rich 1.0 India’s Ambassador to South Sudan, Shri S. D. Moorthy has paid a courtesy visit to the UNMISS level 2 clinic, manned by Indian peacekeepers serving under the United Nations Mission in South Sudan. Ambassador Moorthy inspected the facility in Tomping on Saturday and capped his tour with a blood test. The Indian contingent in South Sudan currently stands at a strength of 2,400 army personnel, making it one of the largest Troop Contributing Countries to the UN Mission In South Sudan. This is the Ambassador’s first visit to the clinic since his appointment in May. In this interview, Ambassador Shri D Moorthy explained to Radio Miraya's Patricia Okoed,  the role his government is playing in supporting the Indian peacekeepers serving at the health facility.
