Tom Paget is the operations lead for Reach Group Community Projects based in Essex, delivering bespoke projects and mentoring pathways to engage the most vulnerable young people in the county.\n\nReach Group uses a blend of proven methodologies and physical activity to help those that have been pushed to the wayside for various reasons.
