rich 1.0 Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry was named the National Basketball Association's Most Valuable Player on Tuesday, taking the award for the second consecutive year following a record-setting season. Curry is the first player to win the MVP by a unanimous vote in league history, the NBA said Tuesday. He led the Warriors to a 73-9 regular season finish during the 2015-2016, edging out the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls for the best record in NBA history.
