycle pump,
you have an endless supply of pressure.
Like you can pump some of these up
with just a high pressure bicycle pump.
Well,
you don't need that for the ones I
have.
You just pump them one time and there's
a giant piston in there.
Yeah, there's those.
Yeah,
that's the one I would lean towards unless
they got some now with a bladder in
them.
I haven't seen that before,
but I would definitely go with the one
I have because it requires less of a
cycle of functioning,
meaning that it's going to be way more
efficient when you use it.
But folks...
There are so many different options out
there.
Even if you're in a place that isn't
gun friendly,
maybe you can get away with one of
these.
So, and honestly, I mean, this thing,
if you had to,
you would have popped somebody in the head
with something like this.
I mean, if you had to,
in the worst of circumstances, believe me,
they ain't coming back for another one.
guarantee that um these things would
absolutely i mean there is it would
absolutely go through your body some of
these things so i'm definitely going to
look more into them and see what's
available out there because i wouldn't
mind getting a larger caliber because i'm
definitely going to be thinning out some
deer this year i'm going to be doing
a lot more of it so anyway son
good list um i want to thank everybody
out there anything to add son uh i
mean just
Yeah, take stock of,
I think the biggest one that people are
missing are the classes part,
is the education part.
Go ahead and get the education.
Do it while you can, before you can't,
and then you can go ahead and get
the education.
I think most people, most things,
or the thing that most people are missing,
I think, is the emergency medical.
Because it's not like you're going to be
treating gunshot wounds.
You're going to be treating accidents on
the farm.
That's what you're going to be treating.
Emergency medical and then communication
down the road.
But those are the two things that I
think most people are missing.
Or I've also seen people focus heavily on
just communication and not anything else.
Or heavily on just emergency medical and
not anything else.
And then the third thing I would say
is try to establish some semblance of a
community as soon as possible.
Yeah, there's a double-edged sword there.
And, son,
I'm glad you pointed that out in that
everybody has half of everything.
Peanut butter, no jelly.
Ham, no burger.
You get it?
And when we get down to brass tacks
on a lot of this stuff,
this is what pulled me when I was
heavily involved in the preparedness
community back in Oklahoma, not Oklahoma,
but in Kansas and Missouri,
ran with all the groups around there.
It got to be a point where it
was nothing more than a –
a penis measuring club.
That's really what it turned out to be.
I got this bug out vehicle.
Okay.
That's all he's got.
I got this new gun.
It was like a show and tell for
guys to brag to other guys.
And I'm like, really,
is this what we're going to do here?
I mean,
where everybody had just one thing and
then totally dropped the ball on
everything else.
Well,
You know,
that's why I'm no longer part of those
groups because it was just stupid up one
side and down the other.
And when you would try to put together
a community,
a lot of times these were people that
were the least capable.
I'll just kind of leave that one right
there.
But be very,
very cautious about who you have in that
community.
And you don't want the takers.
The guy that has one skill,
like a lot of the communications people,
son, I've noticed that.
That's the only skill they have.
They got communications and that is it.
And there's a whole lot of others that
have that same way.
So, you know,
just kind of pick your tribe carefully
because we are definitely approaching some
very, very strange times, y'all.
I want to thank everybody for checking us
out today.
Hopefully this was a blessing to you.
Till next time.
