Investigators said there was no evidence of foul play at that point, but they had not closed the investigation.\n\nThree days after Urker’s death, Blanchard promoted a petition for “Kenan’s Law.” She says the proposal is meant to make social-media platforms respond more aggressively when users repeatedly report harassment. Blanchard has said Urker faced relentless online attacks and that she believes the pressure had a profound effect on him. That is an important claim about his life, but it is separate from the medical question of what caused his death.\n\nRobin Dreeke joins Tony Brueski to look at what happens psychologically when grief collides with a public platform and an unfinished investigation. Urker and Blanchard had been connected since 2017. He proposed in 2018, ended the engagement in 2019 after outside influence affected his thinking, and reconnected with her after her 2023 release. Their daughter Aurora was born December 28, 2024.\n\nFor nine years, other people watched and commented on their relationship. Now Urker cannot answer any of it himself.
