She began filling out the verdict forms. Three separate documents. She signed each one. Then the holdout said he was not going to vote not guilty by reason of insanity, despite his own admission.\n\nThe jury was deadlocked 11-to-1 at Plymouth Superior Court. Eleven jurors favored acquitting Clancy on the grounds that she was not criminally responsible due to postpartum psychosis. One would not move. Jurors sent a note to Judge William Sullivan saying the holdout was not following the court's reasonable doubt instructions. Sullivan questioned each juror individually and denied Kevin Reddington's motion to remove the holdout.\n\nJuror Kellie Farina said the 911 call from Patrick Clancy will stay with her permanently.
