rich 1.0 (LOS ANGELES) — A judge has rejected a bid to dismiss an infliction of emotional distress claim filed against Bill Cosby by a woman who says the comedian sexually abused her when she was underage. The ruling Tuesday by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Craig Karlan allows most of Judy Huth's lawsuit against Cosby to proceed. Cosby's lawyers had challenged the case on various procedural grounds, including that Huth had waited too long to sue the comedian.
