Flynn also described steps he planned to take with family, his daughters, work, a hotel, and moving out.\n\nHours later, Ashley Flynn was found dead in the family home. Flynn told police an intruder was responsible. Prosecutors allege Flynn killed Ashley and staged the scene, while Flynn has pleaded not guilty. Botner testified that she asked him whether he was involved after hearing the news and later deleted those messages.
