She is also a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, one of the highest credentials in the coaching profession.\n\nShe is the founder of NLP Worldwide, a global training organisation based in Sydney, Australia, where she trains coaches, therapists, and professionals in the practical psychology of change and human transformation.\n\nHeidi is the author of several books, including The Wizard of Cause, 30 Days to NLP, You Must Learn NLP, Leading with NLP, and Choosing Change. Her work explores how beliefs, language, and unconscious patterns influence our lives, and how people can move from feeling stuck or reactive to living with greater awareness, choice, and alignment.\n\nDrawing from psychology, neuroscience, coaching, and consciousness studies, Heidi’s work bridges science and personal development, helping people understand not only how the mind works, but how to consciously shape the direction of their lives.\n\nOriginally from the United States, Heidi now lives in Sydney, Australia.
