Barry was eventually re-indicted by a grand jury, extradited back to Colorado, and released on three million dollars bond, at which point he pleaded not guilty for the second time. Two weeks after that, he allegedly moved to have Suzanne's remains cremated, a request prosecutors caught and blocked with barely a day to spare. This episode traces the aliases, the arrest, and the girlfriend who says she believed a completely different man for years. Jury selection begins October 13 in Alamosa. Barry has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, and the law presumes him innocent, but the string of names he used along the way is part of what jurors will eventually hear.
