There are still no answers in Tonetta's case, all these years later.\n\nTonetta Carlisle was walking home from school, as she always did, on March 16, 1989.\n\nShe never made it home.\n\nBefore authorities were even made aware of her disappearance, witnesses called 911 to report an abduction.
