<v Speaker 1>You're waking up to Denver's Morning Show.
<v Speaker 2>With Nina and Josh.
<v Speaker 1>Mix 100.
<v Speaker 2>So Michael Douglas was on a podcast recently, and he
<v Speaker 2>shared a story about him and Danny DeVito back in
<v Speaker 2>the day. And this story proves that the actor Danny DeVito...
<v Speaker 2>is indeed Frank Reynolds from his character It's Always Sunny
<v Speaker 2>in Philadelphia.
<v Speaker 1>That makes me so happy.
<v Speaker 2>This story is ridiculous, and I couldn't love it more.
<v Speaker 2>So Michael Douglas says that he was in a car
<v Speaker 2>with Danny DeVito, and they were packing some greenery, if
<v Speaker 2>you know what I mean.
<v Speaker 1>Of course.
<v Speaker 2>We're in Colorado. It is what it is.
<v Speaker 1>It's all good.
<v Speaker 2>And Michael, he was driving, he made an illegal left turn,
<v Speaker 2>and then all of a sudden, the blue and red
<v Speaker 2>lights behind him, right? Yep, exactly. So they pull over,
<v Speaker 2>and knowing that they had that special stuff in their pocket, right,
<v Speaker 2>Michael gets out of the car to greet the cops, which,
<v Speaker 2>that's a bold move. Gotcha. But he says, you know,
<v Speaker 2>I'm so sorry. I know why you're pulling me over.
<v Speaker 2>I made that illegal left turn. Hi, I'm actor Michael Douglas.
<v Speaker 2>Maybe you've heard of me. And he's just smoothing things
<v Speaker 2>over outside of the vehicle. Meanwhile, Danny DeVito is in
<v Speaker 2>the car with those rolled up trees that they got.
<v Speaker 2>And he ended up Eating the cigarettes to avoid trouble
<v Speaker 2>with the cops. And that is such a Frank Reynolds
<v Speaker 2>thing to do.
<v Speaker 1>Gotta eat the marijuana cigarettes.
<v Speaker 2>He said he ate them so that they wouldn't get
<v Speaker 2>in trouble just in case.
<v Speaker 1>And then he saw noises for the next six hours.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly. And I think they were on their way to
<v Speaker 2>an award show. So that was probably the best award
<v Speaker 2>show of Danny's life.
<v Speaker 1>I'd like to thank not only Jesus, but God. Thank you.
<v Speaker 1>That's fantastic. And that is, you're right, that is such
<v Speaker 1>a frank move right there.
<v Speaker 2>You gotta eat it. What else are you gonna do?
<v Speaker 1>That's hilarious. I mean, hey, you can't... That's honestly a
<v Speaker 1>good move. I guess. It's not gonna kill you. It's
<v Speaker 1>not gonna do anything. No, probably not. It's just like eating...
<v Speaker 1>An edible? Would it not be?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, essentially. Essentially, yes.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, he's just going to go.
<v Speaker 2>And how and why I know that, don't worry about it.
<v Speaker 2>Don't ask questions.
<v Speaker 1>No, no, no. We've all heard. This is all alleged.
<v Speaker 1>We've all heard. All right. That's crazy. Good for them.
<v Speaker 1>That's funny. Yes.
<v Speaker 3>All right.
<v Speaker 1>Well, Diddy, he was in the news a couple days
<v Speaker 1>ago because he did suffer a head injury. Some people
<v Speaker 1>were saying he fell and hit his head. Some people
<v Speaker 1>were saying it was because of a fight. Well, we
<v Speaker 1>know now it was because, for some reason, he fought
<v Speaker 1>a Jamaican drug lord in prison. Oh, wow. This guy's
<v Speaker 1>name is Christopher, I don't want to say doodoo, dudus.
<v Speaker 2>I'm not laughing.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know. I don't know. Don't laugh at this guy.
<v Speaker 1>I'm not laughing. He is a drug lord, Nina. I'm
<v Speaker 1>not laughing. Don't laugh. I'm not laughing at the drug lord.
<v Speaker 2>I'm not doing it.
<v Speaker 1>His real name is Christopher Coke. Fitting drug lord name,
<v Speaker 1>by the way. Oh my gosh. In New Jersey's Fort
<v Speaker 1>Dix Federal Prison. He did have a head injury. It's okay.
<v Speaker 1>He was... released that same day and put back in prison.
<v Speaker 1>But TMZ is describing the facility, or this guy is
<v Speaker 1>described in the facility as the real kingpin of So
<v Speaker 1>I don't know why Diddy would want to fight him.
<v Speaker 2>I know why. Diddy didn't want to fight this guy.
<v Speaker 2>This guy fought Diddy because obviously he and Diddy are
<v Speaker 2>like friends kind of or know each other or maybe
<v Speaker 2>traded services. When Diddy was getting all those like lavish treatments,
<v Speaker 2>he's mad that it made the news and he beat
<v Speaker 2>up Diddy. That's literally what happened.
<v Speaker 1>That makes perfect sense.
<v Speaker 2>That's literally what happened.
<v Speaker 1>I bet you that guy's the guy in there that's like,
<v Speaker 1>I can get you some stuff if you need it.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, and then it got out everywhere. Diddy got in
<v Speaker 2>trouble for it. Maybe the drug lord got in trouble
<v Speaker 2>for it. Maybe he didn't, but either way, his little
<v Speaker 2>secret got out there.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>And he's pissed.
<v Speaker 1>He's pissed. Yeah. Well, Diddy has already been moved to
<v Speaker 1>solitary confinement again following this whole fiasco that happened. And
<v Speaker 1>the fight apparently occurred during his, like, you get it
<v Speaker 1>like a daily break, you know, where you can kind
<v Speaker 1>of go hang out with people and stuff. Yeah. And
<v Speaker 1>he got jumped, apparently. So, I mean, you gotta think
<v Speaker 1>that Diddy is just the highest target there, right? I mean, 100%.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, it's Sean Combs. He's got the celebrity on
<v Speaker 2>his name, for sure. I mean, you cannot mess around
<v Speaker 2>in jail like that. When it got out, I knew
<v Speaker 2>something was going to come of this. You can't mess
<v Speaker 2>around in jail. You can't mess around with the drug
<v Speaker 2>kingpins in jail.
<v Speaker 3>No.
<v Speaker 1>Whose last name is Coe?
<v Speaker 2>Right?
<v Speaker 1>You can't do that. That's what I'm saying.
<v Speaker 2>Listen, I got family in jail, OK? Stop messing around, Diddy.
<v Speaker 2>You got to know the rules. So Josh, last night,
<v Speaker 2>I was at home. And then all of a sudden
<v Speaker 2>my nieces started texting me in our little group chat
<v Speaker 2>that we have. And they're like, ladies, Love is Blind
<v Speaker 2>season tonight. They dropped new episodes. And I was like, OMG,
<v Speaker 2>I totally forgot. I normally keep track of Love is
<v Speaker 2>Blind a little bit more.
<v Speaker 1>Of course.
<v Speaker 2>But it's season 11. It's been so long. The past
<v Speaker 2>few seasons have been a disaster.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, starting with Denver, right? Right. It was so bad.
<v Speaker 2>And then I had totally forgot about it. But you
<v Speaker 2>know what? I was like, yeah, let's do it. And so...
<v Speaker 2>We do this thing, and I'm so curious, Josh, if
<v Speaker 2>guys are the same. But for me, I felt like
<v Speaker 2>the Love is Blind season premiere and us getting excited
<v Speaker 2>about it together and talking about it together and essentially
<v Speaker 2>watching it together, I am curious, or I think that
<v Speaker 2>Love is Blind season premiere is, for us, the start
<v Speaker 2>of football for you.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, I could see that for sure.
<v Speaker 2>And then now I'm keeping track of the episodes and
<v Speaker 2>I'm keeping track of the contestants.
<v Speaker 1>That's actually a very fair comp because I feel like
<v Speaker 1>it's the same thing. All of the boys, you know,
<v Speaker 1>the boys get together for the start of football season.
<v Speaker 1>Not only are we doing our fantasy drafts, you know,
<v Speaker 1>to start the season, but we're also texting each other like, yo,
<v Speaker 1>did you see this one play? Did you see that
<v Speaker 1>guy get drilled? Hey, what a touchdown catch. Like, we
<v Speaker 1>are all collectively... kind of watching together.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, so you are, and you guys are communicating, texting
<v Speaker 2>each other?
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely, yes.
<v Speaker 2>Okay, because that's what I wasn't sure because- All day long.
<v Speaker 2>With me and my nieces, and then I had another
<v Speaker 2>friend here locally in Denver too, it was the four
<v Speaker 2>of us created a group chat to watch Love is
<v Speaker 2>Blind season 11. It's taking place in Boston.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 2>And we were just texting each other the whole time.
<v Speaker 2>I like her, I don't like him. She's super pretty.
<v Speaker 2>This guy, eh, I don't know. He's coming off like
<v Speaker 2>too much. That's so funny. And we were just texting
<v Speaker 2>the entire, like a live text throughout the entire show.
<v Speaker 2>We literally were like, okay, count of three. We're all
<v Speaker 2>going to hit play.
<v Speaker 1>One, two, three. Oh, my gosh. See, that's so funny.
<v Speaker 1>We do the same thing where it's essentially red zone.
<v Speaker 1>Red zone is kind of where you can watch all
<v Speaker 1>of the games at the same time a little bit.
<v Speaker 1>They're showing, you know, touchdowns and things like that. And
<v Speaker 1>we'll do the same thing. We're like, what is Joe
<v Speaker 1>Burrow doing? What a horrible interception. Why can't so-and-so run
<v Speaker 1>up the middle? What a horrible interception. Things like that.
<v Speaker 1>So that's funny that you kind of do the same thing.
<v Speaker 1>I've never thought about that. I feel like as guys,
<v Speaker 1>we always just are watching collectively the same sports. So
<v Speaker 1>I can text them and be like, hey, are you
<v Speaker 1>watching the Texans game? They'll say, yeah, absolutely.
<v Speaker 3>Right.
<v Speaker 2>And then you can say whatever you need to say
<v Speaker 2>about it.
<v Speaker 1>Totally follow along with it, right? Yeah. Nina, we do
<v Speaker 1>that for everything, so it's not just football. Really? Once
<v Speaker 1>hockey season starts, once the NBA season starts. Because that's like,
<v Speaker 1>I'm not saying that's all guys have. I understand. There
<v Speaker 1>is much more to life than just watching sports. I
<v Speaker 1>get that. Yes. collectively, that is probably the largest thing
<v Speaker 1>that I could text any of my friends and just
<v Speaker 1>be like, hey, are you watching so-and-so's game? They say yes,
<v Speaker 1>and then we can talk about anything.
<v Speaker 2>Wait, that's actually so cute, because I just didn't know
<v Speaker 2>that the boys were at home texting each other about
<v Speaker 2>their little sports game.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we're laying on the couch, kicking our feet up
<v Speaker 1>in the air behind us, talking sports. Absolutely.
<v Speaker 2>Oh my gosh, I love that so much. For me,
<v Speaker 2>it's love is blind. For you, it's football.
<v Speaker 1>So cute.
<v Speaker 2>I love that for us. Three things you need to
<v Speaker 2>know before you go into the office, and I'm going
<v Speaker 2>to try not to cry telling you about this, but
<v Speaker 2>this 10-year-old small little white dog was lost in Yellowstone
<v Speaker 2>National Park for a month, and he was just found alive.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my gosh.
<v Speaker 2>So this is a place, we're talking grizzly bears, wolves.
<v Speaker 2>Cliffs that just drop hundreds of feet, okay? This place
<v Speaker 2>is a nightmare.
<v Speaker 1>Not to mention geysers trying to blow you sky high.
<v Speaker 2>Buffalo that are just going to stomp on this little dog.
<v Speaker 1>Everything wants to kill you there.
<v Speaker 2>Yes, 100%. But Luna the dog was finally captured. Oh
<v Speaker 2>my gosh, this is the part that gets me. With
<v Speaker 2>treats and a t-shirt from their owner that smells like
<v Speaker 2>the owner... And I am so convinced that it was
<v Speaker 2>not the treats that lured her in, that it was
<v Speaker 2>indeed the clothes. It was the scent. Okay, here's why. Because...
<v Speaker 2>I'm getting emotional.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 2>So the staff, they knew that this had happened. They've
<v Speaker 2>been on the lookout at Yellowstone to find Luna and
<v Speaker 2>they saw her around the park and they were just
<v Speaker 2>trying to catch her, but she kept running away. And
<v Speaker 2>so they were the, they found out that Luna was
<v Speaker 2>retracing their owner's steps into lodges, restaurants that they went to,
<v Speaker 2>trails they were on.
<v Speaker 1>Like I am Nina, do you know what this is?
<v Speaker 1>This is real life. Well, yes.
<v Speaker 2>True love.
<v Speaker 1>This is real life Homeward Bound. Did you ever watch
<v Speaker 1>that movie back in the day? This is what happens.
<v Speaker 1>They retrace their steps.
<v Speaker 2>It's so cute.
<v Speaker 1>Do we know what kind of dog this is?
<v Speaker 2>A little fluffy adopted dog that they adopted him when
<v Speaker 2>he was one years old. I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>My Lord. A little mutt. That's the cutest thing I've
<v Speaker 1>ever heard in my life. I know.
<v Speaker 2>I'm in love with Luna. Luna's 10 years old, small
<v Speaker 2>little white dog got out of their hotel at Yellowstone
<v Speaker 2>and was missing for a month in like the most
<v Speaker 2>dangerous place for a domestic dog ever.
<v Speaker 1>There's going to be a Homeward Bound 3 about little Luna.
<v Speaker 1>That is wild.
<v Speaker 2>So cute.
<v Speaker 1>Lost in Yellowstone.
<v Speaker 2>I'm so happy that Luna was found.
<v Speaker 1>That's all. Yes, absolutely. That's a beautiful story with a
<v Speaker 1>happy ending. We love it.
<v Speaker 2>It is, and I'm not okay.
<v Speaker 1>Oh my goodness, that's awesome.
<v Speaker 2>Go ahead, Josh.
<v Speaker 1>All right, Nino. Okay, we'll get some tissues for you.
<v Speaker 2>Thank you.
<v Speaker 1>All right, well, this will absolutely not make you cry.
<v Speaker 1>This is the weirdest story that you and I have
<v Speaker 1>ever read, heard in our lifetime. A very long time
<v Speaker 1>professor at Macalester College in Minnesota, he facing some weird
<v Speaker 1>felony charges after allegedly Ew.
<v Speaker 2>Yikes.
<v Speaker 1>Ew. and returned to find it absolutely soaked in urine.
<v Speaker 2>How did he do this on purpose?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, so hold on. Bear with me here. Fisher was
<v Speaker 1>the only person nearby, and campus safety staff has now
<v Speaker 1>linked him to six other on-campus urinating incidents.
<v Speaker 2>Bruh.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so he said that he has admitted that he
<v Speaker 1>has developed a habit of urinating into a cup and
<v Speaker 1>then disposing of it improperly. I think he just, pees
<v Speaker 1>on backpacks. I don't think he pees in a cup
<v Speaker 1>and then just accidentally pours it over a backpack. This
<v Speaker 1>dude has a weird fetish. The student actually suffered over $ 2, 000
<v Speaker 1>in damages. I would expect that the laptop is broken
<v Speaker 1>and the books and other things.
<v Speaker 2>Of course, and everything's covered in someone else's urine.
<v Speaker 1>Which, by the way, just think of the smell, first
<v Speaker 1>of all. Disgusting. He's gonna have to go and appear
<v Speaker 1>in court and during this investigation, he is now going
<v Speaker 1>to appear in court in early November, Nina. One of
<v Speaker 1>the weirdest things. If you're the student, you gotta sue, right?
<v Speaker 1>You have to do this.
<v Speaker 2>I would think so. And what's interesting, Josh, is I
<v Speaker 2>heard about this story. And coincidentally, yesterday, I did an
<v Speaker 2>interview with Tom Papa, who we're giving away his tickets
<v Speaker 2>at 9 o'clock today.
<v Speaker 1>We are.
<v Speaker 2>Because he is going to be at the Paramount next
<v Speaker 2>Saturday filming a Netflix special, by the way.
<v Speaker 1>No way.
<v Speaker 2>Yes. And I asked Tom Papa about this story.
<v Speaker 1>Okay.
<v Speaker 2>I had to.
<v Speaker 1>Why?
<v Speaker 2>And I asked him, I said, you know, if you
<v Speaker 2>were the student, do you find this as your potential
<v Speaker 2>to just quickly make a buck? Do you sue? What
<v Speaker 2>would you do, Tom Papa? And here's what he said.
<v Speaker 3>I wouldn't sue, but I wouldn't let it go. I
<v Speaker 3>would use it to my advantage. I think, just the
<v Speaker 3>fact that we're talking about it, I would think of
<v Speaker 3>my own socials, and I would try and catch him
<v Speaker 3>in the act. and then post it and watch my
<v Speaker 3>followers just explode.
<v Speaker 1>Catch him in the act? Tom!
<v Speaker 2>Smart guy, though, because he's talking about his influencer lifestyle.
<v Speaker 2>You might as well get the follows because you could
<v Speaker 2>make so much money as an influencer now.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and if you sue, you're going to make a
<v Speaker 1>hard amount of cash, let's say for $ 10, 000 or whatever, where, however,
<v Speaker 1>if you blow up on social... The amount of money
<v Speaker 1>you can make is unlimited.
<v Speaker 2>It's insane.
<v Speaker 1>Brilliant.
<v Speaker 2>And then here's what else Tom Papa had to say
<v Speaker 2>about this guy.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, well, that's just, oh, my. Everybody should get an
<v Speaker 3>A because this guy does not know what he's doing.
<v Speaker 2>Agree.
<v Speaker 1>He's peeing on backpacks.
<v Speaker 2>That's sick. What a freak. So A's for everyone who's
<v Speaker 2>ever taken that man's class.
<v Speaker 1>Well, and you know what? I think they're all going
<v Speaker 1>to get A's because he's been fired. So they're like, hey,
<v Speaker 1>we're just going to pass you. Well, good.
<v Speaker 2>You know what? Good. He needs to be let go.
<v Speaker 2>That is not okay. That's insane.
<v Speaker 1>We'll see if he actually gets off with these or
<v Speaker 1>gets charged with these, too.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, for real. Go check out my interview with Tom Papa.
<v Speaker 2>It is up on YouTube at Mix 100 Denver. I
<v Speaker 2>put that up yesterday after talking with Tom Papa and
<v Speaker 2>sharing this story with him. He ended everything with this.
<v Speaker 3>So disturbing. Well, thank you for ruining my morning.
<v Speaker 2>You're welcome. I hope we didn't ruin everyone else's morning
<v Speaker 2>with that one.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, no, you totally did.
<v Speaker 2>I definitely did. And then really quick, the third thing
<v Speaker 2>you need to know, the city unveiled plans for Burnham
<v Speaker 2>Yard neighborhood ahead of the new Bronco Stadium yesterday, and
<v Speaker 2>the neighborhood representatives say they are actually really liking this plan.
<v Speaker 2>They feel heard. They feel seen. And so the Burnham
<v Speaker 2>Yard area plan is going to cover all sorts of
<v Speaker 2>stuff like transportation, retail and entertainment develop, and strategies to
<v Speaker 2>keep housing affordable. The city said... One of the main
<v Speaker 2>priorities is to prevent displacement of people and businesses that
<v Speaker 2>are already there. And as long as they keep that promise,
<v Speaker 2>shouldn't be an issue.
<v Speaker 1>No, I love that. I mean, that gets me so
<v Speaker 1>excited for this new Broncos stadium, along with everything that's
<v Speaker 1>going to come with it. It's just revamping a major
<v Speaker 1>part of Denver that needs it. Burnham Yards is a
<v Speaker 1>very old part.
<v Speaker 2>It is.
<v Speaker 1>Of the Denver area.
<v Speaker 2>It's underdeveloped.
<v Speaker 1>Completely. And so I love that they are willing to
<v Speaker 1>work with everybody who's already been there probably for decades.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>And that they're not just trying to kind of steamroll everybody.
<v Speaker 1>That's awesome.
<v Speaker 2>For sure. And listen, I'm very happy about it too
<v Speaker 2>because I don't live in that neighborhood, but I live
<v Speaker 2>nearby and I'm excited for my house value to go up.
<v Speaker 3>So.
<v Speaker 1>Selfishly.
<v Speaker 2>There you go. That's Know Before You Go on Mixed 100. Josh,
<v Speaker 2>typically after the show ends for you and I, it's
<v Speaker 2>like we have the whole day ahead of us. And
<v Speaker 2>today I feel so optimistic about that actually being my
<v Speaker 2>reality today because I got a decent night's sleep last night.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, yeah, the world's your oyster right now. Oh, for real. Absolutely.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, I'm going to crash at probably 11 a.m. today.
<v Speaker 1>That's usually when it happens.
<v Speaker 2>But I really do. I had a good night's sleep
<v Speaker 2>for the first time in a really long time, and
<v Speaker 2>I truly feel like I can take on the world.
<v Speaker 2>I'm like, okay, what errands do I need to go
<v Speaker 2>and take care of today that I just haven't been
<v Speaker 2>able to? So that's on the agenda for me later
<v Speaker 2>on today. You know, it's going to be cloudy. It's
<v Speaker 2>going to be a little maybe more rainy today. I'm like,
<v Speaker 2>you know what? Perfect day to just go run some
<v Speaker 2>errands and get stuff out of the way. But that's
<v Speaker 2>something that kind of you took care of yesterday.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah. So I was kind of in your shoes yesterday
<v Speaker 1>where I was like, you know what? I'm actually I'm
<v Speaker 1>not tired. I feel pretty good. I'm going to go
<v Speaker 1>out and kind of do some grocery shopping. I got
<v Speaker 1>that done.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>And I got that done. And it wasn't too busy out,
<v Speaker 1>which that's the one nice thing about our job is
<v Speaker 1>we can get a lot of errands done while everybody
<v Speaker 1>else is kind of at work. So it's not too
<v Speaker 1>busy out. So I was like, okay, I'm going to
<v Speaker 1>do a couple things. And the other day I ordered
<v Speaker 1>some pants. And instead of shipping them to me, they
<v Speaker 1>were like, hey, we will ship them free to the store.
<v Speaker 1>And we will, you just have to pick them up.
<v Speaker 1>I was like, absolutely, that's awesome.
<v Speaker 2>I do that all the time because it's cheaper. It's free,
<v Speaker 2>shipped to the store. You just pick it up rather
<v Speaker 2>than if it's shipped to your house, you have to
<v Speaker 2>pay $ 5, $ 10.
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, that's stupid. The store is like four minutes
<v Speaker 1>from my house anyway. So I'm like, sure, whatever, I'll
<v Speaker 1>do that.
<v Speaker 2>Perfect.
<v Speaker 1>So they said that these pants were supposed to be
<v Speaker 1>there and ready on Monday. And I had just been
<v Speaker 1>so busy, I was like, I haven't picked them up,
<v Speaker 1>and then yesterday was Wednesday, I'm like, oh crap, I
<v Speaker 1>gotta get my pants. So I go there, I go
<v Speaker 1>to the store, I have an email, by the way,
<v Speaker 1>this is the main thing, I have an email saying
<v Speaker 1>they are ready for pickup, okay? That's the main thing.
<v Speaker 1>So I go in, wait in this long line trying
<v Speaker 1>to talk to the representative, trying.
<v Speaker 2>To talk to somebody.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, exactly, and I'm like, hey, I have an email,
<v Speaker 1>it says that my pants are ready to be picked up,
<v Speaker 1>and she looks at them, and she's like, okay, your
<v Speaker 1>pants are here, She goes, they actually got in today.
<v Speaker 1>And I was like, okay, that's awesome. Great, doesn't matter.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm still here. Let me pick them up. She goes, well,
<v Speaker 1>they haven't been processed yet, so you can come back
<v Speaker 1>tomorrow and get your pants.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, no.
<v Speaker 1>What the F? What is that? Oh, no. What does
<v Speaker 1>that mean? My pants are there, physically in the store.
<v Speaker 1>I can go get them. I have paid the money
<v Speaker 1>to get these pants already.
<v Speaker 2>Right. You have a confirmation email saying, come pick them
<v Speaker 2>up at the store.
<v Speaker 1>I have an email.
<v Speaker 2>That's enough for me.
<v Speaker 1>We're here, buddy. Get us. Why do they have to
<v Speaker 1>be processed? I ask. I'm like, well, they're here. Like,
<v Speaker 1>just go process them yourself.
<v Speaker 2>Go do that. I'm pretty sure all they need to
<v Speaker 2>do is, like, scan two barcodes, put it in their system,
<v Speaker 2>and be done, right?
<v Speaker 1>I'm like, can you not go to the back and
<v Speaker 1>just get them? Like, if they're here, she's like, well, no,
<v Speaker 1>they have to go through. She just kept saying processing. And, like, okay. Oh, no, no, no.
<v Speaker 1>Nothing against her. She was very helpful. She was not rude.
<v Speaker 1>She was a little bit of an older lady. So
<v Speaker 1>maybe she just.
<v Speaker 2>She didn't want to deal with it.
<v Speaker 1>Maybe that. And that's fine. I get that. There's a
<v Speaker 1>lot of stuff I don't want to deal with either.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm not mad at her. I'm mad at this process.
<v Speaker 1>Speaking of processing. Right. I'm mad at the whole process
<v Speaker 1>because I got the email saying, come pick it up.
<v Speaker 1>They were supposed to be there at that point two
<v Speaker 1>days ago.
<v Speaker 2>Two days ago. How were they not processed yet?
<v Speaker 1>That's what I'm saying.
<v Speaker 2>And you have a confirmation email saying, go ahead, pick
<v Speaker 2>them up. No.
<v Speaker 1>And the other thing.
<v Speaker 2>I would be so mad.
<v Speaker 1>I'm in the building. They're in the building. Just give
<v Speaker 1>them to me.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>Just give them. And no, but I got to go today.
<v Speaker 1>So I'm going to go today and get my pants.
<v Speaker 2>So you left without your pants yesterday. You said, okay,
<v Speaker 2>I'll just come back tomorrow.
<v Speaker 1>This wonderful lady was like, process, process. And I was like, okay. Dude,
<v Speaker 1>what are you talking about? And so, no, I did not.
<v Speaker 1>I walked empty-handed.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, my gosh. Josh, we have given Kelly Clarkson so
<v Speaker 2>much flack the few... past few days about being a Karen,
<v Speaker 2>I would have been the biggest Karen ever in that store.
<v Speaker 2>If you are sending me a confirmation email from two
<v Speaker 2>days ago saying that my pants are there, you can
<v Speaker 2>come pick them up, and then I'm not able to?
<v Speaker 1>No, you can bet my friends heard me curse this
<v Speaker 1>store out, but I'm too nice to ever cause a scene.
<v Speaker 1>I'm just like, I'm just gonna walk out empty-handed, I guess. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>sounds good.
<v Speaker 2>That's it. You and I, we're both going to the
<v Speaker 2>store today after the show. That's it. So Halle Berry
<v Speaker 2>going through a nasty custody battle with her ex-husband Oliver
<v Speaker 2>Martinez right now over their 13-year-old son. and Hallie was
<v Speaker 2>accused of physically abusing her son after an argument with
<v Speaker 2>a virtual reality game, and a restraining order was put
<v Speaker 2>into place. Yeah, all of this started because of a
<v Speaker 2>video game.
<v Speaker 1>I'm sorry, I'm not laughing at the accusation.
<v Speaker 2>It's just like such a, a 13-year-old teenage boy to
<v Speaker 2>get into an argument with your mom over, you know?
<v Speaker 1>No, literally, mom, give me my headset back. Mom!
<v Speaker 2>Exactly!
<v Speaker 1>Where are the pizza rolls?
<v Speaker 2>And so because of that, Hallie is actually trying to
<v Speaker 2>get a judge not to let her son testify in
<v Speaker 2>this case. Because she feels very much like the typical
<v Speaker 2>parenting pit is happening. Like mom's the bad guy, dad's
<v Speaker 2>more lenient, and he's the good guy. And because the
<v Speaker 2>dad was able to get that restraining order put into place,
<v Speaker 2>that Hallie says that he is now coaching their son
<v Speaker 2>on what to say against her. And so Halle's asking
<v Speaker 2>that her 13-year-old son does not testify in court. But
<v Speaker 2>a judge just rules that, yeah, he can testify.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, my gosh.
<v Speaker 2>So this is not looking great for Halle Berry. And,
<v Speaker 2>I mean, who knows what actually happened behind closed doors.
<v Speaker 2>Halle says that she did not physically abuse her son.
<v Speaker 2>There's no proof of it. She would never do that.
<v Speaker 1>Et cetera, et cetera. Well, and her daughter even came out.
<v Speaker 1>Her daughter came out and was like, she didn't do this, right? Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, that is. Her daughter did claim that as well.
<v Speaker 2>So I don't know. But it's not looking great for
<v Speaker 2>Hallie right now because her ex-husband, Oliver Martinez, he's like
<v Speaker 2>he's winning all the small things he needs to win
<v Speaker 2>in court before they go in for like the big one.
<v Speaker 2>You know?
<v Speaker 1>I mean, yeah. Yeah. It's just. That's a sad situation,
<v Speaker 1>because if she truly didn't do this, and yet the
<v Speaker 1>13-year-old son, who, let's be honest, I mean, he's not
<v Speaker 1>really thinking for himself if he's being coached. Yeah. Like,
<v Speaker 1>if she did do this.
<v Speaker 2>On what to say.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, if she did do this, obviously that's horrific, and honestly,
<v Speaker 1>she should be separated. You do not beat your children. No, no, no, no.
<v Speaker 1>But if she didn't, And her son is just lying
<v Speaker 1>because maybe the dad is more lenient. And he's like, hey,
<v Speaker 1>I can get away with more with my dad. That's awful.
<v Speaker 1>That's a heartbreaking situation.
<v Speaker 2>It truly is. So we'll just have to wait and
<v Speaker 2>see what happens in court for Halle Berry. Geez.
<v Speaker 1>Well, yeah, I guess we'll see what happens. All right, Mattel.
<v Speaker 1>I love this announcement. Mattel is creating a new Barbie.
<v Speaker 1>The signature doll is going to be honoring Mattel. singer
<v Speaker 1>Celine Dion. And this is so cute. So it's going
<v Speaker 1>to be priced at around 60 bucks. Pre-orders are now available.
<v Speaker 1>Shipping is going to be expected in December. So it
<v Speaker 1>might be in time for Christmas, might be a little
<v Speaker 1>bit afterwards. But the doll has recreated Celine Dion's 1998
<v Speaker 1>Oscar Awards look. And this was the time that she
<v Speaker 1>was really, really big, especially with the Titanic. So get this.
<v Speaker 1>It is featuring a navy blue turtleneck dress with the
<v Speaker 1>replica of Heart of the Ocean diamond necklace around her neck.
<v Speaker 1>I think that is so cool.
<v Speaker 2>That is cool. So this is for all the Celine
<v Speaker 2>Dion fans, for the Barbie fans, and for the Titanic fans.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. Yeah, this is like check, check, check. Honestly, it's
<v Speaker 1>so funny. Of all the music I listen to and love,
<v Speaker 1>I love me some Celine Dion. Yes! I drive my
<v Speaker 1>car every time that song comes on. I will turn
<v Speaker 1>that up. She is awesome. I like her. I love
<v Speaker 1>her voice. I mean, she's one of the best singers
<v Speaker 1>of all time, right? I mean, truly, truly. She has
<v Speaker 1>to be. And then on top of that, look, I
<v Speaker 1>love a good, I'm not saying it's a rom-com, but
<v Speaker 1>I love a good romance movie, The Titanic. Yeah. Come on,
<v Speaker 1>it's three hours of me crying. So I like that.
<v Speaker 1>I might buy this for my girlfriend or something.
<v Speaker 2>I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>Or for myself.
<v Speaker 2>I was going to say, is it for her or
<v Speaker 2>is it actually for you?
<v Speaker 1>I've never had a Barbie, okay? Maybe I want one.
<v Speaker 2>Boys can have Barbies.
<v Speaker 1>That's okay. Yeah, absolutely. So that's cool. It's coming out
<v Speaker 1>in December.
<v Speaker 2>I love that. And Dolly Parton's nephew is firing back
<v Speaker 2>at these allegations that he threatened people on Dolly's team,
<v Speaker 2>saying that those text messages, nah, those were taken out
<v Speaker 2>of context.
<v Speaker 1>I'm going to kill you. No, literally. Out of context, bro.
<v Speaker 2>So his name, Brian Seaver, he's denying claims that he
<v Speaker 2>threatened Dolly's manager. In fact, he says... He's my best friend.
<v Speaker 2>We're really good friends. And we were just texting back
<v Speaker 2>and forth about current frustrations and money that he was owed.
<v Speaker 2>And those text messages were taken completely out of context.
<v Speaker 2>And Brian maintains that he never intended to harm anyone.
<v Speaker 2>He says that he doesn't want a dispute, or he
<v Speaker 2>doesn't want the dispute to damage Dolly's legacy. All of
<v Speaker 2>this that's already going on right now. And so he's
<v Speaker 2>already feeling, I guess, some remorse for everything that's going on.
<v Speaker 2>But he's- I don't know, I feel like he's also
<v Speaker 2>trying to save face because I saw those text messages.
<v Speaker 2>That's not.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, when those got released, bad look.
<v Speaker 2>Bad look!
<v Speaker 1>But also, like, I don't know, I'm sure there's a
<v Speaker 1>lot of arguments that people have also been in where
<v Speaker 1>if their text got leaked too, they'd be painted in
<v Speaker 1>a really bad light as well, you know? That's true.
<v Speaker 1>So I get it. And I do like that he
<v Speaker 1>is saying, even if it is for saving face, I
<v Speaker 1>do like that he's saying he's not trying to tarnish
<v Speaker 1>or taint Dolly's image.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, because that's what we were worried about.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely. Dolly lived her entire life as an angel, okay? Right, right.
<v Speaker 1>And so for him to kind of just go off
<v Speaker 1>the deep end two weeks after her death is not
<v Speaker 1>a good look. So I like that he's kind of
<v Speaker 1>backtracking a little bit, but we'll see if he means
<v Speaker 1>it or not.
<v Speaker 2>We'll see. Three things you need to know before you
<v Speaker 2>go into the office today. Like a couple weeks ago,
<v Speaker 2>it was announced down in Cripple Creek, that they are
<v Speaker 2>not going to be doing the ice castles this year.
<v Speaker 2>And now it is official. No ice castles are coming
<v Speaker 2>up anywhere in the state of Colorado this year.
<v Speaker 1>Are you serious? Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>So it's officially not happening up in Silverthorne. That's the
<v Speaker 2>other location. So they have not explicitly said that it
<v Speaker 2>is because of the lack of snow the past few years.
<v Speaker 1>But.
<v Speaker 2>they've said like operational and business considerations. And we all
<v Speaker 2>know that part of the reason is because of the
<v Speaker 2>lack of snow, the warmer temperatures, all of that. And
<v Speaker 2>quite frankly, it's a lot of water to build up
<v Speaker 2>these ice castles. And we don't got that either.
<v Speaker 1>That makes me so sad. First of all, because I've
<v Speaker 1>been to those and the ice castles are such a
<v Speaker 1>cool event to go to even have these little slides
<v Speaker 1>that you can go down. I mean, it's just, it's,
<v Speaker 1>you're literally in a castle made of ice.
<v Speaker 2>It's, Like Elsa's dream. It's so cool.
<v Speaker 1>Well, I guess we'll have to let it go, Nina. Oh, stop!
<v Speaker 2>No, that was good. That was pretty good. But I
<v Speaker 2>will say that they are hoping to bring it back
<v Speaker 2>in the future. It's just not in the cards this year.
<v Speaker 1>It's such a bummer. Hopefully we get like 17 feet
<v Speaker 1>of snow this year and we can have it next year.
<v Speaker 2>Let's do it.
<v Speaker 1>All right. This is an interesting story. And I just
<v Speaker 1>don't think that we should keep pushing the robots because...
<v Speaker 1>I've seen too many movies. I've seen way too many
<v Speaker 1>movies about how bad robots are for us. Well, German
<v Speaker 1>authorities have now launched an investigation after a robot groped
<v Speaker 1>a female in public. The roughly four foot tall robot,
<v Speaker 1>which get this dressed in a tank top. sweatpants, gold chain,
<v Speaker 1>and fake mustache. Grabbed a woman's buttocks and made some
<v Speaker 1>interesting movements towards her. They say the robot was apprehended, essentially.
<v Speaker 1>It wasn't, it was just taken away. It's a robot.
<v Speaker 1>It's not a being, you can't throw it into jail.
<v Speaker 1>But they took it away and the two people that
<v Speaker 1>are in charge of it was a 16-year-old man and
<v Speaker 1>a 19-year-old companion. They were reportedly live streaming when this
<v Speaker 1>incident happened, so many people saw it. The spokesperson confirmed
<v Speaker 1>that they weren't charged for it, but they are in
<v Speaker 1>trouble because they're the owners of the robot?
<v Speaker 2>So I think the question on this case is were
<v Speaker 2>they actually doing making the robot do what it was
<v Speaker 2>doing to grope this girl.
<v Speaker 1>That's why they're suspects. Right.
<v Speaker 2>And one minor point, because I heard about this story
<v Speaker 2>that I do want to point out, it wasn't a woman.
<v Speaker 2>This was a 16-year-old minor female.
<v Speaker 1>It's a minor. And that's a horrific look, first of all.
<v Speaker 2>Not cool.
<v Speaker 1>It's a bad look to do what it did to
<v Speaker 1>any person, man or woman. But the fact that it
<v Speaker 1>was a 16-year-old girl is even worse. That's not... That
<v Speaker 1>is not a good look at all.
<v Speaker 2>And then you said a 17 and a 19-year-old kid
<v Speaker 2>were in charge of the robot?
<v Speaker 1>Yes. So the 16-year-old and the 19-year-old were the ones
<v Speaker 1>filming and live streaming this incident. Oh, okay. It was
<v Speaker 1>near a fast food restaurant. Anyway, they are being questioned.
<v Speaker 1>They're not in custody right now. They're not being charged
<v Speaker 1>with anything yet. Yeah. But if they were the ones
<v Speaker 1>in control, I'm sure that will absolutely be changed here.
<v Speaker 1>Not cool. But again, I... Robots scare the heck out
<v Speaker 1>of me. Again, I've seen so many movies, iRobot comes
<v Speaker 1>to mind right away. They just turn bad. And we
<v Speaker 1>still keep pushing them. We're like, oh, they're going to
<v Speaker 1>do so many good things for us. I'm like, dude,
<v Speaker 1>they're going to kill us at some point.
<v Speaker 2>Can we stop with the robots?
<v Speaker 1>I don't like it. And I think this is just
<v Speaker 1>step one of us hopefully going away from that movement.
<v Speaker 2>We'll see about that. An update on the man in
<v Speaker 2>Georgia who fell out of a seat on a roller
<v Speaker 2>coaster and passed away. So the investigations are now beginning
<v Speaker 2>and it's not looking good for Six Flags. So a
<v Speaker 2>visitor from last month at that same park. shared a
<v Speaker 2>video online showing major delays on this ride, the Goliath,
<v Speaker 2>and said a month ago that they were not letting
<v Speaker 2>people on this ride because one of the cars was
<v Speaker 2>having problems with the seat opening up.
<v Speaker 1>Oh no.
<v Speaker 2>And they are claiming that the park knew that this
<v Speaker 2>ride was dangerous and they continued to let people on
<v Speaker 2>it anyway. And the man who passed away, Hassan Karim,
<v Speaker 2>his family is going to be moving forward with suing
<v Speaker 2>the park as they should.
<v Speaker 1>You have to. As they should. Especially now if it's
<v Speaker 1>showing that it's just negligence and they're allowing people to
<v Speaker 1>go on a broken chair. Yeah. That's a horrific look.
<v Speaker 2>That is terrible.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, a person lost their life because of you.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly.
<v Speaker 1>If it is that, again, this is all, you know,
<v Speaker 1>if they tried to fix it last month and stuff,
<v Speaker 1>that's fine, but. If they were just negligent to that
<v Speaker 1>and didn't fix a seat and now someone has passed
<v Speaker 1>away because of that, you should shut the park down.
<v Speaker 2>The fact that now we have video evidence of people
<v Speaker 2>showing that that was the reason why there was delays
<v Speaker 2>a month ago and now this happened is just awful. So,
<v Speaker 2>Hasan Karim, the man who passed away, his family is
<v Speaker 2>going to be moving forward with suing. They're also putting
<v Speaker 2>a message out. out there to a lot of people
<v Speaker 2>who are following this case. A few things. Number one,
<v Speaker 2>there is a photo of Hassan that's circulating around the Internet.
<v Speaker 2>They are begging and pleading for people to please stop
<v Speaker 2>sharing it. They're trying to stop that right now. That
<v Speaker 2>is their loved one. Please don't share that. They're also
<v Speaker 2>putting out a warning to people about fake GoFundMes for
<v Speaker 2>the family. They said they do not have a GoFundMe
<v Speaker 2>from their actual family at all. There is nothing. People
<v Speaker 2>want to donate, which is nice, and that is very,
<v Speaker 2>very nice, but these scammers, these fake people are putting
<v Speaker 2>up these fake GoFundMes, and the family themselves are saying, no,
<v Speaker 2>we're not taking money. We don't have one. We don't
<v Speaker 2>need your money. Thank you so much for your well
<v Speaker 2>wishes and wanting to contribute to our family. But you're
<v Speaker 2>being scammed. Do not donate because they're not collecting anything
<v Speaker 2>right now.
<v Speaker 1>How disgusting is this world that we live in where
<v Speaker 1>people try to use a tragic event like that to, A,
<v Speaker 1>make money on their own by creating fake GoFundMes or
<v Speaker 1>do these other things like posting the picture of Hassan,
<v Speaker 1>which is disgusting. I hate that so much. Like, I just,
<v Speaker 1>it bothers me so much that this is the world
<v Speaker 1>that we live in now, but it's the internet world.
<v Speaker 1>That's just what we do. It is.
<v Speaker 2>It's unfortunate, but it's also a reminder that we can
<v Speaker 2>be a better person. You don't have to be that person.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, absolutely.
<v Speaker 2>Earlier this month, Josh, we just got really excited about Halloween.
<v Speaker 2>We gave our thoughts on some creative custom costumes that
<v Speaker 2>you could try out here. Very Denver-esque. but I think
<v Speaker 2>now the list of actual trending costumes has come out
<v Speaker 2>now that we are halfway through the month, we're halfway
<v Speaker 2>to Halloween, and people have actually started to put some
<v Speaker 2>real thought into it. And the list is interesting, I
<v Speaker 2>feel like it is, all over the place.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, that's good, right? I mean, we don't want just
<v Speaker 1>one theme to see at all the Halloween parties, right? Yeah, no,
<v Speaker 1>for sure.
<v Speaker 2>I think a popular one this year when it comes
<v Speaker 2>to the celebrities, Dolly Parton is gonna be huge.
<v Speaker 1>We talked about that earlier, so that's good. I'm glad
<v Speaker 1>that we're on par, right?
<v Speaker 2>Yes, exactly. Dolly Parton is gonna be a popular one.
<v Speaker 2>I think Michael Jackson is also going to be a
<v Speaker 2>popular one because of the movie that came out.
<v Speaker 1>Well, yeah, and his thriller. I mean, thriller's always, always,
<v Speaker 1>always popular in October.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>100%.
<v Speaker 2>Dr. Frankenfurter from the Rocky Horror Picture Show is definitely
<v Speaker 2>going to be a popular one. It's always a popular one,
<v Speaker 2>but because Tim Curry had just passed away, I think
<v Speaker 2>that people will be reviving that character out.
<v Speaker 1>On the streets. I'm looking at this list now, too.
<v Speaker 1>Kenny Rogers.
<v Speaker 2>Why?
<v Speaker 1>Why? Just because?
<v Speaker 2>That's so random to be on this list right now.
<v Speaker 1>I know. It's literally like Dolly Parton, Bowser, Green Lantern,
<v Speaker 1>Michael Jackson, Kenny Rogers. That's so random. Is there a
<v Speaker 1>reference to him that we're missing? I don't know. Hold on.
<v Speaker 1>If there is, text us. 303-691-1649. Is there a reference
<v Speaker 1>to Kenny Rogers as to why a billion people want
<v Speaker 1>to dress up like him?
<v Speaker 2>He's trending right now for Halloween costumes, and I don't know.
<v Speaker 2>Make it make sense. Please, go ahead.
<v Speaker 1>Text us.
<v Speaker 2>What else is on the list? Oh, Oliver Tree. That's
<v Speaker 2>a good one because he had such a distinct hairstyle.
<v Speaker 1>He kind of looked like a Halloween dressed up character
<v Speaker 1>every day.
<v Speaker 2>100%.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, with the tiny glasses and things like that. Do
<v Speaker 1>you know what you're going to do yet? Do you
<v Speaker 1>know what you're going to be? I know you've been
<v Speaker 1>thinking about it.
<v Speaker 2>I have no idea. I thought hubby and I had
<v Speaker 2>a plan, and now he's like, I don't know if
<v Speaker 2>I want to go out. So then I'm like, well,
<v Speaker 2>if I'm going out with my girls, it's a different
<v Speaker 2>kind of costume than with my hubby.
<v Speaker 1>Well, with the girls, it's I'm a cat, duh. And
<v Speaker 1>with hubby... It's the funny, cute one, right? I mean,
<v Speaker 1>that's how it goes, right?
<v Speaker 2>I need him to make up his mind on are
<v Speaker 2>you going out or not, and then I'll figure it out.
<v Speaker 1>As a husband, though, you just got to tell him
<v Speaker 1>you're going out, this is what you're going to wear.
<v Speaker 1>You got to make it easy. You got to make
<v Speaker 1>it easy for him.
<v Speaker 2>Wait, my mom just came through on the Kenny Rogers thing.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, okay.
<v Speaker 2>She said Kenny Rogers is famous for his duets with
<v Speaker 2>Dolly Parton. So Dolly and Kenny are kind of like
<v Speaker 2>a couple's costume.
<v Speaker 1>Well, then put them next to each other. Not a
<v Speaker 1>few people down. I know. You're right. Kenny Rogers is.
<v Speaker 2>They're so separate on this list, so that's funny. Nikki
<v Speaker 2>from Obsession, the movie Obsession that people were going crazy for.
<v Speaker 2>The crazy girl with her makeup, the way that they
<v Speaker 2>showed off her makeup, and she's standing in the corner. No, no, no.
<v Speaker 1>Did you see that movie?
<v Speaker 2>I didn't, but I need to.
<v Speaker 1>It was horrifying.
<v Speaker 2>This one's interesting on the list.
<v Speaker 1>Neato.
<v Speaker 3>Neato.
<v Speaker 2>We know what Neato is. It's those squishies.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, yeah, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>And it's a specific brand, but people are somehow going
<v Speaker 2>to dress up as a Neato squishy for Halloween.
<v Speaker 1>You were just begging to be touched by a thousand
<v Speaker 1>people at that point. I mean, like, just squish. Like,
<v Speaker 1>people are just going to squish you all day long.
<v Speaker 3>Ew!
<v Speaker 1>That's a lot of germs being spread. I don't know
<v Speaker 1>about that one. That is a lot of germs. I
<v Speaker 1>don't like that. And then this one's funny. Buddy the Unicorn.
<v Speaker 1>I was talking about this. Apparently, it's like... A horror movie?
<v Speaker 3>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>That kind of like loosely looks like what Barney and
<v Speaker 1>Friends look like. Right. But as a unicorn.
<v Speaker 2>Based off like a 90s kids TV show, but put
<v Speaker 2>it in a horror film type of deal. And what's
<v Speaker 2>interesting the most to me about Buddy the Unicorn is, Josh,
<v Speaker 2>you and I, we didn't realize this was a movie
<v Speaker 2>that came out this past year. But this is number
<v Speaker 2>one on the trending list of costumes is Buddy the Unicorn.
<v Speaker 1>Well, look, I will say it was very scary. Like,
<v Speaker 1>I do not like, like, I'm thinking, like, even Five
<v Speaker 1>Nights at Freddy's. Like, those animatronics, those dress-up, you know,
<v Speaker 1>characters where, like, even Bart, like, they stare through your soul.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>I don't like that. I cannot stand that. them just
<v Speaker 1>not blinking and just looking at you.
<v Speaker 2>Mascots can be a little bit creepy, especially the animatronics.
<v Speaker 1>I don't like them. So I think that one actually
<v Speaker 1>could be a pretty good choice. I mean, it's coming
<v Speaker 1>in at number one.
<v Speaker 2>It really is, Buddy the Unicorn. So there is your
<v Speaker 2>list of trending Halloween costumes. Josh and I, we would
<v Speaker 2>love to know what you're going to do for Halloween
<v Speaker 2>this year. Call us, text us, 303-691-1MIX. Or give us
<v Speaker 2>your favorite Halloween costume that you've done in the past.
<v Speaker 2>Because sometimes there's always that one good one and you
<v Speaker 2>can never beat.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, if you have that, send us a pic too. 303-691-1649.
<v Speaker 1>We want to see because I'm still not sure what
<v Speaker 1>I want to do yet. So I need ideas.
<v Speaker 2>We need ideas desperately. So we'll figure it out soon.
<v Speaker 2>And your celebrity quickie is coming up in two songs.
<v Speaker 2>Keep it right here with Mix 100. So it looks
<v Speaker 2>like Joe and Sofia are fighting once again. I am
<v Speaker 2>talking about actor Joe Manganiello, I hope I said his
<v Speaker 2>name correctly, and Sofia Vergara.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, no.
<v Speaker 2>Stop it.
<v Speaker 1>We are fighting.
<v Speaker 2>We are fighting. These two used to be married, and
<v Speaker 2>they are no longer, and it really seems like they
<v Speaker 2>hate each other. What happened? So here's the thing. Joe
<v Speaker 2>came out with this memoir called this book about his life.
<v Speaker 2>And he felt the need to write it because yeah,
<v Speaker 2>he's lived a very interesting life. And on top of like,
<v Speaker 2>just as an actor, but on top of that, he
<v Speaker 2>was very, very sick. He had this autoimmune disease, nearly
<v Speaker 2>killed him, it took out some of his intestines, like
<v Speaker 2>he really, really went through it. And so he wrote
<v Speaker 2>this memoir about his life, and he's totally free to
<v Speaker 2>do that, but he also wrote about his experience with
<v Speaker 2>his ex-wife, Sofia Vergara, and she had no idea that
<v Speaker 2>he was even writing this book.
<v Speaker 1>Well, he doesn't have to tell her anymore.
<v Speaker 2>He doesn't, no, and he did not tell her that
<v Speaker 2>he was writing this book. So she was a little blindsided,
<v Speaker 2>at the fact that he came out with this, and
<v Speaker 2>then he came out with all these stories that involved her.
<v Speaker 2>And he talked about when he was sick, she wasn't
<v Speaker 2>the best wife. Granted, they were already kind of split
<v Speaker 2>up personally, but publicly, they decided we're gonna stay together
<v Speaker 2>at that point. But that just makes for some nastiness
<v Speaker 2>behind closed doors. It's just messy.
<v Speaker 1>It's super messy at that point.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly, and that's exactly what happened. And Joe says that Sophia,
<v Speaker 2>she just was not necessarily there for him. He would
<v Speaker 2>beg her for a hug when he was just feeling really,
<v Speaker 2>really sick and she wouldn't do it. And another story
<v Speaker 2>came out that before she finally actually left him, she
<v Speaker 2>told him, you are so sick that no one will
<v Speaker 2>ever love you. And that is just a low blow.
<v Speaker 1>Holy Toledo. That's crazy.
<v Speaker 2>That's pretty bad. But, I mean, like, listen. I'm a Latina, okay?
<v Speaker 2>And when we're mad and we're angry, we'll just be
<v Speaker 2>saying stuff, okay?
<v Speaker 1>That doesn't give you the right to, Miss Nina, okay?
<v Speaker 1>That doesn't make it right, just that you're flying off
<v Speaker 1>the cuff here.
<v Speaker 2>It doesn't make it right, but sometimes I just want
<v Speaker 2>to hurt your feelings. Jeez.
<v Speaker 1>Okay. All right, you know what? Actually, this explains a lot. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>fair enough.
<v Speaker 2>Thank you. So that's all I'm saying is Sophia, maybe
<v Speaker 2>she didn't mean it, but maybe she just wanted to
<v Speaker 2>hurt his feelings.
<v Speaker 1>In that moment. No, in all honesty, we've all been there.
<v Speaker 1>We've all had someone that we've been so pissed off
<v Speaker 1>at that we just want to make them feel like
<v Speaker 1>they're on our level, you know? Exactly. I understand that.
<v Speaker 1>Bring them down a little bit.
<v Speaker 2>I mean, yeah, it's not her best moment, and I
<v Speaker 2>have my moments, and it's not my best moment either, but,
<v Speaker 2>you know, I'm only human. Okay, I make mistakes.
<v Speaker 1>Sophia's still hella beautiful, so it's all good. All right,
<v Speaker 1>so this, it's the never-ending fiasco here. Kelly Clarkson and
<v Speaker 1>the Art of Play store, they are, you know, notoriously,
<v Speaker 1>they've been going after each other over the last week. However,
<v Speaker 1>the Art of Play store did something hilarious. That bird
<v Speaker 1>that Kelly so badly wanted has now been put up.
<v Speaker 1>For sale. Stop. However, it has gone on sale for
<v Speaker 1>$ 15 million.
<v Speaker 3>Oh, no.
<v Speaker 1>What's funny about this is I do think Kelly could
<v Speaker 1>probably still buy that.
<v Speaker 2>She could, but they're trolling her right now.
<v Speaker 1>Absolutely.
<v Speaker 2>They are trolling her right now.
<v Speaker 1>However, however, the funniest, most boss move that Kelly could
<v Speaker 1>do right now to just end all be all is
<v Speaker 1>show up and write a $ 15 million check. for that
<v Speaker 1>stupid bird. That would, you know, that's like, just walk
<v Speaker 1>out with it. You know what? And it's hooked up
<v Speaker 1>to the wall. So she, she goes in there and
<v Speaker 1>she brings a chiseler to chisel out the part of
<v Speaker 1>the wall and take that bird with her.
<v Speaker 2>Don't even disassemble it, but literally carve out the wall.
<v Speaker 1>I want the wall, 15 million bucks. I want the
<v Speaker 1>wall with it. I'm taking the studs. Like, it would
<v Speaker 1>just be the biggest power move ever. Now, I don't know.
<v Speaker 1>I don't know if it's actually for sale. They're saying
<v Speaker 1>it's listed for sale for $ 15 million. We all know
<v Speaker 1>it was 15 grand, okay? Yeah, yeah. It was, or
<v Speaker 1>listed at 15 grand. Right. But I'm just saying, if
<v Speaker 1>she wanted to do that, go back to that store.
<v Speaker 1>And do it. Write a check. 15 mil. Take it.
<v Speaker 1>This is my bird now. Which you know afterwards, some
<v Speaker 1>other art collector's gonna want that bird in five years
<v Speaker 1>and pay 20 mil for it, so.
<v Speaker 2>Well yeah, that's what I'm thinking, is honestly, if she
<v Speaker 2>did go back, buy this bird, and especially take out
<v Speaker 2>the wall with it, because that would just be killer.
<v Speaker 2>And pay $ 15 million for it. I feel like at
<v Speaker 2>that point, the value would just skyrocket. She could make
<v Speaker 2>a profit.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, it'll be an appreciating asset at that point. So again,
<v Speaker 1>we have covered this night and day now. So whenever
<v Speaker 1>something else happens here, we will let you know. But
<v Speaker 1>I do think it's hilarious how petty this store is now.
<v Speaker 1>They are. And they're like, you know what? It is
<v Speaker 1>for sale. $ 15 million. It's yours.
<v Speaker 2>That's actually amazing. You know what? I'm not mad at that.
<v Speaker 2>Good for them.
<v Speaker 1>I love it.
<v Speaker 2>And Michael Douglas was on a podcast. He shared a
<v Speaker 2>story about Danny DeVito that proves that Danny DeVito is
<v Speaker 2>Frank Reynolds, his character in the TV series It's Always
<v Speaker 2>Sunny in Philadelphia. So he says they were in car together.
<v Speaker 2>They had some greenery with them.
<v Speaker 1>Of course.
<v Speaker 2>If you catch my drift. And Michael was driving, he
<v Speaker 2>made an illegal left turn. Well, police pull up behind him,
<v Speaker 2>whoop whoop, and then pull him over. Michael gets out
<v Speaker 2>of the car to actually greet the cops. He admits
<v Speaker 2>his wrong, just like we do on the show, just
<v Speaker 2>kind of smooth things over, talks with them. Meanwhile, Danny
<v Speaker 2>DeVito is in the car with these rolled up trees.
<v Speaker 2>And he ended up eating them to avoid trouble with
<v Speaker 2>the cops.
<v Speaker 1>Do you know what this is a scene out of?
<v Speaker 1>Have you ever seen Super Troopers? Yeah. So this is
<v Speaker 1>the movie scene where, I mean, it was mushrooms, so
<v Speaker 1>it was a little bit different there. But they ate
<v Speaker 1>all of the stuff that they had.
<v Speaker 3>Oh.
<v Speaker 1>He just horked it down.
<v Speaker 2>That's hilarious.
<v Speaker 1>Can you imagine whatever place they were going to next?
<v Speaker 1>He's just sitting there like.
<v Speaker 2>I think that they were on their way to an
<v Speaker 2>award show together, actually. Oh, good God. There you have it.
<v Speaker 2>But that's such a Frank Reynolds move that I just
<v Speaker 2>love that Danny DeVito is Frank Reynolds in real life.
<v Speaker 1>I know, that makes me so happy.
<v Speaker 2>Exactly. Josh, last night, I talked about this a little earlier.
<v Speaker 2>I had a little bit of a viewing party with
<v Speaker 2>some friends and my nieces watching Love is Blind because
<v Speaker 2>they put out the new season yesterday in Boston. And
<v Speaker 2>I'm watching, and we're trying to sync up our Netflix, right?
<v Speaker 2>And I'm like, okay, and the kind of three... hit play,
<v Speaker 2>but get through the commercials first. And my niece was like, commercials?
<v Speaker 2>You have ads on your Netflix? You're broke. And I
<v Speaker 2>was like, first of all, don't be calling me out, okay, niece?
<v Speaker 1>That's so good.
<v Speaker 2>I was so mad. But then she ended up having
<v Speaker 2>commercials too, so foot in mouth.
<v Speaker 1>Also, let me just say on top of that really quickly,
<v Speaker 1>Netflix and all those other ones that have commercials, they're
<v Speaker 1>way cheaper to the commercial version. And I'm like, I'll
<v Speaker 1>give up two minutes of my life. So I'm cool
<v Speaker 1>with that. Yeah, that's fine.
<v Speaker 2>I can wait 60 seconds. I need a bathroom break anyway.
<v Speaker 1>Thank you.
<v Speaker 2>Anyways, so Netflix just continuing to raise their prices, whether
<v Speaker 2>it's with ads, without ads, no matter what, we're constantly
<v Speaker 2>getting notifications every year that the price is going up again.
<v Speaker 2>And it's really annoying, especially because Netflix just announced, oh, yeah,
<v Speaker 2>you're paying more than you ever have before. But sorry, everyone,
<v Speaker 2>we're going to be doing some massive layoffs.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, this is not good. Netflix just came out and
<v Speaker 1>said that they are laying off roughly 1,000 employees, which
<v Speaker 1>is about 6% of their global workforce. The executives did
<v Speaker 1>confirm that, yeah, we're going to be cutting some staff
<v Speaker 1>here that we need to continue to make focused choices
<v Speaker 1>across the business. The reductions affect productivity, technology, legal, and
<v Speaker 1>HR departments. And get this, Nina, despite earning $ 3. 4 billion
<v Speaker 1>last quarter, they're still saying that, well, we're facing some
<v Speaker 1>slowing growth and increased streaming competition. Yeah, I understand that. Sure.
<v Speaker 1>Because now streaming has become the new cable, so there's
<v Speaker 1>going to be more and more and more.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>But that being said, like, you made $ 3. 4 billion last year.
<v Speaker 2>Well, that and, I mean, them laying off these workers, naturally,
<v Speaker 2>what are they going to replace these workers with? AI.
<v Speaker 1>I swear, dude.
<v Speaker 2>That's what it is.
<v Speaker 1>I swear.
<v Speaker 2>And yet you continue to raise my prices every single year.
<v Speaker 2>Now you're doing these layoffs. You're just going to replace
<v Speaker 2>these people, these human people who need to pay bills.
<v Speaker 1>Who need a job, yeah.
<v Speaker 2>With your AI robots. And now you're upping the price
<v Speaker 2>so that I can pay for your robots?
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Don't like that.
<v Speaker 1>You're already pissing me off.
<v Speaker 2>Don't like that. No, thank you. Let's stop. I'd rather
<v Speaker 2>pay more money on my Netflix account knowing that I'm
<v Speaker 2>helping another human being.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah.
<v Speaker 2>Like pay their bills, pay their rent rather than just
<v Speaker 2>paying for a stupid AI bot.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you're better than me. I probably wouldn't. But no,
<v Speaker 1>that's really good. Good for you, Nina.
<v Speaker 2>So Kyle Clark, he was on The Daily Show. Get this.
<v Speaker 2>I was literally scrolling TikTok this morning as I was
<v Speaker 2>getting ready because I am addicted to my phone.
<v Speaker 1>I mean, we all are.
<v Speaker 2>It's okay. You know, it is what it is. But
<v Speaker 2>all of a sudden, I see Kyle Clark's face on TikTok,
<v Speaker 2>and I'm like, okay, normal, because he has a TikTok.
<v Speaker 2>He posts stuff, and I follow him. For sure. But
<v Speaker 2>then I realized that it was coming from The Daily
<v Speaker 2>Show on Comedy Central that they had posted this video.
<v Speaker 2>And I was like, whoa, what is happening here? So naturally,
<v Speaker 2>I had to watch it. And they brought up an
<v Speaker 2>interview that Kyle did with Victor Marks, who was running
<v Speaker 2>for governor this year. And in case you didn't see
<v Speaker 2>this interview, he put this up earlier this year. And
<v Speaker 2>it was bizarre. And no, I'm not going to get political.
<v Speaker 2>We don't do that here.
<v Speaker 1>But... No, but I will say, you just showed it
<v Speaker 1>to me, Nina. And I thought it was an SNL skit. No, literally.
<v Speaker 1>I really did. And again... you know, not getting political,
<v Speaker 1>but I was like, oh, this is like a funny
<v Speaker 1>SNL skit.
<v Speaker 2>Literally. So Kyle did this interview earlier this year and
<v Speaker 2>he asked Victor about his claims that his abusive stepdad
<v Speaker 2>asked him to like kill a man when he was
<v Speaker 2>a kid. And then he asked him, have you killed
<v Speaker 2>anyone as an adult? And the longest pause Possible.
<v Speaker 1>Painfully long, I might add.
<v Speaker 2>Like, it was insane.
<v Speaker 1>I was literally like, I was talking to you saying,
<v Speaker 1>say something. You were like, is this frozen?
<v Speaker 2>Like, no, he's moving around.
<v Speaker 1>And then he said something, and I said, not that. Nope.
<v Speaker 1>Not that.
<v Speaker 2>No, straight out of an SNL skit, you're totally right.
<v Speaker 2>And this video made it to Comedy Central. Again, Kyle
<v Speaker 2>Clark put out this video like months ago and this
<v Speaker 2>interview months ago. But good for Kyle Clark. He made
<v Speaker 2>it to The Daily Show. Comedy Central, man.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, you better get his stipend from them now. Come on, right?
<v Speaker 1>You keep my name in your mouth, right? Yeah, there
<v Speaker 1>we go. All right, this is a weird thing that
<v Speaker 1>couples are trying now to, you know, find that spark again, Nina.
<v Speaker 1>More couples are kind of trading away the traditional date nights,
<v Speaker 1>no more dinners and movies and things like that. They're
<v Speaker 1>taking up pole dancing.
<v Speaker 2>Oh. Yeah.
<v Speaker 1>So they credit this activity, though. It makes them deepen
<v Speaker 1>their intimacy and strengthen their bonds. So Los Angeles newlyweds
<v Speaker 1>Misha and Sam, they're both 33, so young married couple,
<v Speaker 1>performed a pole dancing routine at their wedding. This racked
<v Speaker 1>up 300,000 online views.
<v Speaker 2>At their wedding, in front of their mom and grandma
<v Speaker 2>and aunties and uncles?
<v Speaker 1>In front of everybody. Wow. Sam, who's an engineer, called
<v Speaker 1>the sport, it's a metaphor for marriage. And I was like,
<v Speaker 1>that's an interesting way to put it. Yeah. New Jersey
<v Speaker 1>couple Travis and Laura also said that they are starting
<v Speaker 1>to do pole dancing several times a week. It builds
<v Speaker 1>mutual reliance on each other. And there's a sex therapist
<v Speaker 1>as well. Cindy Darnell says, that she has shared this
<v Speaker 1>physical activity because it creates attunement to one another, a
<v Speaker 1>nervous system co-regulation that fosters deep connection. Now, I want
<v Speaker 1>to ask you, Nina. Would you ever try this? With hubby?
<v Speaker 1>With hubby?
<v Speaker 2>A hubby would never, but I have tried pole dancing before.
<v Speaker 1>You've tried it?
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, a bachelorette party we all went.
<v Speaker 1>To a class. It was so much fun! But let
<v Speaker 1>me ask you, is that like, you know, are there
<v Speaker 1>a few bevies beforehand that made you say yes to this?
<v Speaker 2>A hundred percent.
<v Speaker 1>Okay, so in your right mind, are you saying, yeah,
<v Speaker 1>you know what, let's strengthen the relationship here?
<v Speaker 2>Yes, I say go ahead, give it a try, strengthen
<v Speaker 2>the relationship and strengthen your core all in one.
<v Speaker 1>I was going to say, I don't think I have
<v Speaker 1>a strong enough core to do this.
<v Speaker 2>No, it takes a lot.
<v Speaker 1>It's hard. I'd be the one at the top of
<v Speaker 1>the pole just because I'm stupid and I'd climb it
<v Speaker 1>and just collapse down.
<v Speaker 2>Slam down on the ground.
<v Speaker 1>And seriously injure myself.
<v Speaker 2>Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 1>But that being said, apparently it's helping couples bond over that.
<v Speaker 1>And you know what? I am all for a healthy relationship.
<v Speaker 1>So if this is something you'd want to do, try
<v Speaker 1>it the heck out. Why not?
<v Speaker 2>Absolutely. So the third thing you need to know, Wingstop
<v Speaker 2>and Sour Patch Kids have partnered to create this new
<v Speaker 2>sauce for spooky season. They're calling it Halloween's Most Unhinged Flavor.
<v Speaker 2>Clearly targeting the youths here. But Sour Patch Kids Wicked
<v Speaker 2>Punch Wings are coming to Wingstop. If you're a club
<v Speaker 2>Wingstop member, you get early access on October 23rd. And
<v Speaker 2>then sauce is available nationwide at Wingstop October 27th through
<v Speaker 2>November 5th. It has Sour Patch Kids on top of
<v Speaker 2>like sprinkled on top of this. Sweet and sour sauce.
<v Speaker 1>You know what? Count me out. I'm sorry.
<v Speaker 2>First it's sour, now it's sweet. Honestly, Josh, I feel
<v Speaker 2>like I would try it.
<v Speaker 1>And then it's yucky. No!
<v Speaker 2>Josh, we had some fun today.
<v Speaker 1>Yeah, we had a lot of laughs. I was cracking
<v Speaker 1>up today.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, for sure. Thank you so much for listening, for
<v Speaker 2>following along, and watching on our YouTube Live. which you
<v Speaker 2>can do every morning at Mix 100 Denver. On YouTube,
<v Speaker 2>we also have that Tom Papa interview that I did
<v Speaker 2>with him yesterday. You know what is a great feeling
<v Speaker 2>for me, Josh? What? I made a comedian laugh.
<v Speaker 1>Oh, my gosh. I'm jealous.
<v Speaker 2>And he's a professional. And I made him laugh like
<v Speaker 2>a few times during our interview yesterday. And I was
<v Speaker 2>very proud of myself.
<v Speaker 1>I'm super jealous of that. That's like everybody's goal in life.
<v Speaker 1>If you can crack a comedian up, you're set. You've
<v Speaker 1>accomplished everything.
<v Speaker 2>I am funny.
<v Speaker 1>Good for you, Nina.
<v Speaker 2>I'm proud of you. Not just my mom thinks so.
<v Speaker 1>It's good. It's good. There you go.
<v Speaker 2>You can go check out that interview at Mix 100 Denver.
<v Speaker 2>It is up on YouTube. And Tom Papa, he told
<v Speaker 2>me that he is bringing his Netflix special to Denver.
<v Speaker 2>that he's actually going to be filming that Netflix special
<v Speaker 2>at the Paramount Theater next Saturday. And he chose Denver
<v Speaker 2>because he loves us so much.
<v Speaker 1>That's so cool.
<v Speaker 2>He literally just loves Denver as a city. He loves
<v Speaker 2>the people here. He always has a great time. And
<v Speaker 2>he chose us to be in the Netflix special.
<v Speaker 1>Like such a bragging rights right there. Like pat ourselves
<v Speaker 1>on the back. Right? He chose us. It's cool. We
<v Speaker 1>did it. We rock.
<v Speaker 2>And then we can watch that special later on when
<v Speaker 2>it comes out.
<v Speaker 1>That's so cool. I love it. Hey, you might be
<v Speaker 1>able to see yourself. You never know.
<v Speaker 2>Oh, for sure.
<v Speaker 1>You might. They hand to the crowd a lot.
<v Speaker 2>I'm going to try to go to that show and
<v Speaker 2>I'm definitely, I have to wear like a neon.
<v Speaker 1>Shirt or something. Don't be the girl that gets called
<v Speaker 1>out because you're heckling. If you are heckling, I swear.
<v Speaker 2>I won't do that.
<v Speaker 1>You're going to ruin everything.
<v Speaker 2>I know.
<v Speaker 1>I know. Okay.
<v Speaker 2>I promise. I promise I won't do that. Okay, it's
<v Speaker 2>time to admit our wrongs right now on the show.
<v Speaker 2>I was like, what are we doing?
<v Speaker 1>I guess so.
<v Speaker 2>It is time. So Josh, what'd you get wrong today?
<v Speaker 1>All right, so we talked a little bit about pole
<v Speaker 1>dancing and how it is now. bringing couples together, which
<v Speaker 1>for me, I thought that was like a solo activity
<v Speaker 1>that you go watch with the boys for bachelor parties.
<v Speaker 2>Not just for that, Josh.
<v Speaker 1>But apparently now it is kind of for rebuilding the
<v Speaker 1>trust in your partner and bringing you together and working
<v Speaker 1>as one group, okay? And it's what a lot of
<v Speaker 1>couples are doing now. They're kind of throwing away the, hey,
<v Speaker 1>let's go to dinner on Friday night. There's You know,
<v Speaker 1>substituting it with, hey, let's go pole dancing on Friday night. Okay,
<v Speaker 1>sounds like a party. So I don't know. You know what?
<v Speaker 1>Maybe I'll give it a try someday.
<v Speaker 2>There you go. You can strengthen your bond and strengthen
<v Speaker 2>your core all at the same time.
<v Speaker 1>Love it. What did you get wrong?
<v Speaker 2>Josh, I got wrong because I thought you had a backbone,
<v Speaker 2>and I was wrong. What are you talking about? I
<v Speaker 2>am talking about the fact that you went to the
<v Speaker 2>store yesterday because you got an email saying that your
<v Speaker 2>order was ready for pickup. You go there for the pickup,
<v Speaker 2>and they say, sorry, it's not processed. We can't give
<v Speaker 2>it to you today. Come back tomorrow. And I can't
<v Speaker 2>believe that you left. You accepted that, you said okay,
<v Speaker 2>and you left.
<v Speaker 1>Nina, I did both of us a favor, okay? I
<v Speaker 1>know we just started this morning show. I do not
<v Speaker 1>want to put us in the news with me acting
<v Speaker 1>like Kelly Clarkson out here, okay? I did both of
<v Speaker 1>us a favor there. I am not trying to be
<v Speaker 1>in the spotlight anymore than I already am. I don't
<v Speaker 1>want to throw a fit. I did you a favor.
<v Speaker 1>You're welcome.
<v Speaker 2>All right. You know what? That's fair. But also, it's
<v Speaker 2>just so crazy. They sent you an email saying, come
<v Speaker 2>pick it up.
<v Speaker 1>They did. And I have no spine. No. They said
<v Speaker 1>it was at the store and that I can't get
<v Speaker 1>it until tomorrow, which is today. Yeah. So I'm going
<v Speaker 1>to go in there and I swear, okay, if they
<v Speaker 1>don't let me get my pants this time.
<v Speaker 2>If they don't today.
<v Speaker 1>I'm calling you.
<v Speaker 2>You better call me and I will be there ASAP.
<v Speaker 1>My co-host needs to come here. Hold on. Give me
<v Speaker 1>one second, please.
<v Speaker 2>Like instead of calling your mom.
<v Speaker 1>Hold my hand.
<v Speaker 2>Oh my goodness.
<v Speaker 1>Good lord.
<v Speaker 2>Yeah, good luck with that. You better keep me updated.
<v Speaker 2>I hope you don't have to call me, but I
<v Speaker 2>will be there if you need to.
<v Speaker 1>We'll see.
<v Speaker 2>All right, we'll see, we'll see. Thank you so much
<v Speaker 2>for listening to the show today. We're Nina and Josh
<v Speaker 2>on Denver's Morning Show on Mix 100. Angela Cortez is
<v Speaker 2>coming in next. And Josh, we'll talk to everyone tomorrow.
<v Speaker 1>Goodbye.
<v Speaker 3>Bye.
