When we revisit episodes we also take the opportunity to give them an audio upgrade.\n\nToday we look back at my episode on whether there is any accountability in Family Law.\n\nThe episode originally aired as episode 49 on July 7th 2024 and here are the show notes from that episode:\n\nMany of us have ours and our children’s futures decided by the family law system, not just courts but other decision makers i.e. guardians, child solicitors, social workers, etc.\n\nIn practise none of them are really accountable for bad outcomes and there is no measuring of outcomes.
