Timothy, who was 16 when Anna died, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and a second serious federal charge.\n\nThe defense says family access matters to its preparation. The civil docket shows the same family arguing over payments and past parenting arrangements while Timothy remains in federal custody.
