The High Court's rejected a paralysed man's legal challenge for the right to end his life.

Tony Nicklinson suffers from locked-in syndrome following a stroke, and wants doctors to be protected from prosecution if they help him die.

He says he'll appeal.

The judges ruled that it was up to parliament to amend the law.

Tony's daughter, Lauren, has been speaking to LBC 97.3's James Whale and says the position on assisted dying needs to change.
