However, there is good news: millions of people live full, happy, active and healthy lives, even with diabetes.

Irene Lasu caught up with Amule Martin, A father, husband and the sole breadwinner of his extended family. He is just one of the hundreds of South Sudanese living with diabetes and yet working hard to look after his family.
