Budweiser launch £1m FA Cup grassroots scheme

Budweiser have teamed up with The FA and Sir Trevor Brooking to launch its Budweiser Club Futures programme, investing £1m in to grassroots football. 16 Clubs from Steps 5-7 of the Football Pyramid will receive £50,000 each over the next two seasons, with two of those clubs receiving a further £100,000 'Super Grant' and Budweiser Europe's Marketing Director Iain Newell says the initiative ties in perfectly with the romance of the FA Cup.
