The second is a set of strands a forensic scientist found stuck to a bed frame, who told Fox News Digital the FBI lab excluded Kohberger. Those are not the same item, and the difference decides whether this petition means anything.\n\nTony works through what the hair could prove at its absolute best, and why the attorney for one victim's family says it isn't the exoneration it's being sold as. Prosecutors filed a witness list. A name appeared on it. He folded.\n\nAnd the man who discovered the disputed hair wasn't a reporter or an investigator chasing the case from outside. He was working for the defense.
