Flynn has pleaded not guilty.\n\nDuring trial testimony, Ohio BCI Senior Special Agent David Hammond described the garage side-door damage as inconsistent with the forced entries he had seen in burglary investigations. The defense has challenged the state's rush to judgment and is entitled to test every one of those conclusions in front of the jury.
