<v Speaker 1>The field for clockwork carnage is now set, except it
<v Speaker 1>really isn't, because we still have another qualifying match that
<v Speaker 1>has not happened yet, because tonight was a three-hour block.
<v Speaker 1>We had Dynamite combined with Collision, because there's a pay-per-view
<v Speaker 1>on Saturday. Collision is still in progress. Now, I will
<v Speaker 1>have you know, it is 1045, and I'm being told
<v Speaker 1>in the live chat that apparently they're not even close
<v Speaker 1>to being done yet. And so it may be another
<v Speaker 1>20 minutes before, at least 20 minutes before the show
<v Speaker 1>is even over. Again, three-hour show, do we really need 15-minute,
<v Speaker 1>20-minute overruns? We still have one match left. Darby Allin
<v Speaker 1>and Hechicero for the TNT Championship has not taken place yet.
<v Speaker 1>So we are still waiting on that. But the rest
<v Speaker 1>of the field is set, and I'd be shocked if
<v Speaker 1>Darby Allin doesn't win tonight. So no upsets. I was
<v Speaker 1>kind of hoping that there would be one upset in
<v Speaker 1>there somewhere. And when they made it clear that Darby
<v Speaker 1>was defending his TNT title and Okada was putting his
<v Speaker 1>international title on the line in these qualifying matches, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>you knew that it wasn't going to happen there. So
<v Speaker 1>that left Adam Copeland and Josh Alexander and then Ricochet
<v Speaker 1>and Ace Austin. Those are the only possibilities as far
<v Speaker 1>as potential upsets. And we did not get that. It
<v Speaker 1>was very predictable stuff. Yes. Okay. So Jace actually reminded
<v Speaker 1>me there is a WrestleDream countdown show. tonight as well.
<v Speaker 1>That is correct. I forgot about that. So what is this?
<v Speaker 1>A four hour block for AEW tonight? Who asked for this?
<v Speaker 1>Is anybody sitting through all of that? Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 1>It was also a night for the challengers at Wrestle
<v Speaker 1>Dream to go over and get some shine before they
<v Speaker 1>go to the show on Saturday and lose, which I'm
<v Speaker 1>pretty sure all of them are going to. Uh, You
<v Speaker 1>got to make them look like they have a chance, right?
<v Speaker 1>That includes Tommaso Ciampa, who now is on the card.
<v Speaker 1>Out of nowhere, they have manufactured now a beef between
<v Speaker 1>Tommaso Ciampa and Andrade El Idolo. And it was made
<v Speaker 1>official at the end of the show tonight that the
<v Speaker 1>two of them are going to be having a match
<v Speaker 1>for the national championship. That'll be coming up on Saturday.
<v Speaker 1>And so Tommaso Ciampa was on the winning team tonight
<v Speaker 1>with Samoa Joe against Will Ospreay and Andrade. That was
<v Speaker 1>in the main event. We also had some news on
<v Speaker 1>this show. And that came in the form of an
<v Speaker 1>announcement from one Adam Copeland. I mentioned Copeland was in
<v Speaker 1>one of the qualifying matches. He did win. He will
<v Speaker 1>be on the pay-per-view coming up on Saturday. Potentially has
<v Speaker 1>the chance to become AEW world champion. But he made
<v Speaker 1>an announcement when the match was over. Actually, two announcements.
<v Speaker 1>He made one announcement about the condition of his partner,
<v Speaker 1>Christian Cage, who we have not seen or heard from
<v Speaker 1>since All Out. And we're not going to be hearing
<v Speaker 1>from him or seeing him for quite some time. He
<v Speaker 1>is out injured. And then he made an announcement about
<v Speaker 1>his own career. And he confirmed something that I have
<v Speaker 1>figured for a while now, which is why I've been
<v Speaker 1>harping on this idea of him potentially being on the
<v Speaker 1>Tokyo Dome card in January, which I know is something
<v Speaker 1>he's always wanted to do. And that is that 2027
<v Speaker 1>is going to be his final year in professional wrestling.
<v Speaker 1>And it's kind of funny that he was making this announcement.
<v Speaker 1>I know he just wrestled a match, but he's in
<v Speaker 1>the ring making this announcement as he's gasping for breath.
<v Speaker 1>He's talking about how, I'm getting older, I'm at the
<v Speaker 1>end of my lifespan here in the ring, and this
<v Speaker 1>is the end of the road for me. And I said, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you know what? It does kind of feel that way.
<v Speaker 1>But It happens to the best of them. He's been
<v Speaker 1>doing this for a very long time. He's been jumping
<v Speaker 1>off ladders and cages for a very long time. And
<v Speaker 1>it just feels like there are a lot of people
<v Speaker 1>from that era who are just going away. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>this is what you would expect. I mean, these people
<v Speaker 1>have been wrestling for 20 years, 25 years, 30 years.
<v Speaker 1>Brock Lesnar is gone. John Cena is gone. Goldberg is gone.
<v Speaker 1>Sting is gone. This guy's gone. That guy's gone. AJ
<v Speaker 1>Styles is gone. And so now Adam Copeland is going
<v Speaker 1>to be having his retirement year. By the way, whatever
<v Speaker 1>happened to that retirement year that Jeff Jarrett was going
<v Speaker 1>to have? Wasn't this going to be his final year?
<v Speaker 1>Or last year? I think last year was going to
<v Speaker 1>be his final year. Tony Khan saw all the social
<v Speaker 1>media outrage when it looked like that they were putting
<v Speaker 1>him in a position to potentially become AEW world champion.
<v Speaker 1>And that was the end of the Jeff Jarrett storyline.
<v Speaker 1>So yes, Adam Copeland's career will be winding down in 2027.
<v Speaker 1>We'll talk about that and the Christian stuff, what happened
<v Speaker 1>to him. You know who else was on the show tonight?
<v Speaker 1>First time on Dynamite in, I think, many, many years.
<v Speaker 1>Because when they returned a few months ago, it was
<v Speaker 1>on Collision. The Motor City Machine Guns. We've had them
<v Speaker 1>in House of Glory a couple of times over the
<v Speaker 1>last few weeks. But they magically appeared on AEW Dynamite.
<v Speaker 1>There they were. And they, too, will be on the
<v Speaker 1>pay-per-view card this coming weekend. Actually starting a program that
<v Speaker 1>I'm pretty excited about. I'm okay with this, and I'm
<v Speaker 1>actually looking forward to what they're going to be doing
<v Speaker 1>with them. So we'll talk about that. On the whole,
<v Speaker 1>they had to fit five qualifying matches into these two
<v Speaker 1>shows tonight. If it all feels very rushed as far
<v Speaker 1>as this clockwork carnage stuff goes, it's because it is.
<v Speaker 1>It's all very last minute. We got to squeeze it
<v Speaker 1>all in there because we got a big championship match
<v Speaker 1>with eight people coming up on Saturday, and we still
<v Speaker 1>don't have most of the field set. So that was
<v Speaker 1>the purpose of tonight's show, and they ran through every
<v Speaker 1>predictable pick that you could possibly imagine. Not that I'm
<v Speaker 1>surprised by it, but it was just right down the line. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>this guy's going to win, this guy's going to win,
<v Speaker 1>this guy's going to win, this guy's going to win,
<v Speaker 1>and they didn't deviate from the script. And again, outside
<v Speaker 1>of Darby, who I don't know if he's already in
<v Speaker 1>the ring. Have they started? Have they at least started
<v Speaker 1>the Darby Allin match? Please tell me they've at least
<v Speaker 1>started the Darby Allin match on Collision. Assuming he wins,
<v Speaker 1>everybody who you thought was going to Clockwork Carnage is
<v Speaker 1>going to Clockwork Carnage to wrestle Will Ospreay for the
<v Speaker 1>AW World title. The matches that we got were decent enough,
<v Speaker 1>but this was a very forgettable show. Outside of the
<v Speaker 1>Copeland announcement, which was newsworthy, a very forgettable show. I
<v Speaker 1>will try to not make this forgettable, and I will
<v Speaker 1>try to get you out of here as quickly as possible, because,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's, again... It's the go-home show to a
<v Speaker 1>pay-per-view that's probably going to be one of the worst-performing
<v Speaker 1>AW pay-per-views of the year. But we'll talk about everything here.
<v Speaker 1>This is your AEW Dynamite review. It is Wednesday night,
<v Speaker 1>October 14th, 2026. I'm being told that the girls' match
<v Speaker 1>is on now. Okay, so what is that? Is that
<v Speaker 1>Britt Baker and Persephone against Danny Luna and Haiyan? So
<v Speaker 1>apparently that is in the ring right now. They still
<v Speaker 1>have not gotten to the Darby Allin match yet. All right,
<v Speaker 1>so it looks like we have another 30 to 40
<v Speaker 1>minutes of collision. I'm glad I went live when I did.
<v Speaker 1>Like and subscribe. Super chats are open. I know our
<v Speaker 1>pal Dry Chicken dropped a whole bunch of them earlier,
<v Speaker 1>so we're going to go through those. There is a
<v Speaker 1>brand new super chat up, the $ 15 one. If you
<v Speaker 1>are a big fan of the Superman punch, then you
<v Speaker 1>will enjoy that one. Brand new Uncrowned Wrestling Show. Real quick,
<v Speaker 1>just want to mention that it went up late yesterday.
<v Speaker 1>Apparently there was a glitch in the system and so
<v Speaker 1>it didn't get pushed out on Yahoo's end until late yesterday.
<v Speaker 1>Hopefully most of you had a chance to listen to
<v Speaker 1>it by now. An easy listen. WWE has covered AEW, TNA,
<v Speaker 1>New Japan. It's all there. It's all there. And an
<v Speaker 1>update on Too Cold Scorpio, who's going through some stuff
<v Speaker 1>legally right now. There was a big decision this past
<v Speaker 1>week about his future, but there's a catch about whether
<v Speaker 1>or not he's going to spend the next six years
<v Speaker 1>behind bars. I got all that for you on the
<v Speaker 1>Uncrowned Wrestling Show, so go ahead and check that out.
<v Speaker 1>Let's bring up the wheel. There it is. The Wheel
<v Speaker 1>of Fortune. Let's spin this bad boy and find out
<v Speaker 1>how many likes that we are going to need if
<v Speaker 1>we are going to do Be the Booker on a
<v Speaker 1>Wednesday night, which doesn't always happen, as you know. But
<v Speaker 1>we're going to try. We're going to try. Let's see
<v Speaker 1>what happens.
<v Speaker 2>220.
<v Speaker 1>That's a very low number. And actually, we're not there yet,
<v Speaker 1>but we're getting close. What are we at? 188 right now.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, if we can't do 220, then I may
<v Speaker 1>just have to suspend Be The Booker permanently. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>come on now. 220 likes. We should be able to
<v Speaker 1>do at least the one round. So that is the
<v Speaker 1>goal for tonight. I mean, come on now. Come on now. Wait, okay,
<v Speaker 1>so we have breaking news here. I'm being told that
<v Speaker 1>we have another match that has been added to the
<v Speaker 1>WrestleDream card, and it is going to be Chris Jericho
<v Speaker 1>taking on Nick Wayne as their feud continues. So there
<v Speaker 1>you go. The card is filling up here. Now, what
<v Speaker 1>did I say on the Sound Up this weekend? We
<v Speaker 1>had five matches that were announced, and I said We
<v Speaker 1>ain't getting five matches on this pay-per-view. I mean, I
<v Speaker 1>know that Paul Levesque has a big smile on his face.
<v Speaker 1>You say five matches. I said there's going to be
<v Speaker 1>two or three more that get added. And there's a
<v Speaker 1>tailgate brawl pre-show, so I'm sure there's going to be
<v Speaker 1>matches on there, too. So what did we get tonight?
<v Speaker 1>We had Ciampa and Andrade that got added. There was
<v Speaker 1>a Motor City Machine Guns match that I'll talk about
<v Speaker 1>that got added. And apparently Jericho and Nick Wayne. So
<v Speaker 1>there you go. Now we're up to eight. Do I
<v Speaker 1>hear nine? We'll end up with ten. Including the pre-show,
<v Speaker 1>guaranteed we'll end up with ten. All right, so Uffman says...
<v Speaker 1>Chris Jericho against Nick Wayne. If Nick wins, Jericho has
<v Speaker 1>to apologize. Get the fuck out of here. All right.
<v Speaker 1>You're making that up. What is the actual stipulation for
<v Speaker 1>that match? He's claiming that the stipulation is that if
<v Speaker 1>Nick wins, Jericho has to apologize to him, which sounds
<v Speaker 1>incredibly fucking lame. Tell me what the real stipulation is.
<v Speaker 1>This is a pay-per-view match. You have to apologize? Come
<v Speaker 1>on now. You made that up. There's the Birds against Rathlander.
<v Speaker 1>Is that Chris Statlander and Harley? I thought Harley Cameron
<v Speaker 1>was injured. I thought she had a knee injury. Isn't
<v Speaker 1>that what Rathlander is? Okay, so there's nine. Where's number ten?
<v Speaker 1>Do I hear number ten? Wait a minute. Hold on
<v Speaker 1>a second. No solo oof is right. That is the
<v Speaker 1>stipulation for this match on this pay-per-view this weekend. If
<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne beats Chris Jericho, Jericho has to apologize to
<v Speaker 1>him as if it'll be sincere. Boy, I can't wait
<v Speaker 1>for that one. You know, you really want to get
<v Speaker 1>back at Jericho for, you know, fucking up your necklace
<v Speaker 1>and just being disrespectful to you you know it should
<v Speaker 1>be something like you know if i beat you you
<v Speaker 1>gotta kiss my ass in the middle of the ring
<v Speaker 1>no no you got to apologize to me oh my
<v Speaker 1>god so bad oh this is so terrible anyway sorry
<v Speaker 1>i missed that i can only imagine what the setup
<v Speaker 1>must have been in that segment i'm sorry i missed
<v Speaker 1>that It all began over a broken necklace, yes. And
<v Speaker 1>you know, there was a way to make the necklace
<v Speaker 1>actually meaningful. The way they went about doing it was
<v Speaker 1>Nick Wayne traveled all over the world with this necklace.
<v Speaker 1>And that's what set him off in the match with
<v Speaker 1>Jericho previously when the necklace got broken, the necklace came off.
<v Speaker 1>It wasn't like, oh, you know, it was gifted to
<v Speaker 1>him by his late father or a gift from Mother
<v Speaker 1>Wayne or anything like that.
<v Speaker 2>No.
<v Speaker 1>No. I've traveled around the world with it. It has
<v Speaker 1>a lot of sentimental value to me. And now we
<v Speaker 1>have this. Unbelievable. Walker Stewart was on commentary tonight with
<v Speaker 1>Excalibur and Tony Schiavone. Walker Stewart is the lead play-by-play
<v Speaker 1>English-announced voice for New Japan Pro Wrestling. He's very, very good.
<v Speaker 2>So....
<v Speaker 1>I don't know why he was on the go-home show
<v Speaker 1>to WrestleDream. Obviously, he was filling in for somebody. I
<v Speaker 1>don't know if he's going to be back next week
<v Speaker 1>or if this was a one-week thing. That I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>But Walker Stewart is very good. So we had the
<v Speaker 1>Death Riders, which included the Continental Champion Jon Moxley, Gabe Kidd,
<v Speaker 1>and Daniel Garcia, taking on the Don Callis family, Mark Davis,
<v Speaker 1>Jake Doyle, and Wardlow in the opening contest. And we
<v Speaker 1>got a preview here. of the match that is coming
<v Speaker 1>up between Jon Moxley and Mark Davis at WrestleDream. There
<v Speaker 1>was a point here where Moxley, Kidd, Garcia, they took
<v Speaker 1>turns hitting Davis in the corner with the locomotion splashes.
<v Speaker 1>And then Marina Shafir snuck into the ring. While the
<v Speaker 1>referee was distracted, she also hit Davis in the corner.
<v Speaker 1>So Garcia slapped on the Dragon Tamer on Davis. Moxley
<v Speaker 1>then nailed the curb stomp while Davis was trapped in
<v Speaker 1>the Dragon Tamer. Doyle and Wardlow, though, they were able
<v Speaker 1>to break up the subsequent count. So it ended with
<v Speaker 1>Davis and Moxley in the ring alone. Davis took him
<v Speaker 1>down with a bounce back lariat, and then he hit
<v Speaker 1>the gut wrench pile driver, and he pinned him in
<v Speaker 1>the middle of the ring. Something that only one other
<v Speaker 1>man has been able to do this entire year, that
<v Speaker 1>being Will Ospreay, the reigning AEW world champion. Nobody else
<v Speaker 1>has beaten Jon Moxley this year. At least not in singles, man.
<v Speaker 1>I'm trying to think back if he lost any tag
<v Speaker 1>team matches. I'm not sure he lost any tag team
<v Speaker 1>matches either as far as being pinned. So they really
<v Speaker 1>tried here to make you believe that Mark Davis has
<v Speaker 1>a shot on Saturday, even though he doesn't have a
<v Speaker 1>fucking prayer. But they had him pin Jon Moxley, and
<v Speaker 1>it felt somewhat meaningful because, again, Moxley has been super
<v Speaker 1>protective for the majority of this year. So he pinned
<v Speaker 1>him in the middle of the ring with this pile driver. Otherwise,
<v Speaker 1>standard tag team match. But again, they had to put
<v Speaker 1>Davis over strong here because this match just came together
<v Speaker 1>so randomly last week where Davis beat Gabe Kidd in
<v Speaker 1>a tag team match. And by beating Gabe Kidd in
<v Speaker 1>a tag team match, he got a title match with Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>Now he's pinned Moxley. Two weeks in a row now,
<v Speaker 1>Davis has gotten the win over the Death Riders. The
<v Speaker 1>Death Riders will make sure that does not happen for
<v Speaker 1>a third time coming up this weekend. So to the
<v Speaker 1>extent that they could have tried to make you believe
<v Speaker 1>and buy into this idea that Mark Davis is going
<v Speaker 1>to be your new continental champion, they did what they
<v Speaker 1>needed to do tonight. I don't know that there's anything
<v Speaker 1>they could have done, though, to make people actually believe
<v Speaker 1>that he's going to win that championship this weekend. Did
<v Speaker 1>Davis also beat Will this year? Yeah, I'm pretty sure
<v Speaker 1>he did. I know he beat Will at some point.
<v Speaker 1>I'm pretty sure it was earlier this year, not last year.
<v Speaker 1>And then they had that match in the Owen.
<v Speaker 2>Remember that?
<v Speaker 1>Back at the beginning of June? I fucking loved that match.
<v Speaker 1>That overbooked mess of a match that I loved in
<v Speaker 1>the main event of Dynamite. And Will got his win
<v Speaker 1>back there. Look, I'm glad that Mark Davis is finding success.
<v Speaker 1>But he ain't got no shot. So we had Adam Copeland.
<v Speaker 1>against Josh Alexander in a clockwork carnage. Qualifying match. Two
<v Speaker 1>Canucks in the ring together. Copeland spun out of a
<v Speaker 1>pile driver into an Impaler DDT. Then he charged in
<v Speaker 1>for a spear. Alexander was waiting with the rolling Germans,
<v Speaker 1>and as Copeland was holding on for dear life, he
<v Speaker 1>pulled off one of the top turnbuckle pads. Alexander got
<v Speaker 1>an ankle lock applied. Copeland rolled through. Alexander fell forward.
<v Speaker 1>headfirst into the middle turnbuckle. Copeland charged in for a spear.
<v Speaker 1>He ran into the exposed buckle himself. That allowed Alexander
<v Speaker 1>to hit a spear of his own. Copeland kicked out.
<v Speaker 1>So Alexander wanted the C4 spike. He got sent into
<v Speaker 1>the exposed buckle again. Copeland took too long, though, to
<v Speaker 1>climb up top. And so he got crotched. Alexander followed
<v Speaker 1>him up. Copeland, though, slid underneath his legs and hit
<v Speaker 1>an electric chair onto the exposed buckle. And then one
<v Speaker 1>final spear to put it away. Put it in the books,
<v Speaker 1>as Gary, Keith, and Ron would say. And Adam Copeland
<v Speaker 1>punches his ticket to Clockwork Carnage at WrestleDream this coming weekend.
<v Speaker 1>Not a bad match, not a great match either. Now,
<v Speaker 1>when the match was over is when we got the
<v Speaker 1>real news here. Copeland is in the ring. And he,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, he is just, he's gassed. So he's taking
<v Speaker 1>his time trying to collect his breath because he's got
<v Speaker 1>some news to deliver to us here. And so a
<v Speaker 1>very winded Copeland, he said that in the tables, ladders,
<v Speaker 1>and chairs match at All Out, which is what he
<v Speaker 1>called it, he said some may not know that Christian
<v Speaker 1>Cage was thrown into a ladder five minutes into the match.
<v Speaker 1>And in doing so, he broke three of his ribs
<v Speaker 1>and one of which was broken in three different places.
<v Speaker 1>And in addition to that, he suffered a punctured lung,
<v Speaker 1>which sounds horrendous. I mean, that one broken rib. I've
<v Speaker 1>never broken my ribs before, but anybody who's ever broken
<v Speaker 1>their ribs says it is just the worst pain. Taking
<v Speaker 1>a breath hurts. That's one broken rib. Now imagine having
<v Speaker 1>three of them and your lung collapsed. So I don't
<v Speaker 1>know what spot that happened on, but he pointed it
<v Speaker 1>out here that that happened in the first five minutes
<v Speaker 1>of the match. And yet even towards the very end,
<v Speaker 1>Christian was on that ladder reaching up trying to pull
<v Speaker 1>down those AEW tag team titles. So that match went
<v Speaker 1>at least 20-ish minutes on the pay-per-view. And I'm not
<v Speaker 1>saying Christian was active for the entire 20 minutes or
<v Speaker 1>whatever it was, but he stayed in there. He wrestled.
<v Speaker 1>With a punctured lung and three broken ribs? I don't
<v Speaker 1>know how you do that, but kudos to him. And
<v Speaker 1>the crowd was, you know, chanting for Christian. So I
<v Speaker 1>assume this is all legit. We're not going to be
<v Speaker 1>seeing Christian for quite some time. Like, those are tough
<v Speaker 1>injuries for anybody. Like a young man. Christian's not a
<v Speaker 1>young man anymore. And so I don't know how long
<v Speaker 1>it's going to take before we see him back in
<v Speaker 1>the ring again. But that is, I mean, that sounds brutal.
<v Speaker 1>Uffman has another update for us. It says Persephone against
<v Speaker 1>Danny Luna against Haiyan against Queen Aminata in a four-way.
<v Speaker 1>for the TBS Championship on Saturday. So these matches are
<v Speaker 1>just being thrown out there and spit out. It's like
<v Speaker 1>their own version of Be the Booker. At the last minute,
<v Speaker 1>days before the show, we've got to fill up this card. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>but this is what happens when you only have a
<v Speaker 1>few weeks, not even a month, between pay-per-views. It just
<v Speaker 1>feels very rushed. A lot of these matches don't have
<v Speaker 1>any sort of bill. There's no investment in them, right?
<v Speaker 1>Very few of them. There's no real investment in any
<v Speaker 1>of these matches this weekend. None of them. There's a
<v Speaker 1>couple that I'm looking forward to. And I'm sure as
<v Speaker 1>with all the AW pay-per-views, like a lot of the
<v Speaker 1>matches are going to be very good. But this truly,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, this is one of those shows where it
<v Speaker 1>truly does feel like it's just a collection of matches
<v Speaker 1>and there's really not a whole lot behind them. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>Christian is 52. He's 52 years young. And we all
<v Speaker 1>wish Christian the best. That sounds like a very shitty injury.
<v Speaker 1>And we have even more breaking news here. At 11.07pm,
<v Speaker 1>being told that on Collision just now, they aired a
<v Speaker 1>vignette touting the Pending debut of one Ilya Dragunov. Now,
<v Speaker 1>my question to you, did they call him Dragunov? Because
<v Speaker 1>I'm not sure he's going to be able to use
<v Speaker 1>the Dragunov name. So what exactly was the name that
<v Speaker 1>they used? So there it is. I think most of
<v Speaker 1>us expected that he was coming. And there was a
<v Speaker 1>report of several weeks ago, maybe from Fightful, that he
<v Speaker 1>was signed. It was just a matter of when they
<v Speaker 1>were going to choose to debut him. I thought they
<v Speaker 1>might do it in France last week, but evidently he's
<v Speaker 1>coming in now. I still feel like United Empire, him
<v Speaker 1>being a part of that crew, wouldn't be a bad
<v Speaker 1>spot for him to be in. So this was just
<v Speaker 1>a teaser. There you go. Ilya Dragunov on his way
<v Speaker 1>into AEW. No name or face was shown. His hands
<v Speaker 1>were moving like a maestro. Good. Dragunov is fucking awesome.
<v Speaker 1>Just think of all the people on this roster that
<v Speaker 1>he can get in that ring with and just have
<v Speaker 1>great wrestling matches with. There is an endless supply of
<v Speaker 1>talent for him to work with on this roster. Heels, babyfaces,
<v Speaker 1>doesn't matter. Good. I'm glad Tony signed him. So yeah,
<v Speaker 1>that was the update on Christian. Then we had another announcement.
<v Speaker 1>He said, given what happened to his best friend, he
<v Speaker 1>did some soul searching and he realized that his face
<v Speaker 1>isn't on teenagers' walls anymore. I mean, he doesn't know that.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, there may be some teenagers out there that
<v Speaker 1>have a thing for older men. I mean, who knows?
<v Speaker 1>Who knows? It sounds creepy, but I mean, shit. You
<v Speaker 1>don't think that there aren't Young wrestling fans out there
<v Speaker 1>that don't have an Edge, maybe an old Edge poster
<v Speaker 1>on their wall. Fucking Edge and Lita poster. Come on.
<v Speaker 1>Somebody has to. Somebody has to. Maybe Lita has it
<v Speaker 1>on her wall. I don't know. But he goes, I'm
<v Speaker 1>aging out. And that's okay. It happens to everyone. But
<v Speaker 1>it also means that 2027 will be his final year
<v Speaker 1>in professional wrestling. And the crowd booed. Copeland said he
<v Speaker 1>knows how they feel, but that's why he has to
<v Speaker 1>go after the AEW World Championship. So Don Callis walked
<v Speaker 1>out with Brian Cage, and he said he hates to
<v Speaker 1>rain on his parade, but it's been a great night
<v Speaker 1>for the family. Now, he said this, mind you, moments
<v Speaker 1>after Josh Alexander just lost to Adam Copeland. But he said,
<v Speaker 1>they're all over the show today. I mean, they're all
<v Speaker 1>over the show every week. That's what happens when you
<v Speaker 1>have 34 members. Copeland might have won the fight. Callis, though,
<v Speaker 1>always wins the war. Says people like Copeland don't decide
<v Speaker 1>on retirement. People like Callis tell them how it's going
<v Speaker 1>to be. Callis doesn't like Copeland's chances of seeing 2027,
<v Speaker 1>but he also doesn't like his chances of seeing clockwork
<v Speaker 1>carnage on Saturday. And that was the cue for Kevin Knight,
<v Speaker 1>Kyle Fletcher, and I believe it was Lance Archer. They
<v Speaker 1>attack Copeland from behind. They put a beating on him. Cage,
<v Speaker 1>Brian Cage, put him down with an F5. Out comes
<v Speaker 1>Konosuke Takeshita, who has the conglomeration with him. And they
<v Speaker 1>all rush down to the ring and the heels flee.
<v Speaker 1>So here we are, yet another wrestler from that, you know,
<v Speaker 1>late 90s, ruthless aggression, time period, right?
<v Speaker 2>Late 90s, 2000s, 2010s.
<v Speaker 1>On his way out the door. One of the biggest
<v Speaker 1>stars of the last 25 years in professional wrestling who
<v Speaker 1>was retired for nine years. He was not supposed to
<v Speaker 1>come back. His career was over. Spinal fusion surgery, very
<v Speaker 1>serious surgery that ended his career was never going to
<v Speaker 1>be cleared to wrestle again. When Adam Copeland was forced
<v Speaker 1>into an early retirement, okay, in 2011, AEW announced was
<v Speaker 1>not even a glimmer in Tony Khan's eye. It did
<v Speaker 1>not exist. The idea for it wasn't even, it didn't
<v Speaker 1>even become a thing until 2018. So in his mind
<v Speaker 1>and in most people's minds, that was it. His career
<v Speaker 1>was done. He was never going to be cleared to
<v Speaker 1>wrestle again. And then AEW came along. And all of
<v Speaker 1>a sudden, Vince McMahon said, we ought to get you cleared, pal.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to get you back in the ring. You
<v Speaker 1>ready to wrestle? It's funny how that works. No, we
<v Speaker 1>can't let you wrestle because your neck, it's too much
<v Speaker 1>of a liability, and we don't want you to get hurt.
<v Speaker 1>But then, hey, I got an offer from this other company.
<v Speaker 1>Welcome back, pal. And so all of a sudden, he
<v Speaker 1>got a second lease on life, and he's been wrestling
<v Speaker 1>ever since the last six years, seven years, whatever it's been.
<v Speaker 1>And he got more time out of his career than
<v Speaker 1>anybody ever thought he would. And obviously, this second leg
<v Speaker 1>of his career can't match the first one. But he
<v Speaker 1>went in there and, you know, he won championships and
<v Speaker 1>he had big matches and we got an edging Christian
<v Speaker 1>reunion and we got some cool stuff out of it.
<v Speaker 1>But you could tell, you know, just watching him, he's
<v Speaker 1>still a good wrestler. It's not like he doesn't know
<v Speaker 1>how to wrestle, but yeah, you know, he's gotten older. He's,
<v Speaker 1>you know, he's looking it because he's got a lot
<v Speaker 1>of miles on his body. If he felt like he
<v Speaker 1>could go another five or 10 years, he probably would.
<v Speaker 1>But he recognizes that, you know, he's a couple of
<v Speaker 1>steps slower. And it's time to step away. Now, Tony Khan,
<v Speaker 1>what he did with Sting in his final year, the
<v Speaker 1>thing about Tony Khan when it comes to these older
<v Speaker 1>guys and these legends, he treats them very well. So
<v Speaker 1>I actually think that he's looking at this probably and saying, okay,
<v Speaker 1>we are going to pay tribute to this man in
<v Speaker 1>the way that we feel he deserves to be paid
<v Speaker 1>tribute to. And I think Copeland is in the right
<v Speaker 1>place for it, honestly. I don't know if it's going
<v Speaker 1>to be the whole year or up until the point
<v Speaker 1>maybe where his contract is over. He didn't say he's
<v Speaker 1>going to be wrestling the entire length of the year,
<v Speaker 1>so we don't know. But I think Tony Khan is
<v Speaker 1>the right guy to book the final year of Adam Copeland.
<v Speaker 1>And I think he's going to do right by him. Now,
<v Speaker 1>two other things about this. I've been harping on this,
<v Speaker 1>you know, that Copeland put together. We saw it on
<v Speaker 1>social media some time ago where he was listing different venues.
<v Speaker 1>And on his bucket list of wrestling venues, he wanted
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle in Arena Mexico. And he did that. He
<v Speaker 1>wanted to wrestle in Wembley Stadium for the first time.
<v Speaker 1>And he did that. He wanted to wrestle in the
<v Speaker 1>Maple Leaf Gardens. And he just did against Steve Macklin
<v Speaker 1>for Scott DeMora's promotion. And there was one more building
<v Speaker 1>left The Tokyo Dome. He's never wrestled there before. I
<v Speaker 1>don't see how there's any chance he doesn't wrestle on
<v Speaker 1>that Tokyo Dome card in January. I don't know if
<v Speaker 1>you've been paying attention. I talked about this on the
<v Speaker 1>Uncrowned Wrestling Show yesterday. In the last few days, last
<v Speaker 1>several days, there has been this just enormous shift towards
<v Speaker 1>this AEW versus New Japan story. Basically, it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be the theme of Wrestle Kingdom next year. MJF, Kenny Omega,
<v Speaker 1>Will Ospreay, all of them. They've all showed up, Jon Moxley.
<v Speaker 1>They're all poised to have matches on the Wrestle Kingdom
<v Speaker 1>card in January. Tony Khan knows that Adam Copeland wants
<v Speaker 1>to wrestle there. They will find someone for him to
<v Speaker 1>work with on that show. I would be stunned if
<v Speaker 1>he doesn't make it onto that card. So that'll be
<v Speaker 1>something else to watch for. The other thing is, Not
<v Speaker 1>knowing when his last show is going to be. I
<v Speaker 1>would imagine that Tony would be looking to book either
<v Speaker 1>WrestleDream or Full Gear next year in Toronto. I feel
<v Speaker 1>like if they can coordinate it, having Toronto... be the
<v Speaker 1>place where Copeland goes in there and has his final
<v Speaker 1>match would be very appropriate. So don't be surprised if
<v Speaker 1>one of those two pay-per-views, unless he goes to the
<v Speaker 1>very end of the year and they did World's End
<v Speaker 1>or something, but don't be surprised if WrestleDream or Full
<v Speaker 1>Gear next year is going to be a Toronto show.
<v Speaker 1>We had Konosuke Takeshita and Brian Cage from the previous angle.
<v Speaker 1>They were already out there. And so they had their
<v Speaker 1>clockwork carnage qualifying match. Cage had his working boots on here.
<v Speaker 1>Not that he, you know, there's other times where he doesn't.
<v Speaker 1>Brian Cage doesn't get a lot of opportunities here to
<v Speaker 1>wrestle on Dynamite. And he's had a lot of injuries.
<v Speaker 1>He's missed a lot of time. But when he's in there,
<v Speaker 1>He tries to make the most of the time that
<v Speaker 1>he's given. And he's no small man, but he's out there.
<v Speaker 1>He does this big dive out over the top rope
<v Speaker 1>to the floor. He hit an avalanche hurricanrana from the
<v Speaker 1>top on Takeshita all the way down to the mat.
<v Speaker 1>He did his superplex spot where he stands on the
<v Speaker 1>middle rope, suplexes Takeshita from the apron back into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>He did all that stuff. Takeshita, he escaped a drill claw.
<v Speaker 1>into a dragon sleeper, though, and then really cranked back
<v Speaker 1>on it until Cage had no choice but to tap out. So,
<v Speaker 1>Konosuke Takeshita is going to clockwork carnage. And no drama
<v Speaker 1>in this match. That's the big knock on this.
<v Speaker 2>Right?
<v Speaker 1>It's a fine match. Nobody in their right mind, not
<v Speaker 1>even Don Callis, okay, at ringside, thought that this man
<v Speaker 1>had a chance to beat Konosuke Takeshita. It just was
<v Speaker 1>not going to happen. You see Brian Cage, just like
<v Speaker 1>you see Lance Archer or Rocky Romero, whatever other member
<v Speaker 1>of the Callis family you want to throw out there,
<v Speaker 1>and you already know what the outcome is going to
<v Speaker 1>be before the bell even rings. So, as with many
<v Speaker 1>of these matches, these qualifying matches, not exactly a whole
<v Speaker 1>lot of drama or excitement around who's going to win.
<v Speaker 1>I'm hoping they can get Takeshita back in the mix
<v Speaker 1>in some way.
<v Speaker 2>I don't even.
<v Speaker 1>mean it has to be for the world title or
<v Speaker 1>anything but just get him get him back on television
<v Speaker 1>consistently hopefully now he won't be away for a while
<v Speaker 1>he's been in japan for a little bit but this
<v Speaker 1>was his first appearance on aw television i believe since
<v Speaker 1>wembley so i'm hoping that coming out of this uh
<v Speaker 1>pay-per-view this weekend we can we can get him back
<v Speaker 1>a little more consistently and get him in something because
<v Speaker 1>he went from being the international champion uh to being
<v Speaker 1>an afterthought here on these shows and he's just not
<v Speaker 1>really involved in anything significant They have him tied in
<v Speaker 1>with the conglomeration and it's like, eh, you know, he
<v Speaker 1>should be doing more than that. Now we have Rene
<v Speaker 1>in the back with the United Empire, the U.S. version,
<v Speaker 1>the U.S. satellite version of United Empire. Will Ospreay said
<v Speaker 1>that he dragged his booty back from Japan. He's been
<v Speaker 1>beefing with Callum Newman. Things are getting real bad with
<v Speaker 1>him and Callum Newman, who leads the New Japan version
<v Speaker 1>of the United Empire. They're going to be challenging Shingo Takagi.
<v Speaker 1>Not Shingo Takagi. They're going to be challenging, is it
<v Speaker 1>Yuto Ice, I believe? They're going to be wrestling for
<v Speaker 1>the IWGP Tag Team titles on November 3rd at Power Struggle.
<v Speaker 1>And it's going to be Ospreay and Newman. And I
<v Speaker 1>assume that's the night where things break down. And we
<v Speaker 1>get the announcement after that of a Tokyo Dome match
<v Speaker 1>between Ospreay and Newman, possibly for the AW World title.
<v Speaker 1>That's where it looks like things are headed. But this
<v Speaker 1>is the U.S. version here. Speedball Mike Bailey said that
<v Speaker 1>since he's already qualified for Clockwork Carnage, he'll be ready
<v Speaker 1>for anybody else who qualifies. So the Brawling Birds were there.
<v Speaker 1>They are officially part of this new United Empire. I
<v Speaker 1>wasn't sure, but they are in. And then Andrade Alidolo,
<v Speaker 1>he told Tommaso Ciampa, next time you want to kiss me,
<v Speaker 1>at least buy me dinner first. And the only conclusion
<v Speaker 1>from this that I could draw is that this was
<v Speaker 1>a direct reference to Something that happened on the House
<v Speaker 1>of Glory show last week where we had Tommaso Ciampa
<v Speaker 1>come in and wrestle Charles Mason in the main event.
<v Speaker 1>It's up on YouTube if you want to watch it.
<v Speaker 1>Great match. If you watch later on in the match,
<v Speaker 1>things were breaking down. And it was funny because we're
<v Speaker 1>calling the match on commentary. And at first I couldn't
<v Speaker 1>tell if all of a sudden they were kissing each
<v Speaker 1>other or if they were just biting each other's face.
<v Speaker 1>But no, they were kissing each other in the middle
<v Speaker 1>of this match and then beating the hell out of
<v Speaker 1>each other. So I assume that's what that's in reference to. Otherwise,
<v Speaker 1>I have no idea what else that would be in
<v Speaker 1>reference to. But yes, they were having a, I don't know,
<v Speaker 1>I guess an intimate moment here in the middle of
<v Speaker 1>this main event the other week. That's right. We got
<v Speaker 1>to keep the heat going from the hog show. You
<v Speaker 1>want to kiss me? You got to buy me dinner first, pal.
<v Speaker 1>You ain't going to be doing that shit to me.
<v Speaker 1>He's a real Latino man. He don't do that. He's
<v Speaker 1>looking at the ladies in the front row. Champa, hey, look,
<v Speaker 1>he's a psycho. They call him the psycho killer, but
<v Speaker 1>he's a psycho. There's no telling what he's going to do,
<v Speaker 1>what he's in there. Tony Schiavone was out on stage
<v Speaker 1>to bring out FTR and Stokely Hathaway. Dax Harwood said
<v Speaker 1>that the only thing that gives him joy in this life,
<v Speaker 1>it's not classic matches. It's not his greedy wife. It's
<v Speaker 1>not his brat daughter. It's being a champion. said they
<v Speaker 1>beat the Young Bucks three out of the five times
<v Speaker 1>they've wrestled. And they need somebody to come out and
<v Speaker 1>tell them why they aren't the number one contenders for
<v Speaker 1>the AEW Tag Team titles. So they didn't get the Bucks. Instead,
<v Speaker 1>they got the guns. And I don't mean Austin and Colton.
<v Speaker 1>They got Alex Shelley and Chris Saban, the Motor City
<v Speaker 1>Machine Guns, who have made more in-ring appearances in the
<v Speaker 1>last few weeks, the last month, for House of Glory
<v Speaker 1>than they have for All Elite Wrestling. I think part
<v Speaker 1>of it was also, for those who don't know, they
<v Speaker 1>have their own band. Shelly and Saban, they have their
<v Speaker 1>own band. It's called Grappling. No A, but that's how
<v Speaker 1>it's spelled. So if you want to go check out
<v Speaker 1>their music, I believe they've been touring. And that could
<v Speaker 1>be part of the reason, if not a big part
<v Speaker 1>of the reason, why we haven't really seen them on
<v Speaker 1>AEW television. They may have had tour dates they were
<v Speaker 1>committed to. And so anyway, it was good to see
<v Speaker 1>them here. On Dynamite. I was like, oh, okay. I
<v Speaker 1>thought that if anything, they would save it for Collision.
<v Speaker 1>But they came out on Dynamite, which I was happy about.
<v Speaker 1>Saban said, look, we have respect for you guys. Your
<v Speaker 1>legacy is undeniable. But if there's any tag team who
<v Speaker 1>can match that reputation, it's them. Said, both of us
<v Speaker 1>have created legacies. But we're not here to live in
<v Speaker 1>the past. We're here to be in the here and now.
<v Speaker 1>And AEW has the greatest tag team divisions. in all
<v Speaker 1>of professional wrestling. What better way to prove that we
<v Speaker 1>are the best than to beat you guys? Alex Shelley
<v Speaker 1>said that since FTR has beaten the Bucks three out
<v Speaker 1>of five times, what happens if the Machine Guns beat
<v Speaker 1>FTR in a best-of-five series? Better yet, what if we
<v Speaker 1>have match number one in that series right here tonight
<v Speaker 1>in Cleveland, Ohio? And the fans really like that. They're clapping, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>we want to see this, yeah! Stokely says, ain't no
<v Speaker 1>way that we're doing this in Cleveland, Ohio, of all places.
<v Speaker 1>This is a dream series. There's no better place to
<v Speaker 1>kick it off than at WrestleDream. And the fans booed.
<v Speaker 1>I cheered because I'm looking forward to this. It's a
<v Speaker 1>very simple story. The Machine Guns come out. Number one,
<v Speaker 1>I'm just happy to see them on TV. Number two,
<v Speaker 1>they came out. They said, look, we have an infinite
<v Speaker 1>amount of respect for you guys. You're a great tag team.
<v Speaker 1>So are we. You talk about legacies. You talk about championships.
<v Speaker 1>We have a legacy. We would like to be champions.
<v Speaker 1>So how about this? You're talking about three out of five.
<v Speaker 1>Let's do a best of five. Great. Great. Two great
<v Speaker 1>tag teams are going to have a best of five series.
<v Speaker 1>What's not to like? Nothing to hate on there. I'm
<v Speaker 1>looking forward to the matches. The first one is coming
<v Speaker 1>up this weekend. Is Collision still on the air, by
<v Speaker 1>the way? They got to be off the air by now, right?
<v Speaker 1>So it's 1124. They have to be off the air
<v Speaker 1>by now. We go back to the Grand Slam France
<v Speaker 1>show last week. In the back, we have Hangman Adam Page,
<v Speaker 1>Brody King, and Bandito. Hangman wants to know what the
<v Speaker 1>hell's going on around here with Swerve Strickland, right? They
<v Speaker 1>had the titles. All of a sudden, Swerve has a
<v Speaker 1>team of his own, and they're taking the titles. So
<v Speaker 1>Brody tells Hangman, look, you got to calm down. And
<v Speaker 1>Bandito says this is a two out of three falls match.
<v Speaker 1>It's a lucha, right? Meaning the titles and our pride.
<v Speaker 1>Everything is on the line. And we're getting, for those
<v Speaker 1>who don't know, a rematch between Swerve and The New
<v Speaker 1>Level against Hangman and Brodito. That was my favorite match
<v Speaker 1>at All Out. So looking forward to the rematch this weekend.
<v Speaker 1>Collision is still on. Oh, boy. But Darby did retain.
<v Speaker 1>I'm shocked. Shocked, I tell you. I'm stunned. Darby Allin
<v Speaker 1>beat Hechicero. He is still the TNT champion. and he
<v Speaker 1>will be in clockwork carnage. Wait a minute.
<v Speaker 2>Whoa, whoa, whoa.
<v Speaker 1>Hold on a second. Okada and Copeland stare down. Hmm.
<v Speaker 2>Hmm.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so Copeland is back out. Copeland and Okada are
<v Speaker 1>going at it. And both of them are also in
<v Speaker 1>clockwork carnage, by the way. But this may answer the
<v Speaker 1>question that I was just talking about earlier about him
<v Speaker 1>in the Tokyo Dome, right? That he's for sure going
<v Speaker 1>to be on that show, right? Maybe we're getting a
<v Speaker 1>look at who his potential opponent could be. Or they
<v Speaker 1>could just do the match at full gear. Very possible.
<v Speaker 1>They could also do it at full gear. And they
<v Speaker 1>could have Okada win and then they could run it
<v Speaker 1>back at the Tokyo Dome and have Copeland win. That's
<v Speaker 1>also a possibility. But yeah, that may give us a
<v Speaker 1>pretty good sense of what that Wrestle Kingdom match is
<v Speaker 1>going to be. I mean, look, it only makes sense, right?
<v Speaker 1>He's been vocal about this. Tony Khan is aware of this.
<v Speaker 1>He literally just said that next year is it for him.
<v Speaker 1>So either he's on the show on January 4th or...
<v Speaker 1>That's the one building on his wish list that he
<v Speaker 1>doesn't get to work. Why would Tony Khan say you
<v Speaker 1>can't work the Tokyo Dome? Of course he's going to
<v Speaker 1>let him work the Tokyo Dome. And New Japan would
<v Speaker 1>welcome him with open arms. You don't think they wouldn't
<v Speaker 1>love to have him on their fucking card? Sell some
<v Speaker 1>more tickets? Bring some more eyeballs to New Japan world?
<v Speaker 1>I don't care if it's Okada. I don't care if
<v Speaker 1>it's fucking Toriyano. Copeland will be wrestling at the Tokyo Dome.
<v Speaker 1>Mark my words. Speaking of Okada, perfect timing. I was
<v Speaker 1>about to talk about the Okada match here. We had
<v Speaker 1>Kazuchika Okada one-on-one with Myron Reed. Another clockwork carnage qualifying match.
<v Speaker 1>This one's for the AEW International title. Myron Reed is
<v Speaker 1>very good. Myron Reed had a match with Darby Allin
<v Speaker 1>last month on collision for the TNT title. That was
<v Speaker 1>very good. And this one went exactly the way that
<v Speaker 1>that one went, where he had the chance to go
<v Speaker 1>out there, They shined him up real good, flying all
<v Speaker 1>over the place, getting people behind him, and then he loses.
<v Speaker 1>And that's exactly how it happened here. And the minute
<v Speaker 1>they announced that this was a title match, I might
<v Speaker 1>have had a little bit of a belief, because Okada
<v Speaker 1>already lost to Ospreay last week. I might have been
<v Speaker 1>able to bite on the idea that Myron Reed would
<v Speaker 1>get a shock, fluky win and put him in clockwork
<v Speaker 1>carnage until they announced that this was going to be
<v Speaker 1>a championship match. And I don't know why they did that.
<v Speaker 1>It would have made the match a little bit more
<v Speaker 1>unpredictable had they not have done, not much more, but
<v Speaker 1>a little bit more. And the minute they said it
<v Speaker 1>was going to be a title match, it's like, well,
<v Speaker 1>you just gave the finish away. Okay, I don't know why.
<v Speaker 1>I just don't see the need. You already had, this
<v Speaker 1>was a qualifying match. You already had a stipulation. There
<v Speaker 1>was already something on the line in this match. Same
<v Speaker 1>thing with the Derby one. The Derby one, whatever, that's fine.
<v Speaker 1>But I don't understand why the Myron Reed match had
<v Speaker 1>to be announced for the international title. I think that
<v Speaker 1>was a mistake. So we see the new leveler backstage.
<v Speaker 1>We have Kofi. We have Creed. They're with Prince Nana.
<v Speaker 1>There's no Swerve. And they want to know, where is he?
<v Speaker 1>Where's Swerve? Nana says he's not there. He's got some
<v Speaker 1>family business to tend to. But he sent one of
<v Speaker 1>his good friends to be in his place. And in
<v Speaker 1>walks Mojo Brooks. With a Z. Two Z's, apparently, at
<v Speaker 1>the end. I almost dozed off with some Z's as
<v Speaker 1>I was watching Mr. Mojo here on my television screen. Now,
<v Speaker 1>for those who don't know, Mojo actually just had his
<v Speaker 1>first Netflix comedy special drop earlier this month. And so,
<v Speaker 1>he's a comedian, in case you couldn't tell. For those
<v Speaker 1>who don't know who he is... He's a comedian. He's
<v Speaker 1>got a big presence on social media and TikTok and
<v Speaker 1>4 million followers on X or whatever it is. So
<v Speaker 1>he's got a following. I'm not familiar with his work.
<v Speaker 1>I didn't really care to see him on this show.
<v Speaker 1>I still don't know why he was here on this show,
<v Speaker 1>but there he was. And Mojo said he wants to
<v Speaker 1>jump off the top rope, but he wants to make
<v Speaker 1>somebody bleed. Creed asked, well, who do you want to
<v Speaker 1>do that to? And he said, Brody King. And they
<v Speaker 1>all thought that was a very bad idea. But then
<v Speaker 1>they all make their way out to the ring together.
<v Speaker 1>Mojo said that everybody is screaming his name, which nobody,
<v Speaker 1>literally nobody in the building was screaming his name. They
<v Speaker 1>actually booed when he said this. So he said, WrestleDream
<v Speaker 1>is this Saturday. At least he was plugging the pay-per-view, right?
<v Speaker 1>I thought he was there. They're going to fucking really
<v Speaker 1>push the Netflix special that he's on. I don't think
<v Speaker 1>they even mentioned it, right? This was all about pushing WrestleDream.
<v Speaker 1>That's where the focus should be. The champs are defending
<v Speaker 1>their titles against the good, the bad, and the ugly.
<v Speaker 1>And Kofi said that they go up against three of
<v Speaker 1>the very best wrestlers on the AEW roster. Mojo then
<v Speaker 1>said that the reason Bandito wears a mask is because
<v Speaker 1>he's ugly. Creed said that they wanted to go two
<v Speaker 1>out of three falls to see who the best tag
<v Speaker 1>team is. Because anybody can get lucky once. At WrestleDream,
<v Speaker 1>this is the story of my college years, at WrestleDream,
<v Speaker 1>they'll be showing why they are the true champions. A
<v Speaker 1>little advice to Hangman, though, he'd be better off letting
<v Speaker 1>his personal issues with Strickland lead to professional issues with
<v Speaker 1>his teammates. Because Hangman is losing his mind. Anytime Swerve
<v Speaker 1>is involved, Hangman just goes off the deep end.
<v Speaker 2>11.29 p.m.
<v Speaker 1>Collision just ended with a brawl with all the clockwork
<v Speaker 1>guys to zero heat. Yeah, people are probably tired. I
<v Speaker 1>want to get the hell out of there. Jerry Lawler
<v Speaker 1>loves Gunthar the Magnificent.
<v Speaker 2>All hail Gunthar.
<v Speaker 1>Our good pal Randy Bobandy just dropped a $ 50 Gunthar bomb.
<v Speaker 1>Told everybody to wake up. It's a Bobandi bomb. Says,
<v Speaker 1>I hate seeing a slow night. Let's add a Gunthar
<v Speaker 1>bomb to see if this gets the ball rolling. Well, brother,
<v Speaker 1>I mean, it's a Wednesday night. So, I mean, what
<v Speaker 1>do you expect? It's the go-home show to one of
<v Speaker 1>their lesser pay-per-views. And the show was still going on
<v Speaker 1>up until literally three minutes ago. It's just never-ending. Bonkers
<v Speaker 1>says we are up to 10 matches at WrestleDream. Hey,
<v Speaker 1>that's even more than I thought. I said on Sunday, watch,
<v Speaker 1>they'll bump it up to eight. They actually got me beat.
<v Speaker 1>They bumped it up to 10.
<v Speaker 2>There you go.
<v Speaker 1>There could be more than that, too. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if that includes all the pre-show matches. They may add more.
<v Speaker 1>What the hell is that? I don't know where that's
<v Speaker 1>coming from. I think I'm losing my mind. Randy, thank you.
<v Speaker 1>For the 50, man, you're awesome. I appreciate that. By
<v Speaker 1>the way, we had a very modest goal tonight for
<v Speaker 1>the one round of Be the Booker, just so you know.
<v Speaker 2>220.
<v Speaker 1>We have blown past that, which I knew we would.
<v Speaker 1>So we will be doing at least the one round
<v Speaker 1>of Be the Booker. Clint says, this show should have
<v Speaker 1>ended at 11 p.m. Well, I hope you're talking about
<v Speaker 1>collision and not the stream here. Oh, there he is.
<v Speaker 1>There he is again. Look at him. There he goes.
<v Speaker 1>There he goes. Do you realize that Seth Rollins has
<v Speaker 1>made more appearances on these streams in the last week
<v Speaker 1>than he has on WWE television in the last, like,
<v Speaker 1>two or three months? Just because Money in the Bank
<v Speaker 1>has come and gone does not mean that the Money
<v Speaker 1>in the Bank cash-ins for Be the Booker are over.
<v Speaker 1>That's what that little sound means there. And that means
<v Speaker 1>if we get one more magenta bomb tonight, gunthar or
<v Speaker 1>above then we will get a second round of be
<v Speaker 1>the booker who will cash in or maybe there will
<v Speaker 1>be no cash in we'll see but we're not done
<v Speaker 1>with dynamite yet we got a few more matches here
<v Speaker 1>left to go we had the aw women's world champion
<v Speaker 1>mercedes monet teaming with megan bain and lena cross to
<v Speaker 1>take on the triangle of madness tecla julia hart and
<v Speaker 1>sky blue Walker Stewart on commentary, he brought up the
<v Speaker 1>Stardom roster being very upset that the Triangle of Madness
<v Speaker 1>have not been defending their Artist of Stardom Trios belts
<v Speaker 1>since they won them back in July. I believe they
<v Speaker 1>actually did defend them last month. But yeah, it's not
<v Speaker 1>like they've had a lot of defenses of those titles
<v Speaker 1>under their belt. But it was Tekla and Lena Cross
<v Speaker 1>in the ring together later. Tekla spiked her with a DDT.
<v Speaker 1>for a two count mercedes came in with her women's
<v Speaker 1>championship she whiffed on the belt shot to tecla ended
<v Speaker 1>up eating a kick for her troubles bane had the
<v Speaker 1>referee distracted julia hart then spit black mist in lena's
<v Speaker 1>face and with her down on all fours tecla hit
<v Speaker 1>a curb stomp and she pinned lena for the win
<v Speaker 1>so they gave tecla the victory here although it took
<v Speaker 1>the black mist from Julia Hart to get it done. Uh,
<v Speaker 1>but that's one, that's one more win for Tecla than
<v Speaker 1>she'll be getting this weekend in Orlando. I believe the
<v Speaker 1>show is in Orlando this weekend. So this just followed
<v Speaker 1>the pattern throughout the show of, of, many if not
<v Speaker 1>all of the challengers in their respective title matches this
<v Speaker 1>weekend who are very unlikely to win getting a win
<v Speaker 1>tonight look at this guy look at this guy Randy
<v Speaker 1>says Billy Kidman approves this cash in we had a
<v Speaker 1>Billy Kidman cash in thank Randy Randy We're getting two
<v Speaker 1>rounds of Be the Booker on a Wednesday. It's like
<v Speaker 1>a unicorn. It's not something you see very often. It
<v Speaker 1>doesn't feel real. But tonight, it's going to happen. It's
<v Speaker 1>going to happen. Thanks to Randy. That's right. LFG, baby.
<v Speaker 1>Let's fucking go. Randy Bobandi is cashing in. Let's hope
<v Speaker 1>he doesn't cash in and fail. Unlike Tiffany Stratton, who
<v Speaker 1>I think should cash in and fail. Main event, we
<v Speaker 1>had the AEW world champion Will Ospreay and the national
<v Speaker 1>champion Andrade Alidolo taking on Samoa Joe or Samoa Bro.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know which. Samoa Joe and Tommaso Ciampa. Ospreay
<v Speaker 1>went for an ass-cutter late in the match. Joe did
<v Speaker 1>the nope spot. He just walked off and everybody popped
<v Speaker 1>for it. That spot will never get old. It should
<v Speaker 1>only be him. Only Joe. It's like, that's his spot.
<v Speaker 1>And it works for him every single time. Joe and Ciampa,
<v Speaker 1>they try to double team. Ospreay, though, hit a handspring
<v Speaker 1>back elbow to both men, tagged Andrade back into the ring.
<v Speaker 1>And that's when Ciampa grabbed the national title, got knocked
<v Speaker 1>off the apron. Andrade got a roll-up on Joe. Joe
<v Speaker 1>kicked out, though, and the momentum sent Ciampa, or rather,
<v Speaker 1>sent Andrade forward. The national title was laying there on
<v Speaker 1>the apron. And Ciampa, he jumped up on the apron,
<v Speaker 1>and he spiked him onto the belt with Willow's Bell.
<v Speaker 1>And Joe had the referee distracted during this, so he
<v Speaker 1>didn't see anything. Andrade then stumbled backwards into the Coquina Clutch.
<v Speaker 1>Joe got the win after Andrade went nighty-night. And when
<v Speaker 1>the match was over, Ciampa brought the national title and
<v Speaker 1>the AW title in, gave it to Joe, so they
<v Speaker 1>both posed with the belts. Joe handed off the belt
<v Speaker 1>to Ospreay with a message, gave the belt to him.
<v Speaker 1>And that is how they went off the air. As
<v Speaker 1>far as the match itself goes, pretty basic stuff here,
<v Speaker 1>but I thought a sensible outcome to give Joe the
<v Speaker 1>win heading into Clockwork Carnage while beating Andrade in a
<v Speaker 1>way that puts heat on things with him and Ciampa
<v Speaker 1>for their match, which literally right as the show was
<v Speaker 1>going off the air became official. We were told that
<v Speaker 1>Andrade is going to be defending his national championship on
<v Speaker 1>Saturday against Ciampa, which would explain why Tony Khan did
<v Speaker 1>not include Tommaso Ciampa in any of the qualifying matches,
<v Speaker 1>because he was the guy I was hoping would be
<v Speaker 1>in this fucking thing, because I would have had him
<v Speaker 1>pin Ospreay at some point during that gauntlet match on Saturday.
<v Speaker 1>And then Ospreay would ultimately win the match, but then
<v Speaker 1>coming out of it, you could do Ospreay and Ciampa
<v Speaker 1>for the belt at full gear. I still feel that way.
<v Speaker 1>I still feel like that should be the match at
<v Speaker 1>full gear. That's the title match that I would like
<v Speaker 1>to have seen. But at least they had an alternate
<v Speaker 1>plan for Ciampa. I still would have preferred to see
<v Speaker 1>him in the other thing, but we're going to get
<v Speaker 1>those two in a singles match for the national belt instead.
<v Speaker 1>On the whole, again, this was all about the qualifying matches.
<v Speaker 1>There was nothing else on this show outside of the
<v Speaker 1>Copeland announcement really felt significant. It was all about who
<v Speaker 1>is getting in to this clockwork match on Saturday. So
<v Speaker 1>we found out between Collision and Dynamite, because we didn't
<v Speaker 1>know about Darby and Ricochet until Collision. FTR and Motor
<v Speaker 1>City Machine Guns is official for Saturday. We're up to 11.
<v Speaker 1>That's 11 matches? What the fuck? I thought that was
<v Speaker 1>part of the 10. How many fucking matches are they
<v Speaker 1>going to put on this show?
<v Speaker 2>Oh my God.
<v Speaker 1>Think about how ridiculous this is. The main event for
<v Speaker 1>the World Championship, right? The main event has eight people
<v Speaker 1>in it. And they're still doing at least 11 matches
<v Speaker 1>on this show. Well, look, this is why I'm not
<v Speaker 1>going live on Saturday. You're going to get your WrestleDream
<v Speaker 1>recap on the sound off on Sunday. No fucking way
<v Speaker 1>I'm staying up and then going live when the show
<v Speaker 1>is over. I'm going to watch the show like all
<v Speaker 1>of you. I'm going to try to enjoy the show,
<v Speaker 1>enjoy some of the matches, take some notes, and then
<v Speaker 1>we'll talk about it on Sunday. No fucking way I'm
<v Speaker 1>staying up talking about this shit on Saturday. Misfit, thank
<v Speaker 1>you for the two bucks. I appreciate that. Yes, I
<v Speaker 1>do know that the Ilya Dragunov vignette teaser, I'm told,
<v Speaker 1>did air on Collision, so he is on his way in. Good.
<v Speaker 1>I look forward to his debut. WrestleDream predictions. I mean,
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to go through the matches I have here,
<v Speaker 1>but apparently the card has doubled in size, but Just
<v Speaker 1>to run through the predictions again, I talked about this
<v Speaker 1>on Sunday, but that match between FTR and the Motor
<v Speaker 1>City Machine Guns, it is match number one of a
<v Speaker 1>best of five. I think the Machine Guns get the
<v Speaker 1>win here. And look, this is going to be still
<v Speaker 1>one of their first matches in AEW. I think maybe
<v Speaker 1>they had one match since they came back in July.
<v Speaker 1>Give them the win. Let them open the series with
<v Speaker 1>a win. Andrade and Ciampa for the National Championship. Honestly,
<v Speaker 1>Ciampa should win the title. Especially if Andrade still has
<v Speaker 1>that world title contract. He doesn't need to be the
<v Speaker 1>national champion when the day comes that he cashes in
<v Speaker 1>that contract. But just given the way things ended tonight,
<v Speaker 1>I'm sure Andrade is going to pick up the win here.
<v Speaker 1>It should be Ciampa. But I think it's going to
<v Speaker 1>be Andrade retaining. What are some of these other matches
<v Speaker 1>that they added? Somebody said there's a four-way for the
<v Speaker 1>TBS title. I don't think that Persephone is losing the
<v Speaker 1>TBS title. So... What is it? You said it's Persephone,
<v Speaker 1>High On, Danny Luna, and Queen Aminata? I think Persephone
<v Speaker 1>retains her TBS championship. Nick Wayne and Chris Jericho. If
<v Speaker 1>Jericho loses, he has to apologize to Nick Wayne. Is
<v Speaker 1>he going to apologize and cross his fingers and toes
<v Speaker 1>when he does it? Who came up with this stipulation?
<v Speaker 1>This sounds stupid. This is ridiculous. Nick Wayne won the first.
<v Speaker 1>Who won the last one between them? I don't even care.
<v Speaker 1>Who cares? Who cares? Nick Wayne should win this match.
<v Speaker 1>We have the rematch. Two out of three falls. We
<v Speaker 1>have New Level and Swerve against Hang Dito or Bro
<v Speaker 1>Man or whatever name you want to fuse them together.
<v Speaker 1>Hang Man and Bro Dito. I don't think that the
<v Speaker 1>New Level and Swerve are losing the belts yet. So
<v Speaker 1>I think they're going to win again and retain. Young
<v Speaker 1>Bucks defending the tag team titles against Kyle Fletcher and
<v Speaker 1>his partner, Kevin Knight. No way the Bucks are losing.
<v Speaker 1>Not anytime soon. That's going to be a win for
<v Speaker 1>the Bucks. What else was added before I get into
<v Speaker 1>the main event matches here? What am I missing from
<v Speaker 1>the undercard? Remind me in the chat, because I'm being
<v Speaker 1>told there were 11 matches on this show, so I
<v Speaker 1>feel like I'm missing one or two. Outside of the
<v Speaker 1>Moxley one and then the Clockwork match. And the Mercedes match.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to get to that in a minute. Am
<v Speaker 1>I missing anything? Any other titles that I'm missing? Hang Dito. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>that's what I'm calling them. Hang Dito. That is their name.
<v Speaker 1>I mentioned the TBS title four-way. Where have you been?
<v Speaker 1>The card is building as we speak. I think more
<v Speaker 1>matches are being added as we are speaking. Ah, yes,
<v Speaker 1>the Brawling Birds against Statlander and Harley. I guess Harley's
<v Speaker 1>knee injury wasn't that serious. I thought she had a
<v Speaker 1>knee injury. The Brawling Birds are going to win. Rathlander.
<v Speaker 1>My God, what a terrible name. Come on, man. You
<v Speaker 1>could do better than that. AEW should pull a play
<v Speaker 1>from WWE and make their pay-per-views too nice. No, they shouldn't.
<v Speaker 1>Why would you even suggest that? That's a terrible idea.
<v Speaker 1>How about you just shorten the pay-per-views a little bit?
<v Speaker 1>How about that? Sisters of Sin against Divine Dominion? Is
<v Speaker 1>that a thing? Then I'm going with Divine Dominion on
<v Speaker 1>that one. So we have Jon Moxley is going to
<v Speaker 1>be defending his Continental title against Mark Davis, who got
<v Speaker 1>a pin on him in their tag team match tonight.
<v Speaker 1>And Jon Moxley is going to retain his Continental championship.
<v Speaker 1>He will not be losing it to Mark Davis. Mercedes
<v Speaker 1>Monet defends her Women's World Championship against Tekla. That's one
<v Speaker 1>of the matches I'm looking forward to this weekend. But
<v Speaker 1>Mercedes is going to retain, and then we have clockwork carnage.
<v Speaker 1>Eight men. Will Ospreay, Samoa Joe, Speedball Mike Bailey, Adam Copeland,
<v Speaker 1>Konosuke Takeshita, Kazuchika Okawa.
<v Speaker 2>Ooh.
<v Speaker 1>Takeshi and Okada. We'll get to see those two again. Actually,
<v Speaker 1>I hope those two draw number one and number two
<v Speaker 1>and kick the match off. But Okada's in. Ricochet beat
<v Speaker 1>Ace Austin. We were told Ace Austin was a replacement
<v Speaker 1>for Switchblade Jay White. Because Jay White got injured on
<v Speaker 1>the tailgate brawl for All Out. So very likely, Switchblade
<v Speaker 1>Jay White would be in this match and not Ricochet.
<v Speaker 1>But Ricochet beat Ace Austin, so he's in. And then
<v Speaker 1>Darby Allin got a win at the end of Collision tonight.
<v Speaker 1>So Darby Allin will be in there as well. I'm
<v Speaker 1>going to predict that if there's one person in this
<v Speaker 1>match who gets a pin on the champion, they don't
<v Speaker 1>win the title. Will Ospreay is going to win. There's
<v Speaker 1>your spoiler. But if there's one person who gets the
<v Speaker 1>pin on Ospreay, I think it's going to be Darby Allin.
<v Speaker 1>I feel like they have been... telling this story of
<v Speaker 1>Ospreay kind of going back and beating people that had
<v Speaker 1>beaten him before. He did it with Moxley. He just
<v Speaker 1>did it with Okada. He has one match on his
<v Speaker 1>record with Darby Allin. Darby beat him. That was two
<v Speaker 1>years ago in the Continental Classic. And I think coming
<v Speaker 1>out of this match, him pinning Ospreay will give them
<v Speaker 1>a reason to rematch them. And Ospreay will say, you've
<v Speaker 1>pinned me a couple of times now. I need to
<v Speaker 1>prove to myself that I'm the better man and I
<v Speaker 1>can beat you. And then we end up with Ospreay
<v Speaker 1>and Darby at full gear. Not the match I want
<v Speaker 1>to see. But that's my feeling. Somebody has to pin
<v Speaker 1>Will Ospreay in this match. You need to do something
<v Speaker 1>in this match to set up the full gear opponent
<v Speaker 1>for Will Ospreay. And you can get away with having
<v Speaker 1>somebody pin the champion as long as they get that
<v Speaker 1>next shot. I just feel like it's going to be Darby.
<v Speaker 1>That's my feeling. So there you go. And again, you
<v Speaker 1>know the rules, right? We've talked about the rules for
<v Speaker 1>this clockwork carnage stuff. Starts out as a casino gauntlet style, basically.
<v Speaker 1>Two people start at random. Every three minutes, a new
<v Speaker 1>man comes out. You can get pinned or submitted in
<v Speaker 1>that initial stage. And if you do, you're gone. You
<v Speaker 1>don't make it to stage two. Once all eight people
<v Speaker 1>have been called, the 15-minute clock begins. And your job
<v Speaker 1>is to score as many pinfalls or submissions as possible
<v Speaker 1>in those 15 minutes. It goes Iron Man style. Until
<v Speaker 1>the end of the 15 minutes, whoever has the most
<v Speaker 1>number of falls, that person is the AEW World Champion.
<v Speaker 1>So that is how the match is going to work.
<v Speaker 1>By a show of hands in the chat, how many
<v Speaker 1>of you believe that Speedball is going to be the
<v Speaker 1>new champion on Saturday? Yeah, I didn't think so. All right,
<v Speaker 1>that's your card. And now we get to get into
<v Speaker 1>your super chat. I'm going to figure that out. We
<v Speaker 1>have the Langan experience. Are they $ 4. 99? Been listening since
<v Speaker 1>the TV tracks days. Thanks, Solo. Thank you, Langan. Appreciate it, brother.
<v Speaker 1>That's a long time. That's going back to like 20, what, 2013? 2014? 2014?
<v Speaker 1>Appreciate you sticking with me. Surely someone is getting eliminated
<v Speaker 1>in stage one. Who do we think it is going
<v Speaker 1>to be? Ricochet. Ricochet, for sure, I think is going
<v Speaker 1>out in phase one. I'm thinking maybe Ricochet and.
<v Speaker 2>Hmm.
<v Speaker 1>Ricochet and.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>That's a good question. Well, you guys told me that
<v Speaker 1>at the end of Collision, we had a little something
<v Speaker 1>going on with Copeland and Okada. Maybe something goes down
<v Speaker 1>with the two of them, and they kind of cancel
<v Speaker 1>each other out, and neither one of them make it
<v Speaker 1>to Phase 2. I could see that also. All right,
<v Speaker 1>let's get to your super chats here. And then we
<v Speaker 1>can get to our two rounds of Be the Booker.
<v Speaker 1>We start with Noah. Noah Kirby, will you be checking
<v Speaker 1>out the Crystal Lake series? I will. Yes, it drops tomorrow,
<v Speaker 1>I believe. I think all eight episodes drop tomorrow on Peacock.
<v Speaker 1>It is a TV series based around the Jason Voorhees
<v Speaker 1>Friday the 13th lore. I've heard very mixed things about this,
<v Speaker 1>but I'm still going to check it out. Can't be
<v Speaker 1>any worse than Other Mommy.
<v Speaker 2>Hey, Uffman, thank you.
<v Speaker 1>Mark's got your beat. He's been listening since day one.
<v Speaker 1>Look at this guy. He's been listening since 2007. How
<v Speaker 1>about that? Crypto and poker is ICP and be the booker. No.
<v Speaker 1>And he says other mommy was shit. Yes, it was. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>it was. It soured me so much on the movie
<v Speaker 1>going experience that I'm not even going this week to
<v Speaker 1>see Street Fighter or Whale Fall. I'm taking a break
<v Speaker 1>and then I'll see Clayface next week. Dry Chicken says,
<v Speaker 1>Halloween and pro wrestling mesh together. I'm recruiting the Death
<v Speaker 1>Riders to help me take on Ghostface from Scream. What
<v Speaker 1>are my chances? You did. You did. Here's a random
<v Speaker 1>unofficial stipulation from Mercedes and Tecla. The loser is forced
<v Speaker 1>to pass out candy to the sickos. Obsession was great.
<v Speaker 1>Indy Navaretti was wonderful. We got Mickie James and AJ Lee.
<v Speaker 1>Pick one of the two women to play Nikki, not Bella.
<v Speaker 1>Nikki to play Nikki? Neither one of them can play Nikki.
<v Speaker 1>They don't have the acting chops that Nikki does. Of
<v Speaker 1>the two, though, I think AJ Lee would probably fit
<v Speaker 1>better into that spot. Says, by the way, I watched
<v Speaker 1>Resident Evil last week. Zack Kreger did an excellent job. Yes,
<v Speaker 1>Resident Evil was very good. It was the opposite of
<v Speaker 1>Other Mommy. In my opinion, they should turn the second
<v Speaker 1>reboot Resident Evil movie into an anthology movie series. We
<v Speaker 1>need to will it into existence. Somebody tweeted me, I
<v Speaker 1>haven't watched it yet, but somebody tweeted me a link
<v Speaker 1>to a 20-minute fan-made YouTube Resident Evil movie. Like a
<v Speaker 1>fan movie. Apparently that's really good. So I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>have to check that out and.
<v Speaker 1>See how it is?
<v Speaker 2>What do we got here? We have.
<v Speaker 1>This is all dry chicken, man. Well, my wish came true.
<v Speaker 1>Carmelo Hayes moved to Raw. Name one member of the
<v Speaker 1>Judgment Day to survive a nightmare on Elm Street encounter
<v Speaker 1>with Freddy Krueger. Of the Judgment Day? Damien Priest, if
<v Speaker 1>he was still with them. There's something strange in your neighborhood.
<v Speaker 1>Who are you going to call? Not me. I'm unlisted.
<v Speaker 1>I have one song to add to your playlist. The
<v Speaker 1>Cretans by The Runaway Wild. I've never heard of them
<v Speaker 1>a day in my life. I don't even know who
<v Speaker 1>they are. The Cretans? I know a few of those guys.
<v Speaker 1>I think we all know a few. In our lives.
<v Speaker 1>Who do we got here? We have Love the Lord.
<v Speaker 1>The Adam Copeland retirement announcement. Motor City Machine Guns versus
<v Speaker 1>FTR Surprise. The new level segment. Tecla pinning Mercedes in
<v Speaker 1>the main event match. The rest was meh. Yeah, I mean,
<v Speaker 1>most of the show was meh. It was a show.
<v Speaker 1>That's what it was. The Copeland thing was the most
<v Speaker 1>newsworthy thing on the entire show. Misfit Wrestling Podcast. Cody
<v Speaker 1>Rhodes may have accidentally let it slip that he is
<v Speaker 1>in X-Men. On that podcast with Andrew... Whatever the hell
<v Speaker 1>his name is. He was being very coy. He got
<v Speaker 1>very nervous when the guy was joking around with him.
<v Speaker 1>I think he secretly has a role in this X-Men movie,
<v Speaker 1>which also has Indy Navaretti playing Rogue. You know who
<v Speaker 1>I think he would probably fit as Cable. Cody is Cable.
<v Speaker 1>How do we feel about that? Robo What wrestlers would
<v Speaker 1>you book for Cope's retirement run? He has Omega. He
<v Speaker 1>has Omega Swerve on his list of dream opponents. I'm
<v Speaker 1>sure we'll get those. Yeah, I'm sure we'll get those two. Um,
<v Speaker 1>his retirement, well, I'll tell you what, if Sheamus, Sheamus
<v Speaker 1>coming into AEW, which I still think happens at some point,
<v Speaker 1>Sheamus coming in would be perfect because that was the
<v Speaker 1>last match that he had in WWE. So they would
<v Speaker 1>have the ability to run it back in AEW. I
<v Speaker 1>kind of feel like the two of them would love
<v Speaker 1>to do that. And I think by next year, if
<v Speaker 1>not sooner, we'll probably get Sheamus in an AEW ring,
<v Speaker 1>so that would probably be one. Um... Who could he
<v Speaker 1>bring in? Cena was a very big part of his career.
<v Speaker 1>You're not getting him. Christian's there. You've already done that. Gangrel?
<v Speaker 1>I'm not looking at this Copeland run as one where
<v Speaker 1>there's a ton of people for him to bring in.
<v Speaker 1>I'd rather him just work with the people that they
<v Speaker 1>have there. Again, if you bring in a Sheamus or
<v Speaker 1>someone like that, that's great. Oh, Josh Brolin is Cable. Hmm. Well,
<v Speaker 1>then who the hell would Cody be? I don't even
<v Speaker 1>know who he would be. Cody is Havoc? Alex Summers?
<v Speaker 1>I'm not as familiar with Havoc. He's not big enough
<v Speaker 1>to be Cable. Well, he can enlist the help of
<v Speaker 1>CM Punk's personal trainer and he can get him a
<v Speaker 1>little bigger. He can bulk up. Then he could be Cable. MVK.
<v Speaker 1>Hey Solo, hope you enjoy your birthday gifts. Also, one
<v Speaker 1>I can't stop laughing. Every time FTR comes out looking
<v Speaker 1>like gas station attendants or a bowling team. Well, in
<v Speaker 1>their time back in NXT, at the very beginning, they
<v Speaker 1>were like the mechanics. So that's the same thing, I think,
<v Speaker 1>that they were wearing back then. It's like they've come
<v Speaker 1>full circle. They do look like they run a full-service
<v Speaker 1>gas station. They would be pumping your gas. See, but
<v Speaker 1>they're blue-collar boys. Get their hands dirty. My only problem
<v Speaker 1>with the show is it was obvious who were winning
<v Speaker 1>the matches. Yeah, I mean, up and down the whole thing, dude. Like,
<v Speaker 1>there were no surprises whatsoever when it comes to that. MVK,
<v Speaker 1>you told us your favorite Michael Jackson song. Here's my
<v Speaker 1>favorite human nature. Do you have a favorite Stevie Wonder
<v Speaker 1>song if you are a fellow fan? Yeah, I think
<v Speaker 1>Stevie's music is great. Was it a Stevie song, though?
<v Speaker 1>All Night Long? Let me see here. Let me see. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>Superstition is definitely one of my favorite Stevie Wonder songs,
<v Speaker 1>for sure. Yeah, you know what? It might be Superstition. Superstition.
<v Speaker 1>Randy Bobandy with a pair of magenta bombs, a pair
<v Speaker 1>of Gunthar bombs here on the stream. And he did
<v Speaker 1>a Money in the Bank cash-in, which is why we're
<v Speaker 1>getting two rounds of Be the Booker tonight instead of once.
<v Speaker 1>Everybody say, thank you, Randy. Misfit Wrestling Podcast says, Ilya
<v Speaker 1>Dragunov vignette aired on Collision. We had EJ Slemp. I
<v Speaker 1>don't care what anybody says. I love Halloween Resurrection. Busta Rhymes.
<v Speaker 1>I left the back door unlocked for your ass to
<v Speaker 1>go out the back into the garage. Yeah. EJ, I
<v Speaker 1>would not be admitting to this. I would not be
<v Speaker 1>admitting to that. I would still watch it over Other Mommy,
<v Speaker 1>but that's not saying much. Langen, again, thank you, brother.
<v Speaker 1>All the way back from the TV tracks days. And
<v Speaker 1>the Uffman. Sisters of Sin slash Divine Dominion And he
<v Speaker 1>wrote FRT. So fart against Motor City Machine Guns are
<v Speaker 1>on the tailgate brawl. So two on tailgate, nine on
<v Speaker 1>the main card. Well, I for one cannot wait to
<v Speaker 1>see fart on the machine guns. That should be fun.
<v Speaker 1>What do we got here? Who is this fine gentleman
<v Speaker 1>who just sent this? Jeremy Rose. Who is Jeremy? Jeremy
<v Speaker 1>Rose says, since WWE only cares about money and Saudi feelings,
<v Speaker 1>how many stars do you see refusing to work Crown Jewel?
<v Speaker 1>Can you see the OTC saying, hell no, I am
<v Speaker 1>not going? No, I think Roman is going to do
<v Speaker 1>as he's told. Roman is not going to say a word.
<v Speaker 1>Roman is paid too well. His family is there. He
<v Speaker 1>ain't going to rock the boat. Isaac. Did you see
<v Speaker 1>the trailer for The Exorcist? Martyrs. Is that with Scarlett Johansson?
<v Speaker 1>I did. I've never been an Exorcist guy, so I
<v Speaker 1>really don't have any interest in the Exorcist movie. I
<v Speaker 1>just never was never really interested in it. Uffman says,
<v Speaker 1>all night long is, oh yes, right, Lionel Richie, yes. Yes. Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>but then I probably would go with Superstition for Stevie Wonder.
<v Speaker 1>I know it's probably a very basic song, but I
<v Speaker 1>don't know his full catalog as intimately as I do
<v Speaker 1>Other artists. You need to see Exorcist. Exorcist Martyrs is
<v Speaker 1>a sequel to Exorcist 3. I haven't seen Exorcist 1.
<v Speaker 1>I've seen certain clips from it, but never actually sat
<v Speaker 1>down to watch the movie from start to finish. Just
<v Speaker 1>never had any interest. Poltergeist. That's another one. Never did.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know, the ghost stuff and the exorcisms and
<v Speaker 1>the demons, that's not my style of horror that really
<v Speaker 1>jives with me. Jeremy says, Roman always says he's about
<v Speaker 1>his family, so why put his life at risk?
<v Speaker 2>Money.
<v Speaker 1>Money. It's all about the money. Money. EJ says, Solomonser,
<v Speaker 1>Halloween Resurrection is a guilty pleasure, but it's no Jason X.
<v Speaker 1>It's in space. It's in space. Cinema. Jason X would
<v Speaker 1>probably be my guilty pleasure. Certainly better than that piece
<v Speaker 1>of shit that was part nine. All right, here we go.
<v Speaker 1>It is time. It is time. It is time. It
<v Speaker 1>is time to be the booker. Ladies and gentlemen, it
<v Speaker 1>is now time to be the Booker. It is time,
<v Speaker 1>ladies and gentlemen, to be the Booker. Actually, there's one
<v Speaker 1>here that I missed. From, is it Misfit? It might
<v Speaker 1>be Misfit. General Entertainment Authority is considering canceling all 2026
<v Speaker 1>Riyadh season events.
<v Speaker 2>Good.
<v Speaker 1>Boy, that would spare WWE having to make that decision
<v Speaker 1>and TKO, wouldn't it? They just moved another event. There
<v Speaker 1>was another event that was coming. What was it? Golf?
<v Speaker 1>Might have been a golf event or something that just
<v Speaker 1>got rescheduled to like December. They should fucking move it.
<v Speaker 1>It should have been moved weeks ago. We're all a
<v Speaker 1>bunch of greedy assholes. They don't give a shit. They
<v Speaker 1>don't care. They're probably feeling the pressure. Or they're getting
<v Speaker 1>messages from people saying, hey, we might pull out here.
<v Speaker 1>So you might want to make a judgment call on
<v Speaker 1>this because it's going to make them look bad. If
<v Speaker 1>they have all these people pulling out, if they make
<v Speaker 1>the decision, well, that's a little bit different. In the
<v Speaker 1>interest of everyone's safety, maybe it's a face-saving measure. Who cares?
<v Speaker 1>Just do the right thing and cancel the fucking events.
<v Speaker 1>Postpone them, cancel them. It's not worth it. It's ridiculous
<v Speaker 1>that we even are talking about this. We have the
<v Speaker 1>Nasty Boys. Former WWF Tag Team Champions, the Nasty Boys
<v Speaker 1>against Stone Cold Steve Austin and Dude Love. This as
<v Speaker 1>like a hardcore... style or Falls Count Anywhere brawl, could
<v Speaker 1>actually be a lot of fun. If you've never seen
<v Speaker 1>the match, The Nasties against this man right here, but
<v Speaker 1>he was Cactus Jack, and Max Payne. And I don't
<v Speaker 1>remember if it was Spring Stampede 94. I forgot what
<v Speaker 1>show it was. Uncensored. Uncensored. It was one of those shows.
<v Speaker 1>It was a fun one, but some of the bumps
<v Speaker 1>that Foley took there at the end. Oof. So this
<v Speaker 1>could be fun in just kind of a wild brawl
<v Speaker 1>kind of way. I'd watch that. We got everyone's favorite.
<v Speaker 1>A storm is coming. She could play Storm in an
<v Speaker 1>X-Men movie. Jade Cargill. The former WWE Women's Champion. Going
<v Speaker 1>to be going one-on-one with The Problem. Marina Shafir. What
<v Speaker 1>are we thinking about this? Jade Cargill and Marina Shafir.
<v Speaker 1>This feels like an AEW match. Jade Cargill and Marina
<v Speaker 1>Shafir actually... would probably be a fucking mess if I
<v Speaker 1>had a Ventra, I guess. I think that would be
<v Speaker 1>a mess. I like Marina, but I feel like Jade
<v Speaker 1>is going to need a different, more experienced opponent to
<v Speaker 1>share the ring with. You have to act first. How
<v Speaker 1>much acting does Storm really have to do? It's all
<v Speaker 1>CGI effects anyway. I mean, look, she's no Halle Berry
<v Speaker 1>in that role, but still. Alright, and our main event.
<v Speaker 1>We have Rey Mysterio, who beat Big Cass on Raw
<v Speaker 1>this week.
<v Speaker 2>Ugh.
<v Speaker 1>Rey Mysterio just got himself three opponents because this is
<v Speaker 1>now a fatal four-way. See, the next round is supposed
<v Speaker 1>to have all the stipulations. But I forgot, we have
<v Speaker 1>a few floating around in here too. Rey Mysterio is
<v Speaker 1>going to participate here in a four-way dance. The second
<v Speaker 1>man in this four-way is going to be Orange Cassidy. Okay.
<v Speaker 1>Rey Mysterio. Orange Cassidy. Oh, we have a title on
<v Speaker 1>the line. Look at this. This Fatal 4-Way just became
<v Speaker 1>a WWE Championship Fatal 4-Way. That is the Attitude Era
<v Speaker 1>Big Eagle Belt. Who is the first person? I get
<v Speaker 1>this question sometimes about belts from different eras. Who is
<v Speaker 1>the first person, the first face that you think of
<v Speaker 1>when you see that belt? Honestly, I think of The
<v Speaker 1>Rock when I see this belt. I mean, it's Rock
<v Speaker 1>or Austin, but I think of Rock when I see that.
<v Speaker 1>Got that one on the wall behind me as well.
<v Speaker 1>All right, so Rey Mysterio and Orange Cassidy. Two of
<v Speaker 1>the four. This is a WWE title match now. Oh,
<v Speaker 1>look who it is. Omosapiens rise! It is Omos! Who
<v Speaker 1>is that that he's holding? Whose child is that that
<v Speaker 1>he's holding in his hands here? He snatched someone's baby
<v Speaker 1>out of the audience. Is that Microman? Boy, Rey Mysterio
<v Speaker 1>just cannot get rid of this Omos guy. Poor Rey.
<v Speaker 1>He just can't get rid of him. And Big Daddy
<v Speaker 1>Cool Diesel. Oh, my God. Diesel and Omos in the
<v Speaker 1>same match. Spare me. Spare me. Nobody asked for this.
<v Speaker 1>Omos and Diesel. Well, not a great round. We went
<v Speaker 1>from Jade Cargill against Marina Shafir to a four-way match
<v Speaker 1>involving Kevin Nash and Omos. I think we can do better.
<v Speaker 1>I think we need to wipe the bad taste out
<v Speaker 1>of our mouths. Hey, shout out to RetroKOH. 43 months
<v Speaker 1>of channel membership. Close to four years, he says. Five
<v Speaker 1>months to go. You sound like it's a prison sentence.
<v Speaker 1>He's counting down the days until he gets out. Thank you, Retro.
<v Speaker 1>Retro's been around for quite some time. All right, we
<v Speaker 1>get to pick some steps here. So here we go.
<v Speaker 1>We're going to have ourselves a final deletion match. I
<v Speaker 1>feel like we've had a couple of these recently. We're
<v Speaker 1>starting cinematic. Cinematic with the tag teams. Final deletion from
<v Speaker 1>the Hardy compound. In fact, we had a final deletion match,
<v Speaker 1>and then we landed on Jeff Hardy the other day,
<v Speaker 1>which was quite funny. There he is again. Boy, Nash,
<v Speaker 1>he's working more here in this night, this one night here,
<v Speaker 1>and be the booker than he has in years. Kevin
<v Speaker 1>Nash and Scott Hall, the outsiders, are on their way
<v Speaker 1>to the Hardy compound. Who will they be facing? What
<v Speaker 1>is this going to look like? Oh, look, it's Nash's
<v Speaker 1>favorite opponent. It's Mabel. Just ask him about his SummerSlam
<v Speaker 1>match with Mabel. He'll tell you how excited he was
<v Speaker 1>to be in the ring with him. Men on a
<v Speaker 1>mission and the Outsiders in a final deletion match. feel
<v Speaker 1>like they would all just try to drown Oscar in
<v Speaker 1>the lake of reincarnation so we be the booker has
<v Speaker 1>been very cruel tonight because they have put Kevin Nash
<v Speaker 1>in matches with Omos and Mabel and I don't know
<v Speaker 1>if it expects me to actually give the bell to
<v Speaker 1>this I mean what am I supposed to do here
<v Speaker 1>with this what exactly am I supposed to be doing
<v Speaker 1>here this is terrible This is just awful. Alright, now
<v Speaker 1>we're going from that to a brawl for all. Maybe
<v Speaker 1>we'll land on Kevin Nash again. He'll be in a
<v Speaker 1>brawl for all match. I mean, seriously. Why are you
<v Speaker 1>putting Nash in the ring with all of his... Like,
<v Speaker 1>all of these opponents that just don't... They don't help
<v Speaker 1>the situation. They don't... They don't make up for whatever
<v Speaker 1>his shortcomings are. They don't accentuate the man's strengths. They
<v Speaker 1>just highlight his weaknesses. All right, so I guess we're
<v Speaker 1>going to skip the women's match, I guess. We'll do
<v Speaker 1>the men's match. A brawl for all. For the WWE champ. Boy,
<v Speaker 1>Be The Booker really likes this belt. Second time now
<v Speaker 1>we've landed on it tonight. The Big Eagle Attitude Era
<v Speaker 1>scratch logo belt is on the line in a Brawl
<v Speaker 1>for All match. Darby Allin will be in a Brawl
<v Speaker 1>for All match. That sounds about right. Darby Allin's going
<v Speaker 1>to get his ass knocked out very quickly in this
<v Speaker 1>Brawl for All match. I don't believe there are dives
<v Speaker 1>allowed in a Brawl for All. What is Darby going
<v Speaker 1>to do if he can't dive? This is going to
<v Speaker 1>end very badly for Darby Allen. Oh, look, Darby Allen. No,
<v Speaker 1>it happened again. That's the second time now that that's happened.
<v Speaker 1>That is the second time now that that has happened.
<v Speaker 1>I was about ready to celebrate. We landed on the chairman.
<v Speaker 1>We landed on La Parca. One of the newest additions
<v Speaker 1>to be the booker. And then it just kept going.
<v Speaker 1>And we land on Javon Evans. Javon Evans and Darby
<v Speaker 1>Allin in a Brawl for All match? If it was
<v Speaker 1>any other kind of match, I would give it the bell.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going with Javon, by the way. Javon is going
<v Speaker 1>to kill this man. What is going on in Be
<v Speaker 1>The Booker? Why are you depriving me of La Parga?
<v Speaker 1>Damn you, Peter Booker. Damn you to hell. We got
<v Speaker 1>one more round. This could be a sweep, but not
<v Speaker 1>the kind of sweep that we were hoping for. We
<v Speaker 1>got ourselves a parking lot brawl. All right, we're going
<v Speaker 1>out to the parking lot. That's been where 946 has
<v Speaker 1>been hanging out. It's a dangerous place to be. Just
<v Speaker 1>ask Jacob Fatu. Oh, look at this. This man's a legend.
<v Speaker 1>It's gymnasium. Now, It's kind of two different locations, though,
<v Speaker 1>is it not? The parking lot, you got the gymnasium.
<v Speaker 1>Gymnasium is going to be a good old gym. Gym
<v Speaker 1>should be in the WWE Hall of Fame. I like gym.
<v Speaker 1>Good old gymnasium. People are like, what the fuck is
<v Speaker 1>going on here? There he is again. It's going to
<v Speaker 1>be gymnasium getting murdered by the Beast. Brock Lesnar in
<v Speaker 1>a parking lot brawl. And I will give this the bell.
<v Speaker 1>I will enjoy the carnage. It's going to be like
<v Speaker 1>watching an animal playing with its food. Brock Lesnar and
<v Speaker 1>gymnasium in a parking lot brawl. You know, there are
<v Speaker 1>people who are going to listen to the audio here.
<v Speaker 1>They're going to listen to the audio on the download.
<v Speaker 1>They don't see the visuals. And they're going to be like,
<v Speaker 1>who the fuck is gymnasium? Who the fuck is gymnasium?
<v Speaker 1>That's why you got to watch the videos. Now they're
<v Speaker 1>going to be wondering this for the rest of the day.
<v Speaker 1>Who the hell is gymnasium? This is not even a
<v Speaker 1>fair fight. This is not even going to be fair.
<v Speaker 1>This was not the best night for Be The Booker.
<v Speaker 1>I think it's safe to say, but. Entertaining nonetheless. It's
<v Speaker 1>always entertaining. Jim membership has been cancelled. His life membership
<v Speaker 1>has been cancelled. We got a few of those in there,
<v Speaker 1>by the way. Gymnasium is not the only one. I
<v Speaker 1>believe Bill Ding is in there as well. Maybe we'll
<v Speaker 1>land on him one day. Let's see. Final Super Chats here.
<v Speaker 1>We have Jeremy. We still got more coming in. We
<v Speaker 1>had Jeremy who says, do you think WWE ups the
<v Speaker 1>pay even more than usual? For what? Crown Jewel? No. No,
<v Speaker 1>they don't. Dry Chicken says, The Cretans by The Runaway
<v Speaker 1>Wild is a synthwave song. Well, now you're speaking my
<v Speaker 1>love language here. I'll have to check that out. And
<v Speaker 1>The Hardy Compound, Men on a Mission Against the Outsiders...
<v Speaker 1>With the Voorhees, Pamela and Jason as the special guests.
<v Speaker 1>We've been booking a lot of hearty compound matches recently. Hey,
<v Speaker 1>Be The Booker, who are you to doubt La Parca? Yeah,
<v Speaker 1>I just realized El Dandy is not in there. Should
<v Speaker 1>I put El Dandy in Be The Booker? He's a
<v Speaker 1>jam-up guy, or so I'm told. I have La Parca
<v Speaker 1>in there, but I don't have El Dandy. My favorite
<v Speaker 1>Bret Hart thing that I think he ever did in WCW,
<v Speaker 1>other than maybe that promo, was when he just got
<v Speaker 1>to a point where he didn't give a shit anymore.
<v Speaker 1>He went out there, remember he was cutting these promos
<v Speaker 1>talking about his cat, his cat Smokey. He just, he
<v Speaker 1>didn't give a fuck at this point. Once he stopped
<v Speaker 1>giving a fuck, he was actually very entertaining. I was
<v Speaker 1>hoping he would bring the cat with him one day
<v Speaker 1>and have the cat on a leash, take the cat
<v Speaker 1>to the ring with him. That poor cat would have
<v Speaker 1>been terrified. Replace Mabel with El Dandy. Mabel's not in
<v Speaker 1>there by himself. Mabel's only in there as a tag team.
<v Speaker 1>Mabel is... We will never land on Mabel in Men's
<v Speaker 1>Be the Booker. He's not in there. All right, well,
<v Speaker 1>thank you guys for a fun night, as it turned out.
<v Speaker 1>It's Wednesday, so.
<v Speaker 1>Not a whole lot going on. It was a go-home show.
<v Speaker 1>We got all the matches sorted for what sounds like
<v Speaker 1>is going to be a very large, bloated pay-per-view on Saturday.
<v Speaker 1>I will not be live after that, just be aware.
<v Speaker 1>I will be live on Friday, though, after SmackDown, SmackDown
<v Speaker 1>coming out of Money in the Bank. We'll see. Raw
<v Speaker 1>was a pretty newsworthy show on Monday. We'll see if
<v Speaker 1>SmackDown ends up being newsworthy as well. We do have
<v Speaker 1>a couple of people running around with some briefcases now.
<v Speaker 1>You never know. And if you missed it, the Uncrowned
<v Speaker 1>Wrestling Show. Again, it went up late yesterday, but it
<v Speaker 1>did go up. A lot of news covered from a
<v Speaker 1>lot of different territories, a lot of different places. Some
<v Speaker 1>miscellaneous stuff as well. And your questions. Email questions, and
<v Speaker 1>sometimes you think it's going to be answered on the
<v Speaker 1>sound off if it gets answered on the show at all.
<v Speaker 1>Then you find out, hey, I heard you answered it
<v Speaker 1>on the Uncrowned Wrestling Show. That's why you got to listen.
<v Speaker 1>You never know. You may hear your question on there.
<v Speaker 1>EJ says, Salamasa, remember when I said I'd book Hogan
<v Speaker 1>in a tag team with Ted RCD in the 80s?
<v Speaker 1>I named them the Venice Valhalas. Put RCD and be
<v Speaker 1>the booker. No. No, I won't do that. No one's
<v Speaker 1>going to know who he is if we land on him.
<v Speaker 1>I've got to save it for special people at this point.
<v Speaker 1>El Dandy, for example. I'll put El Dandy in there
<v Speaker 1>over Ted RCD. Hog and Pig in Be the Booker.
<v Speaker 1>The Godwins, I think together, the Godwins are in there,
<v Speaker 1>I believe, yes. Godwins are in there. Body Donnas are
<v Speaker 1>in there. The Bushwhackers are not. No, Viscera is not
<v Speaker 1>in there. Funny enough, I was thinking about adding Viscera,
<v Speaker 1>and when I went to go look up images to use,
<v Speaker 1>one of the first things that came up was from
<v Speaker 1>his Love Machine phase, and it was him doing.
<v Speaker 1>In the ring laying on top of, I don't know
<v Speaker 1>who it was, Rob Conway. He was doing unspeakable things
<v Speaker 1>to him, and I said, I can't do this. I
<v Speaker 1>can't put this in Be the Booker. I cannot, I
<v Speaker 1>cannot in good conscience do this. So no, he's not
<v Speaker 1>in there. Midian is not in there, naked or otherwise.
<v Speaker 1>But I am taking suggestions, though. We're always adding new faces,
<v Speaker 1>taking some faces out. Rosa Mendes is still floating around
<v Speaker 1>in there, though. Rectal destruction. That was his finishing maneuver.
<v Speaker 1>It was a very different time in WWE. Sometimes I
<v Speaker 1>look back on the old days, even before that, and
<v Speaker 1>I long for the old days, and I get very nostalgic.
<v Speaker 1>I can honestly tell you that period of time in WWE,
<v Speaker 1>I have zero nostalgia for. I'm very happy it's over.
<v Speaker 1>And we don't have to see some of that stuff
<v Speaker 1>ever again. God. The rectal stretch? What? Is that different
<v Speaker 1>from the regal stretch? That's a different move. I know
<v Speaker 1>the regal stretch. I've never heard of the rectal stretch before.
<v Speaker 1>I don't think I want to know about that. In fact,
<v Speaker 1>I know I don't want to know about that. In fact,
<v Speaker 1>I think that's a good place to call it quits
<v Speaker 1>here tonight. Be well. Stay safe. Stay away from the
<v Speaker 1>rectal stretch. And come on back on Friday night for
<v Speaker 1>the SmackDown post show. I'll see you guys there. Until then,
<v Speaker 1>take care, guys.
