Male DNA was found under Maggie's fingernails, and the one test designed to identify it was never performed.\n\nInstead of building a case around those real investigative failures, the defense told the court Alex passed a polygraph. No polygraph on the murders ever happened. They cited an unverified ballistic rumor from a FITSNews YouTube segment.\n\nThe investigation had documented failures. The defense has documented credibility problems.
